Starting point is 00:00:00 Do you think the death of Harambe put us on the darkest timeline? Yeah. okay i have i have a question for you oh my god and i saw it on uh someone posted it on a subreddit and i thought it would be fun for us to discuss um they asked this in the ask women over 30 subreddit oh god and it's she said what is the most embarrassing slash cringe worthy thing you did while dating slash in relationships i'm in my mid-30s sometimes i look back at some of the things i did in desperation which i look back and cringe such as begging long distance boyfriend to come see me even after he said no
Starting point is 00:01:03 he can't come he can't a lot of times to asking a male colleague out and getting rejected he said I am too old for him oh ow oh my god that's just you don't have to tell me why just saying no is enough you've already said no like I I've heard enough no thank you you are decrepit I think if someone said you're too old for me i think that i would be like you wish i was too old for you i don't know i would be like i just i'm feeling go to your room i have like kind of a samantha jones mindset about it like you you should want to be with an older woman because she knows her shit yeah that's true she's gonna she's gonna jerk you off with one hand and you're gonna think that you've been doing it wrong your whole life like hell yeah that's that's Samantha Jones business
Starting point is 00:01:55 um okay wait number three delaying my commute daily so that I can meet someone at a subway station who I was talking to over a dating app one day went home and saw he blocked me on the app what are your cringe worthy moments and this had me thinking that I mean there are i i've had my fair share of long texts that i've drafted in the notes and sent to a man who was not my boyfriend in my 20s you know um but i think the most embarrassing thing is just like the types of men that i dated that i allowed to like not appreciate me and like treat me oh yeah and that's a rite of passage though yeah exactly i mean we've i've definitely done some cringe things but like when i think about some of the guys i've dated i i think that i
Starting point is 00:02:52 don't know i'm ready to um to uh share some secrets about the things you would the men i've dated oh my god or just like what is the most cringe about them like i've already talked about some of these things so long ago but I feel like it's worth revisiting with kind of the lens and perspective of a 33 year old yeah oh my god I'm so fucking excited yeah well first I was thinking about this guy that I dated in college who I was like so hung up on and um we dated unofficially for like six to nine months like a pretty decent chunk of time you know but at no point was he like you're my girlfriend we are exclusive whatever yeah so this was my senior year of college and um I had already gone through it my senior year like it started off fun but I
Starting point is 00:03:50 like was ready to I hadn't had a boyfriend like I I broke up with my home my hometown boyfriend my my high school sweetheart boyfriend like my sophomore year and we also didn't like go to school together so it was kind of easy to break up with him and I was just like I want to party and have fun and then by the end of my senior year I was like I just want someone to like have a crush on me yeah i lost my little like my youthful like freshman sparkle that i had you know you get older you like are a little more like i don't know i think i was just drunk all the time it feels like the college bell curve yeah you know like you go from like being like down to like be like down sad to being like in your fucking prime and like hooking up with whoever
Starting point is 00:04:39 you want and like just like feeling like a bad bitch and then toward the end of college you're like I just want partnership can someone just like hold my hand and be nice to me yeah yeah so I was like down bad I had a crush on a few different guys who like turned me down anyways this one guy I like hooked up with him and I was like I'm this isn't gonna be anything but then I was like well that was kind of fun I've never had a one night stand so I'll like find him on Facebook or something and give him my number okay and so I added him on Facebook and then like he immediately asked for my number also it's so funny that Facebook was like still a thing at this time yeah that was how everyone was finding each other yeah yeah it was enough of a thing that people
Starting point is 00:05:22 were like still using it um and we like spent a lot of time together and he had one more year left of school and he dropped out and was still living on campus he was a philosophy major he dropped out of his philosophy major he was unemployed so like he didn't have a job his parents were paying for his um lodging the campus had not yet figured figured out he like dropped out oh god so he went through a whole semester too nothing to keep him busy um he dropped out for his band and they were also all college students was this no shoes did not drop out yeah oh my fucking god and um i like was just so like in love with this guy like a little puppy and he was not very nice to me and he like i'm sorry but he was a fucking loser right i think
