That's it.
Let's get to questions.
Let's do it.
I didn't even, oh my goodness,
I didn't even see what my hair looked like.
Listen, it's been a busy day.
I almost canceled the podcast
because of how busy today was but
great day busy day it's a good day people I feel like I'm uh what's his name it's a beautiful day
in the neighborhood guy yeah I feel like Mr. Rogers right now talking like okay good thing
nobody has high expectations for this podcast oh my gosh my gosh. That's all I'm saying.
We'd be in big trouble.
All right.
Let's go with the first question.
Let's do it.
So my wife, not me, I don't have a wife, the question.
So my wife and I went to the River Church for the first Sunday, Sunday evening,
and experienced people getting the spirit of joy,
as you guys were talking about a couple podcasts ago.
I've been going to the men's conference up there and witnessed it in each of the sessions why don't we see that at that app foundation now before everybody gets all
pee-pee over this question this is not they are not nobody is when you when I'm
done with this question the heart of the person is you're gonna see if you listen
to me very carefully the heart of the person is very
sweet they're not they're not saying that the joy isn't real they're just wondering why it's in one
place and not another so just in case you're you get mad because some people start getting all
irritated and then they don't listen to the rest of the question because they got things filtering through their mind is am i correct about this people yeah 100 so that's why i
stopped the question to make sure people understand the heart of the individual asking
listen to the rest of the question before you get all what are they saying kind of thing
okay don't get me wrong i experience the holy spirit at foundation all the time but i'm just wondering why we don't see someone laughing like I experience the Holy Spirit at Foundation all the time.
But I'm just wondering why we don't see someone laughing like that at the service.
Different anointings for different situations.
As a follow-up during yesterday's service, so what happened is this person wrote this question a while back.
But I don't get to the questions like you write it in and I can get to it.
It's not.
I have like questions waiting still that I have to get to.
So which that's the point of the podcast.
I want people always, they, people drop them in the, they send us to, send it to us by email,
then they send us, they give us in the Tithe box. I get personally, I get emails sometimes myself,
people send them to me. Sometimes I know who they are, sometimes I don't know who they are,
because you can email me and I still don't know who you are so the
question Kate that first part of the question came in I don't know how many
how long ago right then they came and I was I typed up this question I was ready
to answer it this week and then another part of it came in when did this come in
yeah so like Monday yeah So I was working on this
last week and then this question, then Monday this came in. So, and then it says as a follow-up. So I
added this to the questions just now that I've made it super confusing. I hope you understand,
but you might not. So whatever. As a follow-up during yesterday's service with Daniel DeTwaite,
am I saying that right, Norma? Okay. Thank you. DeTwaite. Am I saying that right, Norma?
Okay, thank you.
DeTwaite.
There were a few people who broke out with a spirit of joy.
One was my daughter.
One was another friend of mine.
I'm sure that anyone who hadn't heard of it were probably confused as to why people were laughing.
I will tell you, a lot of people in our church
are very familiar with Pastor Ronnie. Some of tell you, a lot of people in our church are very
familiar with Pastor Ronnie. Some of them are, the majority of them are, or a majority of people
are familiar with the joy. And the ones that weren't, they might have been confused, but on
the whole, I will tell you that we don't have a lot of people who break out in laughter or break out in the joy.
It does happen.
Our worship team, sometimes Vanessa on the worship team,
she's usually in the middle.
She's got the dark hair.
She's Hispanic.
She's many times started laughing during worship.
That's the joy of the Lord rising up inside of her.
My daughter has also experienced it.
She stands to the left if you're looking at the stage.
She's the young girl, almost always to the left, wears glasses.
It happens to her.
We have a gentleman that's in the congregation.
He's in his 30s.
He's always trying to contain himself because he's at almost every service.
He's getting it.
It does happen, but I think you're correct.
There is different anointings.
I think that it's also what you're open to.
I've been filled with joy, and I'll be honest with you. It's not that I didn't believe in it. It was more like, if it happens to me you're open to. I've been filled with a joy, and I'll be honest with you,
it's not that I didn't believe in it.
It was more like, if it happens to me, it happens to me.
But I love people being filled with it.
Like I've said many times before, I knew it was real
because my mom experienced it at a very young age,
wasn't even looking for it, wasn't even expecting it.
It happened to her.
One of the toughest critics Heather she didn't
believe in it really didn't wasn't really like she thought it was like
maybe abused too much and there is abuses that's the truth but on the whole
not that interested in it but if it happened to her, my daughter, the same. Talia, who's in the room, the same. Logan,
and not so much Tracy, but Logan, the same. Every single person in this room has been filled with
joy. Now, I will tell you, Heather's been hit with the joy here at the church. Tracy, have you ever?
Okay, Tracy just said yes. Logan, have you? Not yes Logan have you no I haven't here
tell you have you a foundation Taya has here at foundation Norma definitely has
so I know that it does happen here but I will tell you it's like when Jonathan if
you were to go up to Jonathan's sir church in PA in Pittsburgh it doesn't
happen a lot at his services.
When Pastor Rodney's there, it does.
Because the anointing somehow follows him.
If you ever watch or listen
to any of Smith Wigglesworth's
teachings and maybe some of his
services, because there are some that are recorded,
he even talks about
the joy hitting his revival services.
Kenneth Hagin, if you've ever watched
him, you see the joy hit his,
but not every single time.
It was like he went, and a lot of times they went into different churches,
and it just didn't happen.
It's not that they weren't anointed.
It depends on the people in the congregation how far they're willing to receive.
But I also believe there are different anointings.
Pastor Rodney said that the Lord told him that that was going to be one of the anointings that he carried,
and it has hurt him.
