Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey guys, happy Tuesday. It's episode 158. Welcome back to the show. hey guys what's up it's Jacqueline happy Tuesday welcome back to the show hi hi hit that subscribe button I'm here seven days a week uh do I want to keep saying oh it's my audio diary instead of writing it in a journal I'm gonna talk it out for you right now and I'm gonna talk it out with myself alone and do a fucking podcast and post it to strangers for strangers speaking of that speaking of you the stranger how can I be of service to you today how can I help you um it's Tuesday what kind of energy do you need me to bring to help you get through your week um I don't know I basically had a work day I bought a new iPhone
Starting point is 00:01:11 um I hung out on Clubhouse all day which has changed me as a person like what the fuck all of a sudden I I'll get into it I'll talk about Clubhouse I'm gonna talk about my Amazon purchases I'm making right now I have some shit to buy um I'm gonna talk about oh we're we're coming off the relationship podcast I did yesterday which um not gonna lie I never do this but I was so insecure when I finished I listened to it guys I was well not all of it fuck that it was so long I think it was like an hour and a half I listened to the first half of it and I was like so insecure and so pissed off at myself for saying half that shit. Like, yes, it is what I want. I think I titled it, what was it? My ideal relationship. But I think I had this mindset the whole time that I
Starting point is 00:02:08 want, I want to be an independent woman. I want to do my own thing. I don't want to have a man swarming and like, like take up all my headspace. And I was like going in, I was like in a weird headspace. So I just want to follow up yesterday's episode by saying, um, hi, I still want to maintain my independence, but, um, I definitely want to be taken care of and have like someone take the lead and be like a man. And I don't want to be like the, you know, the breadwinner who's just like telling you what to do. And like, I don't, I don't want that. I'm just saying, I like the idea of, um, and this is from past experience where I literally just live someone else's lifestyle and got sucked into their world to the point where I lost myself. So anyways,
Starting point is 00:02:55 I basically like the idea that I maintain all the stuff I have going on with my life. And then you do the same with your, your life. And we come together and we, um, we don't fucking, I don't know all right let me complete that that kind of sucked as a complete thought basically I need to continue on my personal development and growth and I feel like past relationships have sucked I get this is what they this let me break it down let me break it down let me take a sip I'm drinking a LaCroix and I put some berries in it a lime LaCroix with some with some ice and a wine glass just because how are you doing I hope you're having a good day so the issue with myself and relationships and guys this is going to be a quick thing and I'll get
Starting point is 00:03:47 into the rest of the stuff I mentioned especially um clubhouse so I I like love hard I like go all I'm very nurturing I want to take care of people I want to wait on you hand and foot I like that is my natural instinct as a partner in a relationship like I literally like I go above and beyond and it's just I love it though like I it's not a oh I don't like doing it thing and I have to do it it's like I actually enjoy it I enjoy being uh you know uh like a what's it called a a warm presence and a nurturing energy and I like you could just like be around me and I'm tending to your needs and I'm helping you with your shit and I'm like making you breakfast I'm you know helping you with all your laundry like all that kind of stuff like I actually like it
Starting point is 00:04:47 okay and um but I think what I learned in past relationships is I will literally do just that and like and forget about my own life and the stuff I need to do to take care of myself to the point where I'm just like it's bad so anyways I definitely yeah I think yesterday I was just like a good thing I did figure out is that or I said is I'm not clingy I don't want someone to be clingy to me. I want to have my, I just, I don't know. So go listen to yesterday's episode. Uh, if you want to fucking put a ring on it, I don't know. I'm at that point. I'm just like, someone hit me up. Take me seriously. Like, let's do it. Just, uh, fuck. When's it, you know, I'm actually consciously thinking about it now where in the past I was like,
Starting point is 00:05:39 oh well someday I'll get in a relationship and like take my life seriously and think of marriage and like that kind of stuff but I'm really excited about it to be honest like I get kind of giddy now I think it's because I'm talking about it like openly and I'm sharing it with you guys I'm like wait I'm kind of excited to have a boyfriend at some point like I'm I've been so um single and And I've been like a little lone wolf with myself for so long that I'm just like ready. So let's pivot. I don't know. I have a note here on my notepad that I have my shit together and it feels good.
