Nearly 25 years after seeing his father killed by Hong Kong crime boss Raymond Zhang (Philip Chan Yan Kin), Chad Wagner (Jean-Claude Van Damme) is living in Los Angeles as a flourishing yet peaceful martial arts trainer. But Chad has a twin brother, Alex (also Van Damme), who suddenly reunites with his less-aggressive sibling and wants to avenge their father's death. As the pair plan their payback against Zhang, they also struggle to overcome their personal differences. and I was like, huh, really? I was kind of starting to get out of Van Dam's movies. All his 80s stuff was good, but it was just starting to get cheesy. My cousin's like, no, no, come on, I want to see this,

I want to see this. So I was, all right, so we go and see it. Turns out he had already seen it because he was like, oh, I like this part watch. I said, have you seen this? He went, ah, yeah. I was like, man,

so, but, In the end, I mean, it was, it was what it was. It was funny. It was cool. I mean, Van Dam kick an ass playing two roles, double the van damage. Did you, did you buy the two separate rolls? No. I think, if anything, he's probably more like Alex.

And it just went nowhere. What was that TV show he had? Oh, uh, J-CvD? No, John Claude Van Johnson. That was pretty funny. Yeah, I watched the first couple episodes, and then it just got canceled. John Claude Van Jones. J.C.V.D. was good. I like that one.

You know they're rebooting Bloodsport? They are? Yeah. I think the last one that I... Somebody brought it to work, and we just watched it. And I was like, oh, Van Dam, I'm sure he'd be kicking ass. Was Replicant. Have you seen that?

Oh, his other dual-roll movie? Yeah. I've seen it once, but I don't remember it. Did he have kind of like longish hair? Yeah. It was actually okay, from what I remember. That had Michael Rooker in it. I have to find this one somewhere.

This movie in a while It was It's what it is Straight to the point Nothing really too serious on story-wise other than he was just trying to get revenge for his parents dying

the triads Chad was Alex really didn't seem to care huh because I was I was okay with what was going on what happened I was watching and then it just froze up on me because

Oh, what's going on? What do you think of Jeffrey Lewis is the ex-bodyguard turned father figure? Jeffrey Lewis is good, but he's like the same character in every role he's in. So he's never really changes. He's the same role, same character, just different, different movie. so but i mean i like him every time i see him in something so it's good when i see his name or if he just happens to pop on a screen and something that i've never seen i know he does his job but as far as him being uh their secret service man or whatever his parents

they made him more like james bond with his tucks all the hair he had in the beginning and then later, 25 years later, he's bald. Because, I mean, it gets right to the point. I mean, it was back in Hong Kong. 1966. The boys' brothers, they were, the brother's dad, they were, what was his name? Paul, I think. Paul Wagner.

Paul Wagner. Nigel Griffith. They were opening up the, some, what was it called, Victoria Harbor Tunnel. Yeah. They went into business doing that.

They had a big celebration. And, uh, Chad and Alex were there, but they were babies. So everyone was like, yeah, they were all hooting and hollering and all

and having a good time. And, uh, what was Jeffrey Lewis's character's name? Frank. Frank. He, he,

he was there for the, the family. and then they're like, all right, well, let's go home. And we're going to call it a night. So the parents and the two little boys were on their way, and Jeffrey was, was he a bodyguard? Jeffrey, Frank, was he a bodyguard? Was that what he was?

Yeah, he was like the Wagner's personal bodyguard. All right. So they were going. They're like, you know what, Frank, man, he worked so hard, take the day off. We're just going to go home and rest and go to sleep. leave and put the boys to bed. So you're re-watching it now.

I wish they would have gave a little bit more backstory to the Wagner's. Yeah. As to why they needed a personal bodyguard. Yeah. And the whole tunnel thing was a little... Well, there's more to the story in that, but... How do you make money off that?

I don't know. Maybe it's different over there in China. So they go home, no, on their way home, they get attacked by, they called them the triads. Is that what they were? A triad. Yeah, they show up and basically kill the parents. Frank, he ended up turning around because he saw what was going on. He went back.

And there was a big shootout and uh, Bolo Young he was, what was his name? Moon. Moon. Yeah. Frank came in blasting. Didn't even get out the car. No, he just pulled it out. What, whack, whack.

He pulls up. Excellent shot, too, because he wasn't even all the way there yet. He's like killing people from like 100 yards away. That's why he's the bodyguard. Figured they would have more than one. if they're so uh frank's just that good i guess they could at least had two a man you could go and i'm gonna leave my uh my detail behind to take care of you guys but uh both of the parents ended up getting killed he frank grabbed uh Alex uh frank he took one to the back he got blasted and he also

shot um mooned through the through the window in the card push i don't know if they The bullet hit him or if the glass just got him. But it scarred up his face pretty bad as well as his eye. So Frank grabbed Alex and was that one of the maids? The nanny, I think. She grabbed Chad and they just get out of here. So they both kind of ran different directions. Frank got away with Alex.

The nanny, she made it to like an orphan. or a church or something and just left. Yeah. Chad on the stairs. One run by French nuns, which explains his accent. Where's he from, for real? Belgium. What was that one?

I think it was Bloodsport. When he does a flashback and he's young as a kid. and the kid I wish Steve was here Steve was an excellent impression in that he did that the kid did the accent

it was like no good you're not going to call the kios oh man shout out to that kid though man he did his job so anyway so yeah they took um killed the parents the boys got separated

Frank ran with Alex the nanny took Chad to what does I say here a Hong Kong orphanage and Frank took Chad to France I assume he must have to go to a

hospital first to get that gunshot fixed Right don't need no hospital Then the blood was like bright red too So he took one to the back So that's how that. I assume the nanny

just went and did what she did and was still alive. I don't think anyone killed her. So, 25 years later, this is when we see Chad, or not Chad, Frank and Alex.

