What's up guys, it's episode 302.
Welcome back to the show.
Hey, what's up?
It's Jacqueline.
welcome back to the show. Merry Christmas. Happy holidays. Uh, hi, if you're watching on Spotify
or YouTube currently in Washington at my mom's house. Um, yeah, let's get into it. I've been
in Florida for a week, so I'm going to recap my trip and what I was doing there, how each day
went. Uh, I'm going to be honest right now. Uh, wait, hold on. I was going to say, I'm going to
just list off I wrote a note on the plane on the way home of the entire trip like like step by step
everything that happened and I'm gonna be honest I just want to read off of it and be very uh
I don't know that sounds so boring to me as a podcast host it's like come on Jacqueline
have some fun with this it's Christmas time uh but I am drinking you know what maybe I should
drink some of my espresso on ice with whip with with what ready whip not sponsored whip cream on
top to get in the holiday spirit here before I do the episode. Please hit that subscribe button

lots going on a lot
a lot of exciting things are happening on my patreon in the new year so check it out patreon.com
slash tjms uh five dollars a month no such thing as a free lunch
this is kind of good uh yeah tis a season to be fat I've been eating a lot of snacks alone on the
couch at night enjoying myself the other night it was uh the first night I came home my mom hands
me a bag of beef jerky or no these uh barbarian smoked sausages and I'm pretty sure I ate like 13
while I watch TV, maybe like six, but, uh, yeah, I've been, I've been eating a lot, um, eating a
lot of sweets. It's great. I love this time of year. Uh, I hope you're with your families. Uh,
if you have shit, this is hard. This is, this is a hard time of year to talk about being with family
and holly jolly things. Cause a lot of people have it harder than I do. And I know that,
and I know I'm so blessed, but I hope you're enjoying the time you have with your family
right now, if you're with them, and if not, I hope you're, I hope you're well, I hope you're
hanging in there, that's, yeah, family, being family-less during the holidays,
it's, that sucks, that just straight up sucks, there's no else to say it, so yeah, praying for
you love I'm sending all my love out there to everyone families or no families happy uh happy
families or miserable families or what fighting families we've had a few fights already we had
we just had one my mom and I not a fight we had a healthy argument before bed last night
so it is what it is uh everybody's got their family stuff and I know I do
so I don't know what to do let's get into it oh well yeah okay I was gonna do show and tell so
one thing I did on the trip because I was eating so many cookies and like
what did I I just had like tons of sweets every day and chips and all this bullshit
so I went to Whole Foods at one point by myself and got like health supplements I got like green
stuff like broken cell wall chlorella tablets to take as a little support for my body and then
chlorophyll drops for my water um and then of course my wellness formula uh source naturals
wellness formula daily immune support tablets i always have these on me i've gone through like
i think i counted the other day
Jimmy he can't reach me on I'm on a high top table right now so he can't jump jump up here
uh he was limping this morning by the way I had to get up early because
my mom's like he's limping on his back foot something's wrong um what was I saying oh I
got oh my wellness formula tablets I think I've gone through like since the pandemic started I
started taking these and I got I've gone through like I think I count like 36 bottles in the last
two years. So get yours today. Wellness formula from Source Naturals. I'm going to put a little
chlorophyll drop. This is so all over the place. I need to get into my, uh, daily day-by-day Florida
audio vlog here. Um, we got to start up Monday, last Monday when I flew home to Seattle.
Um, but yeah, I'm going to do the chlorophyll drops in the water to balance out the ready
whip whip cream and my ice espresso because you know what it's all about that fucking balance and
I don't know what my body's gonna think of this but I think I'm supposed to do 15 drops go on
the video honestly I'm so stoked about my Spotify video uh episodes now go watch me on video I'm
doing all kinds of stuff right now it's gonna be so gross I have a Pellegrino spark a sparkling
Pellegrino next to me and I just put the chlorophyll drops inside of it. I'm all about
adding a lot of like dark greens into my diet whenever I can. And I like to supplement with
them because I can't eat. I just don't eat. I can't do salads and green juices and all that
stuff all day long. It's just not my thing. So, all right. So last Monday I flew home
uh, from San Diego to Washington for the holidays. And this is what I wrote. Like I said,
I'm just going to go down the list here. So I flew home with Jimmy. He just escaped. Jimmy,
come back here. He broke through the door. He like busted it down. Whatever. Um,
yeah I flew flew Jimmy in cargo again back home to Washington and I guess I'll tell this story
real quick about that experience because he's flown now this year like eight times he's a year
old he's been on a plane almost yeah like to eight times I'd say and this last this last experience
was kind of traumatic for me to see because when I picked him up at baggage claim they literally
like roll him out on the conveyor belt like he's a piece of luggage it's it's just it's rough um
when I went to pick him up he was soaking wet and his bowl of water was dumped everywhere
he I don't put a mat down for him you're not supposed to put anything in there he could choke
on which is dumb because I saw all these other dog all these other dog crates next to him
and all those dogs had like cute plush little beds and like snuggly things and
so I'm thinking next time I'm gonna do that but anyways I show up and he's soaking wet he's
shaking he was just under a plane it's cold I'm in Seattle and the air is freezing cold it's
they say it's temperature controlled in the cargo section um of the plane where the dogs ride
and it's pressurized but I feel like I need to experience that myself to
like verify that that's the way it is because I have this I have a suspicion that it's freezing
fucking cold it's dark there's yeah I don't know I need to like look it up probably YouTube it and
see um just yeah like what what it looks like down there and stuff oh shit I just got to the
microphone I have an addiction to whipped cream sorry
nothing like it shoving a can of whipped cream down your throat
on your own podcast living the dream okay so flew home to Washington mom picks me up
I take a meeting in the car I remember that his dog crate was behind me in the car and I'm like
sitting on a meeting they all know like all my co-workers know about Jimmy and everything it's
kind of he's kind of like part of the family part of the the the the team but oh I wrote took a
meeting in the car crate what oh so then I got home and Jimmy got to see Bo again and Bo is my
sister's seventh month old German Shepherd German Shepherd puppy so they got to meet again because
if you listen for a while if you know about the past um fall uh summer fall Jimmy was home with
my mom for two months while I was traveling and um my sister's dog and him got to play every day
and like live together so they got to see each other again which was really cute I got to meet
Beau for the first time um he's just a sweet little German shepherd not like he it wasn't
what I expected I expect him to bark at me and jump all over me and he's trained up my sister's
like a straight up she's a drill sergeant with him like he like he's better than I'll be honest
his manners and everything are so much better than Jimmy it's it's a joke and Jimmy's way older
well a few months I just suck at yelling at my dog I don't I think at first when he was so cute
and fluffy and of course he's a golden retriever so he's the cutest dog in the world it was so
hard for me to like yell at him and be firm with him and now that's biting me in the ass because
he's he's got some he's got some bad habits so then we dropped him off so we got home they saw
each other the two dogs did me my sister dropped them off at doggy daycare for the whole week while
we're in Florida and then yeah I worked at my mom's house all day and that's the thing like
I gotta be honest I don't think I'm ever gonna go back to a traditional office again just calling
that now I have it so good I'm so blessed I'm so grateful for my job and the fact I can literally
take my laptop with me anywhere in the world and work and I can be with family during the holidays
I don't have to go to an office and take time off and like none of that.
It's just, it's honestly, I'm living, guys, I'm living the dream, okay?
I'm living the dream.
Like I said, I'm shoving Ready Whip whipped cream down my throat on my own podcast at
my mom's house during the holidays.
I'm able to work from home, work anywhere, work remote.
I have a cute dog.
I'm booed up.
I have a healthy relationship.
