Just a couple days ago when Donald Trump illegally, unconstitutionally invaded Venezuela,
Marco Rubio said this.
This is a president of action.
Like, I don't understand yet how they haven't figured this out.
And now if you don't know, now you know.
Because this is the way it's going to play out.
And I think people need to understand that this is not a president that just talks and does letters and press conferences.
And, you know, if he says he's serious about something, he means it.
And this is something that was a direct threat to the national interest of the United States.
And the president addressed it.
So those statements are giving a new look at something Donald Trump has said many times.
Actually, as recently as December 22nd of 2025, like two weeks ago, where Donald Trump said that we need to invade Greenland.
And Greenland is starting to take it seriously with its leaders responding to Donald Trump's threats.
These are threats.
We need Greenland for national security.
Not for minerals.
We have so many sites for minerals and oil and everything.
more oil than any other country in the world.
We need Greenland for national security.
And if you take a look at Greenland, you look up and down the coast.
You have Russian and Chinese ships all over the coast.
We don't need Greenland.
We don't need it.
And to be quite frank, they don't want to give themselves to us.
But I would not be shocked at the president who can't take no for an answer
decides to not listen to the country that doesn't want to be R-worded or invaded.
Okay.
Donald Trump loves to invade things.
when they don't want to be touched. Let's just put it like that. Now, I have for you, some European
leaders have responded to this. I have the premiere of Greenland, who's responded to this. I want to
just say that Ian Rimmer, who is a political scientist, author on TV a lot. I think his tweets
are sometimes cringe. That's besides the point. But he did say this. President Trump is not
joking about Greenland as he was with Canada 51st state commentary. I guess he was thinking
Trump was joking about that. He was not joking about that, but he's not joking about this either.
Lots of people in the administration working on what a, quote, deal for Greenland would look like.
The Europeans need to take this very seriously.
Other people responded to this saying that, what are they going to do?
They can't stop Trump from doing it, even if it's the most wrong thing.
If anything, they could try to justify that in the longer term strategic importance of Europe,
Greenland must be sacrificed to keep USA on side over Ukraine and the greater threat from Putin.
So it could very well be that Europe hands Donald Trump Greenland as a way to keep him on the side of Ukraine because we all know Donald Trump doesn't really have any morals.
He just goes to where the best deal is where he can get the most money.
And if this could be one way in which I actually, when I read that, I was like, oh, wow, that makes a lot of sense.
And in fact, I mean, I don't know if that's truly something that they would consider.
But it does seem like one way this could all end up truly.
We are truly in bonkers times.
Now, Kyle Kalinsky said the fact that I don't see an immediate move to impeach Trump or use the 25th Amendment is terrifying.
The lesson he'll learn is that he can get away with a legal war and regime change.
So Greenland, Colombia, Mexico, and Panama must prepare immediately the Fourth Reich will come for you.
That is such a good point.
It's something I said yesterday.
And it's honestly something the New York Times wrote about a couple of days ago saying this about January 6th.
It was a turning point toward aversion of Trump, who is even.
more lawless, the one who governed the country in his first term. It heralded a culture of
political unaccountability in which people who violently attacked Congress and beat police officers
escaped without lasting consequence. The politicians and pundits who had egged on the attack
with their lives and escaped as well. That's such a good point. It's not just Trump. Like there are so
many people who created that lie and that mob that never faced accountability. The aftermath of January 6th,
made the Republican Party even more feckless, beholden to one man and willing to pervert reality
to serve his interest. Once Mr. Trump won election again in 2024, despite his role and encouraging
the right and his many distortions about it, it emboldened him to a governed and defiance of the
Constitution without regard for the truth and with malice toward those who stand up to his abuses.
So I do think that is like the original sin. The fact, there's a few things that got to see.
here. There's a few things that got us to the fact that we're talking about Donald Trump taking
Greenland and Donald Trump turning Venezuela into a territory. And that is threefold, okay?
I don't personally believe, I just think it was a bunch of fail safes that didn't work.
I think the first and foremost is one, we impeached that motherfucker. We impeached him over all of this stuff.
And Mitch McConnell, his goofy ass, old ass, I hope he falls down again, said that this is not a political question.
This is the question for the courts.
The ayes are 57.
The nays are 43.
Donald John Trump, former president of the United States, is not guilty as charged in the article of impeachment.
And so he and his goons decided to not vote to convict Donald Trump.
if they were to have done that, when we impeach that motherfucker,
that we never would be here today.
We wouldn't be here today.
If they were to just convicted him on impeachment,
we would not be here today because he would not be eligible to be president.
And in fact, then we could have actually, I don't know,
let the courts do their thing and seek justice.
So that's the first one, okay?
The second one, the second time our country failed us,
was when Merrick Garland failed to indict Donald Trump
until there was not enough time and Donald Trump was already running as a presidential candidate.
I have heard personally, I live in D.C., I have had dinner with people who work in the Justice Department
who have said lawyers, attorneys, who have said that Merritt Garland did not want to go after Donald Trump
because he did not want the optics, the Department of Justice, going after a person who was president.
Absolutely insane to me that you don't want the optics. What about the optics?
of a president who stops, tries to stop a free and fair election.
What are the optics of a president who tried to thwart democracy becoming president again?
And then the third one, this is going to make some of you upset, but it must be said.
