Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, children of all ages, welcome to another episode of the wrestling returns. Welcome back everybody to a very special bonus episode of the wrestling returns. I'm your host Brian. With me as always is my brother Ness. What's up, man? Yo, yo, man. Well, everyone, I'm not going to WrestleMania. Well, I don't know.

I was going on vacation. I have the whole week off. I mean, I still could go, but. I don't know. My grandsons are not feeling the best. I caught something from school. And I could go. I was looking forward to live on the spot recording of you messing with random 49er fans.

I don't want to. If, if, if it's a big if, if, if I do go, it'll probably just be one day, just the first day. I don't want to leave. If my grandsons are like really, really sick, I mean, they're not really sick, but just kind of don't want to leave her here. Dealing with two sick little boys.

So. Yeah, that could be a lot. Yeah, I could, she'll say go ahead, but in the end, they're like, Yeah, you know what that means. Yeah, if you go. I mean, it's, I've, I've, I've gone.

places before when she was like, well, it's all right. Just go ahead and go. And I'd go and then I'd text her and I'd get all the one, the one word answers. When you get the one word answers, guys, that's when you're in trouble. I don't know. I mean, it depends. I mean, I'd rather go on my vacation to where I was going to go to Arizona. But I don't know.

We'll see. But, WrestleMania. 39 is that right now 39 this is in anglewood California Hollywood that's miles from Hollywood I mean they I guess they were doing something at the funco Hollywood and Rio Ripley was gonna be there but I guess you had it was like a ticketed event so it was like a limited thing because her her funco pop is coming out

I was like, man, the Theo sent me all this. And I mean, Mommy, I love her, but I have to be another time, I guess. But I don't, we're, I'm on CBSports.com. I don't know what order this is. I assume this is the whole card. And.

I got a pulled up on Wikipedia, and they got it in two different nights, but I don't know how accurate this is because I know they haven't really announced anything. Yeah, but I'll just run through what we have here, and we'll just pick who we want. So you guys keep track. I mean, we will. If I do go to Arizona or if I'm home, I'm still going to watch it. But if I'm home Saturday, hopefully we'll be able to record one and throw it out before the next day. I don't know. We'll see.

I don't even know what's happening right now. But 2023, WWE WrestleMania, 39. Hosted by the Miz. Give him something to do. It's his town. from Hollywood, California. Really? Sorry, we're really quick.

I saw the first movie that he did, the Marine. I didn't see the, did you three of them? I only seen the John Cena one. I have the John Cena one and I have the, Ted DiBiase Jr., I guess, that one. That one was decent. I remember him.

I think he came to Reno once and there was wrestling. And people were like, who was this guy? I was like, oh, man. So you probably know his dad more than him, but I was still cheering for him. He was a nice guy. I got to meet him. He's doing good things now. I think he's like a youth pastor or something.

Good, man. Good for him. He's not out being stupid with his money. His dad's still out there. I still want one. maybe if I win the powerball or lottery or whatever, I'll definitely buy me a million dollar belt. I've always loved it.

It looks stupid, but I still want one. I don't know. That's one of the greatest championship belts ever. I want a real one with diamonds. Not for the knockoff ones. But I've seen one guy at one of these wrestling things I went to and he had it. And really quick, I'll give it to the guys, man. you know you're badass and raw and I don't care what anybody says when you roll in there

with uh I saw a guy with four belts one time and one guy saw with three two over one over each shoulder and he had one on he had the extra high socks the super duper tight shirt or the shorts and I don't know what wrestling shirt he had on but he walked he was walking through that place like he was this shit like no one can take these from me i was like fuck yeah man i wouldn't do that because i know i'm not that raw he just had the biggest smile on his face and i was like man this guy loves wrestling good for you brother and there was uh well when i went to wrestle mania in uh dallas that last time uh i saw his little black kid he had um dean ambrose shirt on he had the

gloves and the um the continental belt over the shoulder he was mobbing through there like he was he was hella hard i was like yeah but he doing the dean ambrose walk yeah he was hell of fresh all right undisputed w c universal championship match roman reins taking on the american nightmare cody roads um I mean, I love Roman, but from I hear, I know, it might be a rumor. No one quote me. I think he's getting ready to take a break. It's like I kind of have him thinking he's going to drop it because if he goes on a break,

he's not going to have the belts with him. So I don't know. I do have that feeling Cody Rhodes is going to win this one. But because Cody Rose did win the Royal Rumble. And that was a badass one. Go listen. Was that the one we did? It was three hours.

