Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, children of all ages, welcome to another episode of the wrestling returns. Right, WrestleMania weekend is done in over with. Was it the best one since the past few years? We'll talk about it. I'm your host, Brian. With me as always is my brother Nez. What's up, man? Oh, man.

I didn't make it down everybody. I was bummed. Just wasn't going to happen this time. hopefully I can go next year. It's supposed to be in L.A. And I can stay at Mike's house. He's not a wrestling fan, so I know he won't go with me.

But one of my buddies did go. He went the second night. And he said that one, we'll get to that one, but he said he had a good time. Okay. But was there a kickoff show? I didn't even see any.

I think the kickoff show was the Uso's versus Shinski and Rick Boogs, which, of course, everybody knows by now. Rick Boogs blew his knee out in the match. So Shinske had to go alone. And I think they might have called an audible. I don't know if that was the finish, but they ended up beating Shinske.

So I think that was the kickoff. So that was real when he picked? Yeah. Picked the both of them? Yep. I think they said he's probably at least. is going to be out of year. Oh, man, because

I thought he was just pretending. But when you've seen it like buckle? Yeah. And then he just, he went down. Yeah, basically the knee that all that weight on top of him came down, that was it right there. Oh, man. Yeah, I mean,

this match wasn't the greatest. I've always said this every time Nakamura is involved. They're wasting. what are they doing to him and he's just going along with it i'm sure he's having fun or whatever i don't know i mean because when he was in japan kicking ass he was awesome and then we came over at wwe they pushed him for a minute and then now we're just going to throw you with whoever we want

and yeah the match wasn't the greatest i mean the usos do what they do they're still the champ so but I don't know if it was supposed to go the other way but after Boogs went down the match just kind of like went downhill from there but

Shinskay does what he does and he handles it good but do you think they were supposed to win we were recording this a little bit late so I think the way they're doing the whole bloodline thing I don't I don't think they was supposed to lose but I do think the match was supposed to go

a little bit longer than it did. Yeah, because after he went down, it kind of like boom, boom, boom, and then it was over. Yeah. So I don't know. I thought it was fake. I didn't, or not fake. I just figured it was, it was planned.

I didn't know it really, he really suffered a knee injury. So, but I mean, that sucks because my, my knee is killing me from working. But, I mean, but other than that, I think if that didn't happen, the match would have been as better than it was. Yeah.

It just seems like it just kind of lost its steam after he went down. So, I mean, you'd seen the rest and everything kind of jump in there. You're all right. You're all right. And he was, he just kind of rolled out of there. But this next match, Drew McIntyre taking on Happy Corbyn, Mad Cat Moss and all that on the side. I'm on CBS Sports.com.

They gave it a B. maybe a C plus I would have given it I mean they both do what they do I mean happy Corbyn I he might be another one of those guys is just taking the check and I'll do whatever you tell me but I like what he's doing I like more of the the hobo they book him strong I didn't even realize I guess there was a he did his finisher and Drew kicked out and I guess that was the first time ever somebody's kicked out. I was like,

you guys are making his finisher, like super lethal or something. I mean, it's a good finisher. And I mean, I knew McIntyre was going to win. But, and Madcap Moss kept getting involved in everything. I hate the way he dresses.

I don't like the, whatever they're trying to do. Even though. The winner of the Andre the Giant battle royal yeah but what was it with the sword and him uh drew mcginty he was he swung it at uh madcap moss but he jumped out of the way and he hit the top rope and then shit like snapped and i they wanted drew to look badass and uh it was a badass moment but i would have been pissed because i'm sure there had to been some time for the rain crew to come fix everything those guys

pretty fast. I mean, I've seen them change things when something happens. Because once the commercial goes or if you're at raw or whatever, the videos that they're playing constantly, you see them come running or even when they change the actual mat.

They come all tearing down the rain do it hell of fast and then they just get out before the commercials over with. So I give it to all those, the ring crew that comes in and does it. But yeah I mean well there was there was a lot of dead air or not dead air but just killing time with the the commercials and the advertisements and the videos that were hyping up the next match which

it's just recaps of all the stuff leading up to to each match but I mean this match was cool I mean I guess but it wasn't the greatest it wasn't something I was really looking forward to all right this next one this is the one I was looking forward to the mysterious taken on Ms. and Logan Paul. Do you guys know who Logan Paul is? Or if you don't, just type of the name of YouTube and watch the craziness that is Logan Paul. And what was this Pokemon card that he went all the way to Dubai to get

to wear it around his neck? Okay, I don't know Pokemon cards, but I guess the chain and the little casing that he had, everything, I guess it's $5 million. dollar Pokemon card chain or something I guess it's like the rarest card or something I saw the video when he went to Dubai to get it when he bought it from the dude

if it's an investment alright okay and will it remain at that price I don't know I don't understand Pokemon I never got into it my son older son was here he knows all about that he would probably know more than than we do, but I was, even if I had that kind of money to throw around, would I buy a Pokemon card worth $5 million?

I don't even think Mark McGuire rookie card. Mark McGuire is one of my favorite baseball players. I don't even think his card is in the millions, maybe in the low thousands, maybe. I don't know, but I don't know, man. I mean, these guys, especially him. I mean, nothing to hate on him. I mean, get your money. That's the number one thing, but I don't think I could throw money around like that.

I mean, I buy things that probably aren't worth shit, but I'm not going to spend that kind of money out of card. At first, I was unsure. I was like, what is that when he came walking down the rap? I was like, what is that? Then they mentioned, oh, he's wearing the Pokemon card. And I was like, oh, my God. I was hoping someone was going to steal it or take it off his neck and break it or something. I was hoping for something like that, but we didn't get that.

What did you think of this match? I enjoyed it. I thought they all went hard. I was like coming into this opposite of you. I wasn't really looking forward to it. But man, I would have to say, Logan impressed me. Yeah. He looked like he's done this before.

