Starting point is 00:00:00 All right. Let's see here. The biggest story of the day is that a gentleman who is a quadruple amputee killed a guy. That's something. And there's so many layers. So many questions. So let's do this. Let's get into this sexy story because this story has just layer after layer after layer. And I want to peel all of them back after these words. All right. So let's listen to the news story about this. This gentleman. was, his name is Dayton James Weber. He's 27 years of age. He is a professional cornhole player. Again, already the layers are incredible. We got a guy with no damn hands that's a cornhole player. We're cooking here. And he's got no legs.
Starting point is 00:00:52 He's got no arms. He's a cornhole player. He killed a guy. Mass hysteria. Now to a bizarre story out of Charles County. Police now investigating after a professional cornhole player with no hands and no less. I mean, think about how great America is that we have professional cornhole players.
Starting point is 00:01:09 Really, what we're going to learn over the course of listening to this story and talking about it is that America is no doubt the greatest country ever. And why is that? Because we've got people who are double, quadruple, septuple amputees that can shoot people. And we got dudes with no hands that are cornhole champions professionally. America is on the rise. It's a new day in America. It's firing a deadly shot all while driving. We want to get out.
Starting point is 00:01:39 So another layer. We're 12 seconds into this story. What do we have? Quadruple amputee who's a cornhole champion. Again, quadruple amputee, he has no legs. He has no hands. He's a cornhole champion. and he can drive a car.
Starting point is 00:02:01 Eat shit, China. Eat shit. To our Homa Bashi is live in La Plata this evening with more details. Gima. Give me the horny details. Angie, bizarre to say the least. But before we get any further into this story, I just want to try to answer the question that so many people have right now.
Starting point is 00:02:20 How did someone with no arms, no hands, manage to fire a gun? American excellence is the answer, sweetie. And allegedly kill someone. American excellence. What have we done in the last couple of months in America? We've won hockey gold medals. We've won lady hockey gold medals. We've won Paralympic hockey gold medals.
Starting point is 00:02:42 And now what are we doing? Our quadriplegics, our handicables, we're out there plugging dudes while driving cars. It's early in the investigation, but there is no evidence at this point to, suggest anybody else was involved in the shooting and that he acted alone on this. And he acted alone. Let me tell you something, guys. And I try not to overinflate how great America is because we all have our issues. We all have our problems.
Starting point is 00:03:15 And I get that. But what I'm going to tell you right now is that there is not another country on God's green earth. that can boast the excellence that we boast. What do we have? Quadruple amputees, shooting dudes. We have Paralympic champions. Our handy capables play cornhole. And shoot people.
Starting point is 00:04:04 And I also understand that it's possible that you might hear this and go, well, Josh, the fact that you didn't think this guy could do this makes you ablest. That might be what you're saying right now. You're saying, Josh, why couldn't he do this? Because these guys can do anything that we can do. You have two feet and two hands, do you? This guy has no feet, no hands, and he can shoot somebody. How did you doubt that? It's because you're ableist.
Starting point is 00:04:30 And I guess I was. I didn't fancy myself an ableist. I didn't think that was my jam. But as it turns out, I was ablest because I did not believe that this little nubby man had the ability to shoot another human. But we can do things. I was ablest. And I take back all that. Look, I wish I could go back in time and undo all of my ablest thoughts.
Starting point is 00:04:57 Because I was of the belief that there's no way a man with no hands and no feet could kill a guy. There's no way. Think about the logistics of it. Think about how inept you have to be to be on the receiving end of getting shot by a guy with no hands. Statistically, there's a better chance that a dog shoot you than a person with no hands. I made that up. But it seems right. And what happened?
Starting point is 00:05:21 This guy still got plugged. It's something. Now watch closely. You're looking at the man accused of murder in this case. Video from his TikTok page titled No Hands, No Feet, Shooting 9mm Handgun. He's gifted. This guy has a gift. Look, he got to give the guy credit.
Starting point is 00:05:40 Like, I'm not saying it's good to kill people. Killing people is bad, right? That's not something we should, you know, celebrate people for. We shouldn't honor people who kill people as heroes. I guess unless it's in like war, you're a hero. But if it's in the heat of passion, it's murder. But I do think we, like, it's a fine line that you have to straddle. You got to walk a fine line.
Starting point is 00:06:01 Huey Lewis style, I've got to walk on a thin line. And what we're doing here is you have to acknowledge that we have a gentleman here that has overcome no feet, no hands to become a cornhole champion and a murderer. Like, look, I have two feet and two hands. Let me ask you, show of hands. Well, maybe that's in poor taste, but show of hands, all of you who are listening, raise your hand if you are a cornhole champion. None of you is. Because you're not. Raise your hand if you've ever killed someone.
