Starting point is 00:00:19 Hello and welcome to the Hope Hotline. Thank you so much for joining us. It is almost September. We are back in action. Dominion Conference, ladies conference is, or the beloved Dominion Ladies' Conference. Was phenomenal. And as you can see, Vanessa is representing like there's no tomorrow. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:00:41 I love my sweatshirt. I love my sweatshirt, too. I love the color. Heather did a great job on the color. Yeah. I like it too. Great job. You can pair it with so many things.
Starting point is 00:00:50 I'm wearing leopard pants right now. You go, girl. You go. We've got a lot of colors. We got leopard. We got pink, green. You've got your blue on today. No, I'm just saying, I'm saying that shirt, I agree with her.
Starting point is 00:01:08 That shirt goes with everything. I know. But we are very colorful. We are very colorful. Usually we have like some level of like consistency. No, not today. Yeah. Cohesiveness.
Starting point is 00:01:19 Yes. And we never check with each other. We just shout up. I'm like, and I always notice it. I'm like, oh, we're all like darker or lighter or. No. We are off the charts. Well, apparently I look like a boy today.
Starting point is 00:01:29 So. Oh, my gosh. Apparently a little kid thought I was a boy today. Pastor Clover's son. Thought she was a boy. Stop wearing pink. Yeah. And her voice.
Starting point is 00:01:40 And her voice. She said, but Pastor Clover was so funny. She's like, um, Isaac, you need to be quiet because I homeschool you. Oh my goodness. You're homeschooled. She's like, you're making me look bad. Maybe he's classic. Maybe.
Starting point is 00:01:55 Yeah. Well, also, he's talking about how he does BJJ, which is Brazilian Jiu-Zitsu, nobody knows. And I was like, oh my gosh, my boyfriend teaches like a class like that. And he must have been like, what? You're gay? And you work at the church? He was not listening. Listen, he knows me. He's met me several times, okay?
Starting point is 00:02:13 He asked me who I was, and if we were going to go see hope. Oh my gosh. Clover's like, stop talking. Stop talking right now. She's like, I'm like, I am hope. I just had lunch with you on Monday. Oh my goodness. Bless them.
Starting point is 00:02:31 I know. So silly. So flipping funny. What you're going to do? What you're going to do? Okay. Okay. So we're going to continue on with our, what we were talking about on.
Starting point is 00:02:48 Wednesday. Wednesday. Thank you. I was thinking Monday. I was thinking Friday. I thought Friday originally. But it was Wednesday. Which is how do we share the gospel of Jesus?
Starting point is 00:02:58 Because a lot of people do not. How and why? Lots of people don't do it at all. Okay. That's nuts. That you are not sharing Jesus with people. If you're not, don't tell me it's because you are a stay-at-home wife. or don't tell me it's because you work with a bunch of Christians.
Starting point is 00:03:21 Oh my gosh, I don't want to hear it. Right. Or you're shy. Oh, gosh, that's even worse. Yeah. Yeah. Okay, I can't take it. That's not good enough reasons, guys.
Starting point is 00:03:33 And you can be subtle with it. Yesterday I went to Chick-Hle for breakfast and I wore my Child of God t-shirt. And someone came up to me. They were walking out and they were like, I really like your shirt. Aw, I think. Thanks. Open doors. If you pray for them, guess what happens?
Starting point is 00:03:51 They open. Yep. Okay, nobody can hear anything you're saying. I said that happened to me when I wore the new hoodie that's not out yet for Foundation Church. Big Christ is a key. Yeah, I wore that to Costco. And the worker asked me about it. And I said, yeah, this is my churches.
Starting point is 00:04:09 And I got to tell them about Foundation Church at Costco. When is this new drop? The fall. Uh, the fall. It's awesome. Go get, go get it, Noss. I want to see it. Yeah, it's in my, it's in my office behind it. Yeah, go care. Both colors. They're, they're, they're cheap. They're like 50 bucks. I don't, I don't care. They're, is there fine quality. Pre-sale? There's, well, yeah, I mean, if you want to buy it now, you can. Like, seriously, there's, Tommy designed them with Joe, I think it was. I love that color. That color looks so good on me. And, yeah, it's, you can, you can, you can, give that to, give that to Vanessa, so Vanessa can hold it up. I'm not giving it to you for free.
Starting point is 00:04:57 No, I wasn't going to get it, take it for free. I can't. I thought it was. Okay, here we go. Can I take it today? You can have it today. I will, this is a new one. Yeah, Zelle.
Starting point is 00:05:07 Okay, hold on. Yeah, yeah, yeah, right there. Perfect. Yes. What's the scripture on the back? Because I can't. What's the script on the back? Your mics in the way.
Starting point is 00:05:20 What's his scripture on the back? No, it's like your mic's in the way to read it. Oh, I'll read it. Oh, I'll read it. Okay. Hold it up so you can see it. That's why I was trying to do it. And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh, which is totally, when I read this the first time,
Starting point is 00:05:39 I was like, this is so Tracy. She's going to love this. Me and Tommy talking. He has on his best on his side, name written, King of Kings and Lord of Lord. Yes, he did. It's my tattoo king. I love it. And then it comes with a sewed-on tag, which says FC.
Starting point is 00:05:58 That feels excellent. That matches Leopard way better. But they're high quality. That's the reason why they're 50 bucks and I can't give them away. Seriously, they are like that. like top notch. Yeah. I just want to say they're worth it because I wear this when I go motorcycle riding.
Starting point is 00:06:19 Oh. And I wore it one of the last days it was cold. Dude. You felt nothing. Perfectly fine. I was so warm and it was so nice. Locks all the wind. I've worn it in the rain.
Starting point is 00:06:29 Didn't get wet. I'm just saying so worth the money. Okay. How quickly Dominion left. I know. Dominion's over. Yeah. Go on.
Starting point is 00:06:38 Hold on. Hold on coming up. Hey girl. Yeah, let me take a picture. Yeah, wait, hold on. She's going to around. Wait. Now look at the camera.
