I started wrestling. It's kind of like a last resort type thing.
You can only take so many hits before you get angry.
Do I have some regrets?
I want to be more than what I am.
I say wrestling saved me.
I found a way to channel my anger.
Professional wrestling is an art form.
It's based on real life pain, trauma.
You've got to be a little mad.
It is welcome to another episode of the wrestling returns.
Welcome back, everybody, to a very special bonus episode of the wrestling returns.
I'm your host, Brian.
With me, as always, my brother Nez.
What's up, man?
Yo, yo, what's up, everybody?
Brian here told me to watch a show on Netflix.
And I remember scrolling past it and not really like, eh, that's just another.
documentary so i was running out of things to watch because i watched everything pretty much
while i've been laid up but uh let everyone know what's up we are going to talk about the
two thousand twenty three wrestling documentary wrestlers on uh netflix now i i too have
scrolled through this
and skipped it, but I think
I saw a clip on
Instagram
and I was like, oh, it's about
OVW, Ohio
Valley Wrestling for
those who don't know, who used to
be like a developmental
territory for
WWE back in the day.
So I was like, okay, because I didn't know
they were still around. So I was like,
let me check it out.
I did the thing where you said,
you just, you know, how you're just going to watch one episode and then go to bed?
Yeah.
I ended up binging the whole thing.
And then I hit Ness off and I was like, you got to watch this.
So, we'll real quick get into a quick synopsis.
Best one I could find is at a storied professional wrestling organization, new owners and rising stars strive to make an impact beyond the ring.
It's pretty much what the documentary is about.
What did you think about it is?
I thought this was pretty good.
I was just going to, yeah, let me watch an episode and see what it's about.
I thought it was going to be about different wrestling promotions.
I didn't know it was going to be just about OVW.
I've heard of the name.
I've heard a couple of the wrestlers because I've just, by seeing clips here and there.
And I just, okay, whatever.
But then once I started watching this, yeah, man, I couldn't.
It took me two days to finish it because I started it kind of late.
And I was like, man, I got to go to bed.
I got to get up really.
But I finished it.
And wow, man, this was good.
There was a couple, one episode that kind of like, uh,
kind of brought me down.
But, I mean, these are like, these guys are out and gals.
They only focused really on, um,
Two of the ladies, the mother and daughter, Haley J. Holly Hood, Haley J. and what's her mom's name? Marie.
Was it Marie? The Amazing Maria James. That's who.
They also, what's her name?
Fear, fear, Freya, it's either Freya or Freya the Slayer?
It kind of talked about her a little bit.
Yeah, which was weird because the, what was her name, Layla Gray?
She was the one by the end of the show that got picked up by a big company.
Yeah, so, and the whole, the guy that was running the whole show was, well, he was pretty much in charge of the talent and everything was Al Snow, for those you guys that remember him.
He is a former wrestling champion, CEO and co-owner, and baby,
slash heel of Ohio Valley wrestling
depending on
the day and he's known
for wrestling the plastic
mannequin head
named head if you guys remember that
who wants some head and stuff like that
you can't do that nowadays
oh no and some of the
wrestlers that they were focusing on was
cash flow
I liked him
Mr. Peck
Mr. Pecktacular it's PECC
dash tacular
um he was he was a guy that was rolling
around on the uh
the um
hoverboard segment he didn't want to waste any energy
i thought that was a good gimmick
because every time they showed him there he was
I mean he stayed k-fave the whole time
he was always rolling around on that thing
I thought that was cool and Fay of the Slayer
uh Hollywood
haley jay and uh
I couldn't pronounce this
guy's name Mahabali
Shira
That one was a surprise
to see him because I
saw him on his initial
run and impact wrestling
and he looked like a future star
over there and then I read he got picked up by
WWE
as one of the new developmental wrestlers and then I just
didn't hear nothing for about him
and then to hear his story on here I was like
damn, that's kind of sad.
Yeah, I think it was episode, these are three or four, when they focused on him.
Yeah, that episode, I was, uh, I was hitting their tears are coming out of my eyes by the end of that episode.
Um, I fell for him.
I mean, his story, he's not, and he didn't seem like he was an asshole.
It seemed like he was really, uh, a genuine guy.
And it seemed like he was about the business.
He didn't want to let Al down.
He kept telling him that.
I love you, man, thank you.
I don't want to let you down.
And he seemed like he was legit.
He was all about this life.
So I really loved his character.
He's like badass in the ring.
This guy's like probably one of the biggest ones in all of it.
And he's like, he's like in shape, but he's like big guy too.
He's from he's a, what does it say here?
Occupation.
The first Indian, real Indian, not not me.
I'm the fake Indian.
OVW National Heavyweight Champion.
He's a baby face turned heel.
And I thought it was cool.
I'm not even going to try to pronounce his real name,
but I thought he was good.
The amazing Maria James,
I liked her a lot.
I thought she was about the business.
She did some stuff back in the day.
Her daughter, I liked her.
She was probably my favorite out of the younger ones.
but she had that little attitude like I'm gonna be a star I mean everyone wants to be a star I get it but she kind of had that little attitude and I'm gonna do whatever I want and no one's gonna tell me what to do because she liked to she liked to get green before each match I guess she was dealing with some kind of um I don't know um some kind of disorder like epilepsy I think they yeah but that's what she said yeah I don't know but Al was like
Like, on your own time, well, he was telling everybody.
On your own time, you guys do what you do.
But when you're here, basically on the clock, you need to put all that stuff behind you.
Because there was another guy that they were dealing with.
And he was.
Matt Jones.
Yeah, he was snorting something.
No.
Oh, you're talking about the, okay, I got confused.
You're talking about the guy that got arrested in the parking lot.
Yeah, he was snorting.
Norton something and the cops were riding by and they got him and he got he didn't get fired he got
like suspension for a little while so he I don't know how long it seemed like it was not very long
but but he went and cleaned himself up hopefully he's still clean and he's still doing doing what
he needs to do because they were I was saying it was like yeah man he's a really good wrestler he's a
good performer but I can't have any of that and then getting arrested on
uh ovw property he it was like uh because now yeah i mean i know a lot of wrestlers um i mean even back in the
uh with the drugs and and the party in and everything so i don't know so it's it's hard it's hard
to say that they don't do it anymore i'm sure wd and a ewe pretty much uh have that all locked down
they probably get tested if they need to but i think of these smaller promotions um they
probably a little more lenient with it but
I mean free free my girl
Lou Morgan. Yeah man
what's up with that?
I read
it could be a story they're coming up with
but
it looks like it was her friend's
bait pen that was left in the car
oh man they made it seem like there was like pounds
of weed in there. No
it's
they ain't said specifics but
if I'm reading that WWE's not
tripping about it, then it wasn't that bad.
Well, if they, I mean, all can't do is test her.
And if she's clean, then, yeah, it wasn't mine.
It was my friends.
Yeah.
But, I don't know.
I was like, just for weed?
Damn.
Free live organ.
Yeah.
I was like, no.
So they focused on them pretty much, though.
The whole thing was seven episodes.
And then there was this one guy that came aboard to help do.
His name is Matt Jones.
He's a radio host.
Oh, gosh, that guy was such an asshole.
Radio host, New York Times, bestselling author,
co-owner of Ohio Valley Wrestling.
And then who was the other dude?
There was another guy.
They showed him, but not too much.
He, I think, was a politician friend of his
that felt like that was like a part of the,
that OVW was a part of the community.
I can't remember his name, but he felt like
OVW was a part of the community.
and should be
saved.
So he came,
he was more of a silent partner.
Yeah.
He would only show up when there was like big decisions needed to be made and they called like a group meeting.
He,
yeah,
he was basically some of the money.
So,
but I mean,
the whole series and the whole,
it was cool.
And I hope that this really does good for their promotion,
putting this out there.
