What's up, guys? Happy Thursday. It's episode 258. Welcome back to the show.
wow do i have an exciting day to report on for you um
I'm so excited about this episode. I feel like I had one of those days where
I did something different. I did something interesting. I did something for the first time
and I don't know. I feel like there's a lot to tell. I have a lot to tell you. So
I'm so excited. I don't know why I'm this excited to tell you guys what, like when you hear what I
did and when I tell the story, it's a, it's actually a joke. It's actually like stupid and
it's not that exciting it's not that interesting to be honest when you really break it down but
I just feel different like I'm looking back at the day I'm like whoa I really did that
so anyways hi it's Jacqueline welcome back to the show hit that subscribe button I'm here
seven days a week this is my audio diary this is an audio vlog I might insert this why not
I recognized with YouTube vloggers, daily vloggers, that there's something there.
People like following people every day and keeping up their life and their, you know,
behind the scenes, like routines and stuff and whatever.
So I basically said, okay, I don't want to make YouTube vlogs.
I'm going to do the same thing, but audio only.
And here we are.
So yeah, this is my audio vlog, audio diary.
And if you want to hang out with me every day, hit that subscribe button.
I will be here for you if you need a friend. Um, anyways, let's get into my day. Let me just cut
to the chase and tell you what I did. Um, the overarching, or should I wait to tell you the
big thing that I did? Should I start light and build up? Okay. So I'm going to tease it. Yeah.
I'm not going to tell you what the big thing is until I get to that part of the day. So
let me take a sip of water it's
I'm drinking out of my favorite favorite pickle jar
I should set the scene first before I tell you about my day I'm wearing okay I'm wearing the
same sweat outfit I wore like every day when I was home in December and it's from pretty little
thing. Pretty little thing is one of my favorite websites to find sweats. And I'm wearing gray
sweatpants and a pink hoodie. And then my cheetah fuzzy slippers. I'm looking like a
looking like a real hoe tonight. Okay. That's just that's the fit. Jimmy's passed out next to me.
We just walked. Yeah, I went out in my neighborhood looking like this. It's one of those
things where dog walking outfits there should be an Instagram for I feel like I can make this
there should be an Instagram of just dog walker fashion or dog walking fashion um where people
are in their pjs and weird outfits when their dog needs to go out and they're that's what it
always it's always that it's always like oh he needs to go out when I'm in the most
disgusting looking outfit like I don't know or I'm anyways so yeah I've gotten so comfortable
walking out in scrubs and like slippers and just like no just looking weird anyways so yeah I'm
looking out the window it's dark out um nothing to report on people watching wise have I made any
new friends in the neighborhood oh my gosh yes okay there's a old lady I think I've talked about
her before from like a while ago she has it's like a husky looking dog but it's brown it's
really cool looking like a wolf um anyways she has a dog like that and she's bleach blonde
she's kind of like bigger not like that not like that matters or anything but she's like a bigger
lady and she always wears like pjs like bright pink pajama pants and like like a football hoodie
from like some like a random football team like I think she's got the like a chargers hoodie on
and I feel like her lipstick is always really bright and her hair short and like spunky looking
and anyways she's so smiley and I always see her at a distance and she's not the type of dog
dog walker that wants to come up in small talk with you so which I appreciate like whenever we
cross paths she or like whenever I'm on the block with her she'll like go on the other side of the
street to avoid crossing me or crossing by me and I'm not offended I'm like look I get it I'm like
that too like you don't oh I don't I I like sometimes I'm in the mood to chit chat but a lot
of the times I just want to walk past you and our dogs can sniff each other for two seconds and then
yeah anyways so yeah that's the latest purse that's like the neighbor that I'm I'm I'm I don't
know I like right now a lot because she's just so I love watching her walk by my window she's so like
cool looking like I feel like she's one of the coolest ladies in this neighborhood she is
her vibe like she's so just like I don't know it's like like swaggy and like her it's because
of her hot pink outfits um anyways so why am I saying this oh I'm setting the scene
oh okay let's get let's get into my day because I got all excited to tell you at first
and then now I'm flopping and I'm just telling you about random shit so I woke up in such a good
mood and I don't know I'm like super giddy lately and happy and um yeah I woke up in a really good
mood and I made my coffee I walked Jimmy and I went I found a new street that smelled good
I don't know how to explain it um normally on our walk in the morning
I take a right at a crackhead trailer parked on the side of the road that's next to a pathway
that's kind of like a little hiking spot normally I take a right there and by the way that trailer