I got to mention that, of course.
uh dude life is great I'm feeling so like 2021 was such a good year I know it's not the new year
yet but like I'll probably do a year recap for my next episode but
you should have seen me in 2020 it was we'll just go watch my early episodes
back in September last year
uh-uh bitch has changed okay so Tuesday we flew to so I got up at 4 a.m. on Monday to fly
got up at 4 a.m. on Tuesday to fly I had a five-hour flight to Orlando with my family
um this is what I wrote flight to Orlando up at 4 a.m. my sister's car we were gonna take
I just remember this I didn't write it down but my sister's car that we were gonna drive down to
SeaTac the airport with uh wasn't starting like it died or something overnight and
we literally just have my mom's Porsche that just sounded fancy I don't know why
we used to drive as a family in Astro my mom used to drive an Astro van and now she drives a Porsche
okay she fucking deserves it she's a grown-ass woman I think it's great she has a Porsche now and
amen so I don't know I just don't like sounding fancy I don't know I'm I'm weird about like
name dropping being like a a car name dropper like so we got in our Ferrari we got in our
what would be like the bad most badass car we got in our Bentley like I don't know
so yeah we only had her Porsche the reason I'm saying Porsche is because it's so small
and we had my sister had because she this whole trip by the way I don't think I mentioned this
I did last week on the episode you guys got to listen every week okay you got to subscribe you
have to tune in every week to know what's going on um because the last week I mentioned I'm going
to Florida with my family to watch my sister compete on the national stage um as a as a
physique and fitness what's it called figure competitor like bodybuilder so she went to
national championship basically in Florida and we came along so anyways we had her she had like
six bags of stuff because it's like a pageant she's got to have all of her stuff like she has
so much stuff to bring on this little trip on this big trip um yeah you don't want to leave
she had like her hair extensions her nail stuff her tan stuff like all these like creams and
like you get on stage and it's like you're in this sparkly bikini stripper heels your body's
bronzed you have no body fat your makeup's on like she had she had enough makeup for like
an entire uh group of bridesmaids at a wedding to use and like the the bride and like all of the
family members arriving like she had a full-on makeup trunk thing and it was a lot of luggage
so that had to go in my mom's porsche on top of so that i brought i only had a backpack and a
duffel bag my mom had some small pieces of luggage and we had to play tetris and shove that in the
porsche and drive to seattle to get on the plane so anyways that's it was just a shit show because
it's like of course that would happen like right before we had to leave to the airport and on top
of it all i live in an old my mom this is our house i'm in right now it was built in 1950 and
it has, uh, it's heated with oil and the heater stopped working. So like the day before I come
here, it's freezing cold. The heater stopped working and there's a guy coming, uh, later this
week. Thank God. But so that happened the next day, her car, my sister's car doesn't start and
we got to go to her big national championship, national championships. And yeah. So when it
rains, it pours, you know what I mean? Um, yeah. So we get to SeaTac, um, all of her powders get
drug tested at TSA uh she has all these like like I don't know what they are like BCAAs and protein
powders and like supplements that are all yeah it's all powder and every time she goes through
TSA she gets drug tested so I had to witness that and we had such an this okay just so our uh guy at
TSA was this young kid it's probably like brand new on at his job he got under our skin so much
because just like just because you're saying something nice doesn't mean you're being nice
if that makes sense and this kid was doing that to us but where he was like it was like everything
he said was like nice but condescending at the same time and he was like hustling us and like
like there was a couple in front of me that were being super slow and I'm just standing there like
waiting because you can't rush people and he was just like baby talking to me almost in a nice way
like i need to wait my turn and please be respectful to the people in front of you as if
i'm not like it was just obnoxious and i think my mom like straight up like i i swear she told
him to fuck off like not actually but like she she started yelling and then i she didn't get
oh no i think she got stopped too my mom always gets stopped at tsa um she pops off she's like
always making comments like about having drugs and paraphernalia it's just fun like she just
it's like the place you shouldn't be unfiltered she's the most unfiltered and it's so funny to
go through the airport with her because yeah it was fun so yeah and then uh we get on the plane
it's five hours I'm in seat 11 or row 11 they're back in like 26 or something because I got my
ticket last minute um and I worked all day on the plane I bought that wi-fi um yeah and then we get
to Orlando and it's, uh, three hours ahead and time for the next part of the story. So we stayed
at the Hyatt Regency in Orlando, which was right where the competition was, the big convention
center. And, uh, we had like a corner, corner room, like a double room. Cause my brother and
his girlfriend were coming and I got to, I got to sleep on the height of it. Okay. I got to sleep
on that bed that pulls out on the couch and you know if you guys I feel like everyone knows what
that is and all I have to say about my first night sleeping in this hotel was best sleep of my life
and at first like this thing pulled out and the mattress was really thin there were like bumps
like there were were the um the spine or like the brackets of the like metal part of the bed
were, like where that was, it was kind of like humpy on the mattress as you laid down. And
somehow whatever combination of bumps that had was the perfect fit for my back. And of course,
I was on a plane all day. I was traveling, carrying luggage, sitting in Ubers and all
that kind of stuff. I slept so good and it was a great hotel. Jacqueline, low battery mode or low
power your I got to turn off this cute red lamp so I don't have any I don't have a power strip
so I had to like decide which things are going to get plugged in for the set today
so I'm going to have to um god damn I'm gonna have to plug in my computer and turn off the
red lamp but enjoy the candle in the background um I set that up on purpose so just a sec
okay so the next day who's enjoying this by the way are you having fun if you're here right now
I hope you're having fun uh listening to my I always call these audio vlogs like I take you
through each day and they talk about what happened and try to make it fun anyways I hope you're
having I hope you're enjoying yourself right now uh you know who's drinking hot cocoa okay who's
drinking eggnog who's drinking whiskey who's drinking a hot toddy right now
okay anyways um so the next day it was just like a typical workout no coffee go to the lobby or go
to the little thing down in the lobby get a coffee go work out at the gym at the hotel sauna work
from the hotel room all day what else did I write um oh I wrote my mom and sister went to Walmart
they got me these slippers these kiddie slippers when they came back they gave these they like
dropped these off for me I thought that was cute and sweet so yeah they went to Walmart um one
thing I'll say though about the second day is that when I was walking around the hotel I kept
noticing dogs everywhere. Like a ton of dogs, like more than a normal, like more than a hotel
would normally have. And the only thing I could think of was like, oh, people are traveling for
the holidays. They want to be with their pets, maybe something like that. But stay tuned. I'll
explain why there were so many dogs at this hotel. Well, I'll do a little teaser. How'd I do there?
was that a good podcast host teaser I don't know but wait there's more
I'm feeling very cheesy and just like I don't know right now so
next day same shit workout coffee I wrote coffee workout sauna um
worked at the hotel my brother and his girl my brother and his girlfriend arrived
oh yeah so they so I worked from the hotel my brother and his girlfriend arrived then when I
was done we went to Walmart and I was so because guys all we did is like literally I think we made
like four wall four Walmart runs um during our trip and my sister had very specific for her show
she had a very specific diet she had to be a hundred percent perfect on it was like shrimp
and asparagus on the last on the last week like that's all she could eat and then we had to get
like stuff for us to eat. We bought a lot of chips and cookies and we got some croissants and
like breakfast stuff. So we got some apples. No one ate them, but we got some apples,
white claws, Coronas, IPA. We got alcohol for us, just all kinds of stuff. So yeah,
we made a lot of Walmart runs. And when my brother and his girlfriend came, they flew down from
Raleigh. They live in New York. They were anyways, they went to Raleigh to see her parents and then
drop the dog, their dog off. They came to Florida. Um, but the three of us went to Walmart and
my brother was in charge of the Uber and, uh, he put in our hotel as the pickup point. And then
put in Walmart. I told them like in the hotel, like it's a mile away, just up the street. So
long story short, we're in that Uber for like 30 fucking minutes. We're in traffic. We're heading
out to Dodge. Like I was kind of like after a few minutes, I'm like, I think this is the wrong
direction. So my brother's like, Hey, Uber driver, um, is this the nearest Walmart? He goes, Oh yeah,
yeah, yeah. This is, this is the closest one. Total BS. It wasn't the closest one was a mile
away and we were going out to like a different, we went to like a different part of Orlando and
it was like a $50 Uber. And yeah, we get there, we buy more stuff. I think that was the
second snack run. What did we even have to buy? I think my sister needed like makeup wipes.