Because it seems like,
I don't know if this was scripted or anything or was it legit.
I don't know.
I want to lean more of that this was a legit story.
And everything is a business.
I've always said this.
And like, because the guy, the Matt Jones guy, he was like, I'm doing this to try to make some money.
And I don't think his heart was in as much as Al Snow's was and the rest of the roster.
because they were all there
Haley, Jay, I mean, I love her and everything,
but she was more like, I need to get paid.
I need money and this and that.
Well, she told the camera straight up.
She was like, I'm a little hood rat.
Yeah.
She ain't lying.
Her and her,
the fuck was her boyfriend's name, the other wrestler.
I didn't think that guy.
Stupid fucking designs
cutting his beard.
That fool, man. He was
just, he thought
he was the shit i didn't like i lost respect for him because i could see being in a relationship
with her is probably a lot yeah but when they got into their little altercation and she was like
yeah i hit him and then they asked her has he ever put hands on you and she was just like next question
yeah i'm like oh you put your hands on women oh i i can't can't do with that the other one dude i liked
He was like that rocker guy with blonde hair.
Oh, the one that was giving lap dances out or something?
Yeah, that dude.
I like to.
Was it Ryan, Ryan Howell?
Yeah, that guy.
Okay, I liked him.
He seemed cool and was about doing the job, having fun, and being there with the fans.
And that's what I loved about all of them, except for that one asshole, the Haley-J's boyfriend.
And he just acted like, I don't talk to nobody.
And I don't want to put my stuff out his, his merch.
I don't want to be out there because then I got to talk to the wrestlers and all that.
I was like, why are you there then?
So, I mean, I was kind of like, this guy seems like an asshole.
But there was a lot that went on in this.
It was real emotional at times, made you love him and made you hate him.
but the Matt Jones guy he was the one I just didn't I didn't like him at all yeah I didn't like his
idea that I'm gonna come tell people in the business how to do their business yeah and he
knew nothing about the business he even said it so I was like was the other guy um
Ryan Kinnison that might be him no no no I'm sorry that was the lead
commentator
oh that guy
I felt bad for him
because
oh they almost did him dirty
you were you were hoping he still had a job
by the end of the
by episode seven
I think it was Craig Greenberg
here it says self
he was one of the co-owners
okay so
because I was like
god damn I mean
I mean I get it man
it's a business and everything
but and they were just saying Matt was the one that was like yeah this guy we don't need him
I mean he's not making any money uh for us I was like yeah I don't think I could run a wrestling
promotion there's no way I don't know that much of the business I don't know the business at
all other than I just enjoy it I enjoy watching wrestling that's as much as I know and talking
about it I said I couldn't sit there and try because Al's no he's a cool guy and everything because
he's about that life and he's about that business but he's also like he was he seemed like he was
stressed out every show and the thing is good thing his wife was a masseuse yeah and the thing that
i loved about it is i would love to be in an area where there was wrestling every week but wrestling
television show yeah that you could go to i mean i don't know exactly where this is at uh in ohio but
I was like man I wish I could I wish I could go to indie shows all the time for a while
the reno was going strong they were putting them out every other every other month one or two and then
it just kind of just died out but I was just like man to go to there and it seemed every it seemed
like the diehards with a shout out to little gracie I'm glad that they kind of focused on her for
a little bit there was just a little gal that just came with her dad and just loved it she was
talking shit she had her signs and everything they always kind of made it uh uh to glean over to her
and talk shit to her and give her the finger and all that so i mean i loved all that and like all the
wrestlers man they and if you go to indie shows there's probably that one or two assholes that
doesn't want to talk to to the audience but if you're if you go to these like the many i've been to
they were always really cool after they'd be at their merch tables i mean they'd be hanging out
and everyone and meeting everybody taking pictures and all that i mean i love when they do that and a lot
of these guys were and gals were pretty much yeah i mean so i want to do this looking oboeuvs
based in louisville kentucky that makes sense because the matt guy wanted to do a whole
university at kentucky versus louisville is that what he kept talking about yeah
I think he was trying to bring in his sports world into the wrestling world and I think have wrestlers on different teams wear the jerseys and create like a rivalry like that and all the wrestlers.
Like that's fucking stupid.
Yeah.
I don't know.
I mean, again, they only focused on a handful because there was pretty much a full roster.
I mean, not everyone got some kind of time.
I mean, maybe walking by the cameras or anything.
But maybe they just they couldn't focus on everyone.
They just picked.
I'm sure Al probably picked everyone.
Yeah, this person, this person, this person.
Yeah, I mean, it would be somebody worth watching.
I like the little segments with the cash flow because he was like the vet.
He's been in the business a long time.
He's kind of been there, done that.
And I like that he finally got not a lot of shine.
But when he got called up to do a dark match on AEW, I thought that was cool.
yeah because al was the one that picked everyone that they should go um i know i think haley wanted to go but
they didn't pick her because i think that was his wife that that's that's seen when uh she's smoking
outside someone opened the door yeah and then way back i think that was his wife uh so i don't know
i mean i i get it i mean if they didn't choose her but she all her and her mom when uh went down to wow
and they did some stuff and they were kind of like
I mean we're not you're not
just exclusive to us
you can go to other promotions
if need be if you need it because like yeah
letting them go to the dark matches for AEW
I thought that was cool I did feel bad for them
because I was like yeah I'm gonna let him go
and they're gonna have a good time and everything he goes but I feel bad
because it doesn't it doesn't help their career
Yeah, because you're just going to lose.
Yeah, I mean, basically, I don't want to call him jobbers,
but he did kind of say, like, yeah, they're just doing a job,
and then they're coming back.
They're trying to make their up-and-coming stars good.
But, I mean, it didn't seem like these guys like, no, fuck that.
I don't want to go there and do that.
I mean, they did it.
I'm sure they got paid good and everything, too.
But, I mean, they didn't come back.
Oh, man, that was a waste of time.
No, they were like, no, I was fun, man.
Cool.
I'll do it again if they need me.
Sure.
to find what her
Haley's boyfriend was because when they
went to wow and he got to see like the little
skits or whatever vignettes
they were filming
he was just like look at these horrors
he got looking like horrors
I hate women's wrestling
yeah and he was straight out with it too
yeah he wasn't like he just
like nah he
I didn't like him at all
yeah his little Facebook designs
I could put my t-shirts out and sell them all
if I wanted to I was like
then why why don't you then i know i was like fuck you i didn't like that for at all he just thought
he was too raw and he didn't like the little shot he was throwing a cash flow like the thing you
were saying and then i had to talk to the fans oh am i supposed to be cash flow yeah oh
there was another guy i liked him uh the good reverend ronny roberts he was oh they did him
they did they didn't want him in that one town because it was his reverend gimmick yeah
Yeah.
What do you?
What can you do?
I like what he was like, what are you talking about?
Then they showed a clip of him in the previous town of like jirating and whatever.
Yeah, I was like, come on.
But yeah, what the hell is that guy's name?
I'm trying to find.
Okay, I went to OVW Wrestling.com, everyone.
Let me see if that guy's on this roster.
I hate that, hated that fool.
Yeah, Ryan,
Ryan Von Rocket, that's the guy I liked.
He was the rocker dude.
He was awesome.
The Dark Reverend?
Did he change his?
Yeah, I think he was the Dark Reverend.
I think that's what the issue was
because he wasn't a regular Reverend.
He was the Dark Reverend.