Starting point is 00:06:23 it is loser behavior to like not be doing shit with your life absolutely and to say you dropped out for your band is kind of a cop-out because all of your other fucking friends are like they're like no dude we're gonna get our degrees yeah i mean that's somebody that's like very clearly enabled by their parents too and just to just to know that like this man who one is not as attractive as me and i know that shouldn't matter but it does matter when it comes down to how your treating me yeah and also in college and I was so nice to him too like like name a college girl who cooks for someone like that doesn't happen no I like cooked dinner for him and like took him to my sorority's date parties and like he was never like outwardly a douchebag yeah you know but he
Starting point is 00:07:18 definitely treated me like i was like replaceable or just yeah like he was nice to me out of convenience of sleeping with me yeah you know and maybe he did really like me but i clearly liked him a lot more and then to he just tried to ghost me at the end of our relationship relationship you're leaving out a very important part of the story and that the first time that we talked about him on the podcast he reached out to you yeah so I talked about him I think in the very first episode and he did reach out to me like a week or two later and was like double dming me and stuff and um it's because he said that he was good at sex I'm pretty sure or he was a good kisser and he was like wow I said a few things about his sexual prowess honestly it was the first time I
Starting point is 00:08:09 of had slept with someone and it was fun i was digmatized it was my first time digmatized and i'm glad that i got my first experience being digmatized out of the way at such an early age at the at the youthful age of 22 yeah and yeah when he reached out to me and we like facetimed i was like this guy is kind of fucking weird like i remember that i'm not surprised that he became more weird after like i graduated and like we went our separate ways and did our own things because like i followed kind of a predictable trajectory of like going to college graduating moving home and getting jobs and like doing my doing my adulthood thing yeah whereas he he dropped out he moved home lived with his parents probably dicked around and yeah he just kind of
Starting point is 00:09:02 became a weird dude and then uh he was dating someone when he reached out to me too he's like well i'm actually seeing someone so i'm not even trying to hit on you and i'm like then why are you trying to like talk about our sex life that's so yeah that's so and he said it was hot that i was talking about it and then um i was like well you know i'm not gonna like sugarcoat this but you like really broke my heart and when you told me that you had only continued seeing me because you liked having sex with me like that was kind of traumatizing and he he was like yeah i've always felt really bad about that and he apologized and honestly i was like you know it's never too late to apologize and i'm always going to appreciate that he apologized totally so if you're ever like
Starting point is 00:09:48 should i apologize to someone for this thing that i did to them that i know is fucked up you should yeah you should yeah you don't know what people are still holding on to and um so that was one of the cringe ones I thought of the other one I was thinking of he he is just like a walking red flag and I should have noticed that like we started dating when I was 24 and he was 28 and four years doesn't it's like not really that big of a difference on paper but like that perspective is so different like yeah how i felt and what i knew and who i was at 24 was very different than how i felt at 28 and he was very immature but like the biggest like some of the biggest red flags was like his favorite book is lolita oh my god hello favorite book is lolita no not not
Starting point is 00:10:39 that's not good uh left his phone at my house and i found him creeping on and my 17 year old neighbor at like at least once a year he would like make a new profile to harass me from or something what a fucking he would like email me or like make a burner profile that was easy for me to figure out it was him and um he especially was mad when i called him a pedophile on this podcast well i implied he was maybe a pedophile i didn't know that he he reached out well that's when he started harassing me yeah and i was like oh he's mad because i implied that he's a pedophile because he has pedophile behavior walks like a duck and talks like yeah he always wanted to write books and be an author but he never fucking wrote anything he wrote like 10 pages of something
Starting point is 00:11:27 and then would just send that around to people who were curious about his writing and now um he's a pi oh my god he can't be that good at it if i know what he's fucking doing with his life what's an awful job for somebody that makes obvious burners yeah yeah damn um so that's kind of embarrassing i mean i hope he at least makes a normal income now because he has a kid maybe jesus christ maybe more than one um last i checked it was one so who's to say uh and then the final boss the final boss of cringe i was dating i was dating a republican and but we didn't talk about politics at all so it didn't i don't know yeah his friends sucked i think that is a huge like red flag is like if someone's friends so absolutely his friends suck they were like dramatic drunk
