Starting point is 00:00:00 What's up, guys? It's episode 288. Welcome back to the show. what's up guys let's do a q a i think this is 36 Q&A number 36 which means I've been podcasting 36 weekends weekends I do this on the weekend 36 weeks in a row cheers to that uh you can do anything you set your mind to there's your Monday Monday motivation before Monday yeah that was like gross the way I said that um yeah if you're new hit that subscribe button I'm here seven days a week. This is my audio diary. This is an audio vlog. Basically, I haven't said this in a while, but I recognized that people like, including myself, people like watching
Starting point is 00:01:17 vloggers on YouTube, like daily vloggers, where they just talk about their life and show their little houses around and their errands they're running. And people are drawn to that. People like that. So I basically said, well, I don't want to edit YouTube videos. So I'm going to do an audio vlog instead. And so I'm basically on here every single day, talking about my life, talking about things going on in the world, whatever I want. It's like, whatever comes to mind. I don't use a script. I don't have a theme. I don't come with a topic. Usually it's a stream of consciousness. And, but, but on Saturdays I do a Q and a, so here we go. I'm going to be disciplined. I've got my pencil ready. I got my paper ready and we're going to do tally marks.
Starting point is 00:02:02 We're going to do tally marks. We're going to do, I'm going to keep track here. We're going to do 10 questions from the random question generator. I know I didn't take Instagram questions, uh, today. Usually I ask Instagram for questions, but I didn't. Um, so anyways, I'm using the random question, question generator from Google. I'm doing 10 questions and then questions and then I'm getting out. So, um, cause sometimes when I do Q and A's, I can, I'll literally talk for two hours. All right. Let's do for the first question. What do you think would be human? No. Next question had to do with aliens. Like what would our reaction be to aliens? Like, no, um, just, I don't want to start with that one. Oh, here we, this is fun. If you were an action figure,
Starting point is 00:02:52 what accessories would you would you be sold with okay okay let's have fun hold on I gotta put my first tally mark down one okay um if I was an action figure what kind of accessories would I be sold with definitely airpods definitely an iced coffee um that's it i'm a millennial bitch and in a la croix i would what kind of fun accessories would go with me what kind of action figure would i be would i be like i i think i'm a i'm a laura croft tomb raider bitch okay i'm a i'm definitely a laura croft uh action figure that's kind of my if I had to pick like I'm not a superhero like a Wonder Woman
Starting point is 00:03:49 type of action figure I'm definitely like a like a Lara Croft um and she's got guns on her holsters so that's already part of the kit but my accessories which would be uh mandatory like I definitely have to have that in the box of that I'm being sold in the full kit the full Lara Croft outfit for sure but then on the side we've got airpods and iced coffee and a sidekick golden retriever puppy I don't know like I should be more creative than this um a podcast headset oh yeah you'd you'd be you get that you get a podcast headset the one I'm currently wearing the amazon 30 call center employee headset from call easy.com um a yoga mat no this is like I'm just trying to make it like oh what what are things I use a lot a lemon that's a recent thing
Starting point is 00:04:52 I've been drinking a lot of lemon water recently that's kind of not funny or not a good one okay golden retriever sidekick iced coffee airpods uh headset oh it's like a product i use a lot vaseline next vaseline you could do a lot with that as an action figure um you could blur the eyes of your enemies with vaseline as a defense uh tactic I would so those guns on the holsters on my thighs are full of Vaseline and they shoot into the eyes of your enemies and they blur their vision that's a thing that's a reason why sorry not to bring up a beauty product and talk about this right now but like one of the reasons I like Vaseline have a pot of it next to me I decant it I depot it I depot it into this little container
Starting point is 00:05:54 why do i smell it it smells like nothing the reason i prefer vaseline on my face to anything else is like because and to oil i used to use a lot of oils on my face i mean i still do what i do is i seal in my rosehip oil with the vaseline it creates like a shield or a barrier so the so the oil doesn't go into my eyes because before i would just use oil and i'd wake up blind so i know I just said that I would use Vaseline to blind my enemies but it really doesn't it doesn't do that to guys if it gets in it it just doesn't even seep in anyways okay next question there there's my action figure accessories list I hope you enjoyed that that was a lot of fun um next question number two we got to do the tally mark hold on who out of everyone still alive would
