Starting point is 00:00:00 What's up guys? It's episode 343. Welcome back to the show! I don't ever slow up, no I don't take shit. I got no love for the fake news. If you wanna play tough and wanna hate this, I'll always show up and make a statement. I don't ever slow up, no I don't take shit. I got no love for the fake news. If you wanna play tough and wanna hate this, I'll always show up and make a statement. I didn't realize that I've been making out with my microphone while I podcast. There's like so much makeup on this right now and I don't know how that's happening because I never actually touch it. So yeah I don't know if my lip gloss is just spewing off. First of all
Starting point is 00:00:45 I have no business if you look at me on camera go to YouTube or Spotify. I have no business wearing this much lip gloss and lip products and lip products while I'm podcasting because like I'm literally talking the whole time and I feel like I have a mirror right here I feel like it's just getting everywhere by the end of the episode so on that note I'll reapply my Bobby Brown lip gloss because I just saw myself in the mirror and it does not look how I want it um also it's complicated to drink my coffee out of this cup while I'm okay hi welcome back to Jesus I kind of like to roll into the episodes now if you can't tell sometimes I say hi welcome back to the show sometimes I start talking anyways this is gonna be a pick your journey type of episode like this could go
Starting point is 00:01:30 so many different directions this is what I have for you today actually I'll get into the um plugs first patreon.com slash tjms is my new launching this month subscription service where you're going to get two bonus podcasts and one vlog a month now I had it's my exclusive content section of the internet now I had a very um interesting conversation with my fiance Corey last night in bed about how I could attract more Patreon subscribers and let's just say I shut him down as soon as I heard the word lingerie come out of his mouth no I'm kidding no I'm actually serious wait should i talk about this literally he's like why don't you just do it and like why don't you just do your bonus podcast and bikinis and lingerie and just like lay there on the i don't know he was
Starting point is 00:02:22 being serious because but then i'm like you know what that's not what i'm trying to do here okay i'm trying to honestly if i don't know if i've talked about this i want to attract more female listeners so i'm like the point of my patreon isn't to get naked and be hot on my podcast for the guys to come flock to like I'm trying to get the girls over there so I get it I understand where his head was at but like it's just not for me I've said that I get so close to being like fuck it and then I'm like no I'll just I can't I'll never do it so I'm saying that now that my mind my mind might change in a month anyways patreon fuck patreon.com slash tjms go check it out I'm excited we're going to North Carolina we're gonna vlog it we're gonna post it there we're recording a
Starting point is 00:03:08 podcast tomorrow him and I so um yeah that's where you're gonna go see all my extra fun stuff where it's gonna be probably a lot more unfiltered and more like you know I'll promise this okay I might wear my crewnecks my hoodies here on my public podcast but I'll maybe I'll throw on a bikini top fuck it whatever but like it's not the whole mo it's not the whole like angle i'm trying to go with for my patreon jesus christ i told them i was like i just need to get consistent at posting that bonus content for a year before i can even roll out phase two where i take my clothes off all right let's get into the podcast that's my first plug obviously subscribe to the podcast review the show i'm everywhere uh spotify apple google podcast stitcher breaker wherever you
Starting point is 00:03:58 listen to podcasts go subscribe and review the show while you're there all right let's get into it okay these are the topics I'm working with first off the live pga uh tour live tour pga to or merger i can talk about that the new apple uh rollout product product rollouts the new headset thing the facetime make an avatar of yourself thing i could talk about that we've got china drafting it's um like college-aged men and veterans for uh the future war they're gonna that's gonna go down i heard about that i who who the fuck knows um ufos this whistleblower coming out talking about uh ufos are real i mean i feel like you know anytime that happens like i know it keeps getting more real and real but like i'm not even surprised at this point i'm just like
Starting point is 00:05:00 okay yeah sure we already know that it's a thing they're real um we have aliens and like you know formaldehyde or whatever we're preserving them at fucking area 51 like i don't know there's a new story about ufos and this whistleblower talking about ufos and how um we're being you know it's shadow banned and we're the american public don't aren't being talked told the truth about it um starbucks is making olive oil coffee and i gotta look into that because i heard about it and they're putting olive oil in their coffee and i'm curious we've got um something i came across this phenomenon I came across on TikTok called ingredient only households. You heard me right. Ingredient only households. And I discovered when I watched this TikTok last night that I grew
Starting point is 00:05:49 up in one and my brain exploded because there's a lot of people I can relate to out there. And I'm sure you're one of them if you're listening about growing up that way. In addition, we have um pete davidson getting pissed off at pita that's not really interesting um i don't know he like clapped back at this lady and told her to suck his dick because they like they like put pete davidson on blast for um not uh what's it called adopt don't shop for like getting a kava poo because he's allergic to dogs and that's like the only dog he can adopt pita like came out and uh clapped back at him for like or got pissed at him for for not adopting anyways he like left a voicemail on this lady's phone it was really funny i could
Starting point is 00:06:40 play i could play the voicemail um uh some i i'm staying away from the mental health shit today i'm staying away from the it's probably it's gonna be hard it's gonna be hard i'm staying away from the self-improvement the like how to better your life shit i'm just like to be honest i cut maybe I should start the episode with this guy talking about it because I don't know about you but and I've mentioned this many times before on my podcast and maybe you're one of your maybe you're like me like I'll see a Andrew Huberman clip pop up I'll see a who's like another biohack type dude or like a health and wellness or like a science health I'll just see like those health and these like nerdy health info videos about like how to be healthy or like how to be optimized or like
Starting point is 00:07:35 how to get the best sleep and all that shit and it's like I don't know why I mean for me at this point I've listened to so much of it I've read the books I've seen the um charts I hear the podcast it's like obvious fucking redundant regurgitated information at this point and nothing is new it's like I literally saw this clip of Huberman yesterday being like shout out to Andrew Huberman I think he's great I love what he puts out I think educating the people out there on health and wellness is great and how to live a long great life is great sometimes it's like for someone like me I just get I tune it out I'm like I already fuck it's like he goes being outside for two hours a day can help you like get your or like help your nearsightedness and staring out into
Starting point is 00:08:22 the distance helps your eyes i remember learning that i'm literally like 18 years old walking my college campus listening to some fucking like um ben greenfield like health and wellness podcast learning about the benefits of staring out into the distance like i bitch it's been years where i've been not to sound like better than other people but i i fucking i'm like i think i'm over it i think i i can't stand the tips the tricks the wellness hacks the tinctures the fucking oils the massage for the face for the it's like it's so like yeah I'm it's like how much more optimized because you know what I always say on this podcast I don't feel like I'm missing anything I feel great I feel fine I feel healthy I feel happy I'm fucking like I said I'm I'm in la la land I don't
Starting point is 00:09:10 know how long this is gonna last I'm hoping it'll last for at least another week no I'm engaged and everything is like I'm living in this um Disney like like I I'm living the Disney fairy tale right now so all this like biohacking human optimization shit I'm just like shut the fuck up like I already know um get the sunlight get the good sleep delay your caffeine if you want to like have more sustained energy throughout the day you don't want to spike your cortisol like delay your caffeine for 90 minutes after you wake up it's like I know I literally know everything and I know everything about every diet because I used to have an eating disorder so any kind of food information that comes out I'm like shut the fuck up I'm on one right now holy fuck um
Starting point is 00:09:50 okay so should I set the scene um anyways back to what I was gonna say this guy like let me calm it down right now this guy posted this amazing TikTok about like I hear this all of a sudden I my brain just shuts down let me turn it up like this TikTok rolled up on my for you page the other day and I immediately scrolled as soon as I started hearing the first as soon as I heard the first like five seconds high achievers know to attach dopamine to the effort process high achievers know how to attach dopamine to the effort process like fuck this is what you got to do in this life all right the only advice you need and here here goes is this nothing is wrong with you you don't need to fix yourself you're fine and the only difference between you
Starting point is 00:10:45 and the people that have what you want and are living your dreams and the things you want to do in your life the only difference is that they're doing it and they're taking action on it that's it you don't need to go inward and deep think and over analyze and over pathologize and over diagnose yourself with all these issues there's nothing wrong with you you're fine you're perfect in God's eyes and in my eyes as a listener to this show everyone who's listening you're fucking fine nothing's wrong with you also if you want to do something if you're if you're depressed if you're sad if you're down and out because your life sucks go take action take a one put one foot in front of the other I'm on episode 343 I'm a podcast host I didn't set out
