Welcome to the I Love Seville Show, guys. My name is Jerry Miller. It's Monday afternoon. Thank you kindly for watching and listening, Charlottesville's number one media platform. It's good to connect with you guys on the water cooler of content and conversation with quite a bit to cover on the show today. It's a very newsy-type show.

We encourage you, the viewer and listener, to participate in the discussion. Some of the information we will discuss today crowdsourced by viewers and listeners. There's one tidbit that is not a headline that's on screen. I was hesitant to make this a headline on screen, but I do find it news that you, the viewer, and listener should know.

So I'm showing a little bit of judgment here by not putting this on the headline, but headline list, but still it's information you, the viewer, and listener should know. Allison Spillman, who resigned as a school board member, the at-large member, has enrolled one of her children at St. Anne's Belfield Academy. I thought that was newsy. I'm not going to go deep on this. She has positioned her children front and center with her campaign. One of her children is enrolled at St. Ann's Belfield Academy. The extent of what I'm going to say on that, but you, the viewer and listener, I thought you should know that. A lot I want to cover on the docket. I want to talk, Kada Cuff, in a movement, to push for her resignation

or potentially secure the signatures that jumpstart a community effort to petition her resignation. That should be a cross-isle issue, regardless of party affiliation. Democrat or Republican. Amar County ins, should be uniting, asking for Kada Cuff's resignation. The rumor mill, I found this incredibly disappointing. The rumor mill, as passed along to me, the spillman used with one of her children at St. Ann's Belfield was passed on to me this weekend and then confirmed.

Then this information passed on to me by two people that, I trust. The rumor mill has Steve Colazar, a former school board member, as the frontrunner to replace Allison Spillman. Steve Colzer is 79 years old and was previously a school board member. He is who current school board members are thinking about handpicking. He was the Scottsville District school board member that was then seceded by Ellen Osborne, who's on the board currently. He is a previous six-term school board member, Judah. Six terms. He served on the board. He is 79 years old, turns 80 in October.

The rumor mill has him as the replacement for Spillman. I want to unpack that on today's program. I also want to talk on today's show, viewers and listeners, about John McGuire scolding City Hall I think John McGuire made a lot of points that are fair and valid on the Holiday Drive shelter that is going to be up and running

goodness gracious in eight days we are eight days away from the September 1 deadline where tent town tenants will be evicted from free bridge and the Rivana River and then transition town tenants transition to temporary, I'm trying to continue, temporary encampment,

temporary shelter at Holiday Drive. McGuire pens a letter, scolding Sam Sanders in City Hall. I want to talk about that on the program. You talk about this as well. I found it interesting. I also found it kind of pomp and circumstance. I mean, like window dressing here,

McGuire in the middle of a heated campaign. Look, it's no secret. that, you know, Virginia is blue. It's no secret that midterms, because of, you know, some of the stuff that Trump has done, specifically this war in Iran, that midterms are looking like a landslide for the Democrats. And this fifth district that McGuire and Periello are in a brouhaha

battling for the seat in Congress in the fifth district is genuinely a Republican strategy. triangle hold. But in this particular race, polls are suggesting that it's an extremely tight battle, Maguire and Periello. McGuire looking for a second term. Periello, of course, the one-time golden boy of the Democratic Party, a man that was able to get Barack Obama here in Charlottesville, Tom Periello, now looking to get a seat back in Congress after some time on K Street. We'll talk McGuire. letter on the show. We'll talk Hardy Drive. I mean, geez, Louise, Hardy Drive is looking like a war zone of late. I mean, you talk about one of the most

dangerous pockets of, you know, violence and gunfire and gun use. It's Hardy Drive. And one would question what the Charlottesville redevelopment and housing authority is doing with vetting its tenant list and its tenant profile. And what it's doing when, CRHA tenants are violent to evict and to remove. I mean, Hardy Drive is a source of more violence than just about anywhere in Charlottesville. We'll talk about that on the show. We'll talk

Nakaya Walker, the former mayor of Charlottesville, ripping Michael Payne in a scathing post on Facebook on today's show. And speaking of Michael Payne, he's now due to Wickhauer utilizing the term blight for the Dewberry hotel. It's about damn time, Michael Payne. That they may pursue

the blighted strategy with the Dewberry Hotel, which would very much offer the city more leverage and what it can do to the emperor of empty lots, as he's been dubbed by Bloomberg magazine. John

Dewberry grew up in Waynesboro, former quarterback for the Georgia tech rambling wreck, now a hot landa developer who utilizes the empty lot strategy to secure tax incentives from the cities where he owns primetime real estate. Certainly Charlottesville fits that mold. It's been nearly 20 years that we've had this armpit called the Dewberry hotel. Now it's changed names and it's been owned by different people. Halsley Minor, the founder of CNET, the former owner of the site, a hotel plan for so long, now it's a rodent and rat den. You walk by there at night. It's like the radisson for rats over there.

