Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, children of all ages, welcome to another episode of the wrestling returns. Welcome back everybody to a brand new episode of the wrestling returns. I'm your host Brian. With me as always is my brother, Nez. What's up, man? Yo, what's happening? Everyone, we are back. Oh, man. holidays are somewhat halfway through we got a Christmas was uh it's actually well December 1st for a couple more minutes that'll be the second um but yeah we are back uh I pulled the trigger and got the ESPN added to my Disney plus Hulu deal and wwe you bastards man but

I don't know what else I'm gonna watch on here I guess I can just my dad or when they comes over do you have ESPN and I'm like no so now I can say yeah here have at it watch whatever you want to watch so it's not going to last long

do they have football games and all that on there I think so but this is not going to last long I'm gonna just come out and say it this this PLE was garbage I was only excited for really one match and then it's probably the same match that I thought

was the best match and oh I did watch what's the other one Crown Jewel well the beginning I thought that was what I saw was okay the AJ styles and

a Sina match was awesome is it Ria Ripley and her crew I don't even remember who she was with probably E.O because they're like a tag team now. Okay, I think they were going after Oscar and Kyrie Seine so but that was cool too.

man i've i've noticed that i mean for those you either watch uh either new japan or any of the japan wrestling promotions that that's a different style of wrestling because they go hell of hard and when those three were in the ring going at it on on each other it didn't look like anything was getting pulled punches kicks it looks like they connected every single time uh and shout out to all three of them. I love all three of them, but man, I was like, holy shit, man, they're just beating the hell out of each other. But, yeah, I'll get, I'll finish that and I haven't even watched Russell Palooza yet, so watch that. And we'll talk about that really quick whenever I get to it. But, oh, man, WWE Survivor Series in San Diego, California. It was,

it was all right. I mean, it wasn't really. Did you, not to cut you off, but did you watch AEW's Blood and Guts a couple weeks ago? I did not. Does that stuff go on HBO? It's on. I check because I want us to review the men's and women's blood and guts matches.

So we can compare how more entertaining it was than the war game matches. I like the first one, the females, the ladies' wargay's match. I thought that one was somewhat decent. The team... It didn't even go hard, though. They went harder than the guys. True.

Because that ending of the guys when I was like, that's it? You know who that is. Was that our truth again? No. It's your boy. Austin Theory. because it didn't look like Seth

I mean that guy was a little too big um so oh that's what everyone was saying Austin theory I was like why are you bringing him into this I guess the fans changed on you like they're cheering for him now

since he broke up from the fuck is his name to Ozzy eye Grayson, he was trash anyway. They were like

teasing a breakup and everybody was starting to chair for Austin which doesn't make

sense if the people are starting to chair for him you're going to put them in a heel group

I don't like him anyway so either of them I didn't I would care less but I guess I mean

he's good in the ring I can give him that I blame Vince He pushed them way too hard And then Vince disappeared Then nothing happened

And they just threw him to the side I was like god damn But the first match This is the only one that I was really Really kind of excited for Uh Um, Mommy, Ria Ripley, Eoske, Alexa Bliss, and the queen, Charlotte Flair, taking on, oh, and A.J. Lee, taken on, uh, Niajax, Slash Legend, Oscar, Kyrie Sane, and the man, Becky Lynch. CBS Sports gave it a B minus.

I gave it a C. I ought to just give it a R. I ought to give it a B plus. I did enjoy this match. Becky was ridiculous She didn't do nothing Do you see her spot when Charlotte was supposed to be pushing her fence Face against the fence Yeah

She was like holding her face going Ahah Not even touching a fence When Nia Jax came in She came in and wrecked out Same thing with Last Legend How tall is she She's just as tall as Nia Jax?

She I know she was a Former WMBA player Yeah And she came right, and I'm hitting miss with her. Because when she came in, she was just beating the hell out of everybody. I was like, yeah, I see people are going to start, especially teamed with Naya. People are going to start saying she's a little too reckless because she was laying them out. Yeah, she was going hard.

