Not completely. Because we're not friends with benefits, but I'm just saying. I'm like so dang happy. That's funny.
Starting point is 00:01:44 I know. I'm happy. I'm happy that you're happy and I'm happy to dang happy. It's funny. I know. I'm happy. I'm happy that you're happy and I'm happy to be back. Oh my gosh. Did you have a fun trip? I did. I did. Tell us all the great things that you did with your mother.
Starting point is 00:01:53 Well, you know that I'm a photographer, so I have some photos. Oh, please share. Okay, here we go. So week one, we got there. We made s'mores. I haven't even seen these. Okay, we made s'mores i've never seen these okay we made s'mores that's the first picture of my brother and my nephews then we went to cherry hill and got ice cream a lot what is cherry hill an ice cream place and actually they went viral
Starting point is 00:02:15 on tiktok because they did yeah they did that um funny thing where you grab like you're holding the cone and then they're like oh i didn't want whipped cream so they take the whipped cream and they throw it at the person behind them and it snacks them in the face so they went viral on tiktok oh man okay maybe on Friday you'll show us yeah yeah okay all right I'll find that one all right and then we went to Kimball's Farm which is the next ice cream pitcher did you that is not your ice that is my ice cream and that's a small that's actually that's a kitty size there's a is my ice cream. No way. That's a small. Actually, that's a kitty size. There's a mini and that's a kitty.
Starting point is 00:02:48 No, that might be a small. No, no, that's a small. That's a small. That's a small. What in the world? It was. Is it as big as it looks? It's as big as it looks and it's delicious.
Starting point is 00:02:58 Is that only vanilla? No. With sprinkles? No, no, no. No, it was, I don't know. I was going to say that's super plain. No, it was probably like chocolate chip with like caramel or something good. Oh my gosh. I'd weigh a hundred pounds when I, when I, if I came home from this place.
Starting point is 00:03:11 That's why I had to work out. So that's the pitch underneath it is I did a kickboxing boxing thing. Did you go every day? No, no, no. Three times a week? No, probably twice a week. Twice a week. Twice a week.
Starting point is 00:03:21 But then I can do squat. Well, I also walked a lot. So that's the next picture. You see the blackberries growing. That was on our walk. And then underneath it, you can see the kids came actually on a 45-minute walk with us. Were they regretting that? They weren't because we got raspberries on the way, and it was fun.
Starting point is 00:03:38 Oh, my gosh. We also did hiking, but this one was not the hiking picture. We drove up to the top of a mountain, which is the one that says one, and then the one corner to it. It's called Mount Wachusett. Yeah, beautiful. And very cool when you get up to the top. And then, of course, my son in.
Starting point is 00:03:56 That's how she colors her hair, people. That is. That's how we get blonde. And then Allison is in my dad's sauna that he built with his hands, and he just created it. It was the most amazing thing. That is beautiful. Okay. Okay. Is that cherry wood? Uh, it's special, special wood, but I would have to ask him what it is. Um, so then Jer came the second week and we got, Oh, I have two pictures cause it was that good. We got lobster rolls. Yes, lobster rolls. Oh, my gosh.
Starting point is 00:04:27 And Terry Hill was a fan favorite. Jer, me, the girls, Duard, we all went. Kaylee went country line dancing, and those are two photos to prove that we went. How many times did you go? We went on Wednesdays, so twice, because that's when I was only there. Oh, my gosh, fun stuff, girl.
Starting point is 00:04:44 Yep, and then we went to the Breakers twice because that's what I was only there fun stuff girl yep um and then we went to the breakers and um which is Vanderbilt that is Vanderbilt yep okay yep so I'll show you a couple of my favorites on the two corner ones on the side those are the girls begging Jer for a lawnmower ride and that's him getting convinced and taking them on the lawnmower ride so cute okay wait a minute what about this thing over here to the left where it's a fire pit? Yeah. Is that your mom's house? Yeah, that's my mom's house.
Starting point is 00:05:10 All those chairs? All those chairs. So we were all enjoying the fire right by the pool. Yes, it was. And every single one of them was on a device. Are you kidding me? I promise. That's not good.
Starting point is 00:05:22 I know it's not. Oh, my gosh. Dear me, oh, my. Okay, so this is my two favorite pictures from the breakers. That's not good. I know it's not. Oh my gosh. Dear me oh my. Okay so this is my two favorite pictures from the breakers. It's so beautiful. You have to see it. It's Rhode Island. I have to go. I have to go up with you. It's so cool. It's so cool. I have to go in the fall. Yeah that'd be awesome. We'll go in the fall. I'm talking about maybe this fall. Okay. I'm gonna I'm gonna make Tom. Okay. I'm going to make Tom. Okay.
Starting point is 00:05:46 Somehow, someway. Go ahead. Next, we went to the Boston Tea Party, which was actually really cool. So Allison's throwing the tea into the river, and then Jer has his cool hat on, and Samuel Adams with 2D down at the bottom. And that's the Boston Harbor with the flowers,
Starting point is 00:06:04 and then Jer and me in the Boston Harbor. I see no one with masks on. That's the Boston Harbor with the flowers. And then Jaron and me in the Boston Harbor. I see no one with masks on. That's a good sign. I know they did pretty good outside. It wasn't too bad inside. They were inside. There was a few crazy, but not no, no, no, no, not. It's actually was impressive. That's awesome. I don't see any in the inside. No, and then this is our final week. Jare went home and we celebrated my brother's birthday, Doug. And then of course, a picture of the pool because that's what I did. And then this was our final week. Jer went home, and we celebrated my brother's birthday, Doug. And then, of course, a picture of the pool because that's what I did. And then so back in the day, there was this amusement park,
Starting point is 00:06:32 very small amusement park called Whalen Park. Well, they decided to bring it back for a weekend, and they had like a little festival. So all the kids got to experience. What you experienced back in the day. What we did, yeah. And then, again, ice cream, because that was a favorite. Yeah, fan favorite. And the bottom one. And the bottom one.
Starting point is 00:06:52 Huge fan favorite. Yes, huge fan favorite. So that goes to the next thing, which was the last Saturday I was there, I was voluntold to be on the prayer team of Hillfest. And what is Hillfest? So Hillfest is, let me cut to it. So it's this big open field. And actually, let me do this one first. It's this big open field that somebody owns. And every year they have these Christian artists come in and do the festival there.
Starting point is 00:07:24 And so this year for 2023, they had Matthew West, Kane, Ann Wilson, and Ben Fuller, and then another guy named Ben Lane and a band that's brand new called the Band Jaren. So they were all there. So my mom asked if I would volunto told me to be on the prayer team. How did she get to the place where she could even get people on the prayer team? So her church, yeah, her church is very involved in setting this whole Hillfest up. Oh, okay. So they do, they help run the whole organization. And my mom's on the prayer team at church. So they were like, hey, be on the prayer team at Hillfest.
Starting point is 00:08:05 And she was like, absolutely. Let me get my daughter on board. And she's like, you want to do that? I was like, absolutely. We do a lot of voluntold telling here in this church. So your mother would fit in really good here. Right, right. That's what happens here.
Starting point is 00:08:17 She knows. You get voluntold. She knows. And I voluntold her for a few things. So I guess it was like kind of like time. Tit for tat. It was time. So it was really cool.
