Welcome to the I Love Seville Show, guys.
My name is Jerry Miller, and thank you kindly for joining us on our flagship show, on our network, the water cooler content and conversation.
Folks, a lot we're going to cover on the program, and today's show has a wide viewing and listening audience.
In fact, the network across the board has really boomed in 2026 as we've expanded our content coverage.
We've always covered Charlottesville, Al Marl, UVA in central Virginia with a magnifying glass with kind of a mind.
of being the water cooler of content and conversation.
In 2026, we made a commitment to expand that coverage to more Commonwealth-wide storylines,
mid-Atlantic wide storylines, and frankly, what's happening across the country.
Folks, it's been a success, and as a result, the network is growing.
I think today's show embodies what I just said.
We're going to take a look at a storyline that has global significance, Turning Point USA,
but we're going to do it from a lens that is tied to Almaro and Crozze in Charlottesville and Central Virginia and Western Amar High School.
In a matter of moments, you will see Noah Kaufin on the show.
He's the president and founder of Turning Point USA, the chapter at Western Amaral High School,
which is the largest chapter of all the Turning Point USA clubs in the country.
This young man has impressed me already.
I've spent roughly 20 minutes with him before the show started.
He is prepared to answer your questions.
The questions, however, must be asked in respectful fashion,
a fashion that follows the Golden Rule.
I will not relay a question to Noah Kaufan
that does not embody that mindset.
I promise you that.
We don't mind being challenged,
but we're going to be challenged the right way here
on the I Love Seville Network.
We will highlight a couple of partners first.
John and Andrew Vermillion at Charlottesville Sanitary Supply
and Charlottesville Swimming Pool Company.
They have been in business for 16.
been in business for 62 years. They are five generations strong in Almorel County, the Vermillion
family, and their business is three generations strong. Find them online at Charlottesville Swimmingpool
Company.com and Charlestville Sanitary Supply.com. Judah Wickhauer is the director and producer of the program.
You will see Judah. Make sure you have a three shot ready to go as we weave you Judah into
conversation. I think without further ado, Mr. Wickhauer, I would like to welcome Noah Kaufen to the program
on what is going to be a very widely watch program today.
Studio camera, two shot, no coffin.
You are on the program right now.
First, I want to thank you for joining us.
Thank you so much for having, Mr. Miller.
I appreciate it.
It's truly my pleasure.
And the first question I'm going to ask you
is a question I ask of all our guests.
Please introduce yourself to the viewing and listening public.
Again, thank you so much for having me.
It means a lot.
There's a lot going on right now in our county,
in our state, in our nation.
and warriors like you covering it make all the difference.
As Mr. Miller said, my name is Noah Kaufin.
I'm 17 years old.
I'm a senior at Western Albemarle High School here in Crozier,
just last year, January of 2025,
I founded our local turning point now Club America chapter
at Western Alabama, Mara High School.
Since then, we've grown to be the largest chapter of the nation.
Put in perspective for the viewers and listeners
the size of the chapter, members, member-wise,
and then put in perspective for the viewers and listeners
how engagement and interest in the chapter has either grown or sagged, say, over the last 12-month period of time.
Absolutely. We have over 250 registered members in our chapter, and we've seen attendance over 700 kids in recent meetings.
And so it's been just absolutely amazing. Blessing from the Lord to see these numbers.
Our attendance has been steadily growing, and it's really exponentially took off since some murder of our founder, Charlie Kirk.
But I don't think that's an accident.
I think everything that Charlie Kirk stood for really resonates with these kids,
these kids in our schools, and the murder of him brought that all to light.
It exposed the darkness, the evil, and the declining path that a lot of these kids in our school
and are counting and our nation have been bent on.
And it encourages a lot of people to stand up to get involved to say, all right, no, this is enough.
Our nation is going downhill.
I need to stand up.
I need to get involved and save our country.
And we've seen that.
We've seen numbers growing from 100 kids of meeting to 200 kids a meeting to 700 plus kids a meeting.
And it has been so inspiring to me to the other leaders.
and to students and parents all around the county of the nation to see so many kids get involved,
not just in our chapter, but in 20-point chapters around the nation,
we've seen turning point grow from 4,000 chapters in college and high school to over 120,000
chapter quest in the nation, and that is truly a blessing from the Lord.
You have made multiple references to the Lord, to God.
I'll ask you a straightforward question.
How would you characterize your faith, are you a God-fearing person, are you a Christian,
and how has that impacted, influenced aspects of your life?
Absolutely.
I was so lucky enough to be raised in the house by very strong Christian parents.
I got baptized.
When I was a baby, I officially came to Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ
when I was in third grade, sitting on the stairs in my basement,
crying with my mom.
I came to Jesus Christ.
The best decision that I have ever made,
I encourage everyone watching to make that decision as well.
30 points and shy about it.
They're found on Judeo Christian values,
and that works through everything they do,
whether it's policy, whether it's a club of America,
and 20-point chapters across the nation.
and our chapters in the child about it either.
Our leaders pray before our meetings.
Everything we stand for is rooted in Christian values.
And honestly, Turning Point USA has brought me so much closer to Jesus.
After going to a public high school where culture is far from honoring the Christian faith,
it can hurt.
It can really hurt your faith.
It can hurt your relationship with Jesus.
But after coming to Turning Point USA, it made me realize so much your identity can't be in politics,
can't be in friends.
It has to be something solid.
It has to be something that never changes.
And that was Jesus Christ.
And it's brought me so much closer to him.
And so despite all the pushback, despite all the controversy,
despite all the people who want to tear me away from Jesus every single day,
it's something exact opposite.
And I'm so lucky to be surrounded by mentors and people who love Jesus Christ
who help me stay on the right path.
Comments are coming in quickly.
Rita Adcock, for example, says, Noah, great job.
Keep it going.
William McChesney is watching the program.
Carol Barnett says, my dad would say, ever forward, Noah.
We have 13 different states watching the program right now.
Martha Freeman, John Wiggins, Randy O'Neill, Vanessa.
of Park Hill, Olivia Branch, Philip Dow, all giving you props.
