Starting point is 00:00:21 Welcome to the Hope Hotline. Don't mind Natalie as she shows me her boob. Oh, it's not the whole boob. Did you see that she showed me her boobs? No, that was safe. I had a bug fall in my shirt where I was walking Maggie and it bit me right on the top of my. What? Oh, my goodness.
Starting point is 00:00:37 I got this big huge like welt. Wow. That's a big in too. Nice. Nice rock. Oh, thanks. Oh, my gosh. Welcome to the Hope Hotline.
Starting point is 00:00:48 We can say whatever we want because we're not on YouTube. That's right. I can't hear myself. Oh, no, maybe I can. I don't know. Okay. No, it's okay. It's always, this mic, getting it to function is always fun stuff.
Starting point is 00:01:04 But we are like, you want to do your thing and then we'll get right into it because, listen, we have so many questions that I literally want to make sure that we get time to talk about them all. Because we go down all these, like, squirrels and. I love a squirrel moment. Uh-huh. Okay. Yeah, all right, bye. All right, if you're on Facebook, say hello. You can come over to Rumble if you want.
Starting point is 00:01:27 It's a little safer over there for chit-chatting. And so if you want to watch on Rumble, that would be great. YouTube, we are not on today because we've learned our lesson. And Natalie, we just never know what she's going to say. So we are going to stay quiet on YouTube. And then we have our podcast available on our audio podcast. So that will be on Spotify later on today. that you listen to podcasts.
Starting point is 00:01:53 You can even go, if you have Apple Play or Apple Podcasts, you can go on and just click the notifications and I get like a little notification once it gets posted. So you'll always know. Of course, Natalie is here today. So the questions are coming through. If you have any specific ones, you can ask on Rumble or Facebook. That's great. And then the summer schedule, no podcast in July.
Starting point is 00:02:18 So we will return August 7th. and we'll have something different going on in August 7th. We want to join us so you can find out where we'll be broadcasting. And then, of course, we have all of our TikToks. We have Pastor Tom's. We have church and worship. And then we also have all of us and Natalie as well. So not to forget tonight is Pastor Tom.
Starting point is 00:02:45 He goes live on his Instagram and his TikTok. So those are his two handles. You can go find him. If you're having a hard time finding him or the live, if you go to your DM on TikTok, it's one of the top ones. It's like stories. So you can just click on it. Usually it's one of the first ones that's going live.
Starting point is 00:03:01 And that is tonight at 8 p.m. And it's about an hour long. And it's great. It's a very, very good conversation. And you can ask questions in there and communicate back and forth with him as he's peaking over and he's got some helpers too that can kind of show him some things if they pop up. But that is, that's it. That's all I've got over here.
Starting point is 00:03:22 Ladies, coming back to you. Hot diggity doggotty. Let's go. Okay. All right. So give us, before I ask any questions, give us a lowdown. Is there anything like all the news that's going on right now? See, we took us off platforms that won't hurt us.
Starting point is 00:03:41 So like, you know how they have the new thing about the ticks that are out and the fly? And then there's the fly situation. Okay, so for people who are freaked out about this, like, talk to me, Goose. Have you looked into this or anything? The only one I've looked into is the alpha-gal syndrome from the Lone Star Tick, which is crazy. It's shocking. It's crazy. Like shocking and crazy in what way?
Starting point is 00:04:10 Well, people are getting like allergic, quote-unquote allergic to red meat. They can't eat meat. That's what I heard. Is that true? It is true. It's called. Alpha-Gal syndrome and actually a lot of my medical publications are starting to pick up on alpha-gal syndrome and starting to write a whole bunch of things on them.
Starting point is 00:04:27 Have they anything that they're like saying it's like conspiracy or whatever? No, they're not saying that. They're just saying there's an uptick in it and what they're doing about it. I've heard they're doing a vaccine. They're working on the vaccine right now. Of course. Everything's about a vaccine. Okay.
Starting point is 00:04:42 So what's the vaccine to cure the allergy? I mean, since when do we use a vaccine? to cure an allergy. We don't. So what's the vaccine for? Probably to just give you some antibodies in case you do get bit by it, that you probably already have a little bit of antibodies to fight off whatever the tick itself is giving you.
Starting point is 00:05:05 Okay. So, you know, what are you guys laughing at? You know what went live three minutes ago. What? The puck. No way. Someone just found it. Are you kidding?
Starting point is 00:05:18 Somebody already found that flip-and-a-old. and puck. Who found the puck? Jaden. He was in Cocoa Plum. He saw a post. He ran and found it. Oh, my goodness gracious. Oh, from the youth group? This one's Foundation Church one. So anybody can find it. Yeah, the youth one will be at five o'clock. That took no time whatsoever. I know. When did you put it out? Three o'clock. We put it out. Well, we hide them or way earlier than that. But we posted at three. But we posted at three. I cannot believe. That was found already. In four minutes.
Starting point is 00:05:52 What the what? Two minutes. It was at 302. He sent me the... Oh my goodness. He said I was in cocoa plum and I ran. He said he was in tropical smoothie and he was like, I'm out. Oh my gosh.
Starting point is 00:06:03 You better post that it's found so nobody's driving there. I know, I know. I am. Oh my gosh. That's funny. That is funny. That thing, I'm telling you, that game has been truly successful. They haven't even lasted an hour yet.
Starting point is 00:06:18 No, it's been a hit. It's been a hit. Yeah. It's easy money. I know. If I could play, I'd be playing. Yeah. And these youth kids?
Starting point is 00:06:26 It's $200 cash. No. Yes, it is. Are you bringing any down to Ponigorta? Yes, we've already done one at Pondagora. You did one at Fisherman's Village. Yes. And I was working.
Starting point is 00:06:36 Are we disqualified? Can we participate? I can. I can. You can. I can. You can't. You can't.
Starting point is 00:06:44 You hit it. Tracy's face. I'm like, I'm out of here. She created the whole thing. I am kind of busy at 3 o'clock on a Friday. True. Me too. I will never be able to.
Starting point is 00:06:54 Three. I am at work. Maybe we had to change the time next year. I think so. To the evening. Give us all a fair chance. That's true. Or even morning and we hide it the day before, like the night before.
Starting point is 00:07:06 And then you wake up to it. People that work, like if people want it that work, they want to do it with their families, they can't. We'll think about it. We'll get it. Yeah. That's a good idea. Nighttime.
Starting point is 00:07:17 Yeah, because then it's not so hot, too. Yeah. I think it's a new record. Listen, this is, this was just a thing that we just were like, let's just have like a fun summer kickoff. Yeah. No, this was hoping like, I don't know if this is going to work. I'm like, let's do it. Yeah. Who knows. Sounds like it's working. I know. And you believe that. Oh, my gosh. Two minutes. Two flipping minutes. And I hit it like it. I took a picture. You hit it good. I hit it like in one of the giraffes, like in like one of the things. What was the clue? What the what? Well, we don't make it. You don't make it so it's like so hard that nobody wants to do it.
Starting point is 00:07:54 They knew it was in Cocoa Plum. And then it said the spot is known for shopping, snacks, and daily stops. You won't need to leave the parking lot area for this hunt. Look where people gather, but not necessarily where they shop. Find the palm tree near the entrance. You're very close. But in the photo was the giraffes. So you have paid attention to the photos.