I saw the people that live in it the other day and they were it's so sad like
it breaks my heart there it's an older couple a couple old like white people that look look
really haggard and rough and and like rough in the face like really wrinkled and really just
like they've had they've had a hard life you can just tell and anyways they saw them the other day
and they're putting a tarp on top of the trailer and screw the guy was screaming at the wife or
the girlfriend or whoever and she was like cussing him out and they're going at it like no get no
fucks like I don't care that there are houses around and people can hear this we're just gonna
let it fly and pretend like no one like they weren't even holding back you know and I just
was like damn this is rough so every time I walk by the trailer now I'm I think about now I know
who lives in it and lives in there and I'm like damn it seems like they got a hard life and this
trailer this trailer is Eddie it's worse than Cousin Eddie in Christmas Christmas Vacation
like that was kind of a nice trailer was that a what was Eddie's trailer in that movie uh
Airstream Cousin Eddie shit it was full trailer um god I want to watch that now
Oh, no, it's on that level. Yeah, go look up Google Image. Go Google Image Cousin Eddie's
trailer. Yeah, that's got a lot of rust on it. There are trailers on that level. So anyways,
point of me telling you this is because I went further. I went past the trailer today. I walked
Jimmy passed it and this new road or this new path it smelled like it was super piney
I'm such a this is dumb I felt it like took me back to like camping in Washington if that makes
sense and it was early in the morning it was kind of misty it smelled like all that was missing was
a campfire somewhere in the background. That fire smell and the piney smell. Because here's the
thing. I'm from Washington and we have a lot of Douglas firs, hemlocks, cedar trees, evergreens.
Evergreen trees are everywhere. And I feel like that's why in the morning when you walk around,
it smells so good there because those trees are super perfumey like that and like mixed with the
the rain and so yeah I found this new little strip of road I'm like this is where we're
gonna start going we're gonna walk past that trailer we're gonna say hi to the crackhead
couple honestly I'd love to talk to them I don't know why I just feel like or just small like I'd
like to look them in the eyes or if you go by I don't know like I see them all the time so I'm
like I go by that trailer every day I might as well I don't know just do a little chin nod or
whatever hey anyways um but yeah that started my day off in a nice way citrus is in season
I saw a bunch of oranges usually I see lemon trees um it's rare that I find a orange tree
but I was thinking about it I was thinking about picking it off the tree I mean I'm like they're
probably not awake at this house they're probably not going to see this because I've never seen I've
never picked that's weird to think about they're not weird it's just like okay I didn't grow up
with orange trees but I don't know what it's like to pick an orange off a tree and eat it right away
you know like I want to experience that I want a fresh orange at six in the morning and that'd be
lit I need to go on a secret mission next time or like wake up earlier and go pick some because
they're hanging over the fence over the sidewalk and it's kind of high up or they're hanging kind
of high up I'd have to use a stick or something to swat it like a pinata but anyways I had a great
walk I had a great walk um I've turned into such a walker like I know I've said this before hold
on I'm drinking water my life before 2020 was so go go go go go at the gym like
like every morning I would exert my body to the max like I was a navy seal or whatever like I was
doing a bunch of HIIT and a bunch of sprints and a bunch of running and a bunch of like,
I don't know, CrossFit style workouts and intense stuff. Like I'd flip tires and I'd push sleds and
I, and I used to like, that used to be my thing. And now I'm just like, I'm taking walks and,
oh, I needed to, this is why I think I had such a good walk. I'm taking walks in silence. Like
I've been doing this now here and there but there's something about deep breathing and walking
without anything in your ears like you're just enjoying it like I'm hearing the birds I'm you
know smelling the fresh air I'm just in the moment and it's so different than how I used to be
um I miss it though like I definitely want to get my membership at the gym back to have that as an
option but I kind of felt I feel like at that time when I was doing it it was like my day would
suck if I didn't go that hard in the morning where now I'm like my day is amazing and I'm not
I'm like not trying that hard I still do yoga which is kind of intense I still do that in the
evening my power yoga where I hot box my room full of um my yoga room full of what's it called
uh I have a humidifier all I need is a heater to make it a hot yoga studio but
that's tough like that's hard for that's not the easiest workout so that's where I'm really
exerting myself um anyways I gotta get to the fun part of the day the exciting part
I think I wrapped up yeah I walked um and then
