name for a cold but taste buds are not working and that's kind of odd so I'm monitoring I'm just trying to keep myself going staying healthy I made a big green smoothie today um that was really odd like just not having I was like what the fuck I can't really taste it I couldn't coffee isn't very good right now because I can't really taste it so yeah I'm good thanks for your dms thanks for your your advice anything I don't want to go to the internet and be like oh my god I'm sick I have COVID but I kind of did that and shot myself in the foot because now everyone's like what's the update I'm fine so let's just talk about what I did today though we're gonna talk about the news I mean first off we got a lot of news to cover

for Friday today with Trump getting banned from social media, Twitter, him announcing he's not going to the inauguration. We got Kim and Kanye breaking up. I haven't talked about any of those things. So we're going to, we're going to talk about that today. But first off, my notes here say that I fixed my espresso machine today. I'm crossing that off. So I did that. I could tell you guys what I did specifically if you want to know and I have a adulting or no I don't want to use that word I have a tip a cooking tip that I'm going to share that'll change your life so yeah I was like okay I know I can't taste this coffee but it'll still work like I need the energy so this morning I made it right and I was like okay what's going on why is my machine making a

weird noise sound like a 747 getting ready to take off as soon as I turned it on I know it's an espresso machine it's like high pressure is happening so I'm freaked out like this is going to turn into a bomb and explode like I was freaked out so long story short I just needed to descale it which is like a espresso machine um self-care routine you got to do for it so I had to like put these this special powder in my water and cycle it through and press a lot of buttons and I thought I had to replace a part but I don't think I do it turned out to it was it's working fine now but I spent a good like hour trying to like fix my espresso machine today so I did that um I worked I just like laid in bed a lot and worked today that was kind of the vibe I was like

you know what I know I got my fresh air tonight so I didn't do it in the morning but I just kind of like woke up and like laid in bed on my computer and just like did stuff all day um which it was kind of nice I never worked in bed I never I don't like to do that I just feel like your bed is not where you work and it's easy to just kind of sit there with your laptop but um today felt right I was like I don't know I think I was a little I wasn't super paranoid this morning but I thought if it's gonna get worse it's gonna like get worse my symptoms are going to start like over the course of a week getting worse. So I was like trying to, I don't know, keep myself from like my cortisol low, just staying calm, nothing too crazy, no invigorous

exercise. Invigorous, did I just say that? Vigorous exercise and like, I don't know. So yeah, whatever. I laid in bed and worked. I fixed my espresso machine. and the tip I have to share with you guys today is it's so simple it's so simple I don't know why I just started doing this so you know how you have those buckets of of leaves like spinach mixed greens arugula they come in those plastic buckets like those rectangle containers right I don't know if you're like me I don't buy like I pretty much just buy those containers for salad stuff I don't buy like I don't like buying heads of like lettuce like I buy just the tossed greens okay this is what you do this is what you do take a paper towel take a paper towel and lay it on top

and then cover the lid and just like let the humidity happen and it'll go all over the towel instead of making your spinach gross and like slimy so it'll keep your vegetables fresh longer put a paper towel in those buckets it changed my life I've been doing that for about a week now with my spinach and it's like it's great so and I noticed like the towel kind of gets wet like it's actually absorbing the humidity so I don't know that's my tip of the day thought I'd share with you guys um how are you doing by the way how's your health are you guys dying of COVID right now are you um are you thriving are you traveling are you living a normal life what's that like are you just kind of like

over everything um what's your mental state um I feel like everyone I talk to is something different like I just got off the phone with a patron and he was kind of telling me like he's just waiting for the end, waiting for the end. When's it going to end? And I'm here to tell everyone, here's what I'm here to tell you. This is just the fucking beginning. Okay. This is just the beginning. This, this, there isn't an end. There isn't a, everything's just going to snap back to normal. I'm calling that now. I just don't think they're the control. Like basically we all gave up so securities it's all an illusion right but we basically were okay with giving the government like let the letting them control us is what I'm trying to get to we gave up our freedom

so they could for our protection like whatever that is yeah in order for us to be protected quote-unquote masked up shutdowns we gave up freedoms we gave up our ability to go to work on our like work and exist in public without you know just like a normal person without a mask on you know we gave up we basically were like okay you guys are right we'll we'll do this so now they have all this control also with unemployment stimulus there's another you know form of control like they have that on us now like people are relying on that people are expecting that they people need that and so it's like okay there's another thing I mean there's it's just the way it is so I don't think it's gonna go back to normal like people want it to and they're like