Because you remember they did that,
they filmed that thing for the
pay-per-view when they're
going to hell to wrestle
I don't think this guy is on
with them anymore I don't see him
on the roster
on their website
was that where Alicia Fox went
I wonder what happened there
is she with them
she's on their roster the fighting
siren oh no that's not her
oh I was to say that ain't her
that's Alicia Fox
I was there
was baddie laelie gray she was pretty hot yeah that dude's not on here we got cash flow
the baddie la gray certified luke curtis the queen of the north uh phara the phara the slayer a
mr peccatcular that's a good i swear i've seen him pop up somewhere
the indian lion uh mahabel mahaboli shira i think that's i say his thing
uh holly hood hailey jay i mean i thought she did good and everything when they had that death match
i'm sure they probably showed more but man i see that was the part that i was kind of like owl
kept going no no no no with all the stuff they were saying and that's why i was kind of like is this
like a scripted documentary or what but i don't know i don't think so but i get it he he he just didn't
be talking about during during the matches yeah that's how they that's how they that's how they that's
they do matches.
They communicate to.
No, before they were doing the matches,
because when they were saying they wanted to use
plate glass, and he was like, no, we ain't doing that.
Oh, I think that was him.
I think Al was just old school.
And since he calls the shots and books the matches,
I think he's like,
because there was another thing they were trying to do.
And he was like, no, we're not doing that.
Yeah, I was just, um,
hold on my wife is
texting me
she's like name a woman
and I name the one number one in my heart
other than my wife
like a movie star
with no writer
well I mean it was
how I mean
I loved what he was doing
but it felt like
he was going to have like a heart attack
because he was
I mean, I think it was just more worried about the promotion.
Like, they didn't have like capacity crowds every, every week.
And then they're like, yeah, man, we sold tickets.
We only sold like 75.
And then there was only like 2,200 people that showed up.
Like, that's a lot of people.
Even 75 is a lot of people.
I've been to shows here locally, not in this town, but when I go to Reno,
know when they have them i've been there may i think a hundred maybe at the most i know they filled
the last one i went to they filled up one side of a gym amazing they only had the bleachers open on
one side um and then they had some chairs and everything on the floor i mean it was pretty packed
in there there's just so many times you just feel bad for what's going on like the pay-per-view
the the first one they tried to do yeah when they were like we need 500 pay-per-view buys
to be profitable, but we're only hoping for around 300.
And then they get the final numbers.
And it was like 74.
Yeah.
I was like,
there was one tonight.
I was trying to race home and make it in time because I wanted to help.
I wanted to help out.
I wanted to watch it,
but I didn't make it home in time.
It was only 20 bucks, too.
That's not like WWE.
And it was like 80 or something like that.
But I mean, I'm going to be on their mailing list because I'd watch more.
of this because I really liked
it sold it this
documentary sold it to me on I want to
see these
these young women and these
these young cats out there doing it I say young
because I'm sure I'm older than
majority of them but I wanted to
see more of them. The rest
of the roster Dreamgirl Ellie
they didn't I don't think they showed her
Cal Hero
the Sultan of the Sky
Blanco Locco
the veterans
Jack is he the little short guy
I don't know these are just pictures I don't remember
um oh
Shannon the dude
who was he was he I know he was a commentator
but is he like
a former wrestler or I think he's
just a commentator that talks a lot of shit
he basically I think he's like the Corey Graves
okay
uh he had shirts and everything
because people had the dude
shirts
uh Adam revolver
Mac attack Joe
Mac, Ryan von
Rocket, Truth Magnum, that's a
cool name. Turbo Floyd.
Let's be a tag team.
Certified Luke Curtis.
Big Al, Alice Crowley.
She's a kiddie. I like her.
PJ Jones.
The Demon Child,
ZDP,
the Dark Reverend.
Oh, there he is.
Nephlin,
Des Moons Solvano,
I think, as they say his name.
Big Beef,
from Narl's Gravy, Garvin, Big Zo,
The Hustler, the Jit Bundles.
I showed I got smoking weed during the whole seven episodes.
He'd just be in the back.
I don't think he ever wrestled.
The star of the show, Star Rader, I don't remember him.
Mani Domingo, The Future.
That's the little dude.
Oh, that's the little dude.
Oh, is that his name?
Yeah.
The Future, Will Austin.
Uh, the Spark, Jada Stone.
the 80s baby
T.TW3
Big Whiskey
Jared
Capriky
I think
He don't look very big
You look skinny
But anyway
Maxo Suav
Jay De Niro
Nekeem the Dream
Crystal
Who crystal white
Or Kate Gannon
I don't remember them
And Carson Drake
Yeah where were they at
Oh here's more
The Mammoth
Devon Cecil
Bad country, Andrew Williams,
Ty Vance,
Tyler Lee, deputy,
the king of Mardi Gras,
who barred, I don't even try to pronounce
the last name, an Appalachian queen,
Judy Ray. I don't remember seeing her. She looks cute.
Yeah, they were, like he said,
they only focused on a few of the women.
Yeah, I mean, it was mainly Haley J. and her mom.
So, but, I mean,
But for me overall, I mean, it was a really, really good documentary series.
I mean, it was like once, as soon as one episode was over, boom, I went right to the next one.
And I mean, I enjoyed it.
I thought it was really good.
I mean, the, what's his name, the Indian wrestler guy?
His story of him just loving wrestling as a kid, watching it, finally getting into the business.
And yeah, going to WWE, doing other things.
and then just getting cut.
But, I mean, he did say, he goes, yeah,
when I got cut, he goes, like, I felt bad and down,
like, my career is over with.
But then he was like, no, man, I'm going to keep doing it.
And he kept doing it.
He was the OVW champ.
I didn't like that part.
I mean, because it just reminds me of WWE.
I always go to when the rock took the bell from CM Punk.
We'll talk to him about him at the end of this.
but it was like
what's his name was it Johnny Storm
was I as a guy James James
he came in
and just took
they were they were getting their
this whole episode this whole seven episodes
they were gearing up to their final pay-per-view
or the summer called the big one
they kind of did like a road tour
of just playing
or doing a show
at fairs at festivals and at one point they went and just set up in the park
across street from wherever russomania was going to be um and they were just trying to
be out there and they were doing it i mean were they making tons of money doing this i don't
think so because that matt joan guys made it seem like they were losing money doing this whole
thing yeah there was uh i forgot which episode with it but there was a group of wrestlers that went
to ow and they were like we haven't been paid yet and he's
have telling them it's going to happen i give i give you my word it'll happen it'll happen soon and i think
the matt match the matt guy the owner i think he said he was losing tens of thousands of dollars a month
and i think it was mostly because of the putting on the radio or not the radio show television show
weekly uh yeah i don't know how much he i don't know how much any of that costs and
where they were getting the money from and everything.
I mean, I'm sure there was other investors in it
because they were talking about people that you can come promote
your business by just putting your banner around the ring
or in the background and everything.
So they were hustling, man.
They were trying to make their money.
I mean, all of it seemed like all the wrestlers,
the ones that were focusing on,
they seemed like everyone worked at Holiday Inn.
But, I mean, they were still working.
I think what's her name?
Ran it, Haley's mom?
yeah so I'm sure she was like
if you need the job
I liked her
I mean she was a little rough and rugged
but I don't know what it was I liked her
I thought she was cool
uh and they all had she had a rough
rough laugh she was
just a single mom trying to
trying to make to ends meet
couldn't jobs weren't
really paying much so she started selling
drugs and she had to go
she had to go to prison
uh and everything
and it seemed like
like Haley,
her daughter,
Haley didn't seem like
they didn't have that good
of a relationship.
I mean,
they were like cordial
with each other
and yeah,
mom and there's my daughter
and everything,
but Haley always had
a bunch of shit to say,
but I mean,
that was legit stuff to say.
I mean,
my,
I was being raised by
this drug dealer
and everything going on.
And when my mom
went to prison
and then I had my kid
when I was really young,
she had,
she was a single mom.
Was it a little boy or
I was a little boy she had?
said she had her son when she was really, really young when she was a teenager.
And there was, I think she said they had a brother.
Yeah.
But they, was that him sitting in the background every time they were talking to the mom?
