Starting point is 00:00:00 yeah it's like having a popcorn kernel back there yeah but like from hell i think yeah my hell is just a puke stuck in my throat i did something last night anal anal no i'm just kidding we're waiting until marriage um that is a marriage hole you know you know what is so funny is only my husband can put it in my butt i've been saying that for forever and then frank said the same thing to me when we started dating he was like no i'm waiting till marriage i was like shut the fuck up i've been saying that too and that's how i knew we were soulmates isn't that uh one of nikki glazer's jokes what about butt sex yeah she like um she's saving that hole for marriage maybe but i've been saying
Starting point is 00:01:03 that since high school say it when we saw her live well shit i probably said the same thing then i've been saying that since high school it's a good it's a good joke gatsby not even a joke for me it's um it's a good uh life i'm not laughing it's funny but it's real yeah and that's why it's funny the best look at this fuckhead what are you doing one of our friends pointed out that comedy is suffering like every funny plot funny right now well every funny plot in a movie is like the at the root of it is suffering which is so interesting that's buddhism baby buddhists were the funniest ones buddha so funny fucking hilarious dude could tell a joke like nobody else religion is pretty funny yeah inherently um so okay back to what i did last
Starting point is 00:01:59 night oh yeah yeah yeah we we didn't still didn't get to the conclusion i nared my lady bits but it didn't work yeah i think my hair is too coarse did you use the one that is made for it yeah okay and it's too gentle i think because it's like supposed to be gentle down there i mean that shit's it smells oh my god it made my bathroom in my room smell all fucking night it was awful well so what was your like what was the process like did you trim anything i was already trimmed okay i was okay so i was already tight i was already i had like a five o'clock shadow okay and so i was like looking at like um i saw somebody's like friend waxing their bikini line for them on like it was like an influencer and i was like oh i should get like those wax
Starting point is 00:02:49 strips but as in my search I was like maybe maybe I should start small and so I bought bikini line and you can also use it on your armpits and so here's what you do oh I'm no stranger to Nair you lather it see I've used Nair before but I've never used this brand um it had really good reviews but I'm starting to think like they did the thing where they like pay people to buy the product and then review it you know what I mean because like it wasn't like I left it on for the maximum time and i mean my hair is coarse but like when i'm looking for shit like that i always put reddit at the end of that search yeah yeah i should have done that it was cheap too so i should have known it's like five bucks for a bottle oh yeah and it smelled like normal nair but um it didn't
Starting point is 00:03:31 it didn't show any results just as bad it's the worst smell at all it's the worst smell have you tried using the nair one specifically on your no does it work well i mean it's worked for me but it smells like ass and it's also like the the like chemical burn it leaves at least on me is like not worth it yeah and then you still can't wear a bikini it's like yeah then by the time this fucking rash goes away from the nair not only does your bathroom stink to high heaven but now you can't even wear a fucking bikini yeah and your and your punani smells like sulfur all that I've done I mean what I've ended up doing what I resort to doing is um I'll like occasionally get a wax like when it's summertime I'll go get a wax so I have a clean slate
Starting point is 00:04:25 um I'm too afraid to ask for a landing strip but I want one I'm sure I know we talked about this I just I just want well because usually they ask usually they're like do you want a landing strip and then i would say no but now i do want a landing strip because i'm in my 30s and i feel like having a landing strip is very chic yeah it's yeah it feels very like met gala and the it's just like so like it's serving vogue yeah have you i saw someone on tiktok say like when kanye west ex-husband that isn't kim bianca ex ex-wife yeah bianca oh sorry did i say ex-husband yeah but you know it's the 21st century yeah ex-spouse yeah um she they were when she was wearing that like sheer completely see-through smock i don't know what the fuck you
Starting point is 00:05:20 want to call it um someone was like if she had a bush then it would have been oh it would have in the moment vogue yeah it would have been like it would have served if that would have made the statement he tries to make when he's like on his bullshit you know apparently the statement he was trying to make was that he just wants people to be looking at his woman which is insane put a bush on her yeah put a bush on that bitch i want to i put a bush on that bitch i wish that we could have experienced a timeline where she had a bush and we just saw bush conversation happening i want to see the open commentary and discourse about bush and right now there is a lot of bush convo happening at least on tiktok are you on bush talk the president or the vagina the vagina no i guess