Starting point is 00:06:47 Look at the camera. Oh, model. All right, yeah, let's see the back. Hi, Mama. Yes. Oh, I love that. It looks so, what a thug. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:57 So, come here. Come here. Back over here so I can show it in case people can't see it. Turn around, baby. So the one side is the crown of thorns, obviously. And then the other side is the crown. So, beauty. Beauty.
Starting point is 00:07:11 Yeah, it's awesome. Yeah, we love it. That, I think, that always, I'm almost positive. Well, that was Tommy for sure. And then I think Joe worked with him on that design, correct? Yeah. Yeah. So cool.
Starting point is 00:07:22 I love it. So really, really great. Christ is king, baby. Yes, he has. We've had those for six months. I feel like we had this conversation a long time ago, me and Tommy. So I'm glad. He's been developing it since, like, I think, February.
Starting point is 00:07:40 Yeah. He didn't get them all done until, like, I think it was May. And so it was too hot. And he's like, okay, we're going to have to wait to fall. Yeah, that's a good idea. But people are wearing them. They just, there's not a lot. We only, huh?
Starting point is 00:07:55 Oh, my gosh. I've gotten so many compliments. Yeah, that's, you can't hear Norma, but she says. I'm saying, I've gotten so many compliments because I wear it. It's one of my most, like, worn hoodies I have. And I think if, look, Most of the time when I go out, I get either like an Amen or love that hoodie. I'm not joking.
Starting point is 00:08:16 It's like the conversational starter. I will say that. It's not corny. No. It is so nice. Yeah. That is a nice quality sweatshurt is great. It's great.
Starting point is 00:08:27 It's, it's, it's current. Yeah. It's washable. It doesn't. It's good. It stays the same. Yes. Okay.
Starting point is 00:08:35 Okay. That's what I'm talking about. One. All need one. Okay. I do love that color. I'm going to hit the store. I'm getting black.
Starting point is 00:08:42 I would too because I get everything dirty. That too. Okay, so Christ is king. Yes. Amen. And then before we move into the gospel, let us like and share, like and share, like and share, but let's go to the most important thing.
Starting point is 00:09:03 Let's update ourselves on the Lindsay Clancy trials. All right, Hope, I want to hear, I'm going to go last. Hope, tell the audience how you feel about this case now. I've done, I've done, I've listened to research and stuff like that and like people who are actually in that. Do you consider yourself a juror? No. Okay, okay, just checking. My mom signed in as a juror today.
Starting point is 00:09:28 Oh, my gosh. A digital. She sent me her number and everything. What? Yeah, I'm not that, I'm not. Okay, just checking. In that deep. Okay, okay, okay.
Starting point is 00:09:37 Oh, my gosh. Obviously, obviously there are like, like we were talking before the podcast, there's some, I mean, there's some sketchy stuff. Like, like, I mean, people get frank. I mean, let's think about the Charlie Kirk trial right now. Sketch. A lot of things don't add up. And even in this one, there's things that do not add up. I mean, they just don't.
Starting point is 00:10:01 They don't make sense. But at the end of the day, even with all that being said, like, I mean, I do believe, she did it. I mean, if she didn't do it, it's only 5% or less chance that she didn't do it. I think her husband is a pile of crap. I think he is, like, if culpable negligence was part of this trial, he should be in it because that man knew that she was not right in her head. I mean, she's not right in her head. Like, you go to that, you go to a. You go to a. facility and you checking yourself in and more than once, you ain't right. And then you leave your kids with a person like that, there should be some culpable negligence to, to, I mean,
Starting point is 00:10:55 those are your babies. What are you thinking? And he's going away on weekends, leaving her alone with these children, knowing that she's not stable, because I don't care what anybody says. She wasn't stable. Like, she admits she's not stable. The only issue that I have with people about this whole entire thing that trying to defend her, which I do feel bad that she's mentally incompetent. I do. And people who have kids, I've never, never dealt with hormonal issues like people who have,
Starting point is 00:11:31 I've known people who have had children and then, like, battled the hormonal imbalance of that, okay? But listen, I've had horrible periods, okay? Cycles, like, they're debilitating. And I know people will say this is different, and I would agree with you to a certain extent. But I could have bit people's heads off because I was in such excruciating pain,
Starting point is 00:12:01 but I didn't because that's not how you live. You fight your flesh, you behave appropriately, even though you feel terrible. Now, hers is mental, and that's a whole different thing. It's real. I do believe there are hormonal imbalances with people, but God can fix all of that. But she's not even in that realm. Right.
Starting point is 00:12:23 She's not even saved. And this guy is leaving her alone, knowing that she is battling this. I'm just telling you, yeah, I think he's as much. Nah, that's not true. I don't think he's as much to blame, but I think he holds some responsibility in the whole entire thing. And like I told you guys, I think he didn't want to be married to her anymore. I think that it was overwhelming. Her mental illness or mental whatever it is, like I don't think he really wanted it was engaged anymore.
Starting point is 00:13:02 You're not leaving your family if you're engaged. And I think he didn't want it anymore. And I think that as much as he could be away, he was away so that he could get a break from it all. And if it cost him his family, it cost him his family. Yeah. That's okay with him because he was done. I think mentally and physically he was out. That's my story.
Starting point is 00:13:28 I'm sticking to it. Pretty good. Yeah. Vanessa? Same. I feel the same way. But what's even crazier that I'm seeing right now on social media, it's women moms going on either it's TikTok or Instagram saying,
Starting point is 00:13:45 I stand with Lindsay or like same Lindsay. I don't even know. Yeah. I haven't really been on TikTok at all. Like I get it, Lindsay. So I don't know. Like saying what she did was okay and that, you know, given the opportunity, it could be them too.
Starting point is 00:14:02 What? Yeah. those you know what side that is yeah no I don't know what's the liberal side the feminist yeah that's the most like disturbing part of all this right like so people that are sane in their head yeah moms are like posting videos of them saying yeah same Lindsay like I get it yeah yeah I know and then it's like then the people that are questioning the narrative are now grouped in with them so you have to pick like a side basically you're either you know that she did it and she's crazy and she should go to jail or be put to death or you are 100% okay with what she did and it happens
Starting point is 00:14:45 and it's like we it's like this like COVID thing all over again you have to pick side you should be listen I like you should question things like I question the Charlie Kirk thing I don't care what anybody says call me a conspiracy because like how in the world do you jump off of a roof when they said that the gun was in his pants and run and walk and then you take it apart and it's supposed to take a really... I mean, none of it adds up.
