The Jacqueline Monroe Show - 405- Love Island Sucks, America's Sweethearts Aren't C*nty Enough, And F1 Was Hot
Episode Date: July 14, 2025We're in the thick of summer y'all!! This week’s episode features a new character on the show, positive b*tches I love, and honest thoughts on big dreams, bitter people, and the audacity to thrive. ...I’m not summering in Europe or the Hamptons, but I am recapping what I’ve been watching: Love Island (HOW are you guys obsessed with this?), America’s Sweethearts (not c*nty enough), F1 (Brad Pitt still got it), and Jurassic World Rebirth (needs more guts, literally). After dragging the fake-positive internet girlies last week (hi, Jamie Kern Lima), I’m balancing the scales with a roundup of women I actually like- the grounded, OCD-adjacent baddies who are positive without being unbearable and why they REALLY fire me up.Then we get into the deep stuff: grief, acceptance, growing up without the picture-perfect family, and working with the hand you were dealt. Why I’m pro-divorce, pro-dream chasing, and aggressively anti-hater energy.REVIEW THE SHOW ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ https://open.spotify.com/show/4ijzUBunTIHgVmahB0ISEN BECOME A PATRON! https://www.patreon.com/tjms KEEP IN TOUCH!INSTAGRAM » https://www.instagram.com/jacquelinemonroe/ TIKTOK » jacqueline.monroe EMAIL THE SHOW! tjmsshow@gmail.com MY MUSIC GUYhttps://soundcloud.com/robmonmusic SPONSORSSpotify for Podcasters

Hey, what's up? It's Jacqueline. Welcome back to the show. I want to give you a little Riviera
vibe today. If you're not in Europe on a Riviera somewhere, if you're not in the Hamptons,
if you're not anywhere where there's like a sweater wrapped around someone's collarbones
and they're wearing really shiny gold-framed glasses.
I want to set the mood for you right now.
Okay, I'm currently at home in San Diego.
There's nothing I relate to less than the summer Hamptons lifestyle,
the summer European tour.
Yeah, I can't relate.
I could not relate to it less, but it seems like that's where everyone,
And all the influencers, all the people are spending their summer right now.
And for those of us stuck in America, we're dealing with Amazon Prime links.
It's currently Prime Week over on the Amazon app.
And, you know, so it's Prime Week.
We're in the thick of summer.
I just celebrated my birthday on Monday.
And we're going to talk about it.
So I have a great episode for you today.
I'm drinking a green juice.
I'm drinking a black coffee. I'm drinking a lemon water. Okay. I'm on, I'm making, I'm creating my
own oasis here on the, on the set. I just want to, you know what, last week or was it last week? I
was six. We skipped a week, but the week before that I mentioned how I was, um, I could have been
on an all expenses paid for Cabo trip but instead the parents of the couple that invited us went in
our place so um I meant I I recap that so go back and listen to episode 404 I talked about how
I could have had a little vacation situation a little summer vacay a spontaneous thing happened
but it didn't so what have we been doing we um cleared out our backyard um we celebrated the
4th of July. We cleared out our backyard. We've been, um, very booked and busy. I'm going to talk
about that. So I have a, this is going to be a fun episode. I'm going to, I'm going to do a lot
of life updates. I haven't seen you in over a week. So lots of life updates. Um, and something
kind of opposite of my typical content here. Um, positivity we're going to bring. Okay.
am I okay I'm not okay I was gonna leave it I had a lot of sighs a lot of yawns a lot of ums in my
first podcast um take of today's episode and I was gonna leave that in and give you a nice little
behind the scenes of like what it's like when I'm trying to get in the mood to do this
let's just say it was a rough one um it's interesting I've been podcasting now for
almost five years and I still, you know, struggle to get it. There's like a little bit of a
hump you have to get over right before you start, you know? And, um, it used to be, I think what I
was doing at seven days a week, I would just talk immediately and just go and I wouldn't second
guess. And for some reason, you know, and also typical me, if I've missed a week, it's going to
be a little rocky getting back into it, which I don't know. I'm aging, you know, I'm not, I'm not
a spring chicken anymore. I just turned 31. Saying my age out loud, I am 31 years old. I am proud to
be 31. So yeah, the mind isn't as sharp as it once was. I poisoned myself with alcohol all last
weekend. And so that's probably still having its effects on my brain right now. And that's why
we're switching over to green juice. I think my year of 31 is going to be all about sobriety.
and um I'm kidding actually I I got way too excited on the 4th of July let's just say that
and um it took a little bit of a dark turn though I kept the rails I was on the rails okay I didn't
go off the rails but I it was a margarita situation at a country club and uh that's
probably something like okay I just said that I'm like oh like I can't relate to anything less
or I couldn't relate to anything less or whatever than people you know basking in front of hydrangeas
in the Hamptons right now eating a fucking lobster roll with their Miu Miu dress on and their
fucking gladiator sandals because apparently that's what all the bitches are wearing this summer
there's this girl on TikTok and it's so like just I don't know not dystopian but like who gives a
vlog where she's like she has her little microphone she's like this is what all the girls I'm like
witnessing you know this is what all the girls in the in mon talk I don't even I can't I don't
even know where these places are I'm like I hear about it every summer but I'm like doesn't register
I've never been I've never really um gone that that way in my life before but um she's like this
is what they're wearing all the girls are you know it's a lot of like blouses and gladiator sandals
those are definitely back and no logos except for Miu Miu this year and I'm like oh my fucking god
it's like okay um anyways so but I just said country club drinking a margarita like you know
I do have a little bit of bougie-ness about me in my lifestyle I will you know I am self-aware
I understand um the the types of things I get up to that are um you know I'm a classy bitch I come
from a classy uh uh you know we're whatever we um it's all about who you know in this life let's
just say that um you don't have to have a country club membership to go to a country club it's not
like I've got memberships everywhere it's not like Corey and I are just you know dropping that kind
of cash on these establishments but um when you have a nice social circle and I kind of mentioned
this last week you get roped in and it's great it's like a great life so um yeah 4th of July was
uh was fun it was a little wild but it trickled in like the activities have not stopped they
stopped it's what Thursday they didn't stop until last night so literally Friday through
through Wednesday it was and you know me and my capacity and my my bucket as far as socializing
goes like I and then now this weekend oh my god I'm getting on a plane tomorrow I'm going to
Washington for my sister's bridal shower so I'm excited to do that but like this is like my only
day that's normal um pretty much all summer like I've been go I've been go go go um honestly we're
just like a week just since the fourth but like it feels like a lot I was also sick last week so
like I wasn't doing shit. Um, but anyways, we've got a lot to catch up on. I'm going to do my plugs
and then we'll get into, Oh, I know what I was going to say a little off brand of me to talk
about something positive. I think I said that. And I was like, I don't, I'm out of sorts. I'm
not in the groove. Okay. But let's get back to that last week or the week before episode four,
episode four or four, I talked about how, um, I like did a thing where I was like, I'm going to
first shit on women and then shit on men so it evens out and I totally went in on
Jamie Kern Jamie Kern Lima I think is her name the IT Cosmetics founder lady who interviewed
Meghan Markle and I played like the cringiest video ever of her just being like so you're just
sparkling today like tell me what you're you know thinking about in your mind and how are you she
was just so phony. And I talked about that. So this week, this is this, this is going to be the
meat and potatoes. Okay. Because I love, I love positivity. I love optimism. I love collective
enthusiasm. I that's why I love social media. That's why I love being on the internet. And
it makes, I know it's like virtual and we're not all in person with each other, but there's
something fun about, um, and I'm not included included in this right now because I have a very,
refined or a very mature I'm not a fucking can I say retard you can say retard now I'm not a
fucking idiot and so I'm not in the community of people online talking about Love Island but I
I love that for all of you okay Love Island 2025 summer 2025 something else that's something else
I cannot I could not relate to less or understand less I turned it on for three minutes with Corey
and I was like I and with disrespect I mean this with disrespect if you actually enjoy watching
that show you're a loser like you're if I don't you're a loser like who can sit and because here's
what I'm saying when I'm maybe it's because I'm better than you and I'm an overachiever and I'm
you know I care about my brain and my mental health and you know I value my time and I
understand how precious life is I as I'm watching it I'm reflecting on all the people that have
gotten through all like what I don't know how many episodes Love Island UK I saw on Hulu was like 32
episodes deep and I'm like and they're all like an hour long I was thinking in my head like who
gets through one episode let alone three minutes like me um past that and so I'm sitting there
reflecting watching Love Island and I'm going in my head like wait people actually finish this
people actually text their friends about this after or during it people actually do podcasts
about this people they they sit on the couch at the end of the night they watch their love island
and they're entertained by it they're actually enjoying it laughing at it and it's like fucking
porn at this point so like that's I've seen clips I'm like they're it's an orgy you're watching an
orgy it's soft porn it's um uh it's it's so dumb and I'm like
I when I'm laying there I'm like I'm wasting my life away this is not a good use of my time and
this is bad for my mind and my brain development as a aging woman at 31 and so I just turned it
off and Cory was in the same boat he's like fuck this and so I think we watched um what did we
watch instead I don't know like fucking uh oh we watched the Brian Koberger 2023 uh murder thing
instead not much better honestly a little more stimulating on the mind for me I like a mystery
I like a puzzle I just these bitches on Love Island I just can't I the men and the women I'm
referring to both of them as bitches. I just, I don't have time for it. Okay. So, but back to what
I said about collective enthusiasm and optimism and positivity, I'm going to get into the major
meat and potatoes segment here, and I'm going to just close it. Finally, however many minutes
we're into the episode right now. Um, I enjoy when things are going on in the world, TV shows,
movies, the Superbowl, whatever, and everyone's on the internet talking about it. It feels like
you're part of something bigger than yourself. And in these times, not only have I mentioned
that it's important to have faith in something, a higher power of some sorts, like, you know,
I've mentioned I'm returning to God. I'm currently getting the bulletin, the ministry, the women's
ministry bulletin. I'm getting texted from the local priest here at the Catholic church by my
home. My mom came to town and she signed me up for all of that. And so have I gone to church yet?
No. Am I getting the bulletin? Yes. Am I seeing the text messages from Father Joseph? Yes.