Starting point is 00:06:20 So there's that. Do you guys want me to talk about Amazon? Because it's kind of like light and dumb. Let's do it. so I got a delivery of a fucking I think it's like an 18 pack of bounty paper towels from Amazon I have them on subscription and they doubled it this time on accident and I have nowhere to put them well it's getting to the point where my cupboard is just all paper towels like I'm getting them delivered too often so that happened today um I'm just staring at the box
Starting point is 00:06:55 right now um okay wait was I gonna still wait never mind okay um okay so Amazon purchases I decided my Benjamin Franklin chair Benjamin Benjamin Franklin my fucking Benjamin Benjer is it Benjer or Benja Benjamin the Benjamin Franklin chair is hurting my back and it's it needs to go so I need to purchase a desk chair I need to purchase uh cord concealers so Jimmy doesn't bite through the the extension cords and electrocute himself I've had it it's an all day I'll be sitting at my laptop working and then every two minutes when he's by me I have to like rip his jaws apart and take the cord out of his mouth and I it's so frustrating because I have ever I can't conceal them like I have nothing to do it with so I have to buy cord concealers
Starting point is 00:07:53 I have to buy espresso machine cleaner which I don't understand like I have this espresso machine and it says clean me or whatever I'm like oh gosh there's the LaCroix burp silent LaCroix burp for you um hi we're friends this is normal um so I don't understand like clean it like the tubes have to get cleaned out I guess whatever I have to buy cleaner um so yeah so that's Amazon for you there's probably some other shit too I love guys I'm obsessed with Amazon lists at some point I think I'm gonna I think I'm gonna make my Amazon list public at some point and make it a thing like all of you you can all see what I've had like on my list for like the last I don't know how many years but I'm obsessed with it because sometimes I'm like I definitely need this at some
Starting point is 00:08:45 point and I don't want to buy it now or I just am still thinking about it and I have it on a list and it's broken down between like daily essentials pantry uh tech books clothes home decor um puppy stuff like it goes it goes on and on and on so oh makeup skincare I love it I'm obsessed um I'm obsessed so anyways uh that's it for Amazon next segment I mean I wish I had transition music what could I do there you go um I have a note here I finally took a nap today with my or I slept on my bed with my comforter as you know when I got Jimmy the first two days maybe some people don't know when I say Jimmy I'm talking about my he's now three months old wait 12 weeks is three months right six four eight twelve yeah he's three months old officially on sunday he was born
Starting point is 00:09:43 born he was born on november 15th 2020 so he's uh officially three months but as you know uh did i say he was a golden retriever i got a flex he's a fucking golden retriever all right just digest that right now i have a fucking three month old golden retriever yes that is a flex yes I'm not being um anyways so I feel like dude I I don't understand like they're superior to any other dog end of story fight me come at me cutest dogs best dogs funniest dogs when they're playing around like I love them so anyways as you know when I got him the first two days he had explosive diarrhea throughout the night he shit on my bed five times each night uh there's blood in his stool there was
Starting point is 00:10:36 it was bad he had a issue and so I know that was graphic but welcome hi come to the come sit down to I don't want to be filtered about my life and it'd be fake as fuck if I was sugarcoating that and saying oh he had an accident on my bed and it was really bad and so I had to clean it up and it was really gross because it got all over my down comforter my new down comforter with all my feathers in it with all the feathers in it no he fucking had bloody diarrhea okay so that happened and so anyways today I took a nap and I was like wait a minute what am I missing on my bed I haven't had my comforter in like two weeks it's like oh I'm gonna go get my comforter that I had to deep clean and I was like sniffing every little fucking inch of it to
Starting point is 00:11:31 make sure after I cleaned it there was nothing weird about that that shit that got on it so or like hanging around still so anyways I slept with it in the sun it was so nice and fluffy and anyways there's an update I'm just gonna crush it off the list I called my mom this morning yeah we talked on the phone this morning it was great she's helping me with something did I say I bought an iPhone yeah yeah I talked to my mom bought an iPhone I got a gold one I never guys I've only gotten the black iPhones I've never had any other like silver gold in the past and so I got a 12 what is it the pro the three camera one I figured you know I didn't even hesitate to purchase it I was like I am on my my life is the phone is an extension it's like a piece of my arm
Starting point is 00:12:24 at this point I don't care like I want the best one I know I'm gonna have it for a long time um I take care of my phones I don't crack the screen I don't blow them up like so I just bought it I didn't even flinch I feel like I feel like a few years ago like I literally have the seven plus and it finally stopped working this week um it I wait I fucking wait till they wait oh I oh last time okay whoa what were those fucking glitches that just happened do you guys know like okay this is fucked up to admit I don't care welcome to my life I kind of but I feel like I'm, I don't feel like I sometimes do that shit on purpose when I lose my train of thought just for the filler. And I feel like it's a part of the show now that all that shit is just
