Hey, dog.
You smell something?
No, I don't smell nothing.
Then what hell is the takeoff for?
You hungry, baby.
Cover the front.
Hey, dim sum!
You's a real...
Now, you know, Mr. O'Day don't let things slide lightly.
You also don't like the wrong element around his daughter.
So what's up to me not to let it happen?
Kick his ass.
Now, you know, you ain't the only one that knows some shit.
Yo, what up everybody?
Nez here for Action Returns.
Quick review.
Tonight, I am coming at you with the 2000 action thriller.
Romeo must die.
In a world of vicious rivalries and violent betrayals.
Tricia, I can't have you hanging with you as boy.
What the hell are you doing?
We're in the middle of a damn war.
Only one thing is certain.
Sorry, Romeo.
Taking your most valued ass.
Romeo must die.
That was the mistake.
Romeo must die.
Later on, starts Wednesday, March 22nd.
And this martial arts take on Shakespeare's famous tragedy
and ex-policeman is jailed for a crime he didn't commit.
And he breaks out to avenge his brother's death in America.
There he meets Trish O'Day.
And as they fall in love, did they fall in love?
Yeah, okay.
helps him in his search. Her father
knows more about Lee's brother's death than he should.
And soon he
and Lee are at war for
at war with stunning Lee
choreographed action sequences.
Okay. I don't know who wrote that but all right.
IMDB.
Quick and to the point
and avenging cop
seeks out his brother's killer and falls
for the daughters of a businessman who
is involved in a money deal
with his father.
Did they even watch the movie?
Don't get me wrong.
Aaliyah, beautiful, beautiful
young woman. Rest in peace.
It's gone too soon.
But I didn't see them falling in love.
He was just trying to avenge his brother's death
and she got pulled into all this stuff.
She knew her dad was out there doing dirt,
but as well as,
her brother, but
I don't know who wrote this.
But anyway, Romeo must die.
Dark comedy.
There's comedy in it.
I mean, shout out to Anthony Anderson.
Gun-foo, martial arts, action, crime thriller.
Yeah, I'll go with the last four.
Gun-foo.
That's a new one to me.
This is directed by,
ooh, I'm going to butcher the hell out of this name.
And Rizedge, I don't know how this is pronounced it, a, a Bart Kowak.
I think that's how you pronounce it.
I don't know if that.
No disrespect.
I have no idea.
Plus you guys know I can't read for shit.
But anyway, written by Mitchell Napper, Eric Bent, and John Jereau.
And this stars the legendary and great Jet Lee as Han Singh.
Alia as Trish O'Day, Isaiah Washington.
as Mac.
Isaiah Washington.
Yes, he's been in a ton of movies,
but I've never really liked this actor.
Just because he plays assholes,
and he's an asshole in this one,
so that's probably why.
Again, I don't know this guy.
He might be the coolest guy in the world,
but he makes me believe his characters.
I mean, not to say that he is the asshole that he is,
but I don't know.
Again, I don't know the man,
but everything I see him in,
he's always the asshole.
So, good for him.
Keep on working.
Russell Wong as Kai.
Russell Wong.
I know he's been in a ton of shit,
but I only remember him in this and in New Jack City.
Okay, I guess he was his mummy,
Tomb of the Dragon Empire.
I've never seen that one, so I have no idea.
True Crime Street to L.A.
Okay, that's a video game.
High potential.
I haven't watched that show yet.
Cliff for the Big Red Dog.
Never seen that.
Westworld.
I don't remember him in that
well I kind of tapped out
during the second season because I really didn't
I didn't care
but let me see
Supergirl I don't remember him in that
Lethal weapon I tried to get in that show
I couldn't do it
A lot of TV this gentleman
Nikita
I did watch that full run, but I couldn't, that was a while ago.
2010 when that show started, I don't remember him in it.
Yeah, a lot of TV, some movies.
I guess I'm going to go back and watch more of his bigger things.
Movie-wise, I don't know if I can get into a whole TV series.
I do kind of want to watch Nikita again.
That was a good show.
Shout out to Maggie Q.
also Academy Award nominee
Delroy Lindo he got robbed in my opinion
but he's always good
I loved him as um
what was his name and
uh
blood in blood out
some one of you guys are screaming it
um
I keep thinking a diamond dog
but that's what's his name from
uh conair
Ving Rames
Marcellus Wallace
uh
Where is it?
It should be...
Did he do blood out?
Blood and blood out before?
Romeo must tell you?
I guess he did.
Oh, Ransom.