No.
I don't think the brother is around.
Or at least doesn't want to be on camera.
Because there was some young guy.
Every time Maria was talking, he was sitting behind her.
I think he was a wrestler.
Oh, okay.
But, I mean,
the law, everyone had a story to tell.
And they, again, they were only focusing on a handful of them.
Probably just the ones who had a good story, I guess.
I mean, I did like the mom and daughter one.
And they were leading up to, they had their death match.
And, I mean, Haley said it, though.
she was like a lot of
my anger towards
my mom came out in that match.
Not so much of her beating
with shit, but when she was yelling
at her mom just yelling the stuff
she was saying. She was like, yeah,
it was kind of scripted, but it was
a lot of it was from
my heart for the frustration that she had
for her mom being raised and how she was
raised with her mom
doing her dirt that she
was doing. I was like
goddamn. But yeah,
I mean, Maria, she was old school
because when they were getting ready for it, they were
all right, we're going to use this. We're going to use
that. They had one of those little soft bats
and then they had
duct tape around it and then they put tacks
all the way in it.
And then Maria was
sitting there cutting little
pieces of metal and sticking it
and the tape that
was wrapped around her wrist so she could blade
herself. I was like,
Oh, hell no.
And Haley was like, I can't do that to myself.
I'd rather just have it be natural, get hit with something, then the blood come out.
She goes, I'm not bleeding myself or cutting myself or anything.
Yeah, I'll give it to those guys that do that.
I don't know.
I have to, I have, I have, I have, I have, um, psoriasis on my legs.
And I have to take an injection every month.
I hate doing that.
I mean, I'll sit there for like 10 minutes before I even finally push that button for
the for the click and
stab me. I mean, that's how
I hate needles and I don't like, I don't
like paper cuts or anything, but I couldn't imagine
on purpose
blading myself
just for
for entertainment.
I mean, because some of those guys,
that one dude, he's a black wrestler.
His forehead is just like
cheese grater.
It's a big dude?
He was,
no, not one of these guys.
it was another
I mean,
I'm asking it,
was he a big guy?
Um,
I guess.
First person that comes in my mind is
Abdulah the butcher.
Hmm.
Or you might,
you could be talking about a,
new jack.
Yeah,
new jack.
His forehead,
this is like a cheese grater.
So,
I'm sure that's been getting hit
with stuff at as well as
bleeding yourself,
but man.
Okay.
This made me want to watch that movie The Wrestler.
We'd have to do that one for a bonus.
That's that asshole's name.
Eric Darkstorm.
Is it E.R.K. E.R.C.
E.R. I.C.
K. K. K. K.
K. K. K. K. K. K. K. K. K. K. K.
Yeah, here he is.
Elusive Eric Darkstorm.
Oh.
The more elusive member of Dark Clouds, one of the most dominant tag teams in OVW history.
Dark Storm is stealthy and deadly and quiet but violent member of the team.
Who wrote that, him?
I don't know.
It says Al, it says, Al, Snow knows.
Dark clouds have stormed OVW like nothing.
nothing I have ever seen.
Okay.
I wanted one of those wrestling shirts that
every with that Al kept wearing. He's got his own
little website that sells
the merch and everything.
They did they they they sold out of those ones.
But I do want one of those OVW shirts.
I'll help him.
I'll support the cause and buy a shirt.
I mean, if you can everyone, any, but any
promotion. Help them out, man.
I mean, these guys are out there doing it, man.
And money's not.
falling off the trees for them.
So if you, even the wrestlers, if you can buy a shirt, buy a picture or whatever, anything,
just help these guys out.
I always try to do that.
The last one I went to, I bought two Luchidar masks from, oh man, I forgot their names already.
But there was guys that were selling their masks and everything.
So, I mean, I always try to help them out.
What I can, I don't go overboard with buying all this stuff.
But the guys that I like, would I buy something from every,
I wish I could have had money falling on my ass
But if there's any of you big ballers out there that want to support our show man
Please we'll take that check
It gets better for this Eric Darkstorm guy
He does music
Which is you go by Eric Darkstorm?
I think so
I just clicked on his Instagram
And like there's a video of him
I ain't listened to it
I don't want to listen to it
it looks like he's rapping
he's getting out of car
it's not the car that he had on
Netflix so I'm assuming this is somebody else's
car he's using
let me see
if I could find some
on YouTube
okay
I heard enough
no
no you know I don't like to use the word
trash but
Sounded like trash
I'm listening to it everyone
You guys can't hear it but I'm
Why didn't they really show him wrestling at all?
They just
The most wrestling they showed him doing was the
The clips of him younger
Yeah I'm good
Just listen
Just the so
Oh man
Oh yeah
OVW I'm on their website
Join us at every weekly TV broadcast
every Thursday 7 to 9 p.m. live at Davis Arena.
4,400 Shepardville Road, Louisville, Kentucky.
Purchase tickets.
I believe the next tapings are next month, January 4th and January 11th.
Let me see how much tickets are for these.
Price may vary because there's ringsides and then there's one, two, three.
5, 6, 7, 8.
They had an event today as we were
recording this, Christmas chaos.
That's what I mentioned. I wanted to get home so I can
watch it, but I didn't make it home in time.
Looks like the most expensive ticket
is
25,
rampside seating A,
and then ringside, only
20 bucks. That's if you buy your tickets online.
General mission is 17, so I
assume that's just on the outskirts of everything see if I was to go to something like
I always buy ringside when it when it's cheap like this for these uh smaller promotions
because the one I went to in Reno yeah they were what do you want to sit in the bleachers
I say hell I want to be right in front I think it was only like 20 bucks I didn't care
that was helping the cause too so but yeah man this is I would love to go to these
I'd get a ticket right by the ramps to Eric Darkstorm how much
trash he is.
Said my little, what was her name, Casey?
Yeah. They probably
just, no, Gracie, they probably just give her ticket. She'll show up.
Yeah, man, I would go to this. I want to, yeah,
I want to be right there by the ramp. I'm looking at a map.
I want to be right there.
There's just on each side of the ramp, there's only two rows,
six seats each. So,
ring side.
There is like one row and then there's a no there's one side has one row the other side
has kind of two and the other one the other side of the ring has three and then I'm sure all the
seats on the background.
January 6 OVW nightmare rumble.
Is it there must be their version of the Royal Rumble.
Is it um like can you watch this stuff online or you probably best bet would have to go
fighttv.com.
I know that's the word.
I think you can
pay for a lot of the
indie pay-per-views
or PLEs or whatever they're calling
now. I mean, just the
like the weekly shows.
Oh, the weekly? Yeah.
I'm sure there might
be ways
to look.
Because I would want to, I want to watch this.
Let's see.
Join our weekly
It doesn't say how.
Okay, here's more.
The broadcast team.
Brian Kinnison, lead commentator,
dancing Stevie J.
Color commentator. Okay.
Oh, that was a crazy guy that's sitting in the middle.
Josh Ashcraft.
Ashcraft.
Eric Cornish.
A.J. McKay.
Linda Kay. I don't remember seeing her,
but all right.
OV.V.W. staff.
Doug.
Basham.
Basham.
Remember the basham?
Yeah, okay.
That was one of them.
Maria James.
Jesse Morris.
Referees, Daniel Spencer,
Shane Chess,
Charlene McKenzie,
Jay Cloud.
Ownership.
Al Snow,
Dr. Jeff Tolman,
Craig Greenberg.
That was the other guy,
remember.
Craig Greenberg.
He was kind of like
one of the silent guys in the background.