Starting point is 00:06:44 you most want to share a meal with? Putin. Putin and I eating some Russian food. I don't know. What would I want to, who would I want to share a meal with right now? There's like uh, inspire. Oh, um, I just want to sit and break bread with all the cool podcast hosts right now. That's what I want to do. I really want to be in, in that friend group. And I don't know how to break in. I mean, I'm a fellow podcast host, but that's kind of where I'm at. I'm like, look, I have been they have raised me okay they have raised me in my 20s all of these pod you all know who they are all of these funny ass podcast hosts that are slash comedians have fucking raised me I have uh and then I've got all like the thought leader ones like all of the Gary V's
Starting point is 00:07:48 Andy Frisella's Tony Robbins type guys that um Ed Milet's like all of their podcasts too have those have probably helped me the most because they're more about like your mindset and your self growth and stuff but yeah I just want to like be in that circle that cool people that cool podcast host circle and I would want to break bread I would literally want to do like a last supper style I betrayed Jesus I'm Judas I betrayed Jesus I'm kidding Jesus is fucking Rogan and then it's like I don't know I don't know I just like I can't think of a celebrity like a Will Smith or something I'd want to go have a dinner with or a you know a politician or some cool like scientist I mean I think a lot of people would be like oh Elon Musk
Starting point is 00:08:38 which yeah okay that'd be cool but I don't know realistically I just want to be I don't know I don't know what am I saying I feel like I'm kind of embarrassed that made me kind of embarrassed that I just admitted that, but fuck it, I said that from the beginning, I'm like, look, all the people I want to be friends with, legit, like, the people I want to know in real life and be friends with are podcast hosts, that's just what it is, and I, why am I embarrassed by that, who cares, it's because I feel like it's a whole, like, oh, you think you, it's like they're a friend, because you listen to them so often, and you're super entertained by them and you think they're so interesting because of their podcast and I feel
Starting point is 00:09:24 like that's why I said that I think everyone feels that way about the podcast host they listen to you just want to be friends with them and I actually do like I actually in real life want to okay so next question number three tally mark um who is a better cook your mother or grandmother mother definitely my mom um what does my grandma good at cooking soup and breakfast food um she burns pancakes but they're the best like that from her she burns um her scrambled eggs are really good I don't my grandma's gonna my grandma's you know when I'm not trying to throw shade at my not I like my grandma's cooking my mom's is better my mom is just she's a natural born talent with cooking. Like she just, and maybe that's just a mom thing. Like you're, you feel like that about
Starting point is 00:10:19 your mom's food. Cause that's what you were raised with. And that's what you know the best, but I don't know. My mom has like a special way of cooking that it's everything just tastes so fucking good. Anyways, my grandma though, how do I explain this? I feel like she has her own unique style of cooking that's like kind of not great but that's what makes it great like it like the burnt pancakes or like the it's like a she always makes this angel food cake that's not even that like it's not even it doesn't even I feel like just because of she like does an angel food cake for every party we have and she puts this lemon frosting on it and it's literally so simple and it's not like some homemade thing I think she does it all from a box
Starting point is 00:11:18 but like it's so fucking good because it's from her but the technique there like there does um what's the other thing she does it's like um yeah like her breakfast food like her scrambled eggs are just kind of like I don't even know what she does to them they're so good but like if you looked at them you'd be like oh those don't look that good but then when you eat them you're like holy shit um it's like her magic little touch but anyways I love my grandma I love her cooking what's does she bake anything else it's really good pies she's good at pies um I don't I feel like my grandma's good at putting a lot of things together for dinner like she'll have a ton of side dishes put together and then like a main dish and it's
