Starting point is 00:00:00 real talk real talk real talk real talk hello and welcome to the whole pot line and no this is not a burka. I am dressed for the holiday. From head to toe. I would not call myself Miss America, but I might call myself Ms. America. Because, you know, you have to enter a beauty contest to be in the Miss America and you win that sucker. I can promise you that. But I might do Miz. Okay. Because that's really not a competition.
Starting point is 00:00:50 Is that MZ? MZ. No. MZ. Miz. No, M-S. Oh, yeah. No, I think it should be MZ. I think it should, too.
Starting point is 00:00:58 I feel like that's a, like, M-Z. Oh. Not like a Miss. Miz. M-S. MZ. That's how like Ms. Ms. Ms. Ms. Ms. That's how we roll. But I feel like I told the girls, I feel like I'm, what's her name?
Starting point is 00:01:14 Dr. Burks. Yeah. What's her first name? Dr. Leslie? I think that's right. That's just, I didn't even have to dig for that. It just popped out. Check it. She might be wrong. That's right. That's just, I didn't even have to dig for that. It just popped out.
Starting point is 00:01:25 Check it. She might be wrong. That's true. Now that she's saying that she really didn't, she did. That might be like a character on Grey's Anatomy or something. Fact check. Barbara Burks, Brenda Burks. Somebody fact check.
Starting point is 00:01:39 I missed it. Just took up COVID, Fauci, and Burks. What is their, it'll bring up their names. I feel like I'm like turkey neck lady because I'm covering up my neck. But something had to be done with the lower portion. So we're celebrating 4th of July. Hopefully you are too. Deborah.
Starting point is 00:02:00 Deborah Burks. So all of us are wrong. I like Leslie, though. I mean, she looks like a Leslie. She could be a Leslie. Could be. But she's not. She's a Debra.
Starting point is 00:02:14 She's Debra. So 4th of July, tomorrow. Actually, if anybody watched, I strongly encourage, if you want a constitutional attorney who is willing to teach you anything. My good friend, I can't remember her name. She's my good friend. Leslie? Laura.
Starting point is 00:02:39 We got Laura. Oh my gosh, my head. She's our attorney. I can't even. Oh, Chris. Chris Ann Hall. God bless it. Why can I not remember her, my head. She's our attorney. I can't even. Oh, Chris. Chris Ann Hall. God bless it. Why can I not remember her?
Starting point is 00:02:49 I know. That's okay. Chris Ann Hall had, which, you know what? After she started talking about it, I'm like, that is so right. But actually, our true independence day is July 2nd. Right. I saw her post that. Oh my goodness.
Starting point is 00:03:01 Yeah, the true independence day is July 2nd. Yeah. But she did a great thing. They're in London right now for Pastor Rodney's big conference thingy he's having there. And revival. And she talked about that while she was there. And their Independence Day or something like that is this week too. It just so happens they're doing a big celebration.
Starting point is 00:03:22 So actually, we should have celebrated celebrated yesterday but we're going to celebrate tomorrow and in order to do that i figured let's do some fireworks like the i told tracy i was like i don't i want to do all things that go wrong fireworks yes which i think all of us have been there to a certain extent oh yeah, yeah. Oh, yeah. Like a couple times. Yeah. Like Tommy's nearly lit us all on fire. Roman candles.
Starting point is 00:03:52 And my nephew, Travis. I believe it. Literally nearly lit us on fire. And then they decided to take Roman candles and shoot them at themselves, at each other. Yes. Running. Yeah. Yeah. And then on purpose, they tried to light themselves on fire.
Starting point is 00:04:04 Yeah. That's fun. That's brilliant. Super brilliant. That's redneck gone wrong. Yeah. Yeah. So and then on purpose they tried to light themselves on fire. Yeah. That's fun. That's brilliant. Super brilliant. That's redneck gone wrong. Yeah. So show like let's see some fireworks.
Starting point is 00:04:12 Let's not do this tomorrow people. Yeah. Let's not do this. Let's not do this. Let's do it. Yay! oh my gosh. Oh God.
Starting point is 00:04:49 Oh God. Oh. There is a little cussing in the video. Okay, that's why they asked us to... Oh Jesus. Oh Jesus. What? Audrey, you were right. That's happened to me a couple times.
Starting point is 00:05:08 Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh, shit! Oh, shit! Oh! Oh!
Starting point is 00:05:24 Oh! Oh! Oh shit. oh run for your lives people Oh it got stuck! Oh shit! Damn! It did not make it Oh shit! Sir? Get that shit down out of here
Starting point is 00:06:18 Oh! Oh yeah that's a bad scene right there. Oh, it's gonna be right there. You cannot stick it in the ground. It's not gonna work. Who did that? You gotta put it in the chute! Oh, fuck! We need a great finale. I've never seen one. $1,000.
Starting point is 00:07:34 I know. Yeah. You know what I mean? Listen, you wouldn't believe what those things cost. Oh, I know. Because we were wanting to do that this year, but all of the money is going to repair the building. Still, two years later, we wanted to do 4th of July, do a whole 4th of July concert and everything this year.
Starting point is 00:07:57 Next year. God bless the insurance company. Can I sing the national anthem? Instead, we get to keep repairing the building at our own cost. God bless. So let's not go into the dumper with that. Let's talk about 4th of July. I just Googled nationwide 9,700 people were treated in hospital emergency rooms for firework injuries in 2003 and eight
Starting point is 00:08:28 deaths. Oh yeah. I believe it. Could you imagine going out that way? I'd be so pissed. You're celebrating your country and you died. That's what you call going out with a bang. I literally was going to say until I went down
Starting point is 00:08:43 to the old dumper of the building I was going to say, until I went down to the old dumper about the building, I was going to say, the emergency rooms are at an all-time high. They're making money hand over fist. Yep. Somebody said, somebody here in America has not had, or this is the last weekend you're going to have all 10 fingers. Uh-huh. Uh-huh.
Starting point is 00:09:03 Last weekend was. My uncle's missing a few. Last weekend, right. From fireworks. From fireworks. Yeah. Really? Yeah. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. Last weekend was. My uncle's missing a few. Last weekend, right? From fireworks, yeah. Really? Yeah. Oh, yeah. That'd be terrible.
Starting point is 00:09:11 Do you want to show this one? Oh, well, yeah. I will. Okay. Like, I don't know how many of you guys have had catastrophes when you do fireworks. Like, at our house, every year, my nephew and like their good friend josh they all get together they all pull their money together and they buy thousands of dollars worth of fireworks and then josh's parents come over my sister comes over obviously, we're already there. So all those families come together.
Starting point is 00:09:45 And we all do 4th of July. And last year, every year, somebody nearly gets taken out. But last year, it was Tom. Tom nearly bit the dust. Go ahead. This is when we had no pool cage. So he sprang the fog because of the bugs. Yep.
Starting point is 00:10:04 One more time. That would be Norma screaming. That was Norma. Uh-huh. With all her friends. Yeah. But you guys do a great show. I have the like actual show.
Starting point is 00:10:21 Do you want to show that one? Like you guys have a great one. That's the finale. Yeah. No, they listen. They spare no expense great one. That's the finale. Listen, they spare no expense. It lasts at least an hour and a half. That's insane. I'm not kidding you.
Starting point is 00:10:32 And it's good. It's a good one. They do a really good job. That's impressive. Some people have almost lost body parts. And my yard's been almost put on fire by my nephew. At least once. I believe it. But it's a good time.
Starting point is 00:10:47 That's a good one. Yeah, go ahead. Okay. That would be Norma. What is they doing? That's impressive. That's impressive. That was a good one. That's a good time.