Matt Jones,
Barry Ben's Joe Reeves
That is everyone
Oh let me just talk about how that one episode
With Matt Jones the owner
Oh
When he had a seizure
Yeah
I didn't know what was because I thought he was
Making faces at the guy
Telling him if you have a problem
You just need to go to Al
So I was like why is he making these faces
And then it took me like a second
I was like oh shit he's having a fucking
see sure because they were they were telling them like calm down man what's because he was starting to get
bad but it was again it was about money and you wanted he wanted it to be his direction
but they mean al was kind of like nah man he you can't talk to them like that because he was
he wasn't talking to them he was talking like down at him mm-hmm how i told him like with this group of
people somebody's going to beat your ass yeah because i was gone man did this put a slow as
roll man i mean these guys don't play man if that one asshole got in his face probably would
have just knocked him out i mean even hey the jay she probably would have clocked him not to interrupt
you but ovw tv on youtube oh is that where we can watch it yeah it looks like they post uh weekly
episodes in
full. All right, let me subscribe
to that right now. OVW TV
episode
1264.
Looks like almost
two hour video.
Well, I'll give it a week or so before they
put the whole. No, they already put the hole.
No, that was, it says two days
ago. That was the
nightmare before Christmas chaos.
I don't know what it was, but all right, I get to
watch.
watch these guys and gals in action
yeah because it's good you know we were talking about wanting to
support the pay-per-views but it's good that we can watch the weekly
shows to see how the the storylines build
that's a big gal the charlene
ref girl
she's getting it oh man she looks like
she's a big gal look like she's a big gal look like she'd fuck me up
see again i've been to i mean of course big big w w and all that but and the little small ones i've
been to i mean they record them and they just throw on a video like hood slam going to that you guys
for those either in the bay that they go to that or if you ever just be in the bay and they happen
to be there i mean definitely go check out hood slam it's like the first friday of every month
I got a wrestler name like cereal man or something.
They got all kinds of crazy.
The last one I went to was
glam. Gorgeous
something ladies, whatever.
I can't remember what it was called.
I only went because my girl Desi
Derrata was wrestling when she
was part of the Arrow Club.
Oh, I know her.
I was watching
her. That video is on YouTube
and you see
I got my minutes of fame.
or a few seconds of fame in that video
because after she would, she rolled
all the way over to me
and gave me a hug. And I was happy
for her too. So, but
it was good to see
her in action.
Well, this is a battle royal
or something going on.
One of the gals,
she's come in as
Mrs. Claus with her belt.
Yeah,
see, yeah, we need to watch
one of these and then
come on and talk about it
because yeah I mean again
they only focus on so many
of them and we really didn't get to see a lot
of the I mean they show clips of them wrestling and training
and everything but we didn't get to see like full matches
and all that so yeah like the
what's the rock star guy
it is Ryan something
yeah they they never showed him wrestle
no they did show him a lot
Ryan Vaughn Rocket they didn't
they showed him a lot and he was always cool talking he's that a real accent no because there's times
where he's just talking regular i think that was his first gimmick oh okay but he seemed like a locker
room guy like he keeps everybody cool in the locker room he's he's cool guy to go talk to something's
going on yeah and it seems like he just kept the the smiles on everyone's face yeah
cracking jokes and everything come on where's haley jay there's cash flow he's throwing
fools around. Is it intergender
battle royal? No, no, I'm just kind of scamming
the... Oh. Oh. Who is that?
There's some gals off on the side. I don't know if the
wrestlers, but one of them, one of the ladies has
snowman heads over her boobs.
Oh.
Oh. Okay. I don't know what's happening.
I don't know what's going on here.
It's Christmas.
Yeah.
festive. Oh, who is this? Oh, these are the bigger gals. Oh, man. Yeah, everyone. I mean, I'm just scrolling
through this episode, and I'm looking for, for Haley J. Maybe she's at the end. But, I mean,
this is cool, man. I like what they do, man, and it's, they're out there doing it. And a weekly show
that's on TV for everyone. And it's in their area, that's, that's cool.
And I don't know how much that cost
But it looks fun
I mean it looks like a legit
thing and I mean I wish I could go
To something like this
Every every
Every week
Yeah I mean
Support your local stuff
Because I used to have local shit here
In Alaska
What's his name used to run a school up here
You remember the repo man?
Yeah
He used to run a school up here
But you know
Finances hit him hard
eventually and he had to shut the school down and they were putting on like local shows and stuff like
that all right well yeah man everyone i mean definitely check out uh if you guys haven't watched it yet
uh wrestlers on on netflix it's it was a really good show man and it really it got me interested
to watch i mean again there's so many different promotions out there throughout the country
as well as on the other parts of the world but i mean i think this this was a good series and i
I hope it does
does good for them, gives them good business,
and gets them people to watch more of their pay-per-view.
It made me want to watch this one,
and I just didn't make it home in time.
It was only $20, and that's fine with me.
But, excuse me, everyone.
I want to watch more of this.
And honestly, I think the way the show was formatted
and just how invested you can get into the people,
I don't think you need to really be into wrestling.
to be into the show.
Yeah, it's a show that you can just,
it was interesting.
I mean, for Brian and I, I mean,
we're wrestling marks.
Of course, we're going to watch something like this,
but I mean,
without being, I don't know people that
are listening to this that are not wrestling fans,
I mean, even if you're not,
I mean, you could probably sit there with your girlfriend
or your boyfriend that did have nothing to do,
don't even like wrestling.
They probably get some enjoyment out of it.
it was a well-made documentary series and like i said there was like one episode i was tearing up in there
was one episode i was mad because that one guy was an asshole and he was beating his girlfriend
and she even said that she goes i fought him too man there was times where um he was slapping no
she was slapping him up because he kind of said i don't put my hands on women but i don't know
i mean it's tough to say when the heat is on but i don't know i just didn't like it
him he just seemed like he was an asshole and he just didn't like women wrestlers talking about
eric yeah that fool yeah the guy that completely you can tell he was jealous of her career
yeah he didn't he goes i don't watch her i don't watch her wrestle yeah what kind of
because i don't it's women's wrestling i'm like i mean i we say this all the time or i say it all
time and I mean even and like the
WWE the women go harder than the dudes
I mean
I don't know it's just just what I see
in my opinion but
yeah
as we're recording this
I think it was AEW
collision
Thunder Rosa made her return
probably got the biggest pop of the crowd
for that show
good for her man
but yeah I mean
wrestling I mean the wrestlers
on Netflix, everyone. Definitely check it out.
We kind of just gave you some of the stuff.
There's more to the show.
I mean, we'd be here all night talking about it,
but we need to talk about some other stuff that...
I don't know, man.
W.W.C.m. Punk.
He was making his rounds.
He went to the NXT to hype them up.
He went over to Smackdown to talk some shit,
and it ended up being...
on raw but even the the the night after or the night the days is the survivors on Saturday
um Monday night raw he key made his return and he was out there talking and he said some stuff yeah
but he was straight up about it though because I'm not here to make friends I'm here to make money
so I mean it's a business everyone and what the triple eight said I mean even Cody Rhodes like if
this TMP being back is good for business then right on
all win. So you're going to get one of those
hell froze over t-shirts?
I think I got my other
one somewhere that might
that other CM puncture. I do
want one though but
they're quick with that one too.
Oh yeah they did. He said it was it boom.
It's like they say it
and it just comes out of a machine
in the back instantly.
I got my
there's no video to this show
everyone
got my Monday night mommy shirt right here
it just opened it
and you know
hats off for her
you know
Dom lost the
North American
NXT North American title and she
put a nice little thing on
Twitter about
not Dom the
not dirty Dom the character but
Dominic the the person the
the wrestler the guy behind
the character about how he's
worked hard and stuff like that and I thought that was a
nice thing.
Yeah, what are they in Australia for?
I see that both of them are there.
They're promoting,
I think, I could be wrong.
I think elimination chambers coming
there. Okay.
So they're doing like promo
for it.
Okay. I assume
Buddy Murphy's there somewhere, or
did he stay home?
