Now I'm confused. That was funny.
You're a funny guy. I'm a funny guy. You're a funny guy.
Welcome to the I Love Seville Show. Thank you.
How am I funny to you?
Thank you kindly for joining us.
Are you talking Goodfellas right there?
It's so good. Joe Pesci and Goodfellas?
I believe Joe Pesci completely ad-libbed that scene with Ray Leota and Goodfellas.
That was completely off-script in Goodfellas.
I also believe that Joe Pesci, if memory serves,
his role in Goodfellas, he was actually carrying an actual loaded gun and that he stayed in character all the time.
And Ray Leota was terrified.
Goodfellows, one of my five, my top five favorite movies.
Goodfellas.
I love Goodfellas.
I love the movie Heat with De Niro, Pacino, Val Kilmer.
That one's got such good gun control that...
Are you two shot at?
We're completely skipping the intro here and going straight into it.
here.
Judea Woodcar.
Heat is one of my five favorite movies.
Goodfellas, one of my five favorite movies.
Those are damn good movies.
I love Forrest Gump.
Forrest Gump, one of my favorite movies.
Rudy, sounds cheesy, but Rudy, one of my five favorite movies.
Probably did know that was on there.
Yeah, apparently the usage of guns on heat was so well trained and
filmed that
some, I think SWAT units
actually use it as like a training
video. Like and share
the show, viewers and listeners.
Like and share the show, viewers and listeners.
I didn't know that. Let's get to the intro
shall we.
Welcome to the I Love Seville show.
This is the water cooler of content and conversation.
He's Judah Wickhauer.
Sometimes.
My name is Jerry Miller.
Everyone who's
Anyone?
Anyone.
Anyone is watching this
program right now. This, the number one media platform in Charlottesville and across central Virginia.
A lot we're going to cover on the program. We've got a number of breaking news stories on the show today
that we're going to have to discuss, including, I mean, Louise Lucas is in a pile of crap right now.
She has been indicted. I got a text message this morning from a Virginia Beach attorney who is not a fan.
of Louise Lucas.
Am I aware of that, the name of that person?
It's Scott Aaronworth.
Okay, that's what I figured.
Yeah, I think it's, you know.
I just, you weren't saying the name, so I didn't know if there was a reason.
Yeah, so Louise Lucas is in a world of hurt right now.
Per a federal indictment against her, the Department of Justice has Virginia
Senator Louise Lucas, who, ladies and gentlemen, at one of the
time we were talking the most powerful, maybe the most powerful person in the Commonwealth of
Virginia. I mean, she's a one that had even Spamberger quaking in her boots, the governor
of Virginia. Louise Lucas is on a recorded line, a phone call telling an unindicted co-conspirator
the following, quote, this is our last chance at generational wealth. I've gotten too old
to not be greedy, end quote.
This is specifically about, ladies and gentlemen,
on or about February 9th, 2026,
Louise Lucas called an unindicted co-conspirator
and discussed the language surrounding a recreational marijuana legislation
that was pending in the Virginia General Assembly.
The possibility, or what they were trying to,
they were in cahoots about, if you may,
was the possibility of this unindicted co-conspirator
receiving a license
and sharing the proceeds with Louise Lucas
because, quote,
this is her last chance at generational wealth,
and she's gotten too old not to be greedy.
This is a story of significance.
Louise Lucas, I mean, basically from penthouse to outhouse,
in a matter of six or seven months here
and calendar year 2026.
And this is an indication of,
of don't you cross Donald Trump.
Right.
Do not cross Donald Trump
because Donald Trump's got a memory that is long.
Ladies and gentlemen.
He does not forgive or forget.
He is not quick to forgive, nor is he quick to forget.
Wick. I mean, Iran is feeling this as well. Granted, we would have expected, you know,
an outcome with an Iran that was much different. I mean, geez, Louise, this has been going on for
nine months now. It's going on for approaching nine months, and it's going to absolutely
eviscerate Republicans come midterms in less than two weeks. Louise Lucas has been
indicted on federal drug trafficking and money laundering charges. This is breaking now. The indictment
was unsealed earlier today mere hours ago. Federal prosecutors alleged that Lucas and six other
defendants participated in a criminal enterprise involving marijuana distribution and laundering
proceeds. Lucas is one of Virginia's most influential legislators and legitimately at the beginning of
the year, legacy media in the Commonwealth was calling Virginia, was calling Louise Lucas the most
powerful person in the Commonwealth. She serves as President Pro Tempoor. Help me with my Latin. President
Pro Tempori. Tempori. Yeah, that's right. Of the Virginia Senate and chairs its powerful
finance and appropriations committee. The charges follow an FBI investigation that included
searches of reportsmith offices and cannabis-related businesses earlier this year.
here, Lucas has not been convicted.
Her representatives have challenged the prosecution, and all defendants are presumed innocent
until proven guilty, of course.
Here's our analysis on this, and of course we're going to talk Aaron Stone, Almore County
Public Schools here on the program as well, but it's not often that you see politicians,
Commonwealth, Virginia politicians, federally indicted.
Our analysis, this is a major development in Virginia politics, because,
of course Louise Lucas occupies a key position, a central position,
in state budget negotiations and legislation.
The indictment could create questions about her committee responsibilities, of course,
legislative leadership, of course, and the Senate's response, of course.
The existence of criminal charges does not establish guilt.
I need to emphasize that or automatically determine her future in office.