Starting point is 00:13:17 like fucking, it's like part of my fucking podcast. I just do it. Every time I go brain dead, I'm like, just squeal. You just make a noise. So anyways, I think the last time I bought my iPhone, I was like, Oh my God, this fucking thing's so expensive. It's like a thousand dollars oh my god for a stupid phone I remember going to Verizon I was in fucking 10th grade and it was like $200 and I I don't know so like my LG chocolate fucking phone so it was crazy how today I was just like I just bought it I just didn't even think about it but I didn't even finance I just fucking bought it she forked it out cash bitch all right so um and that'll be music to my mom's ears because she's not gonna have some sort of like extra 40 a month on her
Starting point is 00:14:06 bill so thanks mom you're still paying my mom is still paying for my all of my my whole family is still on the same line or whatever that's called we have a family plan however i do guys not not to flex again but i have my own health insurance holla um and i'm using it so it feels good to like have my own insurance and i use it because i have a fucked up brain and i had to get therapy and help uh doing well doing well I mean that changed my life let's be honest um meds changed my life therapy changed my life um yeah anyways so I haven't talked about that in a while should I talk about my journey with um getting out of depression so anyways what's next so I brought the phone it's coming Thursday they don't have any in stock bounty paper towels crossing that
Starting point is 00:14:59 off oh my god let's get into it tesla and bitcoin bitch all right apparently tesla 10x their bitcoin investment in one day like that 1.5 billion they invested in bitcoin is like it wasn't shit and um i don't know i think it's gonna be i i think it's it's massive massive news massive this is like a big step i think moving forward with how we um buy shit and if they're gonna accept bitcoin and now i think other fortune fives are gonna uh follow suit and do what elong did and they're all these other companies are gonna start doing it and it's gonna be a thing and bitcoin's gonna be here today and you know what not to be a nerd but I believe um based on a text message I'll just say my brother sent me today it's going to
Starting point is 00:15:54 be at 100k by the end of the year it's at what 40 it's like mid 40s right now I don't know I'm not some like smart investor I'm I just you know what I gotta give myself some credit I'm not dumb like I've been successful I've had success in the stock market I I feel like i know what i'm doing in a lot of ways however i don't fully understand bitcoin like i get it but i still think it's it's foggy to me um but you know as far as bitcoin and tesla goes i mean they have major similarities with uh tesla doing you know they're they're uh changing the game with transportation and energy and then you've got bitcoin changing up the money and finance in the world so it's kind of like a cool match and then obviously um I don't know it's just wild
Starting point is 00:16:55 I mean I feel like when you look at your life and you're like well at some point it's gonna get really modern things are gonna change and I feel like this is the this is one of those things where if I was like eight and you know no phones nothing just like using Crayola markers on coloring books as entertainment and fucking um literally making mud pies like I remember I had a wood table outside I like put two buckets five gallon buckets upside down and I put a piece of wood over it. And I would go out to like the field or wherever there was dirt and I would get dirt and a bucket of water and I'd mix it. And then I'd fucking make mud pies and just sit there with like stacks of fucking mud. So I did that as entertainment. So I feel like if I, looking back,
Starting point is 00:17:50 I feel like that is so old fashioned now. That life I used to live, like I'm so far from that age that time and i think it's wild to look at life now and go okay so stuff has it's it's really progressing at this point technology has actually progressed the point where we're gonna start using fucking cryptocurrency to pay for shit that's cool you know i think if i was eight making mud pies be like oh flying cars and teleportation and time machines you know but i was fucking retarded at that age so you know i can't say that word whatever so yeah that's cool bitcoin um and tesla you know i did see an article here about um big short investor michael burry says tesla's 1.5 billion dollar bet on bitcoin was a distraction and doge coins
Starting point is 00:18:41 doge coins record price signals a massive bubble basically they're saying that um fucking there oh yeah in other words burry thinks this uh big short what a fucking michael burry says that uh tesla may have timed its 1.5 billion dollar purchase of bitcoin to distract from its china troubles because there's apparently issues with tesla in china i guess i don't fucking know but yeah and then there's a lot of uh shit talk about how much energy it takes to mine bitcoins like that's a part of it that's fucking crazy to me like people mining bitcoins that whole concept that whole like to it's i okay not to i don't really talk about simulation theory or like i don't know i don't really think about it that much or mention on the podcast but