Oh, we get introduced to Chad first. In Los Angeles, he's running a gym slash martial arts studio. and he's doing the splits for the ladies rocking back and forth in his tights,

his spandex. Chad is a good guy? I thought Alex was the good guy. I think Chad and Frankus. Yeah, Chad's the good one. Okay. Alex is the slick back hair one.

That's how you can tell. He's the bad boy with slick hair. Oh, man. you got to love early 90s. That's what that meant in the movies. If you had slick back hair, you was a bad guy or a badass. Yeah.

The coat, too. They're, yeah, so they're in L.A. doing their thing. They run like a high-end exercise dojo or something because Chad is in there with the with the women and you know these are all those rich Beverly Hills housewives that just want to come and

be around some some built young instructor and I'm sure he's probably just running through them all because this lady here man she

she shaves it pretty close oh the one he's stretching out. Yeah. And then he gets up and he's talking about stretching. Of course, he had to throw in his kicks

and his legendary splits that he does in every movie. The only time that I love these splits was in Time Cop when those guys broke into his house

into his apartment and then he jumped up. Splits on the counter. Yeah. Awesome. Well, what's, what's from a call that's up there too? Bloodsport. Is that when he was tied up to the trees?

No, well, yeah, that part, but I was talking about when he did the Johnny Cage. Oh, yeah. And just put some punch the guy in the nuts. I like the way he had him tied up to the tree and he was like stretching him. He did it in a kickboxer, too. Is that the one?

They did it in both. I said, fuck it, you can do it. Let's just put it in both movies. So why Chad is downstairs flirting around with the women, some pretty boy,

rich guy with a ponytail and his pink geese thinks he's a badass and tries, I guess he was roughing up some of the guys down there, but then he tried to kick Chad. You want to see one of my kicks?

It was like Australian or something. It was a good kick. But then he ended up kicking him and knocking him down. But Frank's in the other room talking to some Chinese guy, and he's showing him pictures and his pictures of Alex. I think it was a private investigator. Is that what he was? Yeah.

He's showing him pictures and Alex is doing his thing in Hong Kong or wherever they are. So this is when he tells him that who he is. You got a brother I'm not really your uncle And all that so the day's the way look we're gonna we just took you to France to raise you And we got to go out to Hong Kong to deal with some business I like the whoever wrote the movie Had to put in a reason why they both have accents

I I don't know I mean No that was no retreat no surrender he had that bad Russian Axis. He only had like a little couple lines in that one. So.

Oh, he's only in the movie in the beginning and the end. Yeah, I wonder where that guy is, the star of of that movie. He should be doing the concert. He did a movie called

The Last Kumete, I think, where it had like a whole bunch of people that was like in those movies in the 80s and 90s the last Kumate? Yeah. We're going to have to do that now.

It's got the guy that played Tong Po in it. Cynthia Rothrock. I think damn, I can't remember his name. Tybo. Billy Blanks. it's on prime

so okay guess what's that is he like the main star or is he just in it he's uh I've only seen it once I think he's just in it hmm

I don't even know I don't even remember what he looks like I think he's also in one of the the sequels to no retreat no surrender They did a sequel? They did like two or three sequels. Same story or different?

No, they're like, one has to do with like Vietnam or something. Oh. So you get a Vietnam. We need to tackle those missing in action movies. Do you ever get that box set from Scream Factory, shop factory? No, I only have the first two. How many did they do? Four? Three, I think.

Okay. Well, I think I just need the third one. Anyway, Frank and Chad go to Hong Kong because Frank has some business, but he knew what he was doing. He wanted to get the boys back together. So they show up there and they go to some little seedy bar. Mahjom parlor is what they called it. So they go in there and people are looking at Chad,

one guy came up and gave him money and he was like what is this for? Because everyone thinks he's Alex so they're paying their debts and then another guy comes in here you go boss and give them his here's your favorite drink

and he's like all right I mean Franks he's laughing because he knows he knows what's happening he did say Chaz's just like I like this place they know how to treat people and this is a girl

comes with some hot blonde girl comes walking in and starts flirting around with him telling him, can you come back here? Frank's like, go ahead, do your thing. Yeah, go see what she wants. Yeah. So they goes back room and then she starts going at it with him.

I'm all right, real quick. I mean, even if you do have an identical twin, she should know that's not him. He's not, he's not, He wouldn't dress like he. Well, he says it here. Yeah. He's all prepped out and everything.

Pink shorts. A polo shirt. Different haircut. Yeah, his hair ain't slick back. She's reaching into his pants and he goes, go down lower. Big surprise, huge surprise. Black silk underwear. And then somebody tags him on the back.

He turns around and Chad is standing. there or uh, Alex is standing there and he's got his leather jacket, cigar, slick back hair and you, whosh, head butts. Chad had the stupidest look on his face. He was the, huh? Well, he didn't know he

had a brother, much less than an identical twin. So he, like, head butts him, and then he passes out, and then he wakes up, sees the Frank standing there, Chad, Alex is standing there, and Danielle, that's her name. And he's going,

I'm like, look at it. It goes, how would you know? I don't dress like that. And whenever you ever see me wearing black silk underwear? Yeah, calls him the F word and not fuck either. She's like, well, I don't know. He looks just like you. I mean, come on.