I'm waiting for this to just snap back because I don't think they're gonna like just like snap their fingers okay we it's everything's fine no they're gonna want to keep that control they're gonna want to keep this momentum with it or something I'm just I'm just assuming things but that's what I would have to say if I was guessing that um there's all these things at play now that are kind of keeping us you know like dumbed down versions of Americans like these little meek reliant depend we're depending on the government we're like you know we're masked up and things are shut down and we can't do we can't go to work and um yeah so I don't really it's hard to be optimistic when that's the current situation but with that being said um I don't know what was

a segue i was going to talk about news patreon phone call i was talking to someone oh i was asking you guys how your mental health is right how however how's everything going um based off of i'm saying that because of what's happened at the capitol and just like the current events and what happened today with trump and like you know new president coming in office like there's a lot going on the world so i care i really hope you're just staying level-headed and sane about it all um god and on that note speaking of control let's move over to big tech um this is fucking scary banning trump removing his account from twitter if that doesn't scare the shit out of you like

that's not guys i don't care what you think about trump i don't care what you think about his tweets that's not okay that's that's bad it's not good that these companies can just pick and choose like that and here's our president getting banned like I should read I was on um I'm gonna see what people are saying because I like to hear it's like hot gossip right now January's full gossip right now we got you know so much chaos happening in the world so um account suspended um oh my mom just texted me my piano teacher died of lung cancer oh god what a fucking weird segue sorry guys my i just got a text that came in my piano teacher died i haven't seen her in years

pray for her and her family that's really sad she was the best she was like my favorite music teacher I had so I was doing a lot of music stuff as a kid and she was like the best teacher ever that's really sad all right so fuck I'm sorry you know that's real time I don't add I don't add the podcast that text just came in my piano teacher is no longer um with us that's really sad okay so back to trump jesus christ back to trump's account getting suspended i'm just reading the hot juice here on a on a thread the 1984 vibes are strong someone said not that i want to hear what he has to say but who's next too much power in big tech

The fact that big tech can censor the president of the United States, regardless of who is president, should terrify everyone. Yeah, that's what I agree with. Like the fact that they can, the censorship, like this is, yeah. Big tech equals big brother. Scary times. It's only going to get worse. A lot of people like that. That's fucked up.

I'm pro Bernie and this shit is wrong. oh here's something here's a good thing they're a company what percent of people in the u.s are even on twitter it's a non-story only the elites care about twitter true but also i don't feel like that should be it's like not I don't know what else here they're a private business it's their ball their court no harm no foul nope sorry it's like Verizon disconnecting people's phones because they don't like what they're texting or saying like there's another example of a private company it's not like they're disconnecting people's phones because they're outraged about fucking

i don't know if you violate the terms and conditions verizon's gonna fucking disconnect you maybe they do i don't know okay so anyways trump got banned from twitter he announced he's not going to attend the inauguration after he just said he wants to do a peaceful transfer of power. He came out and did a, a little PC, a little press conference, whatever those things are called, a little statement. Um, apparently him and Pence have beef right now. So that's happening. Um, they, there's a thing, there's an impeachment bill or whatever they're called out. Um, Trump impeachment, Pelosi wrote up a banger of a thing. Hold on. Let me pull it up. Trump

impeachment. Yeah. It's all trying to like, it's all coming to a head here. This is what I want to say. I don't really know the details. I don't want to talk about it. I'm really like not educated on any of this. I'm just reading stuff off of like the headlines, like what actually happened today. And those are facts. Those are things that happened today. He was, his account was suspended. He said he's not going to attend the inauguration. Those are facts. But here's what I want to say. My dream, my little 2021 dream is that we go January, chaos, up until the inauguration. Inauguration, Biden's in the seat. Vaccine rolls out throughout the first half of the year.