He's
somewhere sitting
backstage in the AEW.
she poses
to a picture
I don't she just
does that just to tease me
I don't know if she was on her
underwear or whatever
I was like god damn
Dirty Downs right there with her
yeah they're doing their thing
but yeah I did watch
who was a deadline
The only matches
I was really excited for was
Dirty Downs
they ended up losing the belt
And then
Baron Corbin
at the end
come on bring back
a hobo
baron carven that was
oh bobby carbon
that was my favorite
why did they boot him down to
nxtt just uh
i honestly i think
they did the thing where they pulled
too many wrestlers from nxte
so now they need to send
some more established people down there
I just think they pull some wrestlers too soon.
Like, I think they're already pulling,
Carmelo Hayes.
Already?
Because I think he wrestled on Smackdown.
Because I think he's in that United States tournament thing.
And they pulled, they pulled, what's her name?
And she barely's been on TV, Indie Hartwell.
They brought her up.
damn just pulling fools left or right yeah but uh i was a little bummed that dom dropped the bell but
whatever's best for business i guess maybe him and him and the tribal chief next
uh i don't know what's up with that uh roman the jimmy thought he was going to be the next tribal
chief that was hilarious he took his jacket off
was just getting ready to
be acknowledged,
I guess, you could say.
And he said, your brother.
And I thought he was going to say Jay.
I thought Jay was going to come out.
That's what I was thinking, too.
But if you rewatch it,
watch Paul Hammond's face
when Jimmy takes the jacket off.
And Paul's looking at him, like,
what the hell are you doing?
Oh, man.
Solo.
tribal chief.
I guess they might be teasing
Jimmy leaving again. I don't know.
Okay.
I think they need to start bringing in some of these
younger members of the
family that wrestle in the Indies.
Yeah, here he is. He's
hyping him up.
Jimmy.
Thinking he's all raw.
He's like, yeah, it takes his jacket off.
He's hyped up. Like, yeah.
See Paul's face?
Right here.
You can't hear me.
He can't hear it, boy.
Oh, he just told him.
So,
oh, man, yeah, Paul Heyman.
Look at it.
And Jimmy, it may just like,
all right, whatever, bro.
Let me just step back and bite my lip.
Of course, you know, these teams always break up.
But is Roman taking a break for a while?
Is he going to make movies or what's he doing?
I think he's going to take a break
And I think I read he's not going to be back on Smackdown
To like a couple weeks before Royal Rumble
Put him down to stay away from punk
I saw that video that he put out
He was like, I don't like the guy
But if he's what's best for business and what makes money
Then I'm cool, whatever
But I don't like him
I don't know
what can you do everyone
but you know the one they're building too though
oh yeah see that's what i want to know i mean you kids i mean
other than punk come making his rounds and being on raw
that monday after survivor series but actually didn't
even um raw ralans he stepped into the ring and
all right i don't know you guys want to hear it and all this and he's an asshole
or you say that that was basically
what he was saying.
Punk said
to these Rollins is not even the man of his
household. I know. So
if it was a
work, good job. But you
can see that there is
some
kind of bad
blood between both of them because when they
finally got in the ring together
on this last Monday Night Raw
they were like face to
face staring at each other.
And I don't know
if Rollins had heels on
because I remember they were saying he's sick something and so was punk.
And Rollins was clearly taller than him, but I don't know.
This is what happened.
Rollins went in to see Triple H and said he doesn't like the guy.
I'm not wrestling him.
He shouldn't be here.
This is what I think happened.
And Triple H wrote a number on a piece of paper and slid it to Rollins.
It was like, that's what you're going to be making.
I'm sure punk's
they probably would tell him
how much he's getting
he had been paid a lot
punk knows what he's making
before he even came back
yeah and I'm pretty sure
they gave him that look man
we know what happened over AEW
and that shit can't fly here
you can talk shit all you want
and everything but don't
don't do what you did there
with everyone because I'm sure
he said there's probably going to be
even punk knows
there's going to be a lot of bad blood when I come back.
I'm sure he had that conversation with AJ over and over and over.
And then he's just finally, all right, I'm going to do it.
I'm going to take this check.
And like he said, I'm not here to make friends.
I'm here to make money.
And I'm sure he's getting plenty of money to do what he's doing.
And now he's on Raw.
I would have rather have them been on Smackdown, but, no, Raw seems to be the bigger, the bigger brand.
Yeah, they're just because they're building Twitter.
Is that punk rollins match?
So yeah, they finally just face to face.
Punk was talking shit like, yeah, if I win, when I go in and win the Royal Rumble,
I might come after you or I might go after someone else.
But we know it's going to be Rollins and punk.
And just make it a good match.
Somebody on YouTube piece together.
and I think it was like
title on this is what you want and it was all
the mistakes
that punk was making when he was in
AEW
everybody makes mistakes man
but
yeah I mean
you can go make a video of all the mistakes
Roman is made and look where he's at now
yeah
so I mean everybody
that guy said suffering
and succotash
somebody wrote that and he said that
everybody makes mistakes nobody's perfect we all can't be mr perfect he even mr perfect wasn't perfect
rest in peace but he'd always smack that gum every time he spit it out i mean it's
again i mean yeah i'm sure rollins was mad and a lot of people were mad
but i don't know i mean i doubt i know kevin owens was uh the eyeball
and punk and that one little thing when he was walking down the hall he's kind of hey what's up and then
kind of glared at him and walk out i'd like to see that too i like they mix it up though because
it's just not every wrestler that comes up to him has a problem because did you see the nxte thing
i think it was an incorrigade yeah yeah that was a nice thing he did for her telling her you know
she's basically the next the next up god damn she's fine i'm sorry
She's so fine.
Yeah, even she made a mistake.
We all remember the broken skateboard gimmick.
She's going to hit somebody and her skateboard fell apart before she hit her.
Well, you can't hit no one with no hard skateboard.
I'll tell you right now.
Have I hit someone on my skateboard?
I swung it.
I didn't hit him.
But speaking of that, did you ever see that video?
I don't know where they were downtown, any town USA.
I don't know where they were, but there were some guys in the argument.
And the guy, he was arguing with these skateboarders.
I don't know why.
I mean, you always come in in the middle of the video, middle of our altercation.
But that's one of those videos.
You always start in the middle of somebody screaming.
That guy that wasn't the skateboarder pushed one.
And all the other dudes jumped up into it.
And I think he punched one of the guy.
But the first guys that he pushed he kind of did a side step came around with that skateboard and
Whap hit him in the head trucks first and that dude just dropped and then all those skateboarder guys took off
I've seen guys get hit with skateboards and fights skate parks or whatever
Man I wouldn't want to get hit with one of these things man these things are heavy even if you just got hit with the board alone
but to get hit with the trucks
hell no man
but
in my younger years
yeah
and when I didn't get a
give a fuck
but now I ain't going to jail
hitting some little punk kid
that was talking shit
or anybody
but
was it like an older dude
they got hit
yeah
yeah
because he probably was doing that
I hate it so much
these videos are these old
I'm sorry
I'm not I'm not talking down
on older people
but it just happens to be older people
that are always stopping
skaters
from skating where they're out
and you even got some videos where they're like physically
like kicking their board out from under don't do that
oh let's see
did you find it skateboarder hits
man let me see
oh here it is
you send it to you
because this is wild
yeah I hate those videos
always you can't skate here you can't skate here
they can't skate there then go
get somebody that's going to
handle the situation, not
take the situation and I hate that.
Let me see, hold on.
How do I?
I'll hear this.
All right. I'm saying, watch this video
doing this shit. It's just, just get wild.
But, oh, man.
Yeah, man. Mind your peas and cues, man.
Some of these skateboarders will lose it
on you.