Viewers and listeners, you can ask a question or give NOAA props by putting in the feed
on whatever chat box or social media platform you're watching on, and I will relay it live on air.
Let's talk the Western Outmoral chapter of Turning Point USA.
It seems like there's significant momentum.
It seems like engagement membership-wise is, I mean, let's cut to the chase.
It's the biggest chapter in the country.
folks want to tear down the more than 700 people that attended the last chapter meeting
by attributing it to free pizza or free donuts or whatever it was given at the door,
regardless getting 700 people to do something at the same time of day is impressive.
And trust me, I know what that's like trying to do a talk show Monday through Friday every day at 1230.
So I want to commend you for figuring out at least a solution to get some 700 plus people in a room
regardless of why they were there.
How would you characterize the feedback that you have received
as the founder and president of Turning Point USA Western Amarral High School?
Mixed, fair, antagonistic, aggressive,
something that doesn't keep you up at night, the entire gambit, please.
Yeah, look, for every hateful comment we've received,
there's been 100 positive comments, and that's what keeps us going.
But what a lot of people get wrong is they feel bad for us about the college
diversity.
They feel bad for us by the pushback and the hate.
but I think it's actually the exact opposite.
The pushback and the hate have fueled us and only made our chapter bigger.
What's really unique about Almore County and especially Western Alamoire High School
is we have the perfect demographic, political demographic for our chapter to succeed.
It's not overwhelmingly conservative.
It's absolutely more liberal and conservative.
But there's not a controlling overwhelming majority.
There's just enough of each where there'll be a little bit of pushback, a little bit of support,
and people are ready to come together and have open dialogue.
And I think that's something that a lot of people in the school board have gotten wrong
is that these kids don't want open dialogue. It's scary, it's dangerous, but it's the exact opposite.
That's why we have 700 kids coming into the room to listen to a congressman to answer questions,
to debate. They want open dialogue. They want the truth. They want an opportunity to engage with their peers
in the midst of a culture and a government that tells them, no, you're too young, you're too little,
you're too stupid. And that's why Turning Point USA has been so successful all across the globe.
Alamaro County and its school board, I would say arguably the face of the school board right now,
whether people like it or not is Allison Spiltman.
She was elected to the school board as the at-large member,
so she's not representing a specific district.
Instead, she was voted onto the school board by Admiral County,
taxpayers, and residents across the entire county.
And she has become, she's extremely vocal.
She has a social media skill set talent.
She's prolific on social media.
She is choosing to offer perspective,
and opinions that are not necessarily tied to the board in totality, but that are tied to her
specifically.
And I commend her for speaking her mind.
I do not commend her, however, for what she did in September, late September, early October
of last year, where Allison Spillman, a mom, a wife, a school board member, compared your
chapter, Turning Point USA, Western Amarral High School, to the Cucon.
Clucks Klan in a social media post. What shocked me even more was her response to the initial
post where she then doubled down on comparing Turning Point USA, Western Amaral High School, to the
Klan a second time. And then in a school board meeting immediately following her KKK post,
she offered an apology that many in this community found to be extremely disingenuous. I'll start
with an open-ended question first. What did you make of
a grown adult, an elected official, someone trusted with allocating hundreds of millions of
dollars of taxpayer resources with Almar County Public School System, comparing the chapter that
you founded, that you're the leader of, to arguably the worst group in world history.
Look, I unfortunately didn't get a chance to speak in the school board meeting.
Both of my parents did, did a fantastic job.
Fortunately, none of the club leaders did.
And so I'll say now, what I plan to say that is I have no doubt Allison Spillan is watching now.
We'll see this later.
And this, Philan, we're praying for you.
We love you.
We truly, truly do.
You have such an incredible opportunity to lead our county, to lead your family, to lead the nation.
I really, truly hope you make the best of it and you do what's right.
Look, we were insulted when we had those comments made about us, especially about a platform,
that in light of the assassination of our founder
is seeking to spread love, to spread truth,
and to bring America back to the conservative
and constitutional values that founded our nation,
and it was hurtful.
Her comments was hurtful not only to our chapter,
but to over half the country
who voted for the leadership that we have now
and support Turning Point USA,
but we're still praying for you.
We love you, Ms. Phelan,
and we truly hope to make the best of the opportunity
and the power and leadership
that God is gifted.
you with. Have you ever had a conversation or met Allison Spillman in any capacity? I've not met
this Spillman. And what was very interesting when she made those comments about to myself,
oh, certainly she's been to a meeting. She has such strong feelings about our chapter. She has to
have been to a meeting. No, she has to have been to a meeting. In fact, not a single school board member
has been to a meeting. Before I came on your show, I asked Chatibati, who, by the way, very, very liberal
perspective, if you really get into it enough, I said, if a school board member wants to come after
club, compare them to racist Nazi groups, create policies designed to discriminate and terminate
a chapter, do you think it is reasonable for those school board members to have attended a meeting?
It said that is the bare minimum, but no. Not one school board member has attended a meeting.
You know why? Because they know we're right. They know they can't come to a meeting,
see hundreds of kids engage in respectful, civil discussion, then go back and make policies designed
to terminate the chapter. They can't do it. They're cowards. But I truly do hope that they have time.
They haven't voted yet.
I truly do hope they make the right decision.
The world's watching.
The world was watching back in November and they're watching again.
You have the chance to do the right thing and to redeem the Alamarle County School Board.
So just for the record here, for the viewers and listeners that are watching the show, by the thousands right now,
you have never had a conversation with Allison Spilman.
You've never met Allison Spillman.
Has Allison Spillman been invited to Western Alamore High School T.P. USA chapter meetings?
Opened invite any school member.
we encourage you to come, whether it's when we have Ms. Kirk in April or any other time next year,
we absolutely encourage you to be there.
Ms. Spillman likes to view a lot of my content on Instagram, but she's yet to respond to my request
for interview multiple times, and we'll even extend it to abate. I'd love to debate you, Ms. Spillman.
We can sit down and have a talk anytime, anywhere. I know you have a lot of big feelings about our chapter.
I do too, and I love to explore us a lot more. I think the people would love that as well.
I think it would be a good opportunity to set an example for the whole county, so how respectful
dialogue can truly work.
