Hey, Lisa Perna, this ain't church, y'all, but it is all about the kingdom of God. And that's where we are going to go with this show today. The kingdom of God, living a Holy Spirit filled life, being trained and truly taught by the Holy Spirit, what that looks like. We have Lisa Perna from New Jersey live in studio today. It is a blessing to have her here today. We're probably going to have some jealous ministers because she is officially our first repeat guest in the history of the show. So we are honored that

Lisa is here because she ministered at the heart of the home over in Timberville, Virginia with Barbara Shaw. And in that ministry, all really most of the weekend, we took her to explore Charlottesville. It was her first time in this region. She stayed at the Kibler residence and got to get to know our family and Kai and the triplets. And they adore Lisa, so she loves the children. And that's something that Ann and I know, you know, we hold that close to our hearts. So we thank you for loving our kids.

So let's just go ahead and bring Lisa on. Is she live? Can we see her, Judah? We're on studio. So we're going to have a fun show today. Yes, absolutely. Well, tell us, you know, you are a much more experienced, let's call it kingdom talk show host than I am. I have been doing this for six months. I think

you've been doing it for about 10 years, right? Yes, 10 years. Talk to us about that a little bit. Well, it's funny because when God has a calling in your heart, you just answer the call just like you did. And so the Lord asked me to do a broadcast back in 2014. And so I started Touched by Prayer and I've been doing it for 10 years. But what was so crazy is in 2020, he said, I'd like you to do a second broadcast. What? I'm like, a second broadcast? And so he gave me the title of Crown Talk, which I changed to Crown Chats, and I do it Monday through Friday. And I've been doing that for four years, every Monday through Friday.

That's a big commitment. It takes a lot of discipline. And yeah, so we thank you for all you're doing for the kingdom of God. I know you have amazing men and women of God from, I mean, it's amazing the connections that God has aligned you with through that show, right? Yeah, God has been so faithful.

It's like it says in the scriptures, it says, if I can trust you with a little, he said that I will give you the more. Because when I had nothing, I just basically took the resources that were in front of me, which were from my church, and I said, can I interview you? Because this is what I felt like I was being called to do. And as soon as I was consistent and I was faithful, The Lord started to open these doors. And so I've interviewed.

The first person I ever interviewed was the Apostle Che Ahn. Okay. And what was so crazy is I did not really know anything about his ministry. Is that person from another country? No, he's actually, he has a church in California. He was one of the churches that refused to close during COVID. Oh, no, people know who he is. Fair enough.

So I asked him. He was staying with some friends of mine because they were doing a conference. And I said, it would be really cool to interview him. And they said, well, we could do that. I said, really? And so my husband, who does video, we packed up all of our equipment. We drove out there. He set it up. I did a three camera live shoot. And that was my first, that was my first video I ever did. My first video shoot. Yep. The rest is history. Rest is history. Yep. Well,

let's talk about the weekend because you were able to minister at the heart of the home on Sunday morning and Sunday evening, multiple messages. And I just want to let everyone know, I'm going to give a plug to Lisa Perna because she is an awesome talk show host. She's an awesome guest, but she is a very anointed and gifted, powerful woman of God, a beautiful prophetic voice for the body of Christ, a great speaker, a great teacher. And there was so much fire and passion this weekend. A lot of lives were impacted. And we did some amazing things last night, releasing the sound of heaven into that atmosphere and fire tunnels and prophetic words and people weeping and being touched by the Lord.

And so beautiful weekend. It was. It was incredible. Well, this is the Lord. And so beautiful weekend. It was, it was incredible. Well, this is the thing. It's like, um, if you know that, like it says, if you open your mouth, I will fill it. That's what it says in the scripture. And so there are so many times that when the Lord tells me to say something, I might not understand it, but I trust him. And so he orchestrated this whole weekend. I can't say, oh, I've been preparing this for weeks and weeks and weeks. Actually, what happened is I had two different messages. One message I was really unsure about, but the Nate's son, Kai, he drew

this beautiful prophetic picture. And as soon as I saw the prophetic picture, I knew exactly what I was supposed to speak on Sunday morning because he drew this picture and it had a line right down the middle and one side was like darkness and it was a demon and the other side was like gold and it was Jesus and he was on a lion. And so the Lord's been talking to me about the line that's been drawn in the sand. So it was like a no-brainer. That's the beautiful part. Like when you really trust God and say, okay, all right, you're sending me there. Give me the message.

And he did it through a nine-year-old. And that's what, I mean, two things. It's amazing. There is no JV Holy Spirit. The same Holy Spirit that lives in you and I lives in Kai. And that God would not only work through a nine-year-old to give an anointed kingdom woman that message, but also that you have the humility and awareness to be like, that's the Lord. That's confirming.