Yeah. Yeah. You got some movie talk at the end, some Blu-ray talk. We kind of wet a little long on that one. But yeah, I mean, I'm with the tribal chief, but I have that feeling Cody Rhodes is going to win. Who do you got? I agree with you.

I think if Cody doesn't get the belt, I think this is a big opportunity missed, and they're going to lose the fans on this one because the fans, of course, they're not going to get it, but they want Sammy to be the champ. And if you're not going to have Sammy, you've got to have Cody

and to have him make his comeback and then lose at WrestleMania. I think that would just be a bad move. So though I do like Roman. I like them. I always like Roman, but I liked him more since he came back and did his heel change

and did the tribal, chief thing and bloodline story is one of the best storylines in years but i think it's time to to lose the belt because he's had it for what man it's been years now it's for some reason he keeps it past russomania it's going to go on almost three years i think yeah because um i think he had it before the pandemic and had it all through that when he showed up with his brand new teeth and his t-shirt that said, wreck everyone and leave.

Yeah. I still have my first Roman range shirt. I still have my shield shirt, as well as my shield hoodie. I was all about that when they were going strong. And I was happy. I was at Raw in Sacramento one time. And they, uh, Roman rains and Seth Rons came down the aisle.

Uh, me and my son were on. So I was, ah, yeah, I was hell of hype. So, but that's how far. I mean, I was, I was down for all of them when they were in NXT and everything. But now, of course, uh, John Moxley's over A.W. And, all right, really quick. Is punk, did he, did he come back or, or are these just old pictures that I'm seeing? I don't know.

reading one thing he says he wants to come back then the next day I'm reading something he's talking shit about AEW and the wrestlers again and I know there was a there was a video clip of there was I don't know if it was like a back back alley fight or something or fighting by the bus storyline for the the show but I guess they had put up boards and tables up against the advertisement that had his face on there. So I don't know. I heard he wants to come back, but I still hear a lot of locker room

don't like him. I mean, everyone's saying it was a work, but I don't know at this point. I mean, if it is a work, I mean, it's the best one ever. Yeah, because he's been gone for a while. But he plus he got hurt.

So I don't know. know I don't know everyone we'll we'll see as that one goes but yeah I mean I love Roman I'm gonna cheer for him but I have that feeling that Cody's gonna walk out there with it so we'll see I mean I won't be mad I mean I'll still be excited and if I'm there I'll hoot and holler and cheer I'll still cheer for Roman when he comes out all right this next one is the one I'm really hyped for Smackdown Women's Championship should match. The queen, Charlotte Flair,

taking on Mommy, Ria Ripley. I mean, Charlotte Flair, I love her. She's cool. I met her, but how many times you need to be champ? I mean, she's had these belts every time.

She'll disappear, come back, and they'll just put a belt on her. I don't know. Ria, she's had a couple belts, but I mean, I think this one, I think to me would be worth a little more. I mean, taking on Charlotte and the buildup to this.

I mean, every week is just them fighting each other and them talking shit, talking shit all over Twitter and everything. So I like what's going on. I mean, I love Ria Ripley when she was blonde. And everyone was saying that she was the fake Charlotte Flair.

All right. So I can say, I can go with all that. But since Ria's been just kicking ass and the whole mommy thing, when that wasn't about it at first, I was like, really? But then as they went on,

I was like, I'm all in. So, but I'm going for, for Mommy in this one. Who do you got? Again, I agree with you.

It's time for Mommy to get her get back, get that, get that revenge from what, would she lose to Charlotte, where they had to give Charlotte the NXT belt that they wanted to us? Pennsylvania. And I think they put it on Charlotte

because I think it'll be okay if Charlotte loses. Yeah, I mean, it won't be against no scrub. My opinion, everyone, I mean. And I think it's going to be a good match. It's going to be a good hard hitting match. Yeah, they both go hard.

