Starting point is 00:00:00 What's up, guys? It's episode 332. Welcome back to the show. hi um this is what i've got for you today okay let's uh list it off here train derailments fighter jets shooting shit down in the sky recently uh the word riz megan fox and mgk breaking up babies napping outside in the cold in Norway um bowling Valentine's Day Rihanna uh the earthquakes going on the Grammys LeBron breaking the all-time scoring record my pet peeves the word puffy uh the state of Wisconsin an alien sighting in the outback outback of Australia and last but not least and most importantly, the fact that I confused Mike Holmgren for Andy Reid as the coach of the
Starting point is 00:01:30 Kansas City Chiefs on my last episode. So yeah, I don't even know where to start. Let me just like take you into my environment and put you in the room with me right now. I'm freshly showered in my bathrobe with wet hair, sipping on my classic, um, this is not classic. My like, uh, what, what would I call this? This is like my, when I'm trying to be super fit and healthy, this is like my drink of choice. It's a protein coffee shake. I'm sipping on that. Um, I did eat a banana after my run so I had a banana now I'm having a having a coffee protein shake um why am I hitting a wall okay I feel like I'm already hitting a wall it's weird like it's Saturday morning Corey's golfing he's got this like big exciting golf tournament this weekend I worked out I walked the dogs
Starting point is 00:02:32 I had to put my couch back apart or back together excuse me I had to put my couch back together again because when I was at the gym the dogs tore it apart so I did that um did my little skincare routine uh yeah and now I'm podcasting so oh my god okay one quick story about this morning I was stupid I let Jimmy go off leash when I took him out to take a shit and I never do that because he's bad like he will not listen to me and he'll start he'll run away he'll literally just bolt and run away from me so it was like I don't know I woke up at five uh maybe we went out at like 5 30 it was like quiet dark it's Saturday morning no one's up I'm like it's fine so I took him out and like halfway down the street uh we ran into a couple golden retrievers off leash
Starting point is 00:03:27 and their owners and it was this fuck it was a shit show like I couldn't they were running everywhere playing in the street like going crazy and I literally had to grab Jimmy's neck and like restrain him and I started running because the only way I can get him to stay with me if I is if I start running so I started running back to the the house and like he he all of a sudden he just stopped and he and he he does this little thing where he fucks with me he stops he has this really psychotic look in his eyes. And I know what that means. It means he's going to stop and run the other direction. So I slowly crept up to him and I timed it perfectly. I wrapped my arms around him and picked up his entire body and hauled him into the elevator, back into the
Starting point is 00:04:18 apartment. And I'm like, I'm done taking him off leash or bring him outside off the leash. Cause that was not fun. It literally was like a 30 minute situation. Cause he also ran behind people's houses and like it was bad I'm that was my poor judgment but um yeah that's kind of there's like a fun story for you about my morning okay let's get into the trains so the truth of the matter is if you want to know where my head's at about current events um when I think about it this has been a reoccurring theme on my show here since the beginning um it's just same shit different year the death and destruction and the chaos of the world never ends like i could think back over the last couple years and recall like 20 of the top horrible things that happened that were
Starting point is 00:05:19 put on the news all the time like I could list that off and it's just like every year there's going to be that and right now we've got the Palestine Ohio train derailment causing it's like a chemical disaster you know we've got the UFO uh not you did they shoot down a UFO over a lake somewhere that's happening there's the Chinese balloon obviously I talked about that last episode. It's just like, there's always going to be something. And for the most part, in my experience, and I don't know if you feel this way too, like 99.9% of the stuff I hear about on the news is not even in my local community. It's literally like somewhere on the other side of the world, like in Turkey or Syria, you know, with the earthquake or it's in Michigan at a
Starting point is 00:06:13 college you know there's a shooting there so I hear about that it's somewhere else it's not even in my own community and when I the theme or something I've discussed before is like I don't think that keeping up with world events all the time and always being aware of the terrible news happening is good for our little monkey brains and I I had this thought I it like came to me a couple days ago sometimes I'll just like be in deep thought right before I wake up and I'll have I'll remember that little dream or little whatever it's usually at like 4 30 a.m I don't know why but that's like when I have these little thoughts and it came back to me the thought that I think we as young people with technology and
Starting point is 00:07:10 our little social media and our phones like I think we need to be more plugged into our local communities and our local news and have an awareness about that like as much or way more than the world news and world i think it's good to have a a pulse on both but i'm pretty sure like if you asked a gen z kid right now like who their local mayor is or like what the local like what's going on locally like they couldn't tell you but they could tell you every fucking thing they've seen on tiktok about the idaho murder case or the chinese balloon getting shot down like they could tell you but they don't even know what's going on around them and i i don't even know what's going around going on around um myself and so I'm one to talk right like I don't know
Starting point is 00:08:04 I live here in San Diego I couldn't tell you what's going on I know we have a homelessness issue there's been a major surge um over the winter here like I could tell you that but like I don't know I really just don't fucking know what's going on around me literally in my community in my neighborhoods and so like not to sound like a little fucking like what do you call this like an idealist or it's just it's like we got to go back to basics pretend like it's 2004 and you didn't have access to information all day long at your fingertips and you would sit down and watch the like in my case growing up we'd have like the today show on or it was called king five news it's still going on in seattle we'd have that on
Starting point is 00:08:56 and i'd see what's going on in washington and then at night we'd watch like the nightly news and then on sundays we'd watch the we watched 60 minutes at 7 p.m and we'd hear about like the major news stories and that was my that's all i had and that's all my brain was getting fed news-wise and so yeah it's so it goes this goes hand in hand with like cell phone addiction social media addiction it's like hard not to look and then as a podcast host I'm like every time I sit down to do this I'm like going and checking current events and like you know what's happening in the world and I'm like I don't give a shit I literally I'm like I care about humanity I care about people I care about like everyone being good here on this planet but
Starting point is 00:09:49 I just can't keep up with it it's not sustainable for me to constantly sit down and put in my two cents about the news because it's like it's it's just and it's almost like I feel like I'm watching a movie every day when I check my phone and I felt this way for a while now um I don't know why the whole like George Floyd um the ever since the George Floyd death um went down and the protests like things just I don't know everything's like a movie and everything's like it's like almost like it accelerated it accelerated something in the news cycle I don't really know what plus you know we had we had the Donald Trump shit for so long and like it's just gotten it's gotten thicker um just the the Jesus Christ hold on let me take a drink I don't know if did
Starting point is 00:10:51 I want to go this direction to start the episode I guess sometimes I just get off on I don't get off. I go off on a tangent. Jesus Christ. Life update on my lungs. As you know, I'm a former vapor. I quit last year. I've been running and my life update is that I'm able to run five miles without getting winded and I feel great. So I've been running now for like a month, maybe a little longer and yeah so that's awesome I'm really like proud of myself I like feel I feel really healthy and strong in my body so okay back to like the news and shit so I mean yeah I could sit here and talk about the train derailments something that I asked Google because I was curious I'm like how many train derailments happen every year like obviously this one in
