Went to see the Oasis documentary. Here's what I would tell you to do. Go see the Oasis documentary. And I feel like you'll get more out of the Oasis documentary if you see it in the theater. Like I'm not the biggest Oasis guy. Like I think Don't Look Back in Anger is one of the greatest songs ever written. Like that is one of my go-to drunk sing-along songs. I'm sitting on the back porch out here.

It's, you know, 1130 on a Saturday and I'm bombed. I've been out of here drinking bush lattes all day. in my, you know, like my, my, my, my, uh, Bluetooth is you're spitting out random songs. When don't look back and anger comes on, your boy is getting it. Okay. That's quality shit. You know, and it's good. But it's not like I'm a huge oasis guy.

I find the story of Oasis to be fascinating and the story of the two brothers and how they, I mean, they become the biggest rock band in the world, how they seemingly do not give a fuck. Like, my biggest takeaway from this is when I watch this, I'm like, you know, when I'm watching like Liam like this guy doesn't give a fuck what I wouldn't give to feel that way like just to not give a flying fuck like I'm watching this guy and he's just like whatever you know a bunch of cunts like they love cunt they love they love it ah they like the they like to use they like to say but they do and it's just like I'm watching this and these guys don't give a fuck and they're going

out there and they put the band back together you know after like 15 years and they're playing these shows over, you know, overseas, you know, like in, I don't know, England and Argentina and all these different places, they're playing shows. When you see 100,000 people or however many people are at these shows and they're sobbing and it's like they're having a religious experience, it really is fascinating to see people react that way. Like, the only thing that could give me that kind of reaction would be if the damn Yankees got back together.

I would be that, the little girl, these girls cry and men. And I'm watching it. And as I'm watching this documentary, I'm getting emotional over it because these people are so fucking emotional over Oasis. I'm like, holy shit. Like, this matters to these people. Like, this is super important. And I like some of the Oasis music. There's good tunes.

Like, they've got enough good tunes where if I went to see them in concert, I'd be like, I had a good show, you know. But it's not like I'm obsessed with it. It's not like it's my favorite. But don't look back in anger is. I think don't look back in anger. Spectacular. But the documentary, which is called Don't Look Back in Anger, it mixes actual concert footage. But it never bogs down with the concert footage.

Like I think sometimes you see a documentary about a rock band that works in concert footage. And the concert footage kind of brings it down. Like the Led Zeppelin documentary a couple years ago, there was like a nine, 10 minute stretch of a song. And I'm like, that's not really what I'm here for. I'm here for the documentary. I need a little story action here. I'm not really into like, you know, here's, you know, live and love and made for 14 minutes. Like, I don't, look, music's fine to me.

I don't think Led Zeppelin made bad music. I like it. But I'm not here to watch, you know, 11 minutes of stairway to heaven footage. Not really for me. I need stories. I need some backstory here. I need what's going on. But I'm watching this yesterday and it's just, like, fascinating.

And what I wouldn't give to just have the mindset. of not giving a fuck. I think too many of us, especially people of this generation, we overthink things, social media leads us to overthink things. Like there's a lot of elements of that where it's like, we think too fucking much and we worry too fucking much and everybody's got fucking anxiety too fucking much. And maybe part of this is for show, I don't know, for these guys.

But when I'm watching Liam Gallagher just not giving a fuck, and he literally, there was a scene at the beginning of this. and these two guys allegedly had seen or spoken to each other in 15 years. Now, I don't know if I believe that, but maybe they didn't. I mean, if you go back to the 90s and all that drama, you know, celebrity death match type drama, maybe they hadn't. Maybe they really didn't talk to each other for that long. I find that hard to believe, but okay, all suspend disbelief and say they haven't spoken at all in 15 years.

They got this little, you know, type of place they've rented out to practice, you know. they're all up there playing. A man Liam walks in, sings the part of the song, you know, they do the thing. Then as they're still jamming up on the stage, you know,

practicing, a man just walks out, grabs his bag and leaves while they're still playing. And they all look, he goes, he leaves like, yeah, that's what he does.

Like his level of don't give a fuck is intoxicating. Like, like, and at one point he's talking about being canceled. He's like, I don't give a fuck. Like,

Now, when you've got the cash that these guys probably have, like, I will say, it's a lot easier to have a don't give a fuck attitude where if you get canceled tomorrow or if you never play again, like they didn't play for 15 years and I feel like they've probably got some cash. Let's see how much OASIS is worth. How much money, how much money do the guys from OASIS have? Let's see how rich they are. Let's see.

they have a combined net worth of roughly 113 to 120 million with Noel Gallagher alone worth about 150 million after the 2025 reunion tour and Liam Gallagher around 60 million. So it's really easy to be like, you know what, I don't give a fuck. You know, it's harder to be like, I don't give a fucking fuck everybody when you don't have 150 million dollars. This is, like, I find this stuff interesting. Record sales sold over 70 million albums worldwide. I would have thought they sold more. touring revenues peak years they would make 50 million from that streaming royalties still of course you know nole has a lot more cash because you know he's got the songwriting

but still I enjoy the don't give a fuck attitude and there are varying levels of an I don't give a fuck attitude like that's a more aggressive don't give a fuck but then there's guys like like a Matthew McConaughey who just kind of seemingly coast through life And look, the guy is good at what he does and he works hard. I'm not saying he doesn't. But he's got this kind of breezy attitude about him. Like, that's a breezy, don't give a fuck attitude. And then there's kind of like the stone surfer guy kind of breezy attitude.