Starting point is 00:06:40 And you know why? Because you have accomplished less with more. This guy has accomplished more with less. All those times your dad said you were a loser and a failure? This makes his point. His name is Dayton James Weber, a 27-year-old quadriplegic amputee. He's a big time. He's a deal that's big enough that he gets the three-name deal.
Starting point is 00:07:07 because he murdered someone. What have you done? Like your name is just Bill Smitherson. You're not Bill James Smithson. You're just Bill Smitherson. Because you didn't use your nubs to shoot a guy. And professional cornhole player. This all started around 10.30 last night when Laplata police officers were flagged down by two witnesses near radio station road.
Starting point is 00:07:32 Charles County sheriff's investigators say Weber was the driver when he shot and killed his front seat passenger. Well, I feel pretty confident. And if you're on radio station road, no one saw this because no radio stations actually have people in them. Then ask those in the backseat to help get rid of the body. Oh, well, see, I didn't even think about it from that standpoint. There were people in the car. I think that might be my favorite part of this whole story. He's like, guys, you got to help me get rid of this guy.
Starting point is 00:08:01 And they're like, you're kind of on your own there, chief. He's like, I don't have any fucking hands, man. I have no hands or legs. What the fuck? confused, got out of the car, and alerted police. I mean, that's kind of a bold move because this guy's obviously willing to plug people who are, you know, not cooperative. So considering that, you know, they ran the risk, they also could have just, you know, taken the gun from him because he doesn't have hands. Weber took off with the victim in the car identified as 27-year-old Bradrick Wells.
Starting point is 00:08:32 Rest in power, Bradrick. Two hours later and about 15 miles away, Wells' body was found dumped in someone's front yard in. Charlotte Hall, Maryland. Now what I want to know is how this guy got the body out of the car. Physics, science. There's nothing that makes sense about that. It is impossible. It's like that line in Bad Santa where, like, these passed out, and he and Bernie Mac,
Starting point is 00:08:59 the little fella are trying to get Billy Bob out. And he goes, get him to the car. He goes, I don't know if you notice, but I'm a fucking dwarf. I mean, that's basically what this guy is. He's a dwarf except he has no legs and no hands, right? So who is the person that helped him? Who is the accomplice in this? Who is the person who agreed to do this?
Starting point is 00:09:21 Who was like, yeah, that would try. And also, why did you think you'd get away with this? Like, nothing about this. This guy, look, he certainly doesn't make up for his lack of limbs with brains, because he's clearly fucking stupid. But like, like obviously someone helped you get this unless he just kept, like he opened the passenger door and kept cutting donuts until the guy rolled out. Maybe that's good. I mean, that would be the only logical thing.
Starting point is 00:09:49 So obviously someone had to have helped him. Soon after Weber's car was tracked to a gas station in Charlottesville, Virginia. He was found at a hospital nearby and arrested after his release. All right. Next question. Can this man be handcuffed? I think the witnesses helping really gave us a good start, obviously. And then it was excellent police work with not only our detectives in La Plata Police,
Starting point is 00:10:14 but also the authorities in Virginia. Your boys dimed you out there, pal. Your boys were like, I'm not going to help. I'm getting out. And he's like, you don't get your ass out of this car. And they're like, no, I'm just going to get out. It's like, don't you dare? They're like, oh, no, I'm out of the car.
Starting point is 00:10:29 Come get me. I would imagine they had to have taken his gun because he could have just plugged them all. because who would have believed that the guy with no hands would have shot him? It was actually a perfectly viable alibi, which, how could I have shot him unless, you know, you see the videos on the internet? See, that's when your hubris came back to bite you, sir. Your hubris did you in. What happened there? Well, if you wouldn't have been such a braggart and posting all your videos on social media of you shooting guns,
Starting point is 00:10:55 none of us would have even believed it was possible for you to shoot a gun. Therefore, none of us would have believed it was possible for you to have shot this man. I would have been let this man out. This is a great miscarriage of justice. This is some OJ-level miscarriage of justice. This is some Rodney King shit. Now, we're told that all four men in that Tesla SUV were friends, got into some sort of argument. Boy, think about the kind of cash, my handsless and legless friend here.
Starting point is 00:11:20 He had a Tesla. Boy, Cornhole's paying big bucks. Before that shooting happened, as you heard, Weber is currently in Virginia. He's going to be extradited back here to Charles County. to face charges of first and second degree murder. Guys? Well.