Starting point is 00:12:06 just like a very she's like good at putting there's always a lot of options to eat when we go to her house for food which is fun um she used to make us grilled okay this is a story time when we would go to her go to her house in the summertime growing up my sister and brother brother and I we would first of all she had this house so my grandparents had a Christmas tree farm growing up a Christmas tree farm I don't know if I said that right the first time a Christmas tree and anyways they had this house in the built in the middle of it and it had this side it had a sidewalk that went it wrapped around the house and when we would go there for the summer to hang out or whatever get babysat um we would ride our bikes in circles around the house and she had a
Starting point is 00:12:56 bunch of flowers planted and we would call out she would like sit on the porch and as we passed the flowers we would say the name of it out loud like digitalis foxglove black-eyed susan fucking whatever the flower name was and then we would say the name of the flower it was like a fun game we would play and then we would press the flowers like sometimes we would pick the flowers and press them into this little book or it would show the print of the flower but let me get to the food part she would make us like a common thing we would eat with her for like a snack or a lunch was grilled tuna fish on her panini press with like a basic whole wheat bread tuna with a lot of pickles but she like my mom my mom and dad didn't really grill our they didn't make our
Starting point is 00:13:51 tuna fish tuna fish sandwiches warm it was always like just cold sandwiches but my grandma would grill them it was so good she used a lot of pickles um so I remember that and then she would make uh iced tea like peach lemon whatever iced tea and then we would have as like a snack or like a little dessert we would have graham crackers with frosting little graham graham cracker frosting sandwiches like she always had a can of frosting in her fridge and we would take like chocolate or vanilla or whatever put it on a graham cracker make little sandwiches and sit on her porch and eat that with iced tea it was so fucking good and there's a little story time um so my grandma's good at like like when we were kids yeah like snacks and little lunches
Starting point is 00:14:35 and like whatever it was um we had sweet little times with her and um yeah anyways okay but what was the question who's a better cook your mother or grandma I gotta say my mom just because you know I mean her fucking lasagna slaps her fucking anything Italian anything with bread she makes the best bread she makes the best honey buns these these she makes these rolls that look and feel and weigh the same as a baseball her baking is amazing everything she does is amazing okay next question this seems long if a machine could exactly duplicate your mind right down to the same pattern of synapses firing would it be you could it predict how you would react in every situation why or why not
Starting point is 00:15:31 this is the whole like if we like could robots ever be as sharp as us could they be designed out of the same pattern of synapses firing that we have is that what this question is bitch i don't know i don't know that's my new thing when people bring up topics in conversation now instead of trying to fill the air with a bunch of my own bullshit I just go I don't really know enough about this to talk talk about it I don't really know I need to I need to learn a little
Starting point is 00:16:12 bit more before I put in my two cents you know I'm just that person in conversation now and this is one of those situations where I'm like I don't know god this it I love the internet I love TikTok I like people's I like all these theories that I keep coming coming across about the simulation and robots and brain chips and our and like the black mirror stuff like I love learning about I think it's really interesting and I don't personally go in deep with it myself, but I like watching and hearing about it, but it's, it's lately, it's, it kind of makes me crazy, and I just get, if I, if I think about it too much, I just go, oh my god, and I just get overwhelmed, and I only, honestly, during the pandemic, with
Starting point is 00:17:07 all the time I spent on fucking TikTok, this started, it started because of that, and recently I've kind of I've weaned myself off and I don't really think about it too much but um the thought that like robots are gonna think and operate as fast as humans someday is just like crazy it sounds crazy I'm sure that's inevitable I don't I don't know like again I don't know but I think the thing I struggle with the most that I get in my head, that I get in my head, I get in my head about the most is the squishy, the squishiness. Okay. The squishiness of us. What the fuck? Cells, organ, organs, blood, like meat, like muscles, jiggly intestines, full of shit what the fuck why eyeballs squishy earwax what the fuck why um why do we grow nails