I've seen it in real way
Yeah, I have to
But oh man
But yeah punk
I don't want an AEW
I want him just to do
Do what he does
And we'll see how it goes
And like I said I want to see a good match between
Rollins and punk
Don't just go out there
Damn
Yeah
And he was a little guy, too, the swung that skateboard.
What's that guy going to do at the end?
I don't know.
It's like trying to chase somebody with a chair.
They're gone.
Oh, yeah, they did.
They're taking up a chair.
They're gone.
No, those fools jumped on their boards and they're out of there.
Make it a good match.
Well, obviously won't be at the Royal Rumble.
I'd say, if anything, WrestleMania.
So if we're saying punk and Rollins at WrestleMania
Who who's gonna wrestle Roman? Because you know Roman's gonna keep the belt at least until WrestleMania
He's gonna come in and interfere
Watch
In the
The Rollins punk match? Yep
The best way for him
Part of the bloodline
No he'll just come in and
Oh want to fight both of them
Oh, he'll wear his one t-shirt,
Rick everyone and leave.
What would be awesome
if the shield music hits
and he comes walking through the crowd.
I heard what's his name?
It's blackballed.
No, I mean, he doesn't,
he don't have to come back.
Because remember, this was years ago.
I can't remember who Seth Rollins was wrestling.
Oh, he's wrestling in Roman.
Is that who it was when he came out?
And the shield
The shield music is trying to get in Roman's head
He came out in the outfit
Or I like that one
When uh
Mox well
Ambrose at the time
When uh they were already broke up
Everyone was kind of doing singles
And um
They were they uh they power bombed somebody
I can't remember who they power bomb
Because all three of them were there
And they hated Rollins
and then he tried to do the shield fist thing
and they just looked at him sideways
and then they started beating the hell out of him
I love the shield
I still have my shield t-shirts
I still have my shield hoodie
everything man
can always bring back honorary member
Kurt Angle
huh
oh did you remember that one
I think it was during raw
um
uh
Roman was standing there
It was when he was still wearing the all black and everything.
And some fan jumped into the ring and stood up next to him wearing his shield with the shield wear.
Do you remember that?
Yeah.
You think they would ever make a new shield?
Like Rollins, like, finds, like, two other people and tries to do the shield thing?
No.
I mean, I don't want that.
If it ain't the real shield, I don't want it.
I don't give me no imitators.
but I don't know
we'll see but as far as punk
and Rollins again
I want a good match
make it a good match don't
half-ass it
and I'm sure the build-up to it
will probably be better than the match
but I don't know we'll see
and as far as punk
winning the Royal Rumble
I would love that
but I don't think
the fans would love it
because everyone would
expect him to win and and everything.
Of course, these are all predetermined and everything, but I don't know.
I mean, don't come in in number one and then win like Edge did, which was fun.
I was happy when Edge did that.
He came in number one and still won.
But I don't know.
I just, I don't want that.
Don't do that.
He can't be 30 and win either.
No.
Come in.
maybe
number eight in the middle
come in and if you're going to win
then you're going to win
I'm saying eight
because I don't know
I mean he's I'm sure he's in way
way better shape than I am
he looks in better shape than he was in
a w yeah so I don't
I don't know we'll see
how old is coming in he's coming in number
eight
and he's going to win
because of interference from AJ
making her return
Okay
I'm seven years older than punk
He's 45
Um
Where's it say how tall is he
Says 6 2
Oh no
His height 6 2
He's 6 2
That's what it says here on Wikipedia
He seems like 510 on TV
Uh
I know he's taller than me
Because when I met him
okay he's six two let's see what set
ralins is
um
shit i clicked on the wrong thing
uh
let me see what he has to say
on Wikipedia
he is
6 1
okay he he must have had
he he must have had heels on or something
because he was what is randy then
because he seemed like a giant next to them
Randy orton
he is
he's got six five he's six five
he sat on
yeah because
Randy looks huge now
what happened to him again
I thought it was his shoulder but I guess it was
his neck
his neck and his back like somewhere
in that area
that it was kind of
kind of like
considering maybe not coming back
one of those type of injuries
damn roman rains is 6 3
he was tall when i met him i know he was way taller than me
man
well that makes sense because him and uh randy had a face off yesterday
and randy look a little bit taller
all right everyone we'll see what's uh to come
but definitely everyone check out wrestlers that's on netflix
and uh support uh vw go to oviw go to o
W.OVW.O.W.Ressling.com.
Pick up a t-shirt. And did I have my size? Because I do want one of these.
And go to OVWTV on YouTube and subscribe.
Oh, man. I guess I got to lose some weight.
Biggest size I have is 3X.
Man. Come on, man. There wasn't no skinny guys in that building.
Well, there was, but I saw some fat guys in there. Come on.
Help us out
Thinking of that
I need to lose weight bad everybody
I just
Gained sitting at home
Well I couldn't fucking do anything man
I'm open oh I'm up and walking now
Without
crutches I went to the movies
I went to the doctor and they
They show you give me an x-ray
And it's
It's grown
But the bone that broke
It's it grew
It's back together
together. It's slightly off, he said, but not enough to, like, for me to pain to feel it or anything.
Because he showed me the x-ray. He goes, look, he goes, this is how it was before and this is how it is now.
He goes, look, he goes, it looks like there's a small little step. He goes, but it's fine. He goes, you're okay. If there's issues, come back.
He goes, but as far as what I want you to do now is start walking on it. He goes, don't go overboard, but just walk on it.
I was okay so fuck me my dumb ass the very next day I went to the movie to the movies and I walked into the movie theater just from my truck to the theater
oh fuck dude my leg was killing me so you're not you're not ready for spinning back kicks yet no not yet man I mean I was like I was all Jews I was ready to step I haven't stepped on my skateboard in two months and that's thing with that's what's itching me the most um and I was like I was like I was like oh
man, I went, got in, watched the movie, left, and then we didn't do anything else.
Oh, we went to my friend's house, but we were just sitting in there.
I used my crutches then.
I was like, shit, I should have just took my crutches in when I was walking into the theater.
But, oh, fuck, man.
I got home and I put my foot up.
It looked like it swelled a little, but not too much.
But my calf muscle was burning.
I was like, ah.
And then I was like, shit.
So I didn't do too much.
I have a stationary bike, and the doctor told me,
he was why advise you to sit on that thing and start riding?
Don't go overboard.
Don't make it too stressful for you, but you need to build that muscle back up in your leg.
I mean, because I was sitting there, I would take the boot off and kind of just bend my foot back and forth to keep the muscles.
He goes, you need to do that.
He goes, it may hurt a little, but just do what you can.
I can move my foot
way better than I did. I could barely
try to make my foot straight
and it just fucking burned.
It would hurt. Because that was when the bone
was still cracked. And I asked
him, I said, is it, is it
possibility for it to break again?
Like now he goes, excuse me.
He said yes. He goes, that's why I'm
saying, don't go overboard.
Don't go dancing
or doing whatever you're doing. Don't go
rock climbing or anything.
And I said, so no, ride my
skateboard he goes I advise against it but I'm too scared to step on my board now I'm gonna give
it another few months I go back to work next month so I'm gonna just start riding this
this bike doing a little walking I did some walking today I had my crutches on but I did
do some I walk around in the house and it's it's not it's not bad because I'm going from
like my chair to the bathroom or something but I don't know I'm getting back there
everyone and everyone that reached out right on thanks but oh man i was going nuts and the other than
just sitting here watching movie after movie and tv shows eating and i just i could just feel it i'm like
i need to get back i need to get back to my fighting weight and everything and oh man speaking of
movies did you see godzilla not yet oh dude everybody if you guys haven't seen godzilla
minus one go see that shit it was fucking awesome it was hell good i saw it twice i saw just regular
theater then the other day we went on imax and it was hell aloud which i thought it was
amazing it's it's one of the best films of the year everyone nice then that and that that kong
versus godzilla or whatever trailer came out trash i'm gonna see it of course but
I was like, fuck, man.
