Hey guys, what's up? It's Jacqueline. I'm going to do a podcast right now on my 2020 experience so far.
It's currently September 1st. I think this is a SoundCloud track you're going to have to listen to this on because I'm not a podcaster.
But I'm doing this because I just paused the Joe Rogan experience. It's a 5 hour and 19 minute episode with Duncan Trussell.
and I paused it after 10 minutes because I was like I just kind of want to do a podcast right
now I just got all inspired so uh here we go 2020 let's see uh January January 1st most beautiful
sunset of the year so far I think I'm going to post a picture of it actually so you guys can
see what I'm talking about I just remember it so well I was all inspired and then of course that's
when the wildfires were going on you guys kind of know what happened obviously Kobe died and that
was tragic and it's still so strange and I just like I'll randomly dream and think of him and
like get visuals of him and talking and playing basketball and it's really traumatic just like
the whole thought of how he died and everything and his daughter so I'm still screwed up from that
um so yeah that happened and let's see I'm gonna kind of rewind the last year so it's 2020
a year ago I started working at a coffee shop I had quit my job with a startup company here in
San Diego on the spot up and left it was an uncomfortable environment to work in as a woman
and I don't want to go into details but I just found out recently that like 90% of the people
I used to work with also aren't there anymore so feels really good to know that my decision
was a good one and what I saw everyone else also saw and that I wasn't you know some bat
bat shit crazy person for quitting and doing what I did but anyways a year ago I started working at
a coffee shop here in San Diego and I was a line cook I was in the back slaying eggs in the morning
making acai bowls and running food out to people and I had basically taken July and August off
because I quit my job in June to just kind of find myself and regroup because I basically
came to San Diego from Washington because it was my dream to live here. And I just loved
everything about Southern California, palm trees, sunshine, beaches, you know, the whole thing. And
And everything I knew or everything I knew about myself and my identity when I moved
here was wrapped up in this company.
And it was really hard to walk away from that and to just be Jacqueline without any of that
anymore.
And I remember the day I quit, I walked out into the world.
I actually went to the gym just to blow off some steam because I was really, I had so
much adrenaline from that, that I walked in the gym and I was like, I don't even know who I am
anymore. And it was very, very strange time. So anyways, for two months, I was kind of regrouping,
finding myself. I live close to the beach. So pretty much every day I was taking a beach walk
and I, um, would go on a hike to Torrey Pines, which is a really popular hiking place here.
And that was basically my summer last year. And then I started working, I'll speed you back up to,
I started working in a coffee shop. Like I said, that was awesome. I worked there for a few months
and then I worked after that. I found a job at a hotel. I was working at the front desk as a
receptionist. You guys didn't even know any, I didn't, honestly, for the last year, I've been
really just on my own trying to find myself. And I haven't, I haven't felt like talking about
my life because of it's been kind of chaotic and I've been in survival mode trying to piece
everything together and just make it because like I said I've had a little bit of a an identity
crisis and it's been a crazy journey trying to find myself again and yeah so I worked at a coffee
shop and moved on from that to a hotel as a receptionist which was a beautiful hotel I really
love that job and the people I worked with. Um, it wasn't really quite, I was always on the,
in the last year, I was always on the search for like, what's my, you know, perfect job again.
Like what I'm trying to land that ideal fit for, for me, my personality, what I'm looking for in a,
in a, in a, in a company and everything that aligns with me and my values. And, um, I still
haven't found it quite yet. Um, well recently I can say, I feel good about what I'm doing, but
up until that point, I was hopping around odd jobs and I was also hostessing in a restaurant
and it moved on from that. And then anyways, I'll speed you back up because I want to get to 2020
after the hotel. And after working at the coffee shop, I moved to a sales job, which was amazing.