Starting point is 00:18:20 I don't get it you know what I mean and I'm looking at my dog and I'm like fur everywhere all over his fucking face I just I don't I need to answer I get too and then I'm like looking outside I'm like okay like a tree just so many goddamn cells doing things and fucking using the sun and photosynthesizing or whatever it's called and like turning carbon into oxygen like what the these plants out there it's like shit's happening constantly there's so many little pieces on this planet so many little things and that are alive and moving and and functioning and like I see I just saw a red truck go by and I'm like there's a person in there with eyes seeing the slope of the hill he just went down and he's got his own life going on in his own little world and reality that
Starting point is 00:19:17 I will never know and I it's there's so much there's just so much going on and then you asked me a goddamn question here on this general random questionator random question generator from google about robots having the same pattern of synapses firing that humans do someday and like would they be able to like react exactly how we like what the fuck i don't know bitch, when I die, the universe better explain itself, or I'm gonna have, I'm gonna have a fucking aneurysm after I die, I'm gonna have a fucking, I'm gonna die, and just, and be, and I'm gonna be waiting, I'll be, like, all right, palms up, that's my thing, like, when you're asking, and you're begging, you're, like, give me the, you know, offer, or whatever it's called, like, palms up, here, I'm
Starting point is 00:20:11 ready, it's, like, putting, put your hands, putting your hands out, like, a platter, here, like, fucking Oliver Twist, more porridge, please, universe, tell me what, uh, explain it all, if I don't get that answer post-death i'm fucking i'm gonna die again like i'm gonna i don't that is my biggest fear i don't really fear death i fear not figuring out what the fuck this all is that's all i want that's all i want don't we all everyone's on this planet like just there's like this collective everyone's just like what's the meaning of life what's the meaning of the universe and i think i don't again this is why i don't like to dive in too deep and overthink it because i just get weird about it and i don't i think where i'm at is give life meaning make everyday count
Starting point is 00:21:02 live life to the fullest don't half-ass your life like be bold be big do big things live your dreams follow your dreams live with passion and purpose blah blah blah blah and focus on that and try to stay off of the why and the what does this all mean stuff because you'll literally never know nobody knows nobody fucking knows people spend a lifetime trying to figure it out and they won't know until maybe maybe they won't even know after they die anyways um loves the answer that's also another thing to focus on i love i love that neighbor as thyself or whatever next question number four fourth tally we're approaching the mid midway section of this podcast midway i don't even know i'm almost on
Starting point is 00:21:54 question five think of a brand now what would an honest slogan for that brand be McDonald's and then one word under it cancer or like obesity you just need one word for that bitch McDonald's
Starting point is 00:22:28 cancer or like i don't know coca-cola diabetes i don't fucking know what would an honest slogan be for a brand um apple products what would an honest slogan be for apple products doesn't get any better than this it's like iphone doesn't get any better than this that's what i would do for iphone as an iphone slogan like it literally doesn't what gets better what don't fucking android like it doesn't get any better than an iphone that's an honest slogan it doesn't get any better than an iphone you can't nothing exists on this planet that's better than an iphone
Starting point is 00:23:21 and even if there was something I wouldn't want it because I it's like good it's like coming home bitch every time you're on your fucking iPhone it's like coming home it feel it's like part of the family your mind just feels comfortable with it you know it so well you know all those little app buttons and how they and how to scroll how to use the keyboard and how to do iMessage and FaceTime it just feels like coming home that's the thing there's a lot of products like I feel like all these androids androids come out with a lot of bells and whistles and fancy things it's like yeah but navigating that bitch is like going into a it's like living on another planet I'm I'm lost I don't like that I don't like the anything it's like yeah I don't know um next question sorry
Starting point is 00:24:13 question number five when you are old what do you think children will ask you to tell stories about oh fuck when I'm old grandma tell me about your podcast when you were in your 20s
