real talk real talk real talk
real talk
thank you vanessa i appreciate that i don't know if they actually go, like if the mics go live because Erin had it set up.
So if you heard that her hair looks great, let us know in the live chat because I'm actually really curious about that.
Vanessa, Tracy goes, mics are on, and Vanessa goes, your hair looks great.
Yeah, I want to know.
Which made me laugh.
I know.
Tracy's voice is at a frequency
that i can't hear she doesn't have her yeah because she doesn't have this in i didn't hear
me without this i know me either i couldn't hear her hear anything either and then it's too quiet
then her mouth is behind the right computer over there i can't see it it's true you're hearing the
inner workings of our turmoil.
Oh, they did not hear it. So even when I turn the mics live, Aaron has it set up that your mic doesn't, our mics don't go live until it's like you're on go time, which is perfect. Cause I
think that's how it ends too, which. Oh my gosh. That's a beautiful thing. Praise the Lord.
Praise ye the Lord. None of these people had to know anything we just talked about right now.
We could have just started with, hey guys.
Hey.
Yeah, you did.
Okay, every single one of our butts are dragging in this joint.
Yeah.
I would love to know too from the peanut gallery, not this peanut gallery, you the people.
Yeah.
Peanut gallery.
Yeah.
Like, are you tired? Yeah. Are you guys tired tired yeah are you like extra tired I'm like extra tired Heather is barely functioning right now no I can I don't know
it's like it's catching up with me yeah between it's been two weeks of back-to-back I know even
Helene and that was before that and so it was was like, yeah, it's just nonstop.
And then you got to catch up on work that you missed.
Right.
Right.
And I,
I never leave this place because my husband's podcast doesn't end until God knows until he's done.
Yeah.
It's true.
Every night.
I'm tired.
Tired.
Tired.
Tired.
At least your hair looks good.
Your hair looks beautiful.
It didn't before.
That's with some dry shampoo.
Ah, yes.
That'll work every time.
And I don't know.
It didn't.
I had my hair pulled back in a barrette.
Oh, barrette.
Beforehand.
So, all right.
So, I am rejoicing.
Okay. Along with all the rest of us, as well as some of you.
And then some of you aren't rejoicing.
I feel your pain.
I've been there.
Because God answered prayer.
Yes, he did.
Yeah.
Last time, I feel like we have a ping pong ball going along with Tampa right now.
Tit for tat.
You screw me, I screw you.
Like, you mess with me, I mess with you.
Yeah.
This time, we won.
Last time, they stuck it to us. This time, our prayers, like, lambasted them.
But I'm not proud of that.
I'm just grateful.
Me too.
Oh my gosh.
I know.
The way they were talking about this storm though,
I could have sworn we were going into Armageddon.
Oh yeah.
It was over.
Like we were going under.
Yeah.
The whole state.
That's it.
You know what though?
I will tell you this
and I think both of you probably tell you too.
I don't want to speak for her but I feel like me and her talked about this.
But I know I talked to you two about this.
I was never worried.
I was completely at peace the whole entire time.
And when I wasn't, I just started fasting.
Like, I fasted for two days.
But when I, because me and Norma both fasted for two days.
She just, we were two different
days but um when I would I I did my fast different than I normally do but um I do two different days
this time I did two consecutive days because I could sense every now and then something trying
to rise up inside of me yeah and it just so happened my two consecutive days would be there right on the day that Milton was coming in.
So I was like, you know what?
You ain't getting the best of me, dude.
You ain't getting the best of me.
So I just stuck to, because Tom was asking me, and I'm like, because your flesh rises up.
And I'm getting that thing to submit
I'm not
but I was totally at peace
I just
it's like one of those things
that you just knew that you knew
that you knew that
it was not gonna, not today
that's how I felt like
not today, it's not happening
not on my watch
and I don't know
remember what was that one
that they said was coming as a hurricane
category 5 everybody left
oh that was
Irma
and we prayed that that thing would disintegrate
and the only one we
flippin didn't do that with was Ian
and Tom is still kicking himself over that
me too
but that's the only time we haven't been diligent because we basically have always like prayed
it happened yeah yeah and but the other many times when we prayed it didn't happen we were diligent
we were about business yep right yeah and and tom was like i think i was a little lax on that one
just because because we went through irma and we're like, huh, it's going to be another Irma.
Yeah.
So I was just, yeah.
Yeah.
Exactly.
Yeah.
And so for me, it's like, I don't know.
Like you learn.
Yes.
You learn quick.
You don't let your guard down.
When your house is over $200,000 worth of damage in it and yours was committed to like not even livable.
Right.
Oh, man.
Exactly.
We were in New York when it went from 40%.
No,
this Milton,
it went from 40% like overnight went into like a category five.
Yeah.
And we're like,
okay,
we had the choice.
We could,
we could have stayed in New York and just been like,
whatever.
Right.
We'll like see after we and just been like, whatever. Right. We'll like.
See you after.
We'll see you after.
Exactly.
And we changed our flight and we were supposed to fly in on Tuesday night.
We changed our flights Monday morning and we're like, let's go.
Yeah.
We're coming.
And we're, and we, it's funny that you say that because every time I felt like fear tried to come in,
I checked back in with the Lord and he either gave me a word
or he gave me scripture
and it was like,
I had that same peace
and I was like,
I don't know what it is.
I don't know why.
I just know in my knower
that we're going to begin.
I don't,
like for me,
even like with the surge,
Tom was making fun of himself
on Sunday,
going back and forth
out and in
and stuff like
that outside and checking everything and i'm like it's all good ain't nothing coming near our
dwelling i literally was like tom it ain't touching us i'm just telling you yeah but being the man of
the home and the priest of the home i understood his like diligence to be on being responsible at the same time like he would even say to me i i fully
am aware and i know that our our prayers will be answered yeah but i think he was ready to
literally like go out there and do a moses do a m Moses moment literally yes I'll be Aaron hold up one side Tommy will be the other side
between our houses yeah you know do whatever you got to do spiritually speaking get out there and
take care of business so yeah but I just I don't know I never even and it was you know we've never
seen what we've seen I know lots of people have never seen what they've seen like uh katie's
father's house yeah 45 years yeah people have never seen this stuff hmm yeah makes you wonder
makes you wonder but like even kristin kristin and gavin they were in montana and the hell that
they went through and i'm not exaggerating when i say that, to get back. I know. Yeah. They flew back.
And they could have stayed in Montana.
Right.
They were like, nope, we're going home.
We're going to.
And they're newbies.
I know.
Which makes me so proud.
Like, they're new in their faith.
They're like, nope, we're going home.
Yeah.
We're praying over our house.
We're going to stay.
We're going to stand.
You know?
And I'm like, you go.
Absolutely.
That makes me so proud that we have so many people in our church that just kind of like know what time it is.
Yeah.
They see the storm and they run towards it.
Yeah.
Bison.
Yeah.
Be a bison.
Yeah.
Be a bison.
Or like Adonica says, run to the roar.
Yeah.
Run to the roar. Fight the fight. That's rightonica says, run to the roar. Run to the roar.
Fight the fight.
That's right.
We don't bow to hyenas.
Heck no.
We don't.
Satan himself, we don't bow.
But if you are somebody that attends this church,
watched this podcast, and you need help,
please let us know.
We'll try and do the best that we can to help you.
We do have people set up.
We've gotten teams together.
We have helped people.
We will continue to help people.
And we'll do whatever it takes to get the job done.
And whatever capacity we can.
Whatever we can do, we can try and do.
But what an interesting time in life i
mean if you look at in times this is the birthing pains but if you look at in times prophecy yeah i
mean we're we're seeing it i i have biblical proportions right right biblical proportions
exactly i saw a meme that said like my parents when they were 30 and it was like, hey, let's buy a house.
And the next one was like me at 30. What chapter of Revelation are we in now?
Yeah. Oh, yeah. That's so perfect.
It was so funny. I'm like, touche.
That is so perfect.
So bad.
But you know what? You sit there and you go and I say this all the time, but you sit there and think like people that have gone before us have wanted
to see these things.
I do.
I do too.
Yeah.
I mean,
I just want to see him from afar.
I want to see Jesus.
I want to see Jesus and be like,
can I see him while it happens to Tampa?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Absolutely.
