Starting point is 00:00:44 ready set boom that's isn't that like the costco kids we give it four on the boom scale have you seen that the Rizzler no it's fine I have no idea what you're talking about I don't either I was just like seeing if you did these this man and this like 10 year old boy wait no I have seen this we give this one four on the boom scale and then they're like boom and he says it about the Costco hot dog right yeah but then they do like other Costco foods there's only so many Costco foods I think it's like foods that you like can buy in the aisles I mean once you run out of things to to test at the food court yeah you eventually have to go to the food in the aisles didn't the the ceo of costco was like if you raise he said like if you raise the price
Starting point is 00:01:35 of the hot dogs i'll fucking kill you he didn't say that unquote and that's a leader we need exactly it's the one we need and i think the one we deserve at this point absolutely they also said fuck you to your dei laws where kibonar is in place and their stock went through the roof yeah and we love that that's washington companies for you except amazon and sometimes microsoft you know pokemon's here that's pretty cool oh i didn't know that this is the same as us opening last week talking about the weather um what other companies are in washington uh nordstrom eddie bauer you know so much more than i do starbucks rei rei uh fucking rain a lot of it i don't know it's like from the sky but we have it yeah okay it originates here
Starting point is 00:02:29 it's making me depressed how are you doing liz i'm i'm feeling kind of blah well and i think that's translating i think the world is calling for that kind of emotion i i tried to start the day not feeling blah but it was really hard yeah maybe you had i had a lot of nightmares last night maybe there's something cosmic going on having crazy dreams yeah i've been having the weirdest dreams for the last like week super weird vivid dreams i've been sleeping a lot like i don't know what's going on it could be cosmic mercuries and retrograde and then that there's a full moon last week i was like on my period so i was like oh maybe it's my period but i feel like we we need like a game for me to not okay well good because i made one are you ready for it yeah did you know
Starting point is 00:03:24 that i came with a game you're just hoping that i just meant i meant like just generally like a game to like for me to like reset like what do actors do you know yeah like I need to get into the head space um playing my character that's a good yeah did we like what are the what are acting games that we used to play zip zap zoink or whatever zip zap zop zip zap zop okay it's just you and me yeah and grams zip zip oh he just gave it back to you with his tail zap okay i'm zapped so um i created this game with the help of our good friend chat gpt this is gonna kick us off it's like not as fun as i thought it was gonna be because i think that it's a little bit more obvious than i was hoping it would be i'm gonna preface that but i came up with this game called
Starting point is 00:04:21 elon musk or reddit weirdo and you have to tell me who said what quote let's throw grimes in there too yeah actually that would have been a really good idea grimes is a reddit weirdo yeah that's true so is elon musk have you you've have you read that thread where people like thought suspected it was grimes talking about elon musk no but i love that thought it i mean the post a sentiment deleted that's suspicious definitely look into it okay i absolutely will elon musk or reddit weirdo i don't like that title but that is what that's what chad jpt i like it i like it okay the first one is capitalism wouldn't survive if possums unionized reddit weirdo correct number two at a certain point because that's like fun and whimsical
Starting point is 00:05:14 yeah and he doesn't have any of that he doesn't have any whimsy yeah that's so true yeah damn too serious that's pretty sad maybe that's why he's such a miserable character oh yeah no whimsy that's that's like republicans whole thing yeah they don't have any whimsy oh my god did you see today what happened with the um they accidentally looped in the atlantic editor into their war plan group chat uh-huh absolutely fucking unhinged oh no the DUI hire doesn't know how to follow the proper forms of communication no way it's shocking and also extremely dangerous and scary Amelia but her emails I know I was thinking that today I was like but her email it's absolutely fucking insane okay hit me with the next one number two at a certain point we have to ask
Starting point is 00:06:03 are we the bootloader for digital super intelligence that sounds like elon musk it was i want to be like describe that describe what what do you think you mean yeah when you say that i don't think that word means what you think it means one time i stayed awake for 48 hours straight and convinced myself i could smell wi-fi signals grimes that's not like something crimes would say i think that is a redditor because i think if elon said it he wouldn't convince himself he could smell wi-fi signals he would be like i can do that now that's so true and you're correct it was a redditor post post quote have you seen that girl on tiktok who's been doing like a sleep cleanse or whatever the fuck she's calling it like a sleep detox where
Starting point is 00:06:55 she is forcing herself to not sleep that's going to drive her clinically insane that will literally kill you yeah you have to sleep or you'll die yes she's gonna start like hearing voices yeah there's like studies that back that up is she actually doing it do you think or is it like a i have no idea it's one of those things where you're like are you know people on the internet are lying yeah so who knows i i this was also like maybe a month ago so i don't even know what the the the latest status is she's just like she's just dead she fell asleep after i think she was trying to make it like five days without sleeping that's crazy yeah she's like falling asleep at work i'm like what first of all you should not be hopefully you didn't drive there i'm just like