Starting point is 00:19:43 i'm like how the fuck did this even get off the ground like how did this even happen how were there how are people what is like the root of this and how was the how are the bitcoins already there and then people are mining from that mining them now to like find them again but they were there i don't know i don't there was a great i think it was on netflix or uh yeah I think it was, I watched like 20. It was like after college, I watched it. It made a lot of sense. I'm going to rewatch it about Bitcoin. Um, get, you know, get involved, figure it out. You know, I always, I always recommend this or I always preach. Whoa, do we just have a glitch? I don't know. I just clicked something. I always, uh, carry this theme through my podcast. Don't be
Starting point is 00:20:32 that person that's like, I don't understand the stock market. I don't understand Bitcoin. I don't understand how it's fucking hot right now figure it out i did it's working for me i mean i don't know i just think it's one of those things it's so like it's so passive like you don't have to be a day trader you know you could make investments you could invest now and just like let that shit hang out but it i think it'd be it would suck like i'm so glad i invest in bitcoin what was it and I it's not like I have a have a huge like amount of it but um it's just cool that I got in in like 2016 I think back when it was like was it like 8,000 when I got it so anyways figure it out just like go watch some YouTube videos go uh buy some books like whatever you gotta do I think
Starting point is 00:21:26 it's just one of those things it's so available and so accessible to get in get into like the stock market or bitcoin or whatever and um there's a lot of support out there and a lot of help with it and it's not I think it's just there's also the psychology aspect of I think a lot of people have a a gambling spirit in their body where they're not good with just you know their money like that and they have uh compulsive behavior with money so I don't think it's if you have that tendency, I would say maybe watch yourself with it or get a lot of advice. Um, anyways, so that happened. I'll just move on to the next segment. Um, I worked on the splits today. My goal is to get my left, no, my right leg forward splits, uh, solid by Friday. That was my, literally we're
Starting point is 00:22:21 having like a team meeting on Monday. What are your personal goals this week, Jacqueline? I'm always going first and I'm like I just want to do the splits on both sides like I just want to be able to do the splits and so today I put some effort into that I worked on it um it's so relaxing to just stretch guys deep breathe and stretch it's like it's so good so it's kind of like what I did workout like today I was just on clubhouse like all like oh I'm so annoying like that I mean I feel like clubhouse is like the new it's kind of reminding me of what twitter was when it started it honestly is starting okay I'll the way I feel about clubhouse is how I felt about twitter it's it I think and it's bringing it's it's so cool how it's bringing people together
Starting point is 00:23:12 and creating really cool um conversations and connections with people that would normally not talk to each other and I don't know I just think it's going places I really I had some doubts at first um I heard some there's some negative press around it and I just feel like I've only seen at this point I've only seen benefits and uh yeah it's great it's great for business great for networking but you don't be the networker that doesn't do shit I feel like that's a career in itself people that just network and they get that dopamine release or whatever hit and then they're like oh I just made a connection with a really cool person I feel good and then they do it again and again again they're not even doing anything and I don't I think if you can't turn a what is
Starting point is 00:23:59 what do they say what are the fucking preneurs the fucking sales people out there say if you can't turn over a connection to a sale in two days or a fucking if you network and you meet someone and it's not a deal in two days I don't know something like that I don't know but I'll say this um uh I like it literally the whole phrase like never be the smartest person in the room is that what it's called um or try not to be the smartest you're never the smartest person or just know what is the never your let me just look it up god damn never be the smartest Something about the smartest person in the room. I think it's called, yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:47 Michael Dell gave a speech at the University of Texas in 2003 and said, try to never be the smartest person in the room. And if you are, I suggest you invite smarter people to find a different room. So that's how I feel in Clubhouse. I'm the jackass who doesn't have the vocabulary of all these fucking investors, entrepreneurs founders coaches speakers authors like all these fancy people out there and I show up like a fucking tar heel like what is it what are you fucking talking about you know they're they're just like going off on yeah you know we've got our uh factory out in
Starting point is 00:25:26 Australia and then we sent a bunch of people over there and then we're fucking investing we've got a new real estate business on the side and then it just like goes on and on these people this is why I'm like wait how do people have this much time and resources and like capacity for all these endeavors and it's so wild because you're just sitting like I'll just be a fly on the wall I'll just be in the room listening to them talk business talk shop and I'm like what the fuck it's different than a podcast I'll say that it's different than um an interview where someone's just getting to know the story of like how did you start your business these are people that are work a lot of a lot of the rooms I get in are people that are collaborating ideas of stuff
