Welcome to the I Love Seville Show, guys.
My name is Jerry Miller.
Today is Wednesday afternoon, and boy, oh boy, do we have a show for you.
On today's program, the water cooler of content and conversation for Charlottesville, Almore County, and Central Virginia, the number one media platform in Charlottesville, Almore County, and Central Virginia.
And it's not even close.
We are going to discuss things like Allison Spillman.
I thought I would never have to speak about this woman again.
She's resigned from the school board.
in her resignation speech, she literally referenced the I Love Seville Show.
And the proposition bet I have with Judah Wickhauer, a bet I have lost,
where a fantastic woman who lives in Henrico, Holly Foster, a viewer and listener of this show,
covered Judah's action, the McCallin-12 Scotch bottle.
I had a bet with Judah with Holly Foster's Judas' stakehorse about Allison Spillman
and whether she would cry in her final school board meeting.
She did in fact cry, and in her final speech, she referenced the I Love Seville show.
Can't make this stuff up, folks.
Well, last night, during Happy Hour, Allison Spillman, the recently quitting school board member,
post a boozy meme directed at yours truly on the I Love Seville Network.
We'll put the boozy meme on screen right now.
Allison Spillman, I ask kindly of you to please keep drinking and please keep posting on social media.
You're making my job a hell of a lot easier.
Look at the screen.
Look at the screen.
Yesterday around Happy Hour, resigned, retired, recently quit school board member, Allison Spilman posting boozy memes on the I Love Seville Network.
You can't make this stuff up.
Often, this would be the lead of the show.
But boy, oh boy, not on a Wednesday in downtown Charlottesville.
Now, the I Love Seaville Network, the water cooler of content and conversation for our community,
has a story that we got to cover.
And it's Commonwealth's attorney Jim Hingley of Almoreau County firing back, clapping back, if you may,
at the Almore County School Board.
He issues a professional letter, a letter back with reason, a letter back with timeline,
a letter back with common sense to not only the school board, but media, yours truly received it yesterday,
in his inbox and the community.
Mr. Hingley, a friend of the program,
a guy have tremendous respect for,
speak extremely high love on this show,
claps back at the school board,
basically saying, what are you doing?
His letter to the Amherty County School Board
says, you wanted a meeting with me
about my deputy's comments at a bond hearing.
And instead of waiting a fair amount of time,
just a reasonable amount of time for me to read your letter and respond to your request,
you sent a letter to the media.
I got the letter from multiple sources, including a school board member in my inbox.
And Jim Hinchley basically says in his letter, which we will outline and read for you today,
what are you doing?
What is going on here?
And this is a school board, ladies and gentlemen, that has a fiscal year 2027 operating budget
of more than $300 million.
It's absolute insanity what is happening.
The school board is down to six people.
Boozy meme publisher, Alison Spillman, is out the door.
In fact, her nickname is no longer Allison, Cry Mea River Spillman.
Her new nickname is Allison Boosy Meem Spillman.
I might just reference her as Boosy Meme from here on out.
Boosy Meme Spillman.
Okay, she's out the door, maybe enjoying her T-dos.
There's six of them left.
Six people are allocating more than $300 million of taxpayer revenue for Almero County public schools.
And now they have entered into a public relations brouhaha with two-term Commonwealth's attorney Jim Hingley,
one of the most level-headed, reasonable integrity-backed,
individuals in our community. You cannot make this up. There is so much to cover on the program today.
I ask one thing of you, the viewer and listener. Get your phone like I have in my hand right now.
Hammer the like button on one of the 27 social media platforms you're watching this show upon.
Hit that like button right now. Better yet, share the show to your friends.
Text message your friend and say, Jerry's talking about boozy meme spillman.
Tax message a friend and say, Jerry's about to ask Kate a Cuff and Rebecca Berlin to resign before close of business Friday because your professionalism or lack thereof has positioned Almore County and its public school system in a category that might be most aptly defined as laughing stock, fragile, tenuous, unprofessional, lacking leadership.
I mean, I could continue, and I will.
it's a talk show, but we're going to ask
Katea Cuff and Rebecca Berlin to offer their
resignation, just like Boosie Meem Spilman, by close of
business Friday. And if not,
Katea Cuff and Rebecca Berlin should face
the community hardship and the community
firing squad that they deserve. Because they, in a middle
of a child sex scandal, one that is rocked and ravaged
our community, alleged child sex scandal,
have in the last six days offered a, what,
self-congratulatory celebration for Boozy Mim Spelman on her way out,
including offering her a bouquet of flowers
and an actual apple during a school board meeting,
a presentation or a pat on the back for Bozzy Mim Spillman
that lasted the first hour of the effing meeting,
one of the worst parliamentary procedure-managed meetings
I'd ever seen. In fact, when I bring this McAllen 12 to the I Love Seville show, I lost the bet.
Boosy Meem Spilman cried. I'm going to bring a Macalynne 12. We're coordinating with Holly Foster,
a fantastic woman. She's going to get a DM from me. She lives in Henrico. I think she's
going to stay at the Borset or Keswick when she comes and visits the show. I'm going to open the
McAllen 12 here with Judah and Holly Foster. And we're going to play the first.
seven minutes or roughly the first seven minutes of Thursday school board meeting. And any time a school board
member says, I'm sorry, apologies, or I apologize, those words, I'm sorry, apologies, apologize.
Judah Wickhauer, yours truly, and the queen of Henriqueau, Holly Foster are going to have to
drink some of our McCallin 12th. I hope it's not a full shot each.