Starting point is 00:07:45 there's so much science to back up how bad that is for you and even if she is like like not actually doing it it's like a hoax whatever you her inspiring other people to do it yeah the internet's a scary place well and it just is like all of the weird things that like people are saying you should do that's healthy like a sleep detox what the fuck are you talking about i don't know it's like to me a sleep detox would mean what what would you do like what would you think a sleep detox means just sleeping a lot and not eating it's like fit tummy tea but sleep detox would be like yeah I'm going to like try and reset my circadian rhythm by like sleeping for only eight hours and like trying to go to bed and wake up at like intermittent sleepable times no that's
Starting point is 00:08:40 actually really bad for you also intermittent sleeping yeah intermittent sleeping for four hours and then waking up and doing stuff and sleeping for a few more hours see that's why i don't understand how like mothers like new to newborns don't go crazy like all like every time newborns just need to eat but they sleep a shit ton but like i have friends who have figured out this like system that they're doing with their husbands where like every they're on shifts every four hours so like they'll be awake with the baby for four hours and then switch off and i would lose my fucking mind but they're like it works for us because then we actually like get to sleep a full like rem cycle but like i don't know how people do it like how they're up all night with
Starting point is 00:09:23 their kids i don't get it and then they do it more than once which is even crazier uh-huh there's like all these studies about like how oxytocin plays a role in that like it's like the happiness hormones flood your brain and make you want to recreate yeah so you forget how create i guess it's almost it is recreation it is recreation yeah you're recreating your own dna using someone else's dna yeah to make something entirely entirely new fuck okay did the light just get darker in here yeah i think the clouds are okay are rolling i closed my eyes and opened them and it was darker and it freaked me out um okay i'm just gonna do a few more because these are a little too obvious aliens are probably watching us and thinking
Starting point is 00:10:13 these guys don't even have mars colonized yet uh elon musk one must he's obsessed with mars why because he's fucking this planet up well yeah i think that billionaires ultimately know that they're running earth dry of its resources and they're like the number one like perpetrators of destroying the planet yeah and then they said oh god the greenwashing is so frustrating like it's your responsibility as a citizen to take care of the planet he's also made so many humans and doesn't give a fuck at all about how their future is going to be it's just that's just insane behavior but i think that generally like billionaires are just like obsessed with going to space and going to mars because they like want to use their own like ideology to create this
Starting point is 00:11:07 planet but the truth is is like i don't think they've ever actually accomplished anything difficult right now like i don't know yeah have you seen have you seen anything about um oh fuck it's this movie mr liz and i just saw um it has robert pattinson in it the lighthouse no no it's new oh it's about going to a new planet oh uh fuck something 17 i'm looking it up yeah mickey 17 mickey 17 so the premise of it is um he they're like leaving the planet they're leaving planet earth to go to a new planet and the person who is uh like funding this whole like travel to this new planet is mark ruffalo and he's hilarious and he's clearly i love him inspired by donald trump and um his character is someone who kept running for like a political office and
Starting point is 00:12:13 kept losing oh my god um and so instead of like you know trying to be continue being successful like in his own world he's like we're leaving the planet we're going to this other world and um the character mickey he is he signs up to be an expendable so they like digitally print his consciousness and use him for like experiments and like all kinds of stuff and like reprint his body and upload him every time so mickey 17 is like the number of times he's been remade oh my god yeah it's really good it's like it's kind of crazy there's like a little bit of character bloat like there are so many characters that have such like big personas that it feels like a lot and but everyone does such a great job but it's it's very funny and I think it perfectly
Starting point is 00:13:12 exemplifies how these fucking like rich weirdos treat everyone like they're expendable they're expendable experiments and their obsession with overtaking a planet and being like deemed this like important creator and like brilliant founder after not really doing anything they just kind of have this dictator behavior this feels very severance coded dude severance i've been like so i watched the season season two finale but in general i've been thinking a lot about like i'm trying to think of how to explain this without any spoilers like people are obviously very focused on the love story but ultimately i think the point is is like you can be yourself like mark is one person you know he's one body with maybe two consciousnesses that could be
Starting point is 00:14:10 argued but he always acts within his own values like his behavior regardless of if he's any mark or outie mark he behaves within the same set of values yeah and he outie mark does not respect any mark no like and that is something that i think like we've all been brainwashed to not respect our own humanity at work yeah our own rights are like and then um i was reading a comment and it was like if people were able to experience empathy for like other people at work or something that then donald trump wouldn't have been elected and i was like people don't even respect themselves at work yeah they they cannot identify themselves as someone who is like a working class person yeah reporting and you're being essentially demanded to betray your personal
Starting point is 00:15:07 values to accomplish some weird vision of a fucking weird billionaire yeah like this person has no connection to reality anymore yeah and they're like expecting you to like kiss their ass and worship the ground they walk on that's why they're like let's sever these people because if they don't know what's going on they'll do whatever we say yeah i mean like it's the what i think is interesting is and again trying not to like share any spoilers but like the intention that they haven't said this necessarily but it's like implied that like the whole point of the severance procedure is to figure out how to reduce people's suffering and so it's like while the intention begins as good like we're gonna do this thing that's gonna like help this thing it ends up