I felt like I was back in high school. I was in, um, it was a real estate timeshare sales and
I loved my co-workers I had the best training it felt like high school because it was a bunch
of young people we were all new and we had a training class together and every day was very
social and my whole job was all about talking to people and making their dreams come true and I
felt finally like wow I'm doing something that's making a huge difference and I'm getting people
out in the world to go on vacation and of course coronavirus is starting to show up in the news
And I remember one day at work, it was one of my first days on the floor where I was actually going
to work with someone and have a client. And I remember seeing the newspaper and it was people
in San Diego, San Diego, getting off a cruise and they had masks on and everything. And it was very
dramatic. And there was those people in the, the white suits that were sanitizing everything. And
there's a big photo of that. And I remember just being like, Whoa, this is like, it's here. It's
on our turf because at that point coronavirus to me was oh that's happening over in China I had no
like worries really I mean I was like well that's really dramatic especially seeing the videos of
people falling flat on their face and anyways that was my like perspective at the time and then
you know fast forward um you know a few weeks later it was like you know you can't come to work
and then I was, um, then I was unemployed and then I lost my job because of it. And that was
a really dramatic phone call. I loved, oh my gosh, my boss is so sweet. She to this day is like the
best, most sweet boss I've ever had. And I love that job because in sales, it's like, it's like
playing a sport. I was really challenged by it. And she, I knew she saw in me what I knew about
myself. And I knew that if I, if I was in that job for a long time, I would have really risen
to my full potential and she was going to coach me through it and really get me to the top. And
it was really bittersweet to have her call me and let me go. But, um, you know, it's just,
that's 2020 for you never know what's going to happen. And of course that's in a weird way,
been a blessing because I've been on unemployment and that's obviously it's like crazy honestly the
extra six hundred dollars seeing that every week on top of what I was already getting um so I'm
I've been able to survive and be you know afloat financially compared to so many people I just can't
even imagine um how many people are financially struggling because they're not in that position
right now and they don't they don't have any financial help from family or friends or whatever
like they just are on their own and I'm really grateful for that and I've also like I did other
things like I was trying to help people buying groceries and that was I did that at the start
of it was like April I was doing that and then I got into then I will speed you up so that was
March lost my job April trying to kind of I was just doing quarantine like everyone else like
same shit different day waking up like going on a lot of walks finally seeing who all my neighbors
are I it totally felt like the 50s like looking around it was so weird to see people out just
hey you know hey neighbor everyone's waving at each other walking their dogs and it was so many
people outside doing that, that it felt really cool. Like just seeing the community out like
that. But it was so weird too, because of course no one wanted to get close to each other.
And I was definitely hyper paranoid at that time about just washing my hands and making sure
everything was clean. And if I went anywhere, I would immediately like take all my clothes off
when I came inside and shower. And I felt like really weird about everything I touched. I didn't
want to, you know, touch my face or get anything dirty. And so that was a weird time. That was
basically most of, I'd say March and April. Um, and I felt really gross. Like when I was doing
grocery delivery, I was, I felt like the grocery stores were just so nasty and like everything
just felt dirty. And I was so aware of it. Um, and you know, me throughout that whole time,
I'm guessing if you're listening to this, you came from Instagram or you've kind of followed
my stories for a while now and of course at that time I'm questioning everything and thinking it's
all a bunch of bs and not as dramatic as it was being um portrayed in the media obviously you know
where I stand about that um fun fact I've mentioned this before in like YouTube vlogs and stuff but
I actually went into broadcasting um in college my mom was a news reporter and
I just naturally felt like I had that in me and I liked I liked it but I started to see early on
um the corruption and I saw right through it because I think when you're younger and you're
like oh I want to be a news reporter and you know put on then put on the nice outfit and sit in front
of the the camera and read the teleprompter and it was like this this kind of fantasy I had um
I saw I started to see through it and I think that there's good and bad and everything I can't
just say it's all trash but I think what this year has taught me is that you cannot base your
opinions about the world and how you think of things from what you see in the media and what
they're telling you because it's all, it's just stories. All it is a storytelling and drama and
it's, yeah. So anyways, that's basically, I was saying that back in April, like when this is all
going on, I was definitely doing a lot of like digging and research, like what's really going
on behind all of this. And then I started looking into the, you know, the world health organization
the plan for 2030 and the immunization agenda and I started following
he was an immunologist I think is the term and I started following him and everything he was
saying and of course everything's a conspiracy theory and whatnot but I definitely got down
a rabbit hole that was making me even more paranoid and at the end of the day this is
what I'll say nobody knows anything we're all just trying to figure it out and it's been a crazy year
of getting information in a washing machine one day it's this one day it's that everything's a
contradiction so I've chosen to just not pay attention to it I don't I don't look at the news
ever really I just see a couple headlines kind of I have an idea of what's going on in the world
but I'm not glued to it at all. So yeah, so that was early spring, really. That was my
March and April, just, you know, getting my quarantine started. You guys should know this
too. I moved into my own apartment. Well, I had my own apartment before, but I moved down closer
to the city in San Diego and I moved in in March because, and that's right when this lockdown
happened and I was all excited because I live in a very like hopping social part of town and I was
so excited to like go out and start making new friends here and experience the city because I
basically lived in North County which is the beachier smaller town side of San Diego for the
