Welcome back to another episode of the action returns. We are back from our little short break we took. I'm your host, Brian. And with me as always, I hope CIA doesn't have him pushing too many pencils. Markov's Ness. What's up, man? I'm good, man.

Just trying to get through our 31 days of horror everyone. So hopefully you guys are all listening to all those. Because if you're not, You want to hear Brian and I's voices some more going over to Skating Ness Podcast Network and there's a whole bunch of us on there as well as Mike and the Zisu and whoever else. I don't know. We're only halfway through the month.

So we still got a couple more weeks of movies. But we've got a lot of good stuff. There's some short films as well as some TV series that's new and a bunch of old movies you know and love and one new movie. So we're giving you guys at least a week before we drop that. So let's go see that movie or watch it on Peacock and we'll get, because Azizu and I are going to spoilers, do the whole thing. Nice.

Oh, man. Yeah, other than that, it's raining. it snowed and it's gone already so I don't know what's going on up here with our weather I guess it's a good thing

I don't even know it was going to rain man well looks like we're going to have snow later too looking at the weather well oh man maybe you got our snow yeah

I didn't know it was going to be snow this week, man, no one said nothing. All right, man, what are we watching tonight? We are watching 1987 classic sci-fi action. I get, uh, I throw a little bit of horror in there, you know, it's an alien creature, uh, predator. Of course, we got to go to Google.

Dutch, a soldier of fortune is hired. Is he? I guess he is. It's hired by the United States government to secretly rescue a group of politicians trapped in Guatemala. But when Dutch and his team, which includes weapons expert Blaine and CIA agent George, nobody else gets any love, land in Central America. Gosh, it's more. Something is gravely wrong. After finding a string of dead bodies, the crew discovered that they are being hunted by a brutal creature with superhuman strength and the ability to disappear into its surroundings.

Okay. Let's go to R&DB. Short and sweet. A team of commandos on a mission in Central American Jungle find themselves hunted by an extraterrestrial warrior. and this stars, of course. Arnold Schwarzenegger. Carl Weathers. Oh, gosh, how do you say her name?

El Pedia, Carleo, Bill Duke, Richard Chavez, Jesse Ventura, Sunny Landum, rest in peace, Shane Black, R.G. Armstrong, Kevin Peter Hall as the Predator. It was, Claude Van Dam, but he didn't like being in a suit.

Let's see. This was directed by where all my, oh my gosh, my notes is here. This is directed by John McTierian, written by Jim Thomas and John Thomas. Nez. What did you think of, well, I think everybody already knows what we think, but what are your thoughts on Predator. Really quick. Optimus Prime was the voice of the

Predator? Peter Cullen? Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. When did this movie come out? 40 years ago or whatever? Damn, I did not know that. I just saw it on IMDB. He only says a few lines.

Yeah. Yeah. If that. Well, he got a chat. man but with this film we went seeing it opening weekend that Saturday

I don't really think I seen no trailer for it I mean all we knew was Arnold so I was like it's Arnold man let's go I mean we've already had Terminator and everything else so excuse me

so it was me Mike and my older brother, Jamie, we all went and seen it. And, oh my God, I was just blown away on what was going on

and what was happening. Didn't know it was going to be a sci-fi type of thing. I thought that was just going to be shoot-em-up soldiers in the jungle. But, man, I just, when the movie was over, we, like,

these were the days where they didn't kick you out. They'd just let you sit in there all day. we watched it again. We said, oh, I went to bathroom, got more popcorn, and went back in and sat down and watched it again. That's how I watched the worst Friday 13th movie. We went to see Who's the Man with Ed Lover and Dr. Dre, and we stayed and watched Final Friday.

Is that what it's called? Jason goes to hell. Oh, yeah, yeah. Well, at least you didn't pay for it. Did that documentary come out yet? I thought, I don't know. I don't think so, because if I would have heard, I probably would have shot you a bunch of links

because I know how much you want to see a documentary about that movie. I'll watch it, but everyone knows. And if you don't know, I hate Part 9. Jason goes to hell that movie was bull shit. Did nothing for the story. nothing for the franchise. What are you talking about to introduce Creight and Duke?

Thanks about little girl on pink dresses sticking a hot dog into a donut or some fucking weird shit he said. I don't know. He better not pop up in Halloween ends. But yeah, so I was like, oh my God.

And we went back like the next weekend and I saw this again. I remember going to school that Monday and telling all my friends, like, you guys got to see this movie. A lot of my friends are like, my parents will let me go see rated at our movies. My mom didn't care to give the shit what we watched. Half the time, they didn't even know what movies we went to see. I mean, my dad didn't care, but we just everyone saw Arnold Schwarzenegger movie.

And, oh, was it good? I went, yeah, you should see it. So my dad took us the next weekend. But yeah, I love this film. This is something that you can just throw in. and just clean house and have it on and stop and watch all the action scenes or like if you're just flipping channels and it's on don't matter what part it's on you can just stop and watch the rest of the film so but yeah this one this one was awesome i was um i was really shocked on the cast uh mainly mainly sunny landum aka billy bear if you guys remember our 48 hours show and jesse the body he's always going to be the body and I don't care

he can be governor or former governor or whatever you guys want to whacko and conspiracy theorist dude wherever you want to call him that's what he is now I like Jesse the body he's badass if he ran for president I vote for him uh shame black

I don't know what he did with that last predator movie but okay I don't know what he did with the fucking Iron Man 3 yeah that too oh man but um the movie was awesome you can't go wrong bill duke

he's just amazing as well as apollo creed carweathers so but yeah man i i loved it i mean just over and over timeless uh sci-fi action classic i love this did you see this in a theater oh yeah definitely um my i got introduced uh like many movies uh to arnold

uh by my father And we didn't know what this was. We went to the theater excited. Arnold shows up with his crew. And, you know, I'm in my mind, I'm like, okay, this is, this is, this is like, commando, but he's got friends. And as soon as that scene where you got the, you got the dudes they're looking for, strung up, skin hanging in the trees, I was looking at my dad, like, what is going?

What are we watching? And then when you get introduced to the predator, my, My mind was just blown. And this, this, this, this movie has so many great action scenes. The cast is great.

So many quotable lines. I mean, my favorite, my son's favorite line, of course, is the, when, uh,

Carl Weathers and Arnold meet and they do the, you son of a bitch and then the, the, the, the, the, the, the,

classic stuff. You got, I ain't got time to bleed. You got time to duck. You know, I can quote this movie all day. But I just wish that the franchise was just as good as the first one. It just, it's kind of hit or miss with the franchise.

How do you feel about the movies after this one? All right. Trying to pull up a list of what we have. You got Predator 2. Predator 2. I liked it. I thought Predator 2 was good with Danny Glover. And Maria Conchito Alonzo.

Yeah, she's in it. The late and great Bill Paxton, rest and peace, and everybody else that was in it. I liked it. It was cool. Instead of in the jungle, you're running around in the million-degree heat in L.A. You felt that heat, too, watching that movie.