Starting point is 00:06:14 both um no neither i don't know why i asked the answer is no to both but uh i did recently see someone saying like all these men talking about bush that's how like you know a man is like a performative feminist you know i've never really dated a guy that i've like trusted enough to have a conversation with about the prospect of a bush who's like genuinely cared i yes you should be bush neutral yeah you shouldn't fucking care right bush positivity is out yeah because if you're like i love bush um i don't know it's just i feel like it's not for you like everyone should be bush neutral like you shouldn't care if they have hair if they don't you should not have a preference yeah i think it's weird to have a preference absolutely you know i mean yeah i don't know i
Starting point is 00:07:08 mean i guess when i think of it from my perspective because i asked mr liz like a long time ago i was like do you prefer anything because i i'm curious you know and also you're like please say no yeah and he was like um i don't think so and then he was like well what what do you like yeah that's the right answer yeah and i was like i mean it's such a pain in the ass to like be completely fucking bald and also it looks like at some point you're like this is weird yeah there's hair there and there should be yeah and um he was like yeah i mean whatever you want to do and then he asked if i had a preference and i was like just a just a light trim yeah because i don't want if it's too long you know it's in your face when when you're down there yeah so yeah picking it out of your
Starting point is 00:07:57 teeth yeah i have ever gotten a pube in your throat oh yeah oh god not good it's nauseating to me yeah it's one of those things that makes me feel sick yeah if I think about it too much yeah worst feeling yeah it's like having a popcorn kernel back there yeah but like from hell I think yeah my hell is just digging stuck in my throat that's why I'm such a good person I can't have that for all of eternity I can't um have you seen that clip from um I think his name is Garrett nolan have you seen that guy that sings really loud opera to his cat no okay well he's like made so many jumps in terms of like what he does so like i think that that's how he originally got like famous online was like he like sings to his cat that bites him and then he like made the jump
Starting point is 00:08:46 over to like only fans content okay i saw someone talking about this guy yeah i saw them talking about his original content of him like basically like kind of low-key abusing his cat yes like this cat clearly doesn't want to be held you're holding it you're holding it super tight you're screaming in his face it's biting you it's not happy that's not funny he would get like bite marks on his face and shit i was like go cat pussy power do it harder yeah you should yeah try harder um but anyway i bring him up to say he has a podcast because of course he does and um the pot calling the kettle black here i'm like of course he does um what fucking influencer doesn't have a podcast these days nerd well to be fair we had this podcast before you were um a well-known creator
Starting point is 00:09:37 so we've been here from day one oh my god um that's true though but he has i don't even know the guy the guy that he has the podcast with is also famous online i don't know what his name is but they were having a discussion about the other guy asked garrett he was like um how do you feel about having sex with a girl when she's on her period and he was like oh i love it that's weird that's the same kind of thing as being bush positive yeah are you a fucking vampire you should be i love fucking girls on their period you should be neutral on this topic i mean it's okay to be a little like i don't know about that because it is a little like it's messy you know it's messy but to be and that isn't like a it's not like a good like lubricant no be bush neutral
Starting point is 00:10:23 be period neutral i think that that is neutrality on i just want to see neutrality across the board i want to see body neutrality i want to see height neutrality i want to see bush neutrality what else um uh period neutrality yeah i mean just be neutral just avoid of all emotion it's just i mean just maybe i don't know i stand by it i stand by and i stand by being nihilistic um just kidding i feel things but i mean i think there should be neutrality in terms of like what other people want to fucking be and do as long as they're not hurting other people oh my god that's so fucking real libertarian stance i mean it's just the the fact that there's so much focus on shit in this country about things that have zero bearing on who like how your day
