and boys and girls children of all ages welcome to another episode of the wrestling returns we are finally back with the new episode of the wrestling returns i'm your host brian with me as always is my brother nez what's up man yo what's up everybody we're back w wwee payback payback from pittsburgh is that where they were yeah i had it pulled up because it was one of them arenas have stupid names, I swear. The PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Okay.

Yeah. Oh, man. But before we dive into anything, I'll get shouts out to the legendary hardcore legend W.W.E. Hall of Famer Class of 2009, I believe.

Terry Funk age 79. He's giving us a lot. Just go to YouTube and just have at it. He was all over the place. I do remember the little part he had in Roadhouse, if you guys have seen that with Patrick Swayze, rest in peace. Let's not forget he was a henchman and over the top.

Well, that's right. He was, huh? Are we done that yet? Not yet. He's barely in it. I just remember he just Stallone throws him through a window And the couple scenes he's in

I think I've seen that movie like All the way through once Usually it's just bits and pieces Yeah and another one Oh man, this one was tough He was only 36 and Bray Wyatt Was it Windham Rotunda?

Is that it? Yes, yes If you guys are listening been listening to the show since the beginning of this every time we brought up bray white i was not that big of a fan of him with the the fireflies and the white family and all that uh i jumped on board when he became the fiend i thought that was awesome and that whole run he did with um uh Alexa bliss with all that craziness that was awesome uh i just loved his mask i loved how he looked the whole music that he had for him and all the just craziness that went along with the fiend um not really sure why they let him go it sucked because it like came out of nowhere

and i was like you're just giving him this big run and then i asked i bro you're just you're gone but we'll keep dumb ass awesome theory i'm doing air quotes when i say it and i really loved uh the fiend when he was all burned up i thought that that mask he had on and and every his whole outfit was was awesome he looked badass reminded me of a clown from um slip knot uh and i i loved all that i mean i just loved the whole horror aspect of it and it looked cool i wanted one of those masks uh i follow the guy that made the makes the masks too so that was really cool i believe it Tom Savini had something to do with that too as well but when those when those two passed Terry Funk I believe he was just not the greatest health and uh when it's your time it's your

time but bray Wyatt from what I understood the video that I watched he had COVID a while back and was never really a hundred percent from it I believe he had some kind of um heart issues because they had him he was supposed to have one of those little um heart portable heart things

that was hooked up to him but I guess he wasn't wearing it they said it was in his car after they found out he had passed because he said his um was Joe Joe his wife or was it just his I didn't either wife or engaged

I know they have a kid together yeah young kid too man sucks 36 is in that old Everyone And um Which uh If you want to help out the family

Um all proceeds of all his merchandise According to WWE's going to his children I want to see if they still sell those masks I want one Um Well I guess he went to take a nap Set his alarm And Went to sleep and never woke up

I guess Jojo heard his alarm going off and she wondered why he wasn't shutting it off so she went in there and She found him he was unresponsive. So I was like oh man But I don't know man. It's just It's it's sucky again everyone we we all got to go It's we're just we don't know when that is but it sucks Especially for I mean wrestlers anybody really family members or what have you um it's it's just sad to see i talked about this with a mike one time we said man our childhood is going yeah and and and it sucks man i mean rest

in peace peewee that one hit me hard yeah um but it's been a lot this uh past few weeks uh bob barker Chenate O'Connor I forget his name He just passed away today I think The lead singer Smash Mal Yes Was it Steve

Something I can't remember I just watched A little thing on them On what From how they started Where they went And then how it just kind of Fell apart

But from what I understood He had an alcohol problem And just It catches us up with you man it's i mean we all like to take a drink and there's just some people that just can't can't stop i mean they get to the point where they need it constantly i mean my buddy d man he he pretty much destroyed the insides his insides from hard alcohol but he was able to try to come back and he quit drinking and he was just trying to get himself back in his health uh better health

but the damage was already done and he ended up past he lived for eight more years after he quit drinking and then he died when he was 49 and it sucks so but yeah when I heard that news this morning I was like oh man

really um it sucked I mean I didn't again it sucks when we lose anybody friends family all of that it's just not not good so But with that everyone, yeah, just hug your loved ones.

No matter, man. Try not to go to bed mad. It sucks. I know it's hard. I mean, I kind of got into it my league, but at least apologize before I went to bed. But, yeah, I mean, just love your, love your friends, love your family, everyone. I mean, I love my brother here. Brian, man, we've done, I don't know how long we've been doing this.

And a billion episodes out of everything combined. Everything combined that we've done together. It's hard. Like, shit, I can't realize how much. Well, other than our three solo shows and all the other things we've done, I'm like, God, damn it's a lot. We've done so many that we can't remember which movies we've done. Oh, man. But, yeah, rest and peace.

Transition in a couple more topics before we get into the P.P. pay whatever they call pay-per-view paid live event uh CM Punk fired what what the hell's going on there uh

okay this we all know about the the brawl out the original fight that happened that was what last year last year so he comes back everything's okay they got a new show

Saturdays AEW collision. Basically a show built around him. He's going to be the star. I believe a week or two ago, well, it was probably two weeks from now. He walks up to Jungle Boy, Jack Perry, Luke Perry's son.

A.W. Wrestler tells him not to do a spot involving real glass. Jack Perry tells him he has the okay from the higher-ups. so I guess Punk feels a little offended flash forward a week later or not a week later

a few days later to what was it all out in London yeah which if you haven't watched it great show great show I got a chance to check it out there's a pre-show match with Jack Perry and Hook

and they're wrestling they're gonna I get I don't I forgot if they're supposed to wrestle on top of a limousine or around a limousine, but they do. But at one point, he knocks on the glass and looks at the camera and says real glass, kind of throwing shots at punk. So the word is, after Jack Perry's match goes on, see him punk and Samoa Joe's matches open into pay-per-view.