Starting point is 00:15:52 like being at other people's expense and it's such an interesting look at like how corporations are like doing it for us you know like we're trying to like make your life better but then like it's at the expense of everyone else how like the company started out as like an um an ether factory um and like and you see eight-year-olds were like doing ether yeah you know like it but that was like to make pain go away but it's like killing people yeah you see the fallout of it yeah i don't know it's such a if you haven't watched severance you have to get you have to get through the first six episodes it's so slow at the beginning but it's the payoff is so great also of season two or one season one if you haven't watched i thought season like i
Starting point is 00:16:37 loved the mystery and i mean like creating a mystery box show is always gonna be like a lot of table setting yeah totally but it was really slow i'm really glad that i pushed through the creator of it went to my college just oh shit yeah they filmed a lot of it where mr liz went to college really uh-huh oh my god well i mean not the inside part right right he was like that looks like somewhere near my college and then he looked it up and somebody that we were watching the finale with their friend works in the lumen building that they like the actual building that used yeah it's like so cute such a small world um well I mean I was thinking like a perfect example of this of things not actually being for us and they're trying to tell us it's for us I think that
Starting point is 00:17:23 like when you look at social media platforms like when you look at Facebook how it started and what it's become Instagram is also headed that way obviously Twitter yeah and then you're starting to see it so much more now on TikTok too like it's never been about so it starts with the thing that makes it successful at the beginning is community yeah it is being able to keep in touch with your friends and family because I mean like that's what makes college so great so great is living in a walkable community like surrounded by people that you are like friends with that you have connections with like maybe you work together you have classes together you do social activities together it's all of like this one big community where you have something in common and it's easily
Starting point is 00:18:17 accessible but when you grow up and you move away like there it's harder to keep in contact with those people so that is something that like social social media is really bridged with being able to like keep in contact with your immediate community but then being able to see other things outside of your immediate community being able to see like how other people are living what they're doing like seeing news you wouldn't have otherwise known seeing opinions you wouldn't have otherwise thought of like things that you wouldn't have had access to before yeah so that's also and like I mean what comes along with that too what makes like this sense of community even stronger are things like memes and senses of humor and sharing ideas and having conversations but like having a
Starting point is 00:19:08 community where you can joke around and have things in common with people even if they aren't like right next door to you that's what I think the the things that have made social media all these social media platforms successful initially yeah and as they have developed we've watched them like be run into the ground for the sake of profit yeah because they they're like okay how can this be profitable because if you think about it it's otherwise not profitable at all yeah if you are selling at like that's why you see so many advertisements because they're paying like companies are paying for access to where you're at yeah and I mean it's a joke that they're like eventually your sleep is going to be bombarded with ads yeah well I don't think that's actually
Starting point is 00:19:58 going to happen I don't I don't think there's a way unless it's like the brain chip they're like neural link oh yeah you know otherwise I don't think that there's like a way but I also think like um it's it's just like a continuous it's like we've learned nothing like something will become successful and then advertisers will become interested in that successful thing and like that's also how like elections are infiltrated because there isn't any fact checking involved and then you have people who are trying to monetize their content just for the sake of monetization they're not actually like believing the things that they're saying so they're like sharing things that are purposefully inflammatory yeah because inflammatory things will be viewed
Starting point is 00:20:52 more and that is more profitable to advertisers so I'm I don't know as someone who does this professionally it is fascinating and insane to be watching this happen yeah i bet because i don't know what's gonna happen i can only kind of theorize it's like okay maybe another type of platform with content like some sort of like content consumption but now people are addicted to content yeah to the point where everything is just kind of slop um meaningless slop yeah and the barrier of entry is so low for being a creator now too that like a lot of like tiktok shop is a really good example like the amount of like shit the amount of videos that i see people promoting things from tiktok shop that are just so clearly like false but they get pushed because
Starting point is 00:21:46 it's making money for tiktok so like for example there's this mouthwash that this guy was like i've been using this every single day and my teeth are so white from it and it's like there's no way to checked that yeah but he had like 300 000 likes on this video and so it's like he's probably making a shit ton of money from it which inspires other people to lie have you seen the avatar videos yet no it's like uh they look like actual creators it is convincing it's terrifying they there there's these different avatars and um there's something like slightly off when you're watching them but it'll have like whatever video playing in the background and then it'll have the avatar of the person like you know when like a creator will stitch something and then it'll have like just