Starting point is 00:08:15 Because he found it in one minute, he said. He must have looked at every single one. He must have, like, ran. Yeah. That's a new record. That's actually, that must be Jesus because. That's favor. Does he need the money?
Starting point is 00:08:30 Yes, of course he does. Yeah. He's 17. He started a new job. Oh, good. And he probably won't keep it. Yeah. Let's be serious.
Starting point is 00:08:40 Yeah. That's awesome. Yeah, no, this is a good one. I love it that people that win actually need it. Oh, yes. people that win don't really need it. Like for me, if the whole family won it and then they went out and got ice cream, that was the goal.
Starting point is 00:08:53 The goal was that people that actually could use it would benefit from it. And it would be a fun evening for them. Or fun, like pay electric bill, you know, whatever. So that they could do something else or just, you know, whatever. But it's pretty awesome. That's great. That's funny. The next one is the youth one.
Starting point is 00:09:15 That one's at five. It posts at five. And anybody from junior high youth to senior high youth can win it with their parents. Because some of those kids have to have their parents drive them. Yeah. So if their parents help them and to find it, it's okay. Because they wouldn't get there without their mom or dad. True.
Starting point is 00:09:33 So I don't really care. It's just so everybody can have fun and just make a day of it or whatever. Look forward to, okay, where is it going to be? You know, that stuff was like back in my day. Yeah. Those were the things that you listen to the. I know that sounds crazy. You're a little bit younger than me, but you might not remember.
Starting point is 00:09:49 We would listen to the radio, and then we would listen to the radio, and then we would listen to Hens, and you'd have to figure it out. We don't do that anymore nowadays. So, like, this is kind of like a little bit of throwback to, like, when Taya was telling me about back in the day, they used to geocash. I used to geocash. I love geocash. And they loved. The whole family did it. Yes.
Starting point is 00:10:08 That's what I was, one day I was walking down the road, and I was just praying. I had some time in prayer. and I was just thinking of what are some really great things, some great ideas, some fun stuff that we can do. And that popped into my head, geocaching. I'm like, we could do it without it being a geocash. But we could do it where it's super fun. And like families can go and do it.
Starting point is 00:10:28 But then youth can go and do it. You know? Yeah. So, but you only do it for like four weeks. It's not like we should maybe do it at Christmas time. Oh, let's do a second round. Every six months. Do it every six months of cash.
Starting point is 00:10:42 That's a lot. $200 cash. Yeah. And then that might help people for Christmas. Everyone needs extra Christmas money. Always. Yes. Always.
Starting point is 00:10:50 Yeah. I love that idea. This is just one holiday fun flipping thing. That would be real. That feels like a good theme. It does. And it feels warm and fuzzy. I do.
Starting point is 00:10:59 Yeah. I felt really excited. What is that? Oh, we should make the Christmas theme. Oh, we should put a hat on the lion. Yeah. Yes. I think I got to change the line because like, like.
Starting point is 00:11:10 Okay. So, Sam. I'm not in love with it. we had to do something so fast that I did that one. But we could change. Well, I think we'll have our new logo by then. So I'm thinking we should, because Tommy was like, we could do the, yes, something like that. Oh, that would be so.
Starting point is 00:11:25 But I didn't want to do it because we don't have it. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. Okay. Well, bye. Great ideas, people. Love it. That's so much fun, though.
Starting point is 00:11:32 That's it. We are going to do Christmas. I love that idea. I like that idea. Yeah. So we'll do kickoffs to summer. And they start decorating for Christmas in like November. So you can like just find all Christmas things.
Starting point is 00:11:43 That's right. Well, you know what? That is absolutely correct. And then, so we'll have it all planned out. But do you know that Hobby Lobby has all of their Thanksgiving and fall stuff out? I'm not out. In July, it's coming out. And they already have it up on the top of the shelves to be already. I said to the guy, I'm like, you guys already have pumpkins sitting up there. And he's like, yeah, it's coming out in July. Because they just had a big 75% off. I was like, what though? What? I don't like that. I love going there. Oh my gosh. I can spend so money. Oh, my gosh. They just did a 75% off there last weekend. Was there any Jesus portraits? Well, I don't look for that.
Starting point is 00:12:23 But I didn't look. I didn't look. You haven't been to my house lately? I have a giant Jesus portrait right as you walk in. I'm not even kidding you. She has multiple Jesus portraits. Are you turning Catholic on me? Once we start the crucifix all over.
Starting point is 00:12:41 over the place. I'm going to be worried. I went into Hobby Lobby and it spoke to me. And then one of the workers started singing worship music over me as I was standing in front of the portrait. I was like, this is divine. I'm not even kidding. I can't even make that stuff up. That really did happen. That really did happen. And I've never seen that worker again. So it was an angel. It was definitely an angel. Okay. Let me, I'll be the judge of that. When I come to your house, if you can't, look Catholic, we're talking. We're going to have a nice little...
Starting point is 00:13:15 Come to Jesus moment. What do they call those tietes? Tietes, which is a one-on-one conversation. That sounds Spanish. No, it's not. It's like Greek or something. It's not. It's like Greek.
Starting point is 00:13:29 It's T-E-T-E, I believe. T-T-E, T-E. Yeah. Yeah, we're going to have one of them, maybe. Squirrel. Yeah. Well, Jaden won it? Congratulations, Jada.
Starting point is 00:13:45 Whether or not you can hear me or not, it doesn't really matter. He does watch sometimes. Yeah, he does. Well? No. It's probably not right now. Well done, my friend. Okay.
Starting point is 00:13:54 You already posted that, though? Do we give you enough time to be able to post so that everybody knows so that they're not driving there? Mm-hmm. Okay. Because that's the hard part. She's got to do both. Pod produce and. Okay.
Starting point is 00:14:08 Okay. Okay. Now that we've wasted 14. Squirrel. Uh-huh. Okay. This is questions that are ask Dr. Natalie anything. Nurse Natalie.
Starting point is 00:14:23 Yes. Oh, yeah. Mm-hmm. I mean, I don't mind to be rude or anything, but I know. I could get fined. What do you not know that a doctor doesn't know? I trust yours way more than yours. Well, we'll call you Nurse Natalie.
Starting point is 00:14:36 Nice, Natalie. I just can get fine. It goes actually better than it actually goes better. Because it's two ends. Nurse Natalie. Oh, I like it. Oh, I have to squirrel one moment. You know how my daughter is engaged to be married.
Starting point is 00:14:49 Yes. So her married name is supposed to be Velazquez. And then she tells us the other night, her and Kristen were talking. She's going to hyphenate her name because she wants her initials to be HIV. Oh. Oh. Oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh.
Starting point is 00:15:08 I told her, I'm like, please don't do that. Oh, my gosh. Because right now her initials are high. Did you guys laugh? Oh, I almost spit my food out. I was laughing so hard. Holy moly. I'm like, please no.
Starting point is 00:15:21 Please no. Please no. All righty then. On from one disease, venereal disease to another. Okay. Well, that was man-made too, you know. HIV? I, okay.
Starting point is 00:15:34 Let's do it. Open it up. Yes. Open that Pandora's box because you know what's so funny. That's a Fauci thing, correct? It is. It is. It is.
Starting point is 00:15:42 It's a Fauci thing. Fouchi was supposed to come up with the vaccine or remedy, if you will, like Rhymdivir. But what happened is he didn't. And then doctor, what was her name? Judy Mikovic. Mikeovich. She did come up with the remedy. And they threw in jail.