you guys know about the dumpster rug right did i tell that story on sunday i found a rug in a
dumpster and she's here she's in the house she is clean but she is cleaned she is so nice um
i came home from the walk and drove to home depot okay i drove to home depot immediately
and I bought a rug doctor I got a rug doctor well I rented it like I don't need to buy I don't need
a rug cleaner I was looking on Amazon for something that's small and like I could store away when I
don't use it all the time and I was like this is a waste of money like I'm gonna clean this rug
like once or twice a year just rent a rug doctor so I went to Home Depot this is the big thing this
made me feel like I I I did something today I I went to my local local Home Depot I stood in line
at the customer service and I rented a rug doctor and I want to tell you about my experience at
Home Depot so for a Thursday it was really busy like people are really out there now I don't know
there's a lot of home improvement happening in the city I don't know anyways it was tough to
find a parking spot like that's how busy it was if if that makes sense um I pull up I pull up um
oh yesterday I don't think I included this I didn't really talk about my day yesterday
yesterday I took the rugs out and laid them flat and swept the hell out of them on the
like outside to get the, any like dirt and nasty stuff off the top. And I rolled them back up and
put them in my car. And then today I was like, okay, I'm going to clean them officially with
a rug doctor. So that's been done. So that was done. But anyways, why is that important to tell
you? I don't know. Sweeping my rug. I felt like I was an old lady and oh my gosh, my, the best
picture I've ever taken is of an old lady in Lourdes, France, outside of her restaurant,
sweeping the sidewalk. And I felt like her. I felt so European. I was like, I'm sweeping my rug
outside of my house, on the street. I don't know. It was a vibe. It was a good time.
I played music and I did it. It was like a workout. That takes a lot of core power and
core strength to, uh, and then I had to like switch. So I didn't have a, my, so I didn't
throw my back out. But, um, anyways, today I went to Home Depot. I stood in line. Let me get
to the experience at Home Depot. I did not wear a mask. Okay. I didn't wear a mask. I didn't wear
a mask am I vaccinated I'm not I'm not okay I decided today I decided I'm like I'm a free I'm
a free woman the pandemic the pandemic is over I'm over this shit I'm not gonna wear a mask
okay and I talked about um I think a month ago I was like I want to start because I've been I've
been going along to I've been just doing it I've been wearing it I've I've never gone in a public
place and taking it off or not you know like I did today and about a month ago I said I want to
start doing that and reporting what kind of feedback I get from no mask and because I'm in
California if you're a new listener uh San Diego so I thought it'd be fun to not wear a mask and
then see what people say to me or if I get any clap back or any like um if I get any karens coming
at me you know I could tell stories for you I could tell you about it or if I had a good
experience with no mask and people like were fine with it so anyways I walked in confident
shoulders back head high chin up air pods in I did a hot girl walk to start I didn't
immediately order the rug doctor because look dude Home Depot let me take a sip of water
there's a lot of um
i don't want to make men sound like an object in my eyes but there is so much
eye candy to be seen and observed at fucking home depot and i took advantage
of the fact it was busy you know i haven't been to home depot in a while i want to power walk
the store. I want to do my Hawkgirl walk. I'm like, look, look at my face, bitch. I don't have
a mask on. You can see me now. I've never felt so sexy in public. Like I've never felt, I had my,
I fucking played music. Okay. And that's embarrassing. I played music. I was on the
fucking runway. Like, look at me. And I was wearing, oh my God, I'm wearing a trash bag.
Like I'm wearing my double XL hoodie or whatever and yoga pants and slides. And I'm just like,
you know but I and messy bun no makeup I just felt I've never felt myself so hard or it felt
so hot in public because I didn't have a mask on and people were like people look at you when you
don't people look at you I got a lot of turn a lot of people turn their heads like holy shit this
this I was I saw there was only one lady I saw without a mask and she was in line behind me
and that was it but everyone else had one on so yeah like walked down the paint aisle I walked
down the lumber section I was looking at appliances checking out the new refrigerators
it's fun like I love Home Depot I like seeing what the new technology is and like what the
trends are with kitchen appliances and whatnot so oh and I always check out the light bulbs
there's always something cool in the light bulb section um so oh and the plants I yeah I decided
I really I was like I gotta stay on I gotta come here for the rug doctor and nothing else and
I had to hold myself back from buying plants but um yeah it was a good time I did a little I don't
know, like 10, 15 minute hot girl walk brows. And then, um, yeah, I ordered, I ordered the rug
doctor and how is this an exciting day? Like literally like what was my tease in the beginning?
