Cosmetics AirDropped sunscreen to a cat, Diddy’s on trial, Kris Jenner’s face got a backup generat...or, I went to Arizona and emotionally connected with a cactus, SZA healed Justin Bieber, I’m playing golf again, a cow survived an 11-mile flood journey, and the final Mission: Impossible plot should’ve been Tom Cruise convincing men to go to therapy.Also. ChatGBT helped write this. But don’t worry — your attention span is too fried to care, and you’re just here to be entertained.Let’s spiral together. Starting point is 00:00:00 On my recent girls trip to Arizona, I grabbed onto a cactus to prevent myself from falling over a very steep cliff. Then immediately grabbed my phone and chat GPT'd if all of the cactus thorns in my hand could kill me. so yeah we're gonna talk about how chat gbt is taking over my life probably taking over your life it's here it's all day long it's non-stop it's keeping me up very late at night um so we've got chat gbt we've got justin bieber we've got the diddy trial we've got the australia flood a story that'll make you go vegan um based on that australian flood a sailor and his cat and something that happened with a very popular popular beauty brand and that sail sailor and his cat we've got the recession core starter pack i've got a list we're gonna we're gonna wrap it
Starting point is 00:01:16 up with the Q&A and just overall general life updates, what I've been up to, what the meaning of the show is anymore and what's happening here because I've been gone. I've been gone. And we're calling this episode 400. I'm not going to get into the weeds about the technicalities of what episode this actually is, but just know that this was recorded before. And again, we're not we're not going to get into the weeds. Let's just set the scene. I'm going to talk about what's on the, on the set today. I need to call attention to the nonstop, um, powder puffing I will be doing under my nose. The white powder under my nose on this episode is my wet and wild five and one essence primer powder, primer finish powder. It's $5. I believe. Um, we, I will be nonstop
Starting point is 00:02:09 triangle puff powdering you know these little triangle powder puffs go on youtube or spotify to watch i will be powdering my upper lip it is it's sweating okay it's so hot in here the lights are hot so i'm gonna be doing this the entire episode because i changed my camera settings we've got a new camera we're in 4k we're very high def and i don't want to look shiny so just know that that's what i'm doing that's what that white powder is um hey jacqueline have you ever done cocaine do you guys want to get into the q a now you guys want to know all the the crazy shit you asked me on instagram stories hi um hi engage with your audience ask ask them to ask you questions so that's what the the makeup situation is this primer powder i've got a ysl lipstick for
Starting point is 00:02:58 my mom i'm wearing max syrup my favorite like berry neutral ish color okay some lip liners that's what we've got makeup wise i'm drinking a dc it's 11 45 a.m it feels right and some water um that's what and i'm wearing a coral hoodie hairs and a high pony i don't think i've ever done a high pony on my podcast before so high pony nerd glasses nails done none of them are chipped popped off this is the longest I've gone in a while actually I do have my middle finger super glued because after my girls trip to Arizona I popped open my suitcase and my nail popped off while I was doing that so the nails are intact this week on camera so hi there's the seen. I just said it. What else? I feel like I need to get into the groove here. Let me crack
Starting point is 00:03:54 open my DC. Let's get into the plugs. Please hit that subscribe button wherever you're listening right now. Follow me on Instagram and TikTok at Jacqueline Monroe. So we can really develop a parasocial. Like I want to get, okay, I love the word like parasocial. It's like a new word I learned. this if you listen to podcasts regularly you probably already feel like that you probably already feel that parasocial bond that comforting like friend thing that I give you um but it's also gonna come in hot on my Instagram and TikTok what am I saying like I'm trying to get I want
Starting point is 00:04:37 our relationship on my Instagram to be more fun it's like so boring to me right now like Instagram feels so dead and flat so I'm trying to spice it up over there on my Instagram so follow me on Instagram and TikTok at Jacqueline Monroe and subscribe to my YouTube channel this is a video and audio podcast the Jacqueline Monroe show on YouTube the Jacqueline Monroe show on YouTube it's such a mouthful whenever people ask me like what's your podcast called I like I get I fumble ever I need to like really enunciate it because they're like huh like it's called the Jacqueline Monroe show and like these people like just meet me and they've already forgotten my name right they're like hi what's your name I'm like Jacqueline they already
Starting point is 00:05:13 forgot right and then like they'll be like well what do you do and I'm like a podcast and they're like well what's it called I'm like the Jacqueline Russia they're like they don't they don't it doesn't register I cannot open this Diet Coke any Corey he always offers to do it because I have nails we're gonna bust out some scissors on this desk okay um so that those are the plugs we've got the topics listed out I'm gonna cover my girl's trip to Arizona first talk about what we got up to, saw Mission Impossible, saw that weekend movie. I'm going to talk about going back to church, potentially speaking of God, speaking of God, speaking of saying the Lord God's name in vain, just there. And now I'm going to, I think I'm going to start going back to
Starting point is 00:06:03 church. I'm Catholic. I was a Catholic school girl. And when my mom visited me a month ago, she signed me up for the weekly bulletin. I'm getting the ministry bulletin, I think it's called, or the women's ministry weekly newsletter to my inbox. They're inviting me to a lot of events. Corey and I did a drive-by the other week. We scoped out the local Catholic church in our neighborhood and we went at the perfect time because it's right when the church got out like when mass was over it's perfect timing and I and I wanted to I wanted I want I didn't look up the time of mass that day but like I wanted to time it so I could see if those kids were walking out with donuts or cookies like I wanted to see what the snack situation was and if that was
Starting point is 00:06:49 offered at this church and it was so people are well fed they had their little orange juice they had their little you know chocolate donut and they're we always had these like off-brand sandwich cookies like knockoff oreos at my church like lemon and then the chocolate vanilla like chocolate on top vanilla cream vanilla on the bottom those cookies anyway so yeah we were probably going to start going I don't know I just feel like it's in these times seeking God feels right um praying feels right finding some sort of higher power to talk to every day um just feels right times are things are getting strange stranger by the minute I'm trying to wrap my head around it all but at the end and at the end of the day it's not healthy for our brains to know
Starting point is 00:07:38 this much information so again I will say this every podcast because I am on a mission to tell people to curate the out of their timelines and what they're exposing themselves to on a regular basis on their phones so just be conscientious it's not normal to know this much stuff so yeah that's where I'm at seek God seek a higher power go back to your faith if you I haven't been to church I mean I go with my family usually a couple times a year when I'm home like Christmas Easter we're that type of family. We used to go every Sunday, right? But like now it's a very sporadic random thing. Um, I don't know. I'm just feeling it. So let's get into my girl's trip to Arizona. Um, trying to think if I've got anything else here. How are you? What's the date?
Starting point is 00:08:29 It's 1150 AM on May 27th. It's my mom's 60th birthday. oh my god I'm gonna look like such a piece of shit for not immediately calling her right now hi mom I know you're listening this episode right now and I just realized it's your 60th birthday at 11 50 a.m mid-podcast and I'm having anxiety about calling you because I feel like I'm gonna get out of the groove and I know that's like that that's I just thought call your mom should I text her oh my god I feel like you guys are judging me so hard right now if I don't do this I know you are I know it's gonna be like you are the biggest piece of shit let me just text her oh my god it's my mom's 60th
Starting point is 00:09:17 happy birthday mom I love you I love you so much and we'll this is so fucked up we'll call you this afternoon man. Who does this? Psychopaths do this. After my podcast, she'll get it. If I say my podcast, she'll get it. All right. So I'm hot as shit. Um, it's literally my mom's 60th birthday and I just live on the podcast realized that. So my mom is, does she want people to know she's 60? Did I just also do that? Fuck it. She, I think she's at that point where she's loving her life and it doesn't matter. And honestly, what a blessing to age. What a blessing to be 60. What a blessing to, okay. Trying to make this right. And I feel so bad right now. Okay, cool. So
Starting point is 00:10:10 how are you? How's your May? How was your Memorial day weekend? I, Corey and I literally, he was home all day and we just clean the house and he made the big steak dinner and he got groceries and yeah we just tag team cleaning the house all day and um I was kind of like working ish on stuff he was too so it was very we didn't do like a barbecue we didn't go off to someone's house or do anything like that but um I feel like my quintessential Memorial Day setup is either camping like camping at the lake there's a campfire you're with like all of your cousins your aunts and uncles your grandparents this we used to do this every Memorial Day a deception pass in Washington we used to always camp some sort of like camping set up by a lake or a body
Starting point is 00:11:00 of water in a tent specifically um and then or and or some kind of like lake thing with a boat a speedboat inner tubes jets like jet skis definitely some sort of salmon salmon on the barbecue hot dogs and burgers obviously but there needs to be a salmon there needs to be some sort of like strawberry shortcake or angel food cake something berry and creamy with a cake and then what else feels like Memorial Day alcohol or I don't know like some I didn't do that as a kid I mean now I'm like what would yeah like some good drinks it's like a fun cocktail on Memorial Day probably like a bud light or something, just super American, you know, freedom isn't free
Starting point is 00:11:54 and neither is beer. Oh my God. I don't know what this podcast is. Okay. Freedom isn't free. Um, you know, God bless America and on those who gave their lives for this country. Amen. So in Jesus name, we pray. Let's bow. You guys, I am fucking okay. We know she was diagnosed with ADHD as of a month ago it's really showing itself right now and I need to get it back on the rails let's talk about Tucson Arizona so my two best girlfriends from childhood and I road tripped Arizona and it was super fun I've never been to Tucson never been to Arizona and basically we did the girliest shit ever we went to Pilates we got coffee we everyone was like working all week we all had our laptops we were staying at her parents condo my friend Anna's parents condo and um we laid by
Starting point is 00:12:45 the pool we went shopping we had great dinners stayed up late trying to think what else we did um there are thrift shoppers they're hardcore thrift shoppers like me um speaking of recession core um I've been ahead of the curve for a very long time my entire life like I feel like thrift Shopping is very recession recession core. And if you're like, what's a recession? We're going to get into that. If you're listening, you're like, what does it mean? What does the recession mean? How what are we really in a recession? Technically, is that or is it just what people are saying? How do you know for sure? so we'll get into like the that'll be the educational segment of the podcast what a recession is and if we technically are in one right now and then all of the fun recession core things people it's just being broke is okay it's literally like being broke is now the broke is being rebranded into recession core like everything is like it's like hot and cool
Starting point is 00:13:47 because you're like it's recession core it's like you know my short nails or my lack of acrylic nails doesn't mean I'm broke it means that we're like I like technically I'm broke but I'm still hot because it's like the hot nails now are no nails or short nails it's called they're called princess nails now so like that's it's like trendy to be conservative fiscally conservative and like back to my friends let's stay on the rails thrift shop so we were thrift shopping we were um trying to think what else we did it was just chill we like I honestly like laid at the pool every day tanned a lot um swam in the pool we just it was so relaxing I really needed a reset button on my my life um to be honest it was great having them as a sounding board about a lot of things going
Starting point is 00:14:42 out of my life um you definitely like girls need you need your time away from your husbands and your boyfriends like you just you need that girls only time that is so healthy so good for the soul and it totally like reset my brain being with them for a week because we were gone for like six days together which is a good good amount of time so had so much fun with so much fun with them yeah I'm trying to think what else I mean it wasn't like nothing like crazy happened I did go hiking with them and nearly die so so dramatic but back to what I said in the beginning about holding on to a cactus for dear life I fucking okay typical me typical like I gotta get the perfect shot me and I was being so on the DL about it because I'm like there's all these other hikers
Starting point is 00:15:32 trying to get pictures I don't want to be that person right now I was trying to get something kind of candid we went to the grocery store i got chicken salad and crackers and then my friends got like sushi we sat and ate that on the top of this really crazy cliff overlooking i think it's called it's like called pat a pass like gray's pass or something i don't know it's somewhere in tucson i think it's in their national park the national park's called like so on squon i don't know, Siwan or Sokoa or it's like a S national park name. So we went to this national park, climbed up on the top of this really cool cliff overlooking the sunset was beautiful. And anyways, I set up my phone and I do that thing with the camera where you press the,
Starting point is 00:16:20 you go to camera. If you want to get the perfect shot without having someone click the button a hundred thousand times, or if you just want to like set up your camera and like pose a bunch and get every single take just go to your iPhone go to camera don't go to video go to camera press the camera button for two seconds like one two and then drag it over to the right and you'll see this like line shoot out you'll get it like if you press that down and slide it over you'll see what I mean and then it'll just record the photos like a video if that makes sense and then when you're done doing your model shit in front of the camera you can go back and like screenshot the best take and I feel like the quality is decent like it's not as good as
Starting point is 00:17:07 portrait mode or like a single shot photo but it's good enough so anyway anyways I was I said that I ate my chicken salad my girls were doing their photo shoots with them they were doing like selfies whatever they're over there um my friend Aaron brought her like really old canon power shot from like sixth grade and I remember when she got that like when you got if you were I it was such a distinctive time in my life when I got my first digital camera and I remember we both got one at the same time and she still had it and so she was like taking pictures of us and then I set my little iPhone up on a rock I angle it up towards this like cool orange background of rocks and like cactuses and shit and I start doing my little like nonchalant like I'm just you know on a mountain
Starting point is 00:17:57 first of all my outfit sucked like it was the worst like it wasn't going to be this is not postable like this was like why did I do that why did I risk my life for this my outfit was like jean shorts nike tennis shoes and a black long sleeve cotton jersey skims t-shirt um it it was just all wrong it was giving like I'm okay we'll get to this in a second the whole like chat gpt life takeover. The reason I'm up so late every night and like what I'm actually asking chat GBT and how in depth I get with it. So you guys have heard me talk about kibbe body types and color analysis. And I'm super into like dressing for your body type and knowing your proportions and knowing what clothes look best on you based on your height and your curves and everything.