Starting point is 00:24:39 that'd be cool I think they'll ask me about that tell me how you met grandpa or like the want to know stories about maybe iPhones or growing up with or like Instagram like getting Instagram and who knows if that probably won't fucking be around in the future but um yeah maybe like 9-11 hey grandma was 9-11 like I don't know that kind of stuff history donald trump tell me oh my god fucking 2020 tell me about the pandemic grandma grandma jacqueline that's so weird to think about i don't want to think about it that's why i'm just going to move
Starting point is 00:25:20 to the next question question number six best and worst flavor of ice cream what would make for an excellent new ice cream flavor i love this question number six is a great question best ice cream flavor i had recently it's called well it's all this is like with okay growing up I was a mint chocolate chip chick I was a mint chocolate chip ice cream person um I don't know my sister and I feel like had a thing for that like anytime we would get ice cream as a family we would always get mint um I still like it but it's not my go-to but recently I had a Ben and Jerry's flavor for the first time that I've I think I've seen like I I've kind of like seen the picture of it but I never knew what it tasted like and it's the tonight dough
Starting point is 00:26:10 holy shit I was like okay so I'm getting like I don't even know what other Ben and I've had like cookie dough Ben and Jerry's I've had like probably a mint Ben and Jerry's I've had what's the one I used to eat a lot back in the day chubby hubby like the pretzel one like okay I've had some good flavors I feel Like, but this one is fucking everything I want in an ice cream. It's like fucking chocolate chip cookie dough, peanut butter cookie dough, Oreo swirly stuff inside, caramel ice cream. I think chocolate ice cream as well. All mixed up.
Starting point is 00:26:53 And it is, it was one of those experiences with ice cream where I ate it and I was like, fuck you. I'm pissed. This is so good. Fuck this. I'm pissed like once you find out fine like that doesn't happen a lot sometimes you just eat ice cream it's like oh yeah this is good but then you eat ice cream that's a that's next level and you're mad because now I'm I know I'm gonna I'm gonna develop an addiction for it which is like a thing with ice cream and me I go in phases of like having ice cream all the time
Starting point is 00:27:23 and I'm like I'm not anymore and I am I'm not it's always like a summer thing though because it's usually hotter and I want it more, but I think if I had to pick an ice cream, my favorite, what was the question, favorite flavor, that, that tonight dough really changed my life, but there's a, I think the salt and straw, just basic chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream from if you know it's salt and straw it's salt and salt and straw is uh then you know what I'm talking about it's uh it's like a chain they're in like big cities but I feel like their their ice cream's amazing that flavor is good what is the one Tillamook my family used to buy a lot of Tillamook ice cream we used to get the mudslide flavor
Starting point is 00:28:19 I think that one was really good I don't know I've eaten so much ice cream in my life and I'm the type of person where I think I've said this before like you know when people when people are like oh that's too sweet or oh my god it's like way too rich or oh my god like if I eat ice cream I have stomach issues like I can't it just like makes my stomach hurt I'm like can't relate fucking can't relate I don't know what it is I got blessed with a something I just I can eat ice cream like it's applesauce like I don't want to win I don't know why did I just say that like I never had issues with ice cream like that and when I eat it I I don't want to stop and I I don't I never go oh this is too rich or too sweet I'm like give it I just want more I would like finish
Starting point is 00:29:05 my siblings ice cream growing up they would eat like half of their ice cream cone and they're like I'm done I'm like pass it over I was just how I don't know I'm like that that's the type person i am with ice cream and i own it i accept it i'm not trying to be weird about that or like judge judge myself for that but like hand it over give it you know one thing i've been kind of weirdly wanting recently is uh it's an ice cream sandwich just like a boring like what you would get it in uh elementary school when someone had a birthday like just an ice cream sandwich what the fuck why do i want that they're kind of good it's like they're basic in there oh i didn't do worst ice cream flavor. I'm looking at the question. Worst ice cream flavor, vanilla,
