Welcome to the Hope Hotline.
Man, that's a tongue twister.
I know, it is.
Welcome to the Hope Hotline.
It is Friday.
Super excited about that.
We have some great things coming up Monday.
I'm going to talk about that.
But you want to go straight into our stuff, and then we'll just go straight into the podcast?
I do.
I do. I do.
All right.
So we are live on all of our platforms, Facebook and Rumble.
So we love Rumble.
That's why you can see all the arrows going right there.
So if you're on Facebook, you can stay for a second, like and share and comment, but then hop over to Rumble.
I'm going to put a link in the Facebook thing so you can hop over there.
If you're watching the replay, fine. So be it. But Rumble has all the live chat.
We've got all of the people over in Rumble. So we've got Sharon here and Sean. Talia's in the
comments for me today. We've got Crystal watching from Mississippi. Hey, girl. And Sarum. Anybody
else? Anybody else? Nope. I think that's it for now. So just getting started. I'm sure people will be hopping on.
So welcome.
Again, if you're watching the replay, hello.
Okay, and we've got YouTube live streaming as well, which is fine.
Again, go and subscribe, get connected that way so that you can get the updates because that makes life easier.
I know sometimes 3 o'clock comes by real quick and you just forget.
And then Black Robe, also our audio podcast is
always available for you guys. We've got in sending our questions. We love hearing from you guys and
all the cool questions that you guys have. They're best if you send them in that way, you'll get a
response email saying that you we received your question. And then you'll just have a good idea
that we got it. You can always put them in the comments too. I usually get an email letting me know that there was a comment somewhere,
but this will be a sure way to know that it came through.
Do you want this one or this one today?
Let's do both.
Okay, doing both.
So just a reminder, Dare to Be.
Hope we'll be hosting it, I guess, on April 26th from 6.30 to 8 p.m.
It's going to be a little different if you've
been in the past. That's a Friday night. It's a Friday night. I'll add that on there. Friday
night. So not Monday like we've done in the past. And it will be really cool, really exciting stuff
going on, some new stuff coming up. And then in August, we've got the save the date for our
victorious Beloved Ladies Conference. So it'll be the 22nd, 23rd and 24th. the save the date for our victorious beloved ladies conference. So it'll
be the 22nd, 23rd and 24th. So save the date. If you are not local, start looking at flights.
It will be very warm here, but we'll be nice and cold inside because that's how we do things at
this church. Nice and chilly. Everybody's got their blankets and you can even purchase a blanket.
That's a Thursday through a Saturday,
Thursday through Saturday.
Yep.
And then last but not least,
our sweet little Logan.
It's her birthday today.
So happy birthday,
Logan.
Happy birthday,
Logan.
So we love you so much.
Yes.
Girl,
we miss you today.
Yeah,
we did see her Wednesday,
right?
We did.
Wait,
no,
we didn't see her Wednesday.
That's right. CJ was We did. Wait. No, we didn't see her Wednesday. That's right.
CJ was up for the trip.
So we miss you.
Happy birthday.
I hope it is a great day.
I'm sure you're doing something special with your main squeeze.
And we'll have to bless you when we see you on Wednesday.
I'm horrible about birthdays.
I know, because you don't even care about yours.
That's true.
That is very true.
I don't even care.
Like a hidden holiday.
Uh-huh.
Well, you know, there's a couple reasons for that, too.
Like, Tom and I don't, like, promote when our birthdays are,
because most people in ministry, they always got their hand out.
They're always wanting that gift.
I mean, tom loves gifts
he always tells you that but he's not going to tell you when his birthday is and he's not like
neither am i we're just not about promoting ourselves because what who cares i do
nobody you know it goes it goes with what i want to finish talking about today which
it's it perspective people okay perspective that's one of the reasons why um but okay uh
we'll have to do something we'll have to make sure you get a nice little something on
on wednesday when you come in okay because you Because you're special. You are a special girl.
Yes.
But I don't remember birthdays.
I don't know birthdays.
Yeah.
I've been trying to write them down.
I know.
I'll have to put this one on my calendar at home.
Yeah.
Me too.
Because I'm terrible.
I'm not good with them either.
But I try.
I'm putting them on my calendar as we go.
I just started.
Me too.
Me too.
I think it was October of last year.
That might have been.
I tried to hire this girl to remind me when everybody's birthdays were.
Who?
Vanessa or Tal?
This one.
This one.
Right next to me.
Talia.
Yeah, see?
She's as bad as me.
I have the planner on my desk.
She even bought a planner for me.
I have it all written down.
If you're on Facebook, though.
Facebook is pretty good at, like, letting you know who's birthday it is.
No, it never tells me.
I don't.
I mean, you can look look but i don't go on
facebook right yeah so i mean i do but i go on quick yeah yeah yeah i don't really pay attention
to that stuff so it's not gonna work for me but that is a great tool facebook will tell you that
is actually factually accurate actually actually accurate yes. Accurate, yes. I agree.
And it will actually write happy birthday for you.
Yeah, you don't have to do it.
You just click send.
It's the thought that counts.
It means so much when all you have to do is hit a button.
And everybody knows.
Again, I say.
It's not the thought that counts.
That one I would agree with.
I'd rather you not.
Everybody knows. Copy'd rather you not. Yeah.
I mean, everybody knows.
Copy and paste.
Copy and paste.
Right.
True.
I know.
I guess it's the thought that counts, though.
No, it's not.
No, no, no.
I'm just kidding.
There's no thought behind it.
Let me hit this button so these people think that I care about them.
Well, that's a thought.
They think that I care about them is what I just.
It's a thought.
It's a thought.
It's in there.
It's a negative. It's in there.
It's a negative thought.
It's a negative because then they'll think I care.
Yeah, that's true.
When you really don't.
That's the negative thought that counts.
It's just what you do.
You don't do what you just do.
You're flattering them.
Oh, it's flattery.
And we know what the Bible says about flattery.
What does the Bible say about flattery? It's not good.
Not good at all.
Proverbs.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I got a couple.
What about a flattering tongue?
Yeah.
There's not one Bible verse about flattery that is in a positive light.
Because usually why?
Because it's.
The motive behind it.
Right.
It's extremely negative.
Again. It's rooted in a lie almost always because there's self there's selfish reasons why you are flattering somebody you
want to get something out of it right yeah or it's like i i've said this to other people when
you're when you are kind and you say things that are complimentary kind all the time,
why are you doing that? Right. What's the heart behind that? Because usually there's some form
of dishonesty in there. Right. And you're not being honest to yourself because really,
would you always be that kind or complimentary all the time? Right. No, it's a persona that you
want to put out so that people think that you are a certain kind of person. It's all very, it's a matter of the heart. It is a matter of the heart. People, that's the only
thing that God looks at. That's why it's funny, but I did that teaching here on why do we do what
we do. Then God gave Heather the same exact title for her hub group.
Why do we do what we do? And then Adalys preaches.
And in her preaching, she says, why do we do what we do?
Heather sent that to me.
She was like, there's a theme here because God is wanting people to look at the heart.
What is the root?
What is the motive behind what we say and do?
So a lot of times, you know, the scripture that says,
let our words be few.
There's a reason why God is warning us to shut up.
Be slow to speak is what it says.
And slow to be angry, but be slow to speak.
Because sometimes saying nothing, it may be awkward silence at times.
Doesn't Proverbs say that it makes you look smarter?
Oh, yeah.
A fool uttereth all its thoughts, but a wise man is slow to speak.
There it is.
There it is.
Oh, girls, I know them.
There's a reason I know them.
Yeah.
I know.
Have I mastered them?
No, but I am getting way better.
They're way better.
So I wanted to tell you about,
I want to talk about something that I absolutely know pretty much nothing about.
But let's talk.
Okay, let's do it.
So you know that solar eclipse that's coming Monday?
Now there's a lot of educated people.
Now here's the thing, people.
There's a lot of people who are making a lot of to-do over it.