I mean, the beginning. mean it was cool i mean i love oscar i love charlotte i mean love her or hate her again oscar she she's a different style of wrestling she goes super hard and the only thing i don't like about oscar is this face paint well that's old school japan oscar yeah but i don't know i like i liked the regular i mean because uh charlotte had uh all her face paint all over her all over her hands and everything. I mean, but they started out pretty good. Oscar and Charlotte beating the hell out of each other for,

what was it, like five minutes before someone came in? So, Charlotte, again, love or a hater. I know everyone booze her and everything, and she's only there because of who her dad is, but hey, I mean, I think Charlotte, to me, in my opinion, I mean, my opinion probably means nothing to some of you, but she's earned her spot.

Does she have to be the women's champ 14 times? No, but I'm all right with it. And then after the five-minute mark, Kyrie Sane came in, or E.O. Sky, she came in with that. First, I thought it was like a garbage lid. It was. Oh, was that what it was? It was a custom. Okay, because I had her name on it.

Because when her and Oscar started going at it, man, they were, like I said, man, they were beating. the hell out of each other Oscar was slamming her with that lid and booting her hell of hard and same thing with Eo. She was doing the same thing. She was wrecking him because once they started going at it I mean Charlotte was laying there dead somewhere

so but give me more arena PLEs, pay reviews whatever you want to call them. When they use these baseball fields I was like, man And from what I understood

I guess all these different ticket outlets were selling tickets twice because there was I seen all kinds of There was no room Yeah I seen all kinds of

People on X and TikTok and all that Everybody complaining about Yeah I bought my I paid $70 for ticket and I got there and there was somebody in my seat already and they had a ticket for the same seat and I guess um those seats where I don't know there was like big tarp or a big little like a big wall or something in front of them and they sold all those seats and if you were sitting in maybe those first three rows you couldn't see anything but that big thing in front of you and they were saying

that nowhere on that ticket did it say obstructed view so they got to their seats and like what the fuck is this and i was like man and they tried to talk to people like hey what's going on here from what they were saying the people there like security and whoever they were saying this was something that they did like last minute and i was like oh man i would have been hella man because everyone was saying oh man I paid $500 for my ticket and I guess

they were moving people I think it was TKO oh yeah because the John Cena match was kind of what they added it a couple weeks ago so I think they were trying to sell more tickets

and that's why there was no room I did not like that the war games didn't have the shark cages with the wrestlers in it but there was clearly no room they put too many seats yeah onto the field and i was like oh man i mean everybody that i was reading i paid 700 i paid 900 one person that said i paid five or seven hundred dollars for my ticket and someone was in my seat so they put me somewhere else up in the

nosebleeds. Oh, they said, hell no. I mean, I pay $700 to be close, and you're putting me way up here. But I don't know, man. I mean, I can't imagine what it's going to be like in a couple weeks for John Cina's final match, because that's not a big arena, from what I understand. They probably sold those tickets like three times over for one seat. Whoever gets their first gets it.

I don't know how that works. but man there all these people were saying I was on the phone with ticket master I was on the phone with whoever and everyone was going to call WWE and I was like I don't think anyone was answering all those calls but I don't know man they they need to do something I think once this TKL thing came into play it just messed everything up they're greedy oh my God I mean I guess I messed up and didn't go to WrestleMania last year because now tickets are $400 for the nosebleeds for one night. I ain't the one, man.

I'll be sitting at home. But my buddy goes, dude, just come with me. Just come with me. I mean, there's all kinds of other wrestling going on. Even if you don't go to mania, I'm like, but I'm going to be mad. Everyone's going to be in there and I'm going to be outside. So I don't know.

I might just go with him just to go. He goes, I got a room, sleep on the floor or whatever. I'm like, well, I want to have somewhere to stay. So I don't know. I had to talk to him some more. Oh, he went to that last Saturday's main event, and he got two chairs. So he goes, I'll give you one. I went, oh, okay.