Starting point is 00:26:11 they're actively involved in and working on right now like a typical it's like a literal meeting like a day-to-day fucking or a weekly meeting you know and so I don't know I'm kind of into it and I feel like it's a good uh wake-up call for me like Jesus Christ Jacqueline you need to go read a dictionary my mom we were having actually this conversation this morning she's like Jacqueline just because because I told her I was very open about it I say I told her I said okay I was like mom sometimes when I'm in meetings or I'm talking to business people and stuff I just feel like a dumbass because they're using all these really sophisticated words and they're they and I I explain everything so simply and basic and I to like make it make sense for me
Starting point is 00:27:07 instead of using one word to describe you know what I mean like I go I don't know I mean just listen to me right now do I have to explain myself it's a fucking it's it's it do I what's my iq i what would you guess am i low am i really do am i really low am i guys be honest with me what do you think my iq is i've never done it i've never done a test what's the whole like oh no i don't want to say i'm funny fuck that nope jacqueline no one that no one wants to hear you say aren't funny people smart aren't both funny people smart I mean I'm not dumb I just feel like it's uh the corporate speak the uh entrepreneur language the startup world language it's just there's a lot to know and say and I just don't I just don't use it
Starting point is 00:28:02 I show up the fucking hey guys I'm here I got a podcast seven days a week is anyone looking for press I got I can help you get into uh uh New York Times Bloomberg USA Today uh fucking in business insider hit me up send me a dm let's connect you know I'm just very basic with what I say but um yeah as you know I work for a PR company I think I've said that before um but anyways so it's good I think the more you are around people to talk like that eventually maybe I will I don't fucking know I don't really want to though this is my it's not my brand I don't want to get off brand and start speaking like I'm wearing a suit and tie and I'm very okay not to judge I'm not judging that I'm just like
Starting point is 00:28:44 why would I put effort into something that's not it's not me it's not me um so nice clubhouse I'm at club Jacqueline if you want to follow me um yeah it's so cool it's just like it's addicting like I could just turn it on right now I just got invited to a club um oh shit like guys let's see let's see what they oh I have 40 followers I'm really excited about that um Ed Nussbaum invited you to join the OG club oh and it's got I think that's that's 129,000 members cool it's like the original people of clubhouse um okay let me just like go to a room to give you guys an idea here's there's 2 000 people in this room
Starting point is 00:29:39 is this illegal cool that's not what i was talking about it just sounded like there was a lot of arguing i'm not saying it to you i'm just putting it out there because i get muted quite a lot oh my god they're arguing what's going on behind the stage or behind the scenes all i'm hearing and i'm sitting here at the top of the stage because i was the one that was volunteered tonight to moderate this room dude this is like grant cardone fucking and so i just suggest that we just let this conversation go we all love each other we're all hanging out with each other every day all day long every night all night long there's a little beef let's let people pick it up behind the seat they're talking about being
Starting point is 00:30:24 caddy best which is share stories like that can i just say one thing oh fuck i don't agree with what everyone's saying but if someone's being thrown down bring them back up and let's just crack on did everyone just go drink some tea and go to fucking bed they look like idiots these all these people like this guy's british he's like up at fucking four in the morning right now on this in this chat about like it's just a bunch of um actually these are really awesome people um I should I don't know I should probably hang out instead of like I could learn something right now but I'm podcasting actually I follow a lot of these people are you guys annoyed I'm just like I'm in clubhouse you're not involved like
Starting point is 00:31:06 do you guys have it are you and were you invited it's like invite only just kind of dumb um anyways that was crazy I've never witnessed a fight there's a lot of bickering that's the one thing a lot of people get um tit for tat in there and kind of catty and um a lot of people argue in conversation and then you just it's so bad you have to like reset the room and it's I don't know but yeah so I did that today and I worked and um I think that's all I have to say on my notebook here I love writing in my notebook you know I'm just in a good place um let's see if I have any random notes on here that I wrote random notes in here I wrote oh I have like notes of like my when I came back from Washington
Starting point is 00:31:53 like what I wanted to accomplish the first week back it's a joke I don't think I did any of it so hard to get back in the swing of things after Christmas breaks and stuff like in holidays um and it was I feel like I'm wasting your time now I think sometimes I drag it on too long at the end it's uh 8 p.m um so what did I say today let's just recap I addressed my relationship fucking goals hit me up all right we got do I sound desperate like is that do you guys think like oh she's just doing and I'm actually the reason I'm saying this because this is what I'm doing I'm projecting or I'm admitting this there is a sliver of my little brain that's like Jacqueline just like pepper in what you're looking for in a relationship on a podcast just like have it in