Starting point is 00:11:50 um ohio is terrible um compared to the rest like they're they all suck but like this one's not i mean this is literally like gonna cause i mean people are showing like their water it's like neon green and shit um and i saw like or people are talking about how like fish are just floating like schools of fish are just floating around because they're poisoned to death in the water so anyways i was curious because i'm like okay i know we're hearing about these and it seems like there's been a dozen or so since the beginning of 2023 but on average there's 1700 per year let me read this from the independent independent um the recent ohio train derailment in which carriages from 150 car freight liner carrying
Starting point is 00:12:44 toxic chemicals crashed off the cracks in the town of East Palestine East Palestine not Palestine um it's just one of more than a dozen rail accidents reported to have already taken place in the U.S. since the start of 2023 so I guess there's been a lot of deregulation and major cuts in i guess employment in the train industry or the freight line i don't really know the terminology but where they're doing like the trains are they're hauling the trains are on the tracks in the same way they've always been but there's like less people taking uh the caboose by the horn what in the fuck there's let the conductor numbers are down i don't know um it's just like yeah let's see so that's terrible what's the chemical that
Starting point is 00:13:56 what are the toxic chemicals that are being released there's been no one was killed in the incident but more than 2 000 residents were template honestly i want to talk about rihanna like you guys have heard about this train derailment shit for a while now i'm sure like it's not great um so my thoughts on rihanna's halftime performance is uh basically hold on i caught myself there just fyi if you didn't catch it i caught myself there as a podcast host saying my thoughts on rihanna is so i took a sip of my drink to like reconnect with my brain cells and
Starting point is 00:14:47 what i wanted to say jesus what i wanted to say um what i wanted what i want to say i'm like hitting a wall is this because i didn't eat enough after my run this morning holy this is like i i talked about it last episode i'm trying to figure out like how to fuel my body to have energy and not get tired because i if i eat i get tired if i don't eat i get tired if i don't it's weird like i could i'm having this like i'm in this phase of maybe I'm burnout I don't know I'm just like always fucking tired and I honestly I said this last episode too I I'm too stubborn I'm being honest I think it's a caffeine problem I think it is like I I think I've um
Starting point is 00:15:38 I I glorify my caffeine intake too much or I what's the uh how how would I say it I romanticize I glorify I flex I like it's kind of like a personality fucking trait like I'm a I'm just a basic white girl who loves Starbucks and I just like I'm always over caffeinated I love my iced coffee and I did it just like that is my personal fucking brand and it's like this entire I'm on my third year podcasting like the entire time I've done this it's like she's over caffeinated she's talking too fast she loves her coffee it's like that's what it's been and so if I really think about like my lifestyle choices and why I'm tired all the time I think it's because I'm like over caffeinating and I'm doing that instead of eating and then like I need the
Starting point is 00:16:29 fuel from food and not the caffeine I don't know so yeah um my thoughts about Rihanna's halftime show are my thoughts are that well first of all when it when it was like for now presenting me apple music halftime show or whatever featuring rihanna i don't know about you but the entire fucking performance i had this stupid smile on my face i wasn't i wasn't moving i think i just had my arms i was on the couch and i watched the super bowl alone by the way cory was in he was actually in ohio um traveling and i was here with the dogs and i i think i was just sitting on the couch with my hands on my lap smiling like a fucking idiot and just like I was I was so mesmerized every I was so locked in to Rihanna I was just ever since the beginning just the way
Starting point is 00:17:29 she like did the ooh na na whatever the first like line was and just like the way she moved I'm like first of all Rihanna is my Beyonce Rihanna is my Taylor Swift Rihanna is my like who's like another like everyone's like queen she's like Selena Gomez no like who's like Rihanna's my number one she's number one in my heart always has been like her vibe her energy her personality her fucking style like just the way she carries herself like that's I want to be like Rihanna like that's I look up to her so much and so um anyways it just put me into I almost I there was a moment where I started crying I'm not crying but like I got like emotional um but yeah my thoughts about it I loved that it was simple like there wasn't
Starting point is 00:18:27 there she didn't do an outfit change first of all she's pregnant so like I caught that immediately as soon as the show started I noticed like she has her boobs like in this plastic thing this red all right she's wearing all red and she had like her boobs in this thing and then I noticed her like her belly was protruding out a little bit from that I was like I know like she's not that's not like her postpartum weight from her first kid like that's a little baby bump she's showing so I think that's that yeah that was amazing I just I noticed that at first and then I love how simple it was like there were no outfit changes it was just all about like the dancing and the way the dancers looked like in formation
Starting point is 00:19:16 the white Michelin men like the contrast of them with her I loved I loved it I think a lot of people were like it was kind of boring like it wasn't serving like it wasn't giving what we wanted for you know from Rihanna for like this was her debut after I don't know how many years she's kind of been um out like a few fives I don't know four or five um but at the end of the day I'm like she's pregnant she did that so that's like the I mean I loved it I think her voice sounded great um I just loved all the shots with like the the platforms like the elevator platforms and this the shot where they went towards the dancers and they were kind of like peeling like a banana and then it was Rihanna like that was sick and I and I'm I'm on that side of TikTok
Starting point is 00:20:13 right now so i'm on the rihanna dancer tiktok uh channel and apparently the dancers are from like it's called the royal family and the choreographer is i can't remember her name but she's like this amazing choreographer that put it put it together and i fucking work i wish i her name Caroline no it's not anyways um some of the dancers are like showing behind the scenes at the Super Bowl and it's just really cool I loved it I fucking loved it I love Rihanna go Rihanna I'm so excited for just like her next chapter with is she coming out with an album is that like what the hype is too it's got to be is how do I not know that I'm like sitting here telling you I'm like her biggest fan and then is Rihanna coming how was your week oh
Starting point is 00:21:15 yeah she's coming out with a new album 2023 um it's gonna be her ninth album what other little thoughts do I have about the halftime performance yeah i just all i know is i just sat there with a grin on my face the entire time just in awe i was in fucking awe um so yeah i what else okay i'm closing out the tab about the ohio train derailment like cory was telling me last night that a fighter jet shot down a kid's balloon so that's is that real let me look that up fighter jet shoots down and they missed one or something like republicans mock biden for having fighter jets potentially shoot down a 13 hobby balloon
Starting point is 00:22:26 and providing a powerful deterrence for any high school science clubs that might try to invade america oh my god is there video i know so when the bottle cap balloon brigade discovered their hobby balloon went missing the same time fighter jets were scrambled to down a mystery a mysterious object over alaska wow this this is clunky sorry let me sit up uh theory started swirling was there 12 inflatable taken out by a 400 000 sidewinder missile fired from a 143 million dollar f-22 in a military operation ordered by president joe biden this is so fucking funny this is why i'm like it feels like everything's like then I feel like I'm watching a movie every day it's kind of fun like I'm