Starting point is 00:11:23 to do this it just kind of happened for me because this is my passion and I like stumbled upon it honestly but I decided like I'm gonna I want to be a podcast host the only way to do that is to literally podcast and just crank out episodes so it like life is can be easy life can be really easy and it it can be uncomplicated and you can feel good you can be healthy it's so fucking simple but deep diving too much into it and go and over analyzing the fuck out of it i'm sorry in my opinion it's just it might be interesting if you're into like knowledge and learning and education it can be interesting to um ingest all that kind of stuff but sometimes you just gotta like clear out the clutter what it's like that essentialism that greg mccown book essentialism
Starting point is 00:12:13 that book changed my fucking life it's like do what's essential everything else is noise only you only you need less ever just less less information less noise about how to live how to be how to do how to operate it's just you know what to fucking do if someone sat you down if you're like I want to build a business but I don't know where to start it's like you probably know where to start you just haven't done it yet okay it's like Jacqueline it's like Jacqueline I want to or it's like me saying like you know yeah I want to grow my podcast yeah I want to attract more listeners yeah I want to grow you know I want to monetize this like oh you know but the answer is bitch make TikTok clips get on that fucking algorithm wave like attract new listeners
Starting point is 00:12:58 is that way post content like a goddamn machine all over everything and promote your patreon for five dollars a month patreon.com slash tjms um duh and be consistent at it add value create content it's it's a entertaining that's entertaining and educational i'm not sure how educational this will be i mean for we can talk about i could educate you on um fucking what did i say we're gonna talk about today olive oil coffee at starbucks um i feel like i'm on one right now i don't know if i want to talk about the live pga thing because i'm gonna get angry or not i'm not even gonna get angry but here's what i want to say about the live uh tour pga tour merger um i'm so fucking confused like i i get that they okay live popped
Starting point is 00:13:58 off a year ago right and there's pga tour that's where everyone played and then lives like come over here we're gonna pay you a fuck ton of money so then a few guys went over there got their bag brooks dustin phil who else um yeah like a few of them those are the ones i could think off the top of my head so they all got their big big bag and they're playing golf over at live and laughing all the way to the bank meanwhile the pga is like um they're like that's un-american the people in 9-11 i don't know i just like heard this quote from the p the pga what is the commissioner the grandmaster they all have like interesting titles i don't know if you've noticed that like golf is very like prestigious and like stuffy and like i think first of all
Starting point is 00:14:52 live did it right i i love their branding i love what they're doing over there fucking the pga it needs a rebrand it needs a fucking rebrand i'm sick and tired of looking at these it's just so like i love golf for the calming aspect when i watch it i like the announcer voices but it's kind of dry pop culture needs to come into golf and shake it the fuck up we need to have like it needs to be more hypey i need to see walkout pictures like when when rory or brooks or um who's another great great player i'm like uh dustin johnson why the fuck can i fitzpatrick um when all these guys are coming off the they're getting out of the escalade to come to the locker room or whatever i don't know how they arrive to golfing tournaments like the u.s
Starting point is 00:15:47 opens next next weekend this is what i'm imagining it's a u.s open it's in la right yeah this is perfect for it the guys get out of their you know black uber black or whatever however they fucking get there I don't know do they have drivers do they drive themselves are they in cars but there needs to be walkout pictures of golfers I need them in like full Gucci suits like fancy ass shit like football players when they get off the bus to go to the games I need them decked out I need pictures of that there needs to be more sauce and more swag around golf it's just not there for me and I see that more with live like the branding the aesthetic it's more like modern and like with it the pga is just like fucking grandpa shit and um it's all about like respecting the game
Starting point is 00:16:36 of golf and the tradition it's like fuck in that case let's all wear kilts goddamn but yeah i just i stand by this the pga needs a rebrand and i'd like to see yeah walk out pictures of them arriving i need to see better outfits um I mean it's like I guess that's what you wear when you golf a polo and but like what else could the guys wear if they weren't wearing polos and like pants and they have to wear pants they can't wear shorts on on the tour um I don't know like maybe just like different fuck I don't know the hat's cool the hat looks hot I love the golf hats there's nothing first of all there's nothing hotter than a guy dressed and ready to go to golf or holy shit we haven't had an episode like this
Starting point is 00:17:31 in a minute but um i'm just feeling myself today i guess um jesus christ um i always say how hot it is when a guy's like dressed for golf and playing golf okay cool um i'm married i'm marrying that and I'm obsessed with that it's one of the hottest visuals I have my man leaning on his putter waiting for his turn to putt with his front leg crossed over his they the every guy does you know guys all have the same mannerisms it's like the way first of all the way they apply chapstick the way they put moisturizer on their face it's all the same the way they pull their shirt off from the back pull it over themselves to like take their shirts off um and then with oh and the way they put their one hand under their sweatpants um band just tuck there just chilling
Starting point is 00:18:27 they all do that and then with golf they all do the lean on the putter with the front calf front foot toe it's like it's like they're doing a little like plie thing but their toes crossed over their front leg they're leaning on their putter hottest shit ever i've said this many times i i feel like if you're new this is new this is new information for you if you're new but if you're a long-time listener um i just never shut the fuck up about like certain things that make guys hot and especially like golf um i think when i first yeah okay cool um so what else could the pga do to amp it up by the way this is a bunch of bullshit like the what's his name j something i forget how you say his last name j he starts with an m
Starting point is 00:19:20 monahan commissioner of the pga tour people are like okay pga tour live golf merger 9-11 families tear into hypocrisy and greed of commissioner j monahan yeah he made a comment a year ago about um pga commissioner jay monahan co-opted the 9-11 community last year and the pga's unequivocal agreement that said saudi lift project was nothing more than a sports washing of saudi arabian saudi arabia's reputation but now the pga and monahan appear to have become just more paid saudi shills taking billions of dollars to cleanse the saudi reputation so that americans and the world will forget how the kingdom spent their billions of dollars before 9-11 to fund terrorism so saudi arabia funded the terrorism that's what the whole issue was um
Starting point is 00:20:13 to fund terrorism spread their vitriolic hatred of americans and finance al-qaeda al-qaeda and the murder of our loved ones make no mistake we will never forget mr monahan talked last summer about knowing people who lost loved ones on 9-11 then wonder then wondered aloud on national television whether live golfers ever had to apologize for being a member of the pga tour they do now so it's just hypocrisy right it's like he's saying all this shit about how it's un-american and you're a bad person if you go live tour because the fucking saudi uh saudi funded al-qaeda and terrorism it's like i don't and now you're merging it's just like you look like an idiot personally i'm like what the fuck and what i don't get is like some guys that didn't take
Starting point is 00:21:00 the offer from live last year like some guy i forget his name he's got a lot of majors he's offered like 750 million dollars from live said no so it's like now they're merging together so like does does he get is it like a clean slate and now there's like new offers on the table and it's like starting from zero again also is it gonna be like live tour tournaments pga tour tournament with live and pga players like mingling together but then the um the rankings and all that are gonna all be like a new is it all gonna um do you still like if you win a live tournament does that count as like a major now like or if there's like a live major a new fucking major or like if you're dude and a bunch of guys got suspended for going to live last year the guys
Starting point is 00:21:54 that i think you had to have five or more majors or no at least one major excuse me to um be able to play in the pga tournaments and that's why brooks could do it and dustin and like a couple of the other guys i think i forget who all went there but um yeah i don't know it's just a bunch of horseshit in my opinion and it's just like what the fuck but i've never seen there is another sport that i can think of that's comparable where there's two like um leagues it's like the nfl having like another i know there's like the canadian one but it's not they don't compete against the nfl so i just don't know how this is gonna look put together um it's very confusing but i guess it's like yeah clean slate tours coming together players getting more money it's
Starting point is 00:22:40 like overall probably good for golf this is like golf is like having its moment right now and i just want to say something i love the fact that i am i am so on trend with my hobbies and my passions like i'm passionate about podcasting biggest fucking thing in the world right now is podcasting passionate about golf it's popping off right now you know i can't wait to watch the next full swing documentary i mean fuck it's just it's a good time to be alive good time to be me um yeah once again i'm living a disney movie i am i literally i i gotta say this i was really honest with Corey last night um because he always checks in kind of as a joke but he's like honey do you have everything you need are you satisfied with where you're at in life right now are you
Starting point is 00:23:26 happy or like do you feel loved do you need anything like he's like checking in right and I literally like I don't know how to say this by the way I was I'm just gonna fucking say it I don't know how to say this without sounding like a complete arrogant cocky prick but I straight up told him I was like because sometimes I get like like it's like a mind fuck how good my life is and I'm like honey I literally have what everyone wants like I was like I have no complaints I have no wants I have no desires I have everything I need and I'm pretty sure on paper if you had to do like a poll of what the average person dreams of and wants I fucking have it like straight up and it's it's trippy sometimes
