Starting point is 00:00:00 All right, well, we got some breaking news coming out right now. We are learning that the House has just received the first batch of the Epstein files. I've got a lot of clips for you. I've got some reporting on it. And I have some thoughts about what isn't in there, too. Now, Congressman Robert Garcia says here, we just received the first batch of the Epstein files from Trump's Department of Justice. Our team is beginning to carefully review process.
Starting point is 00:00:29 We will share additional information as we learn. And he also said to President Trump, Mr. President, we don't care about your friends, how powerful they are, or what political party they are in. We want justice for the victims, which I really have to remember. Like, that's what that's all about. And I'll have this clip for you in just a second of Donald Trump responding to this news. But here's Fox News. And I think what we're experiencing right now is truly the creation of a new narrative. Remember, Pam Bondi, Cash Patel, Dan Bonino, all these fools are directly involved in what documents are coming out and how they're shaped. And here's how Fox talked about it.
Starting point is 00:01:08 Well, in just a few minutes, Martha, we've been looking through this. And we can tell you the top line here is that there's no client list, according to Galane Maxwell. And there are no high-powered individuals that were on any sort of list. She did not incriminate anybody in that nine-hour interview that she did with the deputy attorney general, Todd Blanche. She said right here, quote, there is no list. We'll start with that. The genesis of that story I can actually trace for you is from its absolute inception if that is what you're interested in.
Starting point is 00:01:40 That's part of the DOJ transcript. So along with the fact that the Epstein list or the Epstein documents are out, the DOJ also has released audio and a transcript of their interview with Galane Maxwell, who I'm sure is very, very someone that we can. trust. Well, the list is probably the most newsy aspect so far. You know, there has been this speculation that there's this hidden list, the insurance policy that was being held and that she would be the most likely custodian of that list. She just outright says that list doesn't exist, and I actually think I know how that rumor began. That's a major blow.
Starting point is 00:02:30 for many people that have been trying to build this narrative. The Democrats in Congress have been particularly hammering on this. In answering some of the controversies recently, they just keep on saying, I'm not going to address that because this is all an effort to hide the Epstein matter and the possible release of this list. Well, she's saying there isn't any list that she knows of.
Starting point is 00:02:55 Does anyone believe what this woman has to say? She is fighting for her life. And what happened, too, is she gave all of this information that interview that they've now released with a transcript and audio, who knows what they did and didn't take in or leave out. And she said that so she could go to a minimum security prison. So she absolutely has zero credibility on this. And it is incredibly, incredibly interesting that the Department of Justice releases this on the first day that Congress, is also getting the documents. And here is George Conway talking about this.
Starting point is 00:03:35 I wonder, George, what you make of the way that Trump has handled this, specifically today in the Oval Office during this press availability, he was asked about the release of these files, and he said that there would probably be a lot of names in them that... All right, let's actually see Donald Trump's response real fast before we get to Conway's response. The Justice Department is also sending... Are you in support of them releasing all of them? open. People shouldn't be hurt, but I'm in support of keeping it totally open.
Starting point is 00:04:03 I couldn't care less. You got a lot of people that could be mentioned in those files that don't deserve to be people, because he knew everybody in Palm Beach. I don't know anything about that, but I have said to Pam and everybody else, give them everything you can give them, because it's a Democrat hoax. That's just a hoax. The whole Epstein thing is a Democrat hoax. So we had the greatest six months, seven months of the history of the presidency, and the Democrats
Starting point is 00:04:26 don't. Okay. So then he just goes on. lying about how he's being successful. Now here's Connoe's response. What he deserved to be? He mentioned Bill Clinton by name, he mentioned Larry Summers by name as well. Yeah, I mean that's the real question is
Starting point is 00:04:38 were the release of this, were the selection of these documents selective? And that's the question. I mean, are they withholding documents that might refer to him or things that are embarrassing to him and producing about producing documents that refer to other people in order to distract? And I wouldn't put it to
Starting point is 00:04:58 passed them that they would do that. They didn't. I wonder George. I wouldn't either. What's not in there? What's not in there? And here's Conway going further. I see it exactly the same way. I don't think they'd be releasing this if they thought it was in some way harmful to Donald Trump. I think she had every reason to downplay any involvement that Donald Trump had in anything she was involved with.
Starting point is 00:05:22 And I do think, you know, I think the real question is, what's in the documents that they haven't produced. I mean, I also, I'm suspicious for much the same reason that we're not seeing going to see all the documents. I mean, they just had FBI agents reviewing these documents for weeks on end. There's a massive trove of these documents. And, you know, one of the things that happens in litigation and investigations is you don't actually know what you're not getting unless you are asking lots of questions in an adversarial fashion. And as we know, this committee is not going to be adversarial to the President of the United States. Yeah. Ron Philvikowski said this. A carefully orchestrated and controlled propaganda operation by Trump, Bondi, Blanche, Patel, Bongino, Maxwell, and Fox. What a joke. And that is in response to this, also the transcript that's come out and the audio of Galane Maxwell. And as I said, here's just some more reporting on this. The Department of Justice is expected to see.
Starting point is 00:06:27 under first trope documents from its investigation into sex offender, Epstein, to the House Overset Committee, the committee chaired by James Comer, who is a big maggie guy, said earlier this week that it would publicly release redacted versions of the documents, but did not specify when that would happen. It was not immediately clear how many documents officials attend to turn over to the committee or what information they will contain, nor is it known how many batches documents the house will get. In a separate release unrelated to the documents expected by the committee, the Department of Justice on Friday made public transcripts and audio files of interviews conducted with former associate Galane Maxwell in July. And it goes on to say here, the Department of Justice has some latitude, as we've been saying, and how it chooses to respond to subpoenas in, typically, of how they handle private information related to investigations. If, for example, Congress wanted to issue a criminal referral because of officials within the law enforcement agency, bailed to comply with the subpoena, the referral would go to the Department of Justice. and would have to decide whether pursue charges against its own officials.
Starting point is 00:07:28 So there is nowhere, there's no world in which they're releasing stuff that is harmful to the president. They're hiding stuff for sure. And let us just put a, let me just put a fine point on this. They're also at the same time releasing audio from Galane Maxwell and transcripts from what we know is a bogus interview in order to, to keep the heat off the files that they're going to get, which got to be honest, carefully coordinated, smart, diabolical. But to me, it says it could not be clear that the president of the United States is implicated in this, and he is heavily involved, and there is some there there.
Starting point is 00:08:15 We don't know what it is, but it's clearly there because they're doing everything in their power to take the heat off of them. And that includes working with one of the worst child sex predators in the world, putting her a minimum security prison so they could get that testimony from her. It's abysmal. Anyways, that's all the breaking news I got. If you want to hit like on this video, more people are going to see it. If you want to subscribe, it actually does help boost this up more. So thank you for watching and let's keep following this and I'll see you next time.
