The Hoely Hour - E169 Big D*ck Killa
Episode Date: February 2, 2024Alexa, play "Doink" by BDK. Does the feminine voice default on AI assistants enforce gender bias stereotypes? We don't know, but we DO discuss an article about it. Can you guess how long the ideal amo...unt of time for foreplay and sex are? The answer is actually kinda surprising (in a good way). Learn more about your ad choices. frank the other day said that um mr liz is his sexual orientation is lesbian
oh yeah and i thought it was a great do you hear that i'm the only one yeah he's attracted to
every time he asks if we're recording at our house he's like were you guys recording the
podcast and i'll say like here he's like no i hate liz he got me this kombucha though so
all is well dr brew yeah i love dr brew it's an intense one it's lemon oh i haven't heard of that
one yet oh no that one's brew doctor oh and maybe it's always been that and i just swapped them in
my head oh shit which is the case oh kombucha bdk oh isn't that like the blind torch oh no
btk is the name of the serial killer it's dangerously close big dick killer big dick
killer that's what the new one is yeah that's my rap name bdk big dick killer big dick killer
and my ad lib is doink i was i was thinking the sound that like a big dick would make but
that sounds like a like what if it's like a bonk do you know exactly the sound like the cartoon
sound yeah Caspi is leaving he's like all right you guys are too immature for me well that's good
news for me because now I can turn and look at you easier hi and if I can make looking at you
easier I will I love that because I love being perceived especially by you and I love perceiving
you i i wonder you know what maybe that's why me and frank get along so well we both love
perceiving you that's great news for me honestly um we're all winning here i think he also likes
to be perceived oh he loves to be perceived but in a different way than me he likes to be perceived
in like a small room of people i don't like to be perceived in a small room of people i like to be
perceived by the masses yeah he hates that like he that's not his forte it's an interesting kind
of dichotomy i was gonna say you like to uh be perceived by millions of strangers yes
the more eyes the better i feel like all things considered for how many like followers you have
and how much content you have the harassment is on the lower scale it is especially except for on
that one video that i made about ice spice that one's boring it's still blowing up oh my god like
by just the worst people yeah i do get in talking i get notifications every day about my yeah oh
your comment has like 16 000 likes on it oh that's the coolest i've ever been that is in like a crazy
amount of likes on an instagram comment uh-huh it's like that's my girl that's my girl um and
all i said was she's still hot what's the problem yeah and i love that so many people agree with you
because true yeah well the thing that is i know we've already talked about this but i'm just like
she doesn't look that different like do you really think that people just have big fake eyelashes on
right that's the thing that i said this in the video but like what a crazy way to say that you've
never had a woman spend the night like no one's like you're telling on yourself no one looks like
that just I mean if they look like that naturally good for them yeah if they look like they have
makeup on just as they exist it's kind of boring because it's like you're just that you're already
at your peak yeah you can't if you add more makeup to make to you do you see what I'm saying like
natural beauty is just so much better I'm like I don't think you know what that means no I don't
think uh no i don't think you know because also like the amount of like if i don't wear makeup
like on a meeting i look like a slob you know what i mean and that's i mean like oh same patriarchy
you know like i we both have genetic eye bags what are you gonna do you know i hate a genetic
eye bag i've just embraced them good for you and by embracing them i'm just like whatever this is
my face i have not embraced mine i've not embraced mine to be if it makes you feel better i literally
never notice them that's so kind of you and i i like i only have noticed when you have pointed
them out i stay looking exhausted have you tried a color correcting palette i'm a big fan of color
correcting palettes i was going to get one of those color correcting like creams have you seen
those yeah i just got sucked into an ad but then i looked up reviews was it colleen rothschild
because that one no it's nice but i i would like i'll use that if i just want to do sunscreen
uh-huh and sit at my desk no it's um peach you don't you don't want green for no but all of the
ones that i'm finding online are green like i haven't found a peach one um well i'm pretty
sure that you're a soft summer oh yeah purple yeah but i mean you could also be just that
lavender looks so beautiful on you and your nails look gorgeous thank you the chrome wow thank you
so much wow um but i was going to say you're going to want to use a color correcting palette that
you mix yellow and peach i'll show you after okay uh-huh all of my makeup palettes are broken