Starting point is 00:22:33 them in the foreground um it'll have them talking and then it'll look like they're walking with their video like while they're like talking over this thing it it's scary the first one I saw I like was listening and I was like okay I'm locked in and I liked it and then I was watching it and I was like something is not right with this if I were just like casually scrolling I wouldn't have even thought about it that's and for so I'm and I'm like I don't want to be like I'm the smartest person but like for someone who works in social media like I'm I'm not chronically online either but like our generation does have this level of awareness that I don't think that we really see in older and younger generations where we've like we've watched the internet
Starting point is 00:23:21 become what it is now so we have a higher level of awareness of what is real and what is not and for this to be so convincing that it took like I didn't even initially like clock it the first time I had to re-watch it because I was like this lady's mouth is weird like there's something slightly off and then i like um later in the week i saw another creator talking about like oh these are the new avatars that you can use on whatever like video creating app so now it's just a bunch of fucking like scam shops using the using these advertisers or these avatars to create advertisements and there's no incentive for these platforms to stop this either because it's making money for everyone exactly so fucking tiktok shop is like tiktok shop is amazon's number
Starting point is 00:24:11 one competition damn that's shopping because whenever i see anything on tiktok shop i just go over and get it on amazon it's so like once you look more and more into some of these apps you're like oh you're like the incentive is literally just for you to be making more money Right. And that's what it always is. So, I mean, at the end of the day, it's like and that also pisses me off because I'm like, sure, you need to report more and more sales every year to shareholders. But like, let's have a fucking realistic view of things that is not feasible. yeah it is not feasible to continue to go upwards forever and then still be like still have the the bottom line in mind of like what made you successful in the first place right and still be like ethical there i mean like oh my god the like i feel like as companies grow and they get more people on board with them too like the intention of like what what it originally
Starting point is 00:25:22 started as like the mission statement is like obviously going to change because there's so many cooks in the kitchen and they're all being held to this standard that like you want to believe that they have everyone's best interest in mind but like when their feet are to the fire and like they have a different bottom line like they stop like they have no choice but to not be thinking about what matters like at the end of the day you know they're only thinking about the bottom line and like doing better than they did yesterday and like not losing their job over it so it's like it's it feels inevitable when companies grow that they're going to be less ethical yeah that's the only how capitalism works it's the only direction that it can go in either you're going to like lose
Starting point is 00:26:03 your humanity or you're gonna fail I'm gonna pivot do it please okay I heard this reddit post and it is the most maybe the most unhinged thing I've ever witnessed and I want to read it too okay and it has to do with work so I felt like that was a good it loosely it takes place in the workplace so it felt like it felt like a good segue okay so this is somebody's um somebody's uh like retelling or like reposting of somebody else's post that I think doesn't exist anymore so it says um it's a best of redditor updates oh okay i've seen those um and it's so this post because this post is formatted through journal entries and commentary from the original poster the original poster's commentary will be italicized so i'll call that
Starting point is 00:26:54 out additionally names were added by me to make it easier to understand due to oop censoring the names out okay so oop says i received these journals and pen don't forget the pen plus flowers candy and a huge stuffed bear for my former cubicle neighbor at a job i worked at for three years as you'll see this guy is knocking fuds entry one this is this is this man's journal he gave her the journal okay wearing brown wrap dress with silver buckle on belt three inch heels also brown hair up little little too much mascara oh he's trying to neg her in his personal journal yeah okay you and Catherine were talking about that dumb show pretty little liars I tried to get into it for you but
Starting point is 00:27:43 after two seasons I couldn't take it anymore holy moly is this some vapid crap when we are together i will introduce you to amazing tv tv and movies take mad men the subliminalness and stunning virtuoso performances will bowl you over although i should be more careful about what i introduce you to the way they try to show the antithesis of the proper housewives should act is disturbing and clearly done for dramatic license not routed not rooted in reality he misspelled rooted just like this guy's right like like right like you're the foremost authority on being rooted in reality yeah i know you won't mind staying home to raise our children properly it is what women are built for after all certainly you need to work now but have no fear love i will take care of you in the
Starting point is 00:28:26 second take care of you the second you are ready i will lavish you with all you need and support love and cherish me cherish for me and our children okay oh he says these are just a selection most of the entries 221 in total and 21 are rather mundane just notating what i wear and anything that pops into his crazy head that he feels i want to hear him blather about our cubicles were next to each other the whole time i worked at this firm we were kind of friendly the first six months i was there then he asked me on a date i very politely declined very firm that i don't date co-workers and whatnot after that besides for a friendly hello he said almost nothing to me we were on different teams so it was no big deal to me but after i turned him down
Starting point is 00:29:08 he started keeping this journal ew this entry also takes a turn into the crazy end up until now he called me pet names and talked as if we were currently dating this is the first time he really reveals that he's planned the rest of our lives out for us the the last nine months of the journal get really really bad entry two also she included pictures but I haven't it's in the way back machine so I haven't gotten there yet um okay entry two wearing black and white striped blouse lowish cut with an exclamation mark gray blazer and black slacks hair down haircut soon and black flats don't say you need to lose weight why would you feel bad about your appearance fine losing a few pounds wouldn't be the worst thing in the world i wouldn't begrudge you that but no one
