All right, we have some really explosive news and actually was flying back when this all started to unfold. I didn't realize it happened mid afternoon yesterday on the East Coast because I guess this is just not a big deal in America. Is there just too much going on that we can't even focus on the fact that Donald Trump's FBI has seized ballots from Fulton County? Are we just not, is no one going to care about that? I mean, I only knew about it because some folks posted about it on the internet, but it feels like I don't know. It just feels like no one's talking about it. This is insane. I'm so glad that at least I had the platform to do here.

The New York Times literally doesn't even have it on the front page. The president of the United States has directed his FBI to seize ballots from the 2020 election. And it's not even front page news on the New York Times. Not great. Not great. Well, we're going to talk about it here. The New York Times did report about it, but apparently don't think that a lot of people need to know about it. The FBI agents executed a search warrant on Wednesday for an election center in Fulton County, Georgia, seeking to seize ballots in a significant escalation of the administration's efforts to investigate a jurisdiction

that President Trump has continued to criticize over his 2020 defeat in the state. lie about, not criticized, lie. He's been lying. The move harnesses the investigative power of the Justice Department and the FBI behind baseless claims, basis, no, lies, lies from Donald Trump and his supporters that the 2020 election was stolen from him, comma, which it was not. Joe Biden won free and fair. Anyway, state and local officials and election experts have repeatedly refuted those assertions. New York Times, you can just say that it's a lie. You can just say Joe Biden won the 2020 election, Donald Trump lost. The search warrant authorized the FBI agents, which I have, I'll show you next, to search for all, quote, physical ballots from the 2020

general election in the county, according to a copy viewed by the New York Times, as well as all ballot images produced by scanning ballots, all voter rolls from that year and all tabulators. The warrant was signed by a magistrate judge. Catherine Salinas said that. The records were sought as part of an investigation into possible violations of federal law against destruction of election-related records and other statute that makes it a crime to knowingly procure fraudulent voter registration or fraudulent votes. All right. So before we get, I have the warrant.

I have some commentary from the U.S. Senator John Ossoff from Georgia. And I have video of the FBI seizing ballots. Okay. Before we get into all that, I just want to say. that this is insane. This is insane. This is worrying to say the least. And this is obviously an effort from Donald Trump to throw some shit into the air, hoping that something sticks so that he can attack the 2026 midterms and the 28 elections. That's for sure. That's for sure. And I'm going to tell you why this is extremely worrying that they're going to have, they have, they have the evidence.

of the 2020 election. There's no carbon copy. They have it. Okay. Now, let's go into this warrant first, because this is a very extraordinary document. First, it says here that property has been, that they are seizing property that has been used as the means of committing a criminal offense. Now, why that is interesting to me is that it's really unusual for a ballot to be treated as evidence or a record. They're basically saying that these ballots were being used to commit a crime, and the FBI is investigating a crime with those ballots. They're saying that if you voted in Fulton County, you may have committed a crime. That is what that means. All right, here too, when it says the review of this electronic data may be conducted by any government personnel assisting

in the investigation who may include, in addition to law enforcement officers and agents, attorneys for the government, attorneys, support staff, and technical experts pursuant to this warrant, the FBI may deliver a complete copy of the seized or copied electronic data to the custody and control of attorneys for the government and their support staff for their independent review. Now, this is very explosive because standard FBI procedure is that the agents review evidence, agents, but this clause specifically says technical experts, technical experts. Who the hell is that? Who the hell is that? And political attorneys for their own, quote, independent review. What that does is it effectively privatizes the search and it breaks the chain of custody that normally happens

in investigations. It's going to allow political appointees to go through evidence without the FBI's oversight. Not that maybe the FBI's oversight would be great because it's all led by Cash Patel. Now, I have one more reason why I'm worried about this warrant, but before we get to that, remember, technical experts. Do you know who made an appearance today in Washington, D.C.? Oh, yes, the cracking herself. As someone noted here, after an FBI raid on Georgia elections office for 2020 ballots, top DOJ official has posted a picture with leading election conspiracy theory. If that doesn't worry you, I don't know what will. They were obviously digging for some little discrepancy that they can blow up to try to show that the 2020 election was stolen.

And then they're going to use that as some sort of reason to go after future elections. All right. One more thing I want to just harp on in this warrant. It says here that they're going to go after all voter rolls from the 2020 election. in Fulton County. All voter rolls. Now, here's why that's worrying. Taking the paper ballots is part of why we separate these records at the state level. Trump has taken the tabulations and the ballots. So if he makes a wild claim in court, what does it get compared against? So the paper ballots are the evidence that Fulton County would use to defend itself in court, but now they don't have it.