Starting point is 00:23:23 as long as you're I also this is another reoccurring thing I bitch about the news all the time and talk about like how it's like frying my brain and I don't care about it and it's just like always something different every fucking day and it's chaos and destruction and like I want to be better at paying attention to my local news and like knowing what's going on in my community and like I say that shit all the time but I also think that or something that also a reoccurring theme oh my god I'm a podcast host I can do this I've been doing this for three years I can do this it's actually been two and like a few months um like have fun like look at the news read it and then as long as you're
Starting point is 00:24:14 not letting it affect your mental health and like your day the only time i'll say this the times where i'm like fuck me i should not have read the news today is whenever it's honestly this earthquake the Idaho murder you know uh mass shootings that kind of shit is where I get like real fucked up for the day so or like watching police brutality videos of like the other that that guy that died I talked about him on a couple episodes ago the police beat the shit out of him and then he went into the hospital and died what was his name um please see it's like I feel like if I don't say his name it's like I'm a bad person right for telling that story not saying like he died I think we all knew
Starting point is 00:25:08 know what I'm talking about it was like a major story about a month ago um from police what state was that Tyree Nichols Tyree Nichols yeah um horrible and see that's an example of where I saw the video of the police beating the shit out of him the five cops and then I didn't know he died and then like after the fact I found out he died and then it just like hurt even worse I was like you know so I'm reading about this f22 shooting down a 12 balloon and the point of me I'm like it's it's comedy it's funny it's entertainment like this world is like oh it's like watching a movie every day right here's another example I'm on babies napping in Norway TikTok babies napping outside in their strollers in Norway TikTok
Starting point is 00:26:06 dog I keep seeing these videos pop up literal baby strollers with babies inside like packs of them there's guys walking around like a fountain some sort of like fountain fountain that's a weird word say fountain fountain fountain fountain um Louie are you okay are you okay checking on the dogs hold on are you okay he's tired he's tired um this guy's walking around a fountain in Norway and there's like 25 strollers just chilling outside in the cold and yeah so that's a thing um apparently it's a tradition let me read to you why babies take a nap outside alone in nordic countries it's all to do with perceptions of health well-being and age-old traditions like tell this to anyone they're like you've got to be fucking kidding me this is not
Starting point is 00:27:11 real like you're just gonna dip out and leave your child alone in the city streets in the cold in their stroller literal babies i'm not sure how old they to me i'm like they're a couple months old or I don't know they're not like toddlers with legs that can walk around these are babies that can't even fucking walk yet in their strollers so I had to read about it because I was like this is insane um in Nordic countries there's a norm of letting babies take a nap outside in their push chairs is this like a British website do I feel like the Brits call them push chairs buggy stroller i say stroller there's a there's a norm of letting babies take a nap alone outside in their strollers wander down a street in denmark sweden norway or finland and there's a chance
Starting point is 00:28:05 you'll see strollers quietly sitting by themselves with a sleeping baby inside even on a chilly winter day i think i feel great right now i think whatever i ate i think that banana and then the caffeine plus the protein just kind of like fused together in my body and I feel alive right now so that's great I also overdid it in the sauna again like I have this should I let me finish about the babies then I'll talk about my toxic I don't want to use that word my maybe overly like my extreme workout style and like I don't want to sound like I'm a fucking animal like crossfit girl or like like crazy workout person. I just have this pattern and this habit with the gym that I can't snap out of. And I don't think it's the best for, it's like,
Starting point is 00:29:01 like people make, I got, I get comments and it's not, it's not making me feel great. Just I'll get to that one second. So anyways, it's perfectly acceptable, acceptable for parents to slip into a cafe or a coffee shop and leave their baby outside with no qualms it's a great word qualms in fact it's not unusual to see a mini car park of strollers lined up outside buildings the practice may seem strange for foreign eyes but it's a widely accepted tradition in nordic among nordic parents and even encouraged by midwives all in all the practice of letting babies nap outside is perceived to boost kids health and serves as a way to express age old cultural traditions um so
Starting point is 00:29:47 like just imagine a world where like in america like you're in home depot and you're like what's like a sketchy kind of store it's so safe there that people feel like this is okay that like where in the united states could i guess like small towns maybe where everyone like knows each other but even then there's like a meth head somewhere there's like always a meth head somewhere in those small towns um or like you know and a pedophile there's like something bad around the corner in those kind of towns little towns um like where would this be okay in the united states where it's just not us it's just not like I'm thinking of my I live in a very safe I would consider my um neighborhood
Starting point is 00:30:47 very safe um there actually was a crazy person outside I forgot to that's something I could have talked about that scared the shit out of me a couple days ago he was screaming like angry angrily screaming on the top of his lungs it was like echoing in the entire it was just it was such a visceral like angry scream I got real triggered because I used to get screamed out like that not like I mean pretty bad I wouldn't say that bad this guy was just on something or maybe his brain has a he's got a challenge a mentally a disability I don't know but it scared the fuck out of me so I would consider my neighborhood safe but there's always that one crackhead somewhere right so yeah like
Starting point is 00:31:36 anyways in Norway Denmark Finland Iceland all these Nordic countries people leave their babies outside and it's it's totally fine I guess it helps with their immunity um they believe among among amongst almost oh my god I can't read almost all of the parents surveyed said they believe that believe the feel-good benefits came from exposing the youngins to fresh cool air there's a belief in many parts of the world that being exposed to the frosty wilderness can toughen children's immune systems although that's never been proven by by a robust scientific study similarly it is true that playing and being active in natural environments can boost a child's immune systems significantly like yeah like in my experience I grew up on a in farmland and I was
Starting point is 00:32:31 like I was eating dog shit and like picking it no I was why am I always talking about dog shit on this fucking show I was like making mud pies eating dirt um I was just around a lot of like animal fecal matter like cows chickens sheep llamas bunnies like you know so like I was always dirty my feet if you looked at me as a kid like and you looked at the bottom my feet they're always like black from dirt and just like running around naked and and I know that that's like great for kids immune systems um so I guess being out in the cold is good too but it's never been proven by science I don't know this is just a phenomenon that I had to share because just go google babies napping outside in Norway I had to share this because
Starting point is 00:33:25 share this because I was like this just could not go down here like like where's like the safest i want to look up the safest the safest neighborhood neighborhood in the u.s i know this there's like um naples florida port st louis florida fort myers portland maine there's like rankings i've seen charts and shit of like the safest places to live but i'm not okay honestly i'm looking at this list it's like the top 25 i'm like i would never leave my kid out in a stroller in tampa you know so um anyways where was I at oh I wanted to talk about my gym thing I do