I also need to emphasize this.
But they got the receipts here.
she's served in the Virginia Senate since 1992.
Wow.
We are talking.
I'm surprised she doesn't have generational wealth from that, what, 30-
34-year run.
You don't make that much money doing that.
How much this is of Virginia?
Yeah.
I'm not talking about money they make...
Oh, you're saying through backroom dealing?
Yeah.
Well, I mean, if she's done this, where there's smoke, this fire.
I mean, I'll give her that, but I mean, she clearly, you know,
the investigation reportedly began during the Biden administration.
So we need to emphasize that.
It did begin reportedly during the Biden administration.
Viewers and listeners, what do you think?
Jason Noble's photo on screen.
Let's start with his comment here.
Jason Noble says Louise Lucas got what she deserved.
She's getting what she deserves.
Ginny Who encouraged us to talk about this.
She's a key member of our family, Jenny Who.
She said, please talk about this, and she's got comments.
She's emphasizing, Ginny Who, it's important to emphasize this, that the Lucas investigation was open under Biden,
and she says, don't forget that Lucas sued Portsmouth after the police chief went after her for damaging the Confederate monument and the city settled for 300 grand.
That money was supposed to go to several charities, and at this time, I can find no evidence that that 300,
thousand dollars went to charities in any capacity.
Jeanniehu, who's a Nansman Suffolk Academy, NSA, Nansman Suffolk Academy graduate.
She's an incredibly intelligent person and has many degrees.
What is your mascot, Ginny Hu at Nansman Suffolk?
I went to Walsingham Academy.
We were the Trojans.
I held a sign during a home basketball game.
as my buddies were playing basketball in the varsity basketball team, I was in the front row.
Our arch rival was the HRA Hampton Roads Academy admirals.
We were the Walsingham Academy Trojans.
And I held a sign at our Catholic school as the Sisters of Mercy were across the court,
and as all the parents were watching hundreds of parents in the Chismer Gym, Chismer Gym.
and I held a sign that said,
Trojans don't burst under pressure
while everybody was watching.
I was at center court.
That, of course, caused Sister Virginia
to call me into her office the following morning
to question the sign and what the innuendo was.
And I said, Sister Virginia,
it means we hold up well under pressure
in crunch time of this basketball game
as we're playing our arch rival HRA.
Did you see their resolve and tenacity?
Did you see their tenacity?
They did not burst under pressure.
Then I said to Sister Virginia,
remember, Trojans never burst under pressure.
And she said, go to class, Mr. Miller.
I've had enough of your crap.
Go to class.
I'll never forget.
I literally looked at me and said, go to class, Mr. Mill.
Then I walked to AP calculus,
where I proceeded to get an A on the test.
a lot to cover on the broadcast today viewers and listeners
Vanessa Park Hill welcome to the broadcast Jason Hampshire
Malcolm Inge welcome to the broadcast hammer the like button
we work hard for them do we not Judah
hammer the like button do we not work hard for them
you want to offer any Louise Lucas commentary
yeah it says she's also used a political position
in the past to insulate Lucas Enterprise
from criminal scrutiny
so yeah it sounds like
like she has been at this in some form or another for a quote a while.
Yeah, I mean, let's, let's, here's, here's what happened, okay?
She's been at this for quite a while.
And, you know, I don't trust a politician, regardless of which jurisdiction they're serving.
At what level they're serving. I don't trust a politician once they leave the, leave the room.
I don't trust the politician, but often either.
I don't trust a politician day one is they're elected to office.
Yeah.
And a perfect example of this is this Alburo County School Board situation.
where we clearly see an awful cover-up.
Yeah.
Clearly, and we'll get to that story here.
Don't trush the politician.
Not to mention power dynamics.
Yeah.
I mean, these aren't like senators and Congress people.
These are school board members and the arrogance is sometimes appalling.
It's appalling.
It's absolutely appalling.
And they get punched drunk with power.
And frankly, the dark triad, sociopath, egomaniacal, egomaniacal.
ego man it.
Ego-maniacal.
Thank you.
Thank you.
That's one of the reasons you're here for.
Okay.
To say words.
That needs, Sid, it's a talk show.
Say word.
I think you need to add that to Jerry's list of misspoken words there.
I have my own Judah list.
The fact that Judah's never actually seen a Santa Claus in his entire life does not have a photo
with Santa Claus in any capacity.
And he is not Jewish.
We found out that I did.
Oh, we did?
Yeah.
I think I've got the photo on here.
Do you have the photo? Can you put it on screen? He's not Jewish. He knows every Yiddish word, but he's not
Jewish. He has never taken a photo with Santa. Must be on the naughty list over there. You are here
to say words. You've figured out the job, Judah. Ginny Who says Nansman Suffolk is the Saints.
But, you know, I want you to consider the ego and the dark triad tendencies to be a politician.
That's why you can't trust them.
As soon as they get into office, you're like,
what is this all about?
The Dark Triad is the psychological concept introduced in 2002
by researchers Delroy, Paul Hus and Kevin Williams,
that groups together three closely related socially troubling personality traits,
narcissism, Machiavellism, and psychopathy.
I think you've seen, I think a perfect example
The dark triad is our president, frankly, and Donald Trump right there.
But one of the reasons you are...
If the connoisse fits, wear it...
One of the reasons you're motivated to get into office
is because a lot of people are so punch drunk with themselves
that they think they can affect change themselves.