Starting point is 00:11:12 Well, it went on a little bit longer than that, but yeah, it's a pretty good time. It's pretty good. Not this year. No. My nephew has to work. So my niece is getting married this week. Not married this weekend. Her bridal shower is this weekend her bridal showers this weekend it's
Starting point is 00:11:25 a busy weekend so my sister's in town hey my niece's got her bridal shower lots of weddings so i feel like i'm i feel restricted you look a little restricted i feel like you can only do this how do those women in the burkas live i don't know i know i'm pretty much stuck like this now though because my hair so i i told him i'm like gonna go boho but then boho took a turn to deborah burks okay so do you guys have any like have you guys like nearly died doing fireworks or are you guys all good do you do anything like have you done that stuff? Oh, yeah. In Mass, you probably did. Well, Massachusetts, it's illegal.
Starting point is 00:12:07 You're not allowed to. But we always would anyways. Yeah, exactly. That's the reality. And mom said, this is why Massachusetts does not allow personal fireworks. Although, why do I hear them all the time? Which is true. They're all over the place.
Starting point is 00:12:18 But we did too, mom. So, no. You just got to go over the border. Yeah, you go to New Hampshire. And you grab them all. And then you come back 30 minutes across the border, grab them, and then do them. But Jer always does. He always goes.
Starting point is 00:12:29 Last time, I think he spent almost $1,000 and blew up the whole neighborhood. And then he takes out his smoke bombs, which is what we use for leak detection when we need to find sewer leak. Oh, my gosh. So he's literally lighting these smoke bombs all over the place and thinks it's the funniest thing ever. The neighbors probably just so enjoy it they well we have yeah we have well because well your your neighborhood hates you it's an hoa they hate everybody the hoa hates us and then everybody anybody that has dogs hates people that put off fireworks because everybody's dogs get scared and then you know you're but which my dog does too but mine does too but like it's it's one night america god bless god bless america
Starting point is 00:13:12 that's what somebody said can't just give them who was it i think it was yesterday somebody said just give oh it's Jolene. I went and had breakfast with her. I think it was her. She just said, Give the dog an all-natural like... Marijuana?
Starting point is 00:13:39 That's where my brain went. Trampolizer? It's like when they travel to kind of like calm them down. That's not Percocet, is it? No, that's pain. Predazone? No, Valium. Valium. Obviously, I know no drugs because I don't take them.
Starting point is 00:14:03 I literally have never taken. I don't think I've ever taken prednisone. Prednisone is a steroid. Well, yeah, I definitely haven't. I've never taken any of that stuff. I've never taken any of them. I was like. But I don't know. Tom just holds the dog or it's like, whatever.
Starting point is 00:14:28 I know. What are you gonna do? What are you gonna do? Sedative. Sedative. Thank you. I think that's even what she said. So like, so you do it or you've done it, but you've never, so up at North, have you nearly died?
Starting point is 00:14:41 Is that your brother's nearly died? Is that what you were trying to say before we move on? No, I think Jared did some stupid things a couple of times. But he's like pretty cautious. But when he gets excited, he like he loses brain cells and he's like, ah, let's go like Hulk smash and starts pulling out everything. I'm like, no, no, calm down. I have to be the calm one. I just sit as far away as I possibly can and pray.
Starting point is 00:15:06 I, me too. I do. I, I, I was doing the same thing. There's no talking to Tommy and his redneck idiot friends. Yeah,
Starting point is 00:15:12 no, you are. Yeah. You're one's a fireman. So you're just like, well, if something happens, he knows how to do the tourniquet or whatever.
Starting point is 00:15:19 Like, Oh, whatever. Cause he is in an EMT too. So it's like, right. Yeah. They'll live.
Starting point is 00:15:25 Right. It'll just be a rough go for a short period of time. What are you going to do? Like, they won't listen to you. No. Me and my sister just sit there and are like, oh, dear Lord's mercy. I know. And then you cry.
Starting point is 00:15:38 You can't do nothing. They're 25. Right. And he's, like, even worse. It's older. And married. Chalia, you have nothing. No.
Starting point is 00:15:46 Yeah, I figure because sometimes you're at my house. You're the redneck. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You're friends with the redneck. Vanessa, there's no way. No incident. Because you're in New York and you're heavily. Or she's inside in Florida.
Starting point is 00:16:05 But here's the thing. Where I grew up, up north, Brooklyn, it was also illegal. However, all the drug dealers in the neighborhood would get all of the fireworks and put on an excellent show. Excellent. I had row seats to it every year. Did you watch from your room? Were you in the safety of your house? No, I watched from my stoop.
Starting point is 00:16:26 That's what I was going to say. No, she sat on the stoop. She sat on the steps. Makes sense. For people who don't know what the stoop is. No incidents. No incidents. That's impressive.
Starting point is 00:16:38 Sarah, you have to have nearly died. There have been a lot of close calls, but I think I'm married to a redneck. So like I knew what I was getting into. And surprisingly, no one's lost any digits or gone to the hospital or died from fireworks. But I do recall when the boys, my sons were about probably like 10 or 11,
Starting point is 00:17:11 when Derek started to like pass the torch and like teach them. And I would be like, listen, I don't really care if you blow your own finger off, but my children, maybe give them a little. So now, you know, it's like a family affair.
Starting point is 00:17:24 They all light stuff on fire and blow stuff up. But probably not this year. I'm just of the mindset right now that you just said thousands of dollars. And I'm like, why don't you just throw that money in a bucket and burn it? Because that's exactly what you're doing. You literally are. But Inglewood puts on a nice show, the Rotary or whatever. Where is that at?
Starting point is 00:17:47 They do it out like Inglewood or Minnesota Beach, like maybe Middle Beach, somewhere. Oh, okay. If you drive along the road. You'll see it. If you can drive along the road because that's where a lot of people go to watch them. And then I think Northport does a big one too, don't they? Northport High School does a big one. I've done that a few times.
Starting point is 00:18:06 And then Welland Park is doing it. We have lots of places. North Jetties, I believe, is doing it. There's a lot of places around here to go to get a good... Save your money, people. Go watch someone else pull up their money. Exactly. And then next year... Next year, I'm believing
Starting point is 00:18:22 the show will be here at Foundation Church. That's right. Yes. Because we want to do, Tom wants to do a whole concert thingy, and then everybody goes out there. Cool. Very fun.
Starting point is 00:18:33 It's a grand old flag. It's a high-flying flag. Do you know that song? I do. So we'll sing that song. Oh, okay. Can I be, like, the main singer? No.
Starting point is 00:18:43 Can I have my red mic? No. No. No. Okay. But you guys definitely are ready. There's another one in there. Why doesn't those girls have it down there? I don't know. This is Aaron's doing.
Starting point is 00:18:53 I don't want to touch anything. So we said yes to the 4th of July red, but maybe different for when we're not 4th of July red. Oh, gosh, man. He tried to stick it on this sucker right here. On Tom's mic. Tom's like, it doesn't really go with the background. No, he's going to, they're going to, they're going to find something for him.
Starting point is 00:19:12 Okay. Yeah. They love the red. It is quite bright. It's like the EIB network, the gold, golden mic. I literally look at the red mics and I'm like, I feel like Rush Limbaugh to a certain degree. You know how he had that? It's kind of weird. Do your thing, Tracy. Do your thing.
Starting point is 00:19:30 Alrighty. Well, we got our people on Facebook and we already got the link over there and everybody is yelling out to you, Hope, all the things you need. Heather said, the sound of music is calling. Oh, because of my thingy? Yes. And then Chrisanne Hall. The hills are alive with the sound of music is calling oh because yes and then chris ann hall
Starting point is 00:19:45 with the sound of music you're encouraging it oh and then she said chris ann hall and sedatives so she was trying she was just unfortunately you guys are probably about like 30 seconds behind the live live. So unfortunately, Heather, you're going to have to text me next time if I'm even looking at my phone. But listen, I just texting her Chris Ann Hall. I was just texting her yesterday. I'm like, how can I not know her name? I didn't know.