Yeah.
And then there's the ones that are like, eh.
I think there's a little bit of both.
Yeah, same.
And the reason is there's always balance.
Always.
We don't live in balance a lot of times.
We just live in, like, gangbusters.
Let's go.
Let's believe anything and anything anybody tells us.
Right.
Because it sounds good. And there's danger in that. Danger, people. Yeah. Let's believe anything and anything anybody tells us. Right. Right. Because it sounds good.
And there's danger in that.
Danger, people.
Yeah.
But the interesting thing, these are proven facts.
Now, this is some interesting stuff.
So the very first solar eclipse that happened in just North America, only North America.
Do you know the year that that happened? I know you do because you have North America. Do you know the year that that happened?
I know you do because you have my notes.
Do you know that year?
Was it in the 70s?
Mm-mm.
Well, it was, but not 1970, which is what you're thinking.
Yeah.
1776.
Oh.
Wasn't 1776 a significant year for us?
Yeah.
That year was a solar eclipse.
Freedom.
Yep.
Okay.
Hey.
Freedom, people.
I see you, solar eclipse.
Huh?
I'm not saying anything.
Again, I don't know much about nothing when it comes to these solar eclipses.
But isn't it weird that we had an earthquake today?
Yeah.
I didn't know we had an earthquake.
Well, not here.
I've been studying.
Up north.
Up north.
My brother's called my mom.
In New York?
In New York.
It was a 4.8.
In New Jersey, too.
And Massachusetts.
It was a big one.
Yes.
That's big.
I know. Both my brothers were like. Yes. That's big. I know.
Both my brothers were like, the whole building was shaking.
What?
It was actually small in New Jersey, though.
Yeah, Massachusetts, too.
Yeah.
So where was the heart of this beast?
Was it in New York or was it near New York?
It was near.
Was it Pennsylvania?
Was it?
Does someone know?
Was it upstate?
Tracy's looking it up.
People in Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York all.
So the New England area.
Yep.
All of New England felt it.
Well, that's because there's like, if you think about it, New Hampshire is like the
size of a big city in certain states.
Yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
It's not a very big state.
Yeah, I think it's saying mostly New York.
Oh, okay.
But it's saying like through New England, New Jersey, New York City,
Boston, Philadelphia, rumbles through.
Did it hit Virginia?
Did Virginia feel it?
It didn't say.
It doesn't say.
Because it would have to be Maryland before it was,
because my sister would have felt it.
It was a 5.0 in Pennsylvania.
Oh, wow.
Okay.
So that's why I asked, was it in Pennsylvania?
Because it was probably right near the edge.
If New York felt at 4.6, this probably stems somewhere around that area.
5.0 in Allentown. That would make more sense to me.
Yeah.
It says from Philadelphia to Boston.
That's what it says in the
New York Times.
A place of freedom, Philadelphia.
I'm one of those, like, let's connect
the dots.
Me too.
That makes no sense.
Don't believe what I'm saying.
I'm just saying. What does I'm like trying to make sense of it.
You're like, ooh, hidden meaning.
It means nothing.
It means nothing.
True.
It just so happens.
True, true.
True, true.
Very interesting.
Hey.
Jesus is coming.
Jesus is coming.
Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm.
So, okay, that's interesting.
I did not know that.
Yeah.
Okay.
Mm-hmm.
So, okay, so 1776 was the first lunar eclipse in only North America,
which is very weird.
And then it was all that time until 2017.
Yeah.
When we had the very first one that went across.
You want to put that thing up for me, girl?
So it started in Salem. Salem well it didn't start
in Salem it started over in well I get it to start in Salem it entered Salem right I think
that's what it said well not because it's on this thing but because of what I saw what I was reading
I might be wrong about that so it enters in um the west coast goes all the way across the east coast.
And the pattern or the path hit towns, seven towns called Salem.
I believe they said that there's a, no, that's not Salem.
I mean, it only hit, it hit seven towns called Salem when it went in its path.
Now, Salem means peace. So people believe
that that meant seven years of peace. Now that we're, because I don't know if they knew then
that there would be in seven more years, we'd have another solar eclipse. I don't know how that works.
But again, that's why I say, I don't know what I'm talking about. But I find this all somewhat interesting only because of biblical scripture.
So that was August 2017.
We had the next solar eclipse hitting Salem, these seven towns.
Seven is always amazing, right?
And now we have on Monday, you can put that one up, the next solar eclipse, which is
going to be on Monday, entering into Eagle Pass. Now Eagle Pass is actually significant. That's
actually where we're having a lot of our infiltration from all these illegals, believe
it or not. But it's coming in on Eagle Pass. And there's something significant that
people are saying about Eagle Pass, biblically speaking, and I can't remember what it is,
but we know it's definitely entering in there. And the path after that, as you can see,
it's kind of like some places, like 91% sure it'll go there,
87% sure it'll be right around there.
All these places are considered in the path of it,
even though some of those little circles are not exactly on the path.
But they are actually going to be completely concealed by the solar eclipse and be dark.
So that's one of the reasons why they're saying that they are officially going over these cities called Nineveh.
And Nineveh means warning of destruction.
So, interesting, huh?
Very.
Now, what did Jesus say about when, well, we know Jonah was sent to Nineveh.
What was Jonah sent to Nineveh?
Jonah was sent to Nineveh to tell them that they were going to be destroyed if they did not repent.
So some are saying, is that what God is saying to us as a country, giving us a warning that we need to repent.
Right.
Which is very interesting.
So, and how long?
Because what did Jonah, it was 40 days?
It was 40 days of, they had 40 days to repent or something like that. It's something along those lines. It's 40 days of, they had 40 days to repent or something like that.
It's something along those lines.
It's 40 days.
But if you look at Luke, you can look that up while I'm doing it,
but you can keep that solar eclipse up there too, sweetie.
If you look at Luke 21, 25 through 26, it says the coming of the Son of Man.
And this is why, like, people are like people are i mean listen we should pay attention
to these solar eclipse i make fun of the red moons and all this other but and balloons okay
there's something significant when the solar eclipse is actually in the sky on on uh the 8th, on Monday, when the solar eclipse is going over,
on the 8th, there will also be a constellation,
and it is what they consider the whale.
The constellation, and I can't remember what they call that thing,
but it's got a name, and they're all kind of funky.
But it's in the shape of a big fish.
Now, is any of that stuff by accident?
No.
Wild.
I do not think so.
I live for stuff like this.
I know.
Ellen, you need to read the book I've given lots of people
called Story in the Stars by Joe Amarillo
because I'm telling you,
you want to know that God speaks through the stars
and the heavens and the sun, moon, and everything else?
I have that book.
I have it here.
If you want to read that, it'll jerk your chain and make people realize none of this stuff
is by accident you are to look at what the what the signs are in the sky he created it for that
he didn't create it for horoscopes and i know that's going to disappoint some people but it's
not meant so that you can know what today is going to be.
Now, that's bull.
We were to stay away from that stuff.
No, you know, yeah.
Satan's great at counterfeits.
God created the sun, moon, and stars so that we would have signs of him and his return.
And Satan uses it and counterfeits it so people will be distracted by the ultimate purpose
but luke says and there will be signs in the sun and the moon and in the stars and on the earth
distress of nations with perplexity the sea and waves roaring men's hearts failing them for from
fear and the expectation of those things which are coming on the earth, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken.
And then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.
Now when these things begin to happen,
look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.
How awesome is that?
That's good.
So there's nothing to fear.
There's nothing to worry about.
Okay?
But we need to be paying attention to these things.
And like, don't like deep dive and go off into crazyville.
Okay.
But look at what things are.
Balance in everything.
Don't believe in nothing.
Because if you believe in nothing, then you're not believing what the word just said.
But I know people go crazy.
They go half cock.
They take things way too far.
But don't because don't throw the baby out with the bathwater because there's lots of wackos out there.
Because there's a lot of people who are very valid and have great understanding of all of these things that we're seeing.