And I'm not talking of the adorable ratatoui variety. I'm talking about the nasty, nasty ones. A lot we're going to cover on the show. Which headline is most intriguing to you and why on a Monday? I am intrigued by the ever mysterious mysteries of Nikaya Walker and whatever she has to say about Michael Payne. Nikaya Walker is the former mayor of Charlottesville. This is the same person who, while...

serving as mayor of Charlottesville, I guess you can put that on screen now, this lower third. While serving as mayor of Charlottesville, she wrote a poem that compared the city that she was leading to rape and male ejaculate. Can't make that up. That's literally what she did. Now over the weekend, you've got to wonder what is going on with the former mayor. Over the weekend, she offers a Facebook post that is scathing in its commentary on Michael Payne.

Here's what she writes. Who is running for counsel next? Has our local DSA, I would imagine that's the Democratic Socialists of America, the DSA is the locals? Yeah, Democratic Socialists, yeah, of America or association. So, yeah, she says, has our local DSA split from Michael Payne yet?

Michael gets fired up on a few topics, but he is far from a progressive firebird. Randami, where? Michael Payne is as safe as they come for those interested in maintaining the status quo. Many of you are attracted to the whiteness or white adjacency of our council members, but at least four of them are plantation gatekeepers. I haven't met one of them yet. If you want real change, you're going to have to vote differently.

If you don't want revolutionary change, no matter your politics, you are a part of the problem. are part of the collective that makes what's happening at the federal level possible. That's Nakaya Walker's commentary on Michael Payne and four city counselors that she calls plantation gatekeepers. I would imagine those four are Lloyd Snook-snookering, Juan Diego Wade, who Don Gathers called, basically Don Gathers called Juan Diego Wade and Uncle Tom, Michael Payne and Natalie Oshornomics. I would she probably hasn't the one she hasn't met I would imagine is Jen Fleischer. Where do you want to start?

I thought she was, I thought she was saying she hadn't met any of them yet. But I get it now. I haven't met with one of them yet. Well, of course she's met with Snook and one day ago, yeah. I took that to mean I haven't met with a single one, but you're probably right. There's one of them that she has. Yeah, it's Jen Fleischer. Yeah.

I mean, look, part of the viewer and listener base is like, why are we reverencing Nikaya Walker? I can see Deep Throat saying that right now. And then he'll follow that by saying she's Looney Tunes and all for meds. She's spelled Mom Donnie wrong. That's what Deep Throat is probably saying right now. I have not checked the DMs yet from Deep Throat, but I know Deep Throat well enough. That's probably what he's saying right now.

The reason we reference in the Kayo Walker A is A, she's the former mayor of Charlottesville. She is still active in city council. meetings speaking in the public comments. She helped lead a charge, a failed charge against the Mark in Fifeville. She was part of the group that activated, the activist group that activated against the developers in Fifell. They failed at that. She is a massive social media following, and she still has clout and influence. Are there indications that from time to time her commentary is deranged and unstable? Yes, it's obvious.

obvious. What's odd here is the fact that Nakaya Walker is ripping Michael Payne who got her elected. One of the individuals that was extremely influential with getting Nakaya Walker elected was Michael Payne. As was Dave Norris, viewers and listeners, Dave Norris, friend of the program, extremely influential with getting Nakia Walker elected. Michael Payne extremely, on her campaign team, Michael Payne. Now Nakaya Walker is, is, is, is, is, I mean, what is she saying about Michael Payne? A lot of the commentary she writes, I don't understand, frankly. What is she saying about him, that he's a plantation gatekeeper, and he's just a white boy? She's saying that he's not progressive enough.

