Stephen Miller is in the news for the wrong reasons because he is threatening arresting a governor, a sitting governor, a Democratic governor. This video is going to be about the fact that they might feel like they're all powerful right now, that they're really high on their own supply, but there's mounting evidence that what they're doing is illegal, and though Donald Trump may have more immunity than most people in carrying out illegal, activities, the people who work for him do not. So do not feel despondent. Do not feel hopeless because as I'm going to show you, this is part of the pendulum swing. And this is swinging in the other direction.

Now, here's one test case of that because Tish James was indicted by Donald Trump's partner justice. I feel like for no reason whatsoever. Here's what she had to say. And listen to the cheers in the background. All of you. I want to thank each and every one of you. I want to thank you for your prayers. I want to thank you for your emails.

I want to thank you for your support. It has been my spirit. It has anchored my soul. But this is not about me. This is about all of us. And about a justice system which has been weaponized. A justice system which has been used as a tool of revenge. This justice system which has been used as a tool of revenge.

And a weapon against those individuals who simply did their job and who stood up for the rule of law. And a justice system which unfortunately is nothing being used as a very used as a very job. being used as a vehicle of retribution. But my faith is strong. And my faith is, I have this belief in the justice system, in the rule of law, and I have a belief in America and all of its individuals who have stood with me, not only in New York, but all across this nation. From just about every jurisdiction in this nation,

who have said, stand-down. up and be tall and never ever cow down or back down or break or bend so there's no fear today no fear no fear i've got no fear either i hope you don't have fear if you do borrow her courage borrow my courage because the people who should be afraid are the ones like stephen miller who who as I said are higher their own supply, threatening sitting governors like this. J.B. Pritzker could be arrested. Let's talk about your willingness and under what federal authority do you arrest a sitting governor. I understand the supremacy clause. I understand interference with a federal officer. By the way, talking about being high your own supply.

Stephen Miller looks like he is smelling his own farts. Look at that face. Okay. Serious stuff. Serious. Make himself susceptible to being arrested? Well, the answer I'm about to give doesn't only apply to Governor Prisker. It applies to any state official, any local official, anybody who's operating in an official capacity who conspires or engages in activity that unlawfully impedes federal law enforcement conducting their duties.

So if you engage in a criminal conspiracy to obstruct the enforcement of federal immigration laws, or to unlawfully order your own police officers or your own officials to try to interfere with ICE officers or even to arrest ICE officers. You're engaged in criminal activity. Different kinds of crimes would apply. There is obstruction of justice. There is harboring illegal aliens. There is impeding the enforcement of our immigration laws.

Then as you get up the scale of behavior, you obviously get into seditious conspiracy charges depending on the conduct and many other offenses. So, again, it depends on the action. It depends on the conduct. It depends on what is taking place. But what... All right. So he's basically saying that J.B. Pricksker has to obey everything that ICE does. And if he does anything to stop ICE from carrying out what they say are their duties, then he can be arrested.

I would like to see them arrest J.B. Pricksker. I think you want to make someone more powerful than you can possibly imagine. Arrest them. I think Tish James, he's either going to be governor. or candidate for president of the United States. I'm saying it right now. Because what Donald Trump is doing is showing people and making people become fighters. And one thing about politicians is one, they know how to fight.

And they're savvy politicians. They know how to fight and gain support while doing it. And this part is very interesting that Stephen Miller says about he says something directly to all ICE officers. We need to reassure a couple points to all ICE officers. You have federal immunity in the conduct of your duties. And anybody who lays a hand on you or tries to stop you or tries to obstruct you is committing a felony. That's a problem. That's a problem.

Now, Stephen Miller, that's not true, first off. You might want it to be true. It's not true. You have to follow the laws. You do. Now, Grock, who is Elon Musk, bot on Twitter, which is now called X, was asked. Under U.S. constitutional law, do ICE or DHS officers have any form of legal or federal immunity if they violate the constitutional or federal statutes while enforcing immigration laws, such as making warrantless arrest, detaining U.S. sentences or using excessive force. And GROC really just laid it all out there.

No, ICE or DHS officers do not possess absolute federal immunity. Should I say that again? It feels good to hear. No. ICE or DHS officers do not. not possess absolute federal immunity for violating the Constitution or federal statutes during immigration enforcement. And then it goes into sight all the reasons why here.

So when you're seeing ICE officers do things like this. This is out of control. Mast men, two of them descending on a woman with no warrant, or administrative and a barrage of questions for one reason only she looks as panic. This is not law enforcement, this is harassment and prejudice and discrimination, and it's against a law. So I'm going to quote myself when I end this because do not be discouraged. I'm not. I'm not. I'm going to quote myself real fast and say times of lawlessness and corruption are historically followed by periods of justice because these times carry the seeds of their own destruction planted in people who eventually get tired of the decay

and demand moral clarity. So here's what I mean about that. Normal folks, when they see a young woman being harassed by masked officers, what Trump is unwittingly doing is planting a seed in a normal American who are thinking, I don't like that. That doesn't seem right. When Donald Trump is paying himself $280 million that he directs his own Department of Justice to pay him, he's planting a seed in someone else who's like, wait, why is the President of the States taking money from the government to pay himself? When Donald Trump is tearing down the east wing to build himself an elaborate ballroom, he's planting a seed in someone else.

And all of these seeds that are being planted are going to be watered by more corruption, more legal activity, and eventually they're going to grow into a movement of people ready to move on from one of those corrupt moments in American history. I believe that. Actually, I don't even believe it. I know it. It's happening. And I will be here waiting for anyone who's ready to stand up to this injustice. And I look forward to the moment of justice that we have in America. And it is coming. Stephen Miller, ICE, DHS, everyone acting illegally and against the Constitution will find their day of justice. I know that to be true. And I look forward to it.

So please, my message to Donald Trump and everyone else, please keep acting corrupt. Please keep breaking the law because you will be growing the movement that eventually will be your own destruction. Thanks for watching. I'll see you next time. Bye.