Starting point is 00:24:25 to reflect on because like you know when I started this podcast it wasn't so peachy and my life sucked so it's almost like literally talking it out loud and like working on myself for last almost three years now podcasting and like just being myself loving myself all the good things right it's just it's granting me my goddamn dreams and I was talking to him because I'm like well well he was agreeing to this too like I'm like the only thing that would make my life feel like better or whatever is a new car obviously if you knew what I drove you'd be like obviously um and then like yeah a house with a yard so we could let the dogs run out back that would make our life easier and just like being in a house would obviously be better
Starting point is 00:25:13 than our apartment's super nice but like you know more space in a house and then like kids running around obviously like that's the only thing i could think of where i'm like that would make but i don't want like i don't need shit i'm like i got everything i need i'm so happy whatever so why did i bring that up um oh i have my hobbies that are on trend and i being me is so fun because i'm just so fucking great and i have the best life ever cool i hope this is a source of inspiration for you like i mean that's kind of what i do here i i veg out about right i literally just like talk about my life and then over time i've gotten really good at being positive about it and like hyping it up and just being like
Starting point is 00:26:05 everything's great i'm firing on all cylinders you know because that is what i've learned from being a former depressed just piece of millennial sad woe is me victimhood victim mentality trash is that going the opposite direction is how you get out of that and i just got really good at not being native and just being like fuck yeah everything's great and i i think that's what if i could teach you anything today uh nothing is wrong with you you just you don't need to like you're fine um don't let anyone tell you that like literally um we all have things we could work on true but at your core you're a perfect person and perfect human being and just tune into that and be and celebrate that and don't celebrate all of the
Starting point is 00:26:57 things you wish you were or or don't don't focus on the things that you don't like about you know what i mean just focus on what you're fucking good at focus on the good we need more positivity i was watching this gary vaynerchuk video he's always like you know popping up on my page it's just he's like we gotta we gotta weed out the bad energy and bring it was just like one of those cliche videos but it's so goddamn true so for me being like you know tooting my own horn on my podcast publicly and being like I'm the shit my life's great I'm living a fucking fairy tale is reiterating the fact that that is true and I did it I'm a success story you guys you've been watching or listening to my podcast for
Starting point is 00:27:42 last three years this is my goddamn hero's journey this is what podcasting is all about authenticity sharing your story telling your story it's like you literally if you started from fucking episode one to now look at the growth look at the manifestation look at the like look at that it's like I said I think I'm at this weird trippy place where I feel like that version of me is like dead and I'm in this new chapter opening up and it's like holy shit in your 20s I swear to god like every two years I was a different person in my 20s but yeah um oh my god go to youtube or spotify to watch I just remembered I was blonde I literally found this hair locket of my blonde hair this is like not even the podcast um like I was blonde I was yeah it was crazy so
Starting point is 00:28:37 um so yeah pga needs a rebrand the live tour merger thing is fucking wild and um I can't wait to like hear more about how the structure of it is gonna look because I'm not quite sure um the new apple shit rolled out the new apple products honestly all i saw was like a picture of the headset thing so we've got it's called like and it's like 3500 like who the fuck's gonna buy that um first of all i i agree with like everyone popping off about vr and like wearing a headset um because I think collectively we've all kind of shit on it for so many years like this is never gonna be um what people want to do like no one's gonna want to like as a daily practice like I feel like the VR thing is like having a headset is like an every now and
Starting point is 00:29:40 then like you remember you have it it's kind of like my theragun like when I first got my theragun it was on my body like massaging me every single hour of the day and then over time it was like in a little bin and I wouldn't reach for it as much I feel like that's how VR headsets are like you know you have it it's fun and everything and it's sick like this Apple thing is gonna be sick right but I feel like the whole tone of VR and wearing headsets is like this is the future everyone's gonna be putting these things on and like living in these VR worlds all the time as like as much as like a cell phone i guess i don't know i just think it's a bunch of nonsense in a way it's just like not it's a cool technology i think it's amazing what it can do but just
Starting point is 00:30:26 dorky like we're not gonna fucking all sit around these headsets on like they make it seem like that's just the future and also gary v said this he's like yeah i think that's a 30 plus year out think I don't think human behavior or like consumer behavior is gonna just like shift into that as quickly as we think so um every new apple product coming in 2023 is this macworld.com we've got what's new all accessories let me just click this I didn't watch any of the videos on i saw clips you know but um i guess it's like new apple keynote is that what they're called keynote okay so it's called the vision pro headset they rolled out that they rolled out the ios 17 the 15 inch macbook air and more okay so the only thing coming out of this um
Starting point is 00:31:25 announcement this was uh in cupertino california where apple announced its vision pro blah um oh they kicked off their worldwide 2023 worldwide developers conference keynote monday um there's this reaction the audience like when they said the price it was like almost like a sigh of disappointment or like um upsetness it was like it's like and the price will be $3,500 the whole crowd goes or something like that um it's just like out of touch as fuck apple is so goddamn out of touch like get it together um like we don't want this no one's asking for this it's again cool technology i will give it that it's a cool product um but like okay what is this about so apple announced its first new major product lines to 2014 the vision
Starting point is 00:32:28 pro headset the crowd assembled here at apple park is excited but the reaction to apple's new augmented reality headset reveal what's somewhat more muted than other announcements were somewhat was somewhat more muted than other announcements earlier in the day such as the ipad's ability to set multiple timers with the ability to locate lost apple siri tv siri remote blah blah yeah i don't know it's just like it looks like scuba goggles like straight up like you're going swimming goggles um is it see-through whatever um software updates new 17 ipad os 17 software for ipad blah blah blah blah yeah so they're they're always doing new shit and it's always interesting to keep up with
Starting point is 00:33:29 But I mean, if it, okay, if Apple made a product where you wore goggles, sure, but it wasn't like you're in this immersed world, you're literally in your kitchen, you're in your podcast studio, like I am, you're at the gym, you're anywhere. And it's almost like the Google Glass thing, right? like it was literally just glasses but you could it was still like you're seeing the real world I need to I need a product that if for you know if we're gonna go the VR augmented reality way I just feel like it needs to be it needs to integrate the actual world with the virtual reality world where like yeah you're walking down the street and you see a text message coming through your eyes or whatever like up in the it's got like a um like the coordinates of your you know eye what your eyes can see in front of you like a big square or something like it only
Starting point is 00:34:36 displays things within that and then you see like temperature you know maybe your heart rate as you're walking and shit like um like you know when you're doing a workout you could see all that information literally through these glasses you wear but it's like it's a piece of technology you're planting on your face that's it's got to be light and tight it can't it can't be clunky it can't look like you're wearing scuba goggles it needs to be functional and seamless with our bodies you know what I mean like show me the weather show me my text messages show me fuck a movie sure but it's got to be like like teensy tiny I know I know the technology is probably not because it's all about the size or the speed of the chip right that's how we're able
Starting point is 00:35:20 to even make all these products is like the faster the chip the smaller the chip the faster the chip the better the tech the faster the better stronger fat it's it's all about that so I feel like I'll put on a pair of goggles if they're literally like clear tiny frames and then I can see what other things could I see I could like um read emails or like scan i don't fucking know i could blink and blink to scroll i could be on instagram and you blink and you're scrolling this is the kind of creativity we fucking need from apple not this bullshit goggle vr goggle i i guess here's what it is they've probably been working on this technology for so long they've invested billions of dollars who the fuck knows probably at least a billion
Starting point is 00:36:11 into it so they have to roll it out they have to see this through they have to you know what i mean it's just one of those things like it's been in the works for so long obviously they need it's gonna come to fruition but it's just not what the people want not what the people want they killed it with the iphone fucking killed it they haven't killed it since i think they killed it with apple watch because i wear mine every single day so they killed it with the apple watch they killed it with the iphone um ipads kind of like meh obviously the mac the fuck yeah the macbooks you know i'm using one today um usually i display it more on my camera so you can see the apple logo while i podcast so i look like a legit podcaster okay there we go um but all this other shit is