Starting point is 00:29:53 is perfect not even me haha flaws can be endearing because not even me flaws can be endearing because it reminds us of our humanness flaws not full out red flags mind you can enhance someone not detract so revel in you beauty my love in your slight flaws and imperfections they make me love you more not less it breaks my heart to hear you fall for big media's banal bullshit i want you i want i want to go to you take your lovely face in my hands and tell you resist the siren song of dieting have another bagel at the roundup meeting maybe even a dab of cream cheese maybe even a dab this guy's tipping his fedora writing on us just don't go crazy haha those slopes can be slippery and although i would still love you i would be disappointed if you gained
Starting point is 00:30:40 weight i would love to see what each of these people looks like oh yeah more than anything i want that oop every time i read this entry i eat a family-sized package of double stuffed oreos just to spite him entry three these are pretty long but they get like really really they get so much worse um they get worse than that oh they get it gets really bad i like that he's writing in this journal as if like they're already in a relationship that's right he's talking like they're together it's it's scary okay oh my god wearing question mark question mark i hope you are enjoying your vacation my sweet but i miss you terribly this week will be pure hell i am counting down the minutes until next monday honestly i thought of going with you i'm sure if you saw me out there
Starting point is 00:31:31 at the resort your heart would have been bursting with love but maybe not i am sorry for doubting you but on that tiny chance that you weren't super happy to have me there i can't be a part of your friend's wedding right haha i couldn't put you through that sometimes it seems you are close to acknowledging our true love other times it frustrates me i'm sorry but it does i don't want to be mad so i wait but not forever silly heck this is for the best seeing holy matrimony could be the push you need i hope so because i love you oh my god and you love me i've never been on a date oh so he's like experiencing like he's delusional psychosis yeah he's entirely delusional this is psychosis so then misogynistic psychosis yeah misogynosis misogynosis sounds like
Starting point is 00:32:16 an sti yeah i mean that's essentially what bacterial misogynosis um oop said i know what my reaction would have been if he was at the resort in mexico or my friend was getting married a trip to hr and moving to a different part of the office for me i feel like it would probably be something entirely different i feel like i would be calling the cops well like wouldn't initially you'd be like like if this was just a regular co-worker yeah maybe initially you'd be like oh what are you doing here cool hi yeah i'm gonna go about doing my bullshit right like i wouldn't even think that much of it but then if he was being weird like if if they were weird out like at work and like if they behaved weirdly in this context i'd be like this person's a
Starting point is 00:32:56 fucking weirdo absolutely yeah continue but it doesn't seem like she's like aware at this point that he's like this just based on how she's talking about him like otherwise like yeah i don't know we just kind of like acknowledge each other sometimes yeah you just work together yeah he asked me on a date all the time i don't even think that much about it i'd be like oh cool i hi we work together right i'm gonna keep doing whatever i'm doing okay this is when it starts to get really bad okay entry four wearing green silk blouse black tight skirt that doesn't make your knees what does that mean does it make your knees standing i can only imagine how short it is when you're oh oh so it's above your knees oh while she's standing yeah i can only imagine how
Starting point is 00:33:39 short it is when you're sitting black two inch heels hair up the flirting thing with mike needs to end i try to be understanding women are evolutionarily wired to flirt but hearing you banter with him two or three times a week when you know i'm listening makes my blood boil what does mike have that is attractive to you i just don't get it it makes me sick hearing his disgusting innuendo and your positive responses to that kind of talk be modest be meek and pure like hey maybe mike's hot yeah honestly not a fucking misogynistic insult that's probably why he doesn't like him be meek and pure like you should ew i feel like i need to stand up and remind you that your perfect mate is right here inches away i'm everything you need and everything you will come to understand
Starting point is 00:34:22 you want i struggle with your behavior my sweet i truly do but it doesn't get me down because i know the end game even if you don't yet that we will be together forever you are getting there too i can sense it your inability to date anyone more than two or three times and the fact that you even recognize mike as just a quote-unquote work boyfriend i.e play thing means you're getting there i am patient i truly am friend i don't know right i am patient i truly am after all we will have the rest of our lives together oop says barf he doesn't understand that a work boyfriend actually means anything i didn't find my work boyfriend attractive at all attractive at all i just enjoyed his jokes some things to break up the day so entry five wearing loose button-down
Starting point is 00:35:05 turquoise shirt black a-line skirt hair up black flats thank you my love i'm so happy right now that conversation with carol about masturbation habits wow every time that fat hippo opened her mouth i wanted to yell shut up let oop talk her name obviously i'm not going to lie to you never unless it's for your benefit obviously i've been rock hard ever since ew i'm seriously considering making use of the bathroom in quote unquote that way i've only done it once here when you wore that two sheer blouse under your lavender jacket but the heat was gorked so you had it off all day I could see your lacy bra on a hint of your sensual mounds of pure heaven yeah imagine finding out someone was jerking off to you yeah and I mean like at work keeping a full