And if he wants to continue on, and I think he played the heel role very good. I was, I was cracking up when he was doing the, he was doing, I think he would he do the three amigos like Eddie Guerrero and then he did the shimmy and all like that. I was like, for the, for a heel role, though, I was like, you're, you're selling it real good. Yeah, he was on top robe doing it. I said, man, I was just disrespecting the great Eddie Guerrero. I got man, that was like, no. And for him to do it going against the Mysterios too, I was cracking up.

And then, of course, you know, Ms. does what he does. And the Mysterios, I still think they should have went with Dominic putting the mask on. I like that idea I heard of him becoming like, I think they said Prince Mysterio or something and carrying on that tradition. but I don't know I just kind of feel like he gets thrown into these big matches and he didn't really pay his dues

like other people yeah I mean did he get did he get where he got because of his father my opinion yes I mean but he's he does good in the ring

I mean he's rusty he mean well everybody nobody hits all their marks but yeah I don't know. I'm still kind of up in the air with Dominic. But Logan Paul, that's why I was really looking forward to this. It was either like, you're going to do awesome or you're going to fall on your face.

And I thought he, I was impressed on what he was doing. He actually must have really, really practiced with all of them to do what they did. And yeah, man, the heel role, I thought he did good, man. He got in their faces and he got under the skin by disrespecting Eddie Guerrero. And I was surprised, man. He was doing those high flying moves and not a lot, but he did a couple. But he was hitting his mark good on what he was supposed to do. So my hat's off to him.

I mean, I really don't care for him or his brother, but I thought he was good. I thought he did pretty good. I mean, that was like last year with Bad Bunny. I didn't. I wasn't sure how he was going to do it. He, that was awesome. I was going to say next year Give us Logan Paul versus bad bunny

I think I'd be awesome I'd be all I'd be for bad bunny but But it was pretty good And then Yeah they The Miz and Logan Paul ended up beating the Mysterios With the What's the

What's the skull crushing finale He did that to Ray And then one two three And then while they were in there cheering uh, Ms. turned on Logan Paul. And I love how he looked. He was all happy and cheering with the hands up.

And then he just turned it was right and glared at him. You can't, you upstage the Miz. No, you can't. So, uh, he gave,

uh, Logan Paul, uh, another skull crushing finale and just jumped out of the ring. So I thought, I was kind of shocked. I was like, what?

Ah! So. I'm looking forward to this match. I mean, you know it's coming. What's the next pay-per-view? WrestleMania backlash. Do you call on that? Yeah, because it's the backlash or WrestleMania?

It's two nights or one night? Probably just one. We'll see. I mean, overall, I thought the match was good. I thought they did a pretty good job. And again, Logan Paul really impressed me with what he does in ring. This next one, I was looking forward

to it, and then I really wasn't, but then once the match got going, I was like, oh shit, this is the Raw Women's Championship match. Big time Bex, Becky Lynch, taking on EST, Bianca Belair.

Man, they went hard. I hated Becky Lynch's haircut, but as it grew on me, I thought it was kind of sexy. because she got her hair cut previously but

I thought Becky was going to cut Bianca's ponytail off but now that didn't happen but man they went hell hard who was it that took a boot to the back to the top of the head it was Bianca yeah

next day she released some photos eye almost swollen shut but there's no injury to the eye It was just basically a black eye. Well, that's good. Because she got hit hard. Someone else got hit hard, but that was the next night. We'll get to that in a minute.

This was a really good match. They went back and forth. This is the match we should have got at SummerSlam instead of that two second bullshit that we got. I'm glad. Bianca Bellair ended up pulling it out. and she pinned Becky Lynch. I thought that was good.

I was happy for her that she got her next, her second WrestleMania moment. So I was happy that she left with the belt. So we'll see how long. Hopefully she can hold on to it more than just a few months. I would like to see her hold on to her for a while, get a full run as the raw women is champ. and I have that feeling

Charlotte's going to come back to Raw and want it. So I don't know. We'll see. Yeah, I thought the match was good. They went hard. I'm glad Bianca came out to win. I'm glad she didn't get an eye injury because that would have sucked

if she would have had to relinquish the belt. Yeah, she looked good, man. And I loved her entrance too with the, Texas, I think it was Texas State marching band. Yeah. Brought her out to Becky's little weak SUV, bringing her out, I guess, was, didn't really look like big time Bex with all that.

But I thought it went hard. And yeah, I can see what you're saying because it seems like they keep putting Charlotte over on everybody. It wouldn't surprise me. I would like to see Bailey come back and challenge her. Yeah, Bailey got really hurt. So I assume she's going to be back anytime. I say maybe SummerSlam, I would say.

I mean, just make sure that she's all right. But we'll see. This next one, we all know who it was going to be. the Monday night Messiah or Monday Night Rollins or Seth Effron Rollins, whatever you guys want to call him, the architect. He, well, first he was just trying to battle his way to get a match at WrestleMania and he's going to do whatever it takes. And then they say, all right, you got one, but we're not going to tell you who your,

your opponent's going to be. It was supposed to be a big surprise. But if you're up. to date on all the wrestling stuff. We all knew that the American nightmare, Cody Rhodes, was going to make his appearance. Just because he had left AEW.

Shout out to Taylor. He was telling me this. He was like all the shit that Cody Rhodes was talking about WWE when he was over there. And I was like, well, you know what? Maybe

it was just his character. And it's, he had to. So I don't know really the reasons why he left AEW, but I'm sure when once Vince found out that he was leaving then, that they threw that big giant check at him to come back. I think he had to leave. Well, first, I think he had to leave WWE to do all the stuff he did in the Indies and Japan and then AEW. He had to think he had to show them that he can be that guy. he could be the champ and I think he

proved that he proved his worth and yeah they probably pulled up the dump truck of money to his house and this was kind of like the worst or the worst best kept secret I guess because

if it wasn't Cody I don't even know how the crowd would have reacted if it was somebody else that came out yeah I don't know I mean, the rumors were going around. Oh, it could be this person. They could be this or it could be sting or something like that.