So that chair looks cool. It's got CM Punk on it. So I'm with it. But what was it every three minutes someone came in? Yeah, I'm watching right now. Rebecca Hogan just came in. Yeah, she came in and

she wasn't doing shit. I don't know where you're at right now, but Charlotte's just chopping away at her and she's not doing anything. So I'm like, huh? That's why I kind of wish that we didn't have so many established people, like put some

young guns in there. Exactly. People that want to prove themselves. I've been saying this since we've started this podcast, man. I'm like, there's so many other talent. I mean, like some of these matches could have been just raw or smackdown. Yeah. Let everyone else shine.

You're getting the same big stars over and over again. Yeah, because I guarantee you if they would have had an NXT war games match, it would have went harder than this one. Yeah. I mean, but, oh, man, every time Becky was close to the camera and yelling and screaming, man, I'm just, I mean, I like her accent and everything, but when she's yelling, it gets on my nerves. But, oh, man, I mean, all those shots of the crowd up high, man, I'm like, man, I've been in the stadium a few times, and I can't imagine being. way up there and i hate these i mean when they put them in the baseball fields it's never a straight shot to the ring you got to do like an l to get there but after becky came in three

minute hit and then uh Alexa bliss came in I like this Alexa bliss I didn't really care for her when she first came on the scene because they like immediately put a belt on her but after she was gone for a while and that whole stuff with uh bray wyatt rest in peace and the fiend i loved all that when she went crazy and everything but i mean i like her what she's going on i mean and her teaming up with charlotte i think that's cool it's not going to last long yeah i mean they're eventually going to turn on one another i guess charlou was talking about i don't know what's what's in the future for me maybe another title run like already give someone else a shot

I mean put it on Naya again I didn't mind that Becky's had it too many times Alexa had it what twice She's three times I think Okay and Oscar had it a few times Yeah, E-Rie's never had it

Yeah give it to Kyrie Little pirate princess I'm sorry, man, I love her I mean, don't get me wrong, I love all three of the Japanese I love her because she's wacky Yeah But yeah, I mean Once these, the women that got in thus far

I mean, I thought it was okay But every time Becky got in the mix It got on my nerves I was kind of like, come on, man Let someone else get in there but i liked when every time eo got uh into the mix she was kicking ass and then uh the next one in kairi saying yeah she came in i was like hell yeah she came she brought a chain in and barely used it yeah what was up with that dude with a big uh head

there a guy with the oh you kept switching them out the dodgers hat he had one i'm assuming either his daughter And then he switched it out And he had one of his dog And those guys with the Big John Sina figures Yeah Yeah

Carrey, she came in with that Green chained Was it plastic? I don't think it was steel No, she kept Making sure everybody knew It was a real chain Because she kept hitting

I'm watching right now She's in between rings And she's hitting that metal piece connecting the rings because she first came in she had a wrapped around her fists and went after Charlotte and Alexa

she tried to do that scissors thing and Charlotte messed it up there was a few botches in there even that one time when Eo was trying to jump from one ring to the other on the top rope and like slipped yeah she did but she like slipped

so I always thought she was and do something exciting another thing I didn't like there was a lack of weapons yeah I don't even think did they use tables in this one no none of that

they just had the chain that garbage lid and then brought in the the garbage can and then Ria when she comes in she has a couple candow sticks

yeah she came in like art the clown art the clown mask and I heard she's in the movie the new one yeah she's gonna be in the new one well she was pushing it for the longest and she finally got to meet

those guys and I'm sure they were like hell yeah we'll put you in yeah I don't think it's official but from what I heard that's a done deal because she even said when she was on what's his name's podcast she was like