Starting point is 00:32:54 the bank just in the library you know if someone's the future potential person out there is scrolling through and they see that maybe they'll be like I want to hear more and then they you know it's spelled out for them it's kind of like I'm doing it on purpose because I'm I don't really talk about my personal life and dating that much I feel like I don't really that's that's this is not that kind of podcast but it just hit me yesterday I'm like oh you know it might be a nice thing to just leave out there on the table like hey that's what I'm looking for I'm single I'm looking I'm ready but I also feel like it are you bitch are you you're desperate just it's the whole like I feel like I've been on my grind focusing on myself for so long it's like okay that's what they
Starting point is 00:33:36 recommend that's what all the people recommend like after you you know break up with someone or whenever you're like in a new chapter or whatever you like work on yourself focus on yourself and you know it'll happen you can't force it you can't go seek it it'll just naturally occur because you are leveling your life up and you're getting better and all your shit and then that'll be someone will notice that about you and you're you know at a same level they're at and they've been working on themselves too and then you come together and i just choked on a berry fuck okay i mean it's not the idea so i'm at that point where i'm like okay so how many more fucking
Starting point is 00:34:31 months years decades do i work on myself for that to come around like you know i'm kind of at that point where I'm like it seems like it's time seems like she's ready all right um how single do I sound I'm fucking single as fuck it's funny how like do I come across let me ask a question let me ask a question to the audience and I don't get I don't care like I don't this isn't something I'm like uh stewing about or thinking about but sometimes I wonder like do I give off the impression that I'm like out there dating always talking to guys and like talking to like five people at once and like I don't know like am I that do I come off like that because it's not me I'm so like I literally will get I don't know if this is bad but I think of I have a deep like I
Starting point is 00:35:29 have a connection or I have, like, an intuition thing with myself where I don't, like, I'm a pretty, I read people, like, I'm very, I can read energies. No, I'm kidding. I'm not gonna ever say that or believe that about myself, but I can, I just get strong feelings or, like, strong intuition about people and like potential like friendships with them or future relationships with them or whatever it is and I kind of just keep those people around even if it's for a while like I will keep you around for a long time if I feel that way and I don't like to um I don't know I don't like to ping pong and like flip-flop with like every year like all these different people just like constantly moving through guys and dating and I just don't I'd rather build something
Starting point is 00:36:25 long-term over time and keep you in the, you know, the bucket of options at the fucking buffet of my future boyfriend, uh, meal. And, um, it just feels better. I, you know, and that's what I mentioned yesterday. I'm like, I just want a friend that I can like joke with. And like, we're just pretty casual and then it evolves into something better and more exciting and yeah so i don't know i'm just not i'm just not a slut i'm just not a slut like that i'm not just like you know just like dming boys all day and like sending them nasty pics and like fuck that I've never done that um no like I'm never just sending like how do people just send nudes and like go oh well I know I don't know you but I'm just gonna like send I don't know like I'm just
Starting point is 00:37:29 not one of those types of no shade or whatever like live your life I don't know I think they're just levels and, uh, I don't know. I'm pretty boring, I guess. I just like to, uh, pet my dog and fucking podcast and drink coffee and, um, go to the beach and, uh, do my job and do yoga and, uh, like put on skincare and live my life. I don't know. That was a realization I had I think at some point after college I realized that I think it's like expectations versus reality like who are you really versus what you think you should be or expect that you would have been at this mid-20s age right and I think the piece that I finally was like really solid with and I was like I think I just love this about myself is that I have a very um
Starting point is 00:38:35 the simplest things make me happy I don't need a lot of pomp and circumstance what is it called pomp and circumstance I always say that rigmarole what is the word I don't need a lot of action and chaos in my life to be happy and like I don't know if that's an introvert thing because I'm very extroverted. I feel like I'm, you know, one of those people that it's got to be balanced. I can't just be alone, but I, or I don't prefer to just be on my own. I like being super social and I like groups of people and all that fun stuff. But, um, at my heart, my heart and soul is just like content with the simplest day. Like just wake up. This is my ideal day. It's like, wake up, drink coffee. I'm so annoying about, I love coffee. I'm a white girl. I love Starbucks.