Starting point is 00:11:22 goes as an individual is disgusting like okay i don't want to get on my soapbox i don't want to bring up the trans issue uh but if you feel like a trans woman is is like threatening your womanhood then you aren't feeling strongly as a woman in the first place why why is your identity as a woman so fragile that someone else identifying with a woman threatens it right that's not a trans woman's your idea of being a woman rooted in patriarchal ideals yes like yeah like let's deconstruct that part first yeah before you start like pointing your finger at trans women yeah and the obsession with trans women and the complete dismissal of trans men is so fucking agitating to me yes i had a conversation with someone sort of recently where i know that they're like not necessarily
Starting point is 00:12:18 like completely aware of everything with trans folks experiences and they were like well if if you had spent your entire life like training for a sport and a trans woman like took your spot in that sport and i was like when does that fucking happen and then and then they were like well it happened with like the swimmer and i was like okay i looked it up the swimmer in question i'm sorry i don't remember i don't remember her name she tied with another woman for fifth place fifth place so even if she hadn't even fucking competed that woman would still be in fifth place the one who had something to say about it and now she's a right-wing grifter she's like all over the republican circuit talking about like how she like had to tie for fifth place and like well i had to tie for
Starting point is 00:13:08 fifth place i swim willie willie swole you like no one fucking remembers or cares about where we swole fifth place i also think i also think maybe that's the only interesting thing about her oh easily that she's like i'm i'm never gonna be good enough to be first place i'm never gonna be good enough to like be someone memorable so if i double down on this trans stance then at least i don't want to like no she looks exactly what you think she looks like just like a a lipless yeah she's like kind of like republican makeup kind of like oh no does she have baseline does she have a mar-a-lago makeover i've never heard that but yeah oh you haven't no i love mar-a-lago makeover yeah a mar-a-lago makeover i thought we talked about this i don't think so maybe this was a conversation
Starting point is 00:14:02 with someone else what the fuck is on my other podcast no i don't have one should we rip open this mailbag this is a very that was a good transition into some of our mail actually yeah so back in november we received a couple of emails about people's partners voting for trump um and we're going to read those to you guys because we got a follow-up from one of them and i think that's thrilling absolutely thrilling the subject line is help my boyfriend voted for trump hi ladies i've been listening to the pod for ages ever since i left a toxic ass emotionally abusive relationship i found comfort and validation in your words while processing my breakup and newfound trauma you really you both really comforted and encouraged me while i was embarking
Starting point is 00:14:50 on the crazy journey of being single after six years oh that is a journey long story short i'm now in the healthiest relationship i've ever been in we've been together for two years and communicate so well put each other first and always put in the work that the relationship needs my partner is one of the kindest and most most empathetic people i know so imagine my shock when he confided in me that he voted for trump in the 2024 election that's honestly fucking crazy it's also like the phrasing of confided in like he was like so like he was in such a hard place that he did this you know he's like i have to confide in my girlfriend for a secret voting against her right for trump okay continuing on i i just want to pause real quick okay how would
Starting point is 00:15:34 you react if that were you like i know obviously frank would never fucking do that like just knowing frank there's no i would be shocked he wouldn't i don't know what i would do like i think that i was so just like specific when i was dating about like making sure that we were aligned on issues before i really got to know the dude that i can't imagine myself ever being in this scenario but i don't think i could do it especially in this climate i would feel like if mr liz told me this i would feel like he told me he cheated on me yeah like that's how my heart would drop into my butt yeah okay let's continue okay he had previously told me that he was less than thrilled with biden and didn't believe kamala would do anything different but at that point he was
Starting point is 00:16:32 leaning toward voting independent or abstaining from the vote which is anyway okay i'm not going to keep interjecting he's absolutely not a maggot type of guy and said it was really a really hard decision but that there were issues he thought trump would handle better mostly immigration i would love to fucking know let's have him on what his what his mind says right now i've been struggling with this because women's rights and access to abortion are so important to me i feel betrayed and like he voted against my rights we've been having discussions about how to move forward in our relationship overall when we talk about our values views and morals it seems like we're on the same page so neither of us want to break up but i'm really struggling with coming to terms with