They even threw in Sam Punk and Moxley in that. I said, they're not coming over. I mean, especially punk or mox. They had enough for WWE. They won't come back. I mean, but not to say that events, yeah, backed up that truck full of money in their house and said, here you go, just come back. that who knows I mean I can't speak for them but I money talks so but I'm sure if if either of them had to come back there would be a lot of well this is what I want and this is how long I'm doing it they would come up with a lot of rules so but I don't know we'll see but well with that being said it was cool it was cool he had that 10 hour entrance but but uh but uh

I mean, he does what he does, and he does it good. I thought Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins. I mean, it was a really good match, man. They went hard, both of them. Do you really think Cody messed up his ribs? Oh, he looked beat up. You've seen his forehead after getting those kicks from Rollins. Yeah, he was taking some.

Cody always, like, he puts it out there all the time. He lets it go. and this this was a highlight for me I mean just they were going to move for move he busted out the Cody cutter and everything and I just had this match made me excited for a wrestle for WWE that I haven't been excited for in a long time

it was it was great to have him back yeah it was cool I was happy and I was excited I cheered I mean I knew who was coming out but soon as that music hit and then they showed his little tattoo design on the screen what they do

um yeah and Cody probably had to do all that stuff to prove that he's not just the American dream the Dusty Rhodes is son he's not just the brother of gold dust

don't come back as star dust oh from what I understand that that was part of the contract he's going to come back at Stard Us No he does not want to Oh Star does he does not want to hear about

Stard Us but it's funny that he put that in his contract Because there was a moment where He kind of did an homage to Stard Us When he did the cartwheel and did the old Starz time But I guess he said that was just in the moment He couldn't believe he did it because he doesn't ever want He wants to get far away from that character But he said it just was

Something that just happened in the moment moment when he did it. And don't grow that mustache. I hated that. Oh, when he was, when he was dashing. Yeah. But I did like what everyone used to scream,

Cody's mustache. You remember the paper bag, the paper bag mask. But, I mean, these two went hard. They were good together. I would love to see them battle it out again. And at a pay-per-view

because they go harder than they do on raw or smackdown. But I don't know. We'll see. But I mean, I was happy with, we all knew Cody was going to win. Of course we knew that. He wasn't going to come back to lose.

Well, they did that to sting, which was dumb. But anyway, but it was cool. I'm glad it was good to see him. And it looked like the rest of the WWE universe was, was happy to see him. Yeah. He got a huge pop. Because when he was his last few months in AEW,

he was getting a lot of booze. It's probably mainly because he was leaving. I mean, they knew so they're like, boo, and they knew where he was going to go. Yeah. And I respect Cody, too, because he said during that time when he was getting booed, he could have turned heel, but he said he was never going to be healed at AEW.

And he stuck to his word. Yeah, so good. I mean, good for Cody. I'm glad he's back. So we'll see where he's. goes from there. The next one, I was,

yes, I was excited for it. They, they go hard. Charlotte goes hard. And this was a Smackdown Women's Championship, Charlotte Flair,

taking on rowdy, Ronda Rousie. Rowdy Ronda Rousie. And, Ronda Rousie, I think she's done proving herself. That first run

that she had, She paid her dues. She didn't just do pay-per-views. She didn't just do those. She did the house shows and everything. So she went with everyone. She rode the bus or she drove in the car. She was in the locker room with everyone.

She didn't have her own little special dressing room or anything. So, I mean, she did what she had to do. But I was happy. I was happy when she came out at Royal Rumble and I was happy that she was, that she won. and she got to have a main event at WrestleMania. But I was hoping she was going to win. I thought she was going to win.

But, I mean, Charlotte ended up pulling it out again. But, I mean, I love you, Charlotte. Don't get me wrong. I mean, I love her. But how long is she going to keep winning these belts? man this is this match was complete bull not the match but the outcome was complete bullshit i mean this is second russomania in a row where there was some wonky finish controversy i mean come on man this is it's because i don't know charlotte knows where the bodies are hidden

or something she got dirt on somebody they're they're trying to make her like her dad had that 16-time world champion thing and i don't know i mean the match was good it was hard hitting they were there another match where they were trading moves from ronda takes some bumps too she don't like like there was a moment where she got thrown out the ring and usually a wrestler will try you know they'll break the fall with their feet or their hands or something yeah she just goes straight back to the mat outside and there was a few times she She was taking some bumps like that. And I thought she was going to come out with the win.

But when once the referee went down, which is funny that it was, I think it was it was Charles Robinson. Yeah, it was. Yeah, the guy that used to help her father win all the time. I was like, oh, man. As soon as he went down, I was like, oh, she lost. I know he was going down because he was just getting a little too close, uh, when they were going off and then did you see him go fly?

down. I was like, no. Because Rhonda had a Charlotte in the arm bar and but fucking Charles is over there, oh, rolling looking the other way. So, but I was like, oh man, because Charlotte

did tap, but the ref didn't see it. Yeah, whatever to keep Charlotte happy. Yeah. I think she'll drop it the next time they meet. I really do feel from everything I hear about Charlotte

she probably didn't want to lose at WrestleMania she'd rather lose at a different paper view she can lose at Red WrestleMania you've had your WrestleMania moments you were the first one to have the Raw Women's Championship belt at WrestleMania in Dallas

however long ago that was she thinks she's the clean so I mean again Charlotte I love you but come on give some out to a break, man. I'm almost willing to put money

on it. She was like, I'll lose this title any other time. I'm not losing it tonight. I'm waiting for DeGai and Co-Dicota, Cota, what's her nuts? Dakota Jade. Oh, yeah. You see they're changing names

already? Raquel Gonzalez is now Raquel Rodriguez. She married somebody named Rodriguez. Yeah, no, they brought up the Imperium guys. And, you know,

you already knew they changed Walter to Gunther. I guess they changed the other guy's name. Yeah. It doesn't make sense. I don't know what they're doing. Oh, well, we're not in charge over there, so I don't know.

