What's up, guys? Happy Saturday. It's episode 128. This is Q&A number 14. Welcome back to the show.
All right, I'm gonna start this over. Hi guys, it's Jacqueline. Welcome back to the show. I'm
just getting comfy on my couch here. Pour myself a glass of wine. I started this like five minutes
ago. It was such a train wreck because I was like, I just like, I was not myself. I was so tired. I
just walked 10,000 steps and I feel like I didn't have energy when I was just talking. So pour
myself a glass of red for this Q&A. We're gonna do a little wine night, Saturday night with Jacqueline
sitting on her couch I'm literally putting a blanket over me right now kind of taking you
guys behind the scenes because you know sometimes I like to do that as a podcast host like let you
know straight up raw and real I sucked five minutes ago but I'm trying to bring it got all
my beverages I have a LaCroix I got my new water filter water I'll tell you about that I installed
that today and a glass of red here we go cheers let's do a Q&A this is number 14 real quick if
you're new, go ahead and hit that subscribe button. I'm here seven days a week. This is
my audio diary. This is my mental gym. I come here every day to talk about my problems and
talk about my life and my ideas. And I rant, I talk about the world, what's going on with
politics, coronavirus, pop culture, anything. So that's what this is for. If you're like,
why do you do a podcast seven days a week? It's an audio diary. That's why. So hit that subscribe
button. And Jesus, you know what? It's already like affecting me. The fucking LaCroix makes you
burp immediately. And I can't stand that kind of carbonation. I want it to lift my spirits
and let me, uh, I always joke like LaCroix's, if I don't drink a LaCroix by 3 PM,
I start deflating, like I need the bubbles to like gravity has an effect on your body, right?
I feel like at a certain time of day you get heavy and you're just like, I'm tired. That's
what the LaCroix is for, but it makes you burp in two seconds. And that was embarrassing. Um,
yeah. So was I plugging myself? Yeah. Hit the subscribe button and head over to patreon.com
slash tjms my patreon is where my subscribers get access to my exclusive content and they get
shout outs phone calls uh videos private stuff that no one else gets to see so go check it out
patreon.com slash tjms i'm gonna go over my day really quick and we'll get into the q a because
there's a lot to get into this might be a long episode you know i'll be here all night this is
a wine night got questions to answer you know it's just like I'm feeling it I just feel good
it was a great day you know what here's here's what this is the kind of energy we're going to
bring into 2021 by the way we're going to brainwash ourselves okay we are going to brainwash
ourselves this year with positive affirmations positivity everything's great I had a great day
life is amazing oh my gosh I'm doing so well I love myself I'm great I'm fun I'm cool the world
is not on fire it's amazing wow what a beautiful sky oh my gosh did you see the trees and the birds
and the flowers and oh my god the beach is so beautiful everything's fine that's what we're
gonna do this year okay I'm not gonna bring any 2020 oh my god global pandemic unprecedented times
fucking chaos writing black lives matter no that doesn't exist this year i'm nipping in the ass i
hope you will just join me on this journey of positivity because i'm gonna be that bitch on
this on this microphone pretty much from here forward i'm not gonna talk i just want to keep
it light and fun i just not to sound not to sound like oh i'm you know fucking woke or like i'm
it's the negative shit is just a bunch of it's like a bunch of characters a bunch of puppets
just like playing out in the streets just doing their thing there's like conspiracies behind all
that I mean we could talk about like fucking anyways so yeah be positive all right so
you know I said that I was gonna ask you guys how your day was I was gonna be like how was your day
and then pause and then oh it was bad no it wasn't it was great you had a great day don't ever tell
you always have a great day from here on out. And it's okay. Here's what my mom would say right now.
She'd be like, Jacqueline, it's okay to have bad thoughts and sad emotions and be down. That's,
that's healthy. That's a good way to express or a healthy thing to feel your all, all the kinds
of emotions you want. But I don't know, just try to nip it in the ass more than more than
Nah, just, just nip it in the ass. All right, let's do the Q. Wait, no, I was gonna tell you
about my day. I'm a motor mouth right now. I feel like I'm really like this might as well be me at
eight in the morning with four shots of caffeine in me. And instead of drinking wine, I'm just
sipping my LaCroix because I don't know. I just like the bubbles. Uh, what did I do today? All
right. I had the worst nightmare. I had the worst. No one likes to hear about people's dreams. So
I'll be brief it felt so fucking real I aborted a baby okay okay so
I I all I know is there was a lot of blood happening a giant ball of blood I think I was
at home there were people there with me it was very odd and kind of like a it was kind of like a
like a scary horror movie vibe like while I was dreaming it was definitely scary um and it felt
so real like probably the most real dream I've had in a while so yeah last night I aborted a baby in
my sleep and that was very traumatizing um anyways so I woke up I was like all right
woo Saturday time to clean the bathroom because as you know I told you guys I clean the bathrooms
on Saturday now it's the day I deep clean the bathrooms that's what it that's what it's gonna
be instead of doing my entire apartment on Saturday I've broken it up throughout the week
and I'm committing to that routine Saturday is the bathroom day so I deep clean that bitch I
listen to podcasts drink coffee I my water filter came from Amazon I installed that had a little of
a hiccup with it with a tube a water tube situation basically had some pliers and I
thought I was going to break the thing but you really had to you had a what I was trying to do
was there's a little cap you have to take off to put the water tube through it like it's like a
stopper thing and it's on there so tight so when you take it off you think you're breaking the
thing but you're really not so I finally had the confidence because YouTube does not this is like
a Korean water filter. I don't know how it's on Amazon in America, but YouTube does not have any
information about how to install this bitch. And their instructions, they had like five bullet
points with zero, like nothing was detailed, no pictures, nothing. So I finally had the confidence
to pop it off because I sat there, I was listening to just like a Rogan podcast or something. I was
like had that on while I was installing it. And I got a little, I got like, I had to focus the
fuck up at this point. Cause I'm like, I got to get this installed. I'm really excited for this
thing. And I turned off the podcast and I sat and stared at the machine. I like played with it. I
unscrewed the back. I got in there, saw all the little wiring and how the thing was put together.
