The last section of the petition reads, This will show a strong commitment to player safety and show that there are consequences for racist behavior no matter who you are. So a man has been charged with buying alcohol for the underage fan who fell from the outfield stands at Pittsburgh's PNC Park on April 30th, and he already had a pretty lengthy rap sheet. Ethan Kirkwood, 21, was arrested Tuesday for allegedly buying alcohol for his 20-year-old friend Kavon Markwood, a college football player who was left critically injured after falling 21 feet from the bleachers.

Markwood continues to recover from a broken neck, back, and collarbone as well as a traumatic brain injury while Kirkwood faces misdemeanor charges of furnishing alcohol to a minor. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 23rd. Kirkwood is admitted to buy an alcohol for Markwood at the game, according to criminal complaint obtained by WTAE in Pittsburgh.