Punk gets in Jack's face, and they have words, and they said he, punk tried to sucker punch Jack and that puts them in a choke hole and then people come to break it up Tony Kahn's there yelling at Punk to get off of him and then allegedly he lunges at Tony Kahn and people have to get in front of him and then he yells I quit I quit and then Samoa Joe has to calm him down because their matches up next and they do the match and after that fired

well suspended first pending investigation but fired a few days later I don't know man it was exciting to see him come back then all that with that first one

when everything went to shit and his little after after the pay-per-view interviews and he was really going off eating bagels and drinking water for some reason everyone focused on that and then now this

I don't know rumors everyone rumors he was at some wwee thing and it would be cool if he went back but I don't think he would I don't think they want to deal with his attitude

a lot of bad blood was a lot of wrestlers that still work there And plus he's got to deal with Triple H because famously he said when he got released from WWE Triple H sent him his pink slip on the day of his marriage. He had especially delivered. So. Money of honor. Money.

Tony Conn owns Ring of honor. Oh, well. Impact. T&A. call it. I mean, he could go to WWE. I mean, money talks. And I

double checked because I heard they had an event coming up here soon in Chicago. They have Survivor Series in November in Chicago. Let's just say they gave him a million dollars just to show up to that one thing.

I mean, that would blow the roof off the place and everyone would love Would some of the workers be mad? Of course, man. There's always that one person at your job that you're like, ugh. And that's been at every job that I've had. But, I don't know. That would be crazy, though.

Let's say Roman's still the champ. He wins his match at Survivor Series. He's celebrating it. And then that old CM Punk music hits. which one the um not the cult of personality the other one no the rigid the one before that yeah that music hits and he just he doesn't do it he just comes out on stage and then looked at him that would be enough uh but then they'd have to give him more money to kind of just to see how that would play out i don't know or even if he was just in the crowd talking

shit for whatever reason. Take some of that. Take a little bit from Corey Graves. Take a little bit from Austin Theory. Beat both of them up. Just come running in with a mask on and beat up Corey for whatever reason.

Take away from your other new favorite wrestler, Grayson Waller. The Ozzy icon. Oh, come on. I don't know what he's going to do. Does he need to work?

From what I understand? No, he's got tons of money. And I know some people don't want to do it because they think it's beneath them. Do the con circuit, especially him. He was after he got released from WWE, he went whatever the big one is in Chicago, that C2E2 or whatever.

I think it was either that or a wizard world I can't remember which one he did He said he got 40 grand just to show up On top of What he made for autograph and pictures And for like four hours he said I mean shit That's 40 grand

40 grand plus For four hours Oh man you could do that every weekend How much did a convention make I don't I don't know, man. I think, I think so. I mean, I know, I mean, a lot of these conventions are the people's bread and butter.

And it's cool, man. It's good to go see them and meet the people you idolize. I mean, I just went to Days of the Dead in Vegas, or, not Vegas, L.A. I was disappointed. The two people I wanted to see the most canceled on me, so I was kind of bummed out. But I did leave with one cool little collectible. listen to the latest East society I talked about it it's nothing big but it was big to me

because I was glad I found one but I don't know man punk man I love them love them you hate love them or hate them man I got my my punk figure right here I'm looking at it's AEW one and I think I have some other

WWE ones as well but I don't know man I don't know what's happening everyone but to each is on I mean he does does he need the money? Probably not. I think he can live the rest of his life and be,

and just live good. He doesn't have to get a nine to five or anything. But I don't know. We'll see. Or maybe if he still wants to wrestle, he can just do a house show here and there with some little indie, um,

uh, it's from little indie shows. I think, I would go see it. Uh, if he showed up for whatever, the Reno promotion is there's a few different ones and it changes all the time but I would go to see him just throw around some new guy up-and-comers but I don't know who knows maybe he'll just stay at home and

play with his dog be with his fine-ass wife what is she doing she I know she's retired from wrestling but I think she's a commentator for what is it uh women of wrestling wow what she has something to do with that organization I know there was a big like rumor that she was going to come back because punk came back to AEW but I think she said she's

done well I think she could I mean maybe she don't have to come back to be full time maybe just jump in every now and then and throw some girls around she's not that big of a woman She's she's pretty short, but she did what she did in the ring and I like that Yeah, I don't know who's who's coming back who's not I mean we thought uh What's her name was coming back? Uh

The fuck is her name one that'd be hurting everybody in w.E Oh a night jacks. Yeah, yeah And after they botched her Royal Rumble entrance like I ain't her heard nothing from her. She'll come back. I'll just I don't know. We'll figure something out.

Wow. Where can I see this? YouTube, I think. All right. I'm looking on their website. And wow. Seriously. Reminds me of glow.

I think that's what they're kind of like trying to be. But I mean, from what I remember of Glow, this is wrestling talk, everyone. Not that the show was good, the little series they had was cool, but

as far as watching Glow every week, I thought it was good. I mean, I didn't like the dumb little skits they did in between, but the wrestling was cool for what it was. Mount Fuji was my favorite. If you guys haven't seen that documentary on

Netflix, check it out. It was good. But I like these, not just because they're women, I mean, I like these type of little small, little promotions that, like, I've never even heard of this. This is the first time I heard of it, and I won't watch a lot of wrestling.