I think we went there just to get makeup wipes, even though there was a CVS down the street or,
You know, like, I don't know. We just like went there and got stuff. And, um, what did I buy
myself? Forget. I got myself something. Um, Oh, ruffles, queso, queso ruffles. I bought myself
those. Those are a, uh, those are a hidden gem. I feel like no one like people like, uh, cheddar
ruffles, but if you can find that green bag, the queso ruffles, try them. It's, it's got a little
like hint of, uh, what does queso have in it? The regular cheddar ruffles, wouldn't it? It would be
like, like a hint of jalapeno and a little paprika, like a little like spice concoction.
Yeah. They're, they're great. So I killed that bag in a couple of days and, uh,
what else did we get? I don't know. Um, so yeah, I went to Walmart and then what did we do that
night. Post made a dinner. I bought myself a pizza. They got Thai food. Um, it was like a
Chuck E. Cheese pizza. Like, honestly, I was all excited. I'm like, I just want to, I want like a
fast fired, like simple personal cheese pizza. And the picture on Postmates look like that. And
then when I got it, it looked like it looked like a Chuck E. Cheese pizza. And honestly,
you put enough ranch on that and it's like, what's the, what was I trying to say there? Like,
ranch was like masking the blandness jimmy god he's scratching the couch my mom's gonna get pissed
um yeah put enough ranch on there and it tastes great so
something like that all right the next day who's again who's enjoying this day by day
uh so friday was my sister's show and you have to understand she and i mentioned this last week
again you need to be a weekly listener to uh because otherwise i feel like i keep repeating
myself and it's just like super mad disrespectful to all the people that listen regular regularly so
don't be one of those people um who tunes in here and there tune in every week please um
so you know what's up but yeah last week i mentioned that she had one so she competed
in Washington here locally or not even like locally like we're in our small town here she's
competed somewhere down south and won overall so she beat out uh every category or like every like
age group she beat the men the old men the young men the old women the young women in every category
she won overall so she just competed a few weeks ago and then kept her prep up kept her diet and
her fitness routine stuff up her weight lifting her cardio she did a lot of cardio to get her legs
really conditioned and lean and she like guys I don't know I know bodybuilding and that kind of
stuff when I most people I talk to that aren't really in the know about it are very like ew
like that's freaky especially the women because they're so ripped but it is the most incredible
thing to witness in person like when I saw my sister for the first time she walked off the
plane when we flew to Orlando and I'm like she's a one percent person out there she's like the top
in the world at what she does and it's just you have to like you just see it and to me it's like
fucking beautiful and like it's it's like amazing how it's just amazing to see what the body can do
and it's like there's my genetic potential that's what we always joke about like she's uh the ripped
family member who's like completely like built and it's what our genetics can do apparently
but yeah so uh what was i saying oh yeah so she had competed and kept her diet up and her fitness
and um then she went to compete for her pro card so the big deal with with uh it's called the
i said the ifbb league bodybuilding league something like that it's like there's like
the mpc the ifbb those are those are like the leagues like like the nfl or like the nba it's
like yeah it's the if i think it's ifbb but she competed she went there to win which she did
uh spoiler spoiler alert my sister's a national champion okay she went there to win she went
there to get her pro card so she can go to like the Arnold and the Olympia and compete and like
win money for uh at these competitions and yeah like she's like literally a pro now so my sister's
a pro like a pro athlete basically not like she is um because she won and we'll get to that but
um yeah Friday we uh she had her show there's a Friday and a Saturday show and she okay
this is all I have to say from uh
watching her compete and like watching the other competitors it was not even a competition like
my sister is it's like she walks on stage like a few other people might walk on in her
like category before her and then it'll be her and it's just like oh winner easy like it's not
even a competition and that's how I felt the whole time it got to the point because this was a long
haul like as a spectator you're in this show for hours because like there's so many there was like
900 competitors this year most ever and it's just it's a long haul and it got to the point where I
was just, I was annoyed. I'm like, these flabby asses are wasting our time. These flabby abs,
these flabby, like I, cause it's, you end up being so desensitized by staring at people's
bodies and their muscles. It's like, but over time you notice how like, okay, there's obvious
winners here and obvious people that are like, they, they have, they have work to do. They have
carbs to cut or whatever the hell they do. They have muscle to build and fat to lose. And they're
wasting our time. Like that's how I, it sounds horrible. Of course, these people are putting
themselves out there on a national stage. It takes balls. It takes courage. It takes a lot of
hard work and I have to give them that. But dude, as a, as a spectator, I like my bodybuilders.
I like my body, but my bodybuilders perfect. Okay. I do not like looking at slat saggy asses and,
uh, bloated stomachs. Okay. So anyways, uh, she competes in her two categories are physique
and figure physique is where she comes out. Barefoot figures where she comes is where she
comes out in the like stripper heels, tall. Have you guys all seen this? You guys know what I'm
talking about? This is where they get all oiled up and tan. They walk on stage and show their
muscles. It's like Arnold Schwarzenegger. It's like, right. Yeah. Duh. He was like the bodybuilder.
Of course him. Um, but yeah, so she first competed in physique and those girls, I feel like you're a
little bigger in that category. They're looking for like a bigger muscle build than the figure
one. Anyways, I don't really actually know how it works. I don't really actually, Jacqueline,
Jesus. Okay. I don't study this. I don't really know how it works. I have to tell you guys about
it. Oh man. He might listen to my podcast. We were sitting next to someone. Um, then maybe I
shouldn't talk about it. This old dude. Um, anyways, he knew, he knew everything about,
so we were sitting when we, what do I reach? What do I reach for right now to, uh, break this up
and take a pause a moment of energy pause i get so riled up on my own show i don't understand
i'm just hanging out with myself do i take the chlorophyll or the or the caffeine this whipped
cream is so fucking good don't need it want it so we forked out the big bucks to sit front row
this shit and we were sitting next to uh like we had the like we basically sat with the judges
it was pretty cool actually because you could see you were up close and you could see um like
every it was just like the best it was the best experience sitting that close to the competitors
but we were sitting next to this guy who was like yeah i've been following bodybuilding since i was
eight years old so he knew so much and him and my mom were talking the whole time and
I guess I'm saying that because I said I don't I mentioned that I don't really understand how
they judge this and what the judges are looking for and how it works and he knew everything so
yeah uh long story short I got a DM request uh later that evening somehow he found out my
Instagram and like my name somehow I don't know and uh it was an interesting DM let's just say
that and he had the he his voice when he talks down exactly like Bill Gates and it was it was
crazy uh shout out to he he's a big fan of it so and he's dedicated so that's cool and
everyone has a passion and his is watching tits and ass on stage and
that's really what this is okay the guys come out and he watches them too I'm sure but like
when the girls come out it's a it's a tits and ass show basically so especially the bikini
competitors and the wellness competitors that the smaller categories where they're like literally
just like bikini models coming out it's a it's a tits and ass show so yeah we're in front row
what was I saying where's my note here not even in competition yeah so she was placed in her
um like when there's like five people that come out at the very end and she was always in the
middle meaning the judges were comparing the girls next to her to her like she was the um
she was the
jacqueline's i'm looking for the word she was the standard okay something like that you guys
know where i'm going with it and she never moved out of the middle and that's usually a good sign
that she's going to win when they don't. Cause what happens is five people will stand up there
five or six, something like that. They narrow it down to those people and then they rotate them
around and put people next to each other and have them turn to the side and turn to the other side
and spin around. And she was in the middle of the whole time. And that all that also happened
later on when she competed in figure, she stayed in the middle of the whole time. So, uh, that was
Friday. Um, I wrote, yeah, not even a competition. Oh, I wrote, it's weird staring at asses,
et cetera. I wrote something. I should, I wanted to talk about that. And I wrote, I'm
not a fan of bikini slash wellness. And then I wrote Miami swim week and here's why. Okay.