Yeah, you did, because I think it came out during the summer. It was just sweaty as hell throughout that whole movie. It was supposed to be based in the future, so I did like that. What came in after that one? Was it Alien versus Predator? I think. Oh, for adding those, yeah, I think so. Yeah, you have to.

Oh, excuse me. So Alien versus Predator, I liked it for what it was Then we got Requiem that one I liked it for what it was It left us off at a cliffhanger Because there was supposed to be Another part of that one

And we never got any Then we got Never happened Then we got predators Or not predators Yeah predators I liked that one I did too

I mean a lot of people didn't like it I liked it because they were on another planet Like a jungle Safari Planet. I thought that was awesome. I loved how everyone got there. And then we got The Predator. It's trash.

See, I didn't really care for it the first time I watched it, but watching it again recently. I was listening to, I think it was Tim, horror for dummies on how much he hated it. And I was like, you know what, I'll give it a shot. I think it was horror for dummies. Tim, if

it wasn't you, sorry, brother, but I think it was. I can't remember. But I liked it the second time. And then I've watched it a few more times. And for what it is, I mean, it's goofy. Thomas Jane and Keegan Michael Keyhe, those two

were awesome in it. But it was what it was. I don't know what. Don't ask me what happened at the end with the Transformer. I mean, if they're going to powerful, power, predator. If they're going to do that, man, Man, I mean, don't put Boyd Holbrook in there.

You should have had Arnold fucking show up and was like, basically, I'm going to put on the suit. Yeah, I was hoping for Arnold cameo on that one, because everyone was saying there was going to be. So I was like, oh, yeah, and waiting for it and then never got nothing. But isn't this is the next one going to be like skulls? fighting women or something or I don't know I know the new ones coming to Hulu and let me pull up

Dan Tractenberg is directing it he did 10 Cloverfield Lane okay and I don't I don't we had talked about it on the main show but there's been kind of different versions of what the movie's going to be so that kind of has me worried

because the director's saying it's going to be this and then the producers are like, well, I don't know what he's talking about. And I'm like, oh, God. Yeah, I don't know. I'll see it. I mean, it's another predator. They said it will be R-rated, though. Weren't they all?

Well, I think that first predator, Alien vs. Predator wasn't. They only made Alien versus Predator because if you, you guys remember at the end of Predator 2 when Danny Glover was in the spaceship and he opened up that the wall opened up and you saw all the skulls saw humans and different aliens and a big dragon or whatever it was and then you saw the xenomorph skull I remember I like flipped out when I saw that I was like oh my god and then we had to wait like a billion years before they even did that movie so but uh I was I was juice so but

it is what it is I know a lot of people don't like both of those moves I kind of like the second one more than the first one but yeah give me more

TV shows whatever you give me I'm going to watch but for those of you that read comic books I really suggest you read

Archie versus the Predator have you read that one I got it but I haven't read it yet I picked up like the trade paper bag. Yeah, that's what I got. Yeah, I haven't read it yet though.

But when I seen it, I was like, oh, I got to get that. I was at Comic Con and I was at the Archie booth. And no, I was in New York Comic Con and at the Archie booth. And I was just going, man, Archie's like still going strong because I was reading afterlife with Archie that when there was fighting zombies. And then one guy goes. Oh man, if you like that, you'll love this. And that's when he showed me that Archie versus Predator.

I was like, what? I was, you can take my money here. I remember I was reading it on the plane right home, just like, it's goofy. I was like, what the hell's going on? Archie and the gang on some resort, some island and Predator shows up, and then all hell breaks loose. Oh, man. go wrong with a little

little Riverdale gang. Not that stupid TV show. That's not Archie. But this movie was awesome. Watching it the first time again, I didn't know it was going to be a sci-fi movie. Because when the movie actually starts,

we see a spacecraft. And I'm like, well, what's going on? Is he? I think, like, astronauts and they're going to go fight somewhere. Yeah, see, I think we had got there a little late for the movie, so I didn't see that part.

So I'm thinking it's just going to be a, you know, soldiers or mercenaries or something. So I didn't, I was completely not knowing what was going on until it happened. Yeah, because I was kind of like, what's going on here? But all right. and that you see the little pod shoot off onto earth and then we get it going now we're introduced to everybody um dutch and the gang uh and then uh then we find out that um dutch is going to meet up with uh well no they went to um wherever they were somewhere down south but um what's his name the one guy he's like in everything um the captain or general yeah i just remember him in the car

he was the dude that had all the dynamite that was uh rg armstrong uh he was telling him like all right this is uh he didn't really tell him their mission he goes this is pretty much what if you're gonna do you got to deal with some cia guy and then that's when uh we see uh dylan So I was like, oh, Dylan, you son of a bitch. And then you get a side shot on my arm. That was my arm and everybody. I wish, man. I mean, what's Arnold?

Like 80 now and he's still got big guns. I want him to recreate that now. I don't know what they would. Yeah, I don't know what they would be doing it in, but just one more time. put Arnold in one of the episodes of Mandalorian. He can be somebody. Oh, my gosh. Yeah.

Replaced Sasha. I would cry. It would be like that last episode when Luke showed up. And I just turned into a little baby. I don't care what anybody says. If you didn't cry during that, man, you don't have a heart or a Star Wars fan from me. from being there from the very beginning in 77. Oh my gosh.

I'm tearing up now. I mean, Arnold could be another bounty hunter. Yeah. Or you could just be someone that knows some information to help him with their mission. But he sees Carl and he's just like, you son of a bitch. And then they do the

handshake. That would be just awesome. So. Like it happen, Disney. Yeah, come on. You guys got the money. you can give Arnold something. And this is when Dylan tells him the, well, says here, Al,

did they ever say anyone's first name? I think he called him Al one time. I think the only name was Anna. She was the only one. I didn't even, they give her a last name, but all I know was Anna. I don't even think she said. If she did, I don't remember.

I like how Dutch is just Dutch. I don't even know if that's his actual name or not. They just called it major. If he was either major or Dutch, because I said Al Dillon, Dutch is Vietnam War Buddy, now a CIA operative. So, um, oh, my grandson. Hold on a minute. I'll be over there in a little while. Sorry, everyone.

So they, it's supposed to be bedtime. This kid won't go to sleep. So he gives them a mission. Can I tell him, well, this is what we're going to do. We're going to go down to, what are they? South America, Central America? I think Guatemala. Is that where they went?