I mean, Charlotte, she does the flips and flying out of the ring and everything. and Ria is just full power. So we're going to see a flip from Mommy. We're going to see one. I hope so. Just be careful. I mean,

I was watching some clips on YouTube and they were talking about the, it was a women's one, the women's who got hurt during matches. And that one, when Lita breaks her neck, I'm like, yeah, we'll get to her in a minute. it but I'm just like,

I love you to death, Lita, but just be careful. Every time I meet, every time I meet her, I'm like, be careful, please.

And she's, I know, there's a few wrestlers that, like, what's his name? Shout out to Adam Cole finally made his comeback after almost a year.

About time. From a head injury. Because they said he was probably almost done with his career. and every time he takes a good bump, I'm just kind of like, ooh, ooh. Yeah, I mean, even Brian Danielson, every time, Daniel Bryan for WWE guys,

but even him, Edge too, man. I'm just like, I don't know. We'll see. But, yeah, we're both going to roll with Mommy for this one. If Charlotte does win or if something happens for a disco, I'm I'll be like I'll be mad but they don't don't do we they can't they can't build Ria up like that being number one in the Royal Rumble winning it beating everybody's ass up until then and then losing yeah that'll be

like that year was a Oscar won the Royal Rumble when she was supposed to be unstoppable yep they did her dirty too is that against Charlotte? Yeah. It's always against Charlotte. Charlotte has some on WWE. She must know some of the McMahon secrets that all these lawsuits are coming out with.

It must be in her contract. I need to always have a belt. So I don't know. But we'll see. All right. Raw women's championship. Bianca Belair, taking on the Empress of Tomorrow.

Oscar Asca's had it Bianca Bel Air I love both of them But I think I don't know I don't think I don't think

Bianca should drop it yet But I mean If she drops it to Oscar I'll still be cool with it But I'm gonna go with Oscar I mean Sorry Bianca

But yeah I've been a fan of Oscars A little bit longer so I'm going to roll with her. Who do you got? We're on the same page again. It's going to be missed to the face. Oscar Locke.

Oscar gets her, finally gets her WrestleMania moment. Yeah, because that one it was during the pandemic when they were fighting on that building. What pay-per-view was that? I don't even remember. It was TLC, I think.

Is that what it was? I think so. And she, what's her name, gave her the belt? Yeah. I'm pregnant. You are the champ. I was like. And then she was breaking character all excited, happy.

And I was like, this is an Oscar. Yeah, I was, I mean, it was cool. We got, we still got wrestling each week. I mean, they, they didn't stop a beat, man. They kept on rolling through. but yeah I don't think I'll ever watch that one again but yeah

we're gonna roll with the Empress of tomorrow for this one so all right undisputed WWE tag champion tag team champion the Uso's taking on Sammy Zane and Kevin Owens I roll with these

the Uso's I'm down for them but I think with Sammy Zane what they're doing with him giving his push I mean they've been pushing Kevin Owens and he goes back and forth. Yeah, how many times does the Uso's have to have these belts? So, I mean, they've had it a jillion times.

So if they dropped it to Sammy Zan and Kevin Owens, I'd be happy with that. Because you know on Raw, they're going to want to rematch and go at it again. So, but yeah, I'm a row with Sammy and Kevin Owens in this one. Yeah, I'm with Sammy and Kevin on this one. I don't think the bloodline story is going to end at

WrestleMania, but their title reign is going to end. I think it's time for them to drop it. I think it's going to add a new angle to the bloodline story. Yeah. I can see something happening between the Uso's. Yeah, eventually they're going to go at it. Yeah.

So. Yeah. So. And right now, I mean, Kevin Owen said it on, I think it was raw the other night. Sammy's the biggest thing right now. He's got the crowd behind him. Yeah, man, I wasn't feeling it when he was a honorary hoose or whatever.