Starting point is 00:15:13 I don't care what anybody says. It doesn't add up. You should be able to question that stuff and go, okay, I'm not stupid and I'm going to question things just like we did with COVID. Okay, well, this doesn't add up either because his buddy who looks just like him,
Starting point is 00:15:29 it looks like him in the CVS and he's wearing different clothes, different shoes. I mean, okay, I'm sorry, that doesn't add up. You say you can't find pediolite. What's the other brand? And you come home with pediolite? I'm sorry.
Starting point is 00:15:43 Yeah. Like, you should be able to question things. And it, like, and it still be that at the end of the day, you're not siding with one or the other until you figure out which, when you really believe. You should be able to question things until you figure it out. Yeah. Right. But.
Starting point is 00:16:01 that's ridiculous. And I think that you should have to watch the trial before. You can't watch clips of anything. You can't watch clips of like our podcast and make a judgment off of us. I can't watch clips off Pastor Tom and see one that went viral and then make a judgment off of who he is as a person. So same with this. Like you can't just see clips and be like guilty.
Starting point is 00:16:25 Like I'm actually like watching the trial. And so it is like the more seen it like it's on Instagram or something like that, the trial. That's how I've seen some of my stuff. If you're going to be, like, adamant. Like, obviously you're, like, open to it. But there's people that are like, 100% she's guilty. I saw a TikTok about it.
Starting point is 00:16:39 And I'm like, okay. But that's where, like, delusion comes in. And that's where people start to get, like, I don't know, just gross about the whole thing. But that's how you get brainwashed people. It is. It's not being your own thinker. Right. Right.
Starting point is 00:16:52 Exactly. So today was an interesting trial day. And so tomorrow are the closing statements. Oh, we're already there. We're moving on. Yes. So what was it? an interesting day. What made it interesting? So there was a man on the stand and this is a second day
Starting point is 00:17:08 and some of the things that came up. Is he the psychiatrist? Because I watched a portion of this yesterday. Okay. So today was a little bit different. And one of the things that got brought up was Reddington asked if he knew about the residue from the pills that were apparently crushed up. And he said yes, he knew there was residue. And then they asked, was it tested? And he said not that I'm aware of. So one of the things that they said that caused her to, like, you know, be delusional or they said, like, that's the reason she did it. That, like, they have no idea what those pills were. And nobody, like, the, like, the amount of work that wasn't done at this, like, forensic thing, which also makes sense to me. Nobody knew this was going to go viral, right?
Starting point is 00:17:54 Like, nobody knows which case is going to go viral unless there's, like, you know, a higher being doing, whatever they're doing up there. But still, like, they didn't know. But like the things that were done on the scene, I'm like, why would you not test? Like, why do you not want to know? I would think that's protocol. Protocol. And it wasn't. You know what?
Starting point is 00:18:11 I'm not saying this is what happened. This is not what I'm saying. I'm not saying this is what happened. She's a cop-point. But here's the thing. She never heard voices before, right, until that night. Never heard a voice before. That's what she said.
Starting point is 00:18:28 Yep. Okay. And it was a man's voice. It was. What if he chopped up everything, she was in a delusional state. He's the voice telling her to do all these things. He actually was there. Do you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:18:47 You just don't know. That's one of my perspectives. Mine is. But I don't, I'll be honest with you. I mean, that's really far-fetched. Right. But could it happen? Reasonable doubt.
Starting point is 00:18:56 Right. I think either she literally had a psychosis moment and she was already struggling mentally. And she, one of the things that they're saying is that the voice told her, the kids won't be safe unless you off them. And so she's like, well, I'm going to take them with me, basically. Like, we're all going to die then. We're all going to be safe. We're all going to be with God and everything will be fine. So that, like, I could see that. Like, you could be, have a psychotic break and then just do a psychotic thing. Like, there's, there's a whole world out there that's a supernatural world and people do crazy things all the time. So that's not too far gone. The fact that it was
Starting point is 00:19:27 a voice and the man's voice and the man knew that she was struggling for months upon months upon months is wild. And she was trying to get it. Like she really was trying to get it right. Supposedly. She went in to get help so many different times and every time they sent her to another spot at least next day she was trying to get help again. Like she never put it off. She never, she tried different medications. She tried all the things. So for me like that shows she tried. Does it mean she didn't have a psychotic break? No. So it's got to be. It's got to be. compassion somewhere when you're putting yourself your own self in. Yes. That's where I'm like, that's where I say he has culpable negligence because it wasn't him putting her in and her fighting him to go in.
Starting point is 00:20:10 So she voluntarily was putting herself in and you're going to leave her with your kids. I know. That's been from the beginning for me. There's no way. He's a piece of crap. I would leave somebody with my kids. Nope. If they said that they were thinking about possibly hurting them. Or how about you help a girl? out and when you're not at work, you stay home and give her a break so that she can like recoup. I mean, this guy is like the epitome of bad husband, bad father, just a crappy person. Man, did she have a friend, did she have a mom, did she have a sister that was. She did have a sister. And she did the mother-in-law, his mom, you can tell she loved her. Yeah. And you can tell that she feels for her.
Starting point is 00:20:59 But, I mean, this is where God comes in. And if you don't have him, you're screwed. And that's just because you can hear voices without having any medications. Because the devil comes and he comes to steal, kill and destroy. And the demons are real. And the fact that she survived all this just means that he's not done with her story. You know, that is insane. Hopefully she comes to,
Starting point is 00:21:26 hopefully she comes, because those babies are in heaven. Right. Right. Those, yeah. Right. But she, you know, she needs some reprieve,
Starting point is 00:21:33 hopefully. Yeah. But do I think that she should go to a mental hospital? No, I don't. If she did it, which I think she did, she needs to go to jail.
Starting point is 00:21:43 Like, that's the way it is. I mean, because, like. Yeah. Yeah. I know.