Starting point is 00:36:57 kind of like like like what the fuck is the apple tv remote you know what i mean now they're making a technology so you can find it because it gets lost in the couch bitch make the apple tv remote the size of the couch and we'll never lose it again all right this is an this is an interesting episode thank you for being here thank you for taking the time holy fuck um so oh god honey look up the two-hour drive amazing show you okay guys this is like an example of the fairy tale i'm living he's taking me to north carolina corey is and he's telling me to look something up he said it would be amazing to show you this place would you want to do it it's amazing like
Starting point is 00:37:47 he's just ah it's fucking best just little things last episode he's like honey um we're watching the fireworks for the fourth of july i just got a special ticket to this country club you know it's like shit like that i'm like he just takes he takes the lead he shows me a good time he treats me like a goddamn queen um that's all possible like men are not trash like men are amazing and i just really hope if you're listening you haven't found one that you find one um my only i think my my only relationship advice at this point because i said i'm done talking about it is don't give up just just don't just don't give up this it's possible I know this seems very rare in in this dating world in 2023 this I'm showing my ring on camera this seems rare however it is
Starting point is 00:38:39 not impossible don't give up stay the course stay strong don't be a whore so olive oil coffee or do we want to talk about um ufos basically the whistleblower just came out and he's like yeah let me just pull it up he's this like navy guy um yeah a whistleblower can claims the u.s has alien vehicles but where's the proof yeah every time they talk about this shit's like where's the proof you know um there's a he claims there's a ufo retrieval program um why is everyone suddenly talking about aliens i feel like this has been i think since like what
Starting point is 00:39:34 2020 when that tiktok video came out of that um or when the what was it the pentagon or the defense department or whatever i guess that's where they are at are they on the pentagon who defends the countries the the pentagon right fuck so they came out with like we have craft that's not of this world it was like a headline they like posted that literally mid george floyd protest it's like also that information and it's like of course that's the best time to put it out because people are distracted by the racist shit happening in the world apparently um or the you know the black lives matter protests all that so again this is like i see these new these headlines and i'm i'm literally like i'm not
Starting point is 00:40:25 shocked or like this isn't like wow interesting cool like my brother literally sent to the group text like he he um he perceived this information a little differently and he goes this is the um what did he say this is huge that's all he said and i rose i was like how huge and he didn't respond um so there's apparently a retrieval program so everything you need to know about the uap whistleblower who says u.s has recovered alien spacecraft again we heard about this in 2020 this isn't really that interesting or new um obviously they have what is it called special access programs have long sought to achieve technological advantage for americans adversaries have secret crash retrieval programs of their own
Starting point is 00:41:23 and you know earlier this year what is it june there were like ufo sightings over lakes in like michigan and shit does anyone remember that and they had like um f-22s like chase these down or like they saw them i don't know also oh my god did you guys hear about in um virginia these fighter jets had to fly um and like track down a plane let me read that story um or i'll play this video i think it just recaps what happened um i like pulled it up here within the last 24 hours fighter jets broke the sound barrier to intercept a plane headed towards the white house later on those s16s followed it all the way to virginia where it went down with no survivors norad deployed the f-16 fighter jets to respond to the cessna 560
Starting point is 00:42:16 citation v aircraft over washington dc norad states the scramble was conducted by the 113 fighter wing of the dc national guard they went on to say quote the norad aircraft were authorized to travel at supersonic speeds and a sonic boom may have been heard by residents of the region adding that flares which may have been visible to the public were also used in an attempt to get the pilot's attention social media has been flooded with videos of the loud boom and flares according According to the FAA, the Cessna departed from Elizabethton Municipal Airport in Elizabethton, Tennessee, and was supposed to be bound for Island MacArthur Airport in New York. Flight trackers showed the plane departing heading north to Long Island from Tennessee
Starting point is 00:42:54 before turning around and flying straight towards D.C. The trackers showed the plane descended rapidly before crashing, dropping at one point at a rate of more than 30,000 feet per minute. The Cessna was intercepted by the fighter jets at approximately 3.20 p.m. the pilot remained unresponsive throughout NORAD's attempts to establish contact and the aircraft eventually crashed near George Washington Forest in Virginia the National Guard says that it did not shoot down the plane but that there were no survivors so that's um photog steve 81 on tiktok I like his account he posts a lot of um concise news updates and videos about um things going on
Starting point is 00:43:33 out there and reports on i feel like maybe his angle is like things that isn't that aren't report stories that aren't reported in mainstream media which is like the whole china thing like i keep seeing all this shit on tiktok about china okay like putin and uh china's again like me with a lack of um is it the prime it's not a prime minister president of china chinese president right not it's not like a commander no it's like what the fuck queen king uh commission um what's the other one prime minister there's like all you know president what are the other top titles whatever him and putin like signed 14 documents the other day and like shook hands and i saw a video on tiktok about it and then i saw another another video a couple days later that's like
Starting point is 00:44:21 china's drafting like for what like invading taiwan like what in the fuck's happening i heard that um but i've heard that again like i see stuff on the internet and i'm like bitch i've been hearing about the dollar crashing and how we're going into like a great depression round two i've been hearing that for two years i've been hearing about the fucking invasion of taiwan it's just you know then like oh they're gonna send nukes and it's like it kind of always feels like we're on the cusp or on the brink of like a full-on fucking war and it just like never happens and knock on wood it never ever happens but like shit's still going down in the ukraine guys it's really sad it's really fucking sad they just like blew up a dam yeah so um apparently this plane
Starting point is 00:45:12 the pilot back to this um cessna that went down apparently the pilot like fell asleep so so um uh let me read so no survivors found okay yeah we know that but a wayward and unresponsive business plane that flew over the nation's capital sunny afternoon caused the military to scramble fighter jets before the plane crashed and virginia officials said does anyone think i think it is so i okay something you should know about me rapid fire fact about jacqueline is i i got to travel or excuse me i got to go on like an aircraft carrier carrier tour field trip in elementary school and literally after that day I was like I want to be a fighter jet pilot and I always whenever I see fighter
Starting point is 00:46:02 jets I literally want to salute the fucking flag and say god bless America like it gets me so hyped and like so like fuck yeah America like seeing fire fighter jets do their thing and like there's bases around here in San Diego like it gets me going like I just get really stoked anyways so like the image of these fighter jets getting this like you know breaking information that there's an unresponsive plane they need to go like potentially shoot down and then having to like get in the plane really fast put on their suits like go go go like full steam ahead go like supersonic speed because they have to get like authorized to do that apparently like you can't just go that fast in a fighter fighter jet without um permission i guess you need like a
Starting point is 00:46:48 permission slip so um do you remember permission slips like i know i had to get a permission slip for that aircraft carrier field trip i do i remember that um but just like the visual of them like doing their thing you know they've trained for this is what they're fucking paid to do and they like go fucking supersonic speed i just it's so sick it's fucking it's just like watching a Top Gun in IRL so but I saw videos of people like hearing the sonic boom being like holy shit like it shook the house you know so um yeah it crashed in the Washington forest no survivors were found um I think I think like a kid died like um um it dropped at a rate of 30 000 feet per minute before crashing into the saint mary's wilderness
Starting point is 00:47:47 the north american aerospace defense council later said in a statement that the military aircraft were authorized to travel at supersonic speeds which caused a sonic boom that was heard in washington as part of in parts of virginia and maryland so let me go back like i want to know like who was in this plane you know like who was um virginia plane crash four people died when a small private jet crashed okay um i can't find yeah like sometimes like pilots have heart attacks they fall asleep you know shit happens like that or they and they crashed but it d it changed directions towards dc it was supposed to land in new york and then it so that was like the red flag like why is it going straight for
Starting point is 00:48:43 the fucking white house you know what i mean um that's really sad so they're still um investigating this their officials determined that the cessna did not pose a threat and it crashed in virginia around 3 p.m. it was not shot down um I think that fighter jets use flares to try to like get its attention I also think that's pretty badass I don't know how that works but um yeah sad very sad I mean planes be going down in this fucking world and it is one of the most gut-wrenching things to read about and see just like a shooting that happened also in what was that virginia or some there's like a graduation and there was a shooting at a theater and like