I'll explain myself. So like I said earlier, it's, it's, uh, it's just like, it's weird staring at
bodies and judging them, especially, it's just like, it's, they look incredible, but it's just
like, it's still like, I don't know, as a spectator and it's just not my sports, not my thing.
I just feel weird about it. And so, yeah, like when the bikini competitors come out,
first of all you're watching they start with a big bang they start with the bodybuilders okay
they start with the biggest muscles then they go to physique then they go to figure and then they
go to wellness and then they go to this is the women i'm talking about and then they go to bikini
and it's like you start the show seeing specimens you see it's a freak show you're seeing people
that have built their bodies to the maximum potential of size and structure and leanness and
aesthetic potential. You see that. And then as you're, as the show goes on, you're seeing the
body shrink and then they start looking more and more like normal. Like it got to the point where
I'm just like, I feel like all the girls in bikini need to go to Miami swim week and walk in
swimsuits. They look incredible. They're so lean. They're so toned, but they just look like your
college sorority girl. Or like you're, you walk at the, you go to the beach in California and you
see that everywhere. It's not impressive to me. It's like, Oh my God. Wow. They're so they're in
great shape like you have to give them credit they obviously work hard but it's just like after
I watch my sister I'm just like partial to what she does and the bodybuilders I'm like
damn it's just weird because then it's then they literally are judged they like turn around and
stick their butts out at the crowd and you're staring at their glutes it's just and the
wellness is the same the wellness wellness is a new category where I think it's just about the
butt I don't know just it pulls a crowd baby it pulls a crowd and uh I say they all should win
they all look incredible it's like the I would say the bikini competitors and the wellness are
like the quote-unquote like a like what society idealizes as the perfect body for women minus
maybe like the shoulder muscles and like they kind of get like ripped up top super ripped but
like the abs and the legs it's just they look incredible but like again i'm just
i'm sitting there going damn you just we just watched bodybuilding and now it's like
you just look it gets to the point where you're not impressed or you're like they just they look
like really toned people that you kind of can see anywhere like it just i don't know
it sounds like i'm does it sound like i'm fucking jealous of all these hot girls and bikinis on
stage. Does it? Maybe. And I will say that I got a little motivated at that show. I'm like,
shit, man, I'm going to eat my tuna and my, or they eat asparagus and cod for a year and like
get that body type. And it's, it's incredible. It's, uh, it's cool. But just as expected,
it's like weird. It's just like, I just get a little bit
freaked out by it, maybe, maybe that's something about myself, or something internal, or,
um, I don't know, these, these, everyone has a lot of, that takes a lot of, like I said,
courage and balls to, uh, do what they do, so, shout out to my sister, though, like,
she is next level like she's different honestly and I've always thought that about her but like
her body just doesn't even like I said it's not even it's not even a competition when she walks
on stage it's not even a competition and I think that is so cool as a sibling and to like watch my
sister go pro at something and she's been at it for like seven years so I don't know I'm just like
I'm proud of her and uh yeah let's talk about so Saturday we have to talk about the next show
she did a little she where she did a little uh routine like a little dancey dance on stage so
whoo I need a drink I need some uh well I should drink my water man going for coffee again guys
this is a broken it's a broken record I'm annoyed about my it's always like Jacqueline's on her
podcast and she's drinking coffee and she's talking about it I don't need it I want it and
that's just what it is okay so I totally forgot to tell you guys about the reason why there were
so many dogs at the hotel it was the AKC national championship dog show weekend and the convention
center where the dog show was is right next to the hotel so that's why there are so many dogs
in the hotel and there we go so Saturday uh we wake up we get coffee I kept getting a what did
I keep getting oh I got I kept getting cold brew every day um by the way I like Orlando I like
Florida I should say that I I do I like it a lot um really cute airport in Orlando it just felt
good being there it's a I know it's an open free state or whatever people like I noticed in the
airport compared to being in SeaTac like no one had a mask on which is crazy it was just like
wild to see the shift in the environment I guess this COVID infested environment we all find
ourselves in now for the second year in a row so yeah I really like Florida I just want to mention
that but yeah the second day we get our coffee we do our workout we sit in the sauna I've been
running okay I've been I've been running a lot uh back in San Diego that's kind of my San Diego
that's been my little routine lately just opening my front door and running outside and I love it
so I kept that up I ran on the treadmill in the gym and we um I keep saying sauna it was actually
a steam room but we steam roomed we met this so when I say we it was my mom and I we met this
really nice girl from Barbados or no Bermuda Bermuda sorry and talked to her and then we
got breakfast at the diner in the hotel I got what did I eat I got yeah I got avocado toast
as i should as one does as one does
as one
white millennial california girl does did i have to mention my race no did i yes and
you know everyone's got a label okay wait what am i so wait i've never done this
everyone label has to like mention their labels now when they talk so what am i i'm a
straight white female wait i'm a cis gendered is that what that's called cis white female
what am i missing caucasian no is it caucasian or white what's appropriate white
yeah i'm a white-blooded american okay i'm a red blood no i'm a red-blooded i'm a
white cisgender straight is that same thing as what I don't I'm so confused I'm confusing myself
I'm a straight white red-blooded American woman and uh I got my avocado toast
guys I need to not do this right now okay
yeah what was I watching that wasn't it that Microsoft thing where the two people came on
and talked about them they're they like labeled themselves before they talked that's a thing now
so i don't feel like i've ever done that i don't know how to do it i just know that
i'm a person and that shit doesn't matter to me i don't like having to preface everything
with a goddamn label god especially guys i could rant i know i just i've done so many media rants
but the the uh the calling attention to race in all these articles all the time it just
doesn't it's so un it's to me it's like it's fucking race it's like irrelevant it's like
why does race have to be included in everything now why do we have to call attention to everyone's
skin color and like it just it doesn't i don't i hate i'm so against labeling things i just like
i like equality and equal rights everyone's on the same like we're all people we're all
like it's all the same whatever i don't want to i don't want to go on about that so
not it's not that kind of episode dude it's christmas time i don't have time for race
or media rants about how they talk about race
they're poor so they're starving for attention and clicks and they have to say polarizing
shit for us to pay attention to them now and that's just like the most cliche
typical podcast host or podcast topic ever
I'm in the know I like talking about I like contributing to the conversation I like getting
my skin in the game that's why I podcast okay that's the thing I was just telling my brother's
girlfriend because we were talking a bit about social media and uh just like putting ourselves
out there online and I was like I for whatever reason like it I'm I'm that type of I'm the type
of person who's just like I'm not like oh look at me like pay attention to me like I I don't even
think about it I just you know what it is I enjoy it I enjoy putting myself out there I enjoy
of course podcasting this is my 302nd 300 yeah I'm on 302 episode I'm just that person who who's
cut out for it I everyone's got a role in this world on a spot they fit in and this is this is
where I fit in and with social media and posting stuff and like it's I guess everyone honestly
like everyone and their mom does it. Like my mom posts so many Instagram stories now, but, um,
it, yeah, I just, I'm just that person who likes it. And like some people are shy. I'm not clearly,
I'm not shy. Um, so I eat my avocado toast. Everyone got like eggs Benedict and I don't
know breakfast stuff and then I break away I got an uber to whole foods because my sister bought
herself a carrot cake for the grand finale after she won her show for later that that night and
I got an uber it was like eight dollars the cheapest uber of the entire trip
and I broke away from the diner got in the uber went to whole foods we had I had to get a cake
a cake, champagne, wine, flowers. Like I bought my sister flowers for the show. And then
personally, I got myself health. Okay. I was like, Jacqueline, I've been, I literally ate.