Yeah.
You know, it's that mindset and motivation that drives them into office.
They also think they're the only ones capable of making the tough decisions.
Right, right. Exactly.
Stacey Baker-Patti, welcome to the broadcast.
Do you have the photo of Judah with Santa?
Somewhere.
Okay, well, you don't need to find it.
You don't need to go hunting over there.
I can look.
You don't, you know, Judith's never eaten, was it, you've never eaten chick filet?
No, I've had chick filet.
What was the one you never had?
It might have been chick flay at one point.
Oh, you have since had chick filet?
It was when, it was when Liza was still alive.
Yeah, we went through the drive-through one, I think it was winter.
So Judah recently just had chick-flay.
You've never watched the movie Home Alone?
What?
No, I've definitely won't.
Kevin!
A lot we're going to cover on the broadcast as we highlight Snow's Outdoor Living.
Anything outside related, Snow's Outdoor Living,
whether it's patios of the custom variety,
fire pits, seating walls, sod and turf,
hardscape and landscape.
Corbyn's Snow and Snow's Outdoor Living,
112 years of probably serving this community.
We're doing a project with them at Snow's Outdoor Living,
and this experience, Corbin and Trevor Chandler,
this experience has been awesome.
You guys are radical dudes.
You guys are bodacious dudes.
Snow's outdoor living is who you contact.
I'm telling you, we're going through anything outdoor,
hardscape, landscape, and beautification.
If you're just tuning into the broadcast,
Louise Lucas better lawyer up and lawyer up quick.
Now, we need to get to the,
initial lead of the show, which is this school board soap opera and saga, I got storylines
for you.
You want to put the first headline on screen?
They have a work session today.
And this work session, they got a lot of explaining to do, Lucy.
A lot of discussing to do.
It's a work session, so they're just going to be working with each other.
They're not going to explain anything.
Well, they...
But sources tell us inside the building, sources as close, as close,
close to the school board as humanly possible, and I'll leave it as that without doxing
our insiders. But sources as close to the school board as possible have indicated the first
round of investigative reporting is a part of the work session. Yeah. I was getting text
messages from inside the building yesterday. The first round of investigative reporting and
documentation. Of course, an insurance company, a public school insurance company, I'm not going to get into the weeds, very nuanced provider of insurance for public schools at the Commonwealth of Virginia, is financing the investigation. And of course, you have a conflict of interest, and that the insurance company, let's just call it the insurance company, is obviously trying to minimize as much exposure as possible because they're going to be the ones paying out.
Yeah. I had a conversation with a very established attorney today about the possibilities for civil suit and punitive damage and how significant this may be.
We're talking easily, easily tens of millions of dollars. There's seven children at this point that have allegedly been sexually assaulted by now out on bond, Mike Sweeney.
Imagine you're living in Buckingham County where the Sweeney's live and Sweeney's over there at a house.
out on bond and you're the next door neighbor.
I mean, if I were him, I would not be leaving the house.
I don't care whether I can sneak out or not.
All right. Amen.
I can't imagine that there aren't neighbors or, you know, people in town
who are waiting for just the chance to catch this guy out.
Yeah. And we'll leave it at that or leave it at that.
you know, this attorney said, who I'm not going to name, you know,
maybe we see if this attorney is willing to come on the talk show one day,
indicated to me that you're talking easily tens of millions of dollars.
The insurance provider is trying to diminish and cover as much exposure as possible
by having the information not released.
We are told that the first round of the investigation is the report is going to be reviewed today at the work session
and further driving conflict of interest is the attorney, the law firm, the law firm that's being used,
is a law firm that is currently representing Almore County Public Schools in a different case
where they are literally representing the school system.
We have a law firm that's being paid by an insurance company, an insurance company that's offering coverage to the school system,
and a law firm's doing the investigation, the same law firm that's representing the school system in another case,
multiple other cases. Make that make sense.
Make that make sense. The work sessions today, also in the work session, they have to respond to the deadlines
and the questions presented by the supervisors, Judah.
They need to decide how they're going to respond. They need to decide, I believe, that
Ned Galloway mentioned yesterday that there hasn't been an effort to
have that meeting between the two groups
and that
I think he figures that
this meeting of the Board of Supervisors
I mean the school board
will be where they discuss
the resolution, discuss how to
respond to it, discuss how to
work with the board
of supervisors.
Berlin's statement the other day
is certainly
certainly made it sound like they were willing to
and eager to work with the board of supervisors.
A lot on a work session.
I wish I had a little microphone in that work session.
If those walls could talk.
If anybody is waiting outside the doors when they get out,
if anyone's sweating, that might be
an indication that things went roughly.
Oh, amen, brother.
Another storyline to follow.
I hear from yet a number.
another source. We have sources all over this.
I, you know, one literally in the building. We hear from another source, another source, Judah,
that Aaron Stone has been removed from the Albor County Public School Primary Directory as Title IX coordinator.
Now, the extent of what I'm going to offer commentary on with her removal is Title IX coordinator.
coordinator is maybe she's on paid leave. I'm not going to jump to the conclusion that she's
been fired. But we do have confirmation that she's off the website?
In the primary directory position, she is no longer titled as Title IX coordinator on the website.