She's saying that he gets fired up, but he doesn't get fired up about the stuff that she wants him to get fired up about. She's curious if the local DSA, I don't know, is there a local DSA? Is that just what we call the Democrat? in central Virginia. She wonders if they've split from him. I don't know that they're supporting him in any way, so I'm not sure what a split from Michael Payne would mean. Then she talks about him being safe.

I mean, she talks about people being attracted to the whiteness or white adjacency of our council members. What does that even mean? What does that mean? Seriously, do you know what that means? It means she doesn't like what. white people. I mean, that's what that means, right? Many of you are attracted to the whiteness or white adjacency of our council members, but at least four of them are, I think she's saying that,

you know, you can, you can love on the, uh, the white people, but, uh, they're plantation gatekeepers. I'm not really sure what that means either. Well, I just, what are we talking about here? Former mayor Walker. I think she wants mom, Donnie. And I'm guessing that the, The photo in the article that she's linking to is, let's see. That's from an article in the New York Times. A stunning win for the left in Florida, six takeaways from Tuesday's primaries. Look, if you're conservative and incapacity, and I vote for candidates, I don't vote party. I vote candidates and platform points and how you campaign and what you stand for.

I voted for Democrats. I voted for Republicans. I voted for libertarians. Conservatives, liberal. I vote person. Midterms are going to be a bloodbath. Everyone sees that, right? It is going to be extremely one-sided.

And we're starting to see that now. And, you know, take the McGuire-Perry-Ello race. A lot of polls have this a dead heat. and this is in the fifth district. You have an incumbent congressman John McGuire, who for the most part has not rocked the vote, for the most part. There's some questionable things with McGuire, okay?

The state of the union, you know, the ponying up to Trump and some of the other stuff that he's done is policies on health care. we're not going to take a deep dive on that, but questionable. Okay, but he's an incumbent. He's in a dead heat with Periello. So much so that he's window dressing, scolding letters to City Hall about the homeless encampment on Holiday Drive. Why is a congressman telling Charlottesville City Hall what to do with its homeless problem? That's not a federal issue.

Nakaya Walker's is as some, some, some, sharp, intelligent tendencies. So she realizes what's ahead in midterms and she's working behind the scenes to potentially push candidates into a council race. We have some seats upcoming and she's calling out Michael Payne whose primary source of income is the $18,000 he's making on council. Literally his top source of income is this 18,000 on council. If you remember Charlottes, City Hall approved a tremendous raise. Charlottesville City Councilor Council salary increase. They approved a tremendous raise for themselves. Charlestville City Council voted to increase their annual salaries from 18,000 to 34,000 for counselors and 20,000 to 37,000

for the mayor. These pay increases officially took effect on July 1, 2026. So they're going on now. Hell, we should have covered that. Shame on you, Jerry. Now in August for not covering that in July. When you're going from 18K to 36,000, 37,000, that's a hell of a jump. No doubt.

So no doubt in my mind that Michael Payne sees this as a long-term job, I probably would think that Kyle Walker realizes that pain sees this a long-term job, and she's trying to water down his platform to see if she can get somebody in there that she likes. I would encourage the former mayor to offer scathing commentary on social media that we can understand and don't have to utilize an SAT prep course book to decipher your meanings. Just make it normal. Anything you want to add to that? Yeah, I don't see that happening. I mean, she would probably reply that you can't understand it

because you're a plantation gatekeeper as well. I just have a five-bedroom house in Ivy. I like to walk in my yard. Sometimes I do it barefooted. Sometimes I'm wearing crotch. Our German Shepherd is with us. We like to swim and we're building an outdoor patio. What are you talking about here?

Wow. former mayor Mackay Walker. What are you talking about here? Next headline. Is the lead of the headline, the lead of the show today, the Kada Koff storyline, can you put that on screen? Yeah. Look, let's talk politics.

I had a conversation with somebody that I have a lot of respect for this morning. It was an off-the-record conversation, and I was passed along information that I promised I would not attribute to this person nor err on the show in any capacity. one of the elements of this conversation that I was I am able to reference on the show is this guy Steve Colzar

that's rumor milled to be the Allison Spillman replacement remember your school board members are picking a replacement for Allison Spillman who recently resigned okay I before I get to Steve Colazar and what we know about him the possible

replacement for Allison Spillman. I'd like to reference Kada Cuff again, whether you're a conservative or a Democrat, if you live in Almaro County, and especially if you're parents of children, you should be calling for Kada Cuff's resignation. She knew in the beginning of the year that the police was investigating the school system, and she did absolutely nothing about it. She didn't communicate it with anybody. She did nothing about it.

