You know, one of my biggest issues with Trump, and I'm not, you know, again, I'm not trying to make things super political. I don't give a shit. I didn't vote, whatever it is, what it is. But one of the things about Trump that I find fascinating is just the

the things that he makes a big deal out of that are not a big deal and then when you think about it it's like, all right dude why is this something that you're focusing on? Why are you doing this? And a lot of times it's because he's trying to cater to kind of the lowest common denominator people, which is not always the case. Like, can I tell you what? Okay, so this is interesting. When I was watching Trump on the campaign trail, and he was in these interviews with like Joe Rogan or the Bussin with the Boys guys or Theo Vaughn or whoever it was, like, and I still believe this, like, I think the guy is a guy that listens. I think he's a guy

that's genuinely interested in things and likes to learn about things, right. But I really liked what I heard in a lot of that. And now as you kind of again, I didn't vote for the guy didn't vote for anybody. And now apparently, Elon Musk is going to like run a on the platform of the middle, you know, three years from now or whatever. But anyway, so I'm listening to this. And I was kind of intrigued by just because I'm like, Hey, listen, like, I think the guy is truly someone who's curious about things. And I found him to be likable in that

setting. One of the things he does that I find to be awful is that he focuses on these very small things that really nobody cares that much about, but they're usually tinged in some sort of racial context or some sort of thing that anytime you try to defend the guy, it's something people can go back to and go, why does he care about that this much? And the reason he cares about those things that much is because he's throwing a bone to the lowest common denominator of MAGA person. That's not to say that all MAGA people are lowest common denominator humans.

That's not to say that they're all terrible people because they're not. But there is a lowest common denominator of those people. And he has to feed them he has to throw some chum in the water has to be like Chief Brody and like keep you know that scene where he's got the cigarette in his mouth and he's throwing the chum into the water. And then the shark just kind of pops up. Like he has to feed those people to let those people know that hey, Papa Trump is still here, he's

Like Trump is the ultimate counterproductive actions person because the guy could do 1000 solid things and do a lot of things that are good and a lot of things that make sense. And then he'll do things like that. And're like bro, why do you do this shit? There is

no need but that's not in his DNA. His DNA is not to do things like in his DNA is to go out and just piss people off like never kind of take a step back and go hey maybe I shouldn't do that today maybe being quiet is the right move and you get that in things like on Juneteenth and you could talk about whether or not you think Juneteenth should be a federal holiday whatever but you know exactly what you're doing in that situation Juneteenth celebrating the end of slavery let me make sure I throw out the fact that I think people should be working on holidays like this, just to kind of needle people and as people like that galvanizes people, but really it

galvanizes the lowest common denominator of Trump person. The latest is there's a story today where Trump is talking about how he wouldn't have changed the Washington commander's nickname and he would have stuck with the Redskins. Now he was asked about this. It's not like he just brought this up. I will defend him there. It's not like he just showed up one day as like, well, I got your attention. Yes, there's some people dying in the floods. They're terrible floods. They're amazing floods brought on by the woke mob. But first, I've got to talk about the the

Washington Redskins that's right we call them the Redskins we still call them the Redskins don't we speaking of the flood thing to go to the other side of things the people that are blaming Trump for the floods are fucking morons you just fucking morons right so like if I could say that people who are gonna like fist pump over Trump saying that, you know, we got to bring back the Redskins name or fucking morons blaming Trump for floods, you're morons, and you fucking have TDS. Okay, you do like get the fuck over it like, like, not everything that

happens that's bad is the dude's fault. And this is not one of those you can sit there and cherry pick and try to move things around and make it into the guy's fault. But then you also get these people that are like, you know, the little girls, those little Christian girls kind of deserved and like who the fuck thinks these things like it's and it's a very small number of people but then you see these posts get likes and shit and you're like who's liking this and how like how is it that the people that have

the signs in the yard that say in this house, we believe that love is love and all lie and that black lives matter and that science is real. I don't understand how people that operate like that and have that sign, which is usually just for show anyway, but why people who have that sign are the ones that say shit like, hey, these crit, maybe you shouldn't have been all religious. Maybe you're kind of, it's all coming home to roost. All these parents are losing their kids because they claim to be religious, but they voted for Trump and they're pieces of shit. Like, it's wild to me that people operate in that world. And usually the ones that think that way are

the we say that love is love and that nobody's illegal and that black lives matter and all this shit, you know, but back to the Trump thing with the commanders He's asked about it and let's see He was asked about the commander stadium plans within the district of Columbia and whether the team would have changed Would have changed its name at all quote. Well, you want me to make a controversial statement? I would Trump replied I wouldn't have changed the name It just doesn't have the same it doesn't have the same ring to me But you know winning can make everything sound good