Starting point is 00:49:41 seven people are in life uh have life-threatening um injuries and they're like i don't even want to cover that i'm anti-covering shootings i think it's created the shootings i think it's become a thing because of media coverage of the shootings i think it's um like they've literally coined the term mass shooting or like um yeah i just it's so fucking backwards in my head i'm like i don't know it's almost like a thing to do like i'm feeling what i get it i think it was between i don't know who the shooter was on this one but like you know shit happens with when when it's like family members and they're going at it and they like blow up their whole family like like the Murdoch family like him shooting his
Starting point is 00:50:27 wife and son there's that type shit and then there's like going into a movie theater or like going into a football game and doing it or like going into a concert um that's like or a school excuse me the most fucking commonplace it seems to happen like that's like you know where the people get the idea to do it I don't think I don't know like I don't know what the answer to that is i don't think i ever will i i don't understand it it's just fucking um it's some new age shit we all have to witness in this life is finding out that little kids got shot up in their first grade class like what the fuck um now but for someone evil and sick-minded and dark and just deeply unwell in the mind to decide to go into an elementary school and do that
Starting point is 00:51:17 or just go into a campus and do that it's like i feel like they saw that on the news and they're like fuck yeah i'm pissed i'm gonna go fucking take some people out because that's where you do it you know because i don't know it's like and then they see how the person's face gets plastered all over the news and they become like um they talk about the shooter you know what i mean they've become like a little I don't know it exhausts me when I think about it but I just don't support media coverage of mass shootings or in any form I think it's fucking bullshit and I think they've pretty much fucked us all in that way just like they fucked us all in a lot of ways the media so um fun fact I wanted to go into I went to college to do broadcasting and at that
Starting point is 00:52:10 time I started noticing um a shift in the media and how like I'm trying to think of the type of coverage I was like what they were covering at the time and like what I was seeing and like the bullshit I was seeing um like what I was reading in between the lines and I forget what the fuck was it but it was just so like um phony and misleading and brainwashy and it's kind of like always been that way you know you know the new you know there's a lot of propaganda going on it's been going on forever but like I remember just mentally being like fuck this I'm not gonna be a talking head about shit I don't believe in and like shit that's like like um misleading or I'm not gonna talk about I'm not gonna cover things that I don't you know what I mean like
Starting point is 00:52:57 you're kind of like you're a talking head you know what I mean like you're and it's gotten to point where like literally the news makes it seem like every other person is trans now and like that's such a huge fucking problem in this country because that's like literally all people want to fucking talk about on both sides of you know politics or whatever like why is it it's political like it's so crazy it's like all this shit is so like democrats think this republicans think that it's like let's fucking fight and let's duel but it's like now that's getting the most attention that's getting the most clicks that's getting the most eyeballs and the most people talking about it so if we talk about it people are gonna like it's it's like um it's just sick it's like
Starting point is 00:53:45 this shit's not important like people can't fucking afford groceries right now like there's let's like deep dive into that um but i will say this i actually can say i think joe rogan got joe rogan got some shit for saying like he knew someone whose kid went to school and there was a litter box in their classroom and I think he like heard that somewhere apparently he like said he knew like it wasn't legit I actually um my aunt was telling me that my cousin actually has that at her school like there is an actual litter box and the kid walks around campus and hisses and purrs like a cat and you have to like treat her like a cat it's literally you know I know I actually know someone who's you know firsthand experiencing that so I know that I
Starting point is 00:54:31 know it's fuckery and I know it's bullshit I know that's like it's all strange and new and weird and I don't know what kind of I don't know what side of history I want to be on to be honest I don't because it's like yeah live and let live who the fuck cares what people want to do with their lives and their bodies but also it's literal nonsense and I don't understand it and i don't think i need to it's like some things are just a stretch i think a lot of this transgender stuff is like i'm like are we talking are we on the same goddamn planet it's like two we're i feel like there's people that think one thing and people think another thing and it's like literal two separate
Starting point is 00:55:15 realities the way they see the world and the way they see the transgender movement and how it should unfold and how people should like respond to it because it's apparently it's like any sort of pushback or questioning of it is like you're you're transphobic you hate trans people you want them dead it's like we can't just ask we can't critically think here and like ask like common sense like questions about it like especially when it's like i don't want to get into it i don't think i have ever talked about it on my podcast i don't think i have but here i am talking about it because you know what it's all over the goddamn news and everything is all about what the trans people are doing today and goddamn you know because i always go back to like live and
Starting point is 00:56:01 let live live your life i don't care who am i to judge you why do i care what you identify as and what you want to be but um some of the stuff i see online i'm like who are you trying to fool like who are you why are we playing pretend right now like this is some bullshit how are you doing how's it going are you enjoying this episode i know i am i know i am sorry i asked about you and immediately reverted back to myself this is my show um i'm having fun i think you are too i think this is a good episode i don't know what the difference is in my energy today i mentioned last podcast i'm trying to get eight hours of sleep and if i check my apple watch right now i'm pretty sure it's gonna say six and a half let's see 6.1 six hours one minute
Starting point is 00:56:50 it was a late late night last night you know what i'm saying okay i had a lot of dishes to do before i went to bed because as a new house as a as a housewife uh a future house what am i a future wife i cannot wait like literally the thought of saying my husband my husband i don't know if that that might not excite other people out there but it excites me so much um it's crazy like when i'm with cory now like literally we're just like i made him this is so do you guys want to know like sappy shit whatever i literally i'm just when i'm around him it's the feeling i have is like
Starting point is 00:57:39 it's like I'm just so happy it's him like I'm just like oh I get to be with you all the time you're mine like I get to like do life with you I get to like you're always like we're it's like what I just get so happy like literally I'll just stare at him and just think that like non-stop like and I know it's like I talked to a divorce I met a divorce lawyer she's done like 3,000 divorces or some shit the other day and she's like I was telling her about because she's like congrats on the engagement whatever and um she's like yeah ever because i was talking to her about cory and how you know just whatever stuff gushing about him and she goes oh yeah everyone says that everyone's everyone says the same thing everyone says that everyone's everyone's
Starting point is 00:58:22 but everyone's each other's best friend everyone loves each other laughs so hard together nothing is wrong they're all good she's like everyone says that and then they get to work but relationships are um you everything is just like you gotta like it's it's not um something you just stumble upon and it's perfect like oh I just stumbled upon the perfect relationship I believe they're built like what I have with Corey was built and it was like a lot of communication about exactly what we want exactly what we don't want like being on the same page consistency is his number one word and that is something I learned from him like I don't know about you but like all of my past relationships were inconsistent like high and low like hot and cold like you never know what you're gonna get
Starting point is 00:59:13 when you walk through the door but with Corey and I he always knows what he's gonna get he it's consistent and that might sound like controlling oh like Jacqueline you can't have a breakdown you can't have a meltdown you can't have a bad day because you're a woman and of course you're gonna be like an emotional wreck sometimes that sounds like he's a controlling man and he just always wants you to be like perfect and like you know like put together and no it's treating each other well like I never take it out the thing the thing that's different about this relationship is and I think it's because I actually like him as a person I actually like him for who he is is that there are no personal attacks there are no um chip shots there's no belittling there's no
Starting point is 00:59:57 because the second you direct your anger at the person and you're blaming them and you're pointing the finger and it's about them that's where it goes to shit in my opinion because the second yeah you name call it's just you never ever it's like that is a non-negotiable like we do not do it type of thing like you never get to that point like I could have a like I'll have my breakdowns I talked about on my last episode I had a fucking meltdown in front of Corey the other night and I never blame it's never his fault it's always like my own internal shit I'm struggling with it I'm but yeah I just like never get we don't get under each other's skin and like we never he never does something where I'm like but who knows after five years of marriage like
Starting point is 01:00:47 maybe that's when you're like annoyed at each other all the time and you're like you know fuming if they don't put the garbage bag on the garbage the right way like I don't know if we're there yet I just I'm just saying like it's never like he does something and I'm super fucking pissed off at him ever ever because then it's like why are you in this relationship I remember my past relationships I would do like the silent treatment thing like they would piss me off so much they do me dirty a little bit they'd be shit because you know that's what I was with like I literally was with the only thing I've ever known is a guy being like I'm in love with you you're the love of my life i want to be with you oh my god honey honey baby like being all like that and then also like