He was, I forgot he was in that.
Clockers, he was good.
Congo, I haven't seen that a long time.
Okay, he was bona fide and bloodied and blood out.
But he's been in a ton of things.
He's a legendary actor.
And if you haven't seen sinners yet,
where I'm sure a lot of you have,
you guys know how awesome he was in that.
A DB Woodside is.
Colin, that was
Alia's brother.
Henry O.
as Chu Singh,
he's been in a ton of things.
John Kit Lee,
Eduardo,
Ballarini.
He's also been in a ton of things.
And he's always the asshole.
I know I've seen him in some TV shows
and some smaller films
running down his filmography.
I don't know.
don't see okay remember him in 24 which was an amazing show you guys haven't seen any of that
shout out to keeper seven but yeah he's done a lot of tv um but yeah he's the one of the one of the
asshole bad guys in this and of course the great anthony anderson and legendary DMX as silk
rest in peace and a bunch of other guys in it but anyway romeo must die uh i i
When did I see this?
Hmm.
I rented it first and then one of these old theaters when they were bringing back
Jet Lee films.
I saw it in the theater.
But the initial, when it first came out, I missed the first run.
And I rented it on DVD.
I mean, I missed the rental days.
It was just fun going to those places and just spending hours and hours.
hours and hours in there and sometimes not even leaving with anything but it was a new release at the
time so i i picked it up jet lee he was like way under my radar i didn't know who he was until
lethal weapon four and when i seen that i was like who is this guy then i went back and didn't realize
he had so many other movies under his belt so i started uh watching all the his older um martial
arts films and after lethal weapon four was kind of when he had a surge of movies
movies this and
what was that other one when he had the collar around
his neck, Unchained I think
And then the one
I know a lot of people hate that movie the one I love that movie
It's goofy and that's what I enjoy
The Mummy, I haven't seen that one yet
And he's got a ton of other
Other films out there
And then he started doing the big epic films
Which I tried watching one of them
And I just couldn't get into it
But anyway
Romeo I must die
This film is amazing. I love it.
The soundtrack is awesome as well.
Alia and DMX have some songs in there, as well as one together, I believe.
But this one starts out as, I'm reading this on Wikipedia.
Posting is the youngest son of Chinese triad boss Chun Singh,
who is accosted by African Americans in a nightclub owned by Silk in Oakland, California.
Okay.
For those of you that are from the Bay, from the town,
This was not shot in Oakland.
I believe this was shot somewhere in Canada.
Let me see.
It says the film is set in Oakland, California,
but other than a few establishing shots,
film production was entirely shot.
Excuse me, in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Because, yeah, when I first heard,
yeah, they're in Oakland and da-da-da-da.
And me being from the town, born and raised,
I was like, oh, hell yeah.
And then I'm watching the movie and like, this ain't Oakland.
So, but, yeah, you go where it's cheap to make your film.
So, Poe was rescued by an,
Amish by a Cai's Choose Chief Lieutenant.
Poe leaves the club, but he's found murdered the next day.
All right.
Yeah, so we kind of have this montage in the beginning of cool music, cars driving around.
and uh,
Poe Singh,
um,
Jet Lee's little younger brother in this.
He is,
he is,
uh,
Jet Lee.
His little brother,
he's,
he's living life,
girls,
loud music,
drugs,
booze and all that.
But he goes into this,
into this black club,
uh,
in the downtown area.
And then they kind of like,
they know who he is,
but they're kind of like,
now you,
you need to get out of here.
So,
but he's kind of like just Mr.
I'm not going nowhere
and then
what's his name
what's his name comes in
what the guy's that guy's name
Russell Wong Kai he comes in
and he's like come on man
you know you're not here we're not one here
let's go but Poe's kind of like what are you talking about
but then that's when all the bodyguards
all the bouncers and everybody get involved
and then they kind of have a
little a little scuff
with the martial martial arts action
Kai's the one he kicks ass
Okay, I loved all the fighting and which was awesome
But this was the time of
The wire
Martial arts fighting
I was never really a fan of it
I mean I know you got to wire up some guys
I mean the Matrix did it was that one movie
Couching Tiger hidden dragon
But those were
That was a reason why you could do that
like in the Matrix, you're in the Matrix
and you pretty much do if you believe in that
you can do whatever you want
and Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon
the reason they were flying around and all that
was because of whatever kind of style
that was I can't really remember that film
but this it was
just like it was
some of it was kind of ridiculous
and there's plenty scenes in this
film as well as other films
that use the wiring
I mean you watch those old Wu Tang
Shaolin movies
they did it right.