Starting point is 00:20:22 It happens. It happens to the best of us. All right. So we got our live or we got our Rumble link to live on Rumble. There's a few people watching on Facebook. So if you want to hop over and be in the live chat, please do so. If you are over in Rumble, hello, everybody. Happy Fourth of July.
Starting point is 00:20:38 Let us know what you're doing in the live chat. Make sure that you are liking the Rumble, which you can see the little thumbs up. You can do that. Make sure that your button next to like says unfollow because that means you are already following it. If it says follow, you haven't clicked that yet. So make sure you click the follow button. If you love any of the podcast and it's something that you want to go back to and share with somebody, there is a save button so you can do that as well. And then if you want something to stand the test of time and you don't want to disappear because the live chat will, then you can put it in the comments. And then as always, well, you can always go to Blackrobe.
Starting point is 00:21:13 We have an audio podcast and we do have YouTube as well. But we love you guys over on Rumble because then we can all chit chat during the live podcast. We have the opportunity for you guys to send in your questions. Askhopeathopehotline.com. You can put them in the comment section for Rumble. You can put them in the comment section of Facebook, which is the live chat as well. Those are not two separate things like it is in Rumble. And then YouTube also has the live chat that will disappear. And then there's the comment section. So you kind of have to know where you're posting it. Otherwise it will disappear. And if we don't catch it during the live, then it will, you know, just, it will
Starting point is 00:21:54 disappear on us. So next we have our merch. It is always available at foundationchurchfl.com. We've got our shirt, our hat, our mug, and our spoon. Always available. If you're here on Sunday, you can get it in our merch store. Next month, actually, no, this month, at the end of the month, July 26th, we will be having a night of worship and it is called Crave. It will be at 7 p.m. And you definitely will not want to miss that.
Starting point is 00:22:20 It is going to be a great night. Then we have our Beloved Ladies Conference, victorious this year, and it is August 22nd through the 24th. And we have a really cool little graphic coming out that's going to explain what the days look like and the times and all that kind of stuff. So you guys will have more information very soon, literally tomorrow. And then we'll get that up for you guys as well on here. So you can take a little screenshot of it or write it down. Um, but plan to be very busy those few days. So you can just mark off your calendar, take off work, do all the things you got to do. And I think that's it for today. Um, besides happy 4th of July. So we're happy you guys are here.
Starting point is 00:23:02 That's so cute. Isn't it the cutest? Cute, cute. That's our colors. That's our colors. I know. How did you do that? Canva. Literally.
Starting point is 00:23:10 They are so great. You can just literally click our logo and then I can use a little dropper and click on all of the colors in our logo and it just changes everything for us. I love that. I know. It's so fun. It's very cool branding. It's so cool.
Starting point is 00:23:24 Yeah. We got some great stuff coming up at the end of the month along with Crave. We'll be announcing that probably. Tom might announce it on Sunday. Cool. So we got some really awesome stuff coming up. So be on the lookout. Be listening. Be watching.
Starting point is 00:23:44 And I think that's it I think we can get ready to go something was on my something I was thinking of something you were talking about and I can't remember what it is I hate when that happens I flippin hate when you have something
Starting point is 00:24:00 on the tip of your tongue or you say something and then it disappears you're like okay when you get back you'll yeah i know and then you can't remember it until you fall asleep at night no it doesn't ever come back for me are you serious no oh yeah no it always comes back so okay worst time i'd rather it not come back to me yeah i'll be honest with you that'll tee me off if i wake up and then I'm going to bed because then there's nothing you can do about it. I'd rather just go off into the abyss for never to be
Starting point is 00:24:32 heard of, seen of ever again. Yeah, same, same, same. And I'm sure there's some of you that wish the same of this get up right here. But for multiple reasons, it's not going to. Because if I take this sucker off for multiple reasons, it's not going to. I love it. Because if I take this sucker off for my sake, it would be bad. You committed. Yeah. I have to commit.
Starting point is 00:24:51 Stay committed. It's too late. I tried doing it different ways. It was not going to be a pleasant experience. So we're going to stick with what I got. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Okay.
Starting point is 00:24:59 So let's do, you know, for me, like the first question has nothing to do with it but um for me like i have uh i have two questions brought in one of them is very relative to what we talked about um you guys weren't privy to it because it was something that we talked about i think last friday or it was was Wednesday before the podcast, but it's very much for, cause it's Independence Day tomorrow. But the thing is, is I think a lot of people,
Starting point is 00:25:35 and we use this scripture all the time. It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. And I think that we don't really understand or we don't pay attention to the value of that scripture. And if you think about it, I think one of the reasons why is because we are so free in this country. And when you go to other countries,
Starting point is 00:26:00 if you were in China, if you were in Pakistan, if you were in China, if you were in Pakistan, if you were in countries where freedom of religion did not exist, you would understand that scripture and you'd hold it so dearly and close to yourself because those people are not free. Like one of our friends just got back from Cuba and they are not free. But the ones that are believers, and this was talked about or shared with me, but the people who are believers
Starting point is 00:26:29 and even the ones that aren't, they are so like, they have learned to be content. They're like, Paul, they've learned to be content in all things and they literally have nothing. Like in Cuba, I was told like this engineer, he's like a bioengineer or something. He's like high pro professional and he makes $38 a month.
Starting point is 00:26:51 And if they go to the grocery store, they pay like what we pay and they would, they would have to pay what costs us the same in, in our grocery stores and their money for the value of an American dollar. Does that make sense? So you're not getting it for less. You're getting it for what we pay in our stores. And they're supposed to have to be able to go to shop on $38, pay the rent.
Starting point is 00:27:15 And that's a high professional. That's insanity. It is. And then like he was saying that a psychiatrist there that he met was paid $32. And they're like, and we don't get it. Like we think that things are so tough and they're so hard. And to a certain extent, they are because we're used to our dollar holding value. And that like when the grocery stores prices go up three to four times
Starting point is 00:27:47 what they are, we have families, we have house payments. We don't live like they do because we've never learned to live in that way. So we struggle in a different way, but we're spoiled. Yes. And part of the reason we don't value that scripture is because we're spoiled. And we have experienced freedom by living in this country, most of us, all our lives. But you talk to somebody who's lived in a communist country and they come to America, they know the value of that Christ has come to set us free. They understand that they had to live in that spiritual freedom in a place that was a dictatorial situation. So value what you have and fight the good fight.
Starting point is 00:28:36 Because listen, we're trying to be stolen from and is the great resistance. And if we do not restrain, then all of the freedoms, the personal freedoms that we have in a worldly sense will be taken away. But also understand the value of what Christ did for each and every single one of us, because there is freedom in your spiritual walk. And most people walk bound in their spiritual walk. And so don't don't let Satan steal from you. Fight the good fight of faith take it to them i i say this all the time but people like are they're so weak they are so weak that they like
Starting point is 00:29:19 they just crumble under any kind of pressure or under any kind of difficulty. If someone or something says something that bothers them, if a bill comes in the mail that they feel like I can't pay, if someone legally goes after them or like just regular life. You know, someone on your job is trying to take your job, take your position or whatever. Everybody crumbles. They're like, feel like, how am I going to make it? What's going to happen?