Judah Wickhauer, studio camera,
Judah Wickhauer, two shot.
We will play a drinking game on air.
Holly Foster, we will invite you to the show.
My dime on the McCallin 12.
Judah and Holly, the stakehorse,
won the bet.
And any time in this five or six minute clip,
which we will play for you, viewers and listeners,
will play it during the show in picture and picture capacity.
It'll be the tiny video that's on screen
where you can hear the audience.
then Judah's head, my head, and Holly's head will be side by side by side on a three shot
with a picture and picture of the school board.
Anytime they say apologies, I'm sorry, I was wrong, anything like that,
Judah, myself and Holly, will have to drink the McAllen 12th.
We may not be able to walk out of here by the end of the I Love Seville show.
I think I can, my tolerance is pretty high.
Holly is a fan of a Manhattan.
Judah has got the thirsty bug from time to time,
but they literally say in this school board meeting,
I'm sorry or I apologize.
I haven't counted two dozen times.
I don't think we should be counting beforehand.
It's going to be the Almore County School Board.
It's got to be sips, right?
Dricking game in honor of boozy memes.
We're not trying to die.
You could do whatever you want.
I'm not pressuring you to do anything at all.
I don't want to get sued by you here.
Do whatever you might.
We'll have some fun at the expense of Bozy Meem Spillman,
the Pillsbury Bob Beard, Jim Dillon Beck,
what the hell are you doing?
And Cata Cuffin and Rebecca Berlin,
who need to offer their resignation by close of business Friday.
So much to cover on the broadcast.
I'd love to give some attention to Charlottesville Sanitary Supply
and Charlottesville Swimming Pool Company.
They are soon to have a new complementary vertical.
integrated brand and division announced to the public that should happen in the next week or so.
John and Andrew Vermillion are honest. They are straightforward. They have anything and everything,
bono wood flooring, anything and everything, sanitary and cleaning supplies, mila vacuums.
If you're not using a mela vacuum, ladies and gentlemen at your house, then you're really,
really missing out. It's the best vacuum on the market. They're the authorized dealer locally for
meal of vacuums, John and Andrew Vermillion, and they have a mechanic on site to honor any kind
of repair work that is needed. It's a warranted product, meal of vacuums. So much to cover
in the broadcast. Judah, where do we begin? Do we begin with Mr. Hinchley's letter? I believe he's
watching and listening to the show. He does on most days. He comments often on the show Jim Hingley,
the two-term Commonwealth's attorney. Where do we begin here as Gunner Cook, Carol Thorpe,
Mickey Musselman, Vanessa Parkhill, Aaron Davison, Ginny Who are watching the program as print radio and television are watching the program.
As the Almaro County School Board, I see members watching the program.
Do we begin with Boosie Meme Spillman?
I think we start with the letter from Hingley.
I'll follow your lead.
Do we put it on screen?
Yeah, I've got the whole thing screenshot it out.
So here we go with the, you can see clearly that it's from the office of the Commonwealth's attorney for the county of Albemarle.
It's on screen.
We'll read it to you if you want.
I mean, Judah, do you want to start with some commentary to analysis on Hinchley's response to Rebecca Burlitt in the school board?
I mean, where do you want to begin?
I trust your commentary.
So does the viewers and listeners.
Well, here's the letter.
Let's start with the letter.
It's well written.
It details exactly the issue.
He has with how Chair Berlin started this whole thing off.
Dear Dr. Berlin, this is to acknowledge my receipt of your letter dated August 17,
2026 that concerned comments made by Chief Deputy Commonwealth's Attorney Lawton Tufts
at the bail hearing from Michael Sweeney on August 13, 2026.
I received your letter at 406 p.m. on August 17,
before I had time to digest the contents of your letter and discuss it with Lawton Tufts,
your letter was referenced in an article by Mike Barber posted on Seaville right now.
Insanity.
The article was posted at 703 p.m. on August 17,
suggesting that your letter was released to the media about the same time it was sent to me.
I understand why the school board is defensive,
but it's not clear why you immediately chose to make your position on Mr. Tuft's comments,
a matter of public debate, without first giving me a chance to be.
to meet with you, explain the Commonwealth's position, and point out factual inaccuracies in your
letter. Your rush to release the letter to the media has now created a one-sided public debate
in which I will not be able to participate. I am bound by ethical rules not to make extrajudicial
public comments that could interfere with the fairness of a jury trial in this case. See Rule 3.6 below,
which we have included, and you'll see soon.
And he continues in this letter.
It's an extremely well-written letter.
I will jump in.
I will say this on page two of this letter.
I don't know if page two is you can put on screen.
The last paragraph, Mr. Hingley, the Commonwealth's attorney,
he sent us this letter yesterday.
I received it from him personally yesterday at around 4.17 p.m.
yesterday afternoon in our inbox.
And this really stood out to me the final paragraph.
These are his words.
Finally, in this matter,
I stand with the Almore County Police Department
whose investigation produced evidence
that gave Almore County citizens
serving on the grand jury probable cause
to return 11 felony indictments against Michael Sweeney.
I do not give much credence to the conclusions
of the Almore County Public Schools outside consultant.
And then he reminds everyone
because he's a man of integrity
that follows the letter.
of the law that Mike Sweeney is presumed to be innocent.
That presumption of innocence remains with him throughout the case
until unless a jury convicts him after a hearing evidence at trial.
Put us on a two-shot.
Hold on. Here's, if for anyone watching who wants to read it,
I'm going to leave this on screen for a few seconds.