Starting point is 01:01:27 in dms of other bitches all the time or like like um literally cheating on me or like um like randomly inserting that we should be in an open relationship all of a sudden like and then being like or making a hinge behind my back and then like me finding out about it and then like still continuing like just bullshit like literal like fucking elementary school like stupid shit these are grown-ass men by the way that I was with so I've only known that so it's like so different now and so refreshing and so and it's making me feel very like when I my stance or my take on what a relationship should be might sound like impossible or rare or extreme or like unattainable or but I'm just trying to be an example and like a glimmer of hope for people
Starting point is 01:02:19 that it's actually really possible but just don't give up you might like in my case I literally feel like I think the universe god whatever you believe in puts people in front of your life to like as like a mirror to like reflect on you I've heard this before what you're not what you haven't healed within yourself or what you need to work on so like everyone's a mirror right and i just kind of feel like i've said this so many times why am i talking about relationships right now um it's kind of random it's kind of like sometimes you meet someone they're it you know it's kind of like because i could have mentally decided after i broke up with my ex that i was just gonna it's weird saying that i like don't like saying when i
Starting point is 01:03:06 broke up with my ex um it sounds so like immature um when I moved on from my last relationship I could have mentally decided this is how this is how um different my life could have gone I guess over the last year I could have mentally decided look I just got out of a one year oh he just texted me he loves me with a little kissy face okay cool we're engaged we're in la la land who gives a fuck make fun of me whatever you know you want it to cool um so fucking um i could have mentally decided after i moved on from my last relationship that look jacqueline you were just with someone for an entire year okay you're in a like serious relationship with them and like right now you should you shouldn't jump into anything new
Starting point is 01:03:55 you should date around be single for a while you're going into summer like have a fun summer be single whatever like I could have mentally decided that and which what I'm saying is that could look like this it could have looked like me going on those seven or eight dates before I met Corey meaning Corey is like the ninth guy I want to went on a date with and then continuing to probably date him but like not being very vocal to him like I'm not looking for anything serious blah blah and then him wanting something serious really liking me and having to swallow the or like the hard pill that it's not gonna work with me because I'm not looking for that right now and I wouldn't you know what I mean like it could have been me dating Corey a little bit and then
Starting point is 01:04:33 I don't know how the fuck I would have moved on from that's what happens it's like you meet someone you're like I don't know who I could have dated after you like you're the fucking standard now and this is as good as it's gonna ever fucking get and I'm not gonna find any better and I literally and I know it's like people it's like some people are just meant to be together or whatever like some people are just you're compatible with them and I think that's what I found in Corey so like that's all it is it's like random like you go on a bunch of dates you meet someone and then you just never break up and now you're engaged and you're getting married and it's just like holy shit and that literally happens and it's fucking wild but I'm just saying like
Starting point is 01:05:10 I could have decided something different for myself and I could have been like no I'm gonna to be single I'm just dating around then who knows maybe Corey and I would have dated for three months and then maybe I don't know then maybe he'd be like you want to be my girlfriend maybe I would have like come around to it or I might have met another guy after him and then I kept dating and I would have just dated and dated and been been on a on a like a spree like that so yeah i just feel like you gotta oh god when when you it's just fucking find someone that makes you laugh i don't know that's my other advice cool i i need to shut up about my love life at this point i feel like it's just um love you podcasting
Starting point is 01:05:58 I'm gonna like his message about something to look up cool so did I talk about oh the plane going down so oh I'll end with this I'm getting so hot shit I'm literally like so sweaty right now wait let me get my puff i not like my puff bar like i'm vaping because you know i quit that habit last year guys who the fuck was i in 2022 um so we're gonna tone down the shine i literally glam so fucking hard for this podcast i'm chilling at home alone why do i do this i guess it's for the camera and for like the the vibe like you know trying to look good for my audience right now
Starting point is 01:06:56 i swear to god if you're watching this on tiktok right now this is probably one of 45 clips from this episode this was the best episode of the year like straight up like i'm so excited to edit these clips and put them together because this is a good ass time um so ingredient only households let's get into this because it's fucking funny and fascinating to me so just like the name sounds an ingredient only household is a house that only has ingredients it doesn't have like snacks that are available it has ingredients you can put together to make a snack so let me play this clip that's kind of like going into it here what snacks do you make if you grew up in an ingredient-only household and i've never felt so seen as when i learned
Starting point is 01:07:55 on tiktok what an ingredient-only household is and here are my top ingredient household snacks that i did growing up if you don't know an ingredient household only is a place where there are no snacks ready-made snacks all that's in your house to eat is ingredients to make something. Number one, toast. Toast in many different flavors. You've got cinnamon and sugar and butter toast. You've got grilled cheese. You've got peanut butter and jelly toast. You've got peanut butter on toast with syrup or with honey with a little bit of cinnamon sprinkled on top. Lots of different types of toast. Grilled peanut butter with a sprinkle of sugar on top. Toast of many different flavors. Next, crackers. Crackers with peanut butter, peanut butter jelly
Starting point is 01:08:39 crackers cheese and crackers lunch meat and crackers any kind of crackers plain crackers number three random things straight from the bag chocolate chips from the bag shredded cheese right from the bag croutons from the bag nuts from the bag dried cranberries from the bag cereal cereal with milk cereal without milk and the last one i can bring up is a quesadilla tortilla with shredded cheese sprinkled on top microwave it for a couple seconds like 15 seconds you got yourself quesadilla you might even have salsa in the fridge to dip it in wash that down with a tall glass of ice cold kool-aid and you're good till mom comes home at six o'clock literally everything she mentioned was what i also made growing up like i just love this trend or this laying on tiktok
Starting point is 01:09:24 whatever i stumbled upon because i remember growing up like my mom was really like we had like a lot of healthy foods in the house like all the time and I like I remember going to my friends houses and seeing their pantries and I'm like what pudding packs gushers bags of chips like fucking fruit roll-ups you know that kind of stuff like it was a snack house like you could snack there when you're hanging out with your friends my friends come over and it's like the best you're gonna get is literally like a handful of chocolate chips like or um what's like the other like you know the best thing in the house that maybe corn chips um with salsa I mean that's not even that it's just kind of like you know but I literally started off if I could circle back to
Starting point is 01:10:16 my early childhood cheesy roll-ups were were it like we literally would take a flour tortilla Mexican shredded cheese put it in the microwave for a minute and roll it up and then we call them cheesy roll-ups so we had those and then also butter on we do butter and sugar and cinnamon on a flour tortilla in the microwave for a minute roll it up my babysitter actually got us on those so those were like cinnamon sugar roll-ups um I felt bad for my babysitters like they don't have a lot to work with they had like ingredients they can make us like sandwiches and salads and whatever like shit like that but um actually I think the best we had was like mac and cheese and top ramen I was just like a constant in the house but making the toast like when she said that
Starting point is 01:11:07 I remember distinctively putting bagels in the toaster or no we had a toaster oven so we do bagels in the toaster oven with a thick chunk of cheddar cheese on it and we make like cheese bagels I made those all the time just like lots of breads toasted with stuff on top and I know this might sound like oh that sounds abusive or neglectful or whatnot abusive but like oh that sounds like you were living in a food desert or like oh you didn't have enough money to afford food like no I never went unfed it was just like complicated to snack like it was never just like cereal yeah I guess these are all these are when I think about it though I'm like these are what this is what you do though when you're hungry you make a little snack but you have to like make
Starting point is 01:11:57 it it doesn't come in a package I guess that's the difference so um something that I ate probably the most were quesadillas and specifically corn tortillas Mexican shredded cheese another corn tortilla another corn tortilla Mexican shredded cheese another corn tortilla microwave for a minute 10 i eventually figured out minute 20 minute 10 minute 20 was the best microwave it like deflates because it's all melted oh my god this is the best fucking thing i feel like i probably had this like a thousand times as a kid and then because we always had that fat stack of corn tortillas and we always had mexican shredded cheese and i'd microwave that for a minute and then take a pizza cutter and I make little like squares with it like I would do instead of like