So, I'll have to check some of this out. All right, we don't want to make this a 10-hour show. Yeah, I'll actually, my next thing I was going to bring up, I'll actually, it involves someone that was in the pay-per-view, so I'll kind of wait

until we bring him up. okay all right everyone uh CBS sports dot com wwee payback results um I take it there's no more kickoff shows because I didn't see anything that's just them talking for an hour we'll get to that too I mean not them talking but I'm glad that they brought something that they used something later on in another match was probably my favorite match of this whole pay-review or premium event or whatever the hell they call him now but the first match

I think the buildup was more it was better but I wasn't really excited about the match but this is the man Becky Lynch taking on the W.W.E. Hall of Famer Trish Stratish. Hashtack, thank you Trish. Yeah. Steel cage match I was like okay cool all right we haven't

seen this in a while so but I was not really impressed with this match really did you think yeah it was all right I mean I didn't like I was more excited what happened at the end but I was totally impressed I wasn't again I wasn't excited for this I was giving it up already giving her her flowers Trish radish almost 50 years old never been in a steel cage match

and doing it now yeah give her her flowers now man was I impressed with Trish in this match taking these bumps oh she took a big one to the four years the superplex off of the top of the cage was it on the top I thought it was on the top rope no it was uh they were oh she pulled her from the top yeah yeah the spot where she had her legs stuck in the cage and she backwards. Oh, I thought she was going to tear something. Yeah, that hurt my knees, watch. Yeah.

And just little things that they were doing because, of course, you know, Corey Graves, Michael Cole bringing up the first women's cage match was leading in Victoria. And then they had each little spots where they were doing paying respects to those women. When

Trish did the Widow's Peak and then did the little Victoria head tilt, grabbing a hair thing. But then Leita Becky came back with the Lita

Twist of Fate. Twist of fate, yeah. Yeah. I wasn't really impressed with anything Becky was doing because she was

doing the same shit because I'm a little kind of over Becky now. I'm kind of glad she's not in the title picture.

I wish they would kind of do that with Charlotte because she still seems in the Smackdown title picture. but

yeah this impressed me and it was mostly Trish just how she handled it yeah you

pointed it out like she had that big spot that she got knocked in the forehead and had that giant ass bump

bruise or whatever it was contusion she was just slamming her her head yeah on the cage. At first I was like, okay, usually they kind of stop it before it gets out of hand.

But man, she just, just hitting her head, hell-a-hard. And you got that, you can see it was a bruise first. And then it just started to form into a bump. And they're pictured of her afterwards. And I was like, damn, good for you, girlfriend. Yeah, I, like I said, Nothing big on Becky's part. She did what she usually does, which is fine.

But I was just totally impressed with Trish, because there was, I haven't been 100% impressed with her current run. She hasn't, she's kind of, in some matches, kind of looked her age, or just kind of look like, you know, someone that just hasn't done this in a while. But she impressed me with this cage match. I did like when Trish came out they show her walk up to some dude

but we can't hear him but there was someone who was standing next to that guy took a video and Trish walks because that guy's yell he was saying Rebecca's gonna beat you and she just walks up to him and tells him to shut the fuck up and then turns around and walks into the cage yeah in the

on the show you see her walk up to this guy then she turns around but the video the real video was up there and I was like oh can't have that on WWATV no I'm cool I mean whatever I'm glad there wasn't a camera that close to her

and everything but yeah Trish Stratz she's what 47 she don't look 47 so but I don't know I mean I liked Trish Tratish back in the day but I was never really that much of a fan of hers I mean

leader to me has always been the best and she's like overshadowed her and yeah they've had matches and everything too tristratus beautiful woman beautiful back then still beautiful today but leader had my heart so i think that was a reason i didn't really care for her yeah i hope i hope trish isn't done i hope after this because this was supposed to be like the the the match to end the feud or whatever well i don't think it's going to be over for her this feud is probably over with but there's something that was happy to happen at the end and that's going to lead into something and it always

does I mean when we knew that Zoe Stark was hanging out with her I've said this before a billion times that always happens you team up with someone you're going to turn and then you're going to end up fighting them yeah what happened to Rhonda and

um Shana we won't talk about that last match yeah they should have just wrestle everyone. I'm sorry. There should be an award for the most unnecessary match of the year

would be the MMA rules match they had. And that was the way she was going to go out and it was terrible. I didn't like it. But watching this now, I'm watching it as we're talking about it. I mean, Trish took a lot of hard bumps

from Becky. I mean, other than just throwing her all over the ring going up to the top, Superplex from the top The head damage the forehead damage that she took Yeah man Again I just wasn't really satisfied with this match But I mean I was hoping they'd bring the cage back in again for someone else

But now I just left it As this I thought it would have been cool when we talk about another match Because they were bringing in everything If the cage came down for whatever reason and they kept And kept going in that that would have been awesome but they did a lot more extra in this. But for those of you that don't know the rules of the cage match, it's usually either the first one that goes over the top

and lands two feet on the floor is the winner or go out the door. I don't like those ones when you can go out the door. I just, oh, I always liked if you went over the top. Yeah, that was always the best. I didn't like they were able to go for pins in this one. Yeah, I don't like that either. I mean, it was just really just the cages you use it as best as you can Obviously, they're gonna plan something out for us and hopefully it turns out to be a good show for everyone But what I've noticed I've been up close not to a WWE cage, but I've been to some indie house shows where they did have a cage match and it's kind of

If you racked up in the front, it's easy to see through the the fences but if you're kind of back you kind of I don't know what it is you just can't really see focus too good through the cage maybe just my old eyes everyone but I thought the camera guys did a good job with this cage man usually they suck and I don't like the ones when they have the cameras on the inside because I always get in the way but yeah overall again I mean CBS sports they gave this a B plus my opinion that would have probably been like maybe just a regular B maybe B minus But

They did what they did I mean and they both went hard I mean you gotta give it up to Trish Stratz I don't know how Becky Lynch how old she is She's probably in her 30s But Trish Stratus is 36 Yeah okay

She's almost 10 years younger than her But Trish Stratis so she did what she had to do And she's obviously gonna be back for more So we'll see that Because yeah once in the end Becky Lynch did pin Trish Stratus for the win.

But there was some distractions. Zoe Stark came running in with her Thank you, Trish shirt. And then all hell broke loose. Like I said, they started going at it. Zoe and Trist started going at it. But don't come in after Trish is all beat up. But I didn't write this thing.