And then we are not seeing Trump all over the news anymore. We're not seeing all this Trump stuff anymore at scale, like at this level. he's becoming less relevant because things are just gonna like calm down hopefully and then vaccine will roll out things will kind of i don't know maybe by the summer kind of just like biden will be you know daddy warbucks and give us all our fucking stimulus checks and make everything peace like best president ever i'm gonna give stimulus and we're gonna make everything better and then you know just cushion the fuck out of america and then by mid-year we'll be kind of like i think things will be maybe we'll still be masked up but shit will be open the vaccine

will be working like i don't know that's my that's my little dream but here's the the the concern i have would be it's not a peaceful transfer of power there's insane rioting from the radical fringe right the proud boys the fucking far right wingers they're just raising hell trying to start a fucking civil war over over biden becoming president and there might be some crazy outrage at the end of january february and then again i just feel like it's gonna it's gonna die down but who knows I really have no clue like you can't predict anything that's what I've learned especially last year like you can't predict any of this shit um but in a perfect world that's what I would say would happen like that's what I'd like to see happen

I do have a thought to share with you guys about and what are your thoughts on that how do you think the year is going to unfold um worse or better uh do you think yeah like what do you think about because look there are people think about every single person invading the capital has somewhere and they still think trump won he won the election like he's supposed to be the president there's so many people out there that think that so how is that how's that going to transfer how's that going to play out when biden's inaugurated and all these people 70 million Americans will not even the people that okay that's a percentage of the people that voted for Trump are like hardcore he's our president you know he won there's so much

voter fraud um how are those people gonna I think they're just gonna have their little tantrums and like do their conspiracies and fucking like wash out I really think that's what's gonna happen and then yeah i don't know that for some reason i just feel like that's most likely gonna happen so and then it's gonna be interesting what trump does next like what his next moves are what kind of fucking circus he's gonna start we'll see um anyways i have i have a thought to share with you guys about covid uh can't you tell i'm like covid free i just feel like you know what my taste buds I don't know what I did maybe I burned my tongue I feel I feel COVID negative right now my spirits are I feel normal I just can't really taste so um I haven't thought

about COVID and when I was talking to my patron on the phone tonight my lovely patron um he kind of debunked this or not debunked it he kind of said something I was like oh yeah you're right but I thought about how, imagine if we got sick. Like I'm walking in my shoes right now. A couple of days ago, I have a really sore throat and I noticed I couldn't taste anymore. So I'm like, okay, something's happening. I feel sick. Shit. I don't feel great. and then a couple days go on it's still the same I'm just kind of like okay monitoring I feel sick but I'm alive I'm fine so my the point of me saying this is imagine if people got COVID without knowing what the fuck it was I'd say

like it I'd say most people would be like oh I got the flu oh I'm sick ah shit I gotta lay in bed for a few days. I feel awful. My body hurts. I have a fever. I'm coughing. I feel fucking sick. Oh my God. I can't breathe. This is like, I have chest pain or not chest pain. It's like shortness of breath. Um, I just, the reason I'm saying this is I feel like we would, we would just take care of business. We'd survive. We'd be like, Oh, I'm gonna just ride this out. I'm sick. I got to get better. Okay. Just like any flu, just like anytime you're sick but i think the difference with covid was obviously the pneumonia people on respirators the uh what's it called the spreadability the fucking congestion the fucking