Cause I'm like, how is this tube supposed to fit in this hole? Because it's not going there.
and the instructions have no you know clues on how to do it so I just like pretended I was
in the factory like I did it I was trying to like reverse engineer it or whatever and I finally
figured it out but um yeah it was a journey but it finally got it got done and let me tell you
go on Amazon it's 200 bucks it's the cuckoo tankless water filter this bitch has fucking
lights on it it it's like color changing lights it looks like an espresso it's sleek it's cute
it's modern the water tastes great so far let me take a sip to confirm i do have it in front of me
here it tastes great it uh has like it's like nano technology or whatever the fuck like keeps the
good minerals in the water and takes out the bad shit you only replace the filters once a year
and they're like 80 bucks, which seems reasonable. Um, but yeah, I'm really excited about it. Uh,
it was really easy to install. So I did that this morning and then it's like, you know,
all right, Saturday I needed some groceries. I went and did a little like 30 minute quick
grocery shop and came watch football. And unfortunately the Seahawks lost. And let me
just say that that Rams defense holy fucking shit holy shit best defense like the like best defense
period they were brutal tonight excuse me today they played during the day but
you know I feel like the last month the Seahawks just like something's been off
something's been off and I feel like when people say they're overrated like I understand why they
say that especially and I'm a die-hard Seahawks fan and I I see it it just wasn't their year
they weren't going to be the comeback they weren't going to like make some amazing comeback in the
end there they're down what uh two touchdowns more than that like fucking 20 points but uh
shout out DK Metcalf um you know two TDs and great hair he got his hair back on on track this
week it's not usually he dyes it every game like a neon color the top of his his hair is usually
like bright pink or green but he's back on track this week it was nice and it was light brown
it's like a caramel brown it looked nice um he's great uh big fan uh so i watched the seahawks
and guys we're gonna get into the q a i'm trying to be brief here about my day um i don't know i
like fucking made some butternut squash in the oven I just like meal prepped a couple things
and then I went on a huge walk and I went on a walk got my 10,000 steps and I got out in nature
because you guys know I have to get out in nature every day uh did I talk to a stranger today
oh fuck wait did I oh well yes I did fuck okay my new goal is to talk to a stranger every day
and go out in nature so I did I talked to my cashier at the grocery store for good like the
entire time I was getting my groceries bagged I was talking to her she's telling me how her mom
like flew in from Minnesota and like went they had like two carts she goes around the store and
like stocks up her house she lives with her disabled brother and anyway so I talked to her
that was I that counts as talking to a stranger so cool um but yeah I went on my walk and then
I'm here so cheers to that happy Saturday let's talk let's do the Q&A
you guys I have three beverages you have to guess what I drink each time I take a sip
that'll be a fun little game all right went on Instagram every Saturday do a Q&A
if you're new we're on number 14 first question
do you have any tattoos what a great question you know what a great question I don't I don't
have tattoos I love tattoos on other other people I think they're cute on girls like the little
cutesy ones are cute uh or like if you have a full sleeve and it's like like some people pull
off tattoos and that's cool but I don't ever see myself with them um I think guys with tattoos are
really hot like I like guys with tattoos I don't know I just don't think it's for me I don't sit
and think about getting one or like want a certain one maybe I I do think maybe I will change maybe
I'll grow and change you know in the next couple years and end up getting one like on my rib cage
or fucking on my wrist what's that song what's your new song what's it wrist tattoo wait fucking
is it who's that Chris Lane hold on what's your name what's your song what's your birthday what's
your wrist tattoo bible verse say tell me this are you yeah is that Chris Lane Chris Lane sorry
it's a country song fuck you guys are probably annoyed Chris Lane wrist tattoo I gotta get I
gotta get one you know I gotta get I think I'll do it I don't know about you Chris Lane
great song fully irks here we are what's your name what's your sign what's your birthday what's
your wrist tattoo bible verse say tell me this do you kiss on the first date don't hold anything
back don't hold anything back all right so no I don't have any tattoos next question
um biggest lesson of 2020
biggest lesson of 2020 for me
