Another thing I've been dealing with with people is about the Sharon Moore story.
And the thing I've been most bothered by is the number of media people who, after this story started breaking, wanted you to know that they knew about it for a while.
They just didn't do anything with it.
Like, they had heard about it.
They had heard all the rumor and conjecture about Sharon Moore, but didn't really follow up on it.
But just so you know, we knew.
but we didn't do anything with it.
Let me play a couple commercials and dive into this concept
because it's pretty preposterous
and these are lazy people who are bad at their jobs.
But let's do that after these words.
That's been one of the things I've seen the most
from up here in this area and even national people
is that, well, for months we've been hearing rumblings.
That's the word I've heard a lot, rumblings, rumblings.
Oh, I've heard rumblings.
Well, I'm such and such media guy from such and such
outlet. I've heard rumblings. So have you heard anything legit or did you read Reddit? Like,
that's what I'd like to know, right? Like, let's look this up. Let's go to, uh, let me look up,
um, let's go, what's that PUD's name? Rich Eisen. All right. So I think because I responded to
something Rich Eisen posted. Rich Eisen wrote. Let's see what Rich Eisen had to say about this,
22 hours ago. Um, I wanted, which one did I, um, repost? Like this one, Michigan alum, Rich Eisen
and wrestles with Sharon more fallout.
I'm disgusted, he says.
Okay, well, Rich Eisen, you are disgusted.
And great, you're super disgusted by it.
But then you claim that you had heard these things before
and then did nothing with it, right?
Let's listen to some of RichEyes in here.
I'm genuinely curious.
And you know how I feel about RichEyes,
and I find him to be,
he just comes across like the coolest guy in the room
and he always sounds like he's bored
and he's too cool for the room, whatever.
So let's see here.
take a listen live, not live, but let's listen to Rich Eisen and see what he had to say.
Letting my smile be my umbrella.
Obviously, this is a serious situation, and I've got a couple of thoughts on it since it involves
my alma mater and institution of higher learning in a place that I hold so near and dear to my
heart in the University of Michigan, and the head football coach Sharon Moore, who spent
Wednesday night, as we all know, detained based on what.
happened after he was fired with cause by the University of Michigan for having an improper
relationship with a staffer.
And I'm just going to come out and always do what I do here on this program, which is shoot
you straight and lead with my heart.
Please do shoot me straight.
Anybody who starts a sentence with, I'm going to do what I always do.
I'm going to shoot you straight and lead with my heart.
Those tend to be the most foolish shit people.
And I am gutted.
I am shocked.
I'm dismayed.
I'm depressed.
I'm disgusted.
Let's just say that the only thing this guy had done was bang this chick.
Now, let's say that, like, we don't find out after the fact that he goes to stab this wall,
you know, try to kill this woman, which is the worst part of the story.
But let's just say all the dude did was bang this chick in the office.
Is this the most appalling thing you've ever heard, assuming it was a consensual love affair they had?
Like, I don't know that I'd call it appalling.
Like, dudes bang, women, bang.
I mean, this is what it is, right?
But anyway, we continue.
Every single emotion that you think I would have.
I do like how all these people have to, like, really get super serious and, like, stare into the camera.
Like, just because you went to Michigan, like, I went to LSU for a couple years.
Like, if the coach was fucking some co-ed at LSU, I wouldn't be like,
I have to give a serious statement about the place that I went to school and give you my serious thoughts as I am disgusted or whatever.
Have I've got.
I didn't see it.
In Sharon Moore, when I've met him, he's been nothing but great to me.
Also, I did not see it in Sharon Moore.
What could you have done?
Like, what conversation?
What could you have seen in Sharon Moore that would make you think he was fucking around on his wife
and would eventually go and try to allegedly kill this other woman?
Like, it's weird.
I was talking with him, and I looked deep into his eyes,
and I felt like that was a guy who had a never-ending fucking cock of come ready to go for everybody.