I'm just kidding.
What's Psalm 91.
Let me read that real quick.
That's my expectation.
If you think about it, though,
if you think about
what should have happened to Tampa
and what didn't happen to Tampa
because of those accused prayers,
including mine,
because I was believing
that nothing would happen
to that territory
because when I saw
how it was going,
I immediately,
now I'm praying because we were going to get the surge.
Everybody's like, you're on the south end,
which is called the dirty side.
Or the dirty end.
So everybody's like, we're on the dirty end,
so we're on the worst end.
So now you're praying for the surge.
But I know those winds.
Even though they were not like Ian.
Not even close. But I know those winds. Yeah. Even though they were not like Ian. No.
Not even close.
But they could have been.
A hundred percent.
If we hadn't been praying for that thing.
I'm just telling you.
It could have been.
And you know RHB.
Mm-hmm.
RHB was like.
Yeah.
On it.
Dog down dirty.
Yeah.
He wasn't messing around.
No.
Nobody messes with that man.
Amen.
Nobody. Nobody.
And Lieutenant Dan,
he rode out that storm in a sailboat.
What are you talking about?
He's a criminal.
He is.
He's a straight up criminal.
So there's this one,
his name is Lieutenant Dan,
and he rode out Milton
in a sailboat in Tampa.
What? Yes. In the sea? he said God told him to do that but then we found out later that he's a straight-up
criminal he's like 15 charges yeah but before then we didn't know and so we
were all rooting for him or lieutenant Dan has a mental issue. He needs to be in an asylum. He does. It's Jesus, I doubt.
He says not to test him.
I know.
You're not to be a snake handler.
You're not to be
being in a ship
or in a sailboat in the middle of a hurricane
when you know one's coming.
That's what he did. But he survived.
He did survive. Only know one's coming. Yep, that's what he did. But he survived. He did survive.
Only because he's mental.
And probably on drugs and heavily alcoholic.
All of the above.
He was all the above.
As I'm just saying.
What a nut.
Oh, yeah.
Total nut.
Holy moly.
I know.
It's like if there's a surge my boat goes up
along with the water
is that what he said
he's like
it doesn't matter
how tall the water goes
my boat will float
yeah exactly
he's kind of genius
are you sure about that
so was he anchored somewhere
yes
yeah yeah
he was anchored
yeah yeah yeah So was he anchored somewhere? Yes. Yeah, yeah. He was anchored. Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Oh, my.
I know.
There was like a whole story, a whole plot.
Like he went missing for a little while.
They tried to convince him to go get to a hotel.
They tried paying him like $100,000.
He's a criminal.
They didn't know that yet.
It was.
This came after the storm.
Somebody like Talia did some research and found out that this guy is not.
Not who he says he is.
The PI that she is.
Not a God-fearing man.
Right.
He's not hearing the voice of the Lord.
I don't think that was the voice of the Lord.
He's full of crap.
That's what he is.
Yeah.
Holy crap.
Talia.
What did you say, Tal?
How many charges could have been from like. holy crap what did you say Tal there are 15
charges and he like basically
attacked somebody with like a knife and was
going to kill them and try to set them on fire
at first it was that he was a molester and then
people had to come out and say no he wasn't a child molester
but he actually did try to like kill somebody
and set people on fire and stuff so
not a great guy
nobody's too far to get redeemed but
he almost drowned.
He's not redeemed yet, though, Tal.
Okay, so let's remember that.
Nobody goes too far to be redeemed.
This is true.
But he is what he is.
And until he repents, that ain't changing.
Lieutenant Dan, if you're listening today, just wait until the end.
There'll be an opportunity to give your life to the Lord.
Maybe.
Maybe.
If not, Sunday morning, take your boat down here.
Hop a ride.
I don't know about Lieutenant Dan.
I'm just kidding.
Anybody.
Oh, my gosh.
I'll tell you, anybody's redeemable.
Anybody is redeemable.
Amen.
Unless you're burning people and whatever.
Whatever.
Yeah, that's true.
Crazy crap.
So we had some people in the live chat.
Linda said that she also had a very strong piece as well.
Just like you said that you did.
And to that, just the whole time she had that overwhelming.
And also in the live chat, people are saying that they are tired.
So they're right there with us.
I don't know why I'm so tired.
It might have been whatever's in those chemtrails or whatever they were spitting into those clouds
or whatever oh crystals well you know tryptophan or whatever that is in turkey that's what it was
turkey drug i like it because i feel just like i do after thanksgiving right now like where's
where's the foil like i've been cooking like where's our hats? I have mine.
I know you do.
But I'm not kidding you.
I feel like I have been cooking all day long
to eat for only 30 to 45 minutes
and then want to collapse on the couch.
That's how tired I am.
So if they were doing anything in those clouds
with drugs that might make us tired, it worked.
I'm whooped.
I know.
I'm tired.
Now we know to pray against whatever that chemtrail was,
those crystals.
Whatever that is.
Whatever that was.
Next time.
You're right.
I've been going to bed at 9.30 every night.
Okay.
Baby.
You're not.
It's usually 10.
It's usually 10.
Okay.
Okay.
Hope.
What can I say that's nice?
The first question today.
I really don't have a nice response to that.
Here, I'll tell everybody where they can watch us.
Yeah, because I'm about to say, you idiot.
What are you talking about?
I get really tired.
30 minutes.
You usually go to bed like 8.39.
Yeah. Yeah, don't even so you going 9 30 is giving you some okay she's are you kidding me what drug are you on wow it's the crystals it's the guy
like she's the first one to bed people people. Like, I'm not kidding you.
I have a picture.
There's a picture.
I mean, what are you saying over there?
Do you have amnesia or something, too?
She does.
What is up?
The nanoparticles.
It's the nanoparticles.
I think she's forgotten.
I think, you know, you're right.
She did. She's forgotten. I forgot it. I think she's forgotten. You know, you're right. She did.
She's forgotten.
I forgot it.
I need to remember.
She goes to bed so flippin' early.
I know.
That's later than what you normally go.
That might be why you're so tired.
Exactly.
That's why she's tired.
I know.
I'm like, she's so stupid.
She literally was sleeping on the couch during the hurricane.
9.30 p.m.
Talia took 9.30 p.m. on the couch.
Did you take a picture of me?
Yeah, of course I did.
I think she posted it somewhere.
I did.
It's on Lapse.
Oh, yeah.
That's where it was.
I'm not kidding you guys.
9.30 is late for her.
I'm not joking.
Maybe that's why I'm so tired.
That's why.
You're so tired.
That is why you're tired.
I'm pushing it.
Do you go to bed between 8.30 and 9
every night?
Like,
what world are you living in
that you can't remember that?
Man,
I don't know.
We go out to,
if we go out to dinner,
Time does not exist.
And she'll be like,
I'm tired.
I'm like,
it's 8.15.
You can hang.
My social battery
is running low by then.
That's it. She starts shark zone. Not there anymore. My social battery is running low by then.
That's it.
She starts shark zone.
Not there anymore.
My eyes start to turn.
Wait, Jer sends a video of me sleeping?
To who?
At the time stamp.
Sorry.
To have a conversation with your man. I'm going to post a picture of Vanessa sleeping.
So if you want to see it, go to my Instagram.
Okay, tag Hope Hotline.
We will post the picture of Vanessa sleeping at 9.30
on the Hope Hotline in our stories
if you want to have confirmation
that Hope is correct in this one.
I'm just telling you the truth.
Just telling you the truth.
And the truth will set me free.
I feel free right now.
I feel like I'm talking to my mother.
I kid you not.
She is.
I'm like, Mom.
She is elderly.
No, not that.
She is elderly.
But sometimes I'm like, Mom, do you not know that this and this and this?
Oh, yeah.
And I'm like, that's never happened.
I know.
That's why you guys are besties.
Yeah, it is.
I love your mom.
Me too.
We're kindred spirits.
You definitely live in your own worlds.
Your own realities.
That's for sure.
Best way to live.
That is true.
You be you.
You be you.
Where's my shirt?
Okay, I guess.
Anyways.
In case people want to share this.
Yeah. Like a sleep deprived podcast no we got great questions coming up i'm actually very i like the first one okay so we'll
do this real quick want me to get everybody liking it let's do it all right so facebook
let's see what we got going on over there oh very quiet but we've got some watchers so if you are
watching on facebook um we're, I'll drop the live.