Starting point is 00:29:47 hands down. Come on. Unless it's okay. Yeah. It's a great flavor when, when it's, when it's accompanied with a slice of pie. Like I think my favorite dessert vibe. God damn it. Why am I going in deep with this? I like warm desserts, like a heated up molten cake thing or a pie, like a warm pie or like a warm cookie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Like that's the best, but that's, that's what I want. Vanilla ice cream to eat. If you're, you're, you're a, it's a, I feel like this is something that's been said before, but you're a fucking serial killer or like a murderer. If you just, if you sit down with a pint of vanilla ice cream and eat it, go fuck yourself. Like, come on um next question number seven
Starting point is 00:30:37 what's the farthest away you've been from home oh probably east so italy italy yeah i've invented it would asia be farther than yeah i haven't been there yet i mean i'd say italy if you if you looked at a map that'd be the farthest that was an easy question number eight let's whiz through it what's okay what's something everyone should experience at least once in their life easy fucking this is like the easiest question to answer something everyone should experience at least once in their life is an orgasm and if you haven't and you're 95 what the fuck like
Starting point is 00:31:29 that hello an orgasm do people go their whole life and never experience that i think that's a thing can some people physically not or they don't know i don't know um what should what's like another thing everyone should experience at least once in their life i mean i could say like a drug but like i don't think everyone needs to do drugs to figure to like have a life experience but i think yeah it's like easy it's easy to say like oh everyone should do like dmt once or like
Starting point is 00:32:17 fucking mushrooms once or something because you fucking see the world differently after that i think and it's very literally eye-opening you're just like whoa um but yeah i feel like that all that kind of stuff you should be doing with intentions and you should be doing because you want to not just like randomly um life experiences everyone should experience for once at least once, falling in love, ooh, or like, um, it's like a big deal to experience in life, I think I'm missing this question by a long shot, I think I should be explaining it, or answering it better, eating the fucking tonight dough, everyone should have, everyone should eat
Starting point is 00:33:14 that pint before they die. Next question, number nine. What are some fun ways to answer everyday questions like, how's it going? Or what do you do? How's it going, Jacqueline? I don't know. Like, how do I answer this? Fun ways to answer those everyday questions. oh what do you do I don't want to be fun when I answer these questions I don't think this is like this is not a good time these
Starting point is 00:33:54 little small talk questions don't need a fun response they just don't like you just you answer them like
Starting point is 00:34:12 how's it going I'm doing well I'm doing great and it's a great day something bullshit like that and then you you dig deep then you start working back the layers and you start you know going in deeper and you start having a conversation but these initial small talk questions just gotta muscle through uh i think i think when this is my opinion when people try to be funny and witty with small talk it's fucking annoying it just certain uh how do i explain this like um like they try to throw in a pun immediately or like a stupid joke about a small talk like to respond to a question about what's going on or like the weather or how are you doing like
Starting point is 00:35:01 i don't know i think that's like something to do after a couple questions and then start doing that but just comes on a little too corny and strong at first um but i don't like small talk i remember i was in a meeting on zoom one time and everyone was doing that dance everyone was doing that like how was your weekend i'm just sitting there with a blank face and i literally just cracked and i was like i'm sorry I'm not saying anything because I just don't really it's this is this is awkward and I don't want to I just don't I'm just like honestly we're all doing the small talk thing right now I like
Starting point is 00:35:40 addressed the awkward air and I feel like it made everyone feel like more everyone started laughing they're like yeah yeah I know I know and I was like yeah no one says this though no one talks about how awkward this and this beginning of zoom meeting zoom meeting is for all of us it's so awkward I don't even know the I've I it doesn't matter how like how long you've been doing it I just feel like there's it's just always like uncomfy right at first people like are talking over each other you have to do the pause thing and it's just not natural every time I get on zoom I'm like this is so nice I love my I love this but it's so unnatural it's just so like piecemealed and like clunky compared to obviously sitting in the same room and talking to people but