If that's your boyfriend, someone you love, your whatever, you would know. So, Frank is basically telling him, look, man, you guys, that she's your twin brothers. just look at you guys and Chad is kind of like or Alex is just like yeah, all right, whatever. So Alex was just some street hustler

just doing his thing. That's what he was doing? Yeah, he kind of worked with the triad. He didn't work for them, but he worked with them, smuggling stuff. Because, yeah, because he had his own boat. But I always got to have some girl

to mess up everything. That was, Alex's weakness was her. Daniel, Danielle. Yeah. Every time she got involved, he got all weak. But

what I loved about this early early 90s, especially even in the 80s, same actor doing dual roles. If you guys ever notice, I know some people don't. When both actors, or both characters

are on the screen. There's always something, either like a line or something, a door jam, something to where they can cut it and splice it together. Not like was that, Back to the Future, too? The matting the way they did,

it looked terrible, but hey, it was good in the a I've seen some bad ones where the background didn't line out. Yeah. So Frank starts breaking him down on what's what's going on. What happened to their parents? What's going on with this tunnel? And he is there to get their inheritance for it all.

Like you said, how do you make money from a tunnel? I don't know. So was there other stuff going on that they were dealing with? Other than when the triads find out and they trying to kill them? was there don't think so all right says here frank tells them they are identical brothers and they need to join

uh him to take down griffith that's the partner the the with their with their parents to get their part of the royalties from the tunnel what royalties i don't know but chad and

Alex initially do not get along with each other Alex takes them down all right so okay that's what happened other than you just find out you have an identical twin brother and yeah how how are you getting royalties from a bridge I mean they wanted to kill all of them I get it that guy wanted the the bad guy wanted to kill his partner and his wife and his kids so they don't come but they could have lived the rest of their lives and not known anything about

what their parents did. I mean, it seems like they both were doing what they wanted to do. Chad was messing around with the housewives of Beverly Hills and Alex in Hong Kong with his hot blonde getting his hustle on. I don't think anyone knew. I mean, if he was dealing with the triads, I mean, they didn't know who he was.

It was just some foreigner helping us out. he had a boat so I'm sure he was smuggling this and that so I don't know I mean you could tear those movie apart but that they're other than them meeting one another Frank brought them together

okay that that's cool but like I said they could have lived their lives the rest of their lives and not got into all this all this mess but then there would be no movie so because Alex

He was doing his thing, man He had his boat He had all his connections He was ready Had his machine guns ready Locked and loaded Do you really have to smuggle Mercedes

Unless they're hot Mercedes That they stole And they're Just trying to get rid of them I mean Because he was in a trunk A trunk full of cigarettes They can't get Mercedes cars

And cigarettes in China Maybe not this model. I don't know. I just assume he stole these cars and in these movies every time these films, if they're in Southeast Asia somewhere, seems like everybody smokes.

So, I don't know. Maybe these are special cigarettes that you can only get in the back of a Mercedes. I don't know. I don't know. I just figured these things were stolen, and he's just trying to get rid of him. He's stolen from, I don't know, cargo boat or something,

and he's trying to get rid of him for a cheap deal. I don't know. That's the only way I can think of what he's doing with these things, because he's a hustler, so he's making his money. Because it always makes me, when I see this, always makes me think of this scene from the Sopranos, because they're smuggling Mercedes into Italy. And I'm like, you guys can't get these cars in Italy?

I'm pretty sure you can get these cars anywhere. Again, maybe not this model. So, yeah, these guys, they're ready. They give them the suitcase full of money. And then everything they think is good, but then here come the cops. The cops show up and they're like, fuck, we got to do something. and what do you do?

You just dump the Mercedes in the water. He already got his money, so he might as well be good. But the guys he was hustling, they pulled a gun on him. Basically, no cash, no Mercedes, no cash. But then they get into a firefight. Frank pulls out his weapons and starts shooting at the other dudes. They're shooting back at him. And of course, Alex.

got to spring into action and kick a fool kick a couple guys off the boat into the water so the cops are coming still the guys assume this is the coast guard or whatever but they're just trying to get the hell out of her chad doesn't know what's going on he doesn't know what his brother does and well i guess he can't figure it out now but he's he's just standing around not doing anything so those guys all jump off the ship well he kicked the two off. He was about to kick the other one, but gave him an opportunity. Look, I'm going to kick you off or jump off. And that guy jumps off.

So they're kind of like, all right, man, let's get the fuck out of here. So they fire up the boats and they start taking off. But why did they dump them? Well, obviously they're stolen. To make the boat go faster. It's too much weight.

Everything is like that. The thing I didn't understand is Chad gets one of the guns and shoots at the cars and makes them explode in the water to stop the police from chasing and why couldn't the police just go around? Well, they need action. Action and explosions, I don't know. Because they show the water and there's like so much space to go around.

Chad didn't know or Alex didn't know because when he looks out the back window he's got that look like what the fuck you do? guys doing? And Frank is the one to start shooting at the Mercedes as they're floating and then they blow up.

I assume he hit the gas tank. It looked like he was just fired into the windows and they blow up and yeah, why can't the cop just go boob? Grab around the flames, but yeah, they just gave up.

I don't know. I think those things would sink and not burn up like that. But I don't know. Guess when you loaded up with the explosives or exploding cigarettes and whatever else was in there. It was the cigarettes. That was keeping them float. Well, they had cigarettes and there were some other things in there.

I don't know what they were. Yeah, coniac. They were all in there. So they were ready to rock. So after they get out of there and do all that, they um shit then what then what happened after that well we cut to the scene where they're at the market getting lunch and we see a frog get chopped up a live frog and this is where we find out that Alex's girlfriend Danielle is working for Griffith oh that's right so she was in cahoots

with that guy yeah because frank's is break basically breaking down what happened and what they did. And she's kind of in denial about the whole tunnel thing. Because in her point of view is basically like, if this is true, where's the, where's the paperwork? Where's the documents, evidence? Frank's basically like, I don't need evidence. I was there. Because they go in and Chad is hanging out outside.