I think it sounds simple but probably uh just start just start I I nipped overthinking the
overthinking in the ass overthinking doesn't exist anymore with me it doesn't exist I just start
and it's it's so freeing when once you do that you're like I can do anything I dream of I can
accomplish any goal because all you have to do is start and then it's a rinse and repeat just
it's a rinse and repeat thing you just stay consistent one percent better each day
stay on your grind and I guess starting and being decisive were my biggest lessons of 2020
I got really clear about what I want in life like I got so clear like psychotic it's like
I don't think about anything else except these specific things and I'm just like on I mean I
have tunnel vision and it feels good because I I think in the past I was young and curious and
there's all these stimulating um pathways and I in cool careers and hobbies and entrepreneurial
endeavors all over social media that you get distracted by so you're like oh my god what do
I want to you know get so inspired by it all and then I realized I never really picked anything so
now I'm doing it hey do a podcast seven days a week that's pretty much my one main gig but
you know I've got other stuff going on um but yeah I'd say biggest lesson of 2020 is
don't overthink just start just start whatever you want to do just start
uh next question um what's your type what's your type next question oh my god what's your type I
don't know this is gonna be offensive I like I don't want to get specific I'm not gonna talk
about like physical traits your soul is what makes you attractive so this is kind of a complicated
question like I'd say like first of all your vibe like the oh fuck I said vibe again damn it you're
like the aura your presence your energy like that is so attractive and I I'm a I don't know I'm like
very in tune with that with people like I can read people really well and there's like this
fuck boy swagger I go for but it's like they're gentle and kind at the same time and I can't
really explain what it is but that would definitely be my type like they're kind of
they're definitely strong and protective and like they're they're they're badasses and that
might come across as like fuck boy but they're really not they're actually gentle and kind and
empathetic and passionate caring like they balance themselves out really well I've attracted guys
like that um instead of like just one or the other like I like a good balance of both uh definitely
someone who's stimulating I could have an intellectual conversation with them they have
to stimulate me in all areas definitely intellectually physically sure okay we can get
we can talk about that that's definitely on the ticket uh it's important you know I guess like
what's it called physical or sexual chemistry very important um but someone who's fun
just I like fun people I like people that laugh and make weird noises and like fucking
I don't know dude who's ready hit me up if you're if that's you hit me up um next question
are you gonna get the vaccine probably not I don't think I fall in the category of someone
who needs to it's like I don't have the comorbidities or whatever the pre-existing
things that are going to make me susceptible to getting the virus I don't know first of all uh
I did have a question just talking about the vaccine and the virus virus I got a question
a question about how am I feeling guys I don't have COVID I feel fucking great taste buds are
they're back I don't know what that two-day thing was but they were gone they're back my spirits are
high my throat doesn't really hurt anymore I've been taking my vitamins drinking a ton of water
I feel fine so thanks for asking but I'm great I have a couple thoughts about the vaccine this is
a little segue to answer your question um yeah I don't think I'm gonna get it and it's not because
I'm paranoid that it was rushed that this mRNA vaccine was rushed out in 10 months and this is
all new. It hasn't been studied very long, and it's a bit risky, right? But my thoughts about
that is, I don't think people realize that it wasn't necessarily rushed, because it's my
understanding that, and I've read this, that the research and development of mRNA vaccines and
These types of vaccines have been at play for a long time, like not, I'd say like a decade. I don't actually know how long, but multiple years, not 10 months, more than 10 months, right? So basically it was like plug and play. All right, we've got all this mRNA vaccine research and development happening and boom, we get this virus. All right, plug and play, make it work, slap it together. 10 months later, we have a vaccine.
So it's not like this mRNA thing was a brand new 2020, never been studied or researched before.
It was like already happening.
So I have a little more, I have confidence that this vaccine isn't going to fuck people up and cause all these problems because of that.