I will say, in the realm of people have been unkind to him,
people have made fun of things about his ministry because of that
stuff. And so that's the cross he bears, but he'd rather bear that cross. He's like, I don't care
if people talk bad about me, the Holy Spirit, it's his business. It's his thing. And it's very,
the funny thing is is people like
me people like Tom we were all tough critics of it but then when we go there and we experience it
then eggs on our face because like we're the ones that are wrong he was right we were wrong and you
have to be man enough to say like I was wrong so So that's the thing.
But I do agree with you.
You're correct that it's not always going to be you go to the river
and you're going to see an abundance of it.
But it's also like if Norma was sitting next to another person
that was filled with joy on Sunday morning,
it started out with the person she was sitting next to, and then it transferred right over to Norma. If Norma's sitting next to certain people,
if her and Heather sit next to each other, every flipping time, because the Holy Spirit is moving
so profoundly on one person, the other one's open to whatever the Holy Spirit is doing. So it's kind
of like it just moves, he just moves
right on to the, and he's working in both of them and they're both, I don't know how to explain it
other than, am I explaining that right, girls? Like, it's not like somebody's got cooties and
you touch them and now you got the cooties. It's not like that. You guys are laughing. It's true.
True.'s true. It's like, yeah. It's like,
it's like the Holy Spirit just is moving in somebody. And then the other person's just so
open to all that he has for them that now they are experiencing it. It's not that I want what
you have. So I'm going to fake it and act like you do. It's not that either. I'm sorry. I know that there are people who fake it,
but when you're actually filled with the joy, you really can't fake it. It's not possible.
Other than, I mean, you can't, you're so, it's like an experience. It's like being slain in the
spirit. There's nothing like it.
I know people fall out and they'll lay on the ground, but when they get up,
they don't feel the same thing that somebody who has actually had an experience with the Holy Spirit feels.
It's like no other.
Like you really feel like, I don't know how to explain it.
You have to be willing to experience it.
That's all I'm going to tell you. But when you're filled with joy, you are so happy, right? But happiness
is a feeling. So even that doesn't do it justice. Put yourself on because the other girls can be,
it's not, it's not the same. Like, um, I'm turning the wrong way for you guys to see, but it's not happiness.
If you've ever been drunk, but you're, and see, I was an angry drunk.
So this is opposite of me, right?
But like, it's the, it's like being drunk, but the happiest drunk ever, but, but not
happy.
I don't understand it it's like you're
literally drunk yeah but in such a great like off the charts outer space yeah yeah it's literally
joy like that's it like but there is i don't yeah it's really hard to describe joy and speakable
and full of glory yes i mean that's the only thing that comes in my head. It's literally, and you're, and you literally feel like your stomach hurts from laughing so hard. Yeah. Yeah. Your stomach
hurts from laughing so hard. So you do feel like, like your muscles tightening, but you don't care.
Like if you're so, I don't know how to explain it. And you, and some people can make that up
because they're wacko and weird. I don't know why you would do that to yourself.
Me either.
Because you're not experiencing joy.
It's a fraud.
So there's not really any.
It's just fake.
But it is not common in a lot of churches.
It's very rare because a lot of people don't want the anointing.
And listen, people will, what's the right word?
Be critical of you.
You have to literally not care.
Like Pastor Rodney has big time names in his church.
And he's hoping they get hit with the joy.
He's not even worried or embarrassed of people's behaviors.
Because he just knows the Holy Spirit.
But you have to be like that.
You literally have to be like, I don't care.
I don't care.
If you walk out of here and you don't get filled with joy and you think I'm nuts, I'm okay with that.
Because the Holy Spirit's worth it.
It's just crazy.
Bia and Daniel, they have joy break out a lot in their crusades.
But there's a lot of crusades.
That's not the case.
Right.
It's really not.
But was Reinhardt Bunkie, he was like a, Daniel was kind of a student of Reinhardt's.
So did Reinhardt Bunkunky have laughter in his revivals?
Do you know?
Is it something?
Huh?
Norma's talking and saying that she's not 100% sure, but it sounded like it did.
But there was a lot of Holy Spirit, a lot of being slain in the Spirit.
But it's not common in Jesse Duplantis.
When you go and hear Jesse Duplantis speak, you're not going to hear a lot of that.
I know Andrew Womack, been to several of his conferences.
You're going to see Holy Spirit things happen,
but that's not one of the things that is going to occur.
I think the Holy Spirit moves however he wants to move
and however the people who are there want to receive it.
I do know it happens in our church,
but to the magnitude of what it does at the river, no, it doesn't.
I don't know if it ever will.
I'll be honest with you.
But the church will go however God wants it to go,
and then Tom will be like Tom's radar for fraud is high.
He will not let the Holy Spirit be trampled on and be made a mockery of.
So, and that's one thing I know that Pastor Rodney is very careful with, too.
He is very careful that people do not make a mockery of the Holy Spirit.
So he'll let people behave a certain way, and then after that,
he literally, I've seen him tell them,
take that person and remove them and put them in a room by themselves.
And when they want to act, because they're just off the charts.
They're just wanting attention.
It's not the Holy Spirit doing it.
It's all emotionalism and the person wanting everybody,
look at me, look at me, look at me.
He literally removes them from the sanctuary and puts them in a room by themselves until they regroup.
And then they're allowed to come back in.
Is the room padded?
It might be.
I don't know.
But, I mean, I have seen it more than once.
So he's got his his radar up on
that too yeah so for sure let's go the next question okay you said fall is your favorite
season what's your favorite thing about it I love fall you can stay on too girls if you want but
like fall's my favorite.
Somebody said when we were talking about this, is fall your favorite, Tracy?
It used to not be my favorite because that meant school was coming,
and I hated school.
Okay.
But now that I live in Florida, I appreciate it, but I love summer.
I'm a summer girl.
Was it Logan?
Was it your favorite?
Somebody's favorite that was sitting over there.
Yeah.
It is now.
Oh, it was Heather.
Yeah.
Oh, my gosh.
I just love fall.
Yeah.