Starting point is 00:39:24 I literally have an espresso machine, like a fancy fucking, like I have a, like a Starbucks machine in my apartment. It's like that kind of thing for me. So, um, and then like, like a typical day would be like, I drink coffee, do yoga, maybe go for a walk and listen to a podcast probably a mid like a fucking 40 year old plus dude like an Aubrey Marcus or a fucking like anyone on Rogan's team one of those types a comedian um sometimes like a Gary V type um just for the the pump up and then you know I'm on the walk maybe I go to a coffee shop get another coffee and then I come home you know get ready for the day shower and then I do my work and I work like a normal job all day and then around 5 p.m. I don't know maybe I make a drink maybe I make a
Starting point is 00:40:32 fucking drink and I podcast and then I make dinner for myself and then I hang out with my dog and I watch an ungodly amount of content either on my phone because sometimes I'm like I just prefer to scroll on my phone for four hours than watch something on Netflix or I'm watching a YouTube video and then you know I'm not gonna lie I don't really like reading that much uh maybe I should maybe that would help my vocab you know I always get on I get in kicks get I get on kicks with reading and I feel like half the time I do it is the whole I just like the idea of being someone that reads books more than I enjoy reading books and as I'm reading it I'm like I'm just like so like I'm getting immersed into this book and I feel like I'm educating myself and I'm learning
Starting point is 00:41:27 new things but you know what's wild like I guess you'd have to read a lot and you'd have to read consistently to really bank it all but I don't read a book and just retain that and think think back to the book refer to the book like some people I notice do that it doesn't matter how many books I read it's not a lot but I don't really think oh that one book I read like changed my life and I remember this part about it I do better with like just listen I'm audio or I I'm all three you know when I got tested and um it was what fifth grade they tested me and who the fuck knows if this is true but i was the one kid and there's two kids it was me and calvin i think yeah me and calvin are the only people that were audio like the people that learn with
Starting point is 00:42:14 touch uh people that learn from listening and then people that learn from so feeling listening and looking like seeing visual yeah i got all three and the every other kid in the class had like one that they had a strength in or they anyway were dominant in and i was dominant in all three but anyways i do better speaking of books and visual like i like to listen i just like to fucking uh i don't know why am i even on this tangent oh and like wait i was telling you guys about my day ideal day i'm happy i don't know guys i'm happy I don't know what to say I'm just happy I just want to report that I hope you are listen I can do it here's what I want to say let me be helpful
Starting point is 00:43:07 I'm literally just like sitting on my Benjamin Franklin chair like a jackass I got my fucking I look like a frog so I'm just gonna reflect right now on like the last few years I have come such a long way and I now like I'm starting to say this statement I now know what it's like when I now know what it's like when in the past I would hear successful people happy people you name it talk about how you know I remember when I was 24 and I was on my couch and I was you know poor and I had nothing and I was depressed and I broke up with my boyfriend and everything sucked and then I came out of that and I got on the other side and I built a business or I became this and I and I I've never looked back and I'm better than ever
Starting point is 00:44:05 and my life is amazing now like I finally feel like I'm there like not a hundred percent but I'm at that point where there really is no going back to my former bullshit like I love her you know that was all a learning experience I don't I don't have um regret about the way I talked to myself and all the shit talk and how much I hated myself and insecurity and all that stuff I think it was for a reason but I definitely know there's like this barrier between that version of me and i feel like she was fucking burnett i think i went blonde i literally just wanted to go blonde like there wasn't a i'm you know i'm going through it i need to change my hair color and i feel like it symbolizes like the new jacqueline like the evolved version of me who's
Starting point is 00:44:54 actually happy actually well i was depressed with blonde hair last year fuck me okay but now i'm seeing that burnett version of me who was like a lost puppy and i'm like whoa you were things were just really rocky for you mentally for a long time and now it's just like it's cool to say like that seems like a chapter that's kind of closing and it's closed right now and I'm on the other side of it and I feel really good and I feel like I can say like I now know what it's like to get to the other side and figure your life out and feel like good legitimately good and like I don't know and I feel like what did I say I'm gonna help you guys if I can do you can do it does that help I don't know what do you struggle with I mean there's some shit I haven't
Starting point is 00:45:48 talked to you guys about uh on purpose I there's there's some topics let me just say this that um I don't want to and maybe this would be maybe be recommended by you know the people out there I don't like the therapy people or I don't know they'd be like no Jacqueline this is like the one thing you need to talk about because it's the one thing you're hiding you know they'd be like you have to reveal this or else you won't be fully uh you can't heal if you're not being honest about it like I'm honest about everything in my or I'm being um what's the word uh I'm I'm revealing it all I'm telling you everything except if there are there are some things that I'm not on purpose because I have um I I just believe there there are some