And then the triads are coming up to him. And they're looking at him. they're speaking Chinese and he's telling them wrong guy wrong guy because they're like laughing at him they're looking at his clothes they're touching his hair and then they grab him and I don't know why he just start fighting I guess because Bolo or Moon shows up so because they grab a chad and I mean they don't like strong arm or anything they just kind of push him and make him get into the car and uh Griffith is that his name

the bad guy no Raymond Zang yeah he's the triad leader he's the one he's in connection with Griffith yeah that's someone Alex is dealing with

because he starts telling him about some some business that they're doing but Chad is just sitting there like I don't fuck you guys are talking about but he just sits there listens to him. So where did Alex go? Did he

go inside? Bang his girl, I guess. Okay, let me see. I think he's hanging out with Frank somewhere. He says, back in Hong Kong, some thugs kidnapped and beat up, Chad, mistaken him for Alex. They didn't beat him up. They just took him. Anyway.

Well, they try to beat him up. He takes out couple of them but then moon gets involved yeah because moon's there he's the one that got him into the car and he's all scarred up because chad tries to do one of those spin kicks and moon like hits him in the nuts because yeah that zeng guy is telling him the whole deal in alex's or chad is just like okay well whatever bro because um it says uh they beat him up when he refuses when he refuses to work with their leader, Ram and Zang. And then it says Danielle, who works for Griffith,

begins checking his private files for information, but she is being watched closely by Griffith's bodyguard, Kara. She was like one of the queen of the 80s bodybuilding. She was in all those bodybuilding magazines she was like she was everywhere

And they roughed him up. Because other than there was like, I don't know, 10 other guys around him. but Moon just stepped in. Yeah, Moon killed one of his own guys. That guy, Chad kicked and knocked him back, and Moon caught him and then snapped his neck. Yep.

He should have did the end of the dragon, picked him up like a baby and break his back. For the little he was in that movie, he was badass, but he really only had, well, one, one big fight scene with him and John Saxon John Saxon.

they dumped them on the side of the they dumped him where they picked him up at and then his brother and all they found him but then he started telling them what was happening and what was going on what they were doing and he described moon

this basically chad was I could have took them all except for that big Chinese motherfucker and then he said to one the guy one with the scar on his cheek and then Frank looked out like, oh, I know that guy. Yeah, so Danielle, she's in the office because she works for Griffith. Chad just got beat up by Moon and the gang.

And Chad was out doing his dirty work. So they knew that they were coming after them. They still don't know that there's two of them. They just think it's one guy. Yeah, they just. thing, Alex all of a sudden has new clothes and a haircut. So why were they hide? Why did they go hide in this way out on the other side of that island?

So we can get the montage of them cleaning their guns. I mean, I guess that was their base. Well, I assume they were just hiding because them thinking Chad was Alex and they wanted him to work for him and they said no basically if you don't we're going to kill you and I think that's why they went and hid

way out there but they left Danielle back assuming the office or whatever so well she's still no 100% in on what they're doing that's why she's doing some snooping

yeah so they went to some old uh seaside old abandoned hotel that was going to be their little hiding area I assume

Alex knew that was there that's why they they went all the way out there I had no idea why Chad brought his whole Louis Votan luggage set

and all his stuff out there. Is Johnny Cage based off Jean-Claude Van Down? Maybe. I don't know. Because didn't

Johnny Cage do this in the original Mortal Kombat where he brought all his luggage? I think so. Oh, he did. He brought

And back on the island, guys they're they're gearing up for world war three waiting for all them for the these triads they were showing up after them yeah because they they um uh Alex goes to was this on the island or did he go to another part of the island because he was he was loaded up and there was some guys doing some dirt I don't know what the hell they were doing they were unloading stuff. I think this was what's his name's people doing a

I guess this is where they make their drugs and stuff. Okay. So I assume Chad knows how to use his firearms but I love how when we see both of them

together Alex is right up in the front and Chad's right behind him, but he's looking the other way he didn't turn his head and face forward and see him so Chad goes up or Alex he goes up takes out the first dude some guy that was just sitting there and he I don't know they snap his neck because he like hit him in the back of head with a palm and twisted his neck and then he he falls down that's how he breaks next I don't want to learn how to do that but every time I see those moves especially from him

but in this movie he just kind of stands there in his leather coat we just got to look good but uh was this Chad or Alex because it doesn't look like well it looks like Alex

I think so, because wasn't this, this is the scene with the box of champagne's really got C4 in it. Yeah, because Frank is in there sitting around partying with the lovely ladies in this bar. Yeah, the chick tells

them, you're sexy like Sean and he looks at her like what the fuck and there's some kind of meeting going on to the back and I guess somebody wasn't on board with the new plans so what's her name Corey Kara? Kara I think Kara or Kara she takes him out stabs him in the chest well that one guy comes up doom gives him a kick first

oh the guy with the spurs yeah damn her legs that's just all muscle even her arms she's wearing like the tightest little dress you can wear but it's just all muscles

yeah she rolls up and stabs that fool the butterfly knife or a switchblade I don't know I don't know I think she uses that night to cut a piece of cake

so they go and they end up killing that fool and these guys are getting ready to do what they need to do so Alex goes upstairs with that big old box and he's trying to get into the to meet with the the upper guys the big bosses uh Frank is just chilling talking to the lovelies and Alex he's making his way in so they're just trying to figure out what's going on but that they go they gave the box to that

dude with the long hair so back in early 80s and 90s all the bad guys had to have long hair don't ask me why look at diehard all those guys had ponytail and was it Carl was he the

the bond? Yeah he'd run around badass with long hair so they took the one I assume that was a Chad that brought it in then Alex comes walking in

that he was going to go out and get it. But the big dude with the long hair is telling like, nah, man, you got to get up there now and go see him. But then, is this Alex or is this Chad? I'm getting confused now. Well, the way he's acting, it seems like Chad.