It's the rule that he references earlier in the letter about trial publicity
and why he can't engage in a public.
public debate with
Berlin on
on all of this
and now back to
our regularly
what
what are
what are what's going on here
why in the middle
okay I'm just going to
I'm going to ask straightforward questions
okay
we have
a child
sex scandal
where allegedly a social emotional learning coach
pulled out his private part
and placed it in the hands of an elementary school girl.
There's 11 felony counts associated with what's going on here,
that we know of so far.
We had a mother.
in a school board meeting,
talk about how her words,
my son,
a little black boy,
was sexually assaulted by Mike Sweeney.
Allegedly.
This is as horrific
a circumstance
or story that
maybe Admiral County Public Schools
have ever
seen a
paid employee
during school hours
in a pretty much windowless classroom
that could be locked from the inside
at a corner
off the beaten path at Hollymead Elementary
while tracking the whereabouts of personnel in the school
with a walkie-talkie,
created a sex den
where he took advantage allegedly of children.
And in the last six days,
We've watched the seven people in charge of a more than $300 million yearly taxpayer budget that funds the schools choose to focus not on the child sex scandal, but instead to literally present a bouquet of flowers to a school board member who compared students at Western Ambril High School to the Ku Klux Klan, literally present an
Apple to a school board member who was in the middle of her last meeting, who was offering her
last speech as an elected official, and a school board member during her last speech that references
the I Love Seville show and a proposition bet, a prop bet that Judah Wickhauer and I have on
whether or not she will cry, a bet where a fantastic woman in Henrico, Virginia, named Holly Foster,
covered Judah's Scotch action as his stakehorse.
Why is she talking about our show and our prop at?
Why are they giving her flowers?
Why are they giving her an apple?
Why then is Rebecca Berlin getting into a brouhaha
with the Commonwealth's Attorney's Office?
Why is the resigned school board member, Allison Spillman,
posting boozy memes at Happy Hour?
on the I Love Seville Network
post the boozy meme on screen.
I cannot make this up.
Never in my wildest imagination
and I have a three-year-old and an eight-year-old
and my imagination runs wild all the time.
Never in my most wild imagination
as a man who uses his imagination
with the three-year-old and an eight-year-old
on a daily basis.
Would I be able to make up
Allison Spillman references the I Love Seville show
on her final speech?
Allison Spillman posts boozy memes on the I Love Seville Network at Happy Hour.
Rebecca Berlin verbally spars with the Commonwealth's attorney.
For no good reason.
Kata Cuff, after I call her out on Friday, tells everyone,
pretty much issues a statement and says,
I was the one that Matt Haas told it in the beginning of the year.
The Title IX report released at a horrible time during a bond hearing right before it.
And then we've got Berlin defending it, despite the fact that the police have apparently found enough to go forward with charges against Sweeney.
Rebecca Berlin, Chair Berlin, rotate some lower thirds on screen.
I'm hearing they're watching right now.
Are you really dying on the hill that your Title IX report was executed in the right capacity?
and to the tune of professionalism
that should stand up in court
and that would pass
the fine-tooth comb audit
of attorneys, including
the commonwealth attorney's office led by
Jimmy Hingley, a two-term
Commonwealth's attorney, UVA
educated, Mr. Hingley,
I'm not trying to age you. I believe you're
watching the program.
What? North of 65 years old?
I'm not going there.
I'm not sure of the age.
But the reason I'm bringing this up is he's experienced.
This isn't a guy that's fresh out of law school or nor that state at a holiday and express last night.
He's been around the block.
What is going on?
And moms and dads, dads and dads, moms and moms, grandparents, foster parents, whoever is the legal guardian of the children at Almore County Public Schools,
how can you have any confidence in any capacity
with what is six adults,
Bob Beard, more Pillsbury Doe Boy than school board member,
has been on the daisst for seven months in change.
Jim Dillon Beck bamboozled this community
by being the voice of accountability on the board.
That hasn't happened.
He's been on the dais for seven months and years.
change. Berlin, Osborne,
a cuff, and Judy Lee, those four ladies
experienced. Judy Lee, meek is a mouse.
Alan Osborne is thinking about, oh my God, get me to James
River Brewery where I can drink a beer and get away from these Looney Tunes.
In a Cuff and Berlin, PhDs are running the show.
I am at this moment right here, Cata Cuff,
And at this moment right here, Rebecca Berlin.
Is this my camera?
You need to resign Rebecca Berlin and Katea Cuff before close of business Friday.
And announce your resignation on your social media channels with a statement that you will follow at the next school board meeting,
just like Boosie Spillman did.
Resign?
Do it at the beginning of the meeting.
and dear God, Bob Beard, Jim Dylan Beck, and Judy Lee,
do not offer flowers or golden apples to Berlin and a cuff
as they leave the auditorium and the Ammore County office building.
Your behavior or lack thereof, your professionalism or lack thereof,
from this past Thursday's meeting that started with piss-poor parliamentary procedure
and zero understanding of Robert's rules,
to your, what, your red carpet rollout of Allison Spillman,
your presentation of flower bouquets and apples at a time of an alleged sex scandal,
to Friday's statement when Kate a Cuff finally says on the record,
it was me that Matt Haas told in the beginning of this year of this scandal
and I did nothing about it,
your choice of a third-party law firm that is actively defending Amarral County Public Schools
as we speak, yet you think it's smart to choose this law firm as a true legitimate auditor of this
alleged sex scandal? Rebecca Berlin's letter on Monday that was released to me in the media
before Jim Hingley even had a chance to respond about a meeting you requested with the commonwealth
attorney, your lack of understanding of basic common sense literally makes me wonder how you are managing
more than $300 effing million of taxpayer money.