But yeah, I'm going to go back to my My favorite part of the match is when Trish was just getting her head slammed against the fence. And I'll give it to her, man. She really did it. Usually when someone's getting hitting the fence, it seems like they kind of hit it, or maybe their hand is there and their face is hitting their hand. But she really went for it, man. She hit that thing over and over many times enough to cause a little bump.

And I have a big old bruise on her for a head. So I got to give it to that. I guess she's 47 and she's still way better shape than me and she's still out there. Is she a mom? Who, uh, Trish? Trish, yeah. Yeah, she has like two or three kids. Okay.

She's been married to the same guy for like 10, 15 years. She's still got that mom body and she's still doing good. Both of them are mom. Becky's a newer mom, but. I think Trish, when she wasn't wrestling, I think she owns like a, she's like a fitness something. owns a gym and shit like that well she looks like it she got the the fitness body i've always loved long hair that's just my uh preference but in it to me i'm especially when they wrestle it seems like your long hair we're getting away even for guys that have long

hair i think it always gets in the way but and whoever can't say nothing about what's her now i'm surprised she didn't pop up in this uh the ests t with that pony tail. From what I understand, she's going to be gone for a while. Yeah, we'll see. She thinks she got injured. Well, she does a lot, man. So I'm surprised that she doesn't get hurt a lot.

Which, I mean, I don't want none of them to get hurt. But, because she really goes for it. And she's got the power to pick up these gals, carry them around in Islam. Carry you up the stairs, man. slam me into the ring but yeah i think i read somewhere that's why they did the the cash in on her with eo because she she really got hurt hmm what what she do give him a signal like i can't take it you know vince or somebody was in the fact it was like as soon as he got the word that she she might be heard or she thinks she's heard he's pulled the trigger on it all right the

with they're slamming their faces against the fence they were kind of just going back and forth back and forth but once becky grabbed the back of trish's head and then just starts slamming it against the fence it didn't even look like it was hitting but uh yeah she you could see it's starting the show because she uh trish moves her hair back and you see just a little mark but then as the match went on i think that's when the the swelling started so but but i got to give it to her, man. She, she took those bumps because it didn't look like Becky was hitting that fence at all.

But, yeah, overall, I mean, the match, to me, it was all right. It wasn't the greatest. But who am I? All right, this next one, it was good for a few minutes, and then it kind of drug for a little bit. But

the Miz taking on L.A. night. Yeah. I love I love what he does that. L-A-9! Yeah! Let me talk to you.

The crowd. Oh, man. Everybody was there for him, so it's cool. But before the whole match started, John Sina had to make his appearance and a little skinny John Sina and the big old bald hip spot. He came out and then the Mizz was talking shit.

And then he, John Sina, was the the guest ref i liked i like that john cina come back and do more of it because i liked how he kept uh when the either wrestler was uh just when they're doing the hold counts or whatever john cina would start counting one two and then just pull one of them off each other and then they would get in his faces uh of john cina so because he was roughing them up he was throwing them both around. So,

John Sina, I mean, love him or hate him. I love John Sina. Thuganomics is probably my favorite. I do like this hustle. Respect John Sina now, but he's still big,

and he's still in shape. Way better shape than me. But you can clearly see he's not as big as he was when he was wrestling all the time. He's got, is he in that new family vacation? whatever. Yeah, he was in that and I just seen him in a trailer for a new like action comedy.

He was in Barbie. He was Ken. You guys saw that. Did you see that? I see that it's available now. Dude, it's good. I'm gonna check it out. I don't care what anyone says, man. Barbie was an awesome movie. I loved it. Definitely in my top 10 of this year. Yeah, I just seen him a trailer for a new action comedy called freelance starring him and Allison Bree she was she was in glow matter of fact yeah

all right you can do a wrestling comedy do another one do not bring it on um was that one too ready to rumble two or something with john Cena that'd be cool well that's the that's what I was

going to ask you I said I was going to wait until we got to this person and it was John Sina he recently said that he doesn't know when his last match is, but it's coming soon. That's what he said recently. I mean, if he has one last match, cool. Make it a good one.

Take on someone awesome. Austin theory, John Cena, too? I would love to see just John Cena throw him around. Yeah, that'd be awesome. But, no, it's got to be someone, someone good. something that's going to put up a good fight and a good challenge make it make his last match just blow the roof off the place well they they kind of tease something after this match

yeah that's what i thought i mean i'd be happy with that too when they brought out la night because at the end of it's that i thought they were going to go at it la night was ah he was yelling at him for a minute yeah i was liking what was going on because he was john seen just like shake my hand He was like, you want me to shake your hand? He almost made me lose a damn match. Yeah. That would be good. I think that would be a good match of both of them going at it.

If it's not his last match, just come in and rough up L.A. night. Or maybe let that be the beginning of it. I don't know. But I think that would be a good match, both of them going at it with each other. I mean, L.A. night, I've liked him since he came out. And I was talking to one of my buddies, shout out to him, he listens to the show. LA Knight can be a face or a heel. He can go either way.

I would rather heal, but I don't know, because this one, him and the Miz, Ms. was kind of a face in the beginning, and then always see Ms. as the heel now. I mean, I don't think he can go back and be a face. My opinion. Yeah, I've seen L.A. Knight when he was, before he was a W.W.E., when he was in Impact, and he went by Eli Drake, he kind of, not saying, like, character-wise or style-wise, but you know how Stone Cold was like when he, he was like someone at first, when he first came out, you were supposed to hate him, but you kind of liked him. Yeah. That's how, well, he was the Eli-Drake thing. LA night. That's how he

was always to me. He can be a face, but even when he's a heel, you still kind of like him. He's got that good heel stuff, man. He can be the heel. He can back up all the shitty talks. So that's what I liked about him. I still

say they did him dirty. That money in the bank, he should have won. But I'm all right, Damien Priest won. What was they called? Signora, funny in the vein. Did you see Raw tonight? No, I missed it.