that's how it goes for some reason the top always breaks yeah i just drop all of my powders i do be
dropping them yeah and i pick them up and they're in like 30 pieces oh you use press powder yeah for
my my concealer is press powder oh i didn't know that they made concealer it's powder it was sold
to me as like an all over but it's not like it's not the bottom says concealer so i don't know
maybe people don't use it as a concealer i don't maybe it's maybe all of it is concealer
fuck because it's all concealing stuff we're just concealing the fucking truth
um since we're talking about looks i had wanted to bring this up anyways have you heard of looks
maxing i i so i was i sometimes i get sucked into the color palette thing and i was like
do i know my color palette i'm not sure so i had to reassess um and now i'm getting color palette
videos yeah and this girl was like this is what i looked like before i knew my color palette like
this is how the different or before i knew my color palette and looks maxing and i was like
what in the fuck oh no women do it too i don't know i was because i was like what what i thought
it was i think it's like rooted it in in cell culture oh yeah yeah so um because i looked up
what is looks maxing and it's like two x's yeah maxing one word um if you guys want to
go down that rabbit hole curtis connor has a good video on it oh okay i'm gonna have to watch
that so good um and it's basically it's it's rooted in in cell culture if i feel like they
we shouldn't be allowed to call it a culture but i suppose that it is a culture yeah i guess what
else would we call it in cell in seldom in cell i'll work on it well in cell culture for now
uh and the idea is just um looking hotter it's it's especially men it's like men finding ways
to look more attractive it's the products that they buy like so what curtis connor did in his
video he like bought a bunch of the products that they oh they sell them products well like
it's like they use jaw strengthening gum which is just like a rock um like jaw exercising blocks
uh gua shying which is like he said this in his video but he was like leave it to like white men
on the internet to like take this thousands of years old chinese medicine thing and be like i
discovered this and it's mine now yeah i do looks maxing bro yeah so there's like there are a few
funny oh and um mewing mr liz has brought that up several times well because he forgets my answer
and he's like have you heard of mewing and i was like yeah that's it where have you been because
we are since we're women and we're constantly being marketed um ways that we're ugly and we
need to look better uh tiktok had a whole mewing thing of like this is what models do and like
maybe i'm like my tongue is already on the top of my mouth constantly because it's actually too big
from my mouth your tongue is according to my dentist i mean it fits in there but it has to
it's on the roof of my mouth does that cause problems with your um teeth no oh he was just
like it's a little big for shit your mouth and then my tonsils are mind your fucking business
your tonsils are large mine are gone all right i would have loved to have my tonsils gone at
one point it was the worst pain i've ever felt i used to get strep all the time i had well anyway
i had permanent strep until i got my tonsils out oh my god yeah it was just just made a home in
my tonsils can you pass me a coaster please oh yeah thank you i don't want to make noise when
i put it down um looks maxing looks maxing so there's also like sleep maxing um maxing yeah
like diet maxing they just add maxing at the end of things that people are just like doing that
already exist yeah i the gua sha thing cracks me up oh my god because they're just like several
steps behind like women and then women are just like several steps well white women are several
steps behind other women like women of color that's so true like so we're all just we are
all just following women of color i mean yeah i mean that's why like bbls became so popular
is because the kardashians like took this you know naturally occurring body shape in black women
yeah and like marketed it and then it something that had always been like well because when we
were younger it was like you need to be a skinny twig yeah you need to be a twig and like i don't
know when i'm watching sex in the city and they show sarah jessica parker's abs i'm like you know
she just was not eating like yeah no one looks like that but they are impressive anyways if the
body standards that exist today existed when like when i was in middle school i would have
fucking ruled that school oh yeah have you heard of um yacht no it's so the little gen alpha kids
say gyat and it means uh oh god i i look look it up on your girl your ass is thick
or yeah because there's a y yeah it's g-y-a-t girl your ass thick girl your ass is hell yeah
yeah i'm a god yeah so today you know back then maybe we could have
well not me i don't have a a yacht but they be so then they just yell yacht at me but back then i
was yeah i was big hip girl that was literally what they called me i'd be like yeah and i'm
gonna fucking sit on you yeah say another thing yeah i'm gonna fuck your dad big hip girl is