What other financial malpractice, leadership, deficiency,
and precarious positions are you putting our children in?
This is just what we know of.
Imagine what is discussed in close session.
What is being discussed in close session?
This is what we know of.
Can you imagine the closed session meeting
where they decided we're going to write a letter
to the Commonwealth's attorney, Jim Hingley,
about Tufts, Comets and a bond hearing
where he called us liars, tough?
What's the gentleman's name?
Tufts.
And then they said in this close session,
we're going to release this letter
to Jerry Miller in the media
at the same time we said it to Jim Hingley
before Jim Hingley has a chance to respond to the letter
directly to us off the record.
And again, it doesn't even...
What the hell?
The letter doesn't even...
It's addressing Y when the problem is X.
I...
You can't make this up.
It would be hilarious
if it wasn't children and true
and travesty and forever, ever, forever, ever,
forever, ever, scarring of these family and children.
You have moms and dads and parents
in elementary age children that for their rest of their lives
on this planet will be haunted by this story.
That's not hyperbolic.
That is the PTSD of child sex.
offending. You have to resign Rebecca Berlin. You must resign. Cata Cuff. You must
Cata Cuff. You knew at the beginning of the year. You must resign. Rebecca Berlin,
your mismanagement of this with Hingley further reinforces what we all know, a level of incompetence
that's gross. That would leave Alan Osborne, Mika's a mouse, Judy Lee,
and the rookies,
Bob Beard and Jim Dillon Beck,
to fill three positions.
And at that point,
maybe we get a level of common sense
of the dais that can help
take this division from
one of its lowest points in history.
Superintendent's resign.
Principles resign.
Social emotional learning coach is in jail.
Another elementary teacher is in jail.
Assistant superintendent is on paid leave.
because he posted photos during team meetings of a colleague in their Stanford University dance team outfit in front of other people.
A generation after this colleague wore the Stanford dance team outfit, this is a grown-ass woman.
Somehow a man thought it was Patrick McLaughlin, an assistant superintendent, thought it was a good idea to find photos on the internet of a female colleague.
when she was at Stanford University on the dance team, premeditated, save those photos on his computer, his laptop.
And try to use them to.
And then showed them during a team meeting to try to spook and intimidate the other women in attendance.
If you don't do what I say, I'm going to post you in other team meetings and what you were doing in college or in your 20s, just like I'm doing to this.
lady right here.
Baffling.
What the hell is going on?
Matthew
Haas and the Haldimed town hall
try to hide behind the police
didn't want us to tell you that this
was going on. Then the interim
police chief said, like, no
actually, it would have been a... That's not true.
It would have been a great help if we had
more information. That's not true.
You should have told the parents
and then walked off the mic after
dropping the proverbial mic drop.
Jim Hingley in his letter saying, dude, I'm standing by the police's investigation and not this bogus Title IX investigation that you have done, Almore County Public Schools. Parents, this is what's going on here. Conan Owen and Sir Speedy Central Virginia is who we utilize for signage and graphics and marketing. Conan Owen, Sir Speedy of Central Virginia, locally owned and operated, the banners behind Judah Wickhauer and I,
our Sir Speedy of Central Virginia.
We have 24 tenants. He manages
the signage for our tenant portfolio
and for our clients where we're helping
fill their offices. Sir Speedy
of Central Virginia, Conan
Owen, anything and
everything signage related. Judah,
the show is yours.
What stands out
to you? Is it Boosie Spillman?
Boosy Meme Spillman?
Oh, man.
No,
Spillman's
out. She can do whatever she wants.
You know, I think it's, I think what's funny about the meme that Spillman posted is that you could easily, you could easily be sending the meme to her.
Because, yeah, if we're talking about her, but it's kind of our, you know, it's kind of our thing.
Boosy meme Spillman. We host a talk show.
We talk about. We talk about local stuff on our talk show.
Boosy meme Spillman.
If you continue to post boozy memes, we will continue to talk about you, Boosy Mem Spillman.
But here's the thing.
If you turn it around and send that meme to her, it's, it works just as well.
Put the meme on screen.
It's on screen.
If she doesn't like us, but she's still watching everything we do, darling.
We're winning every way.
You're the only one that's losing.
Go ahead.
Sorry.
I was just, uh,
In a six-day period of time, she referenced you and me in the I Love Seville show in the last speech she will ever give as an elected official.
Her political career is over.
She quit before the term is up.
She'll never be elected in anything ever again.
Ever period, bar done.
Doris closed on that.
Then six days later, she references our show again.
I kindly ask Boosie Beam Spillman to keep pumping the Tito's and keep posted on the,
the internet. Please.
We love memes. We would love if you did
that Bozzy Beam Spillment.
Letter.
Rebecca Berlin and Cada Cuff,
do they need to resign?
Lower thirds on screen.
It's, I mean, it's
again, baffling.
I don't know why she would
choose this hill
to die on.
It's nuts.
And
why you would
choose it
why you would choose a hill
on which you're defending
someone the police are accusing of
of, you know, all the things
that Sweeney is accused of.
The Title IX report
choosing to
point out that
an outside, an outside
analyst, you know,
said such and such.
In the middle of all of this is
just crazy.
And
it,
I like, just like Hingley says, I can understand being defensive, but now is not the time.
And if you asked any parent, they would tell you the same.
Be like, what are you thinking?
These are our kids that are kids' safety that we're dealing with.
And you're sending letters to the Commonwealth's attorney's office.
Scolding him.
To defend yourself?
To scold him.