I am noticing in these times it's important to have faith in something and to feel like you're
part of something bigger than yourself, like a community of women online talking about Love
Island ad nauseum and, you know, whatever, you know, makes you feel good, I guess. You know,
I guess it's better than doing crack on the street. So speaking of that random, but I have
a million thoughts right now I feel like we're really into the groove there is a woman did I
let me just okay put a pin on there put a we're gonna put a pin on there's a woman it's my nail
staying on I have super glued it it's always my index finger on my right hand that pops off after
week one and um without fail that happened again this week so um right in time for the bridal
shower and will I be painting this is a neon orange I was going for a fiery watermelon summer
red it turned out to look neon orange and the woman doing my nails while she was doing them
I couldn't say I couldn't stop her at this point in the in the session the nail session because
I think I witnessed her having a seizure or she didn't have a seizure she zoned out for a second
and the woman doing my pedicure looked at her and was like grabbing her shoulder and then she came
too and I was like are you okay so like at that point of course I wasn't gonna go actually this
color sucks please do the watermelon red I asked for like let's find a better color so um just in
time for the bridal shower nail popped off gorilla glued it back on also will I be painting them a
nice pastel pink to go with my bridal shower dress on top of this super glue and grown out manicure
because I don't have time um because of all the shit I've been up to in the last fucking week
the non-stop bus club another bus another bus club club club party party party in-laws friends
family babies pool parties kids birthday party my birthday party 4th of July fireworks margaritas
country club golf for the last fucking four days is that what yes so I don't all I have is today
and tomorrow to do my podcast and get this out for you because I know you've missed me and amen okay
so positivity the meat and potatoes of this podcast today last week I shit on Jamie Kernlina
Kernlina Kernlina whatever and this week I want to talk about how I love positivity I love I love
optimism I love enthusiasm and so I'm actually going to introduce you to women of the internet
that are extremely positive that don't piss me off so there is a there are a few women I'm going to
play their videos give you a little you know taste of who I fucking love like like I
and that's what social media is it's all about like finding like who pisses you off and who
doesn't right like who who do you like who are you vibing with and who are vibing with
it's all about finding your people and some people rub you the wrong way some people rub
you the right way and sometimes like in my case I can't tell you how many people I've
been rubbed the right way from on social media and then a month later I'm like fuck this bitch
and then I'll follow her a month later like oh my god I was gonna do this segment am I okay okay
Okay. Like I feel very, um, it's crazy. My brain can do this, you know, like we haven't done the
plugs yet, but like if this content is serving, it's the, um, if it's, um, what did Alex Hermosi,
the hustle culture, um, Lord and savior of the internet, um, toxic, uh, hustle culture man say
about never do plugs in your content. It should just speak for itself. And if it's doing its job,
right, people will just automatically subscribe to my podcast, wherever you're listening right
now I'm on Apple Spotify you know they'll just automatically do that they'll go to go to your
YouTube channel and realize that oh she has a YouTube channel I like her content I'm going to
support her um so it should just automatically happen if the listeners are you know if they're
enjoying the content so you know will I just leave it at that as far as the plugs go
no I won't because I'm a professional please hit that subscribe button wherever you're listening
you right now. No, I'm kidding. I do have a Patreon. If you want to support my Patreon and
my show, it's $5 a month. Patreon.com slash TJMS. Patreon.com slash TJMS.
It's not clocking to that I'm standing on business, is it?
I am a businesswoman. Okay. I got to do my, got to ask for, for cash. Okay.
Um, as I'm saying, asking for cash, I'm thinking of the homeless woman I need to tell you guys
about, um, who just cut her hair. And, um, I also took, saw her take a shit a couple of weeks ago
on the side of the sidewalk and it broke my heart. So I'm going to introduce you to the positive
women. That's the main segment. Okay. I'm going to talk about, these are women on the internet
that are super positive that I want to be more like, okay. So that's going to be fun because,
um, it's just, it's such a breath of fresh air. Okay. Like for me as someone who's like bitchy,
complaining, ranty, moaning all the time on my podcast, it's a breath of fresh air when I see
women who are genuinely positive and, and like bubbly, but they're not annoying about it. So I
found my people, like I found those girls online and I'm going to share them with you. Okay. Also
life updates. What have I been up to? Right. Okay. There's that. And then, um, a little bit of news.
Texas is underwater. Okay.
am i am i frying my brain on reddit snark sometimes or have i this week yeah
do you want me to tell you something personal right now that i um
basically what i was going to say is that this isn't the personal thing but
a lot of influencers are being shit on right now for not mentioning
the tragic awful texas floods i think the death count is at a hundred and
19 or 20 people now um horrible they're being attacked for not mentioning it so
at some point in the podcast we're gonna you know I want to I want to talk about it and like
there's some story I mean what's there to talk about it's sad like what do you do as an influencer
you say you know here's like there's so much pressure on like having making a statement on
every tragic event that happens happens in the world when you're an influencer podcast us
whatever and it's like okay it happened it's so sad I it's there's little girls you know we've
seen the the cabins we've seen the the mud and the the stuffed animals and the bunk beds and
we've seen the parents and the crying and the interviews and it's like why are they interviewing
the girls at camp a day after they're still processing this like how I hate that about the
media. Um, but anyways, like, of course I have a heart. I'm not a piece of shit. I always say that
like, but do I need to make my podcast about that right now? Uh, no, we need to talk about this
homeless woman under the bridge that I have a heart for instead. Okay. I have a heart for the
people of Texas. Um, it's, it's awful. Like, and it's so you can never, like you, they could not
have predicted that and the timing was like the worst timing you're it's like what four in the
morning and the river surges like however many feet in fucking 10 minutes and it's whisking
properties away and summer camps and killing people like it's awful okay but we're gonna talk
about the homeless lady okay a little bit of news little life updates positive women I want to set
the scene. I did my plugs, um, set the seat. We'll set the scene and then we'll do the plugs
or no. Oh my God. I'm okay. We're going to set the scene and then I'm going to talk about the
homeless woman and then I'm going to go into life updates. Stay on track. Okay. Um, the personal
thing. This is what I was telling my psych, my, my psychologist. I said, this isn't the personal
thing. Like I was telling him, I'm like, when I, I feel like Brad Pitt and F1, I just saw F1 last
night when he's like, when I'm in the car and I'm, you know, doing my thing, everything goes quiet.
And I feel like I'm flying. I'm experiencing that currently as I'm recording. And that is
something that I picked up on very early when I started podcasting back in 2020. Like I realized
that the second I press record and sometimes it flows really well like where I feel like I'm
flying like today sometimes it doesn't but like when that happens I'm like I live for this shit
so I was telling my psychologist guy when I was getting my ADHD psych exam that took me like eight
hours and I did the puzzles and the word games and the eyesight thing and the hearing and it's
like hey bitch you've got a you got anxiety depression ptsd trauma you're fucking uh
maybe a mood disorder but that's basically that just means you have underlying depression anxiety
but it's not a it's not like manic it's not like borderline it's not like uh what's like another
one bipolar it's not um but it's like I don't know why he's like generalized mood disorder but
then in high in parentheses it was like depression anxiety uh life stress something with that or like
or no trauma PTSD work on that and then you'll be okay which is like duh like go to therapy I'm
doing a lot of you know what I need to write down
do I want to write this down no I won't mention it about therapy um
and then it was ADHD that I was diagnosed with so but I was telling him I'm like when I podcast I
I don't like this is the thing about me that I feel so different about the way my brain can just
lock in and flow and create this wild like to me it's wild you're listening right now and to you
it's cohesive you're like okay she did the intro and she said what she was going to talk about and
she made a little thing about or she said a little thing about the Hamptons and Europe and
prime week and but like to me as I'm doing it I'm like this feels wild like my mind feels like a
wild place to be right now and it's like so fun and it's like but it doesn't mean I'm schizophrenic
I think you know I I thought maybe you know maybe there's a tinge of something down there
or up there in the mind but nope I'm fine this is very this is something that um
I'm it's my magic so here we are back to the personal thing okay a lot of times when I edit
and I take sips out of a straw I'll do it right now I like lizard tongue the straw
and something I'm insecure about because of my orthodontist from like fucking sixth grade or
whatever is he goes just by the way you're talking I can tell you have a tongue thrust
and I used to swallow wrong
and um basically put my tongue forward instead of at the roof of my mouth
and I feel like when I drink from a straw I still put my tongue forward
so whenever so when I'm really thinking about it I just go like
go to YouTube or Spotify to watch me sip out of a straw you have to you have to zoom in to really
analyze it, but like I try to put my lips around it, which is not good for wrinkles, but like I try
to remove the tongue from the drink, the drinking part. Cause like sometimes when I, again, when I
like look at videos, I'm like, I'm a clown. I'm humiliating myself on purpose. It is what it is.
I signed up for this. I just, you know. All right. So I used to have characters on the show
back in the day, like when I was in my little, uh, what's it called? My little apartment because
I had a window to people watch as I'm podcasting. I don't have that anymore in this current studio.
So I'm going to introduce you to someone that Corey and I see every single day on the way to,
um, the gym. Okay. This is going to be a new character on the show. I don't know what to
call her. She, I'm like, I just want to like pull over and like talk to her. Some homeless people,
I think it's because I see her every single day.
I just want to know.
I just want to, like, get to know their, like, what's, just basic stuff.
Like, what's your name, you know?
She definitely has, her mind is, I think, gone.
She screams a lot.
So she, basically, this is the situation.
She, every single morning, we drive to our gym.
We go underneath.
an underpass where she sleeps she sleeps right on the sidewalk under the underpass she could
go up a little higher maybe and go and somewhere more protected but she just sleeps on the right
on the sidewalk and something about her that's really specific or like you can tell it's her
she has this massive like a beehive dreadlock thing hanging off of her head and it looks really
heavy and it's just like always like hanging out and so so there's that and I just I I mean
one time we were in Home Depot I mean she's like a local where we live like she's always like
pushing her she finally got a cart so it's interesting when we first saw her she's always
under the bridge every single morning she wakes up at 7 a.m because if we're kind of running late
she'll be waking up and she sits up and just screams like she just like I've seen it a million
times so that's how she wakes up 7 a.m you know and then um she has the dreadlocks I mentioned
that oh but like one time I saw her in Home Depot and um I got to like see her really close and
it's so sad like you're that close to a person who's just like it's sad it's like what the fuck
like she just needs like a good haircut and some new clothes like I want to like I I get this from
my mom my mom is so like with homeless people especially she just like always wants to like
helped I mean if my mom could she'd take them all in and like house them and like give them
I don't know like all new clothes and clean them up I don't even know sometimes with homeless
people though it's like they don't even want that or like whatever but um anyways I don't know how
to talk about this without being a little funny like I literally saw her take a shit she wakes up
I've seen her pee before but like she woke up a couple weeks ago and I'm like I can't believe
I'm seeing this right now, just gets up off the sidewalk where she sleeps, pulls her pants down
and shits on the, on the edge of the sidewalk where there's just like, and this is a high
traffic street. She just takes a shit. Did I look? Yeah. I, I, I mean, I was like in shock. I was
like, am I seeing this? Yep. And then, you know, carries on. But, um, so I saw that she, but she
got a haircut. I'm happy she got a haircut. Um, I noticed, um, you know, a lot of times I drive
by her when she she does a routine she wakes up at seven now she oh when we first saw her she
carried like seven plastic grocery bags this is not even the episode I always get into the weeds
of stories that are not whatever we'll get to everything um she carried like grocery bags like
seven individual grocery bags and every morning she would fold up her bedding put the stuff in
the grocery bags a certain way I could tell those were like her bags you know and I just I had a
giant Ikea bag in the back of my car and I'm like I just want to give this to her but like I feel
like that's she wouldn't want it because like she has a routine with these bags and every day she
would have like seven grocery bags around her arms walking down the street and then she goes to this
wakes up at seven wraps up her bedding goes to this corner um you know intersection and she
screams for spare change all day and it's really sad and um she I've seen so many times she has
handfuls of coins and she'll just chuck them at car windshields like I every time I see her I'm
like gotta turn down the other street because I don't like sometimes it's like sketchy because
she does it a lot so anyway she got a haircut um she finally got a cart I think she stole it from
Home Depot, but whatever, you know, she it's, she's fine. Um, uh, uh, yeah. So I think she
picked up a teddy bear or something. So anyways, that's our, that's our new character on the show.