I am not going to jump to conclusions and say that she's been fired. I do find that to be
breaking news that Aaron Stone has been removed from the Almarl County Public School,
primary directory being removed from the Almore County Public Schools website does not by itself
establish that Aaron Stone has been terminated, nor does it establish that she has resigned, nor does
it establish that she is no longer employed by Almore County Public Schools. I need to emphasize
that. I found it curious that Aaron Stone, the Title IX coordinator, who was arrested and is one of the
key figures,
lynchpins.
What are better words here to use
here?
Culprits, culprit maybe?
Key culprits?
Is culprit even the right word?
For the alleged coverup? What's the synonym
the word you would like to use?
I mean, I might just say key figures.
Stoge? Because we don't know,
we don't know what the involvement was of some of these
people.
Why they were arrested.
You have lower thirds to rotate on screen.
The questions I have for you, Judah, Wickhauer,
as you're rotating those lower thirds,
is Aaron Stone still employed by Almar County Public Schools?
That's a question.
If she remains employed,
is she still serving as Title IX coordinator or not?
That's the follow-up question.
My next question,
has Aaron Stone been placed on administrative leave?
Has she resigned?
Or she separated from employment?
My next question I have,
and then you jump in, hold that thought.
Who is currently performing the Title IX coordinator responsibilities?
I think we have that answer.
Jessica Cochran is the interim Title IX coordinator.
When was Aaron Stone's name removed from the public directory and why?
Yeah.
I'd like to know that.
And frankly, here's the most important talking point that I have, Judah Wickehr, then you jump in.
Here it is.
Has Almaro County Public Schools and the school board notified?
employees, parents, and students of this change?
Because, geez, Louise, or should I start saying,
geez, Louise, Lucas, this is a distinction that must be communicated.
Do you not think?
I mean, with all of the miscommunications and non-communications recently,
you would think that they would make an effort to communicate.
Right? I mean, we're not, we should, we, we joke because it's, it's, it's a comedy of errors.
It's a cacophony, a cacophony, a cacophony of incompetence.
A tragedy of errors, but, uh, a cornucopia of, of, of, of idiocy. I mean, what is best sitting here?
A comedy, what is, what is best, most applicable here for you, Judy? You ready?
A comedy of errors. A cacophony of idiocy.
or a
cornucopia of incompetence?
I mean, I don't know if any of those really apply
because, well, it's not,
there may be some incompetence,
there may be some,
but seriously,
I mean, I was thinking about the,
I was thinking about the recent article
talking about
talking about
members of the school
being afraid to come forward about things.
That's systemic.
That's not just...
That's cover-up.
That's not just like, oh, I'm afraid my boss will, you know,
dock my pay or something.
That's like fear of your workplace.
That's the white-collar racketeering tactics
that were used at the UVA health system
with Dr. Craig Kent.
And that's not incompetence.
maybe weaponized incompetence, but it's, it seems far more systemic than something that I would
call incompetence. I mean, if, I don't think, I don't think the El Marl County school system
is incompetent. It may have some bad actors. I hope it's fewer than more, but whatever's
rotten there needs to be dug out.
And it's definitely more than just, you know, someone being incompetent.
Judah Wickhauer, Jerry Miller.
Or comedic or whatever else.
The I Love Seville Show, the number one media platform in Charlottesville.
Ginny Who says she misses the Judah Wickhauer Yiddish segment.
We could always return that.
Yeah.
I mean, I was having to look up Yiddish words because I really don't know Yiddish.
I mean, Judah Wikauer's got so much Hutzpah, doesn't he, Ginny?
So much Hutzpah.
My aunt has.
two dogs named chutzpah and uh shana madele is she jewish my family is jewish i thought you were not
jewish we're not religiously jewish but you are jewish yet you go to a christian church because we're not
religiously jewish i'm so confused well we're jews there were jews all over the world i understand
the ones that don't live in israel are not israelites okay
So what do you call them?
Do you have a dreidel?
I don't believe I currently have a dreidel in my house.
Okay.
But I do know a song.
I do know a song too.
Me too, Judah.
See, I thought I was confused.
I grew up Southern Baptist, raised in a Jewish neighborhood,
and educated in a Catholic school by the Sisters of Mercy,
where I held signs that said Trojans don't burst under pressure.
But that's all just individual.
That's all just different religions.
It was very confusing for a adolescent and teenage Jerry.
That was motivated by very few things.
Very few of them good.
It was very confusing, Jr.
I believe it.
Conan Owen is watching the program.
Good news with Conan Owen.
Conan is going to host a new talk show on the I Love Seville Network.
Conan's new talk show will air on a Thursday,
starting in November, Conan Owen, the owner of Sir Speedy of Central Virginia,
his new talk show will air every Thursday, starting Thursday, November 5th.
It's going to be a Q&A talk show where he's interviewing business owners.
Local business owners will come on his talk show,
and Conan will interview them and talk about the flip book of their business,
the trials, the tribulations, the founder story,
the success story, what motivates the entrepreneur, what keeps them persevering through tough times,
what keeps their business moving forward, drives attention to all their positives.
First Thursday in November, that would be Thursday, November 5th, Conan Owen, the owner of
Sir Speedy, Central Virginia, the firm we use for all our signage needs, will host a talk show
right here on the I Love Seaville Network.
I can't wait for that show to launch Conan.
I think it's going to be Dino-Mite.
Who made that famous, Judah?
Dino-Mind.
Oh, I can't think of the name.
JJ from Good Times.
J-J. from Good Times.
I saw him in my mind.
I just couldn't have given you the name.
Dino-Mine.