Starting point is 00:18:48 So anyways, my hiking outfit and the stupid photo shoot I risked my life over was getting inverted triangle and it was like emphasizing my it was just like not it wasn't working the outfit was not working and anyway so I like trip on a rock there's nothing to grab but a cactus I grabbed the cactus and I'm like oh fuck me I still have like numbness in my thumb to be honest um if I look really close there's like tiny black spots still I feel like there's still paraphernalia from that cactus in it so say a prayer I looked it up it like literally told me the exact name of the cactus if it's poisonous like what what type of reaction I could have but I had like thorns in my hand um because it was a narrow pathway and the other side was a cliff and
Starting point is 00:19:38 I was like waddling up in my Nike tennis shoes that are way past they're like the tire tread on those things is like so balding to the point where like it's time for a new pair and they were the worst hiking shoes I could have ever brought on this trip because I knew we're going hiking I'm like why didn't I bring my La Sportivas why didn't my I bring my like Alex Honnold free solo climbing fucking champion climber La Sportiva like professional hiking shoes that my ex-boyfriend made me buy because they matched his and he was like obsessed with them and he was like you have to have these vibram soles so you don't slip on anything and that shit works um those like vibram if you're like in the market for hiking shoes get the vibram souls that's all I learned like
Starting point is 00:20:23 one of the best things I learned from him was like get those vibram souls lost sportivas are great little pricey but like worth it anyways I tripped on the rocks I grabbed a cactus and then I was like in the beginning of this episode I was like chat dbt am I gonna die and it was like you could have an allergic reaction but like you'll probably be fine um who's to say if it accurately guessed the lineage what is it called the variety the biology of that that what is the the variety of the cactus the type of cactus because chat gpt isn't always accurate um so that was that we hiked we went to the mission we went to san xavier mission a beautiful catholic church that i guess with a spanish word conquering or
Starting point is 00:21:11 exploring america they build up built these missions to basically indoctrinate the indigenous people into the catholic faith or like get them like they they set up like schools there were there was um i think they lived at the mission they taught them everything about the catholic faith and the church and the so it was like that's what mission i've always heard about missions since i moved to san diego i've always like heard like mission but i'm like what is it And I guess that's what it was. It was like the Spanish coming in and sweeping up indigenous people and teaching them about Catholicism and educating them. So it was like, I feel like it was, I don't know, like, is that out of line? I don't know, like anything we did with indigenous people, like coming into America, like fucking taking over their land feels wrong. but I'm like were they kind of into it because I mean the mission was nice as fuck it was like literally a castle in the middle of the desert it's called the white dove dove of the desert
Starting point is 00:22:10 it's the oldest European building in um Arizona dude I love chat gbt because these are the things I'm it's okay it's equal it's making me equally smarter and stupid at the same time or simultaneously smarter and stupid if that makes sense I'm learning all these tidbits and facts that I can recall really fast because I whatever I just take the time to read what the chat's saying and I don't know it's like a cool thing but I think you have to be weary about it like of or of your use of it and your dependence on it um I think the good a good practice to be in is before you ask chat gbt ask yourself the question and seek the answer in your head first and if you can't find it then chat it but like really see if you can dig in that brain i mean i wasn't going
Starting point is 00:23:01 to come up with that san xavier mission was the oldest european building in arizona like i wouldn't have known that um so that was cool they also had this really cool replica of the grotto in lords france which is the miracle of mary it's like if you go to lords france i went there on a mission trip in high school this is very like religion heavy today hi former catholic school girl confirmed in the catholic faith saw the pope not the former not um who just died benedict i know he already died francis who was our pope friend why am i drawing a blank anyways i saw benedict i've seen peter's bones i've seen the shroud i've seen apparently the manger if that was even I literally walked into this what is it called basilica I don't know like
Starting point is 00:23:54 some sort of cathedral and they have all these relics all of these preserved things from the past from Jesus times and it was at one point I walked into this cathedral I think it was like saint um it was in Paris I think was it saint I only remember this because it was my uncle's name who died. And why can't I think of his name? Dennis, St. Dennis. Oh my God. It's really sad to think about. I don't want to think about that right now, but that's how I remembered. But I walked into like the St. St. Dennis cathedral and it was like, Hey, there's baby. There's baby Jesus's manger. The one same with like the Mary Magdalene or no, right. Mary Magdalene. When she like wipe Jesus's face you can see that in Notre Dame like that cloth I believe looks like yeah
Starting point is 00:24:47 anyway so but they had this replica of the miracle where there is some sort of miracle in Lord's France and I want to say it was the statue of Mary I used to know it like the back of my hand but basically there's water there was water bubbling out of the side of the mountain and then now people and that was very that was very healing so people would literally be paralyzed and then they'd go bathe in the water seeping from this mountain and lords and they were cured they could walk again stuff like that and so when I was there people were like you could collect the holy water you could bless yourself with it you could there was like a bath station you could like walk into a little like stall like a bathroom stall and like go take a dip and then I didn't I
Starting point is 00:25:32 didn't do it but that's what people were doing there and there's a lot of like older people in wheelchairs. It was really like sweet. So people go there to heal. Um, it was cool. So at this San Xavier mission in Arizona and Tucson, um, they had this replica of it and it was pretty cool. I immediately knew I was like, Oh, this looks familiar. They had this Mary statue in the side of it and the side of a cliff thing like dug out. So that was cool. So I went to Arizona, arizona moving on all right oh no i wanted to do there it is there's the transition noise if you know you know it's kind of like what we've got this is what we've got here on the jock show the pre-logged roadcaster pro 2 sound effects
Starting point is 00:26:13 episode 400 we're getting more and more high tech by the day more and more i actually think my okay so this is what happened i recorded episode 400 the reason why there's been so many delays on the show if you're like a regular listener and you're like where's the show been what's going on is she okay um i feel like i'm in the timeline right now where everyone's like scanning the horizons like is she pregnant like i was married in september like every day you're like is she gone because she's knocked up and she's got morning sick like I don't know what you guys are thinking but the truth is I was making a big deal about episode 400 I did a new photo shoot I made a new album or new podcast cover I was like I'm
Starting point is 00:27:03 gonna do a full redo of the show episode 400 like it's gonna be crazy and then I got to the point where I just wanted to throw my phone and like I was off social media for a while I went to San Francisco my mom came to town I did a bunch of shit I wasn't podcasting and then when I finally recorded it I was like eff it I'm just gonna do a regular episode like I'm doing now and um so I think that that shit got deleted because I don't know a copyright thing maybe but it literally was like such a whatever episode my 400th that I made excuse me and um the next day it took like two days and it's never happened before it never happened before and I check my back end shit and it's like gone so and I wasn't given a notice from Spotify like I wasn't nothing no like hey
Starting point is 00:27:56 you got a strike your thing got taken down nothing like that so it was very weird I don't know if it was a sign I was having a lot of mental breakdown downs at the time about the show and I was spiraling like what do I do I feel like I need to do something completely different here and so far the only new thing you're seeing is this fucking sign we have a neon sign on the show now and a high pony for the first time so cool all right so i went to arizona next up we saw mission impossible with cory's parents over the weekend we're continuing our movie are we are we cinephiles isn't that what you call like a movie buff or whatever like i'd say there's probably only one weekend a month at cory and i don't see a movie at this point like in the theaters so it's our
Starting point is 00:28:46 new our new kick we like the movie theaters with the recliner and the wait staff i've explained this we get the caramel and the butter popcorn combo we get um dinner usually also we get raisinets we put the raisinets in the popcorn we're getting giant diet cokes um sometimes cocktails i yeah it's a great time those recliners recline i'm comfy i'm fed i'm happy i'm watching movies get such a bad rap now but like honestly and maybe i have a low whatever for like maybe my eye isn't as good as actual critics and the rotten tomato what even fucking rotten tomatoes is that even a thing i don't ever check it but anyways i've been really enjoying these movies lately we've been we saw the accountant accountant
Starting point is 00:29:41 two we saw drop we saw that one wasn't like um we saw the weekend hurry up tomorrow i have thoughts about that um for the like lay people like non-artist lay people um small-minded losers out there who don't think they don't they don't understand creative thinking and um i'm kidding but like it's so funny how like when people were reviewing that movie they're like it was plotless there's no plot nothing there was no like it was just nothing made any sense and I'm like they just you don't get it it's supposed to be a psychological horror you're supposed to interpret interpret the characters and I was doing this the entire time like naturally like I was like oh immediately I get that there's no plot and each character in
Starting point is 00:30:33 this the weekend movie the hurry up tomorrow movie represents like a demon in his brain or some kind of like a part of him that's what each character represented it wasn't straightforward so I feel like people that they watch it through the lens of like everything is supposed to connect and it's supposed to be like a b c d they were probably in hell because they weren't they're just not like on that level like art if you're an artist like my if you're like a true like it's just so hard this life is so hard it's so hard to connect to regular ass people that don't have a creative brain it's just like they don't fucking get it they don't understand how like art is not about it's like there's so many being a little nutcase right now i get it hi
Starting point is 00:31:26 but yeah it was really good i think um he should have when he was telling her off a lot of people came at Abel is that how you say his name the weekend Abel and then I'll talk about Mission Impossible but a lot of people are coming at Abel for that scene where he goes to Jenna Ortega her character what was her character in the movie the girl in the movie the like love interest but technically like it I won't explain like what she represented I don't want to get into all of it but basically the scene people are giving Abel shit about where he looks so like sassy and like bitch is and what it was totally not matching her energy her acting level like at all is when they're in the hotel room and she like stays over with him and then the next day they're like
Starting point is 00:32:13 he's trying to like dip he starts drinking a bunch of alcohol and he's like on his phone and she calls her mom starts crying and then she like lays into him like no you can't leave me you have to stay here or like you have to take me with you to Australia his next tour spot so she's going at him and then he just like freaks out on her and the the acting was like he just it should have been like I'm just gonna do my acting so here's how Abel was he was like shut the fuck up shut the fuck up like like like it was so like I can't even like do it exactly but it was that kind of energy it should have been like shut the fuck up like it should have been more or I can't that wasn't good enough it should have been like like she's like chirping at him and just like he's like
Starting point is 00:32:57 getting pissed. He should have been like, do I have to get really angry in front of you guys right now? Shut the fuck. Like I can't do it. Seriously. Shut the fuck. Damn it. Can I act? Can I act? Can I really do this right now? It should have been like, shut the fuck. I can't do it. I can't do it. You guys get it. It should have been like stern. It should have been angry. It should have been like, not like sassy. And he, so anyways, people are getting shit about that and his veneers. He definitely got new veneers. This veneer thing is like, I get it. I do get it. Cause if you grew up with bad teeth and then you have money now and you can get veneers, like I get his teeth weren't even bad before they had character to
Starting point is 00:33:37 them, but, um, everyone's doing the veneers and I don't know. Everyone's also saying like the new beauty standard trend thing is going to be individuality, uniqueness, like wrinkles, no upper lip again, you know, character in the face. So you don't have that snatched Kris Jenner fucking look. We'll talk about her in a second. Jesus Christ. I found her surgeon's Instagram and, um, the comments on it are so funny, but just anyways, we'll get to Kris Jenner's new face in a second. So mission impossible. The plot was unclear but the vibes are very intense I commend Tom Cruise is the Tom Brady of acting not really like just in terms of the fucking stunts he does like no one does it like Tom Cruise did I say Tom
Starting point is 00:34:35 Brady no both Tom Cruise is the Tom Brady he he did that shit right like he did that like hanging out of the plane shit he does these insane stunts and I don't think there's any other actor out there that I know of at his level that does that kind of that level of stunts or that those kinds of crazy stunts hitting a wall 12 16 what do we know about 12 16 12 16 p.m on any day of the week nap time should be in bed right now I'll do my 30 minute power nap um Corey and I took a power nap together yesterday and I was like it's nap time he kind of like eye rolled because I feel like he like doesn't judge me for it anymore because I feel like it's like oh you have to take a nap every day you're so lazy and I'm like well tech like we're gonna sidebar really quick
Starting point is 00:35:22 we'll get back to Tom Cruise and Mission Impossible my thoughts and all of that we'll do a little review we've got a few more we got to talk about Diddy, Kris Jenner, this recession core starter pack my Q&A from Instagram at the end Justin Bieber we've got a lot to cover okay so did I actually just okay so the whole nap thing is this and this started during the pandemic and I think it's because when I started taking Prozac I fucking I had those Prozac naps hardcore like when I first got on it I'd say like the first couple months I would get that intense feeling of like lethargy, lethargy, where I'm like, I cannot continue through the day without taking a nap right now. So that became the pattern. And I think my circadian rhythm just got used to that