Starting point is 00:08:24 So I was voluntold to be on it was time. So it was really cool. So I was voluntold to be on that. I was about to sign up. And then my sister-in-law, Kaylee, sent me an Instagram, like Instagram story that said we're looking for another photographer. And I was like, I could probably do both. Like if they really need somebody, I had my camera. So I was like, I could do prayer team and take some pictures for them so we I wrote to the guy he said I told him he asked what kind of equipment I had and like what my portfolio was in case you were some amateur I totally told him that I had commercials on CTN no you did not yes I did I was like listen that's I'm the real deal. I'm the real deal. I'm the real deal.
Starting point is 00:09:05 You're lucky if you get me. I mean, I'm just saying. I'm just saying. Okay. That's funny. That is funny. Oh, yeah. Because I was like, I'm not gonna like, what am I gonna send them a million things? I'm like, I'm just gonna tell them I'm on CTN. There you go. Go straight for it. Straight for the juggler. So I asked if they wanted videos. They were like, no, we just want photos. So I got there and I literally, the whole photography thing totally took over. I didn't pray for one person. However, I wore a shirt that said the prayer team.
Starting point is 00:09:37 So if anybody needed prayer, I was open for it. But I probably wasn't approachable because it was like, it was hardcore. It was like the real deal. So we went like from set setup photos and then we went into the first band and then into the next band and we had to turn these over the photos over right away so like what do you mean when you have to turn the photos over right so we take the photo I go to my computer plug it in edit it and then send it to the media guy and then he posted on Instagram right away. So Crystal, our friend from the river, yes, she's the one that taught me the faster you turn things over, the better the chances are that you kind of get highlighted. So I was like, I told her on the way, I'm like, listen, I'm going to take a page from your book
Starting point is 00:10:20 and I am going to turn these photos over really fast. And I did. And then these are my photos. Yeah fast. And I did. And then these are my photos. Yeah, I can't wait. Okay. Oh my gosh. This is the band Jaron. They're brand new. They came up with their first song. They did all these bands. Listen, sometimes I'm like, these bands sounded amazing. Really? What's their name again? The band Jaron. How did they get that name? Her name's Jaron, but it also means something in Jesus world. Okay. So biblically speaking, it has biblically speaking. Young girls, they just literally started like creating their own songs.
Starting point is 00:11:03 Super sweet. They really are like sweet girls, but that was their pictures. And then there was another band. His name was Ben as well. I didn't pull pictures for that, but this was Ben Fuller. He was a next amazing artist. He sounded amazing. I was shocked. I actually met him before because they were doing meet and greets. And so they went through all the meet and greets for the VIP people. And this last little boy was there and he was like, Hey, you doing okay? And he could totally read the room and he didn't seem like he was doing great. And then he ended up praying for him for like a whole minute. And just like when he left, he was like, I don't know what it was about that little boy. And he got like emotional about it. So it was really cool. And he's had a very
Starting point is 00:11:45 colored past. Like he was addicted to cocaine and all kinds of stuff. But he's an incredible artist. And moving right along, this is Ann Wilson. I recognize that name, but I don't listen to Christian music. I listen to worship music, but I'm not, I don't listen to, I can't stand the Joy FM, God forbid. I'm sorry, but I cannot do it. They're so woke and they're so weak. And they play the same things over and over again. And I won't support them, so I won't listen to them. I know.
Starting point is 00:12:13 I don't think if you can't support them, a lot of people are like that. They'll listen, listen, listen, but they won't give a dime to what they enjoy. Right, right. And they need people to support that ministry to make it grow or to sustain it. And since I can't stand them, I won't listen to them. So that's kind of the reason I was like kind of more voluntold about the prayer team. Not that I didn't want to be on the prayer team, but it was more like the artists. And there's so many songs out right now that aren't even Christian by Christian singers. And they say things that
Starting point is 00:12:43 aren't even biblical. That's correct. That's the reason why I can't stand it. And I don't listen to it. I'm glad you hit that point because I just made an out and out statement without explaining, but that's exactly why I don't listen to that nonsense because it, you know, songs mean something. I mean, uh, that that's what the book of Psalms is about. It's songs. Yeah. A lot of them are. And
Starting point is 00:13:09 they meant something and they, music penetrates the heart. Right. It does. And whether or not you think you're just singing words to a song,
Starting point is 00:13:18 you're not just singing words because when you sing them over and over and over again, they actually can penetrate the heart. And there's roots that you have to pull up and the most of that music out there is nothing but crap and the people who are writing it are like i just know for a fact a lot of these artists are living
Starting point is 00:13:38 lifestyles that are not i know not godly at all and people think oh they're saved they're christians because they're making this music. They're not. I know that for a fact. I know. It's not good. I know. Obviously, that's not the whole case. But it's a good number of them.
Starting point is 00:13:54 It's not good. It's true. It's true. And that is what my hesitation was. It's like, do I want to go and listen to the music? But, I mean, when you're in a, like, in general, the atmosphere was awesome. And then the music that they did play was, like, actually all decent songs. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:14:11 I just have heard of her, but I don't know, like. So, yeah. She has a good testimony, too. She has a good testimony? Oh, good. And so, yeah, her new one is Let Me Tell You About My Jesus. And then she has a girl song. Yeah, girl. So, she looks like she's country. she country yes oh she is country she's she's Christian yeah she's Christian
Starting point is 00:14:31 Christian country that's what I mean she looks because I'm looking at her little outfit right there and it looks so country Kentucky yeah oh okay I love that yeah reminds me of Andrea from church yeah yeah she is and she was super sweet I saw her at the meet and greet too. And she was very, very sweet to everybody. And I mean, what you'd expect, but still, it was kind of nice. Like there was no yuckiness. So it was really cool. But she, yeah, she photographed really well.
Starting point is 00:14:57 And then she's beautiful. She is beautiful. Beautiful girl. And so this is Kane. Okay, what's up with this group? Because I see them on Instagram all the time. And I'll be lying if I told you they're not annoying to me. They might be the greatest people.
Starting point is 00:15:11 Can I tell you why they're annoying to me? Yes, you can. Okay, first of all, the girl on the left. Yeah, okay. Do you want them? Okay. Yeah, this is just shallow. Just shallow people.
Starting point is 00:15:20 Whoever's watching, I don't even know how many people, if we have very many people watching today because we're doing all this. Yeah, yeah. shallow people whoever's watching i don't even know how many people if we have very many people watching today because we're doing all this yeah but i'm just saying like the girl on the left seems a lot seems to be very much about herself like her outfits the whole thing not that being trendy isn't but okay their clothes are too tight to me it's like when i'm watching on instagram their clothes are entirely too tight yeah she's got a great figure, which is okay. Yeah. Too tight.