Starting point is 00:29:56 You're a child of God. You're going to be okay. Fight the good fight of faith. Start waging war in the heavenlies. Like take it to them. Take it to Satan. Don't like, take it to them. Take it to Satan. Don't, like, don't fall apart. Like, stand up. Fight. Like, fight. And I don't think people do. People do not wage war. And it's not waging war physically with your fists. It is spiritually. And you will
Starting point is 00:30:22 win every single time. But know who you are. Walk in the freedom that's been provided to spiritually. And you will win every single time. But know who you are. Walk in the freedom that's been provided to you. And listen, understand, like living in the United States of America, we hit the jackpot just by being born in this country. We hit the jackpot. A lot of people always look at people who, like actors and actresses, and they think, well, those people like their kids, they've got it made. You know, how lucky are they? Like I sit there and go, I'm in America.
Starting point is 00:31:00 I mean, I could have been born anywhere else. And God blessed me to be born here. So if you can relate to that, does anybody want to add anything to that? I'm going to talk about some other things further on. Yeah, I think what you were saying about people being weak and soft, when somebody's not, when they're actually take something and run with it, I'm actually... Resilient? I'm shocked. I'm like, oh,
Starting point is 00:31:17 it didn't throw you on the ground. You actually... You know what I mean? So it's sad that it's a rarity to see somebody be able to... Well, I mean? So it's sad that it's like a rarity to see somebody like be able to. Well, I think of like with Jer when that lawsuit came up against him and like what you didn't, you guys did not go to a church that taught you to like, like wage war. Yeah. Like start, like give, give the devil the beat down.
Starting point is 00:31:42 Right. Because that's what you have to do. Yeah. You're going to give the devil a beat down because you're a child of God. You are already victorious. And lots of people have been in that situation. But what did Jared do? He wasn't trained for it, but he learned very quickly to become very physically fit in fighting in spiritual warfare.
Starting point is 00:32:02 Right. Yep. And so, but a lot of people don't do what he did. No. Because they're not fighters. Right. Yep. And so, but a lot of people don't do what he did. No. Because they're not fighters. Right. Right.
Starting point is 00:32:09 They're cavers. Right. Yeah. They're losers. It's true. I hate to put it like that, but they walk in with the mindset
Starting point is 00:32:18 of I'm going to lose. Right. Right. Or I can't handle this. Yeah, it's too much. Yeah. And sometimes it might take a while. Yeah. But you can do it And sometimes it might take a while.
Starting point is 00:32:26 But you can do it. Because it didn't happen overnight for you guys. And it didn't look good at all. No, it looked horrible. It looked really bad. But I knew. Anybody that's a believer, I mean, you have to know you're going to win. You're going to win. And then God is so gracious to send little pieces of the the puzzle that like even like the judge couldn't argue.
Starting point is 00:32:48 You know what I mean? And so like that's when you just have to trust him. Even when it doesn't look good, you have to know you're going to win. Right. And walk in the freedom of knowing. Don't carry that weight. Right. Don't carry the burden.
Starting point is 00:33:01 Yeah. Just cast it onto him. Give it to him. And when you can, in the midst of difficulty, when you can act like it doesn't even, and it's not really an act because it really should be who you are. When you can not be moved by it, it's so good for you. But for the people around that can watch it, it's a good teachable moment for them to be like,
Starting point is 00:33:26 well, if they can do it, I can do it. And so it's better to just be unmoved, not affected, and then when you win, you've passed the test, but you have also shown to so many people what it looks like to be resilient in the midst of a very difficult situation um anybody else sarah yeah no yeah i was just thinking that on the other side of that coin the people that are weak and don't have any resilience are oftentimes offended by those who
Starting point is 00:34:01 are as well yeah like you said that's where I thought you were going originally Tracy when you were like and when people are resilient and you said you were surprised right I'm thinking when people are resilient then they've got the other side of the you know people who should be like supporting them going like really like yeah why don't people love when people fail yeah well misery loves company exactly. Yeah, there's that two separate mindsets. One is like, oh, if they can do it, I can do it. And then there's the other group of people that are like, well, that must be nice. It must be nice that things just work out for them.
Starting point is 00:34:35 It's a victim mentality versus a warrior mentality. Yeah, and the warriors always are winning. Warriors are always supporting people who are winning. Warriors are always supporting people who are winning. And victims are always supporting those who are victims because it helps them. That's why those scriptures are very clear about do not compare yourself among yourselves. Right.
Starting point is 00:34:55 Because if you do that, it can be bad. Yeah, I know. It does not work out well when you compare yourself among yourselves. But it's true like people who are fighters they tend to to support and and celebrate other people who are winners I know it's the whole thoroughbred donkey thing that I talked about before like thoroughbreds love working with thoroughbreds they just do they have to they have to and then donkeys like working with donkeys it's a a different pace. It's a different mindset. And then when you put those two together, as you
Starting point is 00:35:28 see sometimes with Tara, her donkey and her horse, they buck each other, you know, where the other two horses get along. And it's just that is the reality of it. It's true. I think the common denominator, though, in people who are like
Starting point is 00:35:43 they see victory and they, you know, they're resilient is they're rooted in their word because they know the word and their confidence comes from the word. And then you guys were talking and the verse in Proverbs pops in my head out of chapter 21, verse 31, the horse is made ready for the day of battle, but victory rests with the Lord. And so you can prepare yourself for battle and you can like train for battle. You put your spiritual armor on,
Starting point is 00:36:17 but victory, victory comes from the Lord. Yeah, every time. But if you don't know that, if you're not rooted in your word. Then you think you gotta do something, right? Yeah, exactly. And you do nothing don't know that, if you're not rooted in your word. Then you think you got to do something. Yeah, exactly. And you do nothing. You sit back and watch.
Starting point is 00:36:28 Yep. Every time. Yep. And watch it unfold. That's where the rest comes in. That's where it's like the freedom comes in. Yeah. It really, I mean, there's something super sweet about it.
Starting point is 00:36:41 And I look at myself and I go, you look like Where's Waldo. I'm looking at myself going.do that's like one of my I feel like where's Waldo right now that's why I like it so much oh my gosh but back to that there's something to be celebrated and something special and and never forget this country people like think it's it's gonna take a monumental effort it's gonna there's gut there's got to be a huge army in order to to to fight the good fight of faith and to get to the other side of things but remember this country was founded and only 3% of the people stood and we won only 3% of the population when we took the stand, it only took 3%. So be one of the three. Yeah. Yeah. God did all of it. And it was for religious
Starting point is 00:37:36 freedom. It was what it's all about, which we'll get to later on in one of the questions. But if it only takes 3%, and if you look at what Gideon and what God did with Gideon, he doesn't need, listen, he don't need a lot. He'll work with a little because everything is, we're the pinky and he's the rest. He doesn't need much. He can work with very little to win every time. Amen.
Starting point is 00:38:07 Let us be the very little and let us win. So it is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Now walk in that freedom. It's a beautiful thing. First question is, if God can read our minds, and he can, then why does he want us to worship him? And I love this question very, very much because it's twofold. One is for us and one is for him.
Starting point is 00:38:28 And a lot of times we think it's all about him. But really, it's not all about him. It's as much for him as it is for us. So let's look at that. Luke 19, 37 through 40 says, Then as he was now drawing near the descent of the Mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works they had seen, saying,
Starting point is 00:38:53 Blessed is the king who comes in the name of the Lord. Peace in heaven and glory in the highest. And some of the Pharisees called to him from the crowd, Teacher, rebuke your disciples. But he answered and said to them, I tell you that if these should keep silent, the stones would immediately cry out. So listen, if we don't worship him, the rocks will.