He had a crazy daisy of jizz ready to unload on any person who was willing.
I never looked at that guy and believed that he'd be someone who'd follow weird only fan skanks and slide into their DMs.
I had no clue.
But great to my family and with what he's...
And this is what they do, actually.
They have to let you know this to let you know that they feel bad.
But just so you know, I could have never seen anything like this could have.
Of course you couldn't.
This is just wasting time.
done as an acting head coach
and up to this point
as a head coach of the University of Michigan
I cannot believe
that this behavior has been ascribed to him
and appears to be a behavior that he
in fact endeavored.
Who the hell talks like this on a radio show?
Like these are the most unrelatable people on the planet
that this is something that he endeavored.
Like who are you drinking tea with
that you converse with in such a manner?
Like who talks this way?
Placing in jeopardy.
his marriage, his life, his professional.
My man's like, listen, I got to fill like four hours or two hours, three hours of content.
So I'm going to spend the first six minutes of this breakdown of this Sharon Moore situation
by telling you everything obvious there is to know about this situation.
The personal life, his personal life, and a football program.
And right now I go back and forth between, my gosh, the football aspect of it.
but more importantly the personal aspect of it
because right now families and lives are shattered
everybody involved in this is shattered
pieces on the ground based again on everything
we're learning from reports, police reports
about what happened after Sharon learned
that he was out as University of Michigan head coach
again so now he's obviously heard the story
about showing up and maybe stabbing this person
so like I never knew that Sharon would be a guy to stab someone
and he was a quiet man, kind of kept to himself.
It shows you that this is more than just a football story.
It is something that is tragic.
Oh, thanks, friend.
And thank goodness no lives have been lost.
I don't know what was going on with Sharon Moore in his mind that was going down after.
Clearly he had received the news and brought it back home,
that he was no longer the head coach of the University of Michigan football program and the reasons why.
God, who listens to this shit?
Does it ever go anywhere?
I'm going to fast-
out of last night's boo-ya event and put my, actually put my phone down for the times.
The room, I didn't want to share the details with any.
Oh, hold that way.
And the rumors, what do you know about this?
Oh, here we go.
Good.
Did you know that?
Here we go.
Fewer than four times from four different people.
Oh, here we go.
In the big house, just a couple of Saturdays ago.
It took no fewer than 90 minutes for me to hear the rumor about this.
no fewer than four times from four different people
calling me up texting me
did you hear this did you so wait
four different people when you were at the big house
told you about this and you never thought hey
maybe I should really look into this because if it was such a heinous thing
now you sit here and you spend five minutes explaining
how heinous this situation is
you didn't think to dig into it a little bit more
you know that what do you know about this
and the rumor so nasty
I didn't want to share the details with anybody
with anybody
I did reach out to a couple of friends to say
did you hear about this
I did mention it to Susie
and I think I came into you guys
the next day and I'm like
I heard something awful
yeah that was what you said a couple times
the rumors I'm hearing
and you're such a good guy
you know you heard this all
this thing was so bad
this was so heinous
that you just felt confused
held going and tell your little group of minions here and then go all right well onward here's
here's kevin paulik doing his impressions of colombo so bad i don't want to repeat them right i want to
spread them yeah because it's so awful yeah and but i did spread it because i went and told four
other fucking people that had no clue i i heard that's something and i didn't i did not but uh so
when i was getting ready for last night's boo ya event um and
and put my, actually put my phone down for...
Oh, what a noble guy.
For about 20 minutes.
And picked it back up, getting ready to go.
There were 29 different texts from different people saying,
did you hear this? Can't believe that.
A lot of it, all of us from the Michigan football world
or just the University of Michigan world reaching out to me,
what do you know, what are you here?
There's so many pieces.
I'm genuinely curious if he responded to all of those 29 texts with
Yeah, I had heard about that, but I didn't want to spread the rumor to people.
So I told the four dipshits on my show here, and they probably told four other dipshits,
and they told four other dipshits, but I didn't really want to investigate or dig into it.