I mean, but this match, they went hard. A, CBSports.com gave it a B plus. I would give it like an A minus. I mean, because I enjoyed what was going on. I mean, Charlotte never goes soft. She goes hard, especially at WrestleMania. And I always love when Rhonda comes in and just starts throwing the left and rights.

Clearly see she's pulling them all. But it's good to see her. I mean, I was a fan of Rhonda when she was in the MMA and UFC and all that. But once she started to get that big head saying, I'm the best and I can't be beat, That's when I'm like, but you jinx yourself when you say that. Everyone that says, I can't be beat, then you get beat up. So I don't know. But yeah, this was a good match.

I really enjoyed it. All right, this next one, I was looking forward. Yes. The Texas Rattlesnake, stone cold Steve Austin taking on Kevin Owens. What is it should say? He makes a shirt. shirt every WrestleMania. Wasn't K-O. Mania again, was it?

I think it has something to do with Stone Cold. Stunner Mania, I don't know. Let me see if I can look at it. Yeah, I was looking forward to this one, too. I'm glad it wasn't just a fight that broke out during his little K.O. show. I'm glad, like, it was an actual, like, match with a referee. Yeah, this one was, uh, was a falls count anywhere or whatever they called it because it didn't just stay in the ring it went out into the crowd and all that i mean

i love it when they go out into the crowd but you can clearly see all the chickitty around them keeping everyone back from trying to i'm not getting involved but just get in the way because i was like when they like kind of fall into the crowd but they ain't doing any of that anymore my opinion I thought Kevin Owens was carrying Stone Cold the whole time I was kind of like cringing on some of the moves he was doing

and I don't know I just wasn't I wasn't feeling it for stunning Steve Austin I was like come on man what do you do and you could see that it was it wasn't it wasn't just a regular match because they were out and about you could see how tired he was

but he he toughed it out he he didn't do an undertaker and just fall down all the time I mean they went from the ring into the crowd onto the stage and everything Kio even stunned Steve Austin

I love Kevin Owens Kevin Steen whatever you want to call him he's good good on the mic, he talks hell as shit. And I love how he's when people get mad at him about doing his moves. And he's like, I'm a fat guy. What do you expect?

I thought Kevin Owens, other than he was carrying Stone Cold, I thought they did a good job, man. It was entertaining. It was fun. We knew who was going to win. I mean, Stone Cold ended up beating Kevin Owens via pinfall.

And of course, all the beer has to come flying into the ring and all that. But, yeah, that stutter that K.O. did, did to him. I was, I was like, you really going to use his move. Well, everyone did that movie even before. Stone Cold. But I laughed at that.

I was laughing at Ella hard. My wife was like, I don't know how you can get into this. I was like, don't want it for me. Yeah. I think my wife, I forgot which part. My wife was what she walked in. And then she was just like, I don't, I don't, I don't see why everybody like, I was like, if you don't get it now, you're never going to get it.

So. And Kevin's shirt, I think, says, stun the world. Yeah. Okay. But yeah, after a stone cold one, yeah, the beers come flying into the ring. His beer, is it broken, broken, broken, scope. or IPA or something. Yeah, I want to try it.

I mean, I guess I got to look for it. I don't see it in any of the beer stores that are in this town. But he did all that. Beers kept flying into the ring and it was all over the place. He brought his brother into the ring too. I thought that was cool. And they were powering the beers. I thought he was going to stun his brother.

Yeah. So did I. Did he stun Brian Saxon this, this night or the next night? I think it was this night. Okay. And man, his, his, uh, he sells his stunner just like the rock because he was flipping and flopping everywhere. Yeah. I'm not a Brian Saxon fan, but yeah, he sold it good and he went for it.

So I really liked all that was going on. But, um, yeah, I, that, again, I love it when they go out into the crowd and everyone's hooting and hollering and everything. so it was it was a good match i enjoyed it well that was the first night saturday night um shit i guess i should have had night two first match on sunday was uh triple threat tag team raw tag team champions r k bro versus the street profits versus alpha academy well before that um the what's his name came out to hype everyone

oh yes true that was a good moment yeah that was cool when he came out once his music hit time to play the game I was like so it was good to see him

come out and see him hype everyone up spit the water out one more time officially left the boots in the middle of the ring yeah I thought that was really cool. Yeah. I was like, somebody must

have had that like, rearing and ready to go. Because it was like, he was there. Then the camera went and you saw his boots in the middle of the ring. I was like, damn, we'll put that in there. So, yeah, that was a good way to kick it all off. Yeah, the first match was the raw tag team championship match, Rakee, Bro. Riddle, Matt Riddle, and

Randy Orton, taking on the street profits and Alpha Academy. Who were you for before it started? Honestly, I kind of like RK. Bro. I'm a fan of the street profits, but I kind of, I just like, I didn't think I would like RK.K. Bro when they first got together, but it all, it works.

It works for me. I don't know. But I know there's going to be a time when Randy just, RKO's riddle out of nowhere. It's going to, it's going to happen. We're sorry. The number you have dialed is not in service at this time. Yeah, I really didn't think I would like RK.K.

Bro, as much as I do now. I am a fan of the street profits, but I was kind of waiting. I was kind of wanting RK. Bro to pull it out, and they ended up pulling it out. Um, I love Matt Riddle. I've always liked him, even during his NXT run and everything. and he was just funny. I liked him. Doing what he does, long hair, no shoes or socks.