last two years and I really wanted to get into a new environment that I don't know just like shook
things up and inspired me a little more and I like cities um I also this is like a random side
tangent, but I was thinking about, okay, if I can move anywhere right now, I am missing London so
much because the last place I lived in it, like city-wise temporarily, I was there for a very
short amount of time in college, but I was like, oh my gosh, I miss Europe so much. I would love
to go back to London. So that's definitely going to happen when things start straightening back
out. I'm totally going back to Europe. Um, well, London, especially cause I'm getting that kind
feeling here now that I live closer to a city and it's kind of making me want to go back and
I'm reminiscing a little bit and yeah so anyways um yeah I moved in here in March and it's been a
very lonely existence I will say that I obviously am living alone I'm a you know 26 year old woman
just like you know unemployed in quarantine it's you know a weird world out there and I will say
that I was really paranoid at first about like seeing people being around people and obviously
that's all changed now but um yeah it was it was a wild time I'll say that and then things took a
little turn now I'll get into it now it's 14 minutes here this is a quick podcast actually
I thought it was longer than that um now this is where it took a turn I sunk into I think what you
everyone has would classify as a depression um for pretty much all of May I
let's see I just for the first time in my life knew I finally knew what it was like to wake up
and just like want to sleep all day um have immediately just negative negative thoughts
spiraling from the second I woke up to the second I went to bed and that's why I just didn't want to
even do anything. I just literally slept, laid on the couch, barely went, I didn't even go outside.
This is the worst part. I can't even believe I'm admitting this. This is so bad. Guys, oh my gosh,
this is so bad to admit. So obviously I had a new apartment and I'm setting it all up, but I didn't
have a TV. I never had a, I haven't had a TV since, well, I had one for a year when I was living here,
but for the last year I didn't um anyway so I got a new tv and I feel like that was the downfall
and like that started my depression no it didn't start it just like kept me stuck kind of I'm
kind of ashamed to admit this but all the sleeping was happening and just like the no motivation to
do anything but for two weeks straight I laid on the couch and watched tv and I like went outside
one time I'm not even kidding when I say one time in two weeks that's how many times like I did not
see light um my apartment's very bright but I didn't go on walks I wasn't exercising I was
just literally depressed on the couch sleeping um I was also at that time really depressed like
looking through old pictures on my phone and videos and things and I was all you know sad
about it. I got into this really dark rabbit hole of overthinking everything, questioning my life,
um, hating my, like how I looked, my hair was all grown out. I went blonde, which was like my
big deal for 2020. Cause I was like, Oh, you know, I've always wanted to try out going full blonde.
And I finally did this year, but in quarantine, obviously I couldn't go get it fixed. So my hair
was looking half brown half blonde I oh by the way this is also very key in kind of my mental
health issues this year like putting on 20 pounds over the last year has been really hard for me
so that was also contributing to just low self-esteem um I've definitely turned things
around now um I haven't lost any weight by the way but like I'm just mentally so much more chilled
out about it now and I'm totally not even I don't even think about it anymore it's like oh
you know my gym's back open now I'm gonna get get back into it but I'm not freaking out
um but at the time that kind of weighed heavy on me um so yeah I was pretty much depressed
for a month there most of May some of June meaning that I had multiple days like and weeks of just
low sad dark thoughts um a lot a lot of sleeping and not going outside so yeah and you know I had
an opportunity at the beginning of this to move back home I remember my family set up getting me
a u-haul I was going to put my stuff in storage move out go back home and spend the year with
them, which is awesome. I'm so grateful. I have that kind of a backstop, but I chose to keep my
momentum going, stay in San Diego, try to make it work, find a job remotely, which is great. I'll
speed you up to now. That's currently what I'm doing, which is awesome. I finally landed something
within my degree of public relations, and I'm working remotely, which was my big dream and
goal this year I thought if I could do anything and work anywhere right now I want a job where
I can sit in my house work remotely I've got a great laptop I've good you know internet I can
work from home so I'm so so grateful for that and um the people that I'm working with are awesome
and so supportive and um I'm really really happy that that's all turning out to um be a good thing
for me and working everything so anyways um yeah but back into I'll stop talking about depression
because that's annoying and boring but that's what happened so to be honest um I'm I still have
like I think everyone has those like highs and lows those days they're just so excited about life
and then like days that are lower but it still happens to me but um I've been seeing a therapist
now I am now I've been so against it for not against it but just like didn't think it was
for me for so many years um but I'm finally on some medication for depression which like
honestly is changing my life and it hasn't been that long since I've been on it but like
I swear to god it's a bridge to get me the other side I don't want to rely on it but it is
completely 360ing my life. And I know I went on my Instagram stories the other day and I was so
happy and I was like, Hey, oh my gosh, guys, life is so good. It's never been better. And I swear
it's the meds, but like, honestly, a little bit of a antidepressant and nice coffee. And I am
myself. I am so me. I'm so happy. I'm like the best version of myself in 2020 I can be. So
that's what's up that's what's been going on um yeah but basically oh yeah in June I got my hair
redone and I felt like a new woman so that was awesome um I still wasn't working then I still
have I still didn't have a job um that just happened in July I think it was July yeah pretty
much for a month and a half now I've been doing that and yeah so let's see June got yeah I got
my hair done okay so so March I lost my job April I'm helping people with groceries doing that I'm
paranoid um definitely conspiracy theorizing this whole situation in April for sure a lot of late
nights a lot of late nights on the internet um then uh May depression just don't want to talk
about that. And June got my hair done, feeling like a new woman. Things are opening back up.