You don't love it, Norma?
Oh, yeah.
We love it.
Okay, here's the reasons why.
I love the leaves changing.
There is nothing like it.
The leaves changing.
I lived up north for like 14 years and I
never grew weary of it yeah I hated bagging the leaves but man I loved
seeing him change it was the best so I love leaves changing there's nothing
like that I don't care when anybody says spring is okay like everything coming
back to life but there is nothing like the colors of the leaves.
That's like number one for me.
I love the cool crisp air.
We don't really see that until like December.
And then it's on and off a little bit.
But I love sweatshirt weather.
And when football's not woke, I love football.
Like I love non-woke football. Like there's no tomorrow.
I love the smell of, I love non-woke football. Like, there's no tomorrow. I love the smell of, like, apple and cinnamon.
I was going to say the smell.
I burn apple cinnamon candles all year round.
All year round.
The bonfires, the campfires.
Like, one fire.
Well, we have more sometimes, Heather.
We have, we both, some of us have fireplaces in our house.
And, like, I open up the windows in the house just so I can burn a fire.
Because Tom will not allow it.
Because he sweats too much.
But he's like, the only way that's happening is every window is open in the house.
Let's open them up, baby.
I'm having a fire.
I love that it gets darker earlier.
I love 6 p.m. and it gets dark.
I love that.
You know why I love that?
It's it forces people to slow down and be together.
Okay.
Yeah.
If it's dark outside, like when it's light outside,
everybody's outside doing chores.
You're mowing your yard.
You're playing baseball or whatever outside.
It's true.
It gets dark and the streetlights come on.
Everybody's heading inside.
That means that there's more time to be together.
I don't
mind that at all. At all. I actually like it. So, and that usually happens at the beginning of
November, which is when we start cooling off a little bit, but definitely not sweatshirt weather
in November for us. Maybe long shirts. We do not experience true fall weather down here,
and that's a big fat bummer for me but I still love it I'll live vicariously
through you northerners on that but then you can live vicariously through me when you're
when you're you know having to trudge through the snow 10 feet high and I'm sunbathing it's true
I don't mind that it's true I would never ever want to move back up north except for the fall.
That's right.
Vacation home.
Yep.
Yep.
Yes.
100%.
I'm totally up for that.
Vacation home.
Yep.
100%.
Anybody got anything to add about fall?
What's your favorite part?
Well, somebody is going to see the fall very soon.
So I was trying to find a picture of the cabin that we rented. What is that? I was trying to find a picture of the cabin that we rented.
What is that?
I was trying to find a picture of the cabin that we rented.
We don't care.
We don't care.
Oh, my hair.
But that's what I was going to add, but I can't find it, like, easily.
So she's going up north to, like, you're going to New England area.
Vermont.
Which is, like, the best of the best.
Yeah, 100%.
For our anniversary in September.
Yes.
It's, like, the best of the best for seeing leaves change.
Yeah.
Yeah, and I think this year is going to be a good one.
So, not bragging, but just saying.
Very depressing.
Not really.
They probably, when we go up there potentially, they'll all be dead and on the ground.
They'll be crunching under our feet.
That's true.
Whatever.
That's true.
It's okay.
As long as I'm not bagging them, I don't care.
All right.
Next question.
What is the difference between the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit voices?
If there is a difference.
If there is a difference.
I was curious after having heard Reverend Jesse Duplantis mention this.
That's a really good question.
And I'll be honest with you.
I've never heard that before ever.
That there was a difference.
Now, you made me start thinking.
Usually, like when the Holy Spirit speaks to me,
it's usually the way I talk, right?
It's not necessarily my voice, but it is kind of my voice.
It's how I talk.
So, and I think a lot of times the Holy Spirit speaks to us
the way we communicate
because it grabs our attention, right?
Otherwise, I don't know if we'd listen, right?
You talk the way you talk because that's who you are,
and I think that the Holy Spirit, he dwells inside of each and every single one of us.
So in order to best communicate with you, he's going to speak to you the way that you speak
so you have a clear understanding of what is trying to be conveyed.
Does that make sense?
Yes.
Yep.
If you just saw how she said yes, It's like, yes, but no.
No, it does.
I love this question.
You do?
See, I don't know if I'm going to be able to explain it very well.
And I'm a little worried about it.
I tried to find, and I even asked Tom.
I was like, because Tom watches a lot of Jesse Duplantis.
And I don't watch a lot of him.
I watch a lot of, or listen to a lot, huh? Norma listens to a lot of Jesse Duplantis. And I don't watch a lot of him. I watch a lot of, or listen to a lot, huh?
Norma listens to a lot of Jesse Duplantis.
I mean, I love the man.
And I do listen to him, but probably not, I listen to other people.
I'm an old-timer, old-timer.
That's who I listen to a lot.
But I asked him, and I was like, he said, I feel like I have, but I don't remember.
Which does me no good.
I even tried to find the teaching.
I listened to different ones that said it might be about
or that it might be talking about.
I tried to find it, and I couldn't,
so that I could help understand what you were talking about.
But I will tell you this.
The Holy Spirit sounds like me when I'm praying. And I understand, like, when he tells me things,
because he talks like me, like, I understand what he's trying to tell me. I mean, it is abundantly
clear, because he speaks my language. Two times in my whole life, I feel like God has talked to me. Like where I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt, it was God.
Now, do I feel like God's talked to me before that?
Yeah.
And I don't feel like it's a thundering voice or anything like that,
but it is different than the Holy Spirit. But what I'm going to tell you
is the two times that he has spoken to me,
they were both in dreams,
and I felt like I was awake.
So not that it was a vision.
I knew I was asleep, but it felt like I was awake.