Talia is very, very busy over there.
No, I got it.
Okay.
The Rumble link is in the Facebook chat in the comments.
YouTube, we were banned.
Tom's podcast was banned again.
No way.
I'm shocked.
I'm probably banned with him or feeling the sufferings of that.
Yeah.
We've got a strong couple of people watching on our YouTube.
So if you are watching and you're still there,
um,
you got a link to click,
come over to rumble.
You guys know how much we love rumble.
Rumble is going strong today.
Got all the live chat.
We've got a good group of people watching with us today.
And then of course we've got black robe always available,
but,
um,
come over to rumble.
It's where the fun is.
Um,
we will have our audio podcast up later
and as always with the Rumble link,
you can like it.
There's that little like button
that will help a little bit.
And if you ever want to share,
there's that link also
and you can also save it.
You can have a whole list of things to watch later
if one of these questions
like really resonates with you
and it's something that maybe you want to share
with somebody in the future.
If you just do your little share button, or sorry, your save button, it'll, it'll
stay on your channel somewhere, somewhere in your account. So that's fun. Um, of course we need you
guys sending your questions. So ask hope at hope hotline.com. If you ask a question in the live
chat, especially the rumble, please either put it in the comments or send it to the email real quick. We do lose all
the live chat later that just is there for the live chat. And so it won't stay and we will miss
the if you end up sending it later, if you are watching kind of behind or something like that.
Sometimes it will still like hang out there even after we end, but we won't see it. So it's just
always best to send ask hope at hope hotline.com. I send it over to Hope and then it gets answered. So that's fun. All right, next we've got our merch
available. So we've got our shirt, our hat and our mug and our spoon, always available at
foundationchurchfl.com. Click shop. And this Sunday we are doing baptisms. So if you are interested,
please go to foundationchurchfl.com.
And instead of clicking shop, you'll click events and it will be right at the top.
And I screenshotted all of our little things.
Can I show these?
Yeah.
So when you go to events, this is kind of what you'll see.
And just so you know, we have a lot of stuff going on and it's always updated.
So if you just click on our events, usually the second Sunday it ends, it's usually taken off.
So we are very on it with this.
Heather does a great job.
So the Sunday service is always there.
Baptism, usually that top line will have some of the featured stuff, as you can see.
Women's Conference and stuff like that will be up there for you to find out.
And we always have youth group on Wednesday.
So that's always every single Wednesday we will have that.
And then on Mondays we have different women's hubs.
And so we'll have our Romans first and third Monday
and then Righteousness second and fifth Monday.
And then on the fourth Monday we do worship.
And we always have a men's hub every single week as well.
And so they are studying whatever they're studying right now.
I don't know.
But Travis runs it.
It's great.
A really good time.
Lots of guys get together.
That's a huge group of men.
Huge group.
He has a big group of guys.
I know.
He does.
This is one of the largest men's Bible studies I think I've ever seen.
It is.
He does a really great job.
Yeah.
Holy moly. I mean, it's big, but, and all the guys are like strong. Yeah. Yep. I know. Yeah.
So if you're looking for friends, cause guys aren't always the best at that. So if you're
looking for friends or fellowship or just like just digging in the word, um, I know at the end
of the day, probably you guys are all working, but if you just get there or if it's your husband's,
like if you go, sometimes they'll follow you. so you go to the women's groups and then they can come with
you let them try it out one time usually it takes that one time just to get in the doors
but um it's always available travis does a great job and so please go um and then just if you
didn't know or if you're watching this and you know you want to move to florida at some point
and make this your home church which is always a great idea even though the hurricanes it's fine we all handle this
everybody's got something everybody has i mean you live in california you're gonna deal with
earth right you live in the midwest you're gonna deal with tornadoes i mean well california even
has like the wildfires wildfires fires everywhere not even just there and then northeasters
colorado does you get the northeasters you're freezing and your heat goes out.
Nope.
Thank you.
Everybody everywhere has something.
Yeah.
There ain't a place that you're not going to deal with mudslides, whatever.
I know.
I mean.
There's something everywhere.
I know.
Come on.
Come on.
Tornadoes.
Tornadoes.
Like Midwest, right?
Yes.
Like hail the size of my head.
Yes. At least with hurricanes, you know it's coming right you have at least yeah four days to prep right tornadoes you don't no that's a wildfires
you don't know we got it good montana has wildfire i mean everywhere has and there's no dodging fires
oh no thank you i mean i agreed agreed, Vanessa. Right, right.
We can prepare for a hurricane.
And if you want to dip out at the first few, fine, dip out the first few.
And then when it takes you seven years to get back, then you'll decide to just stay.
Oh, my gosh.
That Irma.
Man, I'm telling you, people took forever to get out and get back.
That one was a rough one.
Jair had to come back right away.
And it was terrible.
He's like, I'll never again.
I just stayed and hung out with my mom. I was like, I'll just hang out with you. It's terrible. But I'm like, I'll never. No. And it was terrible. He's like, I'll never again. I just stayed and hung out with my mom.
I was like, I'll just hang out with you.
It's terrible.
But I'm like, I'll never.
No.
No, thank you.
And here's the thing.
I, like, for me, if you don't, like, if you're not comfortable, first of all, if you live
in a, like, I live in a zone A.
Okay.
That's a mandatory evacuation.
Every time. Right. Depending on where you live in an A A. Right. Okay. That's a mandatory evacuation. Every time.
Right.
Depending on where you live in an A, get the heck out.
Right.
Okay.
Yeah.
I don't.
But where I live in a zone A, I mean, the odds of it flooding.
Right.
Like we have a lot of water, but the odds of it flooding are not good.
Like J.R. Davis.
I mean, like J.R. Davis. Like J.R.
Like 45 years, it's never flooded.
Okay.
I know.
That would be me.
Right?
Yeah.
Right.
But I'm just saying, like, there are some people in some places that if you live on the water, you need to evacuate.
Okay?
And for me, if I lived on the water and it was a mandatory evacuation route I wouldn't I mean
evacuation I wouldn't be going and staying at a school I would go and leave right out of the state
and go stay somewhere right or go across the state where it's definitely not going to be right okay
I get that and I don't fault people for not that I thought who cares if I fault people anyway
whatever I know on the whole like people, it is not an option.
Right.
You need to go.
Right.
Right.
But there are some people,
and if you don't have the faith for it,
go.
Right.
And just work your way
to where you're like,
can stay and command the storm to be still.
Correct.
But sometimes you got to get to that place
where you can command the storm to be still.
So no condemnation and no like feeling defeated.
Don't feel like that because then you never rise to the cream of the crop and stay and
feel like, oh, I can do this.
Amen.
You know, you got to like bite off like you don't eat an elephant all at once.
You eat it one bite at a time.
And so that's how faith works.
You just keep,
keep defeating and winning and overcoming. That's how you, that's how you end up staying
in a storm. But I would say again, if you're in a mandatory evacuation, like people who stayed
on Fort Myers beach, they're not alive anymore. Right. I mean, some of them aren't alive and they should have left.
And that's not like that's.
Yeah.
You got to be smart if you live in an evacuation.
And, you know, like at this point, you know what area you live in and if it's not good or if it's fine.
Like we do.
My backyard is A and my front yard is B.
And it's because we're close to the
Charlotte Harbor, but we don't work. Deep Creek is at a higher elevation than like most places
outside of Charlotte County. And so we don't deal with flooding. The only reason our house got like
flood close to us is because our storm drain clogged up during Ian. And so they went out,
unplugged it because for some reason somebody knew in my neighborhood and then all the water
went down during the hurricane. So it just never came came up close enough but we just don't deal with flooding
so you're right there's you have to kind of know the area talk to you if you're new talk to your
neighbors they know yeah and um and like you said um Tracy Lopes mom also dealt with flooding and
she's been there 37 years it's never been an issue so I'm like man but that happened but if we didn't
pray this thing away and it hung out
longer and it was worse, it was a five and there was more rain attached to it. Like the, I don't
even know if these houses would exist. Yeah. I honestly don't. So yeah, we, there was definitely
damage. People definitely have to, we'll have to deal with rebuild and stuff. Exactly. Don't feel
like, uh, don't feel like for the ones that stayed that stayed that, and this is, I really do want to make sure that people understand.