gonna be your mom one day okay go to your room i think that's so it just goes to show like
nothing matters everything's made up true yeah um the bbl thing reminded me there's this
creator who does makeup who lied about having sickle cell amnesia um she was like that's very
specific she didn't make a video for like three days and everyone's like where are you black she
was like posting every day sickle cell anemia yeah i think you said amnesia did i have sickle
i have sickle cell amnesia clearly we'll listen back later but yeah i was like something anemia
sickle cell anemia no i did say amnesia because anemia is hard for me to say so that's for sure
it is a strange word um but she was she didn't post for a few days and her followers are like
where are you and she like was like oh my god i can't tell them that i got a bbl so she lied
about having sickle cell anemia what if you just say i've been sick yeah right like colds exist
yeah you had a lot but be like oh i'm just i was sick and then i was tired yeah just needed
some extra time to like recover just whatever and then everyone would forget about it yeah
she acted like she was gone for like a year see that is the thing where there it's just like
influencers like influencer brain rot have you heard of that yet yeah and that's where and i
know you're an influencer but i don't you're not one of like the lifestyle influencers content
creator yes sorry i i do believe in the difference uh between content creators and influencers and
influencers in my opinion are just glorified sales people yeah um and i can say that because i work
in social media marketing unfortunately honestly they get a big bag they get a bag for doing it
that's like good for them but they do have that brain rot yeah and that weird cadence of talking
yes yeah so everyone has been asking me what i used to curl my hair like nobody's asked
nobody's asked for sure please sponsor me yeah not hashtag not sponsored um
oh i was gonna say have you seen a bbl in the wild yes have you seen a bad bbl
no well did the bbl you see what did could you tell no well i mean after i learned that it was
a bbl i was like oh that makes sense because she complimented my ass and i was like that means
so much coming from you because your ass is amazing and then later i was somebody was like
yeah oh the girl with the bbl i was like oh that makes sense so i didn't realize like
until i was it was something on reddit i think it was called like fitness snark
like a subreddit yeah and um it's because so many influencers like who are trying to be like
fitness influencers will sell this like booty workout but they paid for a bbl so like you can't
actually get your ass to look like that but then like if you see pictures and videos of them like
it just in the wild and not something that's been like made by them it looks ridiculous
because you don't you need to have like people with a an ass that big naturally they have like
uh like hips muscles well they have like actual like leg muscles especially if they're claiming
that they got it at the gym yeah yeah oh come on right it's just like like skinny legs and then
just like yeah if you don't have any hammies popping out i'm not gonna believe you but that
is evidence enough that like these men that i mean i don't know her boyfriend but like these men that
act like it's like we can tell when you're like fake and then they see like a really poorly done
bbl and they're like that that's real yeah it's like y'all don't know the fucking dishes yeah oh
yeah just shut the fuck up that reminds me of when you were doing um the lash extensions and
someone was like your lashes aren't real like thank you i it's like i know they're not i am
aware yeah uh-huh i'm also not trying to like sell mascara or anything so right i'm not fucking
michaela noriega or whatever um yeah so i was just i was completely
shooketh by the look smaxing thing so ridiculous it's just like you know uh taking care and i don't
know having like a grooming routine i don't want to say taking care of yourself because that's not
yeah like taking care of yourself is defined by so many other things not just like trying to be
attractive yeah but i mean like that's that yeah they it's not the shit that they try to promote
they act like it's like a health thing like they like a lot of it's like oh yeah like sunning their
buttholes yeah exactly you're just gonna speed up the prostate cancer probably it's like they had
one doctor who's like been like they've gotten their title taken away say once that like sunning
their asshole is good for you and now they're just using that as fact it's like the vaccines
cause autism crowd oh yeah oh yeah it's like you just need one point of and then like it gets they
that doctor will like admit that they were paid off to say it and then that they're still like
but you said it so it's true what's the comedian that we've been talking shit about matt rife
matt rife seems like the type who would be like trying looks maxing yeah and then maybe he gave
up and was like i'm just gonna give him ears and jaw filler and then he's like i did this jaw is
getting out of control all thanks to the all thanks to the gum i got this job no you didn't