All right, in regards to Aaron Stone,
in regards to the work session today, the first round of the investigative report.
Parents need to ask these questions.
Has Aaron Stone ceased serving officially as the Title IX coordinator?
Is she employed in any capacity by Albar County Public Schools?
Is she on paid leave?
Has she resigned?
Has she been fired?
Why was Jessica Cochran appointed interim coordinator?
Now we have an interim superintendent and an interim Title IX coordinator.
Okay. I have these questions. Who made the decision to appoint an interim Title IX coordinator? Who made that decision? Has Almore County Public Schools notified parents, teachers, employees, and students? Because we deserve to know. Is Almore County Public Schools reviewing Title IX matters previously handled by Aaron Stone? Like, who is doing reconnaissance and investigating Aaron Stone's work while she was.
was on the job. Because if she did this in this circumstance, where she allegedly, I mean,
she was arrested, she was indicted, right? Okay. She, she allegedly is, you know, committed
criminality here, right? Who's to say that there's not other shadiness in, and, in previous
Title IX investigations, right? Oh, yeah. Should we not investigate everything that Aaron Stone has done?
anything tied to Title IX
and anything inappropriate with kids
within Almore County Public Schools
that had her footprint
or her handprint or her fingerprint or her
analysis on? Do you agree with that?
Yeah, I would be
very surprised if that's not what they're doing
because with the three people arrested
with everything we know about this
it doesn't make sense that you would not cast a wide net at this point.
Jenny says if I work for Almore County Public Schools and my name was even close to being considered for interim anything, any interim title, I would remove my hat from the ring immediately.
That's why I'm shocked like someone like David Storm accepted the at-large spot to fill Allison Spillman's seat on the school board.
What were you thinking, David?
Like, who are the candidates that are going to choose to replace Jim Dillon back at this point from the Ryo district?
And why would you do that?
Like, why would you do that?
Life too boring?
I mean, three years in change, you have to serve on the board with these bozos.
And remember, we were looking for names for the school board member.
We agreed that it was Larry Curley and Moe were three, right?
The Stoge's.
someone suggested Steve Urkel.
Did I do that from Family Matters?
As a fourth name, I was looking for pop culture references.
You've said that coyote and the road rudder should not be a part of them.
Because you said the coyote is wily, and of course the roadrunner always gets away.
Screech Powers was another.
So the school board members, you have the three stooges, Larry Curley and Moe.
You have Steve Urkel and Screech Powers.
We're missing one.
Why are all the school board members that are having,
nicknames male.
I don't know.
Why were you, why did you come up with this idea?
You're the one coming up with this idea, Judah.
I mean, let's see.
Let's mix the three stooges.
You've actually got four stooges.
I thought there was only three stooges.
One of them got switched out every once in a while.
So there's four stooges, but we call it the three stooges?
There's always Mo and Larry, and then sometimes there's curly, sometimes there's shimp.
We don't need to look that up.
Is that what you're about to look up?
You can look it up if you.
I don't care.
I mean, I just, what's the next headline, Judah Woodcower, at the 110 marker of the talk show,
as we have partners that we need to highlight on the program, as comments are coming in.
Hank Martin, I'm going to get to your comment here in a matter of minutes.
BJ Foreman, I'm going to get to your comment.
Conan, I'm going to get to your comment here in a matter of minutes.
John Blair says, fantastic news about Conan Owen in his new talk show.
I love to hear about businesses in Charlottesville.
I know.
me too. This show initially
was me interviewing business owners.
That was the whole premise of the show.
Jerry, interview business owners
and talk about what they're doing
in this community. And now it's evolved
into like the news of the day
because that's what viewers and listeners have
demanded. But initially was a business
interview show,
a lead gen for our consultancy
and firm.
All right, Judah Wickhauer.
next topic. What do you got?
Roveshier?
Oh, I can't wait to talk about that.
Before I get to that, how about Conan's comment here?
If you want to understand Donald Trump, Conan says.
Just look at how he went off on the National Football League, the NFL.
It was partially about kneeling during the national anthem,
but it was his opportunity to take a shot at them after he won the USFL antitrust suit,
but was only awarded $1 back in the 1980.
He held the grudge 40 years and did not hesitate to jump all over them and drive down their ratings by shaming them.
And he has a question Conan does for voters.
Remember, Conan's the host of a new talk show that launches in November, the first Thursday in November.
It's going to be every Thursday at 10, 15 a.m., where he's going to interview business owners here in the I Love Seville Network.
Conan has this question for voters, and the voting is big because we're less than,
in two weeks from Election Day.
Here's this question.
What policies do you believe the challengers will pass
that will lower the cost of living?
Under Joe Biden, inflation was rampant
and gas prices were high without a war.
Their policies inherently cause higher prices and costs,
shutting down pipelines, restricting drilling,
higher energy costs to join the RGGI, et cetera.
So what are they promising to lower costs?
That's what he wants to know. I think he's being authentic with that ask. Do you want to try to
answer that, Judah? Let me try a different approach to this, Judah. Do you feel more of a pinch now
in 2026 than you did ever during the Biden administration? And I should also clarify this.
Your boss is a phenomenal human being, and your raise year over a year, especially last year over this year, has been
substantial. He's a phenomenal guy that ball severs. The pinch financially. Don't break your
arm. Padding myself on the bat. Is that the reference right there? It's true, though.