Okay. Because it seems like, because Alex seems like he's more composed and cool in situations. So he's like telling him, I'm going to go get it. But then Frank tells him to get low. So he drops. He lights up the first box that was upstairs or in the back or wherever they are. That blows up. hell breaks out breaks loose in the bar um chad springs into action and starts a rough and fools up and

throwing guys around giving these kicks the bad guys that were all in that room they're all like ah what the fuck and they're all starting to run out of there while they're having this big fight oh this guy's definitely chad the one that takes a drink of the out of the glass and then for some reason breaks the glass with his hand and throws it away. I think Alex is the one with a toothpick in his mouth. I can't tell. Or do they both have toothpicks? I don't know.

I think somebody one time told me the way you can tell him apart is Alex is more using his hands more. And Chad does more kick. Yeah, this is when they realize that there's two of them Because they're running around and then Zang sees sees them together and he's like there's two of them And then they blow up that the other crate that was full of C4 or whatever But everyone got out before of the explosions all the bad guys the main bad guys and Kera on moon I didn't see Moon in there

But they got out so now now they know there's two and we got to go after them uh back in the office in zaire griffith's office uh carra was digging through some files and she's i guess she assumed she found something and then uh carra's there and stops her and making advances on her yeah this is the frisking scene yeah sue put her hands where they don't belong yeah then totally yeah you can what she said you can frisk me or something like to that nature it's basically her turn

yeah i i did you now you do me so i was like whoa what kind of movie is this uh did that guy i think that guy with the long hair died when they blew up no he he he got up but everybody was like kicking his ass because he's the one that uh gets kicked through the aquarium or whatever.

Oh, yeah. And then he gets up one more time and then Frank comes and kicks him in the face. But we don't, I don't think we see him again after that. So after Kara and Danielle's a little encounter, Danielle gets on the phone and she's talking to, I assume moves Chad. He's back at that abandoned hotel. He's got one of those big ass Zach Morris cell phones from the, back in the day.

So while she's on the phone talking to Alex or Chad, the bad guys, Griffith and them, they're listening in onto the call. So they're hearing everything that Danielle is telling, Chad, on what's going on with whatever, and within the Griffith building or whatever.

So they start like, oh, fuck, all right. Well, we know what's going on now. So now we need to find it. We know there's two of them. So now we got to kill both of them. And I assume they all seem frank as well. So I guess they probably didn't.

He was just sitting there chilling with the ladies. Oh, he was with them at the door when they were leaving. Oh, okay. I wasn't sure if they saw him or not. Because everyone, there was explosions and everyone was blowing up. And all hell was breaking, losing this little Chinese bar. so did they kidnap um

daniel and bring her out there no no no no no chad's on his way to come get her yeah chad was was gonna go get her he was trying to find uh Alex and frank they were getting firewood and stuff yeah i guess it to walk back 10

10 miles away to get firewood some reason chad knows how to drive a boat all of a sudden yeah so because they come back and then they see that the boat is gone and they're like oh fuck um

was this their only uh mode of transportation that boat to get back and forth yeah yeah so they were basically stuck oh that's right they were because Chad was trying to call his people

and then he was getting all drunk because they they couldn't Alex. Or Alex, I'm sorry. Yeah. Because Kara and the rest of the bad guys, they go charging into that Majong parlor,

looking for one of them, Danielle. And I assume they know that that's Chad now. Well, I don't even think they know his name. But they knew that was going on there. So they're in the back. And Danielle looks through the fish tank, and she's Kara there.

And she's like, oh, fuck, we got to get out of here. Chad is going crazy. Or Alex is going crazy. He's trying to get a hold of Danielle because I get it. He thinks that his brothers are going to try to bang his girlfriend. Oh, he's full on picturing in his mind. Yeah. Which I like because they kind of, when he does pick up Danielle,

know, to bring her back. He's also thinking about it too. Yeah. I like this party. They're trying to run out. She tries to open that back door and she can't. Then he's like, calm down, babe. I got this.

And then gives it a kick. And then it opens up and then they go running out. So they're running around the back alleys of the whatever they were. And some triad guys are running after them shooting at them. And then Kara's. in there trying to get some answers from the guy that's sitting at the desk but he's not doing anything so

she shoots the fish tank and the other dude with the spurs starts kicking that guy in the face and then gives him a roundhouse and it slits his throat so he's dead and uh they I assume I don't know how Kara and then found out

what street that uh Chad and Danielle were running down because they're hot on their heels now too and they're running through the crowd and some some market. So they're trying to get away and I don't know why nobody's shooting because they're all just standing around.

Damn, what else? Almost two in the morning. Stop texting me. One of my friends on the other side of the country. Anyway, so they're trying to run and get away and everyone else is hot after them. I like this part because they run to

it looks all junky in this area. but it's like all the boats that are put up together, bumped up, uh, docked up together. And they start just running, jumping for boat. Yeah. And they start jumping from boat to boat,

trying to get away from the bad guys. She's doing pretty good in a dress and, and heels. Yeah. And, uh, thankfully those boats are like right up next to each other. So they can just, uh,

jump from boat to boat. Some of them are like butted up, like, real close a couple of them they had to jump so but then they finally get to an end and they're like ah what are we gonna do and he's like come on jump jump in the water

and she she dives in and then Chad's getting ready but he stops and he kicks one of the dudes with the guns gives him some kick the famous spin kick boom boots him into the water and then he's like oh shit

there's more guys come in so Danielle's in the water so he dives into the water all fancy and then here comes Kara and their little tight shorts or whatever the hell she's wearing but then Danielle and Chad get away and Kara and the gang they're all looking they see that they swam and jumped onto I assume their boat because he takes control

and takes off back at the hotel Alex is going crazy he's probably just hosing down them cigars and he's just, ah, mad, thinking on what's going on somewhere. He is down in a whole bottle of whiskey. Kara gets in a helicopter with her gang, and they go searching after that boat. And all those boats look the same.