Starting point is 00:16:03 Yeah. And then he sold the stuff that he was selling was actually killing them faster. Yes. Yes. Like Ramesivir. I mean, he's a killer. He is pure and simple evil. He needs to spend some serious time in jail.
Starting point is 00:16:17 But yeah, she went to jail for nothing, guys. Like she was in jail and they, this is not, this is not, you can check it out. I'm not lying to you. I'm not even being exaggerative. Not one law was broken. And she was in jail and they had nothing on her. And she was in jail with no reason whatsoever. sad that's why tom says what he says yeah you're not taking me in right because you can rot in jail
Starting point is 00:16:49 for absolutely nothing just because they're trying to find something something to pin on you yeah so yeah forget that noise but yeah that i had heard i had heard that it was kind of a made man-made but i would be honest with you i was at 100 i knew about everything else being 100% But Pastor Rodney did a thing on HIV, I think. And I don't think he even reported that. But I think it was that Judy Mikovic that I saw her video or her interview. And I think that's where I heard it the first time that he had created the whole entire thing. It was lab grown just like everything else.
Starting point is 00:17:31 Okay. So the ticks. Yeah. They're saying that they're saying that ticks are being put in boxes in like Ohio and Kentucky right now. Oh, yeah, someone even posted a video not too long ago of a helicopter dropping them, just like dropping big boxes like a cargo box off on their property. And they ran to like the back corner. And when they opened it, it was just a bunch of ticks.
Starting point is 00:17:53 So it's just scary. And then the sad part is you've got a lot of people who don't believe that our government is actually capable of doing this. That's the fight that, I mean, that's like even with Tom's podcast right now, trying to wait people up to help them understand the truth. and they believe like they are they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they don't fall for COVID and they're falling for what's going on right now like I'm like how can you not I'm not even talking about the tick thing I'm talking about the war the whole entire thing people's like
Starting point is 00:18:26 they've got blinders on like big time blinders on because of their love and affection for Trump but Trump did the same thing in COVID so I just don't understand like how you follow man versus how you don't follow what God's word is. Because even in the scriptures in Revelation, it talks about there will be pestilence. In Matthew 24, it talks about the end time where there'll be pestilence. Like, if you look at Revelation and all of like the signs, which are the seals, the trumpets and the bowls, the seals and the trumpets, excuse me, I just spent, the seals and the trumpets, a lot of them, are very, they correlate with the plagues of Exodus
Starting point is 00:19:12 and when Moses was, you know, doing all the plagues, well, God was towards Pharaoh. And so, like, if you look at them, they parallel one another. Like, and most people don't correlate the two. And it's like, they always back each other up. Like, the word always backs itself up. But I don't know, like, the tick thing and the fly thing ain't isn't like it's that's what the bible tells us is going to happen so i'm not surprised what
Starting point is 00:19:43 most people fail to recall or remember is and this is why you have to know like you are there's there's like you are under the abrahamic covenant which is knowing who you are in christ like in matthew i mean in in if you look at in exodus like when all these things were happening, most everything that you see in the plagues and the things that were done to the Egyptians, the land of Goshen is where the people of Israel lived. And they watched what was happening in Egypt while the Goshen was not experiencing it. Well, that's what the Bible tells us. You'll see with your eyes. Psalm 91, you'll see with your eyes, but it will not touch you. Right?
Starting point is 00:20:35 It'll come to your right and to your left, but you will not touch you. And that's what you have to believe. So it's like with COVID, I mean, a lot of people got sick with it, but a lot of us were like, not going to happen. You know? And even then, we were like, even if I got the cold, I'm not taking the vaccination because I'm protected. Do you know, I read something about the vaccination, right? So they've finally proved that each specific lots were designated different, like, Strengths.
Starting point is 00:21:05 Okay. One section was just sailing, which were given to all of your people that are on like TV, your politician, so it didn't really show anything. The second one was in your high area of metropolitan where people got like blood clots or they had myocod artist. But the third batch was so strong. It was the one that ended up killing people, right? And then they actually, where they ended up sending those off were like that
Starting point is 00:21:33 particular group was enough for to find people that like your veterans and people that wouldn't follow rules, right, or mandates, they made sure it was given specifically to that group of people to kill them off pretty much. Okay. So I had heard what you just said, I had heard that they didn't, they produced this so quickly, which is not what you just said, which I couldn't figure out how it worked, but okay, so I had heard that they mass produced it so quickly that as some batches had more in them than others because they were just spitting it out.
Starting point is 00:22:15 But they had a system to this. They did. I saved it. There was like somebody from the FDA, a couple of scientists and somebody else actually because no one wants to pick up that publication. So they just put it out. So it's just out there. their research on it.
Starting point is 00:22:34 I almost like fell over when I read it. I was like, oh, this just. Yeah, so, so like, I have family members that have been affected by it. So they didn't die. No, that's the, that's the middle ground. Yeah. That is so sick. That's just sad.
Starting point is 00:22:56 Yeah, it is sad. And it's, it's sick. Mm-hmm. I mean, like, I, like, I. like that's even more premeditated than just kind of just disorganized in how you're going to produce this product. I thought it was majorly just very disorganized and just let's get it out, get it out, get it out. But they knew that they were doing it where they didn't know like some of them, some of it was more potent than the other. they knew that there was a chance of that
Starting point is 00:23:32 and that it was probably going to happen I had no idea that that's premeditated that's bad that's why certain people but there are certain people that have just fallen very very ill and they and they're politicians
Starting point is 00:23:47 how does that work because some of them they've gone and had like very turbo-ish stuff like were they set up like what happens with that? I don't know. We'll know one day. It's just crazy you mean.
Starting point is 00:24:04 One day. Okay. So let's, so the flies. The flies. Have you heard about the flies? I haven't heard about the flies. I just saw something that Tom, I guess I shouldn't talk about it until he talks about it because he's probably still investigating. So I won't address that.
Starting point is 00:24:21 But there's flies that are, it's not good with the flies either. I hate flies. Ugh, me too. So until that's proven, and he was just watching it earlier this week, so I won't touch on that because maybe it's not, you know how there's a lot of all these people who are copycats. So let's not talk about something that we don't know to be true or facts then. I know the tick thing is real because he had it on this podcast.
Starting point is 00:24:48 No, the tick thing is real. And there's the such thing as alpha-gal syndrome. But you can be, a lot of people say they can, they can, overcome it, it just takes a very, very long time. It's like a peanut allergy? Because you can overcome a peanut allergy, too. Yeah, you just have to reintroduce a little bit at a time. Okay.
Starting point is 00:25:08 That's what they're saying. That's crazy. From a flipping tech. They say it's killing animals, though. The check gets, like cats and stuff that are smaller breeds. Oh, my kitty cat. Yeah, they're killing. If it bites a smaller animal, it kills him within 24, 48 hours.
Starting point is 00:25:26 That's terrible. Sad. Let's ask you anything. Let's go to the first question. Why am I tired all the time? It can be a variety of things. Which is? Anxiety, stress, hormones, cortisol.
Starting point is 00:25:40 Anxiety can make you tired. Can anxiety make your limbs feel really weak? Yes. Interesting. It goes back to the thing. Your mind over matter. What God says, you have to constantly be renewing your mind. And anxiety is one of the biggest things.