If you didn't stay, me personally, I'm not sitting there and going, you're weak.
No, nobody knows what people's situations are or what they're walking through or whatever.
Only you do. And you should, I personally, I mean this sincerely, examine why you left.
Right.
If you didn't have the faith to be able to do it, or maybe there were, my daughter helped
this woman who's in her late 80s, early 90s, go through Walmart.
She couldn't.
An hour and a half, Norma helped this woman the day before the storm get water.
She couldn't.
It was so bad for this elderly woman.
And the Lord told Norma, don't leave her side.
Help her the whole entire way through and everything.
And she did.
But that woman can't go anywhere, guys.
I know.
Yeah.
And Norma witnessed to her and stuff like that,
and she might even come to the church because she lives near her.
But here's the thing.
Some people can't leave.
Some people can.
And I know back in the day, Tom's a first responder.
I didn't have him with me.
I had small kids. I didn't have him with me. Right. I had small kids.
I didn't leave.
But my faith was there.
Yeah.
So I was like, I can do this.
I can handle it.
We're okay.
It's going to be all right.
But when we first got married, I went to the shelter with him.
Yep.
And I stayed because he was like, come to the shelter with me so everybody has a place and
then you grow in it yeah and then you figure it out so there is no condemnation or there's no like
there should nobody should feel like um shame shame or like people are looking down on me
because we left or whatever for me I'm like I don't know why they left right there's they could
live on the water for all I know they should get the heck out, I don't know why they left. They could live on the water, for all I know.
They should get the heck out.
Absolutely.
I don't know where people live, and I don't know their situation.
But like you said, examine.
Some people didn't want to deal with not having power afterwards,
and they just didn't want to deal with it.
And they had the finances to dip out, and they don't have any major responsibilities.
Do I blame you for that?
No, I don't.
Right.
But if it was fear-based, yeah, like dig into that. Find out like, was it an impulse decision because you were like, you're panicking? Then, you know, that's something to examine. I
think that's a really good point. Absolutely. I agree. Yeah. And for me, I'll be honest with you,
even if I had the money, which I do, to leave so I don't have to be without power or any
convenience, I'll be honest with you. I wouldn't leave. It's just me personally. You know why I
wouldn't leave? Because my faith is stronger than a lot of other people's faith. And because of that,
I'm going to be speaking to that storm for the others that can't. So I'll inconvenience myself
for not having little power for a period of time
to help fight a storm when others don't maybe have the faith.
And you could say,
well,
you can do that from another state.
I could,
but how strong would I really fight it?
Cause I'm not having to deal with it.
I know.
It's different.
It's different.
It is different.
But also to provide support once the storm is over.
Well,
that was a big thing because the next day, we are out there.
I mean, the next day,
we were out like,
literally pods up people's trees
that we were cleaning out
and fencing and docks.
We were removing a dock
out of someone's backyard that the water's on the one side of the street
and the dock landed in their backyard.
So like, yeah, we needed to be here to help and clear out because we were cleaning up lots of yards.
And so I agree with you, too.
It's like be there for other people, too. It's like be there for other people, too. But but but I know again, nobody knows anybody's
situation. So nobody should look down their nose at anybody. Nobody has that right. And you don't
know if you are doing that. Just so you know, you don't know everything about everybody's situation
and what's going on with them. So shame on you because you people wouldn't like it if it was
done to them. They never do.
They're like, well, if they knew what was going on.
Monday morning quarterbacking is really easy to do the next day. Facts.
Facts.
So everybody just needs to take a chill and be grateful that things worked out the way they did.
And just all of us need to like, because I know I can, I, sometimes I sense,
I do sense people kind of like having a haughty spirit. Yeah. Cause when you get a win,
you're like, Ooh, see, you know, we, we did that. You did nothing. Right. Well,
you don't know what nobody did and you don't know their situation. I know people that weren't here
and they were fighting and they were like fighting for us and they were sending video
messages and they were doing things and encouraging people from afar. And so, yeah, you, yeah, no.
Yeah. I have a, I have a, what I consider to be a good friend. That's what he was doing. He was
out of state and they're on the water. Yeah. Yeah. So they were out of state and he was texting me,
asking me and like genuinely concerned and caring.
But, you know, again, nobody knows their situation.
I know.
Absolutely.
So got to be super careful about having a critical and judgy spirit.
We are allowed to judge, but not in these things.
I know.
Just sense. It's like someone's bedtime.
I mean, who are we to judge?
Oh, I am going to judge you.
You liar.
That's heaven and hell right there.
You liar.
Heaven and hell.
I go to bed.
I don't know why I'm so tired.
I go to bed at 10.30 every night.
No, Vanessa.
You go to bed at 8.30.
No, no.
You're acting like you go to bed at 10.30, and it's really...
You're going to bed at 9.30, which is an hour later than your original time.
But we won't go back there.
This is definitely going to be the replay tomorrow.
I digress.
Anyways, so we have, okay, okay.
So we have men's group.
So if you want to move to Florida, there you go.
That was your, that was the commercial to move to Florida. Um, but we also
have every Sunday except the first Sunday of the month. Um, my husband, Jer will take the middle
school kids, um, the sixth through eighth graders, and we'll take them in the back and go teach them,
you know, some hard lessons. He'll teach them about the Lord and they'll have fun. And they're
just silly back there. He'll pound their face in. He will. He takes care of them. And Linda's back there too, to be the, you know, sweet,
sweet Linda that she is and make sure they also stay in line. But it's so funny because every
Sunday that Pastor Tom says something mildly inappropriate, he's like, it's not my fault if
the kids are in here. And it's always the first Sunday of the month every single time every single time so my apologies for that um and then on Wednesdays also we have so we have
our fortress youth on Wednesday and we also have the essentials hub so if you're new to the walk
and you just got saved this even if you're not it's still good to kind of hear what the essentials
are and what we believe the essentials are and he he just, he brought, he's bringing a new class. It's even on a higher, so he has his, the steps already. And then there's,
he's just adding a new one to it and it's all, it's, it's going to a whole new level. It's so
flipping good. That essentials class is so good. Yeah. So that's Skylar and Janelle and they,
yeah, they do a great job. They have a heart for this stuff. And so it definitely shows. Um, and then obviously the Hope Hotline and the TLP. TLP is every single weekday,
um, on CTN and all the other places, Rumble, all the good stuff. And then Firm Foundations
is Tuesdays. It's every other Tuesday. It's about to go on sabbatical. Okay. So this is the last
month for that. So we've got, yep. Next week will be the last one for now. Um, but so if you're here
on a Tuesday, um, but again, just check the one for now. But so if you're here on a
Tuesday, but again, just check the events page. It's always, everything's always up to date. And
then lastly, now we have our 18 to 29 year old YAG young adult group. They're doing something.
That's not a Bible study.
That is a hangout.
That is a hangout.
And so they just get together. These kids, like this age group,
they need to be around like-minded people.
There was 32 of them at my house on Sunday night.
Shoot me, kill me, put me out of my misery.
They are the loudest bunch of yikes.
That's a large group.
That is a large group.
There's 32 and there were plenty of kids, plenty of them missing.
Oh, wow.
They're headed to my house next month.
Yeah, I know.
Thank God.
I told Tom that.
Thank God.
I was like, Tom, they ain't coming back next month.
They're going to the next month.
I'm hoping they let me hang.
Oh, you'll be able to hang.
It's Tommy.
Tommy will always let you hang.
Yeah, you think so?
Okay.
I'm really excited.
Vanessa, I already told you.
Oh, yeah, you get to hang.
100%.
The host always hangs.
Okay, good.
If you don't, there'll be no food replacement and no drink or ice replacement.
You'll be working the whole entire time.
Trust me.
I know.
I believe it.
I do that.
I'm cleaning up and
putting in new ice and making sure
there's drinks. Oh my gosh.
They can be at a house party.
That's what I mean.
This age group, they
need like-minded people that it's okay
that they're not doing things the world are doing.
Yeah, they are.
I know.
I know. If you have a kid that's 19 to 29, 18 to 29, I'm just telling you, they will laugh and enjoy themselves.
It's clean, nice, clean fun.
Nice, clean fun.