And I'm going to share that. Yeah. And trust that. It was so clear. It was so clear. Look, it says in the scriptures, Jesusesus said bring the little children to me and it says unless we're like children he says we can never enter the kingdom of god we have to be childlike and so i love kids i just love kids and i love to be around kids because sometimes out of the mouth of children you will find the truth

like seriously a child they don't have that filter. That's right. They don't have that people-pleasing thing inside of them that's just going to be politically correct. They're just going to tell you the truth. So it was a beautiful confirmation. But it was so interesting how the Lord took this message, and he put it in such a way that I could do it,

because it was a hard word to tell people, you know, you can't stand in the middle anymore. But he showed me how to do it, and it was fun, and it was interactive, and it was just beautiful. And then on Sunday night, we did something a little different. We did an impartation, and we just blessed people and people got healed and some people got delivered. But the cool part is the fire of the living God was felt by every single person that was there. Absolutely. Yeah. So cool. So yeah, the last time you were

on our show, that resulted in you coming to the heart of the home because I liked you so much. I said, we want Lisa at our church, at our ministry. And I believe that there are more opportunities coming for Lisa Perna like that. So for the people watching this show, if you want an anointed, humble, fun, unique person of God, invite her to your church and ministry. Well, and that's the thing. For a long time, I kept saying, I don't have a ministry, Nate. I used to tell people, like, oh, you have a ministry. And I would say, oh, no, no, I just have a broadcast.

And they're like, no, no, no, you have a ministry. Because it takes a while to understand what God is doing. Sometimes we have to walk it out until we realize, oh, no, really, that is what I'm doing. And are we talking about a ministry in the natural or are we talking about a ministry in the spirit? And the sense of the motto of our White Mountain Ministries ministry is if you had an encounter with Jesus and a testimony, you have a ministry. Absolutely. In the sense of you just go out and start sharing the testimony, share that God is alive, what he did in your life. And it's amazing what he will do through that. It doesn't mean you have to go have a website and start a 501c3 to have a ministry. Right. And that's the... Jesus never had a 501c3 and a website, by the way.

No. And guess what? He didn't do ministry. He was ministry. Yeah, he wasn't a deliverance minister. He was king. He was king, but he also was ministry. Yes. It was his life. It was his life, and I think that that's part of it.

Okay, if I didn't have a broadcast, if I never ever did another broadcast, would I still minister to people? 100%. Absolutely. Would I still pray for people? Yeah. Would I give them words of knowledge or prophetic words? Would I do dream interpretation?

Would I cast out demons? You bet your bippy I would. I would do all of the things without having any type of a platform because it's so ingrained in who I am that I don't walk away from it. If every technological capability was taken away, if every church was taken away, would you still be a minister of the gospel? I'm asking the audience to think about that. Because the beautiful thing is about you and also something that I realized this weekend Oh, yeah. and taught by the Holy Spirit for five years at a makeup counter than someone who comes in with a degree in divinity.

Because, I mean, that is hands-on kingdom. Right. Well, it's funny that you said that because when I realized I was going into ministry, I said to the Lord, I said, Lord, I said, should I go to Bible school? And he said, no. I said, why?

He said, because then they'll see school? And he said, no. I said, why? He said, because then they'll see your degree and not me. Amen. And you know what? That's very similar to what he told me, because the night I got delivered, our mutual friend, Sean Hurley, prayed for me. The first thing the Holy Spirit said, he said, you're going to do this too. And I said, teach me. And then he confirmed very quickly through his word that he is, John 14, that he is the ultimate teacher. He will teach us all things. He desires so much to be our friend, to be our teacher. We keep looking to other things.

And I'm not saying it's bad to have mentors or to have people that you like to watch online or to read books. But he is the source. Yeah, yeah. He will teach you all things. And it's beautiful the way he will teach us. Well, and that's when we look at the gospel and it says, you know, the apostles, the actual meaning of an apostle is sent one. It's not a hierarchy.

People will take different, take different words and say, there are different offices that it's very, very clear that there is an office of a prophet, and there's an apostle, and there's a teacher, and there's an evangelist. But this is how I feel. I feel Holy Spirit will teach us and walk us through each of those different types.

The thing about the office of a prophet it's um it's one of those things if if you weren't called to be a prophet because those are one of the things that in the Old Testament it talks about the prophet it doesn't know there were prophet schools like there were prophet schools that people would go to to learn. That's what Samuel did. Samuel went to Eli to understand how to hear the voice of God. He was given to a priest as an offering from his mom, Hannah. So it's like Hannah's prayers didn't just produce a son.

They produced a prophet. So it's like be careful how you pray because God is, he's going to take you. If you say you're going to do something, he's going to, he's going to hold you to it. And so many people are like, oh, if I could do this, if I can do that, Lord, I would do this for you. He'll say, okay. And he'll put it before you to see what you're going to do. Amen. Yeah, that's good. And so something I learned about you really this weekend is that you basically, when you really started this kingdom walk with the Lord, he did it through a makeup counter, right? Yep. And I just want to say, I'm going to go again and give a plug

to a very beautiful woman. Her name is Ann Kibler. I know her well. We actually share a bed together. Hi, honey. She did professional makeup on Lisa Perna today. And by the way, it looks fantastic. So if you are having a wedding in Central Virginia, in the Shenandoah Valley, in Richmond, call and kibler charlotte's wedding hair and makeup artist but talk about how the lord how the holy spirit really became your teacher at the makeup counter well actually when i got filled with the holy spirit um for about a year i was home and so all i did is i prayed in the spirit i read the bible and i watched uh i watched christian tv i watched john paul Jackson, who just really showed

me about the prophetic and dream interpretation. And I started to hear about testimonies of people getting healed and people getting delivered. And then I started watching Sid Roth's Supernatural, and that just blew me away. I learned so much from Sid Roth. So there was this whole world that I was cultivating in my house. As my children were at school, I would be doing my mom's stuff. I would be cleaning and cooking and doing all these things while having TV on, having worship on, or praying in the spirit. And so I was getting revelation. I was getting these visions. But what was super crazy, Nate, is I would scroll through Facebook because back in 2009, Facebook wasn't like it is now. It was a little more real now.