um you know of course there's all the fucking anti-vax people out there the conspiracies
they're trying to chip us they're trying to fucking do all these things to us and I honestly
just it's back to that positivity thing like if I keep thinking those thoughts and get into these
and if I get that dark part of the internet too often it's just like it makes life fucking suck
you're just like wow everything's a joke you can't take anything for face value there's always
a double meaning there's always an agenda someone trying to fucking suck our souls and take our
money behind the scenes pulling like putting people out there as puppets controlling all so
there's that and I feel like I just want to stay alive number one live a normal life
keep my shit together and if there's background noise happening great all right cool but
most of my life things have been pretty even pretty cool except for last year and I'd like
to resume to some kind of normalcy again so if that means we got to get vaxxed wear a mask
I'm all for it we can talk about if it was a conspiracy in 30 fucking years
at the bar we'll be doing that think about that let's find out if it was if this is all
conspiracy in like 30 fucking years because you know what in 30 years we'll be at that bar
we'll be sitting talking about it we won't be in our house locked down wearing masks okay
uh i think a lot of people are afraid about um you know obedience and like all of us are
obeying the rules and letting the government control us and we got to rebel and we can't
they're trying to do it but honestly if it's going to save old people i think the vaccine's great
apparently younger people that take it don't do as well and they have you know they get fevers
and they have problems when they get it so i don't really back to your question i don't think i'm
going to get it but um i think vaccines are great i think great and i think we are just going to
live with this virus, and it'll be like the flu, we get a vaccine, or we get a flu shot,
get a COVID shot, COVID vaccine, and carry on with life, and, like, keep yourself healthy,
and vital, and you'll be fine, all right,
uh, next question, does that make sense, are you guys on the same page as me with that,
Are you like, fuck the vaccine? Holy shit. It's scary. Um, next question. What do you do when
you're sad? What do I do when I'm sad? I haven't been sad in a long time. I'm kidding. No, that's
not true um definitely like get outside fresh air I like to walk I like to like when I think
of being sad it's like me back in early 2020 laying on the couch depressed thinking just
overthinking and stewing and I was in my own way at the time I was totally just like doing it to
myself where now I nip it in the ass like when I'm sad I nip the thoughts in the ass I think
that's what works for me I think again it's healthy to experience sadness it's healthy to
have days where you're crying and you're down and you're low like that's healthy and I've had my
fair share of them in fact I've talked about it I literally had a podcast titled I cried all day
last month like I cry I have bad days but I think it's good to see the thoughts
as a separate thing and don't let those don't what's the the phrase or the quote
like see the thought and let it go and separate separate yourself from your thoughts and your
sadness like um especially if it's negative self-talk that's kind of what I mean it's that's
the way that's why I get sad as I sit and I talk shit to myself and then my self-esteem goes in
the tanker and it's just like fucking it's awful and I don't know if you guys do that I think it's
because I'm a perfect I well I don't really call myself a perfect I'm definitely not a perfectionist
anymore by any means I feel like I don't give like I hate to say like oh I don't give a fuck
but I'm like throwing shit at the wall like seeing what sticks I don't care like for example I don't
edit my podcast I'm not concerned about every little detail of like every little thing and
aesthetics and anymore like I just don't care so it's it's really freeing but when I used to be
like trying to fit in that box and like curate a life style a lifestyle and an image and a
in a like just even like my body and like how I looked and like making sure all that was perfect
that's when my life was a living hell and when I'd sat when I would sit in my thoughts I would
sit in spiral where now I just nip it in the ass and then I just go positive mode I'm just like
going on a walk I'm a fucking badass I'm the main character I love telling myself I'm the main
character I learned that from TikTok you're the main character in your life think about that
Think about a movie. You're Matt Damon in the Bourne movies. You're Matt Damon. Everyone around
is a supporting character. You're the badass. And that's it. And so then you're just not afraid of
any people because you're the badass. You're not socially anxious. You're not, your self-esteem is
not, you're great. You're, you know, you just kind of have to, again, brainwash yourself,
tell yourself positive things and if you're sad like boss up in fact someone DM me I was kind of
telling him uh this was last summer he he's a really cool guy um I should plug him because
he's that cool but I don't know if he'd be comfortable he said something and I'm like oh
I was telling him how I was kind of going through it last summer right
and he's like yeah it's most girls around your age usually have like a dip they're
in their mid-20s and that's pretty routine it seems like a lot of girls I know have the same
experience and um he's like you just gotta boss up and I thought about that I'm like yeah I'm
being a little bitch right now I'm being a little like weak little and I just started believing in
myself and move moving forward and um yeah so when I'm sad what did I say I take walks I listen to
music I listen to podcasts I call my friends family like it's just I call people I um I just
take care of myself I don't know sleep it off just like make sure like you don't have try to
or manifest a good day the next day where you're not going to like, what is it called? Repeat
the same shit when you wake up. So I don't know. Yeah, that's what I do. All right.
But I also look at, so when I miss family, I look at albums on my phone. So if I'm sad about
missing family, I just look at pictures and videos on my phone. If I, I don't know. Yeah.
um favorite meal what's your favorite meal
honestly my mom oh my god best thing I had in 2020
I think she cooked it live on the podcast and I had to go the other room
yeah that's a podcast I did in a dog bed my mom cooked filet she's cooking up filets and
it was it was loud in the kitchen where I was podcasting last month so I had to get up like
live on the podcast and go lay in a dog I literally sat in the back laundry room in a dog bed to
record but I would say my favorite meal is filet and lobster that's my favorite like that is my
favorite meal her filet the way she cooked I don't even know what she did that was the best thing I
had last year um but I mean I could be like oh I love sushi I love tacos you know I just I like
Filet and lobster. I'd say that's my, if I had to pick, um, what are you reading right now?