Starting point is 00:15:48 And then the sister, is that her sister or her friend? Sister. Okay, her sister should never be wearing what she's wearing. And who lets her wear that? I think that that is not cool that they do that to her. I hear you. Or she does it to herself. It is so inappropriate, the attire that she wears, especially. Listen, she's a beautiful girl yeah
Starting point is 00:16:06 they are oh my gosh she's prettier than the skinny one yeah in my opinion to be totally honest with you i think that the heavier set one is prettier than the skinny one but you can't see how pretty she is because you focus too much on the attire she's wearing and how bad it makes her i mean there's all something to be said about a good body image but that's inappropriate and then the brother like the stuff he wears like come on come on it's a little out there come on it's a little out there it's more than out there they're always matching yeah that's what i mean and he's wearing tidy tidies just like they are yeah yeah completely inappropriate it's it's so distracting just a quick
Starting point is 00:16:45 um i don't know on on who they are so brothers and sisters and their dad was a pastor or is a pastor i'm not sure they are he was or he used to be but they were trying to make it big in country they were playing at bars in nashville for years and years and years never got a bite um they decided that they needed to like take a break and get back to their roots so they started They were playing at bars in Nashville for years and years and years, never got a bite. They decided that they needed to take a break and get back to their roots. So they started going to church again, and they said, let's forget about country, and let's try to do Christian music. And that's when they exploded. That's what a lot of people do when they can't make it in the secular world. They go to the Christian, they go to Christian.
Starting point is 00:17:30 Again, I don't like that. I don't like it. And I'm not saying, I'm not saying that they're not saved. I'm not saying that they're not, they're not big time Christian believers. Not saying that at all all but that's the mo i'm just telling you i know and what are you wearing on instagram you know what i flip right through them i flip right by him because i'm like inappropriate as christians as christians i'm like totally inappropriate attire and beautiful people though like great great looking
Starting point is 00:18:06 great looking group of people. They really are. Very, very attractive. All three of them, I believe are attractive people. Yeah, they are. That's, and again, I go back to saying, like they probably,
Starting point is 00:18:16 they probably love Jesus, sold out and everything else. But yes, that's my opinion. Yeah. I'm sticking with it. Okay. I don't, yeah. So I didn't really get to meet them or see much about them so I yeah they got great voices though the little bit that I've seen yeah holy moly they have great voices so they opened up for the chosen when um they had a new episode or a new season come out and so they did like this whole opening thing and so
Starting point is 00:18:42 Kane was one that they were the group chosen to do that so I think they also became more popular because of that as well yeah that hey listen that's a huge movie yeah great exposure yeah exactly great exposure that one thing can take you to the next level I know absolutely absolutely unbelievable okay and then last but least most people know him Matthew West and you took all these pictures these are all my pictures I'm telling you Tracy yeah you flip and killed it. It was awesome. Like you killed it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:09 It was so fun to shoot this. And it was like the smoke was not fun to shoot in, but it actually like made the photos so dramatic. And, um, yeah, it was just, it was really fun. It was a really, really, I'm glad I took on the photography side of it. Um, and then even cooler part is that Matthew West and, um, Ann Wilson, they have the same manager and they reached out and asked if I could send them more of my pictures and they posted on Facebook. Um, Matthew West posted all my photos on Facebook. So it's pretty cool. Like as an artist, it's so cool to
Starting point is 00:19:45 see like you kill yourself over, you know what I mean? We were, it was so hot. It was like Florida hot. Like it was so humid. You're working your tail end off. We were dripping sweat. They're really like they've accommodations. It's five years old. So they didn't have like the right setup technically for us. Um, so we were like dripping sweat working in these like tiny little areas, but it, it But it worked out awesome. It's fun though, right? And it was fun. It was a lot of fun. Oh my gosh.
Starting point is 00:20:07 So here's the thing. Like, all right. So I'm in service. Yeah. On Sunday. Surprise. Magalas and her husband surprised us, which was a huge treat because that's my girl. Yep.
Starting point is 00:20:24 And I mean. I know. I love her. She's my girl. And then you're texting me. And I look at Magalas and I'm like, what the heck? I literally said to her, because I'm showing her your text. I'm like, what the heck? Cause she knows Doug, your brother. So like, but she's like, I'm like, how in the world does this happen? I'm like outside. I said to her outside of God, right. Outside of God. How does that happen? She goes, that's crazy. That's nuts. So my thing is to you is like, okay, so you, and I, I I'm on purpose. I'm not, this isn't a question, but I'm telling you right now, this is for somebody who's watching right now. You sit there and you watch what trace happened to Tracy. And you're like, what about me?
Starting point is 00:21:16 Yeah. Like I have a skillset. I want to be used by God. Like, why doesn't that stuff ever happen for me? Well, here's the thing I would tell you this is okay first of all how many times have you done stuff like you didn't really want to be on the prayer team right I remember you telling me your mom signed you up for that thing you're like I don't want to do it just before you left you're like I don't want to do it how many times have you done stuff like that nothing like being on the meat you know get transferred from the prayer team to the media team right how many times have you just been obedient and you still had to be on the prayer team but you still did it and you had because everything you do your attitude is always the same which is a grateful heart done in excellence no moaning and groaning You step into it and you follow through from beginning to end with the way that the Lord
Starting point is 00:22:07 tells us that we are to in the mindset he tells us to. Like, how many times has that happened for you? A lot. But obedience is the key. It is. And then. A hundred percent. Bam.
Starting point is 00:22:18 Every time. Every time. And that gets easier when things come up because, you know, you just look back on your past. You look at your fruit before and you're like, I really didn't want to do that before. And again, I wasn't like totally against it. It was more like, do I really want to go to a Christian concert? Yeah. And then pray for people that you don't know.
Starting point is 00:22:35 Right. Exactly. And I do. I love praying. I love the one-on-one aspect of it. But then it's like. It's difficult, though, because the Bible says do not lay hands on people hastily. Correct. Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:22:45 And you're not already a fan of the music. So what are the believers that you're going to be coming across your path? Exactly. So you think of all those things and people don't normally think of those things because they don't know the scripture. Right. But if you do know the scripture, then you're playing all these things out in your mind and you go, okay, wait a minute. Yeah. What's this going to look like? Yeah. Yeah, absolutely. I know. And so I've noticed that the more obedient I am, we have this like little saying we say it's like pray and obey. So you pray about it. And then as soon as you know, you just do it. You just obey. And so I knew I was supposed to be on the prayer team. Um, and then God was like, I got you, bro. I'm going to take you to another. And so the thing is, is like, they've had, haven't they
Starting point is 00:23:24 asked you to come back though? I thought you and your text, they asked her tell that part because that's huge. Right. So when I was leaving, actually the media guy said, thank you so much. Like, I appreciate you the way that you like turned over the stuff when I asked, because he was constantly asking us for turning, like to have like, please send stuff. And nobody else was sending anything. And, um, and then he ended up using all my photos on Instagram, because I was the one turning him over so fast, so he said, next year, like, I, I would love for you to, like, do this again, and. So you'll go back there next year? We'll see. No, no, no, I'm just saying, they've asked you to already come back for the next year's concert. Yes, it's, he's definitely on board, and he, I mean, they were
Starting point is 00:24:01 already saying, like, next year, we're gonna have to have like a trailer for you guys with air conditioning and have like a Wi-Fi channel set up. Like it was like a whole. Yeah, they were definitely like. That is awesome. So I would say to somebody who's listening to this story or you may not be watching live right now, but this is something you play back and it could be a year from now. I would say take her story and apply it to your life. Because I'm telling you, this is not by accident. Nothing happens by accident. The word is clear that our steps
Starting point is 00:24:33 are ordered by the Lord. It would have been really easy for you to say, I'm not going to be on the prayer team, mom. Go up to that day or whatever. You committed to it and you decide, it's just not something I want to do. I'm not doing it. And if you had done that, the other wouldn't have happened. And I see it all the time. There's no follow through.
