Now on this week's podcast, and thank you so much for joining us after our very long summer break, we have a major catch up from the last six weeks. Polly is sharing her travel stories from Vietnam. I'm going to give my lowdown on Italy and including my crippling anxiety. Home renovation updates and we're giving you some tips on what to do in the home in the garden this September. I don't even know how to start. Hello you old sort. How are you? I am so, oh my gosh pal, I've missed you so much. I've missed you too. It feels so weird to be back, but I really missed this. I didn't know how much I'd miss this podcast with you, but I really have.
Starting point is 00:02:53 It's so good to see your face. And yours, your beautiful smiling face. Do you know what? It is smiling now, but it wasn't about half an hour ago. Tell me. It was Rocky's first day at big school oh i know i feel quite emotionally how did that go it was oh my god it really caught me unaware as i have to tell you i was really yeah i mean you'll remember with your boys i was
Starting point is 00:03:17 both brad and i took her to the school gate and it was sweet because ziggy took her in she's going into year two and they walked in together holding hands and it really caught me you know and you're like oh my god it's my baby she's not a baby anymore and you just see her walking off and suddenly she's sudden you know somebody else's responsibility you know and no tears from her no tears at all from her dad and dad and I were a blubbering wreck. We literally fell into each other's arms crying. Yeah, so it's really emotional. Any parents out there who are doing this for the first time, it's a real, it catches you.
Starting point is 00:03:55 You're excited, but you feel like it's such a milestone as a parent sending your little one into school for the very first time. And they just look so diddy their school bags are almost like scraping on the floor you know and they're just so diddy and the clothes don't really fit properly and oh yeah it was totes a mosh oh bless your heart meanwhile i just felt like screaming like braveheart freedom did you they went back yesterday the sweet relief i love them so much but my goodness that glorious feeling of relief of eight weeks of the holiday being over it is funny i get so
Starting point is 00:04:33 many mixed messages from parents whether it's this sort of this just sheer elation but also this sort of oh my gosh they're another year older you know um did you have a lovely summer holiday my love oh my love yes i did oh gosh we've got so much we've got so much can we get a rewind when did i last when did i last we've obviously very briefly caught up like fleetingly whatsapps here and there but i think we were kind of saving ourselves i think for this major download so where are we going back to we're going back to the sort of middle of July really aren't we yeah and we're not doing questions this week we're just going to do a big old downloady catch up here's what we've been up to and we will dive straight back into questions this is almost like a catch-up therapy session I think that is yes basically ensues yes so fill me in what where have you been? Have you been anywhere? You've been anywhere glamorous?
Starting point is 00:05:25 Go on. Yes. So I got away with the titlers for a week. We went to Greece, which was lovely. And actually, really, I'm getting used to it now. So because I go away, just me and the boys. And it's quite weird going away on your own with your kids because everyone else is with family and friends so there's uh but I'm getting into the swing of it now and I really
Starting point is 00:05:50 like it and we're just a little gang I remember the first time you went you found it really hard and I actually understand why and that even if if Brad's away or he goes off for a day and I've got the kids on my own as much as I love hanging out with my kids you do sort of feel like you it's sharing it with someone isn't it as being sharing the experience of them with someone else yes so but we're into a groove with it now and I just sort of get used to the fact that everyone else is a family and it's really interesting things it's things like when you go into a restaurant and they're like table for four and you're like no just just three just three um but no now i'm like no just just three actually come on it's actually so um that was lovely but i guess the big adventure of the summer was mr big and i went to vietnam oh my gosh and it looked fabulous the tiddlers were away with their dad so uh we we did a couple of weeks there which was
Starting point is 00:06:42 just the best adventure ever somewhere i I wanted to go for ages. Tell me, give me a really quick synopsis of Vietnam. Like what were your... Oh, I don't know what to tell you. The people are amazing. It is incredibly hectic. So we did, we travelled the coast actually, and we were in lots of different cities. But the traffic there, I mean, I don't mean to be boring talking about the traffic,
Starting point is 00:07:02 but basically there are something like, I don't know, a billion mopeds in Vietnam. And there are basically no, there are no rules when it comes to traffic. So there are no like pedestrian crossings or safe places. You just walk directly into fast moving traffic and you just, the mopeds weave around you and the general rule is just keep walking forward. Don't stop and don't go backwards. The general rule is keep alive. forward. Don't stop and don't go backwards. The general rule is keep alive. Yeah, but it's terrifying. So there's no undertaking rules. You just undertake, overtake, whatever you can do.