Starting point is 00:25:57 that it's an adrenaline dump correct so it like totally like exhaust you out yeah can you live in a constant state of exhaustion from being constantly anxiety-ridden healthy living no you could live but you'll be sick the majority of your life you'll constantly be getting colds and flus and stomach bugs and diseases high blood pressure it's one of those things that stress and anxiety just kills you faster. Isn't that nice? It's not. Ain't that special.
Starting point is 00:26:36 It's not. The other thing is, especially with women, I know it kind of like jump in the gun for hormone-ish. So a lot of women have a lot of like during that time of the month, they can get like where they get a little bit more anxiety. You know, women hysteria back in the day, they used to say women just had all this hysteria special. going through menopause and all the sort of stuff. But that's because they dump, they don't have testosterone. Women are supposed to have testosterone too. Okay.
Starting point is 00:27:03 So a lot of people that need to like or want to go into doing hormonal replacement, they have to make sure that they're on some kind of testosterone as well. I don't take anything. No, that everybody has to. No, I'm just saying like I don't like any of that stuff. I'll be honest with you. When I went through, this is how I feel about it. like God knew when you went post menopause that you wouldn't if you if you live correctly you don't need anything he didn't create anything to help you after your post menopause so why are we taking things for post menopause do you know what I'm saying you could well I think also back in the day we ate better we ate better and you ate all of the animal because of the kidney and the livers and things like that is that got all the iron and stuff
Starting point is 00:27:55 stuff like in it. And the potassiums that we're missing. And the magnesium. Magnesium's a big one. Yeah, I don't do any of that. I don't eat all of it. Oh, I don't either. Listen, I don't, liver.
Starting point is 00:28:11 Anybody like liver? Liver? Liver? I don't even know if I've ever eaten liver. I've eaten liver worst. Is that liver? I don't know. I wouldn't even look at liver worse.
Starting point is 00:28:21 Look it up, Tracy. Liver worst. Is that liver? I do like patte. And that's like a liver paste. Yeah. My mom tried cooking, making us eat liver and onions when I was a little kid, and it was so bad. But there's supplements that you can get.
Starting point is 00:28:40 But liver worst is a patte. Liver worst is a patte. And I loved it growing up. Liver worst is liver. And I love liver. It's made with actual liver. I grew up eating liver worst. My mom.
Starting point is 00:28:54 It's only 30% liver, though. It's only what? 30% it's made with... That makes sense. How much liver is in pat-hay? It's so good, though. Have you ever had liver worse? No, no, no.
Starting point is 00:29:05 Oh, it's very good. I love it. I mean, I haven't had it in forever, but boy, did I love it growing up. With a little bit, you put some on, like, a cracker or one of those pieces of, like, little bread with a little bit of mustard or whatever. Nope. So good. Or plain. Oh, yeah. So, okay, that's interesting. So anxiety, what's another reason you said?
Starting point is 00:29:30 Stress. Stress. Hormones. Hormones. What about caffeine? Too much caffeine. Shut up. Cheers. Cheers. Vitamin D deficiency? Vitamin D or B? Either one.
Starting point is 00:29:49 Vitamin D can. Vitamin B. If you're low on vitamin D. B, which is like your energy supplement? Yeah. Oh. Yep. Okay. So too much caffeine.
Starting point is 00:29:59 I never feel too tired. Well, I feel that's not true. God bless it. That is just not true. I was like, I don't know if I've ever not tired. What does it say about me that if I take vitamin B? Yeah. That it makes me tired.
Starting point is 00:30:13 Yeah. What does that mean? Are you sure it's the vitamin B? Yeah. Like injectable. After you take it, do you feel tired? Yeah, like fatigued. What else are you taking?
Starting point is 00:30:25 Adverse effect? Maybe an adverse effect, but what else are you taking it? Nothing else. It was that one time that you gave it to me. But that was at the beginning when you first started. Yeah. So I don't think it was the vitamin B. It was something else.
Starting point is 00:30:44 Maybe. Excuse me, I burped. Well, I'm like, I mean, can't you just be tired because you're tired? I mean, like, I get up super early. I mean, I get up between 6.30 and 7 every single day. And I do not stop until, I try and take a nap before Tom's podcast for like 20 minutes, maybe 30 minutes, because I'm tired. And then I got to go another whatever until he's done. Can I just be tired to be tired?
Starting point is 00:31:20 Could be. But highly likely. Here's my issue. I get like nine hours of sleep And I still take like a three hour nap Two to three hour nap Wait a minute Like I sleep
Starting point is 00:31:31 I sleep like at least Eight to nine hours a day And I at least take like a one to two hour nap Every single day Talley are you kidding me Like right now I'm tired Like right now I would go back And like take a nap
Starting point is 00:31:42 You can sleep too much Did you know Okay That's crazy So if she took a 20 minute nap instead Because maybe she's too tired Because when I take really one nap Oh yeah
Starting point is 00:31:53 I don't like take take really long now. Have you ever had your blood work done to see if you're anemic, low iron? But I don't think I'm like as tired as I work. You're her nurse practitioner. No, not anymore. What? I couldn't pay for it that much. I was paying for myself, bro.
Starting point is 00:32:15 She's an adult now. Okay. Do you know, I read, so the next question you have is, why do I wake up at 3 o'clock in the morning? Do you know I read an article that some, of the greatest things that were created like Michelangelo's paintings and a whole bunch of other things. I don't know if it's true. I've been trying to find more information on it and I can't, but I read that we're not actually supposed to sleep straight eight hours. I heard that. Jara said that.
Starting point is 00:32:42 Back in the day. That is a lie from the pit of hell. You wake up at like two. You wake up at two. That's like your most creative time. Like all the big creative people back in the day was that is where they got, like, Mozart got his, like, music. Yes. And all that. We're talking about their geniuses or not. I need to sleep. True.
Starting point is 00:33:03 Are you kidding me? I'm still trying to figure that out because I feel really good if I could wake up. I wake up at three, stay up for a couple hours and go back to bed at like 5. 5.30 and sleep for another. You do this? Yeah. Chair does too. And if I go back to sleep, I'm good for the rest of the day.
Starting point is 00:33:21 Sometimes he takes even eat something. Yeah. What? Yes. No way. And he's like, I think this is how I'm supposed to live. I'm like, I don't think this is right. Then I saw something and it said the same thing.
Starting point is 00:33:32 He wakes up, like fully wakes up. Yeah, goes downstairs, gets a snack, hangs out. I read it and that they're saying like a lot of like... Does he get really good ideas? No. No. That's because he's not a genius. So just stay asleep for crying out loud.
Starting point is 00:33:52 Be like the rest of us idiots. Just go to sleep. God bless it. Don't try and be something you're not. That's true. Come on. That's true. Let's accept who we are. Let's accept us.
Starting point is 00:34:04 We're dumb as a box of rocks. We need our sleep. It's not going to change anything. I mean, there's a lot of things that changed when they tried to make us more, like suburban. Instead of pioneers, make us more like. Factory workers. Yeah, civilized.
Starting point is 00:34:25 Civilized. For civilized. Somebody was going to get it. I just, I don't know. I think I believe the 3 a.m. Really? And you, you like, but you're smart. Okay, so hello.
Starting point is 00:34:36 Yeah. Yeah, you are. You are that smart. Are you kidding me? I talk to you. And I'm like, why can't I be that smart? Why am I idiot? She needs to wake up at 3.