Starting point is 00:24:54 People think it's beneath them. It's not something you want to do. It doesn't fit your criteria or whatever. And all God wants to have is a willing vessel. Somebody who's willing to be obedient. Somebody who's willing to be obedient. Somebody who's willing to answer the call. Somebody who's willing to do the very thing that nobody else is willing to do. I literally have asked the Lord many times throughout my walk with him. Like, Lord, why are you using me? Like, why me? Out of all the people you could choose to do something, me?
Starting point is 00:25:25 Are you kidding me? Like, it doesn't even seem right. It doesn't even make sense. And the Lord has told me over and over and again, because you're willing to do what no one else is willing to do. You're willing to say what no one else is willing to say, and you're willing to go where no one else is willing to go. I can use you.
Starting point is 00:25:43 Most people, I won't. Because they never have the follow through. A lot of people are quitters. If you're a quitter, quitters don't make it. Not that you won't make it to heaven. They just don't make it to the end goal. They don't get the end result that God has for them. Why? Because they quit before they can ever get there. If you're a quitter, that would not have happened to you. And you don't know. I'm just telling you, Tracy, I'm not prophetically saying that this is going to go take you to another level. I'm not saying that. What I am saying is you don't know who's going to see those pictures and how that will or where that one might take
Starting point is 00:26:22 you. You don't know that. None of us do. So what I would strongly encourage people to do is do the little things. He who is faithful with the little will be faithful with much. The word is clear. Take those little steps. And you might have already taken the little steps, and now you're in the medium, and you're feeling like things have stalled out,
Starting point is 00:26:42 and there's nothing going on. Like, what the heck? I'm just telling you. Didn't stall out. God's watching and waiting. And he's also waiting on the other side of things to come into place. So because as soon as they're ready and you're ready, it'll just match up. You may be ready. He's still getting the other side going.
Starting point is 00:27:02 And then once that side match there you go patience is huge it's true no patience everybody has it nobody uses it yeah patience is a fruit of the spirit we all have the fruit of the spirits living inside of us it's whether we tap in and we use them right right 100 and if you don't use that fruit then you flounder. So patience is key. Huge. I'm so proud of you. I'm so happy for you. And I just hugged a star like she's going to be someone in the media world. So happy. But I think it's hilarious you use CTN. That's dang funny. I didn't even know that. I'm not dumb. It's shocking he knew who CTN was. Well, I wrote Christian Television Network and I figured that's like, even if he doesn't, that's going to be good enough
Starting point is 00:27:45 and they didn't ask for any more information after that. So either they were desperate or that totally. No, anybody who's producing anything for TV, then you're legit.
Starting point is 00:27:55 Yeah. And plus you've done commercials for clothing lines. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, yeah. More than one. Like you have a good, you got a good resume. It's true. So proud of you. Thank you. I'm so glad you're back. Yeah, oh yeah. More than one. Like you have a good, you got a good resume.
Starting point is 00:28:06 That's true. So proud of you. Thank you. I'm so glad you're back. Oh, me too. All right, let's move on. How many people have we lost, Logan? You're going strong.
Starting point is 00:28:15 Okay. Okay, next thing is my son's fight. Oh my gosh, people. I'm trying to hold it together. This mama. I'm not a bag of nerves, but at four o'clock is his weigh-in. We got 32 minutes and he weighs in. Do you know what he's wearing for his weigh-in? My son is just not normal. And when I said, hey, you know what you should do? You should wear these. He's wearing his boxer briefs that are Tony the Tiger Frosted Flakes.
Starting point is 00:28:46 No, no, no. Yeah. Tommy. Yeah. I said, you should wear those. He's like, I don't know. Can you see through those? He goes, I love Frosted Flakes, Mom.
Starting point is 00:29:01 Yeah, I think I'm going to wear those. So it's based on what he eats. I got them for Christmas for him. He loves them. So that's my boy. There he is. He's fight number two. Tomorrow night, you can't watch it on UFC Fight Pass because he's so new.
Starting point is 00:29:21 It's his first fight, pro fight. So if you want to watch it, you have to go to this which i just found out is a porn site too only fans i was gonna ask is that real because he said it on instagram yes the only way you can watch that fight is through only fans now only fans isn't just a porn site right it's you know what tom and i went there this afternoon we were checking it out because one of our friends told us he texted me he's He's like, I don't think I'm going to be watching that fight. And I'm like, okay. And he goes, cause I ain't going to no porn site to watch Tommy fight. Cause you're going to just have to send me a video. And I'm like, what? I'm like, what do you mean? It's a porn site. He's like,
Starting point is 00:29:59 yeah. So Tommy and I looked it up. There is because you have to be 18 years and older to watch a UFC fight. You can't just watch it. So they have to go under the guise of something that the requirement is 18 and older. So it's not because it's, it's, it's just so happens everything that's 18 and older is under certain websites. And that site has porn in it interesting there's a family throwing a party to watch uh-huh i know i have to contact them oh no no no no they they aren't then you don't look at porn like no no I didn't know until just about two, three hours ago. And Tom and I were checking it out.
Starting point is 00:30:47 And then I had construction going on in my house. I got a lot going on. It's a crazy mess right now. So, no, they will be getting a phone call from me later. But you can't see porn on it. And they have it only on their TV. But the thing is, is they want to delete it as soon as they watch it. Yeah, right. 100%. So like I've been, been consoled by his coach. So I'm believing for
Starting point is 00:31:15 great things. My son is very, very good. So he'll do great. He'll do great. He's a winner, but I'm a nervous wreck this mom is scared i know i mean i like i can't think about it too much he comes out to um he comes out to uh let me look it up oh crud he comes out to this song worthy of it all when he comes to fight when he goes out fighting he comes out to worthy of it all i can't even barely listen to that song and it's from this guy aaron hooked tommy up and said you should and aaron was absolutely correct about this song and it kind of chills tommy out but i can't even listen to worthy of it all because every time i do especially that version
Starting point is 00:32:04 because everything starts rising up inside of me because he's come out to this song so many times in his fights, in his amateur fights. Oh, gosh. Like even talking about it right now, my heart's. Okay. Moving right along. Moving right along.
Starting point is 00:32:18 Okay. So, beloved ladies conference, now that we have less than 30 minutes of the show, the podcast left. Okay. Listen, save the date. I'm not kidding you. I'm looking at the thing right now. We have, I haven't heard from Heather, but as of Sunday, we had 90 some odd people signed up.
Starting point is 00:32:35 Oh my gosh. Registered to come. Woohoo. Party. I have a number in my head, people, that I have an expectation for. And if you don't meet that expectation, I'm going to come and kill all of you. I'm just telling you. You're all going to die. No, seriously, it's going to be a great time. Save the date. August 24th through the 26th.
Starting point is 00:32:58 We got some pretty fun stuff. Great door prizes every night. Some fun stuff planned. I'm going to speak. I shouldn't even tell you guys when I'm speaking because you won't show up. Yeah, I won't. I'm not telling you when I'm speaking. So it'll be me, Magalas and Adalas, Magalas, Griffiths, Adalas, Shuttlesworth speaking at the conference. And then every night something sweet and special is going to happen, and then Saturday is going to be lots of fun. Yeah. So lots of fun on Saturday. If what I have in my head and that Heather, like I told Heather what I wanted to do,
Starting point is 00:33:39 and then Heather said, well, what about this? And now she ruins herself with me because she says, what about this? And then I fall in love with that what about this. And then I expect it to happen. And if it doesn't happen, I'll kill her. And then I'll bring her back to life because I need her. Yeah, exactly. I need Heather.