I just, I sometimes I pull up next to her and I'm like, not like, it's like, why haven't I given her
money yet? Or like ask for her name. I don't know. I just want to know her certain homeless people.
like I said I just like I want to know you um it's so hot in here I just guys we're in the
thick of summer I'm uh I am in a hoodie I should turn on the AC all right the AC is on but it's
too I think it's at 74 just wait how did I just drink that now I'm self-conscious again
okay I'm gonna set the scene before I do that I'm gonna go turn on the AC higher or lower because
i'm gonna sweat off this makeup and that won't be good for the clips because i'm gonna have to
powder it every three seconds which is so annoying sorry okay let me go fix the ac i'll be right back
okay let's set the scene now there's a maybe a gentle hum from the ac you probably can't hear it
but um anyways i'll set the scene cory has the dogs today the dogs are at the office with cory
um i woke up at got in we got in late from the f1 movie last night and i i think i went to bed
at like 11 30 so i woke up at seven um didn't go to the gym just got right to the glam okay we're
wearing nick's butter gloss in the shade angel food cake again and my ulta plumped lip gloss
i don't know and we're powdering with the wet and wild five five and one essence primer
powder stuff that I keep talking about when I powder my upper lip during the podcast to reduce
the shine on my face because we're in the thick of summer and I'm sweating okay I'm sweaty I'm
a sweaty chick um there are certain things about my parents that like growing up I didn't realize
like as I become an adult I'm gonna get something or whatever or like I guess I've always been
sweating my whole life I got that from my parents but like we it's not like a problem but like when
I work out I sweat like I'm a I'm not I run cold like I always want cozy blankets I always want to
be bundled up I'm usually cold I run cold like Corey runs hot I run cold but um I sweat so
anyways dogs are at the office I'm podcasting didn't go to the gym um took a couple spin
classes this week I canceled two Pilates classes because like I've been so booked and busy I got
excited I'm like oh yeah okay once I have a free day I'm gonna do like Pilates and I'm gonna you
know get back on my routine and I'm looking ahead at my day and it's 11 26 a.m right now
I won't be stopping until like 11 26 tonight okay and uh I'm not taking my 5 30 Pilates class
tonight that's not happening cancel that cancel the one I had I was gonna do Pilates tonight
Pilates tomorrow morning at seven at this new place I want to try um that's like a hot Pilates
place that I've never been to that everyone in San Diego is like obsessed with so that's not
happening um it's like podcast and that's it for the next two days pack a bag get on a flight
and go to Washington my flight leaves tomorrow night so that's kind of the scene that's what's
going on um and let's get into the the life updates I guess wait where's my favorite sound
effect oh shit there it is can't live without her cannot live without her so I feel like putting a
leg up on the chair hold on I want to get in a comfy position I just I want to sit like Tate
McRae when she does her um soundcheck songs I don't know if I can play this everyone okay I
don't know who everyone is but I feel like people don't think she's that or say like she's not that
talented she can't sing and I'm like have you heard her like I mean this is one of her songs
she's singing I don't think it'll be weird because it's a live thing it's not like the studio version
I literally want to sit here and play the entire thing with you so you can
listen to how good her voice is but how Charlie horse in my hamstring fuck
I guess I can't sit like Tate McRae because I'm a buff bitch and I got hamstrings I don't know
she doesn't really have like the hammies like me that's another thing my genetics got I always
hated how the back of my leg curved. Like I always was jealous. Like I'm good now. I love what I'm
rocking with. I, people want the hamstrings I have now. And when I grew up, I always wanted
like the Barbie skinny legs. Right. So it was always jealous of bitches with the, like the
straight back, the back of their leg being straight. Cause mine always curved out a little
cause I have a hamstring now with that, I got a Charlie. A little crampy cramp. Okay. So, but she
sits crisscross applesauce and sing songs. Um, but anyways, I want to play this cause
she, uh, has such a nice voice, voice of an angel.
like not to be dramatic but I want this injected into my veins like I want this song like that
version that like love her um so we're gonna get cozy do my life updates and um
I was gonna mention this during this the part where I tell you about um or when I
talk about the America's Sweethearts documentary, uh, the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders documentary
that I watch. It's part of the life updates, but like, I would love to see Tate McRae try out for
that. Like, and I want to, should I just do this now? Okay. Part of my life updates is that,
is that Corey and I, I got sick last week. Okay. We all know that, but Corey and I watched
the America's Sweethearts, the new Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders,
DCC documentary or series on Netflix. And as I'm watching it, like,
first of all, I was like, I want to see Tate McCray try out for this. Um, that would in another
like realm universe, like that would be, I would want that. I would want to see that because number
one, the reason why I'm saying that is not only is she an amazing dancer, she could probably like
hold their own okay and do really well but her aura they all need Tate McRae's aura every girl
I felt I mean it's tough they're scrutinized for everything like the littlest detail these
cheerleaders are like they're they never know what's gonna get them you know removed from the
squad or let go so they're really conscientious and hyper aware of every little detail about
themselves and so that makes them really fragile and like the entire show every girl is like on
the verge of crying like you're watching this show and I'm like these are they're so talented
and I just want to like shake them and tell them like you're here for a reason you girl girls like
you're America's sweethearts like you've been here before a lot of them are returner or returning
what are they called the veterans is that what they're called they're a vet um they're there
for a reason they need to remember who the fuck they are they need to channel an aura and energy
like Tate McRae when she gets on stage like and I know they like do that when they're doing their
thunderstruck and they do their thing when they're dancing on the field and stuff but like during
tryouts during the um camp what's it called DCC camp I don't know America's Sweetheart camp tryouts
um they're so fragile they're so in their head they're so like on the verge of crying and I'm
like I feel bad I feel so bad like and then the girl with a mom who was a coach what was her name
was it dana just you know like i felt i just felt bad they just they just made me sad for
them because i'm like come on like channel beyonce like be a bad bitch like i wish it
was a group of women instead of everyone being so like okay this is the kind of content i want
to see from the next or like the type of vibe i'm going to use the word vibe i want to see
from the next rendition of America's Sweethearts, okay?
It is so, it's currently so lovey-dovey.
These are all my best girlfriends.
I'm making lifelong girlfriends.
We're a family.
We love each other.
We support each other.
We help each other, da-da-da.
No, like, I wanna see, okay,
and this is why I think they would each
have a better chance of making it.
I know it's all about how you carry yourself,
being kind, being positive.
you're a cheerleader you have to smile you have to be like you know bubbly and like clap your hands
and wave your pom-poms and like get the crowd going I get that but like during tryouts I want
these bitches to be like when Tate McRae locks in when she does that like what's that song when she
does the sway back and forth and she does her little like she when she when Tate McRae god I'm
getting fired up when she when I want them to lock in during tryouts the way Tate McRae locks
in during her dance breaks and turns into Tatiana like that's the kind of vibe I want to see from
these cheerleaders when they try out I want them to be cunts to each other I want them to be like
like you can't do that when you're on a team okay I get it but like I want them to be more like
I'm a bad bitch I'm that bitch I'm that girl I'm here for a reason I'm I'm one of the best
dancers in this country I've you know like I want them to be a little more like that that would make
for really like I want drama I don't want the drama to be they're crying because they ate a
french fry and Kelly is gonna like notice that when they're doing their high kick like I need
more like bitchy drama from from the next America's Sweetheart series like I hope it gets to that
point because I think what I'm noticing is that they just and it's because I put myself in their
shoes when I was their age because they're all like early 20s right they're like young
some of them are like 18 you're so like vulnerable and you still some girls at that age are super
secure and confident and they have that like Tate I mean what is she 21 she acts like she's a grown
ass fucking woman who's like confident and like you know she just carries herself that way but
Like I remember when I was the age of these dancers, I was like super insecure and commentary
from like a, a Kelly would like a coach Kelly would like wilt me and make me like frat,
like scared and like worried about, am I going to make it, you know, they're so sweet.
Like they're so, um, the girls, like they're just so innocent and sweet and they want to
do their best and they're worried and it means everything to them.
They've trained their whole life for this.
This is their biggest dream.
so of course they're gonna be be a little vulnerable like that but um I could do less
with the crying and more with like the catfights and the like I want to see
like I just want to see like how many girls try out like 40 I just want to see like bitches like
fucking like mean like resting bitch faces and like I want them to talk behind each other's
backs and just um selfishly as a viewer like I know that's not good for anyone that's awful to
say but like it's a little too sappy it's a little too lovey-dovey and I love the girlhood of girlhood
the girlhood of it all and the you know but um I mean they're America's sweethearts they're not
America's cunts and it's called that for a reason so I guess as I'm saying this um we need like a
ghetto version. Um, like, yeah, it needs to, what's like a, are there other dance competition
shows that are like that? I'm sure there are. Okay. So we watched America's Sweethearts life
update. I got sick last week. I got, um, what was my sickness? God. And I wouldn't shut the
fuck up about it on my Instagram story. I was like coming on every day. Like I'm still sick.
here's my makeup routine here's my skincare routine like you guys probably remember that
from last week but what did I have it was like oh my fucking charlie horse is kind of like coming
back um I had like um started oh an upper respiratory infection that's what it was which
is super annoying because I felt 100% fine like or I didn't feel fine but I was 100% functional
I could do everything I could except when it came to doing the podcast I was like this isn't
happening I was just too and also and also like everyone was taking a summer break from podcasting
last week and I was like I'm lumping myself into that equation I am taking a week off because I
never take a week off actually yes I do I've been highly inconsistent over the years and certain
there are certain seasons of time where it's like one episode a month where what the fuck you know
like that's happened here and there um it's always when I like fall in love and meet someone like
that's like, I'm like, fuck the podcast. You know, I'm busy. Um, I'm with a man. It's the
priority right now. How fucking great is that? Um, not good for business. Good for, I guess
my life story. But, um, anyways, it took a week off and, uh, didn't podcast. What am I saying? I
was sick, upper respiratory. Oh, I was like super functional, but like, I felt like shit
and it was not even um it came to a head where my entire after like day five it came to a head
which was annoying because I was like oh I'm gonna get over this no it surged by day five
and I've never had head pressure and like face pressure this bad before so anyway so that
happened last week let's get to the 4th of July okay let's talk about what we did um what we got
up to what I brought to the family barbecue, et cetera, et cetera. Okay. So 4th of July,
we, this was our third year. We went to the country club where we got married and watched
the fireworks with our friends and they do a really nice event. It's like good for kids,
good for the parents. There's like a carnival. Um, there's a ton of amazing like barbecue and
burgers hot dogs pie and ice cream and like the whole thing all the sides the coleslaw
you know everything good about fourth of july food they have it and they have um this amazing
fireworks display i think it's the best in san diego i mean i'm just saying that's the only one
i've seen but like um it's like you're watching the fireworks at disneyland like it's gorgeous
and you sit right under it on the golf course and you're looking up and it's like music's playing
and it's amazing so before we went there we went to Corey's parents house and they hosted a barbecue
with friends and family and I showed up what did I make oh I made a charcuterie board and chocolate
chip cookies and I did like a red white and blue fruit thing so that's what I brought um so that
was fun trying to think of anything specific about oh I know let's talk about the difference
between men and women at a or at a party like when people are setting up and it's chaotic and
stressful and it's down to the wire and it's crunch time and you know this is this is how
okay I watch this in almost slow motion because as I'm watching it I'm like men would never like
this is not how men would have reacted to this and this is how this is why men make stressful
situations worse at like during like events and party planning where it's like you've got 15
minutes until the guests arrive now shit just hit the fan and we need to make it better okay
and I'm not saying this is I'm not saying all men okay whatever but okay I'm not gonna say who but
there's a situation at this at Corey's parents house where guests were about to arrive and
everything was fucked in the kitchen. Like it was just fucked. Okay. And an individual not saying
who was freaking the fuck out, like freaking out, like throwing shit on the floor, like boxes and
like trying to like figure out what's going on. Like I need to open everything and see what the
food is. So we know where to put it. And you know, do we even, did someone forget this at Phil's
barbecue because they catered and oh my God, do they even remember to do? So it was just like
really stressful and crazy. And we've all been there. Okay. Like we've all been in that moment
of oh fuck and stress so what I witnessed in slow motion and this is why I love women and this is
like why women are better than men um in general just like this is a perfect example there's like
five women in the kitchen observing the woman freaking out and they just started getting to
work they just started help they just they didn't talk to her they didn't ask questions they didn't
ask for a list they didn't freak out back on her they just started like cutting corn in half
we were cutting I got in there with a knife and I started helping out with the corn on the cob
someone else was like doing something else with the the catering and and fixing that they basically
read the room they're like okay this is all fucked she's freaking out we're gonna make it better and
we're not gonna like get in her way okay we're just gonna like come in and just go and like just
do and fix it where men I swear to god like men I've witnessed this too like they just go well
what do you want me to do and well we're trying our best and just well tell us what you want us
to do then to make it better and it's like that is the worst thing to do to a woman who's like
trying to make a nice party like you know so that was a moment where I'm like
fucking power to the puss right there okay at a barbecue put on a function like you just everyone
just like it's the best way to be helpful in those situations is to just shut the fuck up put your
head down and get to work. Just like notice what needs to be done here. What needs to be done from
the person freaking out and just act accordingly and do it. Okay. And, um, it was, it was lovely.