Oh my God. So my sister baked cookies for the show, like after her show and for us to eat.
And my mom and I were like little mice the whole week, like picking up the cookies. So I was eating
that. Guys, you all know how it feels when you just eat a lot of processed sugar and shit. So
I'm at Whole Foods of course. And I usually take like chlorophyll or what is this? Chlorella,
spirulina. I take a lot of like, I eat my vegetables. Okay. But I like to add stuff.
So while I was at Whole Foods, I got myself chlorophyll drops because my skin's been on one
and this really helps my skin. It's like an internal deodorant. Okay. It's got a little
peppermint scent. What does this say? I know this is like a, like a metal detoxer. If you
have like metal in your body, I think this helps a lot. Um, yeah, you take 15 drops in
water one to three times per day. I usually do this at night before I sleep. This tastes
great in Pellegrino, by the way. I'm, uh, I'm really liking it. The only, the only thing is
when you drink the chlorophyll drops in water, your lips and your tongue turn green. So just
check yourself after if you, if you take that. So, um, then I got broken cell wall chlorella
tablets. Okay. Let's educate you right now. I feel like I haven't done anything educational.
I kind of did about the bodybuilding uh stuff earlier like I kind of told you guys about how
some of that works but let's talk about chlorella
as a content creator I have to add value and educate my I have to the best way so as so
The proven way, the best way, I'm going to call, I'm going to say the best way to add value to your
beautiful audience, your amazing, loyal, beautiful, loving audience is to educate them
and entertain them or educate them, entertain them while you're educating them. Okay. So that's
what we're going to do here today and we're going to learn about broken cell wall chlorella from
sun food superfoods okay you can buy this shit on amazon i buy this all the time i have a big jar in
my cupboard like a glass jar full of stuff i like tablets because i don't like having to like mix
powder in my water chlorella is a microscopic single-celled freshwater algae and is a potent
superfood that can help nourish the body our chlorella is grown outdoors in fresh water
and natural sunlight the rich this shit's rich okay the rich emerald green color
comes from the abundance of chlorophyll
if you want to talk about
genetic expression and what you and ingesting something that could
make your, that could boost your genetic expression or whatever. Like, I just think
this stuff is like when someone's glowing from the inside out, it's cause they're eating a lot
of green vegetables and their, their, their genes are expressed to the most, like in the most like
healthy, vibrant, vital way. And, um, like Gwyneth, what's her name? Goop. Gwyneth Paltrow.
I feel like she's one of those people that's just like a disco ball glowing it's because she's
always it's like so much green stuff in her diet okay whatever this is like a broker this isn't
diet advice isn't nutrition advice I'm just having fun and also I like to mix this like again when
I'm when I'm traveling when I'm eating shit for the holidays I like to mix this stuff in I just
feel better and yeah who the fuck is bored dude from ready whip to chlorella real quick you know
what i'm saying chlorella tablets are made from chlorella powder the chlorella is gently dried
and and the chlorella i was doing good reading until now the chlorella is gently dried after
harvest. Then the cell walls are broken using a chemical-free pressure and release technique.
This allows for the optimal absorption of this superfood. The broken cell wall chlorella powder
is then stamped into easy-to-use tablets. Chlorella tablets are an excellent source of
immunity-supporting vitamin D. That's why I just read this to you guys. You're not going to get
covid if you take this you heard it here first kids okay this is an excellent source of immune
supporting immunity supporting vitamin d i didn't know that i'm feeling good so wellness formula
tablets how much there's your sound effect i don't have sound effects yet but actually i should play
them for you at the at the end of this because i have a whole i've like stashed sound effects but
I haven't used them yet I should drop them at the end of the episode so you guys can
get the gist of what I'm trying to do to your ears on the show here someday I really need a
one of those what is it called a roadie
podcast studio mixer thing with the buttons
we're 300 episodes deep we're not professional yet but we're getting there okay
I'm still wearing the Popstar headset, the $30 Amazon Popstar headset, whatever.
So, but this immune support stuff, back to what I was saying, has how much vitamin D?
I don't understand this.
Vitamin D3 as cloalciferol, 20 MCG, 100%.
I don't know.
guys I'm telling you like I don't I'm not a doctor but take this I swear it's so it every
time I've ever felt off or sick and I take this like three times a day I take like six or I take
like 12 a day I feel amazing in 24 hours so I went to Whole Foods I got Prosecco wine uh I got
my mom 19 crimes wine snoop dog's wine thought she'd like that because she likes snoop dog
i got a apothic red wine which was not a hit with the family i like it no one else did
and then yeah champagne cake the carrot cake um should i spoil this now the cake was not eaten
okay the cake was not eaten the cake was not eaten so i went to whole foods to get the cake
it was not eaten okay it was not consumed after she won her show in fact the champagne wasn't
even drank okay but the cake was not eaten and the cake is in florida in the back of an uber okay
there's a backstory there and i'm going to tell it soon so stay stay tuned for that
all i remember is i got out of whole foods
i got myself a kombucha too yeah i did got out of whole foods got into a new uber back to the hotel
and my driver was eating mcdonald's and when i got in the car in the back seat i could see the front
like the front seat and there were literally two cheeseburgers unwrapped on the front seat
one in his hand so there are two he was like like why did he unwrap those and set them there i don't
know maybe it's easier for him to eat while he drives one in his hand eating it two on the seat
and then a big thing of french fries kind of angled up on the seat next to him and it was uh
the first thing i said when i got in the car is this it smells so good in here and i was just
hyping him up about his mcdonald's um lunch like i was just like oh my god that sounds so good
right now wow i love mcdonald's like honestly i used to roll through the drive-thru and get
cheeseburgers like the two for a dollar right that cheap was like two for three dollars I like
a McDonald's cheeseburger like once every 10 years I'm a McChicken I'm a McChicken I'm a
McChicken chick I'm a McChicken bitch but I'm a spicy McChicken I'm a McDonald's breakfast type
of girl okay I'm a McI'm a McMuffin I'm an egg McMuffin girl and a hash brown girl I'm a
mcdonald's breakfast food bitch okay that's what i'm trying to say got the uber packaged up
i also bought a pellegrino when i was there that's weird i just remember that too
nobody cares jacqueline okay got the uber packaged all the food up god damn it julia's calling
she always calls during the episodes hey i'm i'm podcasting right now
now. Say that again? Is mom at home? No, not yet. She's shopping for Christmas Eve. Okay, bye. All
right, bye. So, get all the food in the Uber. I'm driving back to the hotel. Oh, did I write down
what I did that day. Oh, oh, oh. Then I went to the dog show. Okay. So God, we did so much. Oh my
God, you guys. Oh my God. So we were in Florida for a week, right? We went, so we were at the
hotel. We had my sister's show. We went to the dog show. We went back to her show. Then we went
to Universal for two days. Holy shit. We saw Harry Potter land and all that stuff. Oh my God. I've
even told you guys about universal studios it's gonna be a decently chunky episode uh lengthwise
so it's time for a snack if you're uh i don't know where do people listen to this are you in
the car right now are you at the gym are you doing the dishes guys i always had i always
have headphones in my ear i'm always listening to podcasts and is that i feel like i have i
i have zero i do i'm all about moderation but when it comes to podcasts i have zero breaks i have
zero control i love podcasts i love listening to them all day long i'm in the shower listening i'm
yeah i'm doing my dishes listening i'm always like in the car um walking the dog going for a run
always listening to podcasts so uh so
So, yeah, I have to tell you guys about Universal.
Oh, she wants me to let her dog out of the kennel.