Like, have I got a story to tell to you? Um, yeah, I ordered it for like a few hours. I think
I ordered it for four hours and I got a bottle of cleaner some rug cleaner because you can't just
use any random cleaner or else I mean you could like I was I think I was tempted to add like
baking soda in the mixture I was like this will freshen up the rug even more um but the lady was
really nice I didn't get any comments about no mask I didn't get anything she was she was like
my age um literally nothing there was no like oh like what are you doing why don't you have a mask
on um and if anyone asked me I'd be like my response would be like um like I thought this
shit was over like it's over what are you talking it's over I'm what uh oh I thought I didn't need
to wear one but I wasn't gonna lie about not being vaccinated I'm just like I don't wear them
I don't know sometimes it's so not that serious and not that insane to not wear one when you
realize it like once you experience it you're like what the fuck am I doing putting it on
and it felt good to not like hide my face like it felt good to be like this is me I am a citizen
of this country and I am fully on display like I'm not anonymous I'm not just eyeballs and a
forehead like here's my chin here are my cheekbones this is my jawline oh my god I didn't know I had
a jawline oh my god I forgot I had one like this mask has made me realize that I it's like hidden
my fucking jawline I'm like I have fucking face dysmorphia now because of the goddamn mask and
I'm just, you know what?
It's time.
Take it off.
Throw it out.
Jacqueline, that's really ignorant of you.
And you are killing people and you are putting them in the hospital and they are dying of
COVID because you didn't wear a mask at Home Depot.
You might want to think about what your behavior, what your behavior, Christ.
so fucking order the rug doctor I dragged it out like a suitcase it was kind of I don't get
embarrassed by shit anymore but I think my former self would have been embarrassed as fuck to drag
that out in public and like it just looks stupid um but I had a two-second thought like this is
kind of embarrassing and then I was like yeah whatever this is I don't give a fuck I I snap
out of that stupid insecure shit now where before I'd let it get to me and I'd be in my head and I'd
like, oh my god, people are looking at me, they're like, why is she dragging that weird robot, it
looks like a R2-D2 thing, like a red R2-D2 robot, um, okay, I got the rug doctor, and I did a little,
god, I had to do so many U-turns,
I'm, uh, I love driving, I'm like, I like being in the car, you know what I mean, but I haven't
have been doing it very much since obviously everything shut down last year like I don't
drive as often as I used to and I'm starting to get peeved about the roads and just like
the chaos of the roads around me and I'm like this I feel like there's a better way there's a
better way I don't know what it is but like the u-turns I had to make and just the fuckery of
trying to get out of that parking lot and there was like a bank in the same parking lot and
another store like an Arby's or something and people are going through the drive-thru cutting
me like in the way of me trying to get out of the parking lot and I'm like god damn you know
it's just like there's it's uh if you try not to pay attention to it and let it get under my skin
but I'm like look I got four hours with with this rug doctor and I also need to go do a pit stop at
grocery outlet before I should have done that first. Like I should have gone there and then
gone to Home Depot to preserve the amount of time I had with the cleaner thing. So
anyways, I showed up to grocery outlet and I needed a candle because my, I love their candles
there. They always have them or they don't, they always, well, lately they've been stocked with
them. And they only sell them there. I forget what they're, let me look at the brand. I have
one on my table. Um, Los Angeles candle design studio. They're high quality and they're literally
$8.99. And sometimes candles like that smell this good and that are this nice, like it's a grocery
outlet. It's on a major discount, but they can be like 30 bucks. And I'm like, it's just, I,
I hate buying candles for that reason. I'm like, I just, I'm burning money. So I found a candle
company I like and they sell them at grocery outlets so I went there and of course
I didn't just buy the candle I didn't just buy the candle okay I was browsing I was looking at
everything what did I buy let me see what's in my bag I got socks from there that say babe on them
I don't know if they have like a heart and they say babe on them I got makeup remover wipes I got
a new toothbrush um don't shame me for my oral b what is this toothbrush I don't have an electric
toothbrush I've gone I've gone in and out of using them and I don't feel like it's that big of a
difference to have an electric like it is like I had a sonicare I had the quip is that what it's
called the quip toothbrush and like those are nice and everything but I use Oral-B 3D white