Like the Jimmy Buffett breezy attitude to the Sammy Hagar breezy attitude, you know. There are guys just don't give a fuck. But watching this documentary, I'm like, fuck. Like, I want to feel that way. You know? And that's kind of why, and part of that for me comes from feeling like I'm doing something good. And by good, I mean like I'm doing something that's getting reaction and that people are paying attention to what I'm doing. That's where some of my confidence comes from.

And that's why I've had a crisis of confidence for a while because things I've done haven't been as successful. And I think that's just human nature, you know. And you sit around long enough and things aren't really working out. you kind of get, you know, stressed out about it. You don't feel that same level of success, and you don't feel the same level of confidence, you know. A couple weeks ago, I just decided to fucking delete Twitter

because Twitter was really occupying too much of my fucking time. And I posted something on Twitter about Sophie Cunningham having a flat ass, just a random comment on something. Like, these people are obsessed with Sophie Cunningham. She didn't even have an ass. Well, don't tell that to a bunch of MAGA people who think that Sophie Cunningham's ass is, like the definition of a nice ass.

Like these are white people here and white people have a type of ass. Maga white people have a type of ass they're into. And that is Sophie Cunningham's. We think she's maga like us ass. Like they love this chick's ass. And I would keep looking at my Twitter and I'd be getting 400 comments a minute from people just calling me every gay slur calling me all this shit. At some point I was just like, I don't want to fucking do it.

Like it finally hit a point where I'm like, these people are fucking idiots. They were, like, just saying fucked up racist shit. And I'm like, fuck off. Like, I don't really need this headache from you people. Like, this is annoying to me. So I just decided to delete Twitter off my phone. And that was three weeks ago.

Hey, Ross. That was, you know, like three weeks ago, whatever it was. And I just stopped fucking around with it. And then, you know, that's been a better situation. But, um, hi, Ross. Bye. Ross has joined us everybody.

So he's looking out the window. He's watching the house. So you guys felt concerned. Ross is now here. He's got his eyes on everything. So he may bark at something if you know somebody walks by. But yeah. So I was just like, why do I want to fuck with these people?

You know what I mean? Like, why do I want to be part of this world? Like this is gross. So I started doing more shit on TikTok. And then I did a couple of videos on TikTok and shit that got a little a little leg. I did something about the Saints game the other day. They got like, you know, 70,000 views and a couple thousand likes.

I'm like, that doesn't suck. You know, so I just kind of like, I don't know why people want to waste time on Twitter because Twitter is a cesspool, you know. And like, I'm getting these reactions from people. And it's just, it's angry. And it's like these people are mad. And they're only mad because they think this person is with them politically. You know, at that time, they didn't know she was banging a black guy.

I'm sure their opinions changed a little bit. But, like, I was just like, I don't need this shit. Like, this is so stupid to waste my time with this, to waste my time constantly reading shit from people who have no idea who I am. But of course, you know, now I'm gay and now I'm a piece of shit. And now I'm, you know, and then they start talking about all the, oh, you must like all. They started, like, calling, like, all the black WNBA players racist names and shit. I'm like, fuck off. Like, I'm not offended by shit.

Like, you're not decent humans. You're bots and shit on Twitter. You're just gross, disgusting people. Hillbilly fucks that have been empowered by whatever it is that has empowered you to be hillbilly fucks on Twitter. And look, that's like that's the platform be whatever hillbilly fuck you want. But I just I couldn't. I found no enjoyment out of that. At least in, you know, TikTok or wherever, like I started doing TikToks and some shit on on Instagram.

Those are far less vile places. I don't know why anybody would ever want to go to Twitter. So that's why I just fucking deleted the thing. I'm like, I don't need this shit. Now, I kept all my followers in case it becomes a nice place again. But I didn't delete my account like I did on Facebook, which looking back was probably a mistake. I had like 10,000 followers on there or whatever it was.

I think I had 15,000 Facebook people between two platforms. Then I'm like, fuck this. And I deleted it. And it's like, oh, shit, I don't have those people anymore. So that's probably not the best move. But, you know, what are you going to do? All that to say, there is a level of don't give a fuck that exists. in Oasis that I think is spectacular and the documentary was great and I would urge you to watch

it. Another one you should watch is the one about the OJ reality show, the juiced reality show. Fascinating. I finished that last night. So you should probably check that out too. All right.