Starting point is 00:07:31 You just go. Just walk like just with purpose across the road and they will weave around you. Oh, wow. So that was amazing. The food, I mean, I basically just turned into a noodle soup by the end because it's sort of 90% noodles there, which was fantastic. And oh my God, my favourite bit, mate, which I was thinking about you the whole time. Was it Mr. Big's noodle? Yes. I bet you got a lot of, I bet you did a lot of noodling and canoodling with Mr. Big's noodle. Oh my God. I ate a lot of noodles.
Starting point is 00:08:08 How nice to be in a new relationship. I'm not going any further than that. When you just do loads of shagging. How lovely for you. How nice. Isn't that nice, everyone, in long-term relationships? Lovely for you, Paul. You know.
Starting point is 00:08:19 So back to your noodling. Canoodling. Back to noodling. Stop it. We were in this amazing city called Hoi An and it's famous for tailoring. Did you get a suit made? I didn't get a suit made, mate, because who wears suits now? But I did get a hell of a lot of linen stuff made.
Starting point is 00:08:39 Oh, did you? Oh, it was the dream. Is it really nice? Yeah, stunning. So really beautiful linens, loads of linen shirts and linen trousers because I can never get trousers long enough. And Mr Big, who is six foot seven, can never find trousers. So he had loads of trousers made and it's obviously very reasonably priced.
Starting point is 00:08:57 Oh, it was amazing. And also the landscapes are incredible. Did you go holing? Is it called holing when you go down those holes, those sort of tunnel things? We didn't go, there's these really famous tunnels. We didn't actually go down them because we ran out of time,
Starting point is 00:09:11 but we did go. So what's really interesting about Vietnam is obviously they had the great, the war with the Americans back, I want to say in the 60s. What's the film where, what's the film where Robin Williams, Good Morning Vietnam. Good morning Vietnam. Exactly. say in the 60s what's the film where what's the film where robin williams he good morning vietnam
Starting point is 00:09:25 good morning vietnam exactly yeah because it's a communist country and so there was the whole war there so there's there is loads and loads and loads of um war memorabilia and and lots of things to see so we did actually go to one restaurant where after dinner they lifted the trap door and we could see someone had sort of had a whole bunker underneath the restaurant and Mr Big did squeeze himself through that little hole and down. Wow.
Starting point is 00:09:55 I saw that, so there you go. Did a bit of holing then. Bit of holing, not a lot of holing. So those are my adventures. Tell me about your adventures. Gosh, we went to, we had a couple of weeks off with the kids we we did it the opposite way around this year so we didn't go as soon as the school finished we didn't go straight on straight away on holiday we had a couple of weeks from the home and we waited and then we spent two weeks in glorious Puglia now
Starting point is 00:10:21 I went to Puglia last year I did a blog about Puglia because I loved it so much. There is so much to explore of Puglia that I don't know if anyone knows much about it, but it's the heel of Italy. So when you look at the map, it's the heel. And you can either fly into Bari or Brindisi. Bari is at the very top, so it's almost sort of still in Italy. So you've got to come down a bit further, but there are more flights into Bari. But Puglia is actually a really big area to cover. And the reason that there aren't at the moment, what I loved about it is that there aren't many Brits there. So there's not actually many tourists.
Starting point is 00:10:54 It's just, it's where Italians go on holiday. So it means that it's really authentic and it feels like you're, I don't know, it just feels really cultural and it's so beautiful. And it's all the little towns are just these white painted towns just little cobbled streets there's so much to see and explore um and it's just it's just glorious the food is amazing the people italians are just so lovely and they're amazing with kids and of course kids can be up at sort of 11 o'clock at night running around you know a little square while there's music playing. And it's romantic.