But I assume she knows. Well, they kind of go ahead to see where they could be gone, and the only place, I guess, was this island with this big-ass hotel. Well, they kind of fly by and they don't really see anything. So they're not sure exactly where they're going. Well, Frank's standing outside looking at the helicopter. I don't know why. It's supposed to be hiding.

That's right. She sees him. But do they know? Oh, I guess they saw him in the club. Yeah, when all that was going on. so Kara flies by in the helicopter Frank's standing out there

he doesn't realize that she knows who he is Chad and Danielle are still on their way over so I assume she couldn't tell which boat that they were in that's why they were just flying around and then they saw the hotel and she saw that he was out there

so yeah Frank is all faded he's down in the booze his mind is going wild he sees his brother banging his girl and he's hell of mad well i'm watching it now she's like getting dressed she's got like this look on her face like she's thinking about it well it looks just like her boyfriend but they finally show up and he's like oh yeah we're here okay we're there and then Frank shows up and

and then here comes Chad or Alex he comes in he's other than he's all faded he's hell of mad he's getting into his brother's face and his brother's telling him to chill you

they're going back and forth looking at each other but they're never in the same same shot and if they are so it's bad but uh

frank is or uh Alex is so mad he ends up like punching um Danielle and then Chad's like hell now we ain't doing that so he ended up kicking his brother

thought and thinking this was going to be a bad ass fight between both of them but you could tell when you know it's John Claude Van Dan but then whoever he's fighting they're looking they're looking

looking away or their heads turned or something. It's, it's crazy. But Danielle's screaming, he's your brother, and Alex is, he ain't having it. He wants to just beat him up. Where was Frank at? Frank's outside somewhere. Looking at helicopters. So they're wrestling around fighting.

Chad is running after him. And they start tackling each other. Start giving each other headbutts. for being hell of faded man he could still fight he's a little off balance but he could still do some damage but that uh Alex is or um Chad

is really giving in them kicks and then yeah now now that I'm watching it like Chad that is how you can tell them apart Chad is doing a hell of hell of kicks they both go crashing off the balcony and do you fall on fall under the floor. And then now here comes Alex.

He's, he's, he's, he's coming back. He's beating the shit out of him out of Chad. But then Frank comes in. Taz him stop. And he fires his gun in the air. Did they get them, get them to stop. Ah, shit's wild in this family. So after they're both beat up,

I assume Alex sobered up He went to go sleep it off On the beach somewhere Well that's right he left He leaves Because Frank is yelling at them Trying to kick logic

You guys are supposed to be fighting the Zang But Alex He ain't having it And Chad's like we don't need You know, it's just you and me, Frankie. It's always been you and me. Yeah, so Chad or Alex ends up leaving. Wakes up on the beach.

I wonder if he knows what happened. Wakes up on the beach, all beat up, faded, hungover. But then when he wakes up, he notices they've been invaded. There's a helicopter flying around. He sees all these soldiers on. the beach. So he's like, fuck. So he jumps up and like all these dudes and long hair and buff guys roll up with machine guns. Daniel's in the house. Frank, he hears what's going on. So he springs in action. Why was Chad sleeping on the beach? I don't know. Maybe he just wanted to go outside

too. He's probably just mad and went outside and just fell asleep. Because yeah, he wakes up and and everything's going on. He doesn't know what's happening. He sees a helicopter flying around. Frank springs into action. He starts firing at all the guys that are in the house. A couple of dudes and soldiers grabbed Danielle. Another guy comes up behind Frank and it's moon.

He's got a gun to his head. And then Frank, Frank turns around. Oh, motherfucker. So, Alex is outside. He comes across some dude walking around on the beach. So he starts beating his ass and takes his,

does he kill him with his knife or does he like just snap his neck? He like karate chops him in the neck. And the guy flies up in the air. I think he was going to stab him. But then he's seen that they got Daniel and Frank. Yeah, because he's looking off and he sees. he sees the soldiers are

taking Frank and Danielle Why is Zhang here? He wants to see what's going on. I don't know. He shows up, where's the twins? And then Frank's like, fuck you. And then Moon, he takes him, they starts beating them up.

Oh, Danielle got that split lip from Alex. So they're telling them, like, look, man, you guys are going to find him so but uh Chad he springs into action he's got a rifle I assume he beat up somebody and took it he's hiding in the bushes

he finds a soldier that's sitting around he kind of does the throws a rock makes that guy turn and then he goes up and whack takes him down and where's Chad is he still hung or uh Alex Alex he's coming up in the next

he jumps like two guys. He does a badass move where he flips one guy in the air and snaps his neck at the same time. Let me see, because I'm just seeing. Chad, he's just being the shit out of those dudes. So, jumping forward really quick. Zang, he's got his, there on a big cargo ship or something.

That's because that's where the, the final fight's going to be. The back of the hotel, we see Chad. He's lurking around in the hotel, trying to find, I guess, his brother and his girlfriend. But yeah, that one dude pops up behind him with a knife. And, oh, no, that was Frank.

Not Frank. God damn it. Chad. He's a wolf. the knife it tells them welcome home but then we go back to the boat and all those guys I assume Zhang and

Griffith and all that but they had one guy captured this guy's someone he was in the guy that they captured that's in the chair what the hell was he in oh fuck one of these one of these fighting movies

I could see him but I cannot pick who he's fighting oh damn there's a lot of these martial arts movies is like everybody went from movie to movie they never

uh always had they like what's his name the one dude the henchman guy in diehard he was in big trouble and little china on everything

oh al leon yeah he's like one of those dudes he's like in everything so back on the ship they got uh frank And Danielle tied up and they're beating the shit out of Frank. He's all beat up.