Straightforwardly. Is the financial pinch greater now? You don't have to talk about this if you don't
want to. If we're getting too personal. I don't mean to get personal. Now, more significant than Biden?
You might be an anomaly here. I think probably less now. I don't want to answer that question, but
I think I'd have a hard time answering that.
I don't...
You actually, because of performance and compensation and this particular circumstance,
may be one of the anomalies in America where the pinch is less in your circumstance.
And I'm not trying to speak for you, but I know I'm doing that here financially now versus the Biden administration.
But I would think overwhelmingly for Americans, overwhelmingly for Americans, the stress now is
significantly greater than the stress was during the Biden administration.
And Coden's point is this, how is that possible?
If inflation was running rampant during Biden's time and there was no war,
at least Trump can point to a war, Russia, Ukraine, Iran as the motivation and reason for
inflation.
What could Biden point to?
I mean, what Biden could point to obviously was how COVID was managed.
stimulus driving froth in stocks and equities
as it put every Tom, Dick, and Harry,
Jennifer, Kimberly, and Sally
into a day trader,
into the stock market in some capacity, right?
I mean, stimulus money, free money in the mailbox,
historically generational,
once in a lifetime low interest rates
that drove consumer spending.
Oh, look at this, my floating debt is so affordable here.
The interest rate's nothing.
Oh, I can buy a half a million dollar, $750,000 house at a 2% locked for 30 years.
Let's do it.
I saw a stat the other day.
40% of Americans, 40% for zero, 40% of Americans have an interest rate that is sub 5%.
Judah Wickhauer, you're one of them, huh?
40% of Americans have an interest rate that's sub 5%.
And folks are wondering why the housing market is stalled.
The housing market is not just cold.
It is ice cold right now, viewers and listeners.
Ice cold.
When we were in pandemic and we were in COVID,
and we got to interest rates that were at 2%,
I mean, can I ask what your rate is?
I couldn't tell you the exact, but it's...
Does it have a two handle?
It's in the mid-3s.
Mid-threes?
Okay, you got a fantastic rate.
Did they ever anticipate when lowering rates that we'd have this golden handcuffed rate lock
that would dramatically and significantly impact housing?
There's a lot they didn't consider.
And that's why I find it hard to answer any of these questions because I feel like there's...
No one can see into the future?
Is that what you're saying?
No one can see into the future.
There's also, I mean, there's, I feel like there's some obfuscation where every, every presidential cabinet, every time we've got a different president, you hear the same thing.
You know, the gas price was affected by the last guy. Now, this was, you know, this, that, and the other was affected by the last guy.
it's far too easy to point the finger at the last guy, and that's the usual MO.
And then there are other things that change.
We've entered a technological sprint towards AI in the last couple years.
There are other things that have changed.
The stock market, the plunge protection team keeping the stock market pumping,
North and North and North.
And it's, I find it hard to, to pick out any one thing and separate it from, you know, all the other things that are going on affecting the daily lives of Americans.
And then, like you said, my monetary outlook may change, it may have changed a little bit.
And so, yeah, it's not easy for me to take a look and be completely objective about,
about the effects that every little thing are having on the world around us.
Chita Wickauer.
On point today.
Deepthroats photo on screen.
He's asking a question about Aaron Stone.
We've got some breaking news.
She is not on the primary directory as the Title IX coordinator, Aaron Stone.
I mean, that's a story.
Is that not a story?
I mean, that's deliberate.
That's not just like, oh, she's on vacation.
We're going to take her off the website.
She ain't coming back.
Is that what you think?
Yeah, I think...
Do we, but we're not assuming fire, terminated, resign, quit, pay-le-le-le-le.
This is a school system.
The speed with which they got her name off the website tells me that, A, she's not coming back,
and B, they don't want the association.
Deep-throat.
I could be wrong.
No, it's great.
It's fair.
Deep-throat.
How many Title IX investigations do you think Almaro County Public Schools has had to do in the last few years?
Deep-throat.
That may be why she was arrested.
Well, Deep Throat says this.
Is the joke?
Aaron Stone?
Or perhaps that Albar County Public Schools had a coordinator and an investigator,
and they do, like, one investigation a year?
That's very plausible.
Carly Wagner makes the point that they had an investigator and a coordinator.
You've got Aaron Stone is the coordinator.
That's the six-figure.
That's the six-figure earner.
Right? And then you had an investigator that was making 10K.
Carly Wagner, make your point. You're watching the program.
Carly Wagner is super smart.
Make the point that you make about the investigator and the coordinator and the comment section
so I can read it to the viewers and listeners.
You're watching on one of the 27 social media platforms I see you watching here.
And we very much respect your opinion on this talk show.
What was the point that you've made that I thought, you know,
you actually drove our commentary on this topic with your analysis because it's trust.
I would love if you reposted that so I could read it to the viewers and listeners.
Handsome Hank Martin is watching the program.
He says a video Broadside was dispatched two days ago by Hayes explaining the new normal in HR and Title IX structure.
Subtle intimidation was suggested regarding teachers, staff interactions with media and parents.
That's a little vague.
What are you referencing there, Hank Mark?
Give me a little more clarity.
Jason Noble says we were way, way.
worse off, much more worse off, under the Biden administration. All things considered, namely the
Iran situation, the economy is doing really, really well under Trump. That's Jason Noble's take.