Starting point is 00:11:26 And what I love about it is that although you're away with the kids, we could still get sort of dressed up and feel like we're going for a lovely dinner and sit together and have a romantic dinner and a nice glass of red wine. Whilst the kids were running around a square with other kids. And you don't get to do that here. We don't have that same cultural experience here. So it was we really drank it in. I'll tell you something funny that did happen. The first, so we went away for two weeks and I really struggled the first week to,
Starting point is 00:11:55 as you know, the end of last, the end of before the summer holidays, I was really, I was pretty on my knees, sort of stressed. You were broken, my friend. I had so much going on so many spinning plates and as anyone knows running a business is really full-on and but I wanted to give my kids everything as well you know to give them my full attention so it's that real sort of you know constant sort of juggle but when we got there to the first villa that we stayed in um
Starting point is 00:12:18 I had really bad anxiety and I couldn't switch it off for love nor money you know that feeling you get when you feel like you've left an iron on or yes and you can't it ruins your day because you think oh my god I don't know what to do about it like am I going to go home am I not I had that that feeling in my gut all week and it was I ended up having to do a bit of work to sort of counter almost counteract it because I felt like working and speaking to the team was actually helping me get over it so the first week I would say I felt quite spun out but then I by the weekend obviously because it's a weekend and everyone actually everywhere goes on holiday I finally sort of settled into the holiday and then the second week was just pure bliss I loved it but interestingly I do think and I've since spoken to so many friends about about this who run their own businesses and have the sort of
Starting point is 00:13:05 burden of you know the the luggage that you carry on your back of of running a business and I couldn't leave it I couldn't leave it at the airport it came with me so I it took me a week to get to to actually unload it and then I got to enjoy my holiday so for me that's a real a lesson in that I I first of all I think I need to ease in like almost the week before going start to sort of unpack a bit, but then I don't think I'd be able to get away with a week's holiday without, without, yeah, not feeling, I think two weeks is a really, really good time to go away. It felt like just such a great time. It felt like we really, I got the chance to properly relax, read a couple of books. And it was lovely.
Starting point is 00:13:45 But it's a funny thing, anxiety, because it just catches you quite unawares. And you have to really try and unpack it and understand where it's coming from. Because anxiety is worrying about something that hasn't happened. So it's a really funny thing. But also, I wonder how much of that was anxiety that's just been, I don't know about you, something about running a business. I sort of feel like you're running on adrenaline so much of the time, just keeping all of the plates spinning. So you don't really actually have time to feel anxious when you're that busy, because it's just you don't
Starting point is 00:14:11 have the luxury of that. So then you stop and suddenly all the sort of stress and concerns that have been carrying you through the year suddenly like, bam, you're good. You've got a little bit of space for this now. Let me let you enter in. Yeah, so, so true. And actually, I think I don't know if you remember at the start of the year when you and i sat on this podcast and we talked about what our new year's resolutions were going to be yes and one of my new year's resolutions was to say no yes it was i've got something really excited to tell you actually this is so fun have you ever heard of human design the human design i'm not sure i went on a hen do just last week last week with a bunch of
Starting point is 00:14:47 gorgeous a bevy of gorgeous girls my god i've never seen a more beautiful i mean i was grief of women on a hen honestly they were all they're all in the fitness industry pretty much they all sort of in i could tell with the crop tops i was like i'm glad i'm not there such babes i mean the butts on these girls i can't tell you i instantly just was like trying to squat in my bedroom to try and make my ass lift up somewhere because it's like a pancake and I was like listen I've got 10 years some of the girls were 14 years younger than me and there I was like trying to give it my best but anyway I and also I see any mum there as well but so I was trying to keep my trying to hold in like talking about my kids um but it was gorgeous it was really really lovely and one of the girls there shout out to Rihanna she was um she was talking to me about this human design you would find this absolutely fascinating let's hear it
Starting point is 00:15:35 you put in your your your place of birth time of birth and where you were born and it's a bit it's not like a horoscope because it's essentially it's essentially a body mapping it's more of a psychological personality test and it's whether you're a manifestor a projector a generator so it's like it's knowing what you are and how other people see you so myself I'm a generator which means that I make things happen I'm the first to step into a conversation and give my opinion as opposed to hang back and wait to be asked. You'll probably be the same. No shit, mate. Pretty safe to say you're a generator too.
Starting point is 00:16:11 I think we're generators. But anyway, but you learn, it maps out your entire personality and it is insane once you actually understand because also it tells you how you feel inside. Well, how you feel inside is very different sometimes to how other people see you so you might feel insecure or you might feel like i just don't want to cuddle but from the outside people see you as a boss bitch and they're like polly she's
Starting point is 00:16:33 fucking she doesn't she doesn't have a you know a sort of insecure bone in her body you know what i mean so it's like this conflict between who you are how you feel and how other people see you i'm going to send it to you but anyone look into it it's absolutely fascinating and it really helps to understand yourself and your psychological makeup yeah do you know what I've been dying to talk to you about this because I'm so excited and this is so probably not up your street either but I feel I can convert you. So I, good old TikTok. So TikTok has something called BookTok, which is when people talk about books on TikTok. So it's a great way actually of learning about new books.
