Ohhhh baby it's another week of NFL Football!!! First off, we break down the Chargers big win over Denver. Why was this win so huge? It keeps our Bengals very much alive. All righty, friends, it's Josh and Jilly at about 1130 on Thursday. Watch Thursday Night Football, which worked out very well because we're both rooting for the Bengals. As I discussed on the pod earlier, I did a whole pod that was dedicated to ways the Bengals could get into the playoffs. And the way the Bengals can get into the playoffs is either the Chargers or the Broncos lose out and the Bengals win out. Well, the first step in that has come through because we knew that one team would lose, therefore that would help the Bengals. Well, that team that lost was the team we needed to lose, really. That would be the Broncos. So now the Broncos,

with that loss, they have set up a situation where if Cincinnati beats Cleveland, who will be led by DTR this weekend, Jameis has been benched, if the Bengals can win that game. And I do not believe that the Browns have the offensive firepower to hang with the Bengals. Then again, the Bengals' defense is atrocious, so we will see. But if the Bengals win, that sets up a huge win next week for the Broncos and Bengals. And if the Bengals win that game, it comes down to the final week of the year. Now, it's important to note, the Bengals play the Steelers. That game is more than likely going to matter to the Steelers

because it's been brought to my attention by Jilly that the Steelers will not have George Pickens again this week. So it's almost a guaranteed stone cold lead pipe lock that the Steelers are not going to win. Therefore, what we're staring at now is we are staring down the barrel of a scenario where it's going to be, it could happen. I'd say it's a probable outcome. I wouldn't say that it's, it's possible leaning towards probable that we get a situation where the final week of the year comes down to the Bengals having to beat the Steelers and the Broncos losing to the Chiefs for Joe Burrow and Jamar Chase to get into the playoffs. And that's what we're rooting for. I don't think anybody that's in the AFC playoffs wants to fuck with Joe Burrow and Jamar Chase. Like if you tell him all you get to face the Bo Nix, Bo Nix can be had. He was terrible in the second half of this game

against the Chargers. You feel like you can beat Bo Nix. You know, Herbert can sling it and McConkie's a beast. I told you to take McConkie's receiving yards. He got it easily tonight. So I told you to do that and he did it. Told you to take Stone. Stone came through as well. Like, they've got players. The Chargers don't, and they figured things out defensively in the second half after being terrible in the first. So give them credit. But nobody wants to fuck with Joe Burrow and Jamar Chase in the playoffs. Pat Mahomes doesn't want to. The Bills don't want to.

The Pittsburgh Steelers don't want to. The Ravens don't want to. All those teams know that the Bengals have been one or two seconds away from actually being comfortably in the playoffs right now. They're not, but with the last couple of weeks of the year, it's fun, it's exciting, and because of that loss from the Broncos, the Bengals essentially control their own destiny leading up to the final week of the year. Then after that, they do not control their own destiny. But if they win this one, they control their own destiny

to at least get to a make-or-break final week of the year. And that is fun, and that's exciting. I know it's exciting for you, Jilly, because you're a big Joe Burrow fanatic. That I am. I mean, obviously, it took them to win the division early on, and my Bills, they won the division at positive money. And the Texans, they won the division.

Yep. And all that would have needed was the Bengals. And I felt good about them. But here we are. Here we are. One or two plays away. Really? I mean, think about where the Bengals are.

Like, we're doing like a Bengals podcast. Like, we're in Cincinnati. Like, this is Who day nation podcast with Josh and Jill. I'll never forget. There was that one game we watched outside. I'm doing this on the fly right now. I haven't had the chance to go to the mall. I'm not going to go to the mall tomorrow because I got to spend the day with new pup Russ, who went to the park today and ran like a madman and takes us on long ass walks. We're running out of football, and it really upsets me very much. I talked about this a little bit earlier, but my God, here we are. We're just weeks away from being months away from more football,

and I don't know what I'm going to do with myself. I mean, baseball betting is what it is, baseball betting, hockey betting, soccer betting, it's's all there but nothing compares to betting football particularly the NFL which is just the most fucking fun but here we are we have to savor the flavor while we can uh all right Jilly uh let's uh pull up the games for this week and obviously we have Saturday football that makes my nippies hard uh let's start with those Saturday games tell me what we got we have the Texans of makes my nippies hard. Let's start with those Saturday games. Tell me what we got.