Being all goofy and everything. But yeah, when the arcade bro first started, I was kind of like, really? I mean, I was like, that's kind of an odd matchup. And it's not like Randy needs anyone to help him do what he, do what he does. I think there's one of those team ups that that works

so I love with both of them. Street profits I was more into them I wanted them to get their WrestleMania moment but Alpha Academy Shorty G and what's his nuts Otis

Yeah Otis I mean I liked him I mean he does what he does What happened to the dude did the other guy get let go? uh yeah heavy machinery or whatever they were called yeah budget cuts yeah i think they kept old it's just because he's the comic relief i mean but he does what he does when he's in the ring remember there was a time when he was money in the bank winner and he had he had mandy rose and yeah i don't know what they're doing with i don't know who comes up with these ideas but

This match, they all went hell of hard. All of them. I mean, they were flying in and out of the ring all over the place. Man, I'll give it to Chad Gable. I mean, he's a little guy and he does what he does. So I like Shorty G better, but I don't know. Maybe he was the one that said, look, man, I'm tired of that name. Change my name.

So I thought this was a really good match, man. they went hell hard in this. The is a Monter's Ford and Angelo Dawkins. Those guys are awesome. I loved it. I mean, I wanted them to win. When they came out with the solo cups and everything

and they do what they do. When Alpha Academy came out, man, there was no love. They didn't even clean out the cups. They just looked at them all. on the stage they had to kick them as they were coming out. I mean, Otis, I don't know how tall he is, but

he's a big guy, and he's only got his handful of moves, but you mainly just laugh at his performances and what he does, so that's why I like him. I was never really a shoddy G Chad Gable fan, but

Really surprised that they haven't taken away street profits, their first names. I'm just giving them just one name, but, you know, that's coming soon. I like profits.

chad gable is going there can be only one olympia here so I don't know but yeah I see that match coming um this Gable Stevenson what was he before was he a football player or he was a Olympic gold medalist

wrestling so I'm thinking of the other dude never mind he was a football guy that matches in a minute well um yeah the match was good I thought they they were awesome I mean I love when they fly high I love love when you know when someone's going to come flying out of the ring when you just see all the rest was kind of getting to a big group and uh montes ford came flying out over everybody

glad he didn't overshoot it because sometimes he does he i thought he was too i thought he because he when he jumps he's got he's got them leaps and he shoo sort over everybody over the the corner the the corner pull and then flipped into into the crowd i love when he does that this next one i was looking forward to it i am an omas fan and this is bobby lashly taking on omas umas um big guys only got a handful of moves but these two with the moves that they had they went hard and to see bobby lashly get thrown around like a rag doll by omas was glorious I was rooting for Omas, but, man, I'll give it to Bobby Lashley. I mean, what happened to him at Elimination Chamber?

Did he, was it his shoulder? He got injured in the Brock Lesnar match at the paper group before then. Oh, yeah. So they, that was, that was a way for them to kind of write him out so he can heal, was to have him get hurt in the chamber, but he was really hurt. before then. Yeah, because they weren't mentioned in it. They weren't sure.

Excuse me, if he was 100% and then. I don't think he was. I think they needed him for WrestleMania. Yeah. That's why why they just don't look. You just sit out until you get your moment. But, man, almost did it, man. He picked up Bobby

Lashley. I don't know much how he weighs, but he looks heavy. You there still? Yep. Just heard of beep. I don't know if you heard that. But yeah, they graded, CBS Sports.com graded this one. They B minus. Bobby Lashley ended up pulling it out in the end. And this is probably Omas' longest match that he's had.

I mean, he's had him, but I think to get his WrestleMania moment, to just have a match, a singles match at WrestleMania. I'll give it to him. All right. On to this one I was looking forward to, just because I am a fan of Johnny Knoxville. And this is anything goes match between Sammy Zane and Johnny Knoxville. Johnny Knoxville made his appearance at the Royal Rumble.

And he came in and got beat the hell up by everybody and he threw him out. But he was after Sammy Zane. I like the buildup to this. I mean, I know when Johnny Knoxville was in Royal Rumble, it was because Jackass River was coming out. And they were hyping that up. I'm kind of glad that they kept this feud going. The movie's already done and out and it's already on Paramount Plus. But I'm not a Sammy Zane fan at all.

Oh. I just not. I just didn't really care for him. But he's such a great heel, though. And then, of course, he got his alias, Generico. I can't take his heel run seriously. That, that's, I can't. Because they never, they never let him, they kind of start shit with him and then they kind of just end it real quick.

Yeah. So that's why I'm like, I can't take him serious enough. But anything goes match, man. It was. Anything went. I mean, everything. but the kitchen sink was being used. I mean, crutches, garbage cans,

fire extinguisher. Bowling ball to the nuts. Bowling ball. Chris Pontius, party boy. He even got involved in it, but he got kind of roughed up. Go ahead. No, it looks like he took a hard bump and rolled out of the ring.

My highlight of the match was Wee Man, Body Slamming, Sammy. That was a nice body slam too. Yeah, it was Wii mania. Sammy Zane went looking for something. Johnny, he just

roughed up Johnny. Johnny was laying in the ring and Sammy Zine jumped out of the ring and he was trying to find something under the ring. But when he opened it up, boom, here came we man from under the ring. Hornswoggle style. What would have made this match even more awesome if Hornswagel was right behind him.

I was a little lost it, but I don't think that'll ever happen. But yeah, we man came out and got Sammy Zane and just started throwing the left and rights and the combo. Did you just started beating Sammy Zane back until he crashed into the wall. But yeah, when they got in the ring and we men picked them up and body sleds him, I was like, ah, I was losing it. I watched this match a few times just because it was all funny. A boot to the face, we man guy was kind of rough.

