I'm just ready to go to bed honestly. And I, my hair's wet. I just showered. I'm shaved. I'm lubricated. I'm ready for the week. Um, but I got a report. Um, I, I want to insert one thing before I start this and say that, um, I was notified that I, by someone who cares about my show and the content and how I, um, okay. What am I saying? Basically I was notified that I said F U C K a little bit too much yesterday for their liking. And I, I, uh, I'm sorry about that. I'll, I'll do my best to stop swearing on this episode but um yeah it's kind of like a joke because

there's a lot of times when I will say the f-word and then I'll cut myself off and be like oh I don't want to swear but yesterday I apparently didn't cut myself off at all and so I just want to like formally this is another thing I shouldn't apologize for but I I do think swearing sucks it takes away from the content sometimes and um I don't know it's kind of like whatever ah okay don't just, I'm going to be a little Catholic school girl. I'm going to bring out my inner Catholic school girl. Cause yes, I went to a private Catholic school. I'm going to be like that. Um, version of myself today and just be very like sweet and like, ah, like what did I do today? Let's do it. Okay. Um, Sunday, laundry day, cleaning day, nap day, veg out on the couch

and watch TikTok videos all day, day. Um, here we go. So woke up and I immediately put my laundry basket in my car and took Jimmy outside with my coffee, like did a couple of walks around the block and then, um, went and got, oh, I had to go to CVS. Yeah. I went to CVS and to pick up my meds. I went to CVS to pick up my meds, and then, I don't like saying my meds, by the way, I don't like, like, there's something about that, but I know there are so many medicated people out there where I'm just like, it's fine, it's fine, it's normal, I needed it, so I, it's like, dude, it changed my life when I got therapy and got on some medication for my mental health, and you know what uh you got to do what you got to do to get by in this life and uh I'm president in times

I'm president in times I'm president in times um you know depression and all that good stuff and so like it I don't know I I used to be kind of insecure about saying that I'm medicated but a bitch is medicated sorry for swearing um so yeah I went to CVS blasted music the whole way up to the laundromat drank coffee had a great like little drive and then I uh oh so I put my laundry in the thing and there was the hottest guy in the laundromat today it was like dude I mean he was doing what I was doing laying low he had his mask on so we both had aviators on we both like didn't want to be seen or looked at but like at the same time we wanted to look at each other from across the laundromat and it was like all I could do to just like not stare at him but um yeah that was

kind of a nice surprise early in the morning on a Sunday I was like yeah dude we have the same lifestyle you're doing your laundry I'm doing my laundry you know whatever so that was like fun I guess that's how it is now it's just like appreciating beauty from afar appreciating a handsome man from afar and not uh acting on my attraction just like watching and observing and not uh initiating conversation trying to flirt it's just that's just not what's happening right now in public and I don't know it's still fun it's still kind of nice it's like wow uh someday the mask will be off we will be back to okay this is guys sorry it's late I just I don't know I need to take a sip of my water I don't know let's reset so I did laundry

Jacqueline so here time out Jacqueline so you know here's what's happening about with your podcast let me just tell you that Jacqueline let me let me be honest with you right now look the content is boring as fuck uh not sorry for swearing because you're you're just explaining what you do every day and every day is the same and every fucking sunday is the same when you go to the laundromat and see a hot boy and like take your dog on a walk so you're not really adding value to your listeners because you're just like you're just feeding them the same food every day like they're a prisoner and it's not they're not even looking forward to it at this point there there's nothing new for them to hear and so maybe don't do it seven days a week maybe just don't uh

just just stop uh and prep your episode with something worthy of of um them listening and you know educate them entertain them with some like interest interesting information laundromat is getting boring okay there's a cop car outside and it's got its lights on but it's not making noise what's happening I saw that like there's a video going around a lot of people's stories today of a shoot-up at a CVS in LA and speaking of CVS what was that about there's like a lot of influencers a lot of like insta models posting I think they're all at lunch or something and they're posting an insta story all all over everyone had it of some a bunch of police cars a bunch of police

approaching a man in a blue Tesla outside of CVS across from a restaurant and like they had their guns out and shit and it was like very odd so I don't know what that was but yeah there's a cop car outside and I should that's kind of what you guys that's my inner dialogue right now uh am I boring am I boring you I hope not whatever so guys let me just like sorry it's Sunday night this is like not normal for someone to like bring the energy and, and be interesting on a Sunday night. Sunday night is like, first of all, Sunday is, uh, way too short. It always feels like it's four hours long. Sunday is a smile gradually turning into a frown throughout the day. Just, it just, you end up frowning by the