uh what's it called when you get it easily contagibility contagiousness um the newness of it all it's something new i i get why the media picked it up and just fucking went places with it all last year. Like they did not get off the COVID topic at all. As soon as it started, they kept that train going. But the thing about it is we let the media decide how we should feel about getting COVID. For example, I probably have it right now. And just based off what I've seen on the internet, all the, the internet, excuse me, internet, media, TV, whatever. I've seen, I've seen body bags. I've seen morgues. I've seen freezer trucks or whatever. I've seen people on respirators. I've seen commercials. I've seen

wear a mask. I've seen all this like negative, Holy fuck, you're going to die if you get this shit. So the feeling I have about it, like I know myself, I have this intuition, like I'm going to be fine. I feel, I honestly feel fine. So that's probably easy for me to say versus someone that gets it and has shortness of breath and immediately gets pneumonia like i have it easy right now but and i don't even know again if i have it but i'm just saying hypothetically if i had it that's how i feel but i don't think that's i just feel like i wonder how things would have played out if we had no exposure from them like no influence from that fucking news and the media telling us showing us all these horrific things i don't know if the reaction to it would be as

like insane because the truth of the matter is 99.99 whatever the percentage of people survive most people don't have a terrible time with it where they're getting the pneumonia on a respirator dying in two days so that's that's the fact and it's like when you look at this what fucks this is what messes me up or really pisses me off is when you look at the numbers of heart disease of of other diseases other people dying of things um I'm trying to like think of specifics but I only thought of heart disease the numbers are like fucking 10x COVID do you know what I mean so again you guys are probably like me you understand things were politicized um all last year and it became all about how it's being handled and if it wasn't it wasn't handled

properly therefore someone isn't fit to be president because he didn't react properly and handle it properly and it was all about that and so unfortunately that's what happened but I'm just saying moving forward it's like can we all just go all right no one like death rate we're like we're doing okay in that department um we got a vaccine coming out we're learning how to deal with it we're learning how to social distance and wear a mask and stay inside like if we feel like we have symptoms we're staying home we're staying away um because I don't know in my lifetime like yeah you go to school in September everyone gets fucking sick everyone gets a cough the flu the flu comes around the winter time people are puking at their at their house staying

home and their pjs their their mom and dad like that was like a thing that's not gonna go away like people are gonna get sick so at what point do we go okay it's that COVID is that with a little bit of a twist with the no taste and the crazy stuff that happened I mean there are people that lose their fucking scent or excuse me their taste and their uh sense of smell like it's like a more of a permanent thing there's all these after uh effects whatever from getting the virus so I understand that it's not just a flu but we gotta we gotta live our lives you know at what point do we just like face the beast and just live and just go and go forth with a warrior mentality about it? Like, you know what, we're going to work on our health. We're

going to work on our immune systems. We're going to try to set ourselves up for success and not fear this bitch and learn how to, uh, like live with it and vax it and like get on top of it. so that's just where I'm at I'm like what's the solution and how come it's not being done because I feel like it's just this it's everything's dragging out shut opens and shut like things open up shut down open up shut down I'm in California what the fuck is happening here anyways I just thought I'd talk about that because yeah I'm like if I got this and I had no clue what COVID was I'd be like oh yeah I feel like shit I'm I want to get better and yeah okay some people get COVID it's like the worst thing ever

and some people get it and they're you know having the flu was worse than having it so it just depends and we can't treat everyone we can't start we can't save every fucking life unfortunately we can't do that and that's how it's being handled like we got to make sure a hundred percent of people don't die so yeah kevin kanye are getting divorced apparently so um i just thought i'd mention them because that's also news um i don't know i don't really not i don't keep up with the kardashians like i used to um never like you never like to see a power couple fucking empire fall but I just have always thought like it seems like they're I don't know if I'm

allowed to say this or have permission I probably don't but I just feel like their marriage was more of like in a an arranged type I an arrangement or it sounds kind of fucked up to say like they have a they have a beautiful family these gorgeous kids they're fucking queen and king right and I'm like what happened I mean I get it like Kanye's you know he's a lot Kim's probably a lot to Kanye like I don't know I don't know what the reason for it was and then there's this um thing going around about Jeffree Star which is come on he's milking it he knows he knows he's in the news right now about this so he's milking it he's posting the Wyoming pictures he's saying you know ready for Sunday service playing he's he's playing this up like he's fucking in on it and