We fixed it and she apologized. It was like, she knew it was like crazy. Um, the food was great
and it all worked out. And, um, but I just remember thinking about that in the moment. I was
like, yeah, men sometimes in those situations just make it fucking worse. Um, yeah. So, all right.
We went to the barbecue. We saw the fireworks Sunday. We, um, I need to like keep this moving
because we have a lot to cover, a lot to cover. So barbecue fireworks. It was great. Oh, I told
you I drank a margarita and got a little too lit. I get excited. That's the thing. Whenever it's
like a function and it's like 4th of July or like a boat or fucking whatever, I just get like
giddy about it and then I'm like drinking and I'm like wait I drank too you know I'm like oh shit
that's why something that I I'm like I just I don't even enjoy hard alcohol I don't even enjoy
mixed drinks I like a margarita okay don't get me wrong I like a margarita but if that's all I'm
drinking for the it's just too much I'm a beer bitch okay I'm a I'm a Coors Light after a
margarita or two it's like switch to Coors Light switch to light beer or just only drink beer like
whenever I just drink beer I'm completely fine but when I see these people of like and I've
talked about this a lot um because you know I I come from a lineage of alcoholics okay that's my
in in the blood so I'm hyper aware of myself I see it in other people I noticed it but like there is
a weird glory there's two things happening sobriety is a huge thing right now like people
are not drinking especially the younger kids um which is fucking annoying because it's like
like I'm under the impression I know kids are still like partying in college but I don't think
they're doing it even close to the level I'm probably getting this wrong that like my like
when I was in college was which was like what 10 years ago now that's so crazy like there's like
like the the gen zers the younger kids are just fucking boring they don't know how to have fun
they don't know how to have a good time they don't know how to have a cocktail and like you
know let loose like they don't know how to do a keg stand like they're not even do like I'm getting
that that impression like sobriety not drinking and which is amazing like what a wonderful thing
for the upcoming generation to not have issues with that but um the other side of that so there's
a lot of sobriety happening a lot of mocktails on menus mocktail bars like is influencers
like your upper not upper class what am I saying yeah like you're you're uh the influencers out
there just pounding alcohol like it's and partying around the clock and it's like every time you see
their content they're like pouring a fifth of vodka in a fucking martini glass and you're just
like holy shit and they're always talking about they're always drunk in their content they're
always and it's so like it's being like glamorized a little bit right now which isn't you know and
and it's kind of like this is what I'm saying it's not like they're 20 okay I'm talking about
like you're almost 30 or you're in your 30s doing it still and that's a little bit I don't know I
just don't love to see it um no judgment but judgment like it's just a little bit it's like
glorified, I guess. Why did I say this? Because, Oh, Oh, so I can't. So like with the hard alcohol,
I was saying like, Oh, I'm seeing a lot of that on social media right now. A lot of like booze in
and just partying and like go, you know, which, you know, whatever. But, um, I just don't understand
that. I don't understand a martini. I don't understand putting an olive in a martini and
pounding martinis all night. Like, how do you not feel like fucking shit the next day? Like I can
barely do like I'll I like tequila and that's about it I'll have a margarita but like um see
now I'm in my head like this is me let's be insecure together right now live on the show
I'll take you into my brain I've been noticing and I keep mentioning alcohol and I keep reflecting
on it and talking about it on my show recently it's always brought up so it's like oh Jacqueline
has a problem and it's like yeah well if you saw me on Friday like I probably had two margaritas
too many and I was just like okay slight shit show not to the not at a awful level but like
I again I get too excited and I don't I just don't hard alcohol me just it's not fun it's like I feel
like shit and I'm like well I don't even just give me a beer I'll be fine I'd rather have that
anyways so cool um we went to the barbecue we saw the fireworks Sunday okay we had friends in town
from Miami. Corey and I, I think we went out to breakfast. What did we do Saturday? I think we
just had like a chill day, actually. Saturday was pretty chill. But we saw our friends from,
they're in town from Miami. We got sushi with them. Then we saw Jurassic Park. I do have some
numbers on Jurassic Park here. I looked up. You guys, this is probably like irrelevant to the
show it says that um jurassic world rebirth opened to 147 million domestic 322 million worldwide
over the july 4th through 6th weekend f1 debuted at 55 million domestic
what's global 309 million global so I saw both of them this week Jurassic Park was great I wasn't as
what was my issue with Jurassic Park
um so we had sushi with our friends Jurassic Park and then I told you earlier in the show we
And then we relinked with them and got pizza. And then we drove up to Del Mar to get Ann's Hat Maker ice cream, this like super well-known, amazing gelato shop in San Diego. And so it was just like a really full day, like for me at least. And by that time I was like, I guess I didn't do that much. I don't know. Whatever.
um i'm it's so fun like it's fun to like oh we i think saturday went to a pool party like a kid's
pool party we saw our friend's new house we like hung there we hung at cory's parents we watched
i think we just like we're kind of hung over just chilled and watched tv and like
went to the kids thing um but oh my issue with jurassic park was just it was like
here's how I want Jurassic Park to be and it's not okay and this is as a viewer I understand so
so um I'm not it's not for me it's not scary enough or it's not um
basically I want it to have an essence like a born adjacent born action movie like what's
another example when I had, I wanted to have the essence of, um, it's an adventure movie. Okay.
It's for, it's kind of for kids. It's for adults. It's cheesy. Jurassic park is very cheesy. It's
very, um, it's not supposed to be realistic. It's not supposed to be, I mean, it's realistic
looking. I understand them CGI the fuck out of these dinosaurs. Now they're like very good at
the effects and making it look very real but I just want it to be more like raw Jurassic Park
isn't raw enough for me as a as a viewer and I crave that I think growing up when I was introduced
to Alien for the first time that scared the fuck out of me that was very raw um there's a series I
think on Apple TV it's an alien movie it's not about dinosaurs that's called um fuck what's it
called? I feel like it starts with an I. Invasion? I think it's called Invasion. That show has like
a rawness about it. There are a lot of like creepy shows, like alien shows, not necessarily dinosaurs
that feel, you know, a little more intense. And Jurassic Park, it's like, it's like watching
Pirates of the Caribbean. No, that's not a good example. It's just a little too cheesy for me.
And so like, that was my only critique about this new, uh, Jurassic park or Jurassic world
rebirth. You know, I liked the, the whales. I liked the ocean thing. Um, there was a lot of like,
you know, giant fish, giant fish attacking boats. Okay. With, uh, whatever it was cool, but
it's just so like, Oh, come on, like make it a little bit more raw. Like, like not as
too it was too good everything was way too good to be true the whole movie where and people die in
it okay so like I guess not it's not too good to be true a lot of main characters die but like
or a few but I just wanted to be a little more like oh shit I want to see someone bleeding out
I want Jurassic Park to be reminiscent of and have the essence of um
what's my favorite war movie of all time am i gonna draw a blank during this
rant right here i think i am saving i wanted to have the essence of saving private ryan
storming the beach of normandy d-day whatever is that what it was guts out of the body screaming
for their mom when a dinosaur bites them okay i need that kind of rawness about jurassic park in
the future. This is me coming online today and critiquing. I critiqued Dan. Um, I'm literally
like today, today, what have we talked about? I'm like, I want my Dallas cowboy cheerleaders to be
a little more country on, on the, on the next America's sweethearts documentary show. And I
need my Jurassic park to be, uh, a lot more raw and gory and like awful. And you're watching it
And you're, you're seeing someone bleed out with, um, you know what I mean? Like that would take it
to the next level. But again, it's more family friendly than that. It's not really the brand.
I get it, but, um, you know, just make it a little more realistic, but I loved it. I mean,
Scar, Scarlett Johans, Johan Scar, Joe, I'll just call her Scar, Joe. She's, she was great. Um,
I don't know but it was kind of just cheesy so we saw that okay and then we got pizza and then
we got ice cream and um yeah we saw a lot of kids last weekend it was so fun like we just
had a really nice time Monday was my birthday
birthdays on Monday you know but like honestly I've never been a birthday person
and um I think I think the reason I was never a birthday person is because I didn't really
like myself and I didn't really like attention
and I like this is what's crazy is I like myself and I like attention now
but I still hate my birthday is that because I'm no longer a spring chicken and I'm getting older
I'm growing older into my thirties now. Is there some sort of, you know, thing with that? I think
for me, it's like, I'm a cancer. I'm a double cancer. I'm also like a Lee. I'm a rising Leo,
double cancer, whatever the fuck that means. But like, I'm, I'm always very somber and reflective
around my birthday and I kind of get sad and in my feels. And I'm like, I don't want to celebrate.