Starting point is 00:34:30 hold on I'm taking a sip I'm not gonna edit this episode it's just gonna be one one take I've been peppering in some sound effects a few episodes ago i started doing that and i don't think that's what you tune in for but it is kind of fun i think it makes the episode kind of more it makes it more like a show a show um i need to do shit today too so like let me just kind of bring you into my life um cory's at the at the golf tournament i've got the dogs i'm podcasting i worked out um I need to I moved out of my old apartment and my car I did talk about this last episode my car
Starting point is 00:35:21 still looks like a storage unit so I need to get rid of a bunch of clothing today and there's a particular store I like to consign my items at that I want to go to and I've been detoxing my closet even more like i i i think i have like 12 bags garbage bags of clothes in my car but the other day i had my um boys they're fucking with the couch again i i'm i've had it i don't i don't get it like okay cory goes to ohio i've got the dogs for a few days and all of a sudden they start literally taking tearing our sectional couch apart all of the cushions off come off of it they unhinge the little like metal thing and dump and like the couch tips over it's just a
Starting point is 00:36:17 fucking like why all of a sudden you know what I mean it's like their thing now and they're doing it again so dogs will be dogs will be dogs but goddamn um anyways the other day I got inspired to clean out my existing closet here in my new place and I got rid of another garbage bag so it's like a whole thing um I want to do that and then obviously not obviously but like I have this fucking um stupid little little addiction to golf right now and I have a golf lesson tomorrow so I want to go to the range to practice today um I want to get this episode out and to put the duvet cover on it's just a lot so um anyways I when I work out like I said I've been running lately so if you see me at the gym on the treadmill running five
Starting point is 00:37:19 miles I look disgusting by the end of it like I'm not just doing a quick 20 minutes and you know I break a sweat to the point where it's like dripping on the the belt okay it's I'm fully soaked okay when I'm done with that it's like okay my heart rate was up for you know 45 50 minutes I ran hard I just did five miles um I'm sweaty you know my hair is fully so I don't know why I sweat so much. It's just, it's kind of like, I've always been this way. So like, why do some people sweat more than other people? Let me ask Google. Why do, why do I sweat so much? Is this like a health thing? Primary hyper, do I have a faulty nerve? Why do I sweat so much when I work out because I noticed like some people just don't sweat like I do
Starting point is 00:38:23 so getting a good sweat session is key to health but excessive sweating during your workout can be inconvenient no shit I get comments I'll get to that sweating is protective and beneficial but it can be uncomfortable it just means that your body's hot benefits of sweating besides cooling our skin sweating provides some other benefits filters toxins from the body like arsenic lead mercury and anti-aging effects kills harmful bacteria on the skin surface what does it mean if you sweat a lot during workouts in general sweating means you're getting hot which happens as muscles are exercised in hot and heat generates
Starting point is 00:39:09 um sweating a lot means you are likely exercising harder than usual or a lot and also that you might be doing so in a hotter than me so yeah I work out fucking hard and I sweat a lot and the belt has like sweat on it my hair is fully soaked then after my run now when I lift it's not like this this is just something that's been going on lately because I've been I've started running then okay she's wet and then she goes into the sauna okay she cranks that bitch up to 194 degrees on the outside because there's like a little monitor thing I sit in that sauna for like it's Saturday I don't have anything to do other than like podcast play golf and like take care of the dogs and drop some clothes off okay I go in there for like sometimes like 45 minutes straight and
Starting point is 00:40:07 I go in there wet for my run and then I'm and I don't put on a bikini I don't I just like go in in my workout outfit and I sweat even more I come out looking like a tomato my hair is just like fully wet I have to like slick it back into a bun I look sickly because I have blue eyes and I have like this I have um pale skin and like my undertones are cool like you can kind of like see my veins on my eyes when i get really sweaty and like i just look and i feel like i come out of the sauna and my run looking fucking insane and then i have to do my catwalk outs out to the um the front lobby okay i have to do that little catwalk and try to you know pull my shit together beforehand so i look somewhat presentable and it's like there's not a day that goes by that
Starting point is 00:40:56 i don't get a fucking comment like oh damn you really what is i always get the comments like he tore it up again on the treadmill didn't you or like I'm like I just look insane and so I don't know why I'm like this but I don't I I feel like when I work out I have to go harder it's like what's the point and when I used to do yoga when I used to do like Pilates and that kind of shit I would feel really like worked out but I wasn't drenched in sweat you know what I mean and I felt great so maybe I could just like keep that in mind it's hard because when you run you're gonna i get sweaty um this is my cross to bear this is my guys this is like a really big deal fuck the train derailment fuck the um earthquake for all the destruction death in the world this
Starting point is 00:41:43 is what you need to know this is this is what's important this is the center of my world right now and i'm going to talk about this instead okay i get way too excited when i work out and i get too fucking sweaty that's terrible that's fuck I did not you know what I mean you know what I mean like and I've always been this way is the thing I feel like because I used to play sports you know what I'm always you know what here's what I'm chasing here's what I'm chasing I'll admit it this is what I'm chasing I used to be a basketball player okay I was a high school basketball player and I uh I'm chasing uh I should also say elementary middle school and high school just to be
Starting point is 00:42:35 more detailed here uh it was my favorite sport I play basketball I was a little point guard a three-point shooter right and I think I'm chasing the exhaustion level I had from playing like the fourth quarter of a basketball game like I don't the I don't get to that point anymore when I work out and I it's like I want to feel that way I want to feel dead I want to feel I used to crossfit too kind of like that but I don't know or like when you're running lines because you're in trouble like someone fucked up and now everyone's got to run lines you have to do 10 sets of lines it's like you're literally gassed I think that's why I go as hard as I do and this is not this is not like I feel like if I was on the other end listening to this and I was already kind of like
Starting point is 00:43:31 I don't know this isn't like a humble brag or like I just like it is what it is I'm I work out and I get sweaty and I like feeling really like winded and shit so you know what the the result of that is though I'll um also say this there's a big difference from finishing a workout that I kind of just went like you know 60% at versus like giving it my all because the difference on the other side is like I feel why why is this now a health and fitness podcast I don't like this I feel like I'm being boring right now it's like everyone knows you get the endorphins after a hard workout compared to like a less hard workout. Okay. That's all I was going to say. Moving on. Oh my God. I really want
Starting point is 00:44:26 to, God damn it. It cut off. I'm not doing this in one take. I want to get to the driving range and get on with my day. So I keep seeing this word Riz. Um, it's kind of like when cap had a debut, the word cap, um, was cap like last year, 2022. And I don't get it. So I'm looking, I'm Googling, what is Riz? So Riz refers to someone's ability to attract a love interest. So if someone says you have Riz, it means your flirt game is strong. Oh. Your flirt game is strong.