he's not there's no way Kanye and Jeffree Star are a thing like that I don't I don't I just don't see I don't see it I think it's funny but I don't think it's actually real so yeah that happened this week um I usually don't talk about pop culture news because I don't really I'm not like on it I don't really pay close attention but that's kind of a big deal you know I'm a fan of both of them so it's kind of like sad and um apparently it's like nothing is confirmed either like nothing is it's all rumors but they're all rumors being told like facts like all these news outlets are saying the same things and it's like well at what point is this all a fact you know and this is real but anyways so yeah that's really it I mean I talked about

my day cleaning my espresso machine putting a paper towel over your spinach um Trump getting censored kicked off Twitter him not going to the inauguration uh Kim and Kanye my COVID thought let's just go on Twitter right now just to see what's up I actually want to see it for real. Donald Trump. I'm going to read the story about it too because I'm curious. You can't even search his. Wait, POTUS is still up. POTUS, President of the United States account is still going. Right? He could tweet from his POTUS account. P-O-T-U-S. that's his uh donald what in the fuck you can't even search it donald trump you can't even find his account holy shit he had like 88 million people following him you can't even fucking

okay let's read what this is from complex.com it's just something i clicked all right we got twitter suspends trump's digital director for allowing him to use his account okay whatever that's not what i was looking for five people are dead because donald trump couldn't admit that he lost oh this is because of the man it's just so unfortunate you know it's really sad to me here I'll say that about the the raid of the the capital to me that was like watching a fucking circus like a movie like these are a bunch of jackasses going in there being jackasses right painting their faces holding

their flags not wearing shirts it was a joke right it just looked like it it looked like it was comedic right it just to me it was it was funny as fuck i just couldn't believe what i was seeing it wasn't like a serious they're fucking in armor with guns shooting the place up so what's really sad to me is the fact that people died on that day there that people lost their lives over that like it wasn't even violent like it it was just like a raid it wasn't like a shootout where all these protest these proud boys MAGA protesters are like pistols you know just shooting up the place it wasn't even like that so that's what's sad it's like people fucking died and got shot and it's just like horrible

you know what I'm noticing and this is where i don't know how to say this like there's obviously everything's divided but you're either like really into trump or you fucking hate him right but it's like the people that are why am i being weird about saying this i'm trying to get my words right here like people that fucking hate him that want him gone out of here you suck you're should also hate twitter for fucking banning him do you know what i mean that's what's wrong is they like love that shit they're like yep suspend him take his account down censor that bitch we don't want them but they don't understand that's not good for them that's not good for us that's not

good we don't want that they should be mad about that even though they could who like they don't i don't know how to say this it's like the big tech companies have all those people fucking whipped or just like wrapped around their fingers like they'll just go along with it because of Trump they're all on the same page about him and I don't care who you are if you're for him against him like you should not be okay with what with what they did to him today that's not and you could say well what about all the shit he's done doesn't matter this has to do with the future this country and censorship, big tech, and it's not looking good. There's some scary shit happening if they're

able to do that to our fucking president. So think about it. I don't know. Maybe you haven't thought about it as a big deal, but shit. So whatever. I'm just like trying to see if there's any other top headlines about what's going on. It's kind of a chill episode. they last they I love Tim Dillon they banned the last comic left in America yeah why doesn't Trump just go do stand-up that's what he needs to do he'd have an audience he'd be great oh what's Candace Owens saying about it then I'm gonna go look at AOC yeah let's look at AOC first. AOC, what is she saying? U.S. Representative, okay, Newark-14, Bronx and Queens. All right, baby, what do you got for me tonight? We got AOC saying,