Starting point is 00:21:49 I mean, unfortunately, whatever is failed by so many people. But it, like, if you, if she can, killed three babies. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, I saw something also where you got to do it.
Starting point is 00:21:59 Or a woman was like, um, my friend had really bad like postpartum like stuff like psychosis stuff. And she said she was holding her baby at the top of the stairs and was like I want to throw it down the stairs. But she realized like something's wrong. So she turned around and gave it to her husband and was like, like I'm going to go get help. So like I don't know. I feel like you definitely know right from wrong. I feel like she definitely knew what she was doing was wrong. I mean you literally chase your baby that's running away from you down and then kill it. Like, I don't know. Everyone has a moral compass within them.
Starting point is 00:22:28 Everybody. Yeah, every single person. Yeah. To the degree. Well, she had to because she's the one that tried to get help. Unless you're heavily medicated. And then I know. And that's what I want to know.
Starting point is 00:22:41 Like, is there a toxicology? Like, what was her blood? Like, what was in her blood? Yeah. Because I keep missing that and I keep forgetting to look it up. But if her, like, if her blood was a hot mess and like, then was she drugs. Like, when alcoholics, like, when alcoholics, like very drunk people get into car accidents,
Starting point is 00:22:55 they don't usually get hurt. Right. Because they're so, like their muscles are so relaxed. I wonder that she didn't die from the impact. Because her body was just such in a relaxed state or whatever. I don't know. But, listen, people find Jesus in jail all the time.
Starting point is 00:23:13 Always. So she might be able to do a lot of good stuff. Yeah. I'm not kidding you. I mean, you can take, you can take a back. situation and turn it around for God's glory and is good. And so, but I mean, this, if this is, if this is how she finds Jesus, like, I know. I mean, it didn't need to happen. And it, and it didn't have to happen. And like, again, do your, do your duty, husband. Right. I know. Like, protect
Starting point is 00:23:46 your children. I know. I'm like, ask where I just, like, how is it that he is not responsible? in some way. It just infuriates me. Put them both. And I listened to his eulogy at the funeral, and it made me even more mad at him. I just think he is. It's like, I'm like, how do you use,
Starting point is 00:24:05 that's what you're going to say at their, like at their funeral? It was the most bizarre thing. And I'm just like, I can't. I think he mentally was checked out himself, the whole entire thing. He has to be. Like, if you hear his eulogy,
Starting point is 00:24:16 you're like, there's no, this isn't the dad. There's no way he's a dad. Like, there's no way he cared about these kids. There's no way. So yeah, no, this whole thing is absolutely wild And it'll be very interesting to see what the jury ends up deciding Very soon Yeah, well, if they don't, obviously, I mean, they better
Starting point is 00:24:35 She better be guilty Well, it has to, yeah, it depends, like it's all verbiage, right? This is, wait a minute, this is all pre-trial stuff to get to the trial. Correct. And they're figuring out if she's even, All these lawyers are saying different things. I'm kind of listening to all the lawyers too And some are like trying to decide what they are. are saying that she is on a pre-trial for murder, period.
Starting point is 00:24:55 That's what I heard. Another one said, like she also said, but there is the option for criminally responsible, meaning that she was mentally stable at the time of the killings. And then there's one other thing, and I can't remember the other one. So they have to give the juror the law of what can be done in Massachusetts, which is different than Florida, which is different than Tennessee. And so they have to. But it's so liberal in Massachusetts.
Starting point is 00:25:18 I mean, she should go to jail, but I'm just. telling you there's a high probability and compassion if she doesn't go to a mental institution for the right I'm me too yeah I personally think that that would be an injustice to those kids I do because I mean those were three lives and so and people will go well it's her life but I'm like yeah but you did the deed yeah yeah and I mean yep I know I know I don't know. That'll be interesting. But again, I go back to there.
Starting point is 00:25:56 It should be some responsible. Like right now we're making parents who their kids and it's in this state. And I can't remember exactly what it is. But if a parent, I think it's if your kids have a party at your house and you know that you're about the party at your house and something happens, then the parents are also held liable. Ooh. There is, yes, there's a case that where a father is going to jail because of the son, I think drinking and driving or something like that. So, but, okay, like, we have responsibilities as parents, as spouses to protect those that are relying on us and as well as for the community at large.
Starting point is 00:26:52 Yeah. And if you're not going to take that seriously, then maybe don't get married or have kids. True. I don't know. Because it's a big deal. Yeah. And people are like flippant about this. And he continues to produce children.
Starting point is 00:27:07 Which is great. I mean, it's bizarre that he marries a girl that looks just like her. Like, holy moly. And then has babies back to back. Again. Crazy. Yeah. I don't think he's stable.
Starting point is 00:27:22 No, of course he's not. No. I don't think he's stable. I agree. But it's weird. They stopped that case and then we're going to get going to what we're teaching. They stopped the case on a day like this past week. Was it Monday? Or was it Friday? But they did. What was that for? Does anybody, did anybody find out? Because you know it can be as much as because the judge has diarrhea. Yeah. Oh. I didn't know that. So an attorney I listened to said most likely it was nothing sexy at all. It was most likely the judge had to go to another trial or. there was logistical admin stuff. I don't like it. I know. I thought it was the Bratst doll on TikTok. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:27:59 No, they said it was probably nothing crazy at all. And that's why he said don't speculate or anything. That's why they say all that. So you're not like thinking it's bigger than what it is. Everybody was speculating. Yeah. Me, I was not. I automatically went to.
Starting point is 00:28:14 He might be sick. Yeah. And so. There was a video that dropped on TikTok and it was like Brats dolls reenacting the murder. And they were like, once that video dropped, they canceled trial for the day. So he said that was it. And they like, that's going to come out that he was guilty, the whole mistrial. Oh my gosh.
Starting point is 00:28:37 You're kidding me. No, no, no, no. It was all over TikTok. It's so stupid. Oh, my gosh. Like Q and on all over again. Oh, my gosh. Trust the plan.