And if you don't want to see how that works for an interview
between you and I, you can just come to any one of our chapter meetings
and see how it works between 700 students instead.
So, well said. So you said,
you have seen school board member Spillman
checking out your IG stories.
Because anyone that knows
Instagram in any capacity,
if you post a story, you can see
which accounts have viewed the stories.
She, in fact, this week,
either reposted,
shared, screenshoted, something
that you posted and put it on her platform.
I found that, frankly, what an adult did to a high school student
to be the definition of unprofessional.
Those are my words for Allison Spillman.
And she absolutely watches and listens to our content as well.
Why is Allison Spillman?
It seems like she has the proverbial dartboard
on her basement wall with your picture on the bull's eye.
and every night after a couple too many
white claws
she's throwing darts at the dartboard
and flexing keyboard muscles on social media
like what is this adult doing? Why is she so
is the word obsessed? Is the word obsessed?
Why is she so obsessed with Noah Kaufin
and turning point USA Western Amar High School?
Look the school war for far too long is how complete control
and power over the narrative that's pushed out in the county
pushed out to our students
And frankly, it's been the same across the nation.
That's why Allison Spillman and the school board, and frankly, school boards all across the United States are so threatened by a turning point USA because this group comes in who truly has a lot of influence and pull amongst the students and is able to spark a culture change, not just in Alamo County, but all across the nation.
It's scary.
They have no idea how to stop it.
And so the best way to do that is shut it down, not to come up with a compromise, not to work with solutions, not to attend our meetings and see what's going on is really great for our students.
but to shut it down because they don't have the power.
They know it and they're scared.
Did your parents, and I texted with Noah's father beforehand for approval for this interview,
did your parents in any capacity consider bringing any kind of a lawsuit or legal challenge
or effort against Allison Spillman with the KKK comparison?
We did not.
But as it pertains to the vote coming up later this afternoon, look, our team's been working with
some of the smartest and brightest
constitutional legal consultants across
the country. If this passes, we are ready
to come out with them. The force that really has never
been seen before, both with the media and
on the legal side, we are blessed to have so
many connections who care about America, who
care about us, and who care about the students of Albemarle County
who aren't going to let this slide. We saw that last
time we saw it again. We're about to see
it again. If this passes, I am going to be
surprised at this passage that the county is choosing to take
this direction again, especially after seeing what happened
last time. I think it's an embarrassing
to everyone in the county that when you look up Alamara County public schools on on Google all the
great things about our county Murray elementary school all the beautiful students all the bright minds
in our county that's not what pops up instead it's the rallies from a few years ago it's still
when calling us the KKK now it's about to be the county shutting down the largest turning point chapter
in the United States that's a disgrace to the residents of Alamara county who pay their taxpayer dollars
who work hard to make this truly such a great county and I would really hate to see that happen
again. There are a lot of comments and questions that are coming in. I see nearly 200. I will get to as many
comments and questions I promise at a matter of moments. I have some questions first that we'll get to,
then we'll take yours. Judah Wickhauer will weave him in on a three shot in a matter of moments as well.
I want to highlight this. And I try to do a synopsis of this last night on the I-Left Seville
Network. The Almore County School Board is right.
now considering draft policy. They've discussed this draft policy in a closed session.
Frankly, I'm wondering if it's even legal for them to have discussed this draft policy in
closed session and not before the public. That's a conversation for an attorney and not someone
that owns a media company, but I think it's important to pepper the record. The draft policy
that Almore County School Board is considering basically takes away any
autonomy and freedom for student-led organizations, regardless of ideology or politics.
Here are some things that Almore County Public Schools and its school board are considering.
Then I'll pass, I'll ask, no, what his thoughts are.
If Almore County Public Schools approves the draft policy, and they may do it tonight at
its school board meeting in a rushed effort to basically kibosh Erica Kirk's appearance
in Crozah, Virginia
at Western Amarral High School.
Is it on the 2nd of April?
April 2nd, sir.
So the entire motive of what Almore County School Board is doing
is to keep Erica Kirk,
who has a global profile now,
was recognized in the State of the Union by Donald Trump,
from coming to Crosay to speak to Turning Point USA,
Western Amaralore High School.
But if this is approved,
Almore County Public Schools' principals
and administrators will be able to approve
all club and student fundraising efforts
and donations ahead of time.
and all outside donations from organizations, businesses, and citizens must be approved by principals
and administrators. Fundraising money must be immediately deposited into Al-Moral County Public
School accounts. Al-Moral County Public School principals and administrators must approve how clubs and
students spend the money they raise. Clubs and students will have no control over the money they raise.
Amarral County Public School principals and administrators can dissolve or shutter student clubs if they choose.
If a student club is dissolved by Admiral County Public School principals and administrators,
ACPS will keep that student club's fundraising dollars.
Absolute insanity.
I'll continue.
If Almore County Public Schools student clubs cannot secure a faculty representative,
like a faculty volunteer, the club will be dissolved by ACPS.
Two more points I'll make, then I'll throw the.
this to Noah. Almoreal County Public School principals and administrators will be able to
dissolve student clubs based on their discretion. That means if Matthew Hauss or the school
board do not like a club and they clearly don't like Western Amarral High School Turning Point
USA, they can dissolve this club based on their discretion. That's insanity to me. And then one other
point. Almaro County Public Schools principals and administrators will be able to restrict a student
club's ability to invite guest speakers during the school day, ACPS principals and administrators
will be able to approve or disallow content and speakers ahead of time. This is socialism,
this is communism, this is backroom wheeling and dealing. This is the definition of bare minimum
overreach from my standpoint. Noa Koff and the show is yours. What do you make of this?
It's ridiculous. I couldn't believe my eyes when I read it. Well, frankly, it's hidden besides
a lot of big legal terms that it was kind of hard to read at first. But
it essentially does three
major things. Number one, it bans all
speakers from non-curricular clubs.
But what's even more concerning is that when
speakers do come for curricular clubs,
they have to speak on pre-approved
material by the school that abides by the
curriculum. And concerning the curriculum, I'm learning
to be ashamed for being a white American male
and learning that boys should go into girls' locker rooms.
I'm not too sure the curriculum's a good
standard to abide by.