Handsome Hank Martin says, through the revenue sharing agreement, every household in Almore County
coughed up another $450 to give to the city of Charlottesville, on top of fuel, groceries,
et cetera. Gotta love it. We'll pay even more if when the 1% tax initiative,
passes. He's referencing the revenue sharing agreement. We have a number. We have a number.
What's the headline? Judah, read it to the viewers and listeners. Alpco sends Seville
$20.1 million million dollars in FYI to
26 for Revshaer. And fiscal year 2026. 20.1 million dollars. What is that? Like 10% of
Charlottesville's budget? Let's see. I'm going to open this up here. I'm going to open this up here.
What is the city of Charlottesville budget for fiscal year 2026? Let's see what it is.
I think it's like, let's see what it is. 265 million, 248,446. So what's $2046. So what's $20,000. $446.
So what's $20 million?
Let's just back at the napkin
here. 265 million
times
0.08?
Yeah, like just under 8%.
Call it 8%. We'll round up.
8% of the city's
fiscal year
2026 budget
is tied to the revenue sharing
agreement in Almar County
stroking a check of 20 million
plus to the city.
20 million plus. Hey,
Martin's done some extrapolating $450 a household, an Alpco to the city of Charlottesville for the
RSA. Vanessa Parkhill's photo on screen. Vanessa, Queen of Earlysville. To answer Conan Owens'
question, Democrats approach to affordability is the Robin Hood approach. The rich have plenty, so the
government will take more from them and give it to those with much less, thus allowing them
to afford things they might otherwise be able to buy. Queen of Earlysville, Vanessa Parkhill,
to Conan Owen, the new host of a business talk show here on the Alabama Sebel Network.
My problem with that viewpoint is the disingenuousness of saying that,
oh, you're a horrible person for not wanting to help X or Y with your money.
And it's like, I don't mind helping X or Y, but I want it to be my choice.
And my choice, what I do with my money.
And I don't trust you to take my money to then go and help X or Y,
X and why without helping yourself in the process.
Yeah.
Well, you're on point today.
Thank you.
Carly Wagner's photo on screen.
The point that Carly made about Aaron Stone, and I thought this was an excellent point,
Carly said, Aaron was making more than $100,000 a year as the Title IX coordinator,
while the only investigator on staff with Almore County Public Schools was paid $10,000 per year.
There's no way, Carly says, Aaron was doing all these, or,
excuse me, there's no way that the investigator was doing all these investigations for 10K.
I would bet, Carly says, that Aaron, as the attorney, was writing the investigation reports
and asking the investigator to rubber stamp them.
Hence the 10,000 verse six-figure salary, delta or difference.
Thank you, Carly Wagner.
I thought you were very much on point.
Lauren and Ivy is watching the program
Wanda Morris, Kristen Grimes,
Valerie Williams Davis, and Patricia Spicer, Napoleon.
We have elected officials watching the program.
We have appointed officials watching the program.
We have folks in police watching the program
and folks in the General Assembly watching the program right now.
Fontini Burns is watching on YouTube.
I thought I saw that every single new house that gets built
as a 2,000 fee built in for schools.
I could be wrong, but if I'm not,
what do they want with that money?
good question
Latino Barnes
Carly says to
Judah's point
paying your taxes
doesn't make you a good person
forced charity is not charity
I pay my taxes
and also give charitably
and volunteer
exactly
and she says
how many years was Haas employed
that's maybe enough
to pay for a salary alone
is she talking about the 20 million?
I mean, if Haas was making 30, let's call a Haas soup to nuts across the life of his time.
Let me figure out, ask Jennifer over there how many years Matt Haas served on the job.
Oh, that's your name for it.
Ask Jennifer.
Jennifer, how many years did Matt Haas serve on the job?
See if she can get you that answer.
Can Jennifer find that answer for us?
Ask Jennifer, okay.
Let's say he, over the course of the lifetime of his contract, it was.
250,000 soup to nuts.
We're talking with the acquirement benefits.
How many years?
How many years?
Yeah, did Matt Hoff serve a superintendent?
That's Jennifer.
Jennifer's given us how many years, Jennifer.
Are you getting us that?
Yeah.
Okay.
Let's say 250,000 on average for the eight, for the however years he was the superintendent.
You were the, come on.
Can we, can we get a little pep in the step over there, Jennifer?
What do we got?
Almore County Public Schools.
You got that number?
Yeah, it's coming. It's coming.
If I get this before you, I'm going to be very upset.
Blame Jennifer.
Damn it, Jennifer.
He served as Superintendent of Almore County Public Schools for eight years.
Eight years, seven years, 11 months, and 19 days.
His predecessor was Dr. Pamela Moran, who watches the show.
Pam Moran watches the show.
She was up in my stories yesterday.
Pam Moran.
Up in your stories.
Chandra Hayes watches the show as the intro.
So let's call it eight years.
Eight at $250,000, unfortunately, does not equate $20 million.
I know that was a tongue-in-cheek joke from New Carly.
That's $2 million, $2 million, Matthew Haas, for this position.
She says he was, I think he was paid more than that.
You know, over the eight years, I'll use the $250,000 average, Carly.
I think that's fair over eight years.
That might actually be on the high end.
Hank says he sent you a DM
Check your messages
Judah says
What did you say about Hank's DMs?
You got it?
Let me see
All right
I think it was in reference to
The quote of his that you were reading
But it was
Hank I got to say
It was about a video that
That got sent out
Finish your thought
Hank, I got to say what?
This is my thought.
Oh, that's your thought.