Starting point is 00:28:45 Trust the plan. Yo, for like a quick second, I was, I was one of those people. I was hoping for the best during that piece of my life. Somebody please save us. Just a quick second. Not too long. Thank you, Lord. I just think we should really, I think people should really look at life.
Starting point is 00:29:13 And look at it through the lens of, it's like lens of the Bible. How well do you know the word? how well do you study the word or do you listen to somebody tell you about it and then that's how you believe based on what somebody else has told you about the Bible. So is your opinion and your walk with God based on what somebody else has told you or is, have you studied it out? Do you know it? Do you dissect it? Is it something that's ingrained in you? See, that's the way I think a lot of times we look at what goes on in the world and we just rely on other people to tell us and then we base our decision or we base our opinion on that when really you should be an independent thinker in all things but especially in your walk with God. Never read a
Starting point is 00:30:05 book about the Bible. Read the Bible and do more than just read it. Study it out so that you know why you believe what you believe and no one can ever change your mind on it. You're like it is like something that is like your feet are like in stone you are not being moved away from it and i think so often we allow our opinions to be based on what everybody else's opinion is that's a very that will lead you down a very broad road instead of like narrow is the way few there be that find it most people it's just like covid most people did not go the route that we did And we were badly talked about and we were poorly thought of. No one's apologized for going the broad road.
Starting point is 00:30:57 But that's really like in life, if you're going the narrow way and everybody else is going the other way, you really should think, okay, that's probably, that's probably wrong because they haven't really dissected it. They haven't thought it through. They listen to somebody else tell them. And you've got to be an independent thinker. in this life in all things. Literally, you've got to be an independent thinker, even if it ticks off somebody. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:26 You know? Because the odds are if you're going to be a sold-out Christian and you're going to be one that doesn't buy into what everybody else, you're going to tick off people. Even in this. You have to be willing to say, I see some things that they don't add up. But at the end of the day,
Starting point is 00:31:45 this is where I stand and people will be like you shouldn't you shouldn't be able to be able to have both opinions well yeah you can because it doesn't add up but even when things don't always add up it doesn't mean that the reality
Starting point is 00:32:01 of the situation isn't still the reality of the situation people are like you have to be this way or this way no you can actually look at them a situation and go I can see both sides of it But the truth is it's really going to be this way. And that's the way the thing is, even with COVID,
Starting point is 00:32:21 I could see why people were scared, but they were still wrong. Okay. They were still wrong. And that doesn't mean that I agree with them. It's just I could see where they had feelings like they had. But it doesn't mean you're right in your direction you're going with them. Definitely.
Starting point is 00:32:46 When is out, be a Berean. When Paul brought the gospel to the Breans, they received it with gladness, but they went back to the scripture to make sure that Paul, what he was saying was correct. Yes. And that's the way we should. Yep. That's the way we should approach everything. 100%. Study it for yourself.
Starting point is 00:33:10 Don't listen to people. Because here's the thing. You're, a lot of times people don't want to do that because what if we all came into this room? And all of us, it was, let's just say, it was me, Talia and Tracy who thought she was innocent. And Vanessa was the one that was like, no, she did it. Okay. I can guarantee you, Vanessa still would stand and go, even though she might be like having us go, are you crazy?
Starting point is 00:33:41 She would still be like, you're not changing my mind. I've done my homework. I feel like this. This is my opinion. I'm not moving on it. Okay, you've got to be like that with your friends. You got to be able to like just go, okay, we're not going to agree on this because I don't see it like you do. And it be okay.
Starting point is 00:33:59 Yeah. Yeah. It just has to be that way. But a lot of times people get so offended if you don't go their direction. So that's life. Yeah. So then that ends a relationship, which you shouldn't be like that. No, that's crazy.
Starting point is 00:34:17 But it does, and that's why people just don't ever really say their opinion. They just go along to get along. And then their opinion is now formed on their friend's opinion, and they buy into it. Even though instinctively, gut-wise, they're like, this. But it's way easier just to go along. Don't be like that. That's cowardly. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:34:41 And a lot of people do it. because it's way easier. So, all right, so we all are in agreement. She did it. He's a pile of crap. And pretty much she should have the throne book zone at her, but she ain't going to get that. I don't think she will. But Jerry's still out.
Starting point is 00:35:02 So we have to wait. I really don't think that. Does she have any insight since she's a juror? I know. I know. That was it. That's what we talked about today. I don't.
Starting point is 00:35:10 It was any place else but Massachusetts. Well, maybe that's not. It's California or whatever. But you go as liberal as Massachusetts. Vermont is so bad. So bad. All the New England states. Yeah, all the New England state.
Starting point is 00:35:22 New Hampshire, like, all of them are bad. It was somewhere else. If it was the state of Florida, she'd be in jail for the rest of her life. But given there, I don't think they're going to do it to her. Oh, yeah. No AC. Literally. Or windows.
Starting point is 00:35:38 Just canvas. Living in a canvas tent, mosquitoes and all. And the Everglades with all the illegals? I'm just saying they're not going to do it to her. They're going to, like, they're going to be like, this is hard enough. Yeah. Well, if there's like reasonable doubt and that's what they're doing. Because I don't know.
Starting point is 00:35:56 I can't remember like exactly because I keep getting messed up, which one's which. But if there's any, if there's reasonable doubt that she did it or that I don't even know if she did it. I think you do. I think you have to prove she did it. If you're going to say. Oh, she did it. Even her words.
Starting point is 00:36:10 Like she couldn't have spoken because. the 911 call that came in said that she was unable to speak that's a second person now. So but she literally has admitted to it. Well, she didn't admit to it. Technically, uh, Patrick said that she admitted to it. No. No, there's a contract. She's, she signed. Yes. That's that she, she did 100%. I don't know how to verbal. I don't know how to verbally say it, but supposedly that doesn't count. Why is that? Because she also said that she cut the window and that didn't happen. So they're saying if she was in psychosis, she's also insane. She's also insane. Right. So that's that's what they're saying. And so everything that she said is there a chance she missaid something. Yes. So yeah. Yeah. So yeah. I know. It's, but it's this is like legal jargon. This is where things, this is technically, technically this, technically things she said three days after didn't match what she said prior to that. And so what they're trying to do is they want her to be, they don't want her to go to trial. They want her to be taken as somebody that was mentally unstable. So she doesn't have to go to trial.