Starting point is 00:34:01 But please, please, please, plan, set it aside, plan. I was about to say, especially if you're a lady. It's only four ladies. So, but please, please, please plan, set it aside, plan. I was about to say, especially if you're a lady. You have, it's only, poor ladies. Only ladies, sorry. I'm just saying, take the time for yourself. Last year, I cannot tell you how many women came to me. Women were healed. It's crazy.
Starting point is 00:34:21 Women were healed that weekend. Not from emotional although that did happen physical healings took place last year there was relationships that were reunited like families that were put back together from the weekend there were relationships with friendships were made like people genuinely like that was a really great weekend so um plan to come if you have to travel down here let us know we can there's a local hotel that's really close by it's i'm like what is that two or three years old it's not even that old yeah, it's super nice, super safe.
Starting point is 00:35:07 It's near amenities and lots of fun. Two questions from your viewers. Yeah, what is it? The first one is, are you going to be live during the whole conference? Yes, whole conference live. Which site can they watch on, YouTube or? They'll be able to watch it on Rumble. They'll be able to watch it on rumble rumble they'll be able to watch it on black robe TV I will only say rumble and black robe right now
Starting point is 00:35:31 because Aaron will have to tell us Aaron's gonna be the one in charge of all that and I'll have to find out from him but I'm sure he'll have it on rumble definitely definitely black robe yeah yeah for sure always black robe yep yep what's next the second question they registered, but they chose not to purchase their shirt. Oh, you don't have to. But can they buy it? You can buy it here on Sundays. Heather's ordering some.
Starting point is 00:35:58 So what she really wants people to register. If you're not buying the t-shirt because you're afraid that it won't fit she actually has all the sizes on sundays on a table in the back so you can uh try it on perfect try one of the sizes on and then you can um pre-purchase that way so you'll be able to actually feel the material i absolutely i i hate to say this but I put people through a lot of HE double toothpick for this t-shirt because I did not like any of them. They kept having to
Starting point is 00:36:32 fix them, send them back, fix them, send them back. I like this color and I like this material and I like that it's unisex because it covers the arms which none of us really like our arms. In fact, I really don't like my arms, but I have a lot less cellulite. I'm looking at my arms right now. I have a lot less cellulite
Starting point is 00:36:49 on them now. And it's hotter than tar in this room because we have no air. So like, it's really nice for me to wear my hair back and not sweat. In the wintertime, I'll go back to wearing my hair down probably more. But right now, it's so hot in here. And what is that? It's toasty. It's toasty. It's toasty.
Starting point is 00:37:11 We've seen cooler weather. Yes, we have. Yeah. So, but this way. And every now and then, I'm like, just sweat. It'll be all right. But for right now, like wearing my hair up. Got your hoops on.
Starting point is 00:37:22 You're ready to go. Yeah, I love my hoops. Ain't nothing. Sean mentioned those. Got your hoops on. You're ready to go. Yeah, I love my hoops. Ain't nothing. Sean mentioned those earlier. My hoops. A girl with her hoops. I love. Listen, if I could, I wear these every single day.
Starting point is 00:37:35 But you can't. You should. And listen, I wear the earrings that my mom made for me from my dad. So it's hard to get those things out of my ears. But if I didn't have those earrings, I'd be wearing my hoops all the time. that my mom made for me from my dad. So it's hard to get those things out of my ears. But if I didn't have those earrings, I'd be wearing my hoops all the time. And then my ghetto hoops that Vanessa brought me back from New York.
Starting point is 00:37:55 Yeah. Like if they weren't so like in your face. Hope, you be you. Well, I would be. And in the right environment, those things are coming out and coming on. Like I might have to wear them to the fight. Actually, to the fight, yes. I might.
Starting point is 00:38:12 Because one of the last fights. Yeah. The one, like three fights ago of my son, I literally got into a physical altercation. I kid you not. Me and my girlfriend, Kristen. Kristen. Kristen. Come on.
Starting point is 00:38:29 Keep her in line. No, I'm not. Kristen was worse than me. Are you kidding me? I had to literally hold her back. Kristen. She's from Oklahoma. You don't play with those girls.
Starting point is 00:38:41 That's true. You don't play with a girl from Oklahoma. I can see it in her eye. I kid you not. Like, I was telling Adalis, I mean, Magalis, I told her, I said, literally, were you there, Tracy, when this happened? No. The guy is standing right here, his girlfriend. They're all drunk.
Starting point is 00:38:58 Yep. Oh, my gosh. They were so drunk. I don't even know if they knew what they were saying or what they were doing. But he stood over me. She's screaming. And then her friend's over on the other side. And I literally was like, Lord, I am so glad I am not the old me.
Starting point is 00:39:15 Because I would punch this guy right in the face. I've fought more men in my life than I have girls. Oh, my God. I kid you not. I have gotten more physical altercations with males than I have girls. I kid you not. I have gotten more physical educations with males than I have females. And I thought to myself, I'm so glad I'm saved right now because it's everything I can do not to be the old hope. It was not pleasant, but I won, they lost. So that's all that matters. And no one got hurt in the process.
Starting point is 00:39:45 Look at that. But they had to call in security because it started getting really ugly. Actually, Kristen's son called in security because he was afraid his mother was going to throw hands. Oh, my gosh. That's good. Mm-hmm. That's good.
Starting point is 00:39:57 We're saved. We didn't touch nobody. See? And they were cussing. I never said a negative word. I just said what needed to be said without the cussing. Yeah, new levels. New levels.
Starting point is 00:40:07 I stayed safe. You did. I stayed holy. Yeah. And I, for the most part, controlled my anger. There you go. For the most part. Impressive.
Starting point is 00:40:17 It was quite impressive. It was. But I should have been wearing my hoops then. Yeah. But I might need to bring my other ones because nobody, as soon as they see those hoops, they go, ain't messing with her. I know those things.
Starting point is 00:40:30 I know what they stand for. So, so now I only have, I have left this in 20 minutes. Let's go to the questions. Okay. Listen, this is my favorite one so far.