I want to cry. Like that's the most cancer shit about me. Like my birthday is July 7th. It's like,
you know I'm in the on the other hump of 4th of July in my feels still detoxing from the alcohol
serotonin has been stripped um in my feels you know thinking about my life what I want to do
for the next year as a 31 year old and um you know I don't know like I've just never really
and maybe it's because I like don't have a lot of friends that are like around to like celebrate me
you know and it's not really that's not really the vibe with me maybe it's that um but if I
I'm just fixing my chair so yeah my birthday was Monday and then on Tuesday I um what did okay like
what did I do on my birthday I did all of my favorite things I fucking went to Trader Joe's
I went to Vaughn's I went to Ulta I went to the Goodwill I went to TJ Maxx I got like a bunch of
nice shit for the house I like made everything nice and fresh because the weekend was like the
weekend destroyed our house because we were just like changing a bunch of clothes all the time and
throwing shit around and then by Monday my birthday I'm like this needs to be tidied up I want to get
my life together for the week also I'm having guests over Tuesday so I should get ahead of this
now on my birthday and fucking clean the house so like you know that was my ideal day because that's
my favorite day of the week I love my errands day I love my shopping day I love my like me day
um it was fine and then Corey and I cooked dinner together which is what I wanted to do he's like
oh like what restaurant do I need to make a reservation at like three weeks ago and he kept
asking me like you know like and I'm just like I don't want I'm good like I feel I'm I felt so full
after the weekend of seeing all of our favorite people and um I didn't need to like go to a
steakhouse on a Monday night and like put on a dress and like do my makeup I just didn't feel
like it so we cooked um we cooked us a bolognese instead and it was amazing and um we hung out and
that was literally my birthday and so Tuesday we had guests over um yesterday we saw the F1 movie
last night um which is great Brad Pitt's hot but the thing is is he's not like okay
what is he in his 50s now 60 he's gotta be like in his 50s how old is Brad Pitt
how old oh shit is Brad Pitt you should just ask me 61 oh wait do I think he's hot wait
young Brad oh fuck yeah I always thought he was hot it was always like me being five years old
oscillating between I'm watching like oceans 11 with my parents and I'm always like my brain was
like at five years old oscillating between who do I think's hotter Brad Pitt or George Clooney
and I would always go for George Clooney um because he's so handsome whatever but like Brad
it's hot too anyways the thing I was noticing during F1 about Brad Pitt is that and it's he's
such a perfect example of you know the phrase like it's not what you say it's how you say it
with Brad Pitt it's like it's not how you look it's how you move that man moves well like there
was a part of this the movie at the end where he's just like standing waiting for the chick to like
walk towards him with his hands in his pockets and I'm imagining in my head I'm like I need to
see Corey with his hands in his pockets with his leg crossed over like that immediately like
that is my new fantasy like I just need to see a man in a white sweater like a crisp
fluffy white sweater you know wearing some you know cart like chinos I don't know what the
fucking pants are like hands in the pockets just like observing me with his leg crossed
smoldering are you fucking kidding me I don't think Brad Pitt's like the most handsome attractive
man in the world but like the way he moves is the whole movie I was like he just moves well
like there you know if you're a girl listening right now or watching you know like what it's
like to see a man who walks well like a having a hot walk is so important like important or like
it's so it's so um it's so much it does so much for a man like if you're not even if you're not
the most attractive man if you walk well and I think my tips for men men listening right now
if you want to walk well walk slower like everything you do just do it slower like I don't
like I'm talking so fast right now this isn't very like I'm not being like a smoldering siren
I'm not channeling um I always see these fucking videos and videos on TikTok about like how to be
more alluring and like how to channel your dark siren feminine energy and it's like well what you
do is you slow down your your your words and you talk softer get really like sexy about it it's
like here I am on my podcast motor mouthing because that's just how I work but um don't get
me wrong I can do that and I just did but um for men listening watching like just walk slower just
do everything slower and women too like I've mentioned a chick at my gym another character
on the show who just I'm like it looks like she just snorted a line of coke and is like
looks like okay you haven't eaten in a week and then I sound so like so fucking judgmental I'm
not going to talk about hasn't eaten in a week she's fit as fuck she looks great she's probably
super nice but she walks way too fast and it makes me uncomfortable like it's like when for example
there's a changing room and there's like a treadmill area and a weight room and all the
things but like when she would walk into the I haven't seen her in a long time but like she
walks into the um locker room and like speed walks around and it's very schizo and like crazy and
like a flea and you're just like it's it's jarring and I feel like she if she just slowed down
she would probably be perceived a little bit better I don't know she's at the gym who gives
the fuck she's getting her workout in she's like literally working out everywhere she goes so
fine I'll give it to her but um I'd say in general like what I got from the f1 movie and like good
life advice as far as like being more attractive is to slow the slow the fuck down smolder cross
your legs put your hands in your pockets if you're a man and look at your woman and just
really take her in okay that is a really um attractive way to be and to to uh to yeah to
swoon or whatever. Have someone swoon over you. Um, I thought of this earlier. I didn't mention
it. Things you're doing on social media that make you look like psychotic. Me on this podcast. No.
Um, Corey and I were talking about just like, okay, we were gossiping about someone. We were
gossiping gossiping about someone on social media I'll just say that as you do as husband and wife
it's like after the function you debriefing you gossip about the people you just saw you love
them but there's always like a little hot gossip a little tea a little drama maybe something
happened you know you always want to do a little debrief we were talking about an individual on
social media not gonna not gonna gender them identify we're just gonna say it was a okay
basically he was saying how like certain things especially girls do on social media
and it's like at the end of the day this isn't that it's not that deep it's like this doesn't
fucking matter but I think it's all about like psychology right like the psychology of this is
very like crazy and unstable and so what something he said is like um what were we it wasn't about
her I don't know what we were talking about I think I was alluding to how like when someone
is constantly changing their profile picture constantly deleting all of oh I know it was one
of his I don't know this will be two I don't I never know who's listening just someone he knows
that like it's just like a bad sign when someone deletes everything I feel like it's like a little
bit something is something okay with them you know what I mean I understand like wanting to like
rebrand, relaunch, maybe you delete a few pics, whatever, like maybe the whole thing. And you
just have a story now. I think that's a little crazy too. I think that's what the young kids
do. They do like no pictures and just, just their story. Um, so like no digital footprint,
no pictures, no, you can't see anything they're doing with their life other than what they post
on their story. So there's that. But like when people, um, this episode, I'm like,
I'm so fucking privileged to even be talking about this right now like what did I just read
these oh my god it's babies and gauze are trying to like get supplements or something like
at the hospital and it's like bomb or whatever like and I'm over here
making a thing about a bitch being looking crazy because she constantly changes her profile picture
and deletes all of her pictures and is constantly like I don't know but there's certain things I
think if okay I think something that's like for me that's a little weird okay I'll just go with
it we'll stay on this topic I don't want to get sad right now I mean we could acknowledge that
okay the world is very bad right now and also I have a podcast to make and entertain I have
entertaining. So I think it's a bad sign when someone follows like 5,000 people and they're
like a regular person. And they're like, maybe they're, they don't really, they're not really
a social media person. I'm like, how the, like, that just makes my brain worried for you. Like,
I'm like, how do you ever like, I'm all about the less people I follow that better my life is like
the less I'm exposed to random stuff on my timeline, the better. So, okay, cool. I kind
I need to like, keep it moving. Um, okay. Oh, okay. So F one last night saw the movie. It was
great. I gave it a 10 out of 10. Oh yeah. I know what I was going to do. I was going to gloat. Oh
my God. I was going to gloat about myself. I forgot when I talked about F one today, I was
like, make sure you, um, do the thing where you talk about your glory days when you were a child
and refer to a time when you thought you were really cool. And now you're 31 and you're still
talking about it. So, um, I just own it though. Like I always tell you guys, like, I don't give
a fuck. Okay. Like I am who I am. I know I'm obnoxious sometimes, especially on my show, but
like, do I want to play this TikTok? It's so fucking true. This TikTok, TikTok is so fucking
true. She was basically saying, and I'm talking about like confidence in people that like
themselves like myself when and I didn't always like myself but it's like god forbid a woman
likes herself hypes herself up says what she like is proud of about herself talks about her great
life and the things she does that make her happy and draws attention to herself because she's proud
of who she's become and what she's created and you know because she always she didn't always
maybe look this way, smile this big, look this vibrant and happy. And, and, you know,
so God forbid, you know, so people always kind of there that can be, um, jarring to people who
hate themselves. And so, cause it's like, fuck this bitch. Why is she all about herself? Why
is it all about her, her, her, you know? Um, but anyways, I used to want to be a race car driver.
Let me get some like, I don't know. Fuck. I used to want to be a race car driver. We're
going to talk about me right now. Okay. Take a breath. Do I want to play this TikTok? It's so
fucking true though. I have so many TikToks to play you guys. Oh my God. We're not even on the
part about the women I love um oh yeah yeah the caption over the video is take care of yourself
so you don't become a hater and believe me I've experienced this exact thing like okay let me just
play it another thing take care of yourself so you don't become a hater internally but also
physically get closer to god love yourself get to know yourself get to love yourself get to know how
to love yourself but very importantly is also externally okay get to know what you love about
yourself and your futures and how to enhance those things so you don't become that girl that look at
the next girl and say oh she thinks she cute she thinks she all that why are you always dress up
Why do you always have makeup on?
Take care of yourself so you don't become that girl.
Because she is who she thinks she is.
All right?
She's taking care of herself.
She's going to the gym.
She's reading her Bible.
She's doing the self-work.
She's taking care of her body.
Okay, I get the point.
Little Bible thumping, you know, whatever.
if you read the bible i'm not i'm just like not okay what is it about when people reference the
bible on social media i'm like i'm religious i don't know that was fine it was very it wasn't
like i don't know what it is that what is it about that is it because i'm ashamed of the fact
that i don't read the bible every day but see where i come from the catholic world or whatever
it wasn't all about the Bible. Like a lot of these Christian influencers or people out there,
you see like, you see them talk about God and like church and whatever. They're always referencing
verses of the Bible and like things from the Bible. I've just, maybe it's cause it's like,
Hey, it's not all about the Bible. It's like, I don't know. Anyways. Um, so true. Like take care
of yourself so you don't become a hater or like make sure, because I like what she said about
like, like girls who see other girls and they're like, she thinks she's all that. Fuck her. She
thinks she's all that. It's like, yes, she thinks she's all that. She is who she, or what did she
say? She is who she thinks she is. I am who I think I am. I know what I'm doing here. And I'm
I'm proud of that like I'm yes it's not like I'm oblivious to it I know that I'm the shit I'm work
I purposely act like I ain't you get the point like so don't become a hater and hate on other
people work on yourself pretty simple but I don't like it's so funny a lot of the way I am is like
a reaction to witnessing people in my life that I don't want to be like at all in any way because
it just breeds toxic negative energy everywhere it goes and I'm like I don't want to live that
way I don't want to think that way I don't I don't want to ever be bitter jealous angry
insecure about myself and hate myself and struggle with addiction struggle with
relationships and business and people like basically everything about me is like
whatever the fucking opposite of that is that's what I want to be and that's the line I'm towing
at all times like that's my that's a lane I want to be in and so I guess what I'm saying is that
I've experienced a lot of hater energy from other people in my life
directly towards me and it's pretty obvious it's pretty like on the nose like
you know I don't directly call call it out but it's pretty fucking obvious what it is and um
because happy people make other unhappy angry sad whatever people uncomfortable and it sucks
it's like I wish that would inspire them and and maybe it does underneath the hate and the anger
and the resentment or or the the jealousy whatever I think underneath it they they just
haven't channeled that or like um I think a lot of people in that situation it takes them a while
to come around to that maybe they eventually do but their initial thing is being a hater
she thinks she's all that fuck her you know but they want to they see it everything's a mirror
right they see me I'll just use me as the example and they go oh what she's rocking with the way
she is I have that inside of me I want to be like her but fuck her first that's usually the
the you know and that's that's sad it's sad it's a lonely it can be lonely you know it can be a
little bit like because because when I see people that I'm like oh fuck like they're killing it
they're amazing they're great they're you know I just get inspo I just get like lit up like oh
that's that that's so admirable there wow they're doing so well what are they doing how can I do
that you know I get I want to go up with them I don't want to rip them down but see when I say
things like this a lot of the self-help be like therapy psychology stuff on my podcast one of the
hardest things about being me is that as I'm saying it and thinking it I'm like how the fuck
doesn't everyone just think this way it is so like 101 how to be a person in my mind and so basic
And so like, hello, like, duh. But I think people have layers of this scaffolding that they, that inhibits them from realizing that how, like living well and being happy and like having like a great life is so fucking easy.
if you get your mind right it's all about the fucking mind and that's why yeah you know
in the heat of a battle one time like a really dark deep fight horrible the darkest of my
probably of my adulthood maybe with um I'm not gonna address who but like it got to the point
where yes there was screaming and raging and chaos but it was at the point where I was so
articulate to the end, like well-spoken about the psychology of what was happening in the argument,
because that's how I am. I get, I get fucking clinical about it because I'm just so well
vert. I just know too much because it's, I've been desperate. I'm like, why are these people this way?
I'm going to go to the internet. I'm going to find resources. I'm going to watch YouTube videos. I'm
going to listen to podcasts and figure that out. So I understand it better. So when I'm in arguments
like that, I find myself. Cause at that point I'm just like, fuck it. I throw the towel in and I'm
I'm like, I'm standing up for myself.
I'm popping off.
Like if you poke the bear,
you're gonna get fucking bit, okay?
But it got to the point where they're like,
wait a minute,
have you ever thought about getting your PhD?
And I don't know if this was a condescending thing,
but they're literally like,
have you ever considered going back to school
and like getting your PhD in this
and like maybe becoming a doctor of this?