Starting point is 00:34:47 I do. But I don't think it's going to change anything. I might, be honest with you. I might hope. We're trying to get good ideas. Yep. You might need to try it That is true
Starting point is 00:34:56 Might be a good idea Try it I am trying to be more creative Right That's where they say What did it say? I think it was like It's like the God hour
Starting point is 00:35:04 Something about being up at that time Is where you get Like all your I don't know Brain power Pretty much Your imagination is at full The witching hour
Starting point is 00:35:18 That was called the witching hour I mean I was told like nothing happens good after 12. True. So, I mean, I find this hard to believe. But we might give it a shot. It was a whole commercial that said, it's 10 p.m., do you know where your kids are?
Starting point is 00:35:34 That's because kids aren't adults yet. That's true. Could you imagine having to be reminded? No. That it's 10 p.m. Like, you should know where your kids are. I know. That's pretty pathetic.
Starting point is 00:35:47 We're back in the 70s and 80s. They didn't care. They didn't have life 360. They did not. Sometimes I track my kids. Like, I'm tracking my daughter. I know. My daughter's 21 and I still. What are you doing? Where she at? That's funny. My kids track me. Yeah, same. Same. What did you say, Talia? Tanya. Tanya tracks hope all the time.
Starting point is 00:36:13 Are you kidding me? Listen, you'll never go missing because Talia's on it. Well, my nephew. My nephew, Travis, he has my location. How does he have your location? I gave him. I gave it to them. I don't know. They all track it. I mean, everybody's got to know everybody's business. I don't ever really look at anybody. I know. But apparently they're looking at me. And I find this out on a regular basis. Why were you at? I'm like, how do you even know? And she'll be like, hey, you're at Target. Can you grab me this? And I'm like, how do you even know I just walked in? You know, Jeff turns off all his location. I believe it. So does Tom. I believe it. Tom's like, He does not let me track him.
Starting point is 00:36:57 Yeah, he's like, that's a violation of my privacy. That's exactly what he said. And he's like, nobody's doing that. I don't care. You're so lucky that I trust you fully because that is suspicious activity. That is suspicious. Very suss. If Tom left the house, I might agree with you.
Starting point is 00:37:13 But I know where he's at all times. He's either in the woods or home. Or here. Yeah. So for me, I'm like, he's like, and that's like, you know where I'm at. So what does it matter? but I'm not, he's like, nobody's tracking me. That's exactly.
Starting point is 00:37:29 You're paranoid. He's like, you got all my passwords. What more do you want, woman? Can I have this one thing? But if you did leave the house, we might have a problem. That's true. That's true. But he doesn't.
Starting point is 00:37:44 He has me. Why do I get heart palpitations? Because you're drinking energy. Caffeine, energy, stress, anxiety. But you know, everybody. Gosh, dang it. You know, everybody. I don't get them.
Starting point is 00:37:56 Everybody has what's called PVC's or PACs. Premature ventricular contractions, premature atrial contractions. Everybody has them. Some people can feel them more than others. Some people are more in tuned and can feel that little. Yeah, Tompkins says he can feel his heartbeat all the time. Yeah. He just has to fix himself so he can't feel it.
Starting point is 00:38:16 Like he's like, I mentally, like, he has different places that he literally, he's like, I can feel my heartbeat. I'm like, I can't feel my heart for squat. Am I alive? You what? I can't feel it right now. No, neither can I. Like, he's told me, just like in the math, like the last two months, he's like, yeah,
Starting point is 00:38:35 if I lay on my side, I literally can feel my heartbeat. I'm like, that's weird. I can't lay on my side and feel my heartbeat. Is he in tune to his body better? Pretty much. I don't care about my body enough, I guess. You just know it's going to keep. on ticking. Yeah, I don't care. Yeah, he probably doesn't. Is that thing beating? That's weird,
Starting point is 00:39:01 though. But yeah, anxiety, stress, there's so many different things that can give you heart palpitations. Being dehydrated, maybe? A big time. I know that for a fact. Yeah, me too. Oh my gosh. Personally. Personally, I know a friend. How did you find that out? Because I'm going to the doctor. I walk at drinking water. She doesn't drink water. I do. This morning I woke up with my tongue on the roof of my mouth.
Starting point is 00:39:29 You don't drink water. I'm hardly at all. And I'm saying this in front of you, Natalie. I'm sorry. Do you see my look? I'm like, mm-hmm. But she doesn't drink anything. That's why I'm hydrating right now.
Starting point is 00:39:41 How many is that for you today? One. What else do you drink? I don't get thirsty. She doesn't. I don't get thirsty either. No, this is like, I would like, I think this is like my second.
Starting point is 00:39:52 I'm not, yeah. And then when she drinks, she chugs. Yeah. Like chugs. Do you drink like milk, juice? Nothing.
Starting point is 00:39:59 Coffee? I do drink coffee. Two times a day. So you're getting really dehydrated because you're drinking coffee with caffeine. And then you're not replenishing any water in there. You got to find, you got to find the thing that makes you really enjoy water. Crystal Light.
Starting point is 00:40:17 Wait, Crystal Light is not water, guys. I know, but it's kind of. No, it's not even kind of water. No, it's not. It's got, it's all. I add crystal light. No.
Starting point is 00:40:27 Natalie. Anything that doesn't have a bunch of sugar. Maybe she needs to do like a. Sugar free. She can do crystal light sugar fruit. Crystalite sugar free. Yeah, it's got the aspartane in it. So it's really not.
Starting point is 00:40:39 Like what if she did like liquid IVs? But it's still water. What if she did like liquid IVs? Because she's adding salt back in to her. That goes bad for you too. No, they're not bad for you. Element T is better than, um, the liquid IV.
Starting point is 00:40:54 And then there's one that's even better than both of them, and I can't remember the name of it. But you should drink those. Those are really good. And you have a houseful, full of them. It's salty water. But it's at least better because she's not even drinking enough water. So it puts back some of the stuff that you're not getting. But if you have your Celtic salt and you take a pinch of that in the morning.
Starting point is 00:41:15 With some water. You're replenishing most of your minerals. Make myself accountable. You know what I'm going to publicly shave myself. I're not. Listen, you know what I like to do? This is how I love to drink water. And you got to be careful with it.
Starting point is 00:41:31 But you know the lemons that are in the plastic containers, which is the real lemon juice or the real lime juice, I like really cold water. So I just squirt a little bit of that in there. And you could put a little bit of salt in there. But you got to be careful because it'll lead away the name all of your teeth. But be reasonable in how much you squirt. But it's great.
Starting point is 00:41:50 It's like lemon water. It's fantastic. And sparkling water is fantastic. The only way I'll drink water is, one if I have my Stanley, because I like drinking out of like the plastic. I don't like... She doesn't like drinking out of the plastic bottle.
Starting point is 00:42:06 So ridiculous, but go ahead. My Stanley. I'll pre-put ice in it, put it in the freezer with no water. That way, when I take it out in the morning, it's like, I dump water. And then I just like... And then I keep doing it.
Starting point is 00:42:21 But I love in the morning. The process. Why don't you just put ice in it? What? Then if it's cold, if the straw is cold. When I hold it, it's cold. Oh, yeah, she's anemic. Yeah, I'm pretty sure of that.
Starting point is 00:42:34 In the name of Jesus, I command anemia out of your body right now. Because that's somebody who, like, craves ice and things like that. They're usually anemic. Well, some people do. But on the whole, like, you crave certain things because you're, body's lacking it and yours is iron I guarantee you. Okay. It's easy fix.