This one, in these, especially in this one,
there's scenes where when they're fighting,
you can see the actor holding the wire.
Of course, it's erased with computers and everything,
but you can clearly see they're holding it
to do these kicks or punches or whatever.
And it just, to me, it's just me.
I don't make movies.
I'm just a fat old man behind a microphone, talking shit.
But it just looked tacky to me.
And because I even the first time I watched this, I was kind of like, okay, you can clearly see him holding on.
But again, I get it.
For the shot that they need, I guess it would be hard not to hold that wire.
I mean, if any of you stunt guys or stunt women out there that do this type of stuff and use the wiring, I would love to hear it.
I mean, again, like I said, I know nothing about this.
I'm just a fat dude talking shit.
But I don't know.
I just didn't like them grabbing the wire because you can clearly see that they're holding on to it.
Jet Lee as well, especially during this thing, Russell Wong, when he's doing, you can see him holding onto it and doing the kicks.
But not to take away from the film.
It was cool because when I did see it, I was like, woo, I mean, you guys want to see an awesome film.
Go see the Furious.
Listen to the next East Society for my review on that.
Anyway, so they get into this big old fight.
then DMX comes out with a machine gun
fires it in the air and yells at everyone
I can't remember exactly what he said but basically
get the hell out of my club
so they all kind of leave
but
Kai is kind of telling
Paul like look dude you you
can't hang here I know you got some stuff
your dad's and your dad and
these guys are doing something
going on but you
you can't be here so he's kind of like
all right man whatever so he leaves
next scene we get
a little young kid
right along doing this paper route and then he
kind of stops and looks up and then the camera pans
back and we see Poe hanging
from
from a
telephone street light
and he's murdered so they
really don't know
go to China
I don't know exactly where but
Jet Lee's character
Han he is
in prison he kind of gets the news that his
brother was murdered
so he kind of just loses it
and he's trying to figure out how to get out.
He gets into a scuffle with the guards and everything.
And Jet Lee, he's amazing.
Like I said, first time I seen him in was in Lethal Weapon 4,
but he kicked ass in this movie.
So it was awesome that he was doing it.
So I really enjoyed every time he was on the screen kicking ass.
So anyway, so Han figures out a way to escape and gets to America.
uh they they kind of just go quick quick thing he gets that he breaks out of prison next you know he's on a plane
he's flying here uh to sunny california aka uh Canada um and he gets there and he tries to figure
out what's going on he does kind of visit his dad because his dad is here in america and then we
find out that his dad had some dirt going on in china but if he didn't uh if he didn't leave he was going to
get arrested and Han was a cop and he knew his dad was doing dirt but Han took the took the fall
because he did tell him because his dad was like thank you for for doing what what you did and
Han was like I I couldn't let them take you down or whatever he was he was more of like an
honor type of thing and he was like I'm I shouldn't have done that but uh I went to jail for
you and the other reason why uh my brother is dead
and his dad's kind of like well you know I'm doing my thing and all this and thank you for doing that but Han just wasn't happy he didn't want nothing to do with him so he kind of ends up leaving and then when he's leaving he gets he meets Kai and Kai's like hey man it's good seeing you haven't seen you in a while and then they kind of talk for a little bit and then they they get into it it was just more out of fun because they're both they're both really good at their martial arts style so they kind of get into a quick little not really a fight
fight but they're just like throwing punches and kicks but blocking each other's everyone and
they kind of like smile and then walk off so Han from the rest of the film he's trying to figure
out who these guys are that killed his brother and along the way that's when we get alia's character
uh she gets she gets pulled into it but before all of that um there's a db woodside
Colin O'Day, Trish's brother, and
Delaware Lindo is the leader of that crew.
And what's his name is like, second in command?
Isaiah Washington, Mac.
And Anthony Anderson is just, other than the comic relief,
he's one of the muscle for,
he basically, they all work for Isaac O'Day,
but Isaac is kind of in charge of all the foot soldiers.
So, but we see that
Trish's brother
Colin he's got some kind of stuff going on
he's trying to figure out
their whole thing is they're trying to buy the
the main bad guys they're trying to buy all
of the waterfront
of there's fishermen
and just all the shipping stuff that goes on down there
they do do all that in Oakland
I mean mainly all the fishing and everything is
in San Francisco but as far as like
the big giant ship tankers and everything
they all come into the port of Oakland and they all do all that type of stuff there.
I think they do some stuff over in San Francisco, but I'm not really sure.