and then he's gonna sell it yeah right get that bag i guess yeah you know whatever fucking fuck
that guy since i mean the comedy career is not gonna work out no yeah so you gotta sell that
jog um sell that jog um um shifting gears i discovered i'm sure that you know what it is but
um a fan fiction sex podcast called fangasm no see my only my knowledge of fan fiction is so small
well it's just in a circle i'm rereading one of the four that i've read it started as out of the
love of harry potter fan fiction fangasm i believe that it's a top podcast you should give it a
little listen i should i will i i'm not ready to like give up the same uh two characters falling
in love over and over again in different ways i went back to the germani um subreddit after what
after i edited last week's episode i was like hey i should like go in and just give it another go
and then i couldn't fucking find it because there are so many subreddits no there are so many
oh dromione smut so much dromione smut i was i was scrolling through trying to find like a
scene to send you so but it takes a while so i'm gonna have to go back okay and look through
well but if you want to read a fun one i could send you a fun one because that's the one i'm
rereading i probably won't read it but i would love i would you know you never know i'm just
you never know i feel like i find a new thing that i love every week right now i just ordered
a paint by numbers and i'm doing that tonight i'm proud of you probably gonna hate it next week you
know what i mean so maybe i'll i could i could dip into a new into fan fiction yeah a new hobby
yeah what are your little topics um the fangasm podcast was one of them the other one was um
the question has been answered by a quote unquote professional on how long sex should last oh okay
and i want you to guess so this is it was only talking about heterosexual couples and and purely
penetrate penetration the good question thing so how long do you think that he said that foreplay
should last and how long do you think that he said that penetrative sex should last well you're
saying he um i mean i think i was assuming it was a he but i think it was is this uh
this is a doctor that said this i know doctors say a lot of things though right like
vaccines cause autism did a doctor say that and sunning your asshole yeah but then he's
he admitted that he was paid off anyway i guess anyone could be a doctor dr phil's not a doctor
how long he thinks foreplay should last and i'm gonna guess 10 minutes it's a better guess than
i thought you that you would have it's 20 minutes apparently okay it's like a like an average okay
how long do you think penetrative sex should last
i don't know 10 minutes less oh oh okay less yeah wow yeah that's interesting just five to
seven minutes which i thought i think that i guess that is pretty fast but like but that's
interesting because that's also we talked a long time ago about like what people say like the ideal
amount of sex is and it was around seven minutes so it's interesting that a doctor is like that's
about how long penetrative sex like does and should last yeah and in there he was saying to
like women tend to need more foreplay just like to warm up well so i was gonna say if you're doing
like 20 minutes of foreplay then you know around seven minutes of actual like penetration makes
sense yeah yeah because then it's like right it's like all right i'm all done well because also
the foreplay portion could be when she's getting off if she can't get off her right exactly that's
liz it's like you wrote this article oh wow you're this male doctor i'm just assuming
you know yeah that that's how it goes a little a little wave that was my um that was my breaking
boobs for the week that was um i like that i was um i i was having little faith that this doctor
was gonna be like yes foreplay is should last more than five minutes yeah no i was gonna guess
that someone would be like yeah yeah two minutes that's like me just a couple that's like the
foreplay that i prefer it's just 30 seconds and then call it a day i love how like we're opposites
i mean it's unusual that like i really i just have never for a while i thought that it was
just because the people that i was having sex with they just didn't know how to have like to
do foreplay correctly and that's just not the case with my my current situation and i'm still just
like all right let's fucking like let's go yeah i'm we are working on a we're working on a clock
tight schedule but like not really you know what i mean i'm just like i don't know i'm just always
raring to go you know what i mean uh no not me no no i'm really nobody though i don't know what's
wrong with me what's wrong with me i don't think anything's wrong with you thanks liz i think that
everybody's different and that is the point of this whole podcast wow thank you thank you
everybody that was beautiful um so i have a couple of things for you i already love whatever you're
about to say and i'll i i'm gonna get it tattooed on my body okay because it's you thank you you
can say anything so choose wisely because it's going on my body permanently um well the first
thing that i wanted to chit chat about uh i got this article sent to me by built in if you've ever