Okay.
Because he sent me,
he sent things, a video,
here's what he sent me
yesterday evening.
A video sent by Chandra Hayes
yesterday to all ACPS staff.
In it, she discusses the new
HR bureaucratic setup,
as well as warning people
about reporting as they do not want to
risk saying too much.
And I think it was,
I don't know where he got it,
but it looks like a
transcript of the video.
that he sent to me. It's not very long. I could read through it, but I didn't find it to be particularly onerous.
There is a certain, at a certain level, you can't just have all your employees going out and talking about
what's going on in the school. And so I don't really think a boilerplate video to ACPS employees saying,
be careful what you say, because there's a lot going on right now. This is not heard,
saying we're going to keep secrets from parents.
This is, I felt more like, hey, just be careful what you say.
I agree with that.
I didn't think this was.
Clandestine conspiracy cover up.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I don't think so.
I appreciate the reference, but I think it's more cautious than clandestine conspiracy cover.
Yeah.
There may be, there is no doubt at some kind of conspiracy
going on or cover up.
But let's not
go looking in every corner for
goblins. Amen, brother.
Amen, brother. All right. A couple other
tidbits that I get out of the notebook. I think we've
covered the headlines, have we not?
At the 130 marker?
We still have the...
I mean, we talked about the... We talked
Louise. Yeah. Jeez, Louise
Lucas. Jeez, Louise Lucas.
This
interesting tidbit that did not make
the rundown that I'm, you know,
for your cocktail and charcutory party.
Remember, Virginia plays Duke tomorrow night
on national television.
Excited for that ball game,
excited for tailgating,
and Virginia Duke,
excited for nationally televised broadcast,
realize the significance of this game for Virginia,
and it's season that clearly is on the brink,
ladies and gentlemen.
Virginia football is on the brink right now.
A tidbit for your party tomorrow,
a reference point.
The tax structure in Almaro County right now,
Almar County for its budget, the jurisdiction of Almar County, ladies and gentlemen,
what percentage, Judah, of Almar County's yearly budget is from residential real estate taxes?
I'm putting you on the spot here.
If you get this wrong, I won't give you a hard time.
It's from residential real estate taxes.
What percent?
I'm going to say it's higher than it should be, but I don't know what it should be.
So I don't even know what good and...
I'll say 35%.
Well, that was horrendous.
I'm just joking, but it was horrendous.
I don't know.
69% of Almaro County's nearly $750 million yearly budget, my friend.
69% comes from residential property taxes.
That's not good.
That is literally gentrifying Almaro County,
pushing middle class Almaro County out of Almaro,
to Fluvana County, Louisiana County, Green County, and Over the Mountain in Waynesboro.
69%. Here's another benchmark or metric for you. You ready for this one?
In 2004, 2004, 22 years ago, 54% of its budget came from residential taxes.
So 69 now, 22 years ago was 54.
Yeah.
That right there is significant.
Does that mean that business is leaving Admiral County?
I think it's a many-prong storyline.
I think it's the county took its eye off the prize with economic development for a period of time.
I think it's the fact that they're raising, they've raised real estate tax rates.
At the same time, assess values have increased.
Yeah.
But oftentimes you do that when you're losing retail tax revenue and trying to make up for it.
Oh, I wouldn't say it's just retail tax revenue because you have your food and beverage tax, you have lodging tax, you have sales tax, you have, there's a lot of different taxes that come in.
I just mean the non, I just mean, yeah.
Eventually you've got to put it on the rooftops if you're not getting it from somewhere else.
So 69% on residential rooftops.
That's astronomical.
It used to be in 2004.
Yeah.
54%.
All right, that's the talk show.
Let's highlight Virginia vacuum company, John Vermillion, Andrew Vermillion,
the Vermillion family of companies.
They own Charlottesville Sanitary.
Supply and Charlottesville Swimming Pool Company
and Virginia Vacuum Company.
Here we are in the final
stretch before the holidays.
And as your kiddos,
as your dog, as
your family, as your friends that are visiting
for the holidays, are tracking in
Gook. Is Gook Yiddish?
Gook. What?
Gook. Tracking in Gook.
I don't know what you're saying.
Gook. G-O-K. They're tracking in
gook. You've never heard gook.
I've heard it used as a
as an offensive slang.
No, they're tracking in gook.
Trash, dirt.
Okay.
You've never heard that phrase?
Tracking in gook.
I've never heard it said like that.
You immediately went to the offensive slur?
I don't hear a lot of people using the word gook.
I'm sorry.
Tracking in gook, get to the house.
Our kids tracking gook all the time.
I would call it gunk.
Oh, scook.
Geez, Louise Lucas.
As they're doing this, you need a vacuum.
And what's the only vacuum the viewers and listeners need?
Judah Wickow.
Well, the only one, I would say probably a meal.
The meala vacuum.
It's the best.
Once you get a meal at your house and you vacuum,
you realize you have the best vacuum.
Especially if you have kids or if you have a dog,
or if you have friends visit,
or if you have family visit,
or if you live in your house,
if you live in your home,
if you sleep in your home,
if you sit on the couch in your home,
if you eat in your home
and you don't have a meal of vacuum,
what are you doing?
You get them in Charlottesville Santerian supply
from the Bermilions.
John and Andrew Bermilion.
This is the I Love Sebel Show,
the number one media platform at Charlottesville.
So long, everybody.
Your mics off.
