All right, let's start with Jilly.
Here's what she's got.
She starts with Jared Goff over 250 passing yards.
Now, mind you, I have no notes here.
that tell me why Jilly feels the way she feels.
I know that she thinks that the Lions are due to have a huge game.
They're at home.
They're against the Bears.
They're coming off a terrible game.
Whole world's written them off, it seems.
Jared Goff, who was not great in week one, along with everybody that played for the lions.
Jared Goff, over 250 yards.
Also from Jilly.
I feel like she and I are kind of on the same page on a lot of these things, too.
She's got C.D. Lamb anytime touchdown.
She did tell me her reasoning on that was that.
old buddy's going to make up for those drops with a couple of big plays, including a touchdown.
Jamar Chase over 90 receiving yards.
She likes the Ravens minus 11 and a half.
So that's not a prop bet, but she just got a minus 11 and a half.
Mack Jones passing yards and Aaron Jones 2 plus passing touchdown.
Sorry, Aaron Rogers 2 plus passing touchdowns.
So Mack Jones passing yards.
Aaron Rogers, 2 plus passing touchdown.
Downs. There, I got it. So those are Jilly's prop to your drop plays. Now, we go with mine. We'll
start with Cleveland at Baltimore. Cleveland's not very good. We know that Cleveland isn't very good,
but we do like Joe Flacco. Now, I'm not taking Joe Flacco this week, although that feels
like a situation where the Browns will be down on the road, and Flacco will sling. My concern
with guys like Flacco and certain people is you wonder if they're ever going to get benched. You
know what I'm saying? Like, the Browns have people waiting in the wings. Like, that's why I'm not
taking anything with Russ Wilson, A, because Russ Wilson sucks, but what are the giants going
to do? Like, are the Giants going to pull him at any point? Every report is that they want to
dump him. Every report is that they're looking to move on, that the Daible wants to bring in
Jackson Dart. So how do you ride with anything for Russ Wilson? That's kind of how I feel about
teams like the Browns as well. Are they ever going to bench Flacko? So I don't trust that.
So here's what I'm going with.
I'm going to go with D'Andre Hopkins over 19 and a half receiving yards.
He had 30 last week.
D'Andre is still an elite talent.
Like, he's not a guy that forgot how to play the position.
You know, it's hard to believe, though.
He's been in the league for like, what, 13 years now, 12 years?
He came into the league in 2013, my last year in Houston, the first time around.
So he's been around a while.
I'm not asking D'Andre Hopkins to go out.
have 70, 80, 90 yards, but I think he can get one or two catches for 20 yards, so I'm going
DeAndre Hopkins over 19 and a half. The Rams are at Tennessee. So last week, Cam Ward only
threw for 112 yards in his first career regular season start. But the Titans had four
drops, including some big ones that would have extended drives and maybe put them in position
to win the games or the game. And my man has not gone out.
and rolled his boys up under the bus.
Every story I've read so far this week is that the quotes from Cam Warder that he refuses
to throw his guys under the bus, he refuses to blame his dudes for the drops.
I think his dudes come through for him this week, and I'm taking over 196.5.
Yes, the Rams are stingy on defense.
Thus, I think Tennessee is going to be behind a lot in this game, but they're at home.
First home game for the rookie number one overall pick quarterback.
I think his guys are going to make a few plays.
for him, and they're going to have to throw late in the game, 196.5, we're taking over Cam Ward.
Chicago is at Detroit. David Montgomery is going to get into the end zone. He was one of our
favorite plays last year, David Montgomery and Jemir Gibbs. Now, some of the numbers haven't been
posted yet. Now, maybe they have been since I last looked. I wrote all these down last night,
so I haven't seen, because I wanted to take different players for receiving yards in this game
as well, but some weren't available.
Like I didn't see any Jemir Gibbs receiving yards.
He'll catch a lot of balls out of the backfield for them.
But I'm taking David Montgomery anytime touchdown,
and I'm taking Amin Ra over five and a half catches.
Last week, even with the offense being terrible on the road at Green Bay,
which as we're starting to figure out after two weeks,
maybe Green Bay's defense is really good.
You know, they shut down the Lions and then they shut down Washington yesterday.
Maybe their defense is solid.
that's not going to be the case with Chicago.
They're not a very good defensive team.
You saw them meltdown in the fourth quarter against a rookie quarterback and give up three touchdowns.
You're at home.
The whole world is shitting on you.
I think Amin Ra goes over five and a half catches and David Montgomery gets a touchdown.
Remember Amin Ra had four catches in 45 yards in a bad situation last week in a terrible game.
Six catches feels like a layup at home this week.
Amin Ra over five and a half catches.
we're going to go
Buffalo at the Jets
we're going to take Justin Fields
over 187 and a half. They're going
to lose that game but
last week
against the
Steelers
Justin Fields threw for 218 in a tight game there
now they're at home so you feel like you're going to play a little bit better
at home I don't expect them to win but I think
Justin Fields can eclipse 187
and a half. The Giants are
at Dallas and there were a lot of numbers that weren't
posted yet in this game but I'm going to go
CD with a touchdown as well. That is positive money wherever you look at it, plus
110 for a CD-LAM touchdown. So I'm going to take CD-LAM to score. That's another one
that Jilly had as well. A CD-Lam touchdown to make up for those three major big-time
drops that really altered the outcome of that game. I don't think Dallas is a better team
than the Eagles. But in that opener, you lose Jalen Carter. The Cowboys played well. The Cowboys
turn the ball over too much. I mean, the big fumble, of course, right before the delay.