Starting point is 00:35:51 log of like yeah what you're doing and what you're wearing I don't I would feel so violated in so many ways oh my god I was thinking if this happened to one of my friends I would be like you need to like go into witness protection uh-huh this is insane yeah i bet if she like gave this to the police they would be like there's nothing we can do yeah right just this guy's gonna kill me have you asked him to stop that's what they would say um okay i missed that day september 14th 2015 to be exact i'm so thankful i got a pic yes you have kind of derpy you have a kind of derpy face but it wasn't like i could ask you to pose haha not to take anything from your gorgeous face but that picture is all about
Starting point is 00:36:31 your breasts honestly in this case you could have a bag over your head and the picture's amazingness wouldn't be diminished in the slightest ew way off topic i know haha i'm not trying to embarrass you my sweet god i can't get that picture out of my head i feel like if i touch myself again i'll explode in my pants okay one minute next post oh wait same post same post you totally glanced at me when I walked by didn't you checking me out with a cute little smile don't deny it I saw you my love you were talking with Carol like that you talking you knew talking with Carol like that would get me excited huh what a kinky sex pot I'm grinning from ear to ear now we are so close to this happening aren't we I'm shaking with anticipation for the inevitable
Starting point is 00:37:13 for our fate we are hurting we're hurtling closer and closer I'm so excited and then the OOP wrote the fact that he always heard every little thing i said is really suspicious to me yes he was four or five feet away from me but honestly i wonder if he bugged my cube somehow because there's no way this conversation happened loud enough for him to hear normally someone that psychotic absolutely would do something like this yes maybe i'm being paranoid but based on his behavior i've i have pretty good reason to be also double bar for the thought that i was trying to turn him on or that he went to the bathroom to jerk it those double stuffed oreos from before don't have a chance okay now i want oreos i know doesn't that sound good yeah i think i might go get some after
Starting point is 00:37:56 this absolutely oreo time baby my god i fucking love oreos okay entry seven this is getting to the worst of it all wearing blue slim sweater with white collared shirt underneath light brown slacks hair up brown three inch heels just to make sure you understand in regard to our discussion on friday i do try to limit my masturbation and have no fear it is only our conversation yeah he's he's completely lost you are not in this conversation no no and have no fear it is only you that I think about when I just have to release all my previous material is nothing compared to you my love there is a difference between you and me when it comes to masturbation when you do it you are preparing yourself for me I know you also have sex but I do my best not to
Starting point is 00:38:37 think about you letting other men have you it upsets me but at least you are seeing how awful other men are compared to the nirvana that will be me but I am saving my seed for you to implant your sweet flower ew yeah i know they say can this man read like no this isn't the point but can you read just like any smut book just one and see maybe some language that would be preferable yeah but anyways but i'm saving my seed for you to implant your sweet flower i know they say the worst part sorry i know they say sperm regenerates every day but i've seen men say their loads are larger when they wait and it feels that way for me too not like i measure or anything haha of course you don't of course you don't that doesn't seem like something you would do yeah but a part of
Starting point is 00:39:27 fucking patrick bateman ass weirdo but a part of me mourns all that poor sperm who just want to have a chance to be the one that creates andrew peter our first child andrew peter what a stupid Andrew Peter is going to have the worst podcast you've ever heard. Our first child and instead finds themselves in a tube soccer going down the shower drain. So I will do better. Abstain as much as I can for you, my love. Entry eight. Wearing.
Starting point is 00:39:58 This is in all caps. Who the hell knows? How can you do this? How? How? How can you abandon your one true love? How can you abandon our life together? How can you doom our future generations to nothingness?
Starting point is 00:40:09 How? she get a new job yeah i am bereft without you a drift at sea i can't be without you i won't be without you i will follow you to the ends of the of the universe know that i will find you and help you understand for us to complete joe goldberg the truth seriously to complete the truly most important relationship ever i see i need to take control i wanted to wait for you but i see that other women you need like other women you need your man to take charge no more waiting i will show you what you have been too blind to see with your own eyes what has been sitting patiently listening documenting for you for posterity fine I get it I understand you're telling me to be the
Starting point is 00:40:49 man stop crying creep you are saying stop being a goddamn pussy fine you want me to take control well here here's all the evidence you need I understand that you want me to stop you a grand gesture for you okay I'm sorry my love for how I'm writing here messy I promise to read to you whatever you can't make out yourself you just threw me for a loop but your message is loud and clear i'm coming for you my love coming for us so here's the context so that day i went to my supervisor and gave my two weeks notice and that i was planning on using my accrued vacation days during that time without getting into all the gory details i wanted to get out of that place didn't even know about this psycho yet so i packed my stuff up and was gone before the loser came in
Starting point is 00:41:28 my friends in the office told me that psycho cube boy was late because he had a doctor's appointment or something and was and absolutely melted down when he found out that i wasn't there He got sent home where I assume he wrote this last entry. In the office the next day, he contacted HR and said that I was moving and that I had asked him to bring me my last paycheck stub. So a since-fired HR person gave him my address. He left work at lunchtime, brought a bunch of things he thought would win me over, and came to my apartment.