Starting point is 00:17:10 this choice any advice for how to move forward in a relationship with differing political views sorry for the long email love the pod this is a short email i in fact i wish it was longer so i'm glad that there's a follow-up i mean well there's a follow-up to the other email oh yeah not this one oh man okay i mean sorry that we waited so long to address this um we didn't have big plans yeah we were waiting for something else yeah to to be able to talk about it but um oh my gosh i am very curious as to what his opinions are now and how they like maybe were able to resolve this and honestly i do not feel qualified to give any advice in this circumstance because at this point you know this was our third election having to deal with donald trump
Starting point is 00:18:02 yeah i literally said to mr liz the other day i was like if we're not already at this point like people are going to have to start hiding their friends who are not like natural born citizens here uh-huh like which sounds like it sounds like the holocaust yeah it does it's all really really bad right now and i feel like it's bad in a way that's scary and so i can't imagine being in a relationship with somebody who is actively for what's happening so it'd be interesting to know if now that your boyfriend has seen what is actually happening if he's changed his mind because i have seen a lot of people that voted for trump be like uh-oh what the fuck happened but it's like you this is exactly what you voted for he was clear from the jump of what he was
Starting point is 00:18:52 gonna do okay so the second email we got that was in the same vein is the subject line is my avant-garde hetero husband voted for trump send help and this one is a little bit longer to the original author of this email we put your email in chat gpt and asked it to make it shorter just for time's sake yeah we didn't um change i said i said don't change any of the words just trim it and take anything out that's like repetitive um so here's your uh chat gbt trimmed email hey ladies sorry this is long-winded but i think the context is helpful and others might benefit from this perspective feel free to trim this down if you read it on air you have my full permission just don't use my government name perfect i'm a leftist who votes democrat go far
Starting point is 00:19:43 left and you get your guns back or go far enough left and you get your guns back i just want regulation i voted for obama his second term bernie reluctantly for hillary and biden and kamala with my full chest i'm transparent about my values politically informed and aware of my privilege someone called that out in my dms this week after i turned off comments on a post i'd received enough feedback and wasn't mentally able to take more i'm a middle class college educated white woman emphasis on white i believe i read that correctly um i'm a democrat socialist happy to pay more taxes if it means access to health care and social programs i'm also open to respectful correction recently i learned via therapy that i'm likely autistic a common autism
Starting point is 00:20:28 trait needing to know why i'm logical have a strong sense of justice and can poke holes in arguments unless i'm overwhelmed now last week in couples therapy i learned my husband voted for trump previously he said he voted libertarian i've given up arguing about third party voting he justified it by saying our abortion rights are protected by our dem governor which isn't really true north carolina is mostly red and abortion is only protected up to 12 weeks with red tape when he admitted to voting for trump i had to leave the room to avoid a meltdown i could have left i could have left him there i had the keys but i didn't i understand his political views why he left why he left the left even if i think his logic is flawed he previously voted for
Starting point is 00:21:16 elizabeth warren it's been a while i know it's been a wild journey he's not into right-wing podcasts but he's hooked on i funny and reddit he loves kill tony yes the dude who joked about puerto rico at a trump rally he got booed this weekend at wrestlemania that was just the best thing hilarious um you could see it on his face too he's like oh yeah i lost the little audience i had he's on his phone constantly he's essentially a stay-at-home dad we've been married three years together 10 our son is one i'm the breadwinner he runs a small llc from our garage and ubers on weekends he does most child care during the week daycare would have cost nearly his whole paycheck he wanted to be a stay-at-home dad and here we are his anti-feminism is new to me he thinks the