Starting point is 00:36:15 where every day, midday, there's a dip and then I nap and then I'm like, okay, I can finish the second half of my day. But it's gotten to the point now where that's my rhythm. And unless it's like, unless I'm on vacation, unless I'm like with a bunch of people or it's the weekend and I'm busy and I'm running around town or something, most days the thought of like going 5 a.m. when my alarm goes off to 10 p.m. when I finally go back to bed without taking a nap makes me so freaked out. Like the thought of actually staying awake and being mentally clear enough to like get things done and finish the day strong and like make dinner and like feed the dogs and post some shit on like my social media and like edit or like read or whatever like the thought of just doing
Starting point is 00:37:08 that all day long without stopping scares the shit out of me so that's why I like doing my little power nap it's my little like brain reset and then I do a research I do a little afternoon caffeine boom I'm up time to lock back in I don't know if you guys do that but like that's my and also i follow um carnival carnivore arulius on is that his name instagram he's like the you know fucking eat steak every day and butter and like he's all like all natural like he he posts a lot of like honestly like he posts a lot of informational like or especially for like women and their cycles and getting like just like living a holistic life um he posts a lot of good stuff it's a little bit you know can be overkill sometimes with all the meat shit but um anyways
Starting point is 00:38:04 I remember him posting about this arcadian rhythm and how it naturally and this is why like the Spanish do their siesta in the afternoon like you're naturally dipping so that's supposed to happen it's not like there's something wrong with you and you're lazy if you take a nap so okay that's some sort of is that some sort of like marriage issue no Corey I think he just doesn't his speed and I think most men are like this is like they wake up the same energy level every morning and they just like go through the day like even keel no energy nothing nothing just it's just fucking their whole life men's entire life is just a horizontal line just like especially if you're like with if you're with an emotionally mature mentally stable no mental
Starting point is 00:38:54 health issues no neurodivergence no nothing no like nothing just a very even keel guy if you're with one of those they just cruise like nothing and they make life look so fucking easy you're just like how do you do it you're like running laps around me and I'm just I need a nap so that's who I live with and I took a power nap with him yesterday and I think he was really into it so I think it's okay to take a nap don't don't shame yourself you're not a lazy piece of shit it's good for your brain be nicer to yourself amen all right so back to Mission Impossible the first hour and a half was unnecessary I don't know anything about the series. I don't know anything about the characters, Ethan Hunt. I don't know
Starting point is 00:39:44 the lore at all. And so basically the entire, it was so corny. They had Tom Cruise in the very beginning. I just love shit like this. It's like, so like, it's just so like, of course you did that. It was so, of course you did that. Before the movie started, he was like, hi, Tom Cruise here. Thank you so much for coming to Mission Impossible, The Final Reckoning. I, we've worked so hard on this movie and we appreciate you. Like, you know, it was one of those, it was just like a straight to the eye of the storm in the camera just like right at the camera right into the audience just like thanking it was kind of i guess if you're like a mission impossible fan i mean what is this this series has been around for like or this movie how many are there like six
Starting point is 00:40:25 maybe i don't know it's been around forever this was the final one um so yeah i got it like it was cool but the entire first part of the show was like or movie excuse me was like flashbacks and just a lot of talking about whatever and it was like okay like get to the mission right like we we're here for the mission the impossible mission and once that clicked in it was like fun and the action was amazing there was this crazy submarine scene that my I didn't know my palms could get that sweaty it was just it was one of those movies where like and of course it is because it's mission impossible like you're supposed to sit there and go oh there's no way and then of course he survives oh there's no way of course he survives but as you're watching you're like
Starting point is 00:41:09 the anxiety I had the entire movie was crazy like you're just like oh he's about to die he's about to die he's about to die and he never dies spoiler spoiler spoiler spoiler alert he never dies but you think he does like 15 times so the the submarine scene was crazy the plane scene i think we've all watched those videos of tom cruise hanging off the wing of a yellow plane that shit was crazy um so yeah it was fun it was entertaining a little long i think it was three hours the first hour and a half i could have done without but um just in general i'm noticing that we're not making plot-based media anymore. And I think that's what the kids are saying too.
Starting point is 00:41:53 I think these like Gen Zers are like against plots. They're against cohesive storylines. I don't think their brains can, I think they want to like watch movies. Maybe this has to do with attention spans. Like if you have to follow a story, that means you have to be paying attention. That means you have to be locked in.
Starting point is 00:42:13 That means you have to be like, yeah, like focused. but if the movie doesn't have a plot and it's just kind of like all over the place or whatever oh jimmy's so cute oh my dogs he's so cute right now my golden retriever good boy jim thanks for being patient i know you hate when i do recording days and you have to stay inside and you can't go to the park and you're bored okay um but yeah if the movie's like i mean the mission impossible did have a plot there was a mission that there was a point to it but um I don't know it was kind of like vague at the same time anyways so I saw Mission Impossible I'm golfing again I went to the driving range hit balls for the first time like six months blew out my back the next morning
Starting point is 00:43:05 typical like hi this is 30 hi it's so crazy like we human beings like we take shit for granted left and right like especially our health and I definitely took for granted my late 20s where I was able to work out able to like golf able to like you know it's not that I can't anymore it's just that I'm creaky like I never used to be this creaky you know like and I'm on the peptides I'm doing the things you know I'm on the the wellness plan of like human optimization and vitality and rejuvenation and cellular turnover and collagen and like doing all this stuff to like boost my recovery. And still I'm like, oof, what was that? Or I take a weird step and it's like blow out my knee or I blew out my knee or my hip feels weird or, you know, um, now I'm having
Starting point is 00:44:01 like night sweats. Is that a Prozac thing? I don't know. It ebbs and flows. Like sometimes I'm sweating every night. I have to change this. It's just, you guys, being a woman is insane. And also like, there's never an answer for anything. There's never a clear answer for anything. I'm like, what, what, what could this be from? Someone said, Oh, when I started taking Prozac or after a while, I started sweating every night. And then I also heard, well, someone I know very closely was like, yeah, I was sweating all night in my thirties and I went through menopause really early. And then I got cancer. Knock on wood, that doesn't happen to me, but like, you just never know it could be it could be anything so anyways um blew out my back I went oh we I'm back in my
Starting point is 00:44:41 hiking era Corey and I are going to Yosemite next weekend life update we're going to Yosemite Corey hasn't been there before oh fuck I'm being annoying Corey hasn't been there before so I am like dying to take him to show him how gorgeous and majestic it is and how breathtaking the mountains are and everything so we're gonna do yosemite weekend and we're gonna stay i don't want to say we're gonna stay but at a really awesome place that was totally the opposite of what i initially thought we were gonna do on this trip i'm just gonna expose him he's never pitched a tent and gone camping okay my la jolla boy my southern california like la jolla boy has never gone camping like proper camping um so my main mission for this trip was to he has all the
Starting point is 00:45:33 equipment he's got the tent he's got the everything okay I was like I wanted to just book a campsite and tell him like okay you're driving and I've got I almost just wanted to surprise him where we pull up and there's like a all you see at the campsite is there's like a fire hole and then a thing for like your you know like a curb thing what are those called you know when you like pull into a parking lot and then right in front of the car there's like a barrier it's like a cinder block thing where the car you like pull up to it sometimes if your car is too low your bumper hits it and then it like rips your bumper off if you're not careful you know what I'm talking about have you guys ever done that
Starting point is 00:46:19 so yeah like that's all the campsite has you know you're just you just pull up in that parking spot you got you got your uh your fire pit and some flat area for your tent that was my mission and now we're doing like a fucking a full-on resort there's a it's like it's probably I think it has a spa like a fucking pool um boats just things to do so we're doing that route which you know with this old back, it's probably a better idea. So freedom, freedom, freedom isn't free and neither is his back pain. Okay. So back to golf, back to hiking. Um, just I'm like, I want to be out in the woods in fresh air. I don't want to be on my phone. Like that's my era it's like very social media heavy like at during the week and then like on the weekends
Starting point is 00:47:23 i just want to get out of dodge and seek god in nature you know get back to the uh quality things okay i think we did the life updates i want to get into this diddy trial or chris jenner's new face. So let's talk about Kris Jenner's new face because she is clearly feeling herself. I don't think I've ever seen this woman post this many pictures of herself. She is loving her jaw line. Okay. I, she looks insane. This technology, this, what is it called? Deep plane facial or facelift technology where they like cut you here and like behind the ears and like they just pull it all up it's insane it's giving me hope for the future for myself it's it's it's just okay we all we all know that the beauty standard is out of control we know that being a woman is just like
Starting point is 00:48:31 it's a non-stop performance like chris jenner's seven 69 years old and she's still performing that youth shit like still chasing that youth fucking like thing it's like it never ends she'll be 95 in her casket oh god fuck she'll be 119 at that point brian johnson he's gonna figure figure out by that point how we don't die and she'll be a hundred by the way brian johnson needs to see chris jenner's surgeon her facelift surgeon he needs to go to that facelift surgeon i believe his name is dr stephen levine he needs to go to that surgeon get a 25 year old's face for real because he claims like he looks 25 bitch you look like a freak you look like a shiny lizard annoying sorry like you he looks great like he's healthy whatever he's eating lentils and he's
Starting point is 00:49:32 you know probably on a lot of peptides and whatever he sleeps perfectly and you know he's got that you know the spryness of it I was gonna say something about his cock his cocks rock hard all the time he doesn't have issues with that um but he needs to go see dr steven levine chris jenner's facelift and shut the fuck up like just fuck off like literally get your 25 year old look and just like because that's the thing if he just looked 25 he wouldn't be doing this don't die shit i think he cares more about how he looks than like actually never dying i feel like it's more about his appearance so if he was real smart he go he could go to that
Starting point is 00:50:17 good deep facial deep facelift plane deep plane face facelift surgeon i believe he's in new york i believe he was certified in the new york police department or the fire department um i watched his he has a crazy instagram go look up dr stephen levine he has like 14 000 followers nothing about his instagram is like hey this is the best facelift surgeon in the world who's like redoing Lindsay Lohan's face and Kris Jenner's face and maybe he did Anne Hathaway's face nothing reads like this is the pro like this is the guy he his his brand is so like a cup there's like a couple facelift pictures that are incredible by the way like random people that he's helped and then there's like this video of him with his hand over a bible with the New York police department
Starting point is 00:51:06 getting certified into like, he, he will be the, he will serve the department as the official surgeon. If something goes wrong with the police, like he will be that guy. He will do that facial reconstructive, constructive surgery. He's the guy. Okay. So anyways, Kris Jenner still performing that you shit god it's exhausting she'll be 120 back to that in her casket looking like a baby fucking she looks great I'm not shitting I'm like I'm very like I'm just taken back I'm like it's incredible and I know everyone's like well it's filtered but like have you seen her in movement like have you seen videos she was just in Paris with like was that Jeff Bezos's wife's bachelorette or something like Kim Katy Perry and who else is there it was just such a random
Starting point is 00:52:06 I don't know they were all like in Paris and you could see like she is so like her her neck is in like everything looks amazing she is gorgeous like Kris Jenner's always been gorgeous but just damn damn I just love her mouth too it's like so like I don't know all the Kardashians have like such a cute like Kim I feel like Kim Kendall I'm like a mouth person if you know what I mean like if you get it you get it don't don't be weird like I just like mouths and I feel like Kendall Kim and Chris all have like a cute like they all have like a good mouth so I just thought of something so fucking stupid I'm gonna say it's not Benjamin benjamin button anymore it's benjamin botox no okay so anything else about
Starting point is 00:53:01 chris jenner's new face that i want to say just another unrealistic beauty standard for women it's just amazing though when you have money like i would i mean i'm so for whatever a woman wants to do i i've said this a million times but like any cosmetic, anything, any surgery, anything, any, a nip, a tuck, a filler, a this, a that, a new diet, a GLP one. I don't fucking care if a woman's doing it and she feels good about herself and it's going to make her happier. I'm like, go girl, do it. I don't have any judgment like at all. I'm like, cause I get it. Um, I get it. And honestly, I feel like a lot of people and I'm the same way. It's like, if it makes you feel better than that's, or it's not
Starting point is 00:53:48 like oh I'm insecure like yeah you can have insecurities about your turkey neck it's 69 and want that shit cut off like that's that's valid it's okay to like want to fix that doesn't mean that you're like suckered into the unrealistic beauty standard and and never aging and like yeah there is some of that but like if you can afford it and you want to do it who cares period so yeah Kris Jenner's face is looking snatched she looks hot as shit I think that a new hair cut is covering up some scarring. I think that's what people are saying, but go look up Dr. Stephen Levine's Instagram. People are commenting like, is that really, is this really you? Did you really do Kris Jenner's face? I believe she confirmed that in an article or she said that that's the guy.