And I was like, really? Why did he pick him? But as it went on, I'm like, all right, I'm on board. Because you guys know, I wasn't that. I'm not that big of a Sammy Zane fan. But I like what they're doing. with him now so I can I can get behind him because that last one when he was getting the shit beaten out of him I was all I was all in for it so you just had to

get a little Oosy all right this one to me is a filler match I say I already know what it is before you say I think there's gonna be some kind of disqualification or something's gonna happen but I mean this isn't for anything um, Brock Lesnar taking on Omas. Um, I'm gonna go

with Brock Lesnar. Omas, he just got size and a little bit of power behind him. Rocks can come in and just German suplex him for who knows how many times. And it's gonna be cool for him to F5 of them and all that, but

I don't, I don't know. I don't know. Who knows? I could be, I could be totally wrong. This would probably be the best match of the night, but I don't know, man. I mean,

Omar, he's just there because he's of his size, really. So, I mean, at least Brock Lesnar, we'll do some stuff. I mean,

he ain't going to do like that. Flip he did and broke his neck. Yeah, not anymore. He's doing that no more. That's a young, crazy Brock, but I have a feeling,

Brock Leszner. I mean, they, drag him along, always throw him in pay-per-views, so I it would, I don't think he, if Brock Lesnar lost, it wouldn't be like

a legit loss. It'll be something stupid. So, I don't know. We'll see, but I'm going to roll Brock Lesnar on this one. I'm going to go with Cowboy Brock with the assistance. I'm calling it from MVP.

He's going to be Brock's new manager and then they're going to Brock's going to do that little dance he did in the Royal Rumble when MVP was coming to the ring. Oh. All right. Yeah, we'll see. But yeah, I don't see Omar.

I mean, I see Omar's throwing him around a little bit, but I don't see him doing anything spectacular. This match is going to be five minutes. We'll see. This next one I am looking forward to. The architect, Monday Night Rawlins, Seth Frickin' Rollins,

or whatever you want to call him. Oh, the Monday Night Messiah. Yeah, him taking on Logan Paul. I was not that fan of Logan Paul and everything, but once he started coming in to wrestling and everything, I mean, he puts in the work. I mean, that match he had with Roman Raines. It was that, was a Crown Jewel?

Was that what it was when he broke all his ribs or whatever, when he dove off the top or did the selfie? video that was awesome so i have a feeling i mean we all know logan paul goes high set ralms is a high flyer as well so i i really think this match is going to just be awesome and uh but i'm gonna go with logan paul man i've liked what he's done so far i mean he he puts in the time he puts in the work to put on a good performance and everything so i'm gonna roll with him this isn't for any a belt or anything they just bracket Wagon rights for this one.

Yeah. I expect an amazing performance out of both of them. Logan's won me over. I've always been a fan of Seth. But I think there's going to be one really big spot, and it's going to be a draw because they're going to take each other out. Because was it Role Rumble? RICOCHAY.

RICOA and, oh, man, that was all. You want to do it? Let's do it. After he took a drink of his drink for some planted fan. Oh man, that was bad ass, man. I jumped out of my... That was a holy shit moment.

I jumped out of my chair. I held in my head like, oh, fuck. That was awesome. So, but yeah, I have a feeling these guys are going to go hella hard. So it's going to be a good match. I think we're going to see a Jake appearance, his brother.

I mean, if he's there, cool, but I hope he doesn't interfere, because then it'll just be a draw or a disqualification. I don't know, unless Seth gets someone. Who is he down with? No, his wife. I don't know. We'll see how that one goes. All right.

United States Championship match. Dumbass Austin Theory taking on John Sina. All right. I hate Austin Theory. John Sina, I mean, he's big. I love it, man. He's put in the work. He's about hustle and loyalty and all that.

And he's been gone a while. And, but come on, camera, guys. Don't do him dirty like you did when everyone was clown. They were cloning him about his hair. And then they were clining him about his hair. big bald spot. Oh man. But, I mean,

Sina still does it. I mean, I don't think we'll get the Thugganomics, uh, Sina, but I, but I have a feeling they're both gonna put on a good show. So,

but I want Sina to pull this one out. I just, I'm not an awesome theory fan at all. Uh, I got to go with Aetown down. Oh. I think they're going to put on a good match. I really think

this is this is going to be a sleeper for a good match and I think John's going to bring it. He's going to, he's going to want to show people even though he's still not a full timer. He can still go in there.