Oh, that was. I mean, he sold it well. He had to because that was full force that way it looked like. And it connected. It was, he maybe he pulled it a little towards the end. But it was like right after they did it live and everybody went, oh, they showed the replay, slow motion replay. And you just see his Sammy Zane's foot just. just get

we man just perfect and he must have felt it because as soon as he went down he rolled right out of the ring and then you didn't see him for a while but yeah I'll give it to we man Jason Akuna man

he took that hard ass kick and he went down Johnny was getting the shit beat out of him he was bleeding right when they started because when he jumped in the ring and they started going at it I noticed Johnny was bleeding, but I couldn't really see from where.

But yeah, he, he took those hard bumps. He's trying, like, hell to keep his glasses on, too, throughout the match. Oh, yeah, that's what, because he got, I think he got kicked, too, and his glasses cut his forehead between his eyes because that was bleeding. It wasn't, like, pouring out or anything, but you can see the blood. They brought out the table with all the mousetraps on them. I thought that was funny. It's

Johnny got slammed into that one, right? Yeah. Sammy Zane threw him off the ring. He went into that. That was cool. But when they broke out the big giant mousetrap at the end, I was like, what the hell is going on here? And I was looking at it and I was thinking,

that's not going to work. I was telling, Eric was sitting there. My son was sitting there watching because he was Johnny Knoxville. I was like, dude, something's going to happen. And that thing isn't going to work. That's exactly what happened. It was a huge giant mousetrap. Johnny was supposed to pull this rope and it was supposed to spring.

But he kept pulling on the rope when it wasn't going. He didn't know. He was like, fuck. And Sammy, shout out to Sammy, man. Because after he got roughed up, you see him crawl onto the, onto the mouse trap he's got to you know somehow be in place

so and I it's that's giving it a little more credit I don't think that was a rope that looked like a little thin piece of string yeah because when he pulled it and nothing happened

so he started messing with it trying to get it to go and you can see Sammy's still laying there like okay I'm here I'm ready but when the trap sprung, it hit Johnny first and then then it hit Sammy Zayden.

He could easy crawl that I think, but yeah, Johnny came sliding in and pinned Sammy Zane so Johnny Knoxville won this match. It was for nothing. It was just and anything goes match and anything did go. I thought it was awesome, but we man

came in and stole that match. I thought that was awesome. The next one was a women's tag team championship match Carmela and Queen Zelina taken on the boss Sasha Banks and feel the glow

Naomi versus live for brutality come on live Morgan against also against Natalia and Shana Bazela

all right of course you know I got to go for the boss so she's fresh fresh y'all um Naomi I feel the glow and oh that ass

um sorry you go sorry ladies but um I love Carmella she's hot but I just can't stand her

and I'm not a Queen Zalina fan uh Natty she does what she does as well as Liv Morgan she's she's hot and she also gets her dues in the ring.

But I was either going to be happy with, if Natalia and Shana Bazler won. I was happy with that. But it didn't work out. But this match, they all went hard, especially Sasha Banks and Naomi. They always put in a thousand percent as well as Shana and Natalia. But, oh man, I hate Corey.

just wanted to punch him and you just hear him every now oh you okay baby she's the most beautiful woman I was like shut up they're officially married now yeah I mean come on I mean two each is on

get out of a marriage just to get right into another one I'm like uh whatever um Sasha and Naomi ended up pulling this out and they are the new women's tag team champion I mean but all of them went hard every single gal that was in

in this match they they just didn't they just pulled all the stops and just kept going harder and harder and harder I always give it to Naomi she's hit or miss sometimes but I thought she went just as hard as everybody else in this and

if this was like a really a real street fight I think yeah Shane of Beazer were to came out on top and beat the hell out of everybody. But the other thing that bugs me, I mean, I love Carmela, but I hate this whatever mask she's wearing. I protect the moneymaker. But yeah, it was a cool match. This next one I was excited for it, but it was all right. I didn't, there was nothing to write home about.

This is the phenomenal AJ styles taking on the rated our superstar, Edge. CBSports.com graded it a B. I was, I don't know if I wanted to get, yeah, yeah, I don't know if I already gave her that, I have a great, but. The only thing I liked about this match was, was Edge, turn and heel in that, that whole buildup for that. The buildup for the match period was, was weak, and the match was a little disappointing for me. Yeah, I, it didn't, other than I didn't like them changing Edge's music, but, um, Yeah. Evil music?

No, I don't like that. I like the other. It's evil now. I love the Alter Ridge songs, but they both went hard. AJ went hard into the entrance frame when he cut his cheek. Yeah, he did. He was going to do the phenomenal forearm, but the edge got him with a spear. And then he pinned.

AJ so well he forgot he got the strike oh that's right freeze new new new faction Edge and Damien and I'm I'm hearing they're thinking about talking about adenria and possibly tamaso chompa and have the whole faction I'm all for ria but I don't know we'll see but they're evil they even borrowed undertaker's uh lights and stuff If they do team up, I see them something happening down the line and Edge and Damien Priz are going to go at it. So, but I don't know. We'll see.

Yeah, they never keep factions together. I like the hurt business when they form, but that was for like a month. Yeah, that wasn't a long run. The next one, the new day, taking on Seamus and Ridge Holland. we all know that Biggie is out for a while and they did they did Xavier Woods King Xavier and Coffey Kingston

they did show Biggie Smalls Biggie Smalls Big E Lengson and whatever you want to call them they did show them some love but I didn't really care for this match Did you? No I kind of

had a finish to the match in my head. Sometimes I book my own matches the way I think they should go. It would have been Shamis and Ridge Holland ended up winning, but I thought it would have been amazing if during the match all of a sudden, you know how big he does the intro? Yeah.

If he did that, he don't have to come to the ring. He could stand at the top of the stage. If he did that, distracted, Seamus or whoever was in the ring and gave the new the chance to win. I thought that would have just been amazing having to be there. But no,

Seamus and Ridge win and I guess a butcher. Stupid ass name. They had to keep him off because he's crazy now. You have to pull him off of people. Yeah, whatever.