So wholesome.
So it's a good time for everybody.
Keep going.
And Talia will be there.
Okay. And then lastly is our Virtuous Hub. so wholesome so it's a good time for everybody keep going and Talia will be there okay um so
and then lastly is our uh virtuous hub so this is a hub that is led at the church on the first
Thursday of every month um and so the next one will be November 7th and Sarum leads this and
it is either cooking or um just I don't just all the all the next one is gifts that's what I was gonna I didn't know if we were saying that she wants everybody to know specific. Next one is gifts. That's what I was going to,
I didn't know if we were saying that.
I was trying to think on the phone.
She wants everybody to know.
The next one is everything for the next several
is all related to the month that is coming.
So you'll learn,
this one is how to do gift wrapping,
not like, but baskets.
She's a killer. She's a beast on those things like nobody
can make them and she's going to teach us the tricks and then the following one is something
christmassy yes and then january is really going to be fun perfect yeah so those ones are so winning
did you hit so winning oh and so winning oh yeah no i didn't gotta do so right over that so yeah
so saturdays um it's usually every other saturday the next one will be the 26th again every time you go to the
events page it'll have the updated um times and dates right on the side you meet here at the
church i believe 9 30 right that's the time i think it is 9 30 yeah you meet at the church at 9 30 and
then they go out wherever they go out and basically they are you will be trained and equipped to win
souls in sarasota and Charlotte County.
And so sometimes they will go in.
It's a big bunch.
Yeah, they have a lot.
Eddie has a huge group.
Yep, yep.
Which makes it super easy.
If you have to go out and do something
that you've never done before
and you're not comfortable in that,
what's great is that it's a buddy system
so you don't go by yourself.
But what's really wonderful about it is,
like, it's still fun.
Right.
It's lower pressure,
especially if you're in a buddy system,
that's already done it before.
Then you have somebody you can watch until you grow confident in it.
But it's,
it's,
I mean,
really,
if you're not winning souls,
what are you doing?
Right.
Right.
Which is going to go into one of our questions that we have.
So it's perfect.
Yeah.
So that's,
those are all the things going on right now.
And some months we have way more going on
and some months we have just the regular stuff going on.
But yeah, if you're struggling with like just life in general
and like not feeling like you're fitting in
or if you're getting caught up in gossip
or you keep going back to old sin,
like this is the stuff that you need to do.
When you start seeing people turn to Jesus
and you were a part of it,
it does like it,
it just hits differently.
And then all of a sudden you get busy
doing what God wants you to do
and you stop doing less of what you want to do.
And plug in.
Plug in.
There's so many things,
but soul winning, go try it.
Oh yeah.
I mean, when you get outside of yourself
and you're actually doing kingdom business, man, like you said, you feel a hundred times better. And then there's
always after church on Sunday, there's the cafe. Yep. If you don't have friends, free food. So
that's part of the four essentials is fellowship. Yep. Get in there, eat some free food and make
some friends because, oh my gosh. I know. We have some of the best people at our church, too.
We really do.
I've never been a part of something like this ever in my life.
Me either.
Ever.
Just some amazing people.
We've been in church our whole lives.
Yeah, me too.
Except for like five years of my life.
I've always been in church.
I've never met people like we have at this church.
Never.
I know.
They're just great, great people.
Quality.
Yep.
Super quality.
Yeah.
So let's do the first question.
Now that we only have 19 minutes.
You don't even have your thing there.
I don't.
There you go.
This one's super interesting because I'm not a numbers person,
but I know that numbers are so, not the book of
numbers, but numbers in the Bible are super significant. And this is really interesting
for me while I was researching it. And what I've done is I've broken this down
quickly and short enough to make people go, let me do some research on this. But this question says,
I've noticed that God uses the same numbers in the Bible, like three for the Trinity,
but Jesus was raised again after three days, seven for the number of days it took to create
the world. And then there's, then it's said to be God's favorite number. Oh, so seven. Yes. Okay.
Sorry. That question's all messed up a little bit.
And then it talks about 12 and 40.
And it does.
Like the number 12 is used frequently,
which I'm gonna get into.
And the number 40 is frequent.
But there are other numbers in the Bible
that are used very often
and they are very significant.
And I don't like, it's not by accident.
It's not coincidental at all.
So I'm going to go through these numbers for this person
so that they can see that, yeah,
the numbers are extremely significant
in what some of these numbers mean.
So one represents the union of the Godhead as one God.
Okay?
Seven is often called God's number.
It represents completeness or perfection. The word
seven in Hebrew is spelled with the same consonants as the word for complete or full.
What in the details
40 represents a generation
Or a full period of time
For example
The Israelites wandered in the desert
For 40 years
4 is the number of creation
Including 4 seasons
Isn't that crazy?
6 is thought to be the number of man as man was created on the sixth day.
Twelve represents a complete divine arrangement.
And now I'm going to tell you some twelves.
This is crazy.
Twelve lunar cycles corresponding to twelve months in the year.
Twelve hour periods in the day and night.
Twelve signs of the Mazaruth was the order of the stars.
12 patriarchs from Seth to Noah and his family.
12 patriarchs from Shem to Jacob.
12 powerful judges throughout the national history of Israel.
12 stones on the breastplate of the high priest.
I mean, this is crazy.
12 spies commissioned by Moses to spy on Canaan.
12 was continuously represented
in the design and flow of Solomon's temple.
12 sons of Jacob slash Israel.
Jacob is also known as Israel.
12 tribes of Israel came from the 12 sons of Jacob.
12 years old.
This is crazy.
12 years old, Jesus was publicly recognized
to have spiritual authority. 12 years old, Jesus was publicly recognized to have spiritual authority.
12 apostles chosen by Jesus.
12 kingdom of heaven
parables. Wow. That's a lot
of 12. That is a lot.
And then there's the book of Revelation
reveals a pattern of the number
12. Listen to this. 12 times 2.
2 is the number of the witness.
24 elders
around the throne of God.
12,000 times 12.
12,000 sealed.
12,000 number of tribes equals 144,000.
That are the chosen, right?
The sealed witnesses.
The New Jerusalem is seen in its 12 gates, each with 12 foundations.
The circumference of the New Jerusalem is 12,000 furlongs,
and its walls are 144 cubits high.
There it is.
That's wild.
That's crazy.
How crazy is that?
Three.
Three is the number of the Trinity as perfectly seen in the Holy Trinity.
One God in three persons.
Trinity,
the triunity existed before the foundation of the world with the infinite and
eternal father,
son,
and Holy spirit.
God set patterns of three and many of the rituals and instructions for his
people in Israel.
Three things were put in the ark of the covenant,
the jar of manna,
Aaron staff and table of tables of stone.
Most people don't even know what was in the ark of the covenant.
Isn't that crazy? So crazy. People don't even know what was in the Ark of the Covenant. Isn't that crazy?
So crazy.
People don't even know.
No.
But yes.
So if you didn't know, in the Ark was the manna, the staff, and the stones.
The tablets.
Daily prayers were three times a day.
There was appointed feasts, which were three times each year.
Three laws.
Moral, ceremonial, and civil,
three types of sacrifices, sin offering, peace offering, and praise offering,
and there's many more of threes.
Ten, representative divine order,
tenth generation from creation was judged for sin by the great flood.
Ten commandments are the perfect instructions for righteousness.
Ten percent tithe was an
acknowledgement of god's gifts of abundance 10 plagues in egypt completed god's judgment when
pharaoh failed to release god's people 10 spies failed to see god's power and provision so they
brought back an evil report and there's many more tens i only picked the ones that people would actually go, Oh, I remember that. But there are so many more, like it's mind blowing. Like consistently the same numbers used over and over
and over again. Eight represents new beginnings represents it represents new life, regeneration,
resurrection and commencement. Eight people were on the ark for the new beginning after the flood.
I never realized that.
That's good.
No, I didn't know that.
Me neither.
That's cool.
153 represents God's living waters.
666, we know what that represents, the beast.
30 is the dedication to a task or calling.
30 was the age when Joseph came to power in Egypt.
Remember these things, guys.
30 is very important.
30 was the age that men in Israel entered the military and served in battle. 30 was the age Levites began priestly service. 30 was the age David became king. 30 was the age John the Baptist
began baptizing based on the age of Jesus. 30 was the age at which Jesus began his earthly ministry,
and Judas covenanted, or he actually went into covenant
to betray Jesus for 30 pieces of silver.