Starting point is 00:45:08 Here's Urban Dictionary. Another word for spitting game. Riz is how good you are with pulling and sustaining bitches. so you have it's like swag but it's like riz is like your ability to like mad ability to flirt mad flirt skills charisma riz actually comes from the word charisma where there's a southern baltimore they've um where in southern baltimore they've started to shorten it to rizma the noun replacing charisma and to riz the action of showing charisma
Starting point is 00:45:48 okay so you're it's it's charm it's i think do i have riz i don't know another word for how good you are at pulling sustaining bitches honestly it's like on tick because this is like a tiktok thing it's like some people are just good with flirting at their camera lens like i i posted a video on instagram and i watched it like 10 times because like obviously and i was like i don't flirt with a camera lens i feel like i have really like like just dead eyes when i address the camera when i'm talking i'm like i think i should be more flirtatious if i put like when i talk when I post videos like it should be more intentional about like you know what I mean like
Starting point is 00:46:37 what kind of aura I'm putting off because I have a tendency to like when I talk to the camera it's always like a bitch or a rant or like some sort of like issue like in that video I was putting my couch together and I was like putting away groceries and shit and it was kind of like a I was being kind of a brat it was like a bratty vibe so I don't know that's me like being a content creator overthinking my personality and how I come across and how I'm being perceived that is fucking insane but honesty it's you know I'm being honest so I forgot about the state of Wisconsin I don't know I wrote Wisconsin down I literally do you ever this happens to me like every two months i'll randomly hear about a state and i'm like
Starting point is 00:47:30 wait that's not real wait what wisconsin wisconsin wisconsin like delaware what other states are that for me um let me look at a map like honestly missouri isn't kansas city from kansas city missouri kansas city don't make fun of me kansas city missouri right yeah missouri i think that's the other state too i heard about wisconsin and then i heard about missouri because of kansas the the chiefs and i was like wait missouri i don't know it's like this it's like me pronouncing words and i'm like wait that's not a real word the word the i do this with the word the all the time just t-h-e the it's i don't know it's like another word
Starting point is 00:48:30 um balloon or what's uh train train yeah i don't know um what else do we have here oh mgk and megan fox yeah she like did she delete her instagram for like is it still down megan fox i i just think that i don't know what happened basically she posted a few pics and then like a video of a letter getting burned in a fire and then her caption on it was like um something about dishonesty I think it was a Beyonce quote from the Lemonade album it's like you can taste dishonesty it's all over your what's that quote you can taste dishonesty it's not this it's not taste dishonesty it doesn't make any sense
Starting point is 00:49:34 it's all over your breath you can taste this oh you can taste the dishonesty it's all over your breath so she posted that and then she like followed Eminem unfollowed MGK like all she did this like weird follow unfollow thing on her I'm hearing that it was just like a PR thing and it's I don't know like did em let me just google did MGK I don't like MGK I'm not a and Megan Fox freak out oh yeah and they were seen like outside a couple's counseling place Megan thought this is from people Megan Fox and MGK are not giving up on their relationship but she is still upset it just makes it sound like he did her dirty and cheated on her or
Starting point is 00:50:27 something they're getting professional help because they want things to work out she had a recent dispute with him she's 36 he's 32 they haven't split megan is still upset but is not giving up on the relationship he feels the same way they are getting professional help because they want things to work out over the weekend the transformers actress hinted at a possible breakup from her i'm just okay i'm like looking at pictures of them too of them right here I just they just give me like immature middle schoolers in love vibes like the way just the way they are together the way they post just the dramatic like letter burning in the fire it's just
Starting point is 00:51:25 like a little emo and that's kind of how he is I don't know I feel like she's like I I get how they work together but I just think Megan Fox could do so much fucking better I don't I'm just I don't know he doesn't do it for me I mean like it's not I'm not one I'm you know people like love them together I'm just I've never understood it to be honest um but like I just don't see how this is gonna work out honestly I don't know what happened wait let me click this link the recent dispute I like his music I like her face you know I like them a lot but not together honestly Megan Fox very upset okay um
Starting point is 00:52:17 they had a fight over the weekend um yeah i don't know it sounds like they're gonna try to work it out we'll uh circle back in a year they're i it just i don't they're engaged right he gave her a ring with like thorns on it. So it hurts when it literally, it has like spikes on it. So it hurts if she tries to take off the ring. Yeah. I just, it's kind of giving me like Pamela Anderson and, um, who was her lover Bobby Kelly Bobby Kelly wait no wait Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee right Tommy Lee yeah it's kind of looking like that kind of relationship where it's like just so like the passion is so intense the love is so it's so intense and then it crashes and burns and
Starting point is 00:53:43 like they can't be together and yeah I I think love has so many different um it can be it can look and feel different for everyone right like it doesn't have one definition it's like or dynamics like love like when you see two people I'm looking at Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson I'm like this looks like the type of love that's like oh my god like this is what it should be like this is what we should be striving for it should be like hot and heavy and passionate and like you're just like just it's just like tongues down each other's throats all day long and you're just like always I don't know like together and always touching and
Starting point is 00:54:40 like you know but I don't know why like that seems like okay that's if it should be like that right but honestly like I think that's what you call romantic love like that crashes and burns that typically crashes and burns it's not sustainable I think she said that in the documentary like I think it would be weird it's almost like if you're just if you're dating someone and all you have is the physical attraction that's fleeting that's gonna go away you need there's there's you need more depth than that if you want a lasting relationship and yeah to me I don't know why did I get on this topic because of MGK and Megan Fox okay I think I need to end the episode I need to dry my hair and
Starting point is 00:55:34 um get to the store I went bowling um i did not watch the grammys i heard a lot of um shit about sam smith's performance it's so true though like all the right talks about now is like transgender people and how there's like gender dysphoria and it's like all they talk about and then like how everything in hollywood is satanic it's just like whenever i i see clips and shit of like right wing um talking heads or whatever i'm like that's it's always one of those two things so yeah apparently sam smith was a he like did like a satanic performance and i don't really