The ball spot's going to be fixed. But I see Austin taking this one. We'll see. Because it's just coming back for this and then he's going to be gone again. I'm hearing

unless they film a peacemaker already I'm hearing something about SummerSlam he's coming back again all right we'll see yeah I'm a role with Sina on this one all right this one next one I love everyone involved

Becky Lynch leader Trist Stratis taking on damage control I love leader most of all Stratis, I mean, she was cool back in the day. She's still beautiful. But I got to roll with damage control.

I got to represent for my girl Bailey and all that ass. She's straight out the base. So I got to roll with her. Plus, I love Dakota Kai, and E.O. Shari or Eoske, whatever we want to call her. I mean, I love both of them. But, yeah, I got to roll with Bailey and the crew. I'm for damage control.

What do you got? Yeah, I'm four of them for them cakes. I mean, I'm four of them for damage control. I just, I don't, I just, I hate that they lost the belt to Toledo and Becky. And I just would really hate to see them lose at WrestleMania. Because I don't think Bailey's had a good record at WrestleMania. And I hate to see them basically bury the up-and-comers. for, you know, well, lead has been wrestling a lot, but Trish shows up like every couple of years.

So I just would really hate to see him get buried like that. So yeah, I'm for, I'm for damage control. I mean, a leader and Trish Stratus. I mean, lead is in the Hall of Fame. Is Tristratus in there? I think so. I mean, yeah, Becky, she'll eventually be in there at some point. But.

I don't know, man. Don't have this young talent and let them get buried by two Hall of Famers and the man. So I don't know. But yeah, I'm mainly for Bailey. I mean, I did not like this beginning of her hill run. But me personally now, I just love her more. And I don't think she could go back to hugging. She's won me over.

I mean, I thought it was. stupid at first because I just I just saw her as the side ponytail on the slap bracelets and the hugs and but then when she started doing I think it was when she started doing her little talk show thing what a ding dong or whatever I was like okay you're you're winning me over and other attributes of hers have won me over because they're they're back there so and a big fan of Dakota and EO but I just have this bad feeling that they're gonna they're gonna make them look silly and and beat them some way just to make the the Hall of Famers and Becky look good yeah I don't know we'll see y'all goes

all right the next match edge taking on I assume the demon I mean my fingers across but he called yeah don't take 10 hours to get to the ring I mean just crawl a little bit in because I don't know how long that he's gonna crawl all the way to the ring

I don't know how long that rap is but Finn Baller and they're gonna be in a hell in a cell match all right I am looking forward to this one and the demon's going to be there so we'll see I mean I love when he's a demon. I love Finn Bauer, period.

But when he's a demon, he just looks badass. And is this going to be the brood edge? I have a feeling it is. Okay. Because if Finn's going to come out with his big entrance, I mean, Edge isn't just going to come out and throw up the horns and the pyrotechnics, I think you're going to wheel out the brood again. I don't know.

We'll see. But I'm rolling with Edge on this one. I mean, I've been down with the rated our superstar for a while. I mean, I love Finn Baller as well, but I'm going to roll with Edge on this one. Yeah, I think this is going to be one of the, not the last time we see Edge,

but it's getting close to, I think, him kind of being done with wrestling. and I think he's going to put on a hell of performance. So is Finn. I really hope for the demon to show up and him have his old music playing. But I'm going to have to go with Edge. And this is, I can tell this is going to be a match where you and me watch it,

we're just going to be worried about Edge the whole match. Yeah, I am because I have a feeling that, I mean, Finn's going to be doing everything. So don't. just don't hurt him that's all just know know your

know your role so oh man we'll see but man why is everyone blowing me up now all right

the Intercontinental championship match Gunther taking out Shamis and Drew McIntyre I Seamus He's still good

I like him Gunther I'm a row Drew McIntyre on this one But I do have a feeling These three These three broods

And be beating the shit out of each other Yeah The chops The brokeck The Claymore Everything I mean I think these three Are gonna beat the hell out of each other

I want this match To kind of go on a while. Don't just be a five minute match and then no, I want them to just beat the hell out of each other in and outside of the ring. So we'll see. But I'm going to roll with Drew McIntyre. I'm going to go with the ring general, Gunta. This is not going to be a pretty match. We're not going to see no high flying stuff. It's just going to be raw

and hard hitting and I just got to give it to Gunther. Gunther, Walter. Yeah. I mean, I think it's going to be a big, a big match, a big impact. So we'll see. I mean, I'm a rule for Drew McIntyre. I mean, I love since he's been back and his change of characters and everything.