So you take and you be very careful about who you listen to.
Like I told you, I know nothing.
I started it out that way for a reason.
Okay, I know nothing other than what I just told you.
So there is something powerful, though, about what's going on in the sun moon and stars right now and we need
to be paying attention to it and the word is very clear about him as he returns there will be
earthquakes there will be famines there will be things of those those things so those are also
signs but instead of being fearful man this is exciting times like people have like longed to be alive for this time like people
long to be there when the messiah walked this earth yeah no there were very few people that
actually got to experience it we are like those people like we're one of the few that get to walk
during this time frame and experience this it It's pretty amazing. I agree.
Like, it's pretty amazing.
I feel so honored that he can trust me to be here for such a time as this.
So it's super exciting.
So let's go to the first question.
The first question is, hi, I wanted to see if you could send me the link to the Parasite
Cleanse some of you are doing as well as your results.
I have a skin care and internal wellness business in New York City and a good parasite cleanse is hard to find.
Can somebody put the link to that on for hopefully they're watching?
We agree.
We hope.
I don't know what I am talking about.
So that's our quote for the parasite cleanse.
We don't know what we're talking about.
So maybe before you go and sell those.
So that's why nothing's happening with either one of you outside
of the fact that neither of you consistently have stayed on it so really sarah's the only one we
need to ask if something's happening so are you still doing it tal i've like skipped days so listen
we we came up with some new research training and um we realized we're really doing this wrong
because the lady that we have researched the things that are coming out of her make me want to vomit.
Our straight up snake.
And so you have to do like juicing and enemas and all this stuff.
If you want like the big guys to come out.
Yeah.
Like you have to like do like,
like hope,
like eat nothing.
Well,
like,
like broths and juicing
and just like
fruit and vegetables.
Like Daniel Fast.
Starving the parasite
as well. Like a detox.
Like a detox. And then every
night you grab your bucket
your coffee enema.
Oh, so it's a coffee enema?
I can't do that. That simulates all of the...
Gets activity going?
Yes.
Oh.
And the things that are coming...
This woman that I found...
Have you seen the stuff that came out?
Yes.
Yeah.
It's nasty.
It's...
At that point, when I saw that, I was like, I'm doing this wrong.
Totally wrong.
I'm doing this wrong. Is she using the same product as you?
No.
It's a 10-day detox parasite cleanse.
Okay, so whoever wrote this question, which I don't know how long ago they wrote it.
We did send some stuff to her, and I told her Natalie is going to be coming on in a couple weeks.
So maybe Natalie can give a little more insight in something that like isn't just from TikTok.
Oh, are you kidding me?
Yeah, but it's real.
But it's real.
But it's also from TikTok.
Yeah, it's also real.
So we're talking about a parasite cleanse
that you guys pulled off of TikTok.
Yes.
It's a China cleanse.
Well, I don't, the person's not from China,
but yeah, TikTok has totally said this is a great idea. And's a China cleanse? Well, I don't, the person's not from China, but yeah,
TikTok has totally said
this is a great idea.
And that's why I keep saying,
I don't want to share
this information
like we know
what we're talking about.
Just like you said,
you know nothing about nothing
and we know nothing
about nothing.
Yeah, don't do it, people.
I mean,
or do hers.
We don't have responsibility.
Exactly.
Thank you.
That's why I said Natalie
and I did email her back.
And I said Natalie is going to be on.
So maybe we can just ask her real quick what her thoughts are on parasite cleanses.
Because she was in the comments and she was saying her part.
Oh, yeah.
If anybody knows anything.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
That can actually add some like educational.
Thank you.
Yes.
Take what Tracy and I say with a grain of salt.
Every time.
Every single time. Because, I mean, I don't know what they pass their ACTs a grain of salt. Every time. Every single time.
Because, I mean, I don't know what they pass their ACTs or SATs with,
but I can bet you with your bottom dollar that Natalie's is higher than theirs.
1,000%.
If you want a good brow girl, you come to me.
I'll give you a good brow girl, but don't come to me for a better cyclist.
Not for, like, educational purposes.
Like, we just try things and see what happens.
Well, me and Tracy have the same brow girl.
So look at my brows and look at me and look at Vanessa's.
Oh my gosh.
You want a close up of these brows?
Yes.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
It's the style, guys.
Yeah.
She got them laminated.
You know what she reminds me of right now?
The villain that chased that old grandpa that was bald that chased the smurfs that's what i said tracy looks like
not tracy does that's what tracy looked like maybe to you as a man that's what i'm saying to you i
look like your brows right now no you don't look like him. Your brows do. Oh, my gosh. They're fun. They're party brows.
There is nothing like Talia's mother, though, before they left for New Jersey.
I don't care what anybody says.
I laughed for a good 30.
I have that on video, by the way.
I laughed for a good 30.
Oh, my gosh.
For crying laughing.
So funny.
It was almost nothing I could do to stop.
Oh, my gosh. It was bad. It was bad. It was pretty bad. It was almost nothing I could do to stop. Oh, my gosh.
It was bad.
It was bad.
It was pretty bad.
It was awesome, though.
Nothing like a good laugh, people.
A merry heart is good medicine.
Isn't that what the word says?
One hundred percent.
It does.
It does say that.
And if it's at the expense of Talia's mother, so be it.
She can handle it.
She can handle it.
She probably laughed with you.
Big shoulders.
She does. She does. She can handle anything. Oh, man. Okay, let's go to the next question. Okay be it. She can handle it. She can handle it. She probably laughed with you. Big shoulders. She does.
She does.
She can handle anything.
Oh, man.
Okay, let's go to the next question.
Okay, good.
Let's talk about CBD.
Okay, perfect.
Let's do it.
Okay, listen.
I've never done a drug in my life.
So, listen, I was a terrible human being.
I was, when I wasn't saved, I was, I drank.
Like getting drunk was my cup of tea, okay?
And being violent and angry all day long.
I loved it.
But drugs, no.
Drugs weren't my thing.
So I know very little about this, but I do know enough.
And then I did some research on it to, like, back up what I believed.
So I didn't find facts that back up what I believe.
I just found the facts.
So the question is, what's your opinion on CBD concentrate? So CBD, which is called cannabidiol, cannabidol, I don't know,
is naturally, it's a natural occurring cannabinoid constituent of cannabis.
So most distributors of CBD oil claim that their product has a very low amount of THS,
which is the tetrahydrocannaboyol, which is what people get high off of.
Yeah, THC.
Yeah.
The principle of THC is a psychoactive constituent, which makes you be high.
Okay?
So CBD oil does not have that. Um, but, but what it can do is it can, um,
the oil can help joints. It can, it has many purposes. This is where it's a plant can be
actually used and it actually be actual actual.
This is where, you know, like people go out into the woods and then they use different, like mushrooms are actually,
you can get high off of them
or you can actually use them for health purposes.
There are many things that God created
that are good for us healthy wise.
And so that you're not out there using pharmaceutical drugs
that are based on synthetic things, right?
God gave us things that we could actually,
like aloe, when you burn yourself, you can use aloe
because it's a natural product that actually heals the skin,
removes the sting.
There's different things that God created to help us.
This just so happens to be
one of those cases in my opinion okay I'm lacking at the girls yeah if you feel differently though
just say I do not agree so CBD oil they say is good for chronic pain anxiety depression cancer
related ailments and others without producing the mind-altering effects of THS found in marijuana.
So there was a farm bill in December 2018,
which allowed the production and marketing of CBD oil in all 50 states.
That's why we're seeing all these stores all over creation.