Starting point is 00:17:15 And one which, this has actually been popular for years. Like maybe, I think the first one came out sort of 2015, 16. So it's been around for ages, but it's called, it's shortened to ACOTAR, but it's A court of thorns and roses is its full wording okay it's by an author called sarah j mass i think i pronounced that right and um essentially it is it was meant to be a retelling of beauty and the beast sort of but it's more like uh if you were to combine Harry Potter with the Hunger Games with Game of Thrones.
Starting point is 00:17:47 Oh, that sounds right up my street. And Beauty and the Beast. Yeah. It's that. Wow. And it's actually, it's a really, really feminist fairy tale, sort of romance fantasy. I'm not really into like sci-fi or anything, but this is, if you liked Hunger Games, if you liked Harry Potter. Love, love, love. If you twilight um then you'll love this and it's basically known as fairy porn
Starting point is 00:18:12 oh my god do they have filthy yes it's smutty as well so it's got a bit of 50 shades of gray in there too i mean this sounds right up my street what do you mean this sounds i love this kind of stuff okay well i'm i in deep. I'm on book three. So remind us what it's called. Well, the first one is called A Court of Thorns and Roses. Well, also, I quite like the fact that it's obviously a series because it's quite nice when you read one book and then you think, oh, I'm so sad that's over and you want to get stuck into the characters. So there's five books and I'm in deep. You know, when you're really in it, when you read something like Hunger Games or Twilight or something when they first came out and you were so in it and the world is so immersive
Starting point is 00:18:48 and honestly, TikTok and lots of things online, they're going absolutely nuts for it. It's hopefully going to be a movie or TV show soon, but it's fantastic. Do you think it's one for my book club? Yes, because it's got a nice bit of filth in it too. Not so much in book one, but book two, you don't want to be listening to that while the kids are around.
Starting point is 00:19:08 Oh, you've got it in your ears? Do you know what? It's a really geeky thing to do. I have it in my ears and I have the books because I like to swap between listening to it in the car and reading it before bed. Oh, I see. I mean, reading it after I've sat in bed is really nice because it makes you nod off. reading I have to say at bed it's really nice because it makes you nod off do you know what pal we need to know everyone needs to know because it's been a while what is happening with the home renovation where are we at oh tell everyone yeah it's been probably about six weeks isn't it so what has happened well it's been highs and lows so the the biggest low is probably that some very lovely gentleman stole the dumper truck from site in the middle of the night which it was found actually
Starting point is 00:19:46 it was found up in a sort of encampment up in Enfield interestingly because it had a tracker on it How did you get
Starting point is 00:19:52 away with stealing something like that? Well I was away it was whilst I was on holiday and they did it dead of the night about 1am
Starting point is 00:19:59 got it on a flat truck apparently it's really common they're stolen to order really really common so that're stolen to order. Really, really common.
Starting point is 00:20:08 So that happened. So that was good times. But we're roaring ahead. So the kitchen is going in in two weeks. Oh my goodness. I still don't have any windows and doors, which I'm told this is really common, that they're always the thing that takes bloody ages.
Starting point is 00:20:22 They always seem to be delayed. I don't know why. Windows. Always. Yeah. Honestly, I think every job I've had when we have an install, I mean, even my house, they were like six weeks delayed.
Starting point is 00:20:31 I was furious. It's annoying because it delays everything. You can't do certain things if it's not watertight, can you? Exactly. But yes, so I have no windows. Because your floors haven't gone down, presumably. Oh no, you've got stone.