heard of the they're like linkedin but like for tech specifically that's scary but they only do
jobs it's not like a social media oh wannabe site oh so i do like them i do like their website so i
got this article and it says hey siri do ai voice assistants reinforce gender bias now my phone is
listening to me um if you turn to your nearest virtual assistant and ask about its gender it
will most likely tell you it is genderless like a cacti and certain species of fish it might also
tell you that it is artificial intelligence or a cloud of an infinitesimal data computation
shut the fuck up sorry um while technically accurate the response may still not seem all
truthful there are some 4.2 billion virtual assistants in use around the world i love how
people are like the government's watching me it's like no tech companies are and they're selling it
at this point they are you're fucked the government doesn't really give a fuck just
just give up yeah um and yet if you're in the united states and you're asked to assign gender
to your virtual assistant you'd likely say it's a woman from siri to alexa to cortana most ai
enabled virtual assistants have launched with a feminine presenting voice and in many cases
a feminine name and though many of them have only been around for about a decade or less
they've already become ubiquitous managing billions of tasks a month for people all over
the world you know what's interesting about this is when i realized that i could change my series
voice to a man i was like it would be so dope to tell a man what to do yeah so i changed it to a
man i was thinking of changing all the googles to men yeah to male voices um over the last decade
decade or so the creators of popular ai voice assistants like siri alexa and google assistant
have come under fire for their disproportionate use of feminine names and voices and the harmful
gender stereotypes this decision perpetuates smart devices with feminine voices have been
shown to reinforce commonly held gender biases that women are subservient and tolerant of poor
treatment and can be fertile ground for unchecked verbal abuse and sexual harassment
damn i you know i had never thought about it this way i've always been like you know after i changed
my series voice to a man's voice i was like this is a little jarring and i think it's just like
there's something very um calming about like alexa's voice and siri's voice like i kind of
like that they're female in general sometimes i think that um if it just answers you unprompted
or something um that's upsetting to me like oh my god yes if it's not connected to the internet
and it's like very loud and it's like i'm sorry the internet's not working right now that scares
the hell out of me every single time there's something haunting about it you know i don't
care i don't care what the voice sounds like i just don't like it uh-uh why are you talking to
me like that yeah don't chill out the night right while some have made efforts to correct the
situation the conversation is ongoing what started as a cool hands-free eyes-free form of human
computer interaction has become a springboard for discussion around gender bias representation
the influence of design and the role of artificial intelligence intelligence in our everyday lives
you can't stop the personification process when you give something a voice so personifying ai
or whatever an ai assistant to become a woman because you're giving it a voice a woman's voice
i just i like there's also something about it being a woman's what maybe this is just naive
of me to think about it this way but like i kind of love that like alexa and siri are women
because like they know everything that's fair like you just like ask them like what's the deep
like how many feet is the deepest part of the ocean and she'll fucking she'll tell you that
shit i do think i can't i know somewhere i saw that like um like men are disproportionately
like verbally abusive to their ai assistants that's fucking ridiculous i wonder if that would
be the case if they were men if there are male voices that would be an interesting study this
is also an interesting theory i had heard of um just like the personification of things that are
genderless um like referring to earth as mother earth and just in a patriarchal society we don't
respect women so we don't respect the the body of this mother earth wow so what would be different
if we like would it be different if we referred to it as like father it'd be interesting to know
if other cultures that have um like a matriarchy because they're like i wonder if they call the
earth she the harms of feminized ai no matter the reason for how we end up ended up with so
many feminine presenting ai voice assistants research indicates that their existence can lead
to the proliferation of many harmful gender stereotypes.
Multiple academic studies throughout history indicate that gendered voices, both computer
and human, can shape people's attitudes or perceptions of an individual or situation.
And one 2006 study found that gendered computer voices alone are enough to elicit gender stereotypic
behaviors from users, even when there are no other gender cues, such as appearance.