We have the Texans and the Chiefs to kick things off. All right, we're going to take a first quarter over receiving yards for Travis Kelsey because we always take Travis Kelsey's first quarter receiving yards. I would assume his game receiving yards are somewhere around 57.5, 58 is where it usually sits somewhere. 49.5. Kelsey's number for receiving yards is 49 and a half yep perhaps they're looking at that concerned about the

health of Pat Mahomes maybe as a factor 100% we're taking over 49 and a half receiving yards come on now what are we doing 49 and a half receiving yards for Kelsey. We're taking Travis Kelsey's first quarter receiving yards, which at that point will be somewhere around 10 and a half or 11 and a half, maybe a little less. We will take that in that game as well. And I'm going to probably go with the passing yardage over for the 500 may be in play play but i worry like they keep telling you how healthy mahomes is but who knows and if things get dicey will they just say fuck it i think the passing yardage total in this game for cj is also in play what's his yardage total if we're looking at straw it was 231 and a half i'd take that 231 and.5. I'd also consider the catches in the game for tank.

Actually, no. Again, not thinking about any of this, researching any of it. I generally speaking like the opportunity to get receptions from Dalton Schultz, which it depends on which site you use. Like DraftKings tends to have the number higher. You can get it usually lower on FanDuel, depending on how you like to play with that. But Schultz receptions are usually two and a half, maybe three and a half.

I would consider Schultz receptions, maybe a Nico touchdown because Nico's been a Tud maker. Like his yardage numbers haven't been great, but he's been scoring touchdowns. So a touchdown for Nico, I'd say, also in play in that game. What's Mixon's status? I mean, as of now, he's playing.

So a Mixon touchdown's not a bad play either. He didn't score last week, so he's due. He's minus 115, which is really good value for him. Yes, it is. And then the Chiefs might get Hollywood Brown back too, who, if you believe the reports, has looked unstoppable in practice. It's practice. I don't give a fuck. So, you know, if he comes back, I'm sure Mahomes will want to get him involved.

Which ones do you like in this one? I mean, I would probably take the Joe Collins. We're taking Joe Cocker. He's going to have a little help from his friends. I would go with the Joe Mixon touchdown. And I think Tank may be due for a nice game. Well, Tank is a great guy to take. He's also a great first quarter receiving yards guy to take as well.

He's got three and a half receptions on DraftKings, so I'd probably go with that. What's his yardage total? Let me guess. His yardage total will be somewhere in the high 30s, like 38 and a half? 39 and a half. I would take that, too. Like, I love Tank. I also like Xavier Worthy for the Chiefs. He just take that too like i love tank so like xavier worthy

for the chiefs he just catches like he's been so involved with them and he's 38 and a half so i'd probably take him but my favorite will always be travis kelsey when it involves the chiefs he just hosted a big birthday party for his girlfriend that means she's going to be at the game because the heiress tour's over and when she's there like that's your number one like thing for these games is is taylor going to be there and games is is Taylor going to be there? And if Taylor's going to be there, you bet your dick we're taking Trav. I would actually bet his yardage up. You said it was in the high 40s, right?

You're taking the four and a half catches too just to the trifecta sure actually just take his catches in his yards right like five and just if you took travis for five catches and 50 yards that's gonna be probably close to plus 200 so take that shit all day uh all right what game plus 114 fine with it. Let's rock. I'm taking that shit all day. I'll put that parlay in. If I could do it right now, I would. All right, what is next? The other Saturday game is the Steelers at the Ravens.

The Ravens are going to, I think they're going to beat the shit out of the Steelers. The Steelers beat them earlier, correct? I believe they beat them earlier. They did. So they're going to beat the shit out of them. I don't even know what the spread is, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the spread is probably, that's at Baltimore. No George Pickens.

Four and a half Baltimore? Is that what the line is? Six and a half. Okay. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. They're going to beat the shit out of them. Pittsburgh has proven in no way that they're competent without Pickens. They're going to beat the shit out of them. I don't know what TJ Watt's going to be able to do. He says he's going to give it a go, but he got hurt last game too.