And Donald Trump and the FBI could very well tamper. Do you think Sidney Powell is going to be on the up and up as an expert, probably investigating these claims? I don't think so. First off, here's this, like, a striking video of FBI agents with a saw going to where the records are stored. And here's what John Alsup had to say about this. Jen, thank you for having me.

And this is a seismic event. This should have people across the country absolutely shook. This is a huge deal. This is an FBI raid on the Fulton County elections office. His conspiracy theories about the 2020 election have been based in Georgia from the very start. Georgia is where he called the Secretary of State and said, find me the votes that he needed to win in a state he had lost. So much of the big lie that led to the January 6th sacking of the United States Capitol

that had a mob seeking the Speaker of the House and the Vice President to lynch them originated in his lies about the state of Georgia. And here he has the FBI, which there are so many hardworking, diligent public servants in FBI field offices all across the country. But it's headquarters now in the thrall of these political appointees, Cash Patel and Bongino and this guy from Missouri in the deputy role, who are partisan political actors, raiding this election office in Georgia, seizing all of this information, all of these records, taking it who knows where,

chain of custody now broken. And here's the thing. This is a shot across the bow at the midterm elections. I need every Democrat to wake up. I need every Democrat to wake up. This is not business as usual. I don't need any more stern letters, okay? I need y'all to start fighting and start making some noise

because this is very clear where this is all heading. Donald Trump is an authoritarian. Authoritarians, when they gain power, they don't want to let it go. Donald Trump already tried to stop a free and fair election in 2020. He never got over the fact that he lost, and now he's using the fact that he lost as a precursor to make sure that he never loses again. Now, we also know that the FBI special agent in charge of the office in Atlanta where this is all happening was actually removed by the FBI director last week. So this is all very heavily

coordinated. Here is what Fulton County Commission Chair Rob Pitt said, really highlighting the fact that, again, we don't know what they're going to do with his evidence, and now they don't have evidence to defend themselves with us. Quote, we don't know where the ballots are being taken. We don't know what's going to happen to them. So we can no longer satisfy not only as citizens of Atlanta, but the citizens of the world, that these ballots are still secure. He added, we did our job. We complied with the law. The 2020 elections were fair. They were open. Every legal vote was counted, and we will continue to comply with the law. Someone made an important point here saying, so my connect with dots here is that there will be some allegation that there was foreign

interference in the voting, Hugo Chavez, Italian satellites, etc. Hence, why? DNI is involved making a NACC issue that they will use to justify doing something crazy illegal in November. And look at, who's that? Who's that? Oh, yes, Tulsi Gabbard, our director of national intelligence, just hanging out as the FBI raids Fulton County's ballots. Donald Trump put a exclamation point on this when he tweeted this about the, about a stolen 2020 election Obama diverting $400 million of cash sent to Iran. So I think this person is on to something that they're obviously going to use this as a precursor to say something very illegal happen. They can never allow it to happen again.

Miles Taylor said Trump's spy chief is personally attending raids of election offices. This is very bad. I'm going to end with this because let's end with action. This could all stop tomorrow. This inescapable conclusion that everyone in American politics and the entire national union cannot bring themselves to make, there's nothing Trump can do at this point to undisqualify himself and there are no laws Congress can pass to fix it. The only mechanism is impeachment and removal. If he stopped everything today, he will have violated the emoluments cause and monetized presidency to the tune of billion since 2017.

If he stopped everything today, he will still have violated both our UN and NATO treaty commitments by threatening our closest allies with territorial conquest. If he stopped everything today, he will still have murdered dozens of people in cold blood in the high seas and international water. the only mechanism to fix that is impeachment and removal. If you stopped everything today,

he will still have dismantled large swaths of the federal government in total violation of Congress and the law incurring damage that cannot be fixed simply by stopping. The only mechanism to fix that is impeachment and removal. And as this man says, we could go on and on. Yes, presidentialism was a grave mistake. And it's a very dumb system. The problem ultimately is systemic,

But it's also that people who swore oaths are cowards and aren't doing their fucking jobs. I added the F word. And we, they, and the media don't want to talk about that because it's painful to admit. We're going to talk about it here. This could all end tomorrow. The Senate and Congress are the ones allowing it to happen. Donald Trump must be impeached and removed immediately before it's too late. And it's too late is coming up pretty quickly.
