Who is Eugene Levy, Eugene Levy's son, he was on Schitts Creek, which is one of the greatest
shows ever, and I love it.
That's why I'm not going to shit on this guy, but he's one of these people coming after
Shane Gillis and talking about how other men need to step up and say shit to Shane Gillis
and say shit to this and stop it because it's dangerous and blah, blah, blah.
And one of the reactions that people have been giving Dan Levy on social media is
So, well, what do you tell your dad when he's in fucking American Pie?
Right?
I mean, your dad's in three of the raunchiest, most problematic 1990s, early 2000s,
comedies of all of them, right?
Well, just tell your mother we ate it all.
Back in my day, we called it a beaver, and let me tell you something, I've snagged a pelt or two.
You know, he's a movie where they normalized filming women against the movie.
without them knowing it, without their consent.
So again, you might say, well, Josh, that's a movie.
Well, stand-up comedy is fucking comedy.
Is it rooted in some part of reality?
Yes.
Are true opinions given in comedy sometimes?
Yes.
Comedy is also comedy.
In the same way that a movie is a comedy, stand-up comedy is comedy.
So Daniel Levy has no problem with the fact that his dad was in this movie that objectified the shit out of women
and normalized the 1990s teen sex culture.
But the world is going to end because a guy makes jokes about chicks at the fucking gym.

So it is possible to do multiple things.
It's possible to not really think someone's super funny,
but also defend the fact that the people coming after him are fucking dope.
And then they all want to latch on to it.
Like you get these frumpy chicks and these dudes and everybody.
And they get online.
And it's like, boy, this is my opportunity to do a video about this and post about it.
And everybody's going to see how angry I am about it.
Actually, let's look at Instagram here.
I'm going to search Shane Gillis on Instagram, Shane Gillis, S&L.
I want reaction videos.
Can I get reaction videos here?
I want a reaction video to Shane Gillis from ladies or anybody, for that matter.
Let's see here.
This woman is wearing her gym clothes.
Let's see.
Also, I've been to the gym in so long
I didn't know women just dressed like whores now.
Oh, and she's posting the video for self.
There's no other way to describe it.
Flipping him off saying, I'm just basically wearing a wrestling singlet.
Okay.
Also, the annoying thing about Shane Gillis is that he laughs at his own shit the whole time.
Oh, is this Dan Levy?
Let's see here.
Women wearing shorts to the gym does not make them whores.
It makes the men calling them horrors misogynists.
There's a difference there.
Also, and Dan Levy is gay, right?
And there's nothing wrong with that.
But if you want to talk about dudes who are the most judgmental towards women,
gay dudes have a pretty good history being catty towards women.
By the way, I've seen more men's nipples at the gym than I've ever seen women,
showing their bodies off.
but I'm speechless that something like that can exist on live national television.
See, and then that's the other thing.
All the bad shit that's out there and the shit that people say on The View and the people that say on CNN and the people that the shit that said on Fox News.
And you're the most bothered because a guy said, why do chicks at the Drim dress like horrors?
Like, do we have to be that fucking dramatic about it?
There's so much shit on TV.
There's so many bad things out there.
And your biggest issue is that a guy says,
women dress like horse. The biggest problem
that I had with the joke is it just, it wasn't funny.
It's kind of a dated, tired joke.
And the words that were used for the joke were not good.
I just didn't like it.
But I'm not offended by it.
And the idea that people are out here pearl clutching over it.
And like, this is the worst thing they've ever heard.
Just say what it is.
You got a problem with the guy because he's white.
He's straight.
And you think he's a MAGA guy.
To be perfectly honest, more men need to be standing up in opposition to it.
because it's complacency that has created the environment with which women are sexually assaulted,
and it's a conversation as opposed to a crime.
What the fuck?
I don't even know what this means.
We need to be defending women more.
This is not a women's issue.
This isn't everybody issue.
Because the more that men objectify women in the media, the more that other men see them,
as objects and treat them as objects.
They are not...
What are we even talking about here?
Like, do you...