Starting point is 00:12:21 fuck boys like behavior that i had already gotten out of my system yeah you know where you're just like yeah there's a time and diva about being blacked out and um he like really wanted to be a firefighter and he was constantly like failing firefighter tests because he was partying all the time yeah and they're hard yeah really difficult i don't i i don't think it's because he's like stupid i think it's because he wasn't taking it seriously yeah yeah he was like partying all the time and then um finally when he did get accepted he like got super drunk and broke up with me in a text message um he broke up with me in a text he he tried calling me and I was in a bar and I was like oh sorry I'm out with like our mutual friends that had introduced us and he was like out of town
Starting point is 00:13:15 and I was like what's up and he was like I think that we should break up and I was like are you fucking serious and then how long were you together at that point I don't know like a month maybe two months okay it was not it should not have been a text message oh for sure and I was like I was like you are not bringing up with me in a text message and he was like this is the only way I can break up with you because like I'll back out if I do it any other way and I was so sad dude I bet and I destroyed me I said I cried and then I got super high with my friends and it was actually pretty funny after that and um the way to do it oh when he broke up with me he broke his fucking foot while he was drunk he broke his foot and then got yeah and then got accepted into the fire
Starting point is 00:14:06 academy damn that is some insane karma he had to do all this shit with his broken foot and lie about it because if you're if you have you can't like go through the fire academy with a broken bone damn that's pretty like there's not really anything you can do i think the way he broke his foot too like by the time he started the fire academy it was like concealable okay um yeah but still he had to do the whole thing uh like and when he came back he like i went to thailand for two weeks and he like apologized and essentially was like can i like start over like i fucked this up i and then i was like fine oh i know oh no i let him i let him have another shot but the most embarrassing thing comes a few years later like i haven't seen or talked to this man in years um
Starting point is 00:14:57 the said mutual friend sends me a link to a news article he had so all that drinking finally caught up with him he got a dui and it's not just he got a dui it was like early afternoon 11 30 or something runs a red light t-bones his car tries to flee the scene in broad daylight and as he's trying to flee the scene he crashes into a tree and he tried to flee the scene in his car uh-huh oh i thought he fled by foot what a fucking idiot after he crashed into the tree he did flee on foot and um people like who were bystanders followed him and they're like telling the police they're on the phone with the police telling him what happened and then they're like trying to track him down um and when they finally like get a hold of or they find it they find him
Starting point is 00:15:53 kind of like wandering around or something um he is resisting arrest he is being uncooperative of course he's not answering anything um they find keys in his pocket that like match the car obviously he matches the description of the person who tried to flee the scene and then they had to obtain a search warrant to draw his blood oh my god they had to strap him down he's being really combative with um the people at the hospital this is so embarrassing uh-huh like really bad i it's definitely really sad like luckily the person that um he hit ended up being okay but they were they had some life-threatening injuries that's like thank god they were okay i mean yeah obviously like for obvious reasons that they're alive but for him like that would have he would
Starting point is 00:16:43 be in jail for the rest of his life yeah vehicular homicide it's that's the well and this will piss you off this wasn't even his first dui to be fair his first ui he got driving a golf cart that can happen yeah was he on the road i don't know um i think everyone drives golf carts drunk i think he when he was living with his parents i think they like lived near or on a golf course you know at your big age of like 30 something you shouldn't be like drinking and driving in broad daylight especially as like a firefighter and like a former emt you should driving it's it's one of the most selfish things you can do yeah like i'm like okay this i mean hopefully this incident changed him but when i was reading that i can't fucking believe i dated this guy