Do you know, girls, when they sell CBD oil in these stores,
and you might not know this at all,
do they also sell
like medical marijuana where you can smoke because I know in states like Colorado and
states like that miracle medical marijuana is actually legal can you buy those in those states
where you can walk in and buy like a joint I don't know i don't know i know we have i know the cbd oil
stores are like off the charts like yeah yeah do they do brownies in there i don't know like
brownies are for getting high right yeah yes okay see again i don't know what is that like
people make them themselves people make brownies themselves yeah oh really and what do you do you stick the
i've never made it so i don't know okay that's interesting i can find a recipe on pinterest
my kids know a lot about all this stuff but they just know it like there's even gum researching
even gummies that you can eat that they have they make you high really like my kids know all this
stuff i'm like how do you know this?
They're like, how do you not know this?
You can look up anything, mom.
I'm like, well, because I don't care.
Right.
That's my problem.
I'm like, I don't care about that stuff.
But they're just, it's like one rabbit trail to there.
But kids, like that generation, they research everything.
That's why they believe no one.
Yeah.
Right.
Exactly.
They believe no one until they research it out themselves. Right. Which ways people is a very good thing 100 okay so it's extracted from
the hemp plant and it's not related to the marijuana plant which i did that part i did not
know the oil has less than 0.3 th thc content um dry weight measure, which is super interesting.
Because the dry weight is actually the more effective way, I believe,
to weigh something when it comes to this.
Because it's going to tell you the actual weight of it, the dry weight.
It's like when you're measuring ingredients, you always measure them dry.
You don't measure them wet or with a thicker consistency.
Okay.
Because then it wouldn't be true, correct?
Does that make sense to you guys?
I think so, yeah.
Okay.
It makes sense to me, but at the same time, I sit there going,
hmm, I don't know.
Okay, so even in large doses, this does not create an intoxicated state.
So in June 2018, the World Health Organization, that bastion of right-wing conservatism plus we just
believe everything they say right reported CBD oil safe just like they
reported other things safe and effective they say it's non intoxicating and it's
got a non addictive it's so I'll say it like this.
So it doesn't, there has no intoxication process.
You can't get intoxicated from it,
and you cannot become addicted to it, okay?
CBD exhibits no effects indicative of any abuse or dependence potential.
So for me, I'm gonna just tell you this.
I think that you can actually use CBD oild oil i know lots of people who have it does absolutely nothing i've been in their presence when they used it it did absolutely nothing for them and
i mean it soothes like one of them had um what's those things with your feet get that you're not rheumatoid arthritis,
but like people have this problem with their feet as they get older.
I can't remember what it was, but they were dealing with this
and they would put the CBD oil on the bottom of their feet
and it actually gave them some help.
So, but they never were, they were in law enforcement,
so they weren't, they weren't trying to get high or anything,
but it actually gave them some relief.
So I say you can absolutely use it if it's not causing any mind altering.
Anything mind altertering is sin.
Okay? So if you're getting high, you have a prescription card for legal marijuana,
and you're going to go and smoke weed because you can legally do it.
But it's mind-altering, okay?
So is a glass of wine.
And both of them are legal.
But both of them are sin if they take you to an intoxicated state.
Anything that changes how your mind works, then it is sin.
But CBD oil, I don't think it's sin at all.
I think you can use it, and there's no, you know, spiritually speaking, there's no
ramifications for it, but I don't care who tells you it's okay to do it. If the Bible says,
do not be drunk, which is being intoxicated, which is being buzzed, which is feeling very like,
but a lot of people drink wine every night because it relaxes them. Okay. That's anything
that's altering your mind or altering yourself and you're drinking it so they become relaxed.
Okay. You need to understand that sin. And if you were to take your blood alcohol level,
you would find out that you shouldn't be driving a car. If you don't, if it's, if you wouldn't be
allowed to drive a vehicle, then you are in a buzz
and you are now cross the line into sin
and it's not worth salvation.
So I would say, do not get high,
even though the government says you can.
If God says you can't,
you're not gonna be able to go to heaven and say,
well, they told me I could.
And he's gonna be like, but I told you you couldn't.
Okay, who's your Lord?
Is it the government or is it god
so that's that let's move to the next question listen girls three today i'm banging them out
my goodness professional and i even talked about the clips rock and roll don't stop me
i'm on a roll go go go go okay next, go. Okay, next question. I wanted to say go, go, speed racer.
That's aging me.
That's definitely aging me.
My husband recently mentioned to me
that it isn't his job to make me happy.
Isn't it his job as a husband to make me happy?
He states it's in the Bible.
Okay, I would love to know where that's in the Bible.
Never seen that before in my life.
But I will tell you this, it's not his job to make you happy.
This is a yes and a no question, okay?
But ultimately, nobody can fill that role.
And nobody can fill your tank, okay?
If you're expecting a man or a person to do that.
Let's get into this. And I'm not going
to, I'm not trying to bust your chops, but spiritually speaking, this question, it shows me
where you're at and you're very either new in your walk or you're extremely in it in an extremely
immature believer. Okay. Which you got to fix that.
So let's look at the scripture. What's a husband's job? Ephesians 5.25 says,
husbands love your wives just as Christ has also loved the church and gave himself for her.
So what does Ephesians 25 actually mean? Let's look at the Greek word love here. And we see this word actually used in John 3, 16, and then also in 1 John 4, 8.
So we're going to read John 3, 16, which we know.
Now, I did it in the one that we all know, which is,
For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son.
I'm going to do it pretty fast because we all have it memorized.
But that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life.
For God so loved the world.
And so when a husband, in Ephesians 5.25, his role, a husband, love your wives,
that is the God kind of love, okay?
Is it God's job to make us happy?
Girls, is it God's job to make us happy?
No.
No. No.
1 John 4, 8 says, He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.
Okay, so that's twofold.
He who does not love, remember that.
So if you do not love, then you do not know God.
That's pretty frightening.
For God is love.
That kind of love that that's referring to goes back to Ephesians 5.25.
So let's look.
I made a list.
So a husband's love should look like this.
It's divine because this love ornates in God himself. So he has a
divine kind of love, right? We have the divinity, okay? It's self-sacrificing, which is giving of
oneself. So you're going to give yourself up, right? There's only one way right a man when a man loves his wife it's one way he loves her whether or not
she loves in return okay that's a tough that's I mean for women ours is way easier than men
men than what men have so when God God loves us and he's rejected by most of humanity, correct? But in so much, he still loves.
So a husband, but in any of that, does that say that God's job is to make us happy?
No.
No.
And you go, well, if he loves me, that's part of happiness.
No, it's not.
It's not.
Number four, free to relate, which is no matter, like, there are people who absolutely hate and resent God.
They cannot stand him.
But even in all of that, even through all that rejection and resentment, does God ever stop loving them?
No.
He still loves them in spite of that.
That's a husband's job.
When a woman gets angry and bitter at him,
he still must love.
Now she's supposed to submit
and women think that,
like you just said,
the F word.
Which one's easier though? true i mean would you rather would you want to
have what a man has to do right i'd rather submit all day long yeah for real it's a tough job to be
a priest of a home okay so now i will say this. If he's loving you correctly,
there will be happiness that's involved, okay?
But that does not mean that that is his job to make you happy.
It is absolutely positively not his job to make you happy.
It is his job to love you in spite of you sometimes.
And that's the truth.
But your happiness is never going to be found in your husband.
And if you're looking for that, then he's your idol.
Your husband is your idol.
He is your God.
And that is a very dangerous place to put a person in.
You can do that with your kids.
There are some people that look for happiness through their children.
That is extremely dangerous. Your
children are your idols. And God says, I will have no idol before me. There is no one that takes his
place. We have to make sure that order is always in order, right? That things perspective is always being put into the right things.
Let's see.
Okay, like I said, he can't fill your tank,
and it's never going to happen.
And it's only temporary.
There is absolutely no one on the face of this earth that can consistently make anybody happy all the time.
Correct.
It's not possible.
Right.
And I will say this, for someone to expect someone to make them happy,
you're quite self-absorbed potentially.
Yeah, I agree.
And I'm not saying you are.
I'm saying you might be.
You need to, that's why I say you're either very immature in your walk with God
because you're new or you've not grown.
That's dangerous.
And you really only will ever become happy when you solidify your walk with God.