I don't know. I think I made it up. I think that's what I said from the synopsis earlier. I'm trying to look. Guatemala, yeah. Okay. Yeah, all right. And where the hell is that at?

but my uh i don't know where anything is i can even tell you tell you all 50 states in the united states oh let's just say central america yeah somewhere down there somewhere hot yeah i think they filmed this in uh mexico actually because um one of my friends he went down to mexico and his uh friend goes hey you want to see that helicopter that's in that there was hanging in the in the jungle and he took him and they saw they said the helicopter this was a few years this like maybe 10 years ago or so but the helicopter was still hanging in the tree they just left it there huh so I think it was Mexico I could be wrong someone's probably yelling but anyway um Guatemala country in Central America so they so they find out what they're doing

They're supposed to go there and rescue some, what, see more CIA guys that they sent in? Yeah, that's what they told them. No, I think they said that they're plane crashed. They were supposed to pick up some, no, wait, the team he sent in that they were, uh, hey, sorry everyone, my door's open. I think he told I don't think he told him that they I don't think he told them exactly who they were

because I think they were I think they were there on one of those missions that you're not supposed to know about and stuff like that this is they're supposed to be rescuing a foreign cabinet minister and his aid from insurgents that's what that was their what he told them yeah

so when they went down there but then they found out that well after they shot up everybody. But when they got there, that was when they were the trestling to the jungle. And they found, they didn't know, did they find the bodies after?

They killed everybody? Before. Okay. So. Because that's, that's when it was, uh, it was getting a little serious there.

And then when they found the, the, the, what do you call them? I don't want to call them rebels, but, uh, because there was

I think they were rebels no not rebels they were just I don't know there was some Soviet intelligent guys yeah they found them and then seeing that the Soviets were there and he's just kind of looking at Carl Weathers like you know

what the hell is going on here this is bigger than what you're saying it is and then that's when you see that they execute somebody and Arnold's just like fuck it we're about to just wreck shit because before they get there they find that helicopter and they're saying all right this is a helicopter and then they're saying that yeah that the because billy's the the tracker uh and they were saying

that yeah there was that they found they were looking for like drag body marks i mean i mean i'm sure that takes a lot of training to recognize stuff like that i mean yeah because he was he was like recognizing he was like there was a firefight here and they were shooting in all directions, but nobody was hit. Yeah, because I was like, wait, what? And some people were like, oh, why's it got to be the Indian guy, the native guy? I'm like, come on. It didn't bother me, but I thought it was also.

So, so yeah, then they found the bodies because Billy was looking around and he sensed it. because then he moved those branches and they saw them all hanging there. That scared me when I was a kid. I wasn't expecting skin bodies hanging there. Yeah.

Because when they cut them all down I get to there. I think it was I think it was Mac who's thinking that ain't no way for a soldier to die to just be skinned alive and everything. So I was like, man.

So that's when they're like, All right, because you notice Dutch is kind of like, hmm, this doesn't sound right. This doesn't look right. So that's when they finally get to that little base where they're supposed to have the hostages. Yeah, that's when they see that one of the Russian dudes kills one of the hostages. And it was that one dude that's like in a lot of Arnold movies. He was in Running Man. He was in Running Man and he was LaForice.

the security guard in Moritz. Savin Old Thorson. That's his name. He just says Russian officer. He's one of those, he's one of those, hey, is that guy. So there was a few other that guys in this. Because when they got to that base before they started gunning everyone up, what's his name's in this one?

He's in the second one, too. I don't know the actor's name. The guy that gets in the truck. Yeah. He's scorpion in the next one. That's the guy that falls off the building, right? Yeah. I was like, damn, is that your cousin or something?

And he was one of the vampire hunters and vampires. Yeah, he was. Yeah, so they get to this little base. And then they're trying to like, all right, well, they saw that there was a hosses there that someone got killed. So Arnold goes in first. I love this. I mean,

that truck that was using for a, I guess some kind of, like a generator to keep things going because they just had that truck on blocks with the back wheel spinning and that conveyor belt, that little belt that was on it, doing whatever.

But Arnold's got to show his muscles. He's got to lift, lift up the truck and let him go. I left it on Sorry everyone This boy should be asleep It's like what 11 o'clock here

That's how we do Yeah this is Well now you gotta say something Here You go to bed now Say good night everybody That's my mom That's the creature

Remember we were watching a creature We were watching a creature from the Black Lagoon Here Okay go in there Yeah he liked it I didn't think he would like it As well as my other grandson, they were both really into it. I mean, mainly when the creature was on, when they were just talking and they didn't really care.

But anyway, back to Predator. Raising him kids right. Yeah, got to teach him from the beginning of the Universal Monsters. When he really picks up that truck and then it goes rolling in and Scorpion jumps in and tries to stop it. But he threw like a whole pack of explosives in and then he sets it off. this is when all hell breaks loose. I mean, this is what a movie, how you start a movie. Explosions, machine guns, big old muscle, strong men.

And with all kinds of, like the craziest weapons, not just your regular standard M16 or M16, man. Of course, you got. Everything was modified for some reason. He had rocket launchers, the M16 with the rocket launchers on it. I liked billies. He had a shotgun mounted to the bottom of his. And the one Mexican guy, I can't remember his name. Pancho.

He had that little one that was just shooting the little grenades. And then here comes Jesse the body with a little mini-maga, little mini-gallon gun, just mowing fools down. I wouldn't want to get hit with that. I mean, it would just shred you. It's awesome and everything. But like when you think about it, like you don't want to carry that. it around. No, the first time we saw this when

he pulled it out, right before they went in, you see him unwrapper and then payback time. So I was like, all right, cool. But when he unleashed it, it was just awesome. I don't know how heavy that thing is. Plus all the ammo he had, that was a full pack of ammo. And he's just, before he unpacked it, he's just carrying around that bag. Yeah. probably had it strapped to his back because, you know,

there's just supposed to be real men in this movie. Yeah, he's got a bad back now. Well, not just from this movie from wrestling. He's chewing tobacco and make you a goddamn sexual Tyrannosaurus. Yeah, he said some other things, but you can't say those words anymore. You shouldn't say those words anymore, but at all.

Anyway, yeah, I love to how it was just an all-out war of everyone just shooting, running around. Nobody really trying to take cover because you got Apollo Creed, Apollo Creed, you got Dylan running around with, I don't know what kind of little gun he had, but Mac, I liked him. He had an M-60. I can't remember the name of that gun. My son, if he was here, he'd tell you what all these guns are because of,

whatever those war games are that they have all the kids are playing um call of duty or whatever because I remember we went seeing like some shoot him up action movie we went seeing and he was all that to this and that's a that and I was like

what did you learn all this? He was all from call duty I was like okay you would think we we would know from all the movies but the kids know from the video games yeah they they know what it is and they'll know how many how many rounds can can go in it so but I mean they this this whole set must have been hot because everything was blowing up everything was on fire I mean they blew up huts they

blew up the helicopter of those guys trying to get out of there you got Dylan's favorite when someone tried to creep up behind him and he throws his uh knife, machete, whatever it is, and stick around. I'm glad he didn't go overboard with the one-liners in this. I mean, not like the running man when it was like, I

love that movie. Don't get me wrong. We're going to do that movie. Every other line was a one-liner. The one-liners were flying in that movie. Guaranteed he killed somebody. There was a one-liner. Everyone he killed, there was

one. I love this scene when Mac is running and there's a dude up in the tree and he's just ducking the bullets

and then Mac tells Blaine, get that mother and he just unloads and turns that tree to dust and that guy

branches and shit falling, people on fire. I'll give it to all these stuntmen. I mean, they're jumping out

of trees, jumping off cliffs into the water and I love every big explosion when there was men there they all went flying so I mean do they make movies like this anymore not like this but they still make good

shoot them up movies but when it's just off the wall crazy and everyone on the screen is going to get it so because Billy's even throwing grenades and he's just blasting fools I love this scene when billies they show him just gunning

everyone up and he's like standing up on top of these stairs and lighten up everyone and here comes Blaine and the rest of him. Blaine busts out and just lights up those dudes right next to those the big barrels. Yeah, I'm watching this one.