this has all been magnified by ai voice assistants according to a 2019 report by unesco which claims
that smart devices with feminine voices reinforce commonly held gender biases that women are
subservient to um subservient and tolerant of poor treatment you see again maybe this is me being
naive i feel like i'm playing devil's advocate but this is literally just how i've thought about it
like i feel like if because was siri the first one well i guess you're also coming at a point
of view from a woman yeah that's true and you know the people who are making these things are
predominantly men yeah i do think though like if say siri is the first one i actually don't know
but like siri comes out with a female voice and then like alexa comes out which it wouldn't be
alexa but like say that alexa was a male voice i feel like there would be some sort of backlash
like oh what like you don't want to have like a woman voice like is there so like i feel like no
they're kind of in a catch-22 i've never thought about it as like a like
they're our servant i've always thought about it like this is an all-knowing beacon of truth
that like tells me things that i need to know like how many cups are in a gallon i need to know that
shit and if a man was telling me i was i would be like that's not true you know it could be
source yeah right where did you fucking get that information you fucking liar that's what i would
say i would that's what i would say so i don't know maybe it's just me being naive but i think
that um i like it being a woman's voice i don't feel uh slighted by it i guess but i'm also not
not every woman that's true it's not all in me i uh feel neutral i suppose yeah i'm like i
definitely understand and i agree that it probably does reinforce gendered stereotypes um but in
general i think having an ai in your home is a whole other thing to be concerned about i was
about to say like i feel like or like that's not like the my main the main thing i'm thinking about
when i'm thinking about it yeah and like i feel like we have bigger misogyny fish to fry yeah
yeah like that's true but i think it does bring up like it is timely and it's in the the posting
of this article because like ai is just developing everywhere like there's already an issue with like
ai pornography and it like creating um revenge porn of like using people's faces i mean it
happened to Taylor Swift yeah I didn't see any of that I also didn't want to participate in it I
think Twitter is just like a trash dumpster fire yes um it for those of you who aren't in the loop
uh a bunch of incel Elon Musk nerds um made AI porn of Taylor Swift and it was like trending
on Twitter nothing was done about it um and people were just making a bunch of it and sharing it
it's so scary there's nothing that can come out of there's nothing good that can come out of deep
fake like why why does this technology exist i feel like they did it just to do it but it's like
there's no good that can come from it well i mean if something happens to taylor swift like
i would not be surprised if she takes legal action oh she absolutely and i think that there's no
better time for her to take legal action over something like this because it's only going to
get worse and if she is she she's incredibly powerful in terms of the reach that she has
and um the influence that she has like she sued a guy for sexually assaulting her and like for a
dollar yeah yeah so it's just such a power move i'm not doing this for money i really hope that
she does take legal action because it will protect a lot of people especially girls yeah down the
because like even now like teenage girls are being harassed with like deep fake photos uh
and pornography of them like one girl even took her own life she's yeah i believe it she was in
high school yeah and like nothing's being done to stop these things yeah i just yeah i know there
have there have to be checks put in place for how out of control this is going because i mean like
chat gpt there's like you know there are things in place to make sure that kids don't use it for
like to write their essays like there are there were things put in place to make sure that that
can't happen so it's like there needs to be those same checks in place for things like deep fakes
which chat gpt has a lot of good uses like you know there's like a lot that can come out of it
that's good deep fakes not so much so it's like they're just well i mean chat like chat gpt is
replacing like google search yeah like because that's just become trash yeah it's useless do
you think chat gpt is a boy or a girl um that is a very good question uh i've never thought of it
like that i've just thought of it as a little shit sometimes yeah but it's like these ais i
mean clearly people are assigning genders to them so like i mean i've always thought of chat gpt as
like male presenting that's interesting like a more masculine traded thing but i think it's
just because it's so scary to me like it's just like it just knows so much yeah in a way that's
not like alexa no what's the weather gonna be like tomorrow yeah it's like hey i have this like
very complicated issue that i'm trying to solve can you like lay this out for me in a way that
doesn't break my brain and it'll do it and it's like that scares me and so it is it is a man
you know but like on that same note like the idea of all of these ai and like personal assistants
being women and like the rate at which ai is advancing and multiplying exponentially i want
there i want it to all be women can you imagine how scary it would be if like all of these like
artificial intelligences were men like that's also a good point it would be terrifying like i feel
kind of comforted that like you know we have these strong powerful women one one other uh topic i'm
excited to talk about this one yeah um so this is another article um and it's I have to scroll
back to the top uh born sexy yesterday the perverse male fantasy nobody is addressing
um and this is on filminquiry.com and it was written by Rachel Sampson five years ago too
does she spell it the same way as me no there's a p Sampson she's the reason that everyone puts