Starting point is 00:54:36 He's out of New York. We're going to do a touch up on the makeup really quick because I don't cut shit I don't edit and I get shinier by the minute my lip gloss and lipstick comes off and then when I post clips of my podcast I'm forced to do some sort of like smoothing shit that messes with the quality so I don't look like a disco ball so we're just gonna we're just gonna repair the situation now and um is this racist I'm gonna look like a geisha with this much white powder I just know it like but it's gonna keep the shine down and that's what we want all right so intermission powdering the face
Starting point is 00:55:30 um yeah the facelifting is wild I mean but I don't know it's like punk rock though like I of course it's not an original thought saw it on tiktok someone was like it's so like the punk thing to do now the like alt like punk like based way to be now as a woman is to not get botox is to age gracefully is to not get that lip filler it's not get that cheek filler is to not nothing that's like that's what the bad bitches are really doing but yeah being a woman it's just like fucking a performance at all times it's insane okay bieber was at the sisa sisa sisa concert
Starting point is 00:56:21 i can't snooze when i'm with you how can i snooze with someone you're just too important So, on May 23rd, 2025, Justin Bieber made a surprise appearance at SZA and Kendrick Lamar's Grand National Tour stop in Los Angeles. The doer performed their acoustic remix of Snooze, sparking excitement and speculation among fans. so the Biebs let's talk about it because I can't you guys buy I I'm my dog is so cute right now it's like I can't even podcast I mean I got I'm gonna take a picture and this will be if you're at this if you listen to the podcast right now this is the I'm gonna post this shit like my view POV he was already like being cute this morning when I was doing my
Starting point is 00:57:14 makeup I don't care it's my show it is the cutest he has ever been in this moment oh he's crossing his paws I just love a mushy golden retriever on a white couch it's so sweet okay so I saw the video of Justin singing what's the lyrics it's like I can't see nobody nobody like you I can't see first of all her voice is insane but he was sounding good he like came out like here's the thing okay I have a couple thoughts like because people are going down the drug route they're like he's definitely he needs to go to rehab he's on drugs it's not just weed and alcohol he's on that I don't know what drugs are like fentanyl or he's doing that fentylene people are saying um nodding out like he's not like but I'm also like okay he smokes that like crazy pure
Starting point is 00:58:17 best quality LA weed the most expensive you can possibly most expensive pure highest quality biggest high kush you can get, right? Like that's what he smokes. Like I've, that's what I've heard. Okay. So that's what he's smoking, which if you're, and he's always posting about getting high. So he's always high and is, so I'm like, okay, he could have been extremely stoned. Maybe he had a little Henny before. I don't know what he drinks. Like maybe he had some alcohol backstage and some weed going. And then he comes out, he nailed the vocals, I will say, but he was definitely at one point and this is what people are like oh my god the touch of a black woman or like a black woman he this is his sign that he needs to be with a black woman like that's who will save him because
Starting point is 00:59:06 when he started like you know like mouthing the lyrics and she's doing her singing part and I don't know if he was supposed to be like duetting at that point or if it was just supposed to be her I'm not quite sure but he was just kind of like feeling it and mouthing the lyrics and kind of just like closing his eyes and kind of like bopping you know that's when people are saying he was doing that lean and then when the lyric goes you just too important she like puts his hand puts puts her hand under his chin showing so much humanity as the people are saying oh my god like so much and I get it like yeah like she was bringing him back to life a little bit there because he was like he was he was like zoned out I don't know if he was high I don't know if he was
Starting point is 00:59:45 drunk I don't know if he was on what's like the drug that people are accusing him of like fent fent fent fentanyl I don't know it does not just immediately kill you the thing about fentanyl I do not understand is if there's like a micro millo whatever in a in cocaine you're dead right but like people do fentanyl like as a isn't it isn't that just like the opioid fentanyl is that what you get for like surgery so how does the is it is there a type I don't get it you guys have I done some recreational drugs in my life yes do I know the no I don't know everything about them but um so anyway she like grabbed his chin and he smiled like his beautiful Justin Bieber smile that we all know and love he's so loved he's so loved and people are so worried
Starting point is 01:00:35 about him and then he kisses her hand and then they kind of just like bop together and like finish the song and then the stage lowers and he goes back to the the bong and the henny or whatever the fuck he was doing backstage the fentanyl i don't know hayley was there she was she was storing like you know heart smiley faces and like emojis in the crowd and she goes my two favorite artists so she was like supporting her man but then you know we all we could talk about him posting the damn Vogue thing fucking saying how about talking about their fight and how he said you'll never be on the cover of Vogue we could talk about him humiliating Hayley and her just keeping her composure and her calm and still supporting him and still acting like everything's
Starting point is 01:01:19 fine okay because I have a lot of opinions on that I will just give them because we're on this Justin Bieber topic but back to this is a concert like people I think the consensus is there's a lot of theories like so many things could be happening nobody knows for sure and if something happened with him and Diddy and he was a minor I don't know the level of what happened okay I think we can assume things I think a lot of people have assumed things um those creepy videos I just re-watched this morning randomly like rolled out of bed I was like Justin Bieber and Diddy when he was like 12 and then it's like Jesus fucking Christ he's gonna be with me for 48 hours and we're gonna get up to some shit that nobody can know about it was like
Starting point is 01:02:08 or whatever he said it was just a fucking mirror or why have you been so distant from me or like It's just creepy. But I don't know if there's some sort of legal thing where, what am I saying? Maybe Justin Bieber has all this turmoil because if he used his voice and told his story, maybe that's the, I mean, Diddy's already going away. I mean, I'm already like convinced,
Starting point is 01:02:43 Like, I don't know what else is going to come out. I guess there was a celebrity list that just got dropped. I don't know what that's about specifically. We'll get into the Diddy trial in a second. But hypothetically, if Justin was to speak and tell his story, would that be the nail in the coffin? Because he was a minor. And if he was like, yeah, he did this illegal shit to me when I was 10 or whatever, like, does he have turmoil about that? because he has that story, that truth that he knows would maybe like, maybe his turmoil about telling a story for real. There's all this speculation. We will never know unless he uses his voice, unless he actually says it himself. I don't think we're ever going to know unless that happens. And so maybe he's troubled by that. He's troubled by just the did anything in general and people talking about him fucking the new baby he just had and maybe that's a mirror to him that's like causing this crazy stuff people have talked about that postpartum for men and how that can stir up some past stuff and childhood stuff and it can
Starting point is 01:03:44 i don't know i don't know and then the other take i have is like you know he's trying to escape all this he's trying to i mean he sold his it's this whole like the scooter brawn of it all scooter selling his company and then still owning justin still trying to like wrangle him in and justin trying to get out of it type that's like the dynamic it's like he's trying to get away from hollywood and then everyone's like that owns him quote unquote owns him is trying to keep him and like because they're relying on him for money there's all these like ties with that I guess um and so they're like hunting him down with paparazzi they're you know doing all these smear campaigns these horrible
Starting point is 01:04:33 campaigns about him being on drugs and they're getting the worst shots of him possible out in public and he's looking strung out like he does but like we don't you know um you know trying to break him basically and so there's that and a piece of me is like he's a little fucking punk he's a little fuckhead punk at heart that's who Justin Bieber is he's a fuckhead punk and with like a heart of gold he's I feel like he's very he's like good but I think he gets a rise out of people worrying about him maybe this is a theory I don't know these are just opinions maybe he gets a rise out of that maybe he gets feels a sense of like power over people when he's like you know everyone's like like the jokes on the public the jokes on the fans the jokes on the
Starting point is 01:05:23 media the jokes on all these people saying this shit about him because he's like no I'm good my wife and I are good my baby's good I'm putting out a new album like yeah I like to get fucked up and I'm you know stoned all the time because I like weed and I whatever I'm writing a new album I gotta get a little creative here with the the drugs and I gotta you know I don't know but maybe that's some sort because I know with like anorexics and addicts and especially women like the more you talk about how like skin and bones they are and oh my god she needs to eat the more they want to do it the more it gives them that like right it makes them feel powerful they have that power over you and like it keeps them in that addiction it keeps them in that cycle because if everyone was saying
Starting point is 01:06:04 like Justin Bieber's fine nothing's wrong like he's such a clean cut like perfect little school boy he likes Jesus and he's making music it's like I don't know I I'm at a loss to be honest but there may be something with Diddy there may be something with um that's things kind of point to that right now because of the trial and what's going on I don't know and then also what's going on with his the financial side of things and Scooter Braun the labels the industry the control the power and him trying to escape so cool beans all right never say that never I'll never say that again am I 13 30 going on 13 his Balenciaga outfit and those fucking all the all black Balenciaga at the SZA concert
Starting point is 01:06:58 I mean he was just uh it's just the vibes the Justin Bieber vibes just the fucking outfits really get me um I'm into it though like he's you got to be expressive as an artist you got to be emotional you gotta put where your heart on your sleeve you gotta post the wacky instagram shit you gotta like show all tell all be all you can't that's how he that's just how he that's who he is you know um but lay people back to like the weekend movie and me being so like cultured or so like artistically like
Starting point is 01:07:39 whatever like lay people don't get it I see Justin Bieber like if you get it you get it and that's how life is like some people just they're on a different thinking wavelength as you and some people have more depth and a deeper understanding and than other people and I think when it comes to artists creativity self-expression that shit gets shut down by regular ass people because their brains are very like square, A, B, C, D. And when people are, you know, being a psychopath on their Instagram all day long, they don't get it. Now I'm not condoning what he did about the Hailey Bieber Vogue cover. A couple of things on that. We're doing a lot of Bieber right now. Did not
Starting point is 01:08:28 expect this. We did Kris Jenner. We'll do a little Diddy a little bit, just a couple updates. We got to do the recession core and then I'll probably end with the Q and A and we'll wrap this up but the closest relationship that I can compare Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber's relationship to is Kim Kardashian and Kanye Justin's like Kanye um Hailey's kind of like Kim and and I I've always noticed this like Kim says her superpower is her ability to be calm and I feel like when you watch Haley and her reaction to things she's very stoic very you don't see her emotion she doesn't break she doesn't you don't see her crumble over anything related to her husband and the humiliation and the the you know outlandish shit he does on social media like you
Starting point is 01:09:24 don't she just seems supportive even keel positive calm kind of like Kim like Kim just kept it here and she had to she had kids right she had a career bills you know bills to pay I get I mean yeah of course they all I'm like as rich as you get you still bills to pay and shit employees to pay but then Kanye was out just being crazy and that's kind of like Justin like he's like quote-unquote the crazy one in the relationship and I think Haley loves Justin for the human being he is probably she probably but she has every woman has a breaking point and I and I feel like Justin doesn't think the the way okay there's clearly a respect issue because I feel like you should have not to say you should be afraid of your partner, but I believe that both partners in a relationship,
Starting point is 01:10:26 marriage, whatever type of romantic relationship should be a little bit scared and worried to lose the other person. It shouldn't be like, because that's going to maintain the respect that's going to maintain. Yeah. The, the respect and the, um, for, for the other person, because if you don't respect your partner and if you're not afraid to lose them you'll just shit all over them and you'll humiliate them and you'll say crazy shit on Instagram like Justin did about his fight with Haley and saying she'll never be on the cover of Vogue that's why he continues to humiliate her because it's like if he was really if he really thought she would leave him and if he was really like worried about like his behavior causing her to leave then he probably wouldn't do that he
Starting point is 01:11:09 would maintain respect decorum and and he does a mix of both he does his humiliation stuff and then he does this admiration stuff oh i love her oh my god google gaga look at my beautiful wife oh my god my what so he does a ton of that but then these random like spouts of humiliation it's like huh you know is it a jealousy thing is it uh when you're both celebrities and you're both you know she's got a billion dollar company now or it's valued at that i guess road is he trying to like pull her down because he's not as famous or not as successful technically on paper whatever um there's some sort of like jealousy it's just so fucked up um that that vogue thing he wrote like you don't it's like keep that shit to yourself like yeah
Starting point is 01:12:00 you can get in a fight that's an awful thing to tell your model wife whose obvious dream is to be on the cover of vogue someday because like every model's dream is that but you don't go it's about it was about getting even but the more I realized it was kind of like yeah okay that's a good message like no you were just trying to seek connection and understanding or whatever he wrote like at the very end of the paragraph but um she I don't think he's afraid of like I think he probably thinks she'll she'll never leave she'll never leave and so he's like almost like it's so abusive though like to push the buttons like that and just test the waters and to say crazy stuff about your wife or and humiliate her like it's not that part's not okay I think we all
Starting point is 01:12:49 agree on that like that kind of stuff is not okay um he should she shouldn't be I I know people were like like I honestly think the golf cart where she was driving Justin's friends around at Coachella was like at first I was like ah it's just nothing but like those are subtle things over time we're seeing like him slamming the door on her the golf cart this paragraph on Instagram just the way he dressed at her road event that one time when she like came out in this beautiful like red outfit and he's in like the worst gray sweat outfit the stupid hat that was like not even on his head you know just being a punk like but it's like who he that side of him is who he is that's how he expresses himself that's how he dresses like I get it but I don't know I think
Starting point is 01:13:35 I think he's acting out it's like it's like that someone someone does that for it's like a tension you want attention you're acting out maybe there's resentment jealousy I don't know I really don't know I just wish the best for both of them I mean I feel like they're OTP I feel like they're supposed they're gonna be together but like I don't know I think if this shit continues I don't know what what's going to happen next with him. I want him to drop the album and maybe do a little rehabilitation or something. I don't know, but it's scary because we've all seen this path or this chain of events with other pop stars, other celebrities, other child stars, you know, and it's there there's a deadly trajectory Aaron Carter for example like people are saying that
Starting point is 01:14:29 this is kind of giving Aaron Carter and I'm like so I'm worried we all love him we all we all want him to be well do well and um maybe we just need to stop talking shit I mean I don't know all right so Diddy trial started on may 5th it's may 27th trial began on may sorry diddy that's my upper lip i'm like so worried about these clips i'm like please do not be shiny do we need to do we need to do a seventh inning stretch all right i'm wearing a rug on this chair it's making my ass sweaty so i'm wearing shorts this is not comfortable. So, um, new studio is going to have silent air conditioning if that's even
Starting point is 01:15:24 possible. Cause that's why I don't turn the AC on. Cause I feel like it's noise. I don't want the noise, but my sound quality is good as shit. I feel like, you know, I feel like I got my sound quality down. I feel like it's good. You know? Okay, cool. So trial started on May 5th. It's expected to last approximately eight weeks okay so if convicted sean diddy puff daddy what did he call himself love whatever he could face 15 years to life in prison additionally he may forfeit significant significant assets including a private jet and 10 but a 10 bedroom mansion. Isn't the total amount 400 million? I think it's 400 million. Okay. So Cassie testified, Kid Cudi testified. Is that what you call it when they take the stand?