I want to be in that movie you want to kill me I don't care I just want to be in it so that's fine I mean don't make her the main actor I mean just let her be in it and get killed

should be happy with that give her a part like Chris Jericho had oh man yeah they got the girls all in the ring Eio Alexa and Charlotte and then they

wrapped that chain around him she said that was kind of stupid oscar and kairi ran and drop kicked them i love it when the three japanese girls are also in the ring and they're yelling back and forth at each other and it's all japanese none of us can understand it i like that especially when oscar really gets hyped up and she starts screaming whatever in japanese you know she's serious all right the next one's coming in I wonder what the weather was like down there

I don't think it was cool I don't see everyone all bundled up I just see everyone in the t-shirts but AJ don't get me wrong I mean I love AJ Lee but

she didn't do nothing I kind of felt like they were protecting her in there yeah I I noticed that too i mean there did you there was i don't know who it was but it looked like they were like at one spot they were checking on her yeah it looked like they tried to not go as hard with her i mean they they were just really selling her her moves when she attacked them and i was like oh

man because when uh she got to the to the cage becky wouldn't let her in and then she went climbing up to the top and i was like don't fall don't don't get hurt uh but she's she got over she kicked the door the door opened up and then uh aska and kairi went after her and uh she just turned on both of them and get ready yeah yeah she kind of didn't deliver for me because i think it was on smackdown she was teasing you know doing her crazy girl thing yeah saying And I'll make sure we wins. And then she did her little crazy look by any means necessary or something. And she didn't do shit.

I mean, she went right after Becky Lynch because of their, they're feuding thing. But Becky's like, seems scared of her. I mean, which makes no sense. If it came to a fight, I think Becky would whoop her ass, like, for real. but I don't know I mean again I mean I love AJ I'm glad she's back we don't know for how long I just figured until this year's up I think I don't think she signed to like a year contract or something she signed a long-term deal oh she did but I don't know if it's a full-time deal well she better do something I mean what she did here was cool but yeah like you said

they didn't go at her super hard i mean because uh when kairie went after her she she got her in the back and everything but she didn't like continue to whoop that ass yeah i'm watching right now where they're jumping her yeah kair's and it looks like somebody comes and ask if she's okay I mean, when AJ was attacking them, man everyone that she was attacking they were selling it good Because when she drop kick to Kyrie Kari flipped in the air

And then crashed into the side Of the cage Oh now she's about the battle Oskia Charlotte's helping her out I think I'm a little bit before you What mark are you on they all just started beating yeah

I'm like probably like 15 seconds ahead of you because they all just jumped AJ and you'll see an minute Charlotte like pick her up and see if she's okay yeah she walked over to Charlotte or Charlotte walked

over here and she's picking her up while everyone else is getting beat in the corner of son. She's probably like, hey, just get out of the way. Now they go to work on Oscar with those weak kicks, not even connecting. Ah, here she comes. Queen, Queen Naya. What the hell was she wearing?

That was what my daughter said. because my daughter is like is she like cosplaying as something and then she was like because she was she watches wrestling with me every now and then and she was like

what's with her makeup yeah I don't know why she got these colors yeah I mean I like it with her dark colors this was this was a bit much I mean she doesn't do much except for just throw you around because she just came in

and did those weak-ass clotheslines on Charlotte and Alexa Yeah, because I think it got to her People saying she's too reckless Because it just lately It looks like she's just going Super easy on people

Oh, she just slammed Alex's head Into the side of her ass Picks up EO He'll, ah, nope. Forearm, it's in the chest. That thing that E.O. always does with her little crazy hands pointing at herself in her head.

I love when everyone does it back to her, like mocking her. AJ, you ain't doing nothing. She's just dropping elbows into Naya. Naya just pushed her and she fell over. oh he else trying to crawl out no yeah I was watching clips of AEW

what's up with them uh um stapling uh what's her names between their legs uh Tony Storm Tony Storm

taking on the... We'll put some respect on it. The best Mysterio in the world. The king of the luchadors. John Sina. I'll give it to John Sina, man. He was making the fans happy. He came out,

giving it 1-5 and crashing it. to the cameramen, everything. Yeah. I like how he made sure he was okay. Yeah. Stu, is that the cameraman? Yeah.