What am I reading right now? Honestly, no books. I have not had a book in my face
in a long time. Full honesty. Haven't been reading. Um, not since like November. I didn't,
I thought I'd go home during my month home at my mom's house and just lay around and read books
all day you know didn't happen but I've been reading a lot of um I guess you can count this
like press releases and like stock stuff when I check my stock uh what is it called my stocks in
the morning like I read about like I go on websites and read about that because I have to know what's
going on these companies but I mean I'm reading memes right now I'm reading social media posts
about what's the current events threads of people like talking about you know censorship and what
happened to Trump and coronavirus and like just like I see stuff on the internet and I read it
but I'm not I'm not deep diving in any books right now I'll be honest I do like there is a book
um I have it's Steve Martin it's Born Standing Up I'm looking at it right now and I was listening
to I think it was was it Rogan yeah it was him and Burr Bill Burr yeah him and Bill Burr on the
Rogan episode where um they talked about that book and I was like oh my god I have it I've never read
it so i think i want to read that next because steve martin apparently was a like a big comic
back in the day like most people now wouldn't know that about potter i just think of him in
cheaper by the dozen that was such a good fucking movie um favorite childhood tv shows oh my god
dude are you i could do an entire podcast on my favorite childhood tv shows because we had
different routines so like some days of the week it was like gilligan's island i dream of genie
fonzie the brady bunch that'd be on the hallmark channel so some days of the week like the weekends
were those kinds of shows like the old shows love gilligan's island i dream of genie great show
Fonzie was it Fonzie is that what it was called or is that who the actual actor's name was
and then the show was something different you guys know what show I'm talking about
the Brady Bunch and then like nighttime Seinfeld with the family and uh South Park
I feel like those are the shows like a nighttime Seinfeld and South Park and fucking um
like after school it would be like rocket power hey arnold
lizzie mcguire even stevens and then did you guys ever watch like pbs um arthur like arthur was
our favorite like i'd say out of all the cartoons growing up arthur was like the three of us kids
would all watch Arthur and love it. And then, um, Zoom. Do you guys remember, uh, I was talking to
my, one of my patrons the other night on the phone. I got to type it into YouTube here. Do
you guys remember Zoom? If you know this theme song, you know what I'm talking about, but I feel
like, um, anyways, he said that Netflix should revive this and put it on. Um, it's a bunch of
little kids, like on a, it's like a little, um, I don't know how to explain the show. It's like
a little variety show. Zoom, PBS, theme song. Here we go. Ready? There's probably gonna be
a commercial. I'm on YouTube. Here it is. Yeah. Commercial. Okay. Here we go.
Come on.
Can you even hear that?
Come on in, come on in.
See, I watched that anyways.
So I watched so many shows growing up, but there are different like.
it was either, like, PBS, Nickelodeon, Disney, um, oh my god, Cartoon Network, I forgot about those
shows, Kim Possible, fucking, um, what was the, Cartoon Network one, the fucking, um, Fairly God
Parent, Fairly God Parents, you know, you guys all watch shows like that, I'm sure, too, but, um,
um I think my dad like put me on to the Hallmark shows like I feel like Gilligan's Island was
the family show in Seinfeld I don't know are there's we we watched so many good shows growing
up what else my dad used to sing the Gilligan's Island song wait now I have to find that I gotta
find the lyrics he like pick us up from school and sing it Gilligan's Island song it's like
gillian's island theme song wait i gotta fucking pull it up who was in this movie or in this show
yeah oh my god it's such a throwback my dad used to like sing that in the
truck when you pick us up from school. So those are my favorite childhood TV shows to answer
your question. Someone asked just a lot of favorites. Favorite kitchen appliance. Next
question. I'm just noticing like the same person asked a bunch of the questions and they're like
favorite this, favorite that, which I don't mind sharing. It's fun.
Saturday night chill and doing a podcast what's up all right uh favorite kitchen appliance I feel
like you guys want or this person wants me to talk more about my espresso machine um which I talk
about every show how obsessed I am with my barista express machine it's like a legit coffee maker
like it's a like you pull the shot like a normal like you're in a coffee shop so it's great but
honestly I feel like my Nutribullet is probably my favorite because I've been drinking green
smoothies lately and I feel like I just love my Nutribullet um sometimes I do like coffee
blended coffee in it oh my god so good with protein powder have you guys ever done that
I'll do like I don't know like four shots of espresso a scoop of protein powder almond milk
ice blend it and it's like this breakfast coffee thing it's great um but yeah I really like my
Nutribullet what else do I have got a little tiny waffle maker fucking I do not own an air fryer
you know I had one and it busted on me like it stopped working and then I got
discouraged discouraged to buy a new one um but they're also like I just I feel like they're gross
I don't know why I had one I was like everything's like not what I want it to be I don't think I
the high I need a high quality like really nice one but I just want my fries deep fried okay I
just want to have real fries I don't want air fried fries I don't want fucking air fried chicken
i just want to bake it or grill it like so anyways i'm not big into the air fryer thing
um what other appliances do people have crock pot i don't ever use mine um
uh i have a milk frother i have like i have another blender
um i don't know i don't own a toaster
i feel like i'm missing an appliance do you guys really give a fuck okay
I'll move on um dare you to answer this question what's your type I think I did
oh what were you like as a kid next question
what was I like as a kid okay I feel like I'm the same now you know it's weird to like
think of yourself back okay I was thinking on my walk I had this thought like
I'm so grown up it's where childhood is gone it's out of here it's so in my past and it's hard to
like think of I don't think of myself as a kid anymore where when you're like 12 you're still
like in you're still connected to your like when you were three four five like you still have a
closeness to that age you know what I mean like you're like oh I remember all my toys I still have