So who knows how effective he'll be. Here's what I think we're going to do. I think we're going to finally get a Tud from the King, who's been kind of out of sight, out of mind. There was all the talk of MVP and Offensive Player of the Year. He ain't done shit lately. So I think we're going to take a touchdown from the King. What's Mark Andrews'

reception? Receptions? Also, Derrick Henry's only minus 210 despite not having scored a ton. So he'd be a good parlay piece. Not on his own, obviously, but a parlay piece, he'd be solid. Mark Andrews' receptions? Three and a half. Alright, three and a half receptions

for Mark Andrews. What's in his yardage then, I would guess, would be somewhere around 36, 37, if I had to guess. Maybe a little lower than that. His might be in the low 30s. 35.5. Okay. I would take that, too. They've been getting it to him.

And I also like Lamar. Lamar's been slinging it, too, and they may have to sling it because Pittsburgh will sell out to stop the run. So his passing yardage total I would consider as well i was like taking jalen warren for his catches it's two and a half it's only minus 150 some of you parlay that with the king tud um i'd consider that and then there's always the fun like half a yard receiving prop for derrick henry that's a good one and what is What is Naj's receptions and his receiving? I also like Pat Fryermuth with Pickens out.

That's kind of like Russ's go-to guy without Pickens. For yards or his receptions? It could be either one. He's three and a half receptions. I'd probably just take it with the yards, which I think are 35. There you go. Pat Fryermuth. So there's your Saturday football.

Tell me what's cooking in the Sunday matchups there, Jilly. We have the Lions at the bears no david montgomery thinks he could come back for the playoffs but he's gone and that means we're getting a shitload of sonic knuckles is out so sonic will play he's only minus 310 for a touchdown that's a parlay piece so he's not on his own but if you want to take him for the parlay uh wait who the hell are they playing? The Bears. Okay, the Bears. Now, last time these two teams played was on Thanksgiving,

and it was a fun little back and forth. But I'm going to say that here's the thing, and this is hard to do, but if you want a live bet, here's what we've learned about the Bears. They are the worst first half team ever. And in the second half, they still suck, but they throw it a lot more in the second half. And that gives you a chance for Roma Dunze. Keenan Allen is great for second half yards. Those guys are outstanding for that. And maybe you'll catch a low total on the passing yardage total for Caleb. But if you don't have the option of doing that that which I know a lot of you probably don't who knows here's what I would do in this game they're not playing any fucking defense their guys are

beat up I think that the 500 passing yards is in play in this game because the Lions defense is so bad but because their defense is so bad they're forced into throwing a lot more so I would look at Amin Ra whose numbers probably somewhere in the mid 70s maybe high 60s although the last couple of weeks may have that elevated because they have been putting up a billion yards so his might be closer to 80 but Amin Ra I'd keep an eye on and I would look at the passing yardage total for Jared Goff. Amin Ra's at 69 and a half. I'm taking that then I'm taking taking Amon Ross 69.5. I would consider Amon Ross first quarter yards as well.

He's a good first quarter play. What are the passing yards in this game for Jared Goff? Jared Goff, let's see. He is 251.5. I think you take that. Wow, the wind is kicking up outside. Take that tent down. our canopy's taking on some wind right now it may fly away when did this when did they decide it was going to be windy tonight

all day because the wind chills and like the teens here fuck this wind uh i would certainly though consider taking uh the the jared golf yard now the reason you might not is you'd say well they're going to blow out the bears they may but, again, you can't deny the fact that the Lions' beat-up defense has been shit. Now, it's one thing to be shit against Josh Allen versus Caleb Williams. Caleb Williams is capable, and he's got playmakers. So I'm going to take over passing yards in that game. This is outdoors. This is in Chicago.

I still would. I mean, look, I think they're going to have to throw. I don't know what the weather is going to take over passing yards in that game this is outdoors this is in Chicago I still would I mean look they're gonna have I think they're gonna have to throw I don't know what the weather's gonna be but I do think they're gonna have to throw because I think the game's gonna be highly competitive another play that you might want to consider especially with knuckles out is the rushing and receiving total for Sonic now the problem with Sonic's total and rushing receiving is I'm gonna guess that number is going to be gigantic. Like, it's going to be over 100 yards rushing and receiving. And if it's not over 100 yards, you may want to get on it. Because even when Knuckles was there.