Starting point is 00:39:14 And I would rather it be me than a rock. He is worthy. John 4, 23 says, but the hour is coming. And now is when the true worshipers will worship the father in spirit and truth. For the father is seeking. And now is when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such to worship him. So absolutely, he expects us to worship him, but he is worthy to be worshiped. He is deserving of it. And why is he deserving of it? Well, the Ten Commandments is one of the reasons, because it says in Exodus 20, 30, or 23,
Starting point is 00:39:42 says you shall have no other gods before me. And when you worship God, you are reminding him and yourself that he's number one. That there's no one else more important. Because a lot of times people will, they'll know the stats of all these athletes and things like that, but they don't know one Bible verse. Well, who's your idol? But when we put our focus on him and we study him and we make him number one, you can't help but to want to worship him because then you know the value of all that he brings, all the promises that are yours,
Starting point is 00:40:19 all of the protection that is provided, the lengths that he went for you, the depths that he has gone. Like you can't help but to worship him. You wouldn't you would feel. What's the good word for it? You would feel help me, girls, like a low life, like scum of the earth. Because if you understand the value that he brings, then you would understand how low you would have to be not to acknowledge that and to celebrate that. Paul says it really good in Acts 17, 28, when he says,
Starting point is 00:40:59 for in him we live and move and have our being. So anything that you have or all that you are is because of him. So when we praise him, we show him how much we love him. We show him how much we value him. And more importantly, we show him, when we do it, we are reminded and we are reminding ourselves of who he is and how worthy he is. And we are blessed by blessing him through praise and worship. Does that make sense, ladies? Okay, go ahead.
Starting point is 00:41:32 Answer that. You guys respond yourself. Anybody? Does anybody have anything to say? You don't have to. Yeah. I just go back to like the Lord's prayer. Jesus, when he like prayed, he praised the Lord before he did anything else.
Starting point is 00:41:49 And so if that is Jesus's model, I'm not better than Jesus. So that's where I'm at. Like I'm. And he's part of the Trinity for crying out loud. So I'm not. And like you, I'm not going to let a rock replace. No way. My praise.
Starting point is 00:42:05 But I always go back to if it was good enough for Jesus, if that's how Jesus opened up his prayer to his Father, then that's a model that I'm going to follow. Yeah, absolutely. Agreed. Sarah? You're going to worship something. So you have to choose. And if you're not actively seeking
Starting point is 00:42:26 to get in the Lord's presence and to worship him, then something else has already taken that place. Which I think if people examine themselves really, really hard, most of us do. Most of us do have something that's more important because daily Bible reading isn't priority, which is like, how do you know him? It's through his word.
Starting point is 00:42:52 How do you fall in love with him? It's by knowing him. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. Your faith is what saves you. So if you don't know him, he's not number one. If you're not studying his word, if you don't know him, he's not number one. If you're not studying his word, if you're not spending time in prayer, then he's not number one.
Starting point is 00:43:13 Right. We enter into his gates with thanksgiving, so being grateful, and then into his courts with praise. And in his presence then is fullness of joy and that joy is our strength so it's also when you said it's for us it's also strengthening to all the time yeah people don't realize like like it you know you sit there and you i i most of the time when i'm worshiping i'm worshiping but it's been the past like four months that I've actually not, I worship, but I've been having to watch certain things. So you can sit there sometimes I'm standing in the back and I can see the same old people just standing there with their arms on
Starting point is 00:43:56 their, uh, they, they don't even open their mouth and sing. The majority of our church does worship, but then you have, you have the 25% that are doing nothing and you just sit there and go you don't know him right you are missing out because after you really worship him yeah like you feel so good yeah it's like it's like an energy like you just charged your battery it's a burst of energy and most people they it's nothing for them you just sit there and go how can you stand there and not worship the king of kings right and the lord of lords and then you sit there and go obviously you don't know what heaven's like
Starting point is 00:44:37 true very true you'll be doing yeah that's what you will be doing because that's what they're doing right now one of my favorite stories is um i think it's in Chronicles about King Jehoshaphat. And when he went into battle and he put the worshipers in the front lines and they didn't even have to fight that battle. And so a lot of our worship also wins battles. Oh, yeah. You know, and so if we even like put it through that perspective as well, like there is a battle to be won. And what if it's on the other side of your worship? Oh yeah. Because it has been. Yeah. It's crazy. Yeah. Go ahead. My thought is if you change the
Starting point is 00:45:21 question and just say like, you know, it was, if God can read our minds and he can, then why does he want us to worship him? If we said like, well, my husband knows that I love and respect him, then why do I have to love and respect him? Like this is first of all, because it's your husband and you love him. So of course you're going to love and respect him. This is God. Well, we've made a covenant with him like we do a spouse. Yeah, absolutely. And it's God. It, we've made a covenant with him like we do a spouse. Yeah, absolutely. And it's God.
Starting point is 00:45:46 It's like your husband. You don't love and respect him because that's the right thing to do. You love your husband and you respect him because you love him. And then with God, sure, he can read our minds, but it's God. He's worthy. And he's literally your Lord. To me, it's such a selfish mindset to even think this question. You know what I mean? Like, like you were just saying,
Starting point is 00:46:08 they haven't experienced God. They don't know God because when you know him, you want to worship him. But I think a lot of people are like, I think in the, in the case with the question, you sit there and go, the person's like, he already knows that. Why, why would we do that? I don't understand that. But my thing is, why would we not? It seems like an analytical way to look at God. He already knows. Why would I do it?
Starting point is 00:46:34 But it's like a heart position. It's God. So it's just one of those things where it's just different mindsets. Yeah. And the thing is, when you love on your spouse and the return that you get from the love that you give, it's the same thing. Like when you're doing the same thing with the Lord and you're loving on him through your praise and worship, the return that you're getting from him is like irreplaceable. It's like in some times you can't even put it into words. There's no describing it. I'm not saying that's the way it is all the time,
Starting point is 00:47:05 but sometimes it's so overwhelming that you can't even put words to the experience that you just had. I know. And yeah, and that's how it is with God. Like, you know, people that have experienced God, I mean, obviously there's fake people that'll worship and you like, okay, do you really love God? Are you just like being outwardly expressive because you want attention? But then there's people that are really, truly worshiping God. And like, you know, they've experienced God, the goodness of God. And so, yeah, I just, I don't know. I just, to me, if he could read my mind or not read my mind, it wouldn't change like
Starting point is 00:47:40 my perspective on worship. And maybe I'm just seeing it differently. But I think too, sorry. There's a, the definition of worship in the modern church is not really listening to and singing music. Can you do that and worship?
Starting point is 00:47:59 100%. Yeah. But actually worshiping Lord is what Paul talks about in Romans 12 when he says, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let your body be a living and holy sacrifice, the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him. So it's continually crucifying your your own flesh that's worship right which is not like oh i didn't listen to my you know right it's not just singing or whatever today
Starting point is 00:48:31 but yeah sorry i even said that but like oh my gosh whatever whatever um yeah cc wine ends we're gonna worship you know like it's that's more appropriate thank you um and then the next verse says don't copy the behavior of this world. Don't be conformed to the patterns of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. And in doing all of that, then you know his will for your life too. But it's acceptable and pleasing to him. Amen. Yep.
Starting point is 00:48:57 But the thing is, is it's like the first part of that is the person that won't even, when they walk into the church and they stand there with their hands by their side or in their hands or in their pockets, they can't even get that first part right, which is really what he's, that's, that scripture is so perfect for that. I mean, you're in a place of worship. You're not even in your house. That's an extreme for some, like to worship in their car or worship in their house. It's extreme but to come to church it seems like that's the acceptable place that's where you expect it yeah they don't even do that there i know i don't know it's crazy but good stuff anybody else got anything to add to that try it it. You'll like it. That's all I'm going to tell you. Give it a try.
Starting point is 00:49:46 Give it a chance. Doesn't matter that he knows. Do it anyway. So let's do our sponsor really quick. So Laura Keller, who was here on Friday. God bless this woman. She's a man. I just she's such a sweet person.
