Pee-B German, aka Stephen Miller, was on Fox and had a literal mental breakdown when pushed back just a little bit around the El Salvadorian prison that they are sending people to with no due process and who Donald Trump just moments ago said that he wants to start sending homegrown people to as well.
There's a lot of news to go through and let me just tell you real fast.
this is not this is not going to change anyone's life but it might make you feel a little bit better
because jd v v vance dropped the college football playoff national championship trophy on live tv
someone put the curb your theme song music to this because that is just that is the perfect
encapsulation of this administration and like i said Donald trump did say that homegrown
terrorist, homegrown terrorists, homegrown Americans are next. And he said this on a hot mic.
And they're going to go. Homegrown are next. The homegrown's built. You got to build about five more places.
Yeah. That's fair. All right.
It's really sad that people are laughing about that. And it's choppy there because they weren't
supposed to be going live yet. So this was actually not meant to be seen by the public. And as Philip
Right here, Philippe Campante says it's important for people to understand that we're on a trajectory that eventually leads to political prisoners, first non-citizens, then citizens, being sent to these camps.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And here's Stephen Miller talking about returning Garcia to the U.S. would amount to kidnapping.
This is the man who they, the Maryland man who they took to El Salvador, who isn't supposed to be there, has done.
wrong and now they kidnapped him and now they're saying that it would constitute
kidnapping to actually bring him back to where he belongs.
Completely inverted and a district court judge tried to tell the administration that
they had to kidnap a citizen of El Salvador and flying back here.
That issue was raised to the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court said the district court
order was unlawful and its main components were reversed 9-0 unanimously stating clearly
that neither Secretary of State nor the President could be compelled by anybody
to forcibly retrieve a citizen of El Salvador from El Salvador,
who again is a member of MS-13,
which is I'm sure you understand, rapes little girls, murder as women,
murders children, is engaged in the most barbaric activities in the world.
That's not true. He's not a member of any game.
And as this person says, I hope I live to see Stephen Miller handcuffed in a dock at the Hague.
He said it, not me.
All right, so here are these clips from Fox News.
Here's the first one.
Stephen Miller claimed on Fox News that returning the Maryland father would be kidnapping, like we just said, but he goes into it even further.
...Coverian citizen against the will of his government and flying back to America, which would be an unimaginable act in an invasion of El Salvador's sovereignty.
So he appealed to the Supreme Court, and it said clearly no district court can compel the president to exercise his Article 2 foreign powers in any way whatsoever.
DOJ called me after that Supreme Court ruling and they said, this is amazing.
We won this case, 9-0. We are an excellent standing here.
So this has been portrayed wrong for 72 hours in the media.
They said the most a court could ever compel you to do would be to facilitate return,
which would basically mean if El Salvador voluntarily sends him back,
we wouldn't block him at the airport.
We would put him back into iced detention.
So this is really tricky because what they're doing here is they're lying about what the Supreme Court
said it was 9-0 that they must return him back and this is like this is the constitutional crisis
this is the cut here it is here we are where the trump administration is defying a court order by the
supreme court and they're saying that the supreme court didn't say what it said so i actually
don't know where we go from here when it comes to this sort of thing we are in unknown territory
here is what chuck schumer said just last month this is an
moment. It does require extraordinary action. If he defies the Supreme Court, then we are in
uncharted territory that we haven't been in for a very long time. And our entire democracy,
this whole beautiful enterprise of democracy that we've had for over 240 years, is at risk.
And look, I believe that if Donald Trump should defy the courts, the public will rise up,
We will run Democrats will fight it in every single way and I believe
you know autocrats only succeed Kristen if the public lets them but if the public is so
so angry and takes action and certainly we Democrats will it will trigger a mass
movement from one end of the country to the other okay well where's the action
because it's happening right now Chuck Schumer where's the action I
I have not heard anything come out of you about this.
We are here.
We are in the constant.
We need leaders.
We need leaders that are willing to step up and fight.
And I don't believe you are it at all.
And then here is Stephen Miller saying that they're going to deport someone who has a green card.
And keep in mind, they are only doing this.
They are only deporting this man because of political speech, not because he committed a crime.
the only crime he committed in their eyes is the crime of speaking against something that they feel like should not be talked against, basically.
So this is like this is the thing that they are violating First Amendment protections and deporting people with no due process.
Mahmoo Khalil's process that could go on for some time.
Will Mamu Khalil be deported from the United States?
Quick answer on that, please.
Yes, he will.
As will anyone who preaches hate for America.
His organization so they wanted to eradicate Western civilization.
Look, under this country, under this administration, under President Trump, people who hate America,
who threaten our citizens, who rape, who murder, and who support those who rape and murder,
are going to be ejected from this country.
And I just wish a fraction of the media outrage that we had over deporting terrorists and deporting monsters
and deporting their sympathizers from this country was spent crying over the blood that was shed of American women and children over the last four years,
or crying over the half a million children that Biden trafficked into this country,
or crying over the neighborhoods destroyed by gangs and drugs and fentanyl.
Cemetery are filled with tombstones from Americans that were killed by Joe Biden and Majorcas and his administration, suffering beyond...
So this is what fascists do. They don't speak in facts. They speak in emotion.
they don't they will they will say things that get you riled up that get their supporters riled up they
aren't actually based in anything but when you say something like we are going to deport anyone
who preaches hate for america preaching hate for america is not against the law actually
and i love this country but if someone wants to hate it and wants to protest against their
hate for America or protest for their hate against America, that is their First Amendment right.
I don't think anyone should be racist or be a member of the Klu-Cleks clan, but they have First Amendment
protections.
And the whole point of the First Amendment protecting the most vile among us means that we are
protecting also folks like when Stephen Miller thinks that Mahmoud Khalid is one of the most vile
among us. So it works both ways. But this is a very scary time. Let's just not sugarcoat this.
This is very scary. He's only been doing this for four months, maybe four months, three and a half
months, and this is where we are. I don't know how we survive four years. We certainly need
leaders on the Democratic side who are willing to speak up, get loud, and organize.
and I am willing to talk to anyone on this channel that is willing to fight.
We need fighters right now.
We need fighters.
And I am not scared because I know that we are on the right side of things, but it is a very scary time because I don't know where this is all going to end.
But it's certainly just the beginning.