Starting point is 00:22:04 movement is full of extremists claims i became a feminist five years ago i've always been one my values haven't changed i don't understand how he can be a stay-at-home dad with a working wife and still not identify as a feminist he says he wants equal rights for everyone but avoids naming women specifically i've tried to be mindful avoiding all men are trash language but he won't follow the logic of why women are angry he says men and women have been equal in our lifetime sir he was born in 87 the violence against women act passed in 94 the era still isn't ratified he said things like abortion promotes hookup culture and all feminists are evil oh but when i say all men are trash he takes it personally i've pointed out that his generalization also
Starting point is 00:22:52 includes people he loves me his mom his sister he doesn't see it that way how how sway because like the loss of nuance over the last like 10 years is insane to me which like i think it's crazy because i feel like i've maybe it's just because my brain finished developing but like i feel like i have more nuance oh absolutely but whatever maybe i missed the signs in 2020 we had a yelling match he said the wage gap didn't exist because i made more than him we work in very different fields he stormed out ran to his mom who kindly explained that yes the wage gap exists he conceded but still believes that today before last year we barely fought the recent tension is new historically he's been an avant-garde heterosexual with bi wife energy plays dnd
Starting point is 00:23:42 cuddly nerd we've joked about our best friends being in a throuple with us he's been called a fruity fly this new behavior color me confused we're continuing therapy bi-weekly weekly was getting too expensive he's tried to quit therapy before red one yeah i mean multiple here our first therapist broke up with us he kept trying to mansplain her profession that's crazy we now see her boss oh damn you gotta see the therapist yeah you literally got sent to the final bus wow we go into the principal's office yeah who is phenomenal and knows how to handle him i'm grateful he agreed to keep going i've spent days processing meditated under the full moon witchy altar crystals moon water i'm a recovered catholic turned pagan apparently
Starting point is 00:24:32 yeah i mean that's the only way for recovered catholics absolutely that's yeah that's a standard pipeline um talk to friends family facebook groups even talked to his mom for 45 minutes the other night i've considered divorce didn't tell her that i've thought through logistics comments running through my head do it while the kid's young trump my outlaw no-fault divorce in north carolina you have to live separately for a full year first um and then yeah she ends saying like thank you for reading this fucking novel of an email if you made it this far we trimmed it girl um much love sexless and raleigh p.s if we do ever do divorce or if he dies before me i am exclusively dating women fuck yeah well follow up on that
Starting point is 00:25:21 this is what you've been waiting for folks so this author of this email sent us an update last week and i'm just gonna read it to you oh it's a good one yeah update my avant-garde hetero husband voted for trump send help update i'm divorcing him all caps i was trying to make it work i was trying to be patient while he sought out individual therapy after quitting couples counseling i hit a breaking point and he is now out of the house and we are working on a custody agreement for our toddler i tried but he is not willing to open his mind to the possibility that any of his ideas or notions about women feminist trans people immigrants the wage gap etc etc are wrong he refuses to hear me out he is incapable of having a discussion about any of it in good faith and i can only be
Starting point is 00:26:13 called a nazi for being a feminist so many times before i have to tap out god i mean the irony no kidding and now i'm on her fuck yeah is that a dating app yeah and have a date tuesday i don't want a man's penis anywhere near me right now going to try exclusively date date going to try to exclusively date women going forward hashtag by pride my sister and cousin are planning a divorce party for me next year takes a full calendar year for this bs in my state where i will be dancing my heart out to yippee-ki-yay by kesha shout out to kesha for the divine timing of her new album p.s his lawyer ended up being a woman and i think that's hilarious and nothing against her personally but my lawyer kicks ass in comparison pss if you have any ambition to own a
Starting point is 00:27:02 home have a 401k etc get a prenup i have this asshole on record saying he will come after every last penny he can half the house half my 401k since the wedding half the dog i'm taking the dog dumbass i am so fucking thrilled for you also proud holy shit yeah that's not easy at all but fuck i mean to decide to get a divorce is not an easy decision so and after doing so much work to try to work through it too like i mean at least at that point you really know you really know you did everything that you could but like good for you and please keep us updated on your dating life because that sounds exciting yeah i'm fully invested i also i think that like um a funeral theme is really fun um i and i say that because i went to a bachelorette party