Starting point is 00:50:02 Oh, my gosh. And smart. Laura Keller owns Real Estate Appraisal Associates of Southwest Florida, Inc. Laura has been in business since 2005. She is a Florida State Certified Residential Appraiser and has been for 24 years with three locations, Lakewood Ranch, Port Charlotte, and Tampa. And she can assist almost anyone, anywhere. Her associate appraisal company is one of the most trusted appraisal companies in Southwest Florida and has done approximately over 10,000 appraisals and are approved by over 300 banks,
Starting point is 00:50:33 lenders, and government entities all over the United States. Her company does appraisals for just about everything, residential properties up to four units. They work with FEMA using the 50% rule, which was very shocking to me yeah like that was insane that's so sad that people lose everything can can lose everything selling estates probate situations inherited properties where their heir
Starting point is 00:50:58 or heirs are not local and need the appraisal for their attorney step up in basis appraisals for capital gains taxes and they also provide assistance in selling properties. So if you give them a call, she's going to give you a $50 discount for saying that you heard about us from the Hope Hotline. And listen, if you're going to buy a piece of property, like, you might want to, like, I mean, if you're buying it,
Starting point is 00:51:26 you're going to have to get an appraisal. But if you're listing it in order to sell it for the right price and get the most bang for your buck, she said it was like $450, right? Spend the $450 and make sure you don't lose a dime. And also, when you list it for the right price, you sell it a lot faster. Yeah. So be a smart seller.'ll get you it'll pay dividend after dividend on that so no-brainer it is a it is a no-brainer really i don't know some people just are very tight with the money but like think of it this way is that you're going to eventually get that money in return and like she said sometimes it'll like comp it on the other end so just do it just trust god yeah well that's
Starting point is 00:52:11 realtors though that's realtors that use her right and then they get get it back right if you're a realtor you should be trying to get a true appraisal percent why would? Because then you can get that money back. But on top of that, then you make sale fast. And all you're doing is helping. Your seller now knows, oh, this person's taking things seriously. Right, right. Like they really want it. They're going to put money out of their pocket to try and sell my house for the highest and best dollar. Okay, this is somebody who's a pro.
Starting point is 00:52:42 I mean, to me, it's a no-brainer. But let's go to the next question. It says, can you explain why churches don't have to pay taxes on tithes and offerings? How many of you guys, like, I know for a fact Vanessa's heard this question, just from being in ministry. Have you ever heard that question, why people have to pay taxes on money that they've already given to the church? Not me personally, but I bet.
Starting point is 00:53:05 Outside the church. Jeff has encountered this for sure. Outside the church, what people have said to me is, why are you getting, why does the, like people who hate the church say this? You guys should be paying taxes on the money that you get when people give and they pay their tithing offering. Have you ever heard that? Never?
Starting point is 00:53:27 Oh my gosh. Okay. Oh yeah. They absolutely. What is that? I believe it. 100%. The ones that are mad about it.
Starting point is 00:53:39 They hate the church. In general, they're not saved. They hate the church. And they think that the church is all about taking people's money, living off of people and having their hands out and stuff like that. They're like, you guys should be paying taxes. And so my thing is, why would we pay tax on something that's already been taxed?
Starting point is 00:53:59 So most people, when they give a tithe and an offering, it's based on their income, right? Or an inheritance or a sale of a house. They've already paid taxes on every single one of those things. It's their profit. So you pay tithe on your profits that you bring in to your home. So anything like your, like again, your job, your job is a profit. Anything you bring in, any income that you bring into your home, you're to pay tithe and offering on it.
Starting point is 00:54:32 Lots of people don't pay tithe and offering on when they sell their house. They should. If you inherited money, you should. You should be paying taxes on that. That's income into your home. That's a fact. Now, like with Tom and I, which we haven't because we've had to pay forever, but when we used to get income tax return and we got money,
Starting point is 00:54:58 we actually would pay a tithing offering on that. That's already taxed money. But Tom and I were like, you know what? That's another offering that we can give. We've already paid taxes. That's money coming back to us off of things we've already paid. But we're going to give more back to the Lord. It's, again, a heart position.
Starting point is 00:55:17 A heart posture. A heart posture. Good heart posture. I can't talk Arkes. She still can't do it right. And thank God I got it wrong. Because when I start getting them right, I'm in big trouble. Yeah, you are.
Starting point is 00:55:29 100%. Because it takes a village. Exactly. But I'm just saying, like, why would you pay taxes on something that's already been taxed? Don't think that the government hasn't tried to double dip. Because they have. Think about when you sell something. Every time something gets sold, you sell something. Right.
Starting point is 00:55:45 Every time something gets sold, you pay sales tax on it. So like, uh, how much money are they getting from every time it's sold? That, don't get me started on this.
Starting point is 00:55:53 Yeah, same. I'm like, especially in a business. Yeah. It's ridiculous. We pay taxes upon taxes upon taxes. It's like we pay taxes for our employee
Starting point is 00:56:00 that they pay in taxes. I'm like, how? I mean, we even do. Like, for when we pay employees, we're being taxed. I'm sending in money for that.
Starting point is 00:56:10 I'm not kidding. Oh, yeah. Just because you're a church doesn't mean you don't pay tax for that stuff. 100% you do. I pay property tax on this place. And will forever, even after we own it. So we don't have it, Scott 3. Everybody thinks you're a 501c3.
Starting point is 00:56:24 You're getting everything. You don't get everything for free. But the money that comes in, what would you say? As a business owner, you can't write every single thing off. Everybody's like, oh, you can write it off. It's not dollar for dollar. It's not like I buy my phone for $1,000 and then I get to write it off and I get $1,000.
Starting point is 00:56:40 I get like 25 cents. It's ridiculous. I know. Yeah, that would be nice. It's ridiculous. Well, you can write off your charitable giving. True, that would be nice. That would be nice. It's ridiculous. Well, you can write off your charitable giving. True, but you can't even write it. Only up to a certain point. Right. There's a max for it.
Starting point is 00:56:50 Because if you only give a certain percentage of your income, you don't get to write that off. Right. And then it becomes like. They've made it almost impossible. And it's like a red flag now if you give too much to a nonprofit as a business. Oh, yeah. I've been audited.
Starting point is 00:57:02 Yeah. I've been audited. Yeah, you get on the list. I'm going to start my own nonprofit and start giving to it. Yeah, I've been audited. Yeah. I've been audited for bargaining. I'm going to start my own non-profit and start giving to it. Yeah. To get a write-off. That's ridiculous.
Starting point is 00:57:10 That's what they all do. All the really rich people do it all the time. Oh, yeah. Yeah. And they're still giving the 1% of, the 1% are giving the most out of everybody. Yeah, exactly. So was the original question,
Starting point is 00:57:22 why don't churches pay taxes? Right. Why would we? They've already paid. They've already been paid exactly so was the original question why don't why don't you just pay taxes right why would we they've already paid they've already been paid on the money that's being given why money that's already been taxed why would you like if it's if if if a person's paying tithe off of the income from their job they already got taxed on. Why would the church have to be taxed for money that's already been taxed? And the job, the business got taxed on the money they were giving them. Why would they? I don't, but this is a thing that a lot of people who hate the church, this is the question that they want. What is that? I said I feel bad for whoever asked this question.