Starting point is 00:40:40 So, which one? What's the question about your conference? Oh, go, go, go. Will child care be provided okay i'd love
Starting point is 00:40:48 to provide child care but there will be no child care and the reason there's no child care is because nobody wants to do it everybody wants to come nobody wants to take a turn in there. Everybody wants to attend. And everybody's got a husband. And for the most part, everybody's got a husband. So or they have a friend or a family. And so I would just ask you, since your husband is not attending with you, this is your weekend. Have them help you out. Because I cannot do childcare for that large of a group. What will happen is daddies will get to go and play while their wives are here, and I'll be paying for child care, and I don't have enough workers. When if people chip in and help each other out and stuff,
Starting point is 00:41:38 I didn't have it last year either. So I don't even think PA had child care. No, PA didn't. I will tell you this. Last year, I'm not, we have a family worships area. So you can go in that room with your baby if it becomes a little disruptive. I can't have toddlers running around, but if you have an infant or a small, like, if it can walk and you can't control it, please don't bring it because it'll be very disruptive. On the whole though, if you have a, if you're breastfeeding, if you have a baby or whatever, bring the baby. I had a mom do that last year. She had two very small children. She sat in the back. I mean, I heard them every now and then, but it was nothing. It was not like kids running up and down the aisles, which has happened when I've gone to different places or like we've had funerals here and
Starting point is 00:42:37 families had their kids running up and down the aisles. I mean, if that's what they want to do, it's fine with me. Like that's their funeral, I mean, if that's what they want to do, it's fine with me. Like, that's their funeral. I mean, or the family's funeral. And it's their family's children. Everybody should be together. But in this situation, it's very, very different. The Holy Spirit will be moving. And it's a disruption for everybody who doesn't have a child there and who wants to come and listen. So I hope that's not offensive. And I hope that doesn't bother a child there and who wants to come and listen so i hope that's not offensive and i hope that doesn't bother people but daddies need to help out so or friends can help each other out like mom there's a lot of moms out there unless the mom attends and now whatever i used to get
Starting point is 00:43:19 babysitters and go out to dinner with my husband so All the time. So, yeah. The only problem with that, and I will say this, and I agree with you, but here's the problem. It's four services in a very short period of time. Yeah. So that's the problem with that. But I just can't give child care to everybody who wants to attend. Yeah. Nope.
Starting point is 00:43:41 So otherwise I would. Yeah. We just don't have enough people and even our girls that are in youth or it starts 12 and up those girls want to come right like it's a problem yeah cuz nobody wants to help they all want to come listen I get it yeah I wouldn't want to miss it either right so I wouldn't want to miss it either so So when your baby, nobody, so here's what happens. In our childcare right now, most everybody that works,
Starting point is 00:44:10 the majority of the people who work childcare in our church don't have children that are utilizing. You know what I'm saying? I have more volunteers for childcare that don't have children. Those people are going to want to attend. They're not going to want to watch these people kids. other problem is, is I have a lot of moms, but I don't have enough moms to go around and they ain't going to want to watch everybody's kids either. It's the same old thing every single time. Then you say, well, hire a bunch of people
Starting point is 00:44:38 that nobody, but hire some people. Well, who do I hire? Nobody's going to leave their kids with somebody they don't know. I wouldn't. It ain't going to happen. I would probably be called a helicopter mom when my kids were little. I knew what they were doing when they were doing it. They were my responsibility, and I took it very seriously. I just didn't let my kids run willy-nilly all over the place. I knew where they were at at and i knew what was going on all the time i didn't let them run anywhere and everywhere not that wasn't in my sight so all right first question okay is that good we got it yeah hey listen every now and then i hardly ever have a podcast like this but i will tell tell you, like for me, with you, that's a Holy Spirit thing. That was for somebody.
Starting point is 00:45:27 Yeah. I'm telling you right now. Somebody who feels like they're spinning, they're on a hamster wheel, and it's spinning and spinning and spinning, and they're going nowhere. There's reasons why that is, but then there's other reasons that it's just not your time, but just keep being faithful. Right. Because it's going to happen. Absolutely. All of us can attest to this.
Starting point is 00:45:44 I mean, I can attest to it because, because like I didn't start out doing this same faithful a little you know same yeah you didn't start out producing nope that's the last thing you wanted no that's not true not true not true good to know no not true at all I can't volun told you to do this listen but I was on board yeah does your mom make up that i mean did your how did your mom know that where we've been saying that voluntold around here for forever really no i've forever i've been saying it for a very long time so i've told her my mom's voluntolding you right now great minds so that's funny for 15 years we've probably said oh yeah that's so funny you've been voluntold i heard it from. It's been appropriate for a long time.
Starting point is 00:46:26 It's very appropriate. New word for everyone. Use it wisely. Use it. Yeah, use it wisely. The church, Foundation Church, this is the one they're talking about, is about to have a baptism service. I know that John the Baptist baptized Jesus, so it must be important.
Starting point is 00:46:42 But do I need to be baptized to go to heaven? Such a daggum great question. A lot of people don't understand baptism at all. And I've answered baptism questions before, probably twice, but we're on number 53 episode.
Starting point is 00:46:58 We didn't celebrate number 50. We'll have to do 75 or 100. That's because I wasn't here. That's because she wasn't here, But that's because she wasn't here. That's true. But I'm sure in the 52 other, I think I've answered this question like two times, but maybe differently.
Starting point is 00:47:18 There are certain things that you should remember, and I'm not saying you have to remember their dates, but they're very significant in your Christian walk. One is, again, you don't need to remember dates, but you need to remember them because they should mean something to you. One is when you got saved. I was five years old when I got saved. I remember it like yesterday. I remember sitting at the altar and just crying at a little church in Lakeland. Or was it Fort Myers? I don't remember.
Starting point is 00:47:48 I remember the building. I was so little. It might have been Fort Myers. But I was so little, but I remember just crying and crying. I gave myself a headache. And I said to my mom, I'm like, I have a headache. She's like, that's because you're crying. But asking Jesus into my heart, I knew what I was doing. I knew how important it was. and it meant something to me.
Starting point is 00:48:07 It meant a lot to me. And then when I got saved again, I didn't get baptized until I was 16 years old. I waited. My parents weren't big on you have to get baptized as soon as you get saved because I was 5 years old, and they wanted me to understand the significance of each thing. 16 years old, got saved again. I mean, got baptized. Remember the church? I remember when it happened. I remember the pastor who did it. And then I walked away from God. And then when I got my life right again, I remember exactly where I was. I remember the church that I did it in.
Starting point is 00:48:49 I can tell you the area in the pew area that I was sitting in when it happened. I mean, it was significant. I'd asked to be forgiven prior to that, before that church service. But that church service, I was like drawing a line in the sand. I am, this is it. I'm not going back. This is it. And then I remember being filled with the Holy Spirit.
Starting point is 00:49:12 I remember right around the age that I was filled with the Holy Spirit. I remember exact location, exact church. I remember the things that were said in order that made it happen. All very significant things. So biblically speaking, or not biblically, spiritually speaking, those things are extremely significant. They are symbolic in some cases and more than symbolic in others. You should remember them because they're that important. It's not just, I got to get this done because I got to get it done. No, no, if that's how you look at it, don't do it. You should treasure it. It should mean something, and it is
Starting point is 00:49:45 truly important. We're going to look at scripture. Romans 6.11 says, Likewise, you also reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord. When you get baptized, the old man is going down, and he's going to become dead. He's dead to the old you, and a new man is coming up, and he's alive in Christ. Colossians 2.12 says, buried with him in baptism. So you can see how these Romans 6.11, Colossians 2.12, they go together. Buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised from him through faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead. The old man, the sinful man, he is going down.
Starting point is 00:50:35 And the new man, which is the forgiven man, is coming up. It's super important. It's very symbolic. Romans 6. 4 says, Therefore we are buried with him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we should walk in the newness of life. You are a new creation in Christ, that new man coming up. He is pure. He is clean. The water washes away
Starting point is 00:51:08 everything. Now, even though I was five and saved and didn't get baptized until I was 16, I was still living a godly, righteous lifestyle. I was a very, was I the wisest, most revelatory Christian there was out there? No, but I was sinless. I didn't go out trying to sin. I was trying to be very careful about the things that I did. I was careful in the things that I knew what to do and what not to do. And you're accountable for those things that you know are wrong,
Starting point is 00:51:39 and you're accountable for the things that you know are right. If you don't know them, then you're not accountable for them. People sin all the time that are newly saved, but they don't know they're sinning, so they're not accountable for that. It's only things that you have revelatory knowledge on, okay? And you can try and say all you want to that you're stupid and you don't know any better. God looks at the heart. He absolutely knows whether you know what you're doing is right or wrong. You can tell somebody, I didn't know. He knows. He knows if you're lying about it. He knows with the heart, really understands and has a revelation of. Everybody should be baptized in water. Everybody. It's that significant. But I will tell you, the scripture is very clear that everyone should be baptized in the Holy Spirit. Are you going to go to hell if you don't get baptized in water?