Starting point is 00:17:33 like it's embarrassing totally i mean it's it is truly i feel like i mean this that's an extreme example but i do feel like it's a blessing to have a dated embarrassing people yeah because you learn so much from oh my god yeah well now i'm like okay i think i would have tolerated more bullshit pre mr liz but after dating mr liz i'm like okay if mr liz is not end game like i don't really know if i'm gonna date anybody else yeah that's like you have some you they would have some very big shoes to fill yeah literally and figuratively yeah of course he's tall he's he's he is very tall and big shoes and they his big shoes are always in the doorway but I mean while you were just telling all your stories I'm I'm trying to think like
Starting point is 00:18:22 I feel like all of my cringy things that I've done like in dating have been like instances in time rather than whole relationships I mean I've dated like I dated a white rapper like that was like kind of embarrassing I will say he was very good at rapping very good at rapping really talented he is he is very very good i think some of my most like the things i look back on and cringe the most about i have four examples they're all short examples the first one is when i was dating music man and i was like so obsessed with him he i would do so many things for him like like plan like cute little things he wouldn't see me anywhere outside of his apartment first of all red flag number one number two is your mr big oh my god i this man to talk about digmatized that
Starting point is 00:19:08 was the first time that i was truly digmatized by anyone looking back on that i'm like what was it and it was that was it but it one of my most embarrassing moments to this day and also was a cringy dating moment was when i like talked this big game about how good i was at making drinks because i wanted to like have like a cute little like drink day with him and I brought all of the shit over and we were like hanging out in his kitchen while I was doing this and my dumb ass I had a shaker and I was like putting all of the ingredients in there and I was so nervous I put sparkling water in the shaker oh and it made it flat no it I shook the shaker and it exploded all over his kitchen after I had talked such a big game about like I do this all
Starting point is 00:19:51 the time like it was really like one of those relationships where it was just like I was doing too much and we don't remember this guy's nickname we just discussed in the part that I edited out but I was dating a guy for a while that I like really really really liked and it was the same thing with that like we like I like set up like a watercolor date on my roof and like ended up having to like drive the whole thing he like didn't know what to paint so I like figured out like my god have like an ounce of whimsy yeah god well and in those instances I'm like that's not embarrassing to you like i mean i guess maybe the drink thing is embarrassing or perspective could have been really cute and endearing yeah and quirky yeah it's quirky looking back on it
Starting point is 00:20:36 it feels cute and quirky in the moment i was like i'm never gonna recover from this but that's probably what made it quirky yeah true you know like it's the embarrassing piece of it specifically like for the water coloring never sell you outside of his apartment well that yeah but also this guy this other guy whose nickname i don't remember like i would just i like why why did i think that he liked me more than he did like these guys gave me no indication and then like when they ended things i was like like so heartbroken and it's like i don't take i i don't take back the fact that i was heartbroken but like why was i so shocked these men gave me no indication well because i you know like initially i was in their corner you know yeah music man i don't know after
Starting point is 00:21:20 like a couple of offenses I was not I was not a fan I was not supportive yeah because like you're so fun and interesting and beautiful and like if you're not immediately treating my friend like they aren't the most interesting beautiful exciting person you've ever met like then I I don't want like I don't support you dating them yeah you know absolutely and I would feel the same way about you so i get it yeah it was like i think what was so intriguing to me about him this is the gonna be the saddest thing i've ever said on this podcast is that he would ask me questions about myself because he's personable super personable but no man that i had dated ever gave a fuck about like anything that i had to say and on our first date i remember he like cleared
Starting point is 00:22:08 it with me before our first date that like he's not looking for anything serious he's just looking for a hookup and i was like same great because at that time i thought i meant that and then after our first day I remember I texted you and I was like oh I'm gonna like this one like and it was only because he asked me questions like I look back on that date and I'm like we sat by the water which like I mean is kind of a romantic situation but we never even actually went on a date you know what I mean yeah he just sat and like asked me questions it was COVID it was COVID that's true that was a date that's true that's a good point I think though the cringiest thing that I ever did point blank period not cringy just why was um i would call my boyfriend my college boyfriend