Now, it's important to note that it is not the job of Rich Eisen to be an investigative reporter and find this information out,
nor is it the job of Rich Eisen to go to the radio and spread rumors.
However, if you heard something that you thought was so terribly heinous,
and you looked into it and dug into more information, and then now after the fact,
you want everybody to know that you knew this horrible information but did nothing with it or didn't search for any more information.
What does that say about you?
...is that are currently up in the air and smashed on the ground.
I don't even know what's the best way to move forward here.
I have no idea what the investigation was turning up if there's anything to be investigated above the Michigan football program in this regard.
I have no idea.
All I know is speaking on behalf, if I may, of...
the Michigan alumni base.
Yes, this one person is speaking on behalf of hundreds of thousands of people who have attended Michigan.
This is terrible.
Oh, thank you.
Breaking news, guys.
This is me speaking on behalf of Michigan.
This is terrible.
This is an absolute disaster.
This is a nightmare.
This is something that I don't ever want to hear about any program or any coach or any family, let alone the one that I hold so near and dear.
And that I wear on my sleeve.
I believe I wear. How does anybody give you any credibility? Because obviously you're a guy that attended the school, which is fine. People attend schools and they have biases. Humans have biases. We talk about that all the time. But how does anybody take you seriously if you were telling everyone that, boy, you know, I heard all these heinous stories. I didn't want to spread the rumor, but I called a bunch of people and asked them about the rumor. And then I came to the radio show the next day, and I told my four minions about it. And they told their friends, but I don't want to spread this rumor, but it was so heinous. Well, how do you have
credibility where is your credibility rich bud like you heard all this horrible
things and did nothing with them and then now you're shocked when you've learned
about this like you're so full of shit all these people are full of shit are my
heart I speak with my heart in my chest when I talk about this everybody feels
their way that way I hope about their their school I know you I don't I went
to LSU for a couple years like my life will go on Syracuse quite a bit you
talk about it you Cape for it I know you have
love for many different schools and Mike you're a Notre Dame guy right so all of us I'm sorry I don't
mean a fire in your direction TJ I'm just I'm just trying to keep some of this light you know
but for for me it sounds to me like you're a guy that loves Michigan a lot you heard some dirty
information about Michigan and just instead of like hey let me look into this a little bit more
and dig a little bit deeper and again I'm aware it's not your job to do that to be an investigative
reporter. But it sounds like you're like, boy, I sure hope this doesn't come out. And then it
comes out and you have to act as if you're appalled by everything you've heard. This is something
that I could never imagine would roost in the House of the University of Michigan. And if this is
all in fact true, and clearly there's going to be lawsuits and recriminations and talks and this
and that about all of it. It is something that I don't know how we move on. And the only way that it
can move on is a full accounting
of what's gone down. I'm done with this.
Well, you know how you could have gotten a full accounting
of what's gone down? You could have told
your buddies who were investigative reporters
and maybe they could have done some work and try to found
some dirt. But instead, what's happening
is you guys sit around
and sit on your high horse and tell everybody that you
knew all of this information
for weeks and days
and months and then did nothing with it, didn't
reach out, didn't follow up, didn't do anything.
So you guys are great at what
you do. And again, I just hate rich eyes
And so I have a bit of a bias.
I just think he's the worst, among the worst.
But to go on TV and explain how you had heard these rumors for weeks and weeks and weeks and weeks.
And from the game in the big house and everything, you heard all these rumors, all the rumors.
And chose to do absolutely nothing except ask a couple of people about it and then go tell a bunch of other people about the rumors you heard that you claim to not want to spread.
Like, how does anybody take you serious?
But that's what these guys do.
They want to let you know that they're good people
and they had heard all this.
And a lot of them just want to kind of cover their bases
to let you know that they are good at their jobs
because they had heard things.
I have sources just so you know.
I just didn't do anything with those sources.
These guys are all full of shit.