No, but to defend yourself.
Who cares if they're scolding or doing whatever?
Well, clearly the Commonwealth's Attorney's Office did.
Well, he's got to, I mean, the point is, it's nothing to do with Hingley.
The point is, why are you being defensive?
Like, this is going down as the most tone-deaf school board.
Like, we're literally talking about children's lives,
and mental health here,
and you're trying to defend yourselves,
just, it's, if you thought the parents were angry at you before,
I can't imagine what they're feeling now.
I mean, good God, comments, put them in the feet, I'll relay them live on air.
Let's go to the viewers and listeners.
Tom Starrgel is watching the program.
He's a retired Almorel County Public School teacher
and a Golden Apple Award winner.
Tom Sargill says Jerry, Judah,
I agree fully that Cata Cuff and Rebecca Berlin should resign ASAP.
But why spare Bobby Beard?
He wrote a totally unprofessional letter
where he made derogatory political comments
and completely gave up his no-bias
and non-political board status.
Dylan Beck, he knew, he knew, he knew.
he knew who was keeping this silent.
This information was vital to the public interest and the investigation,
and the public only found out that Kada Cuff was the school board member that knew all along
because of Jerry and the I Love Seville Show.
Tom adds, I would bet every penny I have the other two school board members,
Osborne and Lee, knew as well, and it will come out,
but perhaps we will wait for that.
However, that letter, no doubt, came from the whole board, so now I say they all must go.
As a taxpayer, this is the hill you should all die on.
Enough.
What was Bob Beard thinking?
Bobby Beard, what were you thinking when you went on a two or three minute diatribe about
boozy meme Spillman in the school board meeting?
when a alleged child sex scandal was going on.
Who rolls out a red proverbial carpet
while there's parents in the auditorium in front of you in person
whose children have allegedly been assaulted sexually
by an adult male on school grounds?
What are you doing?
Aaron Davison is watching the program.
A stay-at-home mom.
She says,
clearly the school board does not care about the children only themselves and how they can cover their
asses.
Apparently.
Aaron Davison adds, game over for all these players.
Children's lives have been ruined because these school board members did not do their job.
She says Mike Sweeney should have never been hired.
Handsome Hank Martin is watching the program.
His photo on screen as William Barnett.
Stacey Baker-Tilly, and Barbara Becker-Tilly are watching the program.
Handsome Hank says, Jerry, two months ago, you aired the videos from the June 10th disastrous
Holly Mead Parent Town Hall where the Admiral County Police Department interim chief called out
Matt Haas's lie.
You also showed the videos of parents calling out Principal Joe McCauley for reports made about
Sweeney from
2023.
As despicable as
that meeting was conducted,
it's obviously a strategy
they are adhering to.
John Blair watching the program.
His photo on screen.
Jerry, I am simply
astounded at what is going on.
Plenty of people on the right
and Amoral do not care for some of
Jim Hingeley's policy stances.
However, I have never heard
of anyone
in Almoreal County, left, center, or right, accused Mr. Hingley of being overly aggressive or
conducting political prosecutions or allowing his prosecutors to make reckless false statements in court.
Never.
This is a first.
It's the school board doing it.
When I read Mr. Hinchley's statement, I was appalled.
As I've often stated, Jim Hingley is a good man.
I'm sure he and I don't agree 100% of the issues.
However, I will always defend his integrity.
Yeah, 100%.
I know Jim Hingley.
Yeah.
I've sat across from him half a dozen times for an hour probably each time.
I've had beers with Jim Hingley.
This man is the metronome of integrity.
And what the school board did is try to pick a public relations brouhaha.
for self-serving interests
of trying to claw back some of their
damaged brand equity?
I mean, I would
I'm honestly baffled
because if you think about the ROI
of sending that letter, there is none.
There's zero, okay, go ahead.
You're about to make a genius point.
That was it.
There's zero ROI.
Yeah, there's no return on that investment,
the investment of that letter.
What happened in the closed session
when they were putting the plan together for this letter.
What do you think they were talking about?
I mean, I don't know.
Like, what do you talk about?
If I was discussing that letter with you,
I'd be like, what do we expect to get out of this?
Like, do we win some public internet points or something?
If we make the commonwealth attorney look bad,
do we claw back some of the integrity
that we've so,
poorly spent in this whole thing. Patrick McAdams is watching the program in Alamaro County Public
School graduate, a parent now of students in Almore County Public Schools, a coach formally
within Almore County Public Schools, one of the greatest lacrosse players to be matriculated
through Almore County Public Schools, Patrick McCallum's friend of the program. He says the school
board is attempting to gaslight the public. He says, as, as
ham-handed as it may be, this is what they are doing, trying to gaslight the public.
Patrick McAdams, Judah, you are a reasonable person.
It appears most of the Almore County School Board members are not.
Patrick McAdams, what about the personal sacrifice at the altar of public service Ms. Spillman
has made, as Bob Beard said in the school board meeting last Thursday?
Bob Beard, who literally has been on the school board with Allison Spillman for all of
seven months. In the seven months that Bob Beard has worked alongside Boozy Meem Spillman on the school
board, he has dealt with the collateral damage of Boosy Meem Spillman and the KKK Turning
Point USA correlation and the fallout from it. Seven months, that's what Bob Beard has dealt with.
And Bob Beard calls Allison Spillman on the record in a meeting that will forever live in
perpetuity on the record, Spillman's last meeting before flowers were handed to her by Rebecca
Berlin. He says Spilman sacrificed at the altar of public service. What the F. are you doing,
Bobby Beard? Deep throat. Number one in the family. He says it is beyond tone death for this
cabal of mediocre Chardonnay moms cosplay at politics to point a finger at anybody. That's
It's not deafness.