what's this medium firmness toothbrush I always get a pink one um I rotate my toothbrush like
every month I'm OCD about that like the bristle like I just this thought of like use I don't know
I get grossed out by my own mouth sometimes like or just like my toothbrush so oh my god I got a
bunch of drinks I got this new sparkling wine that's out it doesn't have alcohol in it I don't
know I thought it like I'm like oh rosé like in a can this looks cool and it's called f it's called
free f-r-e and the marketing or the packaging is so stupid it's like free to be yourself
like drink you can drink alcohol without the alcohol in it like if you have a problem with
alcohol like here you go here's an here's an alternative option if you're sober here you go
um but I'm thinking I was like you know what this will be nice because I don't love how I feel the
next day after a glass of wine I notice it usually every time unless it's a really good
organic wine with like no what was what is it sulfates like I just I wake up a little bit
like I feel a little bit like a wilted flower sometimes I have a headache and so I was like
this is great I have a little it tastes like wine I haven't tried it yet but apparently it
tastes just like a sparkling like wine in a can I'm gonna put it in a wine glass of course I'm not
I don't know I love my new wine glasses so much I'm drinking like my coffee my iced coffee out
of them now. And anyways, so I got some drinks. I got like iced tea. I got new LaCroix's. I got
Jimmy new peanut butter. I got some magic erasers. I got new ketchup. It's like keto or some bullshit
like, Oh no sugar. Um, that's why I love grocery outlet is because the, it's always different and
it's like a scavenger hunt like you never know what they're gonna have and then I don't know I
grew up going to it and you find like such cool stuff there so yeah I went there real quick no
one gave me shit about my mask my the cashier there I is the coolest lady ever um I bought a
bottle of wine a couple months back and my ID for whatever reason was in a different wallet and
she was so cool oh fuck that's gonna get her fired she's like just raise your eyebrows if I
see wrinkles you're fine and I did it and she's like oh okay you're you're over 21 and I appreciated
that she's like you're fine I got you and today she was um my cashier again and she's so
cool and like I just like her vibe I don't know she's just like normal and fun and just like
conversational like the best way and like I could I know like I could have a good time with this
like she's definitely in her late 40s maybe early 50s but she's my kind of my kind of woman um
shout out grocery cashiers you're the you're the you're the real you're the real ogs of the
pandemic i mean they've been to war bitch they've been to war especially last march
I mean they were it was I feel like the the vibe I had at first in grocery stores or like for the
the vibe I had at okay well what am I saying the impression or the feeling I had in a grocery
store was like this is a hot box of germs and everything is gross and everyone is breathing
everyone's air and I would walk around and like hold my breath and avoid people and like it felt
so dirty in there and I can't imagine being a cashier and like just being on the front lines
like that so anyways that's back when it felt so much more intense and like deadly and shit so
okay anyways I drove home and I listened to Bon Jovi and I felt great um
yeah I was like I was in I'm getting back into my classic rock I don't know
so yeah I listened to Bon Jovi um living on a prayer I think was blasting so I played it or
it was on the radio so I played it really loud um okay yeah let me tell you about the rug doctor
I should have I don't know I could have started with the story but I didn't realize I didn't know
what I didn't know I didn't know that the rug doctor takes a long time like it takes a long
time to get your carpet cleaned it's not like a pass it passed by one time back like vacuuming
it's not that you have to walk backwards backwards you have to hold the little button down and you
have to go really slow and you have to like repeat like I had to go over the same spots like five
times so I didn't know that it was going to be it was going to take that long and I didn't know
how satisfying dumping the water bucket out in the toilet was like this the dirt coming out of
this rug was like it never stopped coming like I said I went over like the same spot five times
and every time I did it it was the same amount of dirtiness the same amount of muddy water
um coming out and I'm like this is so satisfying I I was and then I got okay and also something
weird about the rug doctor and me today is that I didn't play music I didn't play a podcast
it was loud as shit I was walking backwards in silence the entire time literally took me four
hours I used all the hours like three and a half and then I drove back but yeah I was like I was
like in the zone with that thing. And the process is like, okay, you got to dump the solution into
the bottom of it, into the bottom barrel thing, and then the cleaning solution. And then you pour