I kind of call it fake book, but that's besides the point. I would see different people who would put prayer requests. I will say this, though. If it wasn't through Facebook, you and I would have different people who would put prayer requests. I will say this, though. If it wasn't through Facebook, you and I would have never met. I know. I would have never met Sean Hurley, probably. Same with me. Same with me.

I give some, you know, God uses it for good, too. No, I've met incredible, incredible people through Facebook. I really did. But I will say that the Lord started to use Facebook to open up to my world about the power of prayer. And so I started to pray for different people on Facebook. And as soon as I would pray, I would hear that people got healed. And I was like, oh my gosh, that's so cool. Yay, people were praying.

Yay, we all prayed. But then there were certain people that I was praying and God was giving me complete and total understanding about. So I started to see, like this one time, somebody put that their friend was hit and she was in a coma. And so I started to pray. And as I started to pray, I'm just on my porch. I'm in New Jersey. Now, this is in New York. This girl's in a hospital.

And I started to pray. And I was praying in the spirit. And all of a sudden, I was taken to the hospital room by the spirit. And I heard, I started to shout in English, wake up, wake up, wake up. And then I heard Jesus say, it's time to wake up. And at that, I heard these bells and these whistles, and people came running in, and I saw her hands twitching. And then I was like, the vision ended, and I was like, okay.

So I contacted a friend of hers, and I said, have you talked to the parents of this person? And she said, no. I said, I think she woke up from the coma. She texted the person and she did. Wow. Now, I have prayed for three people who have been in comas that in my at my house. But I have I have seen them wake up from a coma.

One who was in Texas, which was such an incredible story. And they said she would never walk, she would never talk, she would never, well, she's doing all of those things. Amen. I'm just saying.

All things are possible for God. All things, all things. So that was all getting those things. I'm just saying. So all things are possible. All things, all things. So that was all getting me ready. That was just a preparation praying in Facebook to take me to the cosmetic counter where God started to send people to the cosmetic counter. We can go, look, there's a Sid Roth and the amazing show. You can learn a lot. You can learn a lot through reading your Bible. You can learn a lot through reading other books. But the only way that you're going to see signs and wonders and miracles and healings and deliverance in your life is if you get out there and do it.

100%. When one person, when the first person came to my cosmetic counter and I prayed for them, it was like the gates opened up and God was sending me people. And I would either hear, I think God sent me to you. And I'm like, yep. Or I had this one woman and she walked over to me and she said, are you Lisa? And I was like, yeah. She said, do you work for this particular cosmetic line? And I said, yes. And she said said do you know things and in those moments I want to also say you can't ask Sid Roth what to pray in that moment no you can't ask the bible what to pray in that moment you have to ask holy spirit what to pray or do in that moment just like Jesus did who was fully God fully man operating under the power and the anointing of the holy

spirit absolutely and there have been so many things that when the Holy Spirit would tell me to do something, there were so many times I was apprehensive. And I would say, because it says, test the spirits. We have to test the spirits. So I was very, very apprehensive. But then the Lord, he just confirmed. So as soon as he would confirm, I would just be obedient because god the obedience as my my spiritual father says he says that the obedience carries the anointing amen now i'm with you i think we talked about this earlier this weekend but people like oh nature's so bold it's like that's nice to say but what i really am is just obedient and have a healthy fear of the lord in the sense that he's telling me this is God. He's real.

And if God tells you to do something and you know it's God, why would you not do it? And the other thing, too, is that so many people don't believe that the God, believers in the Trinity, in the Father, in the Son, in the Holy Spirit, that we are new creations in Christ, that we are supposed to do the mandate that Jesus said, which is to lay hands on the sick, cast out demons, raise the dead, heal the lepers, and spread. Walk in truth and love. That's it. And that's what we're supposed to do so every place that we go is an opportunity for an encounter and to really live a very similar life that jesus led absolutely i mean that's the thing it's like when you when you start to think about how the apostles

peter's shadow would heal people because of the glory the The glory of the Lord was upon him. And so his shadow would just, people would lay out in streets. Now, if people really believe that God healed, then they probably would be going to God instead of going to the medical field. You're right, absolutely. That's the sad part, is that we've taken what God said he's going to do because he says he is Jehovah Rapha.

He is the God who heals. But we don't believe that, and so we're double-minded in our ways, and we look to man. And I try to teach people, lead through example, that there are no limitations to healing. There are no limitations to the things that God can do. Most of the time when I pray for people these days, more times than not, even if I'm in person, I don't put my hands on them unless I feel led to just to show that you don't have to have your hands on someone for God

to heal them or for God to set them free. You don't have to be in the same room, the same time zone, the same state. But I will will also say this that sometimes god can use medical sometimes he can if somebody prays sometimes you can get a word of knowledge to go to this certain doctor and this certain doctor is going to have the certain cure so we we can't discount what god is going to to suggest because you never put him in a box and say he has to do it this way or that way that's right that's you can cast all devils like this and you can cast out devils like that. That's right. If you feel led to go back 10 generations for every time you do a deliverance, fine.