a p in my last name hang on yeah the p feels out of place sampson sampson sampson that's not
biblically accurate rachel um so the general idea of born sexy yesterday it occurs a lot
in science fiction movies like written by men for men and this recurring i mean the
the biggest example is um the fifth element and um the the overall concept of it is there is this
adult woman who comes to into existence as an adult in an adult woman's body and she doesn't
know anything because she didn't exist until then so she has the naivety of a child and the male
protagonist has to teach this adult woman who was born sexy yesterday um how to like be in the world
and ultimately like you know they become the love interest and then the thing that that these
movies try and make it like if you try and call them out on this kind of creepy pedophilic
infantilizing yeah yeah um the that character usually ends up being like the savior the
heroine so it's like the the author of this article calls it a feminist facade and it absolutely is
because in the big scheme of things it's super creepy yes like and it is a male fantasy of like
okay this hot woman who didn't doesn't know anything about men doesn't know how to be in
the world and you get to mold her into whatever you want you're the person who teaches her and
protects her from everything yeah right yeah it's weird yeah oh absolutely um and then like the
opposite of this would like for women would be like something like tarzan you know damn
yeah like men have like a science fiction view and we have like a monkey yeah
we're already not too far off yeah I know it's like but um but I mean like there aren't I guess
as many as examples no there isn't that are the opposite but yeah no that's interesting it's
really interesting too like knowing like how many dating profiles I see of like men being like um
i want somebody that like lets me lead is submissive very feminine like you know stays
at home and just does whatever i say kind of person and then it's reflected like that in like
i mean that's just the ties in so much to what we were just talking about with like yeah the
like subservient female ai uh-huh like okay that's what you're gonna have then
um this is a little off topic i saw an ad on on twitter but it was like someone else had shared
it and they were like this is insane um it is a sex toy for men and it is like a
like a fleshlight that moves and it has a mount for your phone
like how fucking gross is that damn it's kind of like pathetic it's super pathetic because it's
just like prop up your phone you fucking lazy ass but also i don't know it's wild that they just
have to doing way too much we're doing too much we're doing too much it's like hello you have a
porn addiction let's make it even worse did i tell you that i dated a dude that i asked him what the
craziest thing he's ever fucked is because like they'll get pretty creative oh god and he had
fucked his couch i had never i mean that's not that weird i don't think but like that's an
interesting thought like i feel like going through puberty you kind of just like want to
fuck whatever looks fuckable huh you know like that i've heard that a lot from i mean i was like
kind of like ravenous when i was going through puberty you know but like a lot of men that i
know were like oh yeah when i was going through puberty i was like just trying to fuck whatever
like pringles cans um and now they're doing it and now they're doing it but i was just thinking
about like something like that and then i also saw like when there were first like ai images
being created of people and they made them of like attractive women who had the face of young
girls and like 90 fingers um but someone like tweeted like it's so over for women and i was
just like how right like what do you mean you're just gonna be sitting here fantasizing about women
that don't exist and also you weren't touching women in the first place like our lives aren't
going to change at all no we don't know who you are it's just it's it's a little weird to think
about um like where is this going to take us collectively yeah i mean i don't think that
we'll be around to know which is comforting and terrifying the last we're the last generation of
like yeah i mean we were raised as the internet was being raised yeah that's that's true so i
feel like we got to see it in its prime my space when it was fun yeah uh i miss i miss when the
internet was just like stupid stuff oh yeah everything was a bit albino black sheep e-bombs
world just just silly little things oh you know what i have an i have a thought okay um quick
discuss potentially um like the little 10 year old girls buying anti-aging what's up stuff i didn't
know you haven't heard about this at all okay there are girls who are like 10 10 yeah tweens
when when we would be at limited to they are buying anti-aging products why i it is beyond me
and i mean like the thing i guess you would have to think about like where are girls getting
these notions from yeah and they have you know people in gen z who are like they're literally
like so fucking afraid to turn 30 i'm in um something called uh i'm in a subreddit called
like 30 plus skincare um and that's just because like makeup just doesn't sit on my skin the same
way it did like in my 20s so i was just like oh i wonder what other people are using yeah um but a
lot of it is like there was a discussion on subreddit that subreddit of like Gen Z being
like fucking terrified of being 30 and like wanting to not be alive in their 30s if they
like don't have everything and the Gen Alpha the kids who are buying this like anti-aging stuff
of course they're like you know watching Gen Z they're watching content creators like talk about
these products and whatever and their parents too are probably also like yeah freaking out about
aging absolutely yeah i was gonna say 10 year olds have like if their parents are 30 i mean like
their parents i mean their parents probably are 30 you know what i mean like a lot of 30s late 30
mid mid to late 30s yeah that's that's wild like that's our generation that is raising these yeah
kids that are going to sephora and buying anti-aging products yeah that's scary that's