What, um, what were they going to do to him other than kill him? But why? Did they know who Frank was? Yeah. They knew he was the bodyguard and he had to have told the twins what was going on. Okay. Because I wasn't exactly sure. on why

they knew who Frank was so well I knew Nigel Griffith knew who he was yeah because he worked so close with was it Paul yeah their dad

yeah but still what were these uh I assume their inheritance or whatever what were they doing what were they getting

royalty for the tunnel. Money? I don't know. I don't know what's happening. I kept saying the inheritance and fortune. They kept using words like that. I'm just like, it's a tunnel.

So they knew Frank and, or Chad and Alex show up onto the boat. And Zhang is on there telling them that, yeah, this is what's happening and everything. and everything Frank is all beat up Daniel's hanging in there uh Kara keeps staring at Danielle like undressing her with her eyes and Moon's ready to step into it

he's got a pistol up to Frank's head but um Dizang got on the on the loudspeaker and started letting the boys know what was going on.

So they, somebody took a shot and then Chad was like because he thought that they killed Frank. So he's mad now. He springs into action. Some other guys show up and he

starts blasting them. But then he gets on on the little intercom. Tell them, Griffith, you're dead. And then screaming. They're dad.

You don't like Van Dam for his acting skills. You like him because he kicks ass. But they didn't end up killing Frank. I think they were just trying to lure out Chad. So Chad is walking around doing his thing. Looking around. Here comes some soldiers peeking around the barrels. Chad starts opening fire on them.

They're shooting out. him as well. Burials are falling. I don't even know what's in these barrels. Oil, gas, something. And Chad is learned, or not Chad, Alex, he's walking around with a machine gun. And then we see the guy with the Spurs.

Been around. Yep. And then he, Chad, or Frank, Alex comes walking out of the darkness. And that guy with the spurs start slicing him, cuts him in the arm he keeps ducking in and out of the shadows and uh Alex can't see him and uh who is this dude the spurs guy has he been in other things i think i've seen him in another action movie but not as much as like the other guys okay so they're having their

fight he's kicking and kicking and kicking and trying to get him with the spurs but then uh Alex springs into action and starts lighting them up. I like that move though. G grabs them and gives them the quick punches and then bha gives them the open palm. So it takes him down.

Oh, come on. I got ads now. Weak. But this is when after, did that Spurs guy have a name? Or was he just Spurs? Henschman with Spurs, I guess. And we get the battle with Moon and Chad.

This was kind of underwhelming. Yeah. Because all Moon does is like throw barrels. Yeah, I was expecting, at least when in Enter the Dragon, we got somewhat of a good fight. Or in a blood sport. Yeah. this one it was like just throwing those barrels at him you just kept picking it up and

trying to smush smashing with one and then throw it yeah he's a big dude yeah he's also a bodybuilder because i remember the first time i saw him in the end of the dragon i was like god damn who is this fool that's the first movie that everyone's seen him in yeah he's big and He's throwing him. I like that. He throw that barrel and then Chad gives it that kick, but shit, man.

Looks like it jacked up his leg because he falls on the ground. I like this scene right here. They go into the room, moon turns on the light. He tells Chad to like, hold on, hold on. And, of course, he's Bolo Young. He has to take the shirt off and flex.

Well, he tore off a Chad shirt and he wasn't going to let him show him up and in this movie he doesn't speak English so he's just basically takes his finger and does the we're going to we're going to go around and around

I like how he just turned a light on and then told him to hold on yeah just wait wait he takes that shirt off I was waiting to start just flex it oh he does

the little horror music comes on yeah he's like bitch I'm about to take you down if they were really fighting who do you think would have won well bollo trained under Bruce Lee

and bollo's been doing this a lot longer he's got the power I'm surprised he wasn't a bigger star than he was I mean he's big in the martial arts I mean I've seen him I've seen him

in his other movie I think I can call like Tiger Claw or something he wasn't good in that one I saw one

it was him and um short round like teenage short round I think so it was a stupid movie

were they like in high school or something I think so yeah I know what you're talking Somebody brought that to work. We'll have to find that one.

Yeah, all he's doing is just picking up barrels. He tried rushing him. But then Chad jumps over him. Taps him on the back. Moon turns around. Blah. He gives him a quick one to the face. Then Moon jumps back up.

He gets that spin kick. Gets him in the face. Another one. Another one. He gets him again. spin kick straight kick come on why isn't he springing it in action

he's just taking all these kicks to the face and he didn't even do nothing falls against the electrical box and gets juiced up I was waiting for him like uh what's his name in commando um

who was in Bennett when he got thrown burning wells yeah when he got thrown up against the the power box he sprung back in action and started whooping the shit out of it.

It was like the power box like charged him out. But this one after he took all those kicks and yeah this fight wasn't very good but he got all those kicks and he falls up against the power box and he gets electrocuted

because then he just falls and then as he vend as Chad goes running away the whole that little I assume that power box and whatever was in those barrels ignite because there's a big explosion and

Chad is a flying through the air. Danielle is still hanging in tough there and then some some weirdos trying to have his way with him. Yeah, I feel bad for her in this movie. Everybody's trying to rape her. I know. But then

Alex shows up and wha, knocks that fool out. But before he can release her, here comes Carl with them thick legs. in her little black body suit. She wraps it around his neck. And then she starts fighting him. She pulls out her

her blade. He's looking at her. It's you and I, dickhead. Come on. They're so close why he just punch her? He just walked right in front of her. This was a kind of a weak fight too. Even her back is fucking huge. Swinging a little weak-ass hits

and slices them across the stomach. He could have just spin kick is that close enough to grab his dick this is this is Alex he's not doing spin kicks he's just punching her she grabbed his dick and then he swatted her I think it would have been better if Danielle killed her

yeah she should have for fucking touching me so she spins and gets a kick and I guess her heels go into that pipe and then he grabs her he's holding her he grabs a knife Chad shows up, starts shooting at Zang and Griffith because they're up in the rafts.