Okay. I won't spoil it. He's got a new briefcase. What was the other one? Or did he make his own? The guy that showed up in their match. Who was the one that had the leather one? Oh, shit.

He did have the leather one. He's tall. He got a beard. He had a twin brother. No, no, no, no, no. Not him. It was that him? No, it wasn't the guy of the guitar.

Who wasn't him? Oh, whoa. Um, um, thank you. That guy. Oh, fuck.

What was his name? Um, they let him go. Uh, yelling at us. God damn, what the hell was his name? Um,

uh, um, I'm trying to. Elias? No. It wasn't him. I don't think it was it was it alias I don't know if he was ever money in the bank

a winner no it was in he was a money in the bank winner then he he had a leather money in the bank case that the hell is his name he had a twin brother no no no he didn't okay I'm taking a

arrest as that twin brothers not Elias God damn, what's his name? I'm trying to pull up the website. I found the picture of him. Damien Sandow. Oh, him. The Mrs. Stunt double.

Yeah, I remember seeing him. It was the real world. I remember seeing him. He would have his little toy

championship belt and he would tell everybody he's going to be a wrestler and then you just kind of not really thought anything of it. And then he shows up on tough enough. And it was, those early years of the Miz, it was

fucking rough. Just watching him, especially on the mic. I mean, y'all can't be the rock right out the gate. But, I mean, he's been around for a really, really long time. And I'm glad that he's still around. And I'm happy when he comes out. When you hear, awesome. When you don't even expect him to be there, everyone jumps up and down.

they have a weird relationship Natty I mean I love her beautiful awesome in the ring but that show killed it for me for her all she did was bitch and complain and cry and I'm like oh come on daddy what are you doing I've ruined it for her husband

yeah man that was when he was just all beat up and laid up didn't you get cleared to come back but never came back yeah I think it was just kind of so much time had passed I think he just kind of wasn't into it and you know that's kind of a scary thing to come back for a neck injury, especially the one he had, because he was, they thought he was going to be paralyzed. Probably just not worth it to him. He's probably still in the business. Maybe he helps out. I think he's a trainer. Yeah. So, I mean, that's good. I mean, he was good in the ring. But Natty, she's still there.

I mean, I love it when she pops in and wrestles and everything, but, uh, and Nikki Bella too, beautiful. I love Bree a little more, but damn, that show made me hate her. And her trying to, uh, uh, get John Cena to have kids and he was like, nope, nope, nope, nope. And then she got all mad at him. Ah, he didn't need her.

He can get someone to find her. But anyway. But yeah, L.A. when L.A. night and Mions were on the outside. of the ring. Miz threw LA 90 against the announce table. And we'll get to that announce

table later on too. Dude, man, he hit it right on the edge on his chest. And of course he probably knew how to hit it, but even still, man, that shit would hurt. I don't know. We'll get to J.D. McDonough later. Because he hit that shit. Oh, my gosh.

The way he folded. Yeah. The opposite way. Oh, man. We'll get that in a minute. But yeah, I mean, what I loved about this match, other than John Sina, he was always getting in both of their faces, especially with L.A. night. I thought it would turn into where

John Sina was going to take off the ref shirt and just beat the hell out of both of them. Because he was getting both of their faces. Because it was always a distraction. L.A. Knight was all up in John Sina's face, and then Ms. came out of nowhere and knocked him down. yeah that's like uh la night said later on the end of it you almost made me lose well no one tell you dumb ass to turn around and start argue with him

maybe that maybe that could be his final match a triple threat because he he has history with the miss yeah i mean the miss never liked him he's always talking his shit about the miss did a spot about john sina tonight on raw I'll let you watch that one without telling you that one. Because when they got Ray up to the corner, the top turn buckle. And he's sitting there, and Austin Theory is behind him trying to get it out. Looks like he almost had it off because Ray had to throw some elbows. And then he had to adjust it so he could see. And then before he sprung back into action. but it look like that chin strap ripped. Yeah, because that's not coming off until he's done officially. And I still think he's going to hand it over to his son.

The dirty dom? Dirty Dom and maybe a bet, because you know they're going to try to turn Dirty Dom face. I think when him and Mommy break up for whatever reason, he's gonna go through his bummy corbin phase after that I would shout out to the camera man's

nobody cared about this match. I was just, I just get happy when I see Ray Mysterio. Yeah, I really thought this was going to, because we know it's coming. We know Santos Eskabar. I think it was Santos Escobar.

Yeah. Because he was supposed to be in the finals of the tournament to go for the United States title and he got hurt. I feel like the turns coming. It's only going to be so many times he puts Ray on his shoulders celebrating. I mean, Austin, I mean, he was selling. all his moves, all the moves that Ray was doing. So, I mean, it wasn't like

it was just a disaster of a match. I mean, they both did their jobs. And they, of course, everybody slips up and messes up every now and then. But, man, I mean, Austin was doing his job. He,

I say this too. He does his job, especially for me, when you make me hate him. So, I mean, he's doing what he's supposed to do. And like I said, man, he's not bad in the ring. Some people may think he is, but I think he's still, he's still learning. I mean, he's been there for a while, but I mean, you, as you go on and on, and as much as they're pushing him, he's just going to get better and better.

Finn Baller and L.C. Was it? Sign your money in the bank. Damien Priest. Oh, man. I knew it was going to be good because these guys all go hard, especially Kevin Owens and Sammy Zane. And man, this match was amazing.