end of the day. You're just like, ah, fuck tomorrow's Monday. But also I used to feel, I don't feel that strongly or I don't feel I don't get the Sunday scaries I guess that's what people call it the Sunday scaries because I love my life I like what I do and it's really not like that but um anyways I just feel like pressure because I have to podcast and then okay I'm being annoying sorry so um where was I at laundromat then I went to Starbucks to order Christian Walker's what's it called Christian Walker's uh signature Starbucks drink if you don't know who Christian Christian Walker is uh follow him on Instagram and just like thank me later uh well it's a he's a love or hate guy if you know what I mean you just like his conservative

mindset or you fucking hate it and that's cool but he orders the same exact Starbucks drink every day and he does an Insta story every single day that I'm ordering it. So I got in the line at Starbucks, bad idea. There was literally 52 cars and it was like snaking out of the parking lot. I was like, whatever. My sister FaceTimed me. So I was like, okay, I'll FaceTime her while I'm waiting. So yeah, I went to Starbucks while I was waiting for my laundry and Jimmy. Okay. So oh my gosh, my back kind of hurts. Hold on. I love cracking my back at the end of the day. um jimmy so my sister facetimes me and like jimmy's he's puking at the same time he got car sick and i've never seen so much food or like puke come out of him well he's never has

he puked before no he had diarrhea when i first got him really bad but um why is there a police officer going over to the house next to me oh fuck what's happening sorry I should just not pay attention that but like I love viewing a crime scene like my favorite thing to do when we were kids with my family was like there'd be a car crash there'd be like a shakedown a shoot-up whatever and then my mom we like go to the nearby parking lot and watch it from a distance because it's so entertaining it's like the it's like live action entertainment live cops and that was always fun. So I'm kind of, Oh gosh, is this cop going to come ask me a question or come over to me? I don't know. Okay. Sorry. So anyways, Jimmy's puking up. He's puking up his breakfast because

he got car sick and it was not that dramatic. He just did it. And it was like, okay, you know, whatever. It still looked like dog food. It wasn't that gross. And my car's equipped, my car is equipped with paper towels cleaner wipe bees you know I'm a mom I got my mom stash my mom kit cleanup kit so yeah I cleaned it up facetimed her at the same time and uh you know we just caught up it was you know nice little chit chat in the Starbucks line and my order so I was like she wanted to hang up and I was like no no you have to listen to me order this you have to listen to me order this. So I repeated it to the, or I said my order, the Christian Walker order, exactly how he does it in his like voice and everything to the barista. So here we go.

It was like this. Hi, can I get three shots of espresso over ice in a venti cup? One shot, or excuse me one pump vanilla one pump white mocha with a little whipped cream on top and a grande water and I I want to make sure it's in a venti cup because I like extra ice I that's exactly not no bullshit that's exactly how why would I have to I said I ordered it like that I don't need to reiterate that I said I were okay so I noticed that and by the way like if you like I think a lot of baristas get this order because Christian Walker has a ton of followers and people like well you know he's known for the Starbucks drink so I wonder I got the vibe from this barista taking my order that he like okay yeah yeah I know what you're ordering like

he as I was saying it he like was hurrying it along like he already knew what I was ordering so and then he sounded annoyed because he's probably a liberal and he was like annoyed by the fact that I was getting the Christian Walker drink so whatever um so yeah I ordered that it wasn't that good to be honest it's not as good as my you guys know I gush over my iced coffee combo that I came up with like I finally came up with the best at home iced coffee it's so good I think I did my February favorites and mentioned it a few days ago but yeah the Starbucks drink was kind of like I don't really like like syrups in my iced coffee like I just like plain almond milk creamers and like plain espresso but yeah so ordered that and then took Jimmy to the beach

and uh you know he was having a heyday we just like walked around um and we went to the park and we met okay let me just tell you guys something kind of I don't know like whatever people are so awkward when they ask you to like see your dog and I'm awkward too I've gone through that entire uh that entire situation on I think the episode was called dog walk small talk Jesus Christ so people are just like I don't know how it can be I don't know how I need to work on my own small talk when I share my puppy with them because with other people because I think I'm making it awkward and therefore they're awkward like it's not it starts with me and so I don't know these people I go up

to are just like they're being so fucking snobby first of all they're like asking me they immediately assumed it came from a certain breeder and they're like oh is he from I'm just couldn't make up the name like oh is he from Carrie is that Carrie's um do you get him from Carrie over in Rancho Rancho Santa Fe if you guys know okay is he like some something along the lines of that and I'm just like sitting there just like awkward like I didn't know what to say about my breeder and like where he came from and I like clammed up and I was like what the fuck and then the the dude was like because there was a couple I'm not even telling you guys who I came up to there was like a couple with their dog and then you know they wanted their dog to meet my dog so