scary well and i i didn't read what had been posted it was like um an article warning parents
um about like the dangers like i think it not just like you know the emotional mental dangers of that
um but like the actual like product dangers for like kids using like retinoids yeah shouldn't
be using fucking retinoids put on some sunscreen yeah but also um someone in the subreddit was like
i think that i feel like aging for these people is like what being fat was for us like damn the
media just being like uh jessica simpson is fat and she's like a size two wearing just like a big
belt yeah like what the fuck that's so sad that like we there always has to be something that
people are afraid of because like now it's like being fat is more more accepted than it was when
we were kids well they're watching just like people be torn apart for aging yeah right or
right there has to be something though that the media or like marketing is honing in on needing
to change because if it's not being skinny anymore like like oh shit what's the next thing
like getting old wrinkles there's just i could i could go on for days about like my theories behind
all of this um because you know millennials are this generation where we've kind of like
a lot of us have been fucked like older millennials i think they were kind of like the last
group that could buy a house for a normal price yeah um and things like that so
they have a little bit more optimism but like millennia or younger millennials
younger millennials and down like through gen alpha and whatever um they have just been sold
like all of this hopelessness and essentially it's like all you have is like your youth
and we've talked about how youth and beauty are um social currency yeah so when they're watching
people be treated as less than as they age because of how they look like you're teaching these kids
that that's that's like all your value is yeah is youth and beauty god that's so fucking sad
the way that being skinny was social currency oh my god dude it is really sad it's it's scary it's
very like post-apocalyptic like it's and it's also not surprising there's just such a like gap of
like it's it's a completely different type of hopelessness yeah like the whole fear around
aging and um everyone like women who are just wanting like equality and independence like
being harassed by these like dipshits who are just like you're gonna die alone with your cats
like the threat of being alone yeah when that's not what's gonna happen like no no that's so true
though it's like there's so much yeah there's so much weight put on that being the absolute
the worst thing that can happen you have boys with like their porn addictions and like their
obsession with like creating AI porn and ways to simulate sex without actually having it and then
it's just insane yeah like what is this going to create for people I don't know do you remember
that in WALL-E the movie WALL-E with everyone's just like living in a headset like we're not too
far off from that i mean it's like sure it could end up being like wally or it could also end up
being like that one episode of rick and morty where it's just like all of the men are on this
planet and they they give them a robot to have sex with so they could use the sperm to reproduce
and they all the women live in their own world like their own safe area away from these like
knuckle-dragging men who are violent there's been so much discourse about like the like men
being an unnecessary presence moving forward because like they figured out how to create
babies with like the like it's like thigh bone cart like um what's the word i'm looking for
marrow they like were able to like create like a test tube baby basically with like bone marrow
I'm gonna have to look it up but it's only able to create female fetuses so it's like
we just can keep kind of regenerating ourselves is the idea that could be great or horrible isn't
that kind of like wild though it is and it's like I don't think that we've heard a whole lot about
it because it's probably in a very small study and also like men are probably like hating it
so they're just not talking about it you know but I thought that was a really interesting idea
that like i don't know they're kind of like what's what's the word that i'm looking for
not archaic like men are obsolete that's the word i'm looking for could be a little bit of both no
thank you um not and we always say like i love men yeah i don't want to say i don't want to be
that bitch who says not all men no but i do love men i have so many great men in my life exactly
but also like all of those men would say yeah there's really no need for us that's so true yeah
and that's that's feminism i think the men in our lives would definitely be like
yeah those dudes suck yeah i think most normal men are like that yeah but they are oh yeah those
dudes do sex the silent majority yeah that's true and the loud minority you know speak up yeah
talk about how much don't be don't be afraid yeah don't be afraid to point and laugh no we
won't embrace you or we could um you speak up but then also ignore those guys yeah and they're like
stop white knighting like that is the loneliest thing i've ever heard it's the stupidest name one
man in a relationship who says that
i can't i i don't think they exist no it's an anomaly they're all listening to andrew
tate's podcast and wondering why they're not getting does he still have a podcast
no but they're probably still listening to like the old episodes fingers crossed he dies from
cancer sorry he is cancer yeah i mean it was just a matter of time yeah right um all right
should we let's do it we're we're gonna go okay bye go we're gonna eat dinner i'm so hungry dude
i'm so excited i'm excited for you thank you i i had that little pb and j to tie me over otherwise
i would be i'm famished not be present i ate a banana on the way here was not enough anyway i
that doesn't surprise me anyways we love you
You are our children.
Wow, you really went low with it.
I wanted to challenge myself.
I honestly, inspirational.
Like, I don't even think that is singing at that point.
It's just more like a gargle.
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
All right.
Oh, oh, oh, oh, yeah.