Number two, it gives them
complete control over funding, which is really concerning.
Not only do we have to turn all our funds
over to the school to manage instantly, we have to get express approval, approval from the principal
to continue doing any fundraising activity. All funds need to be controlled by the school. We can
request to draw out funds when we need to. That request could be approved or denied, but the most
concerning part is they can take our funds if we get shut down. And concerning the school
board has made every effort to shut us down, they will get our funds if they keep trying.
And honestly, Mr. Miller, I don't blame them. All the lawsuits have been facing.
the lawsuits are about to face, they're going to need money.
But the third thing that's really concerning what it does is it gives them the ability to shut down any club
that they deem discriminatory.
Considering we've already been called the KKK, a racist Nazi group by one of our school board members,
no one in the county has any doubt how that will go.
And like you said, this has all been done behind closed doors.
What they've given as justification is doing interview groups with students from across the county.
Not a single Western Alamoirel attorney point chapter member has been interviewed.
not a single one. Why is that? Because they know it's stupid. They know it's unfair. It's ridiculous. It's an embarrassment to the county. It's shameful. And I really, really do hope they make the right decision this afternoon.
I'm going to weave you in on a three shot. Clearly, you have something to say, Judah. Let us know when that three shot is set up. I'll follow with a question for no on what he just said. And then you jump in after he answers. Is Turning Point USA, who is clearly well-resourced at a national level?
Will Turning Point USA sue Almore County Public Schools if this draft policy is approved tonight?
I can't give an answer to that at this time.
I work in Turning Point USA to discuss the next best steps for, and we'll see what the Lord leads us.
Okay.
Okay.
Judah Wickhauer on a three shot.
I respect that.
I won't push back on that.
Judah Wickhauer on a three shot.
From my standpoint, and it seems like there's a lot of folks at the Turning Point USA national level watching this program right now,
for those that are watching the program at the national level, if Almore County Public Schools,
These are my words, approves this draft policy in a clandestine, bottom of the ninth inning, hastily called last-minute meeting, basically to cock-block Erica Kirk from appearing at Western Amaral High School in April 2nd.
That's what's happening here.
It would seem to me that it is your absolute responsibility to sue Almoreau County Public Schools, because this is the definition at bare minimum of overreach.
and frankly speaking,
this is borderline socialism,
communism,
questioning the gray area of criminality here,
being straightforward.
Judah Wickhauer, the show is yours.
So,
how do I put this?
I've seen some
insane rhetoric,
obviously hatred,
on Reddit, I've seen people saying the most horrific things
and then responding with even more vitriol.
What do you say to these people that are so filled with hatred, with anger?
I mean, I don't even know what leads people to be,
just so filled with
nastitus, evil sin. I'll follow up on what
Judah's saying is. Do you feel safe?
Yes, we do feel safe because we know that the Lord Jesus
Christ has our backs. He's giving us wisdom.
Like Solomon, he's giving us courage and strength like Daniel.
But look, ultimately, one of the greatest policies
that our chapter has is to continue to love everybody, whether you
love us or you hate us. We will always love you. And there's a reason
for that. It's because the left's logic is so flawed. They're
to fall back on at some point. When they do, they're going to look back, they're going to look
back at the people who hate them the second they turn away from their dangerous ideology
and the people who have loved them. No matter what, we've seen that with students at our school.
And when they look back and they realize that turning point USA has continued to love them,
continue to invite them to meetings, continue to be kind and reach out a hand to them,
their mind's going to be opened. And that's such a powerful tool to have, kindness. It's such
an underrated and unused skill in today's society, but that's something we pride ourselves
on is that we're kind, we're loving, we're gentle. Suddenly the school board refuses to believe
yet they've never been to one of our meetings to see that or gather any evidence from it,
but to everyone who dislikes our club, people watching these people on Instagram comments who
really just hate turning point you would say, that's fine. We love you. Come to our meetings.
You'll always be invited. There's always an open door, open welcome, come have discussion,
come prove us wrong, come have open dialogue. It really is a blessing that we live in a country
where we have the opportunity to talk to each other about these things and share different
opinions and the school board's trying to take that away. That's bad for everyone, whether
Republican, Democrat, conservative, liberal, it's not a good thing. I want to emphasize on the
program here for the viewers and listeners. My entire issue with the Almore County School Board
in this draft policy that it's trying to fast track tonight is that it's the opposite of equitable
and democratic. The entire ACPS motive admission is based on equity. Equity,
grading, equity curriculum, equity learning.
Heck, it's even trying to do it in some kind of ass-backwards way with bathroom access.
And you know where I stand with that.
What Atmore County Public Schools is trying to do with student-led organizations is the opposite of equity.
It is a power grab.
It is diminishing democracy.
And it's trying to silo freedom of speech.
and that is a terrifying proposition
when our public school systems
are throttling
or siloing freedom of speech
in who's able to express
the First Amendment. That is terrifying.
That's socialism and communism in Al Morrow County, folks.
I'll throw this to Noah Kaufan
and then I'm going to take questions from the viewers and listeners
here.
This is wild what is happening to me.
What is happening here?
We'll cut straight to the chase here.
very straightforwardly white conservative and Christian when did being white conservative and Christian
become a target on the back what has led to that and I understand you have 17 years of
perspective to offer here but you're clearly super in tune with a lot of macro storylines white
conservative and Christian, that
socioeconomic status
that label
is targeted now. Why is that?
Our country's been on a slow
declining path for a lot longer than
17 years that have been alive that's led to this narrative.
But ultimately what it is,
it's the narrative domination
by the left, as we can even
see this on our school board, whether it's policies
that control the narrative
like we're about to see voted on tonight.
They're pushing on the next
generation of students this dangerous woke audiology that ultimately contributes to discrimination
against all sorts of groups of people. Ultimately, your skin color shouldn't matter. It should
at all. Your character should matter. Your integrity. Your leadership. Skills that you can develop.
Skills that you can improve. Skills that you can learn. Free speech. The rights that are protecting
your Constitution. That's what should matter. Not the way you look. Not the way you dress.