them I'm growing out of toys I'm starting to buy CD players and you know I have a MySpace now or
whatever like you're like changing but you're still connected to that younger age like preschool age
where now I'm in my mid-20s and I'm like so disconnected from my 12 year old self or my
three-year-old self like I don't even feel like I felt like yesterday like that was a long fucking
time ago you know like it does feel like a long time ago but I think as a kid I was just like
I don't know I just like laughed a lot I feel like I just had fun um I was kind of nerdy when
I look back I always I was really into like I would get books at the library about like astronomy
and geology and I'd go home and like sketch pictures of the planets or whatever the fuck
I'd like buy planet I was I had this like I remember I wrote in a journal one time
I like basically took notes out of a library book about astronomy and the planets and then
I bought like every or I checked out every horse book every horse book the library I would draw
horses I would know all of the breeds I could tell you everything about every kind of horse
um I don't know I just like got really curious about I don't know just like science and then I
would read about it and write about it I don't know I did that really young and then um I loved
playing anything store like I was a little kid that had I talked about this on one of my episodes
like putting up storefronts around the house and like having lemonade stands and you know I sold
rocks at school in exchange for sticks told the entire story I think it's it's a episode a really
long time ago but I loved anything like mature where you're putting on you're like dressing up
putting on makeup um that kind of stuff I really liked when I was little because I watched my mom
do it and then I don't know like at school what was I like I don't know like I just felt like an
outcast like okay here's the story of my life I just felt like okay I had a best friend I had a
best friend all the way until high school and then we went to different high schools and then I never
had a best friend in high school and then my best friend from elementary school we like rekindled in
high school or excuse me in college we eventually did that with my other best friend so then I had
them again and then since then they like we've moved forward like we don't we're not like we
don't even talk anymore so which is just what happened but um I felt like as far as friends go
and like being like the kid like what role did I play in class I felt like I was just like trying
to be friends with everyone. And then I always was, I was always bullied. There was always some
like more popular girl that didn't like me that would bully me. And then the boys of bully,
bully, fuck me, bully me. I've talked about that like my entire fucking eighth grade year. I've
talked all about getting bullied. That was a great time. That was a, I forget what podcast that was,
but holy shit. That was, that was rough. Try to find that episode. If you know what I'm talking
well it's fucking rough um but yeah I was just kind of trying to be friends like even in high
school I played sports I was in all the activities and shit going on but I always I always felt like
I was a like a leech trying to like be friends with people but they were never like cool with me
or like never it never really clicked you know uh a couple it did I can't say that 100% it it did
but it never really stuck with people where there was even this one girl where
I felt like our energies were really like we were um we our energies were too
almost like the same we were like the same force so whenever we hung out one-on-one it was so
awkward I was like we're it's just like I can't even put my finger I was like too dominant too
dominant energies or whatever and or like walls up or something it was weird but I had a I had
trouble with high school um and girl like finding girlfriends like best friends but I had fun like
I can't say my life sucks because I don't have a best friend but it'd be nice like whenever I have
It's been great. Um, but I don't know. What was I like as a kid? Uh, weird fucking doing weird
shit around the house. Just like making mud pies and like just nerding out to shit. I think I was
looking back. I think I was really nerdy. And like, I guess kids are like that though. You're,
you're discovering things for the first time you get curious and then you get into rabbit holes but
I would take notes on books from the library I remember I'd have these journals and just like
write note take notes like college when I was in like first grade I don't know uh what else did I
do I always had crushes on boys I knew early on I was like boys are cute I want to hold their hand
I want to be, I want to be their girlfriend. And I can tell you all my crushes, what grades I had
crushes on them. Like I had a crush vividly. I can tell you in kindergarten was my first crush.
A boy got in trouble. We were sitting in a circle in kindergarten and I was sitting next to the
teacher in the circle and the boy I liked got in trouble and he had to come sit next to her.
so he had to sit next to me and I got butterflies and I thought he was cute and I was like this is
my crush it turns out my crush liked me and I found that out like eighth grade or like fucking
way late it's not funny how that works and then so that was kindergarten and I feel like
it kind of stayed around and then it transitioned from him there's these other there's like three
boys that were like the same I went to a private Catholic school there's like 30 kids in my class
on average like 30 kids for like the entire time so there's three guys that were kind of the same
guy if that makes sense they all were like they looked kind of the same they're all kind I don't
know and I always had a crush on those three at different times never dated any of them um
one of them I talked about a couple podcasts ago though we like matched on tinder and I was like
oh my god it's you you know I just want to like catch up with him and it's funny how that is like
you just I don't know so but I always had crushes on boys and especially like um older boys like oh
my god my neighbors and my they're my babysitter's brothers and like the old kid like the eighth
graders on the playground you know like the big kids um fuck so anyways yeah let's do the next
question um where do you see yourself in five years I feel like I've gotten this before um
it's pretty clear to me honestly and I'm not gonna get let down if this doesn't happen but
I see myself doing two different things like yeah okay if I meet someone in the next five years
and they're my person. They're it. And it's like, all right, we're doing this shit. I'm down for
fucking marriage and kids and a dog and a house. I'm down for it. I'm ready for it. Like I'm like,
no bullshit. I totally see myself going down that route in the next five years.