Oh yeah. The gym, this is where it gets good. Okay. My gym's back open. And I remember I was
like, oh my God, I'm back. This is Jacqueline at her best because the gym is my church. I go there
every day. If I don't have a gym to go to, I just, I tried, I tried really hard to be the type of
person that can just work out at home and be super motivated in her own, you know, in her own house
and go on a run walks. But I, I, I give myself like a C plus this year, as far as staying
consistent with that. I'm a walker now, like a heavy walker. I definitely get all my 10,000
steps in some days, 20,000. Um, that's pretty much my thing right now. And I've done a lot of
like body weight stuff and I made some weights in my house with random things, but it's been
really inconsistent all over the place. And I've done a lot of lounging around and being super
sedentary, which is keeping those extra pounds on right now. I don't want to make this all about
like, Oh, I'm trying to lose weight. But like, to be honest, if I'm just being no bullshit with you
guys, like that's my journey right now, I've got an extra 20 pounds I'm trying to lose and
it's going to happen very quickly now that my gym is, Oh yeah, the gym open. And then it got
shut down, but now it's back open again. So basically from here on out, I feel like I'm
get back to my normal place of like being super fit again and, um, just being energized all the
time because of exercise. Um, so I'm so excited about that. And yeah, so July. Yeah. Oh my gosh.
Okay. So then my birthday was in July, July 7th and my family came and visited my mom and my
sister. And we basically, let's see, my sister was here. Was she here for two weeks? It was a
long time but we just went to the beach every day my sister was in the water like on her boogie board
seriously for like five hours a day she's obsessed with it and um yeah we just hung out I hadn't seen
them since Thanksgiving so oh my gosh I'm even forgetting so basically so my mom and sister came
for my birthday and up until that point I had done like seven YouTube videos because I started my
YouTube channel back up that's also a thing that I stopped after my little depression moment um
actually, you know, I will say I was doing it while I was super depressed. So I'm proud of that.
I can definitely say I'm proud of the fact that there was one thing I was motivated to do. And
that was, I could just sit for hours and edit video. And for like a little bit of each day,
I would talk to the camera. So that was nice. Um, anyway, so basically they came to my, um,
apartment and stayed with me in July. And I stopped my YouTube a hundred percent when they
came here, I was like, Oh, we're going to vlog this. I'm going to show my family into the camera
and like do a YouTube about my birthday and go into the beach and everything. And I just wanted
to spend a hundred percent quality time with them. And I'm so grateful I did. I wasn't wrapped up in
trying to vlog the whole thing. So ever since then, now it's September and I haven't made a
video since, um, you're getting a podcast right now. So it's kind of my half-ass way to update
you guys on my life. Um, but I do plan, like, I think I'm going to consistently just pump out
videos throughout the year forever. I just love making them. And I like documenting my life over
time. I think it's really cool to look back on. I haven't made a ton of videos, but I think it's
really cool to see, um, just like your journey. And I definitely was like stoked on documenting
and making vlogs this spring, because I was like, I will love to look back at 2020 and look at these
videos and see what I was doing and see what I was up to, because this year is going down in
history. We all know that. And we're going to look back at this. I cannot wait to watch documentaries
in five years and see like what unfolds about all this. So anyways, I'm trying to document it and
trying to like put something out there just to remember it and so yeah I'm probably gonna start
my vlogs back up this month just maybe like a video or two but yeah so July they visited me
my family did and then um let's see I oh my mom was so helpful we got my like every like health
care thing figured out all my doctor's appointments I've needed to do forever like
totally figured out and made and that's why I'm now like, you know, I'm finally like consistently
seeing a therapist. I'm getting all my stuff checked out and it feels really good because
when you're depressed and you're out of it, you have no, like I had no motivation to take care
of myself and do anything. And it was so nice to have my mom come to the rescue. And like,
you guys are probably like, girl, you just need like friends and a social life. And yeah,
you're right like my brother he is he is seriously like the best at this he calls me out for everything
I know deep down is wrong like he goes we're my sister and him my sister Julia she's um she's a
year older than me and my brother Robert he's two years younger we were facetiming and I had kind of
told him about my situation like yeah Robert basically I'm you know like depressed and I like