I was like okay and the the guy was like oh no no no he doesn't look like Carrie's that's not Carrie's no definitely not and I was like fuck you like I'm just like wait my dog's cute as shit there's nothing wrong with him like you made it sound like he was not like I don't know like one of the champion dogs from Carrie or whatever the fuck because the area I go to is a very like it's a dog play it's well this whole I feel like this whole San Diego is just like I don't know every city is a dog city right but I was just like whoa what the fuck and then they were going on about like he's not their dog wasn't eating and then it was like awkward a little bit because I was like I don't care like what they're like oh we you know he won't eat his food we have to change his food

I was like okay thanks I was like have a good day I don't know and then I noticed and they were younger but then when I whenever I go up to like an old person like a granny or grandpa they're so much easier to talk to with the dog and I don't know what that is I just feel like they're not snobby and like trying to get weird information out of me they're just like they're just so like cute about it and so yeah so yeah I took Jimmy to the park and the beach and um he was so happy he loves going new places and you can tell like when he's because I go around the block with him all the time he's so used to the walk we do but whenever I take him out to a new place he gets so excited he's looking around smelling everything he wants to run really

fast and it's fun to do that so um god this episode seems so redundant I literally do the same thing every single weekend so I came home got my laundry came home saw the hot guy at the laundromat again because we were on the same time uh we like inserted our laundry at the same time and we took it out at the same time so um I don't know it was just kind of like nice I just feel like whatever appreciation from a distance and just like and then there's like the creepy dude in the corner at the laundromat there's always a creepy dude sitting reading a magazine like peering over as I like I'm bending over putting my laundry in the thing and then I just like feel his eyeballs so hard there's always like a dude like that or I don't know I just it's because

I go to the laundry machine that's nearest to the door and just like the quick it's like the quickest one to get to I don't want to like walk all the laundromats are shit show there's so many especially on a Sunday people are everywhere there's all these carts you have to like wedge yourself through everything and carry your basket and it's I don't know again I have a laundry I could do my laundry at my apartment like I have that as an option and I just prefer the laundromat it's this weird habit I have, I don't know, I talked about it yesterday, and it just, anyway, anyways, I, anyways, I go by the door, and I like to get in and out, but anyway, dude, this cop situation is really freaking me out, I don't know what to do, it's, like,

fun to watch, but I'm also, like, is something happening on my block, I should, I don't know, lock your windows lock your doors um so yeah Jimmy and I came home did I do anything before no yeah we came home I put away my laundry I hung it up you guys know I do the hang dry thing I don't use dryers because I'm trying to save the world and it's my contribution to climate change so I don't, um, waste energy with a dryer. Um, I hang dry everything. Oh God, I could literally fall asleep right now. Sorry. Um, Jacqueline, let me coach you again about your podcast. Let me be your podcast mentor. Um, here's the thing. You're at this, you're at this crucial point where, um, Jacqueline, look, you're at this crucial point with 180 some, almost 200 episodes where

now's the time to uh skill up gotta skill up gotta come prepare jocelyn you need to um swallow the swallow the hard pill that you can't just press record and uh hope for the best and do it off the cuff and you know you this is the part this you're this you need to pivot here you need to adjust what you're doing here a little bit and um you know add a little more value than just remembering shit off the top of your head that you did that day. Jacqueline, this isn't just something to think about as a podcast mentor. I just feel like you're, this is why people will not, this won't have longevity because you're not interesting. Okay. You're not interesting. This isn't exciting. You're not changing the world here. You're not helping

people's mental health or their happiness you're just fucking talking about yourself going through your day like you're reading off your fucking planner and jocelyn it's kind of boring so something to think about in the future episodes you just might want to come with it stick to a theme each episode niche down pick a topic educate entertain um the laundromat thing is getting kind of fucking boring so jocelyn just uh that's all i have to say this is uh it's it's been not that great of an episode to be honest and I'm just kind of like you know I want to help you so there you go that's all I have to say all right I'm gonna sit back and keep listening wow thank you thank you fuck um it's the inner it's guys it's my inner