They're like down in the belly of the boat. But then Chad, he ends up stabbing Kara and the side. Yeah, this fight was weak. She stabbed, or Alex stabs her. So she's dead. The brothers see each other. And now they're going after

Zhang and Griffith. Griffith and Zhang are up on the deck of the ship. Here comes Alex. He springs into action. They go running off the side of the boot. Looks like Chad untied Danielle

because she's running right after him. Zhang, he's running down the deck. Chad or Alex is running after him. Chad won, or Alex wants Zhang because he's turns his brother he's mine and then Chad is with Danielle

and I assume they're running after Griffith they run they're still running down on the dock and there's big things that are loading those big containers onto the ship because I don't know

I assume yeah I like there's all this gun gunfire and explosions and these guys are still working yeah business as usual they they're working around loud equipment you probably don't even hear it or just figured somebody might have dropped something or I don't know but yeah you see two guys that don't belong there you don't stop I'd be like hey what's going on so Zang is trying to run he's climbing up I don't know why he's climbing all the way up on all these things and jazz Alex is running after

him. Griffith is running and Chad is hot on his heels and Danielle's right along right with him. I'm surprised she has energy to do anything but Griffith's firing at Chad

who gets I think it's Zang that gets it. It gets it. Smashed? That's Griffin. Oh Griffith gets smashed? Or does Zang get does he

Zane gets his hand crushed into gears and then slides off the thing and falls okay that's right because one of these guys gets crushed

by one of these big containers yeah man Zay I don't know why he ran up all on these things like you ain't get in a way if you're going to run up there

because there ain't there ain't much places to run so but it's got to be dramatic I guess how are you with heights when I was younger I used to want to like skydive

and all that crazy shit but now that I'm older no yeah it's hard for me to even watch things like that one movie fall I was watching it on my phone and I was getting dizzy

I was like grabbing grabbing the armrest like I was up there going to fall you see the pictures for the new one there's another one yeah filmed it already i guess they get stuck on the side of a mountain they know well swear alert if you guys didn't see that way so is it someone totally

different now yeah two different girls what is it fall to or fall again fall to uh chat and uh daniel i don't know why they went over by those big containers but uh containers starting to come at them and they're like ah so chad pushes daniel out of the way into a little little area where she don't get hurt back up at the top of these crane things zang and alex are fighting at one another zang pulls out a fire extinguisher and spraise him back to chad he's getting pushed off the edge by one of these big containers and then he goes diving off jumps into the water and I assume Danielle's still up there.

Yeah, because he had pushed her in the side to get out the way. Griffith is the one that's controlling all the containers. So the good thing he knows how to do it all. Back up top, Zhang and Alex are going at it. Zang pulls out the little sword from his cane so he starts slicing

and cutting Alex. Alex falls up against the gears and then I would at least took some skin off. He rakes it up. Zang charges with the sword. Alex

grabs him, sticks his arms in the gear and it goes through and breaks his arm. He drops his little sword. Back at Griffith, he's shooting into the water because Chad jumped in

of the water. Well, he doesn't know, because he's got, Griffith is going, Chad, Alex, whichever you are. Back up top, Zang is trying to, I don't know, talk his way out of not getting killed. Yeah.

Because he's telling him, you know, Alex Griffith, he's too weak. And he goes, don't worry about Griffith. My brother, he's taking care of him. And then Zhang is just, he's like, why did you crawl up onto that thing? He should have just fell on the ground and wait there.

But Zhang is trying to talk his way out of it, talking about I'll give you half of everything. And then Alex tends to Zang is like, well, what about my father? Griffith's still shooting in the water thinking that Chad is in there. But Chad must have swam all the way back up. And good thing he knows how to work these controls. trolls because he's going Griffith and then he cuts loose that big container and

Dizh just smashes smashes Griffith so evil is punished he's dead Alex is back up top talking about what about my father and he's uh Zang is telling him that

Griffith did it but I assume Alex turned on the gears because then he starts sliding and Zane goes ah he falls off off the side of wherever they were at onto some big wood crates

and goes crashing through him I don't know what was in him but I'm sure he's dead so Chad is like Alex so they go running up this is probably the best shot of them together so evil is punished the brothers

reunite finding love for one of the other Danielle it looks so weak you can tell that they're both just standing

and don't even know what to look at and whoever this guy is that he's hugging that both it don't even look like them and why oh Alex or Chad is

given Danielle to Alex and here comes Frank I don't know how he got out of it But these all beat up They forgot about Frank Lip all busted up All the blood on his chest

Shirted it up All of them They're all beat to hell And that Is double impact Oh man Evil is punished The brothers are together

Who knows what they're gonna do Are they gonna go back to L.A. and do what they're doing. Is Chad going to come or Alice going to come with him or is he going to stay and keep? They got all those royalties coming. A ton of royalties. How is that going to work now? And this song during the credits is crazy.

I don't know. Somebody's rapping and the impact of my soul. Oh, he says, feel the impact. my soul I gotta love early 90s music but that was double impact and twice the van damage in that one watching it and talking about it

it's goofy if you haven't seen it I mean but it's Van Dam my opinion all his best stuff was in the 80s which wasn't much but there was enough I know there's one that I enjoy that a lot of people don't really ever talk about now we're going to have to

Cyborg. Do you remember that one? I liked it. Was it in the theater or was it just straight to VHS at the time? That was the first thing I saw was Van Dam. I was like, oh man, he's in this? Let's see it. And then I didn't realize that was Shokensugi. And I was like, oh, cool. And who, from what I remember this movie, Van Dam's the bad guy in this one.