Do I want 3MB to come back? Of course I do. But I don't think that'll ever happen. It won't work right. I mean, the way Drew is now. and what's his nuts? Yeah, that guy. Yeah, they just sent him back to NXT.

Yeah, I mean, I don't know. We'll see. All right, this next one. I'm looking forward to this one, but who Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez taking on Natalia and Shotsie, taking on Ronda Rousey and the Queen of Spage,

Sheena Bazler, taking on Chelsea Green and Sonia DeVille. I love Raquel Rodriguez. I love Shotsie. She's straight out the town. Rhonda Rousey, I've liked her since she's been doing her run with wrestling. Shana Bazler, I love her. Sonia DeVille, too, but... I love Natty, don't get me wrong, but...

I don't, I don't see them winning. Rhonda and Shana, who do you got? Anybody who knows me and listen to the wrestling of times, no, you only live once. So I'm going to have to go live Morgan and Raquel. Raquel, I mean, she's, she's a tall gal, so she's got power. This is a random-ass match of random tag teams. yeah Chelsea Green I have no idea

what they're doing with Chelsea they brought her back and have just done nothing nothing yeah Sony you de Ville well I'm glad that her her eyebrow closed up because she got

she got worked at the Royal Rumble so but we'll see but Ronda Rousey I mean she does what she does I mean she's she got the same moves over and over, but she's still out there. I mean, she does what she has to do. Sheena, her as well.

I mean, she does her same moves over and over, but I mean, I've always loved Shana, even since the NXT stuff. Not so much to MMA. All the things I've seen, she was getting beat up. But, um,

yeah, I'm gonna roll with them, uh, mainly for Shana. So I mean, I, I, I want her, well, this isn't for anything. It's just bragging rights, I guess, but, I think for power Raquel could probably take a lot of these gals out but I think

if it came down to like just fighting skills it would be Rhonda and Shana so but I don't know Chelsea Green and I don't see her doing anything Sonyi DeVille's cool I love what she does but and then Natty she's been in it at a while Shotsie's awesome

I just hope Shotsie don't fuck up yeah and bring bring the tank but Liv She always says watch me And I'm watching I'm watching

I'm glad that Blue Tongue is done with I hated it I'll bring it back All right This next one I'm all right with it We'll see how it goes

It's for nothing really Brons Shormon and Rickashay Taking on the Street Profits taking on Alpha Academy Taking on the Viking Raiders Hmm for power wise Braun Stromen is probably got the most power Street profits as well as

Ricochet and Outwell Not Africa Academy Those guys are high flyers Viking Raiders those guys are just Big Brutes so I don't know Vol Hall is going to show up if she's there

I hope so because I love Sarah Logan so we'll see but I love the street profits I mean I love Braun Strom and Ricochet but I just love what the street profits do so I'm going to roll with them really anybody can win this match I can see

but I'm I'm gonna go with the the non-obvious pick. I'm going to go with the Alpha Academy. I don't know why. I just, I kind of like those guys now. They kind of, they make me laugh. And Otis with his trying to be a male model now.

And, uh, Chad Gable with his shoes. Uh, shoddy G. Come on, man. You ain't scaring nobody. I, I give it up to him, though. I give him much respect. That guy, whatever gimmick they get him, that guy tries to make it work the best he can.

You just want to keep working, man. He doesn't want to sit at home. But I don't know. We'll see. Street profits, yeah, man. They're going to be all over the place. So we'll see how it goes. Ron Struman again, as well as the Viking Raiders,

many those guys are power. so we'll see see what happens All right This next match I mean I like both of them When mommy show up I hope so But Dominic Mysterio

Yeah, they got their own little. It's a three piece, two guitar players and a drummer. They just pull up and start playing. I don't know exactly where. But if you've seen their videos and everything you've never seen it before and you're going to be at WrestleMania, they're going to be

playing. They usually follow their Instagram. They'll usually tell you where they're going to be at when they do. So definitely if you just want to hear some good thrash metal SF metal, just follow Hemorrhage and