Like, you know?
I want to make history, and that's what this is.
What's this one?
Oh, that's a great sound effect.
I need to use that more.
I should have used that during the Jurassic Park segment.
It's my gift, I guess.
Or it's all about turning the negative into a positive.
What's the...
biggie, biggie lyric. Turn the negative into the positive and it's all good.
It was all a dream. I used to read Word Up magazine. What was that lyric?
Every Saturday you're up.
Went from negative to positive and it's all good. I think that was lyric. Anyways. Okay. So
rant over, you get the idea. Um, I'm a, I'm a perfect person and nothing is wrong with me and
I'm better than other people and if you don't like that please stop listening
I know that I'm a I'm way further ahead than a lot of people in this world because I actually
am willing to say what I am not proud of about myself I'm actually willing to come online and
it's not about coming online it's about standing in the mirror like let's just start very basic
I've actually stood in the mirror and addressed this with myself I've had a conversation
with myself about it and I've worked on it and I'm cocky about it because you know what
I'm sick of people hurting other people
and you you best believe I've been hurt okay and um it's just so dumb like it's just like
fucking you guys heal your goddamn trauma fix your fucking personality quirks and your issues
and your shit do I have empathy for people that struggle and and you know they're just trying to
survive yes like I get it sometimes you're in the trenches and you react and you revert back to your
three-year-old self and it's just like you know it's tough it's tough to be a person but god damn
it's like you know please like work on it we have so much information about like how to help
ourselves help ourselves and live better now it's like fucking be curious no one's fucking
that's a thing I'm just too curious I'm too curious I think when you're or um is it because
I'm just such a big dreamer this is what it is oh my god is this gonna be the self-help
fucking podcast again no it's not gonna be
That's the sound effect I'm going to play when I need to take a breath, okay?
Maybe I just lost my train of thought while I did that, and then we'll just actually move on.
No, I didn't lose my train of thought. No, I did not. Okay, we are going to do
the segment about positive positivity and, um, the people I like following that are positive
because I really want to talk about that. Um, I actually lost my train of thought. Maybe that's
a good thing because like, I'm not gonna, I was just talking about working on yourself. Okay. We
all know that. Um, and this is just a natural reaction or progression of someone who's been
hurt because they're like okay I don't why are people like that I don't get why they hurt me
okay we get that okay you get the idea we've talked about this a million times um turn the
negatives into the positive is that a good segue into the positive bitches online I love
damn is on prime week there's a lot of bitches online uh giving me a inspo about no oh shit you
know when you're like sometimes when I podcast that's like a you know what that was a moment
where I actually forgot what I was going to say. And, um, I freaked out and I said, this is not a
self-help podcast. I don't want to do this right now, but then I had a thought and, um, yeah,
I think you guys get the point though. It doesn't need to be hashed out for fucking two hours. Um,
but damn it it's kind of like what I want to like I always get drawn towards the
therapy stuff because I'm like I keep talking about it and like getting it out
um but yeah I think I think maybe you relate to that like when something seems so
oh I know I was gonna talk about being a big dreamer
I love podcasting I remembered where I lost my train of thought I'm gonna talk about being a
big dreamer this is what it is okay so my little pea brain my little hopeless romantic about life
pea brain is just wants everything to be like a storybook like like a Disney movie right and so
when you have that brain and you know at your core like your whole life like ever since I've
been a little girl that I'm meant to have an amazing life I'm meant to do great things I'm
meant to be seen and heard by the masses like I'm meant to see my name in lights literally I like I
just have always known that it's like this all-knowing that sounds fucking crazy but like
is it because my last name's Monroe and like psychologically as a little girl I knew about
Marilyn Monroe and I was like I want to be like her you know and also I was like on stages as a
little girl dancing and and singing and doing my makeup and putting lipstick on and like always
performing and being in front of an audience. And so maybe that was all built in because of
those, those big dreams are built in because of what I was literally doing at three years old
and until, until now. So, um, but the thing about that, the thing about
being a big dreamer and being someone who wants a great life and wants things to
work out for them is that when you have,
is that when the people closest to you hurt you oh my god am I doing this right now
when you've been okay I'll say a few things is that
this is my hero's journey like this is a classic hero's journey story like
you're this innocent little girl that wants to have a beautiful great life and she does now
like it's all fine it all worked out but I've it's been a journey um and you start start off
with really bad bullying in elementary school and then that carries through high school and then
you develop a really awful eating disorder and you're you know there's abuse at home and there's
chaos and there's you know um violence and scary shit in the home and you grow up in that and
alcoholism and chaos and um you know you're you're in that environment your whole upbringing and then
but yet you still have the dream right you still have the dream during all of that you're still
this little girl who just wants the normal storybook disney thing right because that's
but you've been sold. It's propaganda. Okay. Nothing's perfect. No family's perfect. No
childhood is perfect. That's probably, you know, no, I think there's like pretty basic
things about family and life where treat others how you want to be treated, be kind,
don't hurt people. Don't, you know, like be kind, like literally just be kind. Um, pretty basic,
but very difficult, I guess, for some adults out there in the world. Um, and so you deal with
bullying the eating disorder the chaos at home parents divorcing at 20 and then your mom got
cancer at one point and that was fucking traumatizing and then you know you face the
adversity right like you face the adversity and um I guess what I'm saying is that
I wonder what it's like to be a big dreamer
who doesn't have to face a lot of adversity that causes their mind to be
bombarded by shit that they have to fucking unpack as an adult while they're chasing their
dream you know like I wonder what it's like to have a storybook child at a storybook perfect
little everything silver spoon the whole thing and then you can like literally just and I know
that's such a a rarity it seems like a rarity these days and maybe you can relate to that maybe
you can't but maybe a lot of you can't relate to it because you've experienced a lot of trauma and
adversity and you've had to overcome a lot but like I always wonder what that's like when it's
just like good you know you have to deal and unpack and but that's that's part of life again
and I think the fact that I went through all that is a blessing because I get to talk about it here
and I get to turn it into something positive and, um, heal from it and heal, or what do they call
it? Like break the chain. I'm breaking the chain. I'm the black sheep, like breaking the chain. Am
I the black sheep? I don't like labels about myself, but, um, I guess it's just a little bit
of, um, a bummer and like a grief thing because you're like, without you knowing it, you're
actually grieving a life that you didn't get to have especially with people close to you where
you're like like for example I've guys I don't really talk about my dad but like I'm I have a
really confusing relationship with my dad I don't really talk to him he hasn't really talked to me
haven't really been I I think the last time I saw him was like seven years ago
like it's very strange and weird and uninvolved and like that's like a that's like a person dying
who's still alive it's like and that's grief so like the emotion underneath all of it that I'm
dealing with is grief and um but I had to go through therapy I had to like unpack all this
I had to understand it um to to like really comprehend that and so yeah that's just stuff
but yet I still have this dream I still want the fairy tale and yet yet I do like in a way
I've created a life that is very fairy tale storybook and amazing and wonderful and I
really have no complaints but um those things you have to get through along the way fucking suck and
it's like the this is what I guess I'm getting to back to the previous topic about not being a
piece of shit and working on yourself is that literally I'm not blaming other people but I'm
just saying if the other parties intimately involved in my life and my upbringing would
have done things differently and mainly with themselves like work on themselves like like
truly like admitted to problems and like worked on them and were accountable and apologized and
like really did the work you know maybe my journey my hero's journey my adversity I had to fucking
deal with especially psychologically wouldn't be so bad you know so it's like you owe that to your
offspring you owe that to the people anyone anyone you're you know to like that's your duty as a
person like that's your that's your responsibility especially as an adult so I take it really
seriously, especially now that, you know, I'm looking ahead at like having kids someday. And
it's like, I just see things so clearly and so differently now I'm like, you know, but again,
makes people funny, makes them a great podcast, makes them entertaining, makes them, you know,
they've got their you know gives them some flavor personality charm charisma
so maybe there's pros to abusing your children I'm not saying I was abused I'm just saying I
think environmentally like the environment was not the healthiest and you know it is what it is
I always say this, like I'm a person for the first time. So are my parents or my other family
members, everyone's going through life for the first time. And so, and not everything's perfect
and ideal. But again, I think I'm stubborn about how, like, I have these big dreams and like,
I'm, I want them and I I'm going to get them, but like, or I'm not stubborn. I'm like, I'm just
like am I like resentful am I bitter am I angry like I think something you know my mom picked up
on actually when we were here together this last time she visited me was that I'm like mad around
her sometimes like I'm like I'm like short with her and I'm like impatient and annoyed and it's
like I don't I guess it's because I don't do well with problems that are bullshit like I just don't
I'm like they don't because in my mind I'm like this is so stupid these like this drama you're
bringing up to me and this stupid shit I'm like it doesn't this is so like dumb to me because
I don't do well with that I guess so it's like when you're on xx games mode and you've
you're aware of shit and you've worked on yourself you know you're like on a different
playing field of awareness and like consciousness and like I don't ever get into like spirituality
stuff but like I do believe that about myself like I'm there's different playgrounds you know
and so when someone's on a different playground mentally and they're you know they're telling
you about stuff it's just like you're like fuck I don't have time for this I want to just talk
about anything else like I don't like talking about people and problems I do not like talking
about people and problems what I do on my podcast here do I talk about people and problems on my
podcast kind of I gossip I like to gossip okay I don't know I need to move on I feel like I
unloaded a little bit there I don't know if that was too much um but I was very honest and real
and that's the best I can do for you as a podcast host and I'm gonna powder my upper lip now because
i do feel hot and shiny and um we need to talk about the positive bitches i love
on the internet that really fire me up and then we're gonna end the episode
did i talk about just me for changing his instagram name to little bieber
this is what i have for news like i'm not even going to talk about it justin bieber changed his
instant name to lil bieber the texas floods obviously we talked about that dad jumps
overboard after daughter falls from disney cruise ship you've probably heard about that
the uh brian coberger
brian coberger idaho for plea deal
there's a picture of him circulating when there's like
news about it and he's just like staring into the camera and his fucking eyes are like
I can't even look I get I get jolted I'm like
um someone on Mount Whitney a 14 year old started hallucinating got altitude sickness and is now
in a medically induced coma he like walked off a cliff I don't know why I wrote that down I think
it's because sort of close to home like that's sort of near it's in California Khloe Kardashian
just discloses her face work I don't care she's probably had some Botox and some filler who
fucking cares you know who fucking cares what people do to their face like honestly like I
know it can get ridiculous I understand with Chloe it's kind of ridiculous but like
I can only imagine this shit she's face you want to talk about hero's journey overcoming things
that woman's been scrutinized by her look about her looks her entire fucking life she can do
whatever the fuck she wants with her face and I'm not going to judge it like literally or her body
like I don't that's the thing why are people so and that's another thing that's like a reaction
too I'm I am judgmental about you watching Love Island and enjoying it and and spending your
wasting your life away watching Love Island this summer just can't I am judging that but like in
general I think when it comes to like it's like you gotta you gotta like I guess
critique some shit at what people do I don't know I'm just like I'm not judgmental I'm like
do live your life live and let live that's my motto live and let live
and if you don't like how someone lives and what they do
keep it moving like literally
don't be a hater that's the title of the episode don't be a hater
am I being a hater I think am I being a hater okay so these are the positive
chicks online these are the positive women online who don't piss me off because I don't know about
you but I love Meghan Markle she's a little that her brand of positivity I love Meghan Markle her
brand of positivity is not for me and I know she's eventually gonna
show us who she really is like that video when she was shaking her ass in the hospital room
um i think she posted that on father's day i want to say um eventually she'll get there but
her brand of positivity is just too cringy for me it's just not for me but there are women online
who resonate their positivity and they're like over positive like they're like genuine
positivity actually resonates with me. And I'm going to start with Kayla. Okay. We're going to
start with Kayla. Kayla is on TikTok doing a series and we're going to play one of her videos
because this is a breath of fresh air for my brain. When I watch her, I want to cry.