Starting point is 00:27:57 and we did a funeral theme for one of the nights and uh we were at an all-inclusive resort and um some of the other people there were like is this a divorce party and i was like that it's such a good idea would be such a good theme for a divorce yes i love that yeah r.i.p to your hetero marriage i mean this is truly this is also good advice for the like the last emails that we read about um the girl her finding out that her boyfriend had voted for for trump like knowing that like going through all of the channels that you can to the like to the point that you feel like you can handle or like want to go through to try to like talk through these things and like work through it and try to come to a common understanding. Like we just said, like at least
Starting point is 00:28:44 you'll know that you did everything that you can. And then like knowing where that line is for yourself, like making the decision, getting a divorce is a huge decision. And there's so much that has to go into the process of the divorce. I mean, this is going to take a year is what this this writer said like it's not a small decision and that's how you know like you've you've really hit a point I think she should draw the divorce um so he has to keep paying this lawyer as a stay-at-home dad oh my god we can stay we can change his title to stay-at-home dumbass I love that stay-at-home dumbass that's I mean juicy truly juicy and congratulations I wish we could congratulations i want to i want to go to your divorce yeah yippee-ki-yay we can we can get
Starting point is 00:29:34 some black cowboy boots yeah we're ready yeah we're ready to go yeah um we have some other emails too right this is also not a long email at all and she apologized for it being long i love it's such a female thing i just want to say i need to fully address this every time we get an email from a woman they apologize for how long their email is and it's usually never long yeah um occasionally it is long and i and in that instance it's like yeah girl you had a lot to say yeah speak your truth but we have never received an email from a man that has apologized for how long it is but it's also like i think it's funny because it's so similar to the statistic of like even if a woman only talks like 30 in class men will presume it's more yeah or that they spoke
Starting point is 00:30:26 more like a woman spoke more than any man yeah so we got an email um this is not related to what we were just talking about but it is a follow-up from last week's episode where liz was talking about um the strategies of like handling when a friend is dating somebody that is just like wrong for them and you don't like yeah it's like dangerous for them and so somebody said this the subject is a strategy that worked for me they said hello friends i loved the conversation of episode 223 my friend was in a toxic relationship and i was stuck in the how to be compassionate while getting through to her rut what yeah we've all been there cycle it really is literally a cycle you're like when does it end what worked
Starting point is 00:31:11 for me was just talking through the situation with her own words for example she would say i wish he would do x but all he does is y and i would say something like yeah you definitely deserve for him to x have you talked to him about why he does why she would always recite whatever bs excuse he gave her then i would say okay what is the bare minimum compromise you would accept in the situation that's literally shit that my therapist asks me yeah i was gonna say this is some therapist business i would like to point out that sometimes all she was asking was for what the bare minimum it usually fucking always is and then they make a big fucking deal out of it okay sorry like once she was just asking for him to take his work boots off in the garage instead
Starting point is 00:31:50 of inside on her carpet however sometimes there was a compromise she was willing to make then i would tell her to text me what the bare minimum compromise she was willing to accept would be when he did not agree to meet her even halfway i would show her the text and say you deserve more but if he can't even meet you at your compromise you'll be making sacrifices for him for the rest of your life or some variation of that with the same principle bars fucking bars i will say i had to do this several times before she broke off the relationship oh thank god she's out of it but each time it helped her realize and set a boundary which she got better about him about not letting him cross it wasn't fun and it wasn't fast but it was effective in the end
Starting point is 00:32:25 sorry for the long email was not long but felt i had to share with y'all you know i think what worked about this is when you have someone declare their values and what they are willing to accept out loud they're more willing to follow through on those expectations and those values because they've they've defined them yeah and instead of being like please break up with them like totally yeah yeah it was it's like they they come to the conclusion themselves and so it's their idea rather than them being like told to do something which inevitably will push them to do the opposite of what they're being told to do it just like that's just for some reason human nature this is total cognitive behavioral therapy yeah this was some good ass work i don't know if you're in