Not your gender. Your character is what should matter. And that's what the school board needs to
realize here. And characters best developed through exchange of ideas.
through exchange of truth, through freedom of speech.
That's what Western Amarral Turning Point chapter
and the chapters all across the nation are doing
is we're creating this platform for free speech
and for people who have been told their entire lives.
You're too young, you're too little, you're too stupid.
You can't have opinions to say, hold on a second,
no, I'm the future of America.
I'm going to stand up and make my voice heard.
My friend, Browland-Hollahan puts it really well what we're doing.
He compares it to a church.
He says, eventually the elders in a church will pass away.
The youth group needs to rise up and take over the church.
If they're not ready, that church is going to fall.
Our country is the same exact way.
ultimately the politicians we have right now, even though it's hard to believe with some of the career politicians we see on the hill, they will pass away.
And ultimately it's up to our generation to come and take over.
And if we stay on this slow declining path, our country will too.
That's why 20 Point USA and so many other youth organizations, whether it's conservative or liberal, are important to foster this civil dialogue to save our country and keep us on the right path and make America talk again.
Is your goal to be, is your goal to get into politics?
Like you're a senior at Western Amar High School.
Why don't I start small?
What's next year?
Is college, university?
Is that what's next?
Right now the plans to go to Liberty University.
I'm super excited to go be a politics and policy major over there.
And we'll see the Lord Tase me.
But ultimately, it would be really awesome to run for public office
and be able to hold a strong conservative voice in the movement.
And that's the goal now?
Okay.
Okay.
Comments are coming in.
All right.
We'll take questions.
And then, Judah, you jump in.
we don't mind being challenged on the show,
and we'll follow the golden rule.
Lonnie Murray is watching the program.
White Hall District, Lonnie Murray.
So this is your neck of the woods.
White Hall, for those, there's 16 states watching the show,
is a pocket of Almarl County.
Noah, should there be any limits
on what student groups should be allowed,
particularly when partially funded by outside groups?
If so, what would those limits be?
He's basically asking,
what are the parameters for student clubs
organizations on on on on what kind of content can be featured or discussed or speakers invited
to these student clubs yeah well look on paper i don't disagree with the school board at all that
clubs that spread hateful discriminatory messaging should not be allowed in our schools there's
no place for that in our schools but the problem is a school board has a terrible looking has a
terrible angle on what's hateful and discriminatory seeing our club spreads nothing but love and
in open dialogue yet we're labeled as a kKK that's a
dangerous power to have in the school board to be able to label any club as hateful and get them kicked out.
But currently what it is, what the procedure is for clubs and speakers, club meetings and speakers
have to abide by a set of rules that do not create disruption during the school day.
Every meeting we've had, and we've had some pretty big meetings, have abided by that set of rules.
But then if you look at other things that are going on in the county, you look at ice walkouts
where 100 of students leave class, leave the school, disrupt traffic,
cost who knows how much money in taxpayer dollars for the police to go cover those incidents,
come back to school hours later, get an excused absence for civil activity.
Ms. Fillman, that seems pretty disruptive to me.
Olivia Branch watching the program, her photo on screen, we've dubbed her the Queen of Keswick.
She says, as a woman of faith and as a woman,
of color, thank you for opening my eyes to the truth of Turning Point USA. The media paints a divisive
mission when it comes to TPUSA, and she salutes you for what you're doing on the program here.
Multiple people are asking this question, and maybe I'll tie it to your parents, and you're
crushing this, by the way, and I have no doubt that you were going to crush this.
Do your parents worry about you and safety?
Yes, we've had, it's funny you mentioned that we were having one of the conversations the other night.
Look, it's tough that the world we live in today is one where you have to worry about being shot in the neck for going to a college campus and explaining your views or being worried about being attacked on the street.
I mean, you know, some of our leaders even get threats from bots account on Instagram threatening our lives.
And so it's scary. It's dangerous.
And my parents and I sometimes don't see eye to eye on it.
But what I like to tell them all the time is that it's all the more.
more reason we need to stand up. That's what the left wants. It wants us to cower and fear.
And it can be scary, but it takes a few courageous people to stand up to destroy that threat.
And I believe it's God's calling for my life to be a warrior. And even if I'm putting myself in
danger, our country needs people to stand up, to stand strong in the face of oppression,
and save America before it's too late. Why do we, why do you think, why do you think that Erica
Kirk and the late Charlie Kirk are such lightning rods for America?
because they're not afraid.
They're not afraid to go out in college campuses,
have these discussions, even when faced his threats.
I was able to have a conversation with Charlie Kirk.
It was very powerful.
We sat down for a roundtable discussion.
We had breakfast with myself,
our vice president,
and a few other top chapter leaders across the country,
and out of everything we could have talked about,
we talked about our dating lives.
He sat us down, he asked us if we had girlfriends,
how we were treating them,
he told us how to find a godly wife,
how to find a godly husband, how to raise a family.
and I think that speaks a lot to the character
of Charlie Eric and Turning Point USA
because for the first time in my lives
it's a grassroots organization
that doesn't come to you
and look at you as a vote in a ballot box
or a numbers of screen
but as a future of America
and that's so attractive
to so many kids in our generation
and Charlie took it a step further
not only does he believe that
but he's giving us the largest platform
in the world to prove it
that's why they become such lightning rods
because we're making us feel important
they're giving us an opportunity
to shape the future of our country
as the largest grassroots organization
in the world
and it's been incredible to see
and it's been so attractive to so many young kids, so many Gen Zias that are so ready to get involved and save our country.
Kevin Yancey's got this comment.
Then we'll weave Judah Wickhauer in on a three shot.
He's pushing back on the diversity of T.P. USA nationally and the diversity of T.P. USA locally at the Western Amarroch chapter.
And wants an answer from you on why other ethnicities or there's not more diversity with TPSA, either nationally or locally, I don't want to speak for you.
I would imagine the local answer would be one more that you can pontificate about as the founder and the president of that.
But he's asking about why is there no diversity with TPP USA?
Well, I'm going to push back on that.
As someone who's been very involved with Turning Point, you've gotten to know a lot of the top directors,
there absolutely is.