Of course.
I text her back.
He's in the, Beau, her German Shepherd's in the garage in the kennel.
Jimmy sleeps in the living room.
Because I'm a, I cry.
If he's outside in the cold kennel, I literally cry.
I can't do it.
of course I can
so where am I at oh I was like oh we went to universal too I have to tell that story
oh the dog show I went to the AKC national championship dog show next to the hotel in
Orlando Florida after I went to the whole on the whole foods run I like rushed around it was it was
it was a full day and then that night the show went to like 11 30 we didn't get into into bed
until like one so um I go to the big convention center it's five Costco's combined it's so big
I get a little free because it was free so I walk in they give me a little wristband to walk around
didn't see the dogs and the first thing I noticed is that it was like it looked like a homeless camp
I'll be honest so like well not really it was like a classy homeless camp because there was a bunch
of nice tents everywhere for the dogs but you walk in and there's a stank there's a little like dog
shit stank a little dog fur stank even though all the dogs are really clean like if you put a thousand
dogs in a room they're gonna it's gonna smell so kind of smelled like you were at the fair a little
bit but I noticed this tent city like like a fourth of the building was like a tent city for
all the dogs to camp out at and like I think yeah the people just like they like hang there
in between competitions and that was crazy because you guys have to realize I've always
watched the like growing up I've always watched the AKC dog show on is it Thanksgiving Thanksgiving
day there's like the Macy's parade on Thanksgiving and then the dog show and then football so I've
always watched that so it was crazy to see or it was like so cool to see the behind the scenes of
it all and yeah the first thing I noticed was tents everywhere dogs everywhere crates it was
just like jam-packed full of everything dog and as I was walking to see because my mom and my
brother and his girlfriend were already there watching competitions. And as I was walking,
I saw the agility course and I saw a dog doing the little, like running through the tunnel and
jumping over the jumps and going through the little zigzag. Uh, they like go back and forth
between the poles. And I was like, Oh my God, I've watched that on TV my whole life. And now
I'm right here and they're getting judged. And it was so cool. And, um, Oh my God. So my mission
when I got there was to find the golden retrievers because of course like I have one and I wanted to
see the show goldens because they're different okay they're literal bears they're like little
chubby husky like tanks with super fluffy tails and fur and they're they their heads are huge
they're like Jimmy's cute but they're like on a different I wouldn't even call them cute they
just look interesting like show golden retrievers i feel like are so inbred their breed line is like
moms and sons breed like i don't know what they do to the i don't know i don't know the history
but like i know there's probably something like that going on in the breed line to make them look
like that but like i was on a mission to find the goldens and i did um i saw my mom my brother and
his girlfriend and we walked around and right there, like within the first 10 minutes of being
at the show, I saw like 15 golden retrievers on the big blue carpet. All of their trainers or
owners were with them. And then they like walked right next to me and they were so fluffy and so
cute and, um, so well-mannered. Like I got inspired. Like, I know I told you guys, I got
inspired to get my fucking body right after watching the bikini competitors and all that stuff
but dude my body's so right can I be honest this this time last year I don't okay like I did I
think like sorry I'm yelling like two episodes ago I talked about my like strange like weight
loss not even strange but my like effortless weight loss because I gained a bunch of weight
during the pandemic I was one of those millennials again like I literally was 25 the point of me
saying this is this time last year when I was sitting here at my mom's house I was 25 pounds
heavier than I am now and it's just like what the fuck like I'm just feeling like my healthy self
again just feel better of course that's just a lot of like fluff I didn't like look that different
I just felt more fluffy oh shit I think my mom's home she's gonna get mad at me for eating whipped
cream so I got room to grow here that's why I'm eating the whipped cream as I'm saying
dude I love podcasting I can do whatever I want I can talk about whatever I want
uh oh I was saying I got inspired by the because I was inspired by the golden retrievers to train
Jimmy and to like get him super disciplined because it was it was like cool to see that
trainers do that and then I was talking okay yeah but um
should I touch on that like how I just naturally lost weight or do you guys care or you know what
I'm gonna just say go listen to like a few episodes like three episodes ago um I guess
you know this might be a good time to just insert this because it's like a quick thought or quick
thing I could tell you guys like I feel like I'm one of those girls who has always had like what
like I always say like what girl doesn't I've always had like I've always been hyper aware of
like how my body looks and I've always been curious about like different diets and like
different ways of exercising for my body to look like lean and tight and like how can I look like
fucking Angelina Jolie and shit like you know like I well you know like that kind of like I've
always been aware of my body and like being a woman I'm like I know it's like your appearance
matters like it does and like I I like to like when you look good and you like the way you look
you feel good and that's I totally believe in that so I've always had I want I don't want to
say like I don't okay yes I have struggled I'm being like I'm top tiptoeing tip tiptoeing and
tap dancing around saying I've had body insecurities for like all of my I'd say
started in high school and then like through college and like most of my 20s up until now
so what I'm trying to say is that if I had to pick out like a dream scenario for myself about like
as or like as to how I would like function as a human being with diet and exercise and all that
kind of stuff my my like perfect my like sprinkle fairy dust scenario like perfect scenario would be
I literally don't have thoughts about like oh can I eat this it's too many carbs or
oh I have to like or what's my next meal gonna be because I'm like always hungry so I'm always
think about food. Basically, I would, what was I just saying? I'm losing my train of thought, dude.
As I was saying, I'm thinking about food. I just got hungry. Am I starving myself right now? Dude,
I'm not. I've been eating good. It's the holidays. It's the season to eat Barbarian smoked sausages
on the couch and a lot of them and what did I say earlier my dream scenario would be I'm not
thinking about food and like working out all the time and it was and it would be a natural
it would just be a part of my life where it's like I'm not hyper focused on it if that makes
sense and I totally feel like that over the last like couple years has just naturally happened
and it's wild because you know what I think it is I went from going to a gym
anywhere from five to seven days a week I was a seven days a week gym person always working out
always driving to the gym on a treadmill lifting weights doing the like booty workouts and all that
stuff I went from that and like having a normal job routine driving somewhere to work I went from
that to zero like literally pandemic started didn't have access to a gym anymore did like
home workouts for a while got super depressed even when I was working out I was super fucking
depressed like work I knew it was bad when I would literally put myself through like a hundred
burpee crossfit workout and I couldn't get endorphins endorphins from anything like I was
so depressed for like five months during the pandemic and I didn't have access to a gym
anyways and I never really went back and then like I just started doing yoga and outdoor workouts
and I think getting out of the gym environment being around all that and like I don't really
follow any gym people or like other than my amazing sister like that's pretty much it um
I feel like that just helped me just like chill out and I wasn't putting it wasn't on like the
front of my brain every day like gotta get a workout in you gotta eat clean you gotta like
mac like I never I never counted macros or anything but now I just don't I literally the
point of me saying this is like I feel like again living the dream life I literally don't have
issues without shit anymore at all like I I can't tell you the last time I was like oh my god I just
ate like shit I need to go work out and like oh I need to like starve myself the next day because
they just had a fucking cheese pizza in the hotel and put ranch all over it like
that's just it's like weird because like a few years ago I would be like what you're gonna
progress bitch like progress woo um I think what you pay attention to manifests or like what you
focus on manifests into the reality so like I think if you over focus and over
if you put a lot of brain power behind every morsel of food you eat and like worrying about
if it's healthy or not and like a lot of brain power behind working off food like bad food like
I feel like it's gonna have the opposite effect I don't know for me it did it drove me insane and so
yeah if you eliminate those thoughts and you don't even have it like if you don't even think
about them life is just like I'm all about going I'm all about flow I'm all about like
lowering cortisol lowering worry lowering like I don't like to have these I don't like
to live on extremes and like I just like to be fucking level like what's the word like
I like I like I'm doing hand motions right now go to the video to watch
I just like I like going with the I don't know what I'm trying to say
I like to be chill I like to have I like to be even keeled as much as possible because I think
the middle ground of anything is like the best it's like the best place best place to be extremes
are where you get a little bit nutso. But you know what? Top percent people in the world would
say the opposite. They'd be like, nope, you got to grind until three in the morning and get two
hours of sleep. And you got to wake up like Jocko at 4am and do a fucking workout and watch the
sunset. You got intermittent fast. You got to eat fucking meat, just meat and be on a meat diet and
slay the sugar dragon and never eat sugar. Like, I don't know.