Did not bring it to the attention of parents. Did not mention it in a school board meeting. Did not mention it to school board peers. Did not document the trail at any capacity. Didn't ask follow-up questions in any capacity. It's basically like the three monkeys emoji from my iPhone, where the monkeys are covering their ears, covering their mouth, and covering their eyes. the lack of action by Kate a cuff is appalling.

And whether you're a Democrat or a Republican, you should be demanding her resignation. If you thought what Allison Spillman did was egregious and her time on the school board, which I certainly did, what Kate a cuff did this year with the lack of action trumps everything Spillman has done, including the KKK.

comparison. Yes, including the KKK comparison. As a school board member, to know that the police is investigating your school system because of alleged sexual assault on children in school hours is appalling

to do nothing. And that's exactly what she's done. And what Kada Koff wants right now is for this story to expire from a new cycle standpoint. And we're not going to let that happen.

And I want you to realize this as you segue into the next lower third. It's the current school board members now that are going to replace, that are going to choose the new superintendent. And Dr. Hayes, the interim superintendent, very well could be the new superintendent. There could be a national search. I believe there's a national search going on now for Mount Haas's replacement. the current school board members are selecting the next $300,000 a year compensated leader of ACPS. This is as critical a hire in Almaro County as any. I want you to think about this.

Who the school board hires for superintendent is as critical a hire as you can find in Almaro County, regardless of line of work. I mean, it's on the short list right there with what? President of the University of Virginia, county executive, right? Look at what Matt Haas did to ACPS, especially post-COVID. Look how he managed the pandemic.

Look at post-pandemic. Look at what he did with a social-emotional learning coach, a non-licensed person. Look at how he handled this alleged sexual assault saga. Look. Look at what he's done to test scores and performance of the academic variety. Look at what he did with rebranding and renaming schools. Do you see how significant this position is, superintendent?

DEI. what he's done. This is as significant a hire, and the board members we have now are the ones that will determine the new superintendent, ladies and gentlemen. Regardless of your party affiliation, Republican or Democrat, you should be calling for K to Kof's resignation. And the rumor bill has Steve Kolazar as the replacement. Put the lower third on screen.

What do we know about Steve Kolar? Then your comments, put your comments in the feed now. I will read that. relay them live on air. This guy is a former six-term school board member, six terms. He turns 80 years old on the 20th of October. I'm, you know, 80 years old on the school board. Okay?

He first won election on the school board in 1999. He won to get in 2000. 2003, again in 2007. Lost Rob Bell in 2005. I mean, this guy, if the rumor mill is accurate, the school board is handpicking a yes person. You know what's more appalling than interim superintendent, Dr. Hayes, name the replacement to Matt Haas.

And why I was appalled by that is because they hired Matt Haas's right-hand person to replace him. Yeah. You know what's more appalling is picking a yes person to replace Allison Spillman, and no one, no voice of accountability or pushback? You should be appalled parents. Anything Judah Wickcaro you would like to add before we get to comments. No. I think you're probably right.

it would be nice to have the what is it called the outstanding board seat be held by someone who's willing to take charge and ask questions but asking a already elected group of school board members

to pick someone like that is I can't see that happening in too many places in a time where the schools are a riddled with scandal right now to pick a yes person as Spillman's replacement as insult to injury and it is literally appalling and these school board members know they will be entrusted with picking the next superintendent the next superintendent of Valmar County Public Schools it's a tremendous responsibility before them. Conan Owen, the owner of Surspeedia, Central Virginia, the partner of the show,

let's give SIRSPDia Central Virginia some attention. We have a new tenant that's moving into our building, and I immediately linked Conan and Serspity of Central Virginia with the new tenant for our signage needs, for our tenant who's an attorney and her signage needs. Conan is, his firm is good at doing signs. They're good at doing direct mail and uniforms. and merchandise and lanyards and stickers and vinyl lettering. The banner behind me is Sir Speedy of Central Virginia. He's a Darden graduate. He's good at his job.

We use his firm for our tenants and our clients. Conan Owen, Sir Speedy of Central Virginia. He says, if you don't pay Seville rent, you're living in your parents' basement, then $34,000 is a good wage. especially for part-time work. He's throwing some shade there to Michael Payne. Michael Payne has moved out of his parents' house.