You get the cool shot of the bullets hitting the barrels and sparking. Yeah. And then then they find um oh there's when he Dylan

Dutch kicks in the door and knock knock and shoots LaForce out of the little hot wall and then they're just

continuing to gun everybody up and then this is when they find Anna Anna does a creep up did he know

she was a woman because she just gets gun butted and everybody else is just getting destroyed I don't

think so it didn't look like it looks like he just turned he just turned around hit her and then she rolled over and that's when because i mean a couple minutes a couple minutes before he told someone to stick around with the knife and she just gets knocked out so i was like you're pretty lucky you're lucky that's all you got so after they um gun up and kill everyone uh they um oh uh dillon or he's running around picking up all kinds of intel paperwork and everything and like oh this is a gold mine and dutch is just standing there like looking at him out of the side if he goes hey is this what you're looking for and then he looks at him that throws him against the wall just basically tell me you're fucking you're lying you sent us in here to do to just kill everyone because he was telling

he goes my men aren't we're we're we're a rescue team we're not a assassins. And then Dylan was telling me, I was like, look, man, we just stopped a major invasion. Like in a couple of days, they could have been over the border with all this stuff. And then Arnold, Dutch is just like, come on, man, what happened to you? He used to be someone I could trust. I woke up. Why don't you?

I was like, shut off. That was kind of uncalled for. But then that's when that's when. they were kind of looking around and they just said there was no there was no hostages here if they were they're all dead so they were kind of like well all right what are we going to do

and then that's when the Dutchard Dylan comes hanging out with Anna and they're like what are you doing with her oh she's coming with us she might know some stuff and then they're like well if you're going to bring her you're going to carry you and then uh so they're like

all right so uh during all this we see all of a sudden we see whatever that sound is when the predator's looking and there was an app for that because my friend had it and he goes hey man you want to look like the predator I was like what

and he showed me his phone I was like whatever so it's like because it's scanning the area and when we first seen this we didn't know what it was doing and now we all know that it was scanning

heat and it was looking over because you see all the dead bodies and all that laying around and it's obviously hanging out in the trees because it's looking down at everyone so listening to Hawkins tell one of his jokes again oh that was the

the big pussy one or whatever he kept coming with these jokes that weren't even funny are you a soldier or you a comedian because he's like, I don't know, it seems like his mission was trying to get Billy to laugh. Because Billy kept looking at him like, come on now. Yeah, because when they were on the helicopter, he told him that joke of Billy was just staring at him.

And then he was laughing and he just continued to read his book. So the treachering through the woods and through the jungle. And then they were just trying to get out of there. I mean, they did what they were supposed to do. And then they were trying to get out because they weren't, I mean, they weren't like searching for anything because then that's when the predator started attacking them. Because who was the first one to get it? Hawkins.

Yeah, the Shane Black. Yeah, because Anna hit Dylan and she tried to run and Hawkins ran after her. and that's when he got snatched up. Because all you saw was like, you saw the predator cloak coming up, and it just had that, like it looked like how Anna described it, it looked like the jungle came,

came out and grabbed him. The first time seeing that, we were kind of like, whoa, I mean, for 1987 effects, I mean, they were awesome then,

and then you look at it now and everyone thinks they're cheesy, but this is pre-CGI and all that. So it's just, it still looked cool. Yeah, I think it still looks good. And then you get the scene where you just hear the,

and this blood like splatters across Anna's face and Hawkins is gone. Yeah, and then you just see him. You see the outline of the predator as he's dragging Hawkins off into the jungle. And then they go running after him. And then Poncho comes back and does you find him? And he's like, I don't know. And then they go over there and look. and there's like just a big old pile of blood.

Yeah, he was like, I can't tell. I was like, oh, gosh. I mean, because when they left and then the camera goes up and then we see Hawkins' body hanging up in the tree. So I figured that the predator got him gutted him and then just pulled his spine and his skull out and just left him hanging in the tree. No, no, no, I'm sorry, I'm going to talk about them.

Yeah, he did that, but I'm thinking. That's later. No, in the second. one is when they had them all they saw hang him in the rafters and then the predator pulled it up and took them but now I was thinking I thought he took him but he didn't so like all right well let's get to the to the rendezvous point so we can get the hell out of here so they were still kind of like all right everyone just be stay alert because they weren't really sure on what the

hell was happening and and what was what was going on because she told him because poncho started talking to an and that's what she said yeah the jungle came alive and took him and uh dylan just like nah man there's like three or five or six guys out there and just running around we we can get these bastards and all that and so

they're like I mean that's still just side eyeing him like hmm there's you're not telling us everything all right here's a question do you think Dylan knew the predator was out there uh no

because I don't think if he I don't think if he knew what they were up against I don't think he would have came there even with Dutch's crew all right the reason I asked that is because like in the second one when um what's his name uh not Gary Oldman Gary Bucci

before he went crazy him and uh Animal Mother from Full Metal Jacket they they knew but then they did say that hey yeah there was a survivor that two survivors from down Central America where they saw

saw it so that's the second movie I'm sure we'll get to that one at some point but so they're like all right so they start going

and then they're really still keeping an eye out for everything but then that's when um uh Blaine is walking along and then he's looking

and then he hears something and he's like just walking along, come on, come on in. And then when he pulls out his gun, he's just looking around and it turns out to be a, not a beaver, the thing with the little spikes on the back. Porcupine.

Porcupine. That comes crawling out of the jungle. But then he gets weak. I was like, wee, I wanted him at least to make it to the end because Jesse the body is just badass. but where did he get we know he gets hit in the back because we got later with his whole chest blown out he he got hit kind of he got he got hit twice the first one kind of hit him in the side almost look like the the neck area yeah and then when he kind of turns around that's when the second one comes

and and hits him in the back and just blows that big hole through him yeah okay that was yeah because i wasn't i think it like hit him in the arm or something yeah and i'm not sure because then he He goes down and falls over and then Mac comes running over. I love this part because when Mac looks up, he sees the predator cloaked, but then he sees the eyes really fast. And then he just starts unloading with his gun. This scene was awesome because we see the predator running and it got clipped because we see some of his blood. It looks like that glow stick stuff on the leaves. he just unloads, empties out his little machine gun,

then he picks up the mini gun and just starts to just mow down and just cut trees everything down. I loved about, what I loved about this scene is like everyone came running up, didn't ask what they were shooting at, they just immediately started shooting in that direction that he was. And it just looks awesome. I loved it. And I'm sure these barrels and these guns were just like hella hot

because I'm not that much. of a gun expert, but I'm pretty sure, especially with that mini gun. I mean, that barrel might have been like red hot. No, it should have been. Yeah, but I mean, they were

unloading. I mean, he was going until he just emptied that whole pack and they were changing clips, like left and right. But then once his pack ended, I love how he just kept his finger on the trigger and it was just it was still spinning.