And there was absolutely no way, no how, no nothing. You're
going to convince me that it wasn't God talking to me because it's like nothing I've ever experienced
when I'm having a dream. But in those dreams, when God spoke to me, he did not sound like me. sounded like a very like it was a very strong male voice and it was a voice that got your attention
and it wasn't scary but it was very authoritative and it was like kind of the thing like if you've
ticked off your dad if you have if whoever wrote this question, if you've ever talked to your dad and you have a strong dad that's the priest of the home,
and he's strong and he's very, he's a good disciplinarian, not a dictator, but a good disciplinarian.
Meaning, when he says something, he has a certain way that he speaks that when he says it,
you know you better be listening and you better do exactly what he says.
That's how God was in both those times.
One was a dream that basically said you better get yourself together
and you better get your life right because if you do not,
here's what's going to happen,
which scared me to death.
The second time, it was about things to come with my family and the future.
And everything that's been in that dream is things that he has taken me back to, to in certain circumstances in
our home and in with my, my, with my family. He's hearkened me back to that dream. And because of
knowing his voice and what he told me, it brings comfort. And I just know, okay,
what you told me is true. What the outcome is that you told me would be, it will be.
Whereas the Holy Spirit is very different than that.
And I'll be honest with you, like Jesus, when I pray, I don't really pray to Jesus.
I pray through the Holy, you know, the Holy Spirit is present.
So that's who I pray to most of the time. I don't really feel like, like if I ever have anything with Jesus,
I feel like it's more of a worshipful thing.
Like I thank him for what he did on that cross for me.
I thank him for the healing that is given to me for my body, for my family,
for if I'm praying over him.
But to be just perfectly honest with you, I really don't ever
pray to Jesus. I don't really know if Jesus really speaks to me. If he does, I feel like it's more of
like a gut thing for me. Like I just know in my gut that something's being spoken to me and it's
not the same as the Holy Spirit and it's not the same as God. I assume that it's Jesus, and it's always right.
When I get this gut feeling, and it doesn't happen every time,
but when I feel something in my gut, in my innermost being,
I listen to that because it's almost always right.
So before you ask this question, I never ever thought about the three and how they
speak to me, which I love this question because I'm like you. It made me think, like, how do I
communicate with them? And I don't feel bad that I don't speak to Jesus all the time because Jesus
is sitting at the right hand of the Father. Like, already done his work, and he's coming back to finish it.
But that's why he gave me the Holy Spirit.
He said, it is best that I go away,
and it is better for you that I have to give you the Holy Spirit.
So for me, it's like the Holy Spirit's doing the work for me.
I pray in my prayer language so the Holy Spirit speaks to God for me. Like everything I pray, I pray in my prayer language. So the Holy Spirit speaks, speaks to, to the, to God for me in ways that better than I can ever say it. So really the Holy Spirit does most of my talking for me. And I speak mostly to the Holy Spirit than,
than anybody else. But I do have conversations with God and I do know he speaks to me and I do know
that he doesn't have the same voice, but it's not scary and it's more authoritative. But the dreams,
that was like, like off the charts. What were you going to say? Oh, um, what? Um, yeah. Uh,
I'm just listening. Oh, I thought you were gonna say something well no I think the
same as you where you said like this really made me think because I just kind of grouped them all
together like I think I definitely talk to Jesus more as I realize like the Holy Spirit is the one
that like I've just always grown up like it's Jesus Jesus Jesus know? And then once I realized like his place, I do that less.
But when God has spoken to me,
it's usually something like big and like an event.
Like one time.
Oh yeah, please.
I want to hear it.
Because Jared and I are like,
both have very strong personalities.
And early in our marriage, we were having a disagreement
and we were having a disagreement and we
were being very loud and we it it was as if somebody slammed the front door shut
and the whole wall shook and I immediately sat down like I was being
punished and I had so much peace in my heart and I was like oh my gosh and I
just like apologized to God and I literally heart. And I was like, oh, my gosh. And I just like apologized to God.
And I literally laid down.
And I was like, I'm going to bed.
And he's like, what was that?
Like, he was like totally freaked out.
But I 100% knew God was like, shut up.
Stop.
And I was like, okay.
And that was one time where I knew it was God.
Like, I didn't think like Jesus.
I just knew it was God.
But that was when I was being punished. Like a dad. Like I didn't think like Jesus, Holy, I just knew it was God. But that was when I was being
punished like a dad, like you were saying. So I, you know, it's so funny cause I feel like, um,
like you definitely know God speaks to you. Like there've been times, uh, like Tom really made me
mad one time. Yeah. And the Holy, I, I feel like it was the Holy Spirit, but it was more, it didn't sound
like the Holy Spirit to me. So I don't know, it could have been God. But I felt like in that
particular moment, I was told, this is how you're going to respond to this situation,
and you're going to deny your flesh. And the, and the thing was, is it was a very, this is why I feel like it
was more God than the Holy Spirit. But I talked to the Holy Spirit so much that I don't know.
It was so authoritative. Like I was like, I have to do this. Like, it's like my dad talking to me.
So I was obedient. And because I did exactly what he told me to do,
even though I did not want to do it, it was the last thing that I wanted to do.
It like turned everything around. And that's why I just say, if people would just like communicate,
I say it all the time, but if we would just deny our flesh, not be carnal and do exactly what
either the word tells us to do, or, or the Holy Spirit tells us to do or God or whoever you feel like you
talk to.
Like Jesse Duplantis talks to God all the time in a friendship way.
And like I talk to God all the time, but it's not, I don't feel like he has more of a friendship with God.
I feel like that's how it is with me and the Holy Spirit.
I feel like God, I talk to him all the time, but I don't feel like I talk to him like a friend.
I feel like I talk to him like he's my dad, which I love.
I love that because I love my dad and I like, I like that relationship.
I don't know.
I mean, I think he's, I think it's all in what you want, but I don't know.
Very great question.
It's a great question.
It really is.
What about you, Logan, since you're a newbie?
I've heard God's voice.
It was before a big event, and it was naming my child.