Starting point is 00:42:58 Yeah. You're just not eating probably enough of whatever has iron in it. Okay. Is my blood pressure too high? Well, we don't know what your blood pressure is. So how do we know if it's too high? Well, if you're getting a headache. Okay.
Starting point is 00:43:13 And you can feel your heart pounding in your head. Yep. Most likely you have high blood pressure. Is that you Vanessa? She's laughing over there. But I think it's, I think my headache is. My headache is due to dehydration. And being rebuked.
Starting point is 00:43:28 So anything above 140 over 90 is considered high. They're trying to change it. They're trying to make it. It's supposed to be 120 over 80s perfect, but they're saying it needs to be even lower than that. You can't keep going lower. People are going to just pass out constantly. Right.
Starting point is 00:43:44 Fall over and pass out. Or when you stand up and everything starts spinning. That's me. That's always been me. Yeah. You have to, it's orthostatic hypotension. You stand up and when you stand up, all your blood's going to your feet
Starting point is 00:43:57 instead of staying up in your head. So you just have to change your position. It's a little slower. Okay. Yeah, that's me. Me too. Get up and start walking right away and I'm like, oh, wait a minute.
Starting point is 00:44:08 Yeah, I got to stop. Slow down. Yeah. Okay, well, there you go. That's your headache. Big time. That's how, like, I mean, I wouldn't, I have a low blood pressure.
Starting point is 00:44:21 I wouldn't even have thought that a headache would be for high blood pressure. Interesting. Heart rate, that makes sense to me. Like you feel your heart racing and stuff. But like, why is your headache? Why does your head hurt when you have high blood pressure? Because of the force of the blood pumping out and your arteries are constricted so bad that it's trying to push it even harder. So it just makes more like those migraine type headaches.
Starting point is 00:44:50 and yeah, pain can make your blood pressure high too. So you can get a migraine from high blood pressure? It can be like a precursor for it. Yeah, some people, yeah. Holy moly. I would never have thought a headache with high blood pressure. Would you guys? Did you know?
Starting point is 00:45:07 Oh, I did. Because pregnant women, if they get headaches, it means that they're preeclampsia, which is high blood pressure. Really? Mm-hmm. I've always had low blood pressure. I did not know. Like I have felt dizzy, obviously.
Starting point is 00:45:23 But that's interesting. I didn't not know that. How do I know if I'm in premenopause? I can answer. Perry menopause. I can answer that. No, just kidding. The doctor is in.
Starting point is 00:45:34 The nurse practitioner is in. How do you know if you're in premenopause? Perimenopause. I'm very interested in this. Hormones start changing. Your skin starts to get a little drier. You start losing your hair. your genitalia gets drier
Starting point is 00:45:54 painful sex I did not deal with bloating weight gain I weight gain I sure the heck did like a two ton hog oh my gosh bum pa bana bum paana
Starting point is 00:46:13 that's me that's coming in I didn't I didn't go through any of that stuff some people do so what if you don't go through any of that stuff then you're lucky but i still felt like i didn't feel like myself yeah you don't feel like yourself i mean you just don't feel like yourself like you don't like you don't i never felt like bad and i never felt like i wanted to scream at anybody i never felt like i mean um like when i had my cycle and i would be an excruciating pain from it because i had really bad cramping
Starting point is 00:46:48 then I would have to control my behavior because I was in constant pain so your nerves are on end but I would just say to Tom I'm like I feel weird I don't even feel like like me because you're like you're kind of feel like you're out of sorts without it being like bad right you just don't feel like your same old peppy self
Starting point is 00:47:11 another thing is lack of wanting sex your libido drops And again, a lot of that it has to do with the testosterone. Women are supposed to have testosterone too. We have more estrogen than testosterone, obviously, but we're supposed to have testosterone too. So, yeah, you lose your progesterone, you lose your estradiol, your estrogen, your testosterone. And does that happen to a lot of women?
Starting point is 00:47:36 A majority. No way. Are you kidding me? I didn't know that. Wait, what did you say? The libido? Is that what you're talking about? Yeah, I'm not, I'm talking about all the things that you just listed.
Starting point is 00:47:49 That it's like most women go through those things when they're perimenopause. Oh, wow. Yeah. You period start, you start missing a period. Yeah. And then the other thing is, is you're definitely- I was loving that. I was so stoked.
Starting point is 00:48:01 Yeah, but then a couple months later, you started again, you were like. Yeah, but even then I'm like, babe, let's rock and roll. Like, I never, never once have I, like, everything you listed, not me. you're highly favored yeah that's wild but your hope she's a unicorn yes so lots of women is that why they go on all that stuff that makes sense yeah that makes sense to me because i never figured out i was like well god made you so you wouldn't have to do it right that makes complete sense to me yeah and that's normal Like you see more women like that than not like that? Yes.
Starting point is 00:48:47 That's wild. So what does estrogen do? Estrogen keeps you soft, right? Keeps you happy. Testosterone keeps your libido going, your strength going, your muscle mass going. Progesterone kind of keeps you more on the sane side. So your hormones are in balance. Correct.
Starting point is 00:49:14 What makes the testosterone go away as you age? Like as we age? Yeah, what causes that? Your ovaries shrink up. And then once your ovaries shrink up, you're not producing it anymore. I didn't know that. They turn into like little reasons. They're not there anymore.
Starting point is 00:49:33 What? What? Just little, they like shrink. Holy moly. I had no idea. It's so sad we don't know what our bodies do. I know. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:49:44 I didn't learn this in school. Knowledge is sometimes power and not good. True. Both ways. Yeah, I had no idea. That's great. Now, that makes sense too. Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 00:49:57 But how is it that, okay, so I'm not the greatest eater. Like, I mean, I eat healthy things, but I eat a lot of unhealthy things, right? So why is it outside of God? Because I do pray over myself, and I do pray for, I pray for anti-aging. I you know what yes I do me and Tom both yeah I've prayed for and we pray against the aging process because we believe from greater things right and as you age a lot of times a lot of times people experience stuff that you don't you're like no not me so if we pray against the aging process why would I not I mean I'm not a unicorn but like no no
Starting point is 00:50:43 I'm not. Like I don't even eat properly. Why do you think that that would be? Why is some people that don't eat good? Is it just luck of the draw? You think? I don't know if it's luck of the draw or if it's just the besides me and what I believe. So if it wasn't me and I do pray like I mean, I literally believe like when I pray it, I believe it. Right. Like you're not going to convince me otherwise. But I know there's other people that are like me that don't believe that. So how is it that we don't have to do all that stuff. I wish I could, you know, I think. Is it, is it maybe our hormones are different or how our body structure is set up?
Starting point is 00:51:21 It could be how your body's set up and how you, how you, your, your hormones decreased maybe slower where some people's might have just cut off a little bit faster. Or if you have like surgeries and you have to like maybe have a hysterectomy when that, that's a sudden thing. That's a sudden, huge sudden. And you go through a lot. Okay. And a lot of people do have a lot.