gained a bunch of weight and shit and he's like Jacqueline you just need friends you just need to
go like hang out with people nothing is wrong with you you just need to like go and see people
and that is so true and I think that that's also part of my journey now moving forward like saying
yes to people and actually going out there because it's been really easy to isolate this year and I'm
naturally a very I'm so extroverted this is what's effed up it's like when I'm with people I am that
bitch like I am the girl who is I'm I'm loud and I'm not and I'm obnoxious in a way and I'm out
there and I'm social and I'm like that is my that is like naturally how I am but I'm also the
complete opposite where I'm like so chill with being by myself and obviously this year has been
fine for me in that way because I have no issues being alone and being um by myself but now I'm
craving that connection and those people like never before and uh yeah hit me up if you want
to hang out uh if you want to do something because yeah like your girl is ready to go out
and mingle with people now like it's fucking September looking back it's been six months
literally of barely any social interaction with like people my age and stuff and I miss it so
much so yeah that's where I'm at oh yeah no dating of course um that area in that department is so
dried up like literally um yeah that's been my 2020 so let me think if I can add anything else
of that so yeah July oh yeah my um family came visited then my gym got shut down then I got all
sad about that and then I was running a lot in the mornings to try to like do something to keep it
going and that fell off so then I'm just walking now and doing like body weight stuff at home but
um let's see I'm gonna cut this off in a couple minutes it's almost 30 minutes I did good on this
um August oh yeah then I got my job I'm working remotely for um and I'm doing PR which is awesome
um I'm really enjoying it so far and yeah it's been a crazy year um
I feel like I just let you guys know a lot of stuff about
my past and kind of how I got where I am today like my
startup life at the startup company quitting that and then over the last basically 2019 and 2020
has been a lot of piecing things together and trying to make it again and basically being on
my own in a city by myself like you guys my family is all in Washington everyone I know
lives in Washington state there's very few people out in San Diego that I that I know my circle is
very small and I feel like I used to be shy about talking about this but if 2020 has made me realize
anything it's to tell your story tell everyone everything don't hold back like just be vulnerable
talk about your shit and I'm not ashamed of anything because I know everyone struggles
and we're all dealing with something and mine just happens to be a little bit of depression
depression not having a lot of friends and which is probably why I have depression
and um trying to I guess plant my roots still like after now it's going on well two years now
plant my roots in a new city and live my dreams like we're all trying to do something awesome in
our lives and um yeah that's where I'm at um I can't really think of anything else to add
um I just am really stoked on the next few months looking forward to like fall and winter
um I'm planning on going home for a really long time over the holidays to see my family and
finish the year strong with them it's gonna be like a party all of December seriously I feel like
Christmas symbolizes so much to me this year it's like a big like final celebration holiday of 2020
and I know people are already talking shit about 2021 which is so annoying because I have so much
optimism and excitement and enthusiasm about an awesome 2021 and I think we need more of that
kind of energy right now it's easy to be negative but I'm just trying to bring the positive vibes
to 2021 and right now I'm pretty much putting my head down trying to get you know my routine back
now literally like what I mean by that is the fact that I can go to a gym now again is me getting my
life back together like that is how my brain works like oh I can wake up drive somewhere go to the
gym like do my thing there come home and go to work so I have a remote job and I'll love that
and um I feel like a normal person again and then going to stores again like shopping now like I
feel like I can do that um and obviously like going out and meeting people and doing things like
with people my age is gonna change my life because i've missed it so much
um so that's where i'm at it's been a while 2020
i don't even know how i'm gonna upload this honestly i'm using
okay you should know that i'm gonna end this podcast right now because it's 30 minutes i
want to take all of your time but i'm using an app on my phone to do this and i'm using my
plug in iPhone headphones, like the old school ones with a microphone to record this. So I don't
know how the sound quality is going to be, but I did this. I made it and put it out there. This
is a little like, this is a little documentary that I really wanted to make, you know, six months
into the year. Here we are. Actually it's been, wait, no, it's been six months into quarantine.