So he gave me the name that I'm supposed to name my baby,
and that was on the 19th of April, and then the 24 that I'm supposed to name my baby and that was on
the 19th of April and then the 24th I found out I was pregnant there you go
and you had no idea and that was a different voice it was in the middle of
the night I was sleeping he said it several times I thought I was supposed
to pray for this person and turns out I don't know anybody with that name and he
finally said no that's your that's your baby's name.
Now, when you felt like you heard God telling you this, what did it sound like to you?
Did it sound like a thundering voice?
Did it sound like a strong voice?
Just a stern male's voice, yeah.
But not in a scary way.
No, no.
Like a good dad that's disciplinary but loves you very much.
Like that's how I feel.
But I woke Chris up and I was like, we're having a baby.
I'm pregnant. And he's like yeah okay and you had
no clue cuz you they basically told you like you're gonna need help to get
pregnant this was this is probably right after I got prayed over to a week or two
after I got made over so it was all just it all happened very fast when it did
but God's hand was on it, and he definitely woke me up to talk to him.
Me too.
I just love that.
Me too.
Does anybody else have anything they want to add?
See, Heather's not to shower yet since she's been to the gym this morning.
FYI.
Norma?
I know.
Norma's not.
Norma's just.
Do you want to share it?
Or do you want to come over there?
Because you're going to have to be on the thing.
So she's like, no.
She doesn't want to share it because then she has to be on the.
Okay, it's more personal.
And Talia?
Talia's got no makeup on either.
So nobody's going to get in front of the camera.
Oh, Norma doesn't care.
All right.
It's personal.
So it doesn't matter that she has no makeup on
she's not sharing it with you people love you she says but she ain't sharing it okay let's move on
to the next question now i'm gonna have to answer this question completely by myself oh my gosh
nobody wants to help me with this question. I've been
asked to not include anyone in this question. So, what do you have to say about the Flat Earth
conspiracy and its biblical perspective? Do you think the Bible supports or denies this theory?
And I'm going to flat out tell you. I said, and I'm going to flat out tell you, Heather goes, it's round.
Okay.
Let me just say, I believe it's round.
But I will say, never in my, I'm not a conspiracy theorist at all.
Now, Tracy, over here,
over here,
her whole family,
not her mama,
not her mama,
but Tracy's grown up with conspiracy theories
all her life.
Now, Tracy,
I will make you answer this question.
Okay.
How many of your dad's conspiracies have come to pass?
Because we're seeing them left and right right now.
So I'm like, I used to not be a conspiracy theorist, people.
Me either.
But.
But as they come through.
You start going.
One after another.
I'm like, all right, I'll listen.
I'll listen.
Because listen, I'm'm just saying like i whoever
wrote this question i understand what you're saying because even though i'm a round earth
person okay i truly am i feel for you because conspiracies are coming like popcorn, people. I know.
They're popping like popcorn.
They are.
It's crazy how many conspiracy theories are coming to pass.
Yep.
So your daddy ain't so cray-cray anymore.
Hey.
Hey, Chipper.
We're here for you.
Everybody that thought he was nuts, they might think he's a little bit more sane.
I mean.
I don't know.
Hey.
I don't know hey I
don't know we're gonna look at Scripture okay I will tell you this I did I deep
dived in this into this to be perfectly honest with you even though I'm a
round-earth person I'm circular I'm not flat I'm not flat. I'm not square.
Because most of the people that I know that are flat earth people,
they think it's square.
And I do not.
And they use the four corners of the earth. And there's some other ones that they use, right?
But I'm not a square flat earther.
I don't go for that.
But I do see, like, when I did the research and I looked at everything,
I did a lot, because if I'm going to answer a question,
even though I have a thought process behind it,
it's only fair to look at both sides, right?
And so because of that, I did. Now, the ones that I looked at that the areas that are
the people that have flat earth versus sphere, both sides will tell you that there is no one scripture that it concretely says
one way or the other. That's the truth. But I go back to if the sun is round,
if the moon is round, if all the planets for the most part, I mean, you got like Saturn that has rings and stuff like that,
but everything is round. And even I went and looked at like before NASA was all big into,
because people will say, well, NASA is also doctoring the photos that flat earth people
will literally tell you NASA is doctoring the photos. And I'm like, and I was talking to Tracy about this.
I'm like, I get that that's what people will say because I was telling her, but people use NASA.
And I told her, I was like, yeah, but they couldn't even keep it quiet with COVID.
You know what I'm saying?
Like people had this propaganda and this agenda and they couldn't even keep it quiet.
It's like we're finding out about all of the human trafficking and human trafficking has been going on for a long time, but not as long as flat earth.
And even with the human trafficking, they're not able to keep it under wraps that long.
It's like it's coming out.
The flat earth thing has been
going on forever. There's a picture in 1946. It's black and white. And it's, we're like 9 billion
miles away from the earth. And it looks like a star, but it's circular in nature. 9 billion
miles away. I mean, like when I tell you I did some research,
I like, I did,
because I want to respectfully answer this question
because I don't know which way you land,
flat earth or circular.
And like when me and Tracy were talking about it,
like Tracy said, it's not heaven and hell.
So really, like what does it matter?
It doesn't matter.
Yeah, and most people,
that's kind of where they land with this.
It's like, who cares?
Exactly.
Exactly.
But there are some people that go overboard that the earth is round.
Right.
And that's all they focus on.
Right.
They won't study the Bible.
They won't look at...
And then the flat earth people, they're so big on proving their agenda that the earth
is flat that they don't focus on
biblical principles or like what the word of God says about obedience and like, okay, who cares?
Who cares if it's flat? I mean, have your thought processes on it, but make sure it's healthy
biblically and then move on because you're not winning people to the Lord proving that the earth is flat.
You're winning people to the Lord when you know Romans, the book of Romans, right?