Starting point is 01:12:46 making it like pizza triangles I would make them squares I don't know how to explain it but like and then I do barbecue sauce on the side so that was like my go-to snack like after school if I'm just hungry like I'll even go home now and make that I swear like it's nostalgic it's like when I think of hanging out at my mom's house it's literally like little corn tortilla quesadillas is from the microwave or nachos in the microwave where you take corn chips and probably stale because no one ever shut the fucking bag and sealed it right probably stale corn chips and literally mexican shredded cheese and microwave it and then you add like salsa or whatever on top um but just like the the visual of the handful of chocolate chips when i came across these videos
Starting point is 01:13:30 was so like real for me because when i had a sweet tooth it's like what am i gonna do pick up an apple I don't want the fucking apple it's like there's nothing there's no cookies there's no whatever it was just like a handful of chocolate chips or sometimes we had we had Nutella so maybe like a spoonful of Nutella um yeah I don't know how niche this is but if you grew up that way I'm curious like what did you what snacks did you make when you were in an ingredient only household because it's such a contrast like the way I feel like the way you knew if you grew up this way is if you were the kid who went to your friend's house and saw their pantry and just got so excited like because they had all the bad snacks
Starting point is 01:14:16 like the mini pringle packs the chips ahoy like the mini chips ahoy bags the yeah gushers that kind of shit um what else did I make like turkey roll-ups just lunch meat cheese rolled up um all good stuff you know shout out to my mom for keeping it healthy and stuff but like all I all like much love right like I know you're listening hi but something that I don't think was good and it's not like we never had bad stuff like we'd always have ice cream in the freezer we'd have pizza nights you know we'd go out to dinner but I feel like whenever I went to my friend's house I like overdid it with eating and then I was almost like trained that or not trained but subconsciously or consciously I was like I always wanted that stuff so when I was I went off
Starting point is 01:15:14 the rails what happened is I developed a body disorder probably for other reasons but I if I feel like if it's always available to your kids if it's always an option they know they have you know i'll probably be the type of mom who like gets the fig newtons but they're like the organic gluten-free sugar free you know like the good kind not like the like the cereal that's like grain free whatever like i'll get the good stuff um because i just know i know that's like i know all the nutritionists out there and stuff to be like you know it's not that deep you know you don't have to cut out every fucking fake ingredient in your diet especially for kids like that's impossible but like if there's a healthier option I think I'm going to be that mom that pulls that
Starting point is 01:15:59 off the shelf over the other fake crap like you know the health and wellness risk cracker over it's like going and getting cassava chips instead of potato chips you know but then I know those are just like not as those are just as bad I don't know I'm gonna do my best I think that's what my mom would say that's like what every mom says I'm just doing my best I did the best I can I was trying to be a good mom I was trying to provide you know healthy snacks for my kids and now they're podcasting about it all these years later bitching about how they developed an eating disorder I'm not blaming my mom literally I'm not um there's like I've didn't I've done an eating disorder episode I think it's like I think my episodes literally go
Starting point is 01:16:41 yeah it's like my eating disorder story trigger trigger warning and then the next episode's like I got cheated on and dumped his ass I think those are my top episodes just like the the arc the chain of events like the fucking yeah so um but anyways ingredient only households I thought that was so funny when I saw it I was like yeah so let's talk about olive oil coffee at Starbucks I guess this is all you all you need to know because I already heard about it literally they're calling it um olive oil coffee like i'm not ready it's called something it's called aledo aledo starbucks aledo so welcome to an experience like no other your coffee ritual up uplifted following their february debut in italy aledo beverages
Starting point is 01:17:39 are not now available at select starbucks stores in 15 states across across us oh california is one of them do you want to know the states this might be helpful information alaska arkansas california random arkansas alaska the state what the fuck arkansas california connecticut florida illinois uh massachusetts maine new hampshire new mexico new york rhode island texas vermont in Washington state. The drinks are okay. So anyways, this adds an extra 120 calories to your coffee. They're literally pouring, um, olive oil in it. Um, they're also doing cold foam. They're calling it Alito golden foam. Um, so they're putting olive oil in the cold foam now. Okay, cool. Yeah. This is like Apple, like making the headset. Like no one's asking
Starting point is 01:18:33 for this like I don't think our coffee like I'm cool with um but maybe if you're like dairy-free or whatever you don't drink milk because like isn't all of the cold foam just like straight up whipping cream or like um maybe this is a way to be like dairy-free and get those good polyphenols is that what fucking olive oil has i don't know so i'm sure it pairs well you know coffee meets olive oil review starbucks olive oil coffee in the u.s i feel like i need to taste it in black coffee like i need to take a scoop of olive oil and put it in black coffee and see what happens because I've done the MCT MCT oil thing and that's like a
Starting point is 01:19:32 pretty neutral taste I feel like olive oil I don't know I'm not hating on it I think it's kind of interesting um you know if it can work in Italy I'm sure it can work here I don't know um did I miss anything I think this is the episode I had fun I had fucking fun I you know what I you know what happens this is what happens I get on one I get wound up I get excited I talk fast I spill out my guts I give it my all for you okay I entertain the shit out of you I storytell the fuck out of your mind and and after the episode I go wow at least 750 f-bombs at least probably a thousand like it's it goes hand in hand I'm sorry I can't help it okay it just flows okay getting excited talking fast talking a little shit talking a little whatever and saying fuck a lot
Starting point is 01:20:34 on your podcast um I know my grandma's like in the corner somewhere in her living room like with a tally mark listening right now like counting how many times I said fuck so sorry grandma I know you don't like that but um if I make a conscious this this is something I should consider it's like be yourself be authentic why am I trying to change how I talk but um sometimes I start an episode or like before the episode I like consciously go or like think do not just like tone down the swearing and I did not do that today so this is what you got I'm sure none of you noticed it because you're like a millennial like me and you're like this is not this is I'm like not even phased but for my older uh my more uh mature listeners
Starting point is 01:21:24 where are we at okay what okay we got I think we did it I think we did the episode um did I save anything on Instagram sometimes I save stuff to talk about um baby shot in the face oh fuck do I want to do this right now fuck this baby shot in the face by six-year-old in tragic U.S. backyard shooting miraculously the baby is expected to survive this happened on June 8th I swear people have been saying a date wrong okay it's June okay like I've seen like three people post Instagram stories talking about the date and they're like three days ahead of me and I'm like it's not the 10th of June and they're like saying that I'm like are we like is time overlapping or warping or like I've caught it like literally two or three times where I'm like
Starting point is 01:22:30 they're saying the date wrong i don't know um the six-year-old boy was playing with their father's gun in the backyard of their detroit home oh okay detroit um when the firearm went off and shot the infant twice bullets from the unregistered semi-automatic weapon struck the infant in the face and the shoulder the kid's gonna live can't imagine what that fucking scene looked like oh my god that's terrible um what are the comments why the fuck was a six-year-old with a gun no shit americans just give the baby a gun to defend itself doesn't get more american that imagine having bullet scars on your face and shoulder and someone asks you where you got it from and you're like my six-year-old brother shot me when i was a baby i mean surviving that six years or
Starting point is 01:23:21 a baby with a bullet to the head and the shoulder surviving oh god it's i mean this shit two bullets ain't no accident yeah i just what do you do what the fuck do you do um okay i'm gonna end with this i started the podcast saying we're just gonna choose our journey talk about a lot of random stories and we're not going to talk about mental health or self-help or healing or any of that stuff um i think i might have touched on him a little bit to be honest but i when i say this is like the best account on instagram and everyone should follow her um her name is oh fuck i don't want to butcher this sirut cha chala sirut chala
Starting point is 01:24:17 S-E-E-R-U-T-C-H-A-W-L-A Sarut Chawla I think she's Indian is she from India seems like it from her name right that seems like an Indian name so she's a psychotherapist London-based psychotherapist based uh I'm fuck I don't know her bio is here I kind of read that backwards um and she's just like a no bullshit straight talker with her posts and like she's so she says all the things I think in the best way like the problem this is the the meme the um graphic it says the problem with self-healing next slide blah blah blah disclaimer this is my personal and professional opinion you may or may not agree this is an Instagram post which means it is generalized and cannot account
Starting point is 01:25:13 for your individual experience. Like she has to, it's like, she's just so fucking great. I love that. So the problem with self-healing, number one, it's highly self-obsessed. The entire focus is on the self, putting your feelings on a pedestal, meeting your own needs at any cost, including the encouragement to cut people out of your life. Yeah. We see that all the time on the internet now. It's overly simplistic. Self-healing is popular because it offers formulaic, simplistic answers to highly complex, painful problems without having to pay for or do the work of therapy. Next slide. It makes you a self-improvement project. Obsessively navel-gazing and attempting to rid yourself of every flaw isn't conductive to good mental health.