B plus. Come on. This was an A plus. I loved it for all, all of it. Every minute of it. And shout out to Kevin Owens. during the middle of the match or somewhere during the middle of a match

he tore off his shirt and he had a tribute he had a Terry Funk shirt or a T-shirt with the Terry Funk's picture on it I thought that was awesome and the crowd it just blew up

you got a huge pop when he tore that off so but oh man what did you think of this match I loved it this was probably match of the night for me everybody went hard

I love the spot when Sammy and Kevin disappeared into the penalty box and came out with the Crosby and Lemieux jerseys on with the hockey sticks. The Steeler jerseys? I loved when everybody

thought they got excited when Finn had the terrible towel that was spinning in the air but then he threw it down and stomped on it. And we brought it up earlier. that spot with JD McDonough

that Jim Ross popped in my head when he's like oh my God he's got a family I was like somebody check on that guy throw up the X's because he folded what what move was it did they just suplex him or power bomb

no he did a pop-up power bomb yeah and the way he landed he just folded like a lawn chair I was like, God. You're not even in the match. To jump to that scene, but before we kind of go into it. Sammy Zane was about to pin Finn Baller. Or was it, Damien Prez?

We was about to pin one of them. And J.D. McDonough came running in through the crowd and grabbed Sammy Zane and pulled him out. And then everyone, ah, it's J.D. McDonough. he was friends with Finn Bauer and then Kevin Owens came and just boom clotheslined him he fell he fell to the ground then he picks him up and gives him a pop-up power bomb meant to just slam him onto the announce table and and they break but he was I don't know it was like this match was moving so fast he got him up and I don't even think JD McDonough knew what was going to happen now he knew he was going to go into the table but he didn't know he was going to go into the edge and that edge of the announced table I don't know if that's aluminum or whatever. Whatever it is, it didn't give. It didn't break either. He still doesn't know what happened.

I'm sure he's got a permanent mark on his back and his spine did not feel good the next day. When he brought him down, he got him up high too and then slammed him down. He hit on his back on the edge of the announce table and he just folded the other way and then fell onto the ground and then just laid there. That was all we solved him.

There was no way he was getting over. Even if he was just laying there pretending to be knocked out, he's like going, oh, fuck. Yeah, he's the one that gave priest the new briefcase. So I don't know if he's in the judgment day now. But they might as well because I love the outcome of this. this. I don't think I just didn't like this whole

feud with Finn Baller and Damien Priest I think it's too early to break them up. Yeah. I just love seeing them all celebrating at the end with all the titles in the briefcase. Yeah, because this was a is it a Steel City

street fight or whatever they called it? Yeah. All celebrating except JD because he was dead. yeah we didn't even see he was gone he's probably he's probably still laying there

until tonight because this all took place on Saturday night but I loved it man because it wasn't just a regular match it was like they soon as the bell rang boom

everybody went for it and they just started beating the hell out of each other and they other than just taking it right out of the ring and then once everything kind of settled down for a second Sammy Zane starts pulling out the chairs and of course everyone's going to scream and we want tables and that those tables came eventually but yeah because uh Kevin Owens is up at the top of the runway it's not a stage anymore him and Damien priest are fighting it out uh Finn baller's

going under the under the ring yeah he pulls out the terrible towel and along with the the kendo sticks and he swings that towel down then he just starts stopping on it and everybody's bulling him he even yelled bullshit there was a lot of red yellow t-shirts out

there terrible towel is that just for the penguins the hockey team or is this a stealer thing I think steal the thing it might be for the pirates too I don't know no no penguins go sharks but when they would be there out of each other

I loved it man because they were just grabbing whoever was around but then they would start double teaming everyone because Damian Priest and Finn Baller double teaming Kevin Owens and here comes Sammy Zay and flip over cratching into the everyone I still get nervous when they get too close to the announce table

I'm glad knowing except for jd he is but yeah man this match i mean other than in the ring and everything they brought out they brought out the garbage cans and that one time when they had it uh with sammy zan and kevin oans put uh fin baller in one and they were going back and forth hitting them with the the kendo sticks uh fin bowen balons got his hands under the garbage can i'm sure he's probably holding his head man but i would be plugging my ears because i'm sure that's just loud in there as they're hitting in the garbage can

like how he just still laid there after a while he's still in the garbage can yeah Kevin always tore off his shirt and everyone I started screaming when they saw he had the Terry Funk picture on him

I thought that was cool all right here it is they put um Finn Baller in the garbage can and they just start going to work with the Kendo sticks but yeah I mean I love when they do dumb things like this

because once they started pulling out of the tables they didn't like touch them for a while. They kind of just set them up and let them sit there because Vin Baller is still laying in the ring all beat up with the garbage can on them but Damian priest starts to whip an ass

on all of them. I still want someone to just grab Corey because all the shit that he's talking. You hear him. I'm sure they hear him as well. But someone just grabbed Corey for the hell of it. You mess up that hair. But now the Finn Baller and Davey P's are beating the shit out of both of them with the chairs. I loved all that. But man, but the part

that's other than when JD got fucked up, when they were out in the outskirts and they're beating the hell out of each other um well let me get to the uh the hockey jersey yeah when they were out in the skirts and they came out and they had the hockey jerseys on and they came in with the hockey sticks and then just started beating the hell out of uh fin baller and everything the dumb ass coy gray is they're doing the high sticks I'm like, shut up. But they had some chairs set up in the middle of the ring

that Kevin Owens and Sammy Zane set up. They were going to slam someone. But Damien Priest picked up Sammy Zane and just boom, slammed him right on the back, and those chairs didn't even give. They got to just, he just laid there and bounced off of him. Especially these guys, man. As hard as they go, and all the shit,

they get they get hit with i mean they just they keep going and they're their money monday night but it was cool uh but what uh when they're on the outskirts again um fin baller and kevin owens were fighting all the way up uh the aisle i loved how kevin owens even just crashed into the camera guy yeah it was cool but they he got them all the way up the aisle they got them all the way up the aisle the aisle the way to look like one of the walkway type of things because he was

he there was a was a table already set up or did he bring out the table because Sammy Zane and Damien Pre started going at it as well as Finn Bauer and Kevin Owens and they got all the way to the area where

is this one Dom came out? No not yet Booker T and I think he comes out right here but Booker T and the gang where they have their little beginning show. Yeah. Sammy Zane climbed up on top of that table. I thought it was going to give and break,

but I think it's Plexiglass. He climbed up on that thing and everybody all those people that are right there, I love how hype they all get. And then he just does a flip off and boom, lands on everybody. I like how some of the people think they're going to be

like right there in the mix. They're all getting hyped up and then security comes. Like, no, no. He's just We're just everyone out of the way. Yeah, this is when Dirty Dom comes running in and attacks the Sammy Zane and starts beating the hell out of him.