When you know the gospels, all the gospels, when you are able to explain what Jesus Christ did on that cross,
and then Romans tells you how to take it from there and win
them to the Lord.
Okay, that's really what you need to be looking at.
That's really what we need to be studying, right?
Because the word is very clear that Jesus said we are to win the lost and disciple believers.
That's what we're supposed to do, not proving that the earth is round or that it is flat.
So let's go.ans 7 1 says after these
things i saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth holding the four winds of
the earth that the wind should not blow on the earth on the sea or in any tree okay if you break
down that scripture this is what it's basically saying. John reports that he saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth.
Just as it is used today, the phrase four corners of the earth is not meant to suggest that the earth is literally square.
It means that the angels had taken up positions at the four points of the compass, north, south, east, and west.
They stood at the north, south, and east, and west, and they exercised authority to hold back the four winds. That's all that means. Now, here's the one that people use to
prove that the earth is round. Isaiah 40, 22, it says, it is he who sits above the circle of the earth. Now, this is where if you are,
which I never heard about this before.
But, okay, Tracy, what's that called?
The firmament?
Yep.
Okay, because I did some study on the firmament.
Right.
Okay, so let me,
since your dad's a conspiracy theorist,
you understand this.
Yes.
Can you please just help me a little bit with this? Yes'd love to no you don't you're like don't know I
know I just yeah okay but yeah so the firmament does have the yeah like it'd
be a disk a circle disk and then a firmament over it separating the heavens
from the earth right which. Which is the sky.
Yeah.
So people that are flat earth with firmament.
Yeah.
The earth is flat.
Correct.
With the Arctic Circle.
Because I saw, listen, I did research on this.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I did not know that there was even another flat earth thought process.
Right.
Arctic Circle. And I even looked.
Antarctica.
I even did research on the arctic circle
people actually go there antarctica or arctic and the antarctica and they actually go there
yeah there's military there yeah right right right so but but here's the thing people will
say you can't go there that's part of the that's some of the stuff that i read even because you
were discussing this with me um they say that you can't go there, but actually you can go there.
There's places.
We won't get into it.
Okay.
Yes, you're right.
So the wall around the flat earth firmament theory is the Arctic,
Antarctica wall keeps you from falling off, Correct? Right. Right. I mean,
I mean, yes. Kind of? Yeah, kind of. Okay. If I'm wrong, just say, well, that's not it, but I will.
Okay. Then the rest of the earth is there. And so when pictures are taken from space, you're going to see the circular nature of the earth, correct?
Yes. Yes. And obviously being a photographer, like there's different lenses you can use also
to make things look as if you want them to look, not even Photoshop, like fisheye lenses,
like there's other things that people could do as well. So that's where people believe that are, and I don't know very many people that,
and I'm not saying Tracy, this is what Tracy believes. I know a lot about it. I know a lot
about it. You know a lot about it, which helped me because I was like, I don't know anything about
that. I've never heard of that. I've always heard square. Yeah. Never, never heard anybody that was
a firm. I didn't even know this theory.
Yeah.
See, this is why this is really good.
It is.
It's interesting.
Yeah, it is.
So that's where it is he who sits above the circle of the earth.
And its inhabitants are like grasshoppers.
So they're saying the sphere is the firmament and the circle part.
Well, if you look down from like if it's a disc and there's a circle,
like they're saying he sits at the top and he sits over the circle of the earth.
So that's why that's their thing.
Now that I understand the firmament theory, that makes complete sense to me now.
Why people believe like that.
Now, if you never studied out the scriptures about the four corners of the earth, that makes sense
to you. Do you know what I'm saying? If you
looked at the four corners of the earth and you never studied
out and you just took it for face value,
you sit there and go, well, it has to be
flat. There's four corners. Why
wouldn't it be flat?
So I understand that theory, too.
Like, I don't dispute that people
legitimately read it for factual, actual basis, but sometimes there's more study to it.
Yeah, absolutely.
But here's the thing.
Yeah.
Which this does not change the sphere or firmament theory, but it does take away from a square theory. It's the word circle in Hebrew.
The root word for circle in Hebrew is called chug.
Right.
And that does not mean sphere.
That actually refers to an actual circle, but a dome.
Yeah.
But a dome.
Right.
So that goes back to the firmament theory.
Right.
That's why people who believe in firmament feel like they're justified in believing flat earth with a dome.
Right.
It's crazy.
I'm not, listen, I understand it all, but I'm still circle.
I'm still round.
I don't, I literally feel like it's like a marble.
Okay.
Do you know what I'm saying?
I do.
I feel like if the sun is a complete circle, if the moon's a complete circle, Mars, all of the other, and you might be able to say, no, that's because they believe this.
So if you don't mind.
Nope.
There's nothing to disprove other planets.
Being a circle.
Right.
Okay. Now let me ask you this.
And you might not know this.
Okay.
But if all the other planets are circular in nature, like a round ball.
Yeah.
Why do people believe that the firmament is flat?
See, I saw a diagram.
Like they believe that core, like the core of the earth where hell is,
is like it doesn't go like this.
Like a circle person like me believes you go like the ball,
and then at the complete center of the ball right is where hell is right
which is the hottest part right firmament people believe it's still there it's in the middle but
there's nothing around it whereas we believe that the earth is that whole thing it's just
right in the center of it like a ball and then the center whereas firmament people
it's like this flat and then it's just down here by by itself with nothing hanging there's like
pillars apparently there's what like pillars i never saw pillars in my pictures okay well some
people believe that there's pillars and then shield or that's how you say it is on one side
and then hell like the like a fire like they have like dep that's how you say it is on one side and then hell like
the lake of fire like they have like depictions so the lake of fire is across the and the pillars
i don't know you don't know yeah i don't know that okay so let me ask you this yeah okay okay
which you guys are gonna have to look that up for yourself yeah okay because we don't know
everything no let me ask you this one last thing. And you might not know the answer to this. Okay. If all of the other planets are balls, why do people that believe in firmament believe that that's flat and the rest of it is balls?