So if they went all of a sudden commander sounds good, but I wouldn't have changed the name again He was asked so it's not like he just showed up one morning and is like hey watch this So it changes it a little bit, but it doesn't change the fact that the dude focuses on so many dumb things that only really galvanize the lowest form of his supporter. And that's the part that I'm like, and now, to be fair, it doesn't matter what the guy does, the guy could try to play fair and balanced and it wouldn't matter the people who hate him are still going to hate him and nothing's going to change that. So who gives a shit like at some point it's almost like why even give them an inch because they hate you like

just go to the thing about how again back to the thing about these floods right like the idea that Trump is the cause of these floods you can dig up all your stuff about the people that don't have the jobs and these things anymore and that's why this happened. It's asinine. It is completely asinine, but you're not going to change those people's opinion. We're screwed. It's never going to get better. I'm not telling you this to be negative. I'm not telling you this to be like, oh, Josh is an asshole. it's never going to get better the genie is out of the bottle you can't put the toothpaste back in the tube it's out of there and we are never like like congrats Elon Musk is going to run on the put together a party that's in the middle hey look at this shit there is no

middle that people care about you're're not going to win. The most extremes on either side are who's going to win this thing. People are never going to get along. People are never going to be friends again. People are going to hate each other forever. There is no going back. There is never going to be a, hey, left wing and right wing people, let's shake it. It's never going to happen. There's no benefit. Nobody who benefits? Tell me who benefits from people coming together on anything. The answer is nobody. Nobody's going to benefit from that. Nobody benefits from harmony. People all benefit.

That's why you'll always see like racial groups, right? There's no like they want there to be strife because if there's not strife and people just get along what purpose do they serve? Oh, they don't serve a purpose and they are useless. People will always strive to keep people divided and we will always be divided particularly in this era. Like honest to God, I will be thrilled when Trump is no longer president. But this is

going to last forever. Do you think that these wacko left wing people are ever going to support some Republican president? No. Do you think the right wing wackos are ever going to support a left wing president? No. It's only going to get worse and worse. But you know, so like maybe I'm wrong. Maybe like when I say I don't understand why Trump continues to hammer these. Might as well. You're the president already.

You can just keep pissing people off all you want. So maybe I'm wrong. Maybe I'm the misguided one here. Maybe you just go out and just feed the beast. Feed your ravenous audience and give them what they want because you could go out there and offer people $1,000 just $1,000 check for every person in the country. And people would still hate you. You could say guess what everybody everybody gets a blowjob today

great blowjobs and people would still fucking hate you. There's nothing you can do to make the people who hate you like you. So at this point, you're not politicking anymore, you've got the presidency until you decide to try to like get a third term which I'm sure will happen for whatever reason. But like you go out and like I guess do you, maybe I'm wrong, maybe the whole premise of my discussion here is off base. Maybe the premise is stupid because maybe this is what you do need to do You just need to keep going out there and just giving your hardcore fan base what they want Because no one's going to like you anyway. The people who hate you are always going to hate you They're always going to call you a Nazi. They're always gonna say you're a piece of shit

So why not like in my mind like I see some of these people who are getting deported and I'm like, is this really like the right answer? Like were people really dying for like some lady that works at a Mexican restaurant illegally or works at some shop illegally? Were we really hoping that this person would get kicked out of the country? I think most people weren't, right? But at this point, you might as well just feed the beast, right? Like I'm watching this. And like, I thought we were going to like, you know, kick out the gang members and the

really hardcore people, right? But then you see people and I get that they're illegally here. But I'm watching these people just get thrown out and I'm like, is that really the move? Is that really something that we should be celebrating? Like it feels wrong to celebrate seemingly good people who've never done anything like presumably done anything terrible to anybody to celebrate them getting kicked out of the country and kicked out

in such an inhumane way, right? You call me a pussy, you can say whatever you want about me. I'm all in favor of having to have people here legally and go through the process of being legally vetted. But is this the mo- like it just feels gross to me. Judge me if you will, say I'm a pussy if you will. It feels gross to me to almost be like on a witch hunt just to get all of these people out of here. Even if these people aren't people who've done anything

wrong, like what if they're good people? What if they're decent people? And may and look, I don't know all the details of how this shit works. But like, how about like, give them an un again, I might sound naive here. Give them the ultimatum of get your shit together and become a legalized citizen or you're out. Like the idea of just busting in on people and being like get the fuck out just feels shitty. And I'm sure it happens in other places. I'm sure there

are plenty of other countries where people are like an American is there illegally and they kick that person out. I'm not telling you that doesn't happen. In the same way like on Fourth of July Independence Day, you'll get your liberal dipshits who love to let you know that America was founded on stolen land. Well, it was founded on conquered land like most other countries. But people live in this weird world where like they don't like they choose to not understand the context of the way the world was a 23400 years ago, because they're just dipshits. They don't believe the shit they're saying. They're

just saying it. But when I watch this stuff, and you could sit there and say whatever you want about me, I don't care. When I see certain people get knocked out I'm like okay kick them out but then I'm seeing people who are seemingly good people who bring joy to people, people that are helping people, people who are doing work, people who are staying out of trouble and look good I don't know if they've been given the opportunity to become legalized citizens I mean obviously they've had time to do it in the time they've been here and they've chosen not to do it. And I'm sure there's some sort of benefit to them. You know, I get it, right? I don't

know. Some of it feels gross to me. The way it's gone down and the way it happens feels gross and feels kind of just inhumane and the way they're doing it. Like I'm not gonna bitch about the alligator Alcatraz or any of that shit, whatever. It's a prison basically. It's what it should be. That's what it's going to be. But just seeing some of these people kind of get, I don't know, just kind of treated so inhumanely and the people who deserve it deserve it. treated so inhumanely and the people who deserve it deserve it. But there's I feel like there should have been a different way. And it just feels like it's being inhumane for the sake of being inhumane. If that makes sense. Anyway, I'm not some political junkie or I'm not very

savvy and all of that shit. And I know that I'm not. But I don't know, it feels kind of gross to me. Anywho, more to come.