And he's just there. I hate his outfit, but Kevin Owens Go to work. But Kevin Owens goes to work. Kevin Owens goes to work on him. Dom's the real MVP of the night. All right, he's throwing around Dominic, he picks him up,

slams him uh kevin o'an drags over a table that just happened to be right there and he slamming him into the uh the guardrails of where everyone's sitting at and uh he okay i thought it was uh fin baller he puts um dame er dirty dom on the table he knocks him in the face but then dom sets himself perfectly onto the table and then kevin owens climbs up onto the uh onto the guard rails goes into the crowdrails goes into the crowd everybody's hyped up where these guys set there because one of the dudes is standing there and he Kevin Owen is kind of holding on to his shoulder and then he climbs up on there and then boom does a flip off he hits Dom and the table breaks but it looked like his ass took most of the the impact because he he dove out and I think he went a little too far

I think if he had pushed off a little bit more, he would have missed completely and just came on his back. And I'm sure his ass bone wasn't feeling good. But he did connect with Dom and it did break the table. Shout out to the camera guys, man. They had awesome shots and different angles on where he was from. But yeah, Kevin Owens, man, he's awesome, man. I love him.

Kevin Steen. he does what he does but oh my god I don't know how much more your body can take yeah I was gonna say didn't him and Sammy for the past like month weren't they like trading injuries like one would be gone

for a week and then the other would be gone for a week yeah I thought they'd both be done after this one because I know Sammy had that nasty thing with his elbow like a few weeks ago that big knot on the end of his elbow yeah so Finn back

Salar and Damien are back in the ring beating the hell out of Sammy Zane but he ended up kicking out because Kevin's probably still laying there dirty Dom as well he don't think he got up for a while because they're just slowly beating the hell out of him but he's just laying

there so now they're getting ready to go for it and then Kevin Owens gets back into the mix. I loved all this part man because once they were double teaming them Sammy Zane but Sammy Zane started bringing it to both of them he wasn't he wasn't going out and I looked like no punk He was getting hyped up

But then he was getting ready to do it, but then Damien Piss stepped in and then here comes Kevin Owens again Boom a stoner Damien priest goes down Sammy Zane's in the corner trying to hype everyone up getting ready to give him the What's that kit called the Hulu the Hulu the yeah, so he kicks Damien Preeze and he starts to pin him and this is when J.D. McDonough comes running in. He grabs Sammy Zane, throws him into the corner post. Kevin Owens is still laying right there, but he crawls out, and he turns around and boom, close lines.

J.D. McDone does the flip, and this is when he picks him up. Boom, boom, couple fists to the face, pop up power bomb. Oh, my God, right on the end. Rest in peace. He just folded. dude with the camera the camera with the one guy in the crowd

and he's got that ooh face oh man I was like oh fuck I was like oh my God

I didn't watch it live everyone my grandkids won't let me watch wrestling I didn't watch it later that night but I rewinded it

over and over I was like god damn so Kevin Owens was he looked beat up and he was kind of walking off to the sign off to the side, then all of a sudden,

Mommy! Full Speed! Into the bell corner. Oh, man, I was so happy she came in. Her match was coming up, but I was just like, what the fuck?

She came out of nowhere. Shout out to the guys that put up all the fans that filmed stuff. There was an angle where she came running. and then she she didn't like shove a camera guy she kind of just all right i'm right behind you but i'm coming i'm running in full speed so i thought that was cool she should have just shoved that camera

guy out of the way but yeah she came running in and boom speared uh kevin owens through the bell the bell corner that one little wall that always gets uh collapsed yes that's weird it's always that same wall. Shout out to the great China. Real Ripley had pretty much almost the same ring gear as China. There's some

And I don't know if they're pushing her too fast or she was just nervous for this match. I think they should have built up a few matches. And then when you get to the premium events, then go for it. I mean, because I've loved Raquel. I mean, she, she does what she does and she's good in the ring. But yeah, I don't think she was, I'm not going to say she wasn't ready for to be on a pay-per-view or whatever the hell you want to call him. I don't know. Mommy, she's, she's been at it.

She's done it. And she's kicked ass every single time. I mean, even when she's on Raw and everything, I don't want you on Smackdown and all that, it was, she does what she does. uh mommy a few times but yeah i mean to do this keep this feud going i think the matches will get uh better maybe take a break for a while and then rquel come back um and fight again at another premium event so I think I think it'll be good because I do like the NXT stuff was awesome I actually think they're rematching next week on Raw

so that goes for a while that makes me think it's going to be a throwaway match but I mean yeah because again I was I'm excited every time mommy's on the screen but I was excited

for this because I love Raquel Rodriguez guess Raquel Gonzalez, whatever we want to call her. So I was just like, come on, really? It just matched it. I mean, it hit hard in spots. then she would have did it because she picked up Ria again and then threw her into the post and Ria hit her shoulders and then she went down but while all this was happening it looked like Rakel was getting ready to pull it out and here comes Dirty Dom still holding his side after getting beat up with his fringe flying everywhere

he's holding his he's holding on the mommy rickales grabbing uh rhea's feet and drags in both of them and man that mullet is on fire yeah dirty dom is trying to get away from her but no rakel picks him up boom power bombs him onto the ground to the man he's uh and he flips out the ring at this point i was like no she can't win. But Rhea jumps up, kicks her in the knee. She goes down and then boom, kicks her right in the back of the head. Picks her up for rib-tide. Bam. That was it. I love the pin. One, two, three. The way Ria holds them down. Oh, man. Awesome. But yeah, it was a little sloppy. And I mean, I knew she was going to win. We knew that. We knew she wasn't going to drop the title. but it this match wasn't as like ah like as amazing as i wanted it to be because i love both of them but yeah dirty dom he always has to come in and interfere i do want this shirt though man that the payback shirt with all them on it i love that picture looks pretty cool but that was the end of that

and then on to the main event which i was kind of excited for but i didn't It was all right. I mean, I didn't really think. But the World Heavyweight Championship match. Seth Rounds taking on Shinske and Nakamura. Another B-plus. Like I said, CBS Sports were throwing the B-pluses out. But I did like the dumb little promo in the middle with John Cena, trying to be all nerdy.