Starting point is 00:52:32 No, you'll go to heaven. It doesn't say that you won't go to heaven if you're not baptized in water. It says that you should be. But it doesn't say, again, I go always back to the cross. When Jesus died on the cross, there were two thieves on each side of him. One rejected him, one received him, and that one that received him, Jesus said, I'll see you in paradise. He didn't say, in order for you to go to paradise, let's get off this cross. I got to dip you in some water and let's get back up on the cross and then I'll see you in paradise. That's
Starting point is 00:53:01 not what happened. It's not possible. How many people get saved in retirement homes and they don't get baptized? So their salvation is insignificant and they don't go to heaven? It's not the truth. Lots of people get saved. There are people who've been killed in car accidents. And just before they got killed in a car accident, someone was sitting by their side and said the sinner's prayer with them. They went to heaven. I mean, it makes no sense to me when people say, you cannot go to heaven unless you're baptized. Nowhere in the Word does it say that.
Starting point is 00:53:36 Not one place. It says that all of us should be baptized, and we are called to be baptized. It does not say you don't go to heaven if you're not. It does not say you don't go to heaven if you're not. It does not. And if you're not filled with the Holy Spirit, which you're called to be filled with the Holy Spirit, you can still go to heaven. Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:53:54 Is it the wisest choice? No, it's not the wisest choice. You're actually living in a lesser relationship with the Lord. You have an inferior covenant than what has been provided for you. Why live with something less when you can have more? The only reason you live with less is because it makes you nervous
Starting point is 00:54:18 because you don't know, the unknown scares you. But it's still inferior and you're living in less, all because of fear. And perfect love casts out all fear. Acts 18, 24 through 26. This is very significant, these scriptures that I'm going to read to you. Now, a certain Jew named Apollos, born at Alexandria, an eloquent man and mighty in scriptures, came to Ephesus. Ephesus is where we get the book of Ephesians. Because Paul was writing to the people of Ephesus.
Starting point is 00:54:58 Thus the reason it's Ephesians. People don't understand the book of Corinthians. That was a book written to Paul. I mean, Paul wrote letters to the people of Corinth. In case we have people who don't understand some of that, I explain that so it'll make complete sense to you. Like, what's Ephesians? What's Corinthians?
Starting point is 00:55:16 Those were people of a territory. There's other places that exist, like Galatians, the people of Galatia. Okay. that are that exists like Galatians the people of Galatia okay this man had been instructed in the way of the Lord and being fervent in spirit he spoke and taught accurately the things of the Lord though he knew only the baptism of John so he began to speak boldly in the synagogue when Aquila and Priscilla heard him they took him aside and explained to him the way of God more accurately. This is where women, they say, you know, women shouldn't. Aquila and Priscilla were very close with Paul.
Starting point is 00:55:55 And Priscilla was a female. And Aquila and Priscilla were one of the first founders of one of the first churches. So for people to say that women shouldn't speak and all that other stuff, they're wrong. Because Priscilla was very active in sharing the gospel and in pastoring. Okay, Acts 19, 1 through 7. So we're going to skip to the next chapter. And it happened while Apollos was at Corinth, that Paul was having passed through the upper regions, came to Ephesus. And finding some disciples, he said to them, did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?
Starting point is 00:56:30 So they said to him, we have not so much as heard whether there is a Holy Spirit. And he said to them, into what then were you baptized? So they said into John's baptism. So they were baptized in water. And this is what Paul said to him. And so I'm going to tell you, you get saved, you get baptized in water. That's not where it ends. That's just the beginning. All very important.
Starting point is 00:56:59 But it doesn't end with baptism. And that's where certain denominations have taken from the word. It says to not add. In Revelations, it's very clear. Do not add or subtract from the word. Because if you do, there's a price that will be paid for that. There's judgment coming when you do. And this is where denominations that say after baptism with water, it ends. They're wrong, and they have subtracted from the word.
Starting point is 00:57:26 Then Paul said, John indeed baptized with a baptism of repentance, saying to the people that they should believe on him who would come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus. And when they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. And when Paul had laid hands on them, the Holy Spirit came upon them and they spoke with tongues and prophesied. Now the men were about 12 in all. So baptism in water isn't where it stops. I tell you right now, if you think that you've got it going on, you don't have anything going on until you're baptized in the Holy Spirit, until you let the Holy Spirit rule and reign in your life.
Starting point is 00:58:12 Speaking in tongues is a must. In my opinion, it is not an option. You should throw away all your fears, all your concerns, all of your doubts, all of your unbelief. You should actually give this a chance and a try. Because it will radically, radically change how you live, the still small voice that you hear, answered prayer, the Holy Spirit will say things in your heavenly prayer language, say things to the Lord that you don't even know how to communicate. But your prayer language, the Holy Spirit will speak it on your behalf.
Starting point is 00:58:54 That's what the Bible says. And it'll do a far superior job than you ever will. Now, I ask you girls over there, Logan, are you filled with the Holy Spirit? Yes. Okay. And Tracy, I know you are. Yes. Now let me just ask you this. Now, Logan, you're newly saved. So you might understand this and I have 45 seconds left. So I'm going to do this as quickly as I possibly can. Tracy, I know what life was like with it and without it because I lived a very long Christian life without it
Starting point is 00:59:27 before I walked away from the Lord. In a very short period of time when I got my life right, I think I lived maybe a year and a half without it. I know what it's like living without being filled with tongues. It's subpar yeah now how long did you how long were you a christian before you got filled with tongues um like back like really seeking god probably only a year when you got your life right back with god yeah like i was really like okay i not going to just like be lukewarm anymore.
Starting point is 01:00:05 I'm going to be sold out. Now, how would you say, because you were saved, then you walked away like me, and then you got your life right again. How would you say? It's totally different, correct? Oh, yeah. People that say it's not real, I don't know how they say it's not real, because it is.
Starting point is 01:00:22 It is. I'm not the same person. Right. The Holy Spirit is so in my face i hear him so clearly yeah i don't even pray hardly ever not in tongues yeah and i know what i'm saying in tongues yeah like but i mean i know what i'm asking the holy spirit to speak but when i'm praying in tongues i don't know what he's saying i just know that right like you see a radical difference yes Yes, radical. I don't know how people do this life without it.
Starting point is 01:00:48 I don't either. I don't. I feel bad because I'm like, it's got to be so hard. I know. Sometimes, I'll be honest with you, I look at people who don't have the gift of tongues, and I see them over there just straining to come up with. They just say the same thing over and over and over again because in our own carnal nature we only have a certain certain vocabulary right and it's extremely limited i don't deal with that i remember those days like straining what can i say
Starting point is 01:01:20 how can i convey what i need to say yeah absolutely, absolutely. So that it's right. Right. And it's not all with no doubt and unbelief. And like now I don't even think about it. Like it's so freeing. I know. It's very light. But I do look at people and I'm like, you need the Holy Spirit. You need tongues because you're killing yourself over there for nothing.