Starting point is 00:37:12 and do this whole thing. They want to stop it at the, that's why Reddington is going this angle. Gotcha. Supposedly. Well, I'm just telling you. Me, people, I've literally sat with somebody who was in the middle of a panic attack in this room.
Starting point is 00:37:29 Okay. They were in the middle of a panic attack talking to Tom and myself. And when they were done, they went to the hospital. me and Tom were like something's not right with this person like something's not right went to the hospital couldn't remember a daggum thing that they talked about with us couldn't remember what they said we were accused of things that we said that we never said and things we did what we never did like in a panic attack so can you imagine like what what
Starting point is 00:38:10 Yes. I know. Like, you could easily not remember. Yeah. Because they couldn't remember a dagham thing that happened in this room. Not one thing. We were like, okay, that never happened. But we knew something. Because we both kept asking this person, are you okay?
Starting point is 00:38:33 Yeah. Like, are you all right right now? And they kept saying yes. Like, they were communicative. But it did. Things were not like the conversation was just not normal like this person would have. And later on, I was like they, later on, especially when we got a call that they were in the hospital, I was like, I think they had a panic attack. Because they went to the hospital because they thought they had a stroke or something like that, which they did not.
Starting point is 00:39:02 Interesting. So I've seen people literally not know just from a panic attack. remember a conversation that they've had or even it's weird it is so that's that's not even somebody who has mental problems I don't know the brain is powerful people the brain is very very powerful you are right we we forget how powerful it really is I do all right that's enough about that go ahead but transitioning like sharing the gospel if somebody in Massachusetts would have reached out to her Lindsay when she was saying like if all these providers all these medicals one of them was a believer and I'm not saying nobody
Starting point is 00:39:50 did this but let's just say one of them was a believer and just said have you given church a chance and there was a good church that she could have gone to and could have been able to like put Jesus somewhere in her life like what what could that have done what could have that changed? Are there good churches in Massachusetts? No, there's not. I'm just saying if there was. No, if there's one church. Because I don't think that there's one that didn't close. Oh, yeah, no. I don't, there was one in New Hampshire. I know for a fact. But, yeah, but I, like, it's just one of those things. But if somebody was sharing the gospel with her, at some point, maybe none of this would have happened. And so it is like sharing the gospel. If you have that hope that lives inside of you, it is, it is life and death for certain people. Like, we don't know, like, you didn't know that guy was or woman or whoever it was that you were talking to was having a, uh, uh, uh, whatever. A panic attack.
Starting point is 00:40:40 A panic attack. We knew something went right. You knew something was wrong. Right, exactly. We had no idea. So people walk around all day. God knows what's going on in their minds. And we have the hope that lives inside of us and we're just walking around like.
Starting point is 00:40:52 Listen, people talk to people. Like people who are working have regular jobs, have conversations in their head all day long. And or even conversation conversing back with that thought in their head. Right. I mean, it happens. Yes. You do that enough, though. Yep.
Starting point is 00:41:14 I know. That voice is loud. It gets louder and you begin to think it's real. Right. Yeah. Yep. So, I mean, the mind is very, very powerful. It really is.
Starting point is 00:41:27 And that's why we're to take captive of every thought and make it obedient. And that part. Because the captive part, yeah, that's great. But then you have to make it obedient. You have to tell yourself what the actual. truth is. Yeah. Right.
Starting point is 00:41:42 Because everybody's like, are blocking, blocking, blocking, blocking. You have to take a captive and replace it with something. Right. And it has to be the word.
Starting point is 00:41:47 Place it with truth. Right. Identify the lie and replace it with truth. Yeah. Every single time. And don't entertain it. And it's exhausting, I think,
Starting point is 00:41:55 for some people in the beginning because you've never ever blocked or trying to take a thought captive. You're really training your, renewing your mind. You're literally making new pathways in your mind. Like they're like creating. And so eventually you do it enough.
Starting point is 00:42:09 Right. that becomes your default. Truth becomes your default. Well, think about that. If a heart has, if you have a heart attack and part of that heart dies, what happens is the blood, there's blood vessels that that part of the heart had that no longer are working. Well, I've known people who have had heart attacks that, like 60, percent of the heart wasn't working and the body made new pathways in the heart where that
Starting point is 00:42:45 dead section was made incredible yes I didn't know that made new pathways and so the heart isn't functioning at the highest level but it's still functioning so if if a person who has a stroke or who has something that goes on in their brain the brain does the same thing it's making new pathways Yep. The brain's no different than the heart. Right. It's crazy how the human body works. Our body is so amazing, so complex, so...
Starting point is 00:43:22 The details. The lungs. No, the liver. The liver can literally regenerate itself. So cool. I love it. It can. How is that possible?
Starting point is 00:43:33 It grows. So, like, if you damage it for whatever, like alcoholics, people would drink very heavily, damage their liver. Well, if they stop... Is it the filtration system? What is it? I think liver does filter. It's like... It does. I know it's a filtering system. Yeah, it's so, but... It's the job is to, like, detox the body from, like, toxins. And so if, like, someone who drinks heavily just stops drinking, yeah, your liver can heal itself. I think it's the only organ that can, that can do that.
Starting point is 00:44:04 It is. Are you looking it up right now? Okay, so read that to me really quick. The process is called hypertrophy and it does it doesn't grow back like a salamander's tail but the portion of the liver is removed that remaining tissue can grow bigger so um what happens uh let's the liver plays the three roles okay what happens anytime the blood flow is reduced by one part of the liver the liver will compensate and get bigger if the remaining part is healthy the cells that grow bigger or hypotrophy are immature so they don't have the full function of the mature liver cells yet but over time in many cases in just a few days they mature and work just as well as the cells that were removed yep we can see patients who have had up to even 50% of their liver removed
Starting point is 00:44:50 yeah i don't know why i know that but i do fun fact yeah uh-huh that's crazy yeah and it's quick too that's i think that's why they say the people that like do struggle with alcohol. If they stop, their liver will turn around really quickly. Mm-hmm. If they completely cut alcohol out. That's interesting. Mm-hmm. That's actually
Starting point is 00:45:22 pretty dang awesome. I know. Because, man, that's like having nine lives. Yeah. It's like giving yourself an extra life. Because the liver is super important. It is. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:36 It helps to detox your body of all types of toxins. So yeah, the way that God, like, built our bodies to, like, function and, and last for longevity is incredible. Like, absolutely incredible. And our brains are not stuck. That's why when people encounter, like, trauma and stuff, like, you're not stuck in that moment.