um top percent people have their I feel like they do extreme shit but maybe mine is like
here's the thing I feel like I'm doing this is like a weird tangent I'm not I haven't even
gotten into universally yet I'm gonna recap that all that stuff in like five minutes
because I feel like this is kind of a topic I want to get off my chest
I feel like I'm a high perf not I feel like I am a high performing person who can who has a lot of
I have a lot of output and everything I do like with work with my hobby here with podcasting
again I'm like at 300 episodes I feel like that's pretty fucking crazy like that's weighty it's got
some weight to it but I don't kill myself over anything I don't push myself to the extreme limits
over anything I just get shit done and I stay like level as much as possible and I don't like
I was talking to my mom about this last night because she was tired and she wanted to go to
the gym I'm like if I'm if I don't get enough sleep and if I like for example if I went to bed
at 2 a.m and I typically work out at 6 a.m I'm not gonna force myself to wake up at 6 a.m to
work out if I haven't fully recovered and rested like I don't like to work out when I just don't
like to I like to be fucking zen all as much as possible and maybe that's lazy or like I don't
know like not even I just it's all about like listening to your body and being balanced and
treating yourself with a lot of TLC and yeah so good talk Jack um but yeah I don't know if anyone
out there relates to this, I'm sure if you're listening, something about what I talk about
is relatable to you in some way, but I'm big on finding the middle ground, finding the
balance, staying away from the extremes, and just, like, staying level, staying level-headed,
a level mind a lot like I guess that's just in my experience the most pleasurable way to live your
life because whenever I go to the extremes it's like oh shit my mental health goes to the shitter
it goes to the shitter I'm anxious I'm harder on myself I think that's my issue like if I set my
goals and expectations of myself too high I like instantly sabotage or like I my body like doesn't
want to do that. So what works for me is keeping things reasonable. Am I just repeating the same
shit over and over? Is this like a too long of a tangent? I like to be reasonable with myself
and realistic while having high expectations. Dude, this is not a self-help podcast. Jacqueline,
talk about the fact that your sister is a national champion. You need to talk about the show.
so am I on low power god it happened again if I did a little magic trick the red light turned
back on now I gotta go plug my laptop in so just a sec okay so my sister's final show
on Saturday night got postponed to like 7 30 instead of instead of five so um
why am I saying that oh so like we had breakfast I went to Whole Foods we went to I went we all
into the dog show then we chilled got ready for my sister's show we were like pre-funking a little
bit and this was like around 3 34 ish because we were gonna get there early thinking it was
starting it was starting at five so we turned up a little too hard and all had to take a bunch of
naps and like chill because it got postponed um my mom actually stayed there she went and watched
i think it was because the guys were going too long like they went way over time so my mom was
there from like 3 30 until midnight basically um so she was there but the rest of us were like
chilling in the hotel waiting to go um I had to buy my sister a cheeseburger a cheeseburger at the
at the diner to bring just in case she needed to eat it um before the show for her muscles to pop
and like look fuller or something because literally when you get that lean
you like the subtlest things you eat or drink or like the things you eat drink drink depending on
what it is makes the subtlest slightest difference but it's like that could be
like like for her it's like
she was gonna win anyways but maybe she would have if she ate the hamburger or the cheeseburger
she would have looked fuller like i said i don't know what was i saying this for oh
okay but the thing is so wait I got the hamburger is this interesting who cares I got it for the
show at five and so it sat in the hotel and got like super cold at like until seven seven thirty
and I still brought it to her and she never ate it and then I remember I think my mom was hungry
the show and ate it and I was like that shit's been sitting out for like three hours but anyways
So we go to the show and we're, we're in line.
We're first in line because my mom was there really early and yeah,
there's like a train of people and we had our VIP brace wrist wristbands on,
um, to sit in the front row again. And I remember,
so it was like seven o'clock or whatever. They let us in.
everyone's like running to their seats and there was a security guy who was like or no
we sat in the same seats we were at this is so like Jacqueline is this an important part of the
story basically like I don't take no for an answer and I don't I don't like bullshit because
they have these signs that say VIP only or something and like the judges only and there's a
there's like general admission seating like a full-on stadium seat setup a red carpet ropes
VIP seats and judges and so we obviously paid to sit up in those VIP seats so I'm like okay why
so this guy was like no you can't come in here and I'm like well we have the bracelets so I just
like sat down and my brother and his girlfriend sat down my mom was like saving seats behind us
just in case they weren't gonna let us sit there and I was popping off I was like so
if you can show me because there wasn't a difference the VIP seats weren't this sounds
so like first world problem me but whatever um I don't like getting ripped off I don't like stupid
I don't like stupid shit like this because like the first night it was okay we sat there but like
the second night it's not gonna be okay and you know what I mean so I was putting up a little
fight for a good cause here for my family who spent money for these nice seats and
I just I was like the there were there wasn't so they were trying to explain that VIP
was like the first seven rows of general admission but it wasn't signed and then the people that were
in that big line when we were at the door we're just regular general admission people and they
were sitting in the front row of that it was just a shit show so I'm like if you had that
roped off and like signed that it was VIP seats like sure like I would sit there if that's where
your designated area was for it but unfortunately uh your VIP signs up here next to the judges and
this is where all the VIP people sat last night so uh this is where we're sitting again okay
and we ended up sitting there so uh i think that guy was just like doing his job i think
there was like a bunch of miscommunication between the uh security people but i felt
i felt cool sitting i'll be honest dude i wasn't gonna sit in general admission
i'm sitting here i'm a i'm a family member of a winning national champion i'm not gonna sit
in the back row like fuck no i didn't come to florida to lose and i didn't come to
Florida to sit in the back row you know
this is a once in a lifetime experience got to do it right
I'm all about paying for it like I don't like to be a cheap ass when it's
I think it's worth spending more money on like yeah once in a lifetime experiences or like
stuff like this if that makes sense like spending like putting up more money for an experience
versus like trying to always save the money like I feel like sometimes in life you just have to say
no we're here we're doing this we're gonna like we're gonna do it right in order to have the
best experience we're gonna put forward a little more cash to
get it so anyways that was kind of a shit show in the beginning um
it's over should i say this who does who else did i'm sure there's like a ton of people that did
this i snuck in a drink in my water bottle like a little middle schooler and i'm pretty sure like
everyone around us was doing that too they didn't sell alcohol there so i mean it's not that kind
of show i feel like you're watching a bunch of like fitness people doing fitness stuff and
they had concession stands but no alcohol but
we were there for like four hours so we brought some and is that illegal probably i don't know
i don't know if i should even like i'm like okay jacqueline is that is that not does that make your
is that like a bad look for my national champion sister and her family like i don't know
we're just chill we're just cool we're just fucking normal and if you haven't done that
before you should try it because it's it's it's possible it's uh done a lot and
anyways I think I drank a it looked like a piss water bottle because it was a corona
I brought like two coronas in
now I'm like should I google the legalities behind doing that and if I'm like fully
fucking myself right now again I'm like Jacqueline why did you just say that your
sister who's gonna listen to this episode and be like hey you shouldn't have fucking said that
and she's also a lawyer so
this is what happens on my show sometimes I feel like I make my family does did that did that make
my family does anyone care I feel like if you're listening out there you literally don't care that
I said that so uh we bought we we byo bead the show um it was incredible so this was broadcasted
worldwide it was like streamed worldwide and there was an amazing announcer this beautiful lady
on the she was emceeing it um we got to see the basically like the founder of the IFBB or the MPC
and I guess this was this was the 40th year of it 40th yeah so yeah it was a great presentation