Starting point is 01:01:39 It's toiling. Yeah, it's a good word. You know? It's so true. That's a great word for it, logan said it really is now logan being newly saved i know were you scared absolutely okay because this is fresh but you were scared of how it would happen or what it would be like yes and i i want you to alleviate people's fears that's me that's the main reason I'm asking you this question because, for me,
Starting point is 01:02:06 I didn't want it for so long that by the time I wanted it, I wasn't afraid. I was more like mad because I'm like, dadgummit, just give it to me. But it really was me. I was the stopgap until I realized it. I was making like humming sounds and little sounds here and there, and I was like, okay, this has to be the start. And I mean, I told the girls the second it happened. Because it was in the shower and it started storming.
Starting point is 01:02:34 And then I was doing it all of a sudden. And Chris came in the shower or came in the bathroom and was like, what are you doing? And I was like, I'm speaking in tongues. It was amazing. So it just changes everything. Because I don't have all the words. It was amazing. It changes everything. I don't have all the words. It's overwhelming. When I got filled with tongues,
Starting point is 01:02:52 I remember coming home and telling my parents because I was still living at my house. I was dating Tom, I think. He could have been broken up with think. I don't know. He could
Starting point is 01:03:05 have been broken up with me. I don't know. It happened three times. So who knows? You lose count. But, um, I remember saying to my, my mom and my dad, I'm like, I think it's just my dad. I remember being like, like I got filled with tongues tonight. And he's like, well, cause my dad's very, it's like, well, what was it like? Tell me like, I got filled with tongues tonight. And he's like, well, because my dad's very, he's like, well, what was it like? Tell me, like, what was the experience? I was like, I have no words for it other than I was overwhelmed. I was completely overwhelmed.
Starting point is 01:03:35 And then he basically took me to scripture and it said, that's an overwhelming feeling. And he's like, you were filled. That's good. And I was like, yes. Because he's like, Satan's going to try and rob you. He's gonna try and rob you he's gonna steal from you he's gonna make you believe that it didn't happen for you and I'm not saying because you weren't overwhelmed like maybe I was overwhelmed but everybody's overwhelming is
Starting point is 01:03:56 different then like it wasn't like oh it wasn't like that. Yeah. Right. It was just like, just this warmth presence. And it was so like, yeah, that you're almost overwhelmed that it feels like it feels like it's so precious. It's so peaceful. It's beautiful. That's how,
Starting point is 01:04:22 that's how I was overwhelmed, but everybody's kind of different. Yeah. So if you, whatever you're overwhelmed with, and even if you didn't feel overwhelmed or you can't say that it was, don't doubt because it is different. Don't doubt. It's okay. You're filled. All right. On that note, does anybody have anything to add? Welcome home, Tracy. Thank thank you it's good to have you back good to be back you sit so well in that seat oh so sweet it's made for you it's made for you and aaron's tushies yep
Starting point is 01:04:54 we're all back it's all like once heather gets back because heather's gone to fire this week at the river right if you haven you haven't ever taken your kids, your youth, or your kids to that fire week, you're missing out. That's an incredible week. It is. They do such a great job there. But she'll be back over there next to Logan next week. Then we'll be complete. We will.
Starting point is 01:05:20 One big happy family. Then we'll be all back together, and it will be a happy, happy time. In the meantime, if you don't know Jesus as your Lord and Savior, listen, when we have our baptism, not this Sunday, next Sunday, you have to be saved. You can't get baptized if you're not saved. So the first step is get saved. And you're going to be asked that because before you get dipped,
Starting point is 01:05:47 you got to be saved. A lot of people just think it's just a, like, just a routine kind of thing. Like you just go, like people so often now take communion and it's just, it's a habit. It's just what you do. Okay, well, I'll just go up and get baptized.
Starting point is 01:06:04 That's what you do. You don't do it if you're not saved. And you don't take communion if you have open sin in your life. If you have sin in your life and it is something that you are not struggling with, but something that you have decided to live with, a lifestyle, you need to read scripture because it's very clear. When you take communion and you have open, active sin and unrepentant sin in your life, you're heaping curses on yourself. That's why we here at the church don't do communion Easter and Christmas because we're not going to participate in heaping curses on someone.
Starting point is 01:06:43 It's not going to happen. We take communion very seriously in this church. People are always like, when are we going to do it? When are we going to do it? We do it when we feel like we're supposed to do it, which is about once a quarter. And on top of that, we do it so that we're not participating in, I mean, it becomes religiosity for people. We're not religious here at this church. We're not. We're the furthest thing from it. We have no time for it.
Starting point is 01:07:09 So if you like being religious, Foundation Church ain't your home. And you can do it at home. So if you feel led, do it there. Chris and I did it together, and it was probably the most beautiful communion ever. I mean, I don't, one of my of my girlfriends, um, she is walking through, uh, cancer treatment and everything like that. And she keeps winning and winning and winning and winning, like winning, like there's no tomorrow, but on a regular basis, she takes communion in her home with her husband. Like you don't have to go to church to take communion. That's a part I don't get.
Starting point is 01:07:45 Again, religiosity. Throw it out the window. It'll never do you any good at all. So if you need to be saved, now's your time. If you walked away from God, now's your time. Just say this simple prayer with me. It's serious business. It's life-changing.
Starting point is 01:08:03 It's eternity. Eternity in heaven versus eternity in hell. People don't think that hell's real or they don't think it's that bad. It's bad. It's worse than your imagination could ever go. You don't think it because it's something your mind can't conceive. Just like heaven, I should teach a lesson on heaven. And once you understand what heaven's like, you'll be blown away. Your mind can't even conceive what heaven's going to
Starting point is 01:08:28 be like. You can hear about it and it's amazing, but you can't conceive it. Hell, opposite, way worse than you could ever dream possible. You don't want your worst enemy to go there. If you don't know him today, let's say this prayer together, and let's get it right. Get it, as Jeff Tomas likes to say, get it right, get it tight. Right? So let's do it right now. He does. That's his favorite saying. That's his favorite saying.
Starting point is 01:08:52 Get it right, get it tight. Heavenly Father, I come to you right now. I thank you for what you did on that cross. I thank you for the price that was paid for my sins. I thank you for the stripes that you bore on your back for the healing of my body. I thank you that you became poor so that I might become rich. All those things are open to me. If I repent of my sins and I make you my Lord and Savior. And I do that right now.
Starting point is 01:09:30 I ask you to forgive me of my sins. I ask you to help me daily to become closer to you, to walk like you, to talk like you, to be like you. And when it is my time, when I'm 120, because that is promised to me, when I'm 120, 120 years old, and I go to be with you, I will live forever in eternity. I thank you for that. In Jesus' mighty name we pray. Amen.
Starting point is 01:10:04 Simple, simple, simple. Let us know that you said that prayer. We'll stand with you. In the meantime, I will see you on Friday. We got a nice little special Friday night podcast, or Friday day podcast for you. I'm excited about it. And I will see you then.
Starting point is 01:10:19 Bye. Real talk. Real talk. Real Talk Real Talk Real Talk you