Starting point is 00:45:58 Like, you can, like, your brain can literally heal. And that's just scripture, right? Like, you are a new creation in Christ. The old is past. Behold, the new has come. Like, your brain literally has the ability to, like, heal. feel free itself yes you're not stuck right if you for whatever reason you encountered hard things but you're not you're not stuck in that moment of time like you're you have the ability to to overcome
Starting point is 00:46:27 and to heal in a way that it's as if it never happened absolutely for a fact I know that to be true are you still reading Tracy no no I look like you are. No. Now moving things around. I was thinking she's seen something else. No, that's, I was looking up, I was looking up for alcohol, but I can't find exactly what I was trying to find. I thought there was something that like, it. There was like, after one year, it's like 100% better. I thought there was like specific things. But I can't easily. Yes. I can't easily find it. I was looking. So interesting because I've known plenty of alcoholics. You found it? No, no, no. Okay. I'm going to look. I don't have chat on the te on the computer. That's all right. It's probably good. I didn't like do like three things.
Starting point is 00:47:12 And I already did one today. What is that? I can only use chat on the thing like three times and I already used one today. But I already forget what I asked it. Shut it down. Oh, oh, oh, oh, the mix was messed up. So I was trying to fix it. Oh, my gosh.
Starting point is 00:47:27 So use chat. Well, all right. We got 11 minutes. We are going to do this. And then we're going to do, we're going to do it on Friday. Because I really don't think, I mean, I really am bothered that people don't share Jesus with people. And a lot of times it's because of self-preservation.
Starting point is 00:47:57 Right. But my whole thing is, and I said this on Wednesday of last week, well, what if somebody did that to you? Somebody didn't, if you're a Christian and somebody didn't share Jesus with you. Right. Like. And it clearly says, in the word that we are.
Starting point is 00:48:15 And my whole thing is, is you're not busting down doors. Okay? It says unless he draws them in, they won't come. So you're going to like, look for an open door. And if the person's not receptive,
Starting point is 00:48:31 then you move on. It's like when they soul when for the church, they go and they ask somebody, do you know Jesus is your Lord and Savior? That person's going to say yes. Okay, you keep walking. They say no. then you say, would you like to hear more about this?
Starting point is 00:48:47 Or I don't even know how they do it, but it's very low key. I mean, it's very chill. It's like, well, can I share it with you, I think is something like that way. And if the person says no, you keep walking. Okay, they're not being drawn in. They're not willing to receive. So you don't knock down doors and push your way through. But it might lead you to being able to pray for them about something that's going on in their life.
Starting point is 00:49:11 Because I know that for a fact, Soul winning, they do do praying with people. And they have seen people healed. And they're not saved. They're still not saved. Jesus did the same thing, by the way. Yes, he did. Most people, well, everybody left him.
Starting point is 00:49:28 But most of his miracles were done with people who didn't receive him. They just wanted something from him. And so I would be remiss if I told you that I don't love it when I pray for people. for healing that aren't saved. I love it more when I pray for people who are not saved for healing because I know my odds are pretty dang high that they're going to get healed. And you go, well, how is that possible? Well, that's very possible because they are not somebody who has been taught bad teaching. So I'm not going to have to undo like what years are, well, years and years of what somebody from a Paul Pitt taught somebody instead of somebody reading the word and realizing or believing.
Starting point is 00:50:18 A person that's not saved, you tell them something and they just believe it. Yeah. They just trust you. So it's fact for them. If I tell them that Jesus died on the cross and not only did he die for their salvation, but also for their healing, they're like, lay it on me. I'm up for that. Yeah. I'm following a really cool creator right now.
Starting point is 00:50:43 on Instagram and he started pretending that God is real for 30 days and he went every day. He was an atheist or something? He grew up in church like his mother, like he grew up
Starting point is 00:50:58 in a home that, you know, they attended church but he had kind of walked away from his faith and he was just kind of feeling discontent so he was like, all right, for the next 30 days I'm going to pretend like God is real.
Starting point is 00:51:09 I guess he had walked away to the point where he wasn't believing anymore. And every day he had a list of four things that he would do. He would pray. He would read God's word. He would have a moment of gratitude. He would tell God how grateful he was for like what was going on in his life. And then he would apply Jesus' teachings.
Starting point is 00:51:31 He would do these four things every single day. And then by like day 18, I can't remember like the specific day. He got wrecked. my Holy Spirit like got wrecked and so now his content is I think he's in like New York City
Starting point is 00:51:53 or like a major city so he puts out a table in like a very public park and on the table it says let me it says you should pretend God is real and he sits at the table and people like walk up to him and then he shares his testimony of like the
Starting point is 00:52:11 last 30 days of his life see and that's what like that's what you need to do you yeah yeah because everybody's in our head about how to share well I have to go on do soul winning oh I have to do a podcast oh I have to do a TikTok like that is genius I know it's only from the only from God literally when I stumbled upon this I was like oh my gosh what am I witnessing that so much yeah that love love love that well you know I sit there and think to myself like there are people right now that excuse me sourdough bread is It's so popular. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:52:47 And all these people are making sourdough bread. But what if you used your gift of making sourdough bread to win the lost? Mm-hmm. Right. Because you love it. You're good at it. You can make money doing it, but then you can also give back. Like there's so many different ways that whatever you know how to do,
Starting point is 00:53:09 you can actually use to build the kingdom. Right. Yeah. It's so funny because. I just switched nail girls to the one that Annabeth and Hannah goes to. And our podcast before the woman's conference, you said like to invite at least one person. And I was like, okay, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:53:28 I felt like I should invite her. Anna Beth and Hannah, I've tried, and she just doesn't come to anything. But I invited her, and she actually came. And now she wants to come to Sundays, Yags. She, like, she loved it. Which night did she come? Carly's?