Honestly, though, this is a question
for Dan Levy and everybody else.
Like, do you believe that women
go to the gym and don't want to look hot?
Like, do you believe they put on, like...
He's not wrong also in the bit where he's talking
about, like, the way, like, all the, like, the...
The pants are, like, designed to, like,
just direct your attention, like, right up the...
Like, that's not wrong.
That's not like it happens.
So do you mean to tell me that these chicks go and they put on all these clothes and don't want to look hot?
And to look hot, you want people to look at you?
Like, we are really going over the top with this shit.
They are superior human beings to men.
Okay?
And I'm sorry if this gets me in trouble with the internet.
But thank you, Dan Levy.
Those great insights about how women are.
And then that's the other thing I love.
Is that then what you're allowed to, you're not allowed to judge people,
but you're allowed to say that a group of people is superior to another group of people.
You call all these other people bigots and you call them homophobes and you call them racist.
Then you're like, hey, you know who's better?
Women are better than men.
Okay.
Like, you got it, pal.
Let's see who this person is, looking at their watching and listening to more Shane Gillis'S and L reactions.
I was hosted Saturday Night Live and he made this joke, which now everybody's very mad about.
So I've been to the gym in so long.
So this is Will Kane.
Will Kane, who's like Timu,
he's the Timu version of Clay Travis.
No, women just dress like H-I-S now?
Look, I'm sorry, there's no other way to describe.
Have you seen it?
I've seen the shorts.
Have you seen the shorts?
And don't look.
Okay, let's try to predict Will Kane's reaction of this.
So Will Kane is like right-wing dude, right?
Is he still on Fox or whatever he does?
So Will Kane's going to have some thoughts about cancel culture and all that.
So his direction, if I had to guess, is going to be.
be that everybody's soft. Okay, so let's see.
Dan Levy, who is the son of Eugene Levy, who's a star of Schitt's Creek, put this post up
about how upset he was about Shane Gillis' joke on Saturday Night Live.
I'm speechless that something like that can exist on live national television.
And to be perfectly honest, more men need to be standing up in opposition to it because it's
complacency that has created the environment with which women are sexually assaulted, and it's a
conversation as opposed to a crime. Oh, I get it, Sarah. This is, this is about Cornell.
I just need for the left to pick a lane here. I need for them to pick a lane very desperately,
because at the same time that they're saying men and women have absolutely no differences,
we are all the same. We are all totally equal. They're also saying, by the way, on top of that,
that men should be allowed in women's bathrooms and women's sports and women's locker room.
So now we're going down this dumb lane that everybody's tired of. All right, let's see. Shane Gillis
monologue controversy.
Let's see here.
Shane Gillis just dropped the F-bomb on SNL.
He's going to get fine for that.
Let's see.
Shane Gillis, S&L monologue.
Let's see what this person has to say.
I can't be the only one that's noticed.
The Shane Gillis' monologue over the weekend at SNL was so bad.
Even the AI stand-up lady that apparently goes to his gym hasn't stolen it.
Okay.
Let's see.
Let's see.
Personal trainer.
reacts to misogynist. Here we go.
So I haven't been to the gym in so long I didn't know women just dress like hores now.
Look, I'm sorry, there's no other way to describe.
Have you seen it? I've seen it. The shorts?
Hi, Shane, I'm a personal trainer. And if you're ever in this situation again where you see a
woman with tiny shorts at the gym, you have a couple options here. First, you can gouge
your eyes out. Gauge them right out. Or you can ask for the front desk to click or train you
like a dog so that you look anywhere else besides at a woman who wants nothing to do with you
and is there to work out.
A woman who is sick of having to put up.
Okay, okay, okay.
This is where I get annoyed.
I get it.
You're right.
You're there to work out.
But the idea that you don't want some guy to check you out
and you don't want to look good is preposterous.
It is a preposterous point there.
Go put on a pair of basketball shorts and go work out then.
Again, so I'm with you.
Like, you shouldn't be at the gym to just be oogled,
but the idea that you don't want to look good.