If you feel like all you have to say is come out now, many times they will. And that's the thing. And sometimes people don't understand their authority. That's right. And so your authority, it doesn't come with how long your relationship is. It comes with how good is your relationship. How deep is your relationship? It's like if I come to Nate and Ann's house and they know that they can leave their children in a room with me, that's a trust thing. I can trust her that, that, that my children are safe. So they can actually say, I can walk out of a room. That's a deeper level of trust. So that's

the thing. It's like when God says, I can trust you, if I can trust you with the little things, I can trust you with the bigger things. Right. And so, so many times people, people are asking for power. Oh Lord, give me more power. And it's like, no, you need to go deeper in your relationship. And where did he start you? He started you at the makeup. Absolutely. And he led many people to you. He started me literally call it in the streets, just anywhere I went. You know, it's like, we, we talked about this this weekend too. People want to go to the nations. It's like, open up your front door and go to your neighborhood first. Absolutely. And you know, it's funny that you said the makeup counter. I once asked the Lord, I said, I said, Lord, I said, why the makeup counter? And he said, I am the makeup counter. There you go. And I said, what?

He said, when a woman needs a pick me up, she goes to the makeup counter. He goes, but when she comes to me, I will pick her up. Would you say that one of the reasons that that's a vulnerable place for people, right? Oh, yeah. Because I've always, it's amazing. One of the places the Lord has, for many years now, has been a great ministry for me is my gym. Yeah. And people come there, they're not necessarily always thinking about the rest of their life.

It's like a getaway. I feel like they're more vulnerable. And I just see amazing things in the gym. Well, I think that, especially for women, women are coming to hide their imperfections. They're coming to enhance their beauty. But it's all about their perception of how they look. But God is like, they would come to the makeup counter to get lipstick, and they would have an encounter with Jesus and walk away completely different. I saw women, I saw miracles.

I saw scars disappear. A scar disappeared off of this woman who wouldn't wear lipstick because the scar was by her lips and her scar got healed. So she started wearing red lipstick again. I mean, these are the things. And somebody once said to me, they said, do you think that God sent me here? Because I was like, yeah, yeah, God sent me here. I think this was fate. Yeah, exactly. Yes. Oh, yeah. Yes, it was. And the fun part is not only the people, the customers who came, but it was also the people who I worked with. The people who I worked with got to see the deeper level.

It was almost like in some ways they were kind of my disciples because they knew when I was ministering. And so there were, there were some women who would protect me so that, because, you know, when you start to do any type of, um, anything to do with God in a workplace, people get so afraid because they think you're trying to proselytize, which basically means you're trying to convert them into your belief. But that's never what I did. I never, never talked about church. I never talked about my denomination. The only thing I talked about was Jesus. And I would also say for, uh, uh, you know, maybe some evangelists will be mad about this, but Jesus wasn't making converts. He was making

disciples. That's right. That's right. So if our, if our idea is our goal is just to get people to say a prayer to go to heaven, we've missed it anyways. 100%. And that's, that's kind of the thing is that we, like I keep thinking we're coming back to an ax church. I really think that we're coming back to an ax church where signs, wonders, and miracles are going to follow those, the sons, the true sons and daughters of God. I think that there have been a lot of people, you know, just like Jesus said, you know, my Lord, my Lord, haven't I done this? And he says, depart from me, workers of iniquity, for I never know you. It's so important to have a solid and deep relationship with Jesus, with Holy Spirit, and with the Father. And each of the

triune God, part of the Trinity, is that you can have a different relationship with each Spirit, and with the Father. And each of the triune God, part of the Trinity, is that you can have a different relationship with each part, that you can come to a time where you can hear the voice of God and know who is speaking. Yes, absolutely. Jesus always knew his Father's voice, right? Yes, yes, but sometimes it's Jesus who's talking to us. Sometimes it's Holy Spirit.

So there's, there's a different part of the triune God, like when the Father speaks to me, you know, it's very different now than when Jesus speaks to me. And it took me, it took me like four, what is it, 15 years. It took me

15 years to start to understand. To differentiate? Yeah, because they have different personalities. Just like everybody. They have a different personality. Well, it's like even with the girls, and you probably saw this this weekend, it gives me such a unique perspective on the Trinity because for those who don't know, we do have four-year-old triplet girls.

And they are completely unique, different personalities on their own. But when they come together, they truly are like one. It's fascinating to watch. And that's the whole thing is that people want to put God into one category. But if he's our father, as God the father, and he's our bridegroom as Jesus. The Father's not our bridegroom. Jesus is our bridegroom. And Holy Spirit is our comforter. It doesn't say that Jesus is our comforter. It says that Holy Spirit is our comforter.