Starting point is 00:56:35 give a fuck honestly i just don't care are these people like you know how there's i heard um what's his fucking face alex jones talk about the what's that it's on the tip of my tongue it's like the golden green forest or the fucking they do this they burn this owl and they wear what's that fucking thing called all the elites get together and whatever I've like heard people talk about the satanic shit that goes on with the elites in Hollywood and what and like people selling their souls to the devil and like I but I'm like where's the footage of this like is there raw like where are the my this is what I'm getting to Sam Smith does this performance
Starting point is 00:57:38 everyone's like he's worshiping Satan he's a devil worshiper it's like I um didn't um and they're trying to say Rihanna Rihanna's performance was had like a tinge of that because I guess she threw up the Illuminati sign I didn't catch that actually when I think about it I wasn't like didn't take my eyes off her the entire time somehow I missed that um didn't it's the rapper's name yeah so the so what i'm getting at is like are they like you hear about it there's like all this speculation about being a devil worshiper and eating babies and all that and it's like where like do we have evidence of this that's what i don't get people have such a strong opinion
Starting point is 00:58:28 about I'm like where are you getting your evidence like I know Alex Jones went to that what's the name of it um um not Epstein's Island it's fucking the forest or something where they all go and um there's like an owl they burn um do you know what I'm talking about so like he's seen that there's like videos and shit i don't know it just it confuses me because it's like it's such a it's like always a hot topic like people in hollywood selling their souls to the devil and like worshiping satan and having all this satanic imagery in their music videos and their live performances and it's like okay well i want to see the bts vids of their meetings and like them you know chewing on a baby's arm like and drinking the like all that
Starting point is 00:59:30 kind of stuff we hear about i'm like i don't understand how people such a strong opinion about it's like if i saw examples and like pictures videos evidence of this i would feel differently but I feel like it's just a people just like to talk and okay I gotta think of this forest thing it's not a forest it's like the it doesn't start with a g glen green um it's got a really specific name um alex jones forest or burning owl alex jones burning owl ceremony i'm it's on the tip of my tongue it's on the tip of my fucking tongue i mean it's probably
Starting point is 01:00:21 gonna come up on google bohemian grove bohemian grove that's what i was talking about where the rich and powerful go to misbehave isn't there a bunch of like gay sex earn shit because they that's like where they're they can get away with it because they're like too afraid of I don't being like gay openly gay outside of like publicly facing they have to be straight but behind closed doors and at these bohemian grove ceremonies they can be gay and it's fine I don't get it I just like examples of devil worship i don't want to google this i don't want to look this up i i mean devil worshiping in hollywood
Starting point is 01:01:09 i'm not like i'm not a conspiracy theorist about this i don't really have an opinion my only opinion opinion is it seems like it's a lot of talk and there's no one actually doing this shit like Megan Fox talks about drinking MGK's blood or like sharing doing that I'm like okay I kind of don't doubt that with them but oh yeah Lil Nas X is one of his videos or performances like yeah like literally nothing comes up on google images oh here's newsweek's hollywood satanic rituals will soon be exposed
Starting point is 01:02:08 like his performance of unholy it's called unholy i was born and raised catholic i went to catholic private school if i was doing if i was on the you know the talent it was if i was uh if i performed that unholy song at the talent show it's like what's unholy looking satan devil horns fucking you know what i mean like that's literally unholy like that is what he's performing what it is i didn't watch the performance so i don't really know if there's more to it than that but sam smith's performance of unholy is proof that the hollywood music scene is ripe with satanic rituals according to donald trump jr 65 grammy awards 65 grammy awards took
Starting point is 01:03:04 place with law let me just like look up sam smith unholy it's kind of a vibe like wait let me look i think what i take issue with is how these political commentators these right-wing people take things they take things so literally and they like overthink and overanalyze it where it's like these people worship satan this is like rampant in hollywood and but again maybe it is i'm just like where's the if they were like on this day there was this video that came out of this person doing this with the you know another with these celebrities and they are cutting each other's wrists and sharing blood
Starting point is 01:03:56 and drinking baby if there if there is like some hard evidence okay but to me it's just like a lot of talking shit about stupid like just about nonsense and speculation it looks like a Halloween like if they're going to a Halloween party and it's like you're either gonna dress up like a devil or an angel like you're either on the naughty list or the nice list like I don't get it I'm not looking at Sam Smith and thinking this guy worships Satan like I'm just not it's a performance it's art it's entertainment his song is called unholy um i don't think it's that deep that's where i go that's always my response to everything where i'm like just shut the fuck up it's not that deep like i don't know
Starting point is 01:04:48 the just the fact that anyone would look at rihanna's performance to go like she's worshiping satan or like this is a satan satanic performance i'm like are you fucking kidding me i just don't understand that just my that's just person my personal take on it um okay let's see here we're coming up on the 11th hour of the day there was this okay i do want to talk about this because it was freaking freaky looking alien sighting in the outback i saw this video of this guy peering out his back porch into this thick brush in australia and a little like alien head kind of peeks over and it looks so fucking real and i'm like if this is just a spoof if this is some like cgi vid um this is like excellently done because
Starting point is 01:05:49 um why is this not even on oh my god wait this is kind of tripping me out right now oh my god okay I'm on google I typed in alien sighting in the outback of Australia now this was a viral TikTok video I watched the latest story is from 2017 from vice then it goes back to 2008 2011 2011 2021 nothing is current oh wait here finally get down to tiktok the only thing that's maybe this was just a tiktok video and like no one's talking about it because it's just a it's not real you know what i mean um yeah let me watch this again what are the comments let me pause this because you can't really hear it
Starting point is 01:06:58 let me go i think i saved it on my tiktok it i see a lot of like fake ufo alien videos this one was the most like real convincing one i've ever seen um this like isn't fun for you as a listener because you can't like see it but i don't know maybe you already saw it on tiktok let me see what else i've saved here um oh my god i didn't talk about tiger woods giving justin thomas a tampon and him having to fucking apologize for it like this was at the genesis like that is so funny to me i'm a woman i like that was not offensive that was hilarious um i thought it was a photoshopped meme when i first saw it and i was like no that was legit
Starting point is 01:07:55 he gave him a fucking tampon let's see I like Jeffree Star this is like a he did an interview with this football guy I forget his name