If you look at our speakers, you encourage you to go right now, I look at Attorney Point USA, go look at the Speaker 1st,
you can see the speakers that speak at conferences, speaking, and bring in.
There are all sorts of ethnicities, backgrounds, cultures, religions, creeds of speakers and people that they put at the forefront of their platform.
So there absolutely is.
But at the end of the day, I believe that race shouldn't matter.
It's such a crazy thing to say.
But the color of your skin, it shouldn't matter at all.
It's the character.
It's what you stand for.
It's how you treat other people.
It's your religion.
It's your faith.
It's how you raise your family.
That's what should matter.
And so when we look at our chapter, we're not chasing quotas.
We're not chasing percentages of people's skin colors.
But we're trying to train the best and the brightest minds,
train them up in the way that you'd go and give them the tools.
and equip them with the skills necessary to foster open dialogue in our school.
And I also want to add a little background here.
Western Memorial High School is approximately 85% white.
85 out of 100 kids at Western Amarral High School are white.
And when you're talking diversity here, you have what, 6.5% Hispanic, 4% in change that are Asian, 3% multirational, and under 2% that are African American or black.
If you have 500 kids,
500 kids, 750 kids,
let's just do some basic math here.
750 attended the last meeting times 0.85.
That means 637 just by percentages are going to be white.
Okay, to push back on TPSA, Western Amaral High School,
is an unfair pushback because of the baseline when it comes to students
and the fact that there is no diversity there.
Judah Wickhauer has got a question.
Three shot Judah Whitkauer.
Then we'll take questions from viewers and listeners.
So in a surprise election, we now have a member of the Albuhral County School Board
who it could be expected would push back against some of the current insanity going on in the school board.
Have you spoken with any of the other school members?
besides Allison Spillman, particularly Jim Dillenbeck, I think, would be open to hearing what you have to say.
And certainly, I have to think, is concerned about what's going on right now.
Absolutely.
I'm very grateful Mr. Dillenbeck is on the school board.
We were able to have a conversation the other day over the phone.
And I won't speak too much into that.
But I will say, Mr. Dillenbeck, we've been praying for you.
Tonight's going to be a big night.
A lot of eyes are on you.
and we really truly do hope to make the right decision.
But regardless, we are blessed to have you on the school board to have a conservative voice on the school board.
He's one of my dad's teachers, and so it's been pretty cool to see him get elected.
But we're proud of you.
You're going to do great things, and I really hope that you start your career off on a strong note and make the right choice tonight.
And I think it's extremely, that should be highlighted.
Jim Dillon Beck has been on the Almaro County School Board for two months.
he was elected in November
and he started serving on the Almore County School Board
in January
and he has had a conversation
with Noah Cawthon
Allison Spillman has been on the
Almore County School Board for years
and has not had a conversation with Noah Cawthon
yet lurks
and leers
on his Instagram stories
as a grown-ass woman
I
viewers and listeners did you just hear what I said
that is a microcosm of what we're dealing with leadership-wise with ACPS.
Comments coming in extremely quickly.
16 states on the feed here.
I got a question.
This question is coming from, I may mess up your last name, if so I apologize.
Ross Baslo, this is a challenging question, but you're clearly up for it.
What does Turning Point USA stand for at the national level?
And what does that translate into for the mission of your chapter at Western Amaral High School?
And do you see that mission as aligned with the MAGA movement or something broader?
Look, turning point you say we have a lot of different branches.
And so it's a very packed question.
There's turning point to faith, turning point action, the USA branch.
And so I'll zoom it in.
We'll zoom on on the USA branch, specifically the high school branch.
So as leaders, when we're giving the chapter handbook, trained to be leaders,
the mission statement is very simple.
And in speeches and interviews have given a very classic
Turning Point USA, PR train response that our mission is to identify,
educate, and train students in the conservative and constitutional values
of our nation.
But after leading this chapter for a little bit over a year and going into such a large chapter,
I think I can say that what we're doing is a lot more than that
because we're not just educating these students,
but we're giving them the tools to build a large platform for open dialogue,
the tools to be the next leaders, critical thinkers,
entrepreneurs that are going to change America.
And so it's a lot more power of them just educating them.
We're given them the platform and tools needed to change the world.
Juan Sarmiento has a question.
And Juan pushed back on, has been pushing back on the content I've published.
One basically called me a racist this morning.
If you read what he said in the comment section of the promotional posts that I did,
highlighting that no was going to come on the show.
And the extent of the promotional post that I did, highlighting Noah's appearance today, was No Cawfin, founder and president of Turning Point USA, and it's on the I Love Seville Show today at 1230.
It's ridiculous.
I think the word racist in today's culture has no meaning.
You could be a racist if you don't take your pizza out, right?
It's ridiculous.
But one thing, I'll go back to the last question.
I left out the second part.
He asked this part of the Magan Movement.
One thing that's really important to note about Turning Point USA on the USA side, the high school and college side, and not a lot of people
know this is we're nonpartisan. Because we're a C3 organization, we're nonpartisan. It means
we're not Republican, we're not Democrat, we don't align with any political candidate. Instead,
we stand for constitutional and conservative values, which is a great thing because parties,
they all have their faults, they will fall. Time and time, again, we've seen that throughout
history. And so it's a beautiful thing to be able to not have to tie down to one party or another,
but stand for these timeless values that have proven again and again and again to be amazing for
America.
back to that statement here. I will say that I think perception is reality in today's social media
and digital world and the perception has Turning Point USA tied to Trump and the MAGA movement
because, for example, Erica Kirk is honored and highlighted and featured at the State of the
Union a couple of weeks ago. I'll get to that bet. First, I want to highlight what Juan said.
I promised I would read his question live on air even though he was a bit offensive with me today.
I got thick skin. This is part of the nature of having a media company.
Juan says Judah, he's calling you out here.
The reason is because Charlie Kirk and his past quotes are easily found by many people as extremely concerning.
His quotes are tied to women, race, civil rights that are extremely concerning.
Ask Noah about Charlie Kirk's past statements and how they are perceived by many to be.
divisive if not racist.
Yeah, and I know the one he's referencing to
probably the one that's front of a lot of people's minds
where Charlie and it proved me wrong,
either proven me wrong or a podcast,
had said something along lines up,
oh boy, if I walk to a plane,
I see a black pilot in the cockpit, I would be scared.