Because they do believe the planets are like ball-shaped, correct?
I haven't heard anything disproving that they're circle. Nobody really, like, I've heard skeptics of flat Earth say the same thing you're saying right now,
but I've never heard the counter argument to, like, why.
But most people just, what I have heard is they're like, yeah, like stars are like fire.
Like they're just this.
They are like fire.
Right.
And then planets are this.
And then Earth was created at the center of the universe.
Uh-huh.
And everything revolves are this. And then Earth was created at the center of the universe. And everything revolves around us.
We're not a part of this universe, this part of nothing.
God created Earth at the center of the universe,
and everything else rotates around us.
So planets don't even equal Earth.
Earth is its own entity.
That's their thought process, at least what I've heard.
That's complicated to me but if i but i
was more complicated before i studied it more okay so maybe if i studied it even more it would
be less complicated to me so there's no disputing that you've ever heard of but you probably haven't
really heard that much either not with it not with the planets thing More just like the firmament. And then, like, and that's from Genesis.
And so, but not, like, yeah.
But when I even studied the firmament.
Yeah.
It doesn't, it talks about the separation of the waters.
Right.
Right.
Right.
From the sky.
Because everything was water.
Right.
At the very beginning.
Yeah.
Is all water.
But water's below, too.
Because, again, like me and you were talking,
I'm like, water's above in the clouds.
Water's below the earth, right?
That's how when Noah flooded the earth,
people always think that, but it's clear in Scripture.
It didn't just rain.
They lose sight that it wasn't just rain coming down they think man it rained a really long time to flow the earth
no that's not true it says in the scriptures rain came down and water came up so when the earth got
flooded grand canyon perfect example of this but when when it was raining the earth was being
flooded from the bottom as well so water was rising and coming up from the ground can you
pull that scripture up for me really quick is it matthew 7 25 the rain came down no okay noah it
talks about in genesis about noah um so oh man that really got jacked up um In Genesis, yeah. In Genesis about Noah.
So, oh, man, that really got jacked up.
So my thing, I'm going to have a hard time reading it.
For some reason, it's all jacked up on my screen. And I might be able to look it up for you really quick, too.
But it's clear in Scripture about how, so when, in Genesis, when the waters were separated, like, and it talks about the firmament.
For me, there's no difference.
The firmament, when it was separated, clouds, which hold rain, below the earth, holds water.
We obviously need it that's what causes plants to grow
evaporation things like that frost on the ground things like that the water is always transferring
up and down up and down correct so that to me is what separates everything and then you got the
oceans you got the lakes and the separation from lakes, and the separation from the continents.
And that's where the gap theory comes in, which somebody asked me this thing about the gap theory,
which I'm going to need you to pull, tell me which one, because I tried to look it up to send to them so that I could tell them where to go, because I've talked about the gap theory twice.
But the gap theory is basically when everything was separated. And it's just a theory
because remember, theories aren't a proven fact. They're just a theory until otherwise.
That's true.
Yeah. And a lot of people live on theories as though they are a fact.
That's true.
Did you find the scripture?
Yeah. It's Genesis 7.
Genesis 7.
It's 12. And the rain fell on the earth.
Okay, so maybe that's the wrong version.
Genesis 7-11 is where it starts in the 600th year of Noah's life.
Is that it?
I don't know because I can't see it.
I might have to look it up this way.
The underground waters erupted from the earth. Does that sound right? And the rain fell?
Yeah. Genesis 7, 11. Start there. I think that's because then it just says on 12 and the rain fell
on the earth 40 days and 40 nights. Under the ark. Yeah yeah i think 11
hold on yeah genesis 7 11 as the fountains of the great deep and the windows of heaven
so hold on.
So Genesis 8-2 also says,
The fountains also of the deep and the windows of heaven were stopped,
and the rain from heaven was restrained.
But it's even better than that. And the thing was, is in Genesis 2, 5 through 6, it says the Lord had not caused it to rain upon the earth and there was not, um, not a man to till the ground,
but there went up a mist from the earth and watered the whole face of the ground. So before
that they had never even seen rain before. That's the thing that people like, that's what's so
profound about scripture is understanding of, of all of how profound it was. That's one of the
reasons why they made fun of Noah. Cause when Noah was saying saying it's going to be there was going to be a flood they're like yeah right conspiracy theorists exactly um the first one yeah so it had never rained so for
them all of this is very foreign right but then just study it out trust me because i don't have
time to be looking i got three minutes but when the when the floods came it came from ground up, from sky down.
But that's part of the firmament.
And that's where I don't agree with the dome theory
because I believe that there's no great mystery about all of that.
When everything was separated, it was just separated logically,
like we see things. But again, logically and just separated logically like we see things.
But again, logically and what's true are two different things, right?
So for me, I say, who cares?
There you go.
I mean, I get your question and it is an interesting one.
And obviously, I've spent a great deal of time researching it and also talking about it right now.
So it is a great question, but I believe it's round like a circle, like a ball.
And there's more people who believe like I do than there are the other. But listen, even on the other, there's some interesting thought processes behind it.
Do you know what I'm saying?
There sure is.
Yeah.
It's like, so at the end of the day, flat earth, round circle, we're all going to heaven
as long as we ask Jesus to be our Lord and Savior.
Great transition.
Huh?
Great transition. Thank you, transition. I will say this. I'm going to read this last question because I love it because I
got two minutes to go and then I'm going to close out because this is perfect. Okay. Because this
one's a really great transition. Okay. That was pretty good. It says, hi y'all. I don't know who
wrote this, but I love when people say y'all because it makes me feel oh my god did you write this Logan oh she's smiling oh that you're talking like you're talking like us so either you're
either you're from the south not me it ain't yeah definitely ain't Tracy or you're just making fun
of us either way I don't care it's true I love it hi it. Hi, y'all. I love your podcast. Do dogs and cats and other animals have a soul?