Starting point is 00:41:57 Thankfully, I wasn't there as I was flying to another city to rent an apartment for my new job. Does it say what else he brought her? um he says he so he camped out in front of her building for three days finally someone called the cops on him to have and he had to abandon whatever his plans were where i first saw you i'm not gonna move i how much do you want to bet he listened to that on repeat oh that was his yeah that was his bible got some words on cardboard and your picture in my hand saying if you see this girl could you tell her where i am that's actually that song kind of goes hard and once i'm surprised i
Starting point is 00:42:40 know the words in me and your heart that song was on the radio all the time in high school my ex put it on a mixed cd for me oh wow he was a little obsessed with me i feel like he would do something like this so okay this is the end suffice to say i didn't react the way that he wanted long story short he's currently in jail two to five years and i live in a new city and now able to laugh about what happened thanks for a kick-ass therapist and some amazing drugs edit since so many people are asking i'll expound why he's in jail after i received a restraining order he violated that restraining order and attempted to kidnap me so that he could prove his love to me in whatever twisted way he thought was possible thanks to the outstanding law
Starting point is 00:43:20 enforcement officials in my city his attempt was known ahead of time and i was being monitored so that as soon as he started his kidnapping attempt he was apprehended and arrested holy shit okay you know what shouts to the cops i gotta say i'm gonna give the the cops the props that they deserve under in this circumstance because because it's so common that this nothing happens you know yeah absolutely like you go to the police with like a concern and yeah and then they're like have you asked him to stop yeah yeah why do you think i'm fucking talking to you dude yeah well and then the and then the woman ends up dead yeah exactly you know and it's like well like what could have been done literally anything literally anything so anyway it's good to know
Starting point is 00:44:07 that this person was taken care of that is bonkers it is one of these stories that like i was listening to this and it's like it it feels like we're told so often to be like hyper vigilant and then it seems like this person had literally no clue that this guy yeah was like sorry when it when it's already charged it'll like oh oh do that i keep thinking it's my phone it's not even plugged in um but that's that's terrifying yeah it's so scary and it's like it's a good reminder i think obviously it's like an extreme extreme like example of this happening but it is important like to remember that there are like stalkers it is important to remember that there are like people out there that are delusional enough like people like women get
Starting point is 00:45:01 called flirts all the time for being nice and like having your niceness be misconstrued in the mind of somebody who's clearly like unstable could cost you your life yeah i mean he tried to kidnapped literally yeah after a restraining order obviously this is like an extreme example right on a smaller scale someone could still like do something horrifying like right to violate your sense of safety yeah anyway thanks for listening to my long tail i liked it i saved it from fascinating it what it is i mean like what the fuck that shit's so scary to me um did you have any topics because i have one last one um yes but it's i feel like it would be a better discussion for like when we have more time okay so we can revisit it next week
Starting point is 00:45:55 okay um my last topic after i've been yap yapping is um some news some talking tits the world's newest sti affects one in three women and it's bacteria it's back yes um it's bacterial vaginosis i believe that is um it's so it wasn't considered an sti before oh i guess i wouldn't i didn't consider it an sti yeah and now it's being it's they're shifting the way it should be treated because it's being categorized as an STI now I guess that makes sense yeah like but the thing that I think differentiates it is you don't need to be sexually active to get bacterial vaginosis yeah but I think it would be more common if you're like having sex with someone who is not like regularly cleaning
Starting point is 00:46:52 their genitals totally and that's I mean that's what they're saying it's they're starting to treat male partners alongside female partners to reduce the recurrence of it because they are realizing that like it's connected to the cleanliness of the male participant yeah um and bv is commonly associated with infertility premature births and newborn deaths which i didn't realize i've had bacterial vaginosis twice yeah um and when my doctor called me about it and she she's called it like she accidentally said something about gonorrhea and so I like yeah and she was like oh sorry sorry I misread I misread after like five minutes about going on about gonorrhea oh my god so I was like oh my god thank god but now that I'm reading this I'm like
Starting point is 00:47:41 oh was it bacterial vaginosis is more serious than I thought it was I thought it was just like a really bad yeast infection yeah I didn't know it was that serious either yeah so because I mean I've I've gotten it a lot like because I've the the two times I had it I also had a yeast infection because they can kind of go hand in hand yeah so I think yeah I I didn't realize how badly it could affect someone yeah they're but it's now saying um the recurrence is cut in half with partner treatment so I mean that's good yeah and for those of you curious you could just kind to take a one and done pill um i can't remember the name of it off the top of my head but it also treats yeast infections yeah so yes you can take that and it'll treat both yeah if you're like i'm
Starting point is 00:48:31 not sure which of those things it is well oh i was gonna say i am curious if like what other things can contribute to that like like the things the chemicals that are in tampons like uh-huh no one's even checked tampons to make sure those things aren't in there you know right there's like we talked about this in an episode a while back of like there's metals in tampons there's like a bunch of fucking chemicals it's just a bunch of shit you don't need in it yeah right that's the thing it's like what purpose is that serving yeah why I'm sure they have some answer but like and then I also am curious about like other things like okay what what about synthetic fabrics there's been studies that synthetic fabrics um can affect male fertility and no one's