On the surface value, and what a lot of people do online,
on both sides, they like to make clips, right?
Make clips, short little statements,
you don't get the whole context.
On surface value, that sounds bad.
And people come up and said, no way, this sounds terrible.
I say, okay, pull up my phone,
type in the clip, we pull it up,
watch the whole thing. You know what every single one of them said?
Oh,
that's it. The context changes and there should be clips
all of that for people like Trump, Charlie Kirk, even people on the left,
political figures everywhere. And so don't take what you hear
at face value. Go do research. Go look online.
Watch the full clip. It's such a dangerous thing. Clipping culture, I hate it.
It has ruined America, ruined democracy,
and it's a dangerous thing. And so don't believe everything
you see online. Go watch the full thing. Go get full context.
Because I promise you, your mind is going to change.
about a lot of things.
I 100% agree.
Directly after Charlie Kirk's murder,
obviously we all saw a lot of responses on social media,
good, bad, ugly.
And I saw a lot of people making those,
making remarks about he said this, he said that.
He was a horrible person for saying these things.
And overwhelmingly, I found that every single one of those quotes was taken out of context.
It was part of a larger speech, and someone was cherry-picking part that sounded bad,
despite the fact that if you go back and look through the context,
you find that oftentimes he wasn't saying what people are alleging he's saying.
And so, one, I appreciate you pushing back, but I think a lot of, there's a lot of misrepresentation out there.
Yeah, absolutely.
It's clickbait for the 24-hour news cycle.
Whatever's going to drive views, clicks, ratings, interest in this dopamine society where an algorithm on social media is based on divisive content.
That's why I think shows like ours are working.
it's long-form content with context.
That's why you saw Trump prioritize in his push for a second term,
and he did it twice, but this most recent push,
he did interviews with long-form content creators.
How long did he sit down with Joe Rogan?
Because Americans now are more sophisticated than ever
with the content they absorb and can see through a 15-second soundbite
or a 30-second TikTok or an Instagram story and want the entire effing context.
That's why this show is working.
Comments are coming in.
This one's from Virginia Beach, Virginia, and an attorney Scott Aaronworth,
who's pushing back on you, but he's doing it in a respectful way.
So I'm going to relay it live on air.
He says, you stand Noah for conservative thoughts,
which is the thoughts of the Republican Party.
Come on, dude.
You're aligned with the Republicans.
Well, that's not necessarily true.
And we've seen that, many students can say,
this is one of the one things that our history classes have got right,
is that political parties shift a lot.
The political parties rarely will stay tied down to one set of values
throughout the history of the party.
And so while the Republican Party currently does adopt many conservative values,
conservative values are timeless.
They rarely change.
And political parties do.
Political parties do shift.
And so I disagree with you.
And obviously, many lawyers do as well,
or else C3 organizations wouldn't exist.
turning point would have been shut down a long time ago but no standing for conservative constitutional values is absolutely fine if it was strictly tied down on the republican party then turning point would be facing a lot of lawsuits right now but they're not i'll throw this to you and philip dow is watching the program look i'm doing it from both sides here i just relayed a comment from virginia beach that's pushing back on noa now i'm going to relay a comment from the the mayor of scotsville philip dow that's giving noa props he says this guy's an absolute winner
This is an equal opportunity talk show, and you're seeing that here.
I've called them ICE truancy student protest.
There's a movement in our country for, this happened at Henley Middle School with 12, 11, and 13-year-olds,
but there's a movement in our country for students to skip class time, to protest border patrols,
and immigration and customs enforcement,
and they're doing it under the authenticity
of expressing their First Amendment,
or under the disguise of, I want to do this,
but really I want to get out of algebra two trig, or calculus.
And they're costing taxpayers, as you've already highlighted,
resources, how many police were allocated
to the Monticello truancy protest,
the Almore County, Almore High School truancy protests.
Kids at Henley Middle School were suspended for leaving grounds.
I think that one was handled a little bit more safely.
Charlottesville High School one was straight up dangerous,
doing it during an ice and snowstorm,
walking in the middle of the road,
hundreds of students to the downtown mall.
The Almore High School one was also dangerous,
leaving school grounds to walk in 25, 35, 45, 45, 45-hour traffic
to Stonefield, who then evicted them from Stonefield
because it was a private shopping center.
What is Noah Kaufman's take on the student protest, the ICE student truancy protests, and this movement that's happening?
Well, first off, it's costing every county taxpayer a lot of money, and so that's frankly something that's very concerning.
But look, they're taking advantage of a system that's, well, frankly, designed to support that kind of activity.
While policy says, you know, it doesn't allow activities that disrupt the school day, like apparently our club, it supports.
students to walk out for two hours, and so not only are they not on school ground,
or not only outside class, they're off school grounds entirely. The school loses
responsibility of them. Police staff to come out, which costs so much money, and they come
back and they get an excused absence. Excuseed. Dr. Haas has nothing to say about it because
apparently it says civil activity, but having open dialogue, having Q&As, having proved me wrongs
during a 35-minute period of non-destructional time isn't a civil activity and needs to be
shut down and threatened and suppress at all costs.
It makes no sense. It really
doesn't. And anyone you talk to on both sides of the aisle
should be able to agree that
logically they don't allot.
One,
this is coming in
off the record from
a very connected person via
direct message. The
ICE student
truancy protest,
55 police officers
and $15 to
$20,000 of taxpayer
resources to help maintain safety for students.
55 police officers and 15 to 20K and taxpayer resources.
All of a sudden, it makes so much sense while they're coming after our money too.
They're spending all this money, so kids can go out blockouts.
They need some way to pay for it, and now they're targeting clubs who support civil dialogue and free speech.
What is the – this is – I'm going to get even more challenging, and I wasn't even going to head this way,
but I think you're certainly up for it.
I've been flabbergasted by the Almaro County Public School system
and its policies with bathroom access and gender fluidity.
Can you put into perspective what you're seeing at Western Amaral High School first analytically,
bathroom access, gender fluidity, who can use them, who is using them,
and whether or not you find this troubling or not,
or whether or not you find this executed correctly?