Starting point is 00:51:45 It's very common now for hysterectomies and stuff like that because they remedy or people believe they remedy a lot of things. So that, now that does make sense. I'm like, how is it possible that, but that makes sense. Especially with all the surgeries we do today, especially with just removing ovaries and things like that. Now that, that makes sense to me. whereas some of that there has to always be a reason why do you know what I'm saying like there's it's just usually not an anomaly did your mom have a mild my mom had her hysterectomy so okay like she had a hysterectomy when I was like in the ninth or tenth grade okay so you wouldn't even know
Starting point is 00:52:28 I wouldn't know what about your grandmother break she did not I didn't have a hysterectomy and I favor her a lot as far as me and my mom favor her a lot but I don't know. But she, I don't even think she ever took anything. Well, they used to frown upon hormonal replacement for women. They said it caused cancer and stuff. Yeah, it was okay for men. Okay. And then just women, it was too dangerous for women because it can cause blood clots, just like birth control can cause blood clots. It can cause cancer. Because I'm going to be honest, I'm looking at redo getting hormones again. I tried it years ago and I didn't like it. But they, it was only, you only got partial.
Starting point is 00:53:10 Now they're pushing everything. They're pushing like the estrogen patch, the testosterone, the progesterine. And there's a fine line. Right. But don't they have like all natural, more natural today's standards? Isn't it more natural? So you have more options? It's more bioidentical.
Starting point is 00:53:26 They'll see if I, I wouldn't have wanted to do it back in the day because everything was so like, I don't know. It was very chemical. But today we have so many natural options. like so that would make sense to me to if people did kind of do it but or not so scary I would say if you wanted to do it so what were you saying before I rudely interrupted you you are you're looking at doing it I am I think I just had like 15 or 16 vials of blood just taken yesterday oh my gosh holy moly and what does that do if somebody was saying if they're a female and they're like yeah back in the day that was not for me but I might
Starting point is 00:54:09 consider it because of XYZ you do 15 vials of blood and what happens in that with those 15 or 16 vials of blood? Well they're going to look at like how my body breaks down estrogen if it's still breaking down estrogen okay it's going to look at my testosterone level
Starting point is 00:54:26 my my growth factor hormone I mean you're looking at everything on a plate oh wow and then you go from there and so what do they say you're low here so we'll give you this And then what could you do if you say, I don't want to take what you're suggesting,
Starting point is 00:54:44 but there's an alternative, a natural alternative, then you can go with that. Correct. I want to see I'm on paper where I'm at. Okay. That's interesting. Because I had a partial hysterectomy, so it means I still have my ovaries. Which is a good thing to keep, correct? Correct.
Starting point is 00:55:00 Because I didn't want to go through menopause at 34 years old. Yeah. So I'm like, I'm not having an issue with the girls. Keep the girls take away the oven. because it was the oven that I was having an issue with. That's what I call, you know, your uterus is your oven. Yeah. So they took that out.
Starting point is 00:55:16 So I have never had like, you know how you see some women that are sitting there and you can tell they're having a hot flash to get to be red from here down? And then they just start breaking out with all of the, I mean, like sweats. I've never had that. At night, do I get hot? I get hot. But, I mean, I have a ceiling fan going. I got a stand-up fan going.
Starting point is 00:55:35 I told my husband I can only get as naked as naked. so he's going to have to just get used to it being cold in there but I like having a cold bedroom to sleep in. So I don't know if I've ever never just had that but I can tell that like my skin feels different. Everything just feels different. Like it's like it's like thinner. Oh yeah.
Starting point is 00:55:56 I think I mean I don't feel like my arms feel thinner but. And then that they're like the little creping that you get like in between your thighs is another big huge component of saying that you're losing like all your your hormones. I don't think I have that creeping. I'll have to have you, I'll have to have you look and you can tell me. I'll tell you. Yeah. But those are some of the things. So I'm like, I want to know on paper what, where I'm at? What we're looking at. That's interesting. That's very interesting, especially for us, women that are either passed or about to go into it
Starting point is 00:56:35 I never I don't know I never experienced any of that stuff like even sweat even hot flashes I started getting them and I said no no
Starting point is 00:56:48 now I'm not doing this I rebuke it in the name of Jesus and it took me about two months and I didn't I stopped having them but I was like no I'm not doing this this is hot
Starting point is 00:57:00 you feel like your body's in a flipping oven. That's what everyone says. And I've never had that. It's terrible. And I would, and I was, had a cleaning business at the time. So I'd be cleaning. And all of a sudden, I'd be hotter than hot.
Starting point is 00:57:17 I mean, yeah, this ain't going to work for me. I'm not doing this. I don't have to. So I'm not doing it. There you go. Took a while. Two months. Two months.
Starting point is 00:57:27 And I would have like three to four a day. It's terrible. It's terrible. And I didn't even have them like people that I know. I had a girlfriend literally. She had him so bad that her whole face turned red. She'd start sweating and even her hair would get wet because it was so, she was sweating. That's poor girl.
Starting point is 00:57:48 Yeah, it was bad. That's not for me. Like don't put up with the stuff that you don't need to put up with. That's for the birds. Yeah, those hot flashes, you can have them. I ain't having them. No way. The most misdiagnosed are what are conditions,
Starting point is 00:58:04 people often think are one thing but are actually another. What is most diagnosed? This was such a vague question. I misdiagnosed. What do people get misdiagnosed with most of the time that... At least in your experience. In my experience? Like they'll come to you and say they told me this, but...
Starting point is 00:58:24 It's really that. It doesn't make sense because this, this. And you're like, no, yeah. Is there anything that you've experienced? No, nothing that I've experienced. Well, you know what? Here's a lot of back pain. Low back pain.
Starting point is 00:58:35 Yeah, what do people think it is? You're getting older, but it's really not. It's actually indicative of low vitamin D. Wow. Are you kidding me? So if you took vitamin D, you'd be in great shape. Yeah, your low hips, like that low hips, that sacrum area right down here. One of the main things to look at instead of just somebody saying,
Starting point is 00:59:01 oh, you have your arthritis in your low back or you have a low back, or you have a low back, strain check their vitamin D level. I'm sure it's probably tanked. That is insane. Yeah. Holy crap. What about hormonal issues versus depression? Is that common that people are dealing with hormonal issues, not really depression? Maybe, but not much. I would think it would be more just depression. But when you're depressed and you're not thinking right and your brain is not in they're firing off the right chemicals, you're not going to fire off the right hormones either. Really? Yeah, your body is supposed to be one, like, big, huge, happy family, everything going on with it.
Starting point is 00:59:45 And when one thing is off, it can throw off and kilter everything else in your body. That is like, again, that's one of those things mind over matter. God is so amazing. He is. Because how else, I mean, people think. You already knew it, but this stuff really breaks it down. If you stop and really think about it, your body shouldn't just keep going in the way it's supposed, the way it goes, right? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:00:13 Without it being created. There's no way that this just. Yeah, that's true. And a lot of people that are scientists, scientists, they end up finding God, become trying to prove God wrong. And we all know that. Because looking into the details, you find out. Looking into the details of the human body. Because like, like, breaking it down, like even just saying that, I'm like, that's, that's,
Starting point is 01:00:35 crazy. Like God is like, like he was in the details about how to build the ark. Yeah. To having to do the tent of meeting to doing the tabernacle. I wouldn't, if that body is
Starting point is 01:00:49 with great detail then ours would be too. Like to like like it's just it's crazy. It's astonishing. I mean like when you look at like I was just got done like with all of the ornaments, not ornaments, but if you look at what was used in the tabernacle
Starting point is 01:01:14 from the candle, we would say candle holders and things like that, but it's not called that. To... The menorah. Yeah, which they didn't even call it the menorah then. I can't remember what the exact term was, but it is a menorah, which a lot of people would understand. but what is it it's the the table and the table that they held different you have the arc which had the staff
Starting point is 01:01:47 that had Aaron's staff in there or Moses's staff in there and then it had a manna in it and then it had the 10 commandments in it so you have the ark that held those things in it and then there was a table that held other things as well. And if you look at like the detail that the Lord told them, and it says in the word that he chose a specific person, he created that person. This is so crazy to me, and this is why people have gifts and callings, and they don't even walk in them
Starting point is 01:02:23 because God specifically made them to fulfill this gift and calling. But his, I want to say it was L.Eazar, but it's not correct. That's not the exact name. name. And I think it's in Exodus 34, where he is named. It said that only he was allowed to build these items because God had given him the gifts and the talents in order to make them. And nobody else was to. And you just sit there and go, it's in the details. Like if you cannot see how precious and personal God wants to get with you, like,
Starting point is 01:03:03 Like, I don't know. Like, our bodies. Like, it's the same thing as that. That's, like, unbelievable. Menopause versus. I was a question from the chat. Oh, go ahead. Because, Natalie, I'm curious if you know this.