Starting point is 01:25:58 You're a person, not a project. Next slide. It's a thief of life. How much of your limited time on earth are you going to spend self-obsessively healing you have one life don't waste it next slide it's dangerous unrealistic promises and predatory marketing block people from seeking treatment they actually need unfortunately you cannot heal everything off the internet not a broken leg not cancer and not an actual mental health disorder it makes people feel worse i love this one when the intentional euphoria of finding a magic solution wears off people tend to first feel worse and more hopeless there are no magic solutions and no gurus don't make healing your lifestyle don't make healing your lifestyle yeah I've
Starting point is 01:26:43 ranted about this chick I follow someone's gonna like figure this out and probably like call me out on it at some point I literally just follow her for research purposes and just my pure uh interest it's like it's kind of it's not a hate follow because I like a lot of the shit she post but like it's literally this it's like the never ending life uh self-improvement project and she's just non-stop talking about it trying to fix it heal it work on it express what she just it's unending and i'm like someone like her could take a little bit like she should i almost want to should i just dm her this should i report back like send her this dm and just see what happens but um yeah I guess this goes hand in hand with what I was saying earlier about
Starting point is 01:27:34 how I my life advice is like nothing's wrong with you like I think that's the first problem or first step in the wrong direction is obsessing over like I need to heal this something's wrong with me I need to like blah blah blah because it's all in your head it's all nonsense it's all just a thought like your thoughts aren't real like I know that sounds like easier said than done because like sometimes our thoughts take over but I think a lot of people that overdo it like this chick I follow like take their thoughts to heart they really think that represents them and what's actually happening what's real and it's like no that's just your brain like being overactive in that department and like over
Starting point is 01:28:22 trying to fix yourself and trying to like like focus on what's i don't know it's like it's not it's like not even it's like it's not um useful it's not productive so i had that epiphany on my podcast i don't know i've said this many times like a couple years ago during the podcast i literally had that epiphany like oh this is fucking ruining my life all this like self healing shit I'm trying to do or whatever like inward stuff over analyzing myself all day long spiraling about it having like obsessive thoughts about why I'm the way I am and why I hate myself was literally just like ruining my life so I cannot preach that enough just cut it out um nothing's wrong with you um like be self-obsessed like I like the first slide it's like it's highly
Starting point is 01:29:14 self-obsessed like just be self-obsessed about how great you are like me take a page out of my book and be so obsessed with yourself about how great you are because you are like literally just tell yourself that and that will become real and you won't think you suck and you won't think you have problems and you won't think you need to heal from anything you literally just say i'm the shit i got it going on i got the sauce keep it trucking move forward it's that fucking simple and then you're not depressed anymore and you love yourself and you love your life the end be self-obsessed about that or whatever like make that your mantra um yeah the only form of a self-improvement project I like my self-improvement project is always
Starting point is 01:30:08 fitness related like I want to get stronger I want to be healthier I want to like clean up my diet or like I want to cut out sugar I want to cut out you know like stuff like that I'll do like little tweaks you know right now like I'm working on my back muscles because like I have bad posture and like i want to work on that you know but i'm not that's a whole different ball game to the mental stuff and like trying to like heal what's going on upstairs because and i know that that contributes to your mental health like working out and fitness and health and all that but yeah it's just like um a personality trait like healing and being on a journey and like i follow this other fitness account and they're like their new brand personal brand is like i'm on a journey
Starting point is 01:30:55 bitch what in the fuck there's nothing wrong with you and i know she'd have an identity crisis it's probably like obviously i'm talking about if you follow them too but like i've been i've had an identity crisis before i'm like fuck look at this locket of blonde hair i was fucking no i'm kidding that was not an identity problem that was just like me trying to um appeal to this guy i liked of the time who only dated blondes and literally i'm the first blonde cory date and he got engaged to me literally the reason why i went blonde i don't think i've ever talked about this publicly this guy was in love with him like he was so hot and cold with me and i was just like fuck it
Starting point is 01:31:31 i'm gonna go blonde and literally i went blonde and he like immediately sent me a dm like literally it was like I called it and it fucking happened and it fucking worked so if you're trying to get a man he only dates blondes likes blondes he likes that's so but see that's doing something that's not being yourself that's not being authentic that's called changing who you are for a man to like you what the fuck never do that I am like when I when I say I've had multiple like, like stages in my twenties or lives in my twenties. Like that older version of me was lost. Jesus Christ. So, um, yeah, so I think I'm going to end it. I did end up talking about mental health and healing and that shit, but, um, you know, just no one talks about,
Starting point is 01:32:26 I feel like it's not it's not um because you have to understand something I've had it hard you have to like I've had a hard traumatic past I've had a dark past I I don't want to just I am saying that as my like life story because it's true like I don't want to downplay it and pretend like it didn't happen like that is real and like and I know that's real because I'm dating someone that doesn't or dating I'm fucking engaged just I don't know how to talk about it is he my boyfriend like he's my fiance what is he my future like whatever um and we watch a lot of movies and shows and I see dark stuff happening on the screen and I'm like and he's like holy shit I was heavy and I'm like that was a Tuesday bitch that was like a and my Tuesday like the version of that
Starting point is 01:33:19 I'm watching with you right now mine was times 10 so anyways um where was I what was I saying oh how it's not like sellable or marketable or you can't really make money off of telling people great how great they are that's not how marketing or advertising works you tell people that they lack something and that you have the solution to make them to solve or to so that you feel like they don't like that and then you sell it to them so if you come at them with like you're great they're like why am i buying it like what do you buy from you don't but it's like it doesn't have to be about the money i just think it needs to be like a movement like and all these sad ass millennial gen z dumpy frumpy lumpy victim mentality losers i think they all need to have
Starting point is 01:34:07 like a new a shake-up oh fucking and need to be they all need to be sold told it needs to be promoted that like fuck the mental the word mental health is just like i get it we're all trying to like feel good be nice to each other treat each other with respect and dignity and lift each other up and hold space for each other we're trying to like have safe spaces do all this shit but it's like when you go to the internet and all you see is people talking about their problems it's just like what the fuck you know i don't think that's oh it's relatable it makes you feel like you're less alone oh you find people that you like i i get that to an extent but it seems like it's you don't see people come to the internet with confidence like myself
Starting point is 01:34:54 because you rarely see a confident like like what the fuck like and I think if you see those people they're usually like annoying and I feel like maybe I'm annoying whatever they're like annoying and full of themselves and they're obnoxious and they're loud it's kind of like um Jake Paul like he's very confident and very like sure of himself and does whatever the fuck he wants so you know he's like very like that and I think like what female influencers are like that like there are people out there like but i'm saying i'm saying like it needs to be promoted like yeah anyways like every kid in every elementary school across
Starting point is 01:35:44 the united states every middle school every high school i think we'd have a stronger up-and-coming generation i think we'd have a more um resilient like powerful generation if everyone was like fuck yeah i'm the shit instead of like i have acne and i'm depressed and i'm sad and my favorite um my favorite tiktok couple broke up and my favorite video game or twitch streamers um are fighting right now and i'm really sad like that's you know what i mean but we also have a problem with everyone trying to be an internet person famous trying to like manifest their goddamn social media star dreams like kids wanting to do that now over like others actual important well it's like i'm fucking doing it so i wanted to talk but like
Starting point is 01:36:36 so it's just it's complicated i i would just i would like to see less of the ho-hum i'm depressed mental my mental health sucks bullshit and like well jocelyn that's why people are shooting each other and that's why people are like like if we don't talk about it then no one's gonna feel like they have anywhere to go and like it's like yeah i'm just saying promote confidence needs to be promoted and like is that delusional i don't know i guess maybe i'm getting older and i just give less of a fuck and i'm just like so should everyone else because you got one life why are you sad the end goodbye that's literally that's my why like i want people to have a great life and not be sad so just tell yourself you're the shit goodbye all right love you thanks for being