Starting point is 01:16:18 It was just so sad. I mean, we all learned about the freak offs, the baby oil, the prostitutes that she would, you know, headhunt for and he would, it's just, I, as you know, when I follow true crime documentaries on, or when I watch true crime documentaries, when I hear about crime stories, sexual assault, violent, gruesome, any kind of like crime story, I have a very, my brain is very picturesque, right? Like I can really visualize things. And so when all of this Cassie stuff was being described, it's like haunting. And I just, and then she's sitting there pregnant in court, like really pregnant. I'm like, fuck. It's kind of like full circle and kind of like this beautiful thing in a weird way. I don't know if she's in like what her relationship status is right now is she married or you know is it good is she I mean I think she might be but I've seen these horrible interviews of her where you could tell she was talking so fondly of Diddy and just like you know saying the best things and it's like yeah now we really know she was like keeping it together the whole time but like
Starting point is 01:17:34 so um i'm just trying to think if there's anything to highlight here we've seen the pictures of his home and the sex toys the laundry all the like drawers of stuff the baby oil he had a random iphone and a boot um what else has come out i feel like i'm i'm just trying to get um key stuff here oh he had he was in possession possession of firearms with scratched off um serial numbers lots of guns i don't okay i get it like you're ditty you're gonna have some weapons on you like i don't that doesn't like make me like oh what the fuck but like ars no serial numbers like i don't know just um just seeing so key witness testimonies capricorn
Starting point is 01:18:41 clark the former assistant clark testified that in 2011 com comes kidnapped her at gunpoint and forced her to accompany him to kid cuddy's home intending to confront him over his relationship with cassie so that was his assistant that testified kid cuddy cuddy confirmed that combs showed up at his home unannounced in 2011 okay he also testified that his porsche was destroyed by a molotov cocktail in 2012 implying combs's involvement i saw pictures of his porsche what's a molotov cocktail it looked like black stuff like in the porsche it's like um it's a hand-thrown incendiary weapon consisting of a molotov cocktail is a hand-thrown incendiary incendiary weapon consisting of frangible container filled with flammable substances
Starting point is 01:19:37 and oh i think it incinerates so it catches fire says porsche is all like burned um don richard his former art a former artist richard testified about an incident where combs attempted to hit cassie with a frying pan and then kicked her while she was on the floor attempted to hit cassie with a frying pan oh kicked her oh so he kicked her yeah we all know that she also mentioned that combs kept drugs and firearms at his residence and that she received death threats from him so he threatened her her life carrie morgan cassie's former best friend morgan testified about witnessing combs physically abused cassie on multiple occasions she also recounted an instance where coma assaulted her by choking her and hitting her with a wooden hanger
Starting point is 01:20:23 okay it's interesting because we don't there's like there's Kid Cudi okay but like I feel like people are saying that major celebrities were involved in the white parties the freak offs and whatnot but I'm like I don't think I think the freak offs were prostitutes they weren't like Jeff Bezos or whatever like major figures I think people attended the white the white parties not knowing like like because you know you're you go to those like big parties in LA and it's like a big ditty party and you wear white and everyone knows about it it's like this
Starting point is 01:21:16 cool thing and it's like bopping and then like yeah at the end of the night like people it's I feel like because I've been to big parties before where it's like shit could be going on and I have no idea because there's so many people you're in like the legal section of the mansion and then there's like illegal shit happening in the bedrooms upstairs or down the basement like you know you don't really see that so maybe it was one of those things where yeah a lot of celebrities we know and love were showing up but they were innocently there like oh I'm here to party and do this thing but it's not like they were oiling themselves up with baby oil all fucking each other like and did with Diddy watching it wasn't like that type of thing
Starting point is 01:21:55 I think that was more like hush hush only like the assistants are aware of this and like Diddy he's closest you know whatever the artist that he's got control over like fucking me the Meek Mill video oh my god I'm convinced that was legit I mean I can hear it in my head if you know if you know you know it's just like so fucking awful um if you don't know what I'm talking about there's audio that came out like I think a year ago or so like of diddy r wording or I don't probably not I don't know like thing is it's like oh like oh my god I don't want to get graphic but like it's a power thing and then it's a blackmail thing and then it's like if you ever say anything then you're dead or this tape's gonna come out so it's like you keep your mouth shut I'll make
Starting point is 01:22:51 you famous, but you got to let me do this diddly diddle shit to your body whenever I want to. It's like, huh? I don't get it. I just don't fucking get it. It's so dark. So that's a diddy update. Um, I guess like I, I I'm like, I'm, I'm bored because I'm like, we can't see this. Like, i wish this was on video i wish this was being broadcasted like um so anyways let's just lighten it up so this guy took his cat from oregon to hawaii on his sailboat or he's currently on his way to hawaii oliver widger oliver widger a 29 year old sailor embarked on a solar journey from oregon to hawaii with his cat phoenix mid voyage elf cosmetics airdropped a care package containing sunscreen and cat treats to support their journey so this is really cute um elf cosmetics we all
Starting point is 01:23:52 know and love the uh what's my favorite elf cosmetics product people like hate on the halo glow i use it a lot that was like a good roll out trying to do the flawless filter thing like charlotte tilbury but now people say it's just like oil like it doesn't work with their skin they like the LumiGlow from L'Oreal better, which I like the LumiGlow better, to be honest, but I like the Halo Glow. I like the Power Grip Primer. Nothing's like standing out to me. I don't know if you guys could hear that. I just got a phone call. It just did the like, I don't know if it, because my computer's hooked to my phone, you know, whatever. So anyways, elf it's all right I feel like I've used like a lot of their products over time um but it's
Starting point is 01:24:42 definitely getting more expensive now that they're duping everything like it's not like a dollar anymore three dollars it's like eight dollars um I feel like I'm forgetting a really major product from elf I feel like they had like a good brow powder I used once um speaking of powder powdering the mouth so this guy so airdrop right when i first read that i was like how the fuck airdrop like i'm thinking iphone to iphone airdrop no they like flew a plane by his sailboat and dropped a package off in the ocean like a floating package or i don't know specifically i i'm sure there's a video i'm sure he's like documenting all this on tiktok but how like amazing is that for a brand like that's like the best pr thing ever like you find out this guy is in the middle of the ocean
Starting point is 01:25:31 with his cat because all the brands are tick tocky now they're all like with they're up with the culture and like what's happening what the trends are and what's going viral and they like participate in the comments they're always like chiming in so this was next level this is probably the coolest PR move I've ever seen um so let me just read here which reveals that the package came with elf cosmetics brand um the holy it came with a holy hydration face cream and sun touchable sunscreen i'm pretty burnt burnt he acknowledges with a laugh i appreciate that you guys shout out to elf um that's amazing so they dropped off what did i say sunscreen snacks for cat was it um cat treats sunscreen that's it I'm like hey that's all you got like come on I'm on a
Starting point is 01:26:26 sailboat in the middle of the ocean like I don't know like can I have a I don't know so that was kind of a light one and then this cow survived an 11 mile flood journey in Australia apparently there's really bad flooding happening in Australia and um in South Wales this cow made it 11 miles Let me read here. In the midst of Australia's devastating floods, one moving, get it, moving tale of survival has emerged from the waves. A cow swept away by raging waters was found alive on Old Bar Beach, approximately 11 miles from its home in Terry, New South Wales. leila phillipson discovered the bovine the cow and the sand and shared photos on the tarry community notice board on facebook leading to the cow's reunion with its owner this was the part i was like you're gonna go vegan after this story oh a live cow old bar beach between wallaby and
Starting point is 01:27:31 meridian read her post oh that's really sweet i grew up next to cows i love cows they're like big dogs honestly they're just so sweet and I just love cows a slow I used to be vegan too like this is bringing back like when I was vegan I was just like I love all the cows I'm never eating cows again and here I am having steak last night and you know how I tell you guys about intrusive thoughts I'm eating the steak and I'm imagining the fucking conveyor belt where the cows are like marching on the platform where they shoot the gun and they're like right in their head and they just dropped it like I literally am taking I'm eating my steak like this is how my brain works okay I'm hoping to find my people because like I have the most stupid fucked up dark thoughts intrusive
Starting point is 01:28:17 thoughts randomly like I'm just trying to eat my dinner and I'm like about to eat my steak and I'm just like imagining the cow getting that rod shot into his head at the at the factory in like arkansas or wherever the fuck i mean it's sad that's one thing that came out of veganism for me like where like just animal there's no it's like there's ethical ways to kill like yeah there's it's a whole like they should be on the grass patch in the fields frolicking and i don't know i don't know if this was i don't know if this is accurate but i think when i was vegan i would force myself to watch especially at first i was just like I was in too deep there's like vegan movies people like the vegans recommend you watching
Starting point is 01:29:07 about animals and stuff but one of them there's like one that's the worst I don't know if I ever watched that specific one I forget the name of it um it's not like cowspiracy that's not even that's like an environmental movie about like cow shit and ethanol and methane gas going into the atmosphere or something I don't know which is also a bunch of like bullshit um but there was like because instagram's got a dark side to it we all know that you can find the most fucked up shit on instagram like the discover section and my discovery page used to be slaughterhouse videos only like it was just like cows getting like i don't know if it was a whole is it called halal anyways i literally watched a guy just take a fucking really sharp machete and
Starting point is 01:29:54 just slice the cow's throat not even like clean it was just like to cut the whatever and it just blood out and i guess that's how the cow has to die for it to be halal correct me if i'm wrong i'm not that's not my expertise or my my i don't know if that's a religious it's a religious cultural thing i believe cultural slash religious thing muslim thing is that halal is halal what is halal meats i'm just gonna look this up right now because i'm curious ask chat halal meaning it's in hebrew it's um um halal meat meats meaning i think it's meat specific for oh yeah so halal mean meat refers to meat that has been slaughtered according to islamic law
Starting point is 01:30:47 specifically the islamic method of slaughter known as da da bia the term halal itself means permissible or lawful in arabic halal meat is significant is a significant aspect i don't want to here we go we're gonna we're just gonna copy and paste this method of slaughter and we're gonna put it back into the google search bar and we're gonna see what comes up and uh we're not going to sleep tonight and enter. Oops, it didn't copy and paste. Am I still recording? I am. Hi, how are you doing? I love podcasting. Happy you're here. Thank you for supporting the show. Images on, why did I do that? I just see a bunch of, Oh, diagram, diagram of a neck. it's just a cartoon jugular veins esophagus trachea cart so a scientific so islamic method
Starting point is 01:31:48 of slaughtering a scientific study showed the heart of animals stunned by cbt stopped beating earlier as compared to the one slaughtered according to the halal method thus resulting in the retention of more blood in the meat although the animals were rendered unconscious they felt severe pain from stunning wait okay so a stunned that's the stun gun that's the one that goes in the head so a scientific study showed the heart of an animal stunned stopped beating earlier so that kills them faster to the one slaughtered according to the halal method where they just sliced the throat thus resulting in retention more blood in the meat although the animals that were rendered unconscious so stunning when they do the stun gun and they feel quote
Starting point is 01:32:41 unquote feel more pain than if they had the slit the throat slit so it's the opposite of what you would think i need to stop i don't like this don't look up statistics don't look up images don't look up videos just I can't I hate I'm like I'm like I'm looking at the cow on the beach I'm like it's just a baby it just it just transferred it just it just went 11 miles in the flood I think it like was in the water just getting dragged for 11 miles just a baby look at my baby dog over there just looking so cute hi Jim all right so that's the cow we got the this guy with guy in the sailboat the cow like let's talk about reset the recession okay so basically we've rebranded into we've rebranded fuck take a sip so instead of saying so this is what it is I cover this at the beginning
Starting point is 01:33:43 instead of saying I'm broke that's why I can't get my nails done anymore you're going to show people your short nails you're gonna go you're gonna say instead of being like I don't get my nails done because it's too expensive I can't afford it you're gonna just be you're just gonna be like recession core and then it's gonna be like stubby little princess nails and you're gonna be like they're called princess nails because now the brands now all of these beauty brands are investing in allegedly they're investing in these big marketing campaigns around princess nails promoting short nails like little princess nails they're making that trendy and cool because people can't afford to get their nails done anymore or that's going to be a thing
Starting point is 01:34:25 so yeah like we're going to see we're already seeing it this whole like no buy 2025 not buying stuff is going to be a flex um being like what do you call it like under consumption is going to be a flex it's going to be even more trendy than it already is I mean I've talked about it how and I've recently like stopped buying excess stuff like I don't buy sports bras on Amazon anymore like once a week I used to buy like it's like every other week it's like a new sports bra a new workout set like and I just like accumulate so much shit over time like I don't need it right so I've stopped that habit I've been really using up all my skincare all of my excess shampoos and dish soap in my cupboards that I just have like I'm really running through everything because it's just smart like you shouldn't use you shouldn't be wasteful right you shouldn't I think it's a good practice right I think it's good to be conscientious of what you're spending you're over and how much you're over spending over consuming these are all good things so I think it's good for the American people to bond over being broke like we need this we need to bond over as a society we
Starting point is 01:35:39 need to all be in a pit together in the trenches with no money and just we got it we need to like feel that as a as a culture we need to feel that hurt that bank account that negative account balance as a society that will bond us that will get us back to reality a little bit I think it's it's going to ground us it's going to put things into perspective we really need you know what I I'm going to go as far to say we need to fuck the recession we need to go all the way to depression depression level put put us in a let's like how deep can it get i'd say that i say the deeper the darker the better how many quarters of negative gdp how many quarters of negative gdp does it take to be in a technical depression i'd like to know let's let's not let's not let's
Starting point is 01:36:36 How's chat? Because I think it's two quarters. So in order to be in a recession, you have to be, so a recession is technically two quarters of negative GDP. Just let me confirm. Yeah. So I feel like that's what the vibe is right now. I don't know if we're technically in a recession. I'm going to talk to text on my chat, GBT. I've actually never done this. like I've never I only type in I'm not a talk to texter I always type in my chat gbt questions how many quarters of negative GDP does it take to be technically in a depression can it read it out loud enter I just love how fast it is it's insane it makes me it's just like I get so giddy