Joe Biden and the people who surrounded him did us all a disservice because they knew that Joe Biden
wasn't popular enough, was perceived as too old by a vast majority of the country,
for a second term
and instead of doing the right thing
the patriotic thing
and serving as a one-term president
and allowing us to have a primary
where I don't know
we could actually get a person in office
who the base was excited about
who was more aligned with the base
on Gaza and Israel who was potentially
more progressive we never had that opportunity
to choose our leader
instead of Joe Biden and his handlers
were selfish and said no no it's going to be Joe
no matter who. And Joe, whether you like it or not, and by the time they figured out what we all,
what the country already knew, which is that he's too old to be president for a second term,
I was shocked during that debate. I was shocked.
If we finally beat Medicare. Thank you, President.
That was the only time. That's the only time. I was like, oh, that's how propaganda works.
Because I truly thought every clip that Fox posted or every clip I saw on the internet from someone
the right showing Joe Biden feeble, unable to answer. I thought that was a selective clip. But then
I saw that debate say, oh, so that there was some truth behind that and we were being lied to.
Regardless, that ended up in a situation where I like Kamala Harris, but we have elections for a
reason, we have primaries for a reason so that we can get people who, one, know how to run campaigns
and win elections and to accept the base.
Because all those things happened, all those things failed us, we're not talking about this.
Sorry for the long aside. I hope you're still with me. The premiere of Greenland said this.
Let me state this calmly and clearly from the outset. There is neither reason for panic nor
concern. The image shared by Katie Miller depicted Greenland wrapped in an American flag.
Changes nothing whatsoever. Our country is not for sale and our future is not decided by social
media posts. That said the image is disrespectful. Relations between Native.
and people are built on mutual respect and international law, not on symbolic gestures
that disregard or status in our rights. The prime minister of Denmark said this. I must say this
very clearly to the United States. It makes absolutely no sense to speak of any necessity of the United
States to take over Greenland. The United States has no legal basis to annex one of the three
countries of the Kingdom of Denmark. I mean, unfortunately, laws do not apply anymore. We have a law
this president. The kingdom of Denmark and thus Greenland is a member of NATO and is therefore covered by
the alliance's collective security guarantee. We already have a defense agreement between the
kingdom of Denmark and the United States that grants the U.S. broad access to Greenland. In addition,
the kingdom has made significant investments in security in the Arctic. I therefore strongly urge
the United States to cease its threats against a historically close ally and against another
country and another people who have stated very clearly that they are not for sale.
unfortunately, again, like, they're speaking like Donald Trump cares about any of that stuff.
He doesn't. He doesn't. I hate that. I hate this. I hate that word in this situation.
But these like letters, these strongly worded letters don't do anything.
I don't know how you retaliate against this man. Unfortunately, Donald Trump is an insane person
in charge of the most powerful military in the world. Now, Marjorie Geller Green was on NBC earlier
today, which is crazy that she's like a mainstream person now. She goes on liberal media. But
she was talking about Venezuela, but I actually think this applies to any invasion that Donald
Trump has done or is going to do. And here's what she had to say. And this is the same Washington
playbook that we are so sick and tired of that doesn't serve the American people, but actually
serves the big corporations, the banks and the oil executives. And so my
pushback here is on the Trump administration that campaigned on Make America Great Again that we thought
was putting America first. I want to see domestic policy be the priority that helps Americans
afford life after four disastrous years of the Biden administration. I want to see domestic
policies that prioritizes jobs and affordable housing for Americans after four disastrous years
of the Biden administration, and I want to see domestic priorities that put Americans first
in regards of health care, health insurance costs too much, car insurance, home insurance.
So that is the point there that this is the Washington Playbook.
It does not serve us.
This is going to serve corporations, banks, oil executives, the oligarchs.
Meanwhile, your insurance has never been more expensive.
your food has never been more expensive.
Rent is out of control.
No one can save money anymore.
No one, like vacation.
This is not only illegal, what they're considering.
It's also just offensive because it doesn't help us.
Donald Trump has limited time and he spends it helping his buddies rather than helping everyday
people.
It's not a shock to say that out loud, but it's still stunning knowing what he was elected
to do.
just to make things more affordable and to focus on this country. And he's done the exact opposite.
Donald Trump just yesterday said to the Atlantic that, quote, we do need Greenland. Absolutely.
We need it for defense. And that came just after Katie Miller, who is wife to Stephen Miller,
Donald Trump's closest advisor, where she posted a social media image of the American flag covered in Greenland.
So I don't know where this is heading, but I'm going to end with this because this man did an amazing analogy.
His name is Jamie Kaler on TikTok.
And I'm going to leave you with that.
And I'll see you next time.
Bye.
In a stunning late night operation, I had some friends of mine execute a raid on my neighbor Tom's house.
He put up quite a fight, but we got through and he's in custody.
I haven't liked what he's been doing over there for a while now, so I've decided to run his house myself.
He leaves his Christmas lights up too long.
He never trims his avocado tree that hangs over my fence, and I believe he's running fentanyl out of there.
I can't prove the last one, but it makes sense.
I've seen him speak Spanish.
I got rid of the wife as well.
I didn't really have a problem with her, but we did do a Fourth of July block party, and she brought empanadas.
So better safe than sorry.
I've got them at a residence in, a couple towns over.
I've been using his home as my own little man cave.
Pretty great.
It turns out he has a fantastic wine cellar that I have tapped into extensively.
Anyway, I'll be running his home until a time when I can have a safe, proper, and judicious turnover to some other guy, which probably won't be happening soon.
And just a heads up, I plan to take over some other neighbor's homes as well.
Phil, across the street, has a pretty cool car I'd like to be in charge of.
And Alex, who lives Caddy Corner from me, has a wife who's a yoga instructor.
He'd be taking that one soon.
Again, doing it for the good of the neighborhood, so stay tuned.