Yeah. Dutch is like, Mac. and then they finally stopped and then that's when Poncho goes out. Ponce when Billy go out and look and that's when they're saying we didn't hit anything. Yeah, like Pancho, we hit nothing.

I mean, that was a lot of rounds. Yeah, and then you get there. Billy's just scared or something. Yeah. He's just rubbing his little what do you call that? He has little medicine bag. Yeah, and he's just staring.

And you could tell he's, he's scared about something. Because they were, because when they were looking at him, they're like, I think he was a sergeant. And it was like, Sergeant. And he was like, Sergeant. And he was like, I don't know. He goes, but he kept going, I saw it. And they were like, what is it? I don't know.

Well, he didn't know. I mean, you see this thing. Hold on. You just see this thing and then you saw the eyes and then he just unloaded. He didn't care what, who he was shooting at. He saw what he saw. And then he was firing in that direction. So I assume after the predator got hit, he ran and jumped in the trees. And then they just, because they weren't.

Say the bummed up on the tree. Okay. Yeah, predator was in the tree. Remember? He watched it with me once. so they're like well we can do let's go so they packed up all their stuff and started going

oh this is when oh no no no they realized okay they realized that Anna was in there no no no that was later when um the uh when that bore because uh that they packed up Blaine and they picked them

and then they had that that cool little scene of Mac sitting there looking up at the stars he was sitting there with Blaine's body and it was talking because that was his best friend

yeah if you're gonna sit here you gotta be quiet okay you should be asleep all little kids in America asleep get it

because yeah that scene was kind of sad though when they were just he was just sitting there talking to him I mean, that was his buddy, man.

They were, they went to hell him back. And then they had set traps. And then that's when, I think it was like a flare or something lit up. And then they, ah, they, um, did it attack Mac or did he? It looked like it dove at him. Yeah. Caught it. And then they rolled down that little hill.

And then he just pulled out his knife and was just going to work. He'd just see him just stabbing and stabbing. And then, uh, when they all covering it up with the, the flashlight and then, geez, man, could you kill something in the little bit bigger? Like, F you guys. I can't swear now. This boy's here. Yeah. And then they go, they go, they were like, oh, damn, we got to go. She, she might have got away. And then they come find her. She's just sitting there scared. Dutch is just kind of pointing out, you know, she could have left any time she wanted to look at her, you know, she's frightened. So, yeah, they all run back and Anna's there all scared.

And they're like, why didn't she run? And they look at her, man. She's fucking scared out of her wits. Yeah, she was shaking and sitting there in the dark in the jungle. So they were like, all right, well, next morning. No, they, uh, they go. Blaine's body got taken. Yeah, they go and look, go back and his body's gone.

So we know the predator took it. I mean, at this point, we didn't know he was taking their skulls and everything. We didn't really understand that yet. So next day they're like, all right, well, let's go. Because they still had, who knows how many miles, they needed to tear through the jungle. so because when they were all looking around they weren't really sure what was going on and then um

they were like this is when they um they set up traps because uh I think this was a part when um when she was she was she was she was she's no she started to talk in English because um she was speaking Spanish

just to poncho the whole time and there was she was still saying yeah she's saying the same shit over and over so they're like so that's when um dad's so they're like look man he gets

this thing is hunting all of us so you need to let us know what you know and then that's when she started speaking English so they were like uh well all right because they still at this point they still didn't know uh what they were what they were looking for

yeah she's trying to break it down saying it camouflages itself like a chameleon and yeah because that's what she was telling them well first they um they found a little spot and they set up all kinds of traps because if she was saying it goes yeah when the big man was killed uh she saw blood that was on the on the leaves because she touched it and then she ms she rubbed it off on her pants and her pants were still blowing

she was saying it was his blood was on the on the on the bushes and then that's when arnold said well if it it bleeds we can kill it yeah know about touching stuff you don't know what it is yeah i mean one feels like the aliens done burn your hands touch it and then wiping on my clothes i mean if i saw some green glowing i'm gonna that's the last thing i'm gonna do is touch it yeah first day i'm thinking this is like what radioactive or something or it's supposed to be glowing so uh the next day that's when they find that place and they they're setting up all the traps and everything i like

that they did how they just used what they found I mean camouflage and everything especially that net they made out of all the vines I thought that was really cool so the muscles came out yeah everyone's shirts came off

and everyone was flexing so they at this point it's Dutch Dylan Anna Mac Poncho and Billy everyone else Blaine

Blaine's dead and Hawkins is dead. So they're like, all right, so they're sitting there and that's when Anna started telling him the story. They're saying this, this happens every other year when the summers at its oddest because they said they find soldiers out in the jungle skinned, skinned alive. So she wasn't really, they were just sitting there listening to her. That's when, um. isn't that when you stop going to the jungle? Oh, yeah.

If it's just like a constant thing that happens. Did Billy say his line yet? This is the line that I've always loved it. I wasn't sure if she said it before this or after this. It might have been after, but anyway, let me tell you. Shit, where is it? Oh, Billy was talking to Pancho, and he goes, I'm scared, Pancho. And then Ponzo, like, bullshit, you ain't afraid of

man. And Billy was, there's something out there waiting for us and it ain't no man. We're all going to die. And I was like, whoa. That like gave me the shivers. I was like, damn, Billy. Because earlier, earlier before all this happened,

Billy was standing off and just looking out up into the, into the jungle. And then Dutch walked over and like, Billy, what's the matter? And he goes, I don't know. And he goes, probably nothing, but he was just looking out there.

I mean... Billy's a damn good tracker, because even when he don't know what he's looking at, he's always like looking in the direction of the predator. Yeah, because even before all, before, when he found the bodies, the first bodies hanging in the tree, he was just kind of walking along and he cut that vine and was drinking whatever out of it. And then he like just sent something. And that's when he started looking around.

That's when he found the body's hands. hanging in the tree. But I said this before. If you got a native in your, in your posse, listen to him. Because, I mean,

Billy, he knew something bad was out there. He knew it. And everyone was like, didn't seem to care. That's what, they're like, all right.

Well, they needed a Bill Paxton type of character, though. Somebody's like, we're going to die. We're going to die, man. I liked him in the second wood. He was hardcore all the way in the end.

What are you throwing him? Was it a yo yours? It was like a rubber ball or something. When they were on the barth. He was coming at him. He just thought it was that ball. Yeah, he didn't have nothing else. He was out of ammo.