When you trust in the Trinity, which is God, Holy Spirit, Jesus Christ himself, okay, which is the word.
When you actually have a solid walk in your relationship,
then that's when you will find true happiness. Because what anyone says, what anybody does,
whatever is going on in your life will never affect you. Your happiness is found through that relationship that you have in your Christian walk.
Okay, so how do I know this?
Let's look at Psalm 1611.
It says, you will show me the path of life and your presence is fullness of joy.
At your right hand are pleasures forevermore.
So where do you find, you know, joy?
It's in his presence.
Okay.
Galatians 5.22 says, but the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, long suffering,
goodness, kindness, faithfulness, and then it goes on.
Okay.
So all of us are filled with the fruits of the Spirit,
which is the Holy Spirit gives them to us.
All of us are filled.
All of us have the fruits of the Spirit.
Are you using them, though?
Do you pull them out as needed?
When you need joy, are you using joy?
It is your job to put it on.
It is your job to use it.
It's not your husband's job to say,
Hey, Susie, pull joy out of use it. It's not your husband's job to say, hey, Susie, pull Joy
out of the closet. That's not his job. It's your job to use the gifts that have been provided to
you. So it's up to you. I'm trying to free you from yourself. Even though I might be irritating
the crap out of you right now, I'm trying to free you. Because once you don't rely on somebody else to make you happy, you'll be the happiest thing
on the face of the earth. Romans 15, 13 says, now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and
peace in believing that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy. Who does
your joy come from? The Lord. Yes. Okay. If you want to be filled with joy, you got to activate
it. Okay. It's not your husband's fault. It's your fault because it's your job. Okay. It is your
job. That's what those scriptures that I just read it to you.
Ecclesiastes 2.26 says,
For God gives wisdom and knowledge and joy to a man who is good in his sight.
Put to the center, and then it goes on to tell about the center.
If you are God's child, if you are his, then he gives wisdom, knowledge, and joy.
And we should be praying for wisdom every single day.
Every day you should pray for wisdom and knowledge.
Because if you have wisdom and knowledge, it unlocks the key to everything.
But you're crazy if you're not wanting joy.
It's your job.
You're ask and you shall have.
Right?
That's what it says. If you ask me, I'll shall have. Right. That's what it says.
If you ask me, I'll give it to you is exactly what he says.
So if you want joy, then you got to ask for it.
And the thing is, is then it's your job, whether you take it and you put it on.
And the thing is, is sometimes you're going to be in a bad mood and you're going to have
to overcome your bad mood and you're going to have to walk that out.
And then you're going to have to walk in out and then you're going to have to walk in joy happiness is temporary exactly joy is forever right and and and happiness is a
feeling and we don't trust our feelings never trust your feelings so i will tell you this if i
if i trusted tom for my happiness or to provide me my happiness,
I'd be in big, flipping trouble.
Not because he's not happy.
I mean, the man makes me laugh.
But listen, his job is to concentrate and to focus on his walk with God.
My job is to focus on my walk with God.
And then when we're together, we're a strong unit.
And then we're an unstoppable force.
Tom is a cherry on top.
He is not my all in all.
Whatever life has for him that day,
and however he decides to walk that out that day,
never affects me.
It doesn't.
Because if he's in a good mood, then great.
But if he's in a bad mood, then but if he's in a bad mood then great it's
not gonna affect my life that way and he lives the same way about me because then you're you're
like a wave tossed to and fro however that spouse wakes up in the morning you're in trouble your
husband shouldn't even focus on making you happy because then he's, he's driven by your feelings and that's dangerous.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Good.
So,
um,
let me see.
I'm going to skip some of these notes.
Skip some notes.
Okay.
So my last thing I'm going to skip all the way down cause I'm going to get to
something that I got 15 minutes left.
And listen, I didn't take anything away from you,
just so you know, all the things that I had to add
were basically everything I already said.
It's just reiterating it.
But I will tell you this.
Whoever wrote this question, if you could have your husband
give the scripture where it says he's not responsible for your joy,
I'd love to
see that because I don't see in scripture anywhere that the husband, God specifically says husbands
don't have to, unless it's just in general, we're responsible. Like I just said in scripture there,
if he's uses those scriptures, he's 100% right. But you need to find the scriptures that say that
he's responsible for your happiness. That's what you need to find. scriptures that say that he's responsible for your happiness.
That's what you need to find.
If you believe he is, then you need to find those scriptures.
Because his job is to love you as Christ loved the church.
But Christ was not making people happy when he walked this earth.
Just so you know.
He made a lot of people mad.
So his job is to love you, to give his life for you,
to lead you, and to cause you to persevere.
And I will say this, to persevere and to make you strive to have a better walk with God.
I will tell you that Tom challenges me,
because he's the priest of our home.
He challenges me almost daily to look at myself and reflect upon what ground have I gained today in my walk with God.
Okay, because I don't want to be left behind.
And that's what a good man does.
A good priest of his home is making sure that you and the kids
are going in the same direction, which is up, not lateral.
It's not lateral.
Yeah, not a lateral movement.
Lateral movements.
I want to go horizontal movements.
Left and right trip me up.
I know.
Me too.
Horizontal, lateral trip me up.
I know.
It's hard.
It's about the same amount of knowledge as my eclipse information.
Oh, man.
It's the hair color.
So I wanted to talk about this because I think this is like.
It's super important.
Yeah.
That's super important.
Add to that.
Go ahead.
Because if you think about it, the divorce rate within the church is even.
It's close to the divorce rate outside in the world, right?
Yeah.
And I wonder if it's because of that thought process.
He's supposed to make me happy and he's not making me happy.
Or vice versa.
Or she's supposed to.
Yeah.
Because guys can feel the same way.
Why isn't she, why doesn't she do what I want her to do?
If she would just do what I wanted her to do, then I'd be happy. You'll never be happy. Even if she does everything you want her to do.
Yep. It's true. If she does everything you wanted her to do for you, you will never be happy.
It's like always going looking people. It's, it's no different than when I get this car,
I'll be happy. When I get to have a baby, I'll be happy. When I go on this next trip, I'll be happy.
It's never ending because that void can only be filled by the Lord himself.
I agree.
Absolutely.
It's an empty hole that only he can fill.
Mm-hmm.
Yep.
But people are always looking for the next thing because they think the next thing's it.
Right.
When really it's right in front of them.
So, now this is interesting what I'm going to talk about.
Okay.
Because I, I don't know,, I just ran past this.
There's a guy that I really like.
He's, if I remember right, he's a part,
I've seen him with Andrew Womack a bunch,
and he's just a very solid believer.
But what he did is he did this study on life after death.
People who've had death experiences and either went to heaven or
went to hell or went to both or whatever. And he had this one gentleman that I watched this,
and we're not going to do it right now, but I gave Tracy the link because I want you to watch
this testimony. I actually was telling Jeff about this, Vanessa. I was talking to him about it
earlier in the week. And I told him I would give him the link, but I didn't give it to him on
purpose because I wanted to find the specific one that I had. And the other reason is I didn't want
him to show it to you. So, but I had to find this one that I just found. I found yesterday,
so I couldn't give it to him sooner. But so he this man he did this story um he had this man uh let's see let me let me go back there's a man named
Howard Pittman Howard Pittman in 1975 was it 1979 August 3rd 1979 had died he actually had an aneurysm and he ended up passing away. Now, this guy named Howard Pittman,
he was a Baptist preacher. He was a law enforcement officer. And in his life during up to this time,
well, I think, I don't know how many at this time because he ended
up living to tell this story but throughout his life he had fostered and I believe adopted now
he didn't adopt all of them but he had fostered 32 kids oh my gosh yes so he was a good man like
he was a good moral a strong character of individual like like his job high integrity obviously a baptist
pastor and things like that so he suffers this aneurysm and he he dies he dies but he doesn't
go to heaven how's that possible he said the sinner's prayer, he's eternally secure.