And with the judgment team. Oh, he was when he was the sportscaster? Yeah. I liked at the end when I think Priest told him good job. He was like, oh, oh. Because when it got to this final match, I was like, shit, man, we still got like almost 45 minutes left of this. I'm like, what's happening here?

But the buildup for this was better than the actual match. And after the match was over, I mean, the cameras were still rolling. We didn't get to see it until they posted it online. and then everyone that was filming it all. But what did you think of this match? I agree. The buildup was better than the actual match. It wasn't a bad match, but it just didn't live up to the buildup.

I honestly thought Shinske was going to pull it out at the end. Soon did I. Or Shinske was going to beat him so bad that somebody would have came into cashing their money in the bank briefcase. that's what I that's that's what I thought was going to happen because they were focusing on the the whole back thing with with Seth you had three belts if you can I was I was awful I was all for because I I don't think they gave Shinske a fair fair shake when he came to to the main roster because he he should have had the belt at least one time and he's never and it was crazy they they brought up this was the first time he's ever main event at a pay-per-view or premium live event. I heard it's like a real thing.

I should have brought the cage down. I think it might have been a little bit harder. Yeah. This probably should have been a cage match. It could have opened with Becky and Trish cage match and finish with this as a cage match too. Yeah. But in the end, Seth ended up. up pulling it out defeating shinske

nakomero via pinfall but yeah they were playing up that back injury the whole time and shinske was going to work on that back and he should have easily been just oh fuck it I'm done and just lost but and I think the crowd would have been with it too

kind of hanging out and Seth was walking out. And then Schenzke attacked him and just beat the hell out of him really quick. And then just security all came running in. And he just walked off. Seth was laying there like he didn't know

And I was like, really? There's like all kinds of space behind me. So I turned to my left and just turned my phone with me to see who it was. And there was Jason Momoa. I was like, God, damn. I was like, damn, he's tall. Should have slapped him in the back of the head. Tell him you better hope Aquaman is good or that's it for you, buddy.

Everybody was trying to rush him, like, ah, but he wasn't having it. He was there just to have a good time. He's like a big metalhead, right? Yeah, he goes all the shows. And when you can get in free all these shows, I would too. He was with, what's his nuts from Rage Against a Machine, Tom Morello. So that was cool. I met him.

He was just standing there with his kids. Everyone, they walked in together, but everybody was around Jason Momoa, and he was just trying to have. a good time he wasn't stopping and talking to no one but tomorello was standing right there everyone just didn't even see him and i stood there and talked to him for a second it was in it was in between a song i didn't want to talk to him when the songs were going so but i was like hey man it's cool right on brother i love rage gate and he was cool as hey round man thank you and i got a picture with him really quick so that was cool to meet him but um the rules when you're i was in

the snake pit and that's in the center and if you guys know the metallica stage it's round and there's the center in the middle um they have fans and everyone in there shout out to my buddy rick and uh his sister jennifer uh for hooking that up um we were there and the rule there was these rules that when they give you a wristband to go so you can go in and out of there but they gave you these rules there's no there's no mashing there's no getting out of hand in there if you do you get thrown out when uh there was one guy in there he looked like he was a little little tipsy He was just excited and he was happy to be there. And he kind of bumped somebody and security grabbed him hell of fast and took him out.

He was so mad. They just grabbed him and wished him out of there. But then Jason Momoa was there a few feet from him jumping up and down too. This was all during Pantera. Getting everyone riled up and excited and everyone started jumping up and down. But they didn't say nothing to him, of course, because it was Jason Mamoa. Cal Drogo. Yeah, so I was like, I get it, but I'm like, that's fucked up.

Why are you going to, this guy barely bumped somebody and here he's over there, hyping everyone up and you guys are not saying anything, but man, we see. Money does that. Yeah. So, but we only went for the first night. I wanted to go to second night, but I had to get home. Because that second night when they played, we went to Friday night, then they played Sunday night during whiplash.

man they had a big circle pit in the in the snake pit which shouldn't have happened but since jason moa got it going they let it go so i thought that was really cool because yeah man he was there he was rocking out singing and everything so i thought that was really really cool he was he's not just one of the fair weather fans that just shows up and stands there and kind of rocks out now he was into it he was head banging everything and i was like right on man cool But I stayed away from him. But you could clearly see him. He's taller than everybody that was in there.

But it was a good time. Again, shout out to Rick and Jennifer for hooking up my son and I. Eric, he had a blast. This is the third time he had seen Metallica. But he was running in and out from the middle during Pantera and as well as Metallica and everything. But we had a good time. All right, everyone, that's another show.

We're already over the two-hour mark. payback um not every my opinion not every match was good but uh i did enjoy it i just love wrestling so hopefully it was still entertaining yeah why come a e w doesn't have their own network there's a lot of big rumors that they're gonna make a deal with max that's fine then we've been i'd be able to watch everything i need to get cable again um just so i can watch the week-to-week show because i'm just strictly streaming now and

and then I got to search for the premium stuff. But I am on Peacock, I get to watch it all. Anyway, that's it for tonight, everyone will be back later on. We still want to do some other things. We're just lazy.