And so we can see who is our teacher. Holy Spirit is our teacher. And we can see the attributes of each of the triune God working together in oneness to what? Get sons and daughters back and to help them to discover who they are. And so how long were you in ministry at the makeup counter? How long was that for? Almost five years. Five years. And was all of that before you launched your show? No, I, okay. So I started working in 2010 and I launched my show in 2014. But what was so crazy is that when I left, when I left the cosmetic counter, I went to a, a high-end retail store

where I continued doing what I was doing. Cause you don't stop. Right. You don't stop. I mean, I remember I would pray, I would pray in the, in the spirit and walk around the store and there would be nobody in the store. And I walk around the store and then I would ask the mean, I remember I would pray. I would pray in the spirit and walk around the store, and there would be nobody in the store. And I walk around the store, and then I would ask the angels. I would say, angels, would you go and bring people in? And within 10, 15 minutes, the store was packed. And so my manager would go out, and there was nobody there. And she would come back, and she would be like, oh my gosh, where did all these people come from? And I would tell her I would pray. And so then any time that she would come in she goes you were praying weren't you i was like yeah so they they started to know it's like my wife today yeah we told you the first thing she

was going you know what judah maybe if you can put the picture up on the screen that we gave you this morning so you got two uh uh event evangelist uh folks uh out on the street being together. All right, they're up on the screen. Thank you, Judah. And you know, things are going to happen because that's our life all the time anyway. So we may as well have an opportunity to minister on the street together. Yes. Not planned. And that's what we're talking about. I mean, we, of course you can say, God opened doors for me today or lead me to encounters. But once you become that, once that becomes your life, I tell people, I do not often wake up and say, God, give me an encounter today. Sean Hurley said it best. And I used to think it was arrogant. It took me time to understand this, but you become the encounter. So everywhere you go, because he lives in you when he trusts you, you become the

encounter. So today we went went out we were looking at this barn and we were thinking about using for bridge the gap which is going to be january 18th 2025 by the way guys in ruckersville it's going to be uh this year was just absolutely incredible the things that happened during and after that event that it helped feed into um january 18th it's going to start at 11 a.m. and we'll be sharing more, but it's going to be basically like a one-day conference, okay? We're going to have out-of-town speakers. Darby Slayton's going to be a speaker. Candace Smithman's going to be a speaker. John Martin's going to be a speaker. It's going to be an amazing day. Lots of worship and other regional

leaders that are also going to share. So we got a plug for Bridge the gap so anyways we went to this barn and of course you know within minutes and in this this man god bless him like he just you'd never judge a book by its cover right i was not walking into that barn thing and all right this is going to be an encounter this is somebody that i was going to pray for it wasn't anywhere near our objective we just wanted to see the barn and so we walk in and he said what's this going to be for us? I said, oh, you know, it's a kingdom event. He said, oh, is that like, like praise and worship? And it was like, okay, this guy knows the Lord. And I actually asked him, do you know the Lord? He said, yes. And we talked for a minute and then you said, is there anything we can pray for? And he just starts laughing. He's like, oh yeah. And he basically tells us, you know, about

how his daughter, 24 year old daughter, who's his baby was recently married. us, you know, about how his daughter, 24-year-old daughter, who's his baby, was recently married. And, you know, he kind of handed her off to the husband. And I guess there's been, you know, challenging times with the relationship. And it's really on his heart. And he wants reconciliation in that relationship. And I don't know if maybe you talk about what we prayed for. Well, we prayed that the Lord would open up her heart. But more importantly, it's that when you have a little girl, when you're a daddy's girl, and you have your dad,

and you depend on your dad, when you find a husband, you cleave to your husband, which is the right biblical thing to do, but sometimes it leaves some wounds. So I prayed for him that he was, that he was going to, to do something to welcome his, uh, and I called him his son in love. And, uh, I said, you know, you've never had a son, but you can. And I, I said to him, the Holy spirit was showing me that, um, that he was supposed to go and get her like, uh, like he was supposed to write her a card. He was supposed to like write a letter to her. And, uh, he actually said that he was, he was supposed to write her a card. He was supposed to write a letter to her.

And he actually said that he was planning on leaving and going and doing that. So God is just. Well, and then what you told him is, I think you should do it for your son-in-law too. Yeah, I did. And you could see him at first, it was like. Yeah. And he was like, you know what? I'm going to.

I'm going to do that. And that is going to be beautiful. And look, we get caught up and i love seeing miracles and healings but for for god to intervene in that way i mean it's the bible says he can turn a heart of stone into a heart of flesh and so we speak forgiveness and mercy and reconciliation and restoration to that relationship and he like that man's expecting it yes he because he got my my info and he said you know i'm excited to tell you guys this testament because you think it's not a miracle it's not a beautiful thing to unite a father and and and his daughter for the holidays i mean thanksgiving's next week you know yeah i know or this week i guess when is thanks no thursday yeah i think it

i think it no it's last week it was last week that's what it is right i had to think no it's last week. It was last week. That's what it is. Right. I had to think, no, it's last week. It's all about timing. That's the thing is that the timing, it was a divine appointment. It was a divine appointment because the thing that he said is this has been weighing on his heart. He's been praying about it and praying about it

and praying about it. And sometimes, just like the woman at the well, well see the woman at the well didn't get a healing that's right she didn't get it but it was incredible yeah but she did she did get from jesus she got her calling yes she so she knew what she knew that she was seen and loved by god absolutely and that man knew today that he was seen and loved by God. And we talked about this beautiful thing. Again, don't judge a book by its cover. This guy, is he still up there?