Maybe like within the next decade. I don't know. I'd like to do it sooner than later. If that's
what I'm gonna do like I want to do that anyways but if it like I could go down that route or I'd
say my route is like I'm maybe I don't know if I'd be single in five years but maybe I'm in a
relationship and I'm just like or I'm single and frolicking around the world traveling or doing
cool shit I don't know I'd be a podcast host still maybe in a at a bigger scale doing cool
shit with the podcast or you know my job takes me somewhere or whatever like I don't know but I
definitely could see I'm like at the first I'm like in the first idea a little bit more to be
honest is that fucking is that sappy or weird I don't know I'm very just I'm very boring and
traditional in that way like I don't I'm not shy about saying that anymore when I was I think when
I was early 20s I was like I'm never getting married I don't want well I never said I didn't
want kids but I never I would meet a lot of guys that said that so I'd be like oh I want them to
like me so I'm not I'm not gonna want kids either oh but then that's fucking dumb because that's
untrue um yeah I just want to be like a fucking wife I guess at some point um did I do all the
questions let's do more here pull them more up um how are you feeling i think i answered that
already what happened to our hawks they lost most passionate sport sports team question mark what's
what what sport am i most passionate about fucking american football 100
100%. Like I don't, I'm screaming. Like every time DK scored tonight, I'm off the couch
screaming alone. Okay. As you know, I had COVID symptoms a couple of days ago and no, I did not
party, uh, party it up and watch the game with people this weekend. I, that's just what it is.
So I'm alone and I'm doing that. I'm not like with a bunch of people cheering. I'm like fucking by
myself screaming I get really into the games um I don't know I'm not trying to be like cool
I'm like oh my god I love football oh my god I love I actually do so um but yeah I'd say football
I'm most passionate about it's like a spectator um I love golf like okay I have like this deep
appreciation of golf um I feel like it's part of me I don't know how to explain it there's something
about I've told many stories about golf but I'd say it put me to sleep as a kid you know every
time I just remember the weekends it'd be like Sunday golf's on TV I'm taking naps you know even
now when I go home and there's golf on the TV I take naps to go I like lay there and watch it and
then fall asleep it's the most relaxing meditative thing ever because it's calm the announcers are
soothing to listen to I'm just like sitting back watching golf on the couch it's it's great
um and then I had this obsessive compulsive thing happen to me um so I watch golf like my whole life
I've always watched I've always followed it I don't play but I fucking love it I love watching
and which is nuts like I need to figure I need to go play golf like I need to do it
Uh, for real, like I've been, I've dabbled, but I, I'm not like a, I, it's not like a hobby of
mine. I'm not out there every weekend or whatever doing it. So, um, I got this weird, like this
compulsive thing I did in college. This makes zero sense, but I would never. So I went to this gym,
I guess in college wait did our gyms have tvs in college no oh yeah no some of them did no excuse
me yeah some of them did so whenever I was on a treadmill at the gym which was my thing in college
like I was always on a treadmill running um I could not watch anything but golf and I never
like I couldn't watch anything but golf on the treadmill and I felt like it was meditative
because i would be running hard but then watching golf it's slow and i felt like it helped me get
through my run it makes no sense but i wouldn't i couldn't i'd like change the change of the
channel and it would feel wrong so i got so used to watching golf when i ran that it's just like
what i did i don't know even now if i'm on a treadmill with the tv i'm watching golf every
time so i don't know why why was i talking about that what sport am i passionate about
definitely football golf um i don't i love i love every like i love all sports but
um you know what this is the next question you know what i really like water so i already like
93 of you i just want to find out the seven percent
water why where did the 93.7 come from that sounds like some fucking lean meat 93.7 ground beef like
what the fuck 93 i already like water is not 93 of someone it's like 70 right i don't know that
was like a slick little thing all right guys honestly i feel like that was a lot i feel like
I finished all the questions um I feel great you know I'm just trying to be here's the thing
about coronavirus moving forward I'm fucking over it I called it from the beginning the reaction
did not it's like you know how the punishment doesn't fit the crime that saying I don't think
the reaction fits this virus how this has been handled is bullshit end of story you can debate
me all you want on it it's clear as day to me that it's all fucked and so moving forward I'm like
I'm trying to detach myself and deprogram my brain from thinking I'm living in this global
pandemic and everything's fucked because the truth of the matter is it's just
it's literally like it's only that if you turn your tv on and see stuff on well obviously
shut down okay it's it's everywhere you got to wear the mask okay i can't avoid it but as far as
like sitting and thinking about all like just being a part of it and like always knowing what's
happening i'm out i'm out dude i'm just trying to stay healthy stay up stay positive um and take
good care of myself and have fun this year. I'm not, I'm not trying to repeat 2020 and think about
this virus 24 seven, um, and wonder like what's next, like what's going to open up and is it
going to be okay to did it in six months? Like, I don't know. I don't know. Are you guys like that
too? Are you there? Have you been there? I'm just over it. Um, I can rant. I can rant for,
I think we've all beat the horse to death.