It was 30 degrees on Sunday. Well, temperature, schmimperture. But if I'm looking at the rushing and receiving total for Jameer Gibbs, especially without, like like even with his running mate there, that number's usually in the 70s or 80s. So without him there, that number's going to be close. It's going to probably be in the hundreds or damn near in the hundreds for rushing and receiving for Jameer Gibbs. It's 127 and a half. Holy fucking shit. That is a huge number, but he's the weapon. So you know what what I would consider his receptions

because that means it's kind of like when there's a twin and like sometimes a twin in utero eats the other twin and then he has his powers like Elvis has his brother Jesse Guerin's powers I think that now Jameer Gibbs has eaten the powers of his running mate, David Montgomery. Montgomery would easily give you two, three, four catches a game. That means those catches are going to go to Jameer Gibbs. So Gibbs could give you five or six catches, and he's probably going to carry the ball 15, 16, 17 times. He's getting 20-plus touches. So what do you have to average per touch to get to 130, about six yards, something like that?

I think he can do that. But what are his receptions? I need to see the reception total for Jameer Gibbs in this game. I'm going to guess it's probably higher than usual. Four and a half would be my guess for his receptions. Three and a half. Okay, I take that. He's going to catch the ball four times.

Jameer Gibbs is going to be four catches for Jameer Gibbs. Let's fucking rock. And he's going to carry the ball a half. Okay, I'd take that. He's going to catch the ball four times. Jameer Gibbs is going to be four catches for Jameer Gibbs. Let's fucking rock. And he's going to carry the ball a lot. Now, this number could really come into play if they do have a healthy lead and they can sit on the ball and run. Then I think you're in good shape. The problem is their defense has been so bad, and I do think the Bears, look, they're incompetent in the first half.

But if the Bears can keep it close enough to get into a little shootout in the second half, you have a really good opportunity with some of these Bears playmakers to take their yards. So keep that in mind. What do you like? I would probably take the DeAndre Swift touchdown, plus 125. Again, the Lions, they're kind of beat up on defense,

especially against the run, right? So I'd take DeAndre Swift. And I also like my boy, Roma Dunzey, sitting at 39 and a or 37.5. That's right about his sweet spot. So I would go with Rome Yards and DeAndre Swift Tuds. All right. Somehow the goddamn Bears have probably won me more money this year than any other team.

I know. It's wild. You're like the goddess of – well, because around here we get boosts for them because it's Illinois. So they give you Bears profit boosts. So Jilly will just build random parlays and they hit.'s got a gift all right what's next the Browns and the Bengals uh Jamar Chase is receiving yards don't care what they are I'm taking those uh whatever Joe Burrow's passing yardage total is I'm taking that I don't believe that DTR can get you the 500 combo, but maybe because the Bengals defense is fucking terrible. And I think, and I would assume that you might be able to steal Jerry

Judy here. So Judy's number is going to be lower because he's not playing with Jameis. So I would consider that because I would guess Jerry Judy is going to be somewhere in the high 40s or 50s with Jameis out? 62 and a half. Still, I would give that some serious consideration. Jamar Chase, first quarter receiving yards. Jamar Chase, longest reception. I would come into play. Jamar is also one of those guys that can start slow, like Justin Jefferson, NFLSU.

Ooh, we got to build an NFLSU parlay for this weekend as well. I've hit it three fucking weeks in a row. I fucking love it. Sorry, I did not mean to startle you, Ross. Oh, you're fine, Ross. Don't whine. But yeah, I mean, I just stick with what works with these games. Jamar Chase is going to get his.

And as we noted, Jamar is chasing, no pun intended, play on words, but Jamar Chase is chasing some fucking record. The Triple Crown, you were falling asleep during hard knocks, but he's trying to lead the league in touchdown catches, receiving yards, and receptions. So his boy is going to hook him up, and he still hasn't gotten paid yet. He's 87 and a half.

I'll take that. He didn't score a touchdown last week, so I think that's an obvious one. And Browns-wise, cool. Give a shot to maybe Jerry Judy, maybe David Njoku, who will probably have his catches total somewhere at 4.5 maybe. Oh, there we go. Well, you can take DTR to throw two passing teds for plus 240,

and honest to God, against the Bengals, he might. He could. I think 500 combined passing yards is very much in play I think both quarterbacks throwing for 30 yards which I think you can get on DraftKings or at least 15 yards in every quarter for each guy very much in play I know that those are kind of broad plays there but like that feels like a game where you're going to see Rogers and Stafford to each record 15 passing yards in each quarter for minus 125.

So not a ton of value and that means but like do take them to throw 30 each in each quarter. It's plus 450 like tonight. It was for for the two quarterbacks to throw for 30 in each quarter was plus 700. I bet 55 on that and it paid out like almost 400.