Starting point is 00:53:42 Yeah. Yeah. Because listen, if that Friday night can't change you. Yeah, I know. But she still needs like some help. Yeah, but also. Thursday night. I mean, Thursday night was okay.
Starting point is 00:53:57 But Friday night is, which is Thursday night, in my opinion, Thursday night was so that you get out of the way. And you understand what Dominion means. Friday night was where you're like out of the way, ready to receive, let's do it. Yeah, for sure. and it's real life. Like, so for me, I'm like, that was the best night for her to come because then she actually got to see God move in all ways. That's like, you know what's so funny.
Starting point is 00:54:29 The Lord highlighted a couple people to me to invite as well. And they both came. Yeah. With the invite. Yeah. But it was because he had already been drawing them. Yeah. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:54:41 And he just used me to send the invite. she loved it so much even the one that I invited she made us cookies and she was like thank you so much she made me like this little bag of cookies wait a minute did like is she a really skinny little girl no okay because I don't know who this was but somebody gave me these cookies and they're like fat that's yeah that was from my my girl that came they were like fluffy chocolate chip like how in the world did she know to give me those? I don't know. Like, I don't know, but dang, girl, they're good. They were good. I was very grateful. I was slipping it to people around me. I was like, hey,
Starting point is 00:55:25 they're good. Yeah. Grab some. Yum. Oh. But I don't know. There's so many different ways for you to, and we've only got three minutes left, so I'm not going to go too deep into it. But there are so many ways that if you really, you don't even need to be super creative. Yeah. You just need to look at what am I gifted? What is like, what is a natural thing that God has given me the ability to know how to do? Yes. Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 00:55:56 That. I mean, it can be as simple as you're a chatty Kathy. You know no stranger. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Yep. To, yeah, like I said, you're a baker. or maybe you know how to organize.
Starting point is 00:56:13 And you can use your organizational skills to help somebody that you're trying to that you know needs the Lord and you can help them. I mean, everybody has a gift and a skill and a talent. Yeah. Use that to win the lost and build the kingdom. Like it's not complicated stuff here. Like I'm a stay-at-home mom. I was so sick of hearing people have excuses why they don't share the gospel.
Starting point is 00:56:37 It doesn't matter you're a stay-at-home. mom. Go to a flipping mom's group that is not a Christian mom's group and like be the light. Yeah. And invite them to your Christian mom's group. Find a friend that you can invite to your Christian mom's group or like a bite or something. Do you know what I'm saying? You be the influence instead of being influenced. Yeah. Come on. There's so many different ways to do it. It's just do you really want to do it. I met this one lady. She's an esthetician. And so her and her sister is a hairdresser.
Starting point is 00:57:16 And so they have teamed up and like once a quarter. I don't know how often they do this, but they team up and they provide services to widows and single moms. And as they're like doing their facials and, you know, styling their hair, they're praying over them. If they have a word of knowledge, they're sharing it with them. Like it's a moment to like love on them. especially, I mean, these women probably wouldn't be able to have these services otherwise.
Starting point is 00:57:44 Right. Because when you're a widow and a single mom, like, money can be tight. Yeah. And so that's how they use what they do, the talent that they have for the kingdom. Well, you know, it's so funny because I sit there and think of my mom's best friend, Miss Barb, who a lot of everybody knows. Yeah. But Miss Barb and Miss Nancy, who comes to church, every other Monday, they go to, a retirement home.
Starting point is 00:58:11 And they have the same people that they go in. These people rely on seeing them every other Monday. They're not saved. They're witnessing. They're laying hands on them. They may be sick. They are visiting. How hard is it to visit somebody?
Starting point is 00:58:28 Right. Yeah. And just be a friend or a smiling face. Right. Because that will open the door to hopefully you sharing your face. It's not complicated. Take your kids. with you and be to a retirement home.
Starting point is 00:58:42 Like take your daggum dog. People love animals to a retirement home. You will snatch them from the fire in their last possible days. Like, come on. I mean, it's not hard, guys. It really isn't. So it's really a matter of how bad or how much value do you find in it? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:59:05 How much do you care? Yeah. How important is it to you? Or is your life and your little bubble and making sure that stays just the way you want it and not inconvenienced? Like even if you do not shoot a lot or your Instacart, like make them meet you at the door on purpose so you can just say something. Give them an extra tip or something. You know what I mean? Like there's so many ways.
Starting point is 00:59:27 So many ways. True that. I like that idea. Just to say hey. I don't know. There's lots of ways to do it. Yeah. There's absolutely no excuse.
Starting point is 00:59:40 None. Yeah. But we'll get more into it and as to why. Because remember this. People are the only thing that you can take to heaven with you. That's it. People are the only thing. And our job is to snatch them from Satan himself and take them with us.
Starting point is 00:59:58 I wouldn't want my worst enemy to go to hell. If you ever study it out, you'll know why. So, that's it. Time is up. I was thinking the same thing. What? Even Patrick and Lucy. Oh, exactly.
Starting point is 01:00:16 Salvation. Gosh, I hope somebody gets to them. Seriously. Because they need Jesus. They need Jesus. I mean, even the person that you hate politically speaking, some people hate Joe Biden so much. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:00:31 But you shouldn't feel like that. Like, you shouldn't feel like, yeah, I want him. Every dog has his day. I want him to have his day. You shouldn't feel like that. I'm sorry. You should, like, as much as I can't stand Nancy Pelosi, okay, I don't want her going to hell. I mean, that, like, it is real.
Starting point is 01:00:51 And it is nowhere we should want anybody to go. It is real, people. True. And I think people just think it's just this far off, like, imaginary place. It's not. it's not. Yeah. And so, like, we should have compassion and love enough for people that we're actually praying for souls.
Starting point is 01:01:16 Yeah. So, I agree. That's it. Two minutes late. We will see you on Friday. Thanks for tuning in. Peace out.