i mean um nine months oh my gosh it's september tomorrow yeah so thanks for listening um the
reason also shout out i have to shout out someone in my dms that they said i'd love to pick your
brain to talk to you about stuff i feel like you would you know we would have so much to talk about
and we were talking about podcasting and that's kind of why i did this too because i'm like
just do it just make one find out how you know or just like figure it out as you go
and here I am doing it so cool I'm proud of that um
yeah so I want to land this plane I'm going to take it home I don't really have any wise words
or things to say right now but um oh shit I bought Tesla stock today okay so today was a
stock split the Tesla stock split and uh I got in on that proud of that stoked about that it was a
big day for me um I don't know if you guys are annoyed by my Elon Musk uh like I guess I'm like
a fan and I talk about him and I post shit all the time but I'm stoked about this honestly I can't
I can't downplay it and for all the people out there this is what I do want to say I'm gonna
now I'm going on a tangent I don't give a shit it's my podcast here you know what this is like
my favorite thing to say I'm not for everyone take me or leave me I'm gonna talk in circles
I'm gonna go on tangents and tangents and if you like me you like me if you don't you don't that's
kind of how I am like the people that f with me and like me for the random stuff I put out there
thank you you get me let's be friends so here's what I'm gonna say about Elon and the neuro
Neuralink thing a lot of people are freaked out they're like he wants our brains you know he wants
to it's like this insane oh my gosh this is horrifying the Neuralink's gonna it's gonna
change humanity and you know and all I want to say to that is
this is the new reality technology advancing how it is is what it it's it's it's reality we can't
fight reality and a lot of the stuff that's gonna unfold over the next century is inevitable it's
already gonna happen it's already gonna we're already gonna have the chips in our brains and
robots walking around the streets and all that kind of stuff that's gonna happen that's inevitable
and at some point some it's gonna start it's that little matchstick is gonna flick and the fire is
going to start. And that's basically how the, how I'm thinking about Neuralink. Like this is
the, it's just the brain. It's just the start of, um, you know, shifting the human and evolving.
And I think it's the symbiotic process that's taking place, um, between, I've said this before,
flesh the human flesh and technology and i've even written i think my brain just sees it as like
if you think of the big bang when everything you know came to be this is kind of a new big bang
where technology and flesh are colliding together we have our iphones in our hands 24 7 at some
point I believe that's just going to be a part of the the flesh and the human being and people are
going to be born and boom there's something in their brain it's chipped in and this is just a
start so that back to Elon and what he's doing and Neuralink I'm all for it because at the end
of the day it's going to change so many lives there are so many diseases of the brain and
and very very complicated neurological problems people have that will be solved because of this
and at the end of the day that is what I'm so supportive of and behind and all the other
conspiracies you want to get into about people like having this and it's gonna just be this
crazy like brain takeover and whatever like that's just that's negative thinking and I don't
want to be negative I want to think about positivity and the good things that are going
to happen because of it I mean look at the Tesla car and look at the positive stuff there that's
going on and um all that stuff so I'm all for it again I think we need to just swallow the hard pill
that everything tech like technology is going to advance whether we like whether we like it or not
and look back 100 years I mean there's horse-drawn carriages back in the day look at look what we got
now you know that's how I think of things like obviously things are going to evolve and it's
going to scare us but this is going to be a really really exciting thing to watch and um
I can't wait to watch videos of people that, um, you know, couldn't, they, they had to have a
caretaker with them 24 seven. And now they're able to do things completely on their own because of
the chip in their brain, the neural link. So stoked on that. I think I said that. Why did I
say that? Oh yeah. I bought Tesla stock. Um, which is kind of a big day for me. I was like,
oh my god uh it's the little things like that make me happy a little Christmas in August moment
for me so yeah um I'd love to talk more about my I guess opinions about stuff going on in the world
um but I'm gonna cut it off end on that and I hope you have a good day night whenever you're
listen to this uh thanks for taking the time and I will I don't know if I'm gonna I honestly don't
know if I'm gonna make another podcast I'm just putting this out there now so talk to you later
on Instagram stories or whatever um have a great day and I will talk to you later guys okay bye