Starting point is 00:49:24 like talking about that yeah like I feel like there has also been an increase in like fertility challenges with couples that are trying to get pregnant and it's easy to default to being like oh well it's the woman's fault which is actually kind of crazy yeah when that has become less and less common and it has actually been linked more and more to like sperm um and yeah like why aren't we looking at like what synthetic what what synthetic fabrics are in commonly used in men's underwear that could be affecting like male fertility right it's just it's so aggravating to me how like desperately men want to be considered equals in pregnancy they want it to be like we're pregnant and like this is like our baby and I did this but then like absolve all
Starting point is 00:50:17 responsibility when like you know something goes wrong like oh it's the woman's fault it's like but you can't have both yeah you know what I mean like you can't have you can't be an equal player in this and not have any responsibility for things not going the right way yeah what are you doing to take care of your body to assure that you're like in peak health so that the person who will be carrying your child isn't experiencing a horrible pregnancy right because like the pregnancy experience is directly linked to like the health of your sperm which is your responsibility but they've never had to really put any thought into it you know I also I mean how many studies have really gone into it until recently no yeah not a lot I also am curious okay like back to the
Starting point is 00:51:05 the bb thing like I'm also curious about like laundry detergent like there are so many different things that could that we use every day like toilet paper like how many things are you putting like on or near your genitals on a regular basis that could be affecting you in that way yeah I No, no, you don't. There's I mean, there's it's it's like trying to shovel during a snowstorm. It should be so simple and straightforward because we should just be able to trust like. And that's I think the thing that is so frustrating, it's like, OK, I pay my taxes and I'm paying money for this product and it's harming me. Right. Right. And now we have people that are like, you know, in charge of like the health administrations. yeah did you did you hear that did you hear rfk uh backpedaled on the vaccine comment yeah he was
Starting point is 00:51:58 like no but actually like you should get vaccines yeah i didn't say that i didn't say the first thing um because people are dying and his kids are vaccinated did you know that yeah and he's one he's the number one person who has um contributed to the misinformation around vaccines causing autism yeah the worm in his brain did a little more damage than i think that we're acting like it did i wonder if i had a worm a brain in my a worm in my brain maybe i already do i'm gonna name him rfk jr um i wonder if i had a worm in my brain if i would have like more of a sense of peace but i actually don't think republicans have any peace i don't think they have any peaceful peaceful people don't do what don't do this shit no no people who are at peace
Starting point is 00:52:51 do not look for ways to take rights away from people right like what yeah why are you trying to remove rights from people we should be giving people more rights yeah it's because it's to benefit it's to benefit them and make rich people richer that's that's really the bottom line what and why like for what because i don't know do you want more people to be happy they're filling their pockets no they don't give a fuck about people that doesn't make any sense to me no it doesn't make it shouldn't and you know what no taxation without representation we should all stop paying our taxes people are talking about not paying their taxes because like they've taken like a lot of the like 11 000 people got fired from the irs and so like people are convinced
Starting point is 00:53:33 that nobody's gonna check them on their taxes this year so people just aren't doing their taxes damn and we're not saying to not i'm like should i not do should i actually not do my taxes i already paid my taxes three months ago i don't know if i would have to pay taxes i'm gonna have to pay more i think i will get a tax return see it's the only issue i have so many w9s i i owe and 1099s i mean i mean i owe so much to the government like i'm like for what around anything yeah like what do you mean anyway i don't want to pay my taxes for the next four years that feels fair i'll look on reddit see what people are doing yeah are y'all uh paying your taxes or yeah so we all hear like they can't put all of us in jail surely for tax evasion
Starting point is 00:54:21 no but they will put you in jail for having adhd right give me an ankle monitor that sounds kind of nice i would love to not leave let's all get together and like bedazzle our ankle monitors Oh my God. Inkle monitor art night. I love that. Okay. The girlies together. Okay. I need to go to the gym. That sounds fun for you. It's not, it's not. And I'm not happy about it, but I need to do it. See Frank going to the gym every single morning at five 30. Like that's insane. Even when he like doesn't sleep whenever I don't want to go to the gym, I'm like, I don't have an excuse. Mr. Liz woke up super early today and I was like very disoriented. I was like, why are you awake right now because i checked my phone because i was like oh i wonder if my
Starting point is 00:55:05 alarm's about to go off and he was awake at like 5 30 is he jet lagged no no he had um a phone screen at six so i i'm assuming it was for the east coast oh shit oh my god or like no to that it was the whatever call it was was they were on the east coast because that would be 9 a.m their time because why the fuck else would you be awake that early but ew no no there's nothing that i want enough to get me out of bed that early no yeah anyway thanks for listening ready to ready to play us out it's more than anything i want to play us out going back to the podcast i'm loving this new trend of you just singing irrelevant songs in my head yeah i love that we love you our children
Starting point is 00:56:00 i think that was like maybe one of our best i agree i felt really good about that me too Thank you.