I'm just familiar with all the stuff I've seen growing up over on the Oakland side.
But anyway, so basically what they were trying to do is they wanted to buy up all the property right there
and they wanted to build a stadium for then the Oakland Raiders.
Fuck the Raiders.
Vegas, you guys suck.
You guys know my stance on all that.
anyway
and there was one time
that they were talking about
building a stadium
in West Oakland
on the water
I was like okay
but then when you really
go into the politics of it all
they were basically
not really
trying to
strong arm the people
like they are in this movie
to get rid of all of them
off the waterfront
but they were trying to pay people off
to buy their land
so they could
could build a stadium there but it just people didn't want it nobody uh agreed with it all so they
just kind of just aced it now they're digging a hole in Vegas and i don't know how all that thing is
going on down there for the athletics but um i don't know i hear they're going to change their name
change the colors i don't know i fuck them i'm i'm i'm kill a cali for life no i couldn't go
across the Bay of San Francisco Giants.
I had to go with the San Francisco Giants as one of the main rivals, the Los Angeles
Dodgers.
Back-to-back World Series champions.
Anyway, and I jumped on that bandwagon before they made it to their first win.
Two years ago, their first World Series win.
I was on that.
I jumped on then then.
And if you do, I'm sorry, I'm going through all this.
When I did mention when the A's leave, I was going to be a.
Dodger fan and that was way
before they even made the playoffs
or anything. So all you guys that are
saying that, oh, he only jumped on
because he's a bandwagoner
and I jumped on before
all of that. So F you guys
that think that. Anyway, sorry about it. Sorry about
the rain. Anyway, so that's what they were doing.
They wanted to buy up all the property
on the waterfront so they
can build a new stadium and have a new
expansion team there.
Excuse me.
So that's what they were doing. And then
they had Isaiah Washington Mac
his crew going there and trying to strong arm
and bully some of the guys to get out of
they're basically sticking guns
on their head look if you don't
cough up your land and give me your deed
I'm going to kill you so it was that type of stuff
that they were doing
the white guys in this
that were the bad dudes
they popped in and out
it was mainly
uh
Isaig O'Day Deloie Lindo's crew
and Isaiah Washington Mac
them trying to do it all. And while all that is happening, Trish, Aaliyah, she has her own little
business in the downtown area and she's just trying to do her thing, do good for the community
for the kids, which is amazing. And, but everybody knows who her dad is. So she is, she's not
involved with what goes on in his organization. She's just trying to separate herself, do good
the community so and all this Han is trying to figure out who killed his brother so slowly he starts
going he goes to his brother's apartment uh he starts digging through some things starts messing with
the phone he finds out that his brother called uh where trish worked i can't remember exactly the
name of the place some little uh night not night club uh some kind of like a store like a clothing store
and in a hangout for for kids um so he kind of figured that out so he kind of starts linging
going around down there trying to figure out what's going on.
But all on that, we got Anthony Anderson doing his thing and he's hell of funny.
So while, while Han is trying to figure it all out, we see that Alia's brother, Isaac, Colin, he,
we see he's trying to do something too.
But then all of a sudden he gets murdered, he gets thrown out, him and his girlfriend get thrown
out of their apartment buildings.
Now they're trying to figure out who killed him.
So while all that's trying to figure out who killed Colin and why,
Han's trying to figure out who killed his brother and why.
He knows his dad's involved in it somehow.
And then this is how he gets pulled into Isaac O'Day's, Delaware Lindo's camp and everything.
So he's going through his daughter, Trish, Alia, trying to figure out what's going on.
Why was his brother calling her store and who was he dealing?
with so he's doing all
of this and along the way they're trying to close
out that deal for the
football stadium
but along the way we get
some awesome martial arts
fights there's one scene in it when
Han goes to see Aaliyah
he meets her in the park
and
Isaiah Washington Mac
he knows that the Chinese
and the black guys
the black gangsters are
are kind of at beef
because they think
that the Chinese killed
no
the Chinese crew thinks that the black crew
killed Poe
so
they kind of like they look at Asian people differently
and then when Max sees that
Alia Trish is talking
to Han he's kind of like
you need to really keep that he sends Anthony Anderson
what was his name again
Maurice. She called him
a bunch of other things. I can't remember. Anyway,
so they kind of have him, look, you need to watch her.
So they're out playing football,
and then they, uh, Max,
he's a, Han talking to Trish. So he's kind,
hey man, come over, you should have play ball with us. And then we have this,
this football scene of them playing in the park.