It is almost like a masterful attempt to say the most infuriating thing possible.
Like it is such an anti-skill, almost like getting a 400 on the SAT.
You have to try to be that bad.
That's deep throat.
I love it.
We are holding back our laughing, and it's not with you, but at you school board members.
And the reason we are is because elementary age students are forever.
scarred. And
you're pitching a battle
over their, you know, over
the needs and
and requirements of
children. What, what,
right? You get
the ridiculous
piss poor judgment that's
been shown with the
Rebecca Burland litter letter
that scolds and chides
Jim Hingley in the Commonwealth's Attorney's Office.
The choice of a law
firm to conduct an independent
third-party audit, a law firm that is already representing Amar County Public Schools with an active
lawsuit, the terrible judgment of Kada Cuff knowing in the beginning of the year that all this was
going on and doing nothing, the comparison of the Turning Point USA to the Ku Klux Klan, the choice
of rolling out a proverbial red carpet celebration for Boozy Meem Spillman while in attendance
our parents whose kids
have been sexually assaulted by
a predator that's preyed on a school
system for years?
A superintendent
and a principal that
clearly have some kind of
explaining to do
so much so that they've resigned.
Who else
was a mandatory reporter that did
nothing?
We're at the tip of
an nightmare iceberg.
The tip of
it folks.
This is a
literal and figurative
handsome Hank Martin says
the school boards return on investment
chaos and deflection as they
endeavor to garner public opinion
to somehow retain public trust in favor.
I used to lifeguard.
We were told what to do if a drowning person
was in panic. They may
drown you. It's time to punch them
in the nose and
save their lives.
I can't make this up.
I would like to talk about something else.
But last night, boozy memes Spillman post-boozie memes.
Jim Hinchley chides the school board after a terribly thought-out statement.
And the crazy thing is the inmates are about to select a similar ideology for an open
see, and it's the best advertising campaign possible for private schools in Charlottesville,
down Mara County. And it's no coincidence that private schools in Charlottesville,
downmore County are at peak capacity and cannot accommodate other students and are in the midst
of significant capital campaigns to literally build additional buildings to house more kids
because their waiting lists are so deep. Jeremy Wilson's watching the program.
in eastern Tennessee he's watching.
All involved, board members, school administrative staff, teachers, everyone should resign.
There should be a price to pay for staying silent or looking the other way.
100%.
How do I segue from this, Judah Wickhauer, to craft beer in a new location for a local brewery?
Is that what's next on the list?
I think that's pretty much...
What we got coming?
I guess my segue?
We've also got T's.
Tons of T's.
Let's go to the T's.
How about this headline, viewers and listeners?
How about this headline?
The tumultuous tempest, toppled trees terrorizing tent town.
The tumultuous tempest topples trees, terrorizes tent town.
in the city council meeting last night,
counselors were presented this.
A number of trees crashed to the ground
on top of tents in tent town.
After that microbursts from over the weekend,
I think we've had like multiple microbursts.
Didn't that tornado come through here?
80 mile an hour winds.
Thank the gods.
Thank God.
that no one got hurt.
Amen.
Multiple tents at tent town were terrorized by toppled trees.
This tempest, tumultuous, terrifying.
You know how lucky the city of Charlestville is that none of these toppled trees
from the tumultuous tempest that terrorized tent town?
I'm running out of tea.
I know.
Hit any of it.
of the town tenants?
Tank the tent town tenants?
They're so lucky.
The crazy thing is
they want to stay.
Michael Payne literally told us
like six months ago.
This is an incredibly dangerous situation.
Which was crazy in itself
because, come on, you helped create
the situation. And now
we've got people
I believe we've got
well, we've had, through
all of these city council meetings, we've had
We've had homeless people come and give their opinions on things.
One of them, I think, wanted the city to give the homeless population the old state farm land.
I don't know how he thought that was going to work out.
And now we've got people essentially saying, we like it here.
We're going to stay here.
This is our land now.
There was a town tenant.
that spoke before counsel.
On Monday, right?
Yeah.
On Monday and said, we are not going to the low barrier shelter.
Yeah.
We want nothing to do with it.
We're going to stay here.
We don't want to live by rules.
Allowing tent town is going to go down as one of the worst mistakes that Sam Sanders
and city council have ever created.
allowed, birthed, permitted.
They aren't going to the $20 million low barrier shelter,
nor are they going to go to the $5 or $6 million interim shelter.
We are looking at the most significant boondoggle
in Charlottesville City history at 2000 Holiday Drive.
And they're telling us,
we don't want to go.
We like it here.
We like it here despite toppled trees terrorizing tent-town tenants.
Just wait until they have a flag.
Ginny Who is watching the program.
I love Ginny Who.
She says, Jerry and Judah.
I am here for the Tito's talk.
Ginny Who also says, I'll volunteer to be the free Uber ride home
when you, Holly Foster, and Judah do the McCallin-12 drinking game
with the video from the school board.
We sip every time they say,
I'm sorry, I apologize,
apologizing, my bad.
Oops a Daisy.
I'll be here until six either way, so.
My tolerance is absolutely through the roof.
I'm more nervous about Holly and you.
I know Holly is a Manhattan fan.
You are a Goza fan,
and those are low ABVs.
Of the three of us,
The one I'm most concerned about is you.
Oh, yeah.
If it was shots, I'd say I'd rather not die today.