Starting point is 00:36:22 uh let's do the final question question number 10 we're wrapping up the Q&A what's something you've been meaning to try but just haven't gotten around to it oh um oh fucking golf yeah um excuse me for swearing oh jesus uh yeah i think i've lived i've literally gone my whole life like this doesn't make any sense so there are certain there are i feel like i have a few things about me that just don't make sense and this is probably the biggest one i i've been watching golf my whole life i love watching golf on tv i prefer watching like i i love it like my parents when i grew up would put us to sleep with golf on all the time we
Starting point is 00:37:21 take naps on Sundays as kids with golf on in the background I fell asleep to the announcer voice it was so peaceful and calming and then you know I had that phase I've told you guys about where I could literally only work out I used to be a treadmill bunny in college I did cardio on the treadmill like every single day and I couldn't do any I couldn't run with music I could literally just, I only, I only watched golf, um, like, I'm, like, I'm running my, I'm running my balls out, I'm running my ass off to fucking golf on the little TV on the treadmill, like, that was my, I had a phase of doing that forever, like, years, and then I've, like, been to i like watch golf uh in part like i guess yeah i've been to some um i went to like the
Starting point is 00:38:16 farmers open and then what is it the genesis before like i've gone to stuff and i've seen like i like watching golf in person too but playing it never putt putt yeah i've gone on these little like family vacays where we do putt putt golf and like that's it i went to the driving range one time. I guess that kind of counts, but I think this is, I don't know. I have a good feeling this is going to be, I think it helps to know people that are into golf and I'm currently in that situation. So I feel like it's going to happen, but, um, yeah, probably the one thing, what was the question? What's something you've been meaning to try, but just haven't gotten around to it? Golf. It's so big around here too. And it's so nice here. There's some beautiful
Starting point is 00:38:59 courses and I don't know um just gotta rip the band-aid rip the band-aid off and go I guess uh I'm bad at that like when I want to I don't want to say I'm bad at that I want to say I'm good at it I gotta change my ways but I get excited about a lot of new things to try and then I don't take action towards them and do them I just like I just stay excited like I don't know but I did see it inspiring not just of course here I am bringing up TikTok again um I saw this really inspiring TikTok the other day where this girl was like so my friends always ask me like why are you so like happy like whatever something like that she's like every I do something new every day like she breaks her life up and does a bunch of
Starting point is 00:39:53 new stuff, even if it's, like, trying a new, or instead of walking to the coffee shop down this street, she does a different street, or she goes to a different coffee shop than when she usually does, or she always changes up the places she goes, and the things she does, and, like, she tries new stuff every day, and she goes, like, I got all inspired by that, by that, I'm like, oh, I should just go on Yelp, and should just go on my map, and just pick out different things to do around this city and do them instead of staying in my own little bubble because I'm not I'm a very I like routine I like being I like my life to feel like I don't know what the word is um I don't mind repetition and I don't mind yeah routine and consistency with my day-to-day but I don't know

I flip flop my grocery stores a lot. That's one thing I do. I go to like Costco and then I go to Trader Joe's and then I go to, um, what's my other place? Grocery outlet. And then I go to fuck Vons. I just, I don't know what it is. It kind of smells bad in there have I talked about the smell of Vons before Vons has a scent I think I've talked about this before I guess grocery stores have a set like a hardware store has a scent dude fucking Ace Hardware no what what hardware store is it um I think it's Ace Hardware back in my hometown it smells so good do people talk about the heart there is that a thing like people
Starting point is 00:41:44 liking the smell of a hardware store it's when you walk down that lumber section that's where I get so excited I mean there's something great about it and I think it's just maybe it's nostalgic or whatever I grew up my dad and I would go to Home Depot and he'd buy a bunch of wood and we'd cut it there and then we'd haul it on the little cart to the truck and then we'd put it in the back and then i'd have to strap it down and then i'd go help him and i'd hand him tools the whole time and i just was around a lot of smelly wood and maybe that's why i like the smell of hardware stores but just even like walking through that nail section and those bolts like the bolts like it smells like bolts it smells like nails i need a life okay i'm gonna end the