There was nothing you can do, man. But he had nowhere to go. He was at the end of the train. He got him. That was printed to too, everyone. So after they set up all the traps and then that's when Dutch was like, he kind of figured like, well, what's going on? Why isn't it?

Why isn't it coming? So he kind of walked out there, walked out a little ways. And then that's when the predator must have jumped down and just set off the track, the trap. Because then that's when the net grabbed him they made and it held him up. And then you just, you hear, we could see, like, laser blasts flying out. And he shot his way out of it. And it makes the sound when it gets caught in the net.

I'm getting out of there. Just from hearing that sound it made, because that sounds like some kind of creature that you don't want to mess with. Yeah, man. I'm like, wait, what's happening here? so once it when it got out of the net it hit when it was shooting everywhere it set off they had this big log

kind of up in the trees because when all of them jumped out of it he hit that the trigger in one of the blast marks and that big log came swinging down and got poncho like right in the chest and knocked him down and then

Max seen him so he just he went hauling ass after him and he was running up the hill we're gonna have some fun I'm gonna have some fun other than it was like a billion degrees

because you just see all the sweat beating up yeah it was I was I'm a happy so fun tonight so Poncho and he's laying there all messed up

Anna's with him Mac took off and then what's his name ran after him Dylan Dylan he went he was like

hey man let me do something so he went running after Mac and we see Mac he's still going up the hill and then we see Dylan running up after him

and he's not really sure what's going on so he kind of stopped and he was looking around and then you hear over here and then he's just looking around

and Mac grabs Dylan and kind of pulls him down under where he was hiding. And he goes, do you see it? And they was looking around. And I love how he's pointing. He goes, I see you. This was cool.

I like that because when they're standing and looking and the cameras going around really slow and then you see the predator. Like you see it really quick. He's all stilted out. So he's not really sure what's happening. And so they're like,

all right, I'm gonna, Mac was like, I'm gonna go this way, you go that way. So, Mac's crawling around. He was like crawling under a tree or something, and then you see those lights from the predator, those three little dots. And he goes,

and then Dylan turns, or no, Mac turns around. Did he like blow his head up? From the view that we got, yeah, that's what it seemed like. he because we get a scene of him laying there and it doesn't look like he's he looks like he's fine but the shot we get from from the back view it looks like he shouldn't even have any have a head or most of his head should be gone yeah i think he didn't want this trophy because yeah it looked

like it hit him in the head if it hit him in the head is that that skull's gone so so you Mag was done. You know what? I want to say they did they showed them again, I think. I'm not sure. Anyway, Max dead. Dylan's running around. This is when we see the,

when Dylan is running and looking. That's when he sees the predator up in the trees. And then he starts to shoot and then and he's, ah! And the camera pulls back and we see that Dylan's arm got shot off because the arm is still flexing on the ground,

shooting the back gun. He's like, ah, he spins around. Then we see the predator come running up and just guts him. And then,

ah, he's dead. So, like, those two are done. So they're like, I mean, come on,

let's go. So they're Mac and the Mac. Dutch, Anna, Poncho, and Billy are like, we got to go we got to go let's go so they start running and then this is when they get to that log and uh poncho and dutch and um anna get across

and billy's like he just stops this see this far sucked i wish they would have showed it because it was so badass up to this point when billy's just like looking and they're like well he's done let's go so they took off and billy takes off all his stuff takes his jacket off or whatever vest he was wearing. I like the music that I was playing too.

Yeah. Because you're right, they built it up like they're about to just have a showdown. Yeah, it pulls out his big old knife machete or whatever it is. I love how he gets his, he takes his medicine back and just pulls it off his neck

and wraps it around his hand. He's holding it and then he's holding the, or he gets his big machete knife or whatever and cuts his chest. And then he's just like standing there ready. I was like, oh, man, it's going to be awesome. Because we see the predator coming because he comes around the corner and we see Billy standing in on that log. And then we see Dutching them running along and all they hear like, I was like, way, man, I wanted to see it.

Well, I mean, I guess because they kind of after that made it seem like it wasn't a, it was very quick fight. Yeah. Oh, we skipped over the scene when the predator fixed himself. his little medicine kit yeah he had like everything on him he sat down

after that hole when everyone was firing and he got hit um he sits down and pulls out his whole little medical kit he's got

tools and syringes and all kinds of crap and spraying things and all that and then he gets that one little thing looks like it I think it opens up his skin so he can pull

the bullet out or whatever and then he just just jams at him in that era. He didn't have the magical ingredient, though. What was it? Drywall from the second one? Oh, yeah. Well, that one, I think it just cauterized the wound.

Why didn't he just get his hot knife and start his little blazer come out and burn him? Yeah, I didn't get that part. I mean, I'm pretty too, everyone. When his eye cut out, when Danny Glover sliced off a part of his home. it was drywall and whatever the blue juice or whatever it was so yeah the predator fixed himself up and then yeah then it killed the billy and then it was still running after them and um poncho was uh oh i think it was i think it was after all that because once the predator killed billy he kept going after him poncho was and and it

Anna are trotting along. And like his ponjo can barely barely go much less breathe. Yeah, I think he said his back was broken. And his ribs were. But he's like, man, that's all right. I can make it. So he was still going.

He shouldn't even walking. No, but he didn't want to die out in the jungle. So then the predator shows up and things start shooting and then Poncho gets shot like in the side of the head. Because he goes down. and he drops his, I think he was holding his weapon

because he drops it, but then Anna reaches down to pick it up, but Dutch kicks it out of her hand. No! And that's what he just, he just unloads. I liked how this shot looked when he's shooting his gun

with all the little suppressing fire flame shooting out of the side. I thought that was pretty cool. And then, because at this point, he figured out that if you didn't have a weapon, he wasn't going to kill you

because you had to be some kind of like uh yeah there was no sport in it if you didn't yeah weapon so that's why he kicked the gun out of her hand and then this is when we get the famous yeah no because when he shoots him and then uh see this is what i didn't get dutch gets hit with a laser blast or whatever that is i think it hit his gun oh okay that's what i that's i mean still i think he should have been a little bit more hurt than he was but that's how i always took it because he falls down and he's yelling at a run get to the chopper and then uh she she just must have just hauled ass because they were almost to the to the to the to the rally point where they were getting

picked up and then uh did the predator come and start fighting him this is now this is when he uh he falls down that hill which is basically was a slide. Yeah. And he goes right off the mountain into the water, off the waterfall into some more water and then he climbs onto

onto the rocks over there. And that's when you just hear this big splash. Yeah, because when I like that he would do with falling down the hill and then slid off the rock. I mean like luckily that

river was there and it was that deep? Yeah, because the camera angle makes you think he's just going to land of those rocks. Yeah, because he just goes, ah, he flies off the cliff and then lands in the water. And I don't know how cold that water was. But it was cold enough. I mean, that way, this is either the water must have been ice cold or the mud, but then the way down there and it's like a billion degrees year around.