He did not, yeah. Or Judah, you still have the picture up? Yes? Okay. You guys look at that man's biceps. Yeah. They are literally bigger or about the size of Lisa's head. I mean, this was a mammoth of a man.

He told us he was a former bodybuilder. And it's just amazing because when you're being led by the spirit and you have a heart that's ready to receive those walls come down, the vulnerability comes out. And that man, I mean, he had no reservation to share his heart with us. And you know what? The Lord came in and he's going to, he blessed them. And we're of course believing that there's going to be a miracle for that family. Yes. And that's, that's the thing is we're, we're, we are supposed to be the conduits to help to bridge the gap.

That's what we're supposed to do. And so many times people will say, well, can you pray? And the thing is that you have to be so careful how you pray because you never want to pray what I call witchcraft prayers, which are just prayers that say it's going to be my way, not Yahweh. We want always God's will, and God wants restoration. So it's always about, Father, we know your heart for this relationship. So we ask you to move in this place. That's it.

It's not about turn the daughter back or turn the son-in-law. There was never any manipulation. Because when it's manipulation or intimidation or domination, it's witchcraft. And so we don't have to pray witchcraft prayers. The kingdom of God, I always say the kingdom of God is not an intervention. No, no. It's about coming into partnership with the plans and the purposes that God already has. People ask me all the time.

They're like, my son's going through this. My spouse is going through this. Can we just set up a meeting? And I'm like, no. Yeah, yeah. I'm like, is that person okay to meet? Yeah, yeah. Because I will not come in and bombard someone.

No, that's not an intervention. No, that's not an intervention. Yeah, it's not an intervention. Absolutely. So in every circumstance, it has to be by the leading of the Holy Spirit because there are many, many times that some very, very sweet, kind people who want to share the gospel, they misread the situation. Especially if somebody's been hurt by the church or they believe that God has done something wrong. We have to enter with such grace and such humility just to listen. Sometimes people just need to be heard. And if we listen to what

they say, then maybe we can hear what God says. What is our motive? Do we really love that person? Exactly. It could have been easy to just say, hey, man, do you have pain in your body? Do you need healing? That's not, even if he did have pain, that wasn't his heart. That wasn't his thing. His heart was broken.

Yes. And so it says that I've come to heal the brokenhearted. That's the thing. So ministry is ministering to every need, whether it's physical, emotional, spiritual, relational. That's what Jesus does. All right, Lisa. Well, this is good. We sound like a couple of professional talk show hosts. Like we've done it a couple times. I think you've said you've done over like a thousand shows now. I have. I think I actually, yeah, I think I probably have between both broadcasts. And I have to tell you, each broadcast is so unique because I have different guests or different topics. But some of my most fun is when I'm doing my morning broadcast and I have nothing.

I have absolutely nothing. And I actually go on to the broadcast and I tell my audience and I go, well, I have nothing. And they get so excited that I have nothing because they're like, oh, it's going to be so good. They know the Lord's going to show up. They know the Lord's going to show up. Yeah, that's even like Costa Rica, you know, this past couple of weeks when I was there,

because I was preaching back to back to back. I didn't go with like a whole bunch of messages. I just, you know, I'd give one message and then I'd be there sitting 20 minutes before. And I'm like, all right, Lord, I know you have a message for this place. What is it? Because I don't I think it's important to prepare, but I don't have to have this full message written out because these messages are inside me. That's right. They're inside me they're alive and it's like what do you want for this congregation to do yes yes and i think that is building trust that's relationship with holy spirit where you can get to that place because i used to see other people do it and i'm like i'm not i can't do that yeah well and that's that's the whole thing it's like when you Holy Spirit, you don't have to worry about that stuff

because it says that if I open my mouth, he will fill it. So we never have to worry. It's like the scriptures are written in here. I don't have to have the book. I might not know the address, but I know exactly what needs to be said. And also, you know, when you know the heart of the Father, you don't have to worry about it because you know his heart. And his heart is always redemptive in nature.

It's towards the broken. It's about drawing them near. I love when I think about the scripture, it says, no one comes to the Father unless they go through the Son, but the Father sends the Son. And I always think about, like God saying to Jesus, go get my daughter, Elisa. And he went after me.

Amen. That's how we have to see each and every person that we're encountering. And it really is a soul, an eternal soul. Absolutely. Well, Jesus, think of it this way. So the Father sends the Son, but what if Jesus speaks to us and says, go and tell them about me?

Because who are we leading them to? We're leading them to Jesus. That's what we're supposed to do. So good. Thank you guys. We love you. I hope you're as entertained as we are. And just please share the show.

So my book is called touching the father's heart through prayer. This book was really given to me by the Father.