Starting point is 01:37:33 Okay, so we're going to do a recession core starter pack. I'm going to talk about the list of things that are going to be trending and the ways people are going to be living their lives, what they're going to be buying, what they're going to be doing that fall into the recession core category. So there's no strict universal agreed upon definition of a depression the way there is for a recession. But here's a breakdown of the general understanding. So the technical definition of a recession is two consecutive quarters of negative GDP growth. And then for depression, this is the looser definition. it's a prolonged and severe downturn typically marked by multiple years of negative or stagnant gdp a gdp decline of 10 or more exceptionally high and sustained unemployment major declines in investment consumer confidence in industrial production so how many quarters would that be
Starting point is 01:38:38 there isn't a set number of quarters but economists often view depression as a recession that lasts longer than two to three years. So the Great Depression was 1929 to 1939 and it involved a GDP drop of nearly 30% over three years, unemployment hitting 25% and a decade of economic malaise. That's how you spell malaise? I've been trying to spell malaise recently and i like can't malaise a decade of economic malaise despite some recovery in the mid-1930s so yeah it's like multiple years of recession like two to three loosely and really bad unemployment so that's not amazing but do you know what i mean like we've seen someone asked me on my q a like what like what's your opinion on influencers or something around like influencers and
Starting point is 01:39:34 I actually have like a new epiphany a new take on that which I'll get to but um what time did I start this episode 11 15 we're in like the two hour mark this feels right this feels this is like when I'm getting like it's long but I still want to go and we're working with terabytes and a new camera right now so like I could go for fucking 15 hours call me a Twitch streamer call me a streamer solo podcasting for this long is actually diabolical
Starting point is 01:40:09 but you know what I fucking love it and I haven't I haven't chirped once about my love of podcasting on this episode maybe like one time actually I did and I said thank you for your support but that's why I'm here okay so
Starting point is 01:40:24 my neck hurts recession core starter pack did i just wrap that up i feel like i did okay cool so oh but i was saying like the influencer thing and my thoughts and just society now okay so we're gluttonous fat pigs and we overbuy we over over consume we and and it it when you have money and you can afford to non-stop buy inventory for your home and backstock of like candles and tchotchkes for every season for every holiday for every kid's act, like, party for, when you, because you see these, like, beige moms, and shout out, like, you know what, if you had their money, if you had their life, you'd do it too, right, like, there's,
Starting point is 01:41:21 or maybe not, maybe not, I think, actually, because I always put myself in their shoes, and I'm, like, what I, I'm talking about, like, not, like, Kardashian level, but, like, maybe a step below, just uber wealthy, they have every, you know, like, but then they, their entire business, their entire, they, they show their every, every detail of their home and their life. And they promote the links to Amazon products that you can get that are like theirs. And they show you all the little, whatever that best outfits, the best products, the best that I do it on my little scale over here. Okay. I'm not, I'm not like completely shitting on it, but it's so crazy though. Like, I don't know if you got, and I recently, I don't,
Starting point is 01:42:07 I don't think I follow a single one anymore but there is a time where I was following a handful of these I'm just gonna call them like stay-at-home moms with just buying shit all the time and posting about all the time and it got kind of eerie because I'm like they all it's everything is identical like the homes look identical the outfits look identical the straws are all glass the the cups are all the same the the um what the fucking water bottles are all the same the accessories they're accessorizing with are all the same there so so anyways it got like it it's it has really gotten to me and I have and I've always followed them because I think I value like some I value I like a little I like a little strung out no I like basically what I'm saying is
Starting point is 01:43:03 like when I follow the French bitches and the fucking euros and they're like yeah I bought this necklace 15 years ago I wear it every day this is my signature necklace and it's like high quality they only have it's like one of one and that's like a they have like a signature you know bracelet a necklace like only a few really good things and they just that's they don't no one on instagram has that but that you know there's something like cool about that and so i crave that right now i crave that and even for myself i'm like i do all the basic i get the same amazon sets of these bitches how i get the same workouts sets from like define and like whatever like lulu and i do all the you know i do it i get i get suckered in and it's fun it's
Starting point is 01:43:50 girly it's like yay i love my new little like pen set that's all aesthetic and pastel and butter yellow butter yellow is the new color you know it can be fun but then you get like to a point where you get disgusted by it so anyways i like don't like following those types anymore i just just even the fading on like the exposure the darker exposure on all the pictures and the videos and it's like very robotic everyone does the same thing there's like no I like I like rough around the edge of shit it's that it's that inner thrift shopper in me I want to like feel I don't know I just want to see people's flaws and their like wrinkles and their the fur i want to see furniture with some scratches on it you know what i mean like
Starting point is 01:44:44 that type of shit just like lived in cool rugged like artsy fartsy maybe you have like a random stack of books on the floor on the corner for no fucking reason like i want to see that but everything's like minimalism no clutter beige like then everything's so stocked up and that's what the overconsumption part it's like it's not normal to have a separate pantry in your kitchen for stanley cups in every color like that's not normal but that's what we're watching all the time like i stopped following all that i'm like not for me and i don't need a d i don't need a product and a hack for every step of my day like i don't need to wake up and have 52 packets of symbiotica like l-theanine and my my glutathione and i have my little
Starting point is 01:45:31 a beekeeper like bees shit I eat for my nootropic brain health fucking matcha mold-free coffee like you get it like I don't need I'm very like bare bones like less is more you know the the the finicky the more product heavy your life is where every detail of your day is around a routine and a product like those I'm just gonna call them those bitches like those that just fucking annoys me it's like annoying it's like you're not you're hyper focused on the wrong things like and I get it they're making money off of the the links the affiliate whatever commish they got the 100 million people watching so they're getting that good good coin but like it's disgusting and So yeah, back to what I was saying, a depression would be good for all those, um, maidens of the, of the gram, the house maidens on the Instagram.
Starting point is 01:46:33 I think a good, a good solid, like hit in the sphincter of the bank account would be healthy for all of them. Um, I'm just talking shit, but like there's a, there's a fine line or there's like a balance to it all. And let's get to the recession core starter pack. so DIY everything to start off DIY everything okay so it nails people are doing their own nails they're doing their nails at home we talked about the princess nails the short nails less people are going to be going to the nail salons they're going to be doing their nails at home um making coffee at home is very recession core um asking chat gbt therapy questions don't i have thoughts on that actually like really important thoughts
Starting point is 01:47:23 on chat gbt therapy people are going to be relying on their chat gbt for life help instead of their therapist instead of paying for a therapist okay um taking taking tupperware taking tupperware to family dinners very recession core you know the fridge is the fridge is pretty skinny this week we've got a we've got a family barbecue on Friday kids make sure you pack like remind your mom to bring the Tupperware to the family barbecue we're gonna be taking some potato salad home and some leftover hot dogs like that's the vibe repurposing that or getting those leftovers from the family barbecue at the restaurant you're gonna be you know actually you already get takeover you already get food to go but then you're gonna be telling your kids you eat half we're taking the other
Starting point is 01:48:11 half home, that's your breakfast. Okay. That's very recession core. Um, like having your, okay. So we all have the Stanley cup. I don't, I used to, I've lost like three. I'm just over the Stanley cup to be, I, I like Corey's. I use Corey's all the time, but, um, but you're not going to keep buying other colors. You're going to have your one Stanley cup. It's going to be your signature color. There's no reason to have multiple. You're gonna have your one water bottle recession core. um walking everywhere instead of ubering if you live in a city and you happen to uber everywhere potentially the new way of life is going to be hey i gotta get to pilates 20 blocks away i'm thinking if you're like in new york or somewhere that's like if you're in like a walkable city
Starting point is 01:49:03 you might be in like you know dale michigan i don't even know if that's a city but you're in dale michigan and there's a few cornfields between you and your pilates studio and typically you would drive there i was gonna say uber there but there's no there's not an uber service in dale michigan typically you drive there but you're trying to save that coin because we're in a recession so you're like you know what i'm gonna stride out these these three cornfields to get to Pilates. And then you're also telling yourself, I'm going to get my steps in this way and I'm going to lose weight and I'm going to be even skinnier. This recession is making me skinny. I'm embracing the recession. Recession is positive. Walking is positive. Health and wellness. I'm
Starting point is 01:49:46 going to live forever. I'm not going to die like Brian Johnson. And so it's going to all be, everything's going to be spun into like a positive message in your head about saving money. um but the the American way is not that like at our core we're gonna bitch and complain like that is who we are we're gonna complain we're not gonna like it it's gonna be a whole thing you know people are gonna be miserable depressed we're gonna be I honestly feel like drugs and alcohol addiction is gonna go up like it's gonna be like the pandemic people are gonna be turning to turn into the bottle turning to the pills you know to cope with the hard times I feel like that's what happens when the bank account gets low people start dipping into the unhealthy shit so um
Starting point is 01:50:31 all right no spend weekends recession core just vibes sunlight and your intrusive thoughts so like like instead of like doing an activity that costs money on the weekend or like going to a nice restaurant you're going to be like going for a picnic or going to the the local park and reading up you'll you'll read a book in the grass on on your weekends instead of watching a movie in a movie theater buying a 45 ticket oh we we can i can i actually say this re-wearing outfits like it's a statement so capsule wardrobes recession core re-wearing the same thing all the time recession core it's the whole like not buying new stuff and using what you have idea slow fashion
Starting point is 01:51:34 and thrifted pieces very recession core it's not i'm not broke yes I got this at a thrift store that's not because I'm broke it's not no like that's not no it's because I'm ethical this is ethical sustainable fashion and then like individual you don't you know what might come out of this is individuality individuality uniqueness like people are gonna like discover who they really are like their true identity because they're gonna have to be scrappy right they can't buy all this shit to stay relevant and stay up with trends. They're going to have to like source their, you know, own goods from their home that only they have that's been in the back of their closet for 17 years. When was the last
Starting point is 01:52:19 recession? 2008. Did I do that math right? That was just random. If I did that semi close, like cool, but you get it. Like people are going to, you know, have a, have a coming, they're going to have a coming to Jesus moment with, with themselves and their identities. And, um, That's good. This is all good for society. I'm very pro-recession. Okay. A girl dinner of leftovers and pickles. Very recession core. Like snack plates, like, you know, you've got pickles, string cheese. This is what's in your fridge. This is all that's left. Your paycheck doesn't come until next Friday. So you've got pickles, cheese, can of tuna in the way back because you put it in the fridge. If you're like me,
Starting point is 01:53:02 you put your tuna in the fridge you like it cold pickles cheese a can of tuna in the way back some mustard and if you're lucky maybe some like salami like that columbus salami that's kind of like it never goes bad we get a little of that maybe um there's like a vegetable just like a raw carrot there's always a raw carrot in the fridge that's like still there when it's grocery time like that's going to hold you ever so that's going to be like your girl dinner snack plate because that's all you have and that paycheck's on not hitting until next friday so girl dinner recession core um dry shampoo and a prayer recession core using less product not wasting as much water dipping into that dry shampoo more often stretching out your hair washes
Starting point is 01:53:59 um sourdough has kind of been a thing but like that you're going to see an uptick in sourdough because it's therapeutic it's going to give you that um sense of peace and calm when the baking counts low because you're like i can produce a meal for my family with this loaf of bread this will be this will hold us over and sustain us for the weekend it's only going to cost me a dollar fifty not even like a sourdough loaf is probably like three cents so very recession core sourdough selling stuff on Poshmark rents due I have a bunch of extra clothes and extra shit because I overspent during the good times when I you know suckered into the beige moms and the the Amazon links so and what they were when I was suckered into the
Starting point is 01:54:50 fucking dang dude I can't do this I need to end the episode so now I have an excess of athleisure from Amazon that I'm going to sell on Poshmark so I can pay my rent on Friday minimalism Poshmark selling stuff Facebook marketplace what's the other one offer up oh unsubscribing from subscriptions recession court like anything that's on auto auto just auto pay like if your shit's on auto pay you're gonna on auto pay all that so you're just gonna pay like when it you know just so you can like make sure you don't get a withdrawal and then you're you don't have anything there um youtube workouts recession core
Starting point is 01:55:38 so like library books going to the library checking out a book instead of buying it for $14.99 or however much however books are like 20 bucks I feel like so you're gonna get those calling hoovers from your local library and not amazon um using every last drop of skincare products like I was saying I do you're gonna be like squeezing that shit out or you're gonna be getting a q-tip in there you're gonna be like you're gonna want no you're gonna want some sort of small silicone device that my recommendation is find something small in silicone that's long in your house to scrape out the remnants of your skincare products and your hair care products so you don't have to
Starting point is 01:56:25 like rebuy it as fast um ew this one's gross the quiet luxury aesthetic with fast fashion basics it's like the worst bullshit uh-oh see this is the thing about the recession people are going to try to maintain their appearance people are going to try to maintain that quiet electric aesthetic meanwhile they have 13 in their bank account and it's just like it's not it like where the trash bag where like what is like so like I mean like just I feel like dressing poor is gonna be like hot like dressing like like honestly like 2008 vibes like actually that was when the recession was oh my god I just put that together but like that's kind of when fashion sucked it was just like baby doll shirts skinny