Do they go to heaven, hell, when they die?
So, and this is why it's jacked up because I'm going to have a really hard time reading
this because my computer decided to squish everything together.
But I'm going to, we're going to read what the definition of soul is.
Okay.
Soul is the spiritual or immaterial part of the human being or animal
isn't that interesting regarded as immortal by definition i believe that animals do have a soul
here's the problem
like our spirit man you have a spirit man and you have a soul so
i'm a little perplexed by this but i but i still have an answer for you even though i'm slightly
perplexed okay your soul your soul speaks of your inner life in relation to your own experience.
Like it'll explain your mind, your heart, your will, and your imagination.
Okay, so your soul, if we're judged by our heart, right, God looks at the heart.
That's how you go to heaven.
Like everything is judged by the heart and the motives behind what you do.
Okay.
So it also includes your thoughts, your desires, your passions, and your dreams.
Your spirit speaks of the same inner life in relationship to God,
your faith, your hope, your love, your character, and your perseverance.
So lots of people have their spirit person is not drawn to God.
They have no, they reject him. They have no, no desire for him. Right. But we have spirit,
we have, we have our, our spirits, our Holy Spirit who dwells in us. And then we have the
gifts of the spirits that dwell in us. We have things that we respond to either in a Christ-like
manner or in the way in which God would have us to behave. But it all stems from the soul that
lives inside of you and the heart behind what you do. So what does your heart do? Out of the
abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. All of your motives, everything, it says that God judges the heart.
That's why he doesn't care about the shell.
He doesn't care about how you are.
It's like church on Sunday, live like a hellion during the week, right?
You can't be a facade.
You can't be fake because the heart will always disclose who you are so my opinion
is jesse duplantis says that animals are in heaven
if he says it it's so like he says when he went to heaven he saw animals there so he saw a family
who had died in an airplane accident and they had
their animal with them.
So I'm like,
my animals are going to be there.
I don't care. Now, if you have an animal
that you've trained to be ugly and mean
and nasty
and like to kill other things
and I don't know if that animal
is going to heaven. Because listen, if it's
judged on the heart, if it's mean, I don't know if your animal is going to heaven because listen if it's judged on the heart if it's mean
I don't know if your animal is going to heaven
so you might want to train your animals to be sweet
to be kind
to be nice like you do your children
otherwise
you might not see them there
but in my opinion
if you want to see your animal in heaven
because they're going there and you're not
you might want to get saved right now.
How's that for a segue?
There you go.
That's right.
I planned it.
Seriously, I do think animals go to heaven.
Tiff Shuttlesworth has a video on it as well.
Tiff has a good video on it?
Mm-hmm.
Like, does Tiff say your animals go to heaven?
And tell me, why does Tiff say that you have them?
I haven't watched it yet, because my mom said it to me because Fred, we lost our dog Fred.
So my mom said that to me.
She's like, you should watch this.
And I just wasn't, like, ready.
That was a rough one.
Yeah.
And so, but she told me it was there.
And he said yes, so I say yes.
I say yes.
Listen, there are just some people.
Yeah.
Yeah, Jesse Declan says there are. And Shelly just said that Jesus comes back on a whiteesse declines says there's shelly just said that
jesus comes back on a white horse yeah oh there's for sure oh no they they there is absolute
animals in heaven right there are that's not that uh 100 yeah i always go back to the the
scripture says if he cares for the sparrow how much more does he care for you right like the
he talks about animals all the time yeah and i absolutely believe that animals are there yeah the question is is
will our animals be right like will our pets be there right and i say god gives us the desires
of our heart like he knows like we want to be back together when we go to heaven like i'm going to
want to be with my family yeah so i think he's going to make it like when Jesse Deplantis went there he literally saw a whole family that had been playing
died in a plane crash they're still together they're going on a picnic they
asked him if he wanted to go on the picnic they all knew each other it's
different though cuz like he said it's like you know everybody and you're still
intact but it's not like it he's on earth right because it's better right but we will still have
those relationships i feel like my animal will be there like i my animals are very important to me
yeah so i think he gives us the desires of our hearts and he he keeps us all intact like what
would happen where would all these animals go right
like just down and and be buried and that's it i know yeah it can't happen no yeah so like my dogs and stuff like we listen this like tracy got hit hard this this year heather's family's been
hit hard this year with the loss of their animals like we're saying that you just oh my gosh logan too i mean
it's rough losing an animal i don't care what anybody says it's so hard it's so dang hard
it's the worst but for a momentary loss for the the years of joy like i almost say i've almost
thought it's not worth it but then i think but what would i do every day i know i thought it's not worth it, but then I think, but what would I do every day? I know.
I know.
It's too much joy.
Yeah.
There's too much joy.
So if you want to see your animal in heaven and you're not going there, you need to get saved right now.
Let's do this.
Are you laughing or coughing? No, I'm coughing.
I'm good.
And I have sweat rolling down my back.
Oh, my gosh.
It is hot in here.
Say this prayer with me.
Heavenly Father, I come to you right now.
And I thank you for what you did on the cross.
I thank you that you died for my sins.
And I thank you that you value and love me so much.
I give you my life.
I ask you to forgive me of my sins. I will live for you.
I will go opposite in the direction that I've been going.
Whatever you tell me to do, I will do. And whatever you tell me not to do I will not do and show me the calling that you have on my life
and I will live
it out forever for you
in Jesus
mighty name we pray amen if you said
that prayer let us know
and have a fantastic
weekend
I'm happy to say I don't have to use the restroom
because I went before the podcast.
But I'm sure Logan does, so she's excited to get this over with.
Have a great weekend.
We love you, and we'll see you on Wednesday.
Bye.