hot water in there. So I've got like all day long, I had my kettle boiling over and over and over and
over and over again. And then I have a hot water on my sink going. And then I was like taking up
my pitcher it took like six pitchers to fill it up every time and I think I probably refilled it
like 25 times because it would it would empty pretty quick like it wouldn't it's not like
filling it one time would cover the whole rug and look I only have it's like one area rug it's not
like I'm using this on the entire house and so it's I can't imagine using like to do an entire
living room or like house with that thing would I would that be it would be so shitty so anyways
it was like a workout though that thing's heavy and I was just like I don't know every time I
refilled it I chugged my water my sparkling water and oh my god Jimmy was terrified it was his worst
nightmare like the noise was so loud and he was hiding and then he would like try to escape out
the corner of the room like he was crawling up the corner of the wall trying to get out and he
like couldn't move anywhere and I felt so bad for him but um dogs hate loud noises and this is
probably the worst noise he's heard in the apartment so far but that's life that's the
life of growing up and being a puppy you find at some point you figure it out and
you gotta go you gotta go through the pain to experience the joy you gotta go through
the pain to experience the joy ain't that the truth about life let's cheers to that
so trying to think if I have any other details about the rug cleaning so satisfying so time
consuming the rug looks beautiful it's wet as shit I'm worried that it's gonna mess up the
hardwood under it because it's an area rug on a hardwood floor so I keep checking and I keep
looking to see if it's like if the color is changing or if the hardwood seal is looking like
filmy and like white because I feel like that's gonna happen if it penetrates it so
I've got fans going I've got like shut the windows for this podcast but I've been I opened all the
windows and then I I have these um chairs these like small chairs I like turned upside down and
then I like draped the rug over it so that there's a draft or like airflow underneath and so I'm
hoping that it dries really good because I don't know I feel like it's gonna take forever I should
I should have ordered, I should have rented one of those huge fans, like those blue, blue fans
for, um, drying rugs, but I didn't. Um, so yeah, I was exhausted. I drove back to Home Depot,
returned it. It was a real short and sweet trip. Came back home and passed out. I was like,
oh my God, I need to nap. Um, yeah, I like slept for a little bit and then,
oh I got some Amazon packages delivered okay I'm shrinking like I ordered a top and a skirt like I
ordered something and I was like wait like why is this falling off of my body like what's happening
like I don't know what it is like I'm not doing anything different like I've been doing the same
workouts I've been doing the same everything for quite a while now and I don't know it's like
maybe my body just knows the pandemic is over and it's like okay let's shed 2020 let's get her off
of you let's slim you down and it's kind of nice I was like whoa this fits different than what I
expected and I think I need a smaller size I mean I feel like that's relatable I feel like a lot of
people out there are like what is it the average millennial gained 40 pounds in 2020 that's what
happened for millennials I didn't gain that much I gained 20 but like that's still for me like a
traumatizing fucking experience like to not fit in your fucking clothes anymore to wear sweatpants
all the time and like even my sweatpants right now are just like huge like I'm I'm so confused
I'm like what's it's kind of like it's like happening and it's like out of thin air I'm just
I'm like becoming smaller and I'm not doing anything different like I've been pounding pasta
like what's happening I've been pounding pasta like that's my new I'm on a kick and yeah not
to talk about like bodies and like weight loss and like fucking I don't know we've all been like
I feel like there's been a lot of conversations though about gaining weight during the pandemic
and like eating like shit and um I definitely was in that group of people
I'm not I shouldn't be laughing like it's it sucks it just sucks like my only issue is like
oh fuck like my cute clothes are tight and I'm like fuck so um whatever good time for it's like
right in time for summer hot girl summer all these there's all these tiktoks about girls like
like getting ready for hot girl summer like like showing their routines of like
morning green juice and morning run and morning and like eating healthy. And I'm like, I don't
know. Why does, I don't know. Why are we like this? Why is that? Why does it have to be
like that? Um, I like everything to be effortless. Like I don't, I don't, um, I don't, I just
like to be now super consistent with whatever I'm doing, like health and fitness wise. And
i don't try to like put pressure to like like change super quickly like i feel like a lot of