Starting point is 01:57:23 jeans pirate boots big thick waist belts bubble necklaces from J.Crew like early I'm thinking like early Vanderpump vibes like those early episodes like that'll be hot I feel like it's kind of coming back but it's kind of poor like it's giving like middle America you're at a casino know in dale michigan back to dale michigan and you're you're rubbing elbows with the locals and they're all dressing like that you know they're playing bingo and they're in the the baby doll teal black and white wild pattern thick strap v-neck baby doll there's like a satin-ish band under the boob flares out baby doll style you've got the limited two jeans that are skinny they're a dark wash they're very stretchy and then you've got the fake leather booties with a round toe and
Starting point is 01:58:23 then like a chunky heel and then also the the hair clips or like the headband that like scrunches your hair and then one of those like sequin backs there that's the new style it's called it's not i'm not broke it's called it's people but my point is like people are going to try to maintain it this is the thing with social media like you'll never know you'll never know we could be this could happen this could go on i i believe in our i believe in our um our government's ability to like turn shit around i mean this the market was doing okay today it was you know it's going up it seems like it's recovering a little bit from when it did the little dippy thing a couple months ago but I doubt we're gonna go depression level but like
Starting point is 01:59:19 it's just the food like let's be honest it's the food prices like it's the food prices that's where I notice it the most I think for me like it's it's just the cost of food is like what that's definitely where I'm seeing the the increase um couponing very recession core um like hoarding rewards points gift cards um oh yeah when you're at Target when you're at Vons when you're at Walgreens when you're at Walmart when you're at any grocery store drugstore you're going to be going for that that generic brand label you're going to be going for that equate that fucking walmart you're going to be going for that equate you're going to be going for that what's uh von's is signature select at von's i think that's also safeway signature select
Starting point is 02:00:19 brand kirkland if you're at costco you're going to be going for the the the generic label brands instead of the name brands so you're not gonna no more Cetaphil it's Equate Equate gentle foaming cleanser not Cetaphil gentle foaming cleanser you're gonna be saving about a dollar fifty on these purchases and it's gonna enable you and it's gonna make make it easier when you when it's time to pay your rent can't this one's wild candle candlelit nights for ambiance aka saving on the electric bill this is kind of depression era vibes like fucking candlelight instead of electricity i want to get an oil lamp i want to get an oil lamp because that shit was rocking for so many years like before they discovered the light bulb or whatever Thomas Edison popped that out like
Starting point is 02:01:20 it was oil lamps like you just got your kerosene you got your wick you got your little knob you got your beautiful what are the candelabra no what does what's it called when you put the candle in the glass you got your beautiful like glass part and then you turn on the little you light it and you got the little the wick the wick is sucking the oil and it's keeping it lit let there be light you know sharing streaming passwords with six friends so community over capital capitalism this is gonna like this is we need community as a society we're so individual or so hermity we're so stuck in our homes work from home podcast from home social media influencer your life away at home everything's at home raise your babies alone you
Starting point is 02:02:16 don't have a village you have no community like you're isolated you're alone you have no friends like you're socially retarded now because you don't fucking go out anymore nobody's at the club nobody's like interacting or that's what this recession is going to do for us it's going to give us that community feel. I gotta pop on my lipstick. I feel like it's not looking right on this 4k. Okay. So community over capitalism. Fuck capitalism. Just start going off. Fuck cops. Fuck um so what did we learn a recession is technically two quarters of negative gpt in succession um it's just like i feel like people are like oh this economy food prices gas prices eggs i'm just like dude we need it
Starting point is 02:03:24 get scrappy the best advice I ever learned for my psychopath narcissistic emotionally abusive toxic 12 years older than me should not have been with this man for the year I was when I first moved to San Diego if you know you know this is pointing directly at a person if you like like you could figure it out the best thing this fucking crazy psychopath ever said very like Logan Paul-esque energy just like you know like that kind of personality type like good person honestly but like troubled and like like sociopathic like not a could not no empathy never asked about me or my family or like just so good experience great for dating like after that I had a lot of tools know how I learned about self-worth setting boundaries all the things
Starting point is 02:04:20 um best thing this man ever said is he would rather find ways to make more money than find ways to then spend time because it's all about like time is money time's the most valuable valuable asset he would rather spend time finding ways to make more money than spend his time finding ways that he could save money so the mindset is like how can I expand how can I grow how can I source more income for myself how what not to say like side hustle but like what who could I talk to to open a new door who could you know could I go back to school could I like you're you think in terms of like expansion growth sourcing more income for yourself than like pinching pennies and constantly like going out of your way to like call up a telemark or
Starting point is 02:05:11 if you like got overcharged for something and you're on the so you go on the phone and speak to, you know, a call center person for an hour and a half and you're on hold to try to get $20 back. Like in that time you could have read an article that, I don't know, like taught you something that you could take to your career or inspire you to start a whatever. It's just a mindset thing. But I think it's, um, you should always think, think in terms of that. And I think successful people, the people that most successful people I've been around are always very like it's like expansion growth like they're never they're never like thinking skinny and tight and like like lacking and you get it so all right I'm gonna do a couple
Starting point is 02:06:02 Q&A questions this is such a long episode and um I don't know the dogs need to go out. So speaking of the dogs, how is Louie? First question here. Um, so Louie's been a bad dog. So Louie's our bulldog. And I mentioned earlier that he's taken a lot of dumps and it's really crazy about bulldogs is like, they don't, I'm sure. Okay. This is how it is. You could be doing everything right. You could be training them by the book. You could take them to a trainer. You could send them off to North Korea and like, you know, get them whipped into shape. And they'll still take a shit on the carpet six nights a week at three years old. Like we go out of our way to
Starting point is 02:07:01 stay up at night with him and like make sure he goes a bathroom he eats very healthy like we're giving him nom nom right now it's like the farmer's dog he's not like but there's still shit left in that tank and he doesn't whine at the door to our bedroom when he needs to go like jimmy like jimmy's a professional nighttime shitter bathroom potty or shitter like he will whine at the door i can't whine right now my voice is like hoarse because it's such a long podcast and he'll like and he knows like wake mommy and daddy up so they'll take me outside so I can go to the bathroom not Louie Louie will fucking scurry his ass in the back corner of the guest bedroom he'll waddle he'll like army crawl under the guest bedroom bed fucking it's like two
Starting point is 02:07:49 inches high somehow he like morphs under there and takes a shit and then the next morning we're like what the fuck where is it where is it where is it we're just like looking all over the house we're like where the fuck is it because it smells like shit there's the fucking shit under under the better it's like always like hidden but the funniest thing is like I'm being light-hearted about this because it's like he's not doing it on purpose but the funniest thing is my favorite thing to test with the dogs just in general is speaking to them normally and not in a stern like I'm not trying to like scold like I probably should use a different tone of voice but what's really crazy is I can just simply use the word mistake. We, you know, you, you talk to your dogs
Starting point is 02:08:30 in your own language. Like everyone does that. Even with your partner, like you have your own banter, your own language, whatever. That's like very specific to you guys. So like for the dogs and when they make them, when they mess up and they misbehave and they're a bad dog, um, we say, I'll just be like, Hey Louie, can you come here for a second? I'm like, I just talked to like, I've been trying this out just for fun just to see if he like reacts and I'll just be like hey just any chance like did you make a mistake last night like do you make a mistake he knows the word mistake I could say did you make a mistake like he'll know and his ears immediately go back and he starts licking his lips so that's been the latest with Louie um he's three he'll be four
Starting point is 02:09:12 this year and he's in this phase of like taking potties on the carpet taking shits it's like if you've had a bulldog I think any bulldog owner I've talked to about their bulldog it's like it's an they're just so hard to train and like discipline like they do whatever they want and it's tough they're not like a golden retriever my golden retriever is perfectly potty trained like it took three months I hit him on his butt one time very aggressively I said I had to like do a little butt tap and then he never pissed on the carpet again. So next question. Let's do this one. What GLP-1 are you on? So I've talked about my GLP-1 journey, my slightly unnecessary GLP-1 journey. I'm on Terzapotide. Thanks for asking. I've talked about it a lot. If you're a new
Starting point is 02:10:05 listener, I'm on Terzapotide. I love it. I have been really unapologetic about my use of GLP-1s because I truly have nothing to prove with my body. I'm not trying to like be someone who's like, look at me working out, like how like toned and fit I am. And it's cause I worked out so hard and eat healthy. It's like, well, those things have always been true. I've always worked out. I've always been healthy. Um, but I've also been open about like my struggles with my body image and my eating disorder for like my 10 year eating disorder and the depths of hell I was mentally with my body for so long. And so I've been really open about, um, how I'm fully recovered. And I, I use Terzapotet as a tool, um, to just honestly like make my life easier. I think if you're a fit
Starting point is 02:10:50 person and you want to take, take a talk to your doctor, but go on a small dose to maintain your weight and keep you, keep your, honestly, the blood sugar thing, I think is amazing. there's a ton of benefits i like the neuroprotective benefits i think my mental clarity has been so much better that was one of the initial things i noticed about it my sleep is better my energy levels are better um there's so many things it's a peptide it's amazing it's like honestly there's the food noise and the weight loss aspects and the blood sugar regulation i think that's why people primarily take it and I noticed I definitely obviously noticed that um but I think in general it's a nice tool in your toolbox toolbox to have if you can get access to
Starting point is 02:11:39 it and if your doctor can you know approves it and agrees with you like because I I don't have the kind of weight on me that's like oh she needs you know but I like to be a certain size and I work out very hard to maintain it and so this just helps me and that's the end of that um so I kind of already talked with it talked about this ish thoughts on influence influencers right now question mark so I had like a epiphany ish or like a I just had a moment with my girlfriends in Arizona where I was just like I need to just fucking embrace that I'm probably for a lot of people an aspirational influencer like my life what I talk about whatever just certain aspects of my life might go in that aspirational box and there's but I need to let go of feeling like
Starting point is 02:12:40 a gluttonous pot pick about it or like just like I'm contributing bullshit to the internet like I had this complex for a long time where I'm like who am I to talk about hair skin and makeup and show products and send links and do brand deals and like do this like influencer like I just feel like I'm contributing to the garbage of the internet when I do it and I'm like this doesn't feel like it's aligning with me and like what I want to share with people and and help people with you know but then I reminded myself I'm like wait a minute this is your life this you do love makeup you do love skincare you do like doing your hair you do like being a girl and doing girly things and putting on a lash strip and a cute outfit and taking a photo and sharing it like
Starting point is 02:13:28 there's nothing that's your life that's who you are and so don't try to don't shame yourself about it there's a audience of people out there that enjoy your content that like that part of you that follow you for that reason. And so I'm at this point now where I've talked it out about how I'm like, I want to be, I want to be more educational. I want to only talk about things that are adding extreme value to my audience and their ears instead of just mind numbing bullshit all the time, which is what I call it. When in reality, um, there's a place for me and I think I'm exactly where I'm meant to be and I don't need to psycho psychoanalyze it more than that like just lean in lean into being the beauty influencer I love making makeup videos I love
Starting point is 02:14:16 makeup I like the brands that you know send me shit and and I work with and I like making podcasts girly podcasts I like outfits I like Instagram pictures I like TikToks I like talking at the camera I like it doesn't it doesn't always need to be like I'm solving cancer like I think it should be because I've always said this like if I especially on the podcast if I learned something new and I live on the show for example like if I or I come to the show with something new I learned and I'm teaching it to you then that's valuable but I again I should myself about it like it's not serious of a there's so many awful things happening in the world I should be researching that I should be discussing that I shouldn't be talking about fucking makeup like who am you know
Starting point is 02:15:06 but that's not but that wouldn't be authentic to me that would be that would not be authentic if I'm curious about the war in Gaza and the awful things happening in those children and I want to talk about here then yeah that week you'll hear about it and I'll come with the facts and I'll come with my opinions and the knowledge I have about it and that'll be the topic of the week or whatever but because I'm genuinely curious about it that week is my point so I think across the board I fall into that like you know aspirational or I don't want to say aspirational like um kind of like lifestyle it's like lifestyle podcasting raw and real content um female content like girly content makeup like
Starting point is 02:15:55 lifestyle beauty podcasting and a little tinge of like sourdough and some sporty health and wellness shit period that's that's what I'm about and I'm just embracing it now I think I had a lot of resistance and it held me back from showing up on my Instagram story and like posting more. And like, I don't know. I just feel like I was so in my head about it. And I'm like, this is what I need to be doing. And I don't need to be, I just need to fucking not over analyze. Cool. Um, would you ever add a co-host next question? Would you ever add or have a co-host? probably not right now I love the concept of having like a team of people on the show like the h3 podcast I fucking love that and to be like part of a crew of people that podcast together
Starting point is 02:16:55 would be really fun I mean right now it's my show I could totally see myself obviously being a guest on other podcasts and like doing that route instead of having a co-host or interviewing people every episode which would be amazing I think but I am so down for remaining a solo podcast and being a solo podcast host I think I love listening to solo podcasters like some of my favorite actually my favorite podcaster I would say right now is a solo podcaster so um I'm I'm more I feel like I do I'll do the guest thing but probably not I'll have guests here and there I'm sure in the future let's just put it that I'm getting like out of breath um I'll do a couple more questions would you ever do Patreon calls again oh my god so I used to do
Starting point is 02:17:45 it was my $20 a month tier I would call people once a month for being a top tier member of my Patreon and that was wild um I think I only had at the time like 15 Patreon subscribers and And I would make phone calls every, every month. And I, these, some people are still regular followers, listeners today. Like it's kind of cool, but, um, yeah, I stopped doing that. I think after like six months or so, it was just a little too much. Um, maybe not even that long. I probably did it for the first like few months.