But he died, he went to hell.
And he said that when he died, it was very dark. Now, listen, he didn't die and go to hell
because for people who have the Calvinist mindset,
well, God only used that
so they could tell what hell was like.
No, when you hear the story
no he was going to hell and he even was like perplexed by this because he's like I'm eternally
secure I said the sinner's prayer what are you talking about I'm secure in my salvation that
if you whether you want to believe his testimony or not, is up to you.
But what I will tell you is I'm going to share this testimony
because it is riveting.
Everyone needs to hear it.
And it goes back to what we started to at the very beginning.
Why do we do what we do?
And everybody, I was talking to Vanessa and Tracy in Italia before we even
started this podcast. And I said to them, one of the things that I try and do, and I'm not
always successful with it, but for the most part, and I feel like I was telling Vanessa, I feel like
not that the other girls don't, but me and Vanessa were talking about something specifically about
both of us. And I find that her and I, although we are not perfect by no means, I was saying one of the
things is, is if we feel the Lord tell us not to do it, that conviction will make us not do it
anymore. There's always, everybody should always be self-reflecting, not with condemnation,
because condemnation, there is no one that's, there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ.
There's conviction, though.
And everybody should be reflecting on the things that they say throughout the day,
the motives behind what they do, the heart behind what they do.
You should be dissecting so that you're always refining and purifying.
That's what we're supposed to be doing with ourselves.
We refine ourselves.
We're to purify
ourselves right that's what the word tells us to pure our purify yourselves you've got something
center how did that go purify your i don't know but whatever so he goes he's he goes to hell
it's very dark he says but while he's in um while he's there, when he first arrives, he says it's very like,
he felt abandoned, he said.
But while he's there, he says he sees this like, you know, ticker tapes like in New York,
how they come down and they spin?
Oh, yeah.
Okay.
So he said it was like confetti.
But it's like ticker tapes.
So he said while he's there, how he could see and read this
because it was so dark, but he was able to.
Three times this ticker tape spins, and three times he can read it.
And on that ticker tape, it says Hebrews 9.27.
And what did Hebrews 9.27 say?
And he reads it as it spins.
It says, and as it is appointed unto men wants to die,
but after this, the judgment.
So he reads it three times.
And as it is appointed unto men wants to die,
but after this, the judgment.
He realizes he's dead.
He has died.
But the problem is, is how can he be in hell? And so he's obviously concerned.
So he asks God to give him one more time, give him a second chance because he remembers Hezekiah
turns his face to the wall and God gave him an extra 15 years. So he's like asking God to do
the same thing. No. So what happens after this, it's super interesting,
but for time's sake, we're going to just keep moving past all that, okay?
But again, we'll put the link at the end,
and then they can watch all of that.
I've got a very long hair on my arm.
Okay.
So the next thing that happens,
the next thing he sees happening is something that we see in Ephesians 6.12.
He goes, he's out of, it doesn't say he's out of hell, but he gets taken to this next place.
And in the next place is a big table.
And around the table is the spirits and principalities.
And he sees Satan himself.
And he's like, everything is being acted out in front of him.
Ephesians 6.12 says,
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities,
against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world,
against spiritual wickedness in high places.
So now he says he's in this room, and it's like a war room. He says Satan does
nothing without a plan. Nothing. And he said that there are spirits that are over principalities.
So he said, so like a continent, you can have a continent that only has one principality,
but there's only one principality for that continent because they're really not doing anything.
Like if you look at Haiti, Haiti probably would only have one principality.
Why? Because they're already gone.
They don't do anything God related for the most part.
That's why we're sending missionaries and they're like crazy because but there are certain areas like if you look at Europe, God is almost non-existent there.
So maybe that would only have wrong principality
because he only sends, because he's limited, right?
He's limited on the number of spirits that he has,
the number of demons he has.
So he has to manage,
but he only sends to the degree in which it is needed. And he said,
Howard says that America has many principalities and these princes over these
principalities.
And he said,
the princes are like the angels that had fallen.
The one third of the angels that had fallen that Satan took with them.
So a prince is given demons
and he said that some principalities,
it'll be a man, one man,
one person will have a principality
because they're doing mighty things for God.
So it just depends.
But America has many principalities.
So I'm going to move fast, fast, fast.
Revelation 13, 7.
So he said that when he was there, he got to see one of Satan's plans.
But he said he knew this plan because he had already seen it.
He had seen it in Revelation 13.
Revelation 13, 7 says, nation. All who dwell on the earth will worship him whose names have not been written in the book
of life of the lamb slain from the foundation of the world. If anyone has an ear, let him hear.
So Satan's plan is to capture the church. And he said that, and I'm going to quote you what he said. He goes, that is why we see, and this was, if you watch this,
this man is elderly.
He passed away in 2019.
But he was preaching this because this was when he came back to his body.
God gave him a mission.
And the mission was to preach five things to the church.
And what he said is that Satan already had captured the church,
and God is fighting for them back because they're the Laodicean church,
which you need to look that up.
It's not good.
But he said Satan has already captured it.
And the reason he knows he has is because, and he uses this term, because we have cotton candy
religion today. That's 1979 is when he originally started this. Okay. Because we have cotton candy.
How much worse has it gotten today? Yeah. So bad. That there's doctrines of demons, which is,
I hate, if you're a Baptist, I'm sorry,
but that theology, even he has now said,
is not good because it's not the true word of God.
Anything that tells you you can live
any kind of way you want to,
and after you've said the sinner's prayer, you're locked in,
and you're set, and you're secure, is very dangerous.
Any religion that tells you to pray to saints and to go to a priest,
and the priest is the only thing that will forgive you of your sins,
when the Word clearly says the only person that can forgive you of your sins
is Jesus himself.
We're not to call anyone father but him. And yet we have religions
that people are going and they're meeting with the priest and what do they call them? Father.
These are doctrines of demons and it's very dangerous. First Timothy 4.1 is the great
apostasy. And this is what he was talking about. Now the spirit expressly says, then the latter
time some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving
spirits and doctrines of demons.
That is
what he was talking about.
It clearly says
that you can lose your salvation.
Now the Spirit expressly says in the latter
times some will depart from the faith.
If they are not a part of it, how do you
depart from it?
Some will say, well, they didn't really believe in it. Then how are you a part of it, how do you depart from it? You have to. And some will say, well, they didn't really believe in it.
Then how are you a part of it?
You were never a part of it then because you didn't really believe it
or you didn't mean it when you said it.
Makes no sense whatsoever.
He goes on to speak about spiritual warfare.
And he says that his denomination, he went to seminary.
It was never spoken about.
It was never preached on it.
He never preached on it. Spiritual warfare, What do we hear about all the time? Now, if you're full
gospel, full gospel, tongue talkers, you know about spiritual warfare. For sure. Big time.
And that's one of the things that we do have a little leg up. But when you speak in tongues,
or you're filled with the Spirit
and then you act like the devil
after you leave the church service,
how are you any different?
You're not.
You can't behave like that.
Speak in tongues
and then you go out
and you're cussing
or gossiping
or just you're jealous i mean there's a lot of marriages where
the spouses are extreme one spouse is very jealous of the other that's all sin when he talks about
how spiritual for where for where warfare works it is um all done through hate and fear.
What are we seeing in the world today?
That's how Satan runs things with his principalities,
but that's how also how a lot of people are run.
A lot of people walk in fear.
And what is this world being,
what is tearing up this country right now all over the world?
Hate.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It's, it's,
it's being perpetuated um but a lot of believers
are even they're like it's not even on the it's not even on the the screen for them right you know
um they don't even know what's going on in the spiritual realm they never pray about the
spiritual realm shame on you if you're not everybody should be going after it that's part
of the restraining so then it goes to the gates of heaven and you're like, everybody should be going after it. That's part of the restraining.
So then he goes to the gates of heaven.
And you're like, why are you telling me all this?
Because I have a purpose.