Han doesn't know American football. So,
they're basically just roughing him up.
And they did the,
the wires.
stuff here as well because there's a scene when
Han gets hit and he like spins
like a top in the air and like
you clearly see he's on ropes
but it's just my
my my frowns
upon all this shit but anyway
this scene's funny and then he kind of turns it
on him he ends up beating the hell out of all of
him but uh
Jet Lee's English isn't the great it might be better now
uh I know I follow his daughter on
Instagram and he does sound better
English-wise than when
he first started doing American movies
but
so as as the film goes on
they're still trying to figure out who's
who's doing what
martial arts fight there's an awesome fight scene when
Han goes to Trish's this is kind of earlier
in the film when Han follows Trish
and goes to her apartment
to talk to her because he's telling
that look some of my brother called
or talk to somebody at this number
and this number is to your your business
and she kind of like well I did see my brother
sometimes he comes in and uses the phone
so they kind of figure out that
maybe her brother's got something to do with it
so
he goes to his house
and then Maurice Anthony Anderson
and the rest of the crew
they kind of get there and they see
they bust into the house
and Han is kind of like all right thank you
thank you and he walks out
and then they're like, who's he?
And they go, oh, he's the delivery man.
And then they go, oh, then they kind of start looking around.
They go, I don't see no takeout.
And then they go running after him.
So Han is walking down the stairs.
And Maurice goes running after him.
This is funny because Maurice kept calling him dim sum.
So he was out.
Then they get into a big old fight.
Earlier in the film, Han went to like a Ace hardware or something.
Got some zip ties and all kinds of everything.
So while he's kicking.
ass and fighting these guys.
He's kicking ass, but not really like killing kicking ass.
He's just doing enough to just beat him up and leave him.
But he's so quick, he uses zip ties to tie their legs or tie their hands.
At one point, he ties this one guy bent his arm.
He stuck a zip tie over it and basically just tightened his arm.
Some of you probably know.
I'm describing it all wrong.
Some of you guys have seen this film, though.
He zip ties his arm so he can't even bend at the elbow.
so or he can't uh straighten his arm it's just zip tight tight
so he's beating the hell out of them and he gets in their car
and i love this line goes free and he goes i love america free cars he jumps in
and takes one of their SUVs so all this is going on they we do see a flashback to or we
see uh when hon goes into i'm jumping all over the place when this part was kind of sad
uh hon goes he goes to his brother's apartment when he's really trying to look for clues
and everything and he finds his old basketball.
It's deflated in the closet.
And then he has a flashback.
I don't know the situation.
We see Han and his brother Poe when they're kids and they're out in the water.
And like in the ocean somewhere off the coast of wherever China.
And they're holding on to a basketball.
And Han is telling Po, just hang on to me.
We'll just swim for shore.
So they basically held on to that.
basketball which kept them afloat and they kicked their way all the way back to shore so uh during
his brother's funeral service he walked over with the the basketball and he uh put it by his brother
that part was it was kind of rough to watch um so but so back he's still trying to figure out
what's going on alia she's getting involved now because she knows something's going on
into it uh they he even got her into it
a little scuffle.
There's a scene where
the motorcycle guys
are chasing after him
so it's a car chase
it's Han and Trish
they're flying all over the place
and then they kind of stop
under this bridge
and they have this fight
and Han is fighting
whoever it is but they have
a motorcycle helmet on
but he gets to a point
where he pulls the helmet off
and it's a girl
or female
and Asian woman
so Chinese woman
so she
starts kicking ass
and Trish is like
what are you waiting for and he goes
it's a woman I can't hit her and she goes look
I don't know where you're from but where I'm from
when a girl's kicking your ass you do something
about it so he grabs
her he grabs Trish Han
grabs Trish and
she's basically punching and kicking
this
this woman and that they're
fighting so
the scene is cool but Alia
she's doing her thing
so they're just
kicking ass and
And they did this stuff in this film during a few scenes.
I think he kicked her or she kicked her.
Han did something spun Alia off his back and she kicked that woman that they were fighting.
She falls backwards.
But then it goes to an animated like an X-ray style.
And we see the skull and the heart.