He woke me up and he said, I want you to write this book. And these are about the different ways that Jesus prayed. He prayed out of his authority. He prayed out of his relationship. He prayed out of love. He prayed out of prophecy. He prayed out of worship. He prayed out of covenants. He prayed. He also prayed using the

word of God. So, and he is the word of God. So he gave me this book and the, it's been, it really has been fun because he really helped me to navigate and to see the Bible in such a different perspective. And, but I'm working on my second book right now, which is called Lipstick in Prayer, which is about all of my stuff that happened at the cosmetic counter. So I'm really excited. I'm hoping to have it out by February or March of 2025. Buy the book. Hey, yeah. I am telling you that people who have gotten the book, I've gotten really great responses. I have an incredible, incredible editor. Let me tell you something. If you're going to gotten the book, I've gotten really great responses. I have an incredible, incredible editor. That's, let me tell you something. If you're going to write a book,

get a good editor. I'm just going to tell you, they always make you look good. It's almost like if you're going to, if you're going to be a pride, make sure you have a makeup artist, you know, cause you, you can have everything perfect, but that makes all the difference. If you have bad pictures, you're not going to be happy. So it's the same thing. If you don't have good content, even if it's a great idea. So having a good editor is super important. So this is, you know, really, it was a evangelistic, it was a marketplace show. It was being at what it's like to be, you know, taught, led by the Holy Spirit in your daily life. What other advice, encouragement, recommendations would you give to people that they desire to live this life, they're hungry to live this life,

but maybe they're scared, maybe they don't want to get out of their comfort zone, maybe they don't know if they're hearing from God, maybe they're worried about what other people are going to think or say. What would you tell them? Well, this is the thing. Somebody took a chance telling me the gospel. And if they didn't teach me or talk to me about the gospel, if somebody didn't give me a prophetic word,

I wouldn't be walking into the things that I'm walking into. So sometimes if we don't do what God is asking us to do, we're actually going to make somebody miss an opportunity. Now, can God get somebody else? Absolutely. But don't you want to share in part of that? It says that we worry so much about what we store up here on earth, but what about storing up for things in heaven?

See, everything that we do, everything that we do here on earth is for heaven purposes. We're going to be rewarded in heaven. And I remember the Lord gave me a vision and I saw this huge crown on my head. It was enormous. And I was like, oh, I was so, I was like, oh Lord, I don't want that. And I saw myself at a conference with this huge crown on my head and all of this. What was on the crown? Do you remember? All kinds of jewels. It was huge huge it was like one of those really gaudy like like one of those crowns that you would get like from one of the beauty pageants for the kids you know the really ostentatious like huge thing and I saw myself speaking in front of a bunch of women with this huge crown and I'm like what the heck and I took

the crown and I threw it to the ground and I I started to realize that I don't want to give Jesus, I don't want to throw just a small crumb in his way. I want to give him my best offering. And the bigger my crown is, the bigger I get to throw it at his feet. I want it to mean something. I want it to look like something so that when I cast it at his feet, it's going to be like, wow, that's like an offering. That's what I want to do. I want to give him my best offering. So everything that I do, and I don't do it for anything other than it's just because I love people and I want people to know how much God loves them. When I first kind of started with this, I said to the Lord, I'll never forget. I said, Lord, I said, you have a really terrible PR department.

He said, I do. He said, so he said, we're working on it. And I think that that's part of the thing, you know, public relations is so important and it's so key in growing a business or growing a ministry or growing any type of a broadcast. But, man, think about the public relations we can do for building a kingdom. That's kind of where I put my head. And to go back on what you were saying as well, of course, we're not saved by our works. We're saved by grace through faith. But I know we're on the same page in the sense that what we do here on earth for the kingdom of God does matter. Oh, 100%.

Can you touch on that? Well, we're going to be accountable for everything that we do. We're going to be accountable for good or don't do. It's like when people get a prophetic word and they do nothing with it, you're going to be held accountable for it. When you say when people get a prophetic word and do nothing with it, you're going to be held accountable for it. So I remember- When you say when people get a prophetic word and do nothing with it, can you elaborate on that? Sure. So like I was talking to somebody who I just adore and I said, oh, I said, do you want a prophetic word? And they said, no. I said, well, why? He said,

because I'm going to be held accountable and I haven't finished what I've done yet. He said, I don't need more. He said, and I haven't finished what I've done yet. He said, I don't need more. He said, let me finish what I have before I get more. But we've come into this need, need, need. I need to hear this. I need to hear that. And I remember one time I was ministering, and this woman came to me for a prophetic word. And I said, okay, Lord, what do you have for her?

He says, I have nothing. And I was like, huh? He said, you tell her she hasn't done any any of things that I've told her to do before so I'm not giving her anything else wow that's when I that's when I was like I turned into Ralph Crandon like from the honeymooners because I was like oh wow like he takes this stuff seriously. Yes, he does. And do you see, I'm interested, when you're in a room, do you feel like the Lord gives, who really gets the prophetic words? Are the ones that are really hungry or the ones that are honoring what God's called to do? Is the one that's really broken, that really just needs to know their love?