So then he goes to the gates of heaven and he's not allowed in.
But he is allowed to plea his case to be able to go back to his body so that he doesn't die and go to hell.
So he's there to plead his case.
And part of what he pleads is his Baptist theologies,
which is a work-based theology.
And so he says he was eternally secure,
or that he believed in eternal security,
that he said the sinner's prayer.
His defense is based on his good works.
And the response from the Lord was,
this is his exact words,
your faith is dead.
Your works are in vain.
And God then went on to tell him that his life that he lived was an abomination.
That was exactly, it was an abomination
and it was no different than the Pharisees.
Wow.
And then he continued to tell them millions of other Christians are just like him,
and they're living in that same condition.
Then he's destroyed.
Oh, my God.
The angels take him away.
And then they're like, regroup, collect yourself.
And then they bring him back. And this time he says nothing.
Because he knows that everything that the Lord has said up to this point.
Oh, wait a minute.
I skipped a spot.
Before that, the Lord told him that he worshed a false God. And he's like,
Lord, Lord, who is that? And he said, it's yourself. You worshiped yourself. All those
things that you did, that you mentioned you did, all those works were for you. They were not for
me. He said, but Lord, I called you Lord every day. He goes, no, you called me Lord. I was never your Lord.
Yes, you can call me that. But either, yes, he said, you never made me your Lord. And how many
of us is that true of though? Let's seriously look at our lives and let's look at how we walk
each day out. And how much is Lord really Lord of our lives
and how much is it our life that we fit him into it right it's dangerous
so like I said the angels take him away he regroups the next time he goes back he says
nothing which was probably the wisest decision on his mind. Smart call. All he does is he listens to the Lord.
But he said one of the things that profound him is the Lord literally,
he's like, the Lord wasn't mad at him.
The Lord felt bad for him.
And the Lord, even in spite of that,
he could feel the pain and the compassion of the Lord for him.
The Lord gives him back his life, and he tells him,
I'm going to send you on a mission. And his mission is a five-point message for the church, which is the Lord for him. So the Lord gives him back his life and he tells him, I'm going to send you on a mission.
And his mission is a five point message for the church, which is very timely for today.
He said, you need to, you need to go back and you need to tell the churches.
And then I'm going to give you the link and you're going to, he's going to tell you the
five, the mission statement with the five points that he was supposed to be.
They are very timely for today. Okay. So what I want to tell you is this in the 15 minutes, which
this is what riveted my soul. I was talking to my son about this today because he actually used
a statistic and he didn't even know I was going to talk about any of this, but we were talking about death and the percentages of people who,
he said to me, only 1% go to heaven, Mom.
We were talking about people dying,
and he didn't even know I was going to talk about this today, 1%.
And I was like, well, that's interesting you're talking to me about this
because in the 15 minutes that this man was like, well, that's interesting you're talking to me about this, because in the 15 minutes that this man was dead,
he saw 2,000 people who actually had died as well.
And he said out of that 2,000 people, he only saw 50 enter into heaven.
Only 50 made it.
And so if that's the case,
then that's two and a half percent.
Right?
Two and a half percent of all who claim,
you know,
lots of people don't claim to be Christians.
Lots of people, you know,
are Buddhist and they're Muslim
and like they're definitely not.
But I'm going to show you,
I have some statistics
for you. Um, two and a half percent, he said only two and a half percent went to heaven and that's
in 1979. Who knows what it would be today, right? Let's look at it. So approximately there's 8
billion people on the earth, right? 8 billion. And there's only 2.4 billion that say they're Christians.
Out of all that 8, there's only 2.4.
That is 31% of the world population.
Okay?
Are all those people really saved, though?
No.
Would you say all those people are really saved?
No way.
There's no way, because a lot of people are Calvinist,
and they believe they're eternally secure.
Listen, I know some wonderful Baptist people that are holiness-based,
but I know way more Baptist people that live like the devil
because they're eternally secure.
The grace is sufficient.
And what did Paul tell us?
Do not take grace and use it and abuse it.
It was not a license to sin.
But a lot of people who have the Calvinist mindset, they believe that grace will cover
a multitude of sin.
And they said the sinner's prayer so they're
golden i've literally heard baptist preachers say that you can be a homosexual and you will go to
heaven as long as you said the sinner's prayer that is not true they're the associated really
related churches a lot of the associated related churches, their doctrine is Calvinist.
There is no ramifications for sin.
Associated related churches, which is ARC, is an extremely dangerous denomination.
There are a lot of people who use that denominational curriculum that are Assembly of God, that are Church of God, that are Methodist, that are Baptist.
I see them.
We got 36 of them around this area, at least 36, that pull all their messages from there.
So they're teaching that doctrine, that theology, even though their doctrine has something else that it says.
So they'll go to the pastors that tickle people's ears.
What does the Word of God say about that?
Don't.
Exactly.
I'm going to read to you scripture. So if there's 8 million people that walk,
well, we're just going to say 8 million people.
We're not going to decipher that some of them aren't Christians, right?
Let me actually do that.
So it said that there was 2.4 billion
2.4 oh i can't do it that way type in 2.4 billion
uh times 2.5 percent tell me how many that is.
60 million.
That means out of every, that's frightening.
Yes.
That means that if Jesus was to return today
and that statistic was actually accurate,
which most people think when they think narrow is the way
and few there be that find it,
they think that it's like 30, 40, 50%. Yeah. Or actually not 50 because narrow is the way and few there be that find it, they think that it's like 30, 40, 50%.
Yeah.
Or actually not 50 because narrow is the way.
But most people don't think it would be 2.5%.
Okay.
If that is, that means only 60 million people.
Yep.
Which is better than the Jehovah Witness because only 120,000 with them.
So, I mean, if you want to look at the bright side of things.
But I'm just saying,
uh, like people need to evaluate that your Christian walk is a serious thing. Like people
treat it flippantly. People literally will. I've had, I've had kids, youth kids say to me
because they wanted to have sex with their boyfriend. And our denomination teaches sex outside of marriage is a sin.
And so what they said is, well, we're going to go back to this church because we're allowed
to do it there.
Doesn't change the fact that it's a sin.
It does not.
There's just no conviction for them at the other church.
Okay.
You can leave a church that teaches conviction and teaches that there is ramifications
for heaven and hell. I mean, ramifications for sin, it's either heaven or hell for you.
And then if you don't want to hear that anymore, cause you kind of like want to do your own thing.
So you switch and go to a weak church. It doesn't mean that the circumstances change.
Doesn't change the Bible. Right. But people feel like that. I feel more
comfortable here.
I hope that the heat's
very comfortable for you too in hell
if your life is not good. Because most people
leave
places like Foundation Church
not because they're going to grow stronger
in their walk, but because they want to
become comfortable in their walk.
They want less accountability.
Yes.
For sure.
Less accountability and more permissive lifestyles.
More freedom.
Which is frightening because that's not good.
Let's look at Scripture.
Then I'm going to back myself up.
7.13 through 23 says,
Narrow is the way.
Enter by the narrow gate,
for wide is the gate,
and broad is the way that leads to destruction.
And there are many who go in by it,
because narrow is the gate and difficult.
This is New King James.
And difficult is the way.
Sorry, people. it's not easy.
You have to burn off a lot of junk in your life.
You have to do what's not always comfortable
and you might have to be inconvenienced just a little.
But people can't even go to church every Sunday.
Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life.
And there are few who find it.
Okay, the Bible backs up.
Now, is it two and a half percent?
I don't know, but I know it's few.
The next thing is you will know them by their fruits.
And then Jesus gives a warning right after the narrow is the way.
He's warning you what not to do.
How this is missed, I do not know, but it is.
So he tells you what to do, which is to go the narrow road.
And then he gives you the instruction on how to get there,
which is beware of false prophets who come to you in sheep's clothing,
who inly they are ravenous wolves.
You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thorn bushes or figs from thistles? Are we fruit inspectors? Yes. that does not bear good fruit is cut down, thrown into the fire.