So I don't know Anyway When he comes out of the water He crawls like through the mud Dutch and then he's sitting around the river bank And then we see that big splash And then we see the other predator His

I guess can't get wet So Because his little cloaking device thing Is making all kinds of sparkly So we can finally See it And then he's just kind of sitting there looking at him and then the predator kind of gets out and looks around basically walks right past him

and doesn't see him so when he he walks by dutch kind of looks down and realizes all right well he couldn't see me because i had this mud on me i i assumed that the water and the mud was cold because it took his body temperature down and he wasn't able to see him so that's what he realized all right i know i know what it looks like i know what i'm up against and uh let's do it because this is when we get that awesome scene of him setting up making these traps, those little 80s montage.

Yeah, the like the first blood spikes that Rambo made in the forest in the first one. He made those, pulls up another big log. I mean, I don't know how he cut. I assume that

knife or whatever he had. He was able to cut a treat out. and hoisted out and then he gets all the um the uh

the little rocket grenades that he had left over and break those open and makes a little bomb and then he starts making arrows he makes a whole a bow

uh and everything and then I don't know where he got to make that big fire five I'm sure he wasn't a car out of gas a can of gasoline

or whatever, but rubbing sticks together, I guess. He made this big old fire. I mean, that's another thing. I mean, that place is so humid. I mean, I don't know if there's dry wood. I don't know. I've never been down there.

I'm just going by what my friend said is all humid down there. But so he gets all ready, he makes that big old fire, and then he gets mud all over himself again. And then lights, uh, ah. Let's have that big screen in the Predator season. So he lets out the roar and Predator hears it. And he's ready, geared up and ready for battle. But I was always thinking, because you can clearly see that the mud that was on him was starting to dry. So I didn't understand why he couldn't see the heat pattern from him.

Yeah, my don't stay cold. Yeah. But I did like how when the predator got there, it was like scanning the area, but he had set that big fire. So I really couldn't see it. Because when he was scanning around, we see Arnold, but he couldn't tell who was who. So he's swinging from trees to tree like Tarzan. I loved how he did when he was swing to one tree. He would grab onto the tree and just hug it.

Yeah. Stay still. So then he pulls out his, um, his bow and arrow. I mean, good idea, but when he was shooting the arrows, it wasn't like they were going like hellish fast and straight. They were just like, immediately he started to go down. That was when he shot him. But then when the camera cut to the tree, that clearly was a different arrow going into the tree.

Oh, I did like when he was yell, right when he yelled, he had that torch and he just threw it and that's what started all the fires and everything. So, Predators still looking for him. And I liked how he was scanning the area and couldn't find him. He was kind of using his cloaking thing. Maybe it dried out. But when he one of those explosions Went off near him That's when it like

Wrecked it and he really couldn't use it So he had to just stay unstealth And he was falling around And fighting him Um How did he see him eventually When he was running Arnold dove for that branch

And it broke And it just happened to be water right there that's oh yeah that's right because when he fell in the water you see all the mud uh wash off him but then he would have been cold again so he would have been all good but i don't know we don't know science go back go back to our time cop episode so he's still looking for him he finally finds him And then they get into the big battle because I liked when a predator was fighting him because he was just he was just serving him. Well, he took off all his gear first, didn't he? He took his mask off and the little shoulder thing he had with the gun on it.

He took that off. And to make it a fair one-on-one fight. Yeah. He still had those little. knife things that came out of his wrist I liked how they they were cool I liked how it looked but which was it

was it the predators when that one had him but they were hell along yeah and it kind of was more spread out yeah yeah I think that was predators one of the predators from predators this one was a little

when it came out they were all kind of close together but when Arnold or Kim crawling out of water and he stuck it down and it went around his head. I was like I don't know those look a little too wide now. And that's when they started fighting and Arnold was just getting the hell beating out of him. He was just getting

thrown all over the place and then that's when he crawled under that that log or whatever when he was trying to get the predator to come down because he was going to drop that the other big giant log that was hanging out. It was came right

down on him and killed him. I mean the trees that he chopped down with his knife. Yeah. So he was laying there and I liked how the predator was going towards them. He was like, I'm right here. Come on. Kill me. Do it.

My Arnold action is no good, everyone. He was pretty good. So the predator started going towards him. But then he noticed and he, because he looked up and he saw. the little traps because it was the one with the spikes and everything so

he climbed over that and then Arnold was like oh hell but as he got closer that's when he did he throw something at that little he kicked it

okay all right yeah because it was like a branch or something lodged in between another branch of the rocks or whatever but when he kicked it that's when that tree came down

or logs whatever didn't look that big to be holding that I know that let's just say let's just say it was a hundred pounds it was probably heavier but yeah that that one little twig wasn't holding up a hundred pounds thick as like a drumstick or something he just kicked it

we didn't make the movie everyone plus it's arnold me he can do anything you want that's true that thing came crashing down on him and uh i like how he looked because he was laying there and that big log was on him and obviously did some damage on the inside of him because he was squirre he was spitting up uh the glow stick stuff his blood and arnold was looking at him and that's when he was like what the would he say what the fuck or what the hell what did he say he says something oh it says right here goes what the hell are you and i liked how when uh the predator talked it like it said the exact the exact

same thing. That's how he said it. And he was standing there looking at him and that's when the predator, his little secret little decoder thing on his arm opened up and he started tapping all the buttons. Is this the same thing that got damaged when his cloaking thing got damaged? Yeah, it was the exact same thing. I don't know why it's working now.

The cloaking thing didn't work, but the bomb, the bomb did. That's the word. And that was another thing. I assume Well, he's from another planet. So, okay, never mind. I was going to say, how much did he have on him to blow up? He was an alien from another world.

So maybe their explosives, just small amounts can blow up half the earth. I got to say, Predator, in the majority of the movies, they're sore losers. They don't win. We're just blowing everything up. Yeah. If I die, we all die. I liked how he just opened it up and then just started pushing buttons. And then the countdown started.

We didn't know. It was just the little red dyes with little red dashes were disappearing. But Arnold realized it. Arnold, Dutch realized it. And then just fuck this and just turned around. And ah, I was all an ass. Cue the Sunny Landum voiceover. That was cool.

I did like that. How the Predators started laughing and it was Sonny Landham's laugh. He had an evil laugh. Yeah, he did. I liked him in Action Jackson when he was that drug dealer. Go back and listen to that one, everyone.

Yeah. If you ain't got nothing else to do, because that was a long one. Yeah, it was. Three and a half hours. I don't know. That and Cobra, I don't know how, but almost four hours. Oh, man.