Starting point is 00:22:51 from a blocked number when we were broken up to listen if i could hear any girls in the back he would answer yeah why the fuck was he answering i don't know it was you no but he would just like pick up and be like hello and it was before like all of these like robo calls were coming through like scam calls so it's like a blocked number was kind of intriguing i think like back in like 2012 that's true but that's true i'm like i probably would have answered a totally i answered so many blocked calls which is why i would do it because i'm like this bitch is gonna answer this fucking call and i would listen and it was obsessive like the the shit that i would do just to like feel like a semblance of normalcy or like like like tamp down my anxiety in any
Starting point is 00:23:31 given moment was embarrassing and that was the first thing that came to mind when you asked me this question probably that i think probably one of like my most down bad things was i would like look at um a man's twitter and i would look through all of his liked posts and i like essentially had memorized like what he was engaging with at any time of the day yes or like if somebody wasn't answering you last picked up yeah yeah check to see if they liked anything on twitter yeah so was this the guy the new york guy yes in new york listen do not ever start talking to someone from twitter that's a good that is a just baseline don't ever send nudes of yourself to someone that um you met on twitter remember you sent him a care package
Starting point is 00:24:19 oh my god that was the most like embarrassing down bad shit because you felt thank you for i've blocked that out of my i know you were you cringed out about that so soon after that oh my god yeah that was really cringy i recently actually thought about that because i sent him hair ties too because he had long hair that's right i thought that was so sweet when you did it i was like i wonder if his like future girlfriend was like why the fuck do you have these hair yeah did you buy these yeah what the hell i sent this guy weed yeah and i was not making good money you put like a lot of good shit in there yeah what the fuck yeah i did what a time covid was a weird fucking time it really was that was embarrassing i don't think i'd ever do
Starting point is 00:25:05 something like that again i didn't think it was embarrassing at the time honestly i think it's to look back on of course you know what i mean but like at the time i was like oh yeah you guys are talking like a lot like that's like a nice thing for you to have done but then the timing of it fucking sucked you know yeah one of the things i wanted to talk about today is because it's happening currently is all this shit with bill belichick's 24 year old girlfriend he's 72 he was the he's an nfl coach okay and he's one of the best of all time nfl coaches like he and he's like very well respected he's like no nonsense who's he the coach of he was the coach of the patriots he was like the patriots coach during like deflate gate okay do you remember
Starting point is 00:25:44 that yeah so um and he has he so he married his high school sweetheart they had three kids they got a divorce and now he's dating a 24 year old i bring up his ex-wife to say a 24 year old i bring up his i bring up his ex to say like i think that when these men are with someone their entire lives they try to like go back and date everyone that they wish they could have dated earlier in their life you know and like it so happens to be this 24 year old who her name is Jordan it's Jordan but it's j-o-r-d-o-n I've never heard start on Jordan and she um they're like pretty private about their relationship which is fine whatever but then he was on CBS Sunday morning this last week this last sunday and he she was off like to the side behind him but off camera like
Starting point is 00:26:38 like running defense on like all of the questions i think i saw a clip of this oh my god when like the interviewer was like the interviewer was like how did you guys meet and she goes we're not going to talk about that yeah and he was like okay like that's a softball question and it's also cbs Sunday morning is the easiest most like lightweight kind of interview that you can do they're not asking hard-hitting questions I mean I think that they already knew it would be controversial asking a someone who's like twice three times almost three times this woman's age first of all what the fuck are y'all talking about like what do you have in common really 24 and 72 and then like he was never on social media and now he's like posting all of this shit on instagram of like
Starting point is 00:27:26 him like them doing like acro yoga together and shit i did not imagine seeing like my divorced husband that's my ex-husband like it's a late midlife crisis out yeah dating a fucking 20 something year old well so the interviewer asked about these instagram posts of like oh you guys are like doing all these fun things together and he was so he was like oh i don't like really follow along with what's going on social media which means that she's doing his social media too which is like is she like his keeper like no i think that she i think that she wants to be probably fucking famous yeah like this is the way to do it yeah she's trying to get to those football players baby that's so true and also like get his money when he dies i mean yeah she