First of all, this should be a nonpartisan issue.
I really failed to understand how it's not.
We've had turning point leaders in the woman's bathroom,
seeing transits come in and get this,
they're taking pictures of the turning point leaders.
These are boys in a woman's bathroom,
taking photos of turning point leaders.
And we've seen at our school,
I'm not sure where this ever went.
This was a few months ago,
a petition that ended up being signed by,
if I'm not mistaken, almost a thousand students.
students saying, get these boys out of girls' bathrooms.
And so it certainly seems like a nonpartisan issue in our school, an issue that needs to be addressed
immediately.
Yet, from what I've heard, the school board said nothing about it.
I haven't been keeping up with it since I first heard about it a few months ago.
But that was very concerning to me to hear that turning point leaders have been photographed in a bathroom.
It's ridiculous.
Yeah, I concur.
And he said it better than I could.
Judah, if you have anything you want to add, give me a thumbs up.
We'll weave you on three shot.
I'm not going to get to what is nearly 600 comments and questions.
We are 56 minutes into this interview, and I'm mindful of his time.
People are pushing back on me saying,
Jerry, your entire issue with the ICE student truancy protests was kids leaving school to protest during classroom hours.
How are you not holding Noah Kaufen accountable for doing this interview,
which could be seen as a protest during classroom hours?
So as a fair interviewer, both sides here, I'll throw that to you.
It's school time.
It's 1.30 on a Thursday.
What's Noah Kaufman normally doing at 1.30 p.m. on a Thursday at Western Amar High School?
It absolutely is.
Well, this is a really funny answer.
It's my study hall right now.
There we go.
So viewers and listeners, it's a study hall right now.
We're emphasizing that on the record for you.
What is the plan for tonight?
We're going to be there.
we're going to be there to, unfortunately, sit and watch.
They're throwing this into a public workday, budget work day,
which, I mean, I've read this policy over and over again.
There's not too much that really screams budget to me in this policy amendment.
But that's how they're doing it.
And so we'll be there.
We'll be there to silently sit and watch very respectfully.
Unlike some of our friends on the other side,
if we've seen in past school meetings,
we will be sitting silently and respectfully and listen to what the school board says.
and we'll take it from there.
But we have a lot of people all across the nation
who are tuning into this really ready to fight,
to fight strong, but to fight respectfully.
I think that's what's really important.
We don't yell, we don't scream, we don't spew hatred,
we don't die our hair blue and go get a nose ring
that things don't go our way.
But we continue to love our neighbor.
We continue to push back with respect, push back gently,
but ultimately stay strong in our convictions
and fight for what we believe in.
Is Erica Kirk 100% confirmed for April 2nd?
Eric Kirk was 100% confirmed to speak during the school in April 2nd.
If this policy passes, we will be working with Turning Point USA to trying to find an alternate time.
So this, if the policy is approved by Amar County School Board tonight, potentially,
which would frankly put the entire Western Amarral Turning Point USA's club future at risk.
Because I would imagine the next thing that Allison Spilman and the school board would do is to dissolve your club.
It certainly seems like we're heading.
And then take whatever fundraising dollars you have.
What is Turning Point USA's Western Admiral High School Chapters plan for keeping its momentum going?
Does it then go off-grounds, off-school grounds?
Look, this only fuels us.
All this pushback really only helps draw more attention to our chapter and what we believe in.
If this policy does pass, we're certainly going to explore other options, whether that's after school or some other time.
We have the opportunity to host one of the most influential figures, not just in conservative politics,
but in the political and cultural scene ever.
At our school, this is beneficial to all students,
no matter what direction you come from.
And I tell people this all the time,
if a Democrat club had Joe Biden, I would absolutely be there.
That's amazing.
It's an amazing opportunity to hear from someone
who was such a beautiful story.
And so I think it's something that should be celebrated by all students
that we have the opportunity for this figure to come visit our school,
but it's not because they know that she speaks the truth,
and that's something that's very scary.
And that's important to emphasize.
If Malcolm X or Barack Obama or Joe Biden were invited to Western Amaral High School to speak,
we would roll out the red carpet.
We should.
And if folks opposed to Barack Obama or Joe Biden or Malcolm X, they didn't have to go.
They just didn't have to go to the speakers, the setting where the speaker was talking.
Eric, why is it not the same?
Why is it not offering the same opportunity, regardless of ideology, for someone to speak?
Makes no sense.
It's called selective outrage.
It is selective outrage, folks.
All right, we'll close the interview.
We're an hour in.
I'm mindful of your time.
I'm grateful of your time.
Anything else that we haven't covered that should be out there,
hundreds of people are asking how they can support your club from a fundraising standpoint.
So maybe offer that answer.
How do they support you with a fundraising standpoint?
It's all over the feed.
And then close with some final thoughts on anything we haven't covered.
Absolutely.
That means so much.
This is going to be a very expensive fight.
It's going to be very expensive to keep our chapter alive as well if this policy does go through.
And so if you're looking to support us financially, whether it's $5, $10, $100.
We appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts.
If you go to GoFundMe and you search up Western Alamara Turning Point USA, it'll be the first thing that comes up.
And we would really, really appreciate your support financially.
But if you can't get you financially, the number one way you can support our chapter's prayers, truly, it means everything to me and to our amazing leadership team to wake up each morning knowing that we have hundreds, thousands of people across the nation praying for us.
It really truly does make a difference.
And so thank you to everybody.
Judah Wickhauer is behind the camera.
I appreciate the hard work from you, Judah Wickhauer.
Casey Davis Wells says, I'm so proud of you, Noah.
Keep doing what you're doing.
He's Noah Cawthon.
the engagement on the feed has been pretty even from both sides.
I want to highlight that.
I'm thankful for your time.
Thank you so much for having me.
I really appreciate it.
It's a lot better than the study hole.
I think you have an incredibly bright future.
This guy is 17 years old.
Look how well spoken this is.
This young man is.
For Noel Cawfin and Judah Wickauer, my name is Jerry Miller,
and this is the I Love Seville Show,
which is the water cooler of content
and conversation. Thank you for joining us.