30 is very important.
People want to rush into doing ministry,
but all these people that were great uh men of god did not do anything
until they were 30. that's it for the numbers people let's do sponsors yay that was cool but
that is amazing right so cool it's very good numbers are like somebody we've had somebody be a numerical person that has come to Bible studies before.
And they like knew all these, the significance of the number and the spelling of the number.
Interesting.
I know.
And when they would talk, I would sit there and like, some people just like, some people are history people.
Some people like math i don't know why you would but some people like math and the numbers fascinate them yeah but when they would talk you sit there and go oh my gosh holy moly god is in
the details you know what's sad is like new age has like taken numbers and they've like made them their own.
So then people.
Like what are you talking about?
So they have like angel numbers and it's based off the vibration of like the universe.
And so when you see like 333, that means a blessing is coming your way.
If you see 444, that means angels are there.
What? Really?
1111 is like the gateway to your awakening.
Like there's all these different...
That's why at 11-11 you make a wish and stuff.
Right.
Have you ever heard that?
When you see 11-11 on the clock, you're supposed to make a wish?
Nope. Never heard of this.
Did you hear about that?
No.
Never heard of that before.
I didn't know that New Age had numbers.
Significance with numbers.
So people kind of struggle with that when they leave New Age,
that when they see numbers, they're like, I don't know. Cause it's, but it's all manipulated from
what God does with numbers. There are new age. People are just trying to make it their own
and just making up stuff basically as they go. Um, but they, they are very heavily focused on
numbers. You're supposed to be like really paying attention. And most people like wake up at like
three 33 in the morning and they like are four 44 and that's supposed to have like a meaning for you
holy moly yeah did not know that just another way to manipulate what god does yeah that's very
interesting actually yeah yeah it's so sad the the um counterfeit yep that's the word counterfeit. Yep. That's the word counterfeit.
So sad.
All the time. Be aware.
Yeah.
Exactly.
He's a liar.
Right.
Right.
It doesn't surprise me though.
No.
Like he's the counterfeit of like everything.
Yep.
Yeah.
Cause he wanted to be,
be God.
Right.
And so,
yeah.
And God's a creator.
Right.
Exactly.
And he can't create.
So he has to just manipulate and
make it his own very fascinating though that's very fascinating yeah very interesting very
interesting that's wild let's go to this hot little thing right here hot stuff I was like me
no I ain't talking about you. She's such a humble spirit.
Not talking about you.
I don't know how professional that was for me to talk about my sponsor like that.
I mean, listen, if somebody called me hot stuff, I wouldn't be bothered.
I didn't say that because she's paying, but I'm just saying.
I'll pay somebody to say it to me.
Not that I was cuz I wasn't but Laura Keller and the real estate appraisal associates of Southwest Florida has been in business since 2005

941-460-3962,
and tell him that the Hope Hotline sent you.
Let's do our last question.
We got five minutes.
Yeah, absolutely.
So this is,
I mean, it seems like an elementary question,
but when I went to go and look it up and everything,
I was like, nothing's concrete.
Do you know what's the question I'm talking about?
Nothing's concrete, but I mean, it's obvious
because there's, I'm going to just read it to you.
There you go.
And you'll know what I'm talking about.
I've been wondering lately after losing my mother in July,
if after we've joined our dear Savior in heaven,
we think about our loved ones who don't go to heaven.
I understand that there are no tears in heaven,
but do we feel sad for those who won't ever be with us there?
Do we grieve them when we get to heaven?
And do we even think about
them so i'm going to give you some scripture um first before we move into it but like there are
tears in heaven because the bible says he'll wipe away our tears okay do i believe that the tears in heaven will be everlasting? No, I don't. I think it's when we
initially get there. I think it's after judgment that I think after that, I think it's for a short
period of time, potentially that we will, but we're going to get to why I think that. So Revelations 21.4,
and I did the Amplified Classic, says, God will wipe away every tear from their eyes,
and death shall be no more. Neither shall there be anguish, sorrow, and mourning, nor grief,
nor pain anymore, for the old conditions and the former order of things have passed away. So that scripture right there tells you,
yeah, you might have tears in heaven,
but they're not going to stay because the old things go.
And then the scripture says that there will be a new creation, right?
So for a period of time, very short, you may have tears.
But after that, no, because the life that we're going to
live is not even something we can conceptually understand. It is beyond our, we've, we, you know,
his ways are higher than our ways. And how we think, like, have you ever had a problem and you think it's going to be worked
out a certain way and you think okay god's probably gonna make it happen this way and then
when it's all when you get to the other side of the situation it didn't happen any kind of way
that you ever thought it would be resolved yep it's actually far better and far superior than
any other than the way that you thought it would be rectified. 100%.
Never happens the way I think it's going to happen.
Never.
I always think, I always have a plan.
Okay, this is how it's going to, this is what,
this is how it's all going to, it never works out like that.
Yeah.
And that's how heaven is going to be.
I mean, he gives us in the last, in the last,
I believe it's verse 20,
or excuse me, I think it's chapter 20,
is where he tells us what heaven's going to look like.
But we can't even come close to even understanding what that looks like.
Not even close.
You want to talk about a 15-minute city,
that's going to be one heck of a 15-minute city.
That's funny.
Like we can't even comprehend how amazing it's going to be.
I know.
And so for that,
I say,
you're not going to cry,
but there's scripture that says that,
um,
revelation seven 17 says,
and this is amplified classic for the lamb who is in the midst of the throne will be their shepherd.
And that S in shepherd is capitalized, meaning the Lord.
And he will guide them to the springs of the waters of life.
And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.
So you will.
I mean, there will be a period of time, I believe.
Well, there will be tears, but they will not last forever.
And I think one of the reasons why we'll have tears in heaven
is because of the loved ones that don't make it.
And we will know.
And I think partly why you might have tears,
not you specifically to who wrote this, but the
reason why we might have tears is because of the loved ones or the friends or the people that we
should have witnessed to that we never considered. Why didn't we consider them? Because we were all
about ourself. We're all about our life and making sure it's as comfortable as it possibly can and not being inconvenienced in any way. We can't win souls because we can't be inconvenienced.
And so for that, I think, yeah, we'll have, we made it, but there'll be loved ones that we
might've been able to take with us or people that we crossed paths with that might've,
we might've been able to win, but we were just too busy about ourselves.
And shame on us for that. And then I also think there'll be tears that we shed because of all
the things that we could have accomplished ministerial-wise, gifts and callings that
he had given us, and we never did any of them because we were about our business we're about our
job we were about our hobby we were about our kids we were about our spouse instead of being about
kingdom business and then all of those things that were that we were making priority would have been
done more excellently if we would have put him first. Instead, we did all those things
and we were like a hamster on a wheel
and we didn't do what he called us to do.
And because of that, you know,
that's less crowns that we'll throw at his feet.
And I mean, for me, like when I don't rise to the occasion,
I'm a very competitive person.
Vanessa is not that competitive, but Tracy is extremely competitive. And for me, if I don't accomplish something that I know that I'm more than capable of doing, I'm peeved.
I'm peeved because that means I lost.
I don't like losing.
Nobody likes a loser.
I don't.
Nobody likes losing.
Nobody likes losing.
And so for me, I'm like, if I go to heaven,
which I will to a certain extent,
I already know that I will because I've wasted years, right?
So, I mean, there's time that's been wasted.
So I have to do some catch up here.
But knowing that there have been missed opportunities
or there's things that I'm not doing
that I should be doing,
but because I'm behind the eight ball,
I'm like not accomplishing all that he has for me.
I don't want that to be me.
I want to get up there and him say,
well done, good and faithful servant.
And me to be able to go, you know what? Everything you put before me, I did it to the best of my ability.
Not, oops, I let that one get by me. Oops, I was too busy and that wasn't that important. I don't
want that to be me. I don't want tears. But more importantly, I think we will see our loved ones on Judgment Day,
and we will see them not go to heaven.
And I think it will be harder for them.
You guys can put yourselves on and give me your two cents,
but I think it will be harder for them.