I mean, the original, the Japanese guys that made this film, it was one of the best Godzilla movies.
There's like a billion different Godzilla movies out of the Japanese ones, not this American bullshit.
And this is right up there with it.
I mean, I don't, I love the original, the black and white one.
I love King Kong versus Godzilla, the original one, not that last one.
um and everything in between all those ones but this one this was awesome because i loved uh the time uh it was a 1945 i believe
it was uh after uh america just basically destroyed japan when they when they had to drop the bombs on them and
everything it was it was during that after that time and everything and then godzilla coming in and wrecking japan again but oh my god
God, it was amazing.
Definitely go check that film out, everyone.
But again, wrestlers, Netflix,
and we'll see what Punk does once he...
So wrestler, Rural Lumble, is that his first match back,
or are they going to throw and sprinkle in some stuff on Rawl before that?
I mean, they could.
I, if it was me, I wouldn't have them.
I would have that be the first time he steps into the ring officially.
I would just build up to that.
But I don't know if that's what they're going to do.
Yeah.
I was looking into it to see about going to the Royal Rumble, but it's in Florida.
Well, stay with Lance.
I don't think he's near where it's at.
I think it's in Tampa Bay.
St. Petersburg, Florida.
I hate when they're doing them.
Why are they putting all these Royal Rumbles in baseball fields?
So they can do that stupid zigzag ramp or entranceway thing.
I hate that thing.
They come out of the dugout and then they run in,
then they got to cut that left to the ring.
They'll run like two miles to the ring.
Yeah.
You got to run the outfield from home plate all the way to that center field or something.
I don't know.
I want to go, but that's...
I don't know anybody in St. Petersburg, Florida.
But I know tickets are on sales, so those you that are going, cool, right on.
We'll just watch it and then we'll talk about it.
Again, wrestlers, everyone, check it out.
It's an awesome documentary series.
Hopefully they find another promotion and do it again.
I don't know.
We'll see.
They can do NWA because I heard they're struggling now.
or been struggling
NWA
I haven't heard that in a while
National Wrestling Alliance

and i think that's when they were like ready to get closed down as shit nwa president a globally
known multi-platinum musician william patrick corrigan is a lifelong fan and has worked in professional wrestling for decades
This is news to me, everyone.
I must not keep,
especially in pumpkins,
man,
and they're all right.
I mean,
I don't,
they're not my cup of tea.
There's a few songs that I like,
but I,
I've never seen them live.
Um,
I go,
what's the name,
Max the Impaler?
Your girl,
uh,
from,
uh,
what's her name?
From the Viking greatest.
Oh,
um,
God damn it.
Um,
Look at Maxine Paler.
You'll see where she got her gimmick from.
Which role was she in?
I'm trying to.
I just clicked on roster.
NWA champions.
Which one is she?
Kenzie Pallor.
Maxine Pailer.
Oh, you ain't know Sarah Logan.
Come on.
Sarah Logan said, I'm going to be Maxian Paylor.
Vahal.
Wallho.
So fine.
I love her.
Come on the show.
I'll let you body slam me.
Davey and Sando, Aaron Stevens.
You're welcome.
Well, shit, man.
You'll watch their stuff on YouTube also.
Yeah, but fucking, I had no idea that he was a part of this.
Because I know he was always talking shit about big business and stuff like that.
this was a while ago. I guess he did a
a Disney
is Disneyland, I think it was Disney World commercial. It was him and his family.
And he's all dressed up. Oh yeah, come to Disney World or whatever.
And everybody attacked him.
What the fuck? Why are you selling out to Disney and all that?
It's the new, Billy. I think he'd be wearing suits to when he shows up in
NWA. Get your money, everyone.
Yeah, it was. It was just,
It was just weird because I knew I heard he was part of the problem in impact and I think he got bought out and then all of a sudden he showed up in NWA so I was like I guess
All right, I'm watching a video
He's supposed to be coming out here he come did this was how old is this video watching? Because there's a mac cradona
Oh, he shows up he's badass
I loved him as Zach Ryder.
Uh-oh, here he comes.
I'm listening to him.
I know you guys can't hear it.
He's talking shit to Matt Cardona.
Well, good, man.
I mean, I don't have to watch more of this.
Again, everyone, I'm not a wrestling guru.
I'm looking at Matt Cardona's bio in the roster thing.
They call him the savior of NWA.
Do you think he would ever come back to, uh,
w if he can be mad cardona yeah are he or all right i'll give billy man he he looks like he's
he knows what's going on for those you do watch him you guys you probably already know this but
they got chris adonis he used to be chris masterson that remember the master lock yeah he's
there too damn man this is crazy you learn something new every day
everybody does he got his own shirt really corkid good probably does he's just wearing the zero um
i do like that song though i mean i like that simi's a simi's a simi's dream i think so
with today and all those other songs on it that melancholy or whatever the hell that one
album was that one was there was a couple songs on there i liked but yeah if you go through the
roster you'll reckon it'd be like i ain't seen that guy and
a minute. Yeah, there's
some, some faces I'm seeing on
here. Mike Knox.
You remember Mike Knox?
Yeah. I mean, good for all these people, man.
There's still a lot of doing it. I mean,
for those
you just know,
WWE and all that, I mean,
all our
faves aren't always going to
be there. I mean, they got to go somewhere.
I mean, again,
even going to small little wrestling
promotions. I mean, when the first
RWF, Rural
RASL factory
when I went to fucking
what's his name was there
The Vampire
Vampire?
Gangrel?
He was there.
I didn't even know that.
And he was like in the main
event. We were just because my buddy's, dude, let's go to this wrestling thing.
It's tonight. All right, man. We went.
We came in a
the middle of the middle of it and it was it was awesome man it was cool to see that and then uh and then
fucking gang grills music hit and i was like what and then he came walking out i was like what the
fuck's happening in here he did the whole thing man the blood everything spitted it up in the into
the air and i was like hell yeah and then afterwards we met him and i was talking to him i was
like oh my god it's good to meet you and look in here what's his name still wrestles
uh uh rickie martin from the robert from the robert
and roll express still yeah i think his son's a wrestler for nwa too violent jay yeah he shows up too
are you juggal those out there you probably already know yeah they were deep into the into the
wrestling i remember they had their own little wrestling that thing going on for a while but all right man
where's a shaggy too dope you know wrestle think he just got a
for cancer.
Oh, damn, I didn't know that.
I think I read that.
If not, I'm sorry, but.
I would like to go to one of those, the gathering, the gathering, the gathering of
jugglers.
I think I'm too old now.
I would just like to go just to see.
I saw a little short documentary on it, and I don't want that fago spread all over me,
but they're probably.
I see this guy, I can't think of his name.
He goes to, like, different, like, basically he goes the wild stuff, like, the gathering
of the juggalo's.
and he does like little mini documentary YouTube videos he didn't look okay after day one
I would like to go just to see because I mean I see the I see the bands and everything that
play that and there's a lot of bands that I like I mean I know body count played one time and
uh Guar of course uh and everything and I would love to see I'm not that big fan of ICP
but I would like to see see them perform and I mean they're fans I mean the juggalo's man
Those guys are no joke.
I mean, people laugh at them and everything, but now you got a whole crew of them there,
you ain't going to be talking shit while they're beating your ass.
But I would like to go just to see what it is.
Because it looks like a good time, man.
I've been to plenty of music festivals.
And it looks like everyone's there to have a good time.
But getting the Fago sprayed all over you and then being sticky, hell no, not all day.
If it's diet Fago, yeah, spray away because I won't feel sticky.
with the full sugar.
No, thank you.
But all right, everyone.

So, but everyone, be safe out there and come back next time.
So until then, party on.
And be good to each other.