He was recently living in his parents' house, the nearly 40-year-old man, but has recently moved out of his parents' house, Michael Payne. And remember, and I should have brought attention to this, and I've disappointed in myself that I did not. City counselors are no longer at the 18,000. They're now at 34,000. and 37,000 for the mayor.

They basically 2xed their pay. City council. That went into effect now. A guy like Michael Payne, you could see a lifetime on council. Yeah. Right? Yeah.

They serve four-year terms. You may be looking like a lifer. I mean, I can't see Lloyd Snook running again. No. I very well could see Juan Diego Wade running again. Yeah. I don't see. Oceanomics running again?

No, not after... I have a bet with the fixer on this program. My $100 against his 25, I gave him 4 to 1 odds. The fixer thinks that Natalie Osheran is going to quit before her time on counsel

ends. I said no way she's going to quit. I don't see Oceanomics running again on counsel, do you? Not really. But who knows? Jason Hampshire is watching the program. He throws some shade at Nakaya Walker in the comments on the I Love Seville Group. Yeah. There used to be much more, I've been here 26 years, 26 years now, came here as a

first year at the University of Virginia. There used to be much more competency on counsel. Hoosha was such a smart man, visionary. I ran into David Tiscano at his office a couple of late last week. Discano was on council. Mitch Vanierry. on council. There used to be a lot of competency. Yeah. Next headline, what do you got,

Judah Wickhauer? Deep throat, John Blair, deep throat, I'll get to your comments next. Next, we've got a bit of scolding for, a bit more scolding for a city council, I guess we should say. Bill McChesney says,

does Michael Payne own a four-wheel motor vehicle? Juan Diego Wade gets around on a scooter on a Vespa. Did you know that? I did. I've seen him. It's the funniest thing ever is watching Juan Diego Wade. Just drive around on his Vespa. Routa Tootutes the horn, waves.

It's got like a bold-type helmet. Just drive it around town on his vestib. We've got stickers on it. Next headline. What is it? You got the lower throat on screen? Yep. I mean, do you want to lead with the McGuire letter?

On U.S. Congress letterhead, John McGuire. Congress of the United States, House of Representatives, Washington, D.C. We got a congressman writing letters about homelessness in Charlottesville. You want to go or you go first. I'm sure the holiday drive businesses are not complaining about McGuire getting involved in this. Oh. Because I don't hear anyone else calling for the kind of, essentially a lot of this is about protecting the businesses on holiday drive,

whether it's safety, whether it's concerns about where people are going to be using the bathroom, concerns about. Well, they have an outside shower and bathroom set up. plan for holiday drive in the interim. Outside shower and bathroom in the parking lot, holiday drive. That's pretty wild. Are we going to see... Go ahead, Judah.

Go ahead. I mean, you talks about safeguards, resources, local businesses, and what they should be expected to bear in terms of additional costs for, like, security, in case any of these places have to have to protect the premises from homeless individuals. Not that I am alleging that the homeless individuals will be stealing everything not strapped down. But that did happen at High Street. We did have, obviously we can't pin it on all of them. All the businesses on High Street talk about theft on High Street because of the homeless encampment.

We've heard about, we've heard about, we've heard about, tanks getting tapped for fuel. And it's, you know, we've heard concerns about, we've heard concerns from the, from the hotels, suggesting that they may have to lock their doors after a certain time. And here's, and the hotels have been used for, for the home. before but but I think we have a different breed that we're talking about here and I think most people understand that now the people that are still at the encampments are not just they're

not just people that have been you know that had one bad paycheck and ended up on the street they're not you know these are these are people that as has been evidenced by what they've said at recent city council meetings. Some of them believe that this land is now theirs. These are... I'm not even convinced that they're going to leave on the first, which is eight days from now. I'm certainly not convinced, but that's because these aren't your, these aren't homeless people that are looking for a place to stay.

These are people that don't want to live on the grid. These are people that want to have, you know, their own, uh, they want to be rugged individualists while living in the, inside the city of Charlottesville. This is the 2026 version of manifestesity. When you go from east coast to west coast to claim your parcel of land in this West Coast gold rush. Some of these people... But in this scenario, the land that's been claimed is under Freebridge.