The CBS boards degraded this match to C minus. All right. I guess I could see that. I was looking forward to this one. I don't really care for Pat McAfee when he's commentating, but I mean, he did a good job in the ring and he was taking on the hate Austin theory.

Oh, he's not Austin theory anymore. What is he just? He's theory. Oh, no, he's just theory. Oh, my God. All right.

I don't know what Vince is trying to do in. And he stole, um, Drew Breezes selfie and all that. And yeah, when fucking, no, that was later. That was the next match. But yeah, McAfee and Austin Theory going at it. I thought it was good.

I mean, Pat McPhee, he proved himself, man. He can do it. He went to the top. And he was flying across the ring and everything. But Austin Theory, he's, I know it's his character. And he's got to be the heel. but I don't know, I just don't like him. But he does do awesome in the ring.

So I can give him that one. This match was pretty good, man. They both went hard. I mean, I was shocked to see Pat McPhee do what he does, especially diving off the top of the ropes. So I thought that was really cool. He gets my respect. This next one, I wasn't really sure where it was going.

But this was Pat McPhee, again, taking on the chairman of the board, Vince McMahon. somebody is officially too old now yeah I was like I was like how the hell I was like how old is Vince McMahon I had to look it up he's 76 years old he moved like he was 96 years old yeah this this wasn't the Vince that we saw when he was had his battling with Stone Cold. I mean, all that was awesome back in the day,

but oh man, Vince, just stay in the back. Is he really going to sell the company to someone? I don't know. I mean, with,

I would like for him to hand it over to Triple H was what he did with NXT. But the fact that they completely just changed everything he did, over there. I think you might as well just sell it to somebody.

At least sell it to somebody that's going to do right by it. I don't know. Maybe Triple H will buy it with some get some investors together and buy it. But that's the word that they're looking to sell. That's why they're doing all the budget cuts and all that stuff. So I don't know, exactly. Stephanie's not, she can't take over? handed over to a woman.

No, I don't know. I don't know if that's how Vince thinks. But I never, I never hear her name brought it brought up. When they're talking about who's going to run it, they never say Stephanie. Yeah,

well, just definitely not going to be Shane. No, he's done. Shane book himself as the undisputed champion. Yeah. But yeah, the next one,

Pat McPhee and Ms. McMahon, man, just stay in the back and write the checks because oh man, this was this was horrible, but I mean, when he took off the sports code and everything or his jacket and tie

his arms still looked like they had a little bit of a fight left in him. I mean, you can see the skin is a little loose, but he still got those guns. I mean, he don't look like how he did a muscle and fitness, but he still

he still got him. I'm sure still works out. But yeah, the way he was moving in this, I was like, ooh. I wasn't feeling it at all. But he was beating the shit. He only did. He beat the shit out of Pat McPhee. Because let me see.

CBSSports.com graded this and F. Yes, I agree. F for the match. A plus for Austin. versus McMahon's callback, even if McMahon could barely take a stunner. Oh, my gosh. That was, I don't know. I know, I know it was bad, but it was almost like amazingly bad.

Yeah, I was like, I was laughing my ass. Yeah, when, after Vince was beating the hell out of Pat McPhee, you heard the push. And everybody went, ah, I did too. I wasn't even expecting it. I was just too busy into the match watching Vince throw Pat McPhee around. But when Stone Cold music hit it, he came out, I was like, oh, man, this is going to be awesome. Ooh.

These two guys, yeah, they're done. I mean, Vince, stay in the back, do what you do. Stone Cold, do whatever you do, make your beer and all that. Just, yeah, that stunner he did to Vince. man was awful. Nothing, nothing against Stone Cold, but McMahon,

he just, he did not sell that good at all. It was horrible. It was horrible, but it actually was good because it was funny. It's like he was trying to make his body fall, but it wasn't, his body was fighting himself or something.

Yeah, so after, um, Vince McMahon had beat Stone Cold beat the hell out of Vince McMahon and he rolled out of the ring. Pat McPhee was all happy

and then they broke out the beer, started drinking and then Stone Cold put a stunner on Pat McPhee. It was like, soon as he took the drink of that beer, flipped him off, kicked him in the stomach, it's stunner.

But when I'll give it to Pat McPhee, man. He sold it good because he went down and spit the beer out and everything. I was laughing at all that. But I enjoyed it. I was happy

that the match took place. All right. The next one. This was the main event. The greatest main event of all time is what they were building it as. We've seen this match over and over

and over. I don't know how many years. But the winner take all championship unification match. Roman Reins the universal champion taking on Brock Lesner the W.W.E. champ.

So it was like whoever wins leaves with two belts. For a main event match this match was hella short. It was like I don't even think 10 minutes if that, if it was 10 minutes

but it seems like it just boom boom boom over yeah and I read some things about it so I'll touch on a little bit but it was it was just like you said boom boom boom like one Roman'll hit a move then Brock will hit a move suplex here spear there you know all the big moves and then goes for another spear right into a Camara arm or basically arm lock and then you hear Roman saying my arms out of socket and then he hits hits him with the weirdest fucking spear I've ever seen the one from the back yeah and then hits him with another one and then pins him so what I have found out that it was as far as the injury the injury could be real but then there's other reports that it was part of the storyline so I don't know about that but the shortness of the match, I guess, was that that's how it was supposed to be. It was supposed

to be boom, boom, boom. Everybody hit their big moves and then match over. But they both only got a handful of moves. Yeah. So I wasn't sure what the hell they were doing here.

And the the what's his nuts? The manager Paul Heeman. I hate it when Brock Lesnar would look at him and he would like, oh my God, come on.