Starting point is 00:46:42 things you don't make public you do they're kind of like with you and you can reveal them to the people closest to you and you they can you can talk to them about it but I just feel like there are certain topics that are family only um close friends only and uh I don't know I thought maybe it'd be interesting to tell you guys that I don't know why I just thought of these things because you might be going oh my god Jacqueline you just like you let it all hang out you let your you know you got loose what is it loose lips is that related to what I'm thinking it is like your actual lips or your lips or your fucking vagina loose lips is the mouth right yeah um anyways but you might be thinking like yeah I'm blabbing and I say I just talk about everything that
Starting point is 00:47:29 about me and my shit I go through and stuff but um there are some things you just will never know and uh just like hit me up shoot me a slide in my dms if you want to know and uh it'll be the only way you'll know like let me just make this uh a fun like scavenger hunt for you so if you're serious if about getting to know those things I do not reveal on the podcast uh please submit a dm slide in and if I if I'm catching the if I like the if I'm what the fuck uh at that point I will decide whether I like you or do not like you and want to pursue pursue you further how if I decide that yes I like you and I'm interested and curious about getting to know you and we end up so the next step is you and I end up literally dating
Starting point is 00:48:27 for however fucking many years and then you find that shit out when you've committed to me So the only way I'm going to reveal those deep, dark secrets is if you are, uh, we're, uh, hand in hand, bitch, you're my boyfriend. That's it. That I feel like that's, if I'm able to say the deepest, craziest shit, like these are the things that are kind of like these, the things I'm not talking about, the things are very, um, they're kind of, uh, dark or just kind of, they're just personal stuff uh like you know it's a combination of me and then some family stuff and you know that you know that kind of category or that kind of shit so um I think I'm looking for that day where I can because I don't even think I've told there are I've I've never told um any of my ex-boyfriends any of this stuff actually when I think about yeah I've never felt comfortable enough to just be that raw and I think that's sad and that's kind of what I'm looking for I'm like in someone just like I just want to feel safe with a man where I feel like
Starting point is 00:49:40 he's not gonna it's like you're just accepting 100% and you don't care all right why did I go on this tangent. Should I check my phone? Let's see here. I need juicy DMs. We do have a juicy DM from two hours ago. For real, it's def a vibe. I've found my people on it for sure. Haha. Like these business combos are cool, but the late night casual rooms are hilarious. I'll invite you to one later. It's lit. This is a connection I made on Clubhouse sending me a DM. It's for real. It's lit. I do feel annoying about it. Talk about Clubhouse. Anyways. Yeah. All right. That's it. Episode 150. What is it? 158. Tuesday. Solo. Still solo. You know I haven't even mentioned I haven't even mentioned like guests or attempting to do that
Starting point is 00:50:44 like I honestly don't think that's gonna be the style of like I don't I think this is this is a solo podcast I it's and I think I I mentioned I like the idea since I do it seven days a week to have like one guest a week so that might be coming down the pipeline but my priority is just consistency, never missing a day, committing to this pro just like committing to it with myself right now and then seeing what happens. And you guys know that I'm just like riding the wave right now. And I, and I feel like, I don't know, I got a lot going on. I'm a busy woman. I got fucking life. And I think, yeah, I could, I could totally go hard and get people on the show and make, you know, this interview podcast. Oh my God. Okay. Jacqueline,
Starting point is 00:51:37 go to bed. Hey girl, it's 8 PM. My mom goes to bed like 6 PM, but she also wakes up at like four for no, like, that's just her circadian rhythm. I could do the same. Um, I don't know. I'm like, kind of like hesitant to end this. I'm like, what else do I want to talk about? I haven't heard jimmy this entire episode i don't know where he's at like legitimately wait he's not in his usual sleeping spots wait i'm actually scared hold on jimmy see my room there's no way oh my god he looks dead dude you're here behind my chair you're so quiet were you asleep oh your ears flipped over let me help you papa make a noise next time damn it i literally like have a panic attack every hour if i can't or like every
Starting point is 00:52:36 and anytime i can't see him i like i like drop everything and freak out he's just being sleepy oh he's on his back can we rub your tummy yeah submit good boy it's not what they do when they're like like dogs will roll over on their back when they're just like i'm not a threat i can just like you can just play with me because i'm not or whenever they're in trouble what do they do yeah i love dogs dude i love him he's literally the best thing that's ever happened to me sunny boy little gym dog little gym bob he's getting so um chunky and cute I have to check his collar like every day because I feel like his neck's thickening out he's got a fucking double chin already three months old you fucking
Starting point is 00:53:30 fat ass you know what it's it's like the feeding is interesting because I feel like he overeats or I'm overfeeding him I don't know like he's stopped he stops himself when he's full and then he'll go back to his bowl I should just remove the bowl at that point but I noticed they'll be there's like because I'm literally guys this is bad to admit like I'm not I'm like I'm giving him what I used to give like when I had puppies in the past I'm just repeating what I did and I'm not sure what the recommendations are for food amount but I feel like he's I weighed him he's what like is he 15 pounds he's at the normal weight so I'm just like whatever he he stops himself when he's full but I'm saying he goes back to his bowl and he'll still he'll like keep eating