You're about to see Judah Wickhauer with his BVDs around his forehead.
No.
I don't respond that poorly to being drunk.
I'm just joking.
Georgia Gilmer watching the program.
I drove by the Holiday Drive site Monday.
Very little activity going on.
Very little prep work.
100%.
Thank you, Georgia.
And it's supposed to be ready by Tuesday, September 1.
Tuesday, September 1.
Carol Thorpe watching the program, the Queen of Jack Jewett.
Jerry, the six members of the Admiral County Board of Supervisors
can no longer remain silent on the sidelines.
They hold the school system's purse strings in their hands with leverage.
Mike Pruitt, are you watching the program, Supervisor Pruitt?
You often watch the show.
Is Supervisor Pruitt watching the program?
Supervisor Pruitt, you have an opportunity.
Today is Mike Pruitt's birthday. Happy birthday
Mike Pruitt.
Happy birthday.
You have an opportunity, Mike Pruitt, to, I mean, basically use the, the, the, the, the, this turn of events to strengthen
your political career and resume.
You can lead an effort on the board of supervisors, Mike Pruitt.
Remember, this guy ran for Congress, and he pulled out after Tom Paryello jumped in the mix.
And the only reason Tom Perriello jumped in the mix was because,
his political science and he leaves reading,
thought the rezoning, the redistricting, the gerrymandering,
was going to create a slam dunk opportunity for him to get back into Congress again.
He never thought a Tazwell judge was going to cock-block gerrymandering or redistricting.
But the cock-blocking happened with the Tazwell judge and the gerrymandering and the redistricting,
and now we got probably John McGuire as a two-term congressman.
We're going to see his lifted pickup truck and his signs,
the side of the road while wearing a suit
in some L.L. Bean rain boots
and his red tie
holding a sign, thank you, from Johnny Mac.
Because he's probably going to beat
Tom Perrello, who's not going to win
in this very red 5th District.
That's larger than three states in this country.
Okay?
The Mike Pruitt
wants to be a congressman.
He already tried once.
If I was Mike Pruitt, I would do this.
Yo, dudes.
Galloway.
Yo, dudeettes.
Sally Dunks
Malick
Bealipisto-Curtley
Who's
Yo, yo dudes, what's the dudes name that beat our boy
And the Samuel Miller?
Yo, yo,
Ned, this is what I would do if I was Pruitt.
Yo, Fred Missile
Ann Mallet, BLK, Sally Dunks
We're not going to give the money to the schools.
We're going to hold it in escrow
until we get
a legitimate third-party investigator
figuring out what's going on here
and I'm going to leave that charge
I'm Mike Pruitt, I'm for the people,
I'm all about the people,
I'm the youngest guy in the board,
I have a political career and I'm politically ambitious
and I'm going to make this my calling card.
This is going to be my calling card.
Santing up for kids,
potentially sexually assaulted kids
and their parents. They ain't going to get the money
not to teach you,
union, not the bloated payroll that's the superintendent's office. None of them. Not Dr. Haas who got the
golden parachute. None of these rascals are going to get the money until we get a legitimate
understanding of what happened here. Mike Pruitt, dude, that is so obvious. Do that. And you will
walk on water. You will take a few loaves and a few fishes and feed the hundreds of thousands
plus in Almore County. And we will propel and push you into high.
higher office. You will cross
red and blue political
aisle. You will be
centered. You will be platform.
You will be championed. I will
lead the effort, Mike Brewett.
Do it, dog. Do it.
So obvious.
It's so
obvious.
You've built a whole career around that.
Let's talk
Rockfish.
Rockfish breweries moved.
Yeah.
They got a Preston Avenue location, a downtown location.
Peter McMines, front of the programs, come on the show.
He's like, dudes, I got to be out of my Preston Avenue location
because Chris Henry and Stoney Point, they're redeveloping the location.
I'm going to go to the old Wine Guild Ace Biscuit and Barbecue.
Stefan Freedman got so far behind on his rent that I can just probably take a place
that's almost close to Turquay.
Now it doesn't have beer equipment, but it was built out for Ace Biscuit and Barbecue.
Brian Ashworth and the team did that.
The previous owners of Ace,
Stefan,
your financial misery is my financial upside.
What's that,
what's that Rose Hill and Concord?
Was that Harrison Concord?
What's the address over there?
Harrison Concord, I think.
Yeah, it's definitely off of Harris.
Bish Bailey and the Bailey family
owned much of Harris.
Wells family got a position over at Harris,
the old interstate location.
I believe they're renting that to
war, O-A-R, not the band, not the band. I think this is cool. More space, better parking.
It's really cool in the winter when it was tough to go to Rockfish on pressing because it was
so small. We'd have to drink our pints outside in the frigid temperatures. My wife didn't always
want to do that. Yeah. Now, here's the questions we should be asking. Are you ready? Jude, are you
ready. Are you ready, Judah?
The questions we should be asking are,
does that mean Peter and Rockfish are going to close their downtown mall location?
And it's a good question.
And if they close their downtown mall location,
that's an N-cap in the chopped up downtown grill space.
Right next to the Bebadero.
What does that mean for vacancy on the downtown mall,
and how long will it remain empty?
Because Rockfish is a hell of a tenant for the downtown mall.
Great beer, good beer.
Peter, your beer is banging.
Peter, your beer is some of the best in Charlottes.
Peter, your IPAs, your Cloudy IPAs, your New England IPAs, your West Coast IPAs.
Goodness gracious, something's moving right now in my pants.
They're that good.
Peter, my wife loves your West Coast.
I love your Cloudies and your New England's.