Starting point is 00:28:14 went for the coach yeah that's fucking it's just it's crazy and everyone like everyone knew that it was like weird that this was going on but then this interview aired and everyone's like oh it's like really reached its like peak you know i i'm kind of into it yeah well i'm into it because it sounds unhinged and that is fun and you know it's two consenting adults i think that she's maybe in the position of power here honestly um at any age absolutely yeah and like if there's any acceptable age to be doing some fucking dumb shit like dating a guy who's literally three times your age yeah um it's when you're 24 yeah that's so true your brain isn't done for me you have an excuse i want to see what else she's gonna do yeah yeah no let her cook let her cook let bill belichick's wife
Starting point is 00:29:02 cook or girlfriend cook fuck it's just fucking crazy so i wanted to talk about that the other two things I wanted to talk about are things that I'm sure you've heard about but just in case you haven't I wanted to get your real-time reaction okay the first one is have you seen I don't know which one I want to bring up first um I'll bring up the one that you've probably heard of the uh 100 men versus one silverback gorilla trend no okay so it's been you know how there was like the would you rather be in the woods with like a man or a bear that kind of level of conversation is now happening with men that think that a hundred of them could fight a silverback gorilla and win which is not true a silverback gorilla hold on i have to read you the stats i had yeah i'm like
Starting point is 00:29:54 i don't know if i really know anything about gorillas uh other than they're scary as fuck i got some quick hits is this what harambe was i don't maybe do you think the death of harambe put us on the darkest timeline yeah okay so this whole thing like tap it says it taps into bro science and confidence delusion people overestimate human capabilities and underestimate animal strength especially in groups so here are some gorillas bro have you seen a hippo like dude hippos are they kill the most people with animals in africa i believe that then like cheetah or anything terrifying yeah they think that they move slow those bitches run real fucking fast especially underwater yeah my god that's probably why um mudang was so angry all the time
Starting point is 00:30:43 you know it's like you guys think i'm cute you have no idea what i'm waiting until i get big and mudang was a pygmy too so i don't know actually how much she was capable of okay adults male silverbacks weigh 300 to 500 pounds do you think mudang is the reason trump was elected yeah i'm just gonna ride with whatever you say okay sorry i interrupted your okay now you're fine so they weigh 300 to 500 pounds they have bite forces of 1300 psi which is stronger than lions um they're four to nine times stronger than an average human they have long arms thick skulls and no fight or flight response when provoked so they're coming for everyone so you don't think a hundred men all
Starting point is 00:31:28 at once no i mean if they were like fighting like mano y mano no no like if it was like one one no if it was just like hands if it was like oh you know what i mean no weapons no weapons yeah you're you're fucked i let and you know that the men who are like if a hundred of us could could get in there we could totally take a silverback gorilla but those men also are assuming i mean if i were a man i would assume some of these men are gonna die yeah and you think it's not gonna be you it's like it's like a kind of like a hunger game scenario i just i really think that people are not fully like cognizant that like we talk about theoretical violent situations all of the time but i don't think that people like an average person can like
Starting point is 00:32:22 fully comprehend like being violent like i don't know i mean i when i think about like if i were to if i ever had to defend myself like i don't know that's traumatizing i don't want to like beat the shit out of someone to save my life you know this this whole debate reminded me a lot of like the whole thing with like men thinking they could fly an airplane you know like y'all are just i mean i wish i could have the unbridled confidence of a white man harambe was a western lowland gorilla specifically a silverback male it's fucking insane that that kid didn't die i wonder what that kid's up to now oh my god can you imagine if you were the kid who's the reason that like a harambe died that was 10 years ago he's probably like 15 now he's older than that i think he was
Starting point is 00:33:13 like four when he fell in i thought i guess yeah he must have been yeah i mean we we might as well revisit this time in history um the people who were there were saying that like the kid was saying he was gonna get in that the kid wanted to be in there with the with the gorilla and like the parents were not paying attention and i don't want to like parent shame anyone because i don't have kids but i just kind of feel like i'll parent shame them you should be watching your kid at the zoo yeah i don't know yeah and also like harambe died for because of your negligence anyway moving along my other my last your last topic i mean perfect timing it really is i know I'm looking and we were kind of pro at this um after five years who would have guessed we finally