It's not even under Freebridge. It's on the banks of the Rivana River. Yeah. They've claimed the land. And McGuire makes good points. I want you to envision a scenario where an additional $4 million dollars has been spent

for an interim shelter for a short-term shelter and the long-term shelter is being built. Martin Horn is doing the building. Trusted commercial builder. Martin Horn. Imagine a scenario with outside bathrooms and outside showers.

You're enjoying an old-fashioned and a fantastic prime rib at the Aberdeen Barn. You look outside the window. outside bathrooms and outside showers and cousin Eddie is standing there in his bathroom waiting in line to use a shower

scratching as you know what I don't think that would be visible from Aberdeen Barn I'm gagging from the thought right there cousin Eddie scratching the family jewels while you're having a enjoying a prime rib McGuire's points are 100% applicable

McGuire is coming about this, though, to pad the campaign at a time when he's in a heated race with Periello. It also comes less than two weeks before the date. It's eight days away. What do you expect is going to come here with a letter that's eight days away? Yeah. Like what if this was two months ago, a month ago, it may have had some fact.

45 days ago, right when the announcement was made. But the city is not just going to put all of its plans on hold and say, oh, you know, you're right. Yeah. Let's postpone this. They're kind of in a, I mean, they're in a major pinch. The city is 100%. Look at what the city is done. They're spending tons of money.

They are about to potentially. open a temporary version of the eventual boondoggle full version which is going to require a lot more money and they've already said and we're getting

announcements from multiple people on coming into the city council meetings saying we're not moving we don't want to we don't want your jail we can live where we want this is our land the city has put themselves they've backed themselves

the city has backed itself into a corner. Yeah, they've got to do something, but there is no win here for the city. No. Downtown is dealing with tent town tenants now that have trickled toward town. As some of them realized that the tent town was soon going to be torn down. They've torched and torn down. They've trickled away. Oh, good luck.

Lord, now you got me doing it. Was she a part of it? Or was she randomly hit? Was she an innocent bystander? And if she was an innocent bystander,

what is she doing outside at 2 in the morning as a 15-year-old? Or did the bullet go through a window into a house? Yeah. That was not reported in the story. Was the 15-year-old girl that got rushed to the UVA emergency room, an innocent bystander? Lord, I hope there wasn't a 15-year-old girl running around with gang members. Well, was the 15-year-old girl part of the gang?

Yeah. The gang is known as the 800. the 800 block of Hardy Drive, they call their gang the 800. Was she part of the gang? First question. Second question, was she an outside standing, innocent bystander? Third question, if she was an outside standing, innocent bystander, why is she standing outside as an innocent bystander

and the 800 block of Hardy Drive at 2 a.m. as a 15-year-old? Follow a question, did she get hit by a bullet while inside a home on Hardy Drive? I'd like to know that. And did you catch the description of the vehicle that sped away? That of the vehicle of interest? It was a black, what is it saying there? A black? Oh, let's see.

But they can identify the vehicle because it had a pink, fuzzy steering wheel cover on it. These people are shooting people up and driving away in pink, fuzzy, steering wheel covered, identifiable, getaway cars. That guy was identified on video. And he had a, was it a fat Albert? Massive shirt cartoon on his t-shirt? It was a weird image on his shirt. The most identifiable t-shirt you'd ever see in the whole white world. Yeah. And his face caught on cameras. everywhere. Multiple felon.

This is society's way of, this is Darwinism. They can't help but get locked up. We hope. Thoughts and prayers are with the 15-year-old girl. This marks the third shots-fired call on Hardy drive in the past seven days. Yeah. Look, I get that we don't want to use

the term gang. I don't mind using the word gang. They don't like using the word gangs. They're constantly downplaying gangs here. But there's clearly some kind of turf war going on here. Yeah. Conscious is saying that this was just a personal dispute.

It wasn't even, so maybe it wasn't gang related. But considering all the gunshots we've heard recently from Wawa to these three in Hardy Drive, it certainly seems like something is... Deep Throats offered some stats for us. Deep Throats photo on screen. By the way, on Hardy Drive, I did the statistics on shots fired by census block in Charlottesville. There are 650 census blocks in the city.

I didn't know that. This is... Deep Throat is so smart. There's 650 census blocks in the city, 650. West Haven crosses two of them, and those two are number two and number four for the most shots fired in the last five years.

Eight out of the ten census blocks in question have either project-based section 8 or C-R-H-A projects on them. Eight out of the ten. Then he throws some shade at Nakaya Walker.