I think that's one of the reasons why they're going to be in torment and torture
because they will see us because the streets are made of gold right and gold
at its purest form is clear clear like clear glass and they will see us because there's a
chasm between us they will see us but we i don't know if we'll see them life will be so great for
us what why would we look down right but i think one of the hardest things that they'll see is what
they could have had instead of what they're living in. And that will be torment besides everything
else in hell. What do you guys say? I know this. Yeah. Like you would think this is like a very
simple question, like you said, because heaven's going to be wonderful and beautiful and great and
amazing. And so why, like, why would we think about anything bad, you know, like that?
And not having a loved one there obviously is not good.
And so this one, yeah, this one's been a tough one for me too.
I do wonder.
Because lots of us have lost family members who we know are not in heaven.
Yeah, and how are you not?
Like I'm sad right now thinking about people that I know don't know the Lord
and think that they're doing just fine,
and there's no open door because they're good.
Oh, yeah.
And so it's like that makes me sad.
Even right now they're not living their best life,
and so how would you not be sad in heaven knowing they're not there?
You know what I mean?
I have scripture that shows why, but that will reflect that it's not.
But I think it's like you're not going to be married in heaven.
So those relationships are very different, even though they're very familiar.
Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah, it's like beyond.
It's like thinking about living in heaven forever and ever and ever.
You can't conceptually understand it.
You can't.
So this is one of those things.
And I wonder, like in hell,
like it's gotta feel so hopeless so that you like, do you even see anybody? Like,
cause if you see somebody, at least you can see them. Like if you see nothing,
no, there's no part of the things that, uh, that one of the things that I've learned about in hell
is you're alone all the time. Right. And that would, that would be the worst. We're created
to be with people. So that's why God created us to be with him. Right. Cause he would, that would be the worst. We're created to be with people. So that's why
God created us to be with him. Right. Cause he didn't want to be alone. Right. So I, I know
this one's a, this one's, it's a toughie. This is a toughie. And I know we will be happy in heaven,
but it's just like, that's that like, so yeah, I'm curious about the scripture.
It's just, for me, it's so sad. Yeah. Anybody else? I think of that story of Abraham and the rich man.
Lazarus.
Yeah.
Uh-huh.
It starts on verse 24,
and he cried out,
Father Abraham, have mercy on me and send Lazarus
so he may dip the tip of his finger in water
and cool my tongue because I am in severe agony
in this agony.
Yeah.
In this flame.
Right.
And he could see.
And he can see.
Right.
Abraham.
Yeah. And Lazarus.
Right.
Yeah.
Right.
Right.
So that's torture in itself.
Yeah.
I think.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Again, you're going to see your loved ones or the people that don't make it are going
to see a life of abundance and plenty.
And some of these people have lived high on the hog and they've done horrible things to horrible people.
I mean, they've done horrible people too.
But to people like, I think about all the things that are going on.
Like if you look at Hawaii and what happened to Maui.
Isn't it Maui?
And how they destroyed people's lives.
Purposely.
Destroyed people's lives.
Some of those people weren't good people that got their lives destroyed,
but they're still human beings.
But because people have power and they want what they want and they have the means to get it,
they're destroying people who don't have the means.
What's going to happen to those evil people that have lived high on the hog?
What, 70, 90 years tops?
Yeah.
For eternity?
You're going to sit and look at the very people that you ruined their lives that were righteous
for eternity and you only got it for 70 to 80, maybe 90 years of living, you know, a life of plenty, and they get it for an eternity.
Far better than what you ever had.
Because what's on this earth doesn't even come close to what's in heaven.
And you're going to have to sit there and look at that.
Yeah.
That'd be rough.
That would be rough.
That'd be rough.
Yeah. Revelations 21 5 amplified classic
says and he who is seated on the throne said see and it says cap that's got a exclamation point
after it see i make all things new so the old things like when you go to heaven, the old you goes up there, right?
And then there's the judgment.
And then you are ushered into heaven or you're ushered into hell.
And that's where it says, I make all things new.
So from that moment on, new creation, everything.
Also, he said, record this for these sayings are faithful.
Remember, this is Revelation.
We're reading the book of Revelation.
I'm not talking about Mark, Luke, John.
This is Jesus himself saying these things.
Record this for these sayings are faithful, accurate, incorruptible, and trustworthy,
and true, which is genuine.
So all things will be made new.
And he's saying you can record what I'm saying to you,
that I make all things new.
He's saying you can record that,
which means when I said this, they are faithful.
And that word faithful meant accurate,
incorruptible, and trustworthy.
So you can believe that.
And then the word true and true means genuine.
Like that word genuine is super powerful for that sentence right there.
So there's no sadness in heaven.
Let's look at Revelation 21.4.
I mean, excuse me.
We've already read it.
Revelation 21.4 said there is no sadness there.
But Romans 14.17 says,
For the kingdom of God is not eating and
drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. So whatever the fruits of the
Spirit are, that is what you will find also in heaven. Because Galatians 5, 22 says, but the
fruit of the Spirit, of the Holy Spirit, the work which his presence within accomplishes is love, joy, gladness,
peace, patience, and even temper forbearance,
kindness, goodness, benevolence, and faithfulness.
Psalm 2, 4 says in the King James, it says,
He who sits in the heavens shall laugh.
I think that if you have the fruits of the spirit, because the Holy Spirit exists
there. So you have everything that the fruits of the spirit is in heaven. And then you add in,
like, because joy is there. You're eating, you're drinking. Because we know we do.
We've talked about that before. He's wiped away every tear you are made new and and if god is himself laughing then there
then for me there's nothing but good up there yeah and if he wipes away the tears and you so
that you don't do it you don't there are no more tears then you're set the life we're gonna have
is something that it's not even comprehensible to us.
I don't even know if that's a word, but I'm going to use it.
Run with it.
And for me, it's like, is there a scripture that says when you go to heaven, you'll never cry?
Not specifically, but if he's wiping away your tears and then he's saying that all things will be made new
and it says that there'll be no sadness, there's no mourning,
then how are you going to cry?
If there's no sadness, there's no mourning, how are you going to cry?
So for me, I don't think you will think about your family members
that don't make it.
I don't.
How you forget about them, I don't know.
And maybe you do remember them,
but it's not something you're going to harbor and carry. How is that? I don't know.
But he's good. And how many times have we had bad things happen in our life? For me, I can tell you,
I've had bad things happen to me. I've said, Lord, I don't want to remember that. Please don't let me remember that.
That was not good.
I don't remember it.
I mean, if I do, I don't remember anything that was bad.
It's like a blip on the screen.
Like I'll think about it and I'll be like,
but it doesn't hurt me.
It doesn't make me sad.
It doesn't make me have fear.
It's as if it never happened.
It's as if it happened to somebody else and i can recall that but it actually happened to me and i feel nothing about it does that make sense 100 that's how it
feels for me yep exactly the same but how that works i don't know me either i don't get it to
me if i can like it to anything it might be that. That totally makes sense.
Or you know it happened, but you feel nothing about it.
Right.
It's as if it didn't happen to you.
Because God just takes care of it.
Amen.
He takes away this thing.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And it's as if it happened to somebody else.
Like somebody else's story.
Yep.
It just so happens to be yours.
But you feel nothing about it.
And I know I'm considered soulless no no
i know that people but people don't think i feel yeah and i don't a lot but there are some things
that they're tough and things in life that you've walked through that are tough to overcome yeah
and if and you say lord i i i need you to help me yeah That's not because of you. I couldn't have done that in my own
might if I wanted to.
Nope.
Same, same, same.
Want to add something?
I just know what you're talking
about because I've experienced that in my
own life where like there's
years of my life where I don't even
have like a memory of
but I don't even go back to dig for it
either like I don't need to know like who cares whatever life is so good like for me life is so
good that I'm like why dig up but the popular thing right now in the world is to go back and
dig for these memories and why is that you think think? Heal. Drama? So that you can heal.
Closure?
Yeah, people aren't healed.
So it's leaking out in other areas of their life.
So you have to go back and find out why.
Why are you not being healed?
Why do you not trust somebody?
Why do you hate women?
What is it?
You have to go back to your root of why it is.
It's a very popular thing.
Let's play mama.
Yep. Or dad. Very popular. Let's play mama. Yep.
Yeah.
Or dad, you know.
Holy Moses.