let me find some banger here. I'm calling on Congress and currently working on measures to extend resources, healthcare, counseling, and hazard pay to all capital custodial food service and support staffed after Wednesday's attack everyone who was there needs support yeah I mean that that probably was fucking traumatizing for them that's nice that sounds nice yeah let's give them some let's let's drop a care package off to each of their desks um it's all about babysitting people that you feel bad for that's what it's all about like i don't know okay then let's go to candace what is she saying i don't know what i meant by that i do have a theory about that but i don't want to talk about tonight has nothing to do with aoc uh has to do with social justice

social justice movements i could do an entire podcast about that idea all right yeah banger candace great tweet in one year the left has normalized shutting down businesses shutting down churches force masking citizens censoring private citizens and now all caps world leaders this is not for your safety you ignorant fools wake up before it's too late i don't care what you believe what side you're on Trump but like whatever that's facts that's facts that I don't know why I said that's facts I don't like that I said that's facts you shouldn't be comfortable with that if you are comfortable with that what in the fuck do I want to say grow a pair is am I not I'm not allowed to

say grow up hair grow up hair fucking buck up like toughen the fuck up that's I like hard knocks I like fucking real talk I don't like let's send a fucking care package you know I'm not on that side of things if you can't tell five hours ago Candace leftists are so blind blinded by their hatred for Trump yep I just So that left, they're so blinded by their hatred for Trump that they do not understand how absolutely terrifying it is that tech companies can censor the sitting president of the United States. They will not get it at all until their freedoms are gone.

They are blinded by hate. Yeah, that's it. They're blinded by their hate for Trump. They can't even see the problem in front of them with what the big tech companies did. They just don't even. anyways she's you know they i think like i just see candace and aoc kind of as the same person just on opposite sides they're not the same person i shouldn't put them in the same category but like

because they're definitely like polar opposites but they're both women who have strong presences on uh you know their platforms and their in their politics and everything and um I don't know it's just like interesting to see their perspectives and I think they're both important I think my biggest take on politics is they each side needs to appreciate what the other's offering the other's ideas what they're trying to get done because there's a balance that needs to happen it's like the yin yang symbol it's like they both there's like a feminine energy there's a masculine energy and they need to balance themselves out and with politics all we see is like one side versus the other and especially last year like it's just it's like watching a

sports team play another team just fucking stupid anyways I think I'm gonna wrap it up I'm just scrolling Twitter honestly and I think I'm gonna just chill you guys don't know this but I did a Patreon phone call tonight um oh my god I guys I have to tell you something I was on the phone for five hours last night so on the phone for five hours talking to someone last night and that happened I didn't tell you guys that but um that was a long it was a long phone call it went like four hours overtime but that that's what I did last night I don't think I updated you guys on yesterday at all um but yeah tonight I think I'm just I'm gonna chill watch Ozark um try to get to bed early just

like sleep good. And tomorrow I think I'll feel refreshed tonight. I didn't tell you guys what I did tonight. I went on a walk and I did yoga and I didn't go very hard, but I felt like I needed fresh air. So I walked around and then rolled around on my mat and yeah, tomorrow will be a good day. I'll just stay moving, stay drinking my water and, uh, watching my symptoms. Cause I think I'm going to be fine. I don't think I'm, and you shouldn't think with COVID, you should know you should get tested you should fucking stick a cornucopia up your fucking nose you should stick a cotton swab thing up your nose and know for real but i don't know i'm pretending i'm out on the fucking prairie and i have no access to any

health care options and i'm just surviving bitch that's my goal for 2021 just survive that's all you have to do every single day you have one mission don't die and that's it if you do that, you're good. You won. You won the day. You accomplished the number one. People don't understand that if you have that perspective, life is so fucking fun. Like just, this sounds weird to say, but keep yourself alive. That's it. Everything else is easy. Why am I trying to say this I mean it's like last year it's like the fact like just make it out alive just make it out alive because as long so think about it you could be unemployed broke fucked you know living in a heart like just live in a hard life but you're not dead