But yeah, man, the match, it was what it was. It went by really fast. I mean, for a main event of WrestleMania, this match should have went on a little longer. I'm seeing here. It went on for 12 minutes and 15 seconds. It did? Yeah. barely barely over 10 minutes I don't know man I see this one seemed short

I mean they took forever to get to the ring then when they were actually in there but I don't know I don't I don't book the events I don't write the storyline but did did you at any point think the Rock was coming after I kind of thought so because the Rock's mom was there yeah they showed they showed her yeah so I mean maybe she was just there to see her nephew, Roman Reins and the

Usos. So, but yeah, I was, I was kind of disappointed with this match. I mean,

other than we've seen it a million times, we knew exactly what they were going to do, F5, Spears, Superman punches,

Brock Lezner laughing and being stupid and all that, but they both did what they did in the match. So, I mean, I can, I can appreciate that. I just wanted it to be a little bit longer.

Where is the cowboy hat? I, I don't. He should have rode a horse to the ring. Or, yeah, I guess he'd get away. Well, at least Stone Cold, he came tearing down that ramp on a quad. Yeah. I should have

brought, uh, brought to the ring with the horse and carriage or something or something. yeah I don't know but yeah this match the the the main event to end it all it was it was okay because again it was nothing we haven't seen before I mean we saw this way back at WrestleMania the 32 the one when Seth Rons stole the show cashed in his money in the bank because at that one Roman and Brock were going to the hell hard Brock was beating the shit out of Roman and Roman range kept sitting up laughing as blood's pouring out of his mouth

but I don't know we'll see I guarantee you everyone there's going to be another match with these two I don't know how many times you got to beat this dead horse but all right I mean I'll watch it every time it it's on but I don't know I was just not really happy with the ending of this one So, man, if it would have ended with the Vince McMahon and Stone Cold and Pat McPhee and all them, I would have been happy with that, but they already ended the night before with them or was Stone Cold anyway, but I don't know. Real quick, I just wanted to say, I thought Roman's celebration was kind of weak too. Like, this guy just unified the titles and I mean, the bloodline didn't even come out or nothing. I mean, they did the fireworks and everything,

but I would have thought him unifying the titles and being the head of the table, and they would have did something a little bit more for it. Yeah, they didn't fully acknowledge him. So, I don't know. I still want one of those bloodline t-shirts. He should have at least got on the mic at the end and told everybody to acknowledge him because now that he's the unified world champ.

Yeah, he didn't do any of that. He was like, as soon as he won, he walked out of the ring. holding his two belts and all that. Yeah, everyone, that was a WrestleMania 38, um, Saturday night and Sunday night. Um, I don't like these two night

WrestleMania's, but whatever, you get to watch wrestling two nights in a row. It's going to happen next year, they said. Yeah, um, definitely I want to go. My son was kind of like,

well, I want to go because it's closer and we can stay at his uncle Mike's house. So I don't know. We'll see as it going on. I'm like, look, if you're going to go with me,

at least watch wrestling again. He kind of stopped watching it once he got a little older. But so you know what's going on and you know who everyone is. Because even he came out. He came out of his room when, uh, for this main event. He went,

they're fighting again. I'm like, I, I don't know what to tell you. He was 10 years old. Now he's 17. And he was like, man, he goes, we're still going at it.

I said, yeah. Should have told him this one was different because it's the biggest main event in WrestleMania history. I was happy with it with the ending, though. I love Roman rings. Yeah. I think I'm going to try to make it out because it would be my first WrestleMania. So it's fun, dude.

I mean, even if you have a crappy seat no matter what, I mean, just to be in there with everybody hooting and hollering and all the hijinks and craziness drunk drunk hijinks that's going on outside in the parking lot it's cool yeah dude you should definitely go i mean i was kicking myself as i was watching both of these nights go damn i should have went damn i shouldn't win because one of my other but one of my other friends went and he ended up taking his girlfriend and i was like wow why why do you take because she don't watch friends she hates wrestling i said why'd you take her and you're like because you didn't go i was like you didn't tell me you had a ticket for me but yeah we thought she was we was we was recording the

the horror return as the main show and you had messages asking doesn't nobody doesn't wear mask anymore and so i thought you were messaging us from the stadium i wish yeah nobody had them on in there did you see that video i think it was was a Saturday night. Johnny was walking, I think he went to go get a drink or something. He was walking up in the lobbies where all the people are.

Somebody was yelling at Johnny Knoxville, but Johnny Knoxville was talking hell of shit right back to him. No, I didn't see that one. Maybe the guy that was yelling at Johnny was serious, but Johnny was just in the moment. And he had two security. The two security guards were laughing. trying to hold back Johnny Knoxville.

After I get fucking, after I beat Sammy Zane's ass, I'm going to beat your ass and shit like that. He was going off. But the security guards, they just had big smiles on their faces as they were trying to get up away. I think Johnny was locked into his, his WWE character. I mean, I'll give it to Johnny. I mean, other than he just beats his body to hell for us to laugh on jackass and everything. And he did a good job in that night. He drew blood.

And he got the hell beating out of him. But he still won. So I loved that match. But yeah, everyone, that is WrestleMania 38. WrestleMania backlash. When's that? Shit. Maybe next.

unify the tag team titles. which I really hope the Uso's win because I would love to see the bloodline just have all those belts yeah where's Tamina she's in wrestling jail I don't know I haven't heard any

or any news that they cut her I just assumed that she's just hanging out in the back she had some weird storyline with the one what's the Japanese wrestler that always does like the 24-7 title dresses up like a ninja oh um i know you're talking about but yeah they had some weird storyline where he was like in love with tamina and then all of a sudden they were just not on tv no more

spring back uh nijacks and let them all join the bloodline and just beat the hell at everyone Is she with Mojo Raleigh? Who? Nia Jax or whatever a real name is. I don't know. She's always making these TikTok videos and he's right there with her, dancer and then

Putin and hollering. And it's all right. I don't know. But yeah, WrestleMania 38, everyone. Yeah, we'll be back with backlash. I have a feeling that those matches are going to be a little bit harder