people right now are like i gotta lose 15 pounds before summer oh my god and they're freaking out
it's like i just i don't ever want to be in that mind mind space again or headspace again i used
to be like that like pre-vacation jocelyn was so fucking psycho with like egg whites and spinach
in the morning and protein shakes and like two hours of cardio and like just like so draining
to live that lifestyle like short term just to lose weight like what the fuck it's stupid so
um uh anyways what else did I do today
I I tried on those clothes and then I got excited then I tried on my jeans my old jeans that don't
fit and I was like oh these are looser they don't fit perfect yet but they're you know what I mean
like i put on those amazon clothes i ordered i'm like oh these are big and then okay so what are
my other clothes like that i haven't worn in a while and then those are starting to feel looser
so i'm like fuck yeah fuck yeah um did you gain weight in the pandemic shoot me a dm
i just i was so sedentary it's insane i was so sedentary
it's probably because i've been walking my dog so much like i walk jimmy so like we walk
if I check my Apple watch it's always like at least 10,000 steps like sometimes 20,000
so I've been moving more that's probably why I'm getting smaller but anyways um
oh I got so those magic erasers are I'm hoping they work on my walls I have little
scuffs here and there on my white white walls and why am I telling you this
I'm, like, looking behind me. I'm, like, looking for shit to talk about. I'm, like, well, I got these magic erasers. I'm hoping that they magically erase the scuffs. Because it's starting to look, like, when you live in an apartment for a while, it starts to get worn in and starts to show, like, that you're really living in it, you know?
so I'm trying to freshen it up and clean the little like spots off but anyways I think that's
the podcast I think that's it um let's end it here thanks for hanging out I hope you had a great
uh Thursday I hope your week's going well I hope you're happy I hope you're fulfilled
and whatever you're doing um yeah that's it I feel like am I missing anything about that rug
doctor or cleaning it I don't know I dude cleaning like the dirt out of a rug and looking at the dirt
go away it's so satisfying I never this is a thing I finally had to stop myself because
I ran out of cleaning solution and I was like okay I'm gonna just use water now and try to get
the remaining dirt out with just water and it was so I was like my goal this is why that this is why
it was so satisfying my goal was to clean it until the water in the bucket was clear like it was
completely clean and I finally had to just cut myself off and stop myself and obviously I was
on a time crunch like I had to return it but I think I think it's infinite I feel like the dirt
is infinite in a rug like you can't get every I mean maybe that's I'm sure it would be possible
if I spent another like two hours on it but I don't know I'm hoping that when it dries like
my vacuum will get whatever dirt is left anyways hey Jacqueline what's your podcast about um
I talk about fucking cleaning rugs and dumping dirt out in my toilet and how fun that is
welcome to your 20s welcome to maturity welcome to aging um it's really fun here honestly if
you I enjoy this I enjoy the most like born like I don't need a lot I don't need a lot of
and I like to I love tasks I love physical tasks I get it from my mom like I love working outside
in the yard with her like mowing the lawn clipping trees gardening stuff in that like cleaning the
house scrubbing things down like I love using my like I like moving my body in a productive
way like I'm like I'm a because there's a beginning and an end there's a before and after
and it's so satisfying and so that's why I love I feel like I really enjoyed the rug cleaning today
that's why I feel good I'm like I'm this is such an exciting day that was my first time with a rug
doctor and I think I'm gonna re like it's I'm tempted I know I was gonna end the episode what
am I doing I'm tempted to rent it again to finish it a hundred percent where that water gets it's
completely clean like that's how like I've like a compulsive desire to do that like what why
like I need before I like put my furniture back in order and everything like I need to see that
water completely clear because I'm always gonna know what it never I never like it's not 100%
clean and that I know that sounds a little bit insane and OCD but it's like you gotta you gotta
you know what what is it what's the fucking quote what you do in private is what you do in public
or like um what you how practice like you perform no how you do one thing no how you do one thing
is how you do everything and I don't half-ass shit I don't well I strive to not half-ass shit
but like I feel like I now I I feel like I half-ass the rug and um anyways let me end the
episode for real this time uh go ahead and hit that subscribe button I'm here seven days a week
and yeah that's it I hope you had a great day and I will talk to you tomorrow okay bye