Starting point is 00:33:15 therapy and you learn this or if you're just a natural or yeah if you are a natural you might have a career as a therapist yeah because i heard they need them right now my therapist always has me do the shit that's like well what's what's like let's follow that thought through like what is going to happen if you like don't like ask for what you deserve or like what like what's going to you know it's she always like pushes me to do that kind of thought work and it's always it does something to me and I don't know if this is like the intended purpose of it but like I always end up feeling kind of dumb at the end of it you know what I mean like the first time she ever said this to me I've told this story on the podcast before but when I first started going to her and she
Starting point is 00:33:54 I told her that I sleep with the light on because I'm just anxious that I'm gonna get killed in the middle of the night and she was like the next time i was in there she was like did you turn the light off i said no she was like okay so what are you willing to do like damn bitch and i was like i don't know so i'm yelling at me like what do you mean is your therapist bothering you queen yeah seriously it was it was like the kind of tough love where it's like fuck i don't know what i'm willing to do but it's that kind of thing it's like well what are you willing to put up with what are you willing to compromise on it's like shit i haven't been asked that you're making them decide what the boundary is for themselves and i know i've also said this on the podcast but um
Starting point is 00:34:35 when i spoke to like a counselor of sorts about a conflict i was having she was like okay well we often conflate um an ultimatum with boundaries a boundary cannot be something that you like you're putting the responsibility on another person yeah like well if he does this then i'll stay or if he does this then i'll leave yes it needs to be um this like if my needs are not being met then like that's where i draw the line yeah this is how i'm going to react to that yeah i know i know they sound very similar and i mean that's also why they get conflated so often it's because like it is such a fine line but um a boundary is something you're in control of yeah so it's like okay are you what what are you willing to do yeah you know yeah what are you
Starting point is 00:35:27 willing to do to change your circumstance yeah because if it can't be like i'm just gonna wait for him to do what i want him to do yeah damn that's really good it's really good advice really good advice snaps for you i'm gonna put that in my pocket yeah for when i inevitably have to have this conversation again at some point i'm gonna tattoo it on my forehead backward so i see it in the mirror the whole email the whole email all of it and yeah and it's not very long so i'll do it um cool well i think that's a good place for us to ripty rap yeah now that i use reddit i'm so addicted to reddit you i feel like that is on brand for you yes you seem like a reddit girl oh absolutely i love and i mean that in a complimentary way thank you i take it as a
Starting point is 00:36:14 compliment she's participating in the community folks she is she is and she has her things that she likes to learn about reddit's got its own like head ass online problem yeah of course there's not a corner of the internet that doesn't already there are too many people like there's always gonna be wherever you go online there's always gonna be someone who is so far gone into their own like little world of opinions yeah their own little bubble yeah and now you're like all right you've lost touch with reality buddy absolutely and it becomes kind of a group thing thing too i think so you know even though i'm very obviously a leftist like that doesn't mean i'm like against taking wins where we can get them you know i don't need
Starting point is 00:37:01 to agree with someone on every single point to take a w yeah to be like okay well we we agree on something yeah i mean it's all fear-mongering it's the same thing as like late term abortion it's the same kind of like messaging you know they're just like say shit that scares people because women getting abortions aren't making your life worse immigrants aren't making your life worse yeah you're making your life worse bruce you're making your life worse but also i've never met a bruce that i don't like actually that's so true bruce is kind of like a bruce is a big chiller absolutely baby bruce absolutely i need to meet a baby named bruce oh my god the um the penguin in on neopets his name was bruce bruce bruce bruce that was the
Starting point is 00:37:43 name of the animal oh anyway should we wrap because i have to call my parents amelia's gotta call mom and dad i gotta call my mom and dad did they both call you uh-oh we had no we had like a phone date that i kind of skimped on all right i was trying to do a didgeridoo thing or like the thing that um miss wong plays in severance i need that yeah me too okay love you bye Yeah, oh, oh, oh, yeah.