Therefore, by your fruit, you will know them.
Are we fruit inspectors?
Yes.
100%. Should you be inspecting your own fruit?
Yes.
Yes.
Are we accountable to one another?
Yes.
Yes.
So we inspect each other's fruit.
Why?
Accountability is key.
It'll keep you straight out of hell.
True.
Next, I never knew you,
which is what happened to Howard Pittman.
This is what it says. Not everyone who says to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter the kingdom of heaven,
but he who does the will of my father in heaven. So it goes back to, he said, Lord, I called you
every day. But he said, you never made me Lord of all. You never made me your Lord.
And that's how this happens.
You can say, Lord, Lord, I did all these things,
but you did not make him Lord of your life.
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord,
have we not prophesied in your name?
Why did you do that?
Why did you prophesy?
What's the motive behind your prophecy?
God will use you. He'll use anything.
But that doesn't mean your motive is behind being used or pure. Is it so that people think that
you're so holy or you've got a connection to God that they don't or whatever the case may be?
What's the motive behind doing those things for God? Cast out demons in your name and done many wonders in your name.
What's the purpose?
What you know, a lot of people are very wealthy because they walk in a healing power and they and people think that they're God.
And then they float in on a on a stage and they act like they are God.
And I'm not saying that that's how they feel. I'm just saying you need to make sure and keep all those things in check.
Because once you start believing it's you or because I'm able to be used by God,
all these things come to me because of that, it's very, very dangerous.
Very dangerous.
And I will declare to them, I never knew you.
Depart from me, you who practice lawlessness.
The motive of the heart is everything.
And people say, well, how do I know
I'm gonna make it to heaven then?
I don't even know, like, I don't feel like I live in sin.
I don't have a lifestyle.
Well, maybe you do.
Like, maybe you do have a lifestyle
and you don't even know it
because maybe you've never looked at the scriptures.
So what you think, you don't even know that you are sinning.
You are accountable for what you know,
but the thing is, is the longer you're a believer
and the more things that you don't take care of
because it's better to like not know,
that's not gonna work.
It is not gonna work.
It's a motive of the heart.
You can struggle with sin,
but it's a whole nother thing to live in it.
I'm going to give you a great example. We've been hitting gossip a lot because gossip is so easy.
There are lots of scriptures, and I'll touch on them next week because somebody had a really
great question. They're like, the Ten Commandments. I know the Ten Commandments, but what are the
other sins? There's plenty. It talks about it in Galatians, Ephesians, Corinthians. It talks about
the sins. It talks about it in Revelations., Ephesians, Corinthians. It talks about the sins. It talks about in Revelations. If you live these things,
live like this, you'll not inherit the kingdom of heaven. Look it up. You'll see it. One of those
things is one of the things that everybody does besides lying, and God says he hates it. One of
the things that he does is lying, and God hates lying, but God hates gossip, and both of them
are sins. Both of them will keep you out of heaven. People lie like there's nothing. Yeah, it's very true. What is going on over there?
We're losing a monitor, but it's all good. Oh, sorry, girl. People lie like there's no,
like nothing. Right. Like it's nobody's business. And they think white lies are okay. Right. White
lies are not okay. It is a lie. Yeah. Okay. So gossip,
I'm going to give you an example. I was talking to somebody this week. It was such a great
opportunity. And one of the things they were, they were saying is like, um, like even in your home,
where do you draw the line with gossip? Because pastor Tom said, if you, you can talk to your parents about things,
but if you're dealing with somebody
or dealing with things or whatever,
you can talk to your parents about that
because husbands and wives are allowed
to talk about each other.
And I said, that is absolutely true.
But there's always a line that we go and we cross.
And the line that's crossed is,
and people need
to be very wary of this. Yeah, you can actually talk to your spouse and bounce things off of them
and it not be sin and it not be gossip. You can't go and talk to, like, there's stuff that goes on.
I've said this a hundred times in this church. No one knows. We don't talk about it. The staff
doesn't talk about it because we will not cross the line into gossip. It is very
dangerous. I don't go to my friends and I don't tell them things. I don't. I keep my mouth shut.
I will not cross the line into gossip. It will not cause them to sin and I will not partake in the sin.
In a home, let's use this as an example, husband and wife are dealing with something.
You know when you've gone too far and when you're talking about the person or the subject, and now you're trying to tear that person
down, you're trying to make them sound horrible. It's, it's, it's a place where it's, it's no longer
trying to resolve an issue. It's an entertainment where you're bashing people and you're trying to ruin their character.
That's when you're gossiping.
Tom's point to it is, yes, there are people that you should be able to have a confidence in so that you can try and work things out,
but not where you take it to a place where it's entertainment and you're destroying people.
God looks at the heart.
What is the motive and the reason behind the heart in which
you are talking about that individual and what's the entertainment behind it? It's very dangerous.
It is heaven and hell. So kids, when you're talking to your parents, be very careful to the
line in which you talk about. And as a parent, you should stop because my kids, they know,
don't talk to us about certain people or not even certain people. Don't talk to us about people
to a certain degree. After that, it stops because now we've crossed over into gossip. And my kids
really don't do that. But if they did, they know it wouldn't work. Me and Tom, if we have something
we need to discuss, we only take it to a certain place. And then that discussion ends because even
he and I are not going to gossip.
We're not tearing down people. We're not ruining their reputation, even if it's between the two of
us. And very rarely do we ever talk about anybody, hardly ever. And you sit there and go, well, what
do you talk about then? That must be super boring. Okay, well, if that's your mindset, spiritually
speaking, you're in big trouble. Yeah, for sure.
You're in big, stinking trouble.
You need to get saved.
Yeah.
Okay?
What do we talk about?
We talk about there are so many things.
There's so many things in the Word.
And you go, well, that's boring.
It's because seek ye first the kingdom of God and all his righteousness.
You're bored with your walk.
That's why you're wanting your husband to make you happy.
Boom.
There it is.
So there's so much to talk about.
I'd rather me and Tom say nothing to each other and just smile at each other
than to be jealous of one another, think the worst of one another,
to gossip, to lie to him, to covet something
that somebody else has, to be envious of others. I know that there's nothing that I can't get and
nothing that I can't accomplish through Christ. So we'll go over those things next week because of that question. But seriously, if it is true and only
two and a half percent of people will be saved, then everybody, everybody needs to start going,
what is the motive of my heart? And why do I do what I do? And am I doing, is he Lord of my life?
Am I doing all that I'm supposed to be doing
with my Christian walk? If you want to say this prayer with me right now and get your life right,
let's do it right now. Let us know that you've done so. But that's powerful. I hope it resonated
with you. And I hope that it has triggered you to be self-reflective. Let's say this prayer. Heavenly Father,
Father God, I thank you for the ultimate sacrifice. I thank you for your life.
I thank you for the stripes that you bore on your back. I thank you for the sin that you carried
and bore and the forgiveness that was offered to me through the cross.
I ask you to forgive me of my sin. I ask you to be Lord of my life from this moment forward.
Not words that I say, but actions I live out daily for you from this moment forward. Whatever you tell me to
do, I do. Whatever you tell me not to do, I do not do. I go where you tell me to go. I will not go
where you tell me not to go. I am yours from this moment forward. I praise you. I thank you. In Jesus' mighty
name we pray. If you said that prayer, let us know, like I said, get a good Bible. If you just
rededicated your life because you're like, maybe that's me. Good for you. Good for you. Because
that is a humble person to be able to say, you know what? If I'm
good, I'm good. But you know what? Something concerns me. So I'm going to make sure that I am.
And if you did that, thank you. That's good. I'm happy because maybe you just made it sure that
you're in the two and a half percent. We will see you on Wednesday of next week. Hopefully we see
you on Sunday. I love you guys very much.
Thanks for sticking it out.
26 minutes after.
Be blessed in Jesus' mighty name.
Amen. Real Talk you you you you