Starting point is 00:20:42 The floor is going down as we speak. The stone is being laid. I am looking at them doing, presumably. Oh, no, you've got stone. The floor is going down as we speak. The stone is being laid. I am looking at them doing it now. So the utility is nearly finished. The loo's are, well, they're not nearly finished. They're about to go in. The kitchen's about to go in. And now they're starting on the side extension,
Starting point is 00:20:58 which is the living room and my bedroom. So it's roaring ahead, which is really, really exciting. And so now I am in the bit where i am buying all the things which your brilliant team have put together for my designs and we need to talk about the cost of taps oh i know i have to sell a kidney per tap uh yes we have given you some sexy taps that's why what you've got to think though is think about think about what the material is and how long you want it to last yes i know i say this a lot and i know these things seem expensive but would you not rather buy something that's going to last
Starting point is 00:21:39 you 15 years than buy something that's going to last two years then you're gonna have to buy a new one don't forget it's brassware so that when you're talking brassware things like taps it's the the actual making of them is a real process these these items are usually handmade and they're made here i go so i'm on i just i understand the value of money when it comes to things like that but i know when it all adds up and i know when you're doing home renovation it's adding up it's when you get to the reno and they go by the way you know as completely as expected we've gone over by about we will be going over by 10 percent and then you forget with a renovation it doesn't stop with um plastered walls you then need to furnish it and you need light fittings and you need um taps and doorknobs and and on it goes so
Starting point is 00:22:22 it's um this is why we do our estimates this is why we do our on it goes. So it's, I'm in that phase at the moment. This is why we do our estimates. This is why we do our estimates, to know how much it's going to cost so that you don't have this like, oh my God, I can't afford it. So you know already at the beginning and then you put lines through things
Starting point is 00:22:34 that you'd be sitting on the floor basically. You'd be sitting on a beanbag for a while, but that's okay. We will be doing that to a degree, because for us it was never going to be enough to do the whole thing. So it was sort of get it as far as it degree. But because for us, there was never, it was never going to be enough to do the whole thing. So it was sort of get it as far as it can. But it's terribly exciting.
Starting point is 00:22:48 So we're in ordering phase and the house is chaos. And I'm really looking forward to having some sort of living room or something. Oh, it's going to be lovely. I can't have a babysitter at the moment, which is tricky because I can hardly be like, welcome, come and sit in my bedroom. That's a real... It doesn't feel right. No. Real first world problem, that.
Starting point is 00:23:10 Damn it, I can't have a babysitter. I know. Oh my God. Poor little princess. I know. Poor Polly having a house renovated, can't have a babysitter. I can't host.
Starting point is 00:23:20 I can't host. Oh God. I know, where are my violins? I've got a very small one here you can borrow. I've got a tiny little violin I'll just pull out my drawer. Play it for me. Play it for me. So that's exciting.
Starting point is 00:23:36 So when are you planning on, when's it all going to be done, done and dusted? I am told it will be done at Christmas, so January probably. Have you got any updates for me? Let me tell you, where I might have been on the summer holidays with the kids, work has not stopped. If anything, it's ramped up like insane levels. We've got, I can't even tell you. You know every time you sort of think, oh, no, it can't get any busier,
Starting point is 00:24:01 and then it just suddenly goes to a whole new level. But really, really fun things are going on at the moment we're doing lots of really fun things and we've taken on quite a fun client um I'm sure they won't mind me saying but it's the newlyweds um who are Jamie and Sophie Lang and I got to go on their podcast last week which is such I know I got to go on someone else's podcast which is really fun. I love that podcast I've listened to it for years now I listened to it when they were nearlyweds and now they're newlyweds and they are hilarious. And also Segway, they're also hilarious on the likes of TikTok and Insta as well. But what was it like meeting them? Were you starstruck?
Starting point is 00:24:39 I don't, you know, I don't get starstruck. No, because I think they're just very normal, very normal people. But they're just really, really lovely. They're exactly as you imagine them to be. So they are just lovely, really, really engaging, really lovely. And they're so excited about their house. And it's a beautiful house. And it's going to be even more beautiful. And I feel very, I feel really flattered that they've asked, obviously, House 9. But their style is actually really in line with ours, which is really exciting. And Sophie's got really immaculate taste.
Starting point is 00:25:08 I mean, the way she dresses is immaculate, isn't it? Oh my God, chef's kiss. They're hilarious. He's hilarious. She's actually hilarious in her own right as well. They're both just really funny and really nice people. It's a really lovely project and one that, yeah, we're really excited to get going on.
Starting point is 00:25:23 And also lovely because it's not far from our office as well so it's close to the um close to the office so it's really really fun and and going on the podcast and doing that was was fun because obviously i'm so used to podcasting with you but i was i was nervous going on the pod i have to say i was nervous going on there oh were you yeah was it a more polished outfit than ours? Slightly. So they've obviously got candy kittens, Jamie's. And it's delicious. Oh my God, they're the best sweets, vegan sweets.