Is it all of the above? Yeah, I think that some people, their spirit pulls. Yeah. Because we can pull in the spirit. We can pull on people. Because some people, it seems like they get prophetic words everywhere they go, right? All the time. But what are they doing with it? That's my thing. If somebody keeps getting the same prophetic word and they keep getting it over and over and over and over, is it because God is like, I'm talking to you. Are you listening? I once said to the Lord, I go, Lord, why am I going to these conferences this is years ago Lord why am I going to

these conferences I never get a prophetic word he says because I'm sending you to give a prophetic word there you go that's what he told me oh yeah and I was like oh okay because there are people who come hungry and look the minister who comes the prophet who comes they have so much time

that's allotted that they can do and they can't minister to everybody else right and so i remember like the the prophet would leave and then all these people would be around me asking me and i would be praying for them and ministering to them i mean it i didn't do it because i like, that wasn't my plan. It was just, that's what happened. Well, there's a lot to this kingdom of God and there's a, you know, with, with, with the prophetic word too, it's also got God's timing really matters. And, and, and sometimes it's a word that's not meant for five or 10 years down the line. We went to Costa Rica and they said, you know, you're fulfilling a prophecy that was given 20 years ago that you guys are here. And then I look at Candace Smitherman. She came to the heart of the home. She spoke over and to myself, she said, I see you in a TV studio. Not something that was ever on my radar, but literally a month later I was presented this opportunity and I knew it was

God. If I hadn't been given that prophetic word, I don't know if I'd be sitting here. That's right. But I know I'm going to say this, the word about that they waited 20 years, that means it was given to somebody else and they said no. It was given to somebody else and they said no. That's how it works. Because the only thing that when we really look at what God says, God says, I know the plans I have for you. Okay? So when we know that God has plans for us, but what if we say no to his plans?

He still is sovereign and he still is going to do the things that he needs done. And so when we say no, when he knows it's no, he will then move to the next person. I've heard many, many prophets say that I wasn't God's first choice, but I was the choice that said yes. Yeah, that's good. Yeah. The whole God is in control. I think we said this, I said this in the car over here. We love to say God is in control, but really what we are saying, what we're often saying is we want to control God. Absolutely. 100%. And the thing about the sovereignty of God, that means that he is sovereign over everything. He's over everything. But we also have to remember that we have free will. And our free will will always trump God's plans and purposes.

We certainly have the ability to choose, don't we? We do. And that's one of the things I always say, choose wisely whom today you will serve. There are consequences to our choices. Many times we want to blame God or we want to blame the enemy. The reality is we need to look in the mirror and see a lot of times it's because something we did or did not do. That's right. And you know what? But God is merciful and he gives us grace. Oh my goodness. I would not be sitting here if he wasn't. I messed up so many times and even in the moment, it's like, why would God love me? Yeah. I really think that sometimes even if we mess up, Nate, he gives us a, he'll let us do,

he'll let us try again. Absolutely. Because, because sometimes it says that we're just afraid. That's, that's sometimes the biggest thing. We're afraid of men. And that's, I think what God is going to be really working on this season is fear of man, because we need to be more afraid and fearful in a reverential fear of God than we do of man. Oh, absolutely right. So I really believe that this season and all of these, and I just really want to encourage people

who are listening, if there's something that's burning inside of you, that's like, you know what? I need to do this. Do it. Do it. Just do it. Like if you feel like you're supposed to write a book, write a book. If I can write a book, anybody can write a book. Write a book. Like seriously, if God has put something in you and the fire hasn't gone out of it, maybe today is the day. Take a chance. Faith in the kingdom. Many have heard this, but faith in the kingdom is spelled R-I-S-K. Come on. You have to step out. That's it.

So Judah, what's up? How are we doing on time? How long has the show been today? Because we started late, so I don't really know where we are. We're about 58 minutes in. 58 minutes in. I thought we were about finished. Yeah.

This is a one hour show. Lisa, anything, you are in the studio. God orchestrated us to be in this place at this time. I always ask people before we leave, do you have anything on your heart that you would like to share on the air for the show or for the city of Charlottesville or the region since you have been here with us for numerous days now? Well, it's interesting because as I would drive through Virginia, I would always see the heart, you know, Virginia is for lovers. And of course, there's love here and there's love all over the place. And of course, that's my heart as well. And I really believe that there's something that God is really doing, especially in this valley. He's doing something where he is cultivating.

I feel like there's a new wine that is going to be released because we went to the vineyards. So I believe that there's going to be a new wine that's going to be released in this area. I believe that the places of conflict, and there have been places, especially here in Charlottesville, where there has been disorder and there has been all kinds of turmoil. I really believe that there is almost this beautiful, like, sense of the Holy Spirit just coming in and that there's going to be this, there's going to be a serious, serious change of hearts and minds, of seeing things for the truth. I really believe that there might, because sometimes before a great battle,

sometimes after the battle comes a revival. So I wouldn't even be surprised if they're in the college where there was a lot of turmoil, if there isn't a movement of God. I really do believe that because if this is the heart of Charlottesville is love, then that's where God lives. You see it on the screen. I love Seville. The Lord told me, I want you to see it on the screen. I love Seville. The Lord told me, I want you to see this place the way I see it. Yes, yes.

That's exactly what it is. And that's kind of how I feel. But I keep seeing that Charlottesville was put on the map in a negative way. But I really believe that God is a God of redemption and turnaround. And I believe that it's going to be seen in a different way. And I even see the VMV brands, that it's going to be seen in a different way. And I even see the VMV brands, that there's going to be a new branding in Charlottesville, because I feel like it's going to become, it's the heart.

It's going to be the heart of the city. It's going to be the heart of this center, of this mecca. I really believe that love is coming. Love is coming to town here. Amen. Well, thank you.