Hell, the fact that you're working out means you want to look good.
So again, that's where the balance in this comes and where it gets fucking annoying.
Men like you at work, on the street, at the store.
Something that you are forgetting when you judge what women are wearing is that if all of the men like you stayed home forever,
we could wear whatever we wanted, anywhere we wanted, and no one would ever say we were asking for it.
And that's the real dream.
Jesus Christ.
Again, there is no, we were asking for a thing.
What they've done us conflated this whole thing and turned it into more of a sense.
sexual assault thing.
My God.
Boy, super dramatic people at this point.
Let's see here.
This is
that woman's a long-ass video.
I'm not going to watch that.
Here's some dude with his thoughts.
People are like in an uproar about Shane Gillis
being on SNL this past weekend
and the joke he made about how
when he goes to the gym, he didn't know
that women dressed like, I'll say,
women now based on the fact that they wear these really tight booty shorts that get sucked up
into their butt. And people are like, how dare he say that that's outrageous, that's being
sexist and misogynistic and women should be able to dress how they want, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Look, I'll just be real. As a guy that lives in California, I can drive down Figueroa Street right
now. That is, for those of you that don't live here, Figueroa is known to be that area, that
street of town, where all the working women of the night come out to try to find customers.
guess what all of them are wearing as a means to show off the goods to potential clients as to why
they should get picked. The same type of outfit that Shane was talking about in the video.
So I'm not here to say whether he was right or wrong. I'm saying observationally, I think
we get so open our feelings about things that we get out of reality. Like we don't want to offend
women, so we don't want to say that any way that they dread. I think you're going way
too complex into this. The answer is easy.
Shane Gillis is a white dude that's considered a MAGA person
and he's in the Joe Rogan world of people
who are all in this like, you know, Trump world
that all these guys are considered,
if they're not Trump fans or at least Trump apologists
or Trump adjacent,
and because they're viewed as the other side of things,
no matter what happens,
that other group, the liberal group of people
will always feel this way about them.
This isn't difficult.
You guys are looking way too deep into this.
Very deep into this.
So, yeah, so that's as deep as that goes.
Like, it's, it's white guy that's perceived to be right wing guy.
And that, by the way, that's the reason Shane Gillis also has a huge audience,
because there's a group of people that are also white dudes, maybe maga, maybe not,
maybe right wing, maybe not.
And those guys are all part of that group that people that like him.
Like, these guys are light.
It's the same reason.
Like, I'll see Sophie Cunningham videos pop up.
And, like, there's always some video of some, like, Fox News guy that's out defending Sophie
Cunningham. And I'm like, he's only defending Sophie Cunningham because he thinks she's hot and because
she had one take about women playing women's sports. And that's it. She never said anything else
that's interesting. She's not an interesting person. She said that what's her name? Sydney Sweeney,
basically all Sydney Sweeney's got is dressing hot while she's posting videos of her shaking her
non-existent ass on the internet nonstop, giving a big veneered ass smile with her ozimpic-doubt face.
and she's like, you know, the hottest thing ever to, you know, 40-something-year-old, 50-something-year-old Fox News Watchers that are going to beat off into a sock.
But they like her because they agree with her politically.
People like each other based on politics.
And it used to be you'd watch some sort of stand-up.
Like Bill Hicks, I think Bill Hicks is one of the funniest people ever, right?
Bill Hicks was clearly not a Republican person.
Go watch most stand-up comedy of the early 90s.
It was all anti-Bush stuff.
Go watch stand-up comedy of the early 2000s,
mostly all anti-other Bush stuff,
anti-Ragan stuff in the 80s.
Comedy has always been anti-right-wing.
I just don't remember people ever being bitchy about it all the time.
You'd watch it, you'd laugh, you'd move on.
But obviously that's not the case anymore.
My reg league goalie says he plays for the love of the game.
You gave up six goals last week, Steve?
Maybe play to win, huh?
Like with Bet365, I get paid the second my team goes up big with early payout
and can cash out at any time before the game ends.
Come on, Steve, bet 365, the home of winning early.