Starting point is 00:25:57 The problem is with those is that you can nail an entire bag in one sitting. They're delicious. Oh my God. Don't even try. Anyway, so very sweetly they sent a box to the office. We're devouring those. That's a classy move. They've got this place called the Jam Factory, which is where they do all their podcast filming.
Starting point is 00:26:09 And it's the head office for Candy Kittens. And it's just really cool. Is it the Sweet Factory? Not Jam Factory. The Sweet Factory. Jam Factory? Jam Factory. Anyway, whatever.
Starting point is 00:26:20 But it's very cool. And you know when you feel really, you know when people make you feel inspired. So you know when you're somewhere and you and you're like yes well done you you work bloody hard and that you've you're reaping the fruits you know and this is what and it you just feel like inspired I came away feeling yeah this is cool they're cool oh awesome do they have a garden no well yes but do you know someone that might be able to help I don't know Awesome. Do they have a garden? Well, yes, but do you know someone that might be able to help? I don't know. If you're at a point in life when you're ready to lead with purpose, we can get you there. It's your path to meaningful leadership in all sectors. For details, visit uvic.ca slash future MBA. That's uvic.ca slash future MBA. That's a lovely catch up, Hal. We are left with one thing, which I sort of almost nearly forgot there because it's been so long. But what is In-N-Out this week? What is In-N-Out for the last six weeks?
Starting point is 00:27:40 What is In-N-Out? Well, it's September, isn't it? So Innsns it's actually a really busy garden month uh which is ironic because usually most people have stopped caring about the garden now they're like oh it's been quite a garden-y sort of season and i'm ready just for it to be autumn now but actually now's a busy time you need to be like scarifying your lawn do you scarify your lawn do Do I? Do I? Heck. Do you, heck? What's scarifying, mate? I think it means that you get a rake. Yes. And you drag it around the place.
Starting point is 00:28:12 Yes. And then you chuck some grass seeds down. And then you drag those around the place. And then you... Oh, you throw turf... You throw stuff on, don't you? You've started so strong. You've started so strong. You started so strong. Scarifying literally just means the rake thing.
Starting point is 00:28:27 So it's when you literally rake all of the lawn and you're getting all of the thatch and the moss out of it. Top tip, if you've got lots of moss, keep it for Christmas because then you can put it on top of your cute little pots with bulbs in and things. Yeah, I think my lawn just needs, I don't know, it doesn't even, no. It needs sorting.
Starting point is 00:28:45 Well, that's one little tip you could do for September. And the other big one is dividing perennials. So now's the time where you sort of dig up things like geraniums and nepetas and whack a spade through them. You get more plants. So great time to do that too. I've actually got some inns for home stuff as well. Well, this is the time, let me tell you, that you want to be cleaning your gutters.
Starting point is 00:29:04 Well, this is the time, let me tell you, that you want to be cleaning your gutters. You want to be inspecting your roof and checking your doors and windows for drafts. Because this is now when you want to get ahead of it before the winter months start. How do you check for drafts? You basically want to see if there's any gaps around your window. So it could even just be a millimetre or two. But imagine on a windy day, that's going to let in quite a lot of cold air so you want to go with your hand around the outside of the window and you'll feel like a little you'll just feel a little air draft of you know drafty drafty bit coming in through a window and then if you have that's when you want to just um
Starting point is 00:29:37 you want to either get someone in to reseal it or you can attempt to do it yourself it's sort of these stripping or caulk you know you get that caulk you attempt to do it yourself it's sort of these stripping or caulk you know you get that caulk you can either do it yourself but yeah make sure you've got drafty windows good time to do it good tip and then another thing to do guys just your rugs get your rugs cleaned before the winter deep clean rugs because you remove any summer dirt and all those allergens so if you think all your rugs over the summer you're bringing your shoot people are coming in with you know and windows are open and pollen and everything comes into your house and sits in your rugs over the summer. You're bringing your shoot. People are coming in with, you know, windows open and pollen and everything comes into your house and sits in your rugs.
Starting point is 00:30:08 So this is the perfect time to get your carpets and rugs cleaned. Clean those rugs. Clean those rugs. Yeah. Clean your rug. Give them a good old bashing. Give them a clean.
Starting point is 00:30:21 Oh, did we do what's out? What's out? Well, I can tell you what's out. Tell me. this weather is out I'm sorry but it's been the most abysmal summer hasn't it so what you guys are going to want to do is go and load up on your vitamin D tablets