We all are, we're over it.
But I don't know.
We'll see what happens this first half of the year with transition of power with Biden
and seeing what happens with that.
I got to say this, though.
there is something to be said about the power of social media and how it's created these little
pockets these radical fringe right and left pockets of society that are highlighted all
over the media that are shown at these protests and these raids at the capitol and they're the
ones that are getting shown like that represent two sides like the hardcore right and the hardcore
left right and I feel like it's because all these people are scrolling their social media all day
long they're in this little rabbit hole they believe all these really uh radical
fuck it's like here's the thing about saying radical though
there's a lot of truth in what they believe and that's what's hard to
it's like a hard thing to sit with because they're expressing their frustration and
they're expressing like they want to like rise up and fuck the government this is all a bunch
of bullshit and there's an agenda and they're trying to do this to us and there's the deep state
you know controlling this and doing that with the media and blah blah on the propaganda machine and
you know there's that's all there's truths somewhere and all of that but I think what's
hard to like watch is like there so there's those people right and then there's people like I think
of myself or who's like I'm just trying to like fucking be normal like live not to say I want to
be I don't want to be like like being different doesn't mean you're fucking blowing the streets
up and acting a fool like have some respect and like be civil and calm and I think that's at this
time going to be better for us than psychotic breakdowns in the streets and fucking outlandish
like rioting and protests I just I don't know because they want us here's the thing if you
know what's up you're like well they want us to be against each other there needs to be a division
for anything to work for them to control us there needs to be that we have to fear something there
needs to be a divide it's just what it is so as long as you know that you can kind of remove
yourself from the situation and look at those two groups as like three-dimensional tribes
out there fighting and you just kind of like let them just fucking do their thing but try not to
let that take you over and like get you don't don't let it wrap like I can easily get in a
rabbit hole on like TikTok or I deleted Twitter I definitely delete by the way I deleted Twitter
but yeah on social media I can get in or like Reddit whatever I can get into a rabbit hole
where I start getting convinced and I get kind of like I get energized like yeah fuck yeah this is
right oh my god what the fuck you know I'll get into some conspiracy with truth in it I don't
want to say it's like all fake but and then I see why people just like join that the tribe and
they're like fucking doing the marches and the they're waving the flags they're doing all that
stuff because it really gets you riled up but I don't know I guess what am I saying I'm just saying
try to like stay cool and calm you know just like I feel like real the real g's in the world are
just like they can they're balanced they're centered they're not super um they're emotion
not emotionally easily emotionally charged by stuff what's the word emotionally intelligent
or fucking stable i don't know i'm trying to be stable fuck yeah just i don't know
what if here's the thing if there was zero outright outrage
there was zero division like we were all together as one everything was fine
what would that be like you know would that be like isn't that the goal
like so we're there's what am i even fucking talking about this for i should end the
the Q and a 10 minutes ago. I don't know. I just hear stuff like we got it. There's, I don't know.
Happy Saturday, episode one 28 come to a close. I just got a DM here.
Oh, uh, nah, I won't read it. Someone wishing me well. I thought, you know, I just, I'll never do
that again. I don't know why I just like posted. I lost my taste buds and everyone lost their shit.
they're like are you okay because I'm not a big fan of people talking about their problems on the
internet coming to the internet to talk about their sickness and their health like I'm sorry
it's fucking annoying go to talk to your doctor don't tell your followers nobody cares
but hey losing your taste buds is uh you know it's a big deal now so I thought I'd share and
now I've got people checking in which is kind of surprising the fact that I've gotten so many
messages like throughout the day like how what are your symptoms how are you doing what's up
I'm getting texts I'm getting calls like people are fucking scared and I'm here to tell you that
I feel 100% honestly you gotta fucking face the beast don't fear the beast if you fear the beast
you're probably gonna get sicker than if you face it and face it with uh in good health you know I
think that's our number one defense just controlling our or putting effort into our
health this year so what was I saying though about the two sides fighting I don't fucking
know what I was saying about that I don't know I'm just clicking buttons on my I feel like I'm
not recording right now okay taking you behind the scenes am I still recording yeah I am I just
clicked something and the color changed on my audio file thing so it scared me okay so happy
Saturday episode 128 that's it thanks for asking questions I love Q&A's it's fun um I feel like
I don't know the questions are always like simple but I appreciate that um
I have like here's what I'll say about the show there's I like these diehards involved with the
show and then I have people that are coming around now saying they listen so I've done this for what
four months five months so they're starting to people are starting to trickle in and tell me
they're listening the show which is kind of interesting because I'm like
it's just like it's just fun to see like because you never know who's listening right it's it's
one thing that's kind of it's like exhilarating like I wonder who like you're kind of it's kind
of scary honestly because you're like I hope it's hard it's just like sometimes it's hard to imagine
certain people hearing you talk about certain stuff if that makes sense like you're just letting
it all hang out and people are listening but I'm starting to notice people are there's a few
uh, stragglers out there showing themselves now. And the DMS are like, tell me about the show and
hit me up. So hi, thanks for listening. And I'm, you know, I had someone, what was it last night?