i feel like i'm not living my life right i'm concerned about all of the wrong things
and there's a better way to live so this is kayla from tiktok and she is a positive woman online
ah she's queer she fuck she talks about a queer facebook community she's in what does that mean
kayla's a girl but kind of androgynous like i don't she has short hair i don't know
how to gender are we even doing that in 2025 like are we even doing like how important how
important is it that I get this right right now before I play our video fuck Kayla's a girl her
name's Kayla she's a chick she wants to be known as a girl okay hello day 22 of doing something
every day after work so I'm not living for the weekend um today I thought I would show you um
my artist trading cards so what that is is I'm in a group and on Facebook um and you create little
cards and you can draw paint do whatever on them and then you send them to other people who want
to trade back um it's actually really cool but I'll show you some um so like I really just take
two pieces of cardstock and I glue a card in between it and then I just create on these um
but you can do you just create I just I'm on I'm in a Facebook group we exchange cards
you just take cardstock you cut it you glue a couple together so it's a little thicker like
a piece of cardboard and you just create I have nothing negative to say about her like I literally
cannot shit on this at all um she just create on a piece of cardstock just create on a piece
I okay let's keep watching like I made this one and like this one was a weekly prompt so every
week they do like this one um they just do random things together so this one was shark
chopsticks sushi roll and so this is what I came up with um but you can hand paint them like this
one or I just sometimes collage stickers together it's just really cool and it's a cool way to
connect with other artists and send your art and you receive art um I really enjoy it and yeah
happy it is Thursday even though it's technically was a work Friday if that made sense god I love
her here's another one day 18 of doing something every day after work so I'm not living for the
weekend today I'm going to a local play at the local community college
go into the play at the local community college
I want this life like I feel like I'm just doing things wrong
okay I'm not gonna play the whole thing because it's like just a vlog now but
like when's the last time you looked up your local community college
college's your local community college's theater arts program and like what plays they're putting
out I mean do I have another one to show you here's day 25 of doing something every day after
work so I'm not leaving for the weekend today we're gonna go drop off our bookmarks to the
library I mean oh my god when's the last time you've thought about your local library
and their need of bookmarks or their their need of their
she makes bookmarks and she drops them off at her local library so people can have a bookmark
for their books. It's too wholesome. It's like this, this is not 20. This is not a, um, it's
okay. Again, we talked about this last week with Jamie Kern, Kern Lima, who interviewed Megan
Markle. And it was like, so tell me about, you know, so phony and not ironic. No, there was no
irony. It was all phoniness, all fake smiles, platitudes, positivity. It was a Pinterest board
talking to a Pinterest board. We talked about that. And my take on it was like, I'm too damaged
to understand this now with with Kayla I am too damaged to understand her too
there is a such thing as something is too there there is a such thing as content being too wholesome
for me to understand and that's depressing you know what back to what we just talked about um
in the previous segment when it comes to childhood trauma and
fucking bullshit. That's why the biggest cause I am behind
right now at this stage of my life is, um, I'm against
child abuse. I'm making it sound like I've been fucking abused. Like I ha I'm just against
bullying I'm against violence and rage and anger and subjecting children into that environment for
their entire childhood that's what I'll say sue me because you know and I'm pro-divorce
hear me out, okay, god damn it, this episode took a weird turn, I'm pro-divorce, I said that,
and I'm proud to say, like, here's what I mean, I am a married woman, and I love marriage,
I love what it symbolizes, I love love, you know, I love my marriage, I love Corey, like,
everything's good, but what I am saying is that, and this is only, okay, and something that I
understand from a viewer's perspective or a listener's perspective is it is like um
you know the whole like you know my name not my story thing like that phrase like you know my name
you don't know my story like I'm trying to do my best here at
telling my story
so you don't judge me as hard for having these harsh opinions that are really like what the
fuck are you okay like you're so damaged like you're pro-divorce like what the fuck it's like
no I am everyone has a different experience right everyone has a different life experience
and based on that they're gonna value things and um differently than maybe you do because of
your life experience right so that's how we're all operating we're all operating from that place of
like this is what I experienced and because of that this is what I think right so in my case
I experienced divorce at 20 when I this is like am I the thing is is I know my mom's mowing the
lawn right now and she's listening to this and she's probably like this fucking daughter of mine
God mother. Just airing it all out. You know what? I'm 31. I'm trying to help people. Basically
what I'm saying is that I think a lot of times people stay together for the sake of like keeping
the family together and the kids. And I just think that the older I get and more into marriage,
I get, I'm like not even a fucking year. And I'm a young spring chicken. I have no wisdom. I am
not a mature woman. I haven't lived life. Who the fuck am I to say this? These are the kind of
comments that I'm sure, you know, whatever the internet wants to say to me. But
from my experience, I would say that if the parents are well, the kids are most likely
going to probably be well, you know, but if the parents are at each other, if it's not
good with the marriage, like if it's really bad, even that's probably going to come down to the
kids. It starts at the top, right? It's just like a corporate, it's like corporate America. Okay.
It's like your CEO's up here, your CEO and your CEO, CEO and your COO married. And then you got
the fucking, uh, accountant and the secretary and the fucking lawyer. Okay. So it's like,
those are the three kids. It's going to come down to them. So if the COO and the CEO are
like Addie you know it I just feel like it's um it's sad it's very difficult it's not as simple
as that but I think um life's too short even just as a married person like if I ever fucking hate
Corey for any reason someday I'm like not that I I'm not gonna be like oh I'm out but I just feel
and I can never imagine like it's so hard to even get to that place in my head but it's not
and we literally talk about shit like this so openly and we can say these things but like
life is too I value my life too much and I value his life too much and I value our future kids's
life too much to and their life experience to keep things on the try to keep things on the
I don't know. It's so much easier said than done. I'm so naive, I guess, but I guess I can't really
talk on this. I do have experience. I'm just saying like, I think it's better for everyone
to go through. I don't know. Again, I have, I'm a big dreamer. I have a, I have a perfect
or a idealistic mindset about perfect little families and shit because whatever and I want
the Disney fairy tale and I want everyone to have that and if you don't then divorce
don't stay together for the kid like I'm literally like you know I understand it's not that simple
um but again I think I'm too damaged to understand wholesome content like this
okay next up we've we have Kristen we have skin by Kristen
i love this bitch this is my new favorite bitch on tiktok okay skin by kristen
i'm gonna just drink my green juice right now i did the thing with my tongue did you
guys zoom in on that i did the thing with my tongue
hold on how's the shine looking hold on
we're okay
lips are a little dull we're gonna shine up the lips so i came across you've probably seen her on
tiktok i came came across hold on my lips are burning oh my god this is a three-hour podcast
what time do we start fuck it um i came across skin by kristin and she's super positive and
she's not annoying about it and that's why I fucking love her and the thing about her that
really fires me up is her cleaning OCD her routine OCD her particularness her meticulousness
her mannerisms her good skin she's an esthetician she also does TikTok videos on like how to take
care of your home and like best the best products to use around the house and how to do your laundry
and like I mean she gets into the details of every single thing down to I'm waiting for the
video where she wipes her ass and she's like the way this toilet paper folds when I use it
is so good you need to buy this here's the Amazon link the ply or whatever the fucking quilting on
it it's just there's something about it that's just so much better than like the other toilet
like I mean she makes everything sound so important Kristen skin by Kristen she makes
me wonder okay so she the the thing that's so so refreshing to watch too
is a person who in 2025 a woman a housewife she is a wife she's like I am a wife I take care of
my husband. I make him a sandwich before work every day. I put out his supplements. I make his
coffee. I get his, you know, I, I, she does turn down service. Okay. But she owns all of this. She,
she does not like, um, I know this cause like, here I am, you know, I love doing all that stuff
for my husband too. But like, I find that when I come online as a 20, as a 31 year old in 2025,
five um a married woman I find myself putting in um what do you call it I always have to like
preface by saying like I know this is trad wifey but I still love doing it like I know this is
I've been brainwashed by the patriarchy but like I have to always say that because I'm like trying
to protect myself from the haters that are like she's you know she's been she's a kept woman and
she's um being what do people say she's trapped like she's being controlled by a man and she
stays at home and she buys groceries and she cleans the toilets you know but Kristen is like
I'm I love being a wife I love making my husband's sandwich every morning I love the special the way
she fucking puts the cheese on the sandwich the way she fucking does everything is so fun to watch
because she's passionate about her life she's passionate about every little detail of everything
she does she loves hypochlorous acid she talks about hypochlorous acid and I bought hypochlorous
acid she I love this bitch okay and I'm gonna play her video so you can get a little taste of
what who she is and what she's about but um it makes me want to
like I get so inspired around the like
you know what this is the check-in i want you to do with yourself right now before i play this
video by screen from skin by kristin it's interesting because in the age of information
you become aware of more and more ideas about life and what it means to be a woman you become
more aware of what people think is right versus wrong when it comes to being a modern day woman
and what happens is you feel sometimes mentally conflicted by it all and confused by it all
and so the check-in I want you to do right now with yourself is
like reflect on what you like and what you don't like and instead of because what here's what
happens when you have awareness you go okay I like doing my makeup I like makeup okay what else do I
like I like shopping I like being feminine and wearing dresses I like baking cookies I like
organizing the home I like being a homemaker fuck it I like gardening okay now what happens when you
have awareness is as you're like admitting all that to yourself things that you genuinely like
your soul is happy about you go oh but like the patriarchy told me that I'm supposed to like these
things and actually what I'm doing is I'm performing femininity this is not that's in the
new terminology it's like okay you put on you're putting on a dress so now you're a you're that
that's a feminine performance so this fucking internet this fucking bullshit internet gets in
your mind and now you're aware of all these isms and these phrases and words and you're it makes
your life experience shitty because you're like or not shitty but it makes it annoying because
you're like i just want to be like skinned by kristin and spray hypo hypochlorous acid all over
all over my husband's dick before I suck it. Because I like doing that, not because the
patriarchy fucking brainwashed me into being a wife and a homemaker and a house cleaner all day.