Peter, they're good.
They're great.
They're special.
Are you going to close the downtown tap room and brewery?
Are you going to close that spot?
How long is that going to be vacant?
The late great Wilson Richie owned that building.
Maybe he sold it since then.
Clearly, the Preston Avenue spot's going to close.
Does that make Preston less desirable?
What does that do to dairy market and trickle over traffic?
What is Preston, the Preston corridor underachieving?
A lot of people don't know this, but Chris and Paul Banning and Stony Point and Chris Henry,
they own a lot of Preston Avenue.
They own Ivy Square shopping center where integral yoga is, right?
They own that laundry mat over there.
Is that laundry mat still there or was it Torring now?
Which one?
That laundry mat.
Was it Sons?
I used to do laundry there in college.
I don't know.
There's one.
They got dairy market 1.0 and Dairy Central 2.0 and Dairy Central 3.0.
They kept trying to build in these dairies.
They kept kind of go deep with the dairies.
They want to go deep with the dairies.
Then Chris Henry made a mistake.
He went into a black church in the 10th and Page neighborhood,
and he said, I want to create a,
town hall and do some fireside chats.
And Zion and Bryant comes stomping in and the floor is quaking.
And the churches are rumbling.
And Zion and Bryant starts verbally arrowing Chris Henry in this town hall.
And next thing you know, no more deep on the dairies.
The dairy starts stalling.
They don't go deep with the dairies.
The momentum with the dairy stops.
Dairy 2.0 stops.
And the 10th and page neighborhood in the Zion Bryant charge says this,
we don't want upscale apartments next up.
Our neighborhood.
You can't build upscale apartments at this laundromat.
It's important to us.
We're in this asphalt parking lot or in this used car dealership
despite the fact that you own the land, Chris and Paul.
And Chris is like, all right, I'll just focus on something else.
I'm living in Europe right now.
My father-in-law is a billionaire.
Just gave 100 mil to the Paul Manning Biotech Institute.
We don't got to do this.
Let's just watch Marketplace Dynamics.
play out. We're not going to be the guys
that are the Myspace or the
Friendster, the first to market that die
and lead the charge. So what do they
do? They just wait
and they watch.
Then the development crew
that's out of market that doesn't give an F about
Ziana Bryant and the fact that she's
stomping and quaking around,
they decide to bring an apartment
tower to Fifeville. And they're
going to do it right behind the Black Church.
And they're going to bring another apartment tower
to the Star Hill neighborhood.
And Woodard's going to do another apartment tower
in the Rose Hill neighborhood.
And now Chris Henry is saying, you know what?
I let these people be the Tom from MySpace.
And these people be the Frenchster.
I'm going to be the Mark Zuckerberg of Meta.
We'll let these people set the market
get destroyed by stomping, Quakins,
Diana Bryan, and her cronies.
I'm going to be the Mark Zuckerberg
and wait.
because first the market's not smart.
The person who times the market's the smart.
And now we're going to get the same thing.
And guess what happened to Teth and Page?
It went from historically black and brown to white and yuppie,
despite quaking and stop and Z.
Facts on Facts on Facts.
And you know I'm right, and I know you know I'm right.
Anything you want to add to the program.
Not right now.
Print, radio, and television.
I got counselors and supervisors and school board members
watching us on the show right now.
Anybody, you know, anyone who's anybody
is watching the program right now.
This is the water cooler content conversation.
We'll give some attention to Stanley Martin Holmes.
Stanley Martin Holmes.
Did you know has built more than 600 homes
in Central Virginia in the last two years?
Did you know Stanley Martin Holmes
has bringing hundreds of homes to market in Green County?
Stanley Martin Holmes built a phenomenal product.
Town homes, single-family detached homes,
innovative homes,
homes that are backed with integrity
and experience,
institutional memory. There is no more prolific of a builder than Stanley Martin Holmes. Stanley Martin Holmes, a partner of the show,
bringing nearly 50 homes to market in Fry Springs as we speak, 80 or so homes to market outside Glemore at Breezy Hill.
Stanley Martin Holmes. Trust it, counted upon, experience. Stanley Martin Holmes. This is the water cooler content in conversation. We're in the middle of building a fire pit and patio at our house in IEV. It's going to be about a 275 to 3,000 to 3rd.
300 square foot patio, fire pit, seating wall, beautification for my wife who's got two tiny little
Jack Russell Terrier puppies hopped up on Mountain Dew, Trey and Zach that she's watching
every day. They're outside all the time. I'm like, sweetie, let's take this dirt patch, this Virginia
red clay where there's kind of a quasi-modo fire pit and let's make it special. And we partner
with Snow Nose, Corbin Snow and Snow's Outdoor Living. You're going to see a ton of content from us as we
tell our fire pit and patio story on the I Love Seville Show.
We were there yesterday for a design meeting with Jordan and Trevor, and it was A-O-K.
I'm excited to tell the story.
All right, that's all she wrote.
It's 137.
I've gone 67 straight minutes of just telling you the truth.
We in the last 67 minutes have sat together.
We have discussed topics that are uncomfortable, but in ways, Judah, that are as honest as it gets, right?
and that's why this show works.
That's why this show has more viewers, listeners,
in our network than any other platform locally,
and it's not even close.
Wait for the Holly Foster, Judah Wickhauer, Jerry Miller,
McCallin, 12 talk show.
It's going to be a doozy.
And I'll close with boozy memes Spillman.
Keep posting those boozy memes.
Please.
Judah Wickhauer, yours truly, Jerry Miller.
I love Seawish.