Starting point is 01:08:17 I just really like what he said here young not it not not it no if you're if your daughter looks like a tomboy it doesn't mean she wants to be a boy i mean she wants to explore her creativity and you should never be her yeah that's like a hard thing like the transgender thing is like i just don't understand it yeah so i just like i do my best to be like hey people do whatever they want but i they say like the brains are developed so many layers there's so many layers yes all of you fucking hate it no it's just crazy it's just you know it's mentally complicated because the our culture
Starting point is 01:08:51 has made it more complicated yeah that's the problem it seems like yeah it definitely seems that way because the brain's not developed i'm not into all the other bullshit i think what other bullshit the vein the vein them yeah and all that extra shit that we added during the pandemic because everyone was so bored on their fucking houses they just started to make up more shit and more stuff more stuff yeah that's why the conservatives like me because i'm just real you have a conservative vibe to you you're trans you're male or you're female and you're standing on that so mad when i say that how are you a they what the fuck does that mean as stupid as what it is yeah but you need someone like me that looks like me to say it because if you say it it turns
Starting point is 01:09:31 into you're homophobic you hate trans people you hate gays and it's just how you feel you don't hate anyone you just think it's stupid yeah so um that was what was the interview who was that with um he's a football player i think he's like a lineman or some shit i don't know but you know i'm all about i just like what he said why did i pull that up i was looking at like tiktoks i've saved i'm all about live and let live let people do whatever the fuck they want like it's i don't care but i think i've always thought that they them thing is fucking stupid and I've never understood it and that's just me being raw and honest and I like that Jeffrey Starr also put it that way because like you said it's you almost like need someone like him to say
Starting point is 01:10:23 it um but and people getting bored and just making up like there's so many pronouns now it's just it's such a confusing thing to navigate and he also said like we've over complicated we've made it complicated and people are misgendering people now and it's like an honest mistake they don't mean they don't mean harm i've i'd never mean harm me just talking about this like i don't mean harm again i want people to like live their life do whatever they want to do be whoever whoever they want to be identifies whatever but like he had a point here you know it's gotten it's gone a little too far um but didn't I just say like all the it's this is what I'm starting to think about with everything it's like whatever's trendy rises to the top of conversation and I kind of think
Starting point is 01:11:31 this like gender pronouns gender identity gender euphoria all this has because it's so polarizing and controversial it's right it's risen to the top making it seem like it's a giant huge thing giant huge thing jesus and the episode jacqueline this is not your lane stay in your lane this is not your topic uh this is not a topic you're well versed on um when in reality it's just like this is a it gets people's attention it gets views it gets clicks it's that's what it is i don't think it um um okay if 50 percent of our population was in the last five years if half of our population was
Starting point is 01:12:32 um transitioning and people and half the people in this country started identifying as a they them different story but i i don't it's it just to me it represents such a small percentage of the population where it's like I don't come across this with most people I meet and where I'm like wondering if they are what their pronouns are you know what I mean but when I go on the my phone and when I watch these interviews and listen to these podcasts it's as if it's this rampant thing that's like everywhere and I guess in comparison to five years ago yeah I guess the numbers are higher I did see a video of like if like kids were like it's like how many people in your school are LGBTQ or plus like how many people identify as you know as trans or they're like oh it's like 50% it's like when I went to school it was like you knew like two people so I guess now if you go to a high school it's probably a lot higher and I think that's obviously because of the normalization of it all
Starting point is 01:13:41 and the conversations on social media about it and people being I guess more comfortable to come out and to express themselves how they feel deep down and not feel judged by it like that seems obvious to me but I I think people are like oh it's a mental illness and it's a gender dysphoria is a real thing and I don't know much about that but um I mean social media is raising a lot of attention whores and I'm sure if I was in elementary school I said some stupid shit when I was in elementary school the way I got attention is I told my best friend that I was a spy and I literally faked that I was a spy for like three years and that my family was a spy family and like we did all this spy shit and I bought all these spy gadgets at the like the local
Starting point is 01:14:33 book fair thing and like because I just I feel like I just wanted attention or something like I don't know and I was kind of a little actress in that way like I just kind of had this little experimentation with my ability to lie I don't fucking know is that that's like crazy honestly looking back i remember sitting in the library next to her and our librarian mrs varrell was mrs varrell was reading a book and we were in the back of the little pile of kids there was like rows of us just sitting in crisscross applesauce and i was playing with my sketchers i remember this so well i was playing with my blue sketchers i was playing with the laces i literally looked over to her and i was like i'm a spy and this is when spy kids came out
Starting point is 01:15:22 and I was so inspired by that movie I literally I was like I'm a spy I have something to tell you I'm a spy I play I've milked that shit for like maybe I think probably two years must have been in first grade or something but um it's like I can see myself now in 2023 as a first grader looking at my friend and being like I have something to tell you I feel like a boy inside I'm you know like I don't feel like a girl like maybe that's what I don't know or it's like when you're exposed to it it's like new information that you didn't think about and when you're a young kid your brain's still farming like of course I get I just I it's not confusing to me why this is happening I think it's um the con the constant conversation
Starting point is 01:16:21 around it around gender and trans people and all the shit that we see on like Joe Rogan's podcast and the what is a woman documentary like we're it's just like it's everywhere right now it's like no wonder you know kind of like with my opinion about mass shootings it's like the media just constantly talks about it whenever they happen they always promote or not promote they always cover it and it's like it became a thing it's like I don't know what what do you call that it's like there's a term term for it involuntary or voluntary um it's like planting a seed in the mind um synonym this is what i do on saturday if you're like curious and i'm fucking looking up stupid shit about um performing a you could also refer to this as performing a jedi mind trick
Starting point is 01:17:31 sow the seeds um incite whip up agile cultivate encourage because i'm an avid podcast listener and i just i noticed whenever i tune in like here i am doing it myself talking about it um what was this for oh i was playing what jeffree star said on that interview i've always been a big fan of him by the way if you're like i just he's just he's so fucking real i just love his everything about him I don't know what I just I he just gets it there's something about him where I'm like he just fucking gets it um and he's unapologetic he's he's raw he's honest he's just himself 100% and um anyways but yeah here I am talking about gender and shit on my podcast and I listen to a lot of them and over the last few years it's like