Starting point is 00:34:03 did it um have you heard of the sperm olympics no fuck yeah I'm so excited I was really hoping I'd be the first one to tell you this there's this I think it's it was between UCLA and USC this group of college kids like created this olympics sperm olympics where they like had like one representative from usc and one from ucla and they would like they had at the palladium so it was like a big like arena event basically and they would jack off like behind the scenes and then bring their sperm out and then like i'm like would i be able to come under that much pressure that's what i was wondering too but one of them is explaining so much pressure right but one of them was explaining he would like edge himself like a bunch like beforehand but so they
Starting point is 00:34:53 come into these whatever's and then they release them into these petri dishes and they like have these cameras that are like can see like microscopic yeah and the sperm race and it it is how do the sperm race they like have them on the same that so it's like two different petri dishes but the same course like the same course and the petri dish yeah yeah you should look it up it i'm fascinated it was it's so fucking funny they had like the whole build-up to it they had like um like video packages for the guys beforehand and like did the whole like fighting the like press junket like fight stances and everything they like had them like get into like a tussle on stage it is so fucking funny these men were like men they're like 22 were like like training like they
Starting point is 00:35:42 were like eating really healthy for like months leading up to it like exercising a bunch like to like make sure their sperm was in like tip-top shape and that was the point of this was like to like promote the importance of sperm health and like they were partnered with like biometrics companies and stuff for this so it was like a good cause but it's so fucking funny like honestly it is and i i feel like my my stupid uh corporate marketing brain is like this is brilliant it absolutely is like i'm like whoever thought of this is so fucking smart because they know exactly how to like because men don't care when you're like oh this is important because it's like important that uh like the person you're impregnating has like a good experience
Starting point is 00:36:35 with their pregnancy it's important that you're in in your best health so that your sperm is its best yeah like no one fucking cares no they don't care if that's the the position you're taking but if your sperm has to race and if your sperm has to race another guy's sperm yeah it better be a fucking strong swimmer uh-huh and here's how it can become a strong swimmer yes exactly and like they were interviewing tmz was interviewing the guys that started it and like the main tmz guy i don't remember his name but he was like so like what's the collection process like like what like are they doing it on state like what's the deal and the guys were like they're just like three college kids that started this thing they were like got really serious and they were like no
Starting point is 00:37:18 we're not trying to like make a mockery out of this like this is a very serious thing and it's just like at first like glance at this thing yeah it feels it sounds like a fucking joke because like of course some college guys would be like i but my sperm is better than yours yeah exactly but it's so fucking good and then the loser got doused in like sperm at the end they like put him in this like tube and like just like dripped all this like shit that looked like sperm on him and it was like i mean that's a bit much it absolutely is but that's what i mean it's like they did all of this shit that felt very like professional wrestling you know like over the top dramatics but then like for a good cause it was really interesting i'm fascinated i'm gonna
Starting point is 00:37:58 have to look this up when i get home you will go down rabbit holes i can't wait to tell mr liz about it anyway would you like to play us out i would and i'm just gonna play the sound of my headache that is exactly what a headache sounds like you're so right you're so right queen feels and sounds like a fire alarm's going on yeah we love you our children i bet people listening are like no that the outro always sounds like a headache they're like i specifically skipped this yeah a few people did tell us that it's like a little treat at the end maybe they're over it by now and we've just been like taking that as gospel but let us know do you like us singing because we do uh well Amelia does Amelia does I feel um neutral
Starting point is 00:38:47 about it I participate in it and that's better than not liking it I think I agree there has been a time where I didn't like it we're making progress people okay bye Thank you.