You know? So I'm pro whatever the fuck you like, like it, keep liking it, do it. If it fills your
cup keep doing it it's you're not trapped you're not brainwashed you have to at some point like
live your life and enjoy it and all of this information maybe it's because it's my algorithm
and I'm just overexposed and I do like keep scrolling now I've told I've alluded to this
in the past like if I see some like feminist thing which is very good it's educational like I know a
lot more than I ever did but it's like keep scrolling you know like just stay um
on track with who you are what you like and what makes you feel good and happy and and
fulfilled and if that's your stay-at-home wife fucking life fuck it you like it
remember that people want to be
I get I have the best fucking life I literally get to talk what about whatever the I'm so
blessed like I live in America I have a podcast I can do I can literally talk about whatever I want
I can make my own schedule I wake up every day I can do whatever the fuck I want
I have freedom with my time and I get to live my dream and do my dream career
isn't that what everyone wants for their life like I'm so blessed I'm so grateful for that and I'm so
um I don't know if my delivery of that was the best like I think I can be kind of like arrogant
about it but like it's just I don't know you gotta have a little sass you know you gotta have
little like Tate McCraney okay this is Kristen okay please tell me I'm not alone that when you
travel it kind of gives you a break from cleaning so much I know everyone feels that way it gives
you a break but for someone like me I know you guys get this but like I am so obsessive about
it like I we can tell don't even sometimes I look at my house and I'm like it's beautiful but like
I'll notice every speck everything like I just and there's always something to do there's always
somewhere to clean there's always something I need to figure out so when I'm going out of town it's
like I get like a couple weeks to like not be so crazy about it but on the flip side when I come
home I appreciate it so much more like I want to clean I want to take care of things but that's
why I think it's good for someone like me who doesn't like to travel to travel to like get my
mind off it and like relax for a second because I don't relax at all I walk like 25,000 30,000
steps a day I stopped wearing my watch and a ring because I became too obsessive so I was like I'm
done but I'm doing the same routine I did but anyways I'm currently taking all my skincare
out of this drawers here and it's all brand collaborations that I have to bring with me
because i'm working with the brand using their product you don't want to know okay i think what
we're watching is an extreme case of ocd and she's monetized it's she's making money off of it
god bless it's also very inspirational so um and it's helping people like it truly like i think
um you get ideas she has so many tips and tricks she also helps you with skincare stuff so it's
not like but but goddamn you know like but then I'm like why am I not like I want to be more like
her I want to be more like disciplined and I want to like be like like she's like on her fucking
bathroom floor with a bin of products and she's like wiping down probably a baseboard like
oh like fires me up but here's another one these are some things that I do every single day that
would probably classify me as either OCD clean freak type a whatever it may be crazy straight
it up crazy by the way I'm 38 years old and I've been like this my entire life I vividly remember
going to church when I was younger sitting in the pew with a note card writing down what I wanted
to clean when we got back to the house because it was driving me crazy that we left the house
on us and when I never just leave the house like it's planned I have showered I have shaved I have
body lotion on I have my skincare on my dogs have been walked my purse is I know I'm leaving the
next day I will what time I get up I had to do my workout my purse will be ready to go my my pills
will be set out my supplements everything I am a planner and I'm very
routine the type of travel I love is road trips and my dogs and come with me
we've got our creature comforts we have all the things besides that your girl is
not gonna go many places and that is fine that's why I moved to Florida
because I love the sunshine and I wanted to live somewhere somewhere where I
wanted to vacation often the drawers in my house are just as clean as my house
there are some people who are surface clean like you can look at the house
was like oh it looks clean but the drawers are a mess my makeup is not just randomly thrown in
there I don't have I've watched this woman wipe down she like squirts ketchup on her sweet potato
fries and like wipe the nozzle of the ketchup before she puts it back in the fridge that's one
of her tips by the way like as you use something as you she'll literally take a spice out of the
cabinet and sprinkle it on her fucking uh what's what do you put spice on I don't know meatloaf
and like wipe the spice thing I mean it's probably a little bit too much like I think that's not
that's like clinically a little bit crazy but I love her I'm obsessed with her I just love watching
it here's another one if you want to wake up with a flat belly and like literally zero bloat
I do these three things pretty much every single night there's so many other benefits to it too
okay I didn't want to play that one sorry um you get the idea just extremely particular
I mean I don't know if I showed you the best videos because my favorite ones are when she
like there was one speaking of meatloaf where I think she talked about Costco meatloaf and made
it sound like the most important thing in the world how she gets the Costco meatloaf she cuts
it a certain way she puts it in the tinfoil and she wraps it a certain way and puts it in the
fridge then when it's time for dinner the vegetables and the meatloaf are perfectly together
and you take it out and you put it in the toaster oven for 30 minutes and it's like oh my fuck it's
like wow I think for me it's her um the turndown service for her husband she gets the bedroom all
like set up for him like nighttime with like everything like a little there's like a side
table that like wheels over the bed and like god bless she's fulfilled in her relationship
she loves her life she's also child free at 38 which god bless um she talks about that like they
don't want kids so her love is her being at home her dogs like her husband um again she's an
esthetician she's helping a lot of women with skincare I think she does consultations and whatnot
not um but it's like that the turn down service thing was like wow and then um every night she
does this routine around her home where like she leaf blows her garage and she wipes her um
like the sliding glass doors down like everything is okay sometimes okay I'm thinking about myself
in the home I live in because we have two dogs she has two dogs too but I like I'm clean like I
like I like no clutter like that's my type of OCD with cleaning I like everything to be lined up and
like not cluttery not just randomly everywhere so every single day I tidy up the random stuff out
of place and that's like good enough for me also obviously daily dishes and laundry and the whole
thing but and vacuuming is huge but once a week I'll deep clean like we'll deep clean we I'm not
like a fucking housemaiden okay Corey is our laundry king he's our laundry king he's also
our garbage king our dishes king he does all the shit okay it's not just me I'm home so I do do it
more um but she's like all day long I'm like but she loves it again back to doing what you love if
you love it fucking keep doing it make your money off of it I'm proud of her I think she's a great
example of, um, living a life she enjoys and making money and making it a, making a career
out of it, doing something every day she loves and monetizing it. Other bitches I like, um,
that are positive. So we had skinned by Kristen Kayla, go into the library, delivering the
bookmarks. You guys have might've, you might've heard of Caitlin from, um, from your mom's house.
she's the coffee girl she's like this is a day in the life of a 30 year old with a
let me just play a video of her
welcome to the day in the life of a 31 year old small business owner who makes coffee for a living
it's pop-up day which is my favorite day of the week because there's nothing i love more
than making coffee for people gonna get our espresso machine loaded pick up some ice on
the way and head down to the park in toronto time to get everything unloaded and set up once that's
done it's time for a little cold brew and make sure our espresso is tasting amazing before you
get the idea she's just positive just so positive um so it's interesting i i have a plethora so
there's people i follow but i have a or a there's like a platter right like a or a spectrum of like
the positive people I thought the positive bitches and then like the negative bitches and it's like
there's people in the middle but I find that I wouldn't say negative okay so like there I just
showed you the positive ones and then the negative ones it's not that they're negative it's that
they've got some fucking personality and they're fucking like the Bethany Frankels okay like this
is Bethany talking about um I think the Hamptons like this is the kind of like personality that
also resonates um like Stassi like can be a little sassy um it's like another sassy bitch um
Heather McMahon like a lot of comedian women um I should just go through my following list but
like this is Bethany Frankel like this is like the other type of woman that I enjoy listening to
the Hamptons is becoming analogous to social media if you don't like someone's content
don't watch it if you don't like someone's summer place don't go there in the meantime you're here
waiting on the lines going to the clubs drinking all the cocktails sipping all the lattes eating
all the chicken salad that yours truly made famous and hating on the place that you're
begging to get into and complaining about the prices if you don't like it get the fuck out and
don't come back we're good because we're prisoners in our own homes in traffic behind your pain in
the asses you don't like it get the fuck out like you know what i mean so she's a lot more
raw and rough around the edges and gotta love her but she's also someone who when you watch her
every detail she makes every word she says every topic she's talking about seem like the most
important thing. Like everything is so like, like full on. Um, you know what? I guess I'll do some
honorable mentions. Fuck it. I like pookie pookie. I like pookie. I'm a, I'm a pookie Stan. Um, I'm
a pookie. I like pookie. I think a lot of people are confused by her relationship with jet and
they like to talk negatively about it and say they're nasty opinions. And I just like that
bitch. She's, she's rich. She's happy. She's got a new baby there. They're doing social media. I
mean, she's doing, I don't know. She's just, she's a happy chick. She's cute. Whatever. I like her.
You know who else I like the rich bit in the rich bitch world is, um, Olivia Culpo. Um, she's just
like sweet you know like she's pregnant right now she's making funny content and she just seems like
so nice and like cool um same with um another honorable mention just like a ray of sunshine
this is like a really good example of a positive woman I love is Hilary Duff just her and her aura
her essence is so like beautiful and happy and like gorgeous and just her smile like everything
about Hilary Duff I'm like I want to be more like that you know what I mean so um what other women
are like uh yeah I like the rougher comedian types and then the super positive sweetie pies
um Jackie Schimmel's kind of up there with like or like ranty and like you know always bitching
and like, I'd say I like that about her. So it's like, again, it's all about finding what you
like and don't like on social media. Oh my God. Am I going to finish this episode? Okay. So we
did that segment. We did the positive women I love. Um,
yeah, but like back to what's going on in the world right now. And I'll, I'll wrap it with this.
like as far as east coast goes and surf lodge and lobster rolls and summer in the Hamptons like
actually the friends we met up with on Sunday are going out to the Hamptons they're like we're
going to the Hamptons we're going to St. Bart's and Aspen I'm like great great you know like it
just sounds so like when they say it's so nonchalant I'm like um they're they're like my
favorite they're one of our favorite couples like we have so many couple friends we know and they
have kids and they're just so like fun and it's like you watch them and you're like they just need
their own little show like their family is so cute but um yeah I've never been out there I have
no idea what it is I can't like but the judginess about it all like from from my perspective like
everyone is just such a hater on like everything influencers do rightfully so like there's a lot
of shit that's stupid but when it comes to like the Hamptons and like summer in the Hamptons it's
like it's so like fuck this bitch who does who does she think she is you know like trying to
cause play old money and on the east coast meanwhile it's her boyfriend sister's parents
cousin's house that she's using for content and she's pretending and
fuck her muumuu dress it's from dh gate or whatever I just learned about dh gate
um or i guess i knew about it but i was shown it and it's like like an item from dhk i'm like oh
i can tell it's fake very refined palette with the luxury items because um i own some
authentic ones myself i'm just too good i'm like this entire episode i'm like
you're a piece of shit i'm better than you
no but um i don't know it's just so dumb i mean the thing is is i'm at the age now so i'm 31 i
I've repeated it 50 times this episode, then we'll wrap. Okay. But I do sense that I'm at the age now
where the younger kid, like, like the, the catty bullshit gossip stuff I'm hearing about and seeing
is the 20 year old demographic. I don't need to care about that. I don't need to enter. I don't
need to follow that drama and the internet lore of that like it I'm not part of that um
that's just not I'm so much above I'm not above it I'm just saying like
the type of drama that all there's like stupid stuff about the Hamptons or whatever I just said
is like so not my world and like my maturity level like what am I dealing what's the drama
in my life right now I feel like I actually have drama hold on hold on let me just think about it
wait a minute drama in my life I really need oh no no like what's going on with the house
construction we've got construction we've got um the backyard
I don't really have any drama
like actually
nothing with like friends or family
or anything I'm like it's all good
let me just do one last
peruse here on
social media just to make sure
I covered all the bases
and
oh my god is he
wait
Corey
he goes do a tiktok live when you're doing your podcast today you should have that thing on every
day when you're editing talking to the camera just to start doing your okay the thing is is
like he's telling me to do a tiktok live and I get the sentiment like everyone's like you should
be a streamer do streaming like you should do live streaming whatever because I go for so long
whatever but I'm like I need to turn it on like a fourth of the way into the episode when I'm like
in it because if I start recording I'm I used to be like more of a one take Johnny but like I
today was rough like it took me a few starts to like or a few takes like I had to like get into
it so then I'm just like talking and then it's like not coming out right so I restart and then
I've got the stupid intro music that's like fucking up and then so like I didn't want to
record that on my live but I could have who cares it's not like I have a huge following I have like
22,000 TikTok followers, whatever. It's not a big deal. Um, but yeah, I can't really,
I'm going to call Corey. You guys get the idea. I like don't want to live stream cause I'm shy
and I shouldn't be shy.
please answer oh my god he just texted me a second ago
okay he's not answering he's got the dogs I wonder
oh that's a bummer
that's a bummer he'll probably call me back I guess I'll have to end it you guys won't hear
from Corey. I want him to FaceTime me, the dogs. So that's what I'm going to do right now. First
missed call or it's probably in a meeting. It's one o'clock. Yeah. Um, thank you so much. This