Starting point is 02:18:24 It was like so fun. I was so energized about my show. I was like, I can't, I just want to like build this community and this audience. and um it was a it was just crazy yeah it's like yeah so i'm talking talking to like married men and shit and like i don't know about this it was always it was all guys because that's when i started my podcast like it was majority a male audience like and it's flipped i think it just it's a it has officially flipped thank god to female more women than men but what's your workout slash diet I feel like I've kind of talked about this but like
Starting point is 02:19:04 and I'm at the point now this is I'll say this because I used to not think this way I am now like like everyone has a certain set of genetics that make them up right but like I used to think oh your genetics aren't your destiny just because you're given these bad genes in terms of like how you gain fat or what your body composition is just because of that doesn't mean that it's going to hold you back from you know getting your dream body or like getting in the best shape of your life or whatever like it's not going to be a barrier it's not going to be a challenge and i'm here to say right now that i compared to other people just because of my genetics and what i was given I don't have to try as hard to get into amazing shape like a little goes a long way for me
Starting point is 02:19:56 like one glute workout I have like a Brazilian butt lift like immediately like for another girl it might be like she has to do that for three years to get my ass like I just have a blessing with certain things like building muscle really easily I'm super vascular I don't even work out my arms but i always look so fucking ripped like i just don't i don't have to try as hard i'm just genetically blessed so i is in terms of like what's your workout and diet if you're comparing if you're like looking at my body and my whatever and my arms and my glutes or my legs or like you're trying to figure that out like what does she do like i heavy lift to be honest but it's mostly lower body. I'd say most of the times every day, pretty much other than spin class right
Starting point is 02:20:42 now, I lift heavy, like super heavy on my lower body. I don't do arms. I don't do upper body. I don't do any chest. Obviously, obviously I don't do any, I don't even work out my abs. Um, I do, but not specific ab workouts unless I'm doing Pilates. Um, I'm trying, I might get back into Pilates after this Arizona trip I'm like itching to do Pilates again so because I did that before the wedding but my diet is all over the place honestly like I ate a protein I drank a protein shake this morning and iced black coffee and now I'm having a diet coke and water and I'll probably have a couple like leftover we had like steak I don't know I'll have like it's always like protein heavy I just eat like I feel like I eat a really balanced diet I eat out all the time Corey and I
Starting point is 02:21:35 love restaurants we like try new restaurants try new foods like I'm not the type of chick anymore I used to like exclusively order sides of steamed broccoli and like chicken breasts and like you know or when I was vegan that was a total shit show when I ate out where now it's like oh if I'm getting if I'm at an Italian restaurant I'm getting the fucking lasagna and I'm eating all the bread and I'm eating all of the fried calamari and I'm having all of the wine and all of the cheese and I don't even like flinch about it um that's how you know you're recovered when you're like literally just eating whatever you want and you're like not in your head about it I don't think I've been in my head about food and like overeating or like feeling guilt about eating
Starting point is 02:22:16 too much or too many sweets like ice cream or cookies or like Corey and I like we had like a full I had like a whole entire plate of cookies the other night to myself like I do that all I eat like everything all the time it's just all over the place and very balanced like I'm not OCD about my diet like used to be obviously I had an eating disorder and that was really it was like orthorexia to the nines um but I like to get in my I like to get in my nutrient dense shit okay I eat a lot of berries tons of berries tons of greens tons of veggies tons of you know healthy fats um but I I like my chips and guac and I like my fucking burritos and my ice cream and my pizza I eat everything you would not if you came through if I did what I eat in a day it'd be like oh fuck
Starting point is 02:23:08 I had no idea like it's not um like I probably look like I eat like a like a bro diet I guess a little bit I don't know I feel like it's so personal everyone's body's different everyone's needs are different goals are different um food is so personal like all this shit is even working out the gym um I just feel really blessed because I do I know I'm blessed with really good genetics in terms of building muscle leaning out like building a body like I am so blessed like both of my parents were stacked as shit like my grandpa was a fucking like football player rest like he just with bill like everyone in my family on both sides is just like that so um but i've witnessed like friends and people in my life where they're trying to eat healthy they're trying to eat right
Starting point is 02:24:01 they're doing all the right things like technically but it takes them longer it's a lot harder like they they don't just do like a you know one workout and like see crazy results like all i did pilates in arizona and i literally was like oh i haven't worked out my abs like that in a year since i was prepping for the wedding and then I woke up the next day and I'm like fucking six pack just from like that you know like actual like I had like definition that I haven't seen in a while and I was like cool so anyways um I just think women should lift weights a little bit like if you don't right now just mix it in lift your weights um biggest okay this will be the last question do I want to yeah this will be fuck it we'll just do this one it's like so dumb it's like
Starting point is 02:24:50 biggest ick on a guy what's my biggest ick on a guy so it's so funny because I always say this like if you have icks or if you if you get the ick it's like you just don't like them enough because this is how I knew like this is how I knew Corey was the one like literally he has like a permanent butt crack at all times I'm just gonna say this and I'm gonna blast blast him right now like I'm just gonna put my head like he just like oh his pants he's like sagging his pants like Justin Bieber but he's not doing the boxers to his belly button thing where it's it's like there's coverage over his ass because like Bieber does like the sagging of the pants but the the boxers are high enough
Starting point is 02:25:36 where like there's no butt crack hanging out where like Corey sogs his pants and there's a butt crack and I remember like week one like day two of dating whatever like I saw his butt crack he like bent over in his sweatpants like pet louie or something and it just went right over my head but any other man in the past if I ever saw his butt crack I saw my ex get out of the car once like on his side of like he was driving got out of the car and I saw a butt crack and I just, I was like, like, I did not need to see that, but that's how you know. Or something that's really like icky for me is like when a man like stubs his toe and just like does like a little bitch, like, Oh, like, Oh, that hurt. It's like, I just like, I'm thinking
Starting point is 02:26:18 of my ex. I had so many ex and it's cause I didn't like him. I hated him. Like, or I didn't hate him. It's so crazy to think back to like people that you were with. You're like, I was so in love with them I love you so much you're the love of my life goo goo ga ga and it's like this thing and then it's like towards the end you just end up like hating each other and then you realize like they hated you the whole time or like they never liked you for you and it's like the fucking love part was all lip service like what or maybe they did love you but like they also hate can you love someone and also hate them at the same time I guess it's like toxic it's like the high and the low and the roller I don't I'm not on a roller coaster with Corey in any way shape or form like
Starting point is 02:27:03 there's never a tinge of that ever but um he never gave me the ick for any reason um yeah but other icks I mean I think like the way they treat their sister if they have a sister or the way they talk about women oh yeah that's probably a huge that's a huge one that gives me the ick so like when the way a man talks if he's yeah I don't like that the way that they treat women the way they talk about women I get when men are like playful and they're being like funny about it and like they're acting like an old-timey guy from the 20s talking about women like get in the kitchen make me a sandwich like I get the jokes like that doesn't bother me but like when it's when they're sincere and like that is so icky especially in 2025 I'm like have we fucking learned men don't
Starting point is 02:27:59 aren't curious okay they're not inquisitive they're not curious they don't source they're not like sourcing new information like they are for their businesses and their careers like men care about that but when it comes to like relationship stuff and like learning about women and I've always studied men I feel like or not studied but I've always listened to them like I've always kind of kept an ear or like I know that probably goes against a lot of like what women would if you're listening right now you're like you listen to men like what the fuck but like there's not all men are trash and I feel like when I say I listen to men I was I I acknowledged what they wanted instead of fighting it I think that's the thing like
Starting point is 02:28:49 because women have a list they have their what are the the um their dream man list what do you call it like they're non-negotiables and they're what's that called when you when you have a list oh jesus another phone call when you have like a what you want in a man list right like men have that too you know and men can say oh women's standards are too high and unrealistic and not everyone is six five and not everyone's 100 millionaire and not everyone has a 40 inch cock like i never say cock that nonchalantly um ew I don't like this episode no I just got icked by myself saying that oh god shine down my upper lip hold on
Starting point is 02:29:46 so women have a list and we're supposed to never settle like only like you know whatever with men and it's like men have that too and that's okay that's my point like don't just because they want a woman to have like a certain body type and they like big tits and an ass like that's not an unrealistic beauty standard for women like that exists like that's okay like some men want that let them go get it but some women don't so they don't want that woman that's okay like find a different man that likes what you're rocking with like you know I'm just very like understanding I guess of both sexes like hey we've got our needs our wants our desires our fantasies we have our lists we like what we like we don't like what we don't like and that's okay instead of like just
Starting point is 02:30:32 shitting on men for having a preference like you have a preference everyone that's okay that's normal that's human so I've always kind of when men would talk about women around me the guys I dated I don't know it's always like we talk about like past stuff or like whatever we talk about like it's just you know that topic will come up here and there and it's like there's a pattern I guess is what I'm saying in what most men I would say want and instead of fighting that system I was like huh okay but then it's also like is that good for women that's a whole other can of worms I could open um but I was telling my girlfriend like the older I get the more feminist I get the more like liberal I get when it comes to just how women are treated in society and just
Starting point is 02:31:26 like what women have to fucking put up I get like I get like that feminist rage thing now which I never had before um and I think it's just because of life experience age I see the world differently now I see mothers like I've never like seen mothers I've never really like seen them right or like, I've never realized like that actual, you know, I don't think it's, I don't like the word sacrifice. I think it's like too negative, but just the shit women deal with that men don't have to, like, it kind of pisses me off sometimes. Or it really does. Like certain things really piss me off where I'm like, I just think that the societal expectations and the standards and just things that nobody questions and everyone goes along with in terms of what women do
Starting point is 02:32:17 versus men society is so fucked up in so many ways like but I've always been like okay what do you want to do fight that system your whole life and be miserable or find the balance strike the balance and exist within it and keep yourself, you know, have a rudder. So you never get completely burnout and like never get your soul sucked and experience like psychological pain from being a woman in this society. Like you have to have a, I think with everything a balance, but um, that's a new thing for me. Like turning 30, just seeing, I just see the world different. Um, I have so much more empathy for women and I think, um, and kids, like it's this crazy, like, yeah. But anyways, I think that's a natural progression. Um, it's like maturity too.