Starting point is 00:58:06 Both of them, right? Here's the thing. They might be asking because they want to fight with somebody that's asking this question. So they want to know, they want to be able to say, okay, idiot,
Starting point is 00:58:18 here's why. Exactly. Probably somebody, a friend, that's like trying to convince them that Christianity, that all churches want is your money. Asking for a friend. Oh, asking for a friend that's like trying to convince them that christianity that all the christian all churches want is your money asking for asking for a friend i get it i get it because they might want to be like they want to have an argument to it and they don't understand
Starting point is 00:58:35 yeah that makes sense i would say my i'd go right to well why do we even pay taxes at all if i'm not even properly being represented right now yeah no taxation without representation tea party time yeah let's go ready let's go yeah getting fired up back here yeah why you know the little emoji that has the brown face with the flames coming up out of its head that That's how I feel sometimes. I'm like, oh, maybe a red face. It's brown. I think it's not. We're all on our phones.
Starting point is 00:59:10 It's like, it's like an Indian face. You know how they have like the clay. Not Indian. I mean like, hi, yeah, yeah,
Starting point is 00:59:20 yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Seminole Indian. Oh, oh,
Starting point is 00:59:23 oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh,
Starting point is 00:59:24 oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh. Oh, wait. This one? Oh, love. Don't be so racist over there.
Starting point is 00:59:28 Don't be so racist. You can so freaking say that. Indians love. Brown head. Brown face. I searched the emoji and it's not coming up. Indian emoji. I don't like to be called that.
Starting point is 00:59:38 It's the angry emoji where it's only got the face and then the top of the head is blown off. Is it brown? I love that one. I use it all the time. Are you sure? Listen, I dated somebody that looked like that emoji. I'm not kidding. Wait, you dated somebody like that?
Starting point is 00:59:55 Oh, yeah. I'm sure I have. I've dated everything. Do you have an android? I'm going to have to find it. She doesn't. Watch, it's not going to be brown. I just used it, guys.
Starting point is 01:00:05 It's one of my favorite go-to emojis. I'm in my emojis. It's the one that has the sun. It's orange. It's orange. Not brown. But no fire. No, it's got smoke coming up out of its head.
Starting point is 01:00:22 Where? Hold on. Is it this one? Brain blowing? Yeah. Send it to us in our group chat so we can all see it. Oh, it's yellow. Sorry.
Starting point is 01:00:34 Yeah, that's what I thought. Yellow. But which one? The nose? I'm sending it to you right now. Nostrils coming out? Okay. Is it the nostrils one?
Starting point is 01:00:41 You probably were. Nostrils? No, it was the explosion. It's yellow. Oh, the was the explosion. It's yellow. It's a whitey. But it's not white because it's yellow. It's the ones I use all the time. It's actually Asian.
Starting point is 01:00:55 Catalyst. Here it is. This one, right? Yes, that one. Okay, here it is, guys. I was wrong. Like very brown. There's no emoji face.
Starting point is 01:01:04 It's brown. I was wrong. The mouth and the eyes's no emoji face. It's brown. That's wrong. It's brown. The mouth and the eyes are brown. Yeah. That's brownish yellow. Yeah. I use that one all the time.
Starting point is 01:01:12 It's one of my favorites. That's a good one. It's a good one. What does that mean to you? Like what does that face mean to you? I'm about to blow up. She doesn't even. I'm about to blow is really what it is.
Starting point is 01:01:23 Oh, that's your angry one. I'm about to lose is really what it is. Oh, that's your angry one. I'm about to lose it. When I use that emoji, it's because my mind is blown. That's what that means. No, I'm pissed. And I don't use
Starting point is 01:01:33 that word very much, but I'm so mad my top is about to blow off. Wow, I never... When you text me that and you were mad at me, I didn't realize. I thought you were saying,
Starting point is 01:01:43 like, wow. I've never done that to you. How great you're doing, Tracy. I know. I didn't realize. I thought you were saying like, wow. I've never done that to you. How great you're doing, Tracy. I probably have used it because I was mad about something. No, I'm just joking. Maybe we need to have like maybe on Friday we put up the
Starting point is 01:01:57 emoji and then we can all say what do we use that for? Because I don't know if you're on the right track. Yeah, your butterfly will be my bat. Yeah. What does this picture look like? And all four of you will be like, that's a butterfly. I'll be like, that's a bat.
Starting point is 01:02:17 It's a murder weapon. No, not a bat like you hit. Like a bat is like Halloween bat. Freaking bat. It's Halloween. Yeah. You go positive, I go negative. Freaking bats on, it's Halloween. It's freaking nice. You go positive, I go negative. When you go high, I go low.
Starting point is 01:02:30 Facts. Whatever. Oh my gosh, that's funny. One last question. Now this is going to be familiar for Sarah because she was just talking about this with Tempest. Remember Tempest blew her mind because she knew this stuff like with the First Amendment. But get this. People say if you talk about politics in church because of separation of church and people
Starting point is 01:02:48 say if you talk about politics in church because of separation of church and state, what do they mean by that? Well, there is no such thing as separation of church and state. That's not what it was all about, which I didn't know that this was and this made me look it up with this question but i remembered that sarah just was talking about the first amendment and i was like oh my gosh wait a minute this is what you were talking about was it friday or was it wednesday about how this is part of the first amendment amendment and I thought it was one of the amendments. I didn't, in one of the amendments,
Starting point is 01:03:28 I didn't know it was the First Amendment, which was shocking. So I knew exactly where to go. Thank you very much. So this is the First Amendment. So let me, hey, did you bring that up? This one. No, did you pull the graph?
Starting point is 01:03:43 That, God bless it. Yep. So the First Amendment, this is what it says. It starts out with Congress. Thank you very much. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof or abridging the freedom of speech or of the press or the right of people peaceably to assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. Boom. There you go with COVID. When everybody said that we had to abide by the government and the law, that right there, your First Amendment said
Starting point is 01:04:18 you had the right to assemble. You don't have to do what they tell you to do we have a constitution that constitution overrides what your government tells you you can you have to do people don't realize that that's the right to assembly like i knew that but i didn't know that that's right where it was like i knew that i did not have to do romans 13 it like everybody was going romans 13 romans no baloney. Your constitution says Romans 13 is out the window because we don't obey our governing authorities. First, if they go against the word of God, which they were second of all, if it's not it, we weren't breaking the law. We have a constitution. Not other countries have that.
Starting point is 01:05:00 That's where they stand on the word of God. They didn't have to do what they were being told to do. Know your constitution. Know your Bible. Because if you do, when they tell you to do something, that's going to cause the revelations, the seals and the trumpets and the bowls to take place, you don't help them. You don't help them do that. I mean, like to me, I mean, that's elementary. Like we're not like, let's usher it in. Let's just help them go along with it.
Starting point is 01:05:37 No, you restrain, you fight. You don't go along with it. So listen, when I was asked this question i was like i have i like i am not an expert on the constitution i know people who are like holly she's and i want her to do something this year at the church i told her at the beginning of last year or no at the end of last year i'm like she teaches a constitutional class. So stinking good. And so we need to have it again. But I'm not an expert.
Starting point is 01:06:09 So I probably should have had her come on for this question. But I love what the National Park Service has to say about it. And it breaks it down like this. It says that today we view the U.S. Constitution's First Amendment as preserving our religious liberty by preventing the government from establishing a religion or not preventing the free exercise thereof. So and I'm going to keep going. But here's the thing. There is no church and state. The church and state is what the Constitution, not people who have a political agenda where they say the church can't talk about politics in the pulpit, vice versa.
Starting point is 01:06:53 You can't have the church come into a school system that's owned by the government because the Ten Commandments can't be here in the courts. We used to have the courthouses have the Ten Commandments. The schools used to be able to pray. Everybody said, no, separation of church and state. It does not exist. This is what it actually says. And they've twisted it. They've turned it.
Starting point is 01:07:17 And it's not, they have made a lie out of separation of church and state. This is what separation of church and state is. But even more profoundly, the form of government that the Constitution creates was designed to limit the authority of the government to civil issues only. It does this by making people the sole authority of the government. As a result, it protects everyone's individual liberty to worship or not to, however they choose, without the government being allowed to intervene. That's separation of church and state. Not that we can't enter in them.