a great like introduction of the show um but the second night was mostly performances like
the bodybuilder people will come out and do like a dance to a song not like a dance but they'd show
off their muscles to music and my sister did that and she did it to the my brother actually because
he makes music and stuff he mixed her uh the wonder woman theme song with like other music and
she fucking killed it and there's like a video of it i think on all of her instagram and
she's just such a like she's a literal a literal literal pro like on point every aspect of her is
like like perfect like straight perfection and like her no like her what's it called like her
dance her her um she's on her cues her dance cues are all flawlessly executed on like perfect
timing with the music she used to be a truly a cheerleader in high school so and she does it
she has like a major dance background and she's like always been on the stage so she's like so
cut out for this industry so we watched her and this was the night we were going to find out if
she became a pro or not and she did so basically they called out the winners for like the top five
from the day before they take like there's like so she did physique so there's class like a through
e in physique so what they do is they take the top person from each of those classes on this and on
the second day they put them on stage they have them do like a pose down they already they already
know the winner basically the head judge already decided that like the day before I think but
they do like a little pose down and they you know show their muscles again and then they give their
they give the pro cards out and the big trophies for the overall so my sister came out with all
the other top people from all the other classes and she did her little pose down she stood in
the middle again and she won and it was the craziest thing I was literally crying like
my mom was filming it and she like put the camera on me and I was like I realized I'm like
I was so happy it was like I'm so happy and like I I was almost like I had all these emotions
because I'm like that's my sister like that's my person like that's my family like this is so
fucking cool and amazing and she worked so hard and I know that's all she wanted she wanted that
she won that pro card so bad. So yeah, I was super emotional. And then, uh, her other, um,
the other category she competed in was figure where she wore it. That's the heels one. And
she got her pro card for it, but she did not win overall. And we have, we have a sneak because
overall person gets a giant trophy so she already got one in the figure category she's the national
champion for that but the fit or the physique then the figure someone else got first but
this is where I was pissed I was like she's so she's getting so gypped right now
because she had beat that girl in physique and then that that girl beat her in figure and I
think it's because they have to like spread out the winnings to like one person in each category
like one like my sister couldn't go home with two trophies because no one else did they needed
one representative for each category so like it was obvious like I just my personal opinion as a
spectator is that my sister should have won but she already won the other
thing you got it um I mean the other the other girl looked great but it was kind of like
yeah I just feel like my sister should have won that too
I guess that just might be how the, the judging works. One per, one overall winner for each
category. You can't have one person doing two. Um, so that night, so like, this is kind of a
long episode. I haven't even talked about universal. Okay. I'm going to, I'm going to
wrap this episode now. So that night we're tired. We've been up all day. Um, dog show. I'm,
I'm running around the town, going to the grocery store, work out in the morning early, Julia's show, late night, because the show went, we had to wait until the end, it was like, I think it ended at 11.30, we went to bed, and then we had an early wake up the next day, because we went to Universal, we went to Universal Studios, mainly to go to the Harry Potter world,
um but basically the next day we did that we rode all the roller coasters
and I got to see Hogwarts and I got to see like Diagon Alley and I got to eat like I had bangers
and mash like I was in London with Harry and Hermione and Ron like it was just it was cool
like we got to ride the train um like the Harry Potter train um yeah it was fun I'll say this
though so my brother and his girlfriend had been before and they went during the pandemic where
there was like no one there so they had a really fond they had fond memories of going because it
was so fun they could ride they could like lap rides they could go one after the other after the
other but unfortunately um it's Christmas time families are traveling together they're going to
Universal and the lines were like a hundred minutes long and we would get in like three or four rides
a day and I went there to ride roller coasters I mean we were doing the VelociCoaster we did the
Hagrid that's like the best one the Hagrid roller coaster where you ride the motorcycle
we did the Hulk roller coaster um there's like a Harry Potter bank one we went on Hogwarts we went
I think we did like maybe 10 overall split between days but maybe not even that much
maybe like six honestly like three day but the lines were so long and there was it was so crowded
like walking around you're just elbow to elbow with people it was so much it was like over
stimulating like my brain was like overly stimulated with people and like fun stuff to
look at and I was keeping my mouth shut because I'm like okay I know we just came here to have
fun together as a family at this theme park but the whole time I'm like I'm not a theme park person
I don't like this isn't for me like I can do a local fair maybe a county fair no like I it was
the crowd that ruined it and I think they're overselling tickets and they're trying to
which is it was beautiful to see like I went from 2020 no crowds no gatherings all that shit to like
here I am in Florida this place is maxed out with people and happy people seeing their favorite
movie characters walk around and they're riding rides they're with their family they're eating
good it was like it was like a food festival there just like anything and everything you can
ever think of eating it's there um yeah my sister had fun with that because she could actually eat
like any food after her show and it was like it was I think she got like a big ass box of donuts
she shared with us it was so good um but yeah I mean overall it was like fun but the the lines
the crowds were just a big downer um my mom was saying the same thing because I was like I was
trying to be like quiet about my opinion on the place and the experience and then she was like
after it like as we were leaving we said goodbye to my brother and his girlfriend she's like yeah
that's just not for me it's just not my thing and I'm like yeah me neither um all right I'm trying
think if there's any other theme park quick thoughts or updates um let me go back to my note
degenerates everywhere I wrote
that's fucked up Jacqueline I wrote this all on the plane my notes on our trip on the plane and
i wrote degenerates everywhere yet yeah like it pulls a certain crowd like the the movie buff
the movie the the uh superhero nerd crowd the harry potter nerd crowd the
it's a nerdy audience it's a nerdy crowd of people and
it just there was a there's a level of degeneracy there and especially honestly i'm saying that
because it's like you're walking around it's like the best people watching in the world i mean
The amount of scooters, the amount of large bodied people on scooters and I just don't know how to say it.
It's just like, holy, I don't see that every day.
It was an, it was an, it was a interesting experience.
Like there's just, it was just a lot of, you're in Universal Studios, you're in Orlando, people from all over coming.
maybe it just it was I don't know I have a I have a it like bugs me I'll be honest I don't
I understand that like people have like mental health issues and they gain weight and they're
obese or whatever but like it's for me it's like hard to see that concentrated in one area and
there's like everywhere you look there's like people on scooters that can't like walk normally
because they're so big. Like, that bothers me. I'm going to be honest. I'm not going to pretend
like, oh, that doesn't bother me. Like, it does. It's just, like, sad. It makes me go, oh, shit.
They can't even ride the rides. They're so big. They don't fit on the coasters. And then,
you know, their little kids are obese. And it's just like, oh, my God. So I saw a lot of that.
But I guess I was kind of rude. I wrote degenerates everywhere. Y'all know that. It's just
just calling a spade a spade just saying it like it is um it's a podcast host do they sit around
state their opinions state their ideas and unfiltered and they aren't trying to be a
little people pleaser and try to make people prove what they're saying they're just being
raw and authentic and here I am so thanks for tuning in today I really enjoyed this episode

Merry Christmas. Happy holidays. Kiss my ass. Kiss your ass. Something like that.
Oh, here I'll, I'll find, finish the episode by saying my favorite Christmas movie is National
Lampoon's Christmas Vacation with Chevy Chase. And if you haven't seen it, please go watch it.
It's a gem.
It's the best Christmas movie of all time next to Elf and The Grinch.
There's so many good Christmas movies.
I could do a whole episode on Christmas movies, but anyways.
I never know how to end the episode.
Hope you're happy.
I hope you're healthy.