it's like the little devil on my shoulder angel devil on my shoulder my little inner uh podcast mentor and like that's how I feel as in podcasting so you just got in my head that was fun you just literally saw inside my brain of how I'm um thinking about the episode and I don't know that's the thing I try to get you into my world as much as possible and like instead of just thinking that and not saying it I'm gonna say what my inner podcast mentor would tell me and I think that you you agree with him or her him it was a boy so Jimmy and I came home I mopped my floors put put away my laundry took a nap at 5 p.m I did my one hour of yoga and I sat in the splits for a good 30 fucking minutes like I just sat in the splits and it felt super good I sorry

for swearing it felt super good I was watching a live stream on TikTok at the same time it was like it was like, I was focusing on the live stream, but also in pain. So it was kind of helping me get through the pain. Cause I, my right hip is still really messed up and I am trying to, um, get that hip flexor, hip flexor, right. But anyways, I watched the daddy issues, John and Braun live stream on Tik TOK. I think I've mentioned them in a lot of episodes. Like it's one of my new favorite podcasts, a daddy issues with John and Braun, check them out. um yeah I did that and after yoga I just like sat in the splits for a long time and then I made dinner and oh man this is boring okay um oh and then I I just spent a lot of time today on yeah

I spent a long time on TikTok I didn't watch much TV it was more of a TikTok day and then I keep I keep looking for a white couch I I looked for a white couch a lot today I was on on the internet trying to find the perfect white couch still can't find it still can't find it so um it's kind of what I did today uh oh it's funny so speaking of the daddy issues podcast and their live stream I was watching uh Bronson or Bron John and Bron Bron is doing the bronchialer bronchialer yeah the bronchialer like the bachelor on his podcast which is going to be him um like virtually dating girls until you like find someone he wants to date and then um like I guess the girl's gonna fly out and like meet him

and I uh I was thinking about how back in September when I was saying how I want to be the bachelorette of the podcast universe and basically do the same thing where I do a bunch of zoom dates and record them on my podcast so like that's crazy that he thought of the same thing and he's like a bachelor their family's a bachelor family I just feel like I don't know why I'm talking about them so much but um I don't know I thought that was funny I feel like I should do it I should virtually date him and then like try to win but I don't know some days I'm interesting some days I'm not I feel like this is just I don't know I'm really in my head about it and I'm sorry for calling attention to feeling boring but you know what

it's just one of those episodes one of them days um so yeah watch that live stream and then they're just a good they're just a uh a great they're a great podcast to listen to because they talk about a lot of current events and controversial shit with like cancel culture and the changes of in society and um what's happening with politics and everything so it's just like and it's from a dad and a son perspective who um they often disagree and it's interesting so i don't know kind of reminds me of like what my family talks about and you probably would like it too so go listen to them um yeah I think that was it I ate dinner and I just watched like a YouTube podcast I think I was

watching yeah I was watching your mom's house for a little bit just like parts of that their latest episode and then I don't know that was my Sunday oh and I showered after that I showered and washed my hair and got ready for the week with my hair I got hairless for the week I got lubricated for the week I don't know I I put so much moisture on my moisturizer on my body where I had to like I do a thing after I shower and put lotion on where I lay in my bathroom it takes me like 20 minutes to dry out like or to like make for the lotion to absorb because there's nothing more annoying than like lotion being slippery and then you're trying to put your pjs on and it's just like gross you have to let it soak in first so i just honestly chilled

on tiktok and let that absorb and i was like oh great now i got a podcast i'm ready for bed i got a podcast forgot to do it or purpose honestly i just like wanted to do at the end of the day but chocolate red alert it's your podcast mentor don't do it at the end of the day do it in the morning when you're um uh you're more interesting and exciting to listen to than when you're ready for bed so just red alert um never do this again do it in the morning all right see the thing is i do stuff during the day so then i can report on it at night so i end up doing it at night but i get how you know it's I'm I'm wine I'm I've I'm it's not hot water that was just on my body like I'm just I'm warm I'm sleepy whatever okay so there's one other thing to tell you guys sorry

I have all these speaking of TikTok I have all these TikToks queued up in my on my okay they're not queued up I want I wish they were queued up but I have all these TikToks saved of about things I want to talk about so I think tomorrow for Monday I'm going to put that together and like mention new cool ideas and shit to talk about that's like fun so tomorrow will be fun I'm gonna it'll be entertaining and educational and I'll have a lot of opinions and it'll be a good start to your week um so yeah plan on that for tomorrow for monday's episode i've got a lot of content to go through and just like i i don't know i love i love tiktok for for podcasting ideas because i'm unoriginal and i'm not that creative so i just