She falls back and there's like a piece of rebar or something sticking out of this rubble.
of rock and that girl falls on it and they basically stabs her heart doesn't go all the way through her but enough to go and stab her and a heart and kill her
so now they really know that this this is they're trying to kill both of them so he's he's trying to
put her and poe hans trying to figure out he thought the the black crew was trying to kill him but now
he sees it that uh this woman was was chinese because he even yelled
he's Chinese so he's trying to figure out like well what's going on I thought this was a different
kind of beef and he doesn't know what's happening later we find out what's going on which I won't
get into but um I'm kind of wrapping this up right now but you guys see in the movie it's streaming
I think you have to rent it I have the Blu-ray that's how I watched it so that's pretty much
what is going on they're trying to figure out who killed Poe Hans brother who killed Trish's
brother O'Day and why and this battle for the Oakland waterfront for the stadium and there's some
other stuff going on involved in this but along the way there's some awesome fights and there's a
huge awesome fight scene at the end uh with uh Han and Kai Russell Wong a lot of rope action and
everything with that there's one scene I can tell you this scene that Viva was you've seen it
um there's one part where uh kai kicks this um
did he kick it or
i can't remember but there's this big they're the fighting at the
uh i think um hans dad's place
and there's this little uh metal bowl type of thing
that's got some hot coals in it and then
han gets it and kind of kicks it over toward i think he kicked it or picked it up
i can't remember over to han han grabs it but he sticks his
hands there and his hands are just touching hot metal. You can hear the sizzling and Han and
screaming and Kai is holding it on to him and then he kind of falls off and then Kai grabs
Han's hand and goes give me some skin and he just rakes his fingers across Hans' burnt up flesh and
he's ah he's screaming and then Han really gets pissed off and starts kicking ass but that whole fight
scene at the end was awesome plus the other stuff that's in between uh when hans brings into action
this is a really good film i really loved it i love um not every jet lee film but i think once he
started doing the the american type of stuff i thought it was really good um that other one he did
that was another one um i guess i should go down his his uh filmography really quick um
Let me see.
I'm going to start with lethal weapon.
That's when he really started doing the...
Okay, lethal weapon four came out in 98.
Oh, right after this one, a few years, two years later was Romeo must die.
Kiss of the Dragon.
That's a really good one.
You guys should check that one out.
I just recently watched that one as well.
That was streaming on stars.
I'm not sure if it still is now.
But that one was good.
And let me see what else.
Okay, Romeo, I kissed the dragon.
Okay, after Kiss the Dragon the same year, 2001 was the one.
Hero is when I kind of started to, because that was one of those big epic ones.
Cradle to the Grave, that one was cool.
That was when he teamed up with DMX and Anthony Anderson came back as well as that one.
And the beautiful Kelly Who and Gabriel Union and that one as well.
I haven't seen that in a while.
I should dig that one out.
I think I have it.
Let me see.
What else came after that?
Unleashed.
Oh, that was the one.
I think I said uncaged or something.
Unleashed, that one was pretty badass.
Then war.
That one he did with Jason Statham.
That one was cool.
And then he started doing the big epic ones,
the Forbidden Kingdom, the Mummy.
I'm just jumping through some of the stuff.
And the expendables, I was like, oh, he's in it, but he was only in it, like, just a little bit.
Expendables two as well, and expendables three.
He's in it, but he's not like in it.
He pops in and kicks ass for a few minutes.
I don't know.
Those cast was so big and everything.
My favorite one was the second one, but I think they just totally wasted John Claude Van Dam.
He's in Milan?
I guess I should watch that one.
But anyway, he started popping up.
He started doing the movies.
I think he's still working?
I don't see a future projects thing.
But yeah, all the...
He was in Hitman.
Oh, that was something else.
But he...
I guess he started filming, working,
and I'm just going by what IMDB says.
82?
He did a lot of stuff before...
So 82 all the way up to...
Okay, 98 is when he came on to my scene
With the Lethal Wept 4.
Oh, Black Mask.
That came out in 96.
That's when I started going backwards
Watching all his stuff.
I remember Black Mask.
I remember Fista Legend.
Then there was some other ones.
I can't remember.
Older ones when he was really young.
I can't remember a lot of those ones.
But once he started...
after lethal weapon, I was watching everything that came out in the theater.
And then, of course, it started dwindling down into VODs and all that type of stuff.
But, I mean, Jet Li's an amazing actor.
And like I said, his English is a lot better now because I don't remember him speaking English in lethal weapon?
If he did, he might have said a word or two because the majority of it, when he did speak, he was speaking in Chinese.
but anyway
Romeo must die
it is an awesome film
definitely check it out
I don't see it streaming anywhere
but you can probably have to
just rent it or if you have the Blu-ray VHS
or DVD it's just if you haven't seen it in a while
like I haven't throw it in and check it out
it's an awesome film but