And then you had two or three big drops and big spots from C.D. Lamb. And I think he bounces back
in this one and the Cowboys win. And he has a big game, including a touchdown. Jacksonville is
at Cincinnati. I'm going to go with Jamar Chase over 87 and a half yards. It was a putrid
offensive performance by Joe Burrow and Jamar Chase standards last week. I think they bounced
back big at home against Jacksonville, so I'm taking Jamar over 87.5. I'm also looking at
Brian Thomas Jr. I'm a sucker for this play. I am a sucker for Brian Thomas Jr. over
longest catch, because I still don't believe in the Cincinnati defense. 23 and a half for the
long for Brian Thomas Jr. Last week, as long was 11. He was a non-factor in that game
offensively for the most part. I think he scored a touchdown, but yardage-wise, he just didn't
do anything. So we're going to LSU all over the board in this game.
We are going to go 87 and a half over Jamar Chase receiving yards and BTJ over 23 and a half for longest catch.
For whatever reason, a lot of the numbers weren't up for the Saints game.
I think part of that is because they're still trying to figure out the whole Brock Purdy of it all,
even though it looks like he's not going to play.
I don't know what Joanne Johnson's numbers are, but we're going to ride them until they buck us.
So first quarter, if it's still over a half a yard or over one and a half or two yards, whatever it is,
We're taking over first quarter receiving yards for Joanne Johnson.
We are taking over catches for Joanne Johnson, which last week was two and a half.
And we're going to take over his receiving yards, which last week was somewhere in the neighborhood of 25 and a half or maybe a little lower.
So we're just going to keep riding with the Juwan Johnson trifecta until they figure out that this guy puts up bigger numbers than they put him in for.
We love Joanne Johnson.
Even though he dropped the game tying touchdown in the end zone on a tough play, we're going to go Juan Johnson trifecta.
first quarter receiving yards,
receptions for the game, yards for the game.
He and Spencer Rattler seemed to like each other a lot.
He's a good security blanket to have.
New England is at Miami.
I think Miami bounces back and wins this game at home.
And I think Tua bounces back with a big game
after they were horrific offensively last week.
Again, they're kind of in another situation.
And to a much greater extent that Detroit is in,
where the world's written you off.
and in this case the coach is on the hot seat
and in this case it looks like the star receiver hates the coach
and the offense turned the ball over a ton and you got wallop by Daniel
Freakin Jones I think at home Tua puts up big numbers
because you didn't just forget how to play the position
we're going to go Tua over 232 and a half passing
Seattle is at Pittsburgh and we're going to ride with my man Jackson Smith and Jigba
because he's my man Jackson Smith and Jigba
we're going to go over 68 and a half that number just keeps rising
for him, but he's a baller. Denver is at Indianapolis. Now, this is the case where the whole world
is in love with Daniel Jones. And maybe Daniel Jones has figured it out. And maybe this is his
spot that he'll be for the next 10 years. And maybe getting out of New York has turned him into
this all-world player. Who knows? But we're not taking Daniel Jones in this one. We are actually
taking Tyler Warren because we love tight ends. His number is over 43 and a half. And his debut last
week. He put up 76. These tight-ins don't just stop being security blankets and easy throws for
these quarterbacks. He'll continue to be so. That number is still low. Over 43 and a half
receiving yards for Tyler Warren, the rookie out of Penn State. We're going with another
tight-in in the Carolina and Arizona game because this is just our dude that we take every week
because he's a big. Trey McBride, the number I saw was 60. So Trey McBride over 60. We love
tight ends. We love Trey McBride. We love Tyler Warren. We love Johnson. Go down the list. If it's a
tight end, we fucking love them. If you want to count Ladd McConkey, he's not technically a
tight end, but guys like he could be look at him. He's a little white dude. Of course he could be a
tight end. Guys like Ladd McConkey, we love. We love Brock Bowers when he's healthy. We are
big, tight-in people. The Eagles are at Kansas City. AJ Brown didn't have a catch until
like the last play of the game. He had eight yards. That cannot have.
happened because they're about a week of him not getting targeted away from him shutting the
fuck down and reading pride and prejudice on the sideline. So they have to get in the ball
and they have to get active early with him getting the ball. So I would expect them to target
A.J. Brown early. His number is 66 and a half. We're taking A.J. Brown over 66 and a half.
Atlanta is at Minnesota and we're going to ride with our boy, our new favorite player.
The guy we took for 4,000 passing yards as part of our parlay this year, Michael Pinas
Jr. 225.5. So we're going to take
225 and a half there. They may not win that game, but I
think a lot of people are also blowing J.J. McCarthy, and they're forgetting that
he sucked for most of that game. Made a couple of throws late. Everybody loves him. They've got a
hard-on for J.J. McCarthy. I have a hard-on for Michael Peanish Jr.
He's at 225. The Chargers are at the Raiders.
I think you can do this on Fandulor, Draft Kings. But Gino,
and Herb, O'Hurbert, we're going to take them to combine for 500 passing yards.
And also, whatever the McConkey number is, we'll just take that as well because we like Ladd McConkey.
And then finally, Tampa and Houston, we're not going to make things too difficult.
We're going to ride with Emeka Igbuka, who was our favorite college player last year,
had a big game for Tampa in their first game against Atlanta,
and now he's going to have another big game at Houston, over 52.5 receiving yards for Habuk.
and C.J. Stroud's going to find the zone again, being back at home.
They're another team that offensively teams, or not teams, but media fans are kind of shitting on them offensively and deservedly so because they haven't been good offensively.
At least in week one, they weren't very impressive. They scored nine fucking points and turned the ball over and had C.J. running for his life.
So C.J. over 228 and a half. So there you go. This week's prop to you drop. We did fairly decent last week.
had some moments, and this week we plan on victory. More to come.