Starting point is 01:03:17 There's a woman in here. Her name is Those Jesus people. And she said, just woke up from a five-day coma. Thyroid. Storm? Yep. I need to learn to stand up and walk again. What is the best way to do this?
Starting point is 01:03:29 Been in TBGH for weeks already. trying to walk question mark. Tampa Bay General Hospital. Okay. So she was in a thyroid storm. Cytostorm? C-Y-T-O-Storm. Yes, C-Y-T-O storm.
Starting point is 01:03:44 So that makes her thyroid. She was probably like a hyperthyroid. Okay. Which thyroid is another major, like hormone balancer. It's thyroid, but it's like a hormone balancer as well. Okay. So hers was going too high, too fast. Okay.
Starting point is 01:04:00 So she was not... overproducing. So how is she going to learn how to walk again? She's just going to have to take her time one day at a time. Physical therapy is like probably one of the things they're going to give her, right? Yeah, and it's one day at a time. She'll do it. Unfortunately, the problem is for every day you lay flat in a bed and you're not moving and nobody's
Starting point is 01:04:23 moving you, you lose about seven to ten days of your stamina. Wow. And muscle mass and all that. Okay. So, and we live in a, Instant society. So we expect instant results. It's going to take probably, I would say,
Starting point is 01:04:39 three to six months before she's back to where she was. Okay. Outside of God. One day at a time. Just every time you're laying in that bed, get your feet, move your feet from the edge of the bed up to your butt, edge of the bed up to your butt, and just make sure you're moving.
Starting point is 01:04:57 You've got to get out of the bed as much as possible. Even just sitting on the bedside is better than staying. in the bed. But also, God. Yeah. From the spiritual aspect, yes, God, but what you need to do is faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word God.
Starting point is 01:05:15 So obviously, if she's watching this podcast, then she probably knows Tom. And I would strongly suggest that faith comes by hearing, hearing by the word of God, either be in that word consistently or listening to. Kenneth Hagan, Andrew Womack, Curry Blake, Charles Capps, like, you could say Smith of Wigglesworth,
Starting point is 01:05:44 but you're not going to really hear anything because he's old English and it might drive you crazy. But there are people you can listen to and you need to be steadfast, but I would dig into Andrew Womack and Kenneth Hagan big time. I would put them on a loop.
Starting point is 01:06:01 And when you're not sleep, when you're asleep, I would put scriptures on where you're listening. Yes, you're listening to faith-based healing scriptures. They have like 10 hours. So you can't, like, you'll not run out. Like when you're sleeping, you won't run out of the scriptures. And they're just playing over you. And when that's not happening, I would have worship music going on because your greatest weapon in warfare is worship.
Starting point is 01:06:27 And praise. Praise. How can you be fixated on what you're going through when you're praising? him. Ultimately, you're praising him. That means you're thanking him. And then when you're thanking him, you're believing that whatever you're going through, you have the victory in. And that's half the battle. It's like a black eye to the devil. And get mad. Like some of the greatest results and the fastest times I've seen things happen is when I got mad. And when I say mad, I don't use this word very often, but I got pissed. I got pissed off. And I was mad as mad can be. I got mad and I just
Starting point is 01:07:05 rebuked and I was like, I'm done. I'm done with this. This is not happening. And draw a line in the sand. And say it, not today. Not today. I'm not doing it because you are a child of gun and you don't have to put up with it. So she said thank you. Yeah. You'll get you'll get to the other side of quicker than you can even imagine. Yeah. And one day to time. It's just one day at a time. One day at a time. Absolutely. One more allergies versus sinus infections.
Starting point is 01:07:36 Sinus infections are stuff that just ain't going to go away. But now they're saying that a lot of sinus infections don't even need antibiotics. It's more like saline washes. And if they come in around seasonally, it's more than allergies than a sinus infection. Interesting. I used to like I used to get sinus infections like there was no tomorrow. until I got my deviated septum fixed. Sometimes, like, you had to start draining better.
Starting point is 01:08:05 Oh, man. Listen, I was, it was bad. My septum was almost completely closed. The surgeon said he hadn't, this is before I, I mean, I had faith, but I didn't understand. So I probably could have not done it. But, yeah, the surgeon said it was one of the worst he ever seen. Yeah. Insurance even paid for it.
Starting point is 01:08:27 And they don't usually pay for it. I don't usually pay for that. No, mine was so bad. But they were like, we're taking care of this one. There was no denying. It was bad. But yeah. So sinus infections, I know, come from a deviated septum, which, like, who would have funk?
Starting point is 01:08:43 Well, all your sinuses are supposed to drain. And if they're not draining. Right. Oh, yeah. Everything that's in there is just going to get. It was terrible. Nasty. And it was.
Starting point is 01:08:53 I can tell you that. Yeah. But outside of God, I mean, put your faith into action. for everything. Yeah. Like, I agree on that one. All things are possible to those who believe.
Starting point is 01:09:04 Yep. And like I was just listening to Kenneth Hagan about an hour and a half ago. And one of the things he said is, and it's so truth. It's such truth. You want to turn your circumstances around. You speak the word to it. You speak to worth. If it's a financial situation, you speak the word over those finances.
Starting point is 01:09:25 And then you watch things turn around for you. If it's a health issue, you speak the word over those health issues. Even your family. Even your family, you can command. You can tell devil, get your hand off of my family member. That is God's child, which it is. And then you just speak life over that situation. Like, yeah, that child has personal choice 100%.
Starting point is 01:09:50 But we also, it says that the Lord promised us that the righteous, he hears their prayers. and he honors them. I am a proponent of this because I am a result of this. Like my parents, like when I walked away from God, they did not let up when it came to praying over me. And then they had their friends that they felt comfortable with. They had them praying for me. And prayers avail much.
Starting point is 01:10:24 That's what the word tells us. So even when it comes to people, I mean, at the end of the day, they still have personal choice and personal decisions. But you can wreak havoc in the spiritual realm. There you go. And so that's what you're going to do. But what did Jesus do every single time when Satan came to him or he needed something? Or he, yeah, he spoke the word. Use the word.
Starting point is 01:10:47 Every single time, it does not return void. Amen. Love you guys. We will see you on Sunday. God, I love when you. you're here. Not bless you, child. You're such a treat.