Yeah.
That is ridiculous.
Totally so true.
It's so dramatic.
It is.
It is.
And there's a better way.
Leave it at the cross.
How about that?
Literally, let's surrender that.
Let's leave it at the cross.
Yeah.
Because it won't work.
Come on.
It won't.
You'll go back so far.
And then you'll, like, there'll be shame attached to it.
It starts getting yucky.
And then if you start remembering old things,
then you start feeling resentment towards people.
Like you were saying, sometimes you're like,
I don't want to think about it.
It doesn't matter.
It's gone.
It's done.
You know one of the things that I say often,
or I'll think often, okay?
And you can steal it if you want to but
one of the things that I think often is when people want to know about something or
you know like I'll give you an example
there are certain things when you start when you're involved with somebody like when you're when you
first started to start dating it's really nobody's business like like the person you're dating it's
nobody's business like your past or whatever but as you progressively get involved with somebody
there are things that you're gonna have to share I mean those those things are not optional. They must be shared.
But then there are things that are optional.
And I say, and this is in life,
and I'll just use it as an example
with getting involved with somebody.
But this could go across the board
to many different things.
Even with knowing things,
like when something's going on in your family,
like I'll use, this is even better.
You know how you'll have a family event, right?
And like cousins and siblings and stuff like that,
there'll be something that goes on, a stir up or something like that.
And everybody wants to know what's going on.
And one of my things that I would say,
and I have said is,
what good is going to come out of knowing this information?
If nothing good comes out of knowing this information,
then should we really share it?
Should we really talk about it?
A lot of times,
all that stuff that you're just talking about,
what good comes out of it?
If nothing good, if there's nothing positive,
like for me, for example, a lot of times when somebody's dating somebody, they want to share everything about all the people they've dated, the goods and the bads and like the positives
of this person. And sometimes we can go into
areas that make the other person feel very inadequate about that relationship because
they're saying too much about too much. And my thing is, is what good comes out of it?
If nothing good comes from it. Yep. There's zero fruit. Don't talk about it.
Yeah.
Keep that to yourself.
Sometimes talking just doesn't need to be done.
Amen.
It's true.
A fool uttereth all its thoughts, but a wise man is slow to speak.
A fool uttereth all its thoughts.
A wise man is slow to speak.
Remember that.
Truth.
Remember that. And it's
the same thing about a man who gets angry.
Yep.
Slow to speak,
slow to be angry. Right.
And if you do those things, if you
follow that guidebook, it'll save your
butt every single time. Right. Amen.
A lot of times, though,
it just doesn't feel good to us.
Right. Doesn't satisfy. Doesn't satisfy. But then you find out after you do it. Yep. A lot of times, though, it just doesn't feel good to us. So we don't.
It doesn't satisfy.
But then you find out after you do it, you feel gross.
Yep.
Yeah.
Doesn't scratch that itch anymore.
In the moment, though, it's like, oh.
Yeah.
But afterwards, you're like.
And then the Holy Spirit was like, did you have to say that?
Yeah.
Was that necessary?
What good comes from it?
Let's see.
If nothing good comes from it, then just don't say it or do it.
If it's not, you know, and that's, that'll save you from a lot of things.
Very true.
Especially like one of the things when people always want to know gossipy stuff with me,
one of the things oftentimes, which keeps people from coming to me,
but a lot of times I'll say, spiritually speaking, can you tell me why you need to know this information and how it'll benefit you
spiritually speaking yeah and a lot of times there's nothing spiritual about it at all it's
just being nosy and wanting to know information that you have no business right needing to know
right and before you listen to something you need to also remember or think
about this. Spiritually speaking, how does this benefit me? Is this things that I need to know?
Because when you listen to things that you shouldn't be listening to, you are now participating
in sin. A lot of people think it's only the one gossiping that's doing the sinning. No, no, no.
It's you listening too. And that's why you feel yucky once
it happens. They vomit all over you. They leave and then you're stuck with the vomit. Yep. Yep.
And then you don't even know if it's true. And it's like, then you like a lot of times it's not
right. And you have this information. What do you do with it? And you can't say anything because
then you weren't supposed to know in the first place. So it's just now you're stuck in a yucky
spot. Oh yes. Oh, thank you. Oh yes. And you oh yes and you could just say oh sorry no no that's
okay not participating yeah and not today like i didn't want to know never mind remember when i
told you about jesse do players yeah yeah i was watching one of his preachings and yeah he said
when somebody tries to gossip with me i say well since they're on your mind so much let's pray
about it yeah and then we'll move on let's pray pray for them. Let's pray for them. Which is seriously. Yeah.
And he is like, I've listened to his teachings.
He is diligent about gossip.
Oh, yeah.
Diligent about it.
Yeah. Because of how bad it destroys the person themselves.
Right.
It's like, it's almost equivalent to tithing.
You tithe because it benefits you.
Yeah.
And you're following the word of God and you reap the
benefits from it. Gossip is the same way. When you don't participate, you reap the benefits of
not doing it. It's a sin. Tithing is not a sin. You'll be poor and you'll live paycheck to paycheck
to paycheck. Okay. That's just the facts when you don't tithe.
But when you gossip, that's a sin,
and that'll send you straight to hell, which is far worse.
But when you don't participate in gossip, new levels.
And also, do you want to go to hell because you gossip?
Oh, my gosh.
You know what I mean?
Like, imagine going to hell because of that.
Like, if you're going to go.
Knowing information.
Take somebody out.
Knowing information that most of the time
is not true and that's yeah that i would be so mad i would be so mad so be very careful when you sit
and you listen because a lot of times people don't think that well they were just telling me
like i didn't i didn't do anything i didn't say anything right well you didn't stop it yeah and
you know like you'll know you know when to walk away because some people overthink
this stuff and they're like that.
And then they get weird about it.
You know, you know, when it's gossip, you know, when it went too far.
Always.
Oh, always.
And if you don't want to be confrontational, just change the subject.
Absolutely.
You know what I mean?
Yeah.
And then the person catches on.
Yeah.
Always.
A gossiper catches on.
You don't have to like call them out.
Just be like, oh, how's the weather?
Right.
Oh, no.
Tracy's very good at this.
I've watched her.
I've watched Tracy.
Tracy's very good at changing the subject.
And she's always like, I can't remember how she's done it.
She's like, okay.
Okay.
All right.
Now we're going to.
Yeah.
Over here.
It is.
It's like, okay.
And then it's usually the Holy Spirit will drop something very specific to change it.
And they're almost like caught off guard.
Right.
You're such a deflector.
Because I don't want, I don't want to know.
Like, I don't want to know people's drama.
Like, I already know enough drama.
I don't want to know more people's drama.
And most of the time it's not true.
Most of the time I find out later.
It's exaggerated.
It's exaggerated.
It's partial truth, which is a lie.
Which is Satan himself.
Isn't that what he does?
Takes an element of truth and he blows it out of proportion.
So hello, Satan.
Yeah.
And lies, there's nothing that irks me more.
So instead of like, I just, my peace is very important and it's very, very, very, very,
very expensive.
And so I'm not going to engage in that kind of stuff.
And I mean mean there's times
you got to talk about things but you again you know when it turns to gossip and it's gross and
it's yucky and no thank you yeah especially uh people love to destroy people's character
be very careful why oh be very careful not destroying people's character when you become
an encourager that stuff just becomes yuckier and yuckier to you character when you become an encourager that
stuff just becomes yuckier and yuckier to you so when you start like your goal is to encourage
people and build people up and see the best in them all that other stuff starts to become very
yucky and foreign and then it's you just don't you don't do it anymore well you're to prefer
one another so how can you be preferring somebody when you're tearing them down right and when
people do do that i assume something's off like i'm like you're tearing them down right and when people do do that i
assume something's off like i'm like it's usually them themselves right and and i know because
there's a question coming up um on friday and like after rereading it i'm like because it's
the one that you asked me about and i'm like what's the context like why is there so much
drama so friday will be interesting yeah That's going to be an interesting.
Hot topic Friday.
Hot topic Friday.
Hot topic Friday.
It's going to be a good one.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I thought we'd get to it today, but 22 minutes and 48 seconds later.
It'll be a good one to start with.
It's not going to happen today, people.
That's right.
Tune in on Friday.