So yeah, Dutch realizing like, fuck this, I'm out. And he just turns and starts running. I don't know how far the blast radius went, but I think it was still what I got him. But I loved how when he was running in slow motion and you can hear the predator, the sunny laugh. And then all of a sudden you just see sparks. like he just started sparking behind the tree and it got really bright light before the actual explosion went off because then when it blew up it was when he just dove off that log and then we go up into the sky and there's a helicopter I like what the hell I mean because

the helicopter the blast almost took the helicopter down because they were like voila and you see this big giant mushroom cloud and then they come landing and then they find Dutch all dirty that man that island shouldn't even be there anymore like you said it was a that was it was a mushroom cloud yeah and I don't know how for that blast radius was but it it would have killed him I don't think he was that fast enough to get away well like you said it's Arnold

survive anything so yeah I know she was in a helicopter so they both got away and that's your movie evil is punished how did they know to trust her I don't know I mean I just figured

I just assumed that she didn't run when everything broke out that night so she was you know what I'm just going to tough it out but then she told him and she was kind of helping him so but I don't know she should have came back at some point in this in the series

I mean, they mentioned her, but we never, never seen anybody really from anymore in this. Because, yeah, and the second one, it was Gary Busey and his gang that knew about it. And they brought the Jake Bucie back for the new one. Gary Bucie's son. Maybe he's playing

his son that he was was he was he his son in that yeah they got they got a son to play his son okay but I think he was just like a scientist though yeah because uh

Gary beauty got cut in half and that um a little flying frisbee yeah we'll talk about that because I don't understand where did where the top half of his body go the legs just fall down. I don't know.

He's probably hanging on to the meat. But this movie is awesome. I mean, I love it. This is definitely truly a classic sci-fi action film. I don't know. I guess cult, cult film. Everybody loves Predator. Everybody loves this one.

Because when I got to the sequels, that's when everybody was wishy-washy about them. that's that's probably why because some of them are bad maybe that's why a lot of people don't like them because the first one is so good that they don't really hold up to the original

I mean I like all of them each of them did what they were supposed to do I mean the second one was cool because they're running around the city let me let me take the two alien predator ones out predators that one was awesome

it was basically the same thing but on a different planet we don't know if it was the predator planet it was probably just I think it was a random planet yeah

and then we got the predator I got to rewatch that did we get was it that one I know in one of the alien versus predator we kind of no it wasn't it was it was the predator when we saw the actual predator world

yeah i watched it again well you know all right we're gonna have to come back with that one and and maybe two at some point but yeah let's do the next the very last one uh next time so because give me a reason to watch it again i loved it so but this one's awesome i mean the action was there Arnold was there uh i was hoping that was i know because it was rumors saying that arnold and danny glover was supposed to team up to give us uh predator three but we got all these other things. They can't do it now. I mean, if Danny Glover came back for whatever, I don't know how old he is, but I don't see him. It's got to be like 80 now.

Yeah, I don't see him fighting predators. Arnold, it'll be a tough watch, but I think he can do it. No, I want him to, before he does anything else, I want, I want that king, Donan. Roger Murtaugh. He is 75 years old.

Yeah. Well, he was from the Bay Area. I didn't know that. San Francisco. It's from the Bay Area a long time ago. Weren't they supposed to do another lethal weapon with him in it? Yeah. I know that the guy that made him all says he wants to do one more.

And they're planning on it. But like I said, they can't. They keep waiting, you know, everybody's just getting older. Well, Richard Donna died, so. Oh, that's right. He did die. Maybe that's why they didn't do it. He directed all four of them.

Yeah, maybe that's why they haven't said anything about it. Let his son do it. I, or somebody, I don't know. I mean, I'll watch it. I mean, it was, were all the weapons good? I still find the third one being my least favorite, but, I still love the series for what it is. I haven't tackled that series.

The first episode was all right. That's the only thing I've seen of that. But from what I understand, that guy got booted off. And then Stifler joined. Yeah, and that's when it's when I enjoyed the first season. But when Stifler joined, it didn't seem the same. Was he the show killer? I don't want to put that.

on him but I I got used to the Damon Wayans and the other guy but you know that guy apparently was being shitty on set so oh that's why yeah he was just being shitty drinking allegedly and a lot of people didn't want to work with him I think Damon didn't want to work with him no more uh well yeah he was the main star but he wasn't as big of a star as Damon Waynes. Yeah. But, yeah.

Shit, what was I going to say? I don't remember. We started talking about lethal weapon and I lost. But Predator. Awesome film came out in 1987, June 12th, 1987. The budget was 15 to 18 million

and it boxed office $98.3 million. Yeah, this I don't know if this was the highest grossing one. Well, it might have been different for the later films. The Predators one.

Everyone was all, is Robert Rodriguez. Robert Rodriguez is directing. He didn't even direct it. He was just one of the producers. So, yeah, well, I mean, we'll eventually get to that one. I mean, I don't know if these all go in somewhat order but

Predators made 127 million Okay If you were to put all these movies With Predator in it In some sort of timeline It would be

Predator Predator 2 Alien versus Predator Those two Then Predators And then The Predator Because

If if let's just say alien that franchise is in this timeline those movies would have had to happen well of course there were way in the future but i don't know i don't know who gave the i know i know fox owned both of those properties that's probably a thing well let's just throw them together disney o's it now yeah so they was supposed to um because they got that alien comic book out to Marvel they was supposed to uh supposed to do a predator one but um yeah we got one coming i don't know exactly when so but i'm sure we'll do it at at some point when it comes out but i'm excited my son he's only seen the last one because he hasn't seen any of the other ones

but he liked it for what it was so i said well we need to go back to the beginning yeah and Tell them you want to watch a really good one. Yeah. But that's Predator, everybody. Yeah, Van Dam, like Brian said, he was supposed to be the Predator. Well, he actually did

film some stuff. Did you see how it looked? Yeah, it was weird. It was like a bug. Yeah, it was like, yeah, just go ahead and fire him and scrap that whole look of the Predator, whatever they had going.

Because he's short. too so uh maybe they wanted him to do a spin kicks and splits yeah so I think the guy that got to play him

he wasn't he like seven feet tall or something like that almost he was hell tall everyone that played the predators were tall I mean even in all the other films but I don't know we'll see but um I guess that's it this episode everyone

I mean easy society just check everything I think 31 days of horror, new episodes every single day this month. So if you didn't listen to any of them, I think you got like 15, 15 episodes are already on there. So, but yeah, we got a whole lot more coming. And yeah, that's all I got. All right.

Action returns. If we get another one out this month, I think we're going to keep with the theme of the month and do, what is it, 1997 spawn. I think that one's on HBO Max I've seen. Okay, I don't, I know I have a DVD somewhere,

but I would have to dig for it. What if it's on HBO Max? That's fine. I ain't seen spawn in like probably 15 years, 20 years. I saw it when it came out and that's the only time I've seen. I bought it on DVD and never watched it.

And the, the horror returns, our newest episode, you'll hear by the time you hear this, we did the new Halloween kills. You can hear how me and Ness talked about how good it was, and Lance liked it too, but for some reason he gave it like a five or six or something like that.

Yeah, I think, yeah, it was Crown Jewel because they were like the first match. Yeah, broke my son's heart. Sean Michaels is his favorite wrestler.