Starting point is 01:07:56 No, they can't enter in to us. That's the way it is. And people have got it mixed. Why? Because they believe a whole lot of politicians who have propagated a lie. Hollywood, too. Don't believe researcher crap because then you won't fall for COVID. You won't fall for the next thing that they try and propagate and promote.
Starting point is 01:08:19 You'll be like, I know that's a lie. I got a constitution. I don't need to abide by it. So that's my take on it. Pretty much free speech, right to bear arms. Churches can do whatever the heck they want because we rule them. They don't rule us. And that's how it is. Go ahead. What's that thing right there? Because that's all five of them. Oh, there you go. Put it up for me, baby. So in the First Amendment, which is what I learned last week from Tempest and Sarah,
Starting point is 01:08:48 was you have the right to assemble. Every amendment, has every amendment got multiple things inside of it? Do you guys know? A couple of them do, but some of them are just one thing. The right to bear arms is just the right to bear arms? Because it probably is if I were to guess. I think so.
Starting point is 01:09:03 The First Amendment is right to assemble, which right there, no one can tell you you can't meet ever. Religion, petition, speech, and press. Right. The freedom to do all those things. All those things you're allowed. And we're seeing that they're trying to take freedom of speech away on social media sites, different platforms, shutting us down.
Starting point is 01:09:24 If we say one thing they don't like, they ban you. Yep. I mean, that's, they're breaking your first amendment, right? Yep.
Starting point is 01:09:32 Happy 4th of July. Know your stuff. Yeah. You're free. The second amendment also, um, talks about a, a well regulated militia.
Starting point is 01:09:43 Ooh. So it's not just the right to bear arms. It's like there will be a militia and it could be well-regulated. So like... Put your face paint on, ladies. Yeah. Get your guns.
Starting point is 01:09:56 Go. We're going to be banned. Rumble will keep us, but the rest of them won't. I'll bring the snacks. Oh. Color coordinated. She'll be first aid.
Starting point is 01:10:06 She'll be, what's that, what was that, like, what was that lady back in, like, Civil War times that, that came, she was, she was healing, she was taking care of all the wounded people? Her. Elizabeth, not Elizabeth. It's not Harriet Tubman. No. Oh, my gosh. I'm not talking civil rights, woman.
Starting point is 01:10:28 I'm talking civil war. Oh. Was it the Civil War or Revolutionary War? Oh, my gosh. I think it was the Civil War. She went in. Florence Nightingale, my fellow nurses. Was that Civil War?
Starting point is 01:10:43 That was Civil. Women in the Civil War. That's right. Blood makes me want to throw up. I know Civil War? That was Civil. Women in the Civil War. Blood makes me want to throw up. I know. I was going to say. No way. She's snack. Listen.
Starting point is 01:10:51 She's on snack duty. I'm on snack duty. Norma's on it with you because I can promise you she can't even see blood. Every time she sees blood, she faints. That's me. I'm pretty close. She will not be in the hospital. I'm pretty close.
Starting point is 01:11:02 She'll be baking and cooking. Yeah. And you'll be bringing them out. Sarah and Hope are front lines. Yes. And Heather. As long as nobody throws up. Because then Hope's out.
Starting point is 01:11:13 Hope's out. You got that right, sister. True. I can't do throw up. I start gagging. Immediate gag reflex. Like I would hold my kid's hair. Tom's cleaning up the throw up.
Starting point is 01:11:27 Their heads are in the toilet. I'm holding their hair and I'm over there going useless. Well, while Norma was puking because of her wisdom teeth, remember I had to like hold the bucket and her hair and hope it was just like this. Uh-huh. I can't. Yep, that's true. That's pretty funny.
Starting point is 01:11:40 That is accurate. Brindley got sick at my house. I felt so bad because I literally am like doing everything I can not to be like. Or it was at her house. I literally was gagging and holding the sound back while I'm gagging. It's bad. Now, what is that lady called? No, that's.
Starting point is 01:12:02 That's Rosie the Riveter. Rosie the Riveter is World War I or World War II. That's what you're doing right now. Nah, I'm not talking Rosie Riveter. I'm talking about, like, a woman. Claire Barton. Claire Barton. I bet it is.
Starting point is 01:12:15 I bet it is. What do you need? I need the lady that... Rosie Riveter. Propaganda. Yes. Take your women out of the home. I'm not a fan.
Starting point is 01:12:23 No, that's not what I'm talking about. That's who Vanessa tried to dress like, though. Just so you know. She was not helping you. But she dressed like... When did you dress like Rosie the Riveter? Because we did something and you dressed like her for it. How?
Starting point is 01:12:39 Wasn't it a video that we did in the car? It was for Christmas one year. It might have been one of our videos. Many videos. That's that we did like in the car? It was for Christmas one year. It might have been one of our videos, many videos. That's when we dressed like Kiss. Yeah. Oh, my God. That one was a wild scene. Let me just tell you.
Starting point is 01:12:53 That one's gone. Clara Barton, right? Clarissa Barton? Clara Barton. God bless. I knew it. I knew it. You are so smart.
Starting point is 01:12:59 That's why we keep you around. You knew it and you knew her. Because I was saying how that's Vanessa and Norma because they won't be able to be in there. They're making snacks. They risk their lives bringing supplies to support the soldiers.
Starting point is 01:13:15 She founded the American Red Cross. First of all, why did I know that? I know. Trivia. Trivia. I am like a wealth of name come from? Trivia. Trivia. I'm telling you, I am like a wealth of knowledge. I'm telling you. Okay, so we'll let Tracy, not that you guys care or not that you want.
Starting point is 01:13:32 Tracy and Talia will be working the hospital. Norma and Vanessa are bringing the snacks. Me, Heather, and Sarah are like. I'll take pictures. You got to document it. On the battlefield. Are on the battlefield. I'm documenting. Heather's like... I'll take pictures. You got to document it. On the battlefield. Are on the battlefield. I'm documenting.
Starting point is 01:13:47 Heather's like... I can promise you this. Heather's getting somebody. Oh, 100%. She's getting somebody. 100%. She's on my good side. Without hesitation.
Starting point is 01:13:59 Like she gets in there. Oh, and Logan too. Oh, Logan. Oh, Logan. She's with us. Logan's with us. She is out there. But wait, where's CJ?
Starting point is 01:14:05 Wait, CJ's, she'll be in her little papoose. In her little papoose. On the back. Not the front. On the back. On the back. Safety, yeah.
Starting point is 01:14:13 With a little helmet on. She'll have like a little helmet. And earmuffs. And earmuffs. It's too loud. Because it's too loud. The bombing. Oh my gosh.
Starting point is 01:14:22 Protect the baby's ears. Yes, always. Oh gosh, what world do we live ears. Yes, always. Oh gosh. What world do we live in? Okay. So we'll see you on Friday. Now remember, next week is our last week

Starting point is 01:14:39 Are you going to be gone for two weeks? Two weeks and a day. So the Wednesday, I come back in the evening. Okay. But I can have Heather or I have an idea here oh you have an idea I do oh my yeah I'm not gonna do the best stuff okay okay but I gotta ask yeah okay so bye okay so um oh my gosh so it'll be three weeks

But next week's our last week before we go on a two week break. Yeah. No, three. Because fire week is definitely off. And then two weeks after. No, I might do.

Starting point is 01:15:29 Right. Okay. So it's at least two weeks. Okay. We're on sabbatical. Yeah. So you might, listen, don't take off the next three. Cause you'll be, you're going to, you're going to miss us.