Starting point is 01:18:28 this is just a it's just another thing another topic another is it is our entire population of you know young people shifting where more people identify as something other than their sex assigned at birth I mean maybe I just go back to the question like why is it bad and why is it good and why does it matter it's like people are very I think people with traditional values are very adverse to this and they're scared of this and they don't want it to happen and they don't they want people to be you know they want just two genders and I feel like it's it's about people don't want to feel uncomfortable I think when they look around
Starting point is 01:19:25 when they meet people and I guess this is causing them to feel that way and they don't want society to get especially young kids they want kids to be raised with a mom and a dad in a traditional sense with you know that kind of upbringing and not a trans mom and a trans like it's just they they're scared it's like all about fear and like the future and our future kids and what they grow up you know what kind of society they grow up in and it's just I'm not this is where I'm at I'm like it doesn't surprise me that we're talking about gender identity so much now it does that's not a surprise to me and it's not a surprise to me that there's so much pushback on it I think it I don't know if the pendulum is going to swing back to the middle at some point it seems like
Starting point is 01:20:29 we're kind of on the extremes right now things are a little wild out there a little crazy a little like the way people talk about how they identify and shit is it sounds like a fucking mental illness and that's where we're at now but maybe the pendulum will swing somewhere towards the middle in a handful of years and this will all kind of like laid a rest in and chill out and not be so polarizing and i don't know that's just my thoughts on it i mean i'll keep going back to like i don't care what people do i don't care what you identify as i don't care what like be you live your life um
Starting point is 01:21:16 the only thing that's real is what's in front of you day to day and like whatever you see on your phone and the internet and the podcast like that's just a bunch of noise it's a giant circus out there these podcasts these talk shows these tv shows even like all of this is just a circus and at the end of the day what matters is how you feel inside about yourself and how and if you're you know if you love yourself and if the people around you love you like that's important that's matters and the truth is society is not you can't live a life where you're trying to get everyone to love you and approve of you and I can see how so many people are struggling out there I don't know it's um fuck you know I'm like what can I do to help what can I do what kind of advice do I
Starting point is 01:22:15 have like it's not my like if I was transitioning right now or if I had to introduce myself to people and correct them and say I'm a they them every single time I shook someone's hand like I mean that would not be fun I don't know what do you how do you like that would make life harder and make life more annoying if I was in those people's shoes um yeah I just don't like the I feel like there's just so much hate around it and fear and just like
Starting point is 01:22:59 I don't know I'm just kind of here along for the ride I'm it's like 2023 I can only imagine what this world's gonna look like by 2050 2075 and beyond like I have this I'm kind of at peace knowing again to circle back to the beginning of the episode and the chaos of the world events and the news and all the shit going on around you all the time it's like I'm just kind of at peace knowing that life this is just life it's all it's all happening it's all supposed to happen it's all like it's just you can't be in control of it you know like you can't make it your life mission to like fix all the problems of the world the older I get the more I realize that I'm like
Starting point is 01:23:55 look there's always going to be a crazy circus going on outside of my little life my little personal life and the more I tune into it the more I look at it the more I read about it the more I watch it the more my life starts to feel like a circus and I feel more anxious and more like uneasy about the world and so I'm just kind of at peace knowing that like all of these issues happening in society are us just trying to work the kinks out as human beings and it might go really awry and might really get fucked up and might go the wrong direction for a while but like i really believe that the pendulum always swings back to the middle at some point that might take time but in history i feel like that always happens um it's kind of like the whole
Starting point is 01:24:46 it's like the quote you got to go through the pain to experience the joy it's like you got to go through the the crazy quirks and all that to get to a i don't know what am i saying jacqueline and the episode i really need to go to the store with my clothes i need to go to the driving range um this is a long ass episode i've tiptoed tiptoed and tap danced around talking about gender and shit as a podcast host for a while because i don't know how to talk about it i don't know the language around it and that's I don't like to talk about things I don't know about like that's my whole thing here I'm like but I find myself going down a little rabbit hole on the show here I get on a
Starting point is 01:25:34 little tangent and I'm like okay I start talking about it and I'm like oh my god I feel like I was talking like a like I was just what do you call it I'm talking out of my ass you know what I mean and then I feel like oh my god I just sounded so ignorant so like uh like ignorant offensive uneducated you know I feel and then I get in my head I'm like oh my god should I even should I take that segment out but I'm just I'm doing the best I can I'm learning as I go um you can't always speak perfectly and I've struggled with that I think it's my own like insecurity I've dealt with my whole life like I'm feeling like I don't make sense when I talk because people would like shut me down mid-conversation be like what like what are you saying like and they'd be like
Starting point is 01:26:25 I'd be like no like it makes sense in my brain but when I open my fucking mouth it's like nobody gets it so I have this like insecurity about myself and that way it's gone now honestly like it's this this is just like a past high school college thing that I used to go through and every now and then it creeps back in and especially when I'm talking on my show here but the only way to get better at talking is to do more of it so what did I eat last night wait did I have tacos last night they were so fucking good or is that two nights ago I had sushi last night tacos the night before um yeah okay I gotta go this was a long one I Corey's like try to just do an hour and a half
Starting point is 01:27:15 I'm like fuck the fact I can even go this long is stupid I don't get myself sometimes I'm like wow oh I found this is random but I found a hair locket I have this blonde hair locket not a locket why do I call it that what did I call it when I was bleach blonde in 2020 and I got my haircut I like saved a chunk of the blonde hair because I was like oh I always want to remember how blonde I was because it was like literally platinum blonde and I found this the other day it's sitting on my desk I don't know it's kind of gross but um okay love you thanks for being here thanks for hanging out with me today please hit that subscribe button wherever you're listening right now follow me on instagram
